The Mike Lindell Show with Patrick Colbeck - 02.16.26
Patrick Kolbeck, guest-hosting The Mike Lindell Show on 2.16.26, ties Trump’s economic and foreign policy wins—like 5% mortgage rates, a $1.5T military budget, and the Gaza prisoner swap—to his "peace through strength" approach, while warning of election fraud’s lasting impact, from Wisconsin’s 888K corrupted voter records to Fulton County’s missing ballots and Detroit’s internet-connected machines exploited by J. Alex Halderman. With DHS, DOJ, and ODNI investigations led by Christy Noem, Harmee Dillon, and Kurt Olson, he argues a 77-seat House swing could reverse Democratic gains if reforms pass, but obstruction tactics like the "zombie filibuster" stall progress, risking America’s democratic foundations. I'm filling in for Mike Lindell on the Mike Lindell show.
Thank you for joining us today.
There's always a lot to cover on Monday because I don't think President Trump or the administration sleeps in any way, shape, or form over the weekend.
Matter of fact, I don't think they sleep at all during the day either or the weekdays.
So there's a lot of information to go off and unpack.
And we're going to have Kara Castranova joining us later in the show to go over some kind of President's Day trivia and have a little game around that.
But when we kick things off today, I want to highlight something that I thought was pretty important.
And I think a lot of people on the show will find this interesting.
First of all, I want to say unequivocally, I'm very thankful that President Trump is our president on this President's Day.
I think he has done so much over this second term that is laudable that we'd be here for quite a few days going over all those achievements that have been happening.
But one of the things I really want to point out is I love the way he goes off and approaches key policy issues.
And so we're going to talk about a new initiative that he launched here in just a second here.
But just to give you a preview of all the different grounds we're going to be covering on today's show, we're going to talk about President Trump's truths.
We're going to move those up front in this show today.
Usually I talk about at the end, but you know, it's President's Day.
Let's give him his due and find out what the president is focused on right up front in the broadcast.
Then we're going to go talk a little bit about the SAVE Acts and their current status and what's going on there.
Then we're going to go into a discussion of theft of our representation through various means that the Democrats have been executing on Republicans for years.
And we're going to kind of dissect that and highlight that what could redistricting reform do to the makeup of the United States Congress.
And I think you'll be very interested in what the possibilities are on that if we actually go off and get rid of the cheating when it comes to the act of redistricting.
And then we're going to go over some of the activities that are currently going on in regards to the investigation of 2020 election crime.
And I think you're going to be very interested in exactly who's involved.
And I'm going to try to give you some insights as to who to pay attention to going forward as key indicators on where we're headed on that particular topic.
Because literally, if we can't, from folks like myself and all my fellow meddling kids around the 2020 election, as the president likes to say, when somebody steals the jewels, like they stole our country back in the 2020 election, once you catch them, you don't let them keep the jewels.
So this is very important to folks like myself.
That's very important to folks like the J Sixers, folks like Mike Lindell, who was relentlessly persecuted for getting the truth out about the 2020 election and these horrible machines.
And there's a lot of other people that have paid some serious penalties because they spoke the truth about what happened in the 2020 election.
And it's about time those behind that 2020 election coup are finally held accountable.
So we've got a lot of ground to cover.
And I just want to kick things off with something you may or may not have heard about, but I think it's important for all Americans to learn a little bit about.
And that is a little ex-post that was put out by Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, obviously at the behest of President Trump.
And what he's doing is launching a new whistleblower program.
We've heard about all the fraud that's going on in Minnesota.
We know about the fraud that's been happening in California.
Well, the fact is it's happening in all the states, including the red states, all across the country.
And what he's done is launched a whistleblower program where I've heard as high as 10 to 30 percent of the fraud.
Once it's identified, you can get a reward up to about 10 to 30 percent of the value of that of the fraud that's been executed.
So in other words, when they're stealing taxpayer dollars, you have an opportunity to go off and call out the fraudsters and potentially generate a little bit of income on the side that maybe hopefully you could put towards folks like Mike Lindell in his legal defense and his legal offense activities and go support him out at the Lindell Offense Fund.
But guys, this is a big deal.
This is something that if you may have heard me talking about Martine Rodill and also Gary Bernson, what they did is they formed this company doing fraud investigations similar to what would be initiated in response to a program like this announced by Secretary of Treasury Scott Besant.
