| In June of 2012, when President Obama deferred action against the Dreamers, you said this. | ||
| Forty years ago, Richard Nixon was hounded out of office, supposedly, for his illegal actions. | ||
| And I'm telling you that whatever Nixon did pales in comparison to just this move by Obama today. | ||
| In November of 2014, on reports that Mr. | ||
| Obama was going to protect Millions of parents of dreamers, you said this. | ||
| We can't just stand idly by and try to find some political opportunity while the president basically shreds the Constitution and flushes it down the toilet. | ||
| So here's my question, Rush. | ||
| I understand that you like politics. | ||
| What President Trump is doing, and you didn't like what President Obama was doing. | ||
| But that's the concern here, is that to the degree that you give the president more and more powers, yes, you're going to get some things, executive powers from one president you like, but you're going to get things, executive powers from another president that you don't like. | ||

| I don't. I look at it right and wrong. | ||
| And what Obama was doing was furthering this existing problem in a... | ||
| Okay, well, thanks for playing, but that's the wrong answer. | ||
| The answer is staring you right in the face. | ||
| DACA was wrong. | ||
| Russia was right about that. And like I've said before, conservatives will now accept what was clearly unconstitutional, what was clearly wrong five years ago, eight years ago, and they won't oppose it. | ||
| And they won't end it. | ||
| And that's my concern with President Trump, that he won't end DACA. He is using it as a bargaining chip. | ||
| It is still wrong. | ||
| It is still an evil policy. | ||
| And it is still an overreach. | ||
| No, the answer is not that that was wrong, but this is right, so I support this. | ||
| Now, what Obama did on these issues, what he did with DACA, but specifically, the answer lies in Obamacare itself. | ||
| When all these people are saying... | ||
| We've never had the narrative, and you're going to hear this again. | ||
| We've never had a situation where a president declared an emergency or whatever and overruled Congress who didn't want to fund his agenda. | ||
| Oh, yes, we did. We had it with Obamacare. | ||
| The Congress did not fund the subsidies. | ||
| As a matter of fact, when Obama stole the money for the subsidies from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investors, he called it a net asset sweep. | ||
| When he stole that money, the Congress took him to court, as they were going to take President Trump to court. | ||
| And they won in court. | ||
| And guess what? They ignored that. | ||
| Unlike President Trump, when you have a decision and go against him from a federal judge who just bows down and stops what he's doing, they continued. | ||
| They said, well, we're going to appeal that and we're going to continue that. | ||
| And we could have ended the Obamacare subsidies if Jeff Sessions and his successors in the Trump Department of Justice would have just stopped the appeal on the illegal theft for subsidies for Obamacare. | ||
| President Trump is saying, I'm going to use an executive order to defend America to defend our borders. | ||
| But what Obama did was say, I'm going to ignore the fact that Congress didn't appropriate any money for my Obamacare subsidies. | ||
| Furthermore, I'm going to steal the money from private investors over here who were told that they could buy mortgages that were backed by the federal government. | ||
| Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac mortgages. | ||
| Now that the crisis is over and those are in the black instead of in the red, I'm going to take the surplus funds in there. | ||
| there, I'm going to steal them, and I'm going to use it to find Obamacare. | ||

