Patrick Kolbeck fills in for Mike Lindell to dissect a grand conspiracy investigation targeting John Bolton, Hillary Clinton, and Christopher Wray, while highlighting a controversial Accenture patent allegedly detailing false voting data injection. The episode details Senator Grassley's probe into the Clinton Foundation regarding Uranium One donations and focuses on Antrim County clerk Vicki Bishop's battle against Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson over 24,000 phantom voters. Kolbeck connects these election integrity probes to broader claims of corporate influence and concludes by urging listeners to reject "No Kings" protests in favor of celebrating the Constitution during America's 250th anniversary. Filling In For Mike00:03:44
You ever see this guy with the pillows on Fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hi, everybody.
Welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike today, and I'll be filling in again tomorrow as well.
Thank you guys for tuning in.
There's a lot of information we want to be able to share with you today.
Information you're not going to hear on any other news show.
And it's important information that I think you're going to see just how important after we go over a few of the things today.
You know, as usual, we're going to kick things off with an update from Kara Castronova in DC.
And then I'm going to go over the status of something that's near and dear to the hearts and minds of a lot of people, a lot of Americans, is that they're all wondering when the accountability phase is going to start.
Under Biden, you know, they were taking SWAT teams and raiding the homes of Roger Stone and other Trump supporters.
They were stealing the phone of Mike Lindell in a Hardy's drive through.
They were very aggressive with their legal efforts.
We haven't seen that.
Coming out of the Trump administration, and in many ways, frankly, that's the way it's supposed to work.
Where, uh, when you follow the rule of law, things take a little bit longer, and I think now we are starting to see some of the fruits of our patience and some of the fruits of the investigative efforts, um, through the Department of Justice and the FBI.
We're going to go over some of the recent developments on that front, and then we're going to zero in on something that, uh, I had known about for quite some time, but uh, I got into shiny object mode, pushed to the side, um, and um.
And just recently started investigating this information.
And I think you'll be amazed at how important this once overlooked finding is into what we're seeing today when we're investigating what's going on in our elections.
I think you're going to see some very interesting connections, and it's going to tie into a lot of the investigations going on in what I'm calling the accountability phase of the Trump administration.
And then at the bottom of the hour, we're going to be joined by a dear friend of mine.
Trucker Randy, as he's affectionately known.
He's going to give us an update from Antrim County, Michigan.
You may recall Antrim County, Michigan being the center of national discussion in the wake of the 2020 election.
We're going to go over what's happened since and why that's important to each and every one of us today.
And of course, we're going to wrap up with some review of President Trump's truth.
So we kind of know probably what the news is going to be over the next couple of days or weeks here because he usually is pretty good at.
Trimming his sail to the prevailing winds, and that'll be a wrap.
So, without further ado, we're going to kick things off with a segment from Casanova.
She's right now attending a briefing, a press briefing, but she sent us this information about some of the information she was able to pull up before being called away into that press briefing.
People Versus Poison00:14:37
It's the people versus poison, a protest outside of the Supreme Court, and a rare collation of Republicans, Democrats, Farmers and activists rallied around one demand accountability from the corporations that they say poison people.
The protests happened outside of the Supreme Court this week as justices heard arguments in a major case involving Monsanto and a man who alleges that their product Roundup caused his non Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Bayer, who acquired Monsanto in 2018, is one of the largest chemical companies in the world.
And right now, what they're pushing for in court is the right to be immune from lawsuits when people sue them alleging that their chemicals have.
Cause cancer or other health harms.
Unfortunately, this administration has sided with the German company.
They're trying to get immunity from the harm that their products may cause.
We have too much divisive politics in this country.
We should all be standing up and saying, hey, on an issue as sacred as the food we eat, as the chemicals that are poisoning that food, as the companies that are trying to stick things in our foods that we can't even pronounce, stop thinking in the left right divide in our country.
That divide has failed America.
Bayer has a full court press going on trying to give themselves immunity from poisoning people.
Monsanto, now owned by the German company Bayer, is an agrochemical company.
Best known for its controversial products like Roundup, one of the most widely used weed killers in the world, and has faced lawsuits alleging its glyphosate based products are linked to deadly cancers as well as other serious health concerns.
This product is destroying the health of our children, the sickest generation of children we've ever seen in America and the sickest nation in the industrialized world.
Maybe we should look at the product that's being sprayed on over 90% of our crops in America and say, no more.
The case, Monsanto v. Durnell. could decide whether injured Americans can sue powerful corporations like Monsanto in their own state courts for harm or injury, or if federal EPA approval blocks those claims altogether, essentially giving government approved companies immunity from the harm that they cause to human health.
This is in the air, it's in the water, it's in our food, it is in our semen, it's in our breast milk.
We cannot avoid this poison.
But beyond the courtroom, critics point to a deeper concern.
products is created and reviewed.
Monsanto staff actually wrote the science, the paper that was used to say that glyphosate was safe.
It was retracted just several weeks ago.
Federal regulators like the FDA and the Environmental Protection Agency typically rely on safety studies conducted by the corporations themselves.
Internal company documents released during litigation, often referred to as the Monsanto papers, showed Monsanto helped And influence the scientific research used to support its own product safety.
