The fight for the future is now.
This is The War Room with Owen Troyer at InfoWars.com forward slash show.
owen shroyer
...injured people, or by vaccine makers to injured people.
unidentified
I don't know enough about it to comment at this point.
owen shroyer
Okay, that's fair. I actually agree that the science of vaccines works.
I do believe vaccines works.
But I believe that you should have a choice to vaccinate your children.
unidentified
Do you believe that? No, I believe vaccination should be compulsory.
Except if there's a legitimate medical exemption.
owen shroyer
But don't you think, what about a religious exemption?
unidentified
No, I don't think that's a legitimate excuse.
owen shroyer
So you're pro-medical tyranny?
unidentified
I wouldn't call it medical tyranny.
owen shroyer
Well, if you're forcing someone to take a medicine, that's tyranny.
unidentified
No, that's not tyranny.
You force people to wear seatbelts.
Is that tyranny? Well, how many people actually still wear their seatbelt?
Most of the people wear their seatbelt.
owen shroyer
And I am against the seatbelt law.
unidentified
Well, I'm sorry for you.
owen shroyer
Well, I mean, again, I'm just for freedom.
I want freedom of choice. I'm pro-freedom.
Not pro-medical tyranny.
unidentified
You're not making any sense at all, actually.
owen shroyer
All right, well, let me ask you a question. Are you pro-choice when it comes to abortion?
Yes. So why would you be okay to kill a baby, but then once it's born, you can't choose to decide what to do with it?
unidentified
I don't think it's killing a baby, okay?
owen shroyer
- Okay.
unidentified
- It has a heartbeat.
- That's... - How many hearts does a human have?
One, right?
That's human anatomy, right? I really don't want to talk to you anymore, and I refuse to give you permission to publish this.
owen shroyer
Well, it's first-person consent, so you're in public property, so I do have the permission already.
unidentified
Go right ahead. All right, so that's it?
That's it, yeah. All right, so you're pro-medical tyranny?
I'm not pro-medical tyranny.
owen shroyer
But you want to force me to take a vaccine?
unidentified
I am pro-common sense.
owen shroyer
Okay. Common sense, but you're not pro-freedom.
unidentified
I am pro-freedom, yes.
owen shroyer
Even if it's common sense to take a vaccine, which I'm not arguing, even if that's common sense, I should have the choice not to.
unidentified
No. Yes.
owen shroyer
No. But you have the choice to stop a beating heart.
unidentified
You have the choice, the woman has the choice to...
Stop a beating heart.
...take control of her own destiny.
owen shroyer
How many hearts does a human body have?
One. So, she has one heart.
There's two hearts in her body.
So how many humans does that mean?
unidentified
Listen, I don't want to engage.
This is nonsense, okay?
owen shroyer
What if I said that's wrong?
unidentified
I've enjoyed talking.
No, actually, I haven't enjoyed talking to you, and the conversation is over.
Bye. All right.
owen shroyer
So another one. Another one bites the dust out here.
I'm not even anti-vaccine.
I just want choice. These people don't understand how they're forcing medical tyranny on all of us.
That's all it is. The pro-vaccine rally in Austin today.
unidentified
Let's go back live. Fine, I don't care.
owen shroyer
Fine, pediatric cancer skyrockets, autism skyrockets.
It has nothing to do with the increase of vaccines.
The point is, I should have a choice.
That's all it is.
unidentified
Hey, would any of you guys want to talk to me real quick?
Are you guys pro-choice?
owen shroyer
Are any of you guys pro-choice?
No? No?
Alright. So here's what we're gonna do, folks.
We're just gonna go ahead and bullhorn.
unidentified
It's fine. I just want to say you guys are all for medical tyranny.
You want to force vaccinate Americans.
That's medical tyranny.
I'm not even here saying vaccines don't work.
Of course they work.
But this is America and I should have the choice to take a vaccine or not.
That's freedom. I'm pro-freedom.
I don't want to live in medical tyranny.
That's all it is.
And you can shout me down all you want, but you're pro-choice.
You're pro-choice when it comes to aborting a baby.
You're pro-choice when it comes to stopping a beating heart.
But once the baby's born, all of a sudden the state's in control, huh?
So the woman has a choice when it comes to her body until the baby's born, and then the state's in charge, huh?
That's a logical fallacy.
It doesn't make sense.
And that's why all of you ran away from me when I brought that up live on camera.
You guys need to realize you are forcing people to take vaccines.
owen shroyer
So that's just me telling the future doctors of America that they're engaging in medical tyranny with forced vaccinations.
And let's just say they didn't like it too much.
unidentified

This is the InfoWars.com War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
We've got a small smattering of news today that we will get to.
I'm really excited about my guest coming on today.
Robert Barnes is going to be in studio for an hour, starting at 3.30 Central.
And then we're going to be in the third hour joined by Elijah Schaefer and Caitlin Bennett.
And so I've got some stuff I want to talk to them about when it comes to some news developments.
But here's the deal.
The biggest story right now, and there's a ton of them and it all fluctuates, but when it comes to the dire straits of the Republic, it is the wide open borders, Central America collapsing.
And now what we're looking at, waves and waves of illegal immigrants coming here.
Now they're admitting 1.5 million.
Infowars reported that first.
Next it'll be 2.
By about mid-summer, if they don't quell this, they'll start saying 2 million this calendar year.
So go ahead and mark that down.
But There's other things that we have to fight that are happening right now.
I mean, it's tough to fight all these battles, folks.
And that's why this is the InfoWard.
But medical tyranny is another battle that we have right now.
And I played a clip.
It was about an hour and a half long live stream that I did from the Texas State Capitol here in Austin, Texas today.
There was a pro-vaccine rally.
And I went in not as an anti-vaccine person, and I explain this on the live stream, but as someone that's pro-choice.
And so my question going into this is, are you pro-choice?
Now, most people say, yeah, you know, I'm pro-choice.
The woman has a right to abort a baby.
Well, I say, no, see, I'm pro-choice.
A woman has the right to decide the medical care her baby gets when it's born.
It's amazing. You know, we have all these things and we have all these politicians that complain about, oh, we need to fund Medicaid for all.
We have no problem funding vaccines for all.
Isn't that amazing?
Vaccines will always be there, won't they?
Somehow vaccines always get funded.
It's amazing how that works, isn't it?
You know what else always gets funded?
unidentified
War. Vaccines are war.
owen shroyer
It's medical tyranny.
And so I went out to the pro-vaccine rally.
And you know, look, well, you can watch the live stream for yourself, but let's just put it this way.
I probably have nothing against all these future doctors that were out there today.
I'm sure they're great people.
I'm not trying to talk them down.
This is not what it's about.
That's not even why I went out there.
I didn't even expect there to be like a hundred future doctors out there that ended up being my big audience because it was like no real pro-vaccine people showed up.
It was just all these future doctors.
But it's like it's the same thing with politicians.
And this is what I'm trying to communicate to people, why you have to go to these things, why you have to go to these events, why you have to raise your voice, why you can't be intimidated, why you can't be bullied.
There's this cast-off mentality that people in the establishment have.
You can say that about people in the establishment media, people in the establishment politicians, or people like doctors.
Now again, I'm not even talking about a doctor.
Doctors are great people. But when I'm out there, they're all in their white medical jackets.
And my opinion doesn't even count.
They're literally laughing at me, pointing at me.
I'm a big clown. You know, they know so much more than me.
They're going to outsmart me.
And then they come to the table, and I'm not backing down.
I'm not intimidated by your fancy white jacket.
I don't care, dude.
Like, that's, it's a mentality, folks.
We're all on the same level here.
Quit caring about the social stigmas.
Quit caring about all the symbolism, fake representing some sort of power structure.
You want to talk about a social structure, that's a social structure.
Some white jacket decides what is best for you.
Now, we have the best educated doctors in the world.
The doctors in this country are the best.
So I get it.
Again, I'm not insulting these people.
But just because you have a white jacket on and you go through the medical education system, it of course wants you to sell vaccines.
They're making billions and billions of dollars.
Again, we can't get Medicaid.
It's a big issue that people complain about on the left.
Oh, but we're all getting the vaccines, no problem.
Wonder why that is.
unidentified
But the point is, I have the right to choose.
owen shroyer
And they want to take that right from me.
And when I just explain my logic, not that I'm anti-vaccine, just that I'm for pro-choice, all of a sudden they walk away.
They don't want to talk. Again, I didn't go there to argue about the efficacy of vaccines.
In fact, Rob Dew came in.
He was like, hey, I watched your live stream.
He was like, why were you so soft today?
Why were you so conservative on air?
I was like, look, I wanted to be amenable.
I just wanted to go out there and say, hey, look, you're probably pro-choice when it comes to abortion.
Why aren't you pro-choice with vaccines?
And it's actually sad that there was only, I would say, probably two individuals out there Here's a Trump tweet from 2014.
Healthy young child goes to the doctor, gets pumped with massive shot of many vaccines, doesn't feel good and changes.
Autism, many such cases.
Again, the rates of autism have skyrocketed just as the rates of vaccines.
The rates of pediatric cancer have skyrocketed just as the rates of vaccines.
But fine, whether there's a correlation or not, doesn't matter.
I get a choice. But what I thought was sad...
With all those future doctors out there, all those brilliant minds, all those hard workers, all those people that probably genuinely want to help people for the rest of their lives, there were really only two of them That even wanted to have the discussion.
There were only two of them that had open minds.
The rest of them were just like, I'm a doctor.
I know more than you.
Get out of here.
unidentified
Don't tell me about your freedom.
owen shroyer
I have the freedom as a doctor to tell you what to do.
No, you don't.
unidentified
And so, you know, again...
owen shroyer
I celebrate the fact that we have the best doctors.
I celebrate the fact that these people are going to medical school to learn how to fix a broken arm or perform surgery.
The one guy that I actually talk to wants to be a neurosurgeon.
And so it's just like, this is cool, but this is a serious debate here.
Medical tyranny is a serious thing here.
Forcing people to take a vaccine is a serious thing here.
Yeah, there's a debate to be had.
It hasn't been had.
The discussion isn't over.
They don't want to have it.
Because they profit off the vaccines, you see.
And then I even bring up to the future doctors and I say...
Are you aware that there's a vaccine court that pays off billions of dollars to vaccine injured kids and they say, oh, I'm sorry, I've never heard of that.
But yet you're out here telling me that I don't have the choice to take a vaccine?
So again, it's about choice, ladies and gentlemen.
It's about choice. And that's all I tried to preach today at the pro-vaccine rally.
And future doctors of America said, you don't have a choice.
That's medical tyranny.
That's not freedom. That's not America.
Now we're going to take a break here.
When I come back, I'm going to get into some of the border news, and then I'm going to be joined by Robert Barnes.
And look, folks... You know, he's an expert legal mind, and I'm going to talk about something here that I'm not hearing too many people talk about, but I know that he's going to be able to break down.
The Democrats are attempting to break the law right now in a way that has never been done before, and it's really unbelievable when it comes to this Russian collusion thing.
So he's going to join me coming up in...
He's actually maybe joining me in the next segment.
We've got a short video we're going to run of his...
The fall of the Democrats is here.
Watch them eat their own. We'll air that coming up in the next segment as well.

