These are the end of show mixes that, to be honest, I think there's probably about 35% of the audience that may not hear them all the time.

And then we're about 60% of where we started out, which is still amazing, because people do want to listen all the way to the end.

What has happened and what we've noticed, and we started doing this at the beginning of the first year of COVID, COVID year one.

I mean, there's so many things in this more than three hours that, and again, I could have done seven, easily.
I was surprised you got this much time, three hours out of it.

A lot of people who have had this procedure, and of course I'm just super anxious because I've never even been knocked out in my life from drugs or otherwise.

All right, let's talk about hospitalizations here in the city.
They are reaching numbers we haven't seen since the height of the pandemic.
When it comes to COVID-19 hospitalization numbers in New York City, health officials say half of those admitted are for COVID-19.
The other half are coming to the hospital for other reasons, but testing positive once they get there.
Time to get back to work.
About 75 to 80 percent of all hospital beds across New York City are occupied right now.
And that number we do expect to increase.
I was double vaxxed, boosted.
I got it.
Thank goodness I was asymptomatic.
My husband and son also vaxxed and boosted.
They got it as a flu.
It seems like a lot of people are getting it right now.
This is not 2020.
This is 2022.
It's not too late to get your flu and COVID vaccines.
The message remains, get boosted and mask up.
Most vaccination sites in New York City, including all city sites, will expand boosters for kids 12 and up.
Such an important reminder about the power of getting vaccinated.
There's no exemptions other than a medical exemption and no test out options.
We've already seen what's been happening in our health care environments.
Staff is getting sick.
They're leaving.
We need them to get well.
They work with our most vulnerable New Yorkers.
The vast majority of children who are hospitalized are unvaccinated.
They must get their booster shots so that they can fellow protect themselves.
And I know I hear what people say.
Well, I have my vaccination, my booster shot, and I still got COVID.
Yes.
But for the most part, you're home.
You're not in a hospital on a ventilator.
We think with our modeling that the peak will happen next week.
We've also seen some leveling the past couple of days.
We're going to make sure that we use those dollars.
We're sending nothing back to Washington, D.C.
We're looking at the balance of people who are in the hospital for COVID versus non-COVID reasons.
And the number of people in the hospital for COVID is still high.
In fact, more than double what it had been just before the holidays.
This is really not 2020.
This is 2022.

Many parents are breathing a collective sigh of relief that they can now protect their young ones from COVID.
They're also thrilled that their kids can get back to doing activities they had to give up during the pandemic.

And we continue at CDC to update our guidance in the context of evolving science, of evolving epidemiology, and what is practical and feasible in collaboration with our public health partners.
Treatment, technology, and testing.
I know that, at times, it gets frustrating.
We need refrigerated trucks for the dead.

Right now, it's as if the train is slamming down the track at an extremely high velocity under extremely stressed conditions.

A group of truckers are protesting a new rule that took effect on the 15th of January.
It requires truckers entering Canada to be fully immunized against the coronavirus.
The United States also imposed the same requirement on truckers entering that country a week later.
And what's interesting about this convoy is it's getting hardly any coverage at all inside of Canada or really anywhere.
It's a near media blackout, which oddly seems to be the same thing happening in Europe and even here in the States in regards to all of the other protests.
It's a giant convoy of trucks.
We've seen Canada go from a country of Justin Trudeau's promises of sunny ways into dark authoritarian oppression and control.

Of people who are on their way to Ottawa or who are holding unacceptable views that they're expressing.
Do not represent the views of Canadians who have been there for each other, who know that following the science Police also conceding they're honestly not sure when the protest will end.

It's time for each of us as individuals now to make a conscious effort to treat everyone in our daily lives that we encounter equally.
It's also time for the proof of vaccination mandate to end.
So effective at midnight this Sunday, February the 13th, all provincial proof of vaccination requirements will end.
Let's work together to heal some of the divisions.
Let's understand that we can forgive our friends, our family members, maybe even ourselves, if that is necessary.
As we move forward and we truly want to get back to normal, we shouldn't be dwelling or focusing in on what other people's decisions are.
We all need to make an extra effort to understand and respect everyone's right to make their own decision.
There's been divisions in our communities.
The convoys came up.
We have convoys literally in every province, from my understanding, across the nation.
We have borders that are being blocked at multiple areas.
And these are for, in a large part, people that want these divisions ultimately to go away.
The only thing that would prevent us from achieving all that we can be is for us to be Arguing amongst ourselves.
Let's come together as friends.
Let's not lose a friend due to this virus.
Let's come together as family.
Let's not lose a family relationship regardless of what conversations have occurred over the last number of months.
As we look ahead, let's come together as a community within a great province and achieve what we know we can achieve.
The opportunity is there for us.
We know the way through this pandemic is by getting everyone vaccinated.

I usually go by Mr. Johnson, but I would like to be called Zoa now.
This is what non-binary people are doing.
Gender and genitals.
So, the kids are going to call me either Mr. or Mrs. Jamie.
It depends on what I want.
I, as a non-binary being, I don't know what to pick.
And then what do they do when they ask me if I'm a boy or a girl?

My class is gonna be four-year-olds.

This morning, parents speaking out as school districts across the country opt to cancel Halloween celebrations...
All parents really need to hear this morning.
Powder and pills that are brightly colored.
School districts are saying no.

The DEA first issued a warning about it four weeks ago.
Many people are dying from fentanyl poisoning.
They say they found it in at least 21 states.
That is the trick of the devil.
Many see Halloween as a fun, candy-filled holiday.
This is not the case.
First of all, you think this school, they're filled with stupid little hooligans.
They should not have Halloween in school.
No costumes, no candy, nope.
They're all dressed up, you know, like thugs and hookers.
There's danger in every venue, in every way.
This witch, or this wall, or this person's practicing this stuff, giving you this kind of candy.

For the first time, a panel of medical experts is recommending that American adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety.
A new recommendation calls for children as young as 8 to be screened for anxiety.
