		I am Tom Papert, filling in today as history unfolds in our nation's capital.
		In a few brief minutes, we will go back to live uninterrupted coverage of the protests ongoing in Washington, D.C. Some brief updates.
		We have a report about the woman who was shot.
		We have an eyewitness report.
		It is up at National File, but I will read, quote, We stormed into the chambers inside.
		There was a young lady who rushed to To the windows, a number of police and secret service were saying, get back, get down, get out of the way.
		She didn't heed the call.
		And as we raced up to grab people and pull them back, they shot her in the neck and she fell back onto me, says the eyewitness reported at National File.
		She started saying, it's fine, it's cool.
		And then she started moving weird and blood was coming her out of her mouth and neck and nose.
		I don't know if she's alive or dead anymore.
		Riot police came in and started ushering us out with sticks.
		I don't know.
		in the West, but certainly not in our nation's history.
		Disgruntled supporters of the president have, of course, commandeered the U.S. Capitol.
		I'm also getting reports from around the country.
		Local news has reported that protesters have moved inside the Kansas House chambers as
		well.
		I'm getting additional reports from Kentucky and Georgia that protesters are making their
		way inside these state capitol buildings.
		What seems to have set this off, of course, is all of this happened mere seconds after
		Mike Pence announced his ultimate betrayal of President Trump and said that he would
		not fight for him in the Electoral College and instead he would allow Mitch McConnell
		and the GOP-led Senate which of course has failed the president repeatedly for four years straight, to make the determination as to whether or not electoral votes from fraudulently certified states, according to some, Or not.
		And of course, McConnell immediately after taking the gavel in the Senate makes his case for why this is unacceptable.
		Why he said in his own words, confirming Biden's likely fraudulent victory is the most important vote Mitch McConnell would ever make.
		I've been told from sources that Pence partially refused to act today because he did not believe it was in his constitutional purview to call a recess or adjourn the Senate or the joint session of Congress today.
		Pro-Trump protesters have taken over the US Capitol.
		These proceedings have been adjourned.
		So just in a real situation, we are now in what could be termed a constitutional crisis.
		Today is the prescribed day.
		They have until January 18th to get this done, whether it is Trump or whether it is Biden.
		But what this could possibly do, and I'm not saying it's the intended consequence, but one of the unintended consequences could be This will allow states that have been certified for Biden, like Arizona, like Wisconsin, which is already planning to decertify as early as tomorrow, Georgia and other contested states.
		These states may now have additional time to send a new slate of electors.
		Again, this is an unintended consequence.
		D.C. sources indicate that the National Guard will descend on our nation's capital here in the next few moments.
		And again, this comes after one woman was shot.
		Now we have additional reports that a woman was shot in the chest at National File.
		We are trying to ascertain right now as to whether or not this is the same woman or we have a second shooting victim.
		And one of our reporters saw Again, we do not know which individual this is.
		One of our reporters, A.J. Cook, saw a woman being wheeled away in a gurney from the U.S. Capitol building, so it is unknown about the status of her as well.

		There will be a debate in the coming days what is the proper response to what We're dealing with.
		What is the proper response to people faking a pandemic, shutting down businesses?
		What is the proper response to them faking elections, putting in an illegitimate, corrupt president?
		What is the proper response to $2 billion worth of property damage over the summer?
		You can debate what it is, but this is the response you're seeing right now.

		We were sent by folks inside the Capitol a video still of off their cameras, because a lot of the cops don't like what's happening over there.
		Exclusive information. From the national security apparatus, I'll leave it at that, that you see on screen right now of the Capitol Police, security guards, whoever this is, aiming a gun at a woman who was breaking into the Senate chamber nonviolently.
		I mean, Black Lives Matter burns buildings down her hill as good people, and so does Antifa.
		She's just coming through the little window, reportedly shot her in the neck.
		She's in critical condition. We have undercover police officers from this city that we hire when we come here.
		So that's a lot of our intel is coming from them.
		So that's your national news story.
		Absolutely insane. Absolutely incredible.
		And again, I have like ABC News calling me up going, We caught you at the Capitol, part of the violence.
		What do you say for yourself?
		And I'm like, what are you talking about?
		I'm here covering this. You guys on the left are the terrorists.
		You're the ones that burn all the buildings down.
		You're the ones that promote child molestation.
		You're the ones that promote communist China and the death camps.
		And Apple has death camps.
		You run the death camps.

