| Thank you for having me. The only date in the Constitution is January 20th. | ||
| So we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this fraudulent election result and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election. | ||
| As we speak today, an alternate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote, and we're going to send those results up to Congress. | ||
| This will ensure that all of our legal remedies remain open. | ||
| That means that if we win these cases in the courts, that we can direct that the alternate slate of electors be certified. | ||
| The state legislatures in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania can do the same. | ||
| And likewise, Congress has that opportunity as well to do the right thing. | ||
| If you just cured three simple constitutional defects, Donald Trump's the winner of this election. | ||
| Whether it's the signature matching in Georgia that was illegally changed as a result of the consent decree without the legislature's approval, or whether it's the hundreds of thousands of improperly cast ballots in Wisconsin, absentee voters who never Actually submitted the request for an absentee ballot, or whether you're talking in Pennsylvania, the clear equal protection violation when Democrat ballots were cured in advance of Election Day and Republican ballots weren't. | ||

| From Reuters, so far the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Nevada are sending dueling states, dueling slates of electors. | ||
| The last time dueling slates of electors arrived in DC from several states was 1876. | ||
| The confusion on faithless electors versus dueling electors This is explained as follows. | ||
| So states with close contests between Republican President Donald Trump and his Democratic rival Joe Biden could produce competing slates of electors, one certified by the governor and the other by the legislature. | ||
| Now, when this gets to Congress to be counted on January 6th, both chambers of Congress could accept the same slate of electors, which would almost certainly put the matter to rest. | ||
| The chamber could also split, which is more likely if the Republicans retain control of the Senate and Democrats hold on to their House majority. | ||
| Academics have sketched out several scenarios. | ||
| Under one, Pence, as president of the Senate, could throw out both sets of states' electors. | ||
| Another contemplates that the House of Representatives would end up choosing between Biden and Trump. | ||
| There's even a scenario in which the Speaker of the House, currently Democrat Nancy Pelosi, could become acting president, God forbid. | ||
| But yes, so far you have Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, and Nevada sending dueling slates of electors. | ||

| They've been checked in, says the police guarding the Michigan State House as he refuses to allow Republican electors into the building. | ||

| So that's electors, Republican electors, trying to get into the building and being told all the electors are already inside. | ||
| And they're like, well, no, they're not, because we're them, and we're not inside. | ||
| And he says, sorry, I've been given orders not to allow anybody into the building. | ||
| So it seems like the Michigan state government got word that this was going to happen, and they were using every hook and crook in the book to prevent this happening. | ||
| This alternative, this challenging, this separate slate of electors from going in. | ||
| From the Detroit Free Press, Michigan House punishes GOP Representative Gary Eisen for hinting at Electoral College disruption. | ||
| Michigan Republican legislative leaders pulled a GOP lawmaker from his committee assignments Monday after the lawmaker hinted that he was a part of a Group that sought to disrupt or otherwise undermine the Electoral College vote slated to happen at the Capitol this afternoon Representative Gary Eisen Republican of st. St. | ||
| Claire Township made the comments Monday morning during an interview with Port Huron area radio station WPHM He was asked about the Electoral College Set to meet on Monday in the state Senate chamber to cast the state's 16 electoral votes for president-elect Joe Biden Eisen made the context in made the comments in context of he and others in lanes Lansing having some sort of event either at the Capitol or somewhere else Eisen also made reference to a threat he said he received or that was received regarding safety at the Capitol. | ||
| He questioned the veracity of that threat, calling it convenient and implying it would impede efforts for Trump supporters to contest the Electoral College proceedings. | ||
| So this is what they did. | ||
| They said there have been threats. | ||
| To the state legislature, so we're going to shut down the state legislative building, the Capitol building. | ||
| We're not going to let anybody in because of this so-called threat of violence. | ||
| Interestingly enough, a Michigan state police spokesperson said law enforcement agency is not aware of a credible threat of violence in Michigan. | ||
| But the Capitol and legislative buildings were closed on Monday with some officials citing COVID-19 precautions. | ||
| Well, not according to the Michigan State Police, whose spokesperson says that there was no credible threat. | ||
| So it sounds like they're trying to, they got word that Republicans were going to try to send an alternative slate of electors because of the apparent and absurdly obvious fraud. | ||
| The falsehood of these voting results. | ||
| The fraud that went on. | ||
| They heard about that. They said, nope, that's not going to happen. | ||
| And they threw every excuse at the wall saying you're not allowed to come in. | ||

