| She stated last night on Twitter that she is drawing up the articles of impeachment. | ||
| Here's what she wrote on Twitter. Donald J. Trump should be impeached by the House of Representatives and removed from office by the United States Senate. | ||
| Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz, the two backstabbers. | ||
| They can get the votes now, I really do believe. | ||
| Two-thirds, sure. What do we have? | ||
| Two senators on our side? | ||
| Yeah, we don't have a snowball's chance if it gets this far. | ||
| And now Pelosi is leveraging this. | ||
| Saying that Pence must remove President Trump, and if Pence does not remove him, then Pelosi will join Chuck Schumer, and they will impeach him. | ||
| All because of a mostly peaceful protest that happened in our nation's capital, That, by the way, is maybe one one millionth of what we've seen from Black Lives Matter, from Antifa. | ||

| They called it Chad after a few days, right? | ||
| Chop. No. Chop is what they changed it to. | ||
| In Seattle, they took over 11 blocks of a city and occupied it for a month! | ||

| They, at point-blank range, with no clear reason, shot a woman in the neck and she died. | ||

| We know that she was a 14-year Airsoft veteran. | ||
| We know that she had her whole life ahead of her. | ||
| She's a relatively young woman. | ||
| So you know that she was a big supporter of President Trump. | ||
| She seems to have bought into some of the Q stuff, which, you know, there's a lot of people out there who have, for better or worse. | ||
| We know that she was essentially a normal human being. | ||
| That was the worst part of what we were reading last night. | ||
| She was a normal human being. | ||
| She was not some lunatic. | ||
| She was not some radical, but she didn't like that an election was stolen. | ||
| And so logically, the people who provided security for those who sat idly by and watched the election | ||
| be stolen and allowed for it to be stolen over the last year, well, A killed her. | ||

| We're going to see. Do you think she'll get a hologram like George Floyd? | ||
| Do you think she'll get any of these wonderful things? | ||
| Do you think they will start tearing down monuments to leftist leaders, to like FDR, and instead replace it with a hologram of Ashley Babbitt? | ||

| So in 2016, a lot of folks were confused by Mike Pence's presence in the campaign. | ||
| How did he pick this guy? | ||
| And I had it personally explained to me in an interview with a Trump campaign person I did back in 2016 that it was a logical choice because Pence polled very well with the evangelicals. | ||
| Pence was a sort of more mundane, laid-back character as compared to the bombastic billionaire. | ||
| These are the 2016 thoughts that went into picking him. | ||
| In fact, the Trump campaign, I learned recently, lobbied very hard to get Pence's endorsement early on in the primaries when Trump had virtually no endorsements. | ||
| And Pence said no famously and instead endorsed Ted Cruz. | ||
| And we now know why that happened. | ||