		They won't build her up as a hero.
		You know, if she would have overdosed on fentanyl in Milwaukee, then maybe she could have a bunch of rallies and riots and fundraising and everything.
		But no, because she's a Trump supporter of Washington, D.C., gets shot in the neck.
		You know, that's probably a good thing.
		They'll probably even celebrate that on the national press tonight.
		But again... As Alex just said, it's the double standard and quite frankly we're sick and tired of being treated like second-class citizens.
		That's really what this comes down to.
		There is a ruling class that want to dominate us and sadly there's just the filth and the scum of society that like to go along with the ruling class because then they kind of just fit in and then they just fit in as lazy bums, just trash humans that they are.
		We're in a free market And in a real actual republic, a free civilization of independence in a free market, they get exposed for who they are.
		They get exposed as lazy, losers, trash humans.
		But if they destroy culture, if they destroy art, if they destroy the media, if they destroy our politics, then they just blend in.
		So they love Joe Biden.
		Oh yeah, here's Joe Biden, a decrepit old criminal crook, Wanted in Ukraine.
		Does dirty deals with China.
		His son is his mule.
		His brother James is his rat hole.
		And we're just supposed to sit here and take it?
		We're still Americans.

		That's only two generations away from the people that are out here today taking the capital back.

		You never saw a response like this once.

		I would even listen to an argument that says, oh, this is the appropriate response for what's happening today.
		I would listen to that. But the fact that they ignored all the violence all summer, and you didn't have half of that police response to protect...
		Remember what happened at the RNC. People left the RNC, and what happened?
		They got attacked by Antifa, they got attacked by Black Lives Matter, and you didn't have any police protecting those people, including senators like Rand Paul.
		But here we are today, and there are people standing outside the Capitol, and now all of a sudden they want the police.
		These are the same people that say defund the police.
		This is the same Democrat party that says defund the police.
		But then when they need the police, it's all hands on deck, full force for the police.
		So again, I don't want to hear From a leftist, liberal, mainstream media member, I don't want to hear one thing from them saying, oh, Trump's going to be out of control.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		I'm going to say this. If the police shoot any people that are unarmed or innocent, like this woman, if this continues, I'm going to call for the occupation of D.C. If you guys escalate the violence, you're going to get in a lot of trouble.
		I don't want violence, and I don't want a physical revolution to start, believe me.
		But we cannot allow Tiananmen Square type crap in America.
		Now, I went to the police. I said, let me try to get up there and get these crowds down.
		And the police were nice. Most of them are our listeners or patriots.
		On average, they're good people. If you don't like what cops are doing, change laws, okay?
		If bad cops are bad, I say go after them.
		This is the bureaucracy. Antifa started this, we're pretty much sure.
		They're all wearing the same outfits, shoulder pads, knee pads, mask.
		But people are pissed, they got him up there.
		A few people broke in, went in, could have arrested him, could have tasered him, shouldn't have shot that woman.
		So they've already committed the big crime there.
		This does not need to escalate.
		We need to have our path to victory by exposing the fraudulent election with the massive evidence that came out.
		But we're pushing back. And so when you get a million people pushing back, you're gonna have some problems.
		But to know that...
		I mean, they fired their emergency rockets so the police would know the Capitol's under attack.
		That's what a red rocket means. I mean, this is a war zone down here, folks.
		And we're here above it right now.
		So this is just totally insane.

		I would say about 10% of the crowd we had about an hour ago has dispersed by now.
		And with the police moving in, that trend may continue.
		And so we'll have to see.
		Now, they declared a curfew for 6 p.m.
		That's the earliest curfew we've ever seen.
		They burned an entire city to the ground in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
		An entire city burnt to the ground in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and they didn't even have a curfew until days later, and they said 10 p.m., and that was after they let these people run roughshod.
		I've never heard of a curfew.
		Even when I was covering Ferguson, Missouri during the Mike Brown riots, even when I was there, the curfew wasn't even until midnight.

		So think about it. Trump doesn't even say anything about martial law.