| Bernie 2020. Clearly, he's done so much for this country. | ||
| It's really interesting because, you know, all of those headlines, the way it presented all of those arguments right there really made it seem like he had accomplished something. | ||
| None of those were accomplishments. | ||
| There wasn't a single accomplishment in that entire list. | ||
| It was all, started a conversation. | ||
| Called Donald Trump a racist. | ||
| Said we don't tear children from mother's arms. | ||
| If they commit a crime, that's exactly what we do. | ||
| And, you know, pretty often we're tearing children away from human traffickers' arms. | ||
| We gotta figure that type of stuff out. | ||
| Bernie, feel the burn. | ||
| I mean, it is gonna be annoying hearing college-age socialists berate me constantly on the internet trying to get me to elect this man. | ||
| That's gonna be annoying. But it's just – I mean, I guess this is the world that Bernie Sanders created. | ||
| This is the socialist-leaning Democratic Party that Bernie Sanders helped put a light to, helped spark that fire. | ||
| But I have a couple – Interesting observations here that I've not seen anybody else make, despite the fact that this has been known for at least six months, more like eight months, if you're counting. | ||
| And that is that last year, on June 8th, 2018, the Democratic Party changed their rules. | ||
| They changed their rules to say that you are not allowed to run as an independent. | ||
| In fact, I'll read here. | ||
| This is from The Hill. DNC panel adopts rule requiring candidates to run serve as Democrats. | ||
| This new rule, adopted by the DNC's Rules and Bylaws Committee, requires all Democratic presidential candidates to be a member of the Democrat Party. | ||
| At the time that they announce their candidacy. | ||
| So, he's not a Democrat. | ||
| He's an Independent. So, does this mean that he is not running on the Democratic ticket? | ||
| Will he not be primaried with the Democrats? | ||
| Is he running as an Independent? | ||
| Do the Independents have that type of structure nationwide to actually mount a national campaign as a third party against the Democrats? | ||
| I don't know. They might. | ||
| I mean, there is... Billions of dollars pouring into the Democratic Socialists of America or the Justice Democrats, these proto-socialist, proto-communist groups. | ||
| And quick clarification for anybody out there that is a liar and tries to say that Bernie Sanders is not a socialist, he calls himself a Democratic Socialist. | ||
| And this is a political show, and I don't want to have to sit here and break down grammar to you But one of these is the adjective and one of them is the noun, okay? | ||
| Democratic, socialist. | ||
| If we think all the way back to our third grade English book, we know that democratic is the adjective and socialist is the noun, is the subject, not the descriptor. | ||
| So I'm just, you know, I just want to clarify that because socialists are liars and schemers. | ||
| And right now, what they've done is Really done an admirable job at undermining the Democratic Party and insinuating themselves into the Democratic Party and creating an almost parallel system of socialist candidates. | ||
| Oh, but that aren't socialists. | ||
| Oh, but they're not socialists. Sure, they call themselves socialists, but they're democratic socialists. | ||
| So this is just sort of laying the groundwork for what we can expect from Bernie Sanders. | ||
| So I guess, I mean, I think as far as I can read the rules, unless somebody knows something I don't, he is not able to run on the Democratic ticket. | ||
| They changed the laws in June 2018 specifically to keep Bernie Sanders, or people like him, out of the political process. | ||
| Now, since the 2016 election, apparently they've gone through and Lower the amount of influence that the superdelegates have, which would give not-establishment Democrats more of a leg up, because instead of just strictly a coronation, as happened with Hillary Clinton, it would be more of a fair run at it. | ||
| But it's not going to be fair. | ||
| It's already been decided. This is the funniest part about this whole thing. | ||
| Bernie Sanders enters the race. | ||
| I mean, everybody who supports Bernie is just ecstatic. | ||
| They all knew this was coming. This is it. | ||
| They're going to do it this time. | ||
| I mean, last time, Bernie Sanders did sell you out. | ||
| Do you remember that? Do you remember last time when Bernie Sanders just gave up and just gave all of his money to Hillary except for the little bit he kept for himself to maybe buy a house or a fancy car? | ||
| You know, socialism. | ||
| That's socialism, right? Do you remember that? | ||
| Do you remember that he took all your money and then just handed it to evil personified Hillary Clinton? | ||
| Is he going to do that again? | ||
| I don't know. Maybe. Is he going to survive the candidacy? | ||
| That's doubtful. I mean, the man is 77 years old. | ||
| He was, you know, older than necessary last time. | ||
| Now he's four years older. | ||
| But this is the funniest part. | ||
| Early polls show him far ahead of the rest of the pack and trailing only former Vice President Joe Biden in the nascent 2020 field. | ||
| So that's right. He's not a Democrat, so he won't be able to run on the Democratic ticket. | ||
| But that's who he's being bunched in with. | ||
| So his announcement, his big start, and he's got all of this stuff behind him. | ||
| He's doing so well that he's only in second place behind somebody who hasn't announced that they're running yet. | ||
| That's right. He's started off losing. | ||
| He has begun his campaign losing to somebody who has not announced that they're running yet. | ||
| Bernie Sanders, ladies and gentlemen, he's off to a fantastic start. | ||
| I say everybody, just send your money to him. | ||
| Just start flooding him, all the money that you have. | ||
| He needs a new house. He needs a new car. | ||
| Hillary Clinton is still waiting on back payments from the 2016 campaign. | ||

| Kamala Harris starts stammering after being asked about her Jussie Smollett lynching tweet. | ||
| So obviously the Jussie Smollett story has just utterly collapsed at this point, leaving a lot of very embarrassing tweets up on the internet. | ||
| Here's Kamala Harris's. It says, Jussie Smollett is one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know, and I'm praying for his quick recovery. | ||
| This was an attempted modern-day lynching. | ||
| No one should have to fear for their life because of their sexuality or color of their skin. | ||
| Doesn't it just bring a tear to your eye? | ||
| Now, meanwhile, of course, you have to know that she was passing an anti-lynching bill At this time and used this story as a sort of soapbox to stand on and promote the idea that this lynching bill was even necessary. | ||
| I mean, am I crazy? | ||
| Does lynching still exist? | ||
| Does that still happen if it's not being faked by the Democrats? | ||
| I mean, these are the people that are telling you 5 million Latin Americans saying, yeah, I'm coming to America next year. | ||
| That's not an emergency. | ||
| 2,000 people a day that we know of crossing the southern border, not an emergency. | ||
| But apparently lynching. | ||
| Apparently lynching is just rampant. | ||
| I mean, there must have been, what, one lynching in the last 10 years? | ||
| This is what our legislature should be involved in. | ||
| Now, you know, quick reminder that every single state has an anti-lynching bill. | ||

| He says, frauds are everywhere, y'all. | ||
| Y'all. Where's this guy from? | ||