| Original sin. Mike Pence wanted to backstab Trump and become the Republican nominee all the way back in October of 2016. | ||
| This came to National File. | ||
| I've heard rumors of this audio for years. | ||
| And finally, our source was able to come through. | ||
| This is audio that I have obtained of a former Trump campaign official and former member of the Trump administration who says on audio that... | ||
| Pence, in 2016, during Billy Bush weekend, you remember the P-word tape, Pence was approached | ||
| by Reince Priebus, who was then the Republican Party chair. | ||
| And he was asked if he would get on board with throwing Trump off the ballot using obscure | ||
| Republican Party rules and go ahead as the head top of the ticket. | ||
| There's been rumors that it was Paul Ryan who would have been his vice presidential | ||
| candidate. | ||
| We have not been able to confirm that. | ||
| But Pence said yes. | ||
| Here's the quote. | ||
| They had contacted enough state chairman. | ||
| They were going to do something under the rules to change candidates. | ||
| They were pressuring Pence to say, OK, I'm good with it. | ||
| Pence's wife is begging, is telling him to do it. | ||
| Pence assured Reince that he was OK with it, that he's on board. | ||
| That happened on a Friday. | ||
| Now, naturally, the person conducting this interview that was recorded in 2018, long before any Republican had a reason to be upset with Vice President Pence, he expressed incredulity that Pence would have been so willing to throw off the top of the ticket and potentially doom the Republican Party for God knows how long after President Trump, of course, is the man who got the most votes of any Republican primary candidate in history. | ||
| Unbelievable. So, but no, he confirmed this had to do with Billy Bush Weekend. | ||
| And that Pence was ready and willing and able to stab Trump in the back. | ||
| The quotes go on. | ||
| The audio goes on. They were openly discussing this on Pence's plane. | ||
| They had some staffers that came from the Trump campaign that actually took notes and then funneled them back to Trump Tower. | ||
| So over the weekend, Trump decided to call Pence in. | ||
| Remember, this is October of 2016 in the aftermath of Billy Bush weekend and Trump's best debate against Hillary Clinton because you'd be in jail. | ||
| Over the weekend, Trump calls Pence in, basically calls him a liar, a hypocrite, and just rips him a new one, gives him all the information where he knows that Pence has been working behind his back. | ||
| And he says, the president says, if you want to do this, then I'm going to call you out as being a liar. | ||
| And back then, in 2016, I guess Pence still cared about what people thought about him because that was enough to cow the vice president, then the governor of Indiana, into submission. | ||
| Pence walks it back, the audio explains, goes back Monday morning and tells Reince and his wife to stand down. | ||
| His wife threw a big fit. | ||
| His wife, by the way, this is public. | ||
| You can find it from the mainstream media. | ||
| Obviously, the conservatives don't report it because it's not in our best interest. | ||
| It doesn't fit the narrative of most conservative publications. | ||
| But Karen Pence has always been a massive, massive detractor of President Trump. | ||
| She hates his guts. She thinks he's the worst. | ||
| The Pence family, however, cares more about attaining the highest concentration of powers humanly possible, and so he went along with this. | ||
| Not because he's a good Christian man, not because he supports President Trump, because Pence wants power. | ||
| That simple. The quotes go on. | ||
| That afternoon, everybody who worked for the Trump campaign and was on Pence's airplane, they get pulled off. | ||
| And the only people that were allowed to travel with Pence were his own team. | ||
| Now, our source also explains that earlier in the campaign, all the way back in 2016, you may remember there was a big fight. | ||
| Who will Pence endorse? | ||
| Who will the governor of Indiana, this wonderful, God-fearing man, foghorn leghorn, who will he endorse? | ||
| And then Pence did this radio interview. | ||
| And in the radio interview, he sat there and just slobbered over President Trump and said | ||
| he was wonderful and his policies were great and he's exactly what the Republican Party | ||
| needed. | ||
| However, Pence then went on to endorse Ted Cruz. | ||
| Well, the same source says that that endorsement was facilitated by Ted Cruz's campaign manager, | ||
| Jeff Rowe, who is still with Ted Cruz to this day. | ||
| Our source says that Roe offered to give Pence a $3 million cash injection to his re-election campaign for governor. | ||
| And that, my friends, is how come Pence became the vice presidential candidate and then the vice president for four years, despite not endorsing President Trump in the campaign. | ||
| So... Again, I've heard rumors of this for years, and National File has been warning you since the middle of December when Short, Pence's current chief of staff, who by the way has now been banned from the White House, he's not even being allowed to retrieve his car. | ||
| Back in December, I called him to try to get a comment out of him about whether or not Pence was going to fight for President Trump and fight for the Constitution. | ||
| The phone call lasted 17 seconds. | ||
| Most of that was ringing, and he hung up on me. | ||
| And then I thought, okay, so I guess I was right about Mike Pence all along. | ||
| Of course, then Pence, in a desperate bid to placate the Republican base, the Trump base, goes in and starts throwing these wild tales, these yarns about how, oh, we're going to have our day in Congress. | ||
| I understand the anger and the discontent of the voters who know that their election was stolen. | ||
| And then, yesterday morning, when Pence put out that horrible little statement, that pathetic little wiggling dance move that he wrote into a document and put on his Twitter that said, even though the election was stolen, this is paraphrasing Pence's own words, even though The election was stolen. | ||
| Even though the majority of Republicans, the overwhelming majority of Republicans, and a significant, I believe, plurality of Democrats believe the election was stolen, he is not going to do anything. | ||
| That was the final backstab, and it completes the cycle. | ||
| The cycle that Pence started all the way back in October of 2016, which is at the most trying moments of In the times that try men's souls, what is Pence going to do? | ||
| He's going to do what he thinks is best for Mike Pence. | ||
| He's going to do what he thinks is best for his future career. | ||
| Maybe he'll wind up in the Senate. | ||
| That's probably what he's thinking. He can either retire after this with that cushy salary he'll get till the day he dies, or maybe he'll just go back to the Senate. | ||
| And now, because he did Mitch McConnell's bidding, Now he'll get to be on the top. | ||
| It'll be like Mitt Romney. | ||
| Remember when Mitt Romney was elected somehow in the state of Utah despite carpetbagging his way across the country over the past few years? | ||
| You remember that? Well, what happened? | ||
| Romney, this junior senator, this little child of a legislator, he gets put on all these high-ranking roles because Mitch McConnell likes him. | ||
| And now Mitch McConnell is going to really like Mike Pence because Mike Pence has totally thrown the America First movement under the bus. | ||
| Yesterday, the acting secretary of defense said that he, Pence, and Pelosi, and General Milley were the ones who discussed bringing the National Guard into the nation's capital, leaving Pence out of, I mean, leaving President Trump out of the conversation. | ||
| This is the final betrayal. | ||
| Of our movement, of our president, and it's being orchestrated by none other than the vice president. | ||
| Now, there are some reports today that Pence came out and refused to talk to Nancy Pelosi about the 25th Amendment. | ||
| That came from Disclosed TV. Not sure if that is true. | ||
| However, maybe if Pence no longer has his snake-like chief of staff advising him, maybe Pence can make some better decisions. | ||
| But again, we discussed it in the last segment, Pelosi and the Democrats right now as we sit | ||
| here as we broadcast, they are putting pressure on the vice president to invoke the 25th Amendment | ||
| and remove Donald Trump from office immediately. | ||
| And if they don't do that, threatens Pelosi and Ilhan Omar and the others, well, then | ||