The War Room. InfoWars.com forward slash show.
The War Room.
alex jones
Bob Barnes with the top First Amendment lawyers in the country was just making some amazing points in a conference room meeting about watching the Democrats begin to consume each other and gave some of the examples and rundown with predictions of what's coming next.
robert barnes
Precisely. So as the Democrats sort of devour each other with all the dirt they've had for decades on each other because of their own internal competition, you're seeing all of Joe Biden's touchy-feely ways get exposed.
You're seeing Beto's father-in-law's problems in El Paso, Texas and doing insider real estate deals be exposed.
And his unique form of fan fiction of running over kids and things like that be exposed.
You're seeing Kamala Harris's all of her dirty laundry, which goes deep and wide in the state of California.
Involving the way she's handled cases, the way she's helped cover up for cases, the way she's targeted certain people that now she says she would defend, get exposed.
And you're going to see a lot more of that.
There's Kamala Harris, who's one of the leading Democratic candidates.
Her connection to a major real estate developer that helped defraud the California State Pension Fund of almost a billion dollars.
And it's going to come out what she and Nancy Pelosi and others have helped do to help cover up that corruption where the state got defrauded of almost a billion dollars.
That's going to be coming out.
You're going to see more about Beto's background and his real estate developer father-in-law's background and his assistance to politically enable him to enrich himself at the expense of poor people in El Paso start to come out.
You're going to see Biden, Senator Biden's son, and his connections to China and allegations of corruption and backdoor wheeling and dealing that was taking place while Biden was vice president come out.
Exactly. All the dirt that they've all been sitting on for years, the media's been suppressing for years, is now going to come out as they try to out each other in their internal competition.
alex jones
And what do you expect? I mean, this is only going to help Trump.
robert barnes
Oh, absolutely. Because their internal competition is almost cannibalistic.
They're going to devour each other as they try to consume each other, as they try to get to be top dog.
In the process, they're all going to come out wounded and weak because of it.
Biden likely won't even run for the presidency.
unidentified
Why do you think Bernie came out and said, it's okay what Biden did?
It was only one time when there are hundreds of videos.
robert barnes
That's probably because Bernie himself doesn't want all of his history put under constant scrutiny, including all of his I love the commie speeches and hanging out, drinking with folks.
alex jones
Venezuela is quite nice.
Russia knows how to treat Christians.
robert barnes
Keep them down. He even talked about how beautiful their art facilities were in one of the most oppressive regimes.
In world history, talking about the Soviet Union in the 1980s, where he chose to honeymoon of all places.
Then there's all the history with his wife's involvement in being under federal criminal investigation previously.
alex jones
All his million dollar houses.
Exactly. Why is he such a swindler?
And why can't the Democrats field anybody who's decent?
robert barnes
Essentially, the Democratic base has become so weakened and diminished that it doesn't have any kind of real bench.
And that was partially because the Clintons eliminated it.
I mean, the Clintons went to great effort to make sure nobody could seriously compete with them.
Obama was the only one. Exactly.
alex jones
We have fratricide where they destroyed all their own people because she was supposed to be Queenie.
And that's the whole panic is because it didn't happen.
robert barnes
Exactly. Because it basically left no royalty left to take the place.
So instead, they're left with the clowns and the court jesters.
alex jones
And that's all they have. So basically, the mainline Republicans need to wake up, get with the program, come in and join America for the big win.
robert barnes
Precisely. Trump's in a perfect position, and everybody's in a perfect position to help Trump achieve success.
alex jones
And that's why they want total war to take everybody out, because we just survived a few years.
Victory! Green pastures!
robert barnes
Precisely. Right on the eve of meaningfully asserting power and counterbalancing the equation in ways that puts fundamental American freedoms back at the forefront.
And that ordinary, everyday people have real democracy, economic democracy, political democracy.
alex jones
And we recognize the CHICOMs are being used to try to...
robert barnes
Exactly. The big tech, the big phone companies, the big social media giants all wanted a Chinese model to be applied to the United States.
And that effort will be unsuccessful if Trump and the people who support him are able to use their ideas to ultimately reshape the American and ultimately the world's political...
alex jones
Final question! If Trump was weak or vulnerable, the strongest candidate would be one of the governors.
robert barnes
It would be either Hickenlooper or it would be Inslee.
Those people aren't getting any headway at all.
Instead, because Trump is so strong, the Democrats are likely to nominate someone that is a traditional politician in the Romney, John Kerry, Bob Dole, Walter Mondale mold.
And that will either be, I don't think Biden will ultimately run.
If it was, it would be him.
But it's most likely to be Kamala Harris.
You're going to get an institutionally corrupt nitwit politician who got to power by being the mistress to the mayor of San Francisco and who's deep in depth.
She has all the problems of Hillary without any of the political advantages that she had.
So ultimately puts Trump in an excellent position to win re-election.
alex jones
And she's got all Hillary's baggage when it comes to locking the black folks up.
robert barnes
Oh, absolutely. I mean, well, she's someone whose family, you know, was a slaveholders back in Jamaica back in the day.
So this is someone who does not have the political pedigree or professional success to be able to meaningfully contest or challenge Trump.
alex jones
What happens to Beto? Because he's obviously mentally ill and says he was born to rule us and he looks completely Fruit Loops.
But he does send out that kind of thing like, It's people on a bandwagon.
robert barnes
He's what happens if a Kennedy had been in a car accident, had severe mental damage, you get Beto.
And that's effectively what Beto is, and that's effectively what he'll be known as by the time this campaign is over.
alex jones
So just like Lance Armstrong's actually smart and has a lot of stamina, but just like he was built up and destroyed, this is going to be beyond that.
I mean, Beto will be a joke.
robert barnes
Exactly. Beto will be a running joke.
All people will remember is when he went to the dentist and filmed it live.
alex jones
Alright, Robert Barnes, Chief Legal Counsel for Infowars.
Tomorrow's news today.
unidentified
If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.
owen shroyer
And Robert Barnes is in studio with me, Owen Troyer, here on The War Room.
And we're going to get into something that's unprecedented that the Democrats are trying to do right now.
And... And Robert, briefly, just as a tease before we get to the next segment, I mean, this is something that's unprecedented.
It's never been done.
I mean, we think that the Democrats have reached a new level of lawlessness every day, and then they go beyond it.
robert barnes
Absolutely.
They're trying to invade the privacy of a bunch of third parties whose privacy was protected by Rule 60 of the federal rules of criminal procedure that make sure that any grand jury subpoena or that goes out if you're compelled to testify in front of that grand jury, you're explicitly and expressly promised that it will stay completely private and confidential and will only be revealed if necessary you're explicitly and expressly promised that it will stay completely private and confidential and will So they do this to induce people to participate and partake in the grand jury process.
They want to protect the sanctity of the confidentiality of the grand jury process because they're going to investigate things and facts are going to come out that are embarrassing to people or allegations that may be embarrassing to people.
In order to protect the sanctity of that grand jury process and the privacy of third parties, that's who this law protects – Not so much to protect the president, it's to protect third parties who were promised that explicitly and expressly as part of their agreement.
owen shroyer
Obviously, but that's just it.
The reason why they want to break the law is because they do want to hurt the president.
We're going to get into that on the other side with Robert Barnes.
Truly, folks, anybody who knows the law is going to be stunned by this if you haven't heard of this yet, what the Democrats are trying to do.
But you know what's being done to us right now when it comes to censorship.
In fact, right now, with some of the legal stuff that we're handling right now and Alex Jones obviously being the center of attention, there are a lot of Negative hit pieces out there about Infowars and Alex Jones.
I know, go figure, right?
It's the same thing every day.
But yes, that's the point.
It is the same thing every day.
There is a constant barrage of fake news trying to shut us down every day.
A constant barrage of attacks against Alex Jones to try to dehumanize him every day.
Where I go out...
And people just see the InfoWars mic flag and they think I'm some sort of demon.
Well, I'm not Alex Jones.
Yeah, I work at InfoWars, but I'm not Alex Jones.
We have differing opinions. In fact, we differ on a major issue today that I might talk about.
But it doesn't matter. You see, Alex Jones is the boogeyman.
And if you're within one degree of separation of the boogeyman, you're the boogeyman.
So, to beat the censorship, we need your support at InfoWarsStore.com.
We've got massive specials happening right now.
50% off all InfoWars Life Supplements.
Some as deep as 60% off, like Bodies and Brain Force Plus.
And we've got one more day at least, I think maybe just one more day, of coupon code WARROOM. Good for $10 off the InfoWars Hexagon Logo Polo.
alex jones
There it is right there. Coupon code WARROOM. There are thousands of ideologies out there, hundreds of different political systems, and most of them are funded by the globalists.
Infowars is truly the tip of the spear of the zeitgeist.
That's why the globalists are obsessed with it, trying to shut it down.
I didn't invent all this.
I went and researched the Renaissance, Americana, and what really works for humanity, and I'm simply trying to bring it back.
And lo and behold, it's super popular, like it's always been.
That's why the globalists are trying to shut it down so desperately, because we have the light in the dark of the night that sends chills up my spine.

We won't just be here 100 years.
We'll be here forever. We'll turn the whole thing around.
Our grandchildren on Mars bases and jump bases and God knows what are going to look back and say, you know, we struggled here.
We made it. And that's really where this goes.
But God's got a big war for you ready.
And so If you can't face George Soros and Hillary Clinton and Adolf Hitler and Mao Zedong, are you going to really be able to face the other stuff?
Because God wants warriors that are smart and are ready to build things and are also ready to fight.
You don't go to the next level without getting a big weight put on your back.
And I mean, I don't know what's going to happen to me in the future.
I mean, all I know is I want to go with the master built.
I want to go to the next level.
I want to be with the spirit that I've experienced, not these devil worshipers.
They're cold and failed and feels like being in a tomb.
I want life. I want Jesus.

InfoWars Life is bringing you a breakthrough in modern medicine.
Introducing Pollen Block.
We have found an extraordinary new, natural way to alleviate seasonal distress symptoms, including promoting clear nasal and sinus passageways, eye comfort, and respiratory function.
In the 1960s, researchers in France noticed that people who ate certain quail eggs experienced less seasonal immune and inflammatory responses.
They began studying this effect in published trials, and decades later, we now have the fruit of this research, a fast-acting, chewable tablet that helps alleviate seasonal distress symptoms.
Pollen block is natural and effective.
It is not an antihistamine.
In fact, current research has found that it actually acts by blocking the activity of tryptase.
Which is an enzyme that amplifies immune and inflammatory responses in the body.
Go outside and enjoy the air you breathe.
Head to InfoWarsLife.com and grab a pack of our Pollen Block chewable tablets.
Decoding enemy transmissions so you get the truth.
This is The War Room with Owen Scheuer.

It's the Infowars.com War Room brought to you by Infowarsstore.com.
Robert Barnes is in studio with me.
unidentified
And you know what? Here's what we're going to do.
owen shroyer
We're going to talk about an unprecedented situation right now where the Democrats are trying to abscond the law and just...
It's really just unprecedented.
I mean, I'm not even a legal scholar.
I just happened to have worked for an attorney for a while and studied law.
And when I read what they were trying to do, I was just...
I was for it. It's never been done before.
But you know what? Also, I think we should also get an update from Robert as far as where the Covington Catholic story is.
And then I think we may also talk about these lawsuits that Biden is looking down as well.
But first I want to get into what the Democrats are doing.
unidentified
So here's the deal. The...
owen shroyer
Mueller report technically hasn't been, I guess, fully released.
And that's because there's tens of thousands of pages of documents here.
So there's the kind of concise report that Mueller puts down as findings.
Then there's the data compilation of everything, which is what they really want, which includes the grand jury testimony.
And so in legal precedent, and Robert can break down the law here, you never see grand jury testimony, specifically when it comes to cases of special counsel.
But just in general, you never see grand jury testimony, and this is for a multitude of reasons.
But the last time we saw a situation like this was during the Ken Starr investigations, when the Democrats were making sure grand jury testimony would knock it out because they wanted to protect, in this case, the Clintons.
But now on the reverse side of things here in 2019, they want the grand jury testimony because they think it's going to hurt Trump.
But the story here is it's never been done before.
So Robert Barnes, legal scholar, how is it that the Democrats are pushing for something that's never been done before, releasing grand jury testimony...
Something that's supposed to protect the third party, and they don't release it because they know there's going to be stuff that gets said in there that has nothing to do with the case that could then maybe impact the individuals involved for some other reason.
robert barnes
Precisely. So, back during the Clinton era, the Democrats actually remembered the constitutional constraints on impeachment, the constitutional constraints on...
owen shroyer
Oh, man, the good old days, huh?
robert barnes
Exactly. The constitutional limitations on the imposition of grand juries and disclosure of private information.
So, for example, there was all kinds of grand jury activity with the Clintons, and that was the independent counsel as opposed to the special counsel.
The independent counsel no longer exists because it kept screwing up so bad repeatedly, causing these unnecessary political and legal confrontations that they got rid of it.
And so instead you only have a special counsel who's under the Department of Justice regulations We're good to go.
Everybody's privacy rights, willing to torch the sanctity of the grand jury process solely to find anything that they can say something bad about Trump because it turned out their collusion delusion was the biggest hoax by the media in the last 25 years.
owen shroyer
So has this ever been done before?
Have there ever been a case where you released the entire grand jury testimony?
robert barnes
Absolutely not. That's why a lot of criminal defense lawyers were joking online saying good luck when people were requesting it because even in a criminal case where your own client has their freedom at risk, the judge won't allow the grand jury records to be disclosed.
You get maybe little tiny pieces of the grand jury records.
Usually you get none of them. So the idea that somebody who's not facing criminal prosecution could, a third party, get those criminal grand jury records is insane.
It's never been done before. It's necessary to protect the sanctity of the grand jury.
The grand jury process would be completely undermined and gutted in the United States if in a high-profile case like this, people knew that their testimony would ultimately be leaked to the public and press.
owen shroyer
And I think there's another kind of second...
I think we're good to go.
So you'd have to go through all that.
robert barnes
Absolutely. Just from the Roger Stone case, they seized millions of emails.
So, I mean, you look at it, you're probably talking totally tens or even maybe hundreds of millions of records and documents.
So I had people who were potentially subject to subpoenas by the Mueller team.
Ultimately, after I represented them, Mueller decided not to subpoena them and backed off.
But what they were looking at was subpoenaing chat records, email records, private phone records, all your bank records.
Those go on for pages and pages.
Every credit card or debit card transaction you've ever had.
owen shroyer
Oh yeah, how many people are so lazy that they don't even balance a checkbook anymore or a bank account just because of all the damn paperwork?
robert barnes
And imagine, it's like what the IRS said when there was a book called Confessions of a Tax Collector, where they said the real reason they love your tax records is because of all the private information it discloses.
They know what church you go to, what your family relationship is, what your personal relationship is.
owen shroyer
Now you know why they don't want you to use cash, but that's a totally different story.
robert barnes
Exactly, it's a similar dynamic.
You can't track cash. You can't even use the Federal Reserve's own piece of paper now.
That somehow is a dangerous threat.
Can't rent a car that way. Can't get a plane ticket that way.
owen shroyer
Can't get a train ticket that way. Well, I mean, you can't even have a, you know, are you a citizen on the census, but we're really going off on other jags now.
robert barnes
True, no doubt. But so the effect of it is this is an unprecedented attempt to invade people's privacy in order to impugn the president at all costs.
And you're right, the secondary objective is to keep it in the news.
They know that people are going to fight these requests, the subpoenas to the executive branch, the request to get these records out, that's going to lead to extended.
And they just want a cloud of collusion to overhang, of scandal to overhang the president so that he can't perform the duties he was elected to do.
Even when their own favorite hero, Robert Mueller, said there was no collusion here.
owen shroyer
It's incredible also to witness this happening right now, where I mean, they get caught red-handed.
It's like the kid that reaches into the cookie jar, and he's got, you know, chocolate chip cookies all over his hand and his mouth, crumbs falling off, and he's like, oh, I didn't...
No, Mommy, I didn't have any chocolate chip cookies.
The cookie jar's empty, and Mom's like, you got into the cookie jar before dinner.
No, Mommy, no. Crumbs falling out.
You know, crumbs everywhere. Oh, no.
I mean, that's basically what the Democrats are now.
Jussie Smollett, totally caught, and then they, oh, no, it was the right decision not to press charges.
We don't have all the facts, they say.
We don't have all the facts.
Oh, okay. Covington Catholic.
The lawsuit that you're representing some of the boys in.
We'll get an update on that. Same thing.
I mean, they got caught in this whole stage event.
And then what do they do? They have the stolen valor Nathan Phillips on air saying, the young man came up to me and wouldn't be moved.
I mean, what an unbelievable liar that guy is.
Christine Blasey Ford.
They get caught. They don't deny.
And then they just admit, yeah, we lied.
It was a political attack. So it's just like, oh my gosh.
I mean, what? I mean, What do you do legally in this case?
I mean, is there any legal precedent to say, wow, you guys are just carrying out major hoaxes here, and the media is being foisted down our throats to believe it, too?
I mean, what do you do if you're, I mean, I guess, libel, slander, lawsuits?
robert barnes
Yeah, and invasion of privacy and other potential claims that can be raised.
But it's hard legally right now, because the courts generally lean to the left, and the effect of that is they're immunizing the left's bad conduct while trying to punish the right for things they didn't need to do.
owen shroyer
It's already hard to win anyway.
robert barnes
It's supposed to be. And it should be for the most part.
But what's happening is you're seeing double standards apply.
They apply one standard if a conservative is accused of defamation.
They apply one standard if a liberal is accused of it.
They apply a completely different standard.
So the most fundamental principle and precept of law, and it should be the same with the nonpartisan press or that part of the press that purports to be nonpartisan, is that they apply the rules equally to people no matter what.
In other words, it doesn't matter which political side of the aisle you're on, the same rules are going to apply.
It's the oldest law lesson you learned.
owen shroyer
Well, the symbol for justice is the lady with the scales of justice, balanced.
robert barnes
Exactly. It was a famous court case that said, whatever's good for the goose is good for the gander.
That was from a court case? That was a court case that said that.
owen shroyer
I thought that was a nursery rhyme.
robert barnes
I learned it by accident because I was in court.
I was in class, and I actually hadn't read the case before I got to class, which I was supposed to.
I'd only read the first half of the case, and it turned out it was the case that established that rule.
And the same principles should be applying, so we should be applying these laws and principles in the same way, but it's not happening.
So, for example, you don't see the left demanding that the grand jury records from Jesse Smollett get released.
You don't see where the grand jury determined 16 different felonies were committed.
owen shroyer
Or any of the Hillary Clinton grand jury testimony.
robert barnes
Exactly. You don't see any of that. And that goes all the way back to the Ron Brown case.
I mean, you had Ron Brown who was under investigation during the Clinton administration.
I mean, if you go back to the Clinton administration, you had grand jury records about Whitewater that were never released.
owen shroyer
I was just saying, I'm like, you're going back.
Now you're talking about 20 plus years.
robert barnes
Exactly. If they wanted to really release records, they could be demanding lots of records be released.
But they're not. For example, in the Epstein case, they're demanding that the records stay secret right now in the Second Circuit.
owen shroyer
Oh my gosh, we should talk about that.
That's another unprecedented thing.
Who are these unnamed lawyers?
robert barnes
Exactly. What is that?
On behalf of some anonymous group that has some privacy interest in Epstein's info.
owen shroyer
Oh, yeah. On behalf of an anonymous sea serpent from the land before time represented by an anonymous...
It's like, wait, who?
Everyone's head is spinning. It's like, meanwhile, we're protecting a damn pedophile.
alex jones

