| Well, John McCain passed away this weekend, so we honor the life and times of John McCain. | ||
| Hello, I'm Dr. | ||
| Buchenne. Today I want to talk to you about how false heroes are created in the name of honor and grandeur for our country. | ||
| In particular, I'm talking about John McCain, who's unfortunately dying, but he had a history which really put a black mark on him and our American experience in Vietnam. | ||
| And let me tell you what I think. | ||
| I've never liked John McCain. | ||
| I knew a lot about his history. | ||
| I knew that he was a spoiled, entitled brat at Annapolis. | ||
| His father was head of St. | ||
| Peck. His grandfather was a famous admiral. | ||
| In turn, he was one of the lowest men in the class of 899 people at Annapolis. | ||
| He should have been thrown out, but his father kept him in. | ||
| His flying experience was erratic and dangerous. | ||
| He crashed several planes and then crashed on the USS Forstall, killing several Americans. | ||
| What he is known for, though, is for having been shot down on a 29th bombing mission over Vietnam. | ||
| He claims he was tortured and has fractured his hands and his face. | ||
| That's not correct. He destroyed his arms and his face on the ejection. | ||
| However, what happened as a POW is the case in point. | ||
| I know several of the POWs who were in the Hanover Hilton with him, and they found him despicable. | ||
| They found him to be a coward, a traitor, and the fact that he refused to be released because it was considered bravery was nonsense. | ||
| The reason he could not leave the prison in Vietnam was the simple fact that he would defy military order and would have been arrested for what he had done as a criminal, as a POW. In fact, the rest of the remaining part of his life is quite despicable and disgraceful. | ||
| He was involved in the SNL scandals and Keating. | ||
| He was corrupt and he never had to go to prison for that. | ||
| Then subsequently he closed all of the POW records so nobody would know what kind of a treasonous individual he was. | ||
| Very much like any sociopath, he decided that the best things to do for America is to go to war. | ||
| Any war and all wars. | ||
| So he invited the Iraq war, the war in Syria, the war in Libya, the war in Somalia, Sudan, and everywhere else. | ||
| In fact, he killed more Americans than any other president I would have known of. | ||
| Even more than George W. Bush. | ||
| Now who testified for his veracity and the fact that he is going to be a new hero? | ||
| The man who testified on his behalf is none other than another coward and treasonous military officer other than David Petraeus. | ||
| Let me tell you about General David Petraeus, a man who lived right next to West Point. | ||
| Married the commandant's daughter. | ||
| He was a very ambitious little man. | ||
| Received all kinds of accolades as a very smart individual. | ||
| Went to Princeton and forced his supervisor to give him a PhD in less than a year and a half. | ||
| But what was it that made David Petraeus great? | ||
| It was David Petraeus. | ||
| He never really had been in combat and in fact awarded himself some combat medals which a lot of military officers said, we don't understand how we received it. | ||
| More importantly, David Petraeus was caught for a major felony in a criminal act passing over five notebooks with top secret information to a woman whom he seduced while he was director of the CIA. Normally he would have been in prison for that for 10 to 15 years, but he got a little slap on his hand. | ||
| So it's not an accident that David Petraeus agrees that John McCain, another coward and traitor, is a great man. | ||
| And the third man we're talking about is Bob Kerry. | ||
| Most of you don't know very much about him. | ||
| He's a Democrat. He was a pharmacy student and came out of Nebraska. | ||
| He did join the SEALs. | ||
| He did go into Vietnam. | ||
| And he was injured in Vietnam. | ||
| And received the Congressional Medal of Honor. | ||
| He knew he should not have received the Congressional Medal of Honor because, unfortunately, his foot was shot off and he knew it was just an accident in war. | ||
| He hadn't done anything that was particularly heroic. | ||
| He said it in his present days. | ||
| He said, I don't deserve it. | ||
| At the same time, he received the Bronze Star for having killed 22 innocent men, women and children. | ||
| So what's the moral of the story? | ||
| John McCain doesn't ride any higher than Trump who refused to serve in our Vietnam War. | ||
| But those who excuse him... | ||

