I'm a little bit happy.
I'm a little bit happy because, once again, we're proven right.
Once again, our So-called baseless speculation, our conspiracy theorizing, yet again, turns out to be accurate.
Yes, of course, I'm talking about Jussie Smollett, and I will be getting into him in the beginning of the show, but hopefully we'll move on from that after I've made a couple points and really zoomed out and examined what exactly this attack, this staged false flag attack,
can really, you know, what can be derived from that in terms of what's going on We're good to go.

The purpose was to regulate the number of laws granting special powers to the executive branch in times of national emergency.
Congress can undo an emergency declaration with either a joint resolution and the president's signature or with two-thirds majority vote.
As of February 2019, 59 national emergencies have been declared, and more than 30 remain in effect.
Six national emergencies declared by Bill Clinton are still in effect.
Eleven declared by George W. Bush are still in effect.
And ten by Barack Obama are still in effect.
President Donald Trump has declared three national emergencies already, and the so-called resistance has hardly mentioned them at all, including the national emergency with respect to blocking the property of persons involved in serious human rights abuse or corruption, which was signed on the first winter solstice of his presidency on December 21st, 2017.
The president therein declared that the United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption.
And specifically targeted 13 individuals worldwide involved in international human trafficking, otherwise known as slavery.
The mainstream media let this national emergency go mostly unnoticed, Why?
If one were to look into these 13 names, they would find several connections to the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation.
Since the declaration of this national emergency in 2017, hundreds of arrests have been made and thousands of victims have been freed from bondage.
And the corrupt legacy media has been utterly silent about it.
And now, President Trump has announced to declare a national emergency on the southern border, to bring an end to the United Nations' disastrous replacement migration program, and to bring law and order to the entrenched black market economy of drugs and human trafficking.
Of all national emergencies declared since 1976, this one stands out as perhaps the most important for national security.
Securing our borders only stands to hurt the criminal elements that have been exploiting the system for years.
And so naturally, the criminal cabal of deep state politicians and their establishment-run media are all desperately trying to stop it.

But I wanted to start the show off on a positive note because we're going to quickly get into the negative aspects of what's going on in the world today with Jussie Smollett and the rest of it.
Jussie Smollett, that's a name of an honest man, isn't it?

His first name sounds like something you might call an irresponsible woman in the Old West.
That gosh darn Jussie.
You stay away from that Jussie.
She's no good. Anyway, we'll make fun of him in just a minute.
But I want to start off on a positive note and go to this clip.
I'm not even sure what show it's from, but they do it incredibly well.
This is George Washington reading out the Declaration of Independence just to give you an idea Of what the world used to be like.
Of what this country was founded on.
And of what spirit we need to keep alive.
What flame we need to continue to nurture and grow.
That was first lit for us by our founding fathers in 1776.

This is what we honor when we honor President's Day.
When we look back and think about our founders, what they gave up, what they were willing to sacrifice, and what they won by the shedding of their blood.
What was gifted to us is a gift beyond measure, is liberty of every human being.
This is the standard Understanding worldwide now that every individual has value, has a right to self-expression, has a right to say, to have a say in who governs them, and has a right to be represented in their government.
That was unheard of before 1776.
What these men did, what they gave their lives for on the battlefield, is something that is rapidly slipping from our fingers.
And our forefathers, ladies and gentlemen, gave their lives, they gave their fortune, they gambled their honor on this attempt to free all mankind from tyranny, oppression, and the overt exertion and the overt exertion of force to keep others enslaved to a system that benefits the few at the expense of the many.

I don't even know, to combine themselves in a collective in order to agitate against another group.
They are twisting, manipulating, and stealing our freedoms and our liberties.
They are using our most powerful weapon against us.
And if they think for one second that we've lost that spirit that was endowed to us in 1776, that came from men like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, Who laid down in clear and concise terms the exact reasoning, the exact purpose, and the exact exercise of the powers that we are endowed with, not by our leaders, but by God.
If they think for one second that their plan to strip that heritage from us has succeeded, they are in for a world of disappointment.
They are in for a conflict of That they are not prepared for.
So they think, they really think that they can accelerate their program.
That they've got us so under their heels, so squashed, so winnowed down, so weak and cowardly that they can just roll us over.
That they can connive against us, scheme against us, and use our own goodness against us.
And they think that we're just going to roll over and take it?

That's what I try to embody.

It is not a reactionary concept.
This is not a fearful concept.
We are not descended from fearful men.

And you really have to understand.
You have to look back at history and understand that before the American Revolution, what the American revolutionaries were proposing was unheard of.
It was untested.
It was derived at its basis from something that hadn't existed in 2000 years when a single Greek city-state expanded from there.
But in 2000 years...
The governmental and economic systems of the world had been predicated on the service of the individual to their leaders, to their kings, to these people that they told us by nature were better than the rest of us.
It was the American Revolution that freed humanity.
And if they think that they're going to reverse that by guilt-tripping us and conniving behind the scenes, then I think it's time for another 1776.
I think they need to learn the lesson again.

But I want to go to this tweet by James Woods.
I mean, this man has a way with words.
He has a way of just boiling it all down to its simplest components.
I just think this is hilarious.
Nigerians in fake nooses, MAGA hats and a hashtag crafty beaver, hashtag cow farts in trains to Hawaii, a lying senator saying she's a Cherokee, a heels-up senator sleeping her way to the bottom, congresswoman married to her own brother, governor in a KKK robe.
Ah, Democrats.
Gotta love them. Yes, this is what we have enjoyed over the last two months of the democratic control of Congress, of the Democrats really just letting their hair down and just letting their insanity run wild.
And this doesn't even get into what they're actually doing in the halls of Congress.
The idea that they are trying to impeach Donald Trump for absolutely nothing.
The fact that they are defending the spy state, the deep state, unelected cabal of spy masters that would dare to try to remove a duly elected president.
And the Democrats are defending them.
And the Democrats are preventing us from stopping an invasion at our southern border.
I mean, this doesn't even get into any of that stuff.
And still just surface level ridiculousness oozing.
Out of the Democrats.
And so this Jussie Smollett thing is just sort of the cherry on top of the insanity Sunday that we are being served by the Democrats each and every day in this country.
Brothers say Jussie Smollett.
Can't get over that name. I'm not going to make fun of the man for his name unless he chose it.
If you chose the name Jussie, you deserve to be made fun of.
Paid them to participate in an alleged attack, sources say.
So these are the two Nigerian brothers that were arrested in connection with the assault on Emperor.
Now, call me crazy.
Call me crazy. Is it not possible that these two Nigerian men...