So what he's saying is that if you identify and provide substantive information regarding these fraud schemes that are misusing taxpayer dollars, where you can identify, for example,
that money meant for child care facilities are actually going to buy fancy cars and trips to spas overseas, then you could actually potentially be eligible for anywhere from 10 to 30 percent of the amount of money that you helped identify and prevent any more fraudulent expenses with that scheme.
So this is kind of a big deal.
Just encourage people to check out his ex post.
And if you go to the Treasury site, they have all the details on this incentive program.
And I just encourage you to go off and check it out.
And so obviously President Trump kicked off his administration with the Doge team and they dove in and identified all these fraud mechanisms right from the beginning.
So he's already Done a lot of the legwork for us.
And so this is a chance to kind of keep the momentum going and really discourage this behavior from ever happening in the future.
So now I want to shift gears and go into some of President Trump's truth.
So obviously, most people know that one of the most prevalent ways for the president to go off and get out his message and focus on or let people know what he's focused on is on his True Social account.
And I just want to kind of highlight some of the most recent posts or truths, if you will, that President Trump has been putting out on True Social and just kick things off with, you know, something that he's very adamant that he doesn't get enough credit for, but the booming economy that's happening is something that he gets very frustrated.
It's not being reported accurately.
And all these policies that he's been putting in place that are actually helping everyday Americans, he wants to make sure you guys know about it.
So he's letting people know about it on truth.
And one of the items that he put out recently is around mortgage rates.
So if you go up and highlight one of the things President Trump is calling out that most people don't know except new home buyers are the fact that mortgage rates now are lower than they ever were under Biden.
They're down to around 5%, which is a big deal.
Not as low as it was quite a few years ago, but it is going in the right direction if you want to jumpstart the economy because everybody knows that home sales leads to sales in other areas in the market, and it's always a big deal.
So obviously he wants people to be paying attention to what's going on in the economy.
But also, you know, President Trump is very focused on foreign policy.
And you may recall that he recently formed what he refers to as the Board of Peace.
He was out at Davos, assembled critical mass to get this concept going.
It's kind of an end around on the United Nations.
And what he's doing is pulling in all these countries that are interested in peace.
The United Nations has not demonstrated an interest in peace.
They seem to be propagating conflict and continually instigating conflict.
So President Trump is saying, nope, we need a new solution.
And he's focused in on this board of peace.
So as you see here, he was talking about how he's putting together, he had put together a plan for the permanent end of the conflict in Gaza.
Then he talks about how he facilitated humanitarian aid out to the folks who are suffering as a result of that war.
Then traces it back to what happened out in Davos and just really kind of establishing the groundwork for this, in many ways, shape or form, an alternative to what's going on in the UN because the UN seems to be siding with the folks who want terrorism and who want conflict, particularly in the Gaza Strip.
And the Board of Peace, really, its first test is to go off and demonstrate, guys, there's another option for the folks out in Gaza.
And it's an option of peace and an option of prosperity.
And we'll see how this all goes.
But that was on the president's mind.
But he wasn't just talking the talk on it.
He was walking the walk because now we've got some tangible movement in regards to the Ukraine-Russian conflict.
And something that hasn't happened since the beginning is a prisoner swap between the Russians and Ukrainians.
And President Trump was proud to post up on True Social his role in actually facilitating the exchange of 314 prisoners, working with his special envoy, Steve Witkoff.
So that was a big deal.
And he's also highlighting United Arab Emirates and giving them credit for their support of that.
And what we're seeing in general coming out of the president when it comes to foreign policy is this projection of peace through strength.
It's kind of like what Ronald Reagan pushed big time when he was as president.
And President Trump is doing that at even, some would argue, a much more stronger presence when it comes to strengthening the military.
He just increased their budget from a trillion to $1.5 trillion recently in his proposal.
So that is a huge increase.
And it kind of ties in with this idea of gumbo diplomacy that he has been engaged in.
We saw it happen in the Caribbean and then what happened in Venezuela.
But now we're seeing it right now in the Middle East.
We've had one carrier out there, the USS Abraham Lincoln, has been out there with a task force for a while, but now President Trump is sending out another carrier task force.
And that's a signal of strength.
And this is one of the truths that President Trump put out there.
