Here's what to expect.
The old fence in red with its barbed wire is coming down.

So we'll have the clips from Jen Psaki, who's getting lobbed all the questions from the media.
Now even left-wing Democrats that are in the White House press corps, even they are giving Psaki the what-for on the border.
And of course there's Kamala Harris with the over-exaggerated body language of a total phony.
I'm not sure if she's live right now or what's going on here.
Just look at the over-exaggerated body gestures of this woman.
That's how you know she's such a phony when she has to just be so overly...
Exaggerated in her shoulder shrugs and her hands waving around and everything.
Oh, but she's got the mask on, too.
She's very concerned about COVID, of course.
But, you know, they come pouring in the southern border and test positive, and they just release them into any major city.
Like in Dallas, where they are now housing them, or they'll send them to a NASA facility here, or they'll bus them to the next largest city near the border.
So that's just what they do.
But, you know, COVID's such a big deal.
And so you have to restrict your movement.
You have to restrict your freedom because of COVID. But don't even suggest the notion that that should be applied at the southern border.
You bigot.
So we'll have those questions that Psaki has to dance around.
And then, of course, Biden, in one of perhaps the most pathetic clips you're ever going to see from a president, Not addressing questions from media.
It's just so pathetic.
And this is really where the nation is at.
So we'll have that.
The accusers of Cuomo continue to rack up.
I think we're maybe six or seven now.
But for Biden, this doesn't seem to affect him, even though it was Kamala Harris that said, oh, I believe Biden's accusers.

There's somebody up there on the Democrat stage.
Remember they said, oh, Joe, did you already forget what you said five seconds ago?

But now that he's in the White House, that's not a problem.
And so Tara Reid gets ignored.
But all of the Cuomo accusers, they are getting a platform now.
They are getting mainstream publication articles.
Their voice is being heard.

And you realize that there's all these people over here living in one reality where there's the deadliest pandemic ever.
They've got their masks. They're sanitizing everything.
It's total freakout land for them.
And then there's other people who have moved on.
They're not wearing the mask. They don't live in freakout land.
They're enjoying life. Everything's great.
They're hugging. They're kissing. Everything.
And I'm realizing that it's a personal choice.
I mean, you have a personal choice of the reality that you choose.
Why would you ever choose to live in the leftist paradigm reality?
I just... It's stunning that people would actually choose to live in that reality and gladly wear the mask and promote abortion and all the other sick, depraved stuff that they do.
So it's an interesting situation at the southern border, or it's a weird thing where it's a total disaster what's going on in the southern border right now.
And any... Rational nation would be addressing this immediately.
Any rational thinking people would be real about this situation and stop playing the little political games that a certain side of the political aisle likes to play.
We would be doing something about this situation that is spiraling out of control.
I mean, you're going to have record numbers by the end of this year of migrants crossing the southern border illegally, being detained, being released.
The number is going to surpass probably a million, maybe even by July.
And there's just no signs of it slowing down.
It's only getting worse because the current administration in the White House is promoting it.
And they're not... Doing anything to increase border security or increase people or stop people from coming here.
They've stopped building the wall.
They're saying, come here. We have free stuff for you.
We'll even release you if you have COVID. And so it's totally out of control.
There's no other way to say it.
It's a disaster.
And it's really criminal what is being let happen at the border.
It's really criminal to so many different degrees.
But if you just talk about it From a basic conceptual standpoint of a nation that has a border, they have effectively removed the southern border, and they have effectively created a vacuum situation where everybody migrating out of Central America, hell, they're coming from Asia, they're coming from Africa, they get into Central America, they come up through the southern border, and then they get on the United States welfare program.
I forget what the number is, but it's like in the last 20 years, we have taken in 15% of Central America's population.
That is a demographic shift.
Massively. But see, you don't talk about it.
The media doesn't make a big deal out of it.
It's like it's not even happening.
But this is like world history level stuff.
This is like historical level, like biblical level stuff that's happening at our southern border that's happening through Central America up to our southern border.
And so for the Biden administration to slough it off and for the media to slough it off, folks, this isn't about what color their skin is.
This isn't about these people or the reasons why they're coming here.
This is about are we as a nation sane enough and rational enough to say, look, we have had an immigration and illegal immigration problem in this country for decades.
It's totally out of control now.
It's reaching a fever pitch.
which we have to address it now.
No, we don't even have that basic common sense.
We play political games and we say, oh, don't be a racist.
Oh, don't be a bigot. Don't think about how it impacts the economy.
Don't think about how it impacts immigration.
Don't think about how it impacts these people's lives.
Some people die. Some people get raped.
Don't think about how it impacts the cities that these people get shipped into with no prospects, some of them diseased.
Don't think about that.