But here's a very important story from Chicago CBS Local that really exposes exactly how orchestrated and deranged this entire...
False flag hate crime hoax involves.
Empire actor Jussie Smollett, upset after a racist letter sent to the show studio, didn't get, quote, a bigger reaction, is suspected of paying two men to attack him a week later.
So, here is the speculation.
As it stands today, Jussie Smollett was maybe going to be removed from this show, maybe wanted to increase his celebrity status a little bit higher, maybe wanted his name in the national news a little bit more, so maybe, maybe, and I speculate here,
maybe he wrote himself a fake letter threatening him, and with a little stick figure with a gun, and it says MAGA, it was very convincing, trust me, you know, As a Trump supporter, that's what I'm doing all day is cutting letters out of magazines and sending them to random D-list celebrities that no one's ever heard of.
No, he faked the letter.
I'm going to speculate that.
He faked the letter, and when that didn't get enough attention, he paid his two friends to beat him up and...
Blamed it on Trump supporters.
Now, everybody's focused on this crime in particular.
But we really have to look at this crime in a wider scope.
We have to understand that Jussie Smollett did this.
I'm trying to figure out a way to turn Jussie into a verb.
Maybe that's what we can just, you know, all these hate crime hoaxes, we can just call them Jussies.
Just another Jussie in the news here.
But he understands a very basic fact of the American media, and that is that they will do no due diligence.
They will do no further investigation if what is presented to them aligns with their preconceived ideas and biases and bigotry.
If it aligns with all of these things, if it aligns with the worldview that they have already imbued, that they've already imbibed and taken into themselves, if it goes along with that, they ask no questions, they present it as if it's truth, and even if it comes out later that it was an entirely falsified hoax, They won't even report that.
Or if they do report it, it will be a small side thing.
You can do the Young Turks thing where you go, well, yeah, this was fake, but what about all the real ones that we see all the time?
What about those?
We don't need to focus on how this one's fake.
But you have to understand, when we at Infowars first started talking about The idea of false flags, I mean, really it was Alex Jones who inserted this idea into the mainstream and said, no, this is a method of warfare, a method of covert warfare in which you pretend to attack yourself and you pretend somebody else did it in order to advance some sort of political or military option that you prefer.
Now, back when this was introduced, you know, around the time of 9-11, you know, this idea was reinvigorated in the mainstream dialogue.

You had to make sure you had people in the right position.
Nowadays, literally, you can just false flag yourself.
The media will run with it.

They'll bring you on so you can cry and pretend to be hurt, and they'll celebrate you, and they'll say, see, this is evidence of just rampant hate crime in the United States.
It literally has happened multiple times this month.
Think back to – what was her name?
Jasmine Barnes, the poor girl that was shot in a drive-by whose family immediately blamed it on a white person, and the entire media ran with that and said, see?
See all these hate crimes that Trump has inspired?
Totally fake.
Totally false.
It happens over and over and over again.
In fact, I have these compilations that people have made where you just have hate crime after hate crime being a hoax.
Hate crime hoax. Drake University student admits to sending racist notes to herself.
Racist note on K-State apartment door was a hoax.
Mississippi hoaxing. Perishner arrested for arson of black church.
Ohio... I mean, it just goes on and on and on and on.
So just think about this, folks.
Think about the fact that we live in a world...
That has so little violence from conservatives or from white people that people are going out of their way to fake it.
And the number of fake hate hoaxes outnumbers the real hate crimes by a factor of 10 to 1.
This is the insanity that we're living in.
This is the world. That the liberals and the socialists and just the insane Democrats are building for us, where you have to fake hate crimes in order to get a political position across.

I'll just go ahead and read it for the radio listeners out there.
It says, Heads Up American Media, the website www.fakehatecrimes.org is down this morning.
They just had listed the Jussie Smollett false flag scandal as number 348 and 349 on their tracking list.
I do not know if they're down due to unprecedented web traffic or if they're a victim of a DNS hacker attack or if their ISP took them down.
But yeah, you have this website fakehatecrimes.org that goes down on perhaps the eve of the most prominent and famous fake hate crime that we've seen in recent times.
So can you just tell us what's going on here?
What is the status now?
And do you have any more information on the fact that this website fakehatecrimes.org was taken down this morning?

Well, first of all, you know, I don't have any formal association or affiliation with the site.
I found it some time ago, and I've been tracking and admiring The work that they're doing there.
Of course, the main thing I'm known for in the country is fighting against illegal immigration and amnesty for illegals.
But that crosses over into this hate crime genre because yours truly and many others are falsely maligned and put on hate lists by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League, which, if you think about it, what they're doing is very, very similar to what we just saw Jesse Smollett do, because they're doing the same thing.
There's a bias there where they're going around trying to blame people falsely for being violent and racist who are not.
And that's the same thing.
So what Jussie Smollett just tried to do and almost got away with, and by the way, he had to hire Nigerians because apparently setting up fake hate crimes to blame Trump supporters is a job Americans won't do.

Today, you know, the story broke mostly over the weekend, but today's Monday.
It's the beginning of the press cycle.
And so some factor, either intentional or unintentional, has taken fakehatecrimes.org off of the web.
And it's not all that special, the website.
I mean, it's a simple database format where they've listed now 348, 349 fake hate crimes since about, I believe, since about 2016.
And, um, they're busted, and they're busted big time again, right after they've already been busted with the Covington High School kids.
So, you know, the media, meaning like MSNBC, CBS, Associated Press, New York Times, they're running from this anti-white biased We're good to go.
My spidey senses said no way as soon as I saw it.
I've dealt with the left so much.
I mean, well, first of all, it's not like I'm psyched or anything.
If the left is trying to tell you something emphatically about race, there's a 90-plus percent chance it's false on the surface.
And then if you add the word racist or racism into it, there's a 95-plus percent chance it's false.
But the other things that sort of tripped me to the fakeness of this was it was just too perfect.
It was like Smollett said he didn't put in the MAGA hat.
Somebody else did. But the whole thing from the news to the bleach to the MAGA country to where this happened, when this happened, it just all smelled rotten.
So I went to Twitter and I said, this is rotten and this should be number 348 on fakehatecrimes.org.
And today it is, but no one can see that because Their site's down.
However, we are going to put out another little boost to my media list you guys are on, so thankfully.
Most of the website's still available on Wayback Machine, and I'm not sure.
It may be in the Google Cash system.
And so we want people in the media, because right now there are all these people writing different articles in the press about what just happened with Jussie Smollett.
And it should be linked into and tied to fake hate crimes dot org.
But you can't because somewhere along the chain, they've been knocked off.
We're trying to reach out to the people or the person or persons behind the site and no response yet.
But I'm glad you're covering it, because, you know, the third, if you go down on the website, they put in Smollett at 349 and 348.
Right at 347 is the Covington High School students set up.
At 346 is an InfoWars article about the fake hate crime the media or someone concocted in Houston about seven-year-old Jasmine Barnes.
Who they tried to claim was shot by a white supremacist, a seven-year-old little black girl.
And it turns out she was not shot by a white supremacist.
She was not shot by a white person.
She was shot by a black male.

So that's three stories very, very recently in rapid succession that turned out to be utterly fake.
Now, the Jasmine Barton one, tragic story.
Little girl gets shot. Obviously, people's emotions are fired up from that, and they run with it without doing any due diligence, without looking into it at all.
Total mistake. However, you do understand that if that would have been racially motivated, okay, yes, big hate crime.
Same thing with the Jussie Smollett.
You're putting a noose around the head, blah, blah, blah.
But I really, you know, you look at the Covington Catholic School kids, that had as much outrage, that had as much vitriol, as much anger, even more in a lot of cases.
And what was the so-called hate crime there?
Smirking! The kids smirked, and it's treated like this massive hate crime.
So I think that's something that people really need to understand that like the media and these activists are so starving and hungry for just the slightest semblance of a hate crime that they'll take absolutely anything and run with it, even if it's not even remotely a crime, even if it's some high school kid standing there and smiling even if it's some high school kid standing there and smiling while he's essentially being assaulted by a man with a So it's not just it's not just about, you know, reporting false hate crimes.
It's about just this hunger that they just are desperate to call anything a hate crime.

