| As many of you may know, all of humanity is under a massive psychological warfare attack. | ||
| and And professor of clinical psychology Matthias Desmet, who has studied the psychology of totalitarianism, has done an excellent job of explaining how we got here and how we win. | ||
| In dictatorships, obedience comes from a basic fear of the dictator. | ||
| But with totalitarianism, the people are hypnotized into obedience. | ||
| In psychological terms, this mass hypnosis is known as mass formation. | ||
| And totalitarianism always starts with a mass formation inside the population. | ||
| A mass formation requires four conditions for it to take root. | ||
| The masses must feel alone and isolated, and their lives must feel pointless and meaningless. | ||
| These conditions have been growing for years with social media, mobile devices, and four years of massive division experienced during the Trump administration that made people on all sides feel more isolated. | ||
| The masses then must experience constant free-floating anxiety, and they must experience free-floating frustration and aggression. | ||
| This simply means there is no discernible source for the anxiety or aggression. | ||
| And so the person begins to irrationally crave a remedy, no matter how absurd or destructive it may be. | ||
| And these conditions were met in 2020 with the COVID lockdowns and the BLM riots. | ||
| They are now ripe for hypnosis. | ||
| And once they accept the experimental vaccines, they feel solidarity, which validates the whole thing for them, no matter how senseless. | ||
| They are now changed, no longer rational. | ||
| They become more intolerant and cruel. | ||
| So how do we win? | ||
| Studies have shown that about 25% of the population cannot be hypnotized, and about 10% are highly susceptible to hypnosis. | ||
| And Professor Desmet simplifies this even more for us. | ||
| He says that 30% of people are now deeply hypnotized and have irrationally accepted the experimental shots as their solution. | ||
| 40% are not yet hypnotized, but will ultimately go along with the herd. | ||
| And the rest of us are seeing things clearly. | ||
| What the enemy is trying to do is extremely dangerous. | ||
| Because if the masses ever awaken from their spell, they will demand justice. | ||
| And so stress must constantly be maintained upon the masses until the mass formation is complete. | ||
| We are the voice of dissent. | ||
| And while we may not have much influence over the hypnotized 30%, we must definitely have sway over the 40% who will go along with the herd. | ||
| We need to become the herd. | ||
| Whether you think this all happened by accident or conspiracy, whether your reasons are based on religion or personal health, our voice of dissent must become one. | ||
| It must grow and it must never end. | ||
| We must spread the seeds of doubt to everyone. | ||
| At the gas station, at the grocery store, at work, at home, with the neighbors. | ||
| They are desperately trying to provoke a civil war or a violent revolution because they can control that. | ||
| Violence will not break people out of the hypnosis. | ||
| It will only push more people into it. | ||
| Telling the truth has become a revolutionary act. | ||
| Telling the truth to everyone you meet will save humanity. | ||

| This is undebatable. And until this is addressed and dealt with, we're going to continue to live in this clown world. | ||
| COVID is not responsible for the deaths of millions of people. | ||
| No. What's responsible for the deaths of millions of people worldwide is not COVID. Ladies and gentlemen, it is government. | ||
| And it always was. | ||

| And it always has been. | ||
| Government is the biggest mass-murdering entity known to humans. | ||
| It always has been. | ||
| It always will be. | ||
| That's why I'm so strongly against big government. | ||
| And government in general as something that is unnatural to the free movement and development of humanity on planet Earth. | ||

| And so, well, how do I reach the logical conclusion that it's government responsible for the millions dead? | ||
| It's pretty simple, isn't it? Governments and agents of governments worked together to make the coronavirus in a lab. | ||
| So governments made COVID. Governments then issued the responses to COVID and the medical procedures to deal with COVID that also killed hundreds of thousands of people. | ||
| So, government is the enemy of free humanity. | ||
| And that's what it comes down to. | ||
| And so anybody who believes in bigger government or worships the government like a statist, that's a problem. | ||
| And I don't really understand that. | ||
| I don't understand anybody that supports big government. | ||
| I don't understand anybody that likes government. | ||
| That's a very strange phenomenon to me. | ||
| But see, this is the big lie that we're living in right now. | ||
| Blaming all of these other things... | ||
| When it's really government that's killing us. | ||
| When it's really government that's dividing us. | ||
| Government that's conquering us. | ||
| Government that's destroying us. | ||
| So, I stand here today with you saying I will always be against government intervention in your life. | ||
| Because that's what free humanity is all about. | ||
| And that used to be the bedrock of That we built the United States of America off of was our disdain and distrust and disgust that we had for government. | ||
| And boy, oh boy, is this government worse than it's ever been. | ||
| And it's sick. So government is the damn issue here. | ||
| Not a virus. Government. | ||
| And the agents that work within the evil government... | ||
| To empower themselves with their own agendas. | ||
| Whether it's population control. | ||
| Whether it's wealth. | ||
| Whatever the case may be. | ||
| Using the government to obtain those means and those resources. | ||
| It's all evil. So government made COVID in a lab, killing millions, and government made the responses | ||
| to COVID and the medical protocols to dealing with COVID, which also killed millions. So once again, | ||
| tip of the cap to government. | ||
| Government as an entity, government as a practice, has once again murdered and killed millions of people on the planet. | ||
| So do we really want to continue to go down these paths of more government and bigger government and global government? | ||
| Is that really where we want to go as government is murdering us every day, controlling us every day, stripping our freedoms, spying on us, dividing us, lying to us, warring us? | ||
| So I say wholeheartedly, family-friendly here, fudge the government. | ||
| I'm sick of the government on this planet. | ||
| I'm sick of the government in our lives. | ||
| I'm sick of the government making weapons of war and biological weapons and releasing them on us and controlling them with us and taxing us and lying to us. | ||

| And I don't care if you view yourself as a conservative, as a liberal, as a libertarian or anything else up, down, right, left, in between. | ||
| The damn government is the problem on this planet. | ||