| Since I learned about this today, that it was unfolding this morning, I spent every break, every moment, I spent the last hour that I wasn't on air just beavering away with the crew, looking at all the evidence, and here's the best information we have. | ||
| We knew the electors were going to come in today and cast their vote to the states. | ||
| They would then pass them on to Congress, and Congress could, if it was uncontested, certify the election as early as tomorrow. | ||
| But then it's seeded or it's finalized on January 6th, because the founders put a lot of checks and balances in in case there were problems. | ||
| So you go back to the state legislatures, you go back to the governors, you go back for a new election. | ||
| People knew there were a lot of problems with elections where they'd been tried, so they put in some checks and balances with this new country. | ||
| It hasn't been since the 1870s that something like this happened. | ||
| So I'm telling the crew throughout my show today, 11 to 3, by like noon, I'm like, hey, what's going on with the electors? | ||
| We heard a lot of these were going to go for Trump because if you see fraud, the electors should call that out. | ||
| The legislature wants to override that. | ||
| They can't. It's the only way. Right. | ||
| Okay. People are like, hey, who are these electors? | ||
| Some tried to go for Hillary last time, but none would actually do it at the end and the legislatures wouldn't pick it up. | ||
| But if the electors say no, that's another emergency check and balance on making the legislature overriding. | ||
| The legislature passes the buck like they're starting to do because they're afraid politically. | ||
| Okay, the electors do the right thing. | ||
| Now the legislature's got to have an emergency session. | ||
| They've got to decide. That's over Christmas. | ||

| And we hear all these Republicans get what's happening. | ||
| They've seen the evidence of the fraud that's been put on in all these states. | ||
| And so they try to get into the Capitol in Michigan. | ||
| They try to have the event. | ||

| The governors, this is what you said during the break, Reuters is reporting. | ||
| The governors are saying, oh, is there another power? | ||
| We're going to choose the electors now. | ||
| And the real electors can't come in. | ||
| And so we're going to let the fake electors vote. | ||
| Just like they did with the election, being a fraud. | ||
| And so that's now what is unfolding. | ||

| But they're now trying to confuse it like, oh, you know, there's two different groups of electors. | ||
| There's what the party does, the legislature, and or the governor, depending on the state. | ||
| And so when they learned this was going to happen, when they learned Trump had folks ready to overturn these states, They have gone into panic mode and they're now not letting the real electors from the political parties and the legislatures actually in right now. | ||
| And it's people appointed by the governor who are saying, oh, here are these electoral numbers up here. | ||
| This is all just academic. | ||
| We will now do this as the governor. | ||
| Kind of like they tried to make law. | ||
| In these states with these consent agrees with Democrats saying, we're going to sue if you don't accept mail-in ballots with no providence for no proof. | ||
| Legislature didn't do that. | ||
| Governors and Secretary of State did in a bunch of states, but these five where they stole it. | ||
| And so that's where they focused this. | ||
| So that's why this is so huge. | ||
| And now they're just saying, oh, in Nevada, all the electors went for Biden. | ||
| The real electors under the Constitution all went for Trump. | ||
| All six of them. In Michigan, they just wouldn't let them in the damn room. | ||

| And then this... Journalists went and asked the Michigan State Police. | ||
| They said, no, we are not aware of any credible threat to violence. | ||
| So it sounds like there was a Michigan Republican legislative leader who went on radio and sort of hinted that they were going to do this. | ||
| And so the Michigan Democrats got word about this and decided to shut it all down before they could. | ||
| Exactly right. And we've tracked it all back. | ||
| There it is, Detroit Free Press. | ||
| They learned people were coming, the actual electors, to say, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. | ||
| They went, oh, no, it's locked. | ||
| We have our own electors, which is another felony. | ||
| Georgia official confirms Trump will up in Electoral College with alternative electors. | ||
| So they're just going to ignore them, act like they're not legitimate, and give them no media coverage. | ||