owen shroyer
I mean, I just think if I was behaving like the people over at Twitter or the people over at Facebook or Google, I'd probably be in jail.
unidentified
I mean, I'm a pretty good citizen.
owen shroyer
I don't break the law.
I live a pretty simple life.
I don't get out too much.
And I mean, look at what they write about us.
Like, imagine if you were over there at Twitter going through everyone's stuff, censoring people.
The same thing happens at Facebook and Google and everything.
But the issue that we're talking about here is the Democrats attempting to break the law and release all the grand jury witness testimony from the Mueller investigation, which is so absurd.
It's so illegal. It'll delay this whole Russia narrative, another...
Ten months to try to go through all of this stuff, and I think that that's probably some of it.
So I'm just curious, you know, obviously, I mean, who knows?
I don't think they'll be able to get it released, but then they'll say, oh, obstruction of justice, obstruction of justice, they won't release it.
That's probably how they'll play this.
I mean, what can the president do to put them on their heels?
What can the president do to put the Democrats on their heels so they're not like chihuahuas nipping at his ankles all day?
robert barnes
Well, what he could do is he could request that they include, in any request for release of grand jury records, all the Smollett grand jury records, all the Epstein grand jury records, various Hillary Clinton grand jury records, various Clinton Foundation grand jury and criminal investigative records.
owen shroyer
So just say, hey, you just created a precedent.
Let's go ahead and release these records.
robert barnes
Let's put everything out there.
Because I'm sure then, I mean, for example, there's an ongoing news story that's developing that's concerning a high-profile developing company that has deep ties to Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris that helped rip off the state of California for close to a billion dollars that Pelosi and Harris are helping to cover up for their problematic behavior in other comparable situations.
So let's reveal everything.
If we're going to suddenly make grand jury information free game, let's let all the grand juries that have ever investigated Democrats, and there have been many, disclose the same thing.
Again, it'll be the same rule.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
If it ain't good for the gander, it ain't good for the goose.
So just make it unilateral.
You make it universal. And then they can see what happens.
And what you'll see is all of a sudden they'll say, well, you know, let's be reasonable.
owen shroyer
Yeah, we only want it if it can destroy you.
robert barnes
Exactly, exactly. I mean, they have no bounds.
It's sad, but the left on the law has become this way.
It's why Dershowitz and Turley and other high-ranking lefty professors have been defending Trump in the public arena.
It's not because they're Trumpists.
It's because they're saying the rule of law has to apply equally to both sides, and we don't want to create crazy, dangerous, precarious precedents that undermine things that value third-party privacy, that value the sanctity of the grand jury, that value the importance of protecting people's records, whether it's emails, whether it's phone records, whatever it is. So how can the left that has objected forever about massive surveillance, along with the libertarian right, now turn around and say, well, the product of that massive surveillance should be disclosed?
So, for example, there's all kinds of FISA records.
There's all kinds of NSA records.
They collect massive amounts of data.
Let's release everything the NSA gathered concerning Hillary Clinton and Mr.
Steele. Let's release all those records.
owen shroyer
And how much grand jury testimony goes on behind closed doors that we probably don't even hear about?
robert barnes
Oh, absolutely. In fact, almost all of it's that way.
In fact, the whole point and purpose by which the grand jury is given broad authority to invade people's privacy.
They don't have to establish probable cause of a crime.
owen shroyer
But, like, would you be surprised if there was a grand jury testimony already into the FISA warrants?
Oh, I'm sure there is. So that's something Trump could do.
Oh, absolutely. He could say, okay, we'll release this grand jury testimony.
Correct. And we'll see what people said about these FISA warrants.
robert barnes
Absolutely. And the biggest database he has is the NSA records.
Because they already spied.
Obama used Samantha Powers and Susan Rice to do massive spying using the NSA records that were gathered on Trump associates within six degrees of separation of Trump through Carter Page and others.
So what he could do is say that the NSA was also gathering records on Hillary Clinton, was also gathering records on Schumer, was also gathering records on everybody.
owen shroyer
Literally, you name the citizen, you got it.
robert barnes
Exactly. So if we're going to start disclosing records, let's start disclosing what those records are.
There's going to be a lot of, I mean, what was Mark Warner, the Senate lead of, the Democratic lead for the Intelligence Committee, what was he doing texting and using Signal and other apps that try to protect anonymity?
Various Russian oligarchs or people connected to Russian oligarchs that he purportedly was investigating.
So, I mean, let's release some of that.
So if people want, if there's going to be no more privacy for public officials, no more privacy for the grand jury, then let's apply it universally.
Democrats were the ones who would be bled out in that instance.
owen shroyer
Well, I think that that's kind of the thing here.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
I think Trump needs to actually think of it that way now and say, okay, here's everything you're trying to do to me.
Because I'm not even kidding you.
Believe me, I realize the illegalities of this, but this is kind of where my mind's at.
Because I always think, how can I strike back?
Like when I went and I was at that pro-vaccine rally earlier today, I just went to just do a live stream and I just made kind of a little scene there and had a debate.
That's my way of getting back at it.
But I sit here and I'm like, well, wait a second.
If they're going to try to do all of this to the President of the United States, and they think that they're somehow beyond reproach to this, like you said, I mean, Trump can kind of put them on their heels by saying, well, now we'll start to release grand jury testimony over here.
On the FISA warrants, we'll release grand testimony over here.
I mean, how many investigations were done in the Clinton Foundation?
robert barnes
No, I'll give you a classic example.
Let's release the grand jury records from the Senator Bob Mineta's investigation.
owen shroyer
Oh, yeah. But I see.
Oh, but here's what I was thinking, because I lost my train of thought.
So I'm thinking, like, think about this.
Let's say, and I'm dead serious, this is like how I, it's like troll warfare almost.
Yeah. Let's say that I decide I'm going to pull Jussie Smollett.
So I'm going to call, I'm serious, like I'm almost halfway...
And I'm not calling for people to do this, but this is how you can fight back almost.
It's like, what if I decide to stage an event?
So I'm going to call Austin police and I'm going to say, a bunch of people in Beto hats and Beto shirts came up to me with a cattle prod and mace and they sodomized me.
It was the worst experience of my life.
I'm beaten. I was raped.
Just the worst thing ever.
And I call the police and I file that report.
And I say it was two Mexican men in Beto shorts.
And they said, this is Beto country.
And I file that report.
And I make a huge scene of it.
And I go do interviews.
And I cry and everything. Even though I – and here's what I would do too.
I would make sure I would say it happened at exact this time, at exact this date.
And I'd make sure there's a public camera so that they could go to the camera and see that nothing happened there.
So they know immediately it was fake.
Now, I would go to jail.
I would be arrested.
They would lock my ass up.
I would face full punishment of law like I should, but it would be an example.
Say, here you go. Jussie Smollett gets away with it.
How come I didn't? Exactly.
robert barnes
I mean, the net effect of it, well, the other key would be whether you protected a subway sandwich during the process.
owen shroyer
Oh, well, I would have probably a bag full of sandwich.
Actually, no, I was joking around with some people.
They said, why don't you say Beto supporters?
Someone in the crew said, why don't you say Beto supporters were beating you with Subway sandwiches?
They all had a foot-long Subway sandwich, and they were banging me over the head with it.
robert barnes
Exactly. Exactly. Well, I mean, the double standards is one of the biggest problems.
The double standards that social media is applying and how they're discriminating against people based on viewpoint.
It's the double standards the courts are applying and the differences between how they rule on Trump cases versus how they've ruled on past cases.
It's the double standard of the Democrats and how they interpret impeachment and how they interpret grand jury evidence as being private.
It's this consistent double standard that's making a mockery of the rules and is undermining the rule of law and the principle behind it.
We have no rule of law if it doesn't apply the same to everybody.
owen shroyer
Don't you think if Trump put one of these people in jail that they would all back off?
robert barnes
I think so. I think he now recognizes it was a mistake for him to be so generous when he got in.
In fact, he said it, I think, last week.
He said he's not feeling as sympathetic and as generous to Hillary Clinton as he used to.
Because I think what he thought was, hey, I'm going to go in.
I'm not going to criminalize all the bad stuff they did.
I'm just going to step back and focus on me.
And instead, they used that as a sign of weakness, used it to get rid of Michael Flynn.
And as soon as he got rid of Michael Flynn, they doubled down and attacked him for two years.
And now he realizes that was a mistake, and that what he should have done all along was expose all the spying and illicit activities that were going on, put the other side on the defensive immediately, so that when they try to do a retaliatory cover-up investigation, which is what the Mueller report really was, it would be exposed as such from the inception.
And so I think he now regrets that he didn't fight back using the same tools and techniques being used against him.
Now, I think he's now contemplating that.
I think he's now considering that and looking at that.
You're seeing a large number of articles written about the number of people who should be criminally investigated or civilly prosecuted for what they did.
owen shroyer
Well, I don't think he could do something.
I mean, shutting down the border, I think, would be huge for a 2020 campaign.
I mean, I would support that.
I think most Americans, I mean, it's out of control.
But I mean, I wonder, it's like the old, archaic, like, you know, whose head do you hold up in front of the village, you know?
I mean, I think the biggest get would be Obama.
And I think you'd tie it to the illegal FISA warrants, because you even have John Brennan.
I mean, John Brennan admitted, oh, no, no, no, Obama told me to do this.
So even Brennan's now like, whoa, whoa, whoa, I was tricked by Obama.
robert barnes
And Clapper's trying to do the same thing.
I think Obama, because of his being the first ever African-American candidate, there's probably a lot of political exposure if you made him a target.
But at least Obama's people he could make a target, who are the ones doing the dirty work and the dirty deeds.
owen shroyer
I mean, he's got Comey lying under oath.
He's got Stroke lying under oath.
robert barnes
He's got McCabe. He's got Lisa Page.
He's got, but particularly Brennan and Clapper.
Here are the guys that are running the CIA or the National Security Agency who have already perjured themselves before, who have made all kinds of false statements, who are misusing and abusing the Five Eyes, the relationship we have with spy agencies around the world, getting them laundering their intel.
In other words, the U.S. will do a spy operation, share it with the U.K., and then ask the U.K. to send it back to them as independently sourced so that they weren't spying on Americans.
owen shroyer
Right, so technically the U.K. is spying on Americans, and then it's like a reciprocal relationship.
They can get all the intel from the West.
We can get all the intel from the U.K., and technically no one's breaking any civil laws.
robert barnes
Precisely. Go after Brennan. Go after Clapper.
And to really mess with him, pardon Assange.
That would really mess with Ian Selfie.
owen shroyer
Pardon Flynn, too.
That would really get him upset.
unidentified
Precisely. By leaps and by bounds.

So, Bill Clinton, Robert Barnes in studio with me.
We're talking in break. Bill Clinton even said that the House of Cards was loosely based off of his life.
Yes. I mean, Kevin Spacey was a close friend of the Clintons.
And all good actors study, you know, the person who they're going to be performing as to get a good idea of how to behave and everything.
That's why Spacey's probably so good.
robert barnes
Exactly. All he did was move it from Arkansas to South Carolina.
owen shroyer
He's on the same accent.
robert barnes
Yeah, exactly. I mean, he's just not as addicted to everything randomly around him as Clinton is.
owen shroyer
I never really watched much House of Cards.
I don't really remember the main character doing much cocaine, though.
robert barnes
Yeah, no, a little bit.
But yeah, he was more power-driven.
And Clinton, it was as power-driven as that character.
But the main difference was Hunter Thompson had a great description of Bill Clinton.
The guy's just addicted to anything within eyes.
If he sees it, he's addicted to it.
Whether it's donuts or cookies or women or Coke, it doesn't matter what it is.
He's looking for it. He can't wait to have more of it.
owen shroyer
I always kind of got that feeling from Bill Clinton that, you know, He didn't really necessarily hate America or want to destroy the country.
He was just kind of in it for himself, kind of just as a playboy.
robert barnes
Old school Southern politician, and he took the Arkansas political machine, and I'll give him credit.
The guy was genius politically.
He just globalized it. I mean, of course, the Arkansas political machine is not something most people want to replicate because of the degree of corruption and fraud that it involves.
But if you put that aside, if you put the moral objection aside as a practical political tool, it was genius.
He was like, look at all the corrupt.
That's why they're still ticked at Russia and Putin.
Because when Clinton left, Clinton thought, man, we're going to raid Russia, and we're just going to rape it for cash for the next 20 years, because we're going to be in bed with the oligarchs and the government, and we helped Yelton get sustained power.
And it was just this big, resource-rich country that was politically contaminated.
It was the perfect Clinton Foundation special treatment.
Oh, yeah. And then Putin comes in, and he's like, nah, nah, nah, nah.
We're going to keep everything here.
Bye-bye. And I'll buy you off on occasionally, but for small pieces, not big pieces.
owen shroyer
Well, and now thinking of it, Because we were talking about it in the last break, and again, I'm talking the symbolism of holding a head because they'll write a story.
Oh, and Troyer calls for the beheading of politicians.
I mean, whatever. Write the story anyway.
But the symbolism. Now I'm thinking, I wonder because, I mean, Hillary Clinton really is kind of, she's like on her way out.
Like the Clintons are kind of old hat now.
They are. But she's still the grand poobah.
Like, she's still the big Medusa.
Like, if you can take down Clinton, that's like the king of the dark jungle.
robert barnes
It's 30 years of bad policies and bad politics that were allowed to contaminate our entire political process.
That's what Hillary reflects and represents.
And so I think there's symbolic significance to sending a message that this should never have allowed to have occurred and we're not going to allow it to occur in the future.
And so that's where I think a combination of the most corrupt aspects of what the Obama administration did involve the application of the intelligence apparatus.
at us.
That was so bad that if someone who's an Obama fan like Ed Snowden have to go public and become a whistleblower on the run because he was horrified at what was taking place.
So I think that's where Brennan and Clapper make critical targets.
And the other critical targets have to be we don't want the Clinton Foundation to ever be repeated again.
We don't want what happened where we're selling Senate seats.
We're selling access to the Secretary of State's office.
We're selling access to the future presidential campaign.
I mean, you have somebody who had to pretend that she was going to run again for several years, even though she's near death and she's walking around, you know, like Weekend at Bernie's, just because they needed to keep the cash flow coming.
I mean, if anybody had any doubts that that was just purely a pay-for-play scam and scheme on a grand scale, just watch what happened to the Clinton Foundation revenues as soon as they realized she wasn't going to run for office anymore.
It vanished. It disappeared.
owen shroyer
And look at where... Here's the other thing, too.
It's like, I think...
So it's almost two years of Trump, and where is Hillary?
I mean, could you imagine if Hillary was president?
robert barnes
Oh my goodness. Where would she be?
I told people of Hillary when I was looking into property and small islands in a foreign country because I was not hanging around.
If anybody could take us to the brink of nuclear war it would be someone like her because she's war mad and her corruption had no limits and if that corruption was vindicated by being elected president of the United States I mean all the stuff they're trying to do and shut down the independent press and shut down independent speech would have happened on a scale times 10.
It would have been state sanctioned and state backed up and we would have And we would have been begging liberal courts to undo what Hillary was doing.
And that would not have been a favorable situation to be in.
owen shroyer
You know, let's talk about loose threads.
Because there's so many loose threads that you can pull to reveal the emperor has no clothes.
And let's talk about what you think is the most advantageous to Trump.
Is it the FISA warrants?
Is it the Clinton email investigation being shut down?
There's so many different angles.
But which is the best one?
I'm starting to think it's Clinton now.
Because the political capital of that has a much stronger return because more people hate Clinton than Obama.
robert barnes
And they implicated everybody.
That's Bill's modus operandi.
alex jones
The globalists, the eugenicists, are always talking down to us.
They're always trying to make us feel small, to feel insignificant.
They try to censor because they fear you and don't want you to have the right to access information so you can make your own decisions.
They want you to believe you're powerless.
But the truth is, it is we the people and our ideas and our actions and what we say and what we do that changes the world.
We are the power structure.
We are the inventors.
We are the trailblazers.
And the globalists understand that.
And they understand that they are basically trying to control and steal the future from we the people.
Now, to help fund our operation that is undoubtedly the very tip of the spear against these globalists, I want to encourage listeners and viewers to understand that throughout the second half of the month of March, we're going to have storewide free shipping and 50% off at m4store.com, something everybody should take advantage of.

