		It's the same people who filmed all of the rioting in 2020.
		It's the same people that were inside the buildings as they were getting burned.
		It's the same people that were inside the businesses as they were being looted.
		It's the same people who were filming as leftist agitators and terrorists were shooting people,

		Same people that filmed that all year long, not a single question from law enforcement
		are now being threatened with massive jail time as the FBI and the DOJ are breathing down their neck
		because they were inside the Capitol.

		They refused not to talk about the fact that it was left-wing agitators that caused the violence.
		And they refused to not say the election was stolen.

		You report on the stolen election.
		They're coming for you.

		And then, oh, they lose their insurance.

		It's incredible. This is where we're at.
		And the lack of self-awareness.

		But listen to what Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman says in clip eight.
		And it ties into everything I just told you about now conservatives, quote-unquote conservatives, quote-unquote Trump supporters in media, are censoring their own staff, censoring people who go on their show to do interviews, and are now capitulating to the Democrat Chinese Communist censorship.
		It's pathetic. Someday these people will be exposed.
		But listen to what Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman says, and this is right out of the Democrats and now right out of the conservative mainstream conservative ink that are censoring their own people.
		You're not allowed to talk about election theft.

		And I would stand to reason that Trump has probably set, broke, eclipsed that number, those records time and time again.
		But this one will be the biggest one.
		Right side will have over a million tune in.
		If the White House YouTube page is allowed to stream it, they'll have half a million.
		And then if any other news outlets, they'll pick up another.
		There'll be about two to five million that tune into this live.
		It'll be the biggest live stream audience ever.
		And then when Joe Biden goes live at his inauguration, nobody will tune in.
		In fact, I would say we should boycott Biden's inauguration altogether.
		Don't watch it. Don't go to it.
		Let there be a ghost town.
		Let there be the image of the fake swearing in of dictator Biden with the military there protecting him like in a third world dictatorship because that's what this is.
		And so that image of Pelosi standing there domineering in front of the military, that's her puffing up Grandstanding as now the biggest dictator in the world.

		But what will President Trump say In his farewell address.

		But, how excited are you really for that?
		We already know what happened.

		So I'm not sure how excited you can really get over that.

		A week? A day?

		Ladies and gentlemen, as I mentioned earlier, there is a massive hunt, I would say.
		It is a hunt. Being done by the FBI and the DOJ into people who were inside the Capitol.
		They seem to be focused on Pelosi's office.
		But this hunt includes journalists.
		Now, I'll tell you, many of these journalists actually have congressional press credentials, meaning they can get into the Capitol normally anyway.
		A couple of them were in Pelosi's office as well.
		The FBI and the DOJ are literally stalking them.
		They're basically on the run. And they're being censored by conservative news outlets.
		It's been a real stunning experience for them, to say the least.
		And... It doesn't matter that they filmed all the BLM and Antifa riots, were inside the buildings as they burned, were filming people getting murdered, filming people being assaulted, filming businesses getting looted, cars jacked, everything.
		No, no FBI, no DOJ, no investigations, nothing, no.
		Oh, but you were in the Capitol? Oh, now full force of government is coming after you, wants to throw you in jail and ruin your life.

		CNN headline, 275 cases open in Capitol riot investigations.
		Prosecutors say, and they say that number is increasing daily, apparently they're also investigating the police.
		Now that could go either way.
		Are they investigating police that let them in because they think they're Trump supporters?
		Are they investigating police for standing down?
		Are they, what's... Who really knows?
		But considering the trend, they're probably looking for any police that support Trump inside the Capitol Police or the D.C. police, and they'll probably just fire him or throw him in jail.
		And the USA Today has a story...
		Capital riot arrests.
		See who's been charged across the U.S. And it has just a huge list here.
		I didn't print the whole thing out, but it's funny.
		I was reading through some of these.
		Most of these people, it doesn't even say they were doing any property damage, destruction, desperation of venerable objects, or any violent crime at all.
		Just breaching grounds unlawfully is most of the claims.
		But, you know, it's ironic.
		They do actually have John Sullivan in here.
		Of course, that's the BLM agitator who was probably responsible for most of the violence there that day.
		We have the evidence of it.