| And the implied assumption is that after yesterday, Mitch McConnell will flip and he will end | ||

| Late at night, when everybody's sleeping, when everybody thinks it's over for the day, when everybody is emotionally and intellectually exhausted from the day's activities, Ted Cruz and his little coalition go and march back into the joint session of Congress, and what do they do? | ||
| Nothing. Nothing. | ||
| Nothing. Ted Cruz did nothing. | ||
| One of them did. We'll go to him in a second. | ||
| Rick Scott. I guess he had a little bit of guts left in him, but not really. | ||
| Because Hawley, Hawley, Josh Hawley, I mean, the only man, and I was wrong about this, and I apologize to Josh Hawley because I underestimated him. | ||
| The only man to say, I'm going to go in and I'm going to object to this state. | ||
| And he objected to Pennsylvania. | ||
| He said he was going to do it, and then he did it. | ||
| Only one. Only one who kept his word. | ||
| Josh Hawley. He could be president in four years, absolutely. | ||
| But lying Ted, after saying the Democrats stole Georgia and that they were going to do it again or at least try on the 5th, that was two days ago, which of course they did. | ||

| Cruz was raising money asking for donations, saying, donate to the Georgia Defense Fund and we're gonna kick the left's butt and we're gonna get the Senate. | ||

| And then it came out that Ted Cruz funneled that money into his own campaign account who had nothing to do with Georgia. | ||
| So that's nice. | ||
| Ted Cruz then goes down to Georgia, does a couple little stump speeches and one of them he said that the Democrats will try to steal the Georgia Senate race. | ||
| Ted Cruz has previously done television interviews where he says that the entire 2020 election in Georgia was illegal because they used a consent decree from a judge To get all their ballot boxes and their mail-in voting instead of going through the legislature. | ||
| Which, by the way, that's what the Constitution says. | ||
| The Constitution says the legislature determines the manner in which elections are determined, are held. | ||
| Not some judge. | ||
| Not some loser. | ||
| So Ted Cruz says this. | ||
| He says he's going to fight for America. | ||
| He says he's going to fight for the Constitution. | ||
| He says he's going to fight for Trump. | ||
| He says Georgia was hopelessly corrupt. | ||
| And then what does lying Ted do? | ||
| Well, when Georgia comes up last night, he did nothing. | ||
| He sat down. | ||
| He didn't raise his voice. | ||

