And I'm here to tell you on this Monday that I know about the events that happened over the weekend, the White House correspondent dinner.
We're going to go over that.
But I want to start off with an overwhelming note of optimism.
For a lot of you, the reason you tune in to Lindell TV is because Mike Lindell was pretty much almost single handedly responsible for.
Getting information about what happened about the 2020 election into the public conscience.
He was the one sharing information about everything that was observed and gave meddling kids, what I like to call meddling kids all across the country, an opportunity to have their voice heard about what they witnessed in the 2020 election.
And he held a series of election summits and he put out documentaries, doing his best to get the word out about what happened.
And, like me, he's got a lot of information, a lot of evidence that has been shared that indicates that the 2020 election was stolen.
And the reason I'm so optimistic is because I'm seeing more and more evidence each and every day that we're finally going to have some accountability on that front.
And it's not a matter of years from now, it's a matter of days and maybe at the worst weeks.
So, guys, and that's what we're going to be talking about in this show.
But, you know, Because we are getting closer to the accountability phase of this, we also need to be prepared for the fact that the folks who are going to be held accountable don't like that and they're going to fight back and they're going to do whatever they can to stop the accountability phase.
So I think that's partly behind what we saw on Saturday at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
I know we had Allison Steinberg and Kara Costranova were at that event, and I'm still trying to figure out which one of them tackled.
The would be assassin because he was trying to get away from them and not answer their questions because they are that good at getting good questions out to the people that matter.
But of course, I'm joking on that, folks.
But I do know and I can't convey to everybody that they are safe and sound and everything's fine with both of them.
But what happened at that dinner was an indication that we are indeed living in troubling times.
And these times did not happen in and of themselves.
They've actually been fomented by people pushing certain rhetoric that's actually trying to fan the flames of violence, that are trying to fan the flames of chaos.
And we're going to get into that in just a little bit, but I just want to give you a quick overview of what we're planning to cover today.
Of course, we're going to cover White House Correspondents' Dinner and particularly what led up to the events of Saturday, and then do a little bit of flashback on what happened in 2020 in the lead up of.
To the 2020 election.
And then I'm going to talk a little about some recent findings that have hit the public awareness around the 2020 election.
So, some good information on that front.
And then we're going to talk about the justice system and why it's taken us so long to get to the accountability phase.
And I think you'll be interested in a couple new revelations on that front that we're going to go over.
And then we're going to go over some Department of Justice investigations at the end of the show.
And in my Home county of Wayne County, Michigan.
And for those of you who've been following some of the national media headlines, Harmie Dillon, Deputy Attorney General working out of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, has been filing lawsuits here in Michigan.
And we're going to go over the status of those requests.
And then she sent letters to my home county of Wayne County asking for some election records.
And we're going to go over that journey and this.
This revelation that really the last impediment that we have to the accountability phase is what's going on in our judicial system and also the obstruction of officials like the officials in Wayne County, like in my home state of Michigan, like some judges across the country, like election officials in other states as well, like Colorado and Arizona and Georgia.
So I've been working on a report.
And that's why I've been kind of heads down.
I haven't been filling in on the show very much because I've been working on a report that pulls together evidence across a lot of different what I call attack vectors throughout the country.
And it's a pretty compelling picture of what is really going on with our elections and what we need to do in order to secure them prior to the 2026 election.
And I know time is running out, but we still do have time to secure the election.
So stay tuned.

The White House Correspondents' Dinner.
And it's important to note that this incident, the incident in Butler County, the incident out of the golf course, these incidents, the incident out in Utah with Charlie Kirk and his assassination, these incidents do not happen in a vacuum.
There are people actively promoting violence against, in particular, conservatives.
And in contrast to what happens when Somebody like Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton are called out or are subject to disgraceful calls for violence or whatever.
You know, conservatives will call people out saying that's not the way to go off and do things.
That hasn't been happening on the Democratic side.
And I just want to give you a little bit of a sample of some of the rhetoric that we've been subject to over the past few years.
And I think you'll understand after.