		Women, men, same people inside the Capitol leading the violence, just like John Sullivan, or otherwise known as Jaden X. Now get this, which is even weirder because now it's like there were two Olympians that have been charged for part of the Capitol riots.
		John Sullivan, a speed skater?
		Who would have thought? But it was his brother, and there's these text messages going around that I was sent.
		I have no way of verifying it, so I'm not going to show you.
		But apparently from James, the brother of John Sullivan.
		But James Sullivan says that His brother John and Antifa planned this to change the public opinion against Trump supporters and create anarchy in the country.
		So his brother knows it and is now reporting that to the media.
		But again, conservative media is being threatened that they will be deplatformed and they will lose their sponsors if they talk about John Sullivan.
		So they're not doing it and they're censoring any guests that come on and do it.
		Literally, canceling interviews, dumping interviews, when they bring up John Solomon.
		But, here's the danger, and we all know it.
		And let's be clear, I do not know of a single influencer or Host, group, nobody that supports Trump that has anything planned whatsoever at a Capitol in the upcoming days leading up to the inauguration or at the Capitol in Washington, D.C. I don't know anyone.
		All the people I talk to, all the organizers, all the influencers are saying, don't go, we're not doing it.

		The First Amendment is now being basically suspended in this country because of this communist takeover and the lies and the terrorism of the Democrat Party.
		But they're going to set us up.

		And it will be used to take our Second Amendment.

		She does a TV interview. She doesn't say what the other targets are, but she just makes the insinuation that, oh, Trump supporters got a lot of stuff planned.
		Oh, they're coming to the capitals and our capital and they're going to do violence.
		No, they're not. Again, every person I've spoken to has said, we're not going.
		And we're telling everybody not to go.
		So, it's literally going to be nothing but Chinese agents or Democrats or Antifa out there posing as Trump supporters shooting one another.
		That's probably what they're going to do.
		Because there's not going to be any Trump supporters there.
		So I get the images of dominating Washington, D.C. like we have for the last three months with a million and a half Trump supporters for the Biden inauguration where there won't be a single Biden supporter.
		But we fall into that trap.
		Then the rest of the dominoes fall.
		They take our Second Amendment. Authorities now monitoring threats to Texas Capitol in the coming days, according to private Senate briefings.
		Oh, yeah. I'm sure.
		This is just to try to set us up.
		So, we won't be going to the Capitol.

		You're referring to the tapes from 2016, the Democracy Partners and Scott Fovall, and we had caught these people on tape saying they bird dog, they incite at events.
		That's the whole purpose is to incite violence.
		This is the Democracy Partners, people that we investigated.
		Now they sued me in 2017, they sued me for breach of fiduciary duty, which is absurd.
		I have no duty to the people I'm investigating.
		And we're currently about to enter trial on that four years later.
		It's going through the federal courts.
		I'm defending myself.
		No one was prosecuted.
		No, no, no, none of these people were investigated or looked into by any authorities.
		And the media was trying to make the argument these tapes are not real.
		So it's definitely a double standard.
		That's why people are so frustrated by what's going on in our country, the double standards.
		If there wasn't double standards, there wouldn't be any standards at all.
		But I think it's really important you bring that up.
		Those are those tapes of Scott Boval and Bob Kramer discussing, inciting violence at Trump rallies for the purpose of fomenting this violence and bird-dogging, as they called it.
		There you have Aaron Black, one of the agitators in the tape, describing his dark role.
		So All we can do is continue the fight by continue exposing these people I think exposure is the only thing they actually fear anymore It's like an end in and of itself By the way, Kramer's esteemed longevity with the DNC ended after your tape came out.

		That lady's now being prosecuted for her role.
		What do you say to people that try to tell you there is no such thing as voter fraud?