| I am familiar with Kristen. | ||
| She has done a bunch of work exposing all of the geoengineering with the chemicals that they drop on us via the airplanes, but we won't be talking about that today. | ||
| They say that doesn't exist. | ||
| While they actually publish the government documents that they're doing it, it's kind of an ironic thing. | ||
| But that... You know, that kind of is almost in rhythm with what we're seeing with these vaccines now as well, where they say safe and effective, safe and effective. | ||
| But then every day it's more side effects, documented side effects. | ||
| And now they're down to, I think they're saying it's like 10% effective even with the vaccine. | ||
| So, you know, really it's 0% when you start at 100, now you're at 10. | ||
| I think we all see where that goes. | ||
| So they're going to be with us for the remainder of the hour. | ||
| But let's talk victories. Stand Up Michigan has had a lot of victories. | ||
| You guys have one of the worst governors in the nation with Whitmer. | ||
| I mean, my goodness. I mean, she looks like a plastic doll, too, like a wax figurine or something. | ||
| But that's neither here nor there. | ||
| Talk about the victories we're having because we have other victories. | ||
| I mean, the Biden administration is taking major losses in the courts at state levels where there are attorney generals and governors that are fighting back. | ||
| The Biden vaccine mandate is taking major losses. | ||
| But talk about what's going on in Michigan and how other states can use the examples of your victories to go into the rest of the states to make sure that these medical tyranny mandates do not have victories. | ||
| Yes, thank you. So I became an accidental activist about a year and a half ago. | ||
| So many of us. | ||
| So many. Yeah, exactly. | ||
| And fight this tyranny. | ||
| And so I'm now the executive director with Stand Up Michigan. | ||
| We are just a grassroots citizen-led movement. | ||
| We are an organization. | ||
| We started out as just a Facebook group. | ||
| But what we've actually done... | ||
| We have mobilized the people. | ||
| We partnered with an actual campaign, the Unlock Michigan campaign, because we have a governor who wanted to keep us under lock and key, and we'd still be there today if it wasn't for the victories we had. | ||
| And we partnered with the Unlock Michigan campaign to mobilize the citizens of Michigan to do a citizen-led petition drive. | ||
| And we were able to make history, not only in the state of Michigan, but we believe nationwide, | ||
| with how quickly we got these petitions signed. | ||
| And the legislature, who is Republican-led, did also sign that they agreed to the petition | ||
| citizens, or excuse me, the petition initiative. | ||
| And so we basically were able to limit the governor's powers to 28 days. | ||
| And beyond that, she had to get approval from both houses of the legislature. | ||
| And so if citizens around the country who are allowed to do citizen-led petition initiatives | ||
| in their own states, if their constitutions allow them to do that, they need to take matters | ||
| into their own hands. | ||
| If their legislature and their governors are not going to free them, they need to go free themselves. | ||
| Stand up, get together, and have these victories like you guys had. | ||
| And I gotta tell you, I pride myself on trying to follow the anti-mandate protests and rallies and everything as good as possible, but they were just showing some B-roll from an event you guys had at the Capitol. | ||
| I'd never seen that before. Talk about the media blackout of this. | ||
| And I mean, Kristen, you know about this because you used to do big press conferences and speeches. | ||
| Nobody would pick it up. I would always cover it because I thought it was powerful information. | ||
| But talk about how the blackout of all of these rallies and protests against the mandates, the media, if you were following corporate news, you would not even know any of it's going on. | ||
| Right. It reminds me of the Ron Paul days. | ||
| You know, he would win a straw poll and they would just leave him out of the total percentage. | ||
| But the issue we have with the whole blackout is that we completely left out interviewing the real subject matter experts involving all of this COVID madness. | ||
| And the more important thing is, like you said, people go to capitals. | ||
| We just came from North Dakota. | ||
| North Dakota does not have a large population, but they are freedom fighters. | ||
| And in North Dakota, they show up. | ||
| We were there last March to help pass a bill that ended mask mandates from a government standpoint. | ||
| And if you understand how small the population is compared to the rest of the country... | ||
| Again, media blackout. | ||
| When you have thousands of people from North Dakota standing up at their Capitol, it put pressure on the left and actually flipped some Democrats to understand why this was dangerous and got it done. | ||
| That is what's telling. | ||
| Because we're to a point now where if a doctor is de-platformed or people are de-platformed, you're like, wow, I really want to follow that person. | ||
| But it's just all part of the propaganda. | ||
| That's what they do. They want you to think that they have their experts on. | ||
| Pay no attention to what's going on behind the curtain. | ||
| But that's why you have to band together in large numbers. | ||
| Because when you band together in large numbers, it's hard to ignore it. | ||
| Because you have citizen journalists on the ground covering it. | ||
| I mean, a friend of mine, Kriston Harris from the Rundown Live... | ||
| He's been covering the trial in New York with Ghislaine. | ||
| Is that how you say her name? Yeah, yeah. Also the media blackout on that. | ||
| Yeah, just got suspended for covering it on Twitter. | ||
| Oh, wow. Yeah. You're not allowed to cover the elite global sex trafficking ring. | ||
| How dare you? Yeah, absolutely not. | ||
| It's not part of their 7 p.m. | ||
| headlines, but... The blackouts can happen, but it cannot dissuade you from showing up. | ||
| And the problem is, is that isn't the weather, the rain, everyone needs to show up. | ||
| And people just think, well, just going to these things doesn't do anything. | ||
| What it does is it shows all the pictures that are circulating on social media. | ||
| It lets people know, wow, this many people showed up. | ||
| And I love it when people bring their kids because there's nothing violent about these rallies. | ||
| Well, and I think it's important, too, is because you're making connections. | ||
| You're forming a community. | ||
| It doesn't mean that, hey, having a big rally is necessarily going to have a result the next day, but you're starting to form communities. | ||
| You're starting to build momentum, and I think that is key, even if the media decides they're not going to cover it. | ||
| Now, all of a sudden, you've got a network of thousands of people, and that helps you get momentum when you're standing up to these tyrannical mandates from your governors. | ||
| Yeah, and we've even helped other states. | ||
| You probably saw the signs of the parents in Virginia, Loudoun County, Virginia, holding up their signs at the... | ||
| And look at all the victories they had! | ||
| And they had the stand-up Virginia signs. | ||
| Well, that's us. That's our brand. | ||
| We helped them to start a stand-up group. | ||
| And so it's very powerful. | ||
| It's very effective. But the difference is... | ||
| We, on the right, have lacked the strategy and the organizational techniques that the left has been using for years, and so they've been beating us. | ||
| And this is where Stand Up Michigan has really made a difference and why we are very different as a grassroots group. | ||
| But, you know, anybody can do this. | ||
| This is just a grassroots group of we the people. | ||
| Well, and I think that's kind of a problem that conservatives have always had. | ||
| It's like herding cats. We're typically more independent-minded. | ||
| Right. You know, we got our own stuff that we're dealing with, families, work, whatever. | ||
| And we just don't really form cults, for lack of a better word, like you see on the left. | ||
| They like to form cults around all their different stuff, whether it's Me Too movement this or Trump bad over here or vaccine mandate here. | ||
| They form all these cults around the same thing. | ||
| And then they're just able to group them like cats or like dogs, I guess, or sheep. | ||
| Well, Republicans, that's never really been a strength of Republicans, binding together and forming communities and doing activism. | ||
| But it's a survival mechanism now, I feel like, Kristen. | ||
| Now, conservatives are realizing, hey, if we don't band together and rise up now, we've only got a finite amount of time to save this country. | ||
| Exactly. And the problem is, it's like when you pass a car accident, they're like, someone else will call it. | ||
| No, you need to do it. | ||
| You need to call in. People have to understand that you're not just one person. | ||
| And if we do not get our heads out of our rear and pay attention to what's coming up with the midterms, I know people are still fighting the whole 2020 issue. | ||
| But the bigger problem is that people are not paying attention to how we got there in the first place. | ||
| And how do we stop it? | ||
| Because this is all about the Great Reset. | ||
| It's all about politics. Dirty politics. | ||
| And the right is so known for all the rhinos. | ||
| Our state in North Dakota, take the win for that one. | ||
| The amount of people on the right that are actually members of the left. | ||