| Shopify, earlier today, the world's most popular e-commerce platform, it's like very, very easy to use, so everybody uses it, and it's owned by bad people, I have no doubt. | ||
| They banned all related Trump stores. | ||
| YouTube has said that they will ban President Trump if he uploads a video that casts doubt on this wonderful U.S. election we just had in 2020. | ||
| Oh my God, it was the best election ever. | ||
| That's what Krebs said. They will ban the president, though, if he uploads a video that dares to call into question Biden's fraudulent victory. | ||

| He describes the indictments as a first step. | ||
| And, you know, I'm all for holding people accountable for their actions. | ||
| I'm all for law and order. | ||
| But how about some equal justice under the law? | ||
| How about we stop pretending like this is about law and order? | ||
| How about we stop acting like this is about, oh, we have to have a country? | ||
| We don't. We don't have a country. | ||
| We are a Chinese satellite state in the making. | ||
| And it's people like you, the viewers, and Alex Jones and National File. | ||

| But you remember the warlord of Chaz, Raz Simone, Raz of Chaz, he got something like $70,000 from the city of Seattle to do like an art studio or a rap studio. | ||

| This guy was a world leader for a month. | ||
| I'm not kidding. He had a microstate under his thumb. | ||
| The man was a god within his borders, though small they might have been, and his will was total. | ||
| He ruled with an iron fist. | ||

| Let's be serious. Chaz Chop destroyed something like 11 city blocks of Seattle. | ||
| They shuttered businesses. | ||
| They've ruined Seattle even more than it already was. | ||
| This guy here, who got like $70,000 from Seattle, He's not in jail. | ||
| He's not been charged with anything. | ||
| Nobody has been charged with anything. | ||
| I don't even think they ever caught the murderers. | ||
| Remember, multiple deaths happened in Chaz Chop. | ||
| People were shot. People were executed. | ||

| It looked like he was stealing someone's cell phone, smacking him in the face, and then throwing it on the ground. | ||

| If that guy can do whatever the hell he wants, but in less than a day, they've got 55 cases relating to the DC protest. | ||
| There's no justice in Black Lives Matter where they admit on public interviews that they are Marxist operatives destined to destroy the America that we know. | ||

| And yet they can go and burn down half the city in what, again, their words, they have called it a color revolution at times. | ||
| They can burn down half the country, cause billions of dollars, And property damage. | ||
| And then tell us insurance will cover it. | ||

| Do you really care about stuff more than black lives? | ||
| They're throwing fires at police stations. | ||
| Officers were getting killed. | ||
| They killed a dog. | ||
| You remember the video? They killed a damn dog. | ||
| It was the summer of hell in America. | ||
| And there were no arrests. | ||
| There's no jail time, no prison sentences, no death penalties, no pending cases in the D.C. Superior Court. | ||
| No, the summer of hell, they loved it. | ||
| Because it made your life hell. | ||
| But now, and by the way, the city of D.C. burned! | ||
| People are posting the photo all night as proof that the Republicans are being moronic. | ||
| Because the city of D.C. burned in May of 2020, and it was... | ||
| Devastating. When I was there in November, the scars were still all over the city. | ||
| It looked like a recovering war zone. | ||
| And they all got off because Black Lives Matter. | ||
| They all get away with murder, killing dogs, burning cities, the summer of hell, and it's fine. | ||
| In fact, it was encouraged by the same people like that Moynihan at Bank of America. | ||
| He says that, you know, what happened yesterday in the Capitol was awful and it was domestic terrorism and it must never happen again. | ||
| And use the 25th Amendment, get Trump out of office now! | ||
| But he gave money. | ||
| I guarantee you, Bank of America was one of the ones that gave money to Black Lives Matter and put Black Lives Matter on their login screen for your app and put it on their website and released statements saying how wonderful it was. | ||
| Look, nobody died yesterday except the one that the cops shot. | ||
| Meanwhile, Black Lives Matter, what is the death toll? | ||
| We had it at one point, but that was early in the summer. | ||
| We thought in like August it was going to be over, but the summer of hell continued until it got too cold, let's be honest. | ||
| And it's probably going to heat back up next summer as soon as it thaws out in this country. | ||
| But We had a death toll and it was in the 30s of people who died. | ||
| The people who killed themselves, the people who were shot, the people who were crushed. | ||
| Remember, remember, a Virginia Assemblywoman, Democrat, she urged her supporters and her followers to go out and tear down Confederate statues. | ||
| And that very day when she urged her supporters, this is up at National File, when she urged her supporters to go out and tear down a statue, they tore it down, but they tore it down in a haphazard manner because they've never lifted anything like a hammer in their life, let alone a rope. | ||
| And somebody died, is my memory, or did he go into a coma? | ||
| The statue came down and hit a guy in the face. | ||
| Nobody's going to pay for that. | ||
| No, but there's 55 indictments waiting for people in D.C., If you're in D.C., if you were in D.C., I guess turn yourself in, be peaceful and all that type of stuff, but don't ever go back. | ||