Thank you.
Welcome back to the Infowars.com War Room.
owen shroyer
Brought to you by Infowarsstore.com.
Robert Barns in studio with me.
We've got some breaking news right now coming across the desk.
CNN is now suggesting that the FBI shut down hate speech.
So it's actually funny. We were literally just saying on the last segment that if Hillary Clinton was in power, they'd already be using these...
Government institutions to shut down speech, calling it hate speech.
CNN host Christiane Amanpour, pull that back up.
Christiane Amanpour suggested that anti-Hillary Clinton lock her up chant was hate speech.
And that the federal government should have shut down Trump supporters who uttered it.
Oh my gosh. Do you want to give Ms.
Amanpour a lesson in the First Amendment real quick?
robert barnes
Obviously she needs it. I think the Roger Stone judge needs it too.
But it would be the same. Maybe they could both get together and we could have a joint lecture.
The... Because the point of the First Amendment freedom of press and freedom of speech is precisely that kind of freedom of speech and freedom of press.
And this is someone who is part of a network that pushed basically lock him up as to Trump based on a collusion delusion.
owen shroyer
All fake news. Absolutely.
robert barnes
From top to bottom, right to left, Jake Tapper is pretending he has amnesia now.
He doesn't remember CNN ever talking about that.
owen shroyer
He just woke up out of a coma.
He's like, what? Hillary didn't win?
robert barnes
Yeah, exactly. What happened? No idea.
But that's extraordinary.
It reveals the degree of danger.
Their goal is to relabel things hate speech.
You look at what New Zealand did in response to the horrific trauma of the shooting there.
Their response wasn't, let's figure out ways to better secure religious facilities.
Let's make sure people are able to arm themselves.
I mean, Americans, our founding fathers' first way of defending ourselves was the First Amendment and the Second Amendment.
And there's a reason why the Second Amendment is the second and there's a reason why the first is the first and that they're right behind one another as one reinforces the other.
And it's critical for democracy to function that you have pure freedom of press, pure freedom of speech, and the idea that a locker up should be called hate speech is making it clear that they want hate speech to be criminalized and that they further want to define as hate speech any speech with which they disagree.
owen shroyer
But that's what it is. It's not hate speech.
robert barnes
It's political speech. Absolutely.
unidentified
That's purely what it is. Which is explicitly protected.
robert barnes
Absolutely. Hate speech has always been a dangerous label because it ends up being the eye of the beholder.
For example, if someone accused you of hate speech, you can't even sue for libel because they say it's so ambiguous a term, so vague a term that has no objectively verifiable truth.
owen shroyer
It's kind of like a hate crime.
Absolutely. It's like, isn't every crime a hate crime?
robert barnes
I mean, you know. Exactly.
I mean, that's where they should have discrimination-based crimes, but don't call them hate crimes.
If someone committed a crime with the purpose of targeting someone because of their race or religion or gender or other impermissible...
owen shroyer
Or politics. Exactly.
robert barnes
Then that can be criminalized effectively.
But that's not hate speech.
There's no such thing. There's just speech.
And speech is speech.
Unless you're inciting someone to commit imminent violence or engaged in an overt criminal act.
And what they're trying to do is basically criminalize political speech with which they disagree.
owen shroyer
I'm actually, I'm having like waves of being stunned over this.
So Amanpour on CNN, let me know if we have the clip of this, apparently is saying that lock her up as hate speech.
I'm thinking about this, Robert. This is like This is like, let's say I'm from St.
Louis. I was a big sports fan.
And I remember there were big rivalries with the Blackhawks and the Blues back in the day.
It was always fun. They had a goalie, Ed Belfour.
unidentified
And we used to chant, Belfour, Belfour.
owen shroyer
That's like saying, oh, you can't chant Belfour at a hockey game because it's hate speech.
It's like, what? What?
robert barnes
What? Absolutely.
I mean, basically, it goes to core political speech.
But basically, if you get to define and describe any speech you dislike as hate speech, and then you get to criminalize hate speech and ban it, it's what their objective was.
Their objective was to argue any pro-Trump story or any independent political...
And not only on the right, any anti-war part of the left has often been targeted as well for this.
So if you're anti the institutional narrative, you should be disallowed from permitting, from participating in the public debate.
unidentified
Absolutely. I'm sorry. This is honestly, I can't believe this.
owen shroyer
This is like, you can't chant defense at a football game because it's offensive to the offense.
robert barnes
Exactly. It's a bifurcated model that they're looking at.
It's not a coincidence she's using that language because she's using the EU language.
She's using the language that European countries use because Europe does not protect free speech.
That's the reason why we have America.
That's the reason why the First Amendment, because of what Europe was failing to do.
They had to leave Europe. Exactly, to protect free speech, free press.
But that's part one and part two is the Chinese model.
So it's using the Chinese model of control of state-oriented control of big surveillance and big tech to monopolize who, as a gatekeeper, who gets to speak and who doesn't.
I mean, you had Instagrams seriously discussing with Facebook that if you use the words Alex Jones, you would be banned.
That the words Alex Jones could not be said.
Exactly. That's where they're going. It's an insane direction that is all about suppression and control of speech.
And what I always say is anytime anybody wants to control someone else's speech, what they're really saying is they couldn't win in a fair argument.
owen shroyer
And that's what I'm saying.
I just want them to say, because when they banned me from YouTube and Facebook, I never even got a reason.
So it's just like, just say it.
InfoWars is banned on our platform.
Just say it. Just put it in your terms and service.
Just admit that we're banned.
I mean, I would be so much happier if you would just admit it, but you don't admit it because that would be admitting defeat.
And that's exactly what he said. All right, let's play this CNN clip where Christiana Amanpour says you can't chant defense at a football game.
unidentified
I've got one question, because you just said lock her up, or lock me up.
Of course, lock her up was a feature of the 2016 Trump campaign.
owen shroyer
Lock you up too, James Comey.
unidentified
Do you, in retrospect, wish that people like yourself, the head of the FBI, I mean the people in charge of law and order, had shut down that language, that it was dangerous potentially, that it could have created violence, that it was kind of hate speech?
Should that have been allowed?
james comey
That's not a role for government to play.
The beauty of this country is people can say what they want.
owen shroyer
I mean, thank God Comey says that.
robert barnes
He's like, oh yeah, there is a First Amendment.
james comey
People should have shut it down. We're Republicans who understand the rule of law and the values that they claim to stand for.
Shame on them. But it wasn't a role for government to play.
robert barnes
James Comey actually saying something correct.
owen shroyer
You're... Your response to you, Omanpour there.
So she's saying that, you know, you're not allowed to chant, lock her up.
And what does she say? That type of...
robert barnes
That the FBI should have shut it down.
That the FBI should have put people in prison for saying it.
Yeah, yeah. Imagine that. Hold on. Hold on.
owen shroyer
We got one. Yep, yep.
We got one chanting, lock her up.
Fifth row. Fifth row, seat seat.
Remove him from the premises. Yep.
robert barnes
And not only that, not only remove him, lock him up.
I mean, literally put him in prison. Lock him up.
owen shroyer
Lock him up.
robert barnes
So he can never say it again.
And probably gag him inside.
Do what the court's trying to do to Roger Stone.
owen shroyer
This is insane. What is in the water at CNN? They say you can't read the WikiLeaks.
Only they can. They admit.
I mean, Van Jones goes off air, says, yes, the Russian gates and nothing burger.
Talks about it for two years. Yeah.
Now Christina Montpour says, you can't chant lock her up.
The FBI should shut you down. Exactly.
robert barnes
The FBI should lock you up for it.
I mean, that's what she's saying. Why didn't you do something?
Why didn't you stop this from occurring?
And you can see even Comey's shocked.
Comey's like, uh, that would probably be unconstitutional.
unidentified
Yeah. He's like, Well, they chanted, lock me up, too.
robert barnes
Exactly. I mean, when he is recognizing and realizing that this is going too far, and it's James Comey who had no problem violating a lot of other people's constitutional rights while he was the director of the FBI, you get a sense of the severity and the scope of it.
owen shroyer
But, like, what... So...
Here's the thing that always amazes me.
It's the double standard of these people, and it's the fact that they can't even see it.
This CNN host is saying that people that chant LockerUp need to be arrested and shut down.
unidentified
I mean... Literally, people are getting away with mass crimes.
I mean, Hillary actually literally broke the law.
owen shroyer
I mean, it's just like, what world do these people live in?
robert barnes
Exactly. I mean, the idea that basically if the emperor is naked and anybody points out the emperor is naked, that person needs to be locked up.
The problem isn't that the emperor is naked.
The problem is the kid who's pointing out that the emperor is naked.
And so it's extraordinary.
And she is probably the most significant person at CNN. I would say that if you look at this current time, even more than Jake Paffer.
owen shroyer
I don't know if you can put significant and CNN in the same sentence, unless you want to say significantly fake.
robert barnes
Yeah, exactly. Or at least significantly part of it.
But she is someone who is probably one of the most ten well-respected journalists, according to the important people.
owen shroyer
I'm poor.
And you're listening to CNN. And when we get back, I'm going to tell you why you're not allowed to chant defense at a football game.
I was at a football game over the weekend cheering for the offense, and the rude crowd chanted defense when the quarterback was trying to snap the ball and run for a touchdown.
Can you believe that crowd?
Why won't the FBI shut down the football crowd chanting defense?
unidentified
More from CNN.

Our grandparents, our great-grandparents, knew that they canned food.
During the fall, so they'd have it during the winter.
And that's what I'm talking about at InfoWarsTour.com.
With InfoWars Select, it's the full spectrum of my patron supply, one of the top, most respected companies out there.
But because I private label it, I'm able to go below cost on contracts that all their other distributors aren't able to do.
But I want to be a market leader, and I want you to have storable food, so it's a total win-win.
We have those incredible sell prices back at M4Store.com, on M4Select, storable foods.
They've got special diet foods.
They've got three-month supplies, year supplies, week emergency supplies.
They've got so many great products there.
Maybe you've got a three-year supply.
If stuff happens, you can feed your whole block.
It's up to us to be self-sufficient.
You're buying War Bonds, bringing you great products, and together, with God's help, we are unstoppable.
InfoWarsStore.com and InfoWars Select, high-quality, storeable foods, powered by my Patriot Supply.
There are thousands of ideologies out there, hundreds of different political systems, and most of them are funded by the globalists.
Infowars is truly the tip of the spear of the zeitgeist.
That's why the globalists are obsessed with it, trying to shut it down.
I didn't invent all this.
I went and researched the Renaissance Americana and what really works for humanity, and I'm simply trying to bring it back.
And lo and behold, it's super popular like it's always been.
That's why the globalists are trying to shut it down so desperately, because we have the light in the dark of the night that sends chills up my spine.
So whatever you do, continue to support yourself and Infowars by buying the great products at Infowarsstore.com, by spreading the articles, by spreading the videos, and by praying for this operation and for praying for this nation and the world for peace and discernment.
From myself and the whole Infowars family, I want to thank all of you for what you've done, because without you, InfoWars is nothing.
You are the InfoWar, and I salute you.
You know, the worst part about getting old, and I'm still strong at 45, is that I won't be there for my children someday.
That's why I need to make them strong now.
Now I can be there for my children.
Now I can make them strong.
Now I can instruct them.
Now I can teach them what I've learned.
But not once I'm gone. You think in this digital age, your words go on forever, but now they're even better at getting rid of what you said than they were before.
It's so much easier to burn video or text or languages now that we have high-tech book burning, isn't it?
But I have joined my will to the resistance.
I can't be destroyed now. As long as I realize I've done right and as long as the people know the truth, and you can't be destroyed either.
As long as you bind yourself to something and commit to it and go through the fire for it, there is a magic that then takes place that transcends space and time.
When you commit via word of mouth, or to pray for us, or to spread our articles and videos, that overrides everything the enemy's doing.
So please now, commit to support InfoWars however you can, and realize your provision to InfoWars is your own provision.

