Well, some great news for Texans out there today.
A U.S.
District Court has decided to allow the state of Texas to join some landowners in a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Land Management.
Governor Greg Abbott announced this good news, tweeting, The state would be allowed to intervene in a complaint filed by nine private landowners, a county sheriff, and three Texas counties.
They're challenging the federal agency's unconstitutional and arbitrary seizure of thousands of acres of private property along the Red River.
And this is a lawsuit which contends that the BLM is encroaching on private land in violation of citizens' Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights, as well as infringing upon the sovereignty of local county governments.
So I really appreciate this.
It's our top article here on InfoWars because once again it makes me very proud to be a Texan.
Gotta love these guys reasserting their rights as we're seeing the federal government We're really trying to encroach upon those rights.
Now, of course, here in Austin, Texas, we are experiencing South by Southwest and the influx of all of these tech entrepreneurs.
Well, one of the talks that was here at South by Southwest was given from the creator of Siri.
He made Apple's digital assistant Siri.
And he says, step aside, because he's actually working on a giant brain in the sky, which is going to be called Viv.
And he says this program is going to make mental leaps to solve problems.
It could one day outsmart us.
And he also went on to warn, of course, we've heard these warnings before, artificially intelligent robots are going to be stealing our office jobs in just five years' time.
And even inventors' jobs are at risk.
This is Dag Kittloss.
He is the creator of Siri.
And he's working on Viv.
He believes it's one step up from the assistance on our phone.
And he basically is going to analyze the nouns in a sentence when a person speaks into their smartphone.
So, whereas Siri would be able to, if you ask her a question, she might either not respond or she'll pinpoint something on the map.
This is actually going to be able to take the words, analyze them all, and offer you up some different things.
Of course, we've seen this plenty in sci-fi movies as well.
But when asked by an author whether supercomputers would be replacing entrepreneurs, he said, yes, it will happen.
Just it's a matter of when.
So he says it'll all be over soon.
Not anytime soon, though.
So he's basically playing a part in making himself Redundant and making himself obsolete, which of course, we know a lot of things are going that way.
Anything that humans are really enjoying that makes us what we are is kind of going the way of the robot these days.
Also, one of the things that we're seeing a lot here at South by Southwest is automation.
Of course, they're pushing for driverless cars.
Lyft and Uber are really trying to make a name for themselves here.
But check this story out.
So about a month or so ago, we played some video of a Google driverless car having a little rendezvous with a city bus.
Well, Google actually got a bus detecting patent a month after it hit a bus.
So they were already preparing for this type of scenario.
But they were actually thinking about school buses here with this patent.
But it turns out they've got to watch out for those street buses as well.
And another panel that's actually taking place at South by Southwest is how data can better activate voters.
And these are people from both sides of the political spectrum.
They were meeting at Twitter's temporary South by Southwest headquarters here in downtown Austin.
And of course, Ted Cruz aims to beat Trump's earned media with data.
I've got a little advice for you, Ted Cruz.
Don't be one of the people who are blaming the Chicago rally shutdown on Donald Trump.
Because immediately after he came out and blamed this violent mob of protesters on Donald Trump, he lost 300,000 Twitter followers overnight.
So this is what happens when you start backing violent protesters and calling it free speech.
And these are actually mobs and people can see that.
And Milwaukee's Sheriff David Clark actually came out with a warning against this as well.
One of these other people who is openly speaking out about this saying, why are we calling this a form of protest now?
Violence is not.
These people need to look toward what Martin Luther King Jr.
did if they want to know what real protesting is about.
And Sheriff Clark said this on Sean Hannity's Fox News show.
He said, Sean, everything is ass backwards in the country right now.
We're looking at rioting.
We're calling it protesting.
The cops are the bad guys.
The crooks are the victims now.
And that's not all he had to say.
Sean, this is a totalitarian movement.
You know it.
I know it.
They have been unmasked.
They know that to control the narrative, you have to control the language.
They know that Trump is a threat now to their moving in and disrupting our ordered liberty here in the United States, our rule under law or the rule of law.
And Trump and some of the other Republican candidates are a threat to that.
This wasn't an attempt to engage in peaceful protest.
I'm tired of couching it in those terms.
This is not peaceful protest.
All right?
He is absolutely right.
This is what they need to do in order to control the narrative.
You've got to be able to control people's speech.
And that's why, you know, I can support what Bernie Sanders is saying.
I get why his supporters are out there in droves supporting him.
But you don't want to shut down a fascist with fascist tactics.
You're saying that you want to, you know, break down the government by giving them even more power.
It just doesn't make sense.
You really need to understand how you're being controlled and manipulated and Frankly, your tactics are not working.
According to a new poll, left-wing protesters are actually driving people into the arms of Donald Trump.
And of course, as we're going to be seeing another Super Tuesday here coming up later this evening, we'll have some more of those poll results coming in.
We'll see how the people have decided to vote in Illinois.
And that's not all.
The mainstream media has been claiming that the majority of GOP voters hate Trump.
Well now, Trump has surpassed 53%.
Which means the majority of GOP voters now at this point across the country are actually in support of Donald Trump, and that's only the people who will say it out loud.
A lot of people don't want to say it out loud because of obvious backlash that they will face.
Now compare that with Hillary Clinton supporters.
Take a look at this video that our guys shot there on the road.
I mean, they are so unenthusiastic about Hillary.
So at least it's not a violent mob, you know, like some of Bernie Sanders' people, but take a look at this.
I believe that she will win!