| Remember last week when I said, you would think if you read these stories about Google and Facebook and Twitter and all of these social media companies worried about Russian meddling and meddling in the election and election hacking, you would think that the election actually happened on these social media platforms. | ||
| But now they took it one step further and wrote this story Yesterday for New York Magazine. | ||
| And it talks about how Google and Facebook and Twitter and all of them, they're fighting off the Russians. | ||
| That's right, the Russians. | ||
| The Russians are hacking. The Russians are meddling. | ||
| The Russians are spreading memes and propaganda. | ||
| It's the Russians around every corner. | ||

| I wish I could. Snopes, I gotta, I'll tell ya. | ||
| Anyway, so Google is rigging their search algorithms. | ||
| We already know that's going on. | ||
| So you search Trump, what do you get? | ||
| 800 negative Trump articles before the one article, like, how about the news today? | ||
| Dow jumps more than 250 points. | ||
| NASDAQ hits 8,000 as U.S. and Mexico strike trade deal. | ||
| So President Trump has a massively successful trade deal with Mexico. | ||
| They said it could never be done. | ||
| They said, oh, Trump in Mexico! | ||
| Trump's cutting us off from Mexico! | ||
| Oh my gosh, what are we going to do? | ||
| Then he has an amazing trade deal, has a phone press conference essentially with him today, and it all goes well. | ||

| Okay, so then what happens? | ||
| Then... You've already got all the stories last week where Facebook and Twitter and Google and everyone are talking about how they're going to stop the Russians. | ||
| They're going to stop the hacking. | ||
| They're going to stop the meddling. Even though the elections don't happen on Facebook or Google or Twitter, somehow they are going to stop it. | ||
| Somehow they are the ones. | ||
| But it's all about hacking and meddling and propaganda and all of this ridiculous stuff. | ||
| And so then the New York Magazine publishes the story yesterday. | ||

| And again, what is it? Social media. | ||
| Google. Stopping the Russians from hacking the Democrats. | ||
| That's what this story is all about. | ||

| But regardless, you look at the shooter. | ||
| You just look at the guy from the pictures of him playing the game before. | ||
| And he looks exactly like Adam Lanza. | ||
| And what am I talking about? I'm saying they have the look. | ||
| They have those dead eyes and that look. | ||
| It's almost like there's no emotion behind them or something. | ||
| You could see them having no emotion mowing down a crowd. | ||
| But I feel like... | ||
| We always, everybody's got, you know, whoa, it's this, it's that. | ||

| What's to blame? How do we stop this? | ||
| What's the answer? Okay, well, everybody has what they think it is. | ||

| There was a woman, a cancer patient, outside a hospital in Houston who was just sitting on a bench and some dude walked by and smashed her head in with a rock. | ||
| You can't prevent that. You can't outlaw rocks. | ||
| You can't outlaw That, right? | ||
| No, they'll write a law that says anytime you sit on a park bench, you have to wear a helmet. | ||
| Right, okay, yeah, maybe that. | ||
| But yeah, you can't legislate out murderous intent. | ||

| Well, last I checked, killing someone was illegal. | ||

| Who's got the mental wherewithal? | ||

| Now sports is just a made-for-TV event. | ||
| Most of the games are rigged. | ||
| It's all fake. You look at LeBron James. | ||

| People don't even talk about this. | ||
| LeBron James literally had the NBA change the rules so that he could play 48 minutes a night. | ||
| It used to be you'd get maybe one or two nights off in the finals, thanks to LeBron, now you get four because LeBron plays 48 minutes a night and he needs time to get off. | ||
| So that's him changing the rules for the NBA. | ||
| So they just soften everything. | ||
| And it starts at the young level. | ||
| Everybody participates, everybody gets an award, right? | ||
| Well, no, no, no, no, not everybody wins. | ||
| You need to grow up learning that you lose sometimes. | ||
| And you know what? Sometimes there's someone on the other side of the field that's better than you. | ||