Shep, candidates here are being confronted with questions about whether or not they were too quick to condemn the attackers in the Jussie Smollett case, including Senator Kamala Harris, who needed a minute to think about whether or not she stood by her previous comment that the attack was an attempted modern-day lynching. | ||

| Well, great. You know, I want to start off this discussion with a question I'm not sure I've heard you answer before. | ||
| It's a simple one. What does it mean to be a man, Jesse? | ||
| What it means to be a man is to love what's right with all your heart, soul, and might, and have faith in what is right, and just be a perfect example. | ||
| So that your wife and children and the rest of the world can see the right way to go. | ||
| Alright, very concise. | ||
| You know, I've heard you ask so many people that question, and I don't know if I've ever heard you ask that question, and I figured you would have a concise and clearly thought-out answer. | ||
| And the reason I ask is because every interview I watch with you and you ask that question, I always think to myself, what's my definition of being a man? | ||
| And to me, it has a lot to do with self-sufficiency, of self-reliance, not depending on another person, because then you I mean, you can't be free, you can't do what you want if you are at the beck and call of someone who controls you by giving you everything that you want. | ||
| So that's maybe my clumsy segue into this announcement of Bernie Sanders and socialism and how I think it's sort of, you know, this all-encompassing idea of you really can't be free, you really can't be a man or a free woman If you are dependent on anybody, most especially the state. | ||
| So I just want to get your response to this announcement that Bernie Sanders, the socialist, will be running for president and wants to make us all children again, just suckling off the teat of government. | ||
| I know. I wasn't surprised that he announced that he was going to run. | ||
| You've got to realize that Bernie Sanders is a beta male. | ||
| He's not a real man. | ||
| And I think, well not I think, I know that men today don't realize their role in life. | ||
| You know, I have faith in God and God said that men are the light of the world and the salt of the earth. | ||
| And so we have a responsibility to lead the right way by being a good example. | ||
| And socialism is not the right way to go because socialism does not work. | ||
| It cripples you. | ||
| It doesn't enhance you. | ||
| It doesn't cause you to grow and become all that you were created to be by God. | ||
| And I don't believe that Bernie Sanders has a chance of ever becoming the president of this great nation because he is a socialism. | ||
| If you want to know what socialism looked like in America already, look at the black community. | ||
| Black men and women, boys and girls, are relying on the government. | ||
| They look for someone else to think for them, to do for them. | ||
| They fight you over free stuff. | ||
| They want free Obama phones. | ||
| They want free government handouts. | ||
| They want free affirmative action. | ||
| And it wasn't that way when I was growing up. | ||
| I grew up, as you know, down in Alabama under the Jim Crow laws on a plantation. | ||
| I was born on a plantation. | ||
| And we worked hard. | ||
| We had character. | ||
| The people got married. | ||
| They set a good example for us. | ||
| They didn't beg for anything or try to take anything away from each other. | ||
| But when that stupid civil rights movement started, it crippled black people like nothing else in the history of America. | ||
| Socialism is not the right way to go. | ||
| So Bernie doesn't have a chance. | ||
| And I believe that this is his last chance to run for president because he's in his late 70s now, I believe, and he won't have another chance. | ||
| But America, as a great white hope said, America would not become a socialist society. | ||
| Yeah, and, you know, I... I want that so badly to be the truth, and I do have faith in the American people that we're not as far down the road as the media wants to make it seem like we are. | ||
| But I don't know. You sound pretty confident. | ||
| Are you that confident? Because we see polls every day that especially the younger people prefer socialism over capitalism. | ||
| There is a chance, there is a risk that this groundswell of uninformed people that don't want to achieve anything, have no love for the truth, that they are going to come out in force and support somebody like Bernie. | ||
| But are you that confident that socialism is not going to take a hold in America? | ||
| No, it won't. | ||
| You're right. There are some young people who have been brainwashed, dumbed down, and demoralized. | ||
| Because their parents fail them first. | ||
| Because if you don't have perfect parents, you're set up to be deceived by the world. | ||
| And so you have some young people, and we saw an example of those people who voted for Otaz, Alexander Cortez, out of New York. | ||
| But I'm telling you, man, I'm talking to millennials and now Generation Z, and they are not for that. | ||
| They're waking up to a reality. | ||
| As a matter of fact, Generation Z... It's more wiser of what's happening than millennials are. | ||
| Millennials are waking up as well, but they're not for socialism. | ||
| They're not for abortion. You can find some, but majority are not. | ||
| But the media is giving the impression that majority of young people are for socialism, and it's just not true. | ||
| And I call the media the children of the lie. | ||
| The children of the law, the liberal media, the Democratic Party, the rhino Republicans, and the Neva Trumpers, they're putting an illusion out there in hopes that they will take away your hope that we will have a socialist society. | ||
| It's not going to work. | ||
| It just will not work. | ||
| Yeah, and they always try to present socialism as if, I mean, in the video that we showed earlier, Bernie Sanders' announcement video, he says, you know, they don't like this top-down type of policies, but to me, that's what socialism is. | ||
| It's top-down. It's, you know, we're going to tell everybody else what to do, whereas conservatism and liberty is about giving the people the right to do whatever they want, and then, you know, what they do filters up to the top, or at least they decide, the greater mass of people decide. | ||
| How are they able to pretend that socialism is somehow not top-down? | ||
| To me, it seems like it clearly is. | ||
| Because they're liars. | ||
| They're deceivers. And they're children of the lies, so they can't tell the truth. | ||
| They're not going to tell you the truth because their greatest desire is power and wealth. | ||
| And so if they told you the truth, then you're not going to follow the lies, right? | ||
| So don't expect them to tell you the truth. | ||
| I mentioned the black community. | ||
| At one point, most black people were Republicans, and they understood the principles of individual thinking and hard work and self-reliance and set a good example for your children. | ||
| Teach them to work from day one, because when they become old, they'll be able to take care of themselves as well. | ||
| But once the civil rights movement started, that all changed. | ||
| The family was destroyed. | ||
| And the first thing they do is screw up the family, especially the father. | ||
| Get the fathers out of the way so that you will not have a perfect example. | ||
| And then they know that the mothers and children are going to follow because women need somebody to help take care of them, right? | ||
| So they addict you to government programs. | ||
| They find other people to think for you and tell you what to do. | ||
| And so that's where Bernie Sanders and other of the liberals who are pushing socialism, they won't tell you the real truth because they want you to believe in them. | ||
| And once you believe a lie, it's hard to believe the truth because we live by faith. | ||
| That's why we have to be careful what we believe because whatever you believe in believes in you and it will control you. | ||
| So the Democrats, the liberal media, the rightos and others are pushing lies because they have to deceive you. | ||
| And I want to add real fast that there are more people supporting the great white hope than what the media and others will want you to believe. | ||
| Look at his rallies. | ||
| Whenever the president holds rallies, everybody and their mama show up for those rallies. | ||
| So if these people are not supporting the president, while they're showing up at rallies, they're wearing mega hats and t-shirts and shirts and things with the president on it, the president has great support because the folks love that he's putting the country first. | ||
| They absolutely do. | ||
| And if you've ever been to one of those rallies, you feel the love pulsating around you. | ||
| People are just so happy to be there. | ||
| They drive for hundreds of miles just to go and listen to his speech. | ||
| So, alright, you've encouraged me a little bit. | ||
| I'm not quite as scared of socialism as I was earlier. | ||