My grandpa died of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
He used Roundup all the time.
And now they don't even want liability.
And they also don't want to let our states get our voice.
They want to take away the state's voice and let it be up to the federal government to give them all these, you know, passes.
Some critics also raise concerns about crooked industry influence, pointing to campaign donations, lobbyist ties, and backroom deals as proof.
Of corporate or regulatory capture.
The idea that agencies meant to oversee corporations on behalf of the people have become too financially intertwined with them.
So, these chemical companies like Bayer, Syngenta, the companies that manufacture the pesticides we use in our homes and gardens or that farmers use on their farms, they have billions of dollars and they spend a lot of that money and use their power to influence elected leaders at every level of government, the states, Congress, the Trump administration.
Plus, EPA approval does not always mean safe.
Chemicals like DDT and PCBs were once allowed and later banned by the EPA, while asbestos was widely used before being heavily restricted, all after serious risks emerged from cancer to environmental destruction to deadly lung disease.
Critics also point to Monsanto's role in producing components of Agent Orange, a chemical the United States sprayed in the trees during the Vietnam War, later linked to the painful deaths and serious health conditions of U.S. veterans.
Now it's the people and the states versus the federal agencies.
In this epic showdown, companies poisoning us should not get away with doing it, and that's why we're here.
It's a national emergency that people are losing their health left and right, people are losing family members, and we're losing our rights.
That's what the emergency is.
The national emergency is going to be when all those farmers die and their heirs can't or won't take over because they're not going to die next and they're not going to risk being the next to go under to the consolidation of these monopolies.
At its core, this case isn't just about one product.
It's about whether injured Americans can hold companies accountable in state courts or if federal approval shuts those cases down.
And with the collation of Americans now raising concerns, the outcome here could reshape corporate accountability across the country.
Who do you think will win this landmark case?
Let us know in the comments below.
Reporting at the White House for Lindell TV, I'm Kara Castronova.
All right, great update from Kara.
And what's sad is that this concept of a captive agency, which many people claim EPA operates as in many respects, is something that impacts our elections as well.
When you've got, in my home state of Michigan, we know that the electronic voting system companies can self certify their own systems.
We also know that I've got emails where they're It's the electronic voting systems that are actually providing guidance to election officials on their response to FOIA requests from everyday citizens.
So, in many ways, the operations of our government, basic oversight functions to secure our rights, have been subverted and taken over by private, non government organizations.
And so, FDA is one of those that prior to the Trump administration in particular, Has served as a captive agency where all the studies that were designed to go off and prove that, let's say, vaccines, for example, were safe or that certain medications were safe, they're all funded by, in large part, by the pharmaceutical company.
So, of course, they're going to filter out the reports that are saying it's bad in that context.
And that's a complete failure of government oversight in those cases.
And it's not.
Specific to what's going on with our food industry.
It also impacts the pharmaceutical industry.
It impacts our electronic voting system industry.
It's across the board.
And that's why you'll see me and others as such champions of transparency.
If you find out where the money's flowing, you typically find out what's really going on.
Another good news is that we are starting to see justice being done across the board for some other forms of malfeasance.
And in particular, you know.
Around the elections and around COVID, and around frankly treasonous activities on and part of previous administrations that are finally starting to get some attention by investigators at the FBI and Department of Justice.
And I figured it would be good to just kind of throw up a little summary chart that highlights all the investigations that have been initiated and promulgated under the Trump administration.
And I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the scope of this.
Now, all of it's being right now rolled under the concept or umbrella of a grand conspiracy investigation involving folks like James Comey and John Brennan, which you probably heard about in the news recently.
We saw indictments against John Bolton and Letitia James.
But also in the works are investigations around Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
There was a criminal referral issued by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, against Barack Obama.
For deliberately changing the intel assessment to promote this Russian collusion narrative that was used as grounds for impeachment of President Trump.
That is treason.
And we now have a new prosecutor in charge of this grand conspiracy.
By all accounts, he's a pit bull.
It's Joe DiGenova.
I'm a horrible pronunciation of Italian names.
I apologize on it.
But anyway, it looks like we got somebody who's going to take this very seriously.
And there are additional people under review like Lisa Monaco, Merrick Garland, the former attorney general, and former FBI director Christopher Wray.
And of course, The lawyer in chief, frankly, Adam Schiff.
He's been caught misrepresenting information for quite some time, and he's under investigation as well.
So, in support of this grand conspiracy investigation, there's a bunch of little satellite investigations that are going on that are very important, not just as feeders to the grand conspiracy, but very important in and of themselves.
And a lot of them deal specifically with election integrity.
And there's quite a few investigations on that front.
Of course, we know about what happened with Fulton County and going in and obtaining the election records there.
But also, what didn't receive a lot of media attention was the fact that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence actually secured electronic voting systems from Puerto Rico and is investigating them for malware, et cetera, and any other connections.
We also have special counsel, special employee, I think is the official term, Kurt Olson, who, if you've heard me talk about Kurt before, he's a former officer with SEAL Team 5.
Very highly respected man and as well as a highly respected lawyer.
I've worked with him before in the past, and he's specifically chartered with investigating elections.