		But people are wondering, oh, what do you do about a stolen election?
		Should the president institute a martial law?
		Not saying that, just media people debating, what do you do when they steal an election?
		And then the mainstream media comes out and says, oh, no, he's a dictator.
		He's a tyrant. He's going to do martial law.
		He's the worst thing ever. But then when they announce martial law, it starts at 6 p.m.
		6 p.m.
		And by the way, hey, there's no doubt what's going on at the Capitol right now is a serious situation, but you walk away, there's nothing going on.
		There's no need to shut down restaurants for all this.
		It's an occupying force they don't like.
		Mariel Bowser doesn't like this, so she's trying to put a stop to it right now with this curfew.

		apparently at the hands of DC police officers.

		in the country has been looted, it seems, because of the civil unrest, the Black Lives
		Matter protests.
		And yet they have termed this a revolution.
		They have called it a color revolution.

		I don't claim them. But individuals who claim to be supporters of President Trump take the U.S. Capitol and they are immediately shot and killed.

		Now it's happened in D.C. And it would have happened already in D.C. when the Democrat Got the tip from the New York Times that the Republicans have a baseball practice with no security.
		And so a guy traveled and he tried to shoot up and murder multiple Republicans.
		Luckily, only a few got shot, Steve Scalise, and he's fully recovered.
		How do you deal with a left-wing terrorist group being occupied and run by Chinese communists while our almost entire media and government is completely compromised by this?
		Well, you show up, you peacefully protest.
		Well, they know that's our path to victory, so now they're trying to shut that down.
		Look, folks, at this point...

tom pappert ▲ ● ▼		So there again is President Trump essentially warning you that the police are not treating the protesters who are supporting Trump like Black Lives Matter protesters, like Antifa protesters.
		The police, with their Antifa goons, as we saw last night, Antifa and the police appear to be on the same side in Washington, D.C. This could get very scary and very unsafe for you if you are still out, and especially if you do not have Of course, there you can see it on screen.
		National Guard soldiers apparently in the U.S. Capitol.
		They're clearing it, starting from one side and going to the other.
		While it was very—we have accomplished our goal, and the goal is not to get ourselves killed.
		They've already made one woman into a martyr.
		But this early event today, hundreds of thousands of people gathered to hear the president, the president's lawyer, the entire team, the last remaining vestiges of America First left— That was our goal.
		This has been a show of force.
		Now, invading the U.S. Capitol is not necessarily part of that.
		And it is very important now that if you are in D.C., if you are sitting there watching this, if you have friends, family, loved ones there, tell them to go home, tell them to get safe.

		And now a woman is dead, reported by Alex Jones here at InfoWars First, dead because the D.C. police shot her, allegedly.

		Then she began bleeding from her mouth and nose, according to our eyewitness report, a national file.

	I've had a lot of these discussions, jokingly, because I would never leave this country.
	I believe that the idea of it, the founding of it, what we used to be, is well worth fighting for.

	And we had the clip before that, and maybe it's the same instance, where multiple D.C. police are in what I believe was the House of Representatives pointing guns out the window.

	You talk about, you know, it's one thing, if the person is rushing you with a knife, or if you tase them and they don't go down.
	But to just shoot someone?

	I don't have the perfect timeline, but, you know, just judging by National Files reporting, protesters had already reached the Senate at this point.
	Somebody stood on top of Mike Pence's chair and declared Trump president.
	So don't shoot him.
	No, they shoot the young woman with the Trump flag.
	That's who gets shot. And so you get shot in our nation's capital today.

		I was right behind her. And, you know, as Trump supporters kind of congregated in that area, there was multiple cops in the area.
		I had actually talked to them.

		And then, you know, 30 seconds goes by and there's a gunshot.
		Just came from the congressional doors.
		We were right outside the house.
		And she just fell on the ground and started bleeding from her neck.
		And the cops almost treated it like it was an active shooter.
		They were telling everybody to get the hell down.
		And there was some riot police or some SWAT police coming up the stairs, you know, fully armed, ready to go.