It is obvious that those people are settling for Hillary.
That video is just kind of proof that it's the establishment who is really pushing Hillary Clinton.
In journalism, they always say to follow the money.
And according to Federal Election Commission data, federal employees have donated over $18,000 to Clinton.
$2,000 to Cruz, $750 to Rubio, and $0 to Donald Trump.
And could that be?
Because Trump has previously said it's important to audit the Fed.
He even called out Cruz for skipping the vote on Senator Rand Paul's audit the Fed proposal back in January.
You'll remember Ted Cruz, he was too busy.
He said it wasn't going to pass anyway, even though it only needed seven votes.
But Trump has also previously accused Fed Chair Janet Yellen of keeping interest rates low as a favor to President Obama.
So we can see he's definitely ruffled some feathers there.
But that's not it.
George Soros, of course, the billionaire financier, he, of course, is alarmed by Trump.
So he's been pouring money into the 2016 race.
He's spent or committed more than $13 million to support Hillary Clinton and other Democrats this election cycle.
It's already more than his total disclosed spending in the last two presidential elections combined.
So you can see this is very important for him.
He has contributed $7 million to Priorities USA.
It's the main super PAC that supports Clinton.
Another million to American Bridge.
Last week he announced he was putting $5 million into a new super PAC, which is going to be Uh, based on getting the immigrant vote.
So it's part of a coordinated $15 million voter turnout effort targeting Latinos and immigrants here in Colorado, Nevada and Florida.
So we can always, if you see a little bit of race baiting, kerfuffling going on, you can bet George Soros is not so far behind.
But why does he do things like that?
Well, let's ask Hillary Clinton's husband.

And Soros have given almost 90% of their funding to Hillary.
Now, they've given about 10% to Sanders to have some control, in case he beats her.
But they're all in, basically, 90% for her.
So that's confirmation.
So this is a big deal, folks.
I think everybody in the country has now heard about these violent protests in Chicago which are being blamed on supporters of Bernie Sanders.
Alex, this is a false flag.
These demonstrators are flying under a false banner.
They are not Sanders supporters by and large.
This is an operation directed by supporters of Hillary Clinton.
Uh, paid for by, uh, George Soros and Mulan, by David Brock at Media Matters from America, also funded by Soros, and also by the reclusive billionaire, Jonathan Willis.
We have a right to speak.
I mean, we are law-abiding people.
We're people that work very hard.
We're people that have built this country and made this country great.
And we're all together.
And we want to get along with everybody.
But when they have organized, professionally staged wise guys, we've got to fight back.
We've got to fight back.

I've known him for, I suppose, since he was trying to help some orphans.
This happens to everyone.

And if that's not enough for you to get the gist of who Hillary Clinton is, she's actually doubled down on her, what difference does it make, statement.
In a rather bizarre statement, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has said that the U.S.
didn't lose a single person in Libya, which is to say the former Secretary of State is ignoring the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
Now, Libya is perfect, isn't it?
Clinton said.
Libya was a different kind of calculation, and we didn't lose a single person.
We didn't have a problem in supporting our European and Arab allies in working with NATO.
Mrs. Clinton conveniently skipped over the attack of September 11, 2012, of the diplomatic special mission compound and CIA annex in Benghazi.
The left ambassador Christopher Stevens, foreign management officer Sean Smith, and CIA contractors Tyrone S. Smith and Glenn Doherty dead.
There's even a movie out about it called 13 Hours.
And this isn't the first time Hillary has had a selective memory, but what difference does it make?