Listening to this, why events like what happened on Saturday at the White House Correspondents' Dinner have actually happened?
I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
People need to start taking to the streets.
This is a dictator.
You know, there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives.
Enemies of the state.
Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.
Do something about your dad's immigration practices, you feckless.
When they go low, we can't.
How do you resist the temptation to run up and wring her neck?
Threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right.
I thought he should have punched him in the face.
I said, even if you lost, he insulted your wife.
He came down the escalator and called Mexicans, rapists, and murderers.
He said, Well, what do you think I should have done?
I said, I think you should have punched him in the face and then gotten out of the race.
You would have been a hero.
I'd like to punch him in the face.
I said, If we were in high school, I'd take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.
Punch some people in the face.
When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?
They're still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump, and that's a fact.
Look as his character is stabbed to death.
Where is John Wilkes' booth when you need him?
I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
A Missouri state senator is under investigation by the Secret Service after saying she hopes President Trump is assassinated.
I will go and take Trump out tonight.
And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, In a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.
And you push back on them.
And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.
And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and our honoring our Constitution are right at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
They're not going to stop before Election Day in November, and they're not going to stop after Election Day.
And that should be everyone's.
Should take note of that on both levels that this isn't, they're not gonna let up and they should not.
If you think we'll rally a lot, you ain't seen nothing yet.
That's the Democrats.
That's the modern Democratic Party today.
And I will say that there's a Democratic rep that spoke out and she said, Can we just please stop trying to assassinate President Trump?
And then John Fetterman, Senator John Fetterman, has been a voice of reason with a D next to his name as well.
But unfortunately, I think that the modern Democratic Party is, frankly, more aligned with what used to be the Communist Party of the United States.
And so, and in proof of that, you know, just remember that.
President Obama actually appointed an about communist to head up the CIA.
That was John Brennan.
And then also, he appointed James Comey to be the director of the FBI.
And it was from James Comey that you saw this infamous seashell pattern where it's 86 47.
Of course, President Trump is serving as the 47th president of the United States right now.
So you've heard what the Democrats.
Said, but here's what the communists are saying.
And then you get this guy named Hassan Piker, who's also friends with the candidate who's running for U.S. Senate here in my home state of Michigan by the name of Abdul Al Sayed.
I ran against this guy for governor, and now he's running for United States Senate.
And this guy, Hassan Piker, is a friend of his.
And here's what he had to say.
And you actually wrote about this, and it was a great video where you talked about, you know, someone has to do it.
See, when I say that, everyone knows exactly what I mean.
Which is, I think that shows that there is a lot of anger, a lot of resentment, and untapped potential, untapped revolutionary potential, as a matter of fact.
And it's a great opportunity for organizing, I think, in these unprecedented.
And it's that type of attitude that's feeding these No Kings rallies that have occurred all across the United States.
And now they're kind of getting these No Kings guys are starting to get exposed for their.
Financial sponsors.
I know Data Republicans have done a great job of sharing who is financing these operations.
So they've kind of gone dark on future events.
But what they always do is that they just go off and go dark and then rebrand, just like Acorn split into a whole bunch of different organizations after rebranding when it was called out for its illegal activities.
Now we've got a case where the No Kings folks are rebranding themselves.
And in some ways, it's such an obvious rebranding, it's probably not even worth talking about.
I think it's important to make sure everybody understands that the old No Kings protesters are now organizing what they call a May Day Strong Day.
And so May 1st is they're trying to get everybody in America to quote unquote support workers.
And the way that they support workers is by making sure that the businesses that these workers work at don't have any customers.
So that's a great way of going off and funding their salaries is by making sure that.
Nobody is going off to shop or to work.
And they actually are going after kids at school, saying you shouldn't go to school either.
That is the mantra of the modern Democratic Party, frankly, the modern Communist Party USA.
Remember, these No Kings rallies, some of their sponsors were Democratic Socialists of America and the Communist Party USA.
And coincidentally, they pivoted from No Kings rallies into this Mayday strong rally.
Event.