| I mean, that's the amazing thing about it is usually conservative events like this Huge thousands and thousands of people turning out and then even some being denied at the door because you've already reached a capacity. | ||
| That's what's happening at these events. | ||
| So it shows that there's a thirst for a community of like-minded people. | ||
| It shows that there's a thirst to find people that understand that we need to save this country right now. | ||
| So talk about, before we get into the details of your victory with both of you guys, with you guys touring around and fighting up with Stand Up Michigan, Do you find the same thing? | ||
| When you find somebody that's standing up against the medical tyranny, they seem to understand all the other issues as well. | ||
| They know it's not just, hey, we're not just, yes, this mandate is a big thing and we need to stop at this medical tyranny, but they seem to understand the larger issues that we're dealing with as well. | ||
| I think so, because I'm kind of like a zoom out aerial person. | ||
| I think when you saw that your doctors are being refused to prescribe medicine, if you had those medicines available, you couldn't push the EUA. For people like us, we know that vaccines are not a form of a control in the workplace. | ||
| So all these things, masks don't stop aerosol, these viruses, they don't seal. | ||
| There's health reasons you don't wear them. | ||
| I mean, you normally have to be medically approved and have training on how to utilize these things. | ||
| So what I'm getting at is there's all these different things of different people from multidisciplinary careers. | ||
| And we go, wow, yours is off. | ||
| Mine is off. What is the what is the bigger thing? | ||
| What's the root cause? Which is the great reset. | ||
| It's the control. What can we push the people to do? | ||
| Shut up in color. And it's just so ridiculous. | ||
| And one thing I was going to say when you're talking about Clay Clark's event this weekend. | ||
| The one thing that I love about these events is that we work a lot with attorneys and doctors because we've helped doctors who've had their licenses taken away. | ||
| Attorneys will reach out to us as expert witnesses. | ||
| So we network as speakers. | ||
| Or people who can't even get care in their states. | ||
| Like, oh, you're an orthopedic surgeon? | ||
| Hey, can you give a consult? We network with people to where we are able to help more people just by getting to know each other at these events. | ||
| Exactly. And, you know, that's part of us kind of evolving in civilization, too, because these are things that used to be intertwined into your day-to-day life. | ||
| You would know your community. You'd know your community doctor. | ||
| You'd know your community, you know, Christian church leader or teachers, like your police officers. | ||
| Everybody kind of knew everybody, but in the new digital age... | ||
| The world has kind of shrunk and the need for that tight-knit community has kind of dissipated. | ||
| And it seems like that's kind of what we're doing now just on a more large scale. | ||
| It's like, hey, I don't know where to get a doctor that's going to prescribe me ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine. | ||
| Hey, I do. Here's a resource for you. | ||
| Here's a website. Call this person. | ||
| We can help you out. And that's the new kind of nationwide community that we're forming now. | ||
| It is so great, and that's why you guys have been able to have victories at Stand Up Michigan. | ||
| So talk about some of the process that you guys have done at Stand Up Michigan to get these victories of stopping this medical tyranny from taking over the state. | ||
| Well, it started, to be honest with you, shortly after I took the position as executive director, the mask mandates came down for our children. | ||
| And that's when I got really mad and I got really vocal and started speaking out, making videos, connected with Kristen. | ||
| We met each other through these crazy mandates and we both just discovered each other on another news media outlet because we were both professionals speaking up against the same thing. | ||
| So when we started really providing professional expertise and About all of this, Stand Up Michigan got involved in providing information, science, data, and evidence to the people, educating the people, helping them to know how to stand, what to do, because education is really key. | ||
| And at Stand Up Michigan, our three pillars are care, inform, and activate. | ||
| So we started out just by caring for the people, giving them a place to go, to connect, like you said, creating that community. | ||
| You don't want to feel alone in this. | ||
| No, exactly. It's like you have a normal, rational mind and you see the entire world going against your logical thoughts and you're like, oh my gosh, am I crazy? | ||
| Am I alone? No, you're not. | ||
| Right. And that's really how Stand Up Michigan started as just a Facebook group called Michiganders Against Excessive Quarantine. | ||
| We grew to nearly 400,000 and then Facebook shut us down. | ||
| Can't have that. Oh, yeah. | ||
| Nope, nope. So we regrouped as Stand Up Michigan and truly formed an organization. | ||
| Now it's a nationally recognized brand and an organization that is really helping. | ||
| We were very instrumental and effective in what happened in Virginia, flipping that state back red. | ||
| Our group was very involved in turning that whole race into an education race. | ||
| It was all about parents' rights, education of children, CRT mandates, all of that. | ||
| And they were very loud. They hit the ground running and became very loud and very effective. | ||
| So we just started educating people, providing resources, organizing events, rallies, getting to know our legislature, and inviting those that were conservative and supportive to speak at our rallies, to speak at events. | ||
| And what that did, we noticed, was that it really motivated and empowered the individual legislators to start standing up. | ||
| And we started seeing them stiffen their spines. | ||
| And so working with the grassroots, who've become a force to be reckoned with, | ||
| they have really started working with us and we've started seeing some big changes | ||
| and more of a collaborative effort. | ||
| So then we just started traveling and speaking around the country, | ||
| doing the same thing because we started hearing then from other legislatures, | ||
| other legislators in individual states. | ||
| So we would go and testify for them to help them enact laws that would prevent mask mandates. | ||
| The latest was just vaccine mandates. | ||
| So that's how we've really gotten involved and providing our expert witness | ||
| in the different state legislative bodies and really providing resources for people | ||
| to know how to take this information and apply it in their own workplace. | ||
| Now that we've gotten these federal, we've testified all over the state | ||
| and have been very, or all over the country, and have been very instrumental | ||
| in some of these federal wins. | ||
| So now that that's happened on the federal and state levels, we need to take this to the people. | ||
| And we, the people, really need to go finish this in our workplaces. | ||
| And that's the power of the group, because the left has all these groups that pressure their politicians. | ||
| Republicans don't really get that. | ||
| Now they are. So that's what you're saying. | ||
| Now all these Republican representatives are saying, oh, whoa, I've got thousands of people here telling me I need to do this. | ||
| I think it's time to do this. | ||
| And one of you said it earlier on the Jones show. | ||
| I don't recall which one it was, but this is the mindset that I think people need to have going into this fight for America. | ||
| You're probably not going to hit the Grand Slam home run. | ||
| You're probably not going to hit the game-winning shot to win it. | ||
| But if you can just get one person's heart, one person's soul, one person's mind pointed in the right direction, that's the victory right there. | ||
| I brought that up, but we were talking about everything that we're doing. | ||
| What is so important about this unifying is that A lot of people lost family. | ||
| A lot of people lost friends. | ||
| And you just kind of feel more sane when you can meet up with like-minded people that say don't vaccinate their children or they eat clean. | ||
| Like, there's so many different issues and people have their passion in different fights. | ||
| But respect everyone's pattern into that fight. | ||
| We can't all tackle everything at once. | ||
| And it just really, with all the darkness of the staying at home, not going anywhere, it was a mental health crusher. | ||
| And it's like now, it's like, oh my gosh, these are my people. | ||
| Like, I found my people. And I'm seeing just the whole vibe in our state change because people are finding their person. | ||
| This is my person. | ||
| Right. And we're winning. | ||
| We are winning. I don't care how loud the left is. | ||
| I don't care how distracting they are right now. | ||
| Well, I don't even see the left doing this anymore. | ||
| I mean, yeah, Democratic politicians and the likes of Fauci and others are the ones pushing these bills. | ||
| But I mean... I don't really see public support for these mandates anymore. | ||
| Not like I used to. No, because the people are awake. | ||
| The sleeping giant has awakened. | ||
| And they're all now mad and loud and they're refusing to go back to sleep. | ||
| And they're doing rallies. | ||
| I mean, we're mobilizing. Kristen and I have been a part of rallies all over this country with thousands of people. | ||
| They are not going back to sleep. | ||
| And the legislature, when you have a rally on the steps of your Capitol during session, We're good to go. | ||
| Well, our politicians are so used to their constituents just not doing anything, just eating whatever they're told to eat. | ||
| Now that they're on the steps of capitals, now that they're going to parent-teacher conferences and school board meetings, it's like, whoa, my constituents actually want me to do stuff now. | ||
| Yeah, and it's funny because so many people are used to the term neocon and now people are learning about rhinos. | ||
| We're really taking out, you know, the weeds, pulling the weeds. | ||
| And the average Joe's like that trucker who won with his $156 budget. | ||
| I forgot what state that was. Yeah, yeah. | ||
| Anybody. And they tried to steal it from him, too. | ||
| Yes, we need to take these. | ||
| That was in New Jersey. | ||
| Yeah. But that's it. | ||
| I mean, think about that. With a $150 budget and an iPhone and a truck, a guy won an election. | ||