But also, when you look at the actual crime stats, I mean, the biggest problem seems to be in our black male community by the statistics.
And even to, you can't have that conversation without being falsely accused of being a racist.

So the other thing is, I truly believe.
And of course, the views of your guests do not necessarily represent the views of the host and the network Infowars.
I believe there are people out there in America, when you look at the crime stats and the big disparity between white on black crimes versus black on white on black crimes.
Yeah, it happens, but not so much.

OK, how much of those violent crimes and even property crimes from people of color against Caucasians are being fueled by the false narrative and the the the blood libel defamation that's in almost every movie, almost every commercial, every fake news report.
I believe there are people out there in America right now who have been harmed, suffered loss, injuries, and even deaths because of this propaganda designed to stir this up.
And in the case of Jussie Smollett, you know, the dude was trying to or could have ignited a race war with this type of thing.
We live in a country where within a few hours and the viral nature of the internet, things can get out there, whether it's true or false, and all of a sudden a lot of very violent type of responses can happen.
I mean, look at the Covington kids.
They had to abandon their school, had to abandon their home.
Anybody that ends up in the focus on this, even if it turns out to be completely false, has to go into hiding for fear of violence.

Now, Mr. Gein, you're the expert on illegal immigration and there's a lot of illegal immigration news that I'd love to talk to you about.
But while we have you here and you're really hitting the nail on the head with this Jussie Smollett case, this exposed hate crime hoax, and so I want to stick on that for just a little bit.
And You know, you're talking about, you're not associated with it, but you helped get the word out and let people know that this website, FakeHateCrimes.org, was taken down this morning, and we're not sure about the cause of that, but we're looking into it.
But in addition to that, I had my friend post a Daily Caller article that just quoted Jussie Smollett of saying, I never said that, about the MAGA hats.
And Facebook takes it down saying that it was against their community standards.
So this isn't some speculation.
This is the reality that the big tech and the mainstream media, they push the hate crime hoax agenda.
And then when it comes out that it's false, They don't even let you report that.
They literally will censor you from doing that.
So that's not a speculative thing.
That's actually happening. But what you brought up last segment is the flip side of this.
And that's the fact that there really are hate crimes against Trump supporters and against white people who are assumed to be Trump supporters.
There was a guy in Austin who had his skull cracked.
He was a A saxophone player by profession could no longer do it because of the pressure would, you know, injure him.
So, you know, lost his job and he's giving an interview and he's like, I'm not even a Trump supporter.
I don't even like the guy. I guess because I'm white, the guy said F Trump and hit me in the head.
I mean, there's videos of guys getting their orbital bones cracked.
People saying F Trump. There was the mentally disabled guy who was kidnapped and scalped in Chicago.
I mean, So talk about the flip side of this, how they're not just do they run with every hint of a hate crime by white people, but then when it's the other way around, it's radio silence on the mainstream news.

Oh, listen. The mainstream news, in my opinion, has concealed mass atrocities against the United States citizenry by illegal aliens, and it goes back into different layers.
Before Trump, it was the Tea Party.
And I'll give you a couple of examples you might find interesting.
Sometimes a shooting would occur.
And of course, anytime we hear a shooting occur these days, we all get on edge and hold our breath to see who they blame.
And it doesn't have to be a conservative, a Christian, a Republican.
Or even a white person.
For instance, in the Trayvon Martin case, they took George Zimmerman, who is a Hispanic Jewish Obama voter who tutored black kids in his spare time and turned him into an evil white male with a gun.
And so it doesn't have to be a white male with a gun is bad story, but they'll turn it into that.

Somebody came out and ran out saying that he was some Tea Party conservative.

As soon as it comes out that it was all bogus, it was all wrong, there was nothing to it, it was a drugged out stripper who lied to police and others to try to get out of trouble, and people, feminists and others in the news just taking a run with it.
As soon as it's revealed that it's fake...
It disappears, and there's no follow-up.
I remember the day that the Duke Lacrosse boys were at the podium having a press conference.
They interrupted that press conference to go to the Don Imus story.
Don Imus had made some insensitive comment about a black female basketball team, and they're on to the next white guys are evil story.
And underneath that, this constant defamation is costing white men jobs.
It's costing us relationships.
Romantic relationships, marriages, homes, our children.
It's putting us at greater risk of violent crime.
It's doing all these terrible, horrible things in the country that's based off these type of lies.
And this one, back to the Jussie Smollett, the biggest fingers in the pie.
Nancy Pelosi is deleting tweets about this.
Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Al Sharpton, CNN, MSNBC, E! News.
Big, big fingers all stuck into this madness.
And we've got to have that national conversation.
Facebook's going to try to stop it.
Twitter, all Silicon Valley's H1B foreign employees are going to do their very best to make sure it doesn't go viral, that it's like a fire that they put out a little bit at a time.
But we have to have this conversation because it's a matter of personal and national survival and security that we find the different groups in this country that are trying to foment perhaps wide-scale unrest and wide-scale upheaval and possible race and civil wars.
These people need to be unmasked, identified, prosecuted, and delineated out of the American media and political sphere as soon as possible.
Our personal and national survival and security depends on it.

We logged out at midnight this morning.
And what we are trying to do with this is bring awareness to what is actually going on behind closed doors with Twitter algorithms on their site and just censoring many of the users who are, you know, different from their bias and their opinion on their website or their platform.
And... Is, you know, affect their after-hour trading, affect their ad revenues.
And we want to just, you know, bring justice for the people who are censored and need to be heard.
It's not fair. Yeah, no, it's not.

It's fraud. It's fraud. Yeah, no, it absolutely is because of the way that they're going against their terms of service or at least selectively applying their terms of service.
It's absolutely outrageous.

But this is happening every day, constantly, these...
You know, limp-wristed ninnies in California are deciding what is and is not valid speech.
Now, Brad, I know you consider yourself a liberal and you hold many liberal positions, and I respect you for that because you're very honest about it and very open about why you think that.
But you're not afraid to sort of go against the mainstream in times when it doesn't comport with your logic and your view of reality.
So where do you stand on this in terms of Twitter censorship, and is this something that liberals and conservatives can kind of come together to fight back against?

Well, I think it is in the sense that, you know, Adriana makes a really good point in that, you know, we shouldn't tolerate censorship, you know, of ideas when, Whenever it rears its ugly head.
So I'm not sure that it necessarily does it, you know, in a biased way for conservatives or, you know, liberals or whatever.
But I think anytime you can see it, you ought to stand up and say, no, this isn't this isn't this doesn't work for me.
You know, I can't I can't tolerate this, you know.

You still recognize actually the threats to liberality.
This is an illiberal policy that they are enacting.

And I know the cool thing about America and American liberals is it's like we still have that basis of like, no, this is anti-constitutional.

At New York City.
I was there with Laura Loomer when she was protesting it.
What's this protest going to look like?
Because that was kind of an underground secret.
It popped up one day.
Is this going to be a bigger showing there in New York City?

We've got to see what she has up her sleeve.
I really don't know exactly what she's going to plan on doing when we're there.