| I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House. | ||
| There are some groups that have enjoyed the license to go out and loot and burn every night in American cities. | ||
| And the more they are not subject to any laws, the more onerous the burden that falls upon the law abiding so that they can't go out and open their hair salon. | ||
| They can't have granny round for Christmas dinner. | ||
| So we've got a completely bifurcated system where the less law that applies to one group, the more micro-regulated the lives of the other group are. | ||

You know, I've been thinking about Mark Stein's book a lot lately, After America. | |
| It's one of my favorites. | ||
| One of my favorites. And yeah, I think he hit the nail on the head, with the one exception that, realistically speaking, no, this wasn't Antifa-level violence. | ||
| This wasn't Chaz Chop. | ||
| This wasn't any of that nonsense. | ||
| This was hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic, peaceful protesters on the one hand, And a handful of dozen of people engaged in the destruction of property, breaching the Capitol, whatever they call it, there was no riot. | ||
| That was not a freaking riot. | ||
| Right now I'm furious because once I left the scene, got these interviews, made my report, and of course all the fake news, They were all there, and they had whatever sat links. | ||
| But if you were recording on your phone, you couldn't do live. | ||
| That was something I heard from a number of people. | ||
| I experienced it myself. | ||
| I couldn't upload video. | ||
| Had to go run to the hotel, get on the Wi-Fi to do that, and even then it was pretty rough. | ||
| But, yeah, the thing that hit me, it was shocking to see Riot cops in hard armor barreling down the walkway towards me and cutting me off from, you know, our other reporter who was there. | ||
| She and I were just, you know, transfixed and shocked. | ||
| Everybody, you know, people were screaming. | ||
| And that was shocking. | ||
| That's number one. But the really number two shocking thing was when we got to the hotel, turn on Fox News, and we see this insane, ridiculous propaganda about how this is all Donald Trump's fault and how everybody needs to unite to condemn the riot at the Capitol building. | ||
| Are you high? There was no riot! | ||
| I think that most folks, the actual people who are not in the media, who are not in D.C., would agree with you. | ||
| I mean, there were a couple moments there that probably should not have happened, but a lot of it also started, at least from what I saw and from what our reporters saw on the ground— Was after the cops start hitting you with pepper spray and mace and they're throwing tear gas at you and flashbangs, things got out of hand. | ||
| But what would you say is your big takeaway after the day, being on the ground for several hours, seeing you? | ||
| So this is a story that is harrowing. | ||
| Tell people about following the blood trail from the gurney. | ||