		And it kind of got, you know, a little bit unsettled and people started finding other routes into the Capitol, going to different rooms.
		And that's where we found the route to actually the house where we needed to be.
		And, you know, she was taking the lead and I was just following her, documenting everything that was going on.
		And within about A minute, all the Trump supporters were congregated in one area.
		And it started to get kind of hectic.
		You know, people were bashing out windows.
		And a Trump supporter, one specifically, was punching the window over and over again and bashing it.
		And right as he actually ripped the window down, that's when the shot rang off.
		And I just, I mean, I was probably five feet away from her at the time.
		And she just went down. Somebody laid her down.
		I just knew that she was bleeding from her neck, and I tried to shine a flashlight on her.
		I tried to help in any way that I could, but...
		Yeah, I mean, she's gone.
		They pronounced her dead in the hospital, but the media, they're going to attempt to cover it up.
		I mean, as you see, they already are.
		And it's just really despicable what they're doing here.
		I mean, they're going to blame it on Trump supporters.

		Again, I'm not saying they should have been killed at the hands of police, but, you know, they were involved in criminal activity that day, and in fact, Floyd actually died of a fentanyl overdose.
		The point is, those names get to live in infamy, And the Democrats and the media get to have mass rioting that causes billions of dollars of destruction.
		We don't even know this lady's name.
		She won't be immortalized.
		Her poor soul is gone forever from this earth, but she probably is with God now, so maybe she's in a better place than we are.
		But Taylor, talk about what led up to that, because you were at the Capitol even before all that went down.
		So talk about the events that led to the Capitol being breached by the Trump supporters, and then what you were saying, other eyewitnesses say too, you think there may have been some agent provocateurs that tried to set this whole thing up to make Trump supporters look bad.

		You know, I was in Portland on night 100, one of the craziest nights I've ever seen, and there wasn't even that much force being used against Antifa and BLM, you know, when they were attacking cops.
		And these Trump supporters, for the most part, they weren't even attacking cops.
		Yeah, the eventual stray that gets in trouble.
		They just kept pushing up, kept pushing up.
		And a guy actually was pushed over the side balcony of Congress during the steps, too, and was brought out on a stretcher by the police.
		Nobody was able to push him back just because they had people everywhere.
		I mean, there was a hundred thousand people out there.
		You know, this was at literally the top of the Congress.
		All we had to do was enter one room and we were in there.
		And they held us there.
		I mean, they held all the Trump supporters there for about, I'd say, 35 minutes.
		That was the longest run of it.
		And then everybody started getting pushed inside, pushed inside, and they started ripping the tarps down to get other ways in.
		And they actually gassed us towards the entrance.
		And people, once they got inside, we got into the big congressional hall and everything.
		And Trump supporters just, you know, swarmed in and filled it.
		Police were there and the police weren't responding with any force in the congressional halls.
		No pushing, nothing, no gas, no projectiles like they were just five minutes prior.

		I get that. But they come in full force and they execute a lady and there's no media outrage.

		We got another camera set. I was zooming around.
		Mainstream media is on the scene at the Capitol right now, and I can guarantee you what they're saying.
		This is Trump's fault.
		Trump caused violence today.
		Woman dies because of Trump.
		And of course, they get access.
		So now they've pushed all the Americans with the American flag saying, you know, USA, USA, Trump won.
		They push all of them out, they lock everything down, declare martial law curfew, and then bring in the mainstream media to mop it up with their own narrative, and they're sitting outside the Capitol right now doing that.
		But talk about the police response.
		Of all the different violence and riots you've seen, and now an execution of a woman, I mean, is this the worst police response you've seen, despite all the different riots you've covered?

		Who's, you know, standing in a windowsill at the Capitol building, gets executed by the police, and they'll say she was bad.

		These are really dire times.

		Now we're just going to execute Trump supporters, and now we're just going to declare martial law, and we're going to shut down all the restaurants and everything so you can't eat.

		A total occupying force.

		I don't know what the appropriate response to this is.
		We can look at history and say, okay, here's what happened in history.
		But I mean, what do we do going forward?
		Trump told people to go home tonight and be peaceful.
		We've got 14 days till they potentially inaugurate a fake president-elect, a Chinese communist agent.