So he's active on that front.
We also know that the Department of Justice, after they issued very polite letters requesting information that would allow them to ensure whether or not states are in compliance with their grant agreements received under HABA, the Help America Vote Act.
If they don't respond to those nice letters, then they file a lawsuit and say, We're going to have to get access to that information via a lawsuit because they're trying to make sure that our voter rolls are clean for upcoming elections and that processes are put in place that are in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act, as well as the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s.
So there's a lot of work that DOJ is doing specifically on the integrity of our voter registration systems.
They met with some blocks, like in my hometown of my home state of Michigan.
They were initially denied, and the case was dismissed by a lower court when Harmony Dillon filed a case to request Michigan's voter roll information.
That has now been appealed and it's going up the chain.
The main point of contention in these requests for information is that the states don't want to give up Social Security information.
They say it's too sensitive information.
Yet that's the same information that.
Department of Justice wants to be able to correlate back with federal databases regarding Social Security data to help determine whether or not those people are alive, what their place of residence is.
And so it's very suspicious, frankly, that these states are unwilling to provide that information with the federal government.
And additionally, what we're seeing is additional probes into Jack Smith, and he's at the center of this Operation Arctic Frost and other matters.
And of course, there's rampant fraud being discovered all across the country, particularly with large social welfare programs like Medicaid.
And we're seeing this in Minnesota, and particularly in the Minneapolis area.
The Department of Justice has raided specific areas in Minnesota and have secured data from those raids to get those records in support of indictments for fraud.
And then the same thing's happening out in California.
And so those are big.
But the last little bucket here on the left, bottom left, it deals with COVID 19 indictments.
And everybody may be wondering well, what does that have to do with the grand conspiracy and election integrity?
As it turns out, it's actually got a lot to do with it.
Not only do I make the assertion that COVID was used as an overall front to push for mail in voting, which is the most vulnerable method of voting in our library of options on how to vote, because it's Fundamentally, a third party transaction.
The individual voter has to have a lot of trust handoffs with their ballot to make sure it gets counted.
And then also, these same, you know, opaque third party processes here also enable a lack of oversight that allows bad actors to inject bad stuff into our election system.
So that's kind of a big deal.
And so, all those items are worth going off and digging into and a little bit more information.
I just want to kind of leave you with a couple of other connections between COVID 19 and elections that, frankly, are kind of hard to believe from my perspective.
Something that I came across a few years back, there was a patent that was issued to Accenture in Switzerland.
Fishy Uranium One Deals00:11:00
And that patent was very interesting.
It relates to a method of providing and injecting false voting data real time into election systems that included false voters.
And they use it as a quote unquote audit mechanism, and then they would ostensibly pull those fake voters out before they shared the final election results.
Well, it certainly seems like this is a mechanism for injecting fake voters and fake ballots into an election system and without a trace and under the auspices that you're doing election security.
So this was kind of suspicious on the face of it.
But if you look a little deeper into that patent, you find out that it gets a little even stranger.
In particular, Because this patent was actually financed by the National Institute of Health.
This patent on election processes on behalf of a program for the Department of Defense, no less, they actually were financed by good old Dr. Fauci's National Institute of Health and specifically their Division of Information Technology Acquisition.
So this seems like it was a mechanism used to go around oversight on defense procurement.
And frankly, it reeks to heaven of.
CIA front group or a CIA operation, because the overall purpose of this was to support internet based voting with to ostensibly for our troops overseas under UACAVA.
So, the actual mechanisms under it, whatever euphemism for its justification they want to put out there, the overall mechanisms are strikingly similar to mechanisms we've seen around voter history manipulation and are made possible, frankly, through the destruction of a lot of the election records by secretaries of state, like Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, who orders all of our election officials to destroy election records.
Within seven days of certification of the election.
So, all that is a little bit concerning.
And I just want to kind of summarize it a little bit up here.
If you could pull up that patent again at the back end here, just so people can read it, item two in particular.
Just read what this is actually saying in the patent, what they're actually trying to do.
They're using U.S. taxpayer money that's routed through an unusual NIH procurement vehicle that funded the development of an internet voting technology.
That was then patented by a Swiss incorporated global corporation.
And by the way, that was incorporated in Bermuda so that they could avoid paying U.S. taxes.
And it was repurposed for foreign government clients.
So the same asset, these same capabilities were repurposed for foreign government clients, which kind of reeks to me of CIA involvement.
And it was combined with AI behavioral influence tools linked to foreign election campaigns.
And embedded into the infrastructure of U.S. national security oversight bodies.
There was no congressional investigation of this patent family, its funding chain, or Accenture's global election footprint.
And so, for me, I got to tell you, that's more than a little bit concerning.
I'm digging into this patent and some of the people behind that patent even further.
And one of the initial findings that I've had is that the inventor, Primary inventor of this patent actually heads up an organization called Source America, which is responsible for awarding billions of dollars in federal contracts.
So it's a very profitable position to be in.
So we don't know what's going on with that and what the implications are or whether or not there's any funny business going on there.
But I'll tell you, for me, it reeks of high heaven of a CIA operation to manipulate elections, not overseas, but here in the United States, because some of the same.