But what we're going to be really doing there is, you know, demanding Twitter and the people that are at Twitter working and putting in these algorithms to see the people that they are affecting.
Like you were saying to Brad, and like Brad was saying, we've had these conversations.
It's really not a political thing.
But Twitter is now starting to do things more out of political bias.
And it is a non-government-funded platform.
So, I mean, it's a private company, so they should go by their TOS terms.
And like we said, we have a lot of names out there, like Laura Loomer, Roger Stone, Alex Jones, that are banned and censored.
And they have a lot of news that many people should be hearing.
It's a thing that we should all be hearing.
We shouldn't be censored. We should be able to know what's going on left, right, center.
Twitter is not doing that at a fair game.
They're banning people that are, it is a bias.
And I know that Brad likes to say that, you know, maybe it's really not a bias, but it is.
Louis Farrakhan is still on there.
And I know that Megan Murphy was banned and everything like that, but she's going after Twitter and she's a liberal.
So, I mean, I think that they're going to sink in their own little puddle if they're going to continue to do what they're doing.
Because, yeah, she works in gender policies and everything like that, but they didn't agree with what she said with the two gender.
So they banned her.
So it is a bias that they don't want people hearing specific things, and when Laura puts things out there, she gets banned, or when Roger Stone puts something out there and he gets banned, or Alex, it's just not a fair game, and I think Going there to protest, we are going to be loud and try to get this information to a point where they understand.
And we're not going to stop. We're going to plan on more and we're going to go to San Francisco as well.
So it's not going to be just a 148 dark thing.
We're going to do this quarterly to affect them because that's what really hurts is when we affect their pockets and when their active users go down.
So that's what we have to do and this is the game plan we have to stick with.

He says it's not. In reality, it's a biased against people who threaten their system.
Right now, that's conservatives, but as soon as they get rid of all the conservatives, it's the extreme liberals that they're going to come after.

What is that ideology? See, I don't know that they're actually trying to promote an ideology.
I'm not sure that they're doing that.

The point is, if you are wrong, that's not going to stop you from standing up.

He declares Guido the President of Venezuela, and he says that they're going to fight socialism in Venezuela, and also they're going to fight socialism and defeat it in Cuba and in Nicaragua as well.
As far as Venezuela is concerned, he said all options are on the table, but peace is obviously what they want.
So, this is big breaking news right now.
The president just finished with this speech.

It's a hard deal to get into, like if you say you're a libertarian, because instinctively you don't want the government to get involved in stuff, but you're basically asking the government to get involved in stuff, right? Right.
So how do you do that without destroying what you believe as, you know, I guess it's doctrinaire, but is it really?
Harrison, do you find yourself, do you think you're a doctrinaire person?

No, but liberty is the ultimate goal.
So whatever we need to do to achieve that goal is what we need to do to achieve that goal.
For example, you can't have freedom without peace, right?
If you're under threat constantly of some sort, you're not free.
You're reacting to violence, that sort of thing.
I want to pass the question on to Adriana.
What do you see as the dangers of getting the government involved and how do you think we can mitigate that?
Or do you think maybe they just need to be involved a And then other people can come along because we're also seeing monopolistic practices by these big tech companies where someone like Gab tries to go and create their own thing and they get shut down by the banks who are supporting the other platforms.
So Adriana, where do you see the dangers that lie in getting the government involved?

How do you think we mitigate that? Okay so some dangers would be you know they're involved too much in our lives and they can see everything they're doing but they do that regardless anyway so to me it's like there's big brother and big brother and big brother and it's just it's always going to be that way so having the government get involved with something like censorship you know and censoring is something that I think is kind of mandatory at this at this day and age because Like you said, the monopolizing that is going on with these platforms.
They are doing these things where they can stop right in their tracks.
I was talking to app developers to try to get something going so we can see our retweets, the actual numbers.
We can actually see the followers that we have.
And then Twitter has too many APIs against They don't want anybody to be able to see what the heck is going on.
So we can't even make an app to contradict what they are doing.
So it's like the restrictions that these platforms are putting against for people that can just do something.
Like I said, create an app to try to just go buy an algorithm and see database and what's going on in your profile, which you should be able to do.
Right. You're restricted to do that.
You can't even go ahead and make a nap for yourself if you wanted to.
So getting the government involved, especially the president, if he acknowledges censorship, which he already has acknowledged it, but he's being censored more and the election is coming up.
If they continue to censor him the way that they are, it's going to be pretty hard for people to want to stay, you know, neutral on this platform.
But it's hard to even stay away from Twitter because there's a lot on.
So, you know, it's a trial and error process.
So we're trying this out with 48 Dark.
We're going to go protest.
But, you know, we got to keep pushing.
Yeah. I think the problem is with SCOTUS. I think it has to do with our Supreme Court.
If we really want to do something and something really has to get done, we have to go to the Supreme Court.

Before I go to you, I do want to just double down on what Adriana was saying, because you're talking about the APIs and finding out what Twitter's doing kind of under the table, and that's one of the big problems, is that maybe the government could come in and give sweeping laws that deal with the big issues, but at the same time, you have Twitter doing all these little manipulative things.
You have YouTube changing their algorithm in these little manipulative ways, saying, well, if it's a conspiracy theory, we just won't recommend it to you, but you can still get to it.
I mean, I have, on my Twitter, people just get unfollowed all the time.
I had I checked my Twitter and I was going to ask Rob Dew, the news director here, to retweet something and he wasn't following me.
And I went in and said, hey, did you stop following me on Twitter?
And he's like, no, why would I do that?
And I'm like, well, Twitter did it for you if you could re-follow me again.
He's like, he got pissed and was like, what the hell?
No, I'll follow you again.
So that's what happens. It's all these little subtle things.
I don't know how we can fight back against that.

Tell us about that and about how this whole media circus surrounding this event has, just what's your opinion on it?

Well, yeah, every day being a gay conservative, you deal with death threats, especially when big names put you on kind of a list.
But what happened to me back, and this was back in 2017, right after Charlottesville, Milo Yiannopoulos was having a little contest.
You know, read something in a dangerous place.
So I took up the offer, and they had went right afterwards in Durham, North Carolina, and actually tore down one of the so-called Confederate statues.
Oh, I remember that, yeah. Yeah, not so much for the statues, but I was against the way they tore it down, and I used to live there.
So I went to go find out what was going on, and of course I wear my MAGA hat.
I wore it in multiple places.
And I figured it might be good to go there, so I checked it out and read the book, and then a couple people took pictures and somebody was talking to me.
And while I was there, a young black kid came up to me and pretty much threatened me on camera that he was going to punch me multiple times.
About that time after he walked away, I told him, I said, you know, you wouldn't want to do it with my husband.
So he walked away, and luckily I didn't get punched.
Another guy is like, look, I disagree with you 99% of what you're into, but that's wrong.
You should be out here.
So I spoke until I got a little dark.
I should have left. I spoke a little while, and I actually red-pilled probably about 20 people there because I explained to them about what making America great again was not racist because I compared it to how Durham was revitalizing itself.
But during that time, an Antifa-type looking girl confronted me.
But later on, she came back and she came with a guy who was masked.
They got a really big black guy and about 50 other people that showed up.
And luckily, there was a camera crew there that was actually not paying attention to me.
But I was right there, and they knocked my hat off my head, knocked my camera out of my head.
My hand, and I pretty much had to kind of retreat.
I just wasn't sure exactly how, because I was just myself by, you know, I didn't realize I was going to run into that kind of issue.
But then they, when I walked away, they threw water at me, or what I think would be water.
And I had to call the police and actually had to wait.
Even though it was a hotbed place, I had to wait, I swear, like 10 minutes.
And I was like on the phone going, if y'all get here, These people are going to God knows what.
I think if it wasn't for that camera crew there, I don't know what would have happened to me.
And so, you know, it's kind of funny.
Like, I put it out there, and I didn't try to go looking for, you know, issues and try to look to get hurt.
You know, but I did let people know.
But, of course, no big media picked up on that.
And here we is with Jussie talking about a situation that...
You know, my situation, it possibly can happen, what happened for me.
Nobody cared. But here it is now, since then, people are getting attacked multiple times.
And... And it's like, you know, no press for what happened to me so much, but big press on this false flag, fake, you know, bad acting.
I don't know, maybe the guy should get an Academy Award for the bad acting or Emmy, daytime Emmy or whatever.
Meanwhile, he gets kicked off of, I mean, you know, you got, say, Roseanne who gets kicked off of her show, and this guy's still going strong on Empire, and he's a known phony and a liar.
It's pretty sad. Yeah.