| They say as legal proceedings arise from the November 3rd presidential election, continue to work their way through our nation's judicial system. | ||
| The Arizona Republicans who pledged to choose President Trump and Vice President Pence in the Electoral College convened on December 14th to cast their votes and send them to Congress, where they will be opened and counted beginning on January 6th. | ||
| And the Pennsylvania GOP says much of the same thing. | ||
| That's right. They don't want us to know it's all about January 6th. | ||
| Right. So they're lying and saying, oh, the ones that Democrats and the controlled houses they control that already engage in fraud, the ones that, no, that's not how it works. | ||
| These are alternate ones under the Constitution. | ||

| Breitbart News has a video where in the Michigan Statehouse, they start the proceedings with a Black National Anthem. | ||
| Is this just pure division? | ||

| It's just delusion. It's pure delusion. | ||
| I mean, you saw it with the NFL when they started the season with the Black National Anthem, and it's a way to divide and conquer and try to keep people enslaved, keep people in a certain mindset to where they see themselves as victims and this side is going to help you. | ||
| It's the same thing as when the Democrats knelt in the Kente cloth right after George Floyd was killed. | ||
| It just makes absolutely no sense. | ||
| It's a way for them to try to To arm up some troops, to try to get some troops involved. | ||
| We need to tug at the heartstrings of Black people, Hispanics. | ||
| They do a lot of things like that. | ||
| If they tug at your heartstrings, they have a portal into your subconscious mind. | ||
| And you can be a sheep. You can do whatever they want you to do. | ||

| So I think that's what they're doing is they're just preparing for battle. | ||
| They think they're going to get more people to support Biden by acting as though he's going to do this for the black community. | ||
| He's going to do that. We're on your side. | ||

| I haven't seen the video yet, but I'm sure it's super cringe, just like everything else that they do when they pander. | ||
| And ultimately, what they end up doing is, you know, the chickens come home to roost and they become casualties. | ||
| When I was in Minneapolis, when they were doing this like BLM thing, it looks like conquered territory out there. | ||
| You would see businesses that had been torched, burned to the ground, but their sign said Black Lives Matter. | ||
| So it doesn't matter how much you pander, how much you virtue signal, you will be steamrolled by this movement. | ||
| It's like they're creating a giant and then that giant turns around and destroys them. | ||

| And you make such a good point where you talk about the fact that it's pure emotional manipulation, which is like a direct opposite corollary to what you do, what we try to do here. | ||

| Or take this shot that admittedly targets black people. | ||
| You know, what does HIV hit? | ||

