Heather Mullins reports on President Trump's ten-day Lebanon-Israel ceasefire and a Pentagon naval blockade against Iran involving 10,000 troops. The segment details DOJ updates, Kelly Walker's allegations of past Patriot Act abuses against parents, and fierce congressional debates over FISA Section 702 reauthorization. Representatives Massie, Boebert, and Amash demand warrant requirements, bans on reverse targeting, and privacy reforms, while Alison Steinberg clarifies the Dignity Act focuses on national security rather than amnesty, arguing deporting non-criminal workers would collapse the economy. Ultimately, the episode highlights a government grappling with surveillance accountability and immigration policy impacts. [Automatically generated summary]

Maritime Blockade Begins00:12:14
See this guy with the pillows on Fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Happy Thursday, everybody.
I'm Heather Mullins, guest hosting for Michael Lindell once again.
I want to take your attention over to the Pentagon where there was the briefing this morning.
But before we get into Secretary Hegseth's announcement of that briefing, President Trump put out a tweet this morning saying there was another ceasefire, but not between the US and Iran, but actually between Lebanon and Israel.
The White House tweeted this out President Donald Trump announces a 10 day ceasefire.
Excuse me, between Lebanon and Israel.
It has been my honor to solve nine wars across the world, and this will be my tenth.
So let's get it done.
He said he had a great conversation with the highly respected President Joseph, I can't pronounce that, of Lebanon and Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu of Israel.
These two leaders have agreed that in order to achieve peace between the countries, they will formally begin a 10 day ceasefire at 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
I want to turn over to another.
Tweet that the president put out, additionally inviting both leaders to the White House.
He said, in addition to the statement just issued, I will be inviting the prime minister of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu, and the president of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, to the White House.
I probably butchered that, but again, I'm the worst with names.
But he's going to invite them to the White House for the first meaningful talks between Israel and Lebanon since 1983.
Very long time ago.
Both sides want to see peace.
And I believe that will happen quickly, President Donald J. Trump.
So, this is a good sign.
I know under President Trump's first term, we had four years with no new conflicts, no new wars.
It seemed like every other day he was brokering another peace deal.
We need to get back to that.
But for right now, we do have the situation going on in Iran.
And Secretary Hegzeth this morning gave another update from the Pentagon.
And here's a soundbite where he's essentially warning Iran.
Take a listen.
Our negotiators have said, you, Iran, can choose a prosperous future, a golden bridge, and we hope that you do for the people of Iran.
In the meantime, and for as long as it takes, we will maintain this blockade, successful blockade.
But if Iran chooses poorly, then they will have a blockade and bombs dropping on infrastructure, power, and energy.
And at the same time, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant and our friends over at Treasury, Are launching Operation Economic Fury as well, maximizing economic pressure across the entirety of the government.
To Iran, choose wisely.
The world watched, and so did you, as the U.S. military moved seamlessly from major combat operations to a world class blockade.
We can make that transition again, very quickly and even more powerfully than ever.
At the direction of President Trump, the War Department will ensure that Iran never has a nuclear weapon, never.
We'd prefer to do it the nice way, through a deal led by our great vice president and negotiating team, or we can do it the hard way.
We urge this new regime to choose wisely.
It's interesting that he said new regime, which makes me wonder was there a regime change there in Iran?
That we'll have to discuss later.
But also in attendance at this morning's briefing, once again, General Kane gave an update on the blockade.
So take a listen.
This morning, I'd like to give you an update on the ongoing blockade in the CENTCOM AOR area of responsibility.
On Monday, 13 April at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the direction of the president, America's joint force began implementing a blockade against Iran under the leadership of Admiral Cooper and the team at CENTCOM.
Let me be clear this blockade applies to all ships, regardless of nationality, heading into or from Iranian ports.
The U.S. action is a blockade of Iran's ports and coastline, not a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
Enforcement will occur.
inside Iran's territorial seas and in international waters.
In addition to this blockade, the Joint Force, through operations and activities in other areas of responsibility, like the Pacific area of responsibility under the command of Admiral Paparo, will actively pursue any Iranian-flagged vessel or any vessel attempting to provide material support to Iran.
This includes Dark Fleet vessels carrying Iranian oil.
As most of you know, Dark Fleet vessels are those illicit or illegal ships evading international regulations, sanctions, or insurance requirements.
More than 10,000 sailors, Marines, and airmen, over a dozen ships and dozens of aircraft are executing this mission.
And while that was playing, I did have a friend watching reach out to me and say that the president of Lebanon, it's actually pronounced Joseph on.
So learn something new every day.
I learned it.
Now you did too.
Moving on, I also want to play a clip from General Kane, who he actually goes into the details behind what's really going on at the blockade.
I do believe that it's important for you guys listening to not just hear from myself, but to hear from Secretary Hegseth and General Kane directly.
So we're going to play another clip where he goes into more detail.
About what is really happening over there at the Strait of Hormuz because there's a lot of misinformation on social media.
So take a listen to this slightly longer clip from General Kane today.
First to the graphic.
This is taken before the blockade began.
North is up.
You can see the blockade line here in the center of the graphic, denoted by the red dashed line.
This map is a poll from our common operating picture that we use to allow commanders. and key leaders to see what is happening in near real time.
