Jesus said, Man cannot live on bread alone, but from every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
You're listening to Daily Truth.
If you in the present feel forgotten, feel abandoned, feel as though you have been forsaken by the Lord, That is a lie from the pit of hell.
And you need to rebuke it in the name of Jesus and begin to quote the scripture, turn to the scripture, and begin to speak the promises of God.
Remind yourself, plead your heart from a clock to a flame, as the Puritans once said.
Remind yourself of who God is, that He keeps steadfast covenant, that He is faithful always.
He's the same yesterday, today, and today.
Forever.
He is the Lord who does not change so that you, the children of Jacob, are not consumed.
He is to be trusted and not doubted.
The Lord keeps steadfast covenant.
Remember that.
Now, what you need to see is you need to see that the Lord remembers you.
So, you're trying to convince yourself right now in the present, you feel forgotten by God.
You need to know that you're not forgotten by God, but that God rather remembers you.
So, you now need to see God's remembrance made visible, if you will.
So, how is God's remembrance of us in the present made visible?
God's remembrance of you, the very fact that he has not presently forgotten you, but that he presently remembers you is displayed, it is shown, it is proven by his past salvation of you and his promise of future preservation for you.
Thanks so much for listening.
But, real quick, before you go, do us a small favor.
Take a moment and leave us a five star review if you enjoyed the show.
This is undoubtedly the best way that you can help us get this biblically faithful content to as many people as possible.
Thanks so much.