Mechanisms that are identified in that paper, we're identifying in the actual election records from previous elections.
So, all right, let's shift gears just a little bit into an area that I wasn't talking about under the investigations.
But thanks to Senator Grassley, we may be talking about under investigations, and that is a renewed interest in the Clinton Foundation.
And the catalyst for this renewed interest is Senator Grassley's letter that I talked about briefly on yesterday's program.
But this is a long letter, it's like 70 some odd pages on it.
But when you dig into the details on it, There was this catalyst of when they're trying to trace some dollars, and they identified the fact that there were several contributions to the Clinton Foundation from a company called Uranium One.
And you're going to be hearing a lot about that company, from that company, Uranium One, that were not mentioned in the Clinton Foundation financial statement.
So they thought that was kind of suspicious, and they wanted to dig into that a little bit.
Well, when they started digging into it, first of all, they highlighted that as one of the catalysts for investigating in the Grassley letter.
So you pop up.
Item five there.
This literally, when they actually started digging into it, they found out that there was an active FBI investigation that hadn't been closed.
And the strange thing is that this FBI investigation was opened at the beginning of the final year of the, or not the final year, but actually at the tail end of, yeah, around the final year of the Obama administration.
He left office in January of 2017.
So it seemed like an insurance package, frankly.
And they left this investigation open under the Obama administration as kind of a sort of Damocles, if you will, over Hillary Clinton.
And so they were investigating the Clinton Foundation in this, and it was actually opened up by under the Obama administration, but it was left sitting there.
And what was very strange is that it was left sitting there with zero action on some key investigative points.
And if you go into the next item here, you'll find out that when they did some digging on the status, I mean, there's a request for information, frankly, that hadn't been followed up on.
They've got some serious investigative gaps.
In other words, It was literally left in a holding pattern, like I was talking about with that sword of Damocles hanging over Hillary Clinton.
And so I found that very interesting.
And if you dig even further, there appears to be evidence that this was part of a pay to play scheme.
All these donations into the Clinton Foundation involved several companies with some very large transactions associated with it that seemed to change the policy behavior of certain entities inside the federal government.
So, Senator Grassley, in his wisdom, is calling for reopening up this investigation and digging into these donations.
And let's close it up.
So, if there's nothing there, fine, close it out officially.
But if there is something there, let's keep on digging.
And specifically, by the way, one of the things that he zeroed in on are these uranium one transactions that are kind of fishy.
And if you just pull up the chart on some of those uranium one transactions, I mean, there's some serious financial issues.
Contributions that are going into, like, the Clinton Foundation, $31 million donation that are involving foreign entities that have control over this uranium one asset, thanks in large part to Hillary Clinton.
And so, this uranium one was officially in a Canadian company, if I recall correct, but this Canadian company controlled 20% of the uranium assets here in the United States.
And so, This is also connected to foreign entities overseas in Kazakhstan.
And so there is, which was at the time, there were obviously ties to the Russian government as well in this as well, and has ties into whether or not this uranium was potentially transferred to folks like Iran.
It begs the question where did Iran get the actual uranium that they're using?
That they're enriching to use in nuclear weapons.
And so the working theory is that, you know, those that we may not like where that signature traces back to.
And just so you know, just like an individual's DNA or fingerprint, the uranium has actually a signature based on where it was mined.
So, you know, American uranium has a signature, Canadian deposits have a signature, Nigerian deposits have a signature.
And if Investigators can get a hold of the actual fissile material, they can actually tell you where it came from.
So let's flash forward to current events today and President Trump and his excursion into Iran.
What is his key demand that he's asking for?
He's asking for the fissile material.
Any idea why he may be looking for that?
Well, it's twofold, right?
Obviously, he wants to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
But I would venture a guess that he also wants to check its fingerprint on that fissile material and see where it came from.
Because I'll tell you right now, I don't know if there's any good answers on this.
If it came from Kazakhstan, if it came from Russia, there's potential serious treaty violations around nonproliferation of fissile materials in the world.
And a lot of the folks who have these resources have signed those agreements.
And if they've violated those agreements, there's penalties to be had.
But what do you think the fallout would be if we found out that the same agreements that were brokered by Hillary Clinton actually turned out to be?
The fissile material that Iran is using to support its nuclear ambitions.
I think that would be a pretty startling revelation.
And I think that might be one of the reasons why President Trump is so adamant on making sure that not only do they not develop nuclear weapons, but we want all their nuclear material so that we can investigate it ourselves.
So we'll see where this happens.
The bottom line is there are some investigations going on.
Investigations And Gold Plans00:04:57
I know we've all been waiting for it, I know we all want to see people in Orange.
Jumpsuits.
I get it.
I want to see it as well.
But if you remember from yesterday's show, there's a lot of forces arrayed against the good guys right now in D.C.
And I'm seeing progress.
And I want to make sure you had an opportunity to see what I'm seeing in regards to some of these indictments that are issued, some of these investigations that are going on.
We do have movement up in D.C.
And I, for one, am very hopeful we're going to start seeing some people doing some perp walks very soon.
So when we get back, We're going to be talking to a dear friend of mine who was very active with me during the 2020 election at TCS Center in Detroit.