And now a lot of social justice warriors out there and anti-white people use this argument that it can't be racist if it's against a white person.
And I lost a few friends about a year ago having an argument about How dangerous that idea is and now of course we're really starting to see that play out all over the country.
Well now there's a YouTube video of a student debate highlighting some of this shocking anti-white racism at Harvard University.
This video shows two black student activists from the University of West Georgia They are talking about how white people should kill themselves in order to atone for white privilege.
Now this pair of speakers in the video, they've been described as one of the elite debate teams in the country.
So these people are very respected and this is the debate they're saying, our argument is that we should never affirm white life.
White life is based off of black subjugation.
And then when a debater asks his friend, well should I just kill myself?
They say, well, I don't see why not.
It's ethical because you have white privilege.
And then, of course, this is, you know, why does white privilege mean I should kill myself?
Why shouldn't I struggle against that system?
And then, of course, they interrupt and say, well, struggling against that system and that structure means putting your life on the line.
So go ahead and do it.
Now they're calling it affirmative suicide.
It's cool.
It's one step in the right direction.
So this is ridiculous, and of course we have our editor at large, Paul Joseph Watson, responding to this notion of white privilege.

While being lectured all day not to rape women and being collectively treated as a would-be rapist because of made-up statistics about a college rape culture that doesn't exist.
I love how my white male privilege allows me to be judged collectively while being told I'm a racist For judging other people collectively.

I love how my male privilege entitles me to be 11 times more likely to die at the workplace than a woman.
I love how my male privilege entitles me to contribute to 99.9% of combat deaths and casualties.
I love how my male privilege entitles me to be 5 times more likely to commit suicide than a woman.

With the, basically like, small riots kind of breaking down, people getting agitated about the Trump rally.
And they're saying it's because Trump fuels racism, and that America is racist, and Trump rallies are giving a voice To boost people who actually are internally racist.
Alright, so do you think racism today is as bad as people make it seem to be on the mainstream media?
Well, I think they might exaggerate it a bit.
I think that people tend to get along, but when you watch the shows, you don't get that same perception.
Yeah, I agree, it's exaggerated a little bit in the mainstream media.
Do you really think Trump's racist?
I don't know.
I think if he is, he's doing it just for more propaganda.
Ben Carson is his forerunner.
I mean, he just endorsed him, Ben Carson.
Ben Carson is following other people's dreams, you know, to get him to endorse him.
I don't know.
He's racist was the question.

Do you believe the mainstream But what does that mean, though?
Black people can be racist, anybody can be racist.
Well, if he has them as, like, an endorser, you know, like he... No, he's not.
He just doesn't want people breaking the law.
I think that people just naturally are going to be suspect of people that look different, and I think that's just natural.
And I think the media's gonna outplay that, because it sells ratings, it sells advertising across that.
So, yeah, I think it all perpetuates itself, until we're all the same color.
He's racist, sexist, he incites violence.
And he's tearing our country apart right now.

I think he makes racial comments, but I don't think that it's... I think a lot of people make racial comments, but to say that they're racist is very extreme.
I think that Trump is deliberately trying to say things that are, I mean, like he wouldn't even denounce the KKK or David Duke.
He did.

Yeah, but also... Sunday shows, he did not do that.
Honestly, I don't think he's racist.
I think he's telling the truth about what everybody's thinking.
He's the only one able to say it.

You feel like the mainstream media, you know, the fact that the Republicans are scared of him, the fact that the Democrats are scared of him, do you think that's kind of cool?
To see someone that's going to shake up Washington that much?
They're so willing to make him look like a racist.

So, is American politics pretty popular over there?

I mean, it's influencing the balance in the world, and everybody's following it really closely.
Because, of course, America is a dominant power in the world, and we depend on America largely for a lot of things.
I actually have a black buddy who lives in St.
Louis, and he attended.
He had a Trump hat on.
He wasn't attacked or anything.
Oh, I'm sure there's people that they're not, but it's just ridiculous to me that someone of color attends one of his events and has stuff happen.
That doesn't happen at Ted Cruz events.
It doesn't happen at Marco Rubio.
Well, actually, before Ted Cruz walked out, the guy who introduced him, a preacher, openly called for killing homosexuals.
Well, I mean, I'm not a fan of either of those two either.
So, I mean... Ted Cruz or homosexuals?
Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio.
Do you think that America today in 2016 is as racist as the mainstream media tries to portray it on TV every day?

Absolutely not.