You're listening to the Infowars.com War Room, brought to you by Infowarsstore.com.
Owen Sawyer here, Robert Barnes in studio, and we've been talking, well, we've been talking about a lot of stuff.
The Democrats jumping the shark and attempting something that's never been done before, and that's releasing grand jury testimony.
We've also talked about what the president needs to do to expose that the emperor has no clothes, what threads need to be pulled.
Just gaslit into total oblivion here that a CNN host just suggested that lock her up was hate speech and should have been shut down by the FBI. Wow.
Next thing they're going to say you can't chant defense at an NBA Finals game with two seconds left and LeBron has the ball.
Oh, don't chant defense.
LeBron's driving to the hoop.
You don't want to distract him.
Oh, okay. Sorry.
I forgot this was a basketball game.
Forgot this was America free speech.
But, you know...
Robert Barnes has put himself right in the crosshairs with two major, let's just say, suits or legal actions that are happening right now, obviously here at Infowars, but the other big one is Covington Catholic and what happened to those boys.
And so I just wanted to get a bit of an update because you know how the news goes.
Things come and go. Things get in the spotlight for a day or two, and then they kind of get pushed off into the back, and they get some dust on them, and then they kind of get dusted off and come back up.
So where is the Covington lawsuits where you had all the media libeling and slandering those boys?
And where are you at as far as that's concerned and what's coming next?
robert barnes
Sure. So initially it was a factual review.
So I'm co-counsel with Harmeet Dillon out of San Francisco, who's suing Google and other people suing the city of San Jose.
owen shroyer
And that's an RNC representation as well.
robert barnes
Absolutely. So she is one of the lead lawyers on the Republican National Committee.
She also is involved in the suit defending the Trump people who were beat up at the San Jose.
Remember the woman with the Trump.45 and they egged her?
owen shroyer
Oh, yeah. Yeah, one of the thousands of assaults done to Trump supporters.
robert barnes
Precisely. So excellent lawyer, great lawyer.
So we're actually meeting up at the National Press Club on Friday with Republican national lawyers from all across the country to discuss this case amongst others.
And one of the key components of it is we looked at there's about 2,000 potential defendants.
I represent 14 families, representing 14 kids who were there.
Nicholas Sandman is represented separately by Lin Wood.
And so we're looking at what happened to them, and we're looking at all the people that could be sued.
And we made specific requests for corrections, for apologies, for retractions.
Almost all of the institutional press ultimately did that.
They printed that nothing bad happened.
They printed the investigative report that the diocese did that showed these kids did nothing racist, nothing offensive, nothing bad, nothing problematic.
So that was good.
So we achieved a lot of retractions, corrections and apologies that are important for protecting the public record for these families moving forward.
But there were some defendants who have refused to retract, refused to correct, refused to apologize.
And over the next month, we are drafting the final draft of those lawsuits and will be filed those lawsuits.
And I anticipate at this point some of the big name defendants will be Maggie Haberman of The New York Times, will be Kathy Griffin, will be Matthew Dowd.
We'll be Anna Navarro.
We'll be Senator Elizabeth Warren.
We'll be Congresswoman Haaland.
Because to date, they have refused to apologize, refused to correct, refused to retract, refused to delete.
And their messages up there continue to potentially harm these kids' economic and professional and financial and personal future.
And so because of that, it will also be the first ever suit.
The case against Kathy Griffin will be the first suit to determine whether or not doxing violates the privacy laws of the state of Kentucky or anywhere in the country.
We believe they do. They violate the defamation laws and the privacy laws, but it will establish a key precedent.
And what the families are looking for is not a big payday.
The potential damages are more likely to be in the range of four years of a University of Kentucky college tuition.
But instead what they're looking for is simply rules of the road, a roadmap for future media to know they have to abide by, future celebrities to know they have to abide by when they're talking about private citizens that they don't know and on an event they didn't witness.
And so the goal will be to protect these kids, but also what they want to do is protect future families like themselves so that they never have to experience this, never have to go through this, never have to repeat this, and don't have to be the victims of the media doing a smoleting on these innocent kids.
owen shroyer
And it's unbelievable that you didn't have to go through the law to do this.
It's like, are these children...
I mean, this is like gang mentality bullying in the grade school yard.
robert barnes
I mean, some of these kids are 12. Some of these kids are 13.
owen shroyer
And we're talking about adults on television behaving like grade school bullies, jumping to just bully kids that they know are totally innocent.
What were those names one more time?
robert barnes
Sure. Maggie Haberman, Kathy Griffin, Anna Navarro, Matthew Dowd, Senator Elizabeth Warren...
owen shroyer
Okay, so actually there's three names I want to ask you about.
It's Kathy Griffin, Anna Navarro, and Elizabeth Warren.
Now, what are the odds that they're going to plead insanity to get out of these?
robert barnes
Well, I mean, I think Elizabeth Warren may say that she was just defending her tribe.
owen shroyer
It was Indigenous Peoples Day, so she was just defending her Indigenous Peoples Day.
robert barnes
Exactly. So she's about as real as Nathan Phillips turned out to be.
So it may be the same sort of defense.
We'll see. I mean, I think it will be the first major test of whether or not a congresswoman or senator can defame someone that is not someone that's a public official that's not before their committee.
So right now there's a lot of congressmen and senators, apparently.
Who believe that they're immune from suit based on a law that was passed and based on the speech and debate clause from the U.S. Constitution.
There have been prior cases that said that does not inoculate defamation against private citizens that are not before a Senate committee.
But she may make that defense.
So we want to establish that, yes, if you're a senator, you're bound by the same laws as the rest of us.
If you're a congresswoman, you're bound by the same laws as the rest of us.
And you don't get to go out. It's not like you get elected to Congress and you're like, man, I've always wanted to get back at my ex-wife.
Now I can just libel her for crazy for the next two years as long as I'm in Congress.
That's never been the rule. It's that you're given free speech, and the speech and debate clause protects anything you do as a congressman.
But that doesn't give you a license to libel private citizens who are not before Congress.
And so it'll establish that new precedent.
owen shroyer
Well, and, you know, the amazing thing to me is, you know, these are people that a lot of the names involved are, you know, they go on TV or...
No, they're media figures.
Not involved in government, but they're media figures.
Yes. And I sit here and I think to myself, well, I'm a media figure.
We do a lot of broadcasting.
I say a lot of things here.
I cover a lot of news.
And yeah, I mean, sometimes we do go off on the ledge.
Sometimes we do say things that are controversial.
But the crazy thing about it to me, Robert, is this...
It's a conscious decision of these people to deceive.
It's a conscious decision of these people to get it wrong.
I mean... There's no way.
Unless, I mean, again, I'm not trying to be offended.
Unless we're literally dealing with mentally ill, mentally retarded people, there's no way they didn't understand that Nicholas Sandman didn't walk up and start bullying that man.
robert barnes
Oh, precisely. I mean, what they specifically said that was liable about these kids is they said the kids surrounded them, and then the kids chanted, build the wall at them.
Neither of those events occurred.
owen shroyer
I first saw the video, and I thought it was like a moment of glory.
I thought it was like, oh my gosh, this Native American and these Trump supporters are having a moment of...
You know, coming together, like he's banging the drum, they're chanting.
I was like, wow, this is cool, just because I saw that clip.
And then I saw the media coverage, and I was so confused.
I was like, wait, what? That's not what I saw.
robert barnes
Oh, exactly. In fact, what was happening is they were doing a dance that comes from the Maori tribe of New Zealand, where they use it in their rugby games.
owen shroyer
I see that. They get it. And then, ooh, it's like all the big guys.
robert barnes
Pretty cool. It's empowering.
Yeah, yeah. So that's why the guy's tearing off his shirt.
And so right after that is when Nathan Phillips approaches them.
So they think, oh, he's joining in.
He's doing the same kind of tribal dance, tribal ritual.
And the only one they most popularly know in the United States in Florida State games, Kansas City Chiefs games, Atlanta Braves games, Cleveland Indians games, is the tomahawk.
And so they're not trying to mock him with a tomahawk.
They think, oh, he's doing the drum. Yeah, the tomahawk chop is part of it.
owen shroyer
That's what I'm saying. That's like CNN. Oh, you can't do the tomahawk chop.
You can't do it in a Braves game.
robert barnes
You can't do it in a Chiefs game. I mean, the Seminoles actually make money off of that, the Seminole tribes with Florida State.
So they're not trying to protect or promote the tribes.
They're out to defame and lie and libel.
owen shroyer
And that dance that they do before the New Zealand football games, that's like a viral thing.
robert barnes
Everybody loves it. They do it at weddings.
They do it at social events. It's a proud cultural tradition.
Celebrating the native tradition and not demeaning it.
owen shroyer
It just shows you the hate of these people.
That they hate Trump so much, they'll jump to conclusions against a 12-year-old boy because they hate Trump so much.
I mean, that's real mental illness.
alex jones
There are thousands of ideologies out there.
Hundreds of different political systems.
And most of them are funded by the globalists.
That's why the globalists are trying to shut it down so desperately.
Because we have the light in the dark of the night.
That sends chills up my spine.
You are the InfoWars, and I salute you.

It's you. We're good to go.
Let everyone go to Infowars.com forward slash newsletter and sign up via email so there's no way the censors can get between us with critical videos, articles, breaking news, intel, you name it.

The bare minimum you can do is sign up for the free newsletter at Infowars.com forward slash newsletter.
We are the renaissance and we are winning.
Frank in North Carolina, thanks for holding so long.
Go ahead. Yeah, I just have to say something, man.

It seems like every time I turn on your broadcast, you're bragging.
It just gets old, man.
alex jones
I'm gonna shut you down right now, okay?
We're taking calls about your nomination.
Do you understand they're having congressional hearings trying to shut us down?
Do you understand? I'm ringing the alarm.
If that was happening to anybody else, I'd be freaked out.
I mean, what's it gonna take?
Us being shut down? Is that what you want, Frank?
unidentified
You know what, Alex?
alex jones
Put him on pause again. Hey, Frank!
Do you understand it's not bragging to say, we are the tip of the spear, we're under attack, we need your help.
As much begging as I do, we can barely pay the bills and grow in the face of this.
I'm not gonna just stop growth and let them start pushing us backwards.

Donald J. Trump, the president of the United States.
Thank you.
Trigger warning.
This broadcast contains subject matter that might trigger liberal snowflakes.
It's The War Room with Owen Schroyer.
Leftist liberal snowflake cucks.
owen shroyer
It's just funny. Say it ten times and try not to laugh.
Alright, Robert Barnes is going to stick around with us in studio for the next two segments.
We're going to cover some other news here.
But before I do that, I want to give a big shout out.
Now, I still don't know who this is.
And I'm wondering if this has actually been mentioned on Infocomms.
We have our own chat forum, ladies and gentlemen, infocoms.org.
If you're trying to link up with fellow InfoWarriors in your local area, infocoms.org is a great place to do so.
But what I'm trying to do, and actually what I've realized here is a lot of these people that put together compilations of MyStreet videos or put together compilations of other InfoWar stuff or meme stuff, They actually don't want to get in touch with me.
And when I try to reach out, they make that clear because they're afraid that if they do get in touch with me, it'll get them banned quicker.
But I want to know who put this billboard up because I want to salute them.
And, you know, we don't have to do a public thing if you're trying to keep it.
But, heck, I'd love to send you some super blue for putting the billboard up.
So here's the story. It's at Infowars.com.
Infowars Toothpaste Billboard Red Pills Houston Area Motorists.
And you know, I ought to go through my email, because I just realized I was talking to someone about a billboard, but I'm not sure if it's the same guy.
They told me where they were going to put it, so I may actually be in touch with this individual.
That's just how it goes when you go through thousands of emails a day.
But I want to give a big shout out.
Whoever put this billboard up in Houston, and folks, if you want to do this in your metropolitan area, obviously, go ahead.
We're total free to air, free to market, free to resell our protein bars if you want.
You know, whatever. That's just the Infowar we're engaged in.
It's a revolution here.
So I want to give a big salute and shout out to whoever put up the InfowarStore.com billboard There in the Houston area with the super blue toothpaste.
And whoever did it is obviously good at marketing.
This is a great billboard.
It's a total winner.
And it's odd, too.
I grew up kind of with a marketing mindset.
My dad owned an ad agency, so it's weird.
The way I look at marketing is from a marketing perspective, and I'm like, oh, is that effective?
Is it not? Most marketing is ineffective these days.
It's really incredible. People just literally flush money down the toilet on ad campaigns, and then you don't even hear the name of the product in a 30-second commercial.
It's the wildest thing. Or like on a billboard, it's like they got this big, artsy billboard, and the tiny little print on the bottom is like the actual company, and so it's like that's wasting money.
This billboard is a total winner.
So I just want to salute them.
Whoever put up the Infowarsstore.com billboard, I want to thank you.
And I'll probably be promoting this the rest of the week until I can find out who it is so I can give you a proper salute.
But we've got other specials happening right now at Infowarsstore.com, 50% off minimum.
Most of the supplements, the only thing that's not 50% off is the protein bars, and that's because they've sold out.
But everything else is at least 50% off.
DNA Force Plus, this is the elite of the elite supplements when it comes to telomere support.
Really, when it comes to all supplements, the telomere support is the elite of the elite.
60% off DNA Force Plus.
Folks, this is going to go back up to full price.
When we do this, and this is a very expensive supplement.
I know this because I take it regularly.
I take four a day.
Two in the morning, two at night.
But this is the elite of the elite.
Do the research for yourself on DNA Force Plus.
But I'm telling you, this 60% off special is a...
I mean, this is gangbusters.
This is like buy 20 at this rate.
Because when it goes back up to full price, it's not a cheap supplement.
It's expensive to make this.
It's expensive to source this.
And so 60% off.
This is probably, I mean, I don't know what markup we have on this, but this is probably maybe even taking a hit, if not just selling it at cost to you.
60% off. And that doesn't even count to package it, to ship it and everything.
By the way, free shipping at Infowarsstore.com.

Alright, Robert Barnes, we're going to twist his mind a little bit more here on the War Room.
I'm not even sure where to go.
Let's go with this border news because this is a major issue and it's not going away.
In fact, it's only getting worse.
And this is the biggest issue that Trump campaigned on.
And I don't want to blame Trump because I understand the complexities and I understand the pushback and all the obstruction and everything.
But this is like safety of the nation.
This is like even having a nation.
I mean, this is paramount.
Something has to be done. Now they're admitting, okay, it's looking like it's about one and a half million that's going to come across the border illegally this year.
That means by June it'll be two million that they'll start projecting.
So... What is the legal measures?
And I mean, I would imagine there's a bunch, but from your expertise and your perspective, what are the legal measures that the president should take to actually control this collapsing southern border?
robert barnes
So constitutionally, the president has exclusive control over the borders.
So that's something that is given to him for a lot of reasons, whether it's trade, whether it's commerce, whether it's immigration, whether it's conflict, doesn't matter what it is.
The president largely has carte blanche that the Supreme Court has determined he has carte blanche over what happens at the border.
So that goes beyond emergency powers and authorities.
He can do whatever is needed or necessary to secure the country.
owen shroyer
It's almost like dictate status.
robert barnes
Absolutely. It is.
And it's that way because it has to be, because if it's any other way, then it jeopardizes and dangers people's safety because our greatest threat is right across the border, whatever that is.
Well, whether it's people bringing weapons over the border, whether it's immigration of uncontrolled immigration coming across the border where we don't know who people are, we're not able to vet those individuals.
So I think if we look at it, he can continue to expand his emergency powers as needed.
Congress gave him statutory emergency powers that allows him to spend money in a particular way.
But that is not limited to how he deploys resources, to how he uses resources.
He can close the border.
He can assign personnel to the border that's greater than what's there presently, but that come from other parts of the country.
He can do whatever he needs to do, including spending money.
The national emergency statute gives him the authority to spend money specifically.
owen shroyer
It seems like he does have the money now.
I mean, I've been seeing multiple reports now up to $100 billion.
I think they're saying you can spend this on the border.
robert barnes
Yeah, there's already been releases from the Defense Department budget in that accord.
The next stage is going to be from certain drug enforcement interdiction monies now that are going to be used.
So clearly the border presents an ongoing risk, and at a minimum he has to send a message.
And this Trump has generally understood, that if he didn't send a message of being tough on the border, the biggest problem is that it induces more people to breach the border.
That when they think, oh look, now he's weak, the court system says it's okay, the court system says if we get across they have to put us up in a nice hotel, then all that does is encourage people to do it.
And many of these families are not coming as families.
They're bringing kids with other people.
Often in cases there's been sufficient allegations of kidnapping that's occurring.
So some of these kids and families that are trying to come across the border have actually been kidnapped from their actual home so that some adult can get across the border.
owen shroyer
And then the government says, well, we're going to make sure that's not happening.
So we're going to, you know, and this was actually law that was signed years ago by Democrats, separate the youth from adults, DHS, HHS, you know, do some tests, make sure their family, whatever.
That's to protect the kids.
But now they say, oh, no, that's family separation.
That's putting kids in cages.
No, no, no.
That's preventing kids from being put in cages and sold.
robert barnes
Precisely.
I mean, and going to, I mean, under the Obama administration, they had these kids being farmed out to various people that were in the sex slave trade.
They were in all kinds of horrific activities, and that's why they put that rule in.
owen shroyer
Robert, this is when I actually—like, I'm trying to control myself right now.
This is when I really start to get mad because I go out and I talk to these leftists, and they say Trump is putting kids in cages, and I just want to rip my hair out because— The image that they pull up and they say, see, Trump's putting kids in cages.
That was from 2014.
Exactly. But it's just like, I mean, how can I get through to these people when they don't even live in reality?
robert barnes
Oh, precisely. I mean, they live in their own selective set of self-serving news.
And that's why it was Obama that was teargassing people more frequently than anybody coming across the border.
It was Obama putting kids literally in cages coming across the border.
And so that came from him.
And in fact, Trump has limited the use of the tear gas and has almost completely eliminated the use of any...
owen shroyer
No, people come here and they just get released now.
robert barnes
Right, exactly. And now he's recognizing the problem.
Because some of the critics were like, well, okay, because you got bad PR, your response to it was to...
Get rid of it, and I thought it was a good thing not to use those cages.
But the problem is it incentivized everybody to flood the border.
So now he realizes his only option, either shut down the border or Congress agrees to let him fund the wall full-scale wholesale on a fast, exigent, emergency basis.
owen shroyer
I would do both. I would shut down the border until the wall's complete.
Ah, there you go. And I think the Democrats are so stubborn on this, and they can't give Trump a victory, I think they're going to end up backhandedly handing Trump the biggest victory of all by him saying, fine, you don't want a deal?
The border shut down, wall goes up.