And just so you know, May 1st is known as International Workers' Day in the Soviet Union.
That's where, you know, it was celebrated as an international holiday for unions, for labor unions.
And that's what they're choosing to try to pivot back behind.
And I don't think it's going to work for them.

And if you want to, what they're ultimately looking to do, and that's why they want these protests, they want these protests to turn into riots and they want chaos.
And they, And to quote Lisa Fithian, who's one of these professional agitators, professional organizers of these quote unquote protests, it says that chaos is the soup by which change happens.
Let's get cooking.
And so I just want to take everybody down a trip down memory lane back before the 2020 election.
I've shown this clip before on the show, but I think it's worth seeing again so we get an understanding of who we're actually dealing with.
Because in the prelude to this upcoming 2026 election, which is all important because if the Democrats, Regain control of the House.
It's going to be impeachment palooza just designed to muck up the works like what they did during President Trump's first administration.
So, we need to have a secure election.
We need to make sure that Republicans retain control of the House and control of the Senate.
So, what they want to do is make sure that we are in the midst of complete chaos going into the upcoming 2026 election.
That's what they're calling for in the prelude to the 2020 election, as this clip demonstrates.
We've been working on a target map and a framework for scenario.
So, where are all the police stations?
Where are all the key government buildings?
Who are the Trump boosters?
We are going to be in a crisis, but we want it to be one that we are creating.
Whoever's got the guns can win.
Let's take over the buildings.
If there are people that are willing to do that, we should support them.
Get ready to shut your city down on the fourth or the fifth.
We're going to see potential fighting all over the country or in some hot spots, right?
We've already seen that.
And so, how do we work together across the country to help support each other no matter where we are and to maximize our impact by doing similar things on similar days at similar time?
We have to be willing to put our bodies on the line and take on some discomfort, sacrifice, risk in order to change things.
So, again, chaos is a soup by which change emerges.
Let's get cooking.
So, a reminder, that's what they were doing before the 2020 election.
And they actually, that's just the tip of the iceberg of the undercover video that Millie Weaver obtained.
And she gave to FBI authorities, the kind of the FBI 1.0, if you will, before President Trump and FBI Director Kash Patel revamped it, and along with Dan Bongino for the FBI 2.0, where they actually enforced the law.
And so they were given that and they did nothing with it.
I'm sure.
Some of these same activities are going on right now, and they literally want to create this chaos going into the upcoming election.
We can't let them get away with it.
So, and part of the planning activities that they went into the 2020 election with dealt with much more than just trying to create chaos.
They were actively attempting to suppress any sharing of information around.
The 2020 election fraud that was witnessed by meddling kids all across the country.
They wanted to actively suppress that narrative.
Matter of fact, Congress put together a report from the Weaponization and Government Subcommittee that highlighted how the federal government was in partnership with big tech and with big media and what they call good citizen groups, if you will, or socially conscious citizen groups that deliberately suppressed revelations of what actually happened in the election.
They would come up with these little Quote unquote fact checkers, they go off and censor people, deplatform them.
Remember, they even deplatform President Trump from the Twitter platform back in those days because he was saying the 2020 election was stolen.
So the good news is that censorship apparatus has been systematically dismantled.
I'm not saying it's perfect on all these different platforms.
They are still censoring.
I just had this, and there's a little.
Interaction with an AI engine today, specifically the Claude AI engine, where it refused to go off and do a certain task for me because it said that it couldn't go off and analyze some various aspects of the 2020 election because they said it was already a settled matter.
So I immediately canceled my Claude subscription after this little discussion.
But that suppression engine is still in place in some places.
But despite that, There are cracks of truth and transparency that are starting to pop up.
And one of those cracks deals specifically with this narrative that was pushed after the 2020 election by folks like Chris Krebs, who headed up the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency, or CISA.
And he said that the 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Well, a lot of folks behind the scenes have known what I'm going to share right now for quite some time, but I think it's worth highlighting the fact that now it's okay to start talking about what our findings were again.
So the old news becomes new.
And I want to share just a quick little report that has been put out.