| That exertion of competition to see who's better. | ||

| So then what happens? You grow up and you can't accept losing. | ||
| You can't accept real competition and you can't accept losing. | ||
| And so you become a mental patient. | ||
| You don't know how to lose. So you cry for two years after the result of an election. | ||
| You shoot up a group of people after you lose a game of Madden. | ||
| That's why for me, I... I love playing basketball, just pickup basketball, because guess what? | ||
| The ball is round. The hoop is round. | ||
| The ball is the same inflation for all the players. | ||
| There's no ref. The lines don't move. | ||
| So it's like, but everything's rigged in the world now, and that's genuine. | ||
| So these people freak out, because everything really is rigged. | ||
| And then they think it's rigged against them because they've never experienced defeat or had anyone said, sorry, he's better than you. | ||
| Get over it. And so they freak out about an election for two plus years or they freak out about a video game and shoot people up. | ||
| I didn't even mean to go off on that rant, but I really think that it comes down to Just kids just, oh, you're okay, a little pat on the head. | ||

| You got your ass kicked out there. | ||

| You don't change the rules because you lost. | ||

| It's like, you have to be so short-sighted to not respect these institutions. | ||

| You've got The first tier, which is the social media, internet, Silicon Valley giants, rigging their algorithms to censor free speech on the internet, which is really censor conservative speech on the internet, censor Trump support on the internet, pretend that it doesn't exist, so they create an echo chamber of hatred for Trump, so that their false consensus that everybody hates Trump, he has to be impeached, can be echoed. | ||
| Then... They have the age-old tactic of dead voters, illegal voters. | ||
| I mean, you can look at all the different ways that the Democrats have tried to cheat in elections. | ||
| But that's on the back end, which we're also having stories come up today. | ||
| I've got multiple stories. | ||
| You had elections going on in Florida today, and you had elections going on in Arizona today. | ||
| And in both states, in both states, you're having major voter machine issues. | ||
| Major voter machine issues where lifelong, and of course somehow, you know, just coincidentally, it always magically works out for the Democrats. | ||
| Lifelong Republican voters are going in and having their entire ticket when they select, as a Republican, have their entire ticket selected as Democrat. | ||
| And then in Arizona, You've got multiple polling locations shut down, shut down because of voting machine malfunctions. | ||
| And you've even got stories where people aren't being allowed to vote because the voting machine or the people at the poll place, and again, it's only been Republicans that have followed these reports so far, I'm not trying to play this as a partisan issue. | ||
| I'm just reporting it as I see it. | ||
| They're not letting them vote because they're saying it's not their signature. | ||
| What? Okay, so you've got all of that going on today. | ||
| But the electronic voting machines is kind of the Democrats' final plan, you know, last stopgap measure to try to steal elections. | ||

| And it's been proven multiple times now over the last 10 years by just about every news agency out there. | ||
| These voting machines are easily hacked, easily tricked, easily manipulated. | ||

| Yeah, Zuckerberg got to testify, not under oath. | ||
| Dorsey's going to have to testify again. | ||
| And so you got all these stories out. | ||
| They're all over the internet today. | ||