We just grabbed screen grabs to highlight the actions and activities.
What is not shown is how incredibly congested this area is and the incredible work that our sailors are doing to ensure that they can work in and around an incredibly busy water space.
What is also not depicted here is the massive force of fighters, intelligence aircraft, Helicopters and other embarked forces to include aerial refueling tankers that are up overhead this blockade area.
You'll note that the U.S. forces are in blue, Iranian ships are in red, and as we started this blockade, there were seven ships of interest that were of concern for U.S. Central Command.
Through a variety of intelligence tools and with the assistance of the Office of of naval intelligence and other intelligence agencies, the force began to hunt for potential interdictors at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Next slide, please.
It's now 1240 Eastern Daylight Time, two hours and 40 minutes into the blockade, as attempted blockade runners attempt to hop the line.
U.S. forces began to commit.
Out in front of them was a range of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and tactical assets.
And immediately these runners began to see, sense, and feel America's combat power compressing upon them.
The lead ship, normally a destroyer as depicted here, along with air power off of the USS Abraham Lincoln Strike Group, began to move towards those ships.
At each point, the United States Navy will transmit a warning.
A young sailor, normally on the bridge of one of those destroyers, a junior officer, picks up that mic and transmits, and I quote, do not attempt to breach the blockade.
Vessels will be boarded for interdiction and seizure transiting to or from Iranian ports.
Turn around or prepare to be boarded.
If you do not comply with this blockade, we will use force.
And as this message is being transmitted, as I mentioned earlier, those ship masters can literally see, sense, and feel the pressure around them.
It's a finely tuned machine rehearsed multiple times and executed now 13 times since the blockade has begun.
Next slide, please.
We're now 24 hours plus into the blockade.
You can see the turning around of multiple ships, 12 of which stayed inside the blockade line, one of which not depicted.
off to the eastern side turned around before even attempting it.
Any ship that would cross the blockade would result in our sailors executing pre-planned tactics designed to bring the force to that ship, if need be, board the ship and take her over.
And that includes a series of escalated force options, which could include warning shots and others.
Next slide.
The final graphic shows taken at 1120 p.m. the night of 14 April.
you can see that the captains of all these ships have made the wise decision not to move, transit, or run this blockade.
As I mentioned so far, 13 ships have made the wise choice of turning around.
And as we continue to hold this blockade at the order of the Secretary and the President, any vessel that compares to comply with our instructions will be dealt with accordingly.
As of this morning, U.S. Central Command has not been required to board any particular ships.
And I'll remind you that we are also conducting similar maritime interdiction actions and activities in the Pacific AOR against those ships that left that area before we began the blockade.
So, you heard right there from General Kane that they better listen or they're going to have the American might of the U.S. Navy to deal with.
Also, in attendance at this morning's briefing for the first time, at least since I've been a member of the Pentagon Press Corps, was the CENTCOM commander, Admiral Brad Cooper, who had met with U.S. troops.
Highlighting Warfighter Efforts00:03:03
So, take a listen to what he had to say this morning.
It's great to have the opportunity to highlight the tremendous efforts our warfighters operating forward.
and the important partnerships with regional allies that continue to thrive.
In fact, yesterday I returned from my second trip to the Middle East in the past 15 days.
Two very different visits, one during our offensive operations against Iran, and the second, in this most recent trip, during the ongoing ceasefire.
Very different.
During both of my recent trips, I visited with our troops who were deployed across the region in more than 70 different locations, an existence that largely spans between Florida and Arizona.
I've long believed that every success that we have starts and ends with our people, and boy does this shine through brightly.
During these visits, I had the privilege of personally recognizing more than 100 service men and women for their extraordinary valor, their courage, and their initiative under fire and delivering fire.
And every time I interact with these young men and women downrange, I am deeply inspired by their courage, their resilience, and their unwavering commitment.
The stories are remarkable.
In many cases, you've seen this play out over TV.
fighter pilots who took out Iranian missile launchers in the moments prior to their launch against Americans and our partners, and who hit key military targets in and around Tehran on the attack more than 13,000 times.
I met with some of the teams that helped to bring our F-15 airmen home safely from Iran and heard first-person accounts of the stories.
Absolute heroes.
I spent time with our troops who are employing cutting-edge tactics and technology for the first time in warfare.
I won't be able to talk about what those are, but these young men and women are breaking new ground.
It's incredibly inspiring.
I met with teams who launched our own one-way attack drones into Iran.
These were originally Iranian-designed drones.
We brought them back to America, took the guts out, put a made American stamp on them, and fired them right back to Iran.
Very effective.
I met with teams who were employing AI every single day to help us sift through vast amounts of information to help us make decisions faster.
And importantly, humans are always in the loop in this process.
I met with our Space Force teams and our cyber specialists whose work cannot be discussed, but who serve with indispensable impact.
I met with our logisticians and sustainers all over the region.
There is just no military that executes logistics like the U.S. military.
This group is doing exceptional work, moving thousands of tons every single day.
So that's your update from this morning's briefing with Secretary Hegseth, General Dan Kane, and of course, CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper.
So that's all we have for that today.
But when we come back after a quick Break.
We're going to have a lot more to discuss regarding the DOJ and what is the status of the weaponization of it against parents.
We'll be right back.