| You just have to go there, show up early, you talk to some on-call doctor that you don't know, and they determine whether or not you can fly without a mask. | ||
| So I used to fly Delta without a mask. | ||
| And then last March, I was headed to North Dakota, and five hours of harassment, being forced to tell very private details on my medical health in front of hundreds of spring breakers. | ||
| And I was completely harassed, humiliated, and yeah, so they told me as long as I had arms And I wasn't on oxygen and I didn't have Down syndrome. | ||
| Oh, I have ears too. | ||
| So, yeah. Even though I know as someone who used to help field exemptions in my profession, there's like 65 different medical conditions that are the most common to why you can't wear a mask or respirator. | ||
| But we're going to let someone else's doctor talk about my history that I've lived in. | ||
| Yeah, I mean, let's just all put plastic bags over our head, too. | ||
| And, you know, the one thing I find ironic about all of this, and I love bringing this up to leftists, this just sends them into a tizzy. | ||
| I say, you believe in man-made climate change killing the planet, a.k.a. | ||
| that carbon dioxide emissions are killing the planet, bad for the planet, yet you suck in your own carbon dioxide emissions with your mask on all day long. | ||
| And it's like, you don't see the irony of that? | ||
| And, of course, I guess they don't, or at that point they run from the microphone. | ||
| But what else do you guys want to get into here? | ||
| What are some of the big things that's on your mind? | ||
| And what's the future for you guys fighting these vaccine mandates? | ||
| Well, I think one of the things that I really want to cover that's important to us is that we have had a lot of successes in the last week, week and a half, with the Fifth and the Sixth Circuit Court judges ruling in favor of the people and siding with freedom. | ||
| And now we just yesterday had The federal judge ruled again against the federal contractor mandate. | ||
| So there are no mandates. | ||
| There are no COVID mandates. | ||
| There are no COVID OSHA standards. | ||
| CMS has been ruled that they cannot drop these mandates, force vaccines on health care workers. | ||
| And now the federal contractors mandate has been lifted. | ||
| So with these big wins at the federal and state levels, really what we want to talk about is now how can we arm the people with information and knowledge they need because corporate attorneys are driving this. | ||
| It's really corporate attorneys that's driving us crazy because they are still telling business owners they need to do this. | ||
| Even though there's no legal standing, there's no law, there's no rule, there's no regulation, and yet they're still doing it. | ||
| Many people are still hearing this and dealing with this. | ||
| Kristen and I actually took some time to write an article, a peer-reviewed article, and it is available to educate all of the public, basically citizens, on how the OSHA rulemaking process works, the promulgation process, what's the difference between a law and a regulation, and how does a rule or regulation promulgation process work, and why was this so illegal? | ||
| Because the executive branch, President Biden, There's absolutely no statutory authority to go tell OSHA or any other regulatory agency, go make me a new standard because I want one. | ||
| By the way, he's like 0 for 6 on that front. | ||
| Yeah, that's why it's been shot down. | ||
| Kristen and I have been saying very loudly, we've been saying it from stage for a year and everywhere we travel. | ||
| It got to the point where actually people were... | ||
| Don't listen to it. People were kind of attacking us. | ||
| Like, you guys are being arrogant because you work for yourselves and you don't have to deal with this. | ||
| And we're like, because we know it's going to be shut down. | ||
| Because we were doing a lot behind the scenes that we couldn't tell anybody. | ||
| Because we fed a lot of giant freedom groups and organizations and litigation personnel around the country. | ||
| We armed them because they're not usually in our field. | ||
| Like, our field is... People don't know I'm an industrial hygienist. | ||
| People have no idea what that is. | ||
| I'm not a dentist, but we are a huge part... | ||
| When we're dealing with pandemic and health and safety issues. | ||
| And it's just people need to understand that this is put together to give you an insight in the world of our career field and how we know that everything that's been done was wrong. | ||
| And there's so many different angles. | ||
| Well, and isn't it frustrating, too, where, because I'll have to deal with this maybe one out of 500 times, but I'll go into somewhere where they'll say, hey, you need to have a mask or you need to have a vaccine or something, because you guys know what's going on. | ||
| You say, hey, there's no law. | ||
| You can't cite a law. | ||
| Actually, in Texas, that's illegal. | ||
| And they kind of look at you like you have three heads, and they're just like... | ||
| What? I feel like I do. | ||
| I got vaccinated. You're not just going to put on the mask? | ||
| What do you mean? It's like, no, I'm not going to put on the mask. | ||
| And by the way, that's illegal for you to ask me to put on the mask. | ||
| And they just can't even believe it. Exactly. | ||
| Well, and that's why we wanted to write this. | ||
| We took the time to write it. | ||
| We have had it. And where do people get this again? | ||