Because I've seen the change from, like, how my grandparents are, how we are.
Once the generations keep rolling, it'll be less and less and less.
Definitely, there's still a small minority who has the same, you know, opinions, maybe, as our forefathers, but not anymore.
Yeah, there's gonna be some racist people, regardless, all over.
I mean, that's in every country.
There's always gonna be a group of people that just aren't gonna be willing to change.
But, I mean, there's also, I think, in a majority, we have more people now who are More opposed to racism and are more open.

Bernie Sanders.
I'm not opposed to Trump.
I mean, I might get bombed right now, but not necessarily.
I would like a capitalist running for president.

These are opioid painkillers.
They're members of the morphine family like Oxycontin and Vicodin.
They are prescribed to as much as 4% of the U.S.
population.
That's at least 250 million prescriptions.
From 1999 to 2014, About 165,000 people died of overdoses.
Now, the CDC director Thomas Frieden said, we know of no other drug prescribed so frequently that kills so many patients.
Now, they're going to set out some new guidelines.
Now, of course, these guidelines are not going to have the power of law, but they're saying it's going to guide insurance company recommendations To doctors and VA administrators for those prescriptions because, of course, as we know, they are pumping the veterans air if you go.
They're like, well, here's 30 different kinds of prescriptions.

Hopefully this won't kill you.
Now, these guidelines, of course, are not going to affect cancer patients or those in hospice care, but they're going to be for people who go in for work injuries, car crashes, other causes of long term pain.
They say opioids should be the last option for these patients.
And secondly, when given, doses should start out low and only increase slowly.
And third, patients should be monitored and a plan for getting them off the drugs should start with their prescription.
Which, oh my goodness, I worked in a doctor's office and I cannot tell you.
In the early days of Oxycontin, how many times the reps would come in, get the doctor to prescribe this pain pill and never explain how addictive it is.
So then these people would turn into drug seekers and then you'd toss them out on the street.
So there was no plan for helping to wean these people off once they became addicted to this highly potent, highly effective painkiller.
Now statistics suggest that one out of every 150 patients prescribed these long-term opioid painkillers die of a condition that's related to their prescription within three years of its start.
So this is really awful and of course Americans We are the most drugged people out there.
Americans consume 80% of all prescription painkillers, even though we're less than 5% of the world's population.
We buy four-fifths of these highly addictive drugs.
Now, according to the CDC, more than 28,000 Americans died from opioid overdoses in 2014 alone.
Those deaths represented 60% of all drug overdose deaths in the United States.
So that is more than heroin and cocaine combined.
People are dying from prescription painkillers that they're legally obtaining from their doctor.
So if you want to talk about the war on drugs, it's the DEA, of course, shipping in these drugs that they are then putting into your pain pills.
We need to, you know, start there because it's actually, according to these statistics, safer for people to get the street versions of these drugs rather than getting the prescription.
And now, in order to sort of help reduce the drug violence there in Mexico, a governor is actually floating the idea of allowing the legal cultivation of opium poppies for medicinal purposes.
So they said this is going to help to weaken the hold that gangsters have on local farmers there.
Now, to my knowledge, the DEA is not getting its opium poppies from Mexico, but of course we know these things are coming across the border.
Opium poppies are used to make opium and heroin, as well as morphine and other pain-killing drugs.
So this is where the DEA is legally shipping these in to then pass them along to these pharmaceutical manufacturers.
So Big Pharma is the real pusher.
And if you know anyone that's been affected personally with a drug addiction to painkillers, then you know just how devastating this can be and how destructive this is for our society.
These are the people that should be behind bars in the war on drugs.
Now here is a flashback from an interview that Alex Jones did.

Here we're going to give you an update on the Super Tuesday election results.
Some people are actually calling this Titanic Tuesday because this is the kickoff to the high stakes winner take all season.
So this is where we find out, are we on a crooked path to the rigged system or are the votes actually going to count?
Just so everybody knows, it's all crooked and it is all rigged.
But that does really have the establishment fuming at this point because they're calling it now for Donald Trump over a million votes in Florida.
I mean, totally devastating victory.
99 delegates going for Trump.
Rubio about half as much.
Ted Cruz, you know, just a third of that.
Yeah.
Totally devastating.
So Rubio has of course made his last stand and now he has dropped out of the race.
Congratulated Trump on the very big win.

Rubio drops out after devastating loss to Trump in Florida.
And let's go down to this tweet from Todd Harris, who is a campaign advisor for Rubio.
He said, media needs to chill.
The Florida Q poll numbers are way wrong.