		I just kind of almost put my hands up and just let fate happen because I'm not a violent revolutionary.
		I'm an intellectual revolutionary.
		I'm a logical revolutionary.
		I'm maybe even a political revolutionary, whatever.
		The point is I'm not a violent revolutionary.
		I never got in this to be a violent revolutionary.
		Neither did Donald Trump.
		And so now Trump, who for four years has been fighting for America, doing everything he can, his best job, wants to be the president.
		Maybe he did some good things, maybe he did some bad things.
		Point is, he wanted to be the president of America.
		He was never a violent revolutionary.
		Well, now he's at the point where it's the end of his first term, he won a re-election, they're not going to give it to him.
		He's been stabbed in the back by almost every person that is supposed to support him, and he's not a violent revolutionary.
		So I think even President Donald Trump right now is just kind of like, I mean, I could tell.
		When Trump got on this stage today, I knew what happened.
		I didn't want to say anything to spoil the mood, but I could tell he just got off the phone with Pence, and Pence told him he was going to certify for Biden, and that's why Trump was a little downtrodden during his speech today, and he didn't have that normal glow and positive energy he had.
		I could sense that immediately, but Trump isn't a violent revolutionary.
		He probably really thought he could get in there Show how bad the system was.
		Get people inside of D.C. and inside of the bureaucracies and inside of just, you know, Congress and everything to actually have his back.
		And he came out with a hundred knives in his back.
		And so now he's like, well, shoot.
		I mean, I've laid out the election theft.
		I've shown all the crimes of the Democrats.
		You know who Joe Biden is.
		And we still have to accept this.
		So Trump is like, but he's in the position of power.
		It's like... Does Trump want to be a violent revolutionary?
		No, he's saying be peaceful.
		Do we want to be violent revolutionaries?
		No, we're saying be peaceful.
		But at some point, you know, it's just like, you just got to let fate happen.
		Again, I'm not encouraging any violence at all.

		What is your call to the American people right now?
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		Well, my big message is that the truth is going to come out.
		Donald Trump will continue to be the president of the United States for the next four years.
		There's no doubt in my mind.
		When I'm asked on a scale of 1 to 10, what's the scale that you put that Trump will be the next president?
		I say 10, without a doubt.
		That is the truth. Everybody in this country, everybody in the world knows that this election on the 3rd of November was a total ripoff.
		It was a fraudulent election.
		We have had foreign interference from multiple countries.
		I'll rattle them off here if you want to get into that.
		And Donald Trump was the clear winner.
		For the next four days after the 3rd of November, from about the 4th through the 7th, 8th of November, They just started stuffing the ballot boxes, and everybody knows it, and they got caught.
		They got caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar, so that's where we are.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		Just like they got caught on Russiagate, just like- Everything, everything.
		Russiagate, impeachment. So you got the floor, General.
		Lay it out for people what really happened.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, so in terms of the election, what we know is that the election was won by Donald Trump that night.
		Approximately 10 o'clock, 10.30 at night, 80 to 90% of the precincts in nationwide, Trump won hands down, hands down.
		And then all of a sudden we had this very, very uncertain, you know, everything stops.
		We've never had that in our country in our presidential election.
		So five states shut down.
		Joe Biden goes to bed.
		I mean, he probably never came out of the basement.
		And so then what happened was they realized, they being the Democratic machine, they realized that the algorithms that they put into these Dominion machines and these what's called ES&S, which is electronic security systems, 95% of the electronic voting done in this country is done by those two systems, Dominion and ES&S, okay?
		The majority of people in this country don't even realize that.
