| There was never any plan to go do violence that day. | ||
| That was the last thing we wanted. | ||
| And we're going to have to, once again, fight a legal battle to keep myself on air, to keep the truth on air. | ||
| Not just for me in the fight, perhaps the legal fight of my life, and for our rights, but for also all the other political prisoners that are rotting in a jail cell right now. | ||
| In fact, they bragged they have almost 600 political prisoners in jail right now for the big lie, as I view it, of January 6th. | ||
| Nobody wanted any violence that day. | ||
| Nobody was coordinating any penetration of the Capitol building that day, except maybe | ||
| the feds like what we saw in Michigan. | ||
| But we want all of this to come out, and so I am in the legal fight of my life right now, | ||

| I never went into the building, but you can see Capitol Police waving people into the building and You can see Capitol Police removing barricades and barriers so that people can get onto the Capitol grounds. | ||
| And we will once again produce evidence that the Infowars team that I was with that day was trying to maintain peace and was trying to get people out of the Capitol and to get people to stop from going into the Capitol. | ||
| In fact, we spoke on the ground, some of our security team and Alex that day, To the Capitol Police requesting that, hey, use your voice, get up there with the bullhorn, get on the steps, and try to back this crowd off. | ||
| Try to tell people not to go in. | ||
| Unfortunately, by the time we got there, it was already too late. | ||
| By the time we got anywhere near the Capitol, all the chaos had already begun. | ||