| And it's one that President Trump has signaled out earlier. | ||
| Talking about the vaccine issues, wanting to work with Robert Kennedy Jr. | ||
| and everything. And maybe Trump has a little personal experience with this stuff. | ||
| But Del Bigtree, thank you for joining me today. | ||
| And you've got a lot of stuff that you want to discuss. | ||
| You're involved in litigation right now. | ||
| So first, let me just get to your mind. | ||
| What is on Del Bigtree's mind when it comes to vaccines? | ||
| What is on Del Bigtree's agenda when it comes to vaccine truth? | ||
| Well, first of all, Owen, I want to thank you for having me on your show. | ||
| I am a medical journalist. | ||
| I worked on the daytime talk show The Doctors for six years. | ||
| I won an Emmy Award doing nothing but investigating medical science and doctors and celebrating the best that medicine has to offer. | ||
| So I'm a fan of science. | ||
| I'm a fan of doctors. I always want to state that up front. | ||
| But I've been investigating vaccine safety science for the last three years. | ||
| I produced the film Vaxx, the documentary that has sort of taken the world by Because we had a whistleblower at the CDC that came forward and said that they're committing scientific fraud on the vaccine safety studies. | ||
| So that started my whole journey on questioning vaccines and the safety that we are told. | ||
| We're told over and over again, it's a bumper sticker, the slogan, it's a mantra that just goes over and over and over again from every Every news agency, from every talking head, virtually every politician and certainly every pediatrician. | ||
| Vaccines are safe and effective. | ||
| Well, I decided to investigate that. | ||
| How exactly have we discovered or proven that vaccines are safe and effective? | ||
| And specifically, I'm really focused on the safety part. | ||
| And so as you pointed out, Donald Trump early last year had met with Bobby Kennedy, who's one of the top environmental lawyers, I think, of our time. | ||
| And Bobby had issues with mercury that was coming from smokestacks and ending up in water and fish and were eating it and breathing it. | ||
| And mercury is a very dangerous toxin. | ||
| And that's what got him into looking at vaccines. | ||
| Well, Trump met with him because as you pointed out during Trump's run for the presidency, he stated time and time again that he believed we were giving too many vaccines and that he'd seen with his own eyes a child receive a vaccine, was running around his office as he tells the story, having fun, talking, walking, playing, got the vaccine, lost those abilities and now is autistic. | ||
| And so he asked Bobby Kennedy to start a vaccine safety commission. | ||
| Now, that didn't come into full fruition. | ||
| But what did happen was we had a meeting at the National Institute of Health, where most of our finances go when it comes to our health department. | ||
| NIH gets most of it. | ||
| And at that meeting were all of the luminaries of CDC, FDA, all the autism research people. | ||
| But certainly head of NIH was Francis Collins and head of infectious disease, Tony Fauci. | ||
| And I was there with Bobby. | ||
| As we asked questions about the safety, how do you prove safety? | ||
| We pointed out that they had never done an inert placebo study, which is the scientific method. | ||
| We keep hearing scientific method, scientific method. | ||
| Well, we said you haven't used the scientific method as far as we can tell when it comes to proving a vaccine is safe. | ||
| They ultimately admitted that. | ||
| And they said, that's true. | ||
| We don't do placebo studies on any of the childhood vaccines. | ||
| That's alarming, Owen, because there's no other way to say something is safe that we inject or that we take into our bodies as far as drugs or vaccines go without this very important scientific study. | ||
| And they admitted they've never done it. | ||
| So the What we now know is the head health departments of this nation and ultimately the world because we're running the show when it comes to vaccine safety and vaccine promotion. | ||
| They admitted to our faces that we do not know and cannot prove whether they're safe. | ||
| We are making an assumption that they're safe. | ||
| And so based on that information, Bobby Kennedy and I recently filed a lawsuit against Health and Human Services. | ||
| And it gets a little more into the weeds, but just so people know, this is the only product in America that you cannot sue the manufacturer if it injures you. | ||