| Because the undocumented person doesn't have all of the rights that a legal citizen would have. | ||
| So you can justify paying less. | ||

And then you can justify paying less to your original employee because there are plenty of people who could take their job, right? | |
| You're like, well, you know what? If you want to keep at least any loaves of bread and feed your family, you're going to have to take less money now, okay? | ||
| Now, you look at that and you say, hold on, why don't we just eliminate the undocumented person and get five while the boss still gets 15 loaves of bread? | ||
| Because I was getting five last year and that was better than three. | ||
| And you're right. That is better. | ||

| However, What I advocate for is taking away from the boss 15 loaves of bread, helping him have 10 loaves of bread, and then taking the rest of the 10 loaves of bread and distributing it evenly amongst the other employees. | ||
| So all of a sudden you have seven, or you have eight, and your new friend, who is the undocumented citizen who came in, has seven. | ||
| Is that a question? No, this is the difference between your outlook and mine. | ||

| He literally just comes out and says, I am a Marxist. | ||
| And he's just like, yeah, I'm just dumb, I guess. | ||

| But that's pretty unique because most of the time you have these guys on, whether it's... | ||
| Him, or I can't even remember the guy's name. | ||
| He looks a little bit like an alien. | ||
| But anyway, they just lie. | ||
| They just never say what they mean. | ||
| They're always like, oh, well, what do you mean by that? | ||
| Or, well, it depends on the definition of this. | ||
| And they're just slimy. | ||
| And all you do is you're just like, answer the question. | ||
| Answer the question. And they're just always kind of slimy. | ||
| And it's something, I mean, we're talking about this Jussie Smollett case. | ||
| It's like just lying and being disappointed. | ||
| It's something innate in these people. | ||
| That's right. And they are accustomed to going to other interviews and they'll make statements, but the interviewer will not follow up with it and make sure they answer the question because they don't want it to be known that they're lying, that they're making up stuff. | ||