So at the same time that Chris Krebs and his buddies out at CISA were saying that it was the most secure election in American history, they were putting out this report.
It was an amber alert from CISA highlighting that not only were there security vulnerabilities in the 2020 election, going into the 2020 election, but in the wake of the 2020 election, They found out that 47% of these 319 critical vulnerabilities in our election systems had actually been exploited.
47% had been exploited.
They don't know by who, but they specifically highlighted that there are foreign actors that could take advantage of some of these critical exploits because a lot of them dealt with the fact that there are remote connections into our election systems.
And flash forward to March 16th of this year.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified a National Intelligence Council memo that supports many of the claims made by Mike Lindell, myself, and many other meddling kids all across the country around the security of our election systems.
And among the assertions in this declassified memorandum from the National Intelligence Council is that China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia all had the capability to access and potentially manipulate data in U.S. election related computer systems.
That sounds familiar.
That's what Mike has been talking about.
It also highlighted that systems that tabulate, transmit, or display election results are vulnerable to localized exploitation.
I would submit that they're vulnerable to global or nationwide exploitation as well.
But the thing you need to remember about our elections, particularly the presidential election, is that you can change the results of our national election for president.
By manipulating as few as 10 to 15 counties across the country.
And frankly, it's even worse than that.
You could go off and manipulate the election results in as few as five cities and actually change the results of a presidential election.
So, okay, you can sit there and use terms like it was localized and localized vulnerabilities, but even localized vulnerabilities can have significant national impacts depending on how it was done.
And so, furthermore, that report went on to highlight that any claims regarding these exploits would be extremely difficult to prove or disprove.
And so, what we had here is a case when we got these electronic voting systems, they create vulnerabilities that if we did hand counts of paper ballots, we would not have those vulnerabilities.
So, looking forward to getting moving on getting rid of the electronic voting systems.
Frankly, we're looking forward to getting to that accountability phase and getting justice.
But something that's been very evident, and it's actually when you go off and look at these whistleblower videos like the one that we saw with Lisa Fifthian calling for chaos earlier, what you're seeing is that they've gained the system and they've determined that they really want to do their best to gum up the works.
There's an organization called Democracy Defense that was talking about how to, as federal workers, they could go off and, Exert civil disobedience to slow down President Trump in his efforts.
And it applies to the justice system as well.
And so, if you're wondering why the wheels of justice are so slow in light of all the evidence that's come forth and that we've been able to talk about of late, it's because we still have some issues inside the judicial system.
And I'm just going to give you one short example or small example, if you will.
And it deals with the Smartmatic versus Byrne, Smartmatic versus OAN.
Lawsuits.
I think it gives a little bit of an insight.
So remember, there's a significant body of evidence that highlights that Smartmatic is owned by the Venezuelan government.
And we have a lot of whistleblower testimony.

These whistleblowers have come forward with pretty damning testimony in support of assertions that Smartmatic systems have been used to manipulate election outcomes, including elections in the United States.
So, it's also worth remembering that Smartmatic has been indicted by the federal government for bribery, and these bribery allegations actually pertain to elections.
So, against this backdrop on these two cases dealing with Smartmatic, and remember, Smartmatic has also sued Mike Lindell.
Did you know that the DC magistrate judge that presides over the Smartmatic cases against Patrick Byrne and OAN, her name is Judge Moxilla Upadhyaya, she was also this judge.
Was also the lead attorney on behalf of the defense of Nicolas Maduro.
Let that sink in just a little bit.
She was the defense attorney, lead defense attorney for Nicolas Maduro and the government of Venezuela in cases before U.S. courts.
So remember, this is the same Nicolas Maduro that was arrested by U.S. authorities in a daring read on Caracas earlier this year.
So when OAN attempted to assert that there's a little bit of a conflict of interest here between this judge and a case dealing with a former client of hers with Smartmatic, She said, no, no, no, no.
Don't worry.
There's no conflict of interest here at all.
And she was the one who issued a denial to the motion to have her recused from the case.