Well, he does that. You know, there are a lot of Americans who see him going to take these trips this week to promote this popular law and think, okay, but why can't he take time to go down to the border?
Well, I would say, Ed, that his focus is on developing solutions, pushing his team, encouraging his team to develop solutions that will expedite processing at the border, that will open more facilities, that will ensure kids are treated with humanity and also treated safely.
And that's his focus.
And so that's where he's putting his efforts on immigration.

It's so telling, and it's so hard to really portray out over the airwaves of just the ocean itself.

You'll read directly the text of the document where it says, we're going to give you mRNA vaccines from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that's going to rewrite basically your genetic code so that you have no natural immunity and you'll now be relying on their system to even survive a cold.
And we've all known that, and they've had Wolfgang Woudard, the head of the EU Warning Commission, and just literally thousands of others come out and say the same thing.
This is medical testing, and it's dangerous.
So we go, well, then what are they doing?
It destroys your immune system, and your body can't even now produce protein Blockers that stop cancer.
And here's the deal.
I'm reading this in NPR today.
I had Mike Adams on covering another top virologist who came out and said this will cause autoimmune disorders.
This will make your body attack your own organs.
This will give you cancer.
And it has all the literature.
This is a top virologist, top vaccine developer.
He's pro-vaccine. This is not vaccine.
This is deadly. This is gene therapy.
And then I've had Mike, who's been working here three or four months, great guy, a researcher, he dug into all this, and for like a month he's been trying to get me to read this Crimson Contagion, where they admitted this drill, no one believes in vaccines, we've got to have a crisis, get everybody on board, so they submit.

The New York Times reported on it, and it was basically a drill of exactly what happened a few years later with COVID-19, or a year and a half later with COVID-19.

And then it goes through who did it, Center for Strategic International Studies.
And then it's funded, it says, by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
And then you start reading it, Acknowledgements for Funding, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

And then it goes right into the plan, and Senator, you know, Kelly, Agtote, Julie, Greberling, Merck and Co., and it's all these signatures of generals and colonels and congressmen and all these top people signing on to what they're going to do.
And then it goes in to say, we now have this genetic gene therapy, and it says we're going to call it A vaccine, but it's really a gene therapy.
And it is restore faith in the vaccine system because there's a big crisis.
And then they admit in here just tons of stuff like this.

It gets worse. To admit that it's making people sick, to admit these things are dangerous, to admit they can destroy your immune system, admitting all this, but they say we need a crisis to be able to get the public to accept all of this.

And we've been going through these, and it is everything they launched, even the same maps that you saw where the COVID breakout was in the same company.
That's all put out by the same people by Bill Gates and them.

You had all these other events, Disease X three years ago.
Then you have this is the last drill, which if you look, the exact breakouts, the exact places, the exact spread.
Mask, lockdowns, checkpoints, fusing all local governments, state, federal, under the UN. And then they finally, so this was the last drill.
And then six, eight months later, they launch Event 201 by Bill and Melinda Gates that was the cover for the whole op as Bill and Melinda Gates actually ran the attack.

And here's what's crazier. They admit that when this causes mutations and deaths, which is going to cause real SARS... Well, Bill Gates said the second pandemic's coming.
Yes. Then they say they're going to blame anti-vaxxers.
So they implant you with something, destroys your immune system, makes you a vaccine virus spreader like Mike Adams was covering today with Top Scientist.
And then they blame us.
You see, that's how they get away with what they're about to do.
And they'll say it's because you didn't take the vaccine, even though the people that didn't take the vaccine are the only people not having the reaction.
And it's the globalists and people like Bill Gates that always...
They metaphysically have to give you that choice, but they have to allow you to make the wrong choices so that that then justifies their actions against you.
So, there'll be no remorse from the people that signed on to this when the vaccines are causing cancer and killing everybody.
There'll be no remorse because they'll say, well, you knew.