Oh, it absolutely exposes the hypocrisy of the mainstream media.
So I noticed there were we had a couple stories up there, obviously, from the alternative news segment about what happened to you.
But yeah, this is a like a real thing that happened to you on camera, like has happened to, I would say, hundreds, if not thousands of Trump supporters, myself included, at the Women's March getting spit on and attacked in different ways.
And they really just don't.
Like, the cops don't care.
The media doesn't care.
I mean, what is it that has, you know, been infused into our society that has just made conservatives non-people?
It's like, well, you know that if you wear a MAGA hat, that means that we're allowed just to hit you and hate you and call you horrible names.
And if you react at all, well, that's your fault, you know, that you went out wearing this.
I mean, we've seen the videos of... The middle school kids at Whataburger getting a drink thrown on them as an adult male threatens them.
It's absolutely outrageous.
So what is it that has created this double standard, Peter?

I'm really not sure.
I mean, I didn't even mention that my husband was basically attacked in the gay club only in last August by an individual who called him out of his name, another black individual who sucker punched him.
And he's pretty, you know, don't turn down lights.
He walked away from the light.
The guy punched him.
And, of course, he gets banned from the club.
The police didn't want to do anything about it.
We also brought that point up.
And it's like they just see somebody with a MAGA hat, you know, and just enjoying themselves.
And I think it's open season to just go and punch someone, which, you know, kind of leads into why we're working on a, you know, we're trying to pull a rally together because we're just trying to find some sort of actually real unity.
And that's kind of what we're doing.
But, you know, it's like we've got to—the right's kind of stayed in the middle, and the left has gone far so left it's pathetic.
And like I always say is that the so-called progressives are no longer progressive.
The Republicans are more progressive because we're looking for progress.
Meanwhile, the liberals are nothing but regressive and aggressive.
Towards anything. And they call us fascists.
Meanwhile, they don't even know what it means because fascism is living through them because they want anybody to have a voice.
And you can't have conversations.
It's just they want to throw bunches.

It's the definition of fascism, what they are doing and what they're trying to do.
I mean, the Antifa is nothing more than brown shirts or, you know, yeah, Hitler's brown shirts.
So I want to ask you, you know, the media always tells us that Trump supporters just they just hate gay people.
They hate black people. I want to ask you, have you ever told somebody in the MAGA movement, I'm gay and had them have anything except for a I don't care reaction?

But I want to go to this clip Quickly, of an interview that Stephen Miller did over the weekend.
He was on with Chris Wallace, and he makes this great point that really destroys a lot of the narrative that the Democrats are trying to progress, you know, and trying to convince us is the reality.
And Stephen Miller smacks them down with the reality check of his own.

Those drugs that are being seized don't come across in unfenced areas, they come from ports of entry.
Those are your own Customs and Border Patrol numbers.

Which is the reason why we also asked for additional resources at the ports of entry.
But Chris, the problem with the statement that you're apprehending 80 or 90% of drugs at ports of entry, that's like saying you apprehend most contraband at TSA checkpoints at airports.
You apprehend the contraband there because that's where you have the people, that's where you have the screeners.
I assure you, if we had people of that same density and screeners of that same density across every single inch and mile of the southern border, you'd have more drugs interdicted in those areas.
You don't know what you don't know.
You don't catch what you don't catch.
But as a matter of national security, you cannot have uncontrolled, unsecured areas of the border where people can pour in undetected.
One more point. I guarantee you this.
If Donald Trump had said he's invoking the National Emergency Military Construction Authority to build a security perimeter in Iraq or Afghanistan or around a military installation in Syria, there would not have been one word of objection from Congress.
This is defending our own country.

If you do not think that what is going on with the southern border is an emergency, you are not paying attention.
The Gallup poll saying that Latin Americans are planning to come to America this year to the tune of 500 million people.
I'm sorry, 5 million people, 5.
5 million people. Sorry.
I mean, as if we wouldn't already be overwhelmed with 5 million.
In fact, they say it's more like 42 million that would like to come to America.
It's just the 5 million that are coming there.
This year.
Planning to come this year.
Why are they planning to come?
Well, it's because the Democrats are rolling out the red carpet for them.
They know. They get the transmission from America.
They hear the Democrats say that walls are immoral.
They say that basically it is intrinsically American to just allow absolutely anybody to come over unvetted to vote in our elections, take advantage of our welfare state.
They know that the Democrats are expanding the welfare state.
They know they're setting apart hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to people who get across the border.
They know the tricks.
They know what they need to say.
They are paying attention.
Now, the way the Democrats treat these people is as if they're helpless puppies lost in the rain and they just need our help.
No, these people are intelligent people.
These people are – they know what they want and they think they can get it by circumventing our laws.
They are not helpless.
They are not just caught in a wind and blown across the border by accident and need us to care for them.
They know they're breaking the law.
They know they have to hire coyotes.
They know they're taking a risk to get here, and they know that the Democrats will fight tooth and nail to protect them against the correct application of law, punishing them for the transgressions that they have committed in coming across this border.
They know this.
The Democrats know this.
They are anti-American.
They are involved in a coup against the American government, a blow to the state of the American people, and an attempt to undermine our duly elected president.
And an attempt to open our borders to invasion.
This is insane.
That's why I said I said it last week.
I'll say it again.
They you know, they they made fun of Trump for saying I didn't need to do this.
I didn't need to do this.
You know, I wish I didn't have to.
We could have done it slower. I wish I didn't need to.
And they said, ha, see, it's not an emergency.
No, no. The emergency, on top of the 5 million people trying to come across this year, Is the fact that our Congress is doing nothing to stop it.
This would be a very easy thing to solve if the government and the Congress and the people who we have elected into these positions would do their job and protect the American people in the way that the government is supposed to do.
Then he wouldn't have to declare a state of emergency.
The state of emergency is the fact that we have anti-American traitors in our government opening the border and inviting these people in and demanding that we are incapable of doing anything about it.
Story on the front page of Drudge today was about the just overloading of our system.
We cannot handle the migrants.
The health care professionals that are there on the border to handle this influx cannot handle it.
I mean, there are stories every day of, well, we just we had too many people, so we just had to let 2000 of them go.
We drove them and put them, you know, the El Paso bus station and said, hey, please come back in three months for your arraignment and then we'll deport you.
Yeah, right. Those people are gone.
I mean, this is how porous our border is.
This is how broken our system is.
And our government and Congress and the Senate and these traitorous Democrats are stopping us from doing anything about it.
That is an emergency.
And I mean, my God, we'll get into the the real traitorous behavior of Andrew McCabe and others as they openly talk about just getting rid of Trump because they don't like him and how they're getting support from presidential candidates such as Elizabeth Warren.
But of course, here we have a I mean, this is a release from Nancy Pelosi.
The title of it is, from Speaker.gov, Trump violates Constitution and undermines Americans' safety with emergency declaration.
This is gaslighting to a T. This is the definition of gaslighting.
This is the definition of doublespeak.
Donald Trump is trying to protect our borders.
Donald Trump is trying to protect Americans and they come out and say that him trying to protect Americans is somehow putting Americans in danger.
This is insane and the entirety of this release, I know this will shock you, It's entirely made up of the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, NBC News, The Guardian, and Slate.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Slate magazine is what the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, is using to justify her anti-American traitorous agenda.
She doesn't even put out her own points.
She acts like somehow these absolutely socialist and anti-American people up in the New York Times editorial board or the Wall Street Journal editorial board or the Washington Post editorial board.
Oh, they're the ones who need to decide what's right for America.
Forget what the American people say.
Forget the system of voting that we have in place in order to get elected representatives to actually represent us and do what needs to be done to protect us, their constituents.