| He's a former candidate for U.S. Senate who's now sort of holding the Arizona state legislators' feet to the fire because of the just absurd amounts of voter fraud that we've seen take place. | ||
| Welcome to the show, sir. | ||
| Sorry, can you hear me? I can. | ||
| Thank you for having me again. Thank you very much for coming on. | ||
| So a lot of stuff is going on in states all over the country right now. | ||
| It's almost, you know, it's dizzying trying to keep up with all of this. | ||
| So what is happening right now with Arizona and where is your focus at this moment? | ||
| Well, we're witnessing in Arizona something that I think is happening all across the country, pretty much in every state. | ||
| We were stolen from in terms of our elections. | ||
| We've been stolen from in the primaries, I believe, in August as well. | ||
| But staying focused on November, we were stolen from. | ||
| And rather than the state legislative body here doing what they should have been doing, which was engaging themselves in a heated debate on the Senate and House chamber floors to decide where our electoral votes go, They were dear lick of duty. | ||
| They let the governor run roughshod over the state. | ||
| The governor ran an executive order, which basically certified the election, basically. | ||
| And we're dealing with a scenario now where the state legislative body in Arizona has abandoned their post. | ||
| And it was one of the most unfortunate things I've ever witnessed, at least in Arizona's history. | ||
| So explain this to me, the dereliction of duties. | ||
| I think that's a good way to put it. | ||
| Essentially, these powers to decide how elections are run are reserved constitutionally to the legislature of the state. | ||
| And so it's not that the state necessarily has been robbed of this. | ||
| It's that the people whose job it is have just decided we're not going to do it. | ||
| We're not going to fulfill our obligation here. | ||
| And we're just going to let some tyrant to take his decisions and just run with it. | ||
| I mean, is that what you mean by dereliction of duty? | ||
| That's exactly right. Yes. | ||
| So your state legislator is a stopgap to make sure that if there was some form of fraud taking place, that they could step in and intervene. | ||
| They're the ones that actually decide who our president—what electors are going to vote for which president, candidate. | ||
| So unfortunately, here in Arizona, like in most other states, the state legislative body just completely hid under their desk It was quite embarrassing. | ||
| We did have some good ones. | ||
| So what we started to do down here to catch you up to speed, for those of you that didn't see what we did, we drafted up a letter on Tuesday of last week, or the week before last, when Rudy left Arizona, when Julian and his team left, we said, well, what are we going to do? | ||
| So we said, well, what we can do is draft a letter up with a decertification, a letter of intent, and start whipping up the vote. | ||
| So we got six of our state legislators to sign a document, which indicates that They are, frankly, wanting to send their slate of electors on behalf of Arizona. | ||
| On the ground here, what I'm seeing is, again, it's complete chaos. | ||
| The AZGOP will send smoke singles, okay? | ||
| So they'll do a smoke and mirrors strategy, bait and switch strategy. | ||
| They'll tell the country that they're doing something when in all actuality they're not. | ||
| The AZGOP is completely corrupted. | ||
| The Arizona state legislative body is completely corrupted. | ||
| It's systemically bad from the top to the bottom. | ||
| I mean, I'm talking to the Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County. | ||
| I mean, these people certified this election And they're Republicans. | ||
| I mean, Clint Hickman is one of our—the chairman of the Board of Supervisors down here. | ||
| He owns an egg farm, and they have labor being used at the egg farm. | ||
| Someone should look into that, where their labor comes from, because during coronavirus, their labor from some sources never ended. | ||
| You know, it's corruption from top to bottom. | ||
| This is what I'll say to America. | ||
| This is the thing that I keep on reiterating in my mind, is that once a republic has gone corrupted— Once your republic is completely corrupted like ours is, really, the only way to fix it is removing the corruption in its entirety. | ||
| We have an obligation right now as Americans, all of us, to stop what we're doing and say, what do we have to do to make sure all these individuals are out of office? | ||
| Because this can't stand any longer. | ||