Robert Barnes in studio here on The War Room.
Brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
He's with us for one more segment.
You know, I wanted to talk about, again, the grand jury stuff and then the perjury of Peter Stroke and James Comey.
But, you know, let's just say, as a lawyer, someone brought to you some tape and they said, Well, I want to sue individual A for sexual harassment.
And you say, well, okay, what's your basis?
What's your evidence? And they say, well, I have all this tape.
And they show you all the tape.
Of individual A coming up from behind and groping and kissing and fondling and grabbing the hair.
It's all on film.
No consent can be seen.
It just kind of happens. And they say, okay, I want to sue for sexual harassment.
And you saw this tape.
I'm not insinuating any names.
I'm not insinuating any individuals.
Oh, is that Joe Biden?
Oh, that's just a random picture, a video of Joe Biden groping a kid.
It has nothing to do. But let's just say individual A, one, was going to be sued, and they had all of this evidence.
I mean, do you think that if you had all this evidence and videos, do you think as a lawyer that would be enough for you to say, you know what, I think we've got enough here?
robert barnes
Oh, no doubt. I mean, Joe has the worst video evidence out there for any potential allegation.
owen shroyer
Seriously. I mean, this is not ridiculous.
robert barnes
Oh, I mean, he does it routinely.
He does it repeatedly. He does it widely.
He does it broadly. He clearly doesn't invite it before it occurs.
It's obvious when you watch all the tape.
I mean, he just thinks he's entitled to grope and grab.
So, oh, child, woman, grope, grab.
That's basically where Joe's brain works.
You know, it's like a bad South Park episode.
They had Ben Rossesberger on there and they're making fun of him.
He's the chicken lover. Yeah, exactly.
They're making fun of him. Matt Damon, they make him appear to be not very bright.
owen shroyer
Robert Barnes watches South Park.
It's breaking news.
robert barnes
Exactly. It's basically the same thing.
It's like, girl, grab.
Girl, grab. Child, grab.
Woman, grope. Yeah, exactly.
Whisper. And then the obsessive hair-smelling thing.
I mean, this is just not universal enough.
Like, he could get away with it.
Like, people were saying, oh, well, it's because, you know, he's from a different generation and whatnot.
And it's like, I don't remember anybody doing this.
Somebody even referred to him as a friendly grandpa.
I was like, that defamed every friendly grandpa in the world.
owen shroyer
Yeah, grandpa should be suing this guy.
robert barnes
He's a friendly grandpa doesn't go around sniffing everybody's hair.
He doesn't go around grabbing kids.
owen shroyer
Democrats are now coming out like Pelosi and they're saying, oh no, no, that's just Joe.
Like, oh, that's just Joe.
He's just affectionate. So it's like they all know he's this creepy guy that gropes and grabs.
There's the famous video of Sessions slapping his hand away when he goes to grab his grandchild.
It's just like, so that's just, oh yeah, he's just a serial groper.
robert barnes
And at least half the time that you can tell from the woman's reaction and the kid's reaction, they're deeply uncomfortable.
They're like, what the heck is going on here?
owen shroyer
I'd probably have that same look on my face.
robert barnes
I mean, if he did that to some friends of mine back home in Tennessee, he would have got a much more violent reaction.
It wouldn't have been, you know, just say, what are you doing?
owen shroyer
I was going to say, I mean, I know some women that...
It would have been a pop in the face for Uncle Joe.
robert barnes
That would have been a kick to the nads.
For him to behave the way he's behaved for so long shows that there's always been a double standard.
It comes back to the universal principle we've been discussing.
It's the double standard that's applied.
Imagine if there was this kind of video with Kavanaugh.
Everybody would have thought, oh, Kavanaugh is totally guilty.
owen shroyer
Look at all this stuff. That's what I'm saying.
Trump, they have a tape that they take totally out of context.
Trump says, oh, when you're rich and famous in Hollywood, they let you, you know, grab him by the time.
robert barnes
Well, basically, groupies are groupies. That's all he does.
He describes how groupies have behaved since the 1950s.
owen shroyer
Oh, my gosh. Women like men with money.
I had no idea. Like, wow, shocking.
Did anybody tell Dan Bilzerian?
So it's just like, but beyond the point, Biden is actually the guy that they claim Trump to be.
Biden's the one grabbing women.
robert barnes
Precisely. It's the old Kennedy Democratic tradition.
John Jr. used to have to try to keep his girlfriends away from his father because his father would do the Joe Biden thing.
So it's like only in the Democratic world does your friendly grandpa be the random groper of random kids.
owen shroyer
You know, it's funny you bring that up.
I was actually reading kind of a historical of the years of the Kennedy prime when JFK was in office and Marilyn Monroe was coming in and out.
And it's funny because you read about that, you actually start to feel a little bad for Marilyn Monroe.
Because, I mean, she was kind of just, like, she was just kind of tossed around like a piece of meat.
And she was just like, she just thought everybody loved her.
Because, I mean, everybody did love her.
But it was like, to the Kennedys, it was just like, oh yeah, just...
There's another piece of meat rolling around the White House.
robert barnes
Basically, the people that are truly dehumanizing and attacking women are coming from the left.
Whether it's transgenders trying to steal women's competition, athletic awards, or whether it's obviously their random grandpa is going to be a creepy Uncle Joe.
It's a reminder to never go to a Democratic picnic or party because their grandpa is going to be a creepy Uncle Joe wandering around trying to grab kids and women.
owen shroyer
And again, I'm not trying to judge the Bidens, because I really don't.
I mean, Joe Biden obviously is a public office, so you judge him and report on him and everything.
But the kids, you got Harvey Biden on the oil board over there in Ukraine, clearly a family setup.
And then I was telling you how, sadly, Joe Biden had a son that died of brain cancer, and the widow of that son is now dating, or may be even more involved now, with his other son.
And they all have kids.
So it's like the aunt is now going to become the mother potentially.
robert barnes
Yeah, things that would seem abnormal to most people.
owen shroyer
And Joe said, oh, it's cool.
robert barnes
I like it. Exactly. I think that's the biggest filter is that Joe thinks all this is normal.
So it's clearly he had a different definition of normal than everybody else because it appears that he had used his family connections or his family used him as vice president to achieve things they couldn't do.
There's now a news story that he interfered in the Ukrainian investigation of a company connected to his family.
That was making money over there, basically getting the prosecutor fired.
owen shroyer
Well, Harvey's making hundreds of millions, I thought, last I checked on that oil board.
robert barnes
There's been various talks about how much money has been made, what's been going on.
But whatever the circumstances are, it has looked bad for a while, and now it's starting to come to the fore.
And the reason why it's starting to come to the fore is the Democrats are willing to cannibalize each other to get the Democratic nomination.
So they're willing to expose things about themselves that they've been hiding for forever.
owen shroyer
So you talked about that in a report we aired in the last hour.
Why don't you just hammer that?
Because I actually agree with you.
I don't know how many Democrats have announced so far.
I predicted months ago it would probably be about 20 by the time it's all said and done.
We're almost there. Which would set a record.
I'm not sure if they broke the record yet, but I think it's a weird thing where The smart leftists or the smart Democrats aren't running because they know they can't beat Trump.
The dumb Democrats are running because they think they can make a bunch of money and make a bunch of hay bashing Trump on air for the next year or what have you.
But I don't see any of them with a legitimate chance.
But in that kind of strange process that they're involved in right now, they are eating each other.
Absolutely. And it's going to become who hates Trump the most and who can go farthest to the left.
robert barnes
Exactly. So you have the ideological component where they're trying to out-left one another and within the most extreme fan clubs of the left.
But at the same time, they're willing to sort of devour each other.
And what's amazing is they had to have known about the Beto stuff, about him writing those weird books about running over kids.
They've been hiding it all this time.
So you have this long history of all this dirt and it's fascinating watching it all come out.
They are so power hungry and they have so lack of a universal set of rules and procedures that they are just going to literally be a free-for-all and we're all going to witness and watch all the dirt that was sitting on them.
unidentified
Oh my gosh. What's the movie?
owen shroyer
It's got, I believe it's got Ethan Hawke.
Oh my gosh, the name is skipping me.
Famous actor, but they're all vampires.
No, no, no, no, no. They're all vampires.
Daybreakers. Have you ever seen Daybreakers?
Yes, yes. And at the end of Daybreakers, when the blood...
And they're all eating each other.
It's one of the most amazing scenes, if you appreciate cinematography.
So it's like all the vampires are literally eating each other as they're transforming in and out of being vampires because of the blood.
There's a whole storyline.
But anyway, I feel like that's where they're at.
And... They've been lusting for the taste of Donald Trump's blood for so long and they haven't tasted it that they're going to go out on that campaign floor and debate and they're so thirsty for Trump's blood, I think they're going to end up like the vampires in that scene, literally at each other's necks and just gore and blood streaming everywhere.
They might just totally lose control.
robert barnes
Absolutely. Well, I mean, there's already talk today that whether there's people supposedly sitting on the sidelines that may also be feeding these stories because all of a sudden Bloomberg is back to saying, well, if Biden is out, maybe I'll run.
owen shroyer
I think Bloomberg's too smart.
robert barnes
I think he is too.
But it was interesting. So people started speculating is Bloomberg behind some of these Biden hit pieces.
owen shroyer
Oh yeah, I saw that.
Oh, there's a conspiracy. No, there's viral videos.
robert barnes
Exactly. And what's really the deal is everybody's known about Biden's reputation within the lobbying community.
I had people pitching me for years about how Biden could influence things so that he wasn't supposed to be in a legal position to influence.
So he's had this reputation for a long time and now various aspects of it are coming to public light and public limelight.
And I think we're going to see a lot of stuff that has been hidden and buried.
Like, also, it's interesting to contrast 2020-2016.
Look at the degree of power that Clinton's had, that everybody was terrified to challenge them and terrified to out them.
owen shroyer
Including Bernie, who beat Hillary.
Exactly. He said, oh, no, no, no, you won, Hillary.
robert barnes
Yeah. Absolutely. He's just crying at the convention when his brother's doing the little speech.
Glad that he's still alive.
owen shroyer
But it's like, do you think the Democrats will attack Tulsi Gabbard because she says, get off the Russian collusion bit?
robert barnes
Oh, they did right away. They attacked her as a Russian agent as soon as she ran.
owen shroyer
It's like, there's a good candidate that, I mean, I wouldn't vote for her, but there's actually a good candidate, I would say, from the Democrat side.
robert barnes
Oh, their best candidate by far.
owen shroyer
And they're just going to throw her under the bus.
They're just going to say, nah, you didn't go along with the Russian collusion fake news.
You're off. You're out, Tulsi.
alex jones
Unbelievable. By leaps and by bounds, the number one best-selling supplement family in the world is energy drinks and energy supplements.

The War Room. Infowars.com forward slash show. . .
The fight for the future is now.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroer at InfoWars.com forward slash show.
So, will Joe run?
owen shroyer
Will he not run? Are they just getting all of the groping videos out of the way for Joe's run?
Or is it legitimate? Here's a CBS report calling out Joe Biden for being creepy.
unidentified
I don't think it's disqualifying because I think it's disqualifying with what your intention is.
He's an affectionate person to children, to senior citizens, to everyone.
owen shroyer
That's a moving wax model. It's the first ever moving wax model.
unidentified
Nancy Pelosi and wax. Join the straight iron club with me, if you will.
People's space is important to them, and what's important is how they receive it, not necessarily how you continue.
owen shroyer
Okay, so that's actually clip six.
Sorry, I wanted clip nine.
That's Nancy Pelosi defending Joe Biden.
unidentified
Here's the CBS report about Joe Biden.
A second woman claims Biden touched her inappropriately at a political event.
Here's Ed O'Keefe.
He put his hands around my head and pulled me in.
Former congressional aide Amy Lappos told CBS News Tonight that Joe Biden reached for her face and rubbed noses with her during a fundraiser in Greenwich, Connecticut in 2009.
Lappos says Biden shouldn't run for president.
We are at a critical time in our party, the Democratic Party, in deciding who is going to represent us in 2020.
And I know for sure that I do not want a man that does not respect women.
On Friday, former Nevada Assemblywoman Lucy Flores recalled a 2014 campaign event where Biden approached her from behind, smelled her hair, and kissed her head.
This isn't new. I'm not bringing up something that people have not been aware of.
Biden has a tendency to be affectionate with women while on the campaign trail.
Flores says Biden's behavior wasn't sexual, but should be a factor in the Democratic primary.
And yet, were he winning the nomination and score off against President Trump...
owen shroyer
That's not even a question.
unidentified
Of course I would support Biden.
In a statement, Biden said over the years, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support, and comfort.
Yeah, handshakes, huh? And not once, never, did I believe I acted inappropriately.
We've arrived at an important time when women feel they can and should relate their experiences.
And men should pay attention.
And I will. Several women defended Biden today, including Stephanie Carter, seen here at the swearing-in of her husband, former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter.
She says that moment has been misinterpreted, that he was helping someone get through a big day, for which I will always be grateful.
At a forum for already announced candidates today in Washington, some of them said it'll be up to Biden to decide whether to run and to voters to judge his behavior.
You know, I'm going to focus on my campaign and leave that into the hands of, you know, him as a candidate.
owen shroyer
Oh, leave it in the hands of Biden.
unidentified
Wink, wink. People in the crowd of that presidential forum today were split.
owen shroyer
So there you go. So there's a CNN report now.
Here is, so we already played Nancy Pelosi defending, so they're all defending.
Here's Whoopi Goldberg, the one that hates Trump, defending.
unidentified
Because perhaps he didn't intend to make her uncomfortable, but she is saying, you did make me uncomfortable.
And he's saying, I will listen.
owen shroyer
So I don't know that we will see any more smelling of hair.
You know what? Pause it real quick. Let me tell you something.
Let me tell you something. If somebody walked up to any of these women on The View and started Joe Biden-ing them, they would all probably sue for sexual harassment.
Oh, but it's Joe Biden, a good Democrat.
So, oh, it's okay.
It's just Uncle Joe.
That pisses me off.
unidentified
I'm telling you. Well, I don't want Joe to stop doing that.
owen shroyer
I don't either. You know? I'm just gonna say one thing really quick.
unidentified
There's a certain kind of retail politician that loves people.
owen shroyer
I would put Bill Clinton in that category.
unidentified
I would put my father in that category.
I would certainly put Joe Biden in that category.
When he came on the show, he's the only politician other than my father.
owen shroyer
Did you just hear, Meghan McCain, Bill Clinton in that category?
So yeah, yeah. Bill Clinton, the guy that bit through women's lips.
Bill Clinton, the guy that shoved cigars where the sun don't shine.
Bill Clinton that seduced White House interns.
This is going to be fun, folks.
I told you about two weeks ago, the Democrat nomination process is now a total joke to me.
So, let the good times roll.
It's the joke that keeps on giving the Democrat 2020 primary process.
alex jones
I've got some really good news though.