Mike Lindell here.
Protecting Savings with Gold00:02:13
The radical left and the deep state aren't just coming for our freedoms, they're coming after our money too.
For years, they've been destroying our economy from the inside out with reckless spending, open borders, woke policies that crush our businesses.
And now they've left us with an inflation disaster that's wiping out the savings of our hardworking families.
They don't want us to be independent, they want us to be dependent on the government.
Well, that's not going to happen on my watch.
That's why I partner with American Independence Gold.
It's a veteran owned company that's helping patriotic Americans fight back by protecting our savings with real physical gold and silver.
And right now, they're giving away up to $15,000 in free silver and a free gold IRA kit.
A portion of all the profits go to 9 11 first responders and veterans at the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
The Deep State can't touch your gold, so visit MikeLindellGold.com or call 811. 44714 4653 right now.
That's MikeLindellGold.com.
Take back control.
You know, most people think water is just about filtration, but in reality, it's about balance.
What gets removed, what gets left behind, and how the water actually behaves once you drink it.
Well, many traditional systems focus on one thing removal.
Reverse osmosis, for example, strips water down completely.
It may sound ideal, but it removes minerals that our bodies need.
The Sentry Wellness System was designed with a different philosophy.
It removes common contaminants like chlorine, fluoride, and PFAS while restoring key minerals like magnesium and improving alkalinity.
It also does all this without tanks and without wastewater and without requiring a complicated installation.
It installs in about 15 minutes under your sink, so instead of over correcting, it brings your water back into balance.

Faith in the Process00:16:10
Well, hello everyone.
Well, I'm turning 65, and let me tell you, Medicare has me confused.
All the junk bill and the robocalls and everything else, it honestly feels like they break the system just to confuse us.
Well, that's why I partnered and working with Chapter.
They're independent and they don't work for big insurance, they work for us.
In fact, they're the only advisor that compares every single plan nationwide.
To find what actually fits your needs.
If you're on the right plan, they tell you.
If you're not, they're going to help you switch.
And it's completely free.
Just last year, every senior saved on an average $1,100 by finding a better plan with Chapter.
So call Chapter at 234 Lindell or go to askchapter.org forward slash Lindell.
Welcome back, everybody.
There's a lot going on over at the Department of Justice.
And I have a special guest joining us after we play this quick clip of our very own Kara Castronova, who got a question into Press Secretary Caroline Levitt yesterday asking what is going to happen with the new attorney general position?
Whose name is up for grabs and what can we expect going forward?
Take a listen.
Can you give us an update on the president's thinking on the next attorney general?
A lot of names have been going around, like Ron DeSantis, Rudy Giuliani, Ed Martin.
They're being floated as contenders.
What qualities is the president looking for in a new AG?
And will there be accountability for what many have described as weaponization within Biden's office when he was president?
Well, certainly ensuring that there's accountability for the weaponization of justice that took place under the Biden administration is a top priority for this president.
With respect to names that are floated, there are always names floated in the press.
Sometimes I have a chuckle when I read some of the reports about certain people floated for certain jobs.
As far as the president is concerned right now, Todd Blanch remains the acting attorney general.
The president feels he's doing a good job, and that's where it remains right now.
I don't have any personnel updates for you today.
And there you heard it.
No updates for today.
But joining me now to unpack all this, Kelly Walker.
He is the founder and editor of Freedom Talk magazine.
Kelly, thanks for joining the Mike Lindell show today.
Heather, great to see you again.
And it's good to be here.
Yeah.
So, your reaction to that?
I mean, let's just start off with that.
You heard from Press Secretary Caroline Levitt.
They think Todd Blanche is doing a good job.
What is your reaction to what's going on over there at the Department of Justice?
Well, as you may know, I co founded Parents Demanding Justice Alliance.
We've got a lot of Experienced personalities, journalists who are part of that.
We've been working for, even since before Donald Trump got into office, we've been working on behalf of the parents.
I am one of the targeted parents, and we've lived under this nightmare for, gosh, about five years now.
So when the new administration came in, we thought, hey, this is great.
You know, the good guys are on our side now.
We're going to talk about what Merrick Garland did to these parents.
All the information's there.
It is really a national shame that.
Concerned school parents were positioned as so called terrorists.
That federal resources under the Patriot Act were dedicated to pursuing these parents, monitoring them.
And, you know, parents got arrested.
Parents have still have warrants out for their arrests.
People went to jail.
Lives were ruined.
You know, all the things.
I mean, very similar in situation to what happened with the J6 people.
And we are very, very happy to see J6 finally getting some more attention.
In fact, my wife and I fostered a little two and a half year old boy while his mother.
Sat in prison for walking around the Capitol.
So we're very concerned about J6, but there are other weaponized Americans.
And from the perspective of these parents, and I talk to many of them every day, really things have not changed.
And I don't even mean just being ignored, but I sat in horror inside the DOJ with Todd Blanche's number two person and heard once again, in regards to parents, we don't negotiate with terrorists.
And it's unthinkable to hear that under this administration.
But when you're sitting there in the very institution that has pursued your family and swept your whole life out from under you, those words are terrifying.
And we went back, and my wife and I both slipped into some actual real PTSD because it's hard to describe what people have gone through, how we were hunted and persecuted simply because we stood up and did the right thing.