| This is because of a law called the 1986 Vaccine Injury Compensation Act. | ||
| Which took liability away from the vaccine makers. | ||
| The reason this happened, and this is important, there were so many lawsuits against vaccine makers for death and injury and paralysis from vaccines in the 80s that they couldn't make any money. | ||
| They were losing money. | ||
| And so they blackmailed Ronald Reagan and said, we're gonna stop making all vaccines unless you protect us from liability. | ||
| Ronald Reagan hated the idea of taking away liability, and so did the Congress at that time. | ||
| But they had no choice because they also believed vaccines were necessary, so they reticently signed this law. | ||
| Well, in that law, it is clear when you read it that Congress and Ronald Reagan saw a huge problem to taking away the only market liability. | ||
| Power or control or incentive to make a product better, which is the ability to sue. | ||
| I mean, if we cannot sue a company, why are they gonna fix the brakes on their car? | ||
| Or why are they gonna make sure that the crib doesn't get kids' heads stuck in it? | ||
| Things like that, we've seen it for years. | ||
| Why would they make vaccines safer? | ||
| And remember, there were so many lawsuits, they couldn't make money. | ||
| So we weren't talking about a safe product, we were talking about one that was having serious problems and costing a fortune in court. | ||
| So they wrote into the law that the Health and Human Services was now going to be in charge of doing the safety studies since we're taking the incentive away from the manufacturer themselves. | ||
| And Congress wanted to oversee this. | ||
| And so in the law, they said every two years, Health and Human Services is going to have to sit down with us and explain what safety studies they've done, how they have reduced the amount of adverse events, what they plan on doing in the future to make vaccines safer than they are. | ||
| So that we don't have so many lawsuits and so that children aren't being unduly harmed. | ||
| Remember, we give vaccines to perfectly healthy children, not children that are already sick or in any sort of desperate situation. | ||
| So to injure a perfectly healthy child really goes against our ethics in the American world. | ||
| Well, what Bobby Kennedy and I did, we FOIA'd, we used Freedom of Information Act requests to Health and Human Services and just simply said, we'd like to see the minutes. | ||
| We'd like to see the recommendations that were made every two years that were mandated by the 1986 law. | ||
| We want to see what recommendations you've made for the last 30 years. | ||
| In every two-year increments. | ||
| They avoided us, Owen, for over eight months. | ||
| They're supposed to respond within 30 days. | ||
| And we kept sending backup letters until finally we said, fine, we're taking you to court. | ||
| We want to know and we need this information. | ||
| Do you have to go to the secret special vaccine court for this? | ||
| No, no, no. This is just a regular court system. | ||
| It says here you're in the Southern District of New York. | ||
| You know that they are going to hate you, right? | ||
| Right, of course. And we are avoiding vaccines. | ||
| That's why this was such an interesting approach. | ||
| So many people, you can't sue vaccines. | ||
| As you pointed out, you have to go to the special master's court, which is really a kangaroo court. | ||
| But this is a governmental issue, and we were simply asking for relief. | ||
| We asked the court to come in and force the Health and Human Services to answer our question. | ||
| And so that's what happened. | ||
| They finally did. They finally said, Mercy, okay, what do you want? | ||
| We said, we just want to know what recommendations have been made every two years for the last 30 years to make vaccines safer. | ||
| And shockingly, Owen, they responded and said, we have never had one of those meetings. | ||
| Not one in 30 years. | ||
| And we asked the court, we want a stipulation. | ||
| We want them to sign that with prejudice, saying that they have never held a single safety study in 30 years, which leads to... | ||
| And now you even have the inserts on FDA.gov being shared on social media and being blocked. | ||
| We'll talk about that on the other side. | ||
| We knew it was coming. The whole thing was formulaic. | ||
| First, demonize Infowars, lie about us, build a straw man, then sue us to add credibility to that, then have a few fake strikes on YouTube and Facebook with nebulous terms like bullying children and Islamophobia. | ||