The boss is going to love that.
All right, ladies and gentlemen. Now, give me one second to prepare myself.
Now, the reason why I have just placed an orange ribbon on my lapel here, under my American flag, is because we're going to be joined now by Elijah Schaefer from Slightly Offensive, and he has really started this campaign, folks, the awareness, raising awareness for Trump derangement syndrome.
That's with the orange ribbon, I didn't even think when he started this campaign, I bet that he didn't even realize how big and how viral this is going to go.
But now, Kamala Harris has to admit and has even recognized Trump derangement syndrome as a real thing.
Kamala Harris says that many people have yelled at the television or gone to therapy because of Donald Trump.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Kamala Harris can confirm Trump derangement syndrome is real.
So, Elijah, Schaefer from Slightly Offensive, you know, you started this great movement, this awareness campaign for Trump derangement syndrome.
elijah schaffer
It had to mean the world to you when Kamala Harris came out in recognition of TDS. Yeah, you know, of course, being that, you know, people of color and women being lower on the intersectionality score would mean that their voice matters more.
You know, you hear a lot, the time and the age of the straight white male, according to them, is over.
So it's sort of like a validation to me to hear, you know, as we go down this scale, that this politician who's actually one of my senators of my great state finally represent me and let me know that the madness is true.
And check this out for a second.
I'm going to get out of the screen here.
I went to a protest, and look at this.
The Trump and Pence regime must go.
Fascists cannot be voted out.
The people must drive it from power and color orange.
We're raising awareness. Look, they're even adopting the orange color.
To represent their own madness.
So it appears as though the protesters have picked up.
And so this is infecting everybody.
And I'm really just happy to see that we're finally, you know, putting our finger on it.
owen shroyer
Well, not only that, if you hold that sign up, you can actually see an example of Trump derangement syndrome in the sign.
It says fascism cannot be voted out, but this is the United States of America.
We literally vote. So they don't even understand their own political, they don't even understand their own country's politics or democratic process.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, the people must drive it from power.
So what's really interesting about Trump derangement syndrome, which is it causes like a cognitive disability to forget the Constitution and also to basically essentially forget the truth about all things in this world.
So what they've done here is you'll see this kind of like how we diagnose it.
So sometimes one of the signs of TDS is the word fascism being used out of context.
And then it says cannot be voted out.
So then there's a deniability of your own power and rights as a citizen.
So people forget that voting is what got him there.
And voting is what could get him out, but I believe is going to keep him in 2020.
And then you come down here.
Which is nice, right? You go from the black, because we've got to represent those people of color.
You know what I'm saying? My roommate's black.
Equal representation. You can't just have orange man.
And then we come down here, the people must drive it from power.
This is where you forget how to do it, and then instead you replace driving from power.
Driving from power can be translated by some people into screaming into the air, senselessly breaking windows of Starbucks outside of Washington, D.C. I'm not like a theologian or like a linguist, but accordingly, when you adopt leftist tactics, this word drive basically translates to anything that is absurd, ridiculous, doesn't accomplish anything, but makes you look like an immature baby.
And I think they're doing a good job at obeying that one.
owen shroyer
Well, I was actually confused because when it said drive, I was wondering, you know, because they're all standing behind, on the streets at least, the Green New Deal, which means you can't drive.
So I'm just, I was trying to wrap my head around how they do it.
So I'm glad that you were able to describe that to me.
Drive, they mean like go out into the streets and act like you've been driven crazy because you have been driven crazy.
You have Trump derangement syndrome.
So, you know, but here's...
The funny thing is, I mean, it's like, okay, we kind of say this tongue-in-cheek, and it's fun, but like, I mean, she's serious.
People are literally going to therapy because of Donald Trump.
But here's the twist, though.
It's not because of Donald Trump.
It's because of the media.
That's what's, I mean, really, the real story here behind Trump derangement syndrome, which is real, is that it's the media and the Democrats whipping them into this hysteria.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, you know, and to be a bit serious here, my good friend here, Jesse Smollett, who's in the back, he's kind of got a permanent place in my set.
owen shroyer
Do you guys chill on the weekend?
elijah schaffer
Yeah, you know, it's kind of nice because I sometimes talk to him like, hey, Jesse, and I'm like, dude, Trump's still in office.
And he always gives me the same look every time that I tell him like, hey, I got bad news for you.
And I come over and go, Trump is still your president.
And then he gives me the same consistent look.
Now this is the only time he's been consistent, of course, because that's the truth.
When you look at this, and I know we laugh at it, but You know, you have a black man who's living in the freest time in his country's history with the greatest opportunities.
He's actually like a millionaire.
owen shroyer
He made millions of dollars.
elijah schaffer
Right. He feels the need to fabricate and to add to the story to the point where Chris Rock, who's clearly not a big Trump fan, said, what were you thinking?
And that's the key question here.
The media is causing the people not to think.
They're presenting a narrative to where people are saying, look, this narrative is true.
It's so true that even if the facts don't add up, I've got to do things that are untrue to push it even further.
And it's actually... Genuinely, I mean, I'm not a psychologist, but I would consider that truly a derangement syndrome because people are fabricating and living in a false reality and then propagating that by inventing lies that aren't true when Trump supporters are some of the most peaceful, loving, America first people.
And America first means people of all genders, race, and sexual orientation.
owen shroyer
Well, and let's actually get into that Chris Rock commentary because he says, what are you thinking?
As if he doesn't know. I wonder if he does know what Smollett was thinking.
Trying to start a race war is what he was thinking.
But, you know, he got caught red-handed and, you know, no charges pressed because it's Jussie Smollett.
I mean, he's a famous Hollywood actor.
He can't be guilty.

Elijah Schaefer from Slightly Offensive is my guest, you know, since I'm totally banned off YouTube and Infowars is totally banned off YouTube.
You can go ahead and binge watch Elijah Schaefer.
He doesn't always do interpretive dance moves, but when he does, it's that right there.
And identifying as a black gay woman today is Elijah Schaefer, obviously always raising awareness for Trump derangement syndrome.
But we were talking about the Chris Rock joke at the NAACP Awards last night.
And, you know, Elijah, I kind of felt like...
I don't really know how to judge it because, to me, I feel like everybody should be really offended by what Smollett tried to do.
He tried to incite a race war, is what the guy tried to do.
I mean, let's be point blank.
He engaged in what was essentially political terrorism to try to incite further violence.
Luckily, he didn't get away with it and got caught.
And so Chris Rock gets up there, and first of all, they told him no Jussie Smollett jokes, so I'm glad that he was at least willing to joke about it, but he's like, oh, what were you thinking?
As if Smollett engaged in this totally clueless, like he didn't know what he was doing.
This was something that was well-orchestrated, well-thought-out, and had a clear agenda.
To start further violence, to demonize Trump supporters, to get people to start to hate Trump supporters even more, to really drive Trump derangement syndrome to the next level.
But Chris Rock makes a joke saying, oh, you know, what were you thinking?
Well, Chris, I'm glad you were joking about it, but like...
Dude, the guy was thinking, I want to start a race war.
And so, again, I'm glad Rock was making jokes, but I'm wondering, do you think that they even understand this?
Do you think the average person that realizes Smollett faked the whole thing, do you think they understand what his drive was?
elijah schaffer
You know what? I don't think anybody fully does because, you know, I would say that your viewers on Infowars here are some of the more respectful people that are looking at angles that the media isn't showing.
And, you know, I think that before I go further, before someone might take me out of context and write this off as a conspiracy theory, when you look at the momentum of the situation, right, you have a man who's a rich Hollywood celebrity who's friends with Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, the Obamas, And then commits a crime, a crime, a full crime, gets the 1617 federal charges against him.
Then it gets dropped after the prosecutor gets a donation from George Soros.
And then everyone laughs at the right and goes, oh, you conspiracy theorists.
You Infowars people.
You're so dumb. You're just, you know, you think the water turned the frogs gay, which it did.
The atrazine did, technically.
But they go, oh, look at you idiots.
And then we go, but look.
You can't deny that this is fishy.
Why would Kamala Harris and Cory Booker come out with these anti-lynching laws as she's about to run for presidency and then somebody who she knows gets quote unquote fake lynched?
I mean, for all we know, Kamala Harris was about to run a campaign on racism and anti-lynching.
And this got foiled.
And you go, well, that's looking too far into it.
No, I don't think we're looking into this enough.
I mean, this is a man with powerful connections who the system not only worked in his favor, it worked against the righteousness of the American people.
And he walks away to where this is the first time I've seen Trump derangement syndrome.
I found the cure for it.
And that's a bipartisan effort to prosecute Jussie Smollett because there are protests.
Even the mayor of Chicago...
Who's possibly one of my least favorite Americans in the country, is actually saying, this is messed up.
So Democrats and Republicans can join together to say that justice is not being served here, and we've got to find a way to prosecute him, and there's some deep state stuff going on here, I'm sure of it.
owen shroyer
Well, did you see, though, because Rahm Emanuel first came out and excoriated Jussie Smollett, but did you see his most recent statements?
He's now blaming Trump for the whole thing.
elijah schaffer
Well, it doesn't surprise me, and that's why I just keep eating my salad, you know?
I eat my salad.
I'm cool over here in California.
owen shroyer
Is that a Subway salad?
unidentified
Did you... What?
owen shroyer
Did you get that from Subway?
elijah schaffer
Hold on. Yes, and I got it.
I was on my way over here, and believe it or not, these two guys came and they tapped me, but I didn't drop my salad.
So I brought it with me.
owen shroyer
So you're still eating it. I mean, it looks like it's in pretty good shape there.
elijah schaffer
Well, yeah, that was after they yelled, this is Kamala Harris country, and it was pretty bad.
Wait, that's actually funny.
owen shroyer
Wait a second. Hold on a second.
I'm remembering something now, too.
Last night, I was walking home, and I got jumped by two guys in Beto hats and Beto t-shirts.
And they were actually beating me with Subway sandwiches.
And they shouted, this is Beto country, while they were beating me with their Subway sandwiches.
A lot of trauma.
I don't think I can ever eat at Subway again.
elijah schaffer
Right. No blood, but there was definitely mustard everywhere.
owen shroyer
Oh, there was so much blood, actually.
I mean, I suffered a black eye.
My nose is broken.
I had to get a bunch of stitches on my forehead, too.
elijah schaffer
It happened last night. Can I show you a picture?
I actually have a picture of my attackers.
I just took a picture of them.
I'm not even lying.
Check this out. Look at this.
That's my attackers.
That was one of the attackers.
owen shroyer
Oh, my gosh.
elijah schaffer
As though there might be white makeup on their face.
Clearly a white male. Well, yeah, I think it was a white male.
And even this one was them.
This was on security footage of them leaving the scene.
owen shroyer
Hold on, what is this now?
elijah schaffer
Let me see this. So this was my attacker here.
owen shroyer
Oh my gosh.
elijah schaffer
Look at that. Haunting.
Yeah, so it was clearly a white man.
And I'm not safe out here in California anymore.
owen shroyer
Well, I think the obvious answer is we need to ban Beto hats, maybe even ban Subway.
I mean, a Subway sandwich was used as an assault weapon against me.
So I think Subway sandwiches, at least footlongs, that's an assault sandwich.
elijah schaffer
An assault sub. Yeah, they're like...
They call the 6-inch an assault sub, but then you have the extended magazines, which go all the way up to 12 inches.
And there's so much... Seriously, it's so much salami.
Honestly, it becomes a sticky situation.
But when you get to the meat of all of it, I can tell you what, that it's, you know...
I can tell you that it's a dangerous place, but that's why I walk around with this so I can blend in.
Because in California, I walked around with this, by the way, for like 30 seconds, and I can tell you how many high-fives I got from people.
And I just high-fived them, and I went, yeah, you're crazy.
You're absolutely insane.
Because I loved it. Do we have another segment after this or no?
owen shroyer
Oh, well, I got another guest coming up, but maybe you can stick around.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I got a story.
Give me two more minutes.
owen shroyer
I got a good story for you. I bet Caitlyn would be okay if you stuck around.
But, you know, I think we need to start a new campaign.
You launched Trump Derangement Syndrome.
It's now viral. It's gone nationwide.
Kamala Harris is on board. We need to now get Kamala Harris to pass legislation to ban assault sub-sandwiches.
I mean, this is out of control.
Why do you need 12 inches of a sub sandwich when you can have six and be perfectly satisfied?
So I was assaulted by Subway sandwiches last night, and they had Beto hats on.
Actually, it was a Subway sandwich.
It wasn't even human. Subway sandwiches assaulted me.
They were wearing Beto hats and T-shirts.
I got hit with a tomato.
We need to ban assault subs nationwide.
alex jones
It's simple. If you want to beat the globalists, if you want to take on the new world order, I'm not doing Bitcoin pumping dumps with Jack Dorsey.
I'm not sitting here selling you cancer cures.
I'm not sitting here, you know, selling you late term abortion and all great it is.
I just go out and say, what is the top heart pill?
What is the top? Tumor is the best seller because it's anti-inflammatory.
And what's the best lab in the country?
Okay, they're the highest rated. I'm like, you're only 50% curcuminoid?
Well, yeah, they only put $5 product in the bottle, but that's still incredible, sir.
I'm like, what's the highest you could do a month later?
90, 95%.
No one's ever done it. I said, how much does that cost per bottle?
that cost $10.
No one's ever done that.
Sir, the average competitor is 3% to 5%.
The top brand is 50%.
I'm like, we're going to have 95% curcuminoid.
I mean, you understand, like, that's, like, our information is explosive.
Our fish oil.
I go out and I get the cleanest, the best.
My children take it.

You think I'm going to screw somebody over like one of these devil worshippers?

The globalists, the eugenicists are always talking down to us.