So, you know, Pam Bondi, before she left on October 7th, I was at the Senate hearing where she claimed that.
The weaponization against parents had been taken care of.
Well, it hadn't.
Nothing had been done.
We were promised a hearing for some of these parents with Pam Bondi, and it was canceled with no renewal date.
So Pam Bondi sent out this memo restoring the integrity and credibility of the Department of Justice.
Well, they don't have integrity and credibility with us right now because we've not only been ignored, we're once again being labeled as terrorists.
And I don't know Todd Blanche.
I've gone out and offered to talk to him.
I recorded some meetings very legally, I didn't intend to record them.
But when I heard the rhetoric that was being given to me, I thought, I need to record this.
And thinking about it later, I thought, this needs to go out to the public because if this is still the way that they treat these heroic parents, this is unacceptable.
And the first thing that we asked for, Sam Sorrell and I co founded Parents Demanding Justice Alliance, Sam said, Look, President Trump is the parent in chief.
He, of all people, and Melania should understand the plight of these parents.
And what we asked for, first of all, which could have happened days after the inauguration, was to get A letter of apology to the parents because of what the DOJ did.
And this would be huge for parents because we have some of these families who've been divided.
They've lost jobs.
They have bogus criminal records.
And we haven't even gotten an apology.
And so we've been kicked around from one person to another.
Parents started getting frustrated.
We've had two parents commit suicide because they feel hopeless that, hey, the government doesn't care about me.
I've been in this position all along of saying, hey, it's a process.
We need to give them a little time.
We need to have a little faith in them.
And here's my position.
I want this administration to succeed.
We want to be a part of this.
And we have offered to help for a long time to be constructive.
But when I heard that word terrorist again in regard to parents, and there are other things that happened, seeing these parents get to a breaking point because they're still being persecuted.
The left has not given up, they're being persecuted more than ever.
And a lot of people are asking the question by what authority did Todd Blanch quietly get rid of Ed Martin, the one person we felt was helping us?
And close down the weaponization working group.
I see the FACE Act, the abortion protesters have been helped.
That's a good step.
And what I would like is for Todd Blanche to speak to me personally.
I would love to work with them.
I'd love for them to say, hey, Kelly, you just didn't understand.
Let's work together.
Let's get a solution for these parents.
Prove me wrong.
Can you explain a little?
Because I don't know your particular story in detail.
Can you explain a little for people that, you know, there were so many battles going on under the previous administration that, like, I understand the PTSD you talk about, but for me, it was the election integrity space.
So, like, I worked in that arena.
So we were targeted just as much as the parents were in the election integrity space.
But explain to us what were the attacks?
Like, what was the DOJ doing?
Like, from what I understood, they were going after the parents speaking out at the school board meetings and stuff like that.
But can you give the real backstory of what they were doing to these parents?
And some of us fall under many different categories.
And we have parents in this dossier, which you can read at realfreedomtalk.com from every party, even progressives.
And so we have a parent who was at J6 and also persecuted over being a parent.
But to make the long story short, Merrick Garland wanted to go after the parents because he wanted this indoctrination, this left wing indoctrination to be pushed through.
The parents were an impediment.
So, look, America First Liberty.
Published a smoking gun report that has all the information.
Again, you can find that at realfreedomtalk.com.
Just go to the parents demanding justice page.
So it's all there, all the information, all the emails.
I'm in them, by the way.
And the DOJ lawyers, I guess there were some honest ones there even back then, said, Well, you don't have a constitutional basis for chilling these parents' free speech.
You can't go after them.
So he communicated back.
And again, we have all these documents saying, I want to find a federal hook.
So he's looking for some way the feds could go after the parents.
He couldn't find that.
So what did he do?
He contacted the National School Board Association, helped them craft a letter falsely claiming that these parents were dangerous, potential terrorists, had it sent back to him and to Joe Biden's desk, and used that as a pretext for recruiting federal resources to go after these parents.
And the result was that these parents' lives were made hell.
Believe me, I've lived it.
Our home's gone.
Our savings are gone.
We live in a state we never wanted to live in.
We were settled.
We had our first home together.
All the stories are in the dossier.
And so everybody has said, we've been on all kinds of shows, all the top shows.
They've said, hey, this is a no brainer.
This is a win for the Trump administration.
This should have been done on day one.
And so it's really egregious what happened.
If you go to realfreedomtalk.com, watch some of those videos, read the dossier, see what happened to the parents.
And one of the most challenging things, Heather, is to get people aware.
That this even exists, that these parents not only did they suffer under the Biden administration, they're still suffering now.
And from their perspective, when the talking point is we don't negotiate with terrorists, pointed at them, that feels all too familiar.
So for Todd Blanche to come out and say, oh, you know, it's just a myth that there's weaponization continuing under this administration, well, for us, we haven't seen anything that substantiates that.
So I would love for Todd Blanche to sit down with me because I do represent a lot of these parents and I'm one of these parents.
I've never been a hostile or angry or violent guy.
But these parents have been pushed to the breaking point, feeling like nobody hears them.
Nobody's going to help them get their lives back.
And I can tell you from personal experience, it is really, really difficult when your own federal government weaponizes against you.
And many people who know my story have said, I can't even believe you're still standing, Kelly.