And she actually signed her own order saying that she didn't want to recuse herself from the case, despite being a former defense lawyer for the accused or for the plaintiff in this case.
So, nothing to see here.
These aren't the joints you're looking for.
I don't know about you, but that certainly seems like a conflict of interest to me.
And so, guys, there's a lot going on behind the scenes.
Having said that, though, I am confident the wheels of justice are in motion.
But one other key tidbit I almost forgot to highlight, I think it's very important to note is that this is the same judge who presided over the arraignment of President Trump.
And if you call up that story, this is kind of a big deal.
This judge obviously has a little bit of a political bias associated with her.
She's been very consistent.
And they put her in place in the D.C. court system, apparently for a reason.
And in this case, they arraigned President Trump, saying that he tried to stay in power despite his electoral loss in 2020.
Well, frankly, for those of us who've been paying attention, President Trump's been right about the 2020 election for quite some time.
But the reason I did a little bit of a deep dive on this particular subject and this particular judge is that I wanted you guys to get a little bit of a perspective on how this all works and how the system has been subverted, I would submit, from the blindfolded justice that had been a hallmark of the United States judicial system for quite some time.
Now the blindfolds are off.
And part of this report that I alluded to at the beginning of the Broadcast deals specifically with the topic of judicial malfeasance.
And I didn't even go into this to detail in the story we just talked about here.
There's plenty of examples of judicial malfeasance all across the country that have been gumming up the works and preventing justice from being done for what was observed in the 2020 election, for what many people, such as myself, assert was a coup.
And our election systems have been designated as critical infrastructure.
Which means that an attack upon our election systems, an attempt to subvert the integrity of our election systems, is an attack against our country.
And we need to start taking that seriously.
And it looks like there are bills in motion right now that indicate that we are finally going to get some activity in the 2020 election.
And I've been saying this for a long time you just want to see people in orange jumps.
But I can tell you from my sources that this isn't a case that's going to happen.
It's a matter of.
When, how?

And before the break, I've tried to explain some of the problems we're having in the judicial system.
But even while doing that, guys, I still have a smile on my face because I have hope for accountability.
And I believe we've got some folks now in the Department of Justice.
And just like the FBI had a 1.0 before Trump 47 and 2.0 after Trump 47 and Kash Patel, I think we got a DOJ 2.0.
That is now active at the helm, and they're filing lawsuits.
And when they're denied by some of these activist judges that are in place right now, they're not giving up.
They're keeping the pedal of the metal and they keep pushing forward under the leadership of attorneys like Harmie Dillon.
So I alluded before the break that we're going to talk a little about what's happened inside of Michigan.
Now, Michigan's one of the battleground states, and it's one of the states that was.
The recipient of a lawsuit.
Well, first, it was a letter.
They just asked for access to the state's voter roll data because, under the Help America Vote Act and under the National Voter Registration Act, you know, there's money that's distributed to the state with certain conditions.
And part of the conditions that are included include access to this information so we can verify that they're complying with various stipulations inside.
And inside the NVRA.
And so the Department of Justice asked for some information to allow them to evaluate compliance.
And Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said, talk to the hand, didn't want to provide any of that information.
And so subsequently, the Department of Justice filed lawsuits against states like my home state of Michigan.
And they filed the lawsuit and kind of as I became in a pattern, back on February 10th, 2026, United States District Judge Hala Jarbu dismissed a lawsuit in Michigan ruling that the DOJ's demand for unredacted voter data,
including full dates of birth, social security numbers, and driver's license numbers, was unlawful and undeterred.
And frankly, all this information is needed and authorized under the NVRA and under HAVA.
And the main reason why they need, in particular, things like the social security number, which, by the way, the federal government has social security numbers.
That's not, and they have it associated with names.
So the idea of this being a privacy issue for that individual is complete balderdash.
What they don't want to share from the state perspective is a connection between that social security number and the voter ID.
Because what we're finding out, what we found out through the Doge activities, was that there's a lot of fake SSA numbers out there.