| Masks don't stop the spread, and in fact, if anything, they're actually detrimental to your health. | ||
| And they say, oh, well, surgeons wear them all day. | ||
| No, they don't. They actually discard their masks after 30 minutes because there's a moisture buildup with bacteria. | ||
| So they're constantly taking off masks and putting on a new one because they know it doesn't work. | ||
| And that's to keep spittle out of open wounds and stuff, obviously, too, which it's a little more effective at. | ||
| But with aerosolized diseases or viruses, it doesn't stop a thing. | ||
| So it's so odd. You see all these old studies and mask studies and all of them are completely against what we're being told about masks now. | ||
| Well, and that's what OSHA's PPE and respiratory protection standards were actually based on. | ||
| These studies that have been around since the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. | ||
| So we know the science is already settled. | ||
| We know this. And that's why we started becoming accidental activists and started screaming it that, listen, OSHA... It's not accidental, though. | ||
| God put you here. Yeah, you're right. | ||
| You're right. OSHA is actually... | ||
| You didn't want to be here, but here you are. | ||
| So true. So true. | ||
| But OSHA is guilty of revisionism. | ||
| They're violating their own standards. | ||
| And all of this information is contained within this article that you can go educate yourself because now it's up to the people to arm and educate themselves and go take this to their HR department, take this to the corporate attorneys, educate them and put them on constructive notice that they are breaking the law by forcing the employees to continue to do this because they're not following any law. | ||
| And by the way, there's no backup. | ||
| You are the front lines and the final lines of standing up against this. | ||
| Exactly. That's why this is so important. | ||
| So we've talked at length about how illegal this is. | ||
| I told you there's several angles. | ||
| Well, the one thing we didn't mention on Alex's show, when OSHA has categorizations of different citations, like what they will cite you for. | ||
| Is it willful? Is it serious? | ||
| There's different levels of how severe it is. | ||
| So they tried to, under Biden's mandate, they tried to say that this was a serious violation. | ||
| And it's not even able to, it's not applicable at all. | ||
| Like the categorization of the hazard, it doesn't at all. | ||
| So if you had measurements for anti-tyranny measurements, Biden is crossing all of them. | ||
| Absolutely. I don't even know if I could calibrate my TRD meter. | ||
| Right, right. Oh, it's so, all of this, the federal judges have ruled exactly what Kristen and I were saying, that this has all been so illegally promulgated to begin with, that not only are these proposed rules not going to be approved, but all of the mandates contained within these emergency temporary standard, you know, proposals, null and void. | ||
| So why is anybody following any of this? | ||
| And OSHA is acting very strange. | ||
| So normally during the normal promulgation of an OSHA standard that takes years, they have to do two rounds of public comment. | ||
| So right now, if you go to OSHA.gov and you search the ETS, the Emergency Temporary Standard, if you look that up, you can put public comment through January 19th, I believe, of 2022. | ||
| So normally that is done when they're thinking about doing a permanent standard because they know they couldn't qualify this as an ETS. But fear not, everyone. | ||
| Go there, read the comments, get some popcorn. | ||
| They're hilarious. And you're going to find, for all the people who have said, if you are right, if you guys are right, where are the people in your profession? | ||
| Well, they're right there leaving their public comments because... | ||
| Yeah, they're censored everywhere else. It's illegal to punish someone in our career field for giving any sort of opinion on a public comment. | ||
| That's part of our job. You know, I'll tell you, and it's an amazing thing, too. | ||
| Whenever I run into somebody who's a stranger to me, whether it's, you know, out, sometimes I'll play golf and I'll get another person... | ||
| And they'll kind of hear me and my buddies talking about anti-vax this or whatever. | ||
| And they'll kind of look at me like, you guys feel the same way? | ||
| And they're like, oh, thank God. | ||
| Like somebody else is out there. | ||
| Yeah. And what we would love people to do is to download this. | ||