It wasn't like this was a secret thing.
But then they feel justified because you should have been smarter than that.

They've already opened their detention centers.
Hundreds of Trump supporters, veterans, pastors.
Kids, teenagers sit in jail cells right now.
Families sitting in jail cells rotting right now because they were in D.C. on January 6th.
And Democrat judges are saying, I can't release you until you get into court.
But of course they can't get into court because it's closed off for COVID. And so they just sit and rot in a cell.
It's totally unconstitutional.
It's totally illegal. Well, that's one standard of justice that the Democrats hold.
But then there's another standard entirely that they hold for their own justice.
For themselves, not just in D.C., but on the streets as well.
And what's happening in Portland, Oregon, is the perfect example where now it is commonplace, yes, to be arrested twice during the same riot.
That's right. Police are arresting people during these riots in Portland, and then they are released, put back on the streets, and then arrested again, committing violent criminal offenses.
And so covering this, Angus Lee, an attorney on the Northwest Coast, he's been on with us before.
He's been working against the tyranny there of shutting down businesses.
And now he's fighting against what's happening Where again, if you're a member of Antifa or Black Lives Matter and you get arrested, you most likely won't even end up in a courtroom.
And you could more likely even be arrested twice during the same riot.
But oh, if you're a Trump guy in D.C. with a hat on for January 6th, you rot in jail cell for undisclosed amounts of time.
And so Angus joins us now.
What would you say just in general about this phenomenon we're seeing?
You've never seen a more double standard when it comes to justice in this country.
Well, unfortunately, it heralds the end of the age of reason and the rule of law and shows that we are devolving into a series of tribal cities where it is the rule of man, where you have one rule for the people that you prefer, who engage in activity you prefer, and another set of rules for people who you don't prefer.
That's very clearly on display in the city of Portland, where the prosecutor has taken a hyper-political approach and a partisan political approach to...
I can't even call it law and justice.
I can't even call it prosecution because he's the Antifa prosecutor who doesn't prosecute clear patterns and acts of criminal violence.
And as a result, Portland, the city, has been devastated and it is in a state that I have never seen in my lifetime.
I've lived right outside of Portland growing up.
I live right outside of Portland now.
The former mayor of the city of Portland just came out very recently saying that Portland is in the worst condition it's ever been in.
People used to say Portland was a wonderful place to visit.
They used to say it was beautiful and clean.
And now it looks like a zombie apocalypse hellscape where you don't want to get out of your car.
And in fact, if you go through downtown Portland, last time I did, the only thing I saw were drug-addicted homeless people.
And it is a direct result of the approach to prosecution taken by the prosecutor in Portland where he has created a double standard.
If you are conservative and engaged in a conservative protest, you may be prosecuted for something as simple as yelling and wagging your finger.
But if you are a member of Antifa, you can kind of do whatever you want, and they'll let you go again and again and again.
And I can tell you that two competing stories about how prosecutors are treating conservatives in Portland and how they're treating Antifa, and it's shocking.