But he's actually a resident of Antrim County, which is up in northern Michigan.
And his wife recently became the new Antrim County clerk.
And we're going to show you, we're going to kind of go over some of the trials and tribulations associated with her new role in that radioactive county around elections called Antrim County, Michigan.
And we'll be going into that right when we get back.
Mike Lindell here.
The radical left and the deep state aren't just coming for our freedoms, they're coming after our money, too.
For years, they've been destroying our economy from the inside out with reckless spending, open borders, woke policies that crush our businesses.
And now they've left us with an inflation disaster that's wiping out the savings of our hardworking families.
They don't want us to be independent.
They want us to be dependent on the government.
Well, that's not going to happen on my watch.
That's why I partner with American Independence Gold.
It's a veteran owned company that's helping patriotic Americans fight back by protecting our savings with real physical gold and silver.
And right now, they're giving away up to $15,000 in free silver and a free gold IRA kit.
A portion of all the profits go to 9 11 first responders and veterans.

You know, most people think water is just about filtration, but in reality, it's about balance.
What gets removed, what gets left behind, and how the water actually behaves once you drink it.
Well, many traditional systems focus on one thing: removal.
Reverse osmosis, for example, strips water down completely.
It may sound ideal, but it removes minerals that our bodies need.
The Sentry Wellness System was designed with a different philosophy.
It removes common contaminants like chlorine, fluoride, and PFAS while restoring key minerals like magnesium and improving alkalinity.
It also does all this without tanks and without wastewater and without requiring a complicated installation.
It installs in about 15 minutes under your sink.
So instead of overcorrecting, it brings your water back into balance.
Please visit SentryH2O.com and use promo code Lindell for 10% off your next purchase.
Well, hello, everyone.
Well, I'm turning 65, and let me tell you, Medicare has me confused.
All the junk bill and the robocalls and everything else, it honestly feels like they break the system just to confuse us.
Well, that's why I partnered and working with Chapter.
They're independent, and they don't work for big insurance.
They work for us.
In fact, they're the only advisor that compares every single plan nationwide to find what actually fits your needs.
If you're on the right plan, they tell you.
If you're not, they're going to help you switch.
And it's completely free.
Just last year, seniors saved about $1,100 by finding a better plan with Chapter.
So call Chapter at 234 Lindell or go to askchapter.org forward slash Lindell.
Hey, everybody.
Welcome back to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
And, you know, during this segment, we've got a very special guest with us, Trucker Randy.
And just to kind of set the stage for why it's important to have Trucker Randy on the show today, I just want to take everybody back to the wake of the 2020 election back in November 3rd, 2020.
Questioning Election Directives00:15:29
The initial results of the presidential election in the perennial, in the You know, constantly read, I can't say the long words, but constantly read, county of Antrim County came back in a very startling manner.
It cited that Joe Biden had received 7,769 votes and Donald Trump only received 4,509 votes.
And that just blew the minds of particular Republicans in Antrim County.
They didn't know where this came out of because they always go red by a very significant margin.
And, um, The this revelation prompted uh the late friend of mine, Bill Bailey, to actually file a lawsuit with attorney Matt DiPerno, known as the Bailey versus Antrim County lawsuit.
And he was asking for an audit of the election records, and um, and uh, he actually um, I got his lawsuit filed, it wasn't dismissed.
Uh, Judge Kevin Elsenheimer actually took it up, allowed discovery in this case, and that discovery actually revealed significant problems with the electronic voting system.
Matter of fact, it was the first time.
That citizens were actually able to go off and investigate what was happening behind the curtain in these electronic voting systems.
They found all kinds of bad things happening.
They found non certified software.
They found remote access to the machines.
They found destruction of records.
They found evidence of vote flipping algorithms.
And they also found the hidden modems embedded inside these computers that we were told do not communicate with the internet.
So it was a big deal.
Now, eventually, that lawsuit was actually dismissed.
On the basis that the remedy sought had been satisfied by the state, which is dubious in and of itself because the remedy that was sought was an audit of the statewide election results.
And granted, the Secretary of State says that an audit was conducted, but if you actually look at what she says was an audit, there's no way that that satisfies the criteria of an audit.
So, bottom line, that was dismissed, but I'll tell you the vestiges of that.
Election and how it was conducted live on to this day.
And, matter of fact, they lived on in motivating a lot of people to take a much more introspective look at how our elections are conducted.
And that includes the commissioners in Antrim County who were very concerned about all the findings that were coming out through this lawsuit.
And so, during the trial, it was one of the things that was revealed out to the public was the fact that there were important election records that were.
Actually, destroyed in violation of federal law.
And here's what happened when Antrim County Commissioners confronted the former Antrim County Clerk, Cheryl Guy, about the deletion of these records during a March 4th, 2021 Antrim County Commissioner meeting.
So, when you're saying who went in and worked on those files, whether they deleted them, replaced them, changed them, or corrected them, it was my office.
Sounds like you just admitted to.
One, breaking the law by making changes to a thing within a 30 day period.
Two, admitting that you deleted files and destroyed the integrity of the election in Antrim County.
You've admitted to directing your employees to do so.