		The Attorney General of Texas has arrested Raquel Rodriguez, because she was on videotape by one of our employee investigators who went undercover and caught her saying, well, this is going to cost $5,000, 55,000 votes.
		It's illegal what I'm doing.
		I'm buying votes.
		And she says this and the media has been saying that there's no evidence of voter fraud and that there's nothing substantiated.
		And the woman is saying these things and she's even on tape doing these things.
		She's changing the person that the person is voting for.
		And it's coercion.
		It's against state and federal law.
		We also did something like this in Minnesota.
		And people were attacking me as a disinformation expert.
		So it's a cliche at this point, but we are living in some version of Brave New World in 1984 where, you know, they tell you to reject the evidence of your own eyes and ears.
		They tell you to ignore what you actually can see and hear for yourself.
		But it was a pretty big breakthrough this week because they did arrest that person.
		And I don't know if they can say it's, quote, unsubstantiated anymore.
		The woman has been arrested.
		That's, I don't know, that's the paragon of journalism to get those types of results.
		But of course, that depends upon who's in charge.
		The FBI, Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, arrested nobody in Minnesota that we caught on tape in Ilhan Omar's campaign, breaking the law, paying for votes.
		There's no prosecution of the crimes in the federal government.
		There are federal laws here being violated.
		So please do arrest all the people committing acts of violence, entering federal property, stealing items out of the Capitol building, but please also arrest the people in Minnesota who are caught on tape paying cash for votes.
		That's what we must do.
		We must apply the law equally.
		If we apply the law unequally, Well, that's what's causing all of the civil disobedience here, and that's what we have to fundamentally address in this country.

		Very casually talking about how they're going to censor the President of the United States, Donald Trump, and that's just going to be the beginning.

		What is coming next with Twitter, and what do you make of just the laissez-faire approach to Jack Dorsey bragging about censoring the President?
james okeefe ▲ ● ▼		Well, Jack, in this tape, this was a tape obtained by one of our whistleblower friends, and there have been over a dozen of these people have come to us.
		They have a crisis of conscience.
		They're really upset about their company.
		There you see Jack Dorsey.
		This was on a staff call, a video call.
		This person sent this to us.
		It's a very long file.
		We have multiple videos, including his vice president's.
		We're going to be releasing another one probably Monday.
		doing some reporting on this.
		And what I think is Jack is saying here is that, you know, he talks about QAnon and, you know,
		what he would consider to be things that are not acceptable for the discourse,
		but he's talking about expanding that.
		So they're shrinking the Overton window, the range of things that you're allowed to discuss
		on Twitter, and he says, oh, this is gonna go well beyond the inauguration.
		We're gonna be doing this every day, every week, every month in the future.
		We are going to be expanding our censorship, what he calls a retro, which is sort of tech speak
		for retrospective on everything that has occurred.
		And we're gonna start purging more and more people.
		He spoke in a way that he has not spoken in Congress.
		He does not talk that way on the internet.
		And by the way, I don't know if he's in a cabin or a yurt.
		He's sort of meditating.
		He's not working at headquarters in San Francisco.
		He's a very strange man, frankly.
		Everyone has lost Twitter followers.
		I've lost 15% of our following, over a million people.
		And it's because they're purging these accounts.
		But what we want to do, Veritas is going to do some more reporting.
		And show more tape of exactly how they intend to do that.
		What's their thinking? We just want these companies to be honest.
		We know they're private companies.
		We know that the First Amendment does not apply to private companies.
		But we think these companies are more powerful than all three branches of government.

		What does it all mean? I think that people are hopeless right now.

		And people were like, well, it was about safety.
		That's not the speech we got.
		That's not the speech people recorded.
		And I got the tweet out before I landed in Phoenix.
		And it was already viral.
		And I woke up to an article today saying Delta banned me because I am proudly one of the people that yelled traitor at Lindsey Graham.
		I was like literally in the store, like Lindsey Graham's here, dropped my stuff.
		And I just felt like you traitor. And these people are supposed to answer to us and they hide.
		You know, there's really no recourse or anything we can do.
		So I woke up to Delta banning me as being one of those people in an article, and I wasn't even flying them.
		So I'm kind of impressed. They banned me on a company I wasn't using for something that isn't illegal.
		And I think we're going to see more of this.
		And I think it was a way to put fear into the masses to not speak up for themselves.
		Doesn't work on me, but I could see where that would work on the average person that needs to fly for work and stuff.

		Those people were let go.
		They were in and they were out.
		It was a turnstile detention.