Yeah, so get into what's going on behind the scenes with the district attorney there, Mike Schmidt, and how basically Portland Antifa has just been let off the chain, if you will, to just commit violent acts of crime, burn buildings to the ground, avoid prosecution.
Sure. So Mike Schmidt has instituted a formal selective prosecution policy where, according to the written policy of his office, if you are engaged in a protest That is of political protest that he prefers, a BLM protest or an Antifa protest.
Then his policy comes into effect and they will not file charges for things such as riot.
They will not file charges for disorderly conduct.
However, that same policy has been applied across the board to Antifa members, but it has not been applied to any conservatives who are engaging in conservative protests.
And in fact, the only people in Multnomah County, when I reviewed their records, that were being prosecuted for an allegation of riot were two, excuse me, three conservative individuals.
Mr. Gibson, Joey Gibson, and Russell Schultz are two of them.
And all they did was went to a protest, and they specifically protested against Antifa.
They protested Antifa and warned the people of Portland in their protest.
They said, this is Antifa.
They are violent, they are destructive, and they will do great harm to your city.
And during that protest, Mr.
Gibson and Mr. Schultz remained peaceful.
They did not engage in violence personally.
However, Mr. Gibson was assaulted.
He was spat upon by Antifa.
They threw things at him.
They pepper sprayed him.
He still remained nonviolent.
Yet, the prosecutor's office decided to prosecute and continues to prosecute Those conservatives who did nothing but stand in a public street and protest.
Meanwhile, they have applied their policy to cases since June, where if it's an Antifa protest, they walk away.
If they commit crimes of violence, they don't get prosecuted.
And I've reviewed numerous files inside the prosecutor's office where you see reports from the police saying, here's an Antifa member who was arrested multiple times for various criminal activity.
Are you really not going to prosecute?
And the prosecutors respond, that's right, we're not going to prosecute this person.
There are case files in Multnomah County where police officers will be assaulted, point blank.
And even though that shouldn't be covered under the non-prosecution policy in Multnomah County, they still don't prosecute.
It's just unbelievable.
And so it's no wonder that Portland is in the state that it's in because it's like negotiating with terrorists.
They have allowed Antifa to riot and riot and riot.
And in return, the prosecutor and the mayor, Ted Wheeler, have acquiesced.
And they have conceded and they have rewarded the rioting of Antifa.
And so Antifa is not dumb.
They're not going to stop doing something that they're rewarded for.
So they continue to do it.
Yet, Ted Wheeler and the prosecutor in Portland just throw up their hands and say, gosh, we just can't possibly understand what's going on here and why they won't stop.
And unfortunately, the city of Portland is being ruined every day.
Yeah, let's talk about the state of Portland right now.
And then I'd also wonder, I mean, I saw that federal judge throughout the case that Joey, and I believe that you were actually Joey's representative, legal representative in that case that was thrown out.
So I'm curious what judges are thinking.
And then let's talk about potential solutions for the situation in Portland.
I mean, folks, it's riots every night and there's just no semblance of justice left.