So basically, Antrim County's vote was completely skewed by your office, and you're admitting it.
No, it was skewed by the lack of programming, and we worked diligently to fix it.
And we did.
And if you want to drink Kool Aid, keep drinking it because those machines are good, programs are good.
Yeah, those machines are good, the programs are good, they just don't work.
So, my next guest, a dear friend of mine, he's known affectionately as Trucker Randy.
His name's Randy Bishop.
He's the husband of the new Antrim County clerk, Vicki Bishop.
And while all this was crazy, while all this craziness was going on in Antrim County, Randy was with me out at the TCS Center in Detroit, Michigan, which is part of Wayne County, because nothing ever exciting happens in Antrim County regarding elections back in 2020.
And so he was with me in Detroit as all this was, as the election was unfolding up in Antrim County.
And when he saw everything that happened in the wake of this, him and his wife Vicki got really upset about the way elections are being conducted in his county of Antrim.
And she eventually ended up running for the Antrim County Clerk position and she won.
But there's much more to this story.
And to tell that, I want to bring in my good friend Randy Bishop.
Randy, welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
Thanks, Pat.
Thanks for having me on.
Well, all right.
So, first of all, let's.
You know, let's go over what happened when Vicki announced that she wanted to run for Antrim County Clerk.
Well, January of 2024, heading into the election year, Cheryl Guy announced, and it was in the local papers, that she was not going to run for reelection.
She had gotten death threats.
She had had it with the lawsuits, being in the Detroit news and all the national headlines.
She announced she was not going to run for reelection.
So, Vicki and I talked about it, and my wife is a businesswoman, never been elected to office before.
She decided to file her papers to be a candidate Republican for county clerk in the August primary.
Well, four other people got into the race, and we ran Vicki.
I ran her campaign.
I was her campaign manager.
I put all the yard signs.
I'm the one that got poison ivy and poison oak all over me.
And basically, she won 42% of the vote in a five person race.
And was going to be the only candidate on the printed ballot for the November election for county clerk.
Upon the results coming out, Cheryl Guy announced.
Yeah, Randy, just to point out, she ran specifically on the Election Integrity platform.
Matter of fact, here's what your yard sign looked like, right?
So this was actually a direct reaction to the way that the 2020 election was run.
We said, enough of that.
We want to go off and get it right this time.
So sorry.
All right, keep on going there, but I want to make sure everybody knows that.
Every single piece of mail, every ad in the newspaper, every mailer we did, and those yard signs had right on it restore election integrity in Antrim County.
That's all we ran on.
That was it.
And no matter what people would ask her about her experience or whatever, she'd just say, Hey, I'm a businesswoman.
I have a degree in business administration, a minor in finance and accounting, and I'm going to fix what's wrong with the elections in Antrim County.
Dead people.
And people who no longer live in our county will be removed off our qualified voter files.
That was it.
So we won the primary.
Cheryl Guy then announced that she was going to come out of retirement and do a writing campaign against us.
And in the November 5th, 2024 election, Vicki actually got more votes than Donald Trump in Antrim County.
She got 62%.
Trump got 60%.
Cheryl Guy got 38%.
So, January 1st, 2025, she goes into her office and immediately began reading every manual she could get her hands on.
Cheryl Guy, Would not work with Vicki for the transition at all.
So, before we get into that, I think this is important for everybody to understand what she was going, what kind of environment she was going into.
The Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, actually got in, she's a Democrat.
She got involved in promoting Cheryl Guy, who ostensibly is a Republican, right?
And she actually contributed over $100,000 into this county clerk from Northern Michigan, which You know, usually $100,000 is something you see for a 10 year campaign cycle, not for a single, you know, campaign investment.
And they really did not want Vicki to be elected.
And this money came from the current Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson's campaign fund.
The campaign finance reports after the election was over, I went through it, did the research.
Jocelyn Benson's PAC spent $127,512.
To help Cheryl Guy's writing campaign.
And it didn't work.
But, Pat, I got to tell you, I got a call from Speaker of the House, Matt Hall, thanking us for running against Cheryl because that $127,000 was not used in four state representative races by the Democrats.
And it helped the Republicans flip the House.
So, long story short, Vicki started researching.
She learned everything there was to know about voter irregularities in the qualified voter files.
Quick numbers, real fast.
I know you're a numbers guy.
The United States Census for Antrim County in 2020 was 23,431.
We have 6,000 children.
So that left potentially 17,431 adults legally of age to be able to vote in our county.
When Vicki went into the qualified voter files on day one, Cheryl Guy had left over 24,000 people on her qualified voter files.
Vicki looked at it and goes, How do you get 125%?
Of your adult population on your qualified voter file.
So she knew it was an urgent matter in preparation for this year's 2026 election.
She spent all of 25 researching it, finding chapter four in the Bureau of Elections qualified voter file manual.
Pages six, seven, and nine gave her specific instructions on how to look at the qualified voter files.
If she saw people, Pat, did not vote in the last two major elections back to back, that is a presidential election.
And a midterm election for governor, or the midterm and a presidential, any combination thereof, she could then send them a postcard that was in the manual produced by Election Source, one of the approved vendors of the Bureau of Elections Secretary of State's office.