I hope people are taking him to task on Twitter for calling it.
Todd Harris, I guess you are going to need a new job because the campaign is over.
And now at 7.50 p.m.
Central Standard Time, they're calling it for Kasich, even though there's only about 19% of the votes in for Ohio.
Now that's not a surprise.
They were pretty much thinking that Kasich was going to win Ohio.
And I can see the headlines tomorrow.
Mainstream media is going to go, looks like Kasich is building up steam.
He's really going to take it now.
He's got all the votes.
This is it.
Kasich is really going to be in charge.
It's going to be really funny how they spin this.
This is exactly what they did with Rubio a couple weeks ago and we see how that turned out.
If Kasich, of course he's going to be coronated by the mainstream media.
It's his one state, so he's the one state wonder.
He still will need 106% of the remaining votes to win legitimately.
So you're telling me there's a chance.
There is a chance, because listen to this, Reuters is actually selling this idea that he's going to be this outsider.
He says, Kasich promised the crowd he'll never be beholden to Washington insiders if he wins the White House in November.
But that's exactly who he's going to be beholden to, because that's who's going to get him elected.
Big fan of the NAFTA superhighway?
Well, behind the scenes, they're studying arcane party rules that they believe could offer Pat the Republican nomination if he wins in Ohio tonight, which they're calling.
So, I mean, we're seeing just all sorts of scrambling.

I mean, he's one state that he's won now.
And they're saying he could actually become the President of the United States.
It's totally ridiculous.
But in fact, now the GOP leadership is now going to meet with Trump, it looks like tonight at some point.

We've got to take him down.
But now they see it's inevitable.
They're going to concede, I think, at this point and bow down to him as he's really defeating them at their own game.

They were having a pre-meeting, the GOP establishment was, right before they meet with Trump.

And right now we have Richard Reeves actually on the ground at the Mar-a-Lago Club, which is where Trump is going to be giving his victory speech in Florida, where he won an overwhelming majority of the votes.
Rubio won one little county in Miami where Spring Breakers are just letting loose at this point, having giant foam parties in celebration.
But let's go to Richard Reeves right now.
The establishment has been confounded and befuddled and Mr. Trump can be happy about that because I think it will work to his favor.
The establishment has been able to figure out the best plan so far to try to stop him.
They tried, perhaps, having Marco Rubio, having folks get behind him in Florida.
That didn't work out when Marco Rubio self-destructed his campaign nearly three weeks ago on Thursday night at the University of Houston debate when he went outside of decorum And like we've talked about in previous shows and broadcasts, the establishment Republican audience and voters do not like it when candidates get out of the quorum.
They can tolerate just about anything else.
They can tolerate them being a little bit wrong on one issue or another.
But they could have a candidate that's perfect on every issue.
First Amendment, Second Amendment, Rights of Life, etc.
But if they go outside of decorum like Marco Rubio did, they will get tanked.
And you saw that happen with many states resulting in single digits for Marco Rubio.
So they've failed with Marco Rubio.
The best so far as far as the establishment being able to coalesce Behind a candidate is going to be behind John Kasich in Ohio.
So we're going to find out what happens with John Kasich.
They've tried to get establishment Republicans behind him and also John Kasich has extended his hand to the left side by talking about amnesty and granting legal status and or citizenship to the illegal aliens and having a more open border stance.
So Kasich is using his machine to his best Aligned at all the different factions that he can to have him come over and vote for him in this primary So he can try to win a state so folks we are in Mar-a-Lago tonight Donald Trump is expected to be here around 9 to 10 p.m.
So here's the situation folks I think like I said Donald Trump's going to benefit from the confusion and befuddlement of the establishment and But look for a Ted Cruz surprise.
Look for Ted Cruz to come in a surprise state in Missouri or Illinois or North Carolina.
Look for Trump to win Florida and right now in Ohio, like I said, with the establishment forces doing the best to coalesce behind John Kasich and all the different ploys in Ohio, the double voting for the ballot, the ballots got to where you have to vote twice So you can vote for president.
I couldn't ever understand it even though we went to actual an Ohio voting office to try to understand what the situation was in Ohio.
Very confusing in Ohio.
Even a voter, a worker there at the poll could not explain the ballot.

But let's go and look at what's going on in North Carolina right now.
So yeah, it's 757 now, Central Standard Time, and in North Carolina, very close between Trump and Cruz.
34% in.
Yeah, 39, it's about almost 40% for Trump at this moment.
In Illinois, they've only got about 3% of the votes coming in, but they're saying, you know, These can all go either way at this point.
Nothing is certain.