| And so that's one of the reasons I stick with the question. | ||
| Answer the question that I ask. | ||
| Don't try to run away from it. | ||
| And we got to do this because we have to expose these people for what they are doing. | ||
| I received a letter today from a 13-year-old girl out of San Francisco. | ||
| And she was like, I really want to thank you, Jesse. | ||
| Because I was being brainwashed. | ||
| I believed into all of that stuff. | ||
| And I've been watching your YouTube videos. | ||
| And I realize now that I've been lied to. | ||
| And you're making me see what the real truth is. | ||
| So we got to present it in a way where kids, young and old, can wake up and really see what's going on. | ||
| And with this Jesse Smollett issue, look at this guy. | ||
| He just apparently lied. | ||
| And it's been reported that he made up the whole thing. | ||
| He set it up. | ||
| He and the two guys from Jamaica, wherever they came from, they rehearsed this whole thing before the night of when they carried it out. | ||
| The black guys apparently bought the noose and he paid them to do it. | ||
| But these people have been accustomed to getting away with lying on white people and pretending that they've been attacked by whites. | ||
| And then you have Kamala Harris and Cory Booker and Tim Scott, the Republican guy, passing or introducing some kind of lynching bill in the House when this didn't even happen. | ||
| So you can accuse white people, don't have to prove anything, just say it. | ||
| People jump on board. | ||
| And when they find out that the blacks lied about the white people, everybody just walk away. | ||
| No apology or anything. | ||
| And they wait for the next lie to come along. | ||
| We can't have this happen in our country, Harrison. | ||
| We gotta stop it. | ||
| Yeah, it seems like, I mean, especially with the Jussie Smoltz thing, it's like he didn't even try. | ||
| I mean, they just expect to get away with this stuff. | ||
| He doesn't even put any effort into faking the crime. | ||
| He just assumes that no one's going to ask questions, no one's going to look into it, they're just going to hold him up as a hero. | ||
| And the craziest thing about that was that at some point the police came to him and said, we have two suspects, and he said, you know, great, let's press charges. | ||
| and he found out it was his friends or whatever and said, okay, no, let's not do it. | ||
| So what that means to me is he was essentially willing to convict or testify against two innocent people to put this agenda forward. | ||
| I mean, they really don't care who they hurt to get their agenda forward, what lies they have to tell. | ||
| It's pathological, it seems to me. | ||
| It's psychotic. | ||
| And especially if it's lies against white people and especially concerning blacks, We've seen this over and over and over again. | ||
| We saw it with the Tawana Brawley situation when a black girl in New York accused white officers of beating her, raping her, and doing other things. | ||
| Al Sharpton jumped on board. | ||
| White people became afraid. | ||
| And those officers' lives were destroyed. | ||
| No one came back and apologized. | ||
| I don't know if Al Sharpton even paid retribution for that. | ||
| and no one cares their offices lives are destroyed because they're white people and then we have seen it happen on colleges college campuses around the country where white people been accused of being racist and and no one cares everybody just accused them and walk away from it we saw it with the dupe lacrosse case where a black slutty woman accused white men of raping her we found out that wasn't true no big deal | ||
| and so i'm sure jesse small and thought that he could get away with the same thing because if blacks are accusing whites no one cares This can't continue. | ||
| This is not the American way. | ||
| White Americans got to stand up. | ||
| Speak up for themselves and start fighting back in the right way before it's too late. | ||
| Because we're going to have a race war if this continues. | ||
| Because white people are not going to put up with this line and false accusations and all these things happening to them. | ||
| That's why you just get tired and say, I'm not going to take it anymore. | ||
| And I don't want a race war. | ||
| I want this to end before it happens. | ||
| And the only way that it's going to end is that white Americans have to stand up. | ||
| Yeah, and that reminds me of something you brought up in the last segment, and that's this idea of how the black community has been destroyed in the last 40 or 50 years through civil rights, because often when people talk about socialism, we point to places like Venezuela, but you don't need to go that far. | ||
| Just look at just a little bit of this government support will destroy an entire community over time. | ||
| That's right. I tell the people all the time, if you want to know what it looked like when fathers and mothers are not together, married, raising their children, if you want to know what socialism looked like, if you want to know what happens as a result of how the violent crime come about, how out of wedlock birth come about, how each generation just beg and beg, wimp and whine without earning their way, just look at the black community. | ||

| And in that way, my case will be before an Obama-appointed judge, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the same judge who dismissed the Benghazi claims against Hillary Clinton and presided over Paul Manafort's trial. | ||
| When I discussed that earlier today on an Instagram feed, a photograph of Judge Jackson was used that had an occult symbol in the background. | ||
| It was a photo that was not photoshopped by me or my people but taken off the internet. | ||
| But then some have said, well, that was really a crosshair. | ||
| It wasn't, but let me be very clear. | ||
| Any inference that I meant to threaten the judge or disrespect the judge or disrespect the court is false. | ||
| That decision is not appealable. | ||
| Therefore, I will go to trial in Judge Jackson's courtroom. | ||
| And any inference that I was in any way Disparaging her beyond my disappointment about these other cases is false. | ||
| So I apologize for that impression if anyone got it. | ||
| This was, again, an image taken from the Internet. | ||
| Now, I took it down because it was open to misinterpretation. | ||
| And there's a thousand stories now from the usual suspects saying Roger Stone posted a photo of Judge Jackson with the crosshairs on it. | ||
| That is false. | ||
| That was not my intention. | ||
| And I apologize if anybody got that impression. | ||
| That was not the intent of my posting. | ||
| Hopefully we have now dealt with this because, as you might imagine, my phone is exploding. | ||
| And many of those are following the lead of CNN. As you know, Friday, CNN reported that for the first time, the special counsel says he has evidence of Roger Stone's communications with WikiLeaks. | ||
| Well, of course he does. | ||
| I turned them over to the House Intelligence Committee over a year ago. | ||
| They are benign. | ||
| First of all, they're ex post facto. | ||
| They take place after the posting of the stolen emails, and they're innocuous. | ||
| They show no evidence of collusion or conspiracy or coordination, as I have said all along. | ||
| So the fake news continues to make me a favorite target. | ||
| This latest Tempest is a perfect example of it. | ||
| But hopefully here at the War Room, I've had the opportunity to lay out the facts. | ||
| It is categorically false that I meant to either threaten the judge or disrespect the court or disrespect the judge for that matter. | ||