So, you know, we have public officials, we have lawyers, people in administrative positions who maybe want things handled a certain way, but we're just school parents.
I'm a school dad.
You know, I protect my family, it's what I do.
So they may look at us and say, Well, we don't like the demeanor of these people.
We don't like that they're angry.
We don't like that they're demanding or that they're revealing recordings of what we've said.
But they have to understand we're coming from an entirely different place.
We are citizens who are abused by our own government.
And we need to see that the DOJ actually takes it seriously that the institution they now represent damaged us.
And I've been told, Oh, well, then sue the DOJ, Kelly.
And I said, With what money?
You guys, you cleaned us out.
None of these parents have money.
And Josh Hawley, Senator Josh Hawley, at that same October 7th hearing, pointed that out after Pam Bondi said her falsehoods about taking care of the issue for parents.
He said, Look, these parents don't know what to do.
They don't have money to sue.
I mean, I talked to a lawyer about suing the DOJ, and they're very sympathetic, but they said, This is going to be so much money, Kelly.
And are we supposed to raise that, or what are we supposed to do?
Parents have lost their livelihoods and lives, and the kids know about it, and the kids are waiting for justice.
My 10 year old daughter says, I want President Trump.
To get me a new bed because we had to leave Arizona so quickly that I had to leave behind my bed.
And I have been working so hard on behalf of these people.
You know, the Blanche administration can criticize me all they want, they can demonize me.
Please, please make me look bad.
Please prove me wrong.
Just help the parents.
That's my call right now.
So, like, what is it that if the Trump administration could do something to help the parents, what are like the three big item issues that if we were to implement today would make the biggest impact in the arena that you're fighting in?
That's a great question, Heather.
And we've been very clear from the beginning.
And I know that Roger Stone has gone and talked to President Trump, Peter Tickton.
I've talked to all of these people.
We've been trying to get a message to President Trump.
Number one, hold a ceremony on the White House lawn or wherever.
Just honoring these parents, recognizing them for the heroes they are, that when other people were hiding and protecting themselves, these people stood up right in the face of evil and stood up for our children.
And they were hurt by it, damaged by it.
So that's number one.
Number two, I would like, I drafted an executive order that I know has made the rounds at the White House and the DOJ and the OCR.
And it's a very, very simple executive order that we need to look at how these parents were damaged and provide some restitution.
Because people had legal fees, they lost jobs, they lost homes.
It wasn't because of anything they did.
It was because the federal government weaponized against them.
And they were very clever because Merrick Garland knew he couldn't do this federally.
So he was like the guy hiring the hitman, saying to the states and the counties and others, you do our dirty work for us.
But it all goes back to the DOJ.
So those are the two main things.
And actually, you know, adjudicating the cases and going into details, I know that's a longer haul.
But right now, the biggest thing that President Trump could do right now is, and Carolyn Levitt could do, is say, These parents need to be honored.
This is far overdue.
And look, I drafted a working apology for Pam Bondi, which people passed on to her to save her some time.
We were promised it would happen.
It hasn't happened.
We're 15 months in.
These parents are really, really suffering, believe me.
Kids are being deprived of what they could have, opportunities they could have, because their parents have just been wiped out for doing the right thing.
Yeah, I mean, it's heartbreaking to hear because I know a lot of people, you know, hear about the J Sixers and stuff like that, but you don't really hear as much about those targeted parents, which are just as much victims, if, you know, if not more so than the J Sixer situation, because that's still ongoing.
Whereas in the J Sixer cases, it's getting the attention.
They've gotten pardons.
They've sort of, you know, had some level of what was done against them remedied.
So I'm glad you're speaking out about the parents.
I guess my question is, you know, we heard on the campaign trail prior to Trump getting in office that he was going to implement things like the Parental Bill of Rights and all these other measures to try to, you know, change the way the schools are handled.
I know the Department of Education also has some sort of authority to strip Title IX funding, but where do we stand currently today, you know, on just like the status of fixing and rectifying the current state of our schools and these woke, uh, It's almost like warfare against our children, what they're doing.
It absolutely is.
And this is the primary battlefield.
I mean, what's happening in Iran is important, but our schools, the interface with our children, indoctrinating our children, going after our children, that is the most important battlefield for us right now.
And these parents who've done this, they're not getting any support.
There haven't been subpoenas, there haven't been investigations.
One of the parents, Chad Williams in Pennsylvania, I know he went on to Emerald's show a couple of times.
The Primary Battlefield00:07:54
I've talked with him, I had him on my show.
He's done all the due diligence, legal paperwork, and they refused to help him.
And part of it was, and I have recordings of this too, that they just didn't like his demeanor.
I'm sorry, but if you're at the DOJ and you're working for the people, I don't care if they step on your toes or offend you or they're clumsy with how they do things or they get angry.
You have an obligation to help them.
This isn't a club.
You don't get to say, We like Mary, but we don't like Kelly.
We're mad at Kelly for revealing recordings.
Well, I hate to say it, but I just showed the American people what you're saying behind closed doors, and you need to answer for that.
So, pardon?
Is it all the same attorneys that were under Biden just now working under Trump?
Like a lot of the lower.
And one, you know, the one who said, We don't negotiate with terrorists, I don't want to get him fired.
But, you know, he got some grace.