Tell us all about it. Yeah, there is, I think, some background necessary.
As you know, the government has argued that my case is related to another case regarding 17 Russian intelligence agents because of a benign and innocuous Twitter exchange, Twitter direct message exchange, with someone claiming to be Guccifer 2.
And in that way, my case will be before an Obama-appointed judge, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the same judge who dismissed the Benghazi claims against Hillary Clinton and presided over Paul Manafort's trial.
When I discussed that earlier today on an Instagram feed, a photograph of Judge Jackson was used that had an occult symbol in the background.
It was a photo that was not photoshopped by me or my people, but taken off the internet.
But then some have said, well, that was really a crosshair.
It wasn't, but let me be very clear.
Any inference that I meant to threaten the judge or disrespect the judge or disrespect the court is false.
That decision is not appealable.
Therefore, I will go to trial in Judge Jackson's courtroom.
And any inference that I was in any way Disparaging her beyond my disappointment about these other cases is false.
So I apologize for that impression if anyone got it.
This was, again, an image taken from the Internet.
Now, I took it down because it was open to misinterpretation.
And there's a thousand stories now from the usual suspects saying Roger Stone posted a photo of Judge Jackson with the crosshairs on it.
That is false. That was not my intention.
And I apologize if anybody got that impression.
That was not the intent of my posting.
Hopefully we have now dealt with this because, as you might imagine, my phone is exploding.
And many of those are following the lead of CNN. As you know, Friday CNN reported that for the first time the special counsel says he has evidence of Roger Stone's communications with WikiLeaks.
Well, of course he does.
I turned them over to the House Intelligence Committee over a year ago.
They are benign.
First of all, they're ex post facto.
They take place after the posting of the stolen emails, and they're innocuous.
They show no evidence of collusion or conspiracy or coordination, as I have said all along.
So the fake news continues to make me a favorite target.
This latest Tempest is a perfect example of it.
But hopefully here at the War Room, I've had the opportunity to lay out the facts.
It is categorically false that I meant to either threaten the judge or disrespect the court or disrespect the judge for that matter.
Hopefully we've laid this to rest.

Well, the key thing is this is actually the logo of an organization called Corruption Central.
They use it in the background of many, many photos.
It was just lifted. Inadvertently by someone who works for me, from the internet, just as a photo.
So it is not in any way, it's actually an occult symbol of some kind.
And it's in the corner of the photo.
Because it was open to misinterpretation, we took it down.
Let's move on to things that are more important.
The 25th Amendment story is the biggest story out there, of course.
The mainstream media is trying to disregard it as quickly as they can.
Where did you hear about it first?

Lots of stuff to talk about.
It is President's Day, and we honor George Washington on his birthday by using the rights that he and the other founding fathers gave us of free speech as they are dwindling away under the oppressive regime of these progressives that are in Washington right now.
So we have the 25th Amendment story, but Owen, you came on and broke some news about Venezuela earlier in the show.
Give us that news again and let us know exactly what's going on with the Venezuela topic.

Yes, so about half an hour ago, President Trump concluded a speech that was essentially him declaring Guido, the president of Venezuela, he talked about, I mean, he really hammered socialism hard.
I mean, really, the rhetoric against socialism was hammered.
It was pretty much everything that you wish he said to Cortez in the last, I don't know, four or five months.
He just did it in this speech in Miami, Florida, which really had a bit of a presidential rally vibe to it.
It was a big, lively crowd.
They were getting rowdy.
And there were lots of chants of USA. He had guest speakers, including the First Lady, who was very elegant.
So it had a lot of attention.
And the one interesting thing about it that I noticed that was different from this time President Trump spoke and so many other times before, specifically at rally type events, is that Fox News aired this entire speech.
Now, we've been covering Trump rallies for a long time, and I can tell you that's not something that Fox News has been doing recently.
So it really just makes you wonder, because usually when it comes to intervention, Fox does err on the side of pro-intervention.
Now, here at Infowars, we are anti-intervention, at least myself.
I'll speak for myself.
Harrison can comment on this.
But I'm anti-intervention.
I think my co-host Roger Stone as well.
So what the president essentially has declared in this speech today is that there will be intervention in Venezuela, and it looks like they're going for regime change.
Maduro out, Guido in.
Now, this is a very interesting debate and subject of discussion.
Now, I will say John Bolton was in the House in Miami today, so that's always a bad sign whenever John Bolton is around, in my opinion, when it comes to interventions.
So if we hadn't been in the Middle East for the last 20 or 30 years intervening and engaging in regime change, then perhaps maybe engaging in regime change in a socialism-ridden Venezuela, our neighbors to the south here in the western hemisphere.
maybe I could get behind that.
Maybe that would make some sense.
But we have been in the Middle East for decades.
We have been engaged in failed foreign regime for a long time.
And I just don't think I can get behind any more foreign intervention right now, any more American-backed regime change.
Yeah, there's Bolton, the war mustache right there.
But there's an interesting dynamic here as well, Harrison, because we have to understand the multitudes of this president.
For him to come out in such an important speech, which is going to be heard in Latin America for decades to come, for him to come out in such an important speech and hammer socialism like he did, it really couldn't be more timely, and it really almost drives a nail into the Democrat socialist movement before it starts.
If you want to stop socialism in America, what is the first thing you do?
You declare a war on socialism.
Now, the important thing here is that the president said that they want, obviously, peaceful intervention with Guido becoming the president and Maduro being ousted, but he said all options are on the table.
The president also said that they're looking at ending socialism in Nicaragua and in Cuba and that all of Latin America will be changed and move towards the goals of capitalism and free market.
Now, I can get behind that.
I can get behind fighting for capitalism in the West and fighting against socialism as a social construct and a political construct.
Absolutely. When it comes to regime change, that's a different debate.
But the fact that we've been involved in failed regime changes in the Middle East for the last two, three decades, I don't think I can get behind another regime change.
So it's interesting, though, the dynamic, because here I am being critical of President Trump, not agreeing with something it looks like he's going to do, yet I'm wearing a Trump hat and then I have my shirt on that says, enjoy nationalism.
So it is President's Day.
I wanted to come down here to the state building to celebrate President's Day with my Trump hat, show support for the president.
And right before he does that, it looks like he's perhaps engaging in some regime change that I disagree with.
I still support the president, and I just wanted to come down here and wear this hat to show support on the president's day.
But the big news, though, is what he said about Maduro.
He's out, and Guido is in.
That's who we recognize as the president of Venezuela, and all options are on the table for intervention, but they obviously want peace.
So that's where we're at right now from this speech.
Now, I'd like to hear Roger's take on this, and Harrison, your response on this.

