| In your recent statement opposing the Texas anti-abortion law, you said it is the foremost responsibility of the Department of Justice to defend the Constitution. | ||
| Do you plan to defend the Second Amendment rights which are explicitly protected by our Constitution as vigorously as you do abortion rights? | ||

| Yes. Do you believe recent Inspector General FISA report citing widespread and material non-compliance by the FBI with proper due process for surveillance of U.S. citizens is a violation of the Fourth Amendment? | ||

| We have to be extremely careful about surveillance of American citizens, only as appropriate under the statute. | ||

| In your June 15 remarks on domestic terrorism, you said that nearly every day you get a briefing from the FBI director and his team. | ||
| How often do you discuss FISA violations in your briefings? | ||
| How often do you discuss these FISA violations when you get your nearly daily briefings with the FBI? So there's a quarterly review that an intelligence community and the National Security Division submits to the Intelligence Committees with respect to FISA reviews. | ||

| I know here particularly with Southwest Airlines, I know that they have backed off, and it sounds like they are going to support their people. | ||

| And then when they turn around to Biden and say, well, can you help us? | ||

| So fit to fly is a FAA legal term and the thing about these mandates is that it's putting a huge amount of stress on pilots as well as flight attendants that their whole livelihood is being is being challenged and you know it puts a crazy amount of stress and anxiety on people imagine that your whole livelihood is being taken away but yeah you have to be a hundred percent there to fly a plane full of 150 people and so your emotional health It's a very big aspect of that. | ||

| I've actually experienced it personally only in this last week. | ||
| I had a child in my family's birthday coming up and I thought I'll just go to the shops and grab a gift and I was denied entry because I couldn't show them my vaccine passport. | ||
| I couldn't even do the online click and collect, which is where you order it online and then you wait out the front like you're a Gentile woman. | ||
| And you wait for them to, you know, like bring out the package to you because this particular Star Wars figure that I wanted to get is a series of 12 in the collection. | ||
| And if I clicked the online one, I would just get whatever they give. | ||
| It's at random selection. | ||
| I can't actually pick which one I want. | ||
| I can't go into the store. | ||
| So total second class treatment like, oh, yeah, you can just just order some fruit. | ||
| Maybe we'll bring you a rotten apple or something. | ||
| You'll just take what we give you. You know, that's pretty much not far from the truth and I can actually see this sort of thing happening because I'm amazed that the Australian government hasn't put in more restrictions around grocery shopping and things like that because this is the absolute insanity of it. | ||
| I can't go to a child's toy store and Just get one item off the shelf, no trolley, no nothing, just pick it up and pay for it with my credit card. | ||
| I can't do that. But I can go to my supermarket next door with thousands of other random strangers and pick up a trolley that 50 other people have picked up and that's totally fine. | ||
| And this is the madness that's coming out of Australia, just how illogical and how unscientific all of this is. | ||
| Maybe if things were consistent and, you know, there was objectivity And discussion around the science. | ||
| And it was actually science and not narrative or propaganda. | ||
| Maybe we'd be more willing to just kind of go along with it. | ||
| But yeah, I can see straight through, obviously, what's going on. | ||
| And, you know, this two-tiered society thing, I can just see evolving into more things. | ||
| Unfortunately, we actually have some legislation that's coming into Australia, which would probably coincide with my thoughts of where this can end. | ||
| And it's this digital identity bill that they're trying to pass through our federal government right now, our parliament, where everything, our identity, our bank, our QR code check-ins, our vaccination status... | ||
| Our medical records. | ||
| Every single online thing goes onto this online identity bill. | ||
| And there's a little bit like a social credit scoring system. | ||
| And I can just see how this is going to end, particularly for this last 15% of us Australians who are not getting vaccinated. | ||
| You can just see how this is going to be manipulated to try and get us into a corner. | ||
| But yeah, we're living in a two-tiered society. | ||
| We've got legislation coming, you know, like left, right and centre from all different states in Victoria. | ||
| They're also bringing in legislation which would make these pandemic mandates, these pandemic public health orders and restrictions permanent law. | ||
| Right now we have the basis of saying, you know, mandates are not enacted laws. | ||
| We have A little bit of groundwork to move around with the court systems about the validity of whether this is lawful or not. | ||
| But if these bills of legislation come into Western Australia and Victoria, and I'm guessing all of the other states, the government essentially has the power to have these permanently in place and it will be enacted law, which means it's there to stay. | ||
| There's no expiration date. | ||
| So it's quite terrifying at the moment living in Australia. | ||
| You're not seeing protests as much. | ||
| You're not seeing these big extravagant things, but that's how they've planned it. | ||
| They've done it so carefully. | ||
| They've done it so that they've given little breadcrumbs to the vaccinated Australians to make everybody believe everything's going back to normal. | ||
| So everybody's dropped their guard. | ||
| Everybody is believing the hope that, you know, when December comes around, everything's going to be over. | ||
| We'll be back to normal. You know, in the corner here, in the peripheral vision, if you take the blinders off, you can see all this legislation that they're bringing in place to make this permanency. | ||
| And you can see all these other things that they're introducing that makes anyone with, you know, more than a tin can and a marvellous brain kind of go, why would you be bringing that legislation in unless this is here forever to stay? | ||
| So it's quite scary, to be honest, Owen. | ||
| Yeah, I would say government tyranny is a pretty terrifying thing. | ||
| But what about for the vaccinated? | ||
| I mean, is life back to normal even for them yet? | ||