And we also know that there are organizations, including foreign governments, interested in giving people fake IDs and other documentation that enables them to go off and cast a fraudulent vote in our elections.
So, what the Department of Justice is trying to do is get access to the data that would allow us to reconcile the voter data that's possessed by the state with the federal data at the Social Security Administration.
To see if these are real people, to see if they're alive, to see whether they're actually registered to vote, and see if they're actually American citizens, because that's the big topic right now birthright citizenship, the idea of illegal immigrants voting in our election, which has happened many, many times in the state of Michigan.
And it's been acknowledged even by the Democrat Social Secretary of State that that has happened in the state of Michigan.
So, the idea that the federal government wants access to this data should not create any controversy, but it is.
And why is that?
Because obviously they're over the target.
So, DOJ sent this letter out to the county, which is the county I live in.
That's the largest county in the state of Michigan.
And it's also the home of Detroit, Michigan, which is arguably, I believe, one of the most corrupt cities when it comes to the management of elections out there.
And I say that as a former.
Certified poll challenger observing the elections inside of Detroit.
I was there at the TCS Center on November 3rd through November 4th, 2020.
So I'm not saying most corrupt lightly.
So, in response to this letter asking specifically Wayne County for specific election records, the Democrats in Michigan just threw a hissy fit.
I mean, they went crazy.
They said, nope, you.
You're not going to get this.
And don't you dare try to pull a Fulton County on us and come in and do a search warrant on it.
We're going to fight you every step of the way.
So, mind you, if you had conducted a fully transparent election that you had nothing to hide on, why would you fight the revelation of the information that proves your point?
You wouldn't.
On the other hand, if you tried to pull the wool over people's eyes and steal an election, you want to cover it all up.
And that's what I think is really happening right now.
In Michigan.
So the Attorney General of Michigan called the demand for records from Wayne County absurd and an attempt to sabotage the Democratic process.
Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson called it the latest attempt to interfere in our elections.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer, you know, that our governor that was in the Oval Office with President Trump and hid behind that blue folder, she described it as a poorly disguised attempt to justify more doubt and misinformation about our elections.
So, the Attorney General's office literally signaled that they would resist any seizure of records and vowed to closely scrutinize any federal intrusion.
So, I'm a resident of Wayne County, Michigan.
I'm very familiar with the way elections are run in the county of Wayne.
In addition to being a resident here, I actually served as the state senator representing a large portion of Wayne County.
So, I'm very familiar with elections in that context.
And as I mentioned, I was also a certified poll challenger back in 2020.
I was also a certified poll challenger in 2022.
And I attempted to oversee the election results or election returns, the aggregation of election results from all the townships and cities in Wayne County at the Wayne County Clerk's Office.
And they sent five law enforcement officers to prevent me from overseeing that vote tally as a duly certified poll challenger.
So when I have issues, when I cite issues with the way elections are conducted, Wayne County, I'm speaking from experience.
And so, in specifically dealing with the 2024 election, I just want to make sure everybody understands there is significant justification for the Department of Justice to ask for access to these records in Wayne County.
And probably the most obvious data point on this is the fact that meddling kids during the early voting period in Michigan were reviewing a report called the Daily Ballots Cast Report provided by.
The secretary of state, and in that report, they went off and analyzed the data in the report and determined that, um, there were the same voter ID was casting multiple ballots, and to the tune of 125,428 illegal additional um ballots being cast in the report, culminating a huge number.
There's a little bit here, a little bit there in the week before um, the election, but on October 28, 2024.
It's like all of a sudden somebody opened the floodgate and dumped a whole bunch of illegal votes into the daily ballots cast report.
So, of course, everybody brought it to the attention of the Secretary of State.
The RNC brought it to the attention of the Secretary of State.
They said, nothing to see here.
The official explanation that came out was put up on this fact check center from the Secretary of State.
And they effectively said that it was a formatting error in a report.
And when you actually read through what their explanation was for this quote unquote formatting error, you found out that that was a bunch of hooey.
Because remember, we actually got the actual qualified voter file data on it.