He wants to make sure that Iran and their allies are aware that we've been done.
We're done messing around with Iran.
The people of Iran, they suffered greatly for many years under the MOLAS.
And it's about time that the people of Iran had an opportunity to go off and assert who they want leading their country.
And president is definitely doing what he can right now to lend support to those efforts.
So we'll see what happens.
But there's definitely a very significant military presence in the area.
And as I think I pointed out last time, you track some of the air traffic coming in through folks like Monkey Works who are very good at garnishing intel from various air traffic around there.
There's significant movement of troops and supplies into the region here.
And it definitely looks like we're gearing up for some sort of conflict.
And we're praying that it doesn't have to come to that.
But the people of Iran are definitely looking forward to an opportunity to regain control of their nation.
So let's shift gears a little bit from the discussion of carrier task force into discussion of elections task force.
And so President Trump, one of his other truths that he put out there dealt specifically with the fact that the director of the Homeland Security is Chrissy Noam, and she was just sent out to Maricopa County, Arizona.
And he wanted to make sure everybody is aware that hot on the heels of a couple weeks ago of the FBI going in and seizing documents in Fulton County, Georgia, now President Trump has turned his attention to what is going on in Arizona.
And we've got a clip we're going to show a little bit later about or from Chrissy Noam's remarks out in Arizona.
I think you're going to find interesting.
And then the last truth that I wanted to go over deals with something near and dear to my heart as somebody who's been working on elections for quite some time and it dealt with encouragement of passage of the SAVE Act.
And so President Trump made sure everybody was aware of the fact that we need to get that passed.
And really, it's so simple.
He highlights what happens if the Democrats regain control of the House, regain control of the government.
And they're essentially going to be remaking the government into an image that is not in line with that of the Founding Fathers.
They want to pack the Supreme Court with 21 Supreme Court justices because right now that's our ultimate backstop for a lot of the attempts to derail President Trump's reforms.
These are reforms that were mandates as part of him getting into office.
He was being elected to go off and secure the border.
So what have Democrats been trying to do?
They've been filing lawsuits to prevent President Trump from securing the border.
And so, you know, we're going to, you know, see where this all goes.
But hopefully that gives you a pretty good understanding of what are the priorities coming out of the White House and how well do those align with what people like myself who voted for the president, seeing how well his current efforts are aligning with what we voted for.
And I'll say as one of those voters, I'm very pleased with where we're headed.
And like a lot of us, I think we want to start seeing some accountability on the justice side.
Census Bureau Manipulation00:13:32
We're going to talk about that a little bit later in the show.
But one of the topics that President Trump talked about as we wait to connect with Kara Castranova was a discussion around the SAVE Act.
And I just want to put up a little clarification here because, you know, it was, I don't know about you, but I was a little confused a while back when I heard that the SAVE Act was passed by the House.
And then the next action that I heard about regarding the SAVE Act was that the SAVE Act was passed by the House again.
And I'm going, well, you don't have to pass it twice out of the same chamber.
What's going on there?
Because it was never modified at all by the Senate.
So this was in the case of it going back and forth.
You know, in between those two House passages of the SAVE Act, there was no Senate passage of the SAVE Act.
And so it told me that something was different about the second bill.
And sure enough, I just want to clarify for everybody that technically there are two different acts that we're talking about with the term SAVE Act.
One is the SAVE Act and the other is the Save America Act.
And the Save America Act is essentially, if you pull it up, it was, what's that?
We got Karen.
So, yeah, if you call up item eight here, we've got, okay, this is the old, this is a history.
This is where the SAVE Act actually came out of.
And like I said, back in 2025, we passed the SAVE Act, but it was modified and enhanced, if you will, to add things like photo ID and go beyond just cleaning up the voter rolls and proving you're a citizen, you're a you're a U.S. citizen to actually providing tangible mechanisms to verify during the election process that you are who you say you are.
So it's definitely been beefed up in the 2026 version.
And if you just call up a quick summary of the Save America Act, the item eight, the next one here, here's the key ingredients of what's on the table right now and what's before the Senate, because the House passed it this month.
And it's seed, there's a SAVE Act base, which is that proof of citizenship for registration.
But now they've added in a photo ID mandate.
In other words, you have to present a photo ID to cast a ballot.