| Yeah, this election has been almost like an MRI scan, right? | ||
| It's revealed a really deep-seated cancer in America of this corruption, of people being unwilling to stand up for themselves, or people feeling like they can just completely betray every rule or law in place to try to ensure a fair election. | ||
| And we're suddenly realizing, oh my god, it's metastasized. | ||
| It's spread throughout the whole body. | ||
| And so, you know, when you're talking about removing it, it's like we need the chemotherapy. | ||
| We don't need, like, to put a Band-Aid on the sore that's just a symptom of the cancer. | ||
| We've now been revealed that the whole body is infected, and so, you know, whatever drastic measures have to be taken, it's a life-or-death situation for us as a republic, right? | ||
| 100%. And I'm not, by the way, I'm not discouraged by what's going on. | ||
| I'm actually rather confident that we're going to come out of this stronger than we ever have. | ||
| So when I'm speaking on this, what I would love for everyone to understand is when you look through your state elected officials, I want you to understand no one is gonna come to your rescue. | ||
| No one is gonna come save us. | ||
| The tyranny that is coming down on us now by way of vaccinations, by way of mask mandates, by way of now they're muzzling our votes. | ||
| Again, this type of systemic corruption means that we have no one that we can trust as a citizenry. | ||
| We have to rely on each other, we have to mobilize together, and we have to peaceably assemble everywhere. | ||
| Wherever these people are, they need to know that we're going to be there watching them and we're going to be holding them accountable. | ||
| So that's all we're doing on the ground here in Arizona, is trying to hold these people's feet to the fire as quickly as possible. | ||
| Well, it seems like it may be working in certain situations because I'm seeing some breaking news here. | ||
| This was just delivered to me. Republican Party of Arizona, Arizona Republican presidential electors convened to cast votes for President Trump and Vice President Pence. | ||
| So they'll be sending that, you know, as they're putting an alternative slate of electors, which essentially are just electors that are choosing to go with the choice that, you know, they think that the legitimate votes would have chosen from Trump. | ||
| Chanel Ryan, we have breaking as of 27 minutes ago, Arizona State Judiciary Committee issuing subpoenas to review ballots, Dominion machines, and related voting documents out of Maricopa County. | ||
| Maricopa County has been a big sticking point, I understand, this entire election series. | ||
| People have been trying to do things like this, to subpoena, to review ballots, to look at the Dominion voting machines, and it's been stonewalled at every pass. | ||
| Now it looks like maybe they're opening up to it. | ||
| Has something changed? Yeah, we've shut down their email servers. | ||
| We shut down their phone systems. | ||
| We have hundreds of thousands of communication coming from patriots all across Arizona. | ||
| We are overwhelming the system and letting them know that we will not succumb to communism. | ||
| I can't speak for any other state. | ||
| All I can say is that inside of Arizona, our country has a big problem on their hands. | ||
| We recognize what that is. | ||
| Us patriots on the ground in Arizona, we know that we're the last stand. | ||
| What that means is they've spoon-fed us Marxist Kelly, who I was up against. | ||
| They've spoon-fed us Republicans like Doug Roscoe or Doug Ducey, whatever you want to call him. | ||
| This guy is an operative. | ||
| These are McCain plants, and we know who all of them are, and we're going to slowly but surely eradicate them from Arizona positions, and we're taking our government back. | ||
| We will not succumb to communism here in Arizona, and we will do it peaceably. | ||
| So I'm struck by a lot of things that are happening. | ||
| Obviously, I'm excited for a lot of the things that are happening. | ||
| But until this problem is solved, we're not going to celebrate right now. | ||
| The Patriots on the ground here know what needs to be done, and we are more mobilized and motivated than ever. | ||
| Yeah, patriots are waking up. | ||
| We just pray it's not, you know, too late, you know. | ||
| But hey, better late than never. | ||
| People are realizing the danger that we're in, realizing that sort of that last stopgap measure of, hey, they abuse us, they spit on us, but at least we have our vote. | ||
| Well, what happens when that vote is taken away? | ||
| People realize just how alone they are and just how they cannot rely on their supposed leaders. | ||