So, yeah, the first thing that happened was we were just walking along. | |
| Honestly, it was boring. It was just a regular Trump protest, meaning people were just having fun, singing chants, nothing crazy going on, and we're heading back to my car. | ||
| And then, yeah, the gurney comes down. | ||
| We whip out our phones. | ||
| We start recording. | ||
| And then immediately I start trying to figure out what's going on because people are screaming. | ||
| It is Golgotha. It is wailing and gnashing of teeth. | ||
| So I start following the trail of blood leading back to the Capitol. | ||
| And as I'm doing, I'm asking people along the way, what's going on? | ||
| Eventually it takes me about Ten minutes, and I hear wildly different stories from different people. | ||
| I finally find these two guys who were witnesses, who were in there, and one of them had actually taken video of the shooting. | ||
| So if you've seen that video, that was taken by Bill over in Louisville, Kentucky. | ||
| We managed to get that pulled from his Facebook before Facebook shut him down and cut it out. | ||
| But it was... | ||
| Yeah, it was harrowing. | ||
| It was harrowing. And the story you told me, it's like there was a trail of blood leading from where this woman was shot. | ||
| It was off the gurney. | ||
| One of the most horrifying things that I think I've ever heard, you still had the shock in your voice when you were telling me, and I'm like, my God. | ||
| And of course, my first question is, is everybody safe? | ||
| Are you safe? We have ladies working for us. | ||
| Are they safe? Yeah. Fortunately, you are. | ||
| I mean, obviously, you know, nobody here is a fan of political violence from either side. | ||
| But I think, I mean, I think that you're right, that to call it a riot is to, is hilarious, considering the summer of hell that our country just went through. | ||
| What do you think was going through the D.C. police's head when they just, I mean, there were times, we saw it on video, where they would like part like the Red Sea and let the protesters in. | ||
| Like, what was happening there, do you think? | ||

| And as soon as I got that interview, I spoke with him on the phone and he said that his buddies right now, they're gearing up. | ||
| They're going into D.C. Everybody in a six-block radius from the Capitol is going to get grabbed. | ||
| They're going to get stuffed in vents. | ||
| You have to go now. | ||
| Mind you, he filled me in later that once they arrived, they were told to settle down, and that's apparently normal. | ||
| And part of what happened— What you were telling me earlier is they found out that a woman was already killed, that a woman died. | ||
| And then all of a sudden they get there and it's like, all right, we have to calm down. | ||
| No violence. We're going to take this very slow. | ||
| And so Ashley Babbitt, I mean, with her sacrifice, she may have saved hundreds of lives. | ||

| And I think that that's what we need to do, is we need to have a real discussion where, you know what? | ||
| I'm just going to say it. After all of this Q crap for months about how there's a secret pro-Trump conspiracy in the military and law enforcement in Washington, and they're going to go and round up all these people and military tribunals, execute them for treason. | ||
| That's not going to happen. | ||
| The people are not going to take power back until we unite and we actually work for it. | ||
| And we can still work for it peacefully. | ||
| Our democracy still exists, barely, but you actually have to call up your representatives and let them know the truth, that you know the truth, that you're not going to be snowed by this BS narrative. | ||
| Well, that's right. And I mean, we've got now these coalitions in six different states of legislators that are willing to work to fix America, whether that's involving President Trump as the president, whether he's just the guy going in and campaigning. | ||
| But these state legislatures that we now have these coalitions in, they need to go now and throw out Dominion voting systems. | ||
| They need to throw it into the sea like it's tea. | ||
| They need to get rid of all of this corruption, all of the corrupt consent decrees. | ||
| They need to throw it out so we can start having real elections again. | ||
| The states can do a lot in this time, and that's one avenue that I want to push, but there's a million more. | ||

| Her mother is 77 years old and got hit with a tear gas, double breast cancer survivor, and they were completely distressed, in tears. | ||
| They were baffled, shocked. | ||
| This is a tragedy. It's a day that will live in infamy, not because of the people that went inside the Capitol building. | ||
| It will go down in infamy because of what they did after and the police response to the peaceful protesters with this wonderful demonstration outside of the Capitol building. | ||

| And so we started to see the cops on the top. | ||

| They were loud, they were bright, and they were scary, and they were shooting them into crowds of women, children, the elderly, veterans. | ||

| As it started to approach the curfew time, the police really kicked it into high gear, and that's when they just started lobbing gas everywhere. | ||
| People couldn't breathe. It was chaos. | ||
| I mean, I'm surprised nobody got seriously injured by being trampled or something because it was mayhem. | ||
| And thankfully, me and my colleague made it out, and everyone else did. | ||