And then also behind the scenes, there's a series of reinforced audits to make sure that we have cross-checks to make sure that we don't have illegal immigrants on the voter rolls.
We don't have dead people.
We don't have people that move, that kind of stuff.
So this is a Save Act on Steroids, if you will, the one that's currently before the U.S. Senate.
And we know that they've got 50 co-sponsors ready to roll.
And so that tells us that we've got enough votes to pass it in the U.S. Senate.
It just needs to get onto the floor and be put up for a vote.
What blocks that is something called the cloture vote, and it's a Senate rule that was put in place.
It's not constitutional.
It's just something that the Senate has chosen to put into their set of rules that guide the conduct on the Senate floor.
And it says that before any debate on an issue can be closed, you have to have 60 votes saying that we're going to close out debate.
And that's what's being used right now by the Democrats and kind of in zombie filibuster mode, as they call it, because it's just a threat.
They're not actually conducting a filibuster.
It's a threat of a filibuster.
And they're using that threat to shut down any movement, any vote on the SAVE Act.
So this is a big deal.
We're hoping we can, and that's why President Trump keeps saying, get rid of the filibuster, get rid of this cloture vote act.
Let's get this thing up for a vote.
And frankly, the ball is in the court of Senator John Thune because he can change the rule with the 50-vote threshold, 51-vote threshold.
Of course, JD Vance, the vice president, in the case of a 50-50 tie, he's the tiebreaker.
So all they need is 50 Republican senators to sit there and say, and frankly, Senator Fetterman's been with these guys as well.
All they need is that group to go off and change the rules, which will allow us to go off and vote on the SAVE Act.
That's what we're hoping for here pretty soon.
So do we have Kara with us yet?
Okay, so we don't have Kara with us yet.
So we're going to skip on into the next segment.
And I want to go off and talk about kind of an extension of this idea that these elections have been stolen for quite some time because of illegals being able to vote, because of voter roll inflation, because of examples where people are stealing legitimate voters' identities and voting on their behalf without their knowledge.
And then just the idea of creating a whole bunch of fictitious voters to go off and cast a ballot against.
And so, and one of the greatest examples of that, frankly, for me, back in the 2020 election was when this gentleman by the name of Jason Daniel Lemoyne or Jason Lemoyne Daniel, I keep forgetting which way it is on it.
He was 170-year-old Civil War veteran that somehow was able to cast an absentee ballot during the 2020 general election.
So I appreciate our veterans.
I appreciate their dedication to our country.
But I have a feeling that it wasn't legitimate when a 170-year-old actually was casting a ballot in the 2020 election.
So we need to go beyond the legislation and actually start enforcing some of our laws that are out there.
And we need to start addressing some of these systemic fraud issues that have been happening across the board for quite some time.
And one thing that I really appreciate from President Trump that I frankly didn't have a true appreciation of, even when I was in the Michigan Senate, was how our Census Bureau has been systematically disenfranchising Republican voters across the country.
And it's been kind of what's actually been happening here is that they've been counting illegal as citizens in context of the census study.
So states like California that have a large illegal immigration population, they get a disproportionately large apportionment of House seats that end up disenfranchising more conservative areas where people actually follow the law and where they have actual U.S. citizens living in those states.
And so President Trump has been pushing for some reforms along those lines.
Republican legislators are now standing up and making sure that they call out these bad practices.
And so they're pushing for making sure that the Census Bureau only counts actual U.S. citizens.
And I thought Representative Wesley Hunt from Texas put it extremely well in this little speech from one of the committees that he serves on, where they were talking about this very issue of the Census Bureau, you know, tilting the representation in favor of Democrats.
The American people and the census manipulation that Democrats have been using to influence American elections for years.
In 2018, Republican leadership, including the president himself, called for a citizenship question to be included in the 2020 census reports.
To no one's surprise, when the Democrats took control, these requests went unanswered, and the question of citizenship was waived.
But the fact remains that the concept of sanctuary cities and radical blue states ignoring immigration law and using the illegal population to manipulate the lines of congressional districts is in fact unconstitutional.
Not only are there severe constitutional concerns from the inclusion of illegal immigrants, but the Census Bureau admitted to having made several, quote, errors in their 2020 census report.
Convenient, seeing that as in 2020, Donald Trump was on top of the ticket.