He got put into a position.
He got targeted for other things as a former judge.
What I want for him to do is have some compassion and look at this and say, Because he said to me, Don't expect your life back from DOJ in so many words.
Don't expect justice.
Well, if you want to do something about the Suez, And it's just such a flippant remark for somebody who has gone through that.
Harmeet Dillon represented Amanda Ray in Arizona, and Charlie Kirk at the time was at that press conference.
I reached out to her at the time.
She didn't want to help me.
She should understand, though, to apply to the parents.
Where is she?
You know, I say this in all due respect that I really like Harmeet Dillon, but we have to have some action.
And we're not trying to assert our will.
We're not terrorists.
That's absolutely asinine.
I wrote an article saying basically that we have not gotten any results, no help.
Parents are frustrated.
I don't want to see them protesting at the Capitol.
So, if by January 15th, nothing substantial has happened, I'm going to go to the media and say nothing's happened.
How is that a terroristic threat?
That's not a threat.
That's an exercise of free speech.
And this is what happened in the first place.
We all, parents, exercised our free speech.
We spoke out at school board meetings, we stood our ground.
And we were treated as terrorists for it.
In my view, right now, the same thing's happening because I went forward and asserted my free speech and asked for answers.
And what did I get?
You parents are terrorists.
We're not going to negotiate with terrorists.
Look, I'd like to get a clean slate.
If Todd Blanch is really who he says he is, let's sit down.
Let's get a solution for this.
I do want to talk to President Trump on behalf of the parents because I know more about this and have compiled more information than anyone.
And then, frankly, after this, I'd like to just go back to my life.
I'm not doing this to be a star or a celebrity.
And God knows.
I haven't made any money on this.
We've lost everything in this fight, but it's a fight worth doing.
And we want this administration to come alongside us, recognize we're not going to be perfect.
We don't know all the process, but just for the love of God, just help these parents.
It's very simple.
No, 100%.
And I do agree with you that this really is a much bigger battle than what's going on with Iran because you can go right to scripture where it says, you know, raise up a child in the way of the Lord and they won't depart from it.
But what we have right now is people corrupting our kids with the most outrageous things.
I mean, they're gaslighting them essentially, they're psychologically abusing them, they're physically abusing them, they're subjecting them to all kinds of stuff.
I mean, the war on our children is so very real.
And I'm glad you sort of.
Painted in that image to Iran because the when we lose our children, we lose the future of our nation, and that is what this is all about.
It's about corrupting our youth.
And so, shout out to you for being the you know, uh, as Secretary Hags says, calls them the war fighters.
You're the war fighter for our children, right?
The parents, like, yeah, I'm a dad.
If you go after my family, you go after my community, my nation.
This is what dads do.
We we put on our big boy pants and say, I'm going to go up there and fix this.
Who are these people going against us?
We're going to go, we're going to handle it, but we're truly masculine.
It doesn't mean we're violent because we're not, but we don't back down and we won't back down because what happened is very, very wrong.
And in my own case, and there are many others like this, one of my older children is estranged from me because people with malintentions showed him the phony media and all the rest.
And if I could have a letter saying, hey, this is the DOJ or this is President Trump, we recognize that you did the right thing, Kelly, and we apologize for what the government did to you.
Do you know how much that could help my family dynamic and restore a relationship?
I've been a great father, but these are the kind of lies that broke apart families, and it rests firmly on the desk of the DOJ.
And there may be different people in that seat right now, but they still have to make this right because these parents absolutely did the right thing.
They continue to fight.
These people who've been damaged with worn out tools, they're still continuing to fight.
And I think that's something that we just need to get out in the sunlight.
Get out in the open air, stop the accusations, and just get it done.
Absolutely.
I mean, for what it's worth, I do believe that you're fighting for your child.
And I hope they watch this segment that we've done here today because I can speak to the weaponization of our government prior to this was so bad.
And there's going to be leftover work for us, even with this administration.
And so, shout out to you for fighting.
And I'll be praying for your estranged child as well that one day they will realize how much you not only fought for them, but For all children here in our country.
So, I wish we had more time, Kelly, but we're definitely going to have to bring you back on the Michael and Dell show and have you update us on the continued progress.
Hopefully, we'll put these clips out on social media tagging Todd Blanch.
Maybe we can somehow get these meetings fostered, but consider us an ally in the media realm and tell people where they can go to continue to follow you and support you.

And thank you all for listening.
I'm absolutely certain we're doing the right thing.
I know.
Me and a lot of these other parents, we have very good motives, but we just don't always understand what's going on in Washington, D.C.
And so far, we're disappointed.
Parents are scared.
They're frustrated.
I think we can fix that.
Todd Blanche, sit down with me.
Let's work out a solution.
Amen.
Well, thank you so much, Kelly Walker, for joining us.
Thank you.
I mean, what a great interview.
I mean, that guy, a true patriot, there really is a war on our children going on in our country right now.
And exactly what he said this is more important than what is going on in Iran.
Our children are the most sacred thing about our country, and we have to protect them at all costs.
So, great work by Kelly Walker.
We're going to take a quick break, but when we come back, we got a lot more to discuss here on The Mike Lindell Show.

FISA and Warrantless Search00:15:01
There's a lot of talk on social media right now regarding FISA and whether or not the government, I guess, can continue spying on Americans.