So we were actually able to look and see if their explanation around this formatting error actually jived with the data that we were witnessing.
And it didn't.
And so, of course, all the other media outlets, Reuters, went off and did a fact check and said, nope.
Nothing to see here.
These aren't the droids you're looking for.
It was just a reporting error.
Well, I'm here to tell you that there's a significant body of evidence that highlights that that official narrative is a bunch of Hui.
And here's a story that I put out on another website that I have been curating called Let's Fix Stuff.
And I just wanted to have a place where I could capture all the arguments that highlight that it was a bunch of Hui, that there is significant reason to question their formal explanation for the 125,000 illegal votes.
And I just encourage you to go out to letfixstuff.org.
You can go off and read it there and get into the details.
But at the time of posting this, I didn't have responses to a couple FOIA requests that I had submitted that give additional reason for concern around this topic of illegal votes.
And so I issued two FOIA requests.
First FOIA request was effectively show me your math.
You said it was a glitch in the formatting of the report.
Show me what the SQL query was on that report and show me how it generated.
Show me the data set that you're using that led to the information that you said was just a formatting glitch.
And so that was FOIA request number one.
FOIA request number two was I want to see all your communications around this glitch and see if your official explanation and your official narrative is consistent with what you're saying behind closed doors.
So Obviously, this should have been pretty straightforward, right?
They came out within a day saying that it was a formatting error.
And yet, when I submitted that FOIA request, number one, for them to show us their math, they asked for an extension on it.
They couldn't explain it right away.
They explained it right away in their official fact check document.
They couldn't explain it right away in response to a FOIA request.
It took them a few weeks to get back to me on that.
And they never gave me the data that I had requested regarding.
What the script was and what the data was that they used in conjunction with that script.
In other words, they knew that they were lying and they did not want anybody else to be able to have the data necessary to prove their lies.
So they preferred just to sit there and say, nope, sorry, you can't see this data.
That's part of the obstruction that we're dealing with across the board.
And on the communications front, they initially denied my FOIA request for that as well.
And all I was doing was Explications on it.
Well, they finally, after multiple appeals, responded to my FOIA request for the communications.
And I found something very interesting is that they had a bunch of junk and a bunch of garbage emails for the majority of this FOIA response, which costs thousands of dollars, by the way.
Except there was one email in there from one of the employees at the Secretary of State, Michael Doyle, that said, Should we take this discussion offline into our CEA and BOE chat rooms?
Which indicates that they did not want this to be subject to FOIA disclosure.
They didn't want it to be part of an email because the chat room discussions, they could go off and delete those after they've had their discussions.
And so that was very illustrative of how things are actually manipulated in the FOIA process and how they actually obstruct obtaining information around what is going on in our election.
Just a couple examples.
I want to show you a little bit of a deep dive on how the system works.
They are deliberately covering up.
And so when you see the Department of Justice go in and say, hey, you know, I've got authority under this particular federal act to go in, and when you don't provide the data that I'm asking for, I'm going to go off and sue you, that is an indication that we're tired of messing around.
And unlike me, little old me, the Department of Justice has a little bit more.
Has a few more resources available to go off and press the case.

And that's what they're doing, I'm thankful to say.
And so, bottom line on this whole exercise, the Department of Justice has plenty of justification to go off and ask for the information.
Not only do they have the statutory justification, but Wayne County has a history of playing fast and loose with the truth.
And so, it's in particular, They have no evidence in support of their formatting error assertion for the 125,428, the illegal ballots that were cast.
And there's also evidence that they were deliberately obstructing access to deliberations around what really happened with those illegal votes.
So it's difficult for me not to conclude that if it wasn't for meddling kids in the 2024 election, Michigan's electoral college votes would have gone to.
Kamala Harris and not President Trump because the margin of victory in Michigan was somewhere around 80,000 votes.
When you have 125,000 illegal votes, that once it was called to their attention, they magically disappeared and turned into about one illegal vote the next day in the report.