| So they're allowed to go to cafes and pubs and bars and clubs and they can do like limited things like this, but they're still restricted with their movements. | ||
| They're still restricted with how many people they can have at their homes, how many people can attend a wedding or a funeral. | ||

| The vaccinated people have actually believed and bought the lie that, you know, you've got everything you wanted, guys. | ||
| And, you know, whenever you choose security over freedom, You're going to end up with neither, and that's what the vaccinated are going to have to realize. | ||
| And they can put them locked right back down if there's some new outbreak that their vaccine doesn't protect from. | ||

| The case counts have been extremely low. | ||
| So, Evelyn, are we still at a zero outbreak state in Australia, yet the most tyrannical as well? | ||
| According to people who can actually look objectively at the science, at the statistics, without, you know, the propaganda and things, absolutely there has been no mass outbreak. | ||
| You know, I think from the beginning of this, which is, you know, two years ago pretty much almost, we've had A bit over a thousand deaths in total. | ||
| And if you look at our statistics in comparison to many other nations around the world, people would be desperately hopeful to have our statistics, you know, whether that's because we are on an island and we've had, you know, a lot of other factors going for us, which is why we've had such low rates. | ||
| I'm not sure. But what I do know is it's not the hype and it's not the fear porn that the mainstream media would have you believe. | ||
| I personally, like, do not know a single person who's had COVID, you know, and there's, I don't know, 25 million of us here at the moment in Australia and I don't know a single person personally in my life or a friend of a friend and acquaintance, not a single person. That has had COVID since the beginning of this pandemic. | ||
| And I guarantee if you do a poll and you talk to, you know, other Australians, I've done polls like this. | ||
| A lot of people have said the same thing. | ||
| They cannot tell me a single person that they know who has had it. | ||
| And, you know, this is the reality of it. | ||
| And this is why it's been so shocking to so many of us because why? | ||
| Why is this being labelled a pandemic when more people statistically are killed from other diseases? | ||
| We have 480-something people every single day in Australia who are admitted to hospital for alcohol-related diseases or illnesses. | ||
| Why aren't we talking about that? | ||
| Like, there are more numbers in that one particular thing. | ||
| That's not even talking about obesity-related diseases. | ||
| That's not even talking about, you know, tobacco-related diseases. | ||
| That's not talking about any of these other things. | ||
| Why are we not talking about those things, which are more deadly and dangerous, yet we're talking about something that I don't even know anyone. | ||
| I have no one in my life who's had it. | ||
| And so it is quite confusing, especially just how hard they've cracked down on the restrictions of Australians. | ||
| It does not make sense. | ||
| It does not weigh up. | ||
| And anyone who can use logic and reason and rationalise fact can come to the conclusion that it's not right. | ||
| Well, you say you don't know anybody who's suffered from COVID. Do you know anybody who's suffered from government tyranny in some way, shape, or form? | ||
| Yes, absolutely. | ||
| Just to sort of emphasise just how ridiculous the tyranny is right now, it was only released yesterday and I posted this on my Twitter. | ||
| They're now making it illegal for children to not wear a face covering in the state of Victoria and they've actually put out legislative things and public health orders to say that children are now going to get fined. | ||