In 2020, the Bureau undercounted in primarily deep red states such as Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas all red, while overcounting in radical left blue states like Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, and Rhode Island.
This egregious error led to many states being denied proper representation in Congress and the Electoral College.
So much so that these errors cost Republicans not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, but six seats in the House.
In addition to the 2020 miscounting, including illegal, including illegal immigrants in the census, has improperly granted radical left blue states 12.
12 additional seats in the United States House of Representatives.
It's a total of 18 seats gained.
That is a huge problem.
The representative is exactly right.
That is a huge problem.
And it's not limited to Census Bureau manipulation of representation.
There's a big case before the United States Supreme Court.
It's Louisiana versus Philip Calais on the National Voting Rights Act.
It's a racial gerrymandering case currently being deliberated by the U.S. Supreme Court.
And depending on how this case is determined, there's an additional 13 congressional seats that may be shifted back into the Republican column here when we actually start treating everybody as equals.
So that's a big deal.
And then also we've got these Republican majority states that are now investigating redistricting.
They're in the process of it.
We got Texas, who already did this, I believe.
They completed their redistricting.
Got Missouri, North Carolina, Indiana, Kansas, and Nebraska.
And then there's states with zero Republican congressmen, despite significant Republican populations like Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Hawaii, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Delaware.
So the big picture on it, if you can call that graphic back up again here, the big picture is that if we actually start being fair with our apportionment of the seats and population and congressional seats all across the country in all these other states, and if you pull up that same graphic again, what you'll notice is that there's an opportunity for about a 77 seat swing.
And so the Republicans, I mean, it's a bigger, it's like a 37 or 38 seat swing, but the Republicans conceivably could have a 77 seat majority in the U.S. House.
That is a big deal.
And so that would give a lot more leverage for the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, to go off and move forward on legislation that's important to the American people because now he's got a much greater margin to work with within his caucus.
So that is a big deal.
I'd love to have that sort of majority in the U.S. Senate because that seems to be where everything is bogging down lately.
The House is where we always seem to get things moving forward, and it always seems to find a way to stop and slow down out in the U.S. Senate.
So that's why President Trump is making such a big deal out of this SAVE Act.
It's why he's making such a big deal out of the need for Senate Majority Leader John Thune to reevaluate the Senate rules and get rid of this cloture vote concept.
And when you trace back on the history of this cloture vote, the 60-vote threshold, it goes back to a former grandmaster of the KKK by the name of Robert Byrd, a Democrat.
And he put that in there a long time ago.
And we've kept it up ever since.
He was actually debating against providing voting rights to minority populations out in the South.
And that's where this created.
And the Democrats are still propagating this racist rule, if you will.
And it's amazing to me that the U.S. Senate has not taken action to go off and get rid of this rule and get back to the point where majority rules and we just move on.
So let's see what happens over the next few days.
The House has definitely done their work, their share of the load on the SAVE Act.
They passed it twice now.
And the second version of it is even more fortified and much better than the first version.
Clock is running out on how many of those provisions could actually be implemented in time for the 2026 election.
Mega Sale Promo Code00:03:56
So the sooner that it happens, the better.
But we'll see what happens.
Right now, the ball is firmly in the court of the United States Senate, and there's a lot at stake in this 2026 election.
And just to remind everybody, in this 2026 election, if the Democrats regain control of either the House or the Senate, we know we're going to be treated to a barrage of efforts to undermine President Trump, particularly if they regain the House.
We're going to see impeachment after impeachment after impeachment.
And they're going to do exactly what they did back during his first term.
And we can't let that happen, guys.
So anyway, hopefully we'll get this SAVE Act pushed across the finish line.
There's a lot of other areas we need to be drilling into to help secure our upcoming elections.
And we're going to talk about some of those activities here when we get back after this short break.

We covered a lot of ground talking about the Save Act and some of the topics that President Trump has been focused on, which include passage of the SAVE Act.
Investigating Election Fraud00:03:33
But something else that doesn't seem to get a lot of press sometimes are the efforts of the Trump administration to investigate and prosecute malfeasance that was evident in the 2020 election.
And a couple weeks ago, we saw what was happening out in Fulton County, Georgia, where the FBI went off and seized records out in Fulton County, Georgia election office.
And so they're off going off and studying the materials that they had access to at the time.