It's fair to say that it was the diligence of these meddling kids like Tim Vetter, Fanny Montravati, and the folks out of Election Integrity Force and Matt DiPerno that actually called them to the carpet on this stuff and actually prevented the theft of the election in Michigan.
So that is kind of a big deal.
And this all leads up to something that gives me.
A lot of hope.
So, first of all, we got a DOJ now that's persistent.
Just because they were rejected by one court, they're appealing, they're pressing, they're going around the court, they're going directly to the municipalities like Wayne County asking for the information.
They're doing the Mother May I Please the first time.
And if they don't cooperate, they go off and file suit.
I love that gusto.
But something that made me even more optimistic, specifically during this interview, we're working with our prosecutors at the Department of Justice and Attorney General Todd Blanch, and we are going to be making arrests.
And it's coming, and I promise you, it's coming soon.
He framed this as part of a prosecution around a grander conspiracy case supporting President Trump's claims that the 2020 election was rigged.
And so I will note, by the way, he's saying that this arrests are coming.
The first phase of this is probably just going to be indictments coming from grand jury testimony that will eventually lead to arrests after trial.
It's not arrest first, trial later.
So that's the way Democrats like to do things.
That's not the way you do things under the rule of law.
We're a constitutional republic.
We follow the rule of law.
But what we're seeing is that these arrests are part of a bigger picture.
And the names that I've heard about in the first wave of arrests deal with folks like John Brennan, James Comey, all those communist sympathizers, also deals with James Clapper and Susan Rice.
I think you'll start seeing that as the first.
Echelon, but I do not think it's beyond the realm of possibility that folks like Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are going to be on that list eventually as well.
Ultimately, what we're looking for is a return to law and order, in particular, law and order around the management of our elections.
And I'm happy to say it looks like the wheels are in motion towards that end.
So obviously, we still want to see the indictments, we still want to see the arrests.
But guys, I'm literally from folks I'm talking to, I'm more hopeful than ever.
That we're headed in the right direction.
So, and I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that none of this would have happened if it wasn't for the effort of folks like Mike Lindell and many of the listeners here out of Lindell TV for not letting this issue of the 2020 election die.
For Mike, of course, you know, he put out in the wake of the election, he said, no, this was rigged.
I've got evidence in support of it.
And he threw everything he had into developing documentaries.
A whole list of documentaries.
And by the way, you can see those documentaries out at the electioncrimebureau.com.
The absolute proof, scientific proof, absolute interference, absolutely nine zero, selection code, all that information Mike was funding to help get them across the finish line, get the word out to everybody about what happened in our election.
And that's a big deal.
And so by doing so, he kind of kept the stove simmering, if you will, and kept it brewing to the point where.
We actually got some folks who wanted to follow the rule of law and are now benefiting from all the efforts of Mike and all meddling kids out there.
And Mike also did something extraordinary with a series of election summits.
And this brought together all the meddling kids from all across the country and literally went through state by state by state and shared all the evidence.
So this isn't just a case of purple states, battleground states.
This is a case where he gave a voice to everybody in red states and blue states, all across the country, to let everybody know and share evidence of what happened in the election.
And I'm telling you that all this information that was gathered.
And identified by the attendees at these events, I've been collecting into a big fat data repository.
And thankfully, we now have tools that can analyze this data, these AI tools across the board.
Now, they do require parental supervision.
They do tend to hallucinate, but they do, they're like a worker bee, and you can get to the 80 20 solution on this pretty dang quick with them.
It has facilitated the generation of some serious reports that have been verified and validated that are.
Being teed up and handed over with indictment ready packages to help carry the day on getting justice and accountability for what's going on in our elections.
So, guys, I know it's been a long journey.
It's been a long road.
This is not what I wanted to be doing with my life, I can assure you, but it's important.
And I truly believe that folks like Mike Lindell have been put in this place at this point in time for such a time as this.
And just to kind of leave you with some kind of a little bit more of a walk down memory lane, I just want to remind you about how Mike closed the Moment of Truth Summit.
And finally, we're starting to see a lot of the hope that was generated at that summit start to come to fruition.