		Those machines are, and the companies behind them, are partially owned by the Chinese Communist Party.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		And you said that months ago.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		Now it was confirmed, I saw today, that Congress has proven they're connecting to China.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		The Communist Chinese Party paid $200 million in 2014 to Dominion, and they paid in October, I believe it was October of 2020, another $400 million put into this company.
		So we have clear evidence of a foreign interference, which is all the president's executive order describes, and that's the executive order from 2018.
		He reinstituted it in 2019.
		He reinstituted it again in 2020.
		And so we are essentially in a national emergency that the president has already declared.
		He just has to decide whether to execute some of those procedures that are well within his authority.
		So we have foreign interference from China.
		We have foreign interference from Serbia.
		We have foreign interference from Italy, from Spain, from Germany.
		And then on the 30th of October, 2020, so a couple of days before the 3rd of November election, and then on the 3rd of November, The FBI and CISA, which is that guy Krebs, right?
		Krebs who came out and said, hey, there's no foreign interference at all about a week after the election.
		CISA is a Homeland Security cybersecurity agency.
		On the 30th of October 2020 and on the 3rd of November, both in what's called a joint intelligence advisory, the FBI and CISA issued an advisory saying that Iran is mucking around in our in our election system.
		They were doing it on the 3rd of November, which is the day of the election.
		The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security both said there's foreign interference in our election on Election Day by the country of Iran.
		So for anybody to say that we haven't had foreign interferences is full of it.
		There is our U.S. government agencies, whether you want to trust the FBI or not.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		I have my doubts about the FBI. But regardless, General, as you said, we have them claiming that Russians got Trump elected with no evidence.
		Now we have the EU, the Communist Chinese, Iran, with these Confucius Institutes and all the...
		I mean, hell, China tells Hollywood what they can put in movies now.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		China actually owns Hollywood.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		They own Hollywood. Speak to that, please.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		I mean, the level of influence inside and the ownership, I mean, just the flat-out ownership.
		You know, if people knew what the Chinese Party, basically the Chinese government, was doing inside of this country for, frankly, the last 30 years, I mean, It's astounding inside of our academic institutions, it's in our banking systems, in our tech systems, and within Hollywood or in our movie-making capabilities.
		So when you begin to look at And I would call it the real estate.
		So if you look at what real estate is being purchased by China, it exists in all walks of America's life.
		And I think the Hollywood component of it is a big deal.
		All you gotta do is look at some of these big companies that are living in Fulton County, Atlanta.
		So why is Fulton County, Atlanta such a big deal right now?
		Why is there so much scrutiny being paid on Fulton County, Atlanta, which is one of the largest voting In fact, Fulton County, Maricopa County, and Wayne County up in Michigan, Maricopa County and Arizona, those are the top voting counties in the country.
		This election and what we know the Chinese party has done, not since Donald Trump came into office, but probably for the last 30 years, certainly since the mid-90s, since the Clinton era of the mid-90s and what they have been doing.
		When you think about it, and I'll just talk about our academic institutions, when you think about our colleges and universities, graduate and undergraduate, they've been sending upwards of about 300,000 students a year into our institutions.
		Those are just students. They come here for one year, they go back home.
		They come here for another year, they go back home, they graduate, and they graduate in the science, technology, engineering, and math arenas.
		They're not keeping that intellect here.
		They're taking it right back home.
		And they've been doing it for decades.