| I mean, this was... This was a big story, and the question you have to ask is, why? | ||

| It was completely fabricated, completely nonsensical, and you can just go down the line. | ||
| So the story says, and of course if you go to Twitter, if you go to one of these leftist mainstream news sites, What you see is very cut and dry. | ||
| It says, you know, Roger Stone tweeted out, judge in crosshairs, clear threat. | ||
| I mean, it was just, if you were to just read the description of it, you would think that Roger Stone is just insane and tweeted out this picture, you know, calling for the assassination of a judge. | ||
| It was nothing like that. | ||
| And again, you can just go down the list and go, okay, first of all, these literally doesn't even look like crosshairs. | ||
| I don't know if these people don't shoot guns, but it doesn't look like crosshairs. | ||
| It looks like a cross in a circle. | ||
| It looks like an occult or some forms of Christianity use this circle with a cross in it. | ||

| They're actually demanding that he appear in court over this Instagram post, over this utterly innocuous, utterly unexceptional Instagram post. | ||
| Well, now he's got to actually go to court over this. | ||
| Now, some people were insinuating that this was somehow violation of his gag order, but his gag order was basically that he's not allowed to talk to the press about the case near the courthouse. | ||
| You know, press restrictions, I don't understand that either. | ||
| And of course they also, they try to demonize him for claiming that Mueller is a deep state hitman. | ||
| Well, he is. That's what he is. | ||
| That's what he is employed to do. | ||
| That's what he's been for decades. | ||

| They really do their job to drive out conservatives. | ||

| Even if they're supporting positions that we support, now we have to change our mind just to be against Trump. | ||
| It's absolutely ridiculous. | ||
| And then, of course, the underlying insinuation there is that places like InfoWars don't exist. | ||
| We're not the real media. | ||
| We don't exist. | ||
| People don't listen to us. | ||
| They don't get their news from us. | ||
| No, no, we're unpersoned. | ||
| We're not allowed on the Internet. | ||
| It's kind of ridiculous, but that's the world that they're trying to build up. | ||

| He's constantly saying, look, all you have to do is report things accurately. | ||
| He's like, I'm not mad. | ||
| I won't be mad if you report things accurately that make me look bad. | ||
| It's about making him look bad on purpose. | ||
| It's about Choosing stories by design to make him look bad or ignoring good things that happen because they don't go along with your narrative. | ||
| And what you have to understand is that this is a Soviet understanding of the purpose of the media. | ||
| This is a socialistic, communistic understanding of the media in the same way that what's happening in the Oscars that are upcoming is a socialistic Soviet style of art or of award ceremonies. | ||

| What inspired you to do that, and how's that been, putting your voice out there? | ||
| Well, back in 2013, I decided I was going to run for U.S. Congress. | ||
| And I'm actually from the same town as Alex Jones. | ||
| I'm from Rockwall, Texas, originally. | ||
| So I ran for U.S. Congress there, and my eyes were wide open. | ||
| That previous clip that you had running into the show where Alex talks about, you'll never know until you've been the target of media manipulation. | ||
| That happened to me. | ||
| The Dallas Morning News... | ||
| I had a huge social media following, and we were just grassroots. | ||
| You know, I'm not a wealthy guy. | ||
| I just wanted to, as a combat veteran, I wanted to run on things that I cared about. | ||
| And the Dallas Morning News, they did the same thing to me. | ||
| They lure you in. They talk to you really nice. | ||
| Oh, we care about your past. | ||
| And tell us about you and your struggles as a combat vet returning home. | ||
| And I thought it was a great interview, so I told my family, hey, tune in. | ||

| As a matter of fact, they used in the headline, they said, Army vet who struggled with PTSD runs against Rep. | ||
| Ralph Hall. And I don't have PTSD. I've never been diagnosed with that, so apparently the Dallas Morning News is a medical organization. | ||
| And they basically cut my legs out from underneath me before I even had a chance to get running. | ||
| So, you know, it worked out where I got a great education. | ||
| I ended up being friends with the Congressman Ralph Hall there. | ||
| He was the last serving World War II combat veteran. | ||
| And I really wasn't running against him so much as for the ideas that I had. | ||
| And it was his last term. | ||
| So long story short, I took a break after that. | ||
| And I've just been focusing on I've written a few articles. | ||
| I've done a lot of research. | ||
| I had a radio show back in Dallas in 2013 and 2014. | ||
| So what I did was I just focused on my family for a while. | ||
| But after the election of Donald Trump, I was really just wanting to devote anything I did politically to helping the president and his agenda. | ||
| But as you and I both know, the president was elected, but the deep state and the globalist alliance and the media apparatus have not allowed him To actually fully function as president constitutionally. | ||
| So I just decided to get a little active again and just bits and pieces. | ||
| But Roger Stone being arrested the way he was, that really put me over the edge. | ||
| That's what I decided. | ||
| I've got an opportunity to go live. | ||
| I'm going to do that here in San Antonio. | ||