| And this was right when you were working with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Del. | ||
| Donald Trump met with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a dangerous anti-vaxxer advocate. | ||
| You know, let me explain why this angers me so much, Del. | ||
| The real danger here is untested vaccines. | ||
| The real danger here is forcing the entire population to take a vaccine that hasn't been properly tested. | ||
| The real danger here is my body, my choice. | ||
| Oh, except when it comes to vaccines. | ||
| That's the real danger. | ||
| And for a Disgusting, trash, garbage news outlet like Vox to say Robert F. Kennedy's the dangerous one because he may be an anti-vaxxer advocate. | ||

| That doesn't make me dangerous. | ||
| It's the vaccines that are dangerous. | ||
| Can you believe the disgusting twist of the narrative that they engage in? | ||
| I think what's interesting, Owen, is what you're pointing out is just, if you really dissect what they're saying there, what they're saying is he has an opinion that's dangerous to vaccines. | ||
| Now, when you think of safety studies of anything that we take, any food or drug or cars, think about car crash tests, don't you assume that the science is skeptical? | ||
| Isn't the point of a safety study to say, I'm going to test whether this thing can stand up against scrutiny? | ||
| That is the whole point of a science study. | ||
| And what they're saying is because Bobby Kennedy is skeptical of vaccines, he shouldn't be the one involved in discussing safety. | ||
| Isn't that exactly who should be involved? | ||
| Because think about a crash test. | ||
| Do you want someone testing your car that thinks that, say, Tesla is the greatest car that ever existed? | ||
| And now I'm really psyched that I'm the one that gets to do the crash test because I'm going to prove how great it is. | ||
| It's like when Volkswagen was a Volkswagen was testing their emissions and they lied and they got caught lying about their emissions so that they wouldn't get hurt in the final sale. | ||
| Exactly. That's exactly what's going on with the vaccine industry. | ||
| They don't want skeptics maybe talking about this and doing the test because, oh, wow, someone might report on us. | ||
| Well, this is exactly the problem. | ||
| I want a body of scientists that are skeptical about brand new vaccines coming on the market, are skeptical that the pharmaceutical industry may not be looking out for people's safety. | ||
| Our FDA, our CDC, all of our regulatory agencies are letting the pharmaceutical industry do their own safety testing. | ||
| That's insane. Can you imagine if I got to safety test my own products? | ||
| I mean, the way this is working, there's no way we can trust it. | ||
| I want skeptics. | ||
| I want massive skepticism on any safety test of any drug, any pesticide, any injection. | ||
| And then, if under the scrutiny of a skeptic's view, of a skeptical scientist, it's still passing with flying colors, bring it on! | ||
| Let's see it. I will always believe in choice, by the way. | ||
| It's always your choice because this is the United States of America, and you're not injecting anything into me or my kids, whether I, if I don't say so. | ||
| If I believe in it, great. | ||
| If I don't, this is a free country. | ||
| You can't force feed me. | ||
| You can't force inject me. | ||
| You can't, you know. What are we talking about? | ||
| But the point being, there's not skepticism anywhere in this country. | ||
| If every single doctor just keeps saying vaccines are great, they're the greatest invention of the 20th century, and every scientist that's being paid by pharma or their school is being funded by pharma says the same thing, we gotta find a body of scientists that have a little skepticism left. | ||
| Otherwise, We can't be guaranteed that they're not looking around problems, that they're not avoiding asking the correct questions as anyone would do if they're trying to prove themselves right. | ||
| That is not the point of science, is not to prove yourself right. | ||
| It's to take someone like Bobby Kennedy and say, if he can't prove that it's dangerous, then it must be safe. | ||
| I want a skeptic in that position. | ||
| Now, I want to raise an issue that you may or may not be aware of here, Del, and this is actually what spurred me to get you on and start this conversation. | ||
| A friend of mine, Preston Kamler, who is the owner of Founding Fathers Liquids, which is a vaping company, Who I think people are going to be familiar with soon. | ||
| He's going to be, I think, promoted probably quickly within the ranks of Infowars Army. | ||
| But he tweets out, or excuse me, he put on Facebook an official FDA.gov vaccine insert. | ||
| Okay? It's from FDA.gov. | ||
| It's their official insert. And in there... | ||
| It talks about having adverse effects from the injections, adverse effects at the injection sites, and then it talks about how they don't test it for carcinogen effects. | ||
| So what are they admitting? | ||
| A, they're admitting there is a negative side effect to the vaccine, and then B, they're admitting... | ||
| We don't know if it causes cancer or not. | ||
| We don't know. So you know what? | ||
| I realize I won't come on here and say vaccines cause cancer. | ||
| I guess I can't scientifically prove that. | ||
| But from the FDA's own admission, they can't prove that it doesn't cause cancer. | ||
| That's in their own admission. | ||
| But here's the shocker, Del. | ||
| My friend posts this up, the official screenshot. | ||
| Facebook removed it. | ||
| Facebook removed it multiple times. | ||
| He retested it, re-uploaded it. | ||
| They took it down multiple times. | ||
| His friends didn't believe him. | ||
| He forwarded them the screenshots, tagged them in the screenshots, and Facebook removed it again. | ||
| So Facebook is now censoring their own government documents on vaccines. | ||
| How crazy is that? | ||
| I mean, seriously, if you cannot publish facts by our own government agencies and Facebook says that it respects the government and it's only gonna get rid of fake news, that's not fake, that's as real as it gets. | ||
| You're absolutely right. | ||
| We are in a very, very confusing time. | ||
| And what does this all mean? | ||
| I mean, in the end, you're right. | ||
| None of the vaccines, at least most of them that I know, they all say that, have not been tested for carcinogenic effects. | ||
| By the way, almost, I believe every single drug is. | ||
| That's the number one problem you have, is proliferation of cells because a drug is affecting your body the wrong way. | ||
| How is it we're not asking the most obvious question of vaccines? | ||
| You'll also see that every single vaccine says not tested on pregnant women. | ||
| Even though we're now giving pregnant women flu shots, every single of the over 20 flu shots says never been tested on pregnant women. | ||
| We all saw on NBC when they came forward a few months ago and had to admit that a study on pregnant women showed that if you were getting your second flu shot in the first trimester of pregnancy, You were seven times more likely to miscarry. | ||
| But they said, go back to sleep, America. | ||