		The system moved heaven and earth to falsely indict you to keep you from giving Trump good, patriotic, pro-American advice because you were somebody that believed in America and you were not a traitor.
		So now they've tried to silence you.
		They failed. You've come through the fire as a phoenix.
		What is your advice right now to President Trump and the American people, regardless of what happens in the next 15 days?
		Because they wanted to silence you for a reason, because they knew you were a real person who cared about America and cared about truth.
		So, General Flynn, they want to silence you.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		Have your voice here. So one of the, I'll tell you, one of the pieces of the conversation that I had with Donald Trump the day that he called me up about the part, and he says, you're the cleanest guy in America.
		He says, you're probably the cleanest guy in the world.
		And I said, no, Donald, you're the cleanest guy in the world, because they have dug into your rear end so far, and they found nothing.
		And I said, I know what they would have found in my life, and it's nothing.
		Maybe some ugly fight that I get in when I was a kid in high school with a guy like you sometimes.
		I don't know if I'd take you on.
		You probably made me happy. But I'm being a little facetious about that, but that was part of it, was that they dug into my life so far Back, and I'm talking about back years.

michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		This isn't just started in 2017 or when the president won the last election.

		They were listening to all my communications.
		They're watching all my texts, looking at all my bank accounts, everything.
		They found nothing. What they knew is that I knew what they knew, okay?
		And I think that that's a powerful statement, actually.

michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		What they knew is what I know what they know, okay?
		I mean, essentially, how this system operates, when Chuck Schumer said that the intel about Donald Trump and he said that they have six ways to Sunday right the intelligence community have six ways to Sunday to basically screw you then that that ought to send a message that ought to send a chill down everybody's spine right in this country that should never be the case yet that is in fact the case and it's still the case in some degrees to some degree so What we're facing is we're facing institutions in this country that have lost sight of who they work for.
		They work for the American people.
		They work for we the people. They don't work for the institution.
		But that's what this town has become.
		So why we call this the swamp, why we call this the deep state, the amount of corruption that we are now seeing that has been exposed by this election is outrageous.
		It's despicable.
		And just to give you one little example, because it outraged me today, and I've already spoken to a couple of different people about this today.
		Everybody knows about Josh Hawley, Senator Josh Hawley from Missouri.
		They came to his house. So Josh Hawley's back in the state of Missouri.
		He's doing a little campaigning back there, and he's got kind of, whatever he's doing, he's getting a read of how the people of Missouri feel before he comes to You know, back tonight.
		Well, his family, and they probably don't even want me talking about it because they're so private, but his family, his wife, young wife, pregnant.
		Here we got Antifa pounding on her door, basically attacking her home.
		Terrorist. Terrorizing.
		A United States Senator and his family, because he's standing up for the Constitution.
		So even though I might be sitting right now, my stand is for the Constitution.
		My stand is for this country.
		Back to your question.
		What about Donald Trump?
		You know, honestly, at the end of the day, I think the guy's terrific.
		He's been a great president. He's basically tried to follow.
		He's tried to meet every promise that he has stated.
		But I don't really care about Donald Trump at this stage.
		It's not about him anymore.
		This is about the presidency of this country.
		This is about the constitution of this country.
		For the Supreme Court to fail to abdicate their responsibility
		like they did with the Texas lawsuit that they said there's no standing.

		he's a good guy, but you're saying it's totally true.
		It's about our institutions.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		It's about the republic.
		If there was a guy that I could, if there was a person who could be vindictive against
		Donald Trump, you're looking at him.
		I mean, I could stand all day and go, that son of a gun, that son of a...
		You know, look at what he did to me.
		It's not Donald Trump that did it.
		It's these institutions.

		It's the last administration that lied to him.

		So Donald Trump coming into the presidency, the last go around, I don't believe he realized that it was this bad, but it's this bad.

		It was three, four, five, six points.
		So I get what you're saying.
		But regardless, they are selling this giant fraud.

		And so for me, when you talk about Trump as our president, you're right.

		It's a 10-day pause for a select number of states to do a recount, to retally, and not just do what Georgia did the first time around, which is take a bunch of phony ballots and run them through the machines and you get the same outcome.
		But actually look at the ballots and making sure that those ballots are constitutional, that they're not backdated like we had backdated ballots, I think, in Michigan.
		Or signatures. Or dead voters.
		It's like I said to one U.S. senator, is one dead voter okay?
		Because I've buried soldiers before, and I'm telling you, those soldiers that I buried, they would not, they wouldn't want to have one dead voter Count for anything.
		But if we if we talk about like Pennsylvania, the number of dead voters that voted in Pennsylvania are more are more people than are buried in the Gettysburg National Battleground.
		I mean, just think about that for 7500 people are buried in Gettysburg, right?
		One of the most famous battles of our Civil War.
		And we have more dead voters in Pennsylvania than are buried there.
		That's that's insane. How do we allow ourselves to get there?
		Wisconsin. Wisconsin has, according to a member of Congress from that state, they have 242,000 fraudulent votes.

		This is an amazing interview. Three branches, co-equal, legislative...

		But if you read the Constitution, there's one person that gets voted on by the majority of people in this country.
		That's the President of the United States. He's the leader.
		When the President puts his hand on the Bible...
		When he takes his oath of office, there's only one person in this country that takes that oath of office.

alex jones ▲ ● ▼		The president has like one percent above it.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		The president of the United States.
		So you have three co-equal branches, but the president is actually he's not he's not a branch.
		He is a he is a person voted on by the majority of the of this country.
		And it's not by happenstance.
		That the oath of office that the President of the United States takes, if you go back and you look at the Founding Fathers and the arguments that they had, actually, and for those that want to dig into it, it's Federalist Paper No.
		73. And you look at it as to why they chose those words.
		Because the President of the United States has a responsibility to protect the Constitution.
		Everybody else can scream about it.
		The courts can say, ah, we're not going to do anything about it like the Supreme Court did.
		But the President has the responsibility, the duty, and the authority to act.
		And it's above the others, because there's something called national security.
		And national security For all intents and purposes, is the responsibility of one person, and that's the United States president.