Yeah, Roger, go ahead.
I want to hear what you have to say about this.

Well, you notice in the president's remarks he said Venezuela and Cuba, which I thought was very heartening, because it means that he recognizes the importance of the continuing plight of the people who are stuck in Fidel Castro's gulag.
Things have not gotten any better there.
There is no food.
There is no gasoline.
There are no tires.
There are no car parts.
There are no economic opportunities other than those controlled by the state.
When people or companies do business in Cuba, you partner not with the people, not with entrepreneurs, not with Cuban partners, but with the government.
You give the government dollars, they give the workers worthless pesos.
The shelves in grocery stores are empty.
Food is being rationed.
Yes, they are forced to eat dogs, just like in Venezuela.
So a shout out to the president for pointing out the plight of the people in Cuba.
Secondarily, I think you have to monitor the situation very carefully in Venezuela.
If there is an uprising, let's remember Maduro still is fighting over control of the army.
It's not clear who's going to own the army or where the army is going to come down, where the military is going to come down.
Although one prominent military leader has joined the new government that we've recognized.
So before I would commit American troops to Venezuela, I'd like to know exactly what's going on in the ground.
What we don't want is to go in for 17 months that turn into 17 years, like we did in Afghanistan.
So as a non-interventionist, I tend to agree with Owen about the dangers of an incursion in Venezuela.
But as he points out, it's in our backyard.
It's in our hemisphere.
It's within our sphere of influence.
I'd have to know more about what was going on in the country.
And I trust the president to make the right decision on this issue.

I have my Make America Great Again hat on.
And I have my red t-shirt on that says, enjoy nationalism, which could not be more timely as the president has delivered what will surely be a historic speech this afternoon addressing socialism in Latin America, vowing to fight and defeat socialism in Latin America.
Identifying Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua as the main systems that they essentially want to save from socialism, the countries they want to rescue from the plights of socialism.
While no doubt something that I think we can all get behind at this point, intervention into those countries is something we're going to have to seriously investigate.
And seriously question John Bolton's involvement in this, who's been involved in so many regime changes in the Middle East, of which I did not support.
But Venezuela and these countries are our neighbors.
They are in our hemisphere. It does make more sense...
To want to perhaps look at socialism there and what we can do to save these countries from it.
But the president did say that President Guaido, before Media Matters says, after my mispronunciation in the last segment, God knows what about me and Italians, President Guaido is the president of Venezuela and Maduro is out.
They want a peaceful transition, but all options are on the table.
But Even though I'm critical of this, I still support the president.
He's done so much for this country, and I just wanted to show my support by coming out to the Capitol today in my Trump ad.
So, Harrison, we didn't get to hear your take on the president's speech this afternoon.

Well, I haven't heard the speech quite yet, but I can give you my feelings about the Venezuela situation fairly simply, and it's this.
I'm not going to go give my life for Venezuela.
I'm not going to go down and fight for Venezuela.
I mean, they got themselves into this mess.
I'm not going to go down, and it's not worth my life, in my opinion, and so I'm not going to suggest or encourage anybody else to I'm sure Roger wouldn't want his son or grandson to be sent down to defend Venezuela himself.
So I think it would be hypocritical of me to support this intervention.
I also think it is different because it's not the Mideast, which is so sort of alien and foreign to us, that You know, it's able, you know, the people who are in charge are able to really separate us and say, no, that's them and this is us and so we have to be against them.
And so it is a different, it's a different conflict.
It's in a different sphere. It's in a different hemisphere.
But at the same time, it's the exact same playbook that we've seen time and time again.
There is somebody who's the leader of a country.
And as much as Donald Trump wants to proclaim that Guaido is the president of Venezuela, he's not the one that gets to make that decision.
And as much as I would love to see Maduro absolutely overthrown and replaced by someone like Guaido, although I believe he's been to Washington on behalf of the CIA, if I'm not mistaken.
I still think, obviously, Maduro and the socialist regime there, which has absolutely brought nothing but poverty and misery to Venezuela, needs to be overthrown.
But needs to be overthrown by Venezuelans because, once again, we've seen this play out where America basically creates a civil war in a country.
First, we start off by sending – we'll probably train Colombians and send them in there, and it will create a quagmire.
And we'll say, hey, gosh, we have to go in.
It creates massive devastation.
It creates decades of war potentially.
It creates millions of refugees.
We've already seen.
I mean the story in the L.A. Times today, Venezuela spirals downward.
South America struggles to absorb its migrants and refugees.
We know that's what's going to happen.
And in this case, instead of the refugees fleeing into Europe like we saw after the intervention in the Mideast, they will, of course, flee to America where a system is already being established to carry these migrants to America.
It's the same playbook.
We've seen it time and time again.
I think we have absolutely no business interfering in countries that aren't ours.
It's up to them to fix it.
I think using economic measures to face places like Cuba or other places where socialism has a hold, I think that's great.
I think we can really bring the dollar and pressure them that way.
But as soon as you talk about giving American lives to solve these problems that don't have anything to do with us, I am absolutely stalwartly against it.
So, I don't know. I guess that's my piece.

Yeah, let me just cap this off and then let Roger take it away.
That was the probably big element of today's speech that the media is going to talk about.
But there's a next level element to today's speech that the media is not going to talk about that is Trump really engaging in what we might call 3D, 4D warfare or meme warfare.
By President Trump attacking socialism today and by essentially declaring a soft war on socialism, he's now essentially defeated socialism for the next 10 to 20 years in America.
So he's really driving a stake into socialism in one fell swoop.
And really hammering it instead of just peppering it and obsessing with Cortez like the rest of the media does.
So it was actually very, very cerebral what Trump did today to attack socialism and really drive a stake to it in one fell swoop with this historic speech today.
So Roger Harrison Smith, you guys take it away.

Yeah, yeah, no, I absolutely agree with you.
And, you know, I have to say, you know, with Trump, we never really know what he's going to do.
This is his hallmark is he never shows his cards until the very last minute.
Sometimes he doesn't show his cards at all.
You're always kind of wondering, was this what he meant to do?
or is it not what he meant to do?
He's very good at kind of playing, not necessarily playing both sides, but not giving either side anything to run with.
And so I hope that this is just sort of saber rattling from Trump saying, hey, this is something that we're willing to do, so don't mess with us.
I hope that's as far as it goes.
But when you have people like John Bolton in there, you never know what to expect.
On top of that, you do have to know that places like Hezbollah or organizations like Hezbollah in Lebanon are actually in concert with the Maduro government there.
They are training people in Maduro's charge, and they are actually there in Venezuela mining gold from the Venezuelan people and sending it back.
To the Middle East and, you know, exacerbating that whole issue.
So as much as, you know, this is different than us intervening in the Middle East, the connections between Venezuela and the Middle East are intimate.
We've seen this play out.
We've seen this play out before.
And, you know, I got to say I'm just against this intervention.
And I think it's up to the Venezuelan people to to stand up for themselves, folks.
This is the type of coverage that you will not get anywhere except for Infowars.