| Hospitals are being also incentivized to test every single American, no matter why you go | ||

| If they give us a COVID-19 diagnosis, they give you another bonus payout for every COVID diagnosis. | ||
| It's a 20% bonus payout. | ||
| Even if you walked in with a confirmed flu diagnosis, they are telling hospitals, write down COVID-19 and we'll give you a 20% bonus payout. | ||
| Well, yeah, why not? It's free money and there's almost no oversight. | ||
| That's exactly right. There's almost zero oversight. | ||
| Why is that? There's been these federal laws, state laws enacted underneath the CARES Act that during this pandemic, every hospital, if you just follow protocols being given to you by your federal health agencies, if you follow those protocols, which is poisoning you with remdesivir and then venting you, they will pay the hospital's incentives. | ||
| But worse than that, They're not held liable for damages or death caused by those protocols. | ||
| That's the healthcare systems, the hospitals, that's the doctors who are giving it to you. | ||
| So it's crucial that I continue to bring it to the mainstream. | ||
| I was going to say, I got to pause you right there because this is so, I mean, that is, I mean, isn't that against all medical malpractice normalcy? | ||
| It is. It's all thrown out the window under the guise that there's this grand emergency of a virus. | ||
| Oh, and we talked about this before. | ||
| Since May 2020, I've been in the media telling you the virus is less lethal and deadly than the hospital protocols Anthony Fauci set up in May 2020. | ||
| He chose a drug called remdesivir from two studies. | ||
| The first study was the New England Journal of Medicine. | ||
| That actually proved in Africa that remdesivir actually killed more patients than any other drug in that trial at 53% of everybody. | ||
| What you see on the screen is Medicare's bonus payout. | ||
| If you scroll up on the screen, you can see just under these paragraphs where it actually lists remdesivir treatment and the codes that every hospital can use to get the 20% bonus payout for remdesivir. | ||

| Those two bullet points right there tell the story, right there. | ||

| If the drug was proven to cause acute kidney failure and liver failure, remdesivir, in 30% of all COVID-19 patients before Anthony Fauci mandated it for all hospitalized Americans, and it was proven in another study to actually kill over half of the people they gave the drug to, and then it was retracted from that Ebola study, my question for you is this. | ||

| Since I was on your show, do you know that in October of this year, just a month and a half ago, There's an actual heart journal called Cardiovascular Toxicology. | ||
| This journal published a peer-reviewed study on remdesivir. | ||
| Now, if I asked you, Owen, who maybe you are a healthcare professional, I don't know, which organ would you think you would not want to damage or disease or stop when you're trying to keep someone healthy more than anything? | ||
| Now, we're already talking about a heart journal. | ||
| Which organ, Owen? I'm going to go with the heart. | ||
| Let's go with the heart. Okay, we don't want the heart to stop because people die. | ||
| Now, if you remember, in the beginning of the pandemic, Anthony Fauci said we cannot use hydroxychloroquine nor chloroquine, which have been FDA approved for decades. | ||
| And the reason being, he said, hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine caused heart disease and death. | ||
| Which, by the way, that was rare. | ||
| Those were rare cases. | ||
| Yeah, now hold on. In October, remdesivir, they did a study in the Cardiovascular Toxicology, published October 13th, and this is what they found. | ||
| Remdesivir can induce significant cytotoxic effects in cardiomyocytes, which are heart cells, that is considerably worse than chloroquine cardiotoxic effects. | ||
| Remdesivir induces cardiotoxicity, heart toxicity. | ||
| It is due to its binding to human mitochondrial RNA polymerase. | ||
| This drug, remdesivir, causes damage to the mitochondria of the heart, which leads to heart toxicity and disease. | ||
| And it says it is considerably worse than the effects of chloroquine. | ||
| You can throw in hydroxychloroquine also. | ||
| This drug is known on the NIH's website on their Table 2e website. | ||
| That actually lists the three drugs approved for COVID-19 treatment in hospitals. | ||
| It actually lists remdesivir number one and that it causes acute liver failure and acute kidney failure. | ||
| That's what it does. | ||
| Which then leads to the false diagnosis of pneumonia to put you on the ventilator and blow your lungs out. | ||
| That's right. Shut down the kidneys, flood the body with water. | ||
| Now you can't excrete it. | ||
| The water accumulates in your lungs, leads to pulmonary edema. | ||
| The doctors and hospitals are lying to you, all of you calling it COVID pneumonia. | ||
| It is not. It's water in the lungs called pulmonary edema. | ||
| They're drowning you to death and then venting you. | ||
| Owen, two countries in the world have the highest death totals from COVID-19 treatments. | ||
| Do you know what they are? Probably the US and maybe Israel? | ||
| I don't know. It's the United States and Brazil. | ||
| Guess what these two countries have in common? | ||
| We have 800,000 dead Americans since I've started talking about this deadly protocol. | ||
| Brazil has over 615,000 dead. | ||
| Guess what Brazil and the United States are doing only for every hospitalized COVID-19 patients? | ||
| Guess which drug they're both pumping into the veins of every single citizen? | ||
| I'm going to take a wild guess and say remdesivir. | ||
| It is remdesivir. | ||
| And I'm going to say it right now. | ||
| Dr. Ryan Cole, the pathologist out of Idaho, walked up to me the other day and he goes, I love you trying to help host to remember the name of remdesivir, the deadly drug. | ||
| He goes, just start saying this, run, death is near, remdesivir. | ||
| Remdesivir is super dangerous. | ||
| Brazil, the first week of March, made it the only mandated drug of choice for all Brazilians that are hospitalized for COVID-19. | ||
| It does the same thing in everybody. | ||
| Within three to five days, it's proven to cause acute kidney failure, liver failure. | ||
| Now the actual cardiovascular toxicity journal? | ||
| It's publishing that it causes heart disease. | ||
| Now, Owen, they only give you a five-day treatment protocol of remdesivir. | ||
| That means in five days you're seeing the effects of liver failure, kidney failure, and heart failure. | ||
| How is that going to help people breathe? | ||
| How is it going to help them get over COVID? Ivermectin doesn't have those side effects. | ||
| Hydroxychloroquine doesn't have that on their listed side effects. | ||
| I was on your show, Owen, on InfoWars, and do you remember I gave you that chart from the NIH that had remdesivir and ivermectin listed? | ||
| It also lists the side effects for ivermectin, and guess what's not on there? | ||
| No liver failure mentioned, no kidney failure mentioned, and no heart disease mentioned. | ||
| And that's probably why it's won Nobel Peace Prize for humans. | ||
| And by the way, folks, for people that are just listening here... | ||
| Dr. Artis brings all the documents. | ||
| I mean, we've shown all the documents to back up everything he said, but let's go full spectrum here for a second because this just shows yet another, perhaps the most egregious level of fraud from Fauci. | ||
| Because I remember when they were saying, when it was proven that hydroxychloroquine was working to help treat the disease or even prevent it, They were saying, oh, it was bad for your heart. | ||
| Now, it's my understanding here, and correct me if I'm wrong, that hydroxychloroquine was known as a potential problem for people that already had either heart problems or thin blood. | ||
| That was rare conditions, but if you had a heart problem or thin blood, then they may not want you to use hydroxychloroquine. | ||
| But that's a very rare, circumstantial thing. | ||
| But here's the full spectrum. | ||
| So, Fauci says we can't use hydroxychloroquine because it's going to be bad for your heart, even though it's a small percentage that that will be the case. | ||
| But then they have the vaccines that has a major side effect of heart problems, and they prescribe remdesivir that has the major side effect of heart problems. | ||
| I mean, just how do you even grasp that level of fraud from Fauci? | ||
| I have to tell you, really when I found this study in October on the cardiovascular toxicology site, it actually became very apparent and clear that there must be a very specific planned agenda. | ||
| The vaccines are known to cause myocarditis and damage of heart cells. | ||
| So does remdesivir, the only drug they're using to treat all COVID-19 patients. | ||
| It cannot be more obvious. | ||
| There is an attempt to damage what's called mitochondria in the cells of your heart with the mRNA tech in the shots, which the American Heart Association, you should put this up, in their circulation journal dated November 8th of this last month. | ||
| November 8th, 2021, American Heart Association put out the circulation journal. | ||