And now what we're seeing is that the Department of Homeland Security, led by Christy Noam, has made an appearance out in Maricopa County, Arizona.
And so this is a big deal.
And I want everybody to pay close attention to what Chrissy Noam had to say out in Maricopa about our elections.
You know, at the end of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Benjamin Franklin was asked out on the street by a woman what kind of a government that we would have.
And he replied to her, a republic, ma'am, if you can keep it.
And that's what our job is.
For 250 years, it's been our American duty to maintain our republic and to make sure that our elections are secure.
Republics depend on the confidence of their citizens that when they vote, that their vote matters, that it counts.
And our elections are essential to make sure that that confidence stays there, that they know and trust that the system is fair.
Since returning to office, President Trump has made election integrity a priority.
He's made it a cornerstone of his Make America Great Again agenda.
And the truth is that our election system needs a lot of work.
From state to state throughout the country, we see challenges and things that can be improved on.
And although the Constitution gives states the primary responsibility for running their elections, Congress also gives authorities and duties to the federal government.
Now, as the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, those authorities lie within my department, and the responsibility lies with me.
I have the responsibility of not just pointing out different vulnerabilities that we may see in our election systems, but also with making sure that we're putting forward mitigation measures that can be enacted at the state and local level to make sure that our elections are run correctly, that the votes are counted and tabulated, and that the people that were elected are put into those positions.
As President Trump said, we will either fix our nation's election issues or we will no longer have a nation to save.
If we don't uphold this bedrock principle of representative government, then our nation's choices will be decided by illegal aliens, by criminals, by foreign actors, and people that don't support America being the greatest country in the world.
Our nation's choices, instead, if it were allowed to degrade our election system, would allow illegal aliens, criminals, and others to undermine our country.
So, by now, I hope everybody understands the importance of addressing what happened at our border, and not just when it comes to the economy, not just when it comes to the fact that we are a sovereign nation, but also what it means to the electoral process.
And that's what the director was out in Arizona talking about.
And when you start looking at all the various members of the President Trump's administration and where their focus seems to be, it's obvious that Chrissy Noam's focus is on securing the border and making sure that we don't have illegals casting votes in U.S. elections.
Chain of Custody Concerns00:15:13
So I think that's why she's out in Maricopa.
I think that's a very important part of her duties.
And she's looking for any fraud that may be associated with those activities.
And we'll see where things go.
But this is just one facet of the investigations around 2020, around our elections going forward and up in 2026 and the activities to secure the elections.
It's a very important part of it, but there's a lot of different moving pieces on it.
And one of the things that Mike Lindell has provided the resources needed to go off and help investigate around election fraud is he's provided the resources necessary to help us investigate election fraud.
And I wear a lot of hats with Mike.
And one of the hats that I wear is curating content up on the Election Crime Bureau.com website.
And on that website, we're working on a report that's going to piggyback off of the remarks of Chrissy Noam.
It's going to piggyback off the efforts around the Fulton County investigation.
And it's going to tie together what is happening across all the battleground states and frankly beyond the battleground states all across America to identifying places where the integrity of our elections have been subverted.
And so I just want to encourage you to, when you get a chance, go to LindellPlan.com, help Mike out in his efforts, help us be able to continue with those investigative efforts.
And I'm just going to give you a small peek into analyses that I'm working on right now that get to the heart of how we can not just secure future elections, but hopefully hold some people accountable for what they've done in past elections.
And so I just want to pull up a little graphic here.
One of the things that I've been trying to do is everybody's getting a good understanding of what happened in Fulton County, Georgia, because it's been getting some good press.
Everybody is highlighting what's really happening out there, and people are starting to understand what is really going on in our elections because what has been happening in Fulton County, Georgia just doesn't add up.
And when you, so I decided to go off and launch an exercise where I tried to identify all the common threads of malfeasance across all the battleground states and provide tangible examples in each of these states.
And it really boils down to six basic categories.
There's a few more I'm going to be putting into the final report.
But for the purpose of our discussion here, there's six basic categories.
First category is that of chain of custody and ballot integrity.
And we can see with what happened in Georgia that they're even missing 46 boxes of election records that were supposed to be provided that they did not provide in that seizure here.
So the fact is they knew that there were 46 boxes short.