		The castling of the Capitol.
		Because when we first went up there, You know, we didn't really know what was going on.
		We were just marching up down Pennsylvania, or I forget the road, And like I said, we just left a million people at the Washington Monument.
		A million people were at the Washington Monument, Trump supporters, all in red, white, and blue, waving flags, chanting USA, and all of it.
		And so we're heading up to the Capitol, and it's like, I just see the same thing.
		And in that moment, it was glorious.
		In that moment, it was the spirit of victory.
		In that moment, it was something we hadn't felt in a long time, like we the people were finally taking our country back.
		But then you started hearing the flashbangs, you started searing the tear gas, and everything went out of control.
		And I think why calling it the castling of the Capitol is actually a good term because it's actually a move in chess.
		It's very rare. Not many people know about it.
		It's called castling. It's one of my favorite defense moves in chess.
		And that's when, if you haven't moved your king and one of your rooks, you castle and they can switch places, basically, and you can take your king out of check.
		It's kind of, you know, one of those trick moves in chess.
		And that's what this was.
		We were having victory.
		We had them in check.
		We were peacefully protesting, executing our First Amendment outside the Capitol, legally and lawfully.
		Now we have all the evidence.
		It was all BLM and Antifa agitators that broke through the barricades, told people to charge in, broke the windows, said burn it all to the ground, and that was their castle move.
		So we had them in check.
		They were about to certify the fake election of Biden.
		We were out there by a million and a half Trump supporters saying, please don't do this.
		We're the real people.
		We voted for Trump. There's no Biden supporters out there.
		So then they castled by sending in their leftist agitators to cause the violence, which then they said was proof of an insurrection and that Trump supporters are terrorists.
		But I think you also hit something else that I was thinking that nobody else was saying.
		And I think John Sullivan is the perfect example.

		Michael Graves was also in D.C. for those events.
		He joins me now. Michael, talk about your experience on January 6th, what you witnessed, what you think about it now that it's a week in our rear view.

		I was there on the 5th as well, and everybody that I met, everybody that I spoke to was amazing.
		On the 6th, I was over at a side stage by one of the Senate buildings.
		I think it was the Russell Senate building.
		There was a stage that was put up over there, and It was a great group of people.
		I performed a song.
		I sang the national anthem.
		I was with Latinos for Trump, veterans for Trump, blacks for Trump.
		There was a women's for Trump.
		People were there. Stuart Rhodes from the Oath Keepers gave a speech.

		I mean, you're naming...
		Because we had all these stages.
		You're naming all the major influencers and organizers that support Trump.
		None of them were even at the Capitol.