Like Angus Lee, I'm doubting any other media ever invites this guy to come on their shows.
I mean, who would want a guy telling you the truth about what's happening in Portland?
Well, we do. That's what we do.
So, in Portland, Oregon, if you want to have a patriot prayer rally or perhaps a free speech rally or anything like that, well, you'll be met by Antifa violence and then maybe even met with a district attorney trying to throw you in jail.
But if you're Antifa, you can commit violent crimes on a regular basis.
And in fact, I don't even know what the number is, but I believe it's over 100 days, over 100 nights straight now, well over, in Portland where there has been at least a single act of arson or violent crimes committed by these Antifa mobs out there in Portland.
So it's not getting any better.
It's actually getting worse. And as you were saying, Angus Lee, with us, You were saying in the last segment, of course it's going to get worse when they're getting rewarded for this, and this is what they want.
These are violent people that want to go out on the streets and commit violent crimes, and they're getting away with it, so of course it's only going to lead to more violent crimes.
So what is the solution here, though?
What can be done?
How can Portland be saved, or is it just too far gone?
Well, Portland can be saved easily and with effective prosecution.
Frankly, I'm a former elected prosecutor and Portland could be clean in 30 days.
Flat out, Portland could be clean, hospitable, healthy, without all these problems in 30 days.
It's just a question of having the will to do it.
And they don't have the will to do it in the prosecutor's office because they're too busy engaging in selective prosecution.
Now, when the prosecutors engaged in this selective prosecution of Mr.
Gibson and Schultz, we filed an action in federal court And as you've seen with a lot of our federal courts recently, they are becoming very, very strict on a legal principle known as standing.
And it's a jurisdictional principle.
And the federal court basically said in response to our suit, look, federal court doesn't have jurisdiction to handle this.
But two things were made very clear in the court's ruling in that case.
One, the federal court did include in the ruling that on behalf of Gibson and Schultz, we had made a good showing that A convincing showing that neither of them engaged in the act of riot.
And then the court directed us also in that ruling to go back to state court and file a selective prosecution in state court.
Now, we're in the process of doing that, but the other thing that we've done is we've been able to get a special prosecutor appointed to investigate the Portland prosecutor, Mike Schmidt.
And what a lot of people don't realize is in 2015, Oregon state law came into effect That required prosecutors' offices and police to formalize written policies against political bias and religious bias in prosecution and law enforcement.
And so we requested a copy of that policy From Multnomah County Prosecutor's Office.
And in fact, they were in violation of the law because they didn't even have that policy.
So they had to create a policy.
And then we filed a complaint against them based on their own policy and pointed out that they have a conflict of interest and can't investigate it themselves.
So it has now been designated to a special prosecutor.
And so Bradbury, the Yamhill County prosecutor, is now investigating The Portland prosecutor or the Multnomah County prosecutor Mike Schmidt for selective prosecution based on religious and political activity.
Right. It shouldn't require an investigation, but it does.
And the results should be in our favor.
And then we can present that to the courts in Multnomah County and show very clearly what has been happening here.
But also there's a political issue.
The people of Portland, the people of Multnomah County, if they want to have a city, If they want to have a city that women are free to walk safely in, they need to recall.
They need to take a recall petition up against the Multnomah County prosecutor, which they could very easily do because he's very clearly violated the law when he instituted a policy.
And here's the thing. Oregon law requires prosecutors to bring charges when the evidence is sufficient.
And his office has repeatedly declined to file charges against Antifa members where there is clear evidence of criminal conduct.
He is in violation of the law.
In fact, it's a crime for him to have that policy and for his office to carry it out.
So the people of the city of Portland and the county at large, if they want to have a city If they want to have a city, they need to file a recall petition, and they need to do it now.
Under Oregon law, they needed to wait six months after he took office.
And so now that six months has come and gone, and he has been a complete, total, unmitigated disaster.
And look, the people of Multnomah County, they listened to him run for office, and they thought maybe he would introduce a touch of compassion to the prosecutorial system.
And so they voted him in.
They did not vote him in to bring lawlessness and chaos to the streets.
The other thing they didn't do is vote him in to have him institute a nonprosecution policy that was written by a small organization in the state of Texas.
That's right. The policy of nonprosecution that has been thrust upon the people of Multnomah County wasn't even generated By the people of the county.
It was written by a select group out in the state of Texas.
It's shocking. But that fact has not been covered by local media.
You look at the state of Portland, and again, it's actually a really neat town, beautiful scenery, and it was known for, at least in the 90s, it's laid-back nature.
Oh, you're laid-back, okay.
Well, now it's so tense all the time.
The last time I was in Portland, I got chased out by violent criminals threatening me, and the cops had to escort me out of that city.
So, I mean... It's just sad that this is...
But, you know, get used to it, folks.
What the left and the violent left has done to Portland, they will continue that process.
If they're not stopped in Portland, it'll be New York, it'll be Chicago, it'll be LA, it'll be every major city run by Democrats if they're allowed to continue this behavior.
Anywhere where Antifa exists or if any other left-wing group wants to get militant.
So, quickly though, Angus, any signs of this changing in the near future or is Portland just in a perpetual state of terror?
Portland will continue, unfortunately, to decline until they remove Mike Schmidt and Ted Wheeler from office.
Neither of them have the will nor the courage to lead in the way that is needed by the city at this point.
They simply are afraid of the mob that they have encouraged for the last six months and they don't know how to stand up to them.
And it's horrible and sad because this problem could be solved in 30 days In 30 days with effective prosecution, you could have absolutely clean streets, an absolutely safe community, and Portland would be beautiful again.
It would be clean. Maybe we're taking the wrong route.