Vicki ordered 8,000 of those postcards.
She started going through each township herself by herself, and she started looking at their qualified voter files in the township.
Why?
County clerks in the state of Michigan.
Cannot remove people from the qualified voter files.
Only the township clerks can do that unless they're dead.
Page nine of chapter four says January 1st, 2023, county clerks in Michigan, all 83, can remove dead people.
So far, she's removed, Vicki's removed 27 dead people.
But if they find irregularities, they can send it to the township clerks, bring it to their attention, and then allow them to review, determine what to do, and make the final actions remove them from their qualified voter files or not.
So, She started sending out emails with Excel spreadsheets.
Banks Township, first alphabetical township in Antrim.
She found out of 1,430 registered voters in the qualified voter files that 231 of them had some irregularities.
She mailed them the postcard.
She got them back.
Some said, addressee unknown, no forwarding address, can't deliver the postcard.
Vicki put it on the spreadsheet.
She also got some back that said, I didn't even want to be on the qualified voter files.
I don't vote.
I hate politicians.
I don't do it.
Take me off.
She constructed the email with the Excel spreadsheet, sent it to the township clerk, brought it to their attention.
Well, somebody complained to Lansing.
April 14th, just 16 days ago, Vicki got a demand letter from Jonathan Brader, the director of elections in Lansing's Secretary of State's office.
Demanding that within nine days she provide him everything that she's been doing on this effort to clean up the qualified voter files in Antrim County.
He also gave her a threat.
He issued a threat saying if she did not give him this information by April 23rd, that she would be facing criminal prosecution.
She gave it to him on April 20th.
However, in doing her research, Pat, for the reply, she found that Jocelyn Benson.
By her rule sets, one that she did last year, October 25, another one, February of this year, 26, and another one she's getting ready to do, May 22nd, is all illegal and they contradict and violate two federal statutes the Help America Vote Act and the National Voter Registration Act.
She is passing rules for our clerks in the state of Michigan to administer this upcoming election, the August 4th primary.
In the November 3rd general election, of which, by the way, she's the leading contender for the Democrats to be our next governor, the state of Michigan.
She's putting out rules that violate these federal statutes, and Vicki is hiring an attorney and is going to bring suit to stop it.
So let's unpack this for our listeners here just a sec.
First of all, these threatening letters from the Bureau of Elections to clerks is not a one off.
They've done this before, they did this to a township clerk.
By the name of Stephanie Scott.
They threatened her with criminal action.
They did.
They went off and indicted her and eventually got her removed from office.
And what was her key sin?
She was questioning the directives that she's receiving from the Bureau of Elections.
And so this is what I would call a malicious prosecution.
And it is coming from a Secretary of State whose own attorney, Heather Meingast, in the Michigan Court of Appeals hearing on O'Halloran v. Benson, actually stated that her client, Our chief election official, Jocelyn Benson, only follows the laws that she agrees with.
And if you don't like that, you can simply sue her.
So, here now, that same unlawful office is now going after your wife and all the other clerks, trying to keep them in line, if you will, with their unlawful dictates, or else they're going to threaten them with legal action.
Malicious Prosecution Case00:03:35
By the way, they control the AG's office here in Michigan.
So, just like in Colorado against Tina Peters, when the state is corrupt, they have significant authority to go off and mess with people's lives.
So, this is a big deal.
But, your response to this, And the fact that they're issuing unlawful directives is classic.
What you're doing is saying, okay, fine, you're threatening me with criminal indictment.
We're going to go fight back.
We're going to go off and say, guys, we're going to challenge your unlawful edicts.
And just walk people through what you're doing.
Well, basically, we've spoken to an election attorney.
He's familiar with both of the federal statutes, he's familiar with the rule sets that Benson has put forward.
And the thing of it is that people need to understand, Pat.
Clerks, county clerks, and municipal clerks, such as township, city, and village clerks in Michigan, do not work for the Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson.
Jocelyn Benson, Secretary of State, is only there to give guidance and assistance and basically a set of guidelines to which to operate.
Ultimately, the clerks have autonomy, they can run the elections they want according to federal and state statutes.
Not rules coming from the Secretary of State, but actual laws and acts that are on the books.
So that's number one.
Number two, we thought, you know what?
Instead of sitting back like Stephanie Scott, waiting for them to try to find something wrong with the answers that Vicki provided, the attorney advised us maybe we need to go on the offense.
The best defense is a good offense.
And so he looked at the laws, he looked at the rules, he's put together a retainer agreement.
We now today just launched a give, send, go this morning.
I talked about it on my radio show.
And we've raised so far, I believe, a couple hundred bucks since about nine o'clock this morning.
But we've gotten commitments for over $1,000 in checks that they weren't comfortable doing it online.
They wanted the address and they're mailing us checks.
So, first day, we've raised over $1,000 of a $50,000 goal.
And the story's only going viral just now today.
Yeah, and if you have a tough time finding that on Give, Send, Go, just type in Antrim County and you'll be able to zoom in on that.
But so that's good.
You're going back on offense and it's appreciated.
And I just want to say thank you to you and Vicki for standing up to the challenge.