| There was a hearing today. I guess it actually maybe changed some minds or at least presented some good evidence. | ||
| Do you know anything about this? I'm just hearing about this now from NationalFile. | ||
| I don't want to celebrate because until the job is done, it's never done. | ||
| But yes, I want to thank Eddie Farnsworth. | ||
| I want to thank them for doing – everyone's starting to move. | ||
| Again, though, we have to hold the relentless pressure. | ||
| I have to thank InfoWars. | ||
| I have to thank what you guys did. | ||
| What Owen did having me on created a tremendous amount of pressure for a lot of these folks. | ||
| We're starting to see some of that payoff and keep the pressure on. | ||

| We've already seen this song and dance before. | ||
| Listen, America, trust me when I tell you this, Arizona's the last stand. | ||
| I can tell you from the front lines of the last stand that we will not only win this war against communism and eradicate this evil once and for all, this corruption, we will eradicate it and we will start every single state will be the foundation of a new America. | ||
| This country is the most resilient country in the world. | ||
| And there is nothing that's going to stop us from making sure that our children live in freedom. | ||
| And China, this global system that they are attacking us with, this coronavirus was an attack. | ||
| We recognize that now as what it is. | ||
| And we're not going to also allow them to force us into this vaccination scenario. | ||
| This is, in my estimation, why I'm so adamant to talk about the vice president. | ||
| I want to ask America a question. | ||
| Why isn't Vice President Pence flying around to each one of these state legislative bodies, encouraging the Republican governors for opening up a special session so we have a proper debate going on, so we can watch our beautiful system unfold? | ||
| I see that Barr was just removed. | ||
| I'm quite concerned that maybe Pence is a little bit of a problem too. | ||
| I want to know why Vice President Pence wasn't here on the ground in Arizona picking up my letter that I have signed by legislators that said they were contesting. | ||
| So I'm quite concerned about a lot of things in Washington DC. I think a lot of Americans should be quite concerned. | ||
| So now, again, I want to parlay what we're doing here on the ground in Arizona to what we need to do, which is a one-day, one-vote on paper. | ||
| That needs to be law in Arizona, and we're going to be encouraging that movement here. | ||
| One day, one-vote on paper. | ||
| We've got to fix our election systems right now so we never have to question the integrity of our elections ever again. | ||
| Because this is... I think we're good to go. | ||
| What you're talking about, this global machine that's just this thresher just ready to devour them and they just don't see it and they're just sitting there blind and deaf, not understanding what's coming down and that if they allow this to go through, they'll never be elected again. | ||
| No Republican will ever be elected again. | ||
| I mean, this is the death of our country and total surrender to the communist global system. | ||
| Do they not understand this? | ||
| Have we not made this message clear yet, sir? | ||
| Well, I think it's one of two things. | ||
| It's either incompetence or it's nefarious. | ||
| And if it's nefarious and it's corruption, like I believe it is, or it's incompetence, we have to treat it the same way regardless. | ||
| So it doesn't matter the rationale behind the stupidity of the decisions that are being made by our Republicans and Democrats, obviously. | ||
| But the Democrat Party are now communist. | ||
| We don't have to call them Democrats. | ||
| The Republicans are now socialist. | ||
| So if you're a part of the Republican Party, you have to question yourself and say, what is it that we're getting as being a part of the Republican Party? | ||
| That's why I'm encouraging, like on the ground here in Arizona, the Patriot Party. | ||
| We all need to together. | ||
| Imagine, for example, if nationwide, those 75 million people said, you know what, we're washing our hands of the corruption of the Republican Party, and we're going to join some form of different party. | ||
| You would know who voted for Trump really So we all have to start mobilizing. | ||
| And my concern is, is that it doesn't matter why these people are doing what they're doing. | ||
| We have to remove the corruption from office. | ||
| They need to be recalled. They need to be impeached. | ||
| Whatever it takes, we have to get rid of the corruption. | ||
| And it's at the top of every state. | ||
| I can almost guarantee it's pretty much the same in every state at this point. | ||
| Yeah, and I completely agree with you. | ||
| It's like, well, it's either an accident, either they're dumb or evil, and neither one is good, and both of them are grounds for them being removed. | ||
| Like, okay, yeah, we can debate whether they're dumb or evil, but the point is, let's get them out of here first. | ||
| But this seems like good news, because if you're actually going in, and, you know, I hear other people saying this is going to be a real forensic, you know, fine-toothed comb situation, We're good to go. | ||
| Oh, yeah. I would put a lot of money on it. | ||
| They're going to find things that we fear in America. | ||
| They're going to find that our election was stolen. | ||
| If they go back into the primary, they're going to find that it was stolen in the primary. | ||
| See, usually what happens is the uniparty, I call it, the Republican and Democrat uniparty at the top. | ||
| They control both candidates, so they have controlled opposition. | ||
| So what typically happens is, in Arizona's case, for example, you have Martha McSally. | ||
| Where is Martha? She loses two Senate seats, by the way, and now she's gone. | ||
| Well, I'll tell you, the attorney that told us in 2018 that he discovered some election fraud, rather than fighting the election fraud, he ended up running for this. | ||
| And the same staff, it looks like, told... | ||
| So they keep on stacking the deck. | ||
| The corruption has a very deep bench. | ||
| So America, listen to me. | ||
| Think about deep benches for the corruption and how deep our bench has to become of patriots. | ||
| All patriots need to rush the political landscape and just flood every opportunity possible. | ||
| We have to take over every office in this country. | ||
| And that's why I'm optimistic because America is waking up. | ||
| And God has already demonstrated to the world what he will allow America to do to defend ourselves. | ||
| No enemy is too big. | ||
| No enemy is too scary or too vast or complicated for us to figure out. | ||
| We will win this war. | ||
| I wish we could do it much faster. | ||
| I think Vice President Pence, at this point, I would be questioning a lot of the actions that I've seen. | ||
| Why is he leading the coronavirus task force? | ||
| When we're in the middle of a potential voting fraud insurrection, I mean, we're talking about insurrection here, and we're dealing with coronavirus task force. | ||
| We don't need a vaccine. | ||
| We need our votes counted properly, and we need our election process protected. | ||
| Yeah, there's no vaccine against communism. | ||
| You have to stop it before you get it, unfortunately, or else the host body dies. | ||
| We've seen that in history over and over again. | ||
| And what you say is such a good point. | ||
| There's nothing that we can't do. | ||
| There's no beast we can't defeat if we fight. | ||
| The only way we lose is by standing down and not fighting. | ||
| And I love that you're forward thinking and you're thinking, what can we do in the next four years to ensure that the next vote is not How do we get rid of the electronic stuff? | ||
| How do we get rid of the rhinos, the controlled opposition at the top that refuse to stand up for us? | ||
| So just in the last minute before I let you go, what can people do? | ||
| Well, immediately, everyone has to work together. | ||
| So if you're, for example, in a hospital, I talk to a lot of nurses, and they say they don't want to take the vaccine, but they're worried that they're going to be forced to take the vaccination. | ||
| All get together with 20, 30 employees inside the hospital. | ||
| Stand up and say, no, we will strike together. | ||
| We will walk out of this hospital. | ||
| Walk out of your places of business. | ||
| Tell them no and do it together simultaneously with patriots. | ||
| Stand up to this treason. | ||
| Stand up to this tyranny and say no more. | ||
| Because the faster we do that together, the faster all of us say no more together, the faster it's going to stop. | ||