| Now, it's pretty easy for me to extrapolate that and go, yeah, I'm pretty sure they're wrong about everything that I read in the newspaper. | ||
| But it's amazing. | ||
| People don't – people really seem to trust the mainstream media. | ||
| What was your awakening to this? | ||
| Was it the Congress congressional run or – Before that, were you a little bit suspicious? | ||
| I know you mentioned sort of an awakening while you were in the Army. | ||
| Was that part of it, too? What was your process of awakening? | ||
| It absolutely was. In 2004, I came home from Iraq, which was my last tour overseas. | ||
| And at the same time I got home, Ronald Reagan passed away. | ||
| And two things happened to me at the same time. | ||
| That was June 2004. | ||
| I was finishing up the book by Patrick J. Buchanan, The Death of the West. | ||
| And I spent a day and a half in Washington, D.C., paying my respects to President Reagan. | ||
| And while I was there, the thought just hit me like a ton of bricks. | ||
| You know, the people that were claiming to be the successors of his legacy, the George W. Bushes and Dick Cheneys of the world, the neocons, I just said these guys are nothing like President Reagan. | ||
| And I'm reading Patrick Buchanan, who worked for Nixon, and he's telling me things that I never hear in these other conservative outlets that I grew up listening to. | ||
| And I said, I'm going to do more research. | ||
| I really want to look into really the civilizational question of You know, the whole collapsing borders, the populations of native-born that are declining, immigrant invasions, the whole nine. | ||
| I'm like, we're over here spending trillions in the Middle East when really the fight is here at home. | ||
| It's internal. And it's really a different way of looking at things, but it's the correct way. | ||
| And so I spent years just building up a certain amount of antagonism to the neoconservatives, and then that led to understanding the globalists. | ||
| And it was just a series of events leading to my worldview, which is there's those of us who want a country. | ||
| There's those of us who want to be proud to live and work in the United States and raise a family. | ||
| And then there's those on the other side who want a new world order, a global government, No borders, no walls, no USA at all. | ||
| And those people are my enemy. | ||

| And the amount of force used, I believe there was twice as many people that were on this from the bin Laden raid. | ||
| So it was all narrative. | ||
| And then they got the propaganda wing of the deep state, also known as CNN, there to film the whole thing. | ||
| And it was used as a tactic to scare us all. | ||
| That's why I decided to do what I could to speak out and talk about the issues of the day through the lens of everything that I've been through. | ||
| You are every book you've ever read, every experience you've had, every person you've met. | ||
| I'm fortunate to have survived three foreign wars, and I've read a great deal. | ||
| I've had some amazing experiences in my life, so I'm trying to bring my perspective of being able to call out Falsehoods. | ||

| And the Roger Stone deal was so over the top. | ||
| I'm still angry about it. | ||

| And so it just stuck with me because my government, whom I'm supposed to have, you know, that are supposed to have allegiance to the Constitution, they don't follow it. | ||
| And then they, by the same token, the government is asking brave men and women to go abroad and And fight and die for this country, supposedly protecting the Constitution when our deep state overlords and our political class don't follow it. | ||
| So it makes me angry. | ||
| Yeah, it makes us angry too, trust me. | ||
| And that's a perfect segue into this story I have here. | ||
| I mean, it's not even necessarily news in my opinion, but it's from RT, and it's that a BBC producer has come forward, and he says he believes that the scenes from the hospital in Syria's Duma, which ignited a media frenzy in 2018 after showing children allegedly suffering from chemicals, were staged. | ||
| He says Assad did attack the town, but that this entire false flag chemical attack was totally staged. | ||
| Now, of course, we sort of knew that. | ||
| We were talking about it yesterday on your show that once you realize the truth and once you start questioning things, you get this sixth sense for BS, and you just read a headline, you go, no, I don't think so, in the same way that we were talking about yesterday, the Jussie Smollett. | ||
| You just read the details of it, and you just go, no, this doesn't smell right. | ||
| This is not right. In the same way that when you hear that we're about to pull out of Syria and Assad goes and gasses his own people, you go, no, that doesn't comport to us. | ||
| And of course, Robert Fisk, renowned and just for decades has been an incredible reporter on the ground in the Middle East, he was there just a couple days after and says, yeah, it's all fake. | ||
| And so now you have this BBC producer coming out and saying it's all fake. | ||
| So this idea of manipulating reality, this idea of creating a false reality to get us into wars is such a powerful weapon that they use. | ||
| And people just fall for it over and over. | ||
| But this is, you know, this is the story from from RT. | ||
| And it says, you know, this hospital scene was enough to assemble to assemble an U.N. emergency session and prompt the U.S.-led coalition of the willing to rain down dozens of missiles on Damascus and other locations. | ||
| And it was fake. | ||
| It was all fake. So what do we do to combat? | ||
| What do we do, though? What do we do to combat again? | ||
| I can't go to Syria and check it out myself. | ||
| I trust people like Robert Fisk, who have a long track record of telling the truth. | ||
| But when all of our news is coming from just a few sources, how do we get people the truth? | ||
| Well, it's tough to do. | ||
| I mean, the resources of the deep state media are vast and their funding seems to be unlimited for whatever reason. | ||
| You know, independent journalists, I think, with technology and hopefully with grassroots support, will be able to do more of these international stories. | ||
| Using logic is always a good way to start when looking at overseas ventures and false flags. | ||