We are going to talk about the 25th Amendment issue.
I have to apologize. It's taken this long in the show to get to it.
We had so many incredible guests and so many other just insane things going on.
It's hard to get to this, but at the end of the day, this is one of the most important issues, one of the most important topics, one of the most important stories that I have ever covered in my time on InfoWars, and that is the fact that Andrew McCabe, in conjunction with Rod Rosenstein and other senior members of the Trump administration, They had a cabal. They had a little get-together.
They had a secret gathering of spy masters, and they questioned whether or not they could get away with invoking the 25th Amendment against a duly elected sitting president of the United States.
This is an outrageous admission of treasonous behavior.
It needs to be punished to the full extent of the law.
This is sedition.
This is treason. And there is no...
Confusion about this on my side.
There is no question as to whether or not what they're talking about doing is a usurpation of power and the undermining of the American Democratic Republican system.
It's absolutely outrageous.
This tweet was on Reddit.
And it was one of the top tweets in one of the political subreds.
That's why I bring it up. It's not just a random tweet.
This is something that many thousands of people thought was a brilliant thing to say.
Not that that's Donald Trump saying treason capitalized with a question mark.
My answer to that is yes with an exclamation point.
But here, this tweet, I think, really sums up, once again, the...
Ignorance, naivety, and stupidity of the liberal class.
This person says, Trump just tweeted that the 25th Amendment is, quote, unconstitutional.
An amendment to the Constitution.
Unconstitutional. Hashtag stable genius.
Now, this is a hilarious hashtag to use because I do want to remind you, as Roger Stone pointed out earlier, Infowars broke this story dramatically.
I think it was actually around this time last year.
And it actually happened as soon as Trump got into office that they were floating this 25th Amendment talk.
This is one of those in the wheel of excuses that they have when they move from one to the next to the next.
They say Russia collusion.
When something pops up, that's disproven.
So they move on to, well, he, I don't know, cheated on his wife, so we need to remove him for that.
And they always get back to eventually the 25th Amendment because they think...
That they can use the 25th Amendment to remove a sitting president.
Let me explain to this person and to all those out there that are confused as to why the application of the 25th Amendment in this manner is by definition unconstitutional.
Because it's just the same as any other example that you want to take.
When you have Congresswoman Tlaib coming out and saying, we're going to impeach that mother effer.
That is an abuse of power.
That is unconstitutional.
Now, is it constitutional for the Congress to impeach the president?
Yes, it is. If the president has committed high crimes and misdemeanors.
Now, that's a little asterisk.
That's a little, it's like, yes, they can impeach them, but if they're just impeaching him because they don't like him, that's an abuse of power.
That's unconstitutional. In the same way, the 25th Amendment is there in extreme cases.
I mean, first of all, the 25th Amendment lays out that the vice president becomes the president if the president...
We're to be killed or we're to die while in office.
It lays out the exact pattern of secession that we have to fall into.
It also has a little contingency in there saying, well, okay, the president doesn't have to be dead, but if he's incapacitated in some way, if he's been brain damaged, if he's physically incapable of doing his job, then there's also a method in place to So you can remove him and put somebody who is physically capable in charge.
Now, if you're using...
And this is the thing.
It's the same thing. I bring it up all the time.
It's like the asylum laws.
Okay, the asylum laws are there and are very important and are there because we're a nice country and we want to take care of people.
We want to be a safe harbor for people who are persecuted in their home countries.
So we have these asylum laws.
Now, if just some person from Mexico who's not being persecuted, who just wants a job in America and has been told by some NGO lawyer, OK, here's what you have to say in order to claim asylum.
And then they come across to a point of entry and say the script that they've been given and try to claim asylum unnecessarily in a fashion that they don't actually deserve.
But they've been taught that they can manipulate and control it.
That is a violation of this, I would say, sacred law that we have, this sacred sort of ideal that we uphold that will allow people to apply for asylum in our country.
And it abuses that, and it actually hurts the people who are really needing of asylum.
It's exactly the same mindset that these Democrats have, that these socialists have.
It's the same mindset that pervades everything that they do, that is, we will do whatever we can get away with.
We will abuse the sacred powers that we've been given.
We will impeach the president, not because he's actually done something worthy of impeachment, but because we don't like him and we can impeach him.
In the same way, The 25th Amendment is there for these very rare and intense situations where, say, something happens to the president, he's physically incapacitated, well, then you could have a constitutional crisis in terms of secession, in terms of whether he's still able to exert his power or not.
It's there for emergencies.
I mean, what they're doing is essentially spending our emergency fund when it's a rainy day.
I mean, they are deciding amongst themselves...
We can use the 25th Amendment in order to oust a duly elected president because we don't like him.
We can say that he is incapacitated in some way.
He's insane. What proof do you have that he's insane?
Well, we just really don't like him.
That's what makes it unconstitutional.
That's what makes this an abuse of power.
That's what makes this intolerable and makes it a rise to the level of sedition or outright treason against the United States.
Is that clear to you?
Now, I want to point out why it's hilarious that this jerk uses stable genius as his hashtag is because the whole reason that Donald Trump called himself a stable genius was because last year they tried to bring up the 25th Amendment.
They tried to say he was incapable.
He was mentally not there, that he doesn't know what's going on, all this crap.
Donald Trump had the physician of the White House administer a mental capacity test and he passed with flying colors.
In fact, there's a hilarious video, I think Vice may have done it actually, where journalists try to take the same test that Donald Trump took and they all fail miserably where Donald Trump got a 100% So this is what happens.
They bring out this 25th Amendment crap trying to say that they can use it to get rid of our president.
And Donald Trump, back when they did this last year, came out and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that if they were to use this 25th Amendment clause, it would be inappropriate because he is, as they put it, a very stable genius.
I'm actually insulted. This guy just said hashtag stable genius.
It's very stable genius, sir.
Have some respect for Dr.
Mr. President. Now, that is – that's just the facts.
That's just another example of the Democrats, the socialists, the liberals trying to abuse these systems that we had laid down for us, and his presidents say, by our founding fathers who put these in – they put in these – These ability of the Congress,
of the Senate, because they lived in a time that still had honor, when men still concerned themselves with honor and with respect and with a spirit that's willing to uphold the law regardless of how it benefits or damages you personally.
They upheld this sacred institution of the government, this fire, as George Washington described it, necessary but dangerous.
That's government. And they imbued these offices with these powers, with this powerful ability to exert will upon the greater public because they expected people to behave in an honorable manner.
To behave in a manner that comports itself with the immense amount of responsibility that they've been given.
That's not what we're seeing these days.
What we're seeing these days is abuse of power, is treason and sedition using our own laws against us.

Of course, it wouldn't be complete, this story of these deep state spymasters, Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein, unelected, appointed basically for life.
No term limits on them.
They are given just infinite power in the American government.
They can spy on senators.

They can hold these black ops money-making deals where they're bringing drugs into the United States in a massive way.

He says basically these people need to be charged with sedition.

If we let them get away with this, it's the end of our country.

This is Donald Trump quoting Rush Limbaugh.
He says, these guys, the investigators, ought to be in jail.
What they've done working with the Obama intelligence agencies is simply unprecedented.
This is one of the greatest political hoaxes ever perpetrated on the people of this country.
And Mueller is a cover up.
Yes, sir.
That is exactly the reality.
That is exactly what needs to happen.
They need to be arrested.
They need to be punished for their sedition.
If they are not, then we are no longer under the control of our elected representatives.
We are under the control of an unelected deep state cabal, and there is no argument against what I just said.

Warren, Elizabeth Warren says, hey, if officials believe Donald Trump cannot fulfill duties, they must invoke the 25th Amendment.