		Bro, before we started singing the national anthem, there was an eagle flying overhead.
		You know, it was such a beautiful, beautiful day.
		Everybody was praying.
		There was such an amazing atmosphere to it all.
		So, POTUS comes on and he starts to speak and everybody was watching.
		About 15, 20 minutes before the president ended his speech, I and a bunch of other people, we started to make our way over to the Capitol.
		We knew that. You all were going to be there, and Alex was going to lead the march, and we were going to all rally at the Capitol peacefully.
		It was going to be a great celebration and end to this wonderful event, the largest peaceful rally in American history.
		It was just It was incredible how many people were there.
		So we started to make our way over towards the Capitol and heard that a lot of other people were already there.
		I got across the street from the Capitol and it's funny, myself and who I was with, we heard chatter on the police radio of the officers that were in front of us and it sounded like, you know, We were joking that, wow, it sounded like something was happening.
		That was crazy.
		So as we got closer, we heard lights, we heard sirens and commotion.
		And the crowd had already breached the police lines.
		They were already inside before any of us even got there.
		And we weren't far behind where you and the rest of your crew and all of those people were.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		No, actually, what I think happened, and me and Alex have talked about this, but not since I've had this new revelation, just from just more research and just contemplating the events.
		I actually believe it was not just meant to set up President Trump, but even perhaps Infowars specifically, as the genesis of even getting Trump into the presidential race, 100%.
		Because here's what happened, though.
		Because I haven't really talked about this on air, and maybe Sunday night, Alex does a Sunday show, 4 to 6, and then I do 6 to 8.
		Maybe we'll have a conversation about this.
		Because what happened was...
		Like you said, it was about 20 minutes before Trump finished, and we basically, as was the plan, got escorted out by the private security there to lead the march.
		But see, so they probably, my guess is that's when, and by the way, all these people that we've identified as the leftist Antifa people, they all seem to have earpieces and walkie-talkies in.
		So they were obviously in comms.
		So my guess is someone said, hey, Infowars is coming, start to breach the Capitol so we can set them up.
		Ah, the problem was, we didn't go straight to the Capitol.
		We actually waited about 10 to 15 minutes before we actually left the speech.
		Then we went to this other area to kind of rally people and we specifically said, not even knowing any of this was
		going to happen, peacefully march, peacefully march, peacefully march,
		peacefully march.
		So we were really about 30 minutes behind their schedule and the timing works out that they tried to plan it.
		So right when the march got there, that's when they breached.
		The problem was they had their timing off because Trump went long and we delayed it.
frank cavanagh ▲ ● ▼		And Owen, I watched the speech from the hill by the monument, and the person I was with was Cole, so I was like, let's just go back to the hotel and watch it from the hotel room.
		And walking back to the hotel, I saw Rob Dew in the street, and we hugged each other.
		So he hadn't even gotten into the speech yet.
		So we're watching the speech.
		Before the speech even ended, I see a group of like 100 people walking around the corner from 15th Street.
		Because I looked right down on Freedom Plaza and it was you guys.
		And I got my binoculars out and I'm like, hey, hurry up.
		I want to go down and see those guys.
		I want to march with those guys.
		And so the person I was with was getting ready again.
		And I could see you all making speeches and I was trying to find you on a live stream.
		And Then I'm sitting there waiting and I'm watching Fox News.
		And as I'm watching Fox News, they're like, tear gas has been expended at the crowd at the Capitol.
		And I'm like, no way!
		And you guys had not even left Freedom Plaza.
		And I was watching on Fox News.
		As they started then scaling into the Capitol.
		And then I saw you guys leave.
		And I was like, I'm going to sit here for 20 minutes and see what happens.
		You guys weren't even there.
		You were at Freedom Plaza. And I have you on video with timestamps and everything.
		So whatever they want to do to you guys is ridiculous.
		We shouldn't even be talking about that anymore, Owen.
		What we should be talking about is the fact that CNN caused these riots.
		CNN's operative, John Sullivan...
		It was instrumental in the death of a protester and started these riots.
		CNN needs to be investigated.
		For domestic terrorism.
		That's what we need to talk about.

		violence and rioting of 2020 that CNN was behind and the rest of their cohorts.

		My point is that all eyes were definitely on all of us.

		And they all had weapons, like canes.
		And actually, I saw the guy who was bashing the window with the cop nightstick at the Freedom Plaza with a group of those dudes.

		Parler's CEO says the free speech site may never return after it's been pulled from the web.
		Dan Bongino says he guarantees it's going to be back.
		So how about this move, though?
		I mean, this is Chinese-style censorship going worldwide, specifically in the United States of America.
		By the way, Uganda is banning these social media networks, and now the Mexican president is Has also mounted a campaign against the censorship happening on social media.
		What do you guys make of the total communist-style censorship now coming to America, Frank?

		Like any tyrant, it's an overhanded response.
		It's way more than needed.
		And that's what they're doing right now.
		And the whole theory that we were supposed to burn the whole place down and they were going to lock down the whole country, they can't do it now, but they're putting the censorship in.
		And this heavy hand is what is completely backfiring on them where I don't even care about Twitter anymore.
		I don't care about Facebook anymore because I'm on Gap.

		He doesn't seem to care about that.
		But this is a lie.
		There are no upcoming events at the Capitol this weekend.

		I am in communication with every organizer and activist and leader here in Austin, Texas.
		And we have all said nothing at the Capitol.
		And we've called off all the people that follow us.
		All of it. So this is a lie.
		And I challenge Steve Adler to show any evidence whatsoever that he has knowledge of upcoming gatherings at the state capitol.