I know it's not easy.
I know Vicki's had health issues too, and you guys have come through it like champions and she's stronger than ever now.
So this is great to see you guys fighting a good fight of faith.
Just thank you.
And by the way, just encourage everybody if you can help them out on that give, send, go campaign, please do so.
It covers the retainer on that lawyer and helps her go on the offense for somebody that's been getting away with unlawful directives to clerks for quite some time.
And we don't want the 2026 election to be conducted in an unlawful manner.
So thank you for fighting a good fight, my friend.
Thanks for joining us here today.
And we'll keep in touch and keep us posted on any updates, okay?
Very good.
Thank you, Pat, for having me on the show.
Oh, thank you.
I appreciate it.
Trumps Crystal Ball Look00:06:25
Well, next thing I want to go off and do is kind of give everybody a look into the crystal ball by going over what is on the mind of the commander in chief, President Trump.
And so we're going to walk through a few of his truths.
And first and foremost, we talked about indictments earlier.
One of those folks that's under indictment is James Comey.
So I guess it's fitting that President Trump, one of his truths, specifically called out James Comey, who's trying to back off on his.
Uh, intent behind the 8647 uh statement here.
Um, and he's and he's specifically calling them out, highlighting hey, 86 is a mob term for kill 'em.
The 86 means eight miles out, six feet down.
Um, which uh was informative because I did not know that until reading this uh truth from uh President Trump.
But essentially, he's not letting James Comey get away with yet another lie.
Um, and so the other thing that President Trump put out was a little truth on ABC News because as you know.
Melania Trump, as well as the president, many Americans are upset about Jimmy Kimmel's quote unquote humor that was calling out Melania Trump calling her an expectant widow.
And this is before the attempted assassination on Saturday.
So I think he's, you know, and ABC News affiliates, they are subject to FCC guidelines.
And so when President Trump is highlighting that he needs to be fired because of his rhetoric on air, He's actually got some horsepower behind it by potentially removing the SEC licenses, which, by the way, has forced these ABC affiliates to actually reapply for their licenses.
They could actually lose their licenses to broadcast.
And then the next thing, obviously, that President Trump has been engaged in on a daily basis is the war in Iran.
And he just reiterated, actually, one of his earlier truths, which kind of emphasized he wanted to make sure that everybody heard it in context of.
Everything that's happening out in the world is that Iran is in the state of collapse.
So, while all these Democrats are trying to make it seem like Iran is winning the war, they're not.
The toughest part right now is figuring out who to talk to and ensuring that the people that President Trump is talking to have the authority, have the power to actually enforce the terms of any agreement that might pop up.
So, President Trump is kind of highlighting what's going on in Iran.
And then remarkably, the chancellor for Germany, Friedrich Mertz, has been spouting off that it's okay for Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
And President Trump was a little startled by that and put out another truth post on that particular topic, calling him out, saying, What the heck is going on with Mertz saying it's okay for Iran to have a nuclear weapon?
It just doesn't make any sense.
So there's obviously something else going on behind the scenes on this front.
And then last but not least, just want to the last truth that I want to post to everybody is a renewed call by President Trump for Senate Majority Leader John Thune to get rid of the filibuster.
Now, I honestly don't think John Thune is interested in anything that would benefit the American people, so I don't know where this is going to go.
But there are a lot of other senators in there that could apply pressure to Senator Thune, and hopefully we can get movement on the Save America Act.
And other priorities inside of the administration and of the American people, and that John Thune doesn't seem to be interested in.
So let's see what we can do there to get movement on it.
I appreciate that the president continues to apply pressure there.
And speaking of pressure, I just want to remind everybody tomorrow is May 1st.
And right now, it's very difficult for the Dems to run under this No Kings banner, particularly with their response to the appearance of King Charles when he spoke before a joint session of Congress.
I mean, all of the Democratic congressional members stood for a king.
And these are the same people that are actively going off and pushing the quote unquote No Kings banner.
Movement across America.
So, in the wake of such behavior, it shouldn't surprise anybody that they're not talking about no kings anymore in their protests for tomorrow.
They're calling it May Day Strong, which harkens back to International Workers' Day in the Soviet Union.
This is a communist holiday.
And I just want to remind everybody that their goal is not to go off and express their freedom of assembly and express their freedom of speech.
No, their goal is.
It is to undermine those freedoms in the United States.
They want to fundamentally transform America, and these protests are a mechanism for them to go off and do so.
And we've had, and I've shown it on this show before, how they are gaming the system and actually planning to create social chaos that they're in control of because they think that through this chaos leads to anarchy, and in the wake of the anarchy, they can recreate America into the form of a communist nation.
And communist ideology, i.e., them in charge and the rest of us losing our freedom.
We don't want that to happen, guys.
This is America's 250th birthday.
We need to push these protesters off to the side, ignore them, and move on and focus in on everything that makes America the greatest country in the world.
That's what we need to celebrate.
I encourage everybody to get back into their Declaration of Independence, read those founding principles, and read our Constitution.
That's the best way to celebrate our 250th anniversary.
And with that being said, that wraps up today's show.
Happy birthday, America, and thank you guys for tuning in today.