| And it's funny because... The account that posted this posted no context, just said, hey, here's a list of all the pilots that have been dying. | ||
| Notice anything weird? | ||
| And it's funny because you see, I'm assuming they're leftists because they're all in the medical cult now, but regardless, they're saying, this doesn't prove that they're dying from the jab. | ||
| He never insinuated that. | ||
| So it's like they know that's what's causing this. | ||
| And they fight back against that without that context even being on the screen. | ||

| That's the only difference between all the other years in 2021 is the vaccine. | ||

| Since the 1980s, he convinced the world that HIV was causing a disease process called AIDS. His solution for this pandemic was to actually give everybody a drug called AZT. Miraculously, AZT has every known side effect that is listed as a sign or symptom of AIDS. He used a drug to convince the world as the only treatment of a virus you couldn't see, and it killed that drug. | ||
| AZT killed 11 million people worldwide. | ||
| The drug. Now fast forward to 30 to 40 years later, the same serial killer, Anthony Fauci, has convinced you there's this deadly virus that they put a spike protein in a lab, which they did with Ralph Baric's help at UNC. They put this spike protein on there to hopefully make it more deadly. | ||

| So what they did was had to enact another drug called Remdesivir, an experimental drug like ACT, And then tell you that the virus causes all of these disease processes in the body that are actually side effects of remdesivir poisoning. | ||

| Peter McCullough and I did a whole show on exposing young athletes, professional and collegiate, who have died this year after getting the COVID-19 vaccines at rates way higher than we've seen since 2014 when the NCAA put in screenings with cardiologists for young athletes. | ||
| We haven't seen deaths like this like we are right now. | ||
| And by the way, let me just pause right there because this is an important thing that you just mentioned. | ||
| They have such a strict screening process for college athletes because they don't want athletes dying on the playing field. | ||

| Was going to go play volleyball in college. | ||
| Couldn't do it because she had a heart concern with Marfan syndrome. | ||

| It can also result in several other than lung manifestations. | ||
| These conditions include thrombotic complications, which by the way remdesivir causes, Myocardial dysfunction, heart dysfunction and arrhythmia, acute coronary syndromes, acute kidney failure and liver injury. | ||

| This is in July 2020. | ||
| The only drug awarded to all hospitals to treat COVID-19 is remdesivir. | ||
| When I read this, on NIH's website, they list acute kidney failure and liver failure as side effects of remdesivir. | ||
| When I read this study, I knew Gilead had to be contributing to this research article. | ||
| Could you imagine the conflict of interest to let Gilead participate in defining what the virus does in the body when all the side effects I just read to you are known to be caused by remdesivir, heart failure, thrombotic, arrhythmias, acute kidney failure, liver failure? | ||

| Does it shock anybody that someone who's on the payroll of Gilead is allowed to sit in in early July and create a research study telling the world that the virus we're treating with remdesivir, our own drug, it actually causes heart failure, the virus does, acute kidney failure and liver failure. | ||

| They could hide all the side effects of their drugs and make the whole world think These side effects are caused by the virus, not the drug. | ||

| They've been voting for decades, voting for hundreds of years even. | ||
| The number is over 500,000 when you add inactive voters. | ||
| Third world country voter registrations. | ||
| There are 42,000 voters in Wisconsin who are currently listed as inactive in the August 2021 file, but nevertheless voted in November 2020. | ||
| Major red flag. | ||
| Double the margin of the 2020 election scam. | ||
| And there's just more of these numbers and anomalies being reported on by Liz Harrington. | ||
| Oh, there's no voter fraud. | ||
| No, no, no. Only when Hillary Clinton loses or a Democrat loses is their voter fraud and they want to investigate. | ||
| But when the Democrats win, it's all fair. | ||

| I saw other people talking about how they do it in Illinois, but... | ||
| But again, you have another illegal immigrant caravan heading to the southern border right now. | ||
| It's going to be at least 10,000 people, maybe even upwards of 13,000 plus by the time it gets to the southern border. | ||
| We showed you those images. Now... | ||
| Texas is actually trying to stop this from happening, and they have boats now lined up on the Rio Grande. | ||
| I've never seen anything like this, and we were down at the border multiple times. | ||
| We even were on the Rio Grande for a couple days, just going up and down the river for hours, full days of it. | ||
| And it was pretty rare to see Border Patrol. | ||
| I mean, you'd see them every once in a while. | ||
| They've got like a whole fleet of boats. | ||
| That are monitoring the southern border in hot spots for illegal border crossers now. | ||
| I don't know if we're going to be able to stave this off. | ||
| I don't know if we're going to be able to stop it. | ||
| But at least we're prepping ourselves for this mass migrant horde that is heading to Texas, no doubt. | ||
| Now, as I told you, the left is... | ||
| What do you call it when you blame somebody else for what you've done? | ||
| I forget the name of the term, but it's what liberals do best. | ||
| They're the racist, so they call you racist. | ||