Take a listen to this soundbite here that we have of Representative Michael Cloud really unpacking the issue.
Take a listen.
About 10 days from now, a week and a half, Section 702 of FISA, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, is set to expire.
Congress currently debating its renewal, which has become really hotly contested.
It's been used to spy on Americans in the past.
Where are we in that debate, and what do you think we should know about this?
Well, there's not a debate over whether we should have it.
We want our intelligence agencies to be able to spy on foreign threats.
The problem is, as you mentioned, is that American citizens have been wrongly swept up in this in times past, and that ability has been misused in the past by the intelligence community.
And so we need to put protections that protect American civil liberties.
So part of that discussion needs to be a warrant requirement.
There's a Fourth Amendment for sale issue, and that is where the intelligence agencies, instead of getting a warrant and going after information on American citizens, they just buy it off the market.
And some would say, well, you know, insurance companies can do that too.
Well, insurance companies can't put you in jail.
And so they should have to have a warrant and not just be able to buy that off the market.
And something that's extremely important to me that needs to be a part of this discussion is finally putting a ban for a central bank digital currency.
That is really.
And again, we're not worried about the Trump administration here, but under a Biden esque administration in the future, that would be the ultimate surveillance tool and tool of control for a government that's gone wayward.
And so we've got to have these protections in for the American citizen for this discussion to continue to move forward and for us to have reauthorization.
And now, President Trump did put out a tweet regarding this extension of the FISA 702.
We can put that up on the screen.
He said, I am working very hard with our great speaker, Mike Johnson, along with Chairman Jim Jordan and Chairman Rick Crawford to get a clean extension of FISA 702 through the House of Representatives this week.
Now, it's interesting that Mike Johnson was mentioned because I want to play just a quick minute or two of this interaction between Charlie Kirk and Congressman Thomas Massey on this very FISA issue not too long ago.
Oh, we don't actually have that one.
So we're going to hold off on that one.
But we do have this tweet from Congressman Massey on the issue.
He himself said that he is going to be voting no on the final passage of the FISA 702 reauthorization bill if it does not include a warrant provision and other reforms to protect US citizens' right to privacy.
Yesterday, he offered three amendments to fix the program, but they were not allowed last night.
So let's take a listen now to this clip here.
That we have of Charlie Kirk with Congressman Thomas Massey.
What happened?
What would cause somebody to flip from fighting hard in a committee to all of a sudden having the deciding vote as speaker?
Was he an imposter all along?
I'm coming to that conclusion.
I don't think his family's locked up in the basement somewhere, you know, being tortured.
Those claims are ridiculous.
I don't even believe that he went in a skiff and learned something that we don't know because I spent three and a half hours in the skiff with Mike Johnson.
Remember, I'm on the Judiciary Committee, and I got the same briefing he got from CIA, NSA, DOD, FBI, DNI, FISA judge.
They were all in that skiff.
It was actually a four hour meeting.
After three and a half hours, I said, This is enough.
This is a waste of time.
You haven't given us one example of where spying on Americans without a warrant was able to help you avert terrorism.
They gave us hypotheticals.
And then they gave us examples of how spying on foreigners overseas without a warrant was helpful.
But they never gave us an example.
So you can't, don't believe his story that he went to the SCIF and he learned something.
That's not true.
So, but I'm just shocked.
I haven't heard anyone say that.
Sorry about that, guys.
There you have Charlie Kirk and Thomas Massey sort of talking about this issue long ago, whether or not there's a legitimate justification for this sort of warrantless spying on American citizens.
Congressman Massey and Charlie Kirk seem to be in agreement that there's not.
They were in those meetings with Mike Johnson, or at least Massey was, and he said that there isn't a legitimate excuse that they could give, none of the agencies.
And so one of the arguments is now that we're in this war with Iran, that they need to have this extension.
To potentially stop terror threats here in America.
But Thomas Massey calls their bluff.
And if we have that amendment, if we can put that, yeah, perfect, right there on the screen.
He said he's going to vote no unless these amendments are made.
The warrant requirement, which would prohibit federal officers and employees from accessing communications and other sensitive information of United States persons obtained under FISA Section 702 without a warrant, subject to limited exceptions for emergencies, consent, Current authorization in defensive cybersecurity.
He said no reverse targeting, so prohibits reverse targeting under FISA Section 702 by barring the intentional targeting of non US persons abroad when a significant purpose is to acquire the communications of known US persons or persons located in the United States.
And then it repeals the 2024 expansion of FISA to Wi Fi and Internet communications, strikes the expanded definition of electronic communications service provider.
Under FISA to prohibit compelled government access without a warrant to information held at private data centers, cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT systems, and network administration services not traditionally classified as communication carriers.
So, certainly a lot of cause for concern with this sort of warrantless spying.
We have a Fourth Amendment for a reason to protect us from warrantless and unreasonable search and seizure of our information.
So, a really big conversation that we need to have.
Representative Boebert also weighed in on the FISA issue.
This is a pretty alarming tweet here.
She said an NSA analyst actually used Section 702 surveillance powers to spy on Americans he met on a dating app.
This is exactly the kind of abuse that happens when we hand unchecked power to the intel community.