So I'm pretty sure that the investigators are aware of exactly where the problems are in Georgia.
But what we're finding out is that Georgia is not the only place with a chain of custody problem.
I myself witnessed the drop-off of tens of thousands of absentee ballots at the back of the TCS center in Detroit, Michigan during the 2020 election.
And those ballots had zero chain of custody.
For all we know, they came from Timbuktu.
We have no idea where they came from.
Pennsylvania, another battleground state, 20 electoral votes associated with it.
Well, we identified the fact that they've got rampant ballot harvesting in direct conflict with the laws in Pennsylvania, which means that it led to a chain of custody issue because all of a sudden voters were handing off their ballots to people that were not authorized to handle those ballots.
And then, of course, out in Maricopa, which is where Chris Denome was recently, we've got the case of significant chain of custody problems all across the board for nearly all 2.1 million ballots that were cast in Maricopa County, which is the largest county inside of Arizona.
More than enough to change the election results, which were decided in favor of Joe Biden in Arizona by a little over 10,000 votes.
So this chain of custody issue is very important.
And just it's not just some theoretical high-falutin term.
It's very important because if this was a criminal trial and you were somebody that might be being tried for murder, the idea of chain of custody around any evidence that might be applied against you is extremely important.
If somebody else, if the, for example, if whatever weapon you were using was not maintained under police chain of custody so that somebody could have gone off and tampered with that evidence, added your fingerprints or added somebody else's fingerprints, whatever the case may be, to that evidence, and then submit it to the court.
Well, obviously, there would be a problem with the integrity of that trial because that evidence had been tampered with.
It's the same thing with an election.
And This whole concept of chain of custody, if people want us to believe in the results of our elections, you need to maintain that chain of custody.
You need to make sure that the integrity of the election can be proven in an audit.
And so, if we go on, another major category that's evident across all these different states is that of voter role integrity.
And just pop that up, and we've got a lot of things to go through on that graphic in that particular category as well.
And just leave that up there for a while, please.
And we've got a case where in Wisconsin, we had over 888,000 corrupted registrations.
In Pennsylvania, we had more votes than voters.
In Michigan, as I talked about last time, we had more votes than voters.
We have over 499,850 more ballots cast in the 2020 election than voters listed in our qualified voter file under voter history.
In Fulton County alone, in Georgia, there were 220 or there were 22,534 more ballots cast than voters.
So that is an issue that pervades a lot of our states.
And it's not just the battleground states, it's blue and red states all across the board.
This is something we got to get our arms around.
And that's why I'm happy that Harmee Dillon, through her role heading up the Civil Rights Division out in the Department of Justice, has been filing lawsuits to get access to these voter roles to ensure that they are complying with the provisions of the Help America Vote Act and the National Voter Registration Act and also the Civil Rights Act of, I think, in 1960, if I remember correctly, 1965.
So they are making sure that they are in compliance with it.
And a lot of Democrat secretaries of state are preventing access to these records, which kind of should tell you everything you need to know.
So that is a big area of concern.
And it deals specifically with the integrity of our voter rolls.
Another area that is very obvious is that we've got states that have been very active in the suspension of signature verification, particularly around mail-in ballots, and the idea of ID controls, which is why the SAVE Act is so important, which is why the idea of adding a photo ID to the requirement process is very, very important.
And so in Georgia, they have zero verification policy.
Wisconsin, they had a loophole that prevents you from having to show an ID.
In Benson, in Michigan, we had Secretary of State Benson that issued this directive before the election in response to a friendly lawsuit by Priorities USA.
It's an example of lawfare.
She got rid of all signature verification requirements that, by default, assume that the signature is valid, which was complete garbage.
So, and of course, Arizona has been driven down their standards as well.
So, the idea of signature verification, verifying who you are when you cast a ballot, has been watered down and primarily under the direction of Democrat election officials.
And then, of course, the topic of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and the technology and these voting machines.
When you dig into that category, the vulnerabilities are amazing.
I put together on the electioncrimebureau.com website a detailed examination of all the security vulnerabilities and the lack of rigor that we apply to securing these electronic voting systems under the Election Assistance Commission.
And it makes a very clear case from my perspective that dovetails in with a lot of the evidence that we've seen dating back to the 2020 election of how these electronic voting systems have been subject to intrusions and compounded our chain of custody errors with connections to the internet.