The War Room.
InfoWars.com forward slash show.
Warning, this broadcast contains subject matter that might trigger liberal snowflakes.
It's The War Room with Owen Schroyer.
owen shroyer
Alright, so here's the deal.
Caitlin Bennett is joining us in this segment.
But look, we're about equal opportunity here.
And we're about diversity.
And we're about affirmative action.
So what we're going to do is we're going to sacrifice some of Caitlin Bennett's time here because, after all, she's a white woman.
And we're going to give some of her time to Elijah Schaefer that's a black woman.
So don't ever say that War Room didn't do anything for affirmative action.
So, Elijah Schaefer wants to tell a story, and then we'll get Caitlin Bennett's reaction to this.
We've all been victimized by assault sub sandwiches.
So, Elijah, what is this story that we held you over?
We're all waiting to hear this.
We're all waiting. What happened?
elijah schaffer
Yes. Okay. First of all, big shout out to Caitlin Bennett.
Love her. She's awesome. But second of all, so, you know, I'm walking my producer down Hollywood Boulevard to the subway.
I stop by a Starbucks.
I grab a Starbucks because, you know, I want to support big liberal companies and keep a nice progressive America.
I'm walking down the street, and this is where we see what TDS is.
I'm walking down, and all of a sudden, I just...
I see a bunch of police cars coming around the corner of Vine and Hollywood, which is a major intersection.
And I go, please, please.
Because I'm going to tell you what, when you see a lot of police in LA, it's either because a rapper is getting shot and killed outside of his clothing store, or one other reason, which is...
What I heard. I hear the drums banging in the background and all I can start to hear is the voices come in.
No Trump! No KKK! No Fascist USA! And right as I'm turning the corner, this is just the other day, this is how I got this sign.
I'm telling the story. I merged with a protest on my way home because I live in Hollywood.
And as I merge in, they immediately notice me and they're like, the fascist is here!
But I was just walking home with a Starbucks.
Like I wasn't I wasn't smoliting either.
owen shroyer
Yeah, you had a Starbucks cup.
elijah schaffer
That makes you a fascist. Yeah, so I'm walking in and I'm like, no, I was telling them I'm not here to break up your protest.
I'm not even working. I was like, I'm not even working.
I was like, I'm just here. And they're like, I'm a black gay woman.
unidentified
Leave me alone. Yeah, I'm just walking with, like, a Starbucks, like, just walking home, like, he's here, he's here!
elijah schaffer
And they're pointing me, and the police are coming alongside, I'm going, guys, literally, my house is right here.
And so then I pulled out my live video, and I decided to start, like, just to show the world.
And then within, like, 30 seconds, I had more people on my live video than were at their protests.
Oh, easily. Watching on Instagram.
And I start zooming in, and I'm, like, rating them.
I'm like, oh, this is getting good, guys.
We've got a homeless person, which is fine to be homeless.
We've got a few homeless people. We've got a woman in a cart.
Pulling the sign. And I'm their enemy.
I'm like, bro, your enemy is probably, like, gingivitis because none of you look like you brushed your teeth in, like, at least six weeks.
Okay? You know, it's like, what you guys need is a laundromat and, like, a good etiquette on, like, not wearing stripes.
owen shroyer
The real story to me, though, you're just walking down the street and you just organically just mesh into a protest.
Like, you're like, oh, I just got...
Now I'm in the middle of a protest.
elijah schaffer
What the hell? Yeah, it's these guys.
And so then I'm walking and then somebody loses and forgets.
So I joined and I just started chanting and I just started passing out papers to people to show you how easy this went in.
And I just started, they gave me a stack of papers because someone didn't realize who I was.
They handed me a sign and they got really confused because I was like, no, I've joined your team.
And that quickly, that quickly, they accepted me.
I told them I'm no longer their enemy.
And I just wanted to raise awareness.
It's that easy to join.
And that's why people have TDS is because it's a way to be accepted and But sadly, it's a way to be accepted for being insane.
And that's all my story. Sorry, Caitlin.
I love your videos. You're growing way faster than me, though.
And Owen, you're like, you're not even the next big thing.
You're going to be bigger than everyone within like a few weeks.
owen shroyer
So, seriously. So, Caitlin, you've got a couple reports that you just filed.
So why don't you tell us what's happened, the latest, where you've gone out?
kaitlin bennett
Yeah, so ironically, I was supposed to speak at a gun rally and then I got a text from Alex's producers and they're like, Alex wants you to go to Michigan.
So I literally canceled everything I was doing.
I canceled my speaking engagement and I was like, I'm going to Michigan.
We literally packed our bags in like 20 minutes.
We headed over and I was like, man, if there's no protesters here, I'm going to be upset because that's what I go out and do.
I want to expose the protesters.
We all know that Trump supporters aren't crazy people like they like to say they are.
They like to make up hate crimes about them.
That's what you have to do to go after Trump supporters.
But these people, you just have to have, like, you just have to have an InfoWars microphone and they do all the work for you.
owen shroyer
Yeah, I got assaulted at the Beto rally.
The woman got arrested.
She assaulted me. Yeah, I saw that.
kaitlin bennett
I actually just watched that before I came on.
It's absolutely crazy. One thing I've noticed at this protest, and then even just walking around with the Infowars mic, they always scream at us, and then they put their hands all over us.
It's constant touching.
And it's usually by older men, for me, it's constant touching.
They want to touch the microphone, they want to push you.
owen shroyer
This happened to me again today at a rally, or they do this thing where they kind of, like, box you out, but they act like they don't know you're there.
So they're, like, kind of like, oh, yeah, and they put their butt in you, and they're like, oh, is someone behind me?
I didn't know. And it's like, you're clearly boxing me out.
elijah schaffer
Wait, wait, wait. Joe Biden is attending the protest where you're at, Caitlin?
You think there's creepy old men touching people?
kaitlin bennett
I wouldn't be surprised. I wouldn't be surprised because the first thing that I saw when I got to the protest was a giant balloon of Trump in a diaper.
And I instantly thought, I'm going to make a video asking these people why they're so obsessed with Trump in a diaper.
owen shroyer
Wait, the Trump diaper balloon made an appearance in Michigan?
kaitlin bennett
Yes. Oh my gosh!
balloon was huge and then they had little tiny balloons that everybody's walking around with.
And I asked them, I said, don't you think like you can't really you don't get the irony that it looks like you're celebrating Trump.
If someone was just walking past, they would see the biggest thing there is Trump.
And then there's tiny little Trump balloons that everyone's holding.
That's not a protest.
That's an obsession.
owen shroyer
No, it's part of Trump derangement syndrome.
And And before Elijah jumps, I kind of want to tell you a story that happened to me today.
So I went out.
Oh, actually, by the way, did my Beto O'Sroyer cow bit?
unidentified
Did you see that one, Elijah? No, but I will now.
owen shroyer
I need to get slightly offensive approval on the Beto O'Shroyer Cal video.
I just tweeted the video out, at least the condensed one.
The full live stream is on my Twitter.
But Elijah, so the same thing going to happen to me today.
I was at a pro-vaccine rally.
And I was there doing my thing. I did about an hour and a half live stream.
And so, you know, you finish up your live stream and you kind of gather your equipment, right?
And you get ready to do whatever's next.
For me, I was heading in studio. And so I'm literally leaving.
There's the woman getting arrested at the Beto rally.
But I'm leaving the pro-vaccine rally.
And, you know, I'm packing up my stuff and I'm leaving and I'm walking to the other side of the Capitol.
And there's another Democrat rally literally happening on the other side.
And it's all of these women bitching about not getting equal pay and all of this stuff.
And I'm like sitting there like, all right, I have to choose.
Do I eat lunch today or do I go live again and troll this women's event before I go on air?
I elected to eat lunch.
But it's wild because it's like, man, these protests, it's like they're everywhere now.
But it's laughable to me now.
elijah schaffer
It's a joke. Yeah, it's protest culture.
And I was going to say, you know, that's why, like, even with these balloons, like Caitlin said, you know, these people are ageist.
Like, it's like mocking Trump as a baby.
I happen to love babies, but from a party that likes to kill them and then call it a woman's right, I have no surprise that they would look at a baby and mock them.
On the other hand, it's like with these protests, there's so many of them, I don't even...
We need to go to half of them because it's like the same story over and over again.
It's like watching a schizophrenic on the streets of Hollywood yell in the air.
I've seen it before. I'm going to see it again.
But you know what? As long as they're marching through the streets with Trump while I was walking with them...
That night I walked past someone shooting heroin right on the street, just right in their arm in front of kids, just launching heroin.
So while Trump's the issue, people are dying from heroin, there's 55,000 homeless, the highest house pricing, the highest 70% higher energy costs, failing infrastructure, but yet Trump's bad and not their own Democratic politicians who are seriously and actually destroying the state.
And they're stepping over homeless people, stepping over people dying from typhus, yelling that Trump's a big bad baby.
I'm sure they did the same thing in Michigan.
owen shroyer
Sorry you had to go through that, Caitlin. Yeah, the bubonic plague is probably going to outbreak in California someday, and they'll probably blame Trump for that too.
All right, Elijah Schaefer, thank you so much.
Slightly offensive is where you can find him.
That's a black gay woman, and so we had to give her equal time to come on air here.
Caitlin Bennett is a white woman, so we don't really care too much about her opinion, but we'll hear from it anyway on the other side.
So Caitlin Bennett, though, is going to be with us on the other side.
We'll talk about her most recent experiences at the Trump rally in Michigan, where you do kind of find the most rabid protesters at a Trump rally.
I think that's because of the vicinity and the proximity to Donald Trump, like, drives them even more crazy.
Infowarsstore.com is how you support us.

Last segment of the War Room here.
owen shroyer
Brought to you by Infowarsstore.com.
Caitlin Bennett is with me.
And I got three things I want to talk to her about.
First... You know, Caitlin's been to a lot of different events, political events, protests, rallies, etc.
And it's my experience that for whatever reason, whenever Trump is in town, you get some of the most rabid protesters that you're ever going to see outside of a Trump rally.
Now, I will admit that they are starting to dwindle in their turnout numbers, but that hasn't stopped them from being insane.
Now, Caitlin Bennett, obviously, you've captured a lot of this on camera.
What did you witness, though, at the epic rally, Trump rally in Michigan?
kaitlin bennett
So just like you said, it was super tiny.
I even gave an interview to some local media and I was like, Grand Rapids, you guys, you got to do better than this.
Like, come on. There's a fraction of what Trump had inside out here.
It was so embarrassing. But ironically, it was the craziest protest I had ever been to.
The crowds might be getting smaller, but they are definitely getting crazier.
owen shroyer
Well, and I think that's almost like an equal opposite reaction type thing where they're like, oh, well, you know, we're kind of dwindling in numbers, so we got to be even more crazy.
kaitlin bennett
Yeah, they gotta ramp it up for, you know, their cousin that couldn't make it or, you know, maybe someone from work couldn't come to this protest this time.
But they're so mad.
There was one guy I interviewed.
He's like, I'm not here to protest.
I'm here to spread love.
And then I walk away and I come back about 30 minutes later and he's screaming at the Trump protesters and I'm like...
The pro-Trump people, and I said, I thought you were supposed to be spreading love.
And then he threatened me.
He said he was going to spread me, which is a sexual threat.
And I was like, you guys just, you flip.
It doesn't matter what it is.
You can say how much you support tolerance and love.
You will always be able to Film and expose these people because they do it to themselves.
They're not tolerant and they don't want to spread love.
They just want to threaten people who don't think like them.
owen shroyer
Yeah, and it's just, I mean, honestly, it's sad.
It has to be done, but it's sad that they go out here and they're all fired up and they think they're part of this movement, and all you have to do is challenge their intellectual ideas, their philosophy, just challenge it in any way, shape, or form, even in a small way, and they break down immediately because their whole paradigm is like a house of cards.
I mean, as soon as you push one card over, the whole house falls down.
kaitlin bennett
Oh, yeah. I was arguing with one guy over his NRA sign.
And, you know, I'm known as the gun girl.
So if someone's going to talk about guns, then I'm going to correct you.
Because I have to say that there's one topic I know a lot about.
It's guns and the Second Amendment.
And he's just rattling off all of these false statistics.
So I gave him some of mine.
He didn't understand it.
At the end of the video, I asked him repeatedly, what is an assault rifle?
We hear it all the time.
They don't know what assault weapon or assault rifles are.
There was actually a girl in the audience.
She googled it and she was like, wow, an AR-15 isn't an assault rifle.
And I was like, okay, so you learned something new today, right?
And she's like, yeah.
And I was like, well, I'm glad we were able to change your mind.
At least there was one person in the audience who went away thinking differently than when they had gotten there.
And she was She was a young girl.
She was probably in high school.
I think that was maybe one of the most profound moments because I was able to convince at least one person to change their mind about something.
owen shroyer
And there are those moments, actually.
There are those moments.
In fact, I think I had one on kind of a mass scale.
People were pointing this out to me.
When I was bullhorning the Beto supporters, this one actually didn't make my Twitter, but it is on YouTube.
It's titled Owen Troyer Bullhorns Beto Supporters or something along those lines.
And for a minute, when I first started bullhorning, they're all kind of yelling and screaming.
And then after I said something, they all started listening.
And people were pointing out, they're like, dude, actually they were listening to you.
For a second there, it was kind of strange, but every once in a while you can kind of hit that magical moment where you might actually get someone's attention or bend someone's ear and then open their mind, and then you never know what happens in the future, especially with young people.
But speaking of guns and gun legislation, have you seen this out of Pittsburgh, where the city council has just voted to ban...
Military-style assault weapons.
So now it's military-style.
So ambiguous stuff.
I mean, they use pistols in the military.
So what are they going to ban pistols to?
And of course, why? Because of the Tree of Life shooting.
But the logic here is obviously out of the...
Well, there is no logic.
I mean, what happens if someone comes to a church with an AR-15?
Oh, are you going to be glad that you had the gun legislation to stop you from having a gun?
Or are you going to wish you had a gun and call someone with a gun?
Just look at the Parkland school shooting where that school district voted to have armed security on campus.
I mean, that's making sense of it.
kaitlin bennett
Yeah, what's really sad about Pittsburgh is that I was there at the beginning of the year and I was a speaker at a protest at the City Hall in Pittsburgh.
And I directly spoke to the mayor and I said, I have a challenge for you.
I want you to come take people's guns.
Don't send the cops. Don't send your FBI buddies.
Don't send the ATF. I want you to do it.
Of course, that's not how it's going to work because they have to enforce gun control.
Through the barrel of a gun, which is so ironic.
I think it just goes over people's head.
Gun control is gun violence because it has to be enforced by guns, by the government.
And, you know, the whole rally was that they're not going to comply.
So the citizens in Pittsburgh have already said they won't comply with this.
You can pass it. You can make it law.
unidentified
You can come to my house. Wasn't it the sheriff said, too, he wouldn't comply?
owen shroyer
Was that the sheriff? Or was that a different county?
I'm not sure. That may have been in Colorado, actually.
kaitlin bennett
I'm sorry. Go ahead. Yeah, I did hear about Colorado.
I'm not sure about Pittsburgh.
But the person who ran the rally, they were so passionate about what they were doing.
And they were so upset.
They were mad. They were upset.
But most importantly, they were disappointed.
They have felt like they had been disrespected.
Because it's against...
Pennsylvania's state constitution for cities to enact ordinances like this.
So it'll be challenged in court.
I don't think that they will win because they actually tried to do it in Erie, actually in Pennsylvania in Erie, and they lost there because they tried to enforce some stupid gun control there.
It'll get challenged in court.
I don't think it'll win, but it's stupid that we, well, not we because I'm not part of Pennsylvania, but My friends over there and my fellow gun owners have to go through this crap because of something they never did, because of something that one deranged person did.
None of my friends over there would ever commit something like that, so I feel really bad for them.
owen shroyer
And let's kind of boil this down to a personal level.
There was a video that went viral.
It was out of Brazil, which it was a man attempting to do God knows what to a woman.
You know, the worst, obviously, rape and murder.
You know, the least, maybe just mug and rob.
But the point is, this guy's stalking a woman.
Gets out of the car, goes up to her, and is getting ready to physically confront her and do whatever he planned on doing when the woman pulls out a gun and shoots him and is able to get away safely.
Here's a story from CNN. A Boston Uber driver arrested on rape charges is placed on ICE detainer.
So, you know, you have a woman who gets sexually assaulted by an Uber driver who couldn't defend herself.
It just so happens this guy was an illegal immigrant and was able to work for Uber, but that's kind of a separate deal.
The point is, you know, for the left to sit here, in fact, I told you, I was at a women's, it was like some women's organization rally today where they're, you know, saying, oh my gosh, women don't have equal pay or whatever.
Well, let's be perfectly real.
If you boil that down, you'll find out women probably do have equal pay.
In some cases, they may even make more, but disregard that.
It's a biological fact that women don't have the muscle mass and the bone density of men.
That's why they can be physically confronted and not have a chance in many times.
So guess what? Women need guns to defend themselves from brutal, disgusting men that want to rape them.
Why does that tend to just not be a women's issue for all these women that march against everything?
Why don't they want the right to defend themselves?
kaitlin bennett
It's that they want to put the blame on men.
And this is something I've thought about.
Every time I say, you know, when we're talking about a pro-life or abortion issue, it's, what if a woman's raped?
And I always bring up, you know what will stop a woman from being raped?
Firearms. Give her a gun.
And then it always turns into, tell the men not to rape.
They want to blame men.
You can't blame men anymore if you have the means to defend yourself.
We can't, you know, they want women to be victims.
owen shroyer
You can't blame men.
It's a rapist.
It's a rapist.
He's trying to rape somebody.
kaitlin bennett
Yeah, it's the one thing I have always heard and I've thought about this.
It's because they hate men so much.
They want to be able for women to be left defenseless.
They have to have a society, a population of victims so that they can turn on their emotions and that they can get their votes.
They can say, oh, we have this going on with men, this going on with men.
You don't get equal pay.
And it's just a whole whirlwind of issues.
But if you start giving women their right to free speech, They're right to self-defense.
You're going to find out that we aren't victims and we're not going to be treated as victims.
owen shroyer
Another woman got into the wrong Uber and she got killed.
If she would have a gun, she'd probably be alive.