Yet House leadership is still trying to ram through a clean FISA extension with zero reforms, zero warrants, and zero accountability.
I just sent a letter to NSA Director General Rudd demanding answers and real consequences.
Get a warrant, she says.
Also, weighing in on the issue, Justin Amash put out this tweet saying So everyone is clear, Trump falsely claims FISA 702 is simply foreign collection.
He leaves out that the government incidentally collects huge volumes of Americans' communications under this program and then searches them without a warrant.
That's why Section 702 is the most dangerous part of FISA.
For ordinary Americans, Title I at least requires individualized court orders, even if there were abuse against them.
So, again, this is a pretty big issue going on right now on the Hill.
We're going to stay on top of it and have more for you on it later in the week.
But I want to go ahead and play another issue that is going on with this whole Dignidad Act.
Maybe you've heard of it.
If you haven't, our very own Alison Steinberg is on the Hill, really pressing the issue.
So, take a listen to this interview from Alison Steinberg.
The actual title of the bill is the Dignidad Act.
A lot of people are upset over this.
Dignidad?
What do you mean?
Dignidad, as in it's in Spanish.
The title of the bill is in Spanish.
Well, the official title is Dignity.
The translation for some people is Dignidad, but the title in the United States Congress is the Dignity Act, which is the defense.
I mean, it has every letter, it's an acronym, and every letter has.
I don't quite remember right now because it's pretty long, but it's the dignity.
It's in English.
It's a bill written in English for the United States Congress that works and functions in English.
And Stephen Miller was recently asked about the White House's position on amnesty, he said they're vehemently against that.
Don't you think the Dignity Act sort of is misaligned with the president's agenda?
But don't you see that amnesty is a very broad word?
And the way I define it is what the illegals have right now.
Free schools, free roads, and free hospitals.
Dignity does not offer amnesty.
That is a misconception.
That's why I'm saying we need to start a new national conversation.
National conversation when it comes to the point now that the border has been secured, that the biggest mass deportation in history, as the president promised, is in course, and we're kicking out the bad umbrage.
Dignity legislation embodies Trump's agenda.
It's just that you need to.
Be reading the facts, not what you want to think.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but not to lie.
And if you read the dignity legislation, you will see that it aligns completely and totally with Trump's agenda.
Because President Trump has said repeatedly while in office that he does know that some of those workers in construction, hospitality, and agriculture and manufacturing are needed.
The White House and the President has never said that he does not agree with the dignity legislation, neither did Stephen Miller.
Because the Republican Party is the party, the political party that needs to fix a 40 year problem called immigration.
We cannot continue kicking the can down the road.
The only guy who can do this is Donald Trump.
He could be for immigration, what Lincoln was for slavery.
It's up to him.
I, as a legislator, gave him the vehicle, ridden by a proud Republican from the city of Miami.
Now it's up to him to determine.
But I know that he's an intelligent guy, and he knows because he comes from construction and from hospitality that those hands are needed.
Let me just give you facts, not opinion.
If we were to deport, and we could, everyone who works that is illegal.
Does not have a criminal record, everyone that does not have a criminal record, and is illegal working in those sectors construction, hospitality, agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing.
Let's suppose that tomorrow we disappear them all.
The economy of the United States will collapse.
And that is not what the president promised.
He promised a bigger economy and a bigger military.
If we don't have the economy, we cannot have the military we have.
So you have to reconcile these two.
Dignity is not an immigration bill.
It's an economic bill and it's a national security bill.
Because if we bring out of the shadows those who are not the bad ombres, then we can concentrate on the bad ombres and kick them all out.
Holman said that there are 600,000 illegals with criminal records.
Let's go look for them.
Kick them out of the country.
Don't confuse the gangster with the gardener or the nanny with anarcho.
Don't confuse that.
Reality is that the economy needs them.
And I want to help the average American guy, just like this tax break that we just passed.
It's exactly what we're doing.
Affordable food, good housing, allow him to be able to live a good life with affordability.
That's what dignity does.
Period.
You say this would only be an option that's available to non criminals, but aren't these people criminals by the sheer fact that they've crossed the border illegally?
Yeah, but you do not consider someone that does not have a criminal record and crossed the border, that's not a criminal offense.
That has been up to now, according to the books, a civil offense.
So this is all politics, don't you see it?
But the problem, my concern is that.
Politics will destroy our economy.
And then everyone will say, Oh my God, look what we've done.
Then the Dems come back into power and they're going to open up again that border.
Because remember that the president sealed the border with an executive order, it is not codified into law.
If you do not put it and make it pass to the United States Senate and Congress, then that is just temporary.
So don't you think that we should definitely make permanent enforcement for CVP?
And secure the border and just allow for whomever we think should come in.
That you see, it's just not so easy what we're dealing with, and we are just creating fantasies.
I create a reality so we can help the Republic.
And what do you say to those concerned about the fact that these jobs that you're wanting to give to these people that have already entered the country illegally could go to actual American citizens?
Of course, and that's what we have created a very big pot of money so those people who feel that they have been left out.
So, for them to learn or be retrained and learn something else, they don't have to be on the agricultural or construction.
And I just want to remind you 100 million Americans are on welfare systems.
So, there is no need to give our jobs to any illegals.
They're all illegal the second they cross the border.