alex jones ▲ ● ▼		Exactly. That's why you have the president as the new coach, because you can't have Congress have a vote.
michael flynn ▲ ● ▼		Everybody around the president tells him, is trying to tell him what to do.
		Everybody is trying to tell them what to do.
		And the president has to stand there in his own boots like Abraham Lincoln or George Washington or other presidents that we've had in our history who have had to make incredibly, incredibly difficult decisions.
		He is in one of those moments, I call it a crucible moment in the history of this country.
		Unprecedented. Donald Trump is standing in those shoes and he's standing in those shoes by himself.

		They desperately try to keep from the president because it's true.
		It's a chocom, globalist takeover.
		And the president is standing at that moment in history, not as an authoritarian, as a liberator.

		So that's the other thing about this.
		It's like when people in this country, they can't fathom what's happened.
		They kind of look at it and they go, oh my God, what's going on?
		I don't want to lose hope. These people don't care that they got caught.
		And you know why they don't care? Because nobody's ever held them accountable.

		That's the key. No retribution, no accountability.

		The intimidation tactics that we saw against Josh Hawley's wife is just a scratching of
		the surface.

		Swalwell, okay?

		They probably I say that we're scratching the surface and I know this.
		We're scratching the surface with the type of infiltration that we have in all of our General, we're at war with Communist China.

		I mean, these demonstrations and peaceful protests that are happening right outside the window here, all of these people from all across the country, and frankly, I know that there's actually people from all across the world that showed up for this historic moment.
		Everybody knows that there's this fleeting thing called democracy, and it's the idea of the United States of America.
		When we created this thing 242 or 47 years ago, It was created on an idea.
		Wasn't perfect. In fact, the founders knew it wasn't perfect, but they said we're going to get it as close to perfect as possible.
		They studied every aspect of human history, every aspect of the failures of nation states, and they said, this is how we're going to do this.
		We are going to form a more perfect union.
		We're going to have this beautiful thing called the Bill of Rights.
		So when they did that, they knew and they had the vision, thank God.
		I mean, some of these, most of these guys, Thomas Jefferson was probably the oldest one.
		He was 33 years old. Most of these guys were in their 20s.
		People think they were a bunch of old guys sitting around with wigs on their heads, right?
		These guys were young men.
		And they had fought tyranny.
		And they had decided that they wanted to sacrifice their lives in order to have this kind of an idea.
		And so here we are.
		250 years later and we're fighting still for something that that they knew we were going to have to fight for.

		Absolutely. It makes me very serious.

		Now, the one thing that I do know is that, and you're looking at somebody, That in a way, I didn't get into politics because I'm a politician.
		I get into politics because I care about the future of the country.
		I saw the country going towards socialism while I was in uniform.
		So that's why I felt so strongly about getting involved in the political process, because I knew if we went a different direction, we wouldn't have this conversation today.

		He did win. Whatever they do, and I get in a war, we've got to be confident and say Trump's the winner.
		He is the winner. But regardless, America is awake.
		We rejected Joe Biden.

		I'm not trying to get ready for a Joe Biden presidency.
		I'm just saying, talk about an occupational government.
		Talk about like the Vichy French.

		War actually did last for decades, but when we entered, we entered to win.

And so what they're saying, what they're telling Washington, D.C., what they're telling their federally elected representatives, the members of the House and the members of the Senate, is that we're here to tell you that you better follow the truth, because the truth is what is going to come out one way or the other.
		And if you want to be on the other side of the truth, You know, then we'll be tied because I'm going to tell you, these people are not going to settle for something that was a lie.
		They're just not. I mean, I can feel it.
		You can feel it. The million people that are out there on Tuesday night in the rain.

		They just want to come into work and leave work, and nobody's going to task them for anything.
		The institutions work for the American people, and that's what we have forgotten in this country.
		These institutions of government, these institutions of power, It has been going on for a long time, Alex, and you could say, well, we've had these kind of examples for a long time.
		And that's true. That's true.
		But all of a sudden, it's now been exposed in such a way, and there's a takeover of our country by these institutions and by these powers outside of our country.