| Children! If children are not wearing a face covering, they are going to get fined now. | ||
| And when that came out, I thought, how are children going to pay for these fines? | ||
| It's going to be their parents, obviously. | ||
| And what sort of human being is going to walk up to a 12-year-old and say, here's an $80 fine for not putting a nappy on your face? | ||
| But this is how ridiculous Australia is right now. | ||
| I've had a young woman contact me last week who was a school teacher. | ||
| She's just finished university. | ||
| She'd only be like 21 or 22 years old. | ||
| She spent over $100,000 in university fees, you know, years in, you know, outside of school education to get this job position. | ||
| She's now being forced to get the vaccine or she's going to lose her job. | ||
| She said to me that she cried all the way to her appointment of the vaccine. | ||
| She cried during the appointment. | ||
| She cried during getting the injection in her arm. | ||
| And then you have to sit for 10 minutes in the waiting room after you've had the vaccine. | ||
| And she wept in the waiting room, cried. | ||
| She said she was on the floor just sobbing. | ||
| And I asked her, what did the doctors do? | ||
| What did the nurses do? | ||
| What did these medical practitioners do when you were crying? | ||
| She said nothing. They did absolutely nothing. | ||
| They didn't ask her why she was crying. | ||
| They didn't ask her if they could help her or assist her in any other way. | ||
| They just said, roll up your sleeve, you'll feel a pinch, and they jabbed her with the needle. | ||
| There's so much medical negligence at the moment coming out of Australia. | ||
| This is one story and there are so many more that I'm getting from different people who have had similar experiences. | ||
| And I'm honestly terrified to see the long-term effects of all of this. | ||
| We have breast screening clinics for cancer that are being shut down in the name of COVID. We have, you know, all of these different health-related services that are closed because of the pandemic. | ||
| I think that we're on a pretty bad trajectory to medical negligence and I think that our children are going to suffer and there's going to be a lot more injuries, you know, from all of these restrictions as well as the treatments that they're choosing for us right now moving forward. | ||
| So, yeah, it's not unfortunately what you're seeing is quiet on the media, but it's really not getting much better here. | ||
| Australians are just, I guess, choosing at the moment security over freedom. | ||
| And until Australians realise that the government don't own them, they're going to keep treating them like mum and dad. | ||
| It's like they almost have this Stockholm syndrome with the government right now. | ||
| And it's like, you know, govern me harder, daddy. | ||
| That saying, that's... | ||
| Unfortunately, what a large majority of Australians are doing. | ||
| Sure, there is a group of us who are awake and who don't, you know, like what we see and who are fighting and pushing back. | ||
| But as the vaccination rates get higher, those of us in this group are getting smaller and, you know, we're kind of losing a bit of traction with the movement, the pushback, the resistance, unfortunately. | ||
| So, Yeah, I don't have much other good news other than I'm hoping our new premier in New South Wales at least will follow through with what he says. | ||
| But again, there's all this legislation that's coming in with a lot of permanency to it. | ||
| And I can just say, and I don't know if you've noticed, Owen, all the climate change talk has come back. | ||
| Well, that's what's next. | ||
| The climate tyranny is coming next. | ||
| Oh, absolutely. And this is the thing. | ||
| This is what I want Australians to realize. | ||
| You might think the pandemic's over. | ||