| And this is the first one that came to mind is, can these college students name the four presidents on Mount Rushmore? | ||
| There were... Quite a few that could name at least two. | ||
| Most common were Lincoln and Washington. | ||
| But, I mean, we had McKinley, as a guess is, Benjamin Franklin. | ||
| Just really absurd responses. | ||
| And I was like, I'm not really shocked. | ||
| Yeah. I am. | ||
| I mean, I always forget there was a report recently that was like they couldn't name a single freedom preserved by the First Amendment. | ||
| I mean, to me, this is intrinsic or it's necessary. | ||
| It's like a foundational aspect of what the globalists are trying to do, what the international controllers are trying to do. | ||
| They have to destroy our knowledge of history. | ||
| Because then we're just sort of lost free-floating in the world and we have no respect for what's come before us. | ||
| They're really able to manipulate us and steer us down whatever path they will. | ||
| Is that what you see as well? Do you think it's on purpose that they're doing this or is this just an aspect of a general dumbing down across all aspects? | ||
| Oh, I think it's definitely on purpose, especially when it's in our academia. | ||
| I mean, I just graduated college and I all the time had to battle leftist professors that would preach abortion to me or preach communism. | ||
| I was one time on a field trip in my ornithology class, which is about birds, and the bus driver starts going on about communism. | ||
| And I'm like looking around the bus and I'm like, is anyone going to say anything or is it going to have to be me? | ||
| Because I don't want to be that guy. | ||
| And of course, you know, Kent stays a liberal school, so I was the only one who didn't accept communism on that bus ride to the field trip about birds. | ||
| I mean, even birds aren't communists. | ||
| They have little family units and everything, if you know about them. | ||
| So how did you deal with that, being in college and being the lone conservative? | ||
| Like, what was your strategy? | ||
| Did you just keep your head down and just sort of roll your eyes and play their game? | ||
| Or were you pretty outspoken? | ||
| I imagine you were pretty outspoken. | ||
| Yes, I was very outspoken. | ||
| The day that President Trump won, I wore my Donald Trump shirt on. | ||

| I had a lot of people just really nasty looking at me. | ||
| I always had Trump buttons on my book bags and buttons that support capitalism and free markets. | ||
| And I would always see tweets like, oh, there's a girl in my class with Trump buttons on. | ||
| We hate her. I think the most telling one was the day that President Trump won and I wore my Trump shirt into class, my group mates wouldn't talk to me. | ||
| And they were like, I don't know why you're wearing that. | ||
| Hillary won the popular vote. | ||

| That's great. And, you know, there's a certain level of, like, self-confidence that you have to have, I guess. | ||
| And most people aren't going to be willing to have the whole class not speak to them, you know, just so they can tell the truth or so they can express themselves. | ||
| What, you know, what is it that allows you to do that? | ||
| Because, I mean, I sort of have the same thing. | ||
| My whole thing is I literally just don't care. | ||
| It's the truth. It's reality. | ||
| So I'm just going to say it. And if you don't like it, you know. | ||
| It doesn't bother me. Are you sort of in the same line or, you know, just how do you feel about that and what can you say to people who, you know, maybe are in college but are not quite brave enough to, you know, stand up for conservatism? | ||
| Well, when I first got to college, I was kind of putting my head down. | ||
| I was a Trump supporter as a conservative. | ||
| And then once I found a libertarian group actually on campus, I started to actually move away from Republican and more into a libertarian, you know, not straight line GOP. So I actually became more freedom oriented than actually becoming like a leftist. | ||
| And I think Every day, you know, I thank God every day that I met friends who thought like me and who had my back. | ||
| Even when I questioned myself, like, is this really right? | ||
| No one agrees with me on campus. | ||
| They're trying to expel me. | ||
| They're calling me a racist. | ||
| Like, are these things true? | ||
| Should I just stop talking? | ||
| Like, I don't want to be expelled. | ||
| I had a great, great group of friends behind me that encouraged me to speak out. | ||
| If you're on a college campus and you feel that you're conservative and, you know, you might be challenged for free speech or to stand up for yourself, you might feel afraid, make sure you find friends, join a club that feels the same way you do because your voices become more powerful when there's many of you. | ||
| That's why the left is so prominent in the media because they're the loudest. | ||
| Right. Yeah, and you also have to know when to pick your battles and when just to roll your eyes and let it go by because we want people out there in the world achieving great things and showing that conservatism is the right way to go, that we can all be friends. | ||
| And if you're just driving everybody away by being really harsh all the time, you're not really doing any favors to the liberty movement. | ||
| We can just show, hey, you know what? | ||
| We have fun. We don't judge people. | ||
| We're not who the media makes us out to be. | ||
| I think that's a really powerful message and a powerful thing. | ||
| I think that's what's so good about your interviews that you do. | ||
| But getting back to Mount Rushmore, I once did an extensive project on Mount Rushmore, so I know maybe more about it than I should. | ||
| So I have a little bit of trivia for you. | ||

| It's just a fun fact. Originally, Mount Rushmore was supposed to be the entire bodies. | ||

| And I think we should actually finish the Mount Rushmore project and have just the world's biggest statues carved into a mountain of our founding fathers. | ||