So, yeah, but we should be letting Yemenese people into the country on terror watch lists.
I'm sure that's just fine, and the Biden administration says that's a good thing.
And now they have had to open up not just the NASA, the gigantic, the enormous NASA facility.
I believe it's in California.
They have now had to open the Dallas Convention Center, which is where they had the NRA. I guess conference or whatever they call their yearly deal.
I think it was 2018 maybe they had it there.
Nice facility. Big facility there.
And it's right in the middle of the town.
So, I mean, there's restaurants and all this stuff.
So now they're just pouring into there.
And it's mostly going to be aged 15 to 17 boys that will be in there for, I guess, at least 90 days.

Just knowing that he's a weak and effectual leader and knowing that Trump is now out of the White House, that's just allowed for the normal tensions and the normal fighting to happen back up in the Middle East.

Cuomo, yeah, here's the police just savagely beating people, women and everybody out in the streets in the Netherlands because they dare not take place in the fake pandemic.
Running them over with police vehicles, I mean, it's out of control.
But what are Cuomo and Whitmer going to do now if they end up in court over the COVID deaths in the nursing homes that they could be held responsible for?
And so what is the deflection going to be?
What is the move going to be for Whitmer?
I think you're seeing kind of the move from Cuomo.
It's either the perfect storm for him, or it was planned that way, but I'm not willing to go that far.
But he could use the accusations against him by the women for sexual harassment, and I would say assault now, too.
I mean, women are saying he's grabbing them, pressing his erection up against them.
So I think that's beyond harassment, at least the charges.
Yeah, there he is with the blanket and the beer.
It's so tough for Cuomo.
It's hard. It's all over for him now.

But so what is Whitmer going to do?
Or how are Cuomo and Whitmer going to end up not going to court?

Elias and others' attorneys filed a motion to supplement the record in the case without mentioning that they had already filed what the court called a nearly identical motion in September that had been denied.
The inexplicable failure to disclose the earlier denial of their motion violated their duty of candor to the court.
Oh, Democrats with no candor or caring about law or an order?
Who would have thought? That's not the only one, though.
Michigan court, Michigan Secretary of State's absentee ballot order broke the law.
So Trump was right again.
A Michigan judge ruled last week Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Democrat, broke state law when she unilaterally issued rules related to absentee balloting, legitimizing a key claim made by the Trump campaign and its legal challenges to the 2020 election.
But it's all over now.
They stole it. They did the fake Biden inauguration, and so it's all said and done.
It'll all come out, all the states they stole.
And by the way, The good news, too, is all of these states are not re-signing or re-agreeing to the Dominion voting systems.
So everybody knows that this was stolen from Trump.
Everybody knows the voting systems were a complete disaster.
Everybody knows that the mail-in ballots were just a complete fraud and a sham.
And so that's why the Democrats are panicking right now, because that's how they steal elections.
That's why they're trying to shoehorn these laws in.
And judges and district attorneys and others are stepping up and saying, no, this is illegal.
So it'll all come out how they stole it from Trump, but it'll be too late.
But once again, here are the numbers, folks.
Tell me if you believe this. Here are the last three presidential victors.
Barack Obama won with 69 million votes.
873 counties, 18 of 19 bellwether counties, he won Florida, Ohio, and Iowa, and he won House seats, or the Democrats won House seats.
Trump won with 74 million votes, or excuse me, this Trump lost apparently with 74 million votes, 2,497 counties, that's the most ever, 18 of 19 bellwether states, won Florida, Ohio, and Iowa, and the Republicans won House seats, but Biden, the apparent victor, Had 81 million votes, but only had 477 counties.
That's half of what Obama had when he won with the record 69 million.
He had one of 19 bellwether states.
No president has ever been elected with one bellwether county.
And he lost Florida, Ohio, and Iowa, and the Democrats lost House seats.
You say, well, that math doesn't add up.
That's right. They cheated.
Of course, the math doesn't add up.
It was a cheat job.
So that's continuing with the fake president that was never elected.
And you also now have Vanity Fair saying that Jared Kushner and Donald Trump killed 400,000 people.
That's what they're saying in Vanity Fair.
So that's pretty ridiculous, but I guess leave it to them to just go farther than we ever thought they would go.
Biden gets away with exactly what Cuomo is accused of.

Yeah, again, they're trying to destroy Cuomo right now.
The Democrat Party's involved, too, with the accusers.
But somehow Biden, somehow Biden is just above it all.

Meanwhile, Newsom is being recalled, or he should be.

So Newsom is trying to do damage control.
He's reopening some areas.
He's taking it down to the green tier or whatever it is.

He blames QAnon, even though the people that run the group also are Democrats and a third of the people that signed it are Democrats.

There's these two places where I was going to have dinner, and one was making their employees wear the masks, and the other was not.
I chose to go to the one that wasn't making their employees wear the mask because...
I mean, I feel bad for these people, though.
They have to wear the mask all day.
It never comes off, even though the mandate's over, even though there's no pandemic.
And so now it's just created a second-class citizen out of the service worker wearing the mask while everyone else breathes air.