| They gerrymander. They say, oh, Republicans gerrymander. | ||
| And so you have this story that everybody was covering because it's Ben Affleck. | ||
| Ben Affleck says Republicans want to dodge the consequences for their actions through gerrymandering. | ||
| Folks, I explained this yesterday, how Democrats gerrymander by splintering off the population | ||
| dense areas that they overwhelm with their illegal immigrants. | ||
| And then they gerrymander by basically splintering them off into other districts and other counties | ||
| that would otherwise be majority conservative voters, but they siphon off some of those | ||
| votes from the population dense areas. | ||
| They know it's not going to affect the results in the downtown areas. | ||
| So they siphon some of those votes off. | ||
| They splinter some of them votes off by gerrymandering, and then they say, oh, Republicans are racist. | ||
| They don't want black people voting in these other elections. | ||
| Well, they don't live in those districts. | ||
| Who cares what skin color they are? | ||
| They don't live in those districts. | ||
| So they gerrymander until they get the right grouping and zoning so that there are no conservative areas left. | ||
| So they take a pocket of an overwhelmingly blue area, mostly the downtown areas, they splinter and then siphon it off into conservative areas so that they can use that population density to rig other elections and then not have any Republicans at all. | ||
| And so that's how you get districts like this in Chicago. | ||
| It's a perfect example. | ||
| This is the fourth district in Chicago. | ||
| Now, tell me, does that make any sense to you? | ||
| Why would a voting district look like Pac-Man? | ||
| Like a deformed Pac-Man? | ||
| It's how they gerrymander, folks. | ||
| It's what they do. | ||
| And notice it's the same thing. | ||
| They splinter off part of the population-dense blue areas in Chicago, which is right here, and then they have those votes bleed out into what would typically be conservative areas, like out here, so that Republicans can never win another election. | ||
| That's what they do. | ||
| See what they've done? | ||
| Pull that map back up, because that's an official map. | ||
| This is what they do. Look at District 5. | ||
| Same thing. They take a district that would be traditionally red and conservative, they shoehorn a segment of that district into the downtown blue area so they can siphon off those votes and then control traditionally Republican conservative districts as well. | ||
| Look, same thing, District 9, District 3, District 1, District 2, it's what they do! | ||
| All Republicans want to do is have voting districts that actually make sense on a map, traditionally, historically. | ||
| The Democrats are the ones that gerrymander everything, and then they say, oh, it's racism, because they want all the population-dense areas to be able to control the votes of the suburbs and of the counties outside of the cities. | ||
| So no, it's Democrats that gerrymander, and then they claim racism when Republicans don't want it to happen. | ||
| Pull up the Maryland voting districts on a map if you want to see the total clown world of the nature, if the Chicago example isn't enough. | ||
| And that's what I'm saying is I saw multiple news hosts get into this last night, and then I did it too. | ||
| I don't even know how it all happened, but Bongino actually ran in Maryland for an election, and he broke it all down perfectly. | ||
| Basically the exact same segment that I did yesterday. | ||
| The Democrats take traditional voting maps and then redistrict so that they can get just enough votes in the heavily blue areas and downtown areas to then rig the elections in traditionally red areas, which is then how they rig courts, how they rig attorneys, how they rig representatives. | ||
| It's all they do. | ||

| So, actually, Maryland is actually a traditionally conservative area outside of Baltimore, actually. | ||
| A lot of military. Actually, extremely conservative. | ||

| I mean, it's just... It's just unbelievable, man. | ||

| But you know what else Democrats and their media cohorts are really good at? | ||

| Logan Hall puts it, the left has mastered friend-enemy politics. | ||
| So they surveyed college students with this question. | ||
| College students who would not blank someone who voted for the opposing presidential candidate, and the options were some of them, go out on a date with, shop at, or support a business of, be friends with, or work for. | ||
| And Republicans, you can see, are actually tolerant. | ||
| Only 31% of Republicans say they wouldn't go on a date with a Democrat. | ||
| Only 7% say they wouldn't shop at the business. | ||
| Only 5% say they wouldn't be friends with. | ||
| Only 7% say they wouldn't work for. | ||
| But look at the Democrat side of the aisle. | ||
| 71% of Democrat respondents said they wouldn't date a Republican. | ||
| 41% say they wouldn't shop at a business of. | ||
| 37% say they wouldn't be friends with. | ||
| And 30% say they wouldn't work for. | ||
| So who's the real divisive party? | ||
| Who's the real intolerant party? | ||
| The left and the Democrat Party and the mainstream media has mastered the divide and conquer technique. | ||

| I mean, just the homicide rates go up, all the violent crime goes up, and then they ignore the root cause of it, which is their own policy. | ||

| Well, we need to do something about that. | ||
| So if you say, well, wait a second, this student doesn't have a high school reading comprehension level. | ||

| So what are we going to do? Well, just pass them anyway. | ||
| Just fudge the numbers. | ||
| Just pass them anyway. And then what happens? | ||
| Society crumbles. And so that's what we're dealing with there, ladies and gentlemen. | ||
| It goes on. Awatana schools effectively prevent parents from seeing what their children are being taught. | ||
| So the parents in this Minnesota school district sent a FOIA request to find out what critical race theory was being taught in their schools. | ||
| And so the schools had to release all the documents of critical race theory. | ||
| And they did. And guess what? | ||
| They got thousands of pages of redacted information. | ||
| Literally, folks, they just printed out black pages. | ||
| They redacted everything. | ||
| So the Minnesota Parents Group, United Patriots for Accountability, got the FOIA request. | ||
| The school district had to share all of their documents in relation to critical race theory, but they just redacted every single word. | ||
| Tell me who's got something to hide again. | ||
| It would be the people that are hiding what they're doing from you and scrubbing the numbers and rigging the numbers. | ||