| Somebody needs to do it. So, RSVN, we go out there, and this is uncharted territory for us. | ||
| We don't typically go into the belly of the beast like that. | ||
| And I was just blown away. | ||
| I could not believe the energy that I felt. | ||
| I walked away feeling energized from that. | ||
| I feel like this is ground zero. | ||
| This is a good launch point for hopefully nationwide protests. | ||
| I mean, this is our nation's largest city. | ||
| And I'm hoping that this reverberates around the nation. | ||
| We need to see more people stand together and push back against this tyranny. | ||
| And then as far as the media goes, they're not covering it because the optics are so devastating to their divide and conquer strategy. | ||
| They have to keep people divided and conquered amongst their little victimhood groups. | ||
| But nope, yesterday New York City was unified. | ||
| They were unified. People put their differences aside and came together for something greater, which is human freedom. | ||
| So this is a Human freedom movement and it's finally come to the United States. | ||
| The numbers were a little bit in question. | ||
| When we first got there, it looked like there were about 5,000 to 10,000. | ||
| But it wasn't until we got across the bridge and my cameraman stood up on the barricade, because we were near the front of the protest, so we could see the front of the line. | ||
| But we wanted to see Just how many people were behind us. | ||
| So he stood up on the barricade and just proceeded to film for about 15, maybe 20 minutes. | ||
| And we condensed it down into a time lapse so that you could see how many people were there. | ||
| If I had to guess, I would say 30 to 40,000 easily. | ||
| Yeah, the images are so powerful, especially when it's like a mile long or more of people. | ||
| And, you know, I don't it's like I don't thank the mainstream media for giving Infowars all these exclusives. | ||
| I wish they would cover all of it. | ||
| I don't think the country would be in as much trouble because we know that they are intentionally sabotaging the truth in the mainstream news. | ||
| But I mean, right side broadcasting is of the same the same bent now where it's like nobody would cover Trump rallies except right side broadcasting network. | ||

| Well, and that's the other thing is the media, specifically just the leftist libtards, they didn't know what to do because the night before there was a Brooklyn Nets basketball game where Kyrie Irving is choosing not to get vaccinated so they're not letting him play. | ||
| And it was actually led by Black Lives Matter activists who showed up at the arena in support of Kyrie Irving. | ||
| And so all the leftists were saying, oh, look, it's another insurrection. | ||
| They're up to an insurrection again. And then as soon as they realized it was Black Lives Matter, they deleted their tweets. | ||
| They unpublished their stories. | ||
| So was the elements of this crowd much like that? | ||
| Like whether it's Black Lives Matter or left or right or Trump or just a fireman that doesn't want to lose his job or a police officer that doesn't want to lose his job? | ||
| I mean, it seems like this was really a non-political thing. | ||
| Yeah, it was nonpolitical at all. | ||
| I mean, of course, you had the Let's Go Brandon chants, the F Joe Biden chant was very popular. | ||
| But the majority of it was like, you know, my body, my choice, you will not force this vaccine. | ||
| There's a lot of that. | ||
| And that's something that most people can get behind. | ||
| Because, you know, one of the things that I noticed right off the bat was With us going into New York City, which is a majority liberal areas, a lot of people don't recognize us. | ||
| They didn't know who we were. | ||
| So that told me that they may not be conservative, and yet they're gathered with people who did recognize us. | ||
| So they put their political differences aside. | ||
| It wasn't about politics. | ||
| It was about human freedom. | ||
| And so that's what is so powerful. | ||
| That's why... I felt so encouraged to cover this event because we need to get the word out. | ||
| So more people feel inspired by this. | ||
| They know that they're not alone. | ||
| And if our largest city can come together and gather like this, then the word is out. | ||
| And we can see it happen all around the country. | ||
| I just think it's just incredibly powerful. | ||
| Well, and that's the thing. | ||
| I'd like to think that the vaccine mandates are going to stop in New York City or for all of these businesses, but they're not. | ||
| We just saw the Project Veritas video where they said, yeah, once we get in office, we're going to force vaccine mandates. | ||
| So that means that the protests probably aren't going to go away either. | ||
| If anything, they're just going to get bigger. | ||
| And now that right-side broadcasting is on the pulse of that, too, I think that it's going to encourage more people to show up just because they know what's going on, because that's another dynamic. | ||

| The people that promote these events are blocked all over social media. | ||