| Because again, it's like, you know, I wasn't a big fan of Bill Barr. | ||
| I never really trusted Bill Barr. | ||
| I've always been disappointed with Bill Barr in his actions. | ||
| His words? Always great. | ||
| He always says very great things in interviews and stuff. | ||
| You're like, wow, this guy really knows what's going on. | ||
| Then you find out he knew about Hunter Biden being investigated by the FBI and chose not to say anything before the election. | ||
| You find out all this sort of stuff and then you just look around and go, why haven't there been any arrests? | ||
| Why has he not moved on Antifa? | ||
| Why has he not moved on any of this sort of stuff? | ||
| Not a single arrest you can point to. | ||
| So what the hell is going on here? | ||
| So he's removed and that's a good thing. | ||
| But you don't automatically go, ah, we're saved. | ||
| William Barr is out because, well, who's this Rosen guy? | ||
| A lot of people were saying we were saved when Bill Barr was put into office. | ||
| Turned out not to be true. So let's not, you know, fly off the handle and say we're saved now that Mr. | ||
| Rosen is in the position. | ||
| So... Let's find out what he's about first and look into, you know, what we can expect from him. | ||

Recently, and finally, to share a little bit of advice we can borrow from our historical predecessors. | |
| To begin, I think it helps to clarify a few definitions to describe what we mean by malign foreign influence as opposed to what we might consider just legitimate diplomacy or candid expressions of legitimate national interest that all nations share with one another in appropriate ways. | ||
| One definition that's easiest to remember is what we refer to as the three C's framework, coercive, Covert or corrupt activities by foreign governments to influence US policies, US political sentiment, US public discourse, or to interfere in our political processes themselves. | ||
| Under the three C's framework, we recognize that foreign governments often have preferences about U.S. policies or even the outcomes of our elections. | ||
| Sometimes those preferences are expressed openly. | ||
| Our government sometimes has open preferences about other countries, too. | ||
| When the preferences are open and attributable, no one is deceived or misled. | ||
| But what we're concerned about is when foreign preferences manifest themselves through malign foreign influence activities that are, again, coercive, covert, or corrupt, whether their aim is specifically to influence our elections or to influence policymaking and public discourse more broadly. | ||
| So one thing that has not been much noted in recent years is that malign foreign influence in elections has been a concern going all the way back to the founding of our republic. | ||
| Using the three C's framework, I want to start with coercive activities. | ||
| So if we go all the way back to 1787, when the founders were debating the merits of what was then our new constitution. | ||
| Thomas Jefferson told John Adams that he was, and this is a quote, apprehensive of foreign interference, intrigue, influence. | ||
| Adams also worried, and this is his quote, as often as elections happen, the dangers of foreign interference Dangers of foreign influence make themselves known. | ||
| And I think, you know, I'm personally more concerned about the domestic influence, but that's the new acting attorney general. | ||
| And it sounds like at least he is aware of the fact that foreign countries, other than Russia, by the way, Are making moves to take advantage of the American system. | ||
| Now think about what he just said and tie that in to what you're about to hear. | ||
| Here's Sidney Powell talking about a particular executive order that Trump released in 2018. | ||
| Let's roll that tape. | ||

Well, given the level of foreign interference we can demonstrate and the country has evidence of in our filings of foreign interference in the election, it's more than sufficient to trigger the president's executive order from 2018. | |
| It gives him all kinds of power to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the machines. | ||
| I think under the emergency powers he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen. | ||
| Every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. | ||
| There's frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that. | ||
| For anybody who's willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics or corporate greed or global wealth. | ||

| So even with all the domestic problems that we have, maybe the way this all gets solved totally, maybe the way we wrap it all up in one big bow, is we use those powers granted to Trump by the executive order signed in 2018 about international intervention in our election. | ||