And they found them in almost all the states.
We found them in Arizona.
We found them in Michigan.
We've got it in Wisconsin.
So plenty of examples of things not being right in the machine category and creating a lot of cybersecurity concerns that there are indications that these avenues were actually used to manipulate votes in the 2020 election.
And a lot of these vulnerabilities, frankly, were identified prior to the 2020 election.
If you go into the Curling v. Raffensberger case, testimony of University of Michigan professor J. Alex Halderman identified a significant number of vulnerabilities in the Dominion ICX machine that were buried going into the 2020 election.
So in other words, they just knew about the vulnerabilities, but they let it slide in the interest of using these machines in the election.
So that was a big deal and never should have happened.
So I, like Mike, believe there's a very, very strong case.
We should be getting rid of the machines.
And at the very least, we need to be able to get access to these machines and see how they provide an audit trail in support of either our assertions around the fact that the election was stolen in 2020 or that the people that are saying that this is the most secure election in American history, they should be anxious to go off and show us all the evidence they have in support of that assertion.
They're not doing that, and that should tell you everything you need to know as well.
Another key category of commonality across all these different states and battleground states is the role of private funding to these NGOs, non-government associations, and this private funding through organizations like CTCL, which is an organization funded primarily by Mark Zuckerberg on Facebook, and it gave money that was eventually used to kind of tilt the battlefield, if you will,
in favor of get out the vote efforts in Democrat areas as opposed to being equal for everybody.
And then last but not least, it's an area of obstruction or category of obstruction.
This is occurring across the board.
I still remember the video footage of a Philadelphia Democrat talking on the floor of the Avi County Board in Philadelphia, highlighting that he was witnessing a coup because the observers were not allowed to actually observe the conduct of the elections in Pennsylvania.
Of course, I was in Detroit and I was there when they put the pizza boxes up on the window to prevent oversight of the counting of military ballots, which is a process that they transpose the vote from one format of a ballot to another.
So the fact that they were hiding that process from the general public is very concerning.
And then, of course, in Wisconsin, they had a lot of problems with the fact that they were getting 100% voter turnout in the nursing homes.
And we saw some share presentations from Racine County out in Wisconsin and elsewhere that highlighted that there's a lot of election process being executed outside of the observation of the general public.
And so these are just six fundamental categories.
You're going to see a detailed report pulled together highlighting all the evidence in support of all those different categories of election malfeasance.
That's going to be coming out within the next couple of weeks.
And be happy to share that here, not just on Mike Lindell's show, but also with authorities in the federal government as well.
So a lot of ground to cover on it.
Bottom line is there's a lot of fraud that occurred during the 2020 election.
If you go out on social media, all the stuff that we were talking about back in 2020, 2021, 2022, all of a sudden it's all fresh and new again.
And because people are starting to listen to these examples of fraud, the truth can't be quieted forever, and it's going to get out there.
And I'm happy to see that President Trump and his administration are being very diligent about going off and following up on all these different election malfeasance trails, if you will, and running them the ground.
And myself and many other meddling kids that are out there, we're looking forward to people being put in orange jumpsuits and held accountable for their malfeasance.
And we're looking forward to people like Tina Peters being released from jail for just doing her job.
She was put in jail for nine years.
She's serving over 500 days in prison for doing her job.
Meanwhile, all the people that were responsible for stealing our elections are still running around on the streets, foot loose and fancy-free.
That needs to change.
That needs to change quickly.
And so what's next on the horizon?
I just want to give you guys a quick little prognostication, if you will, on what the coming weeks are going to entail from an election integrity perspective.
And I just want to encourage you to keep your eyes focused on three basic, three key actors in the President Trump's administration.
Kurt's Election Integrity Prognostication00:03:21
And one of them we've already just talked about.
I'll just pull up our EI efforts graphic here.
One of them we've already talked about, and that was DHS.
And they're focused in on making sure that we have proof of citizenship nationwide and removing illegal voters from the voter rolls.
That's headed up by Secretary Christy Noam.
But Department of Justice is also engaged in some very important activities in cleaning up our voter rolls.
And that's the variety of lawsuits that have been initiated by Hermit Dillon and her group inside the Civil Rights Division in Department of Justice.
She's suing a lot of these states that are not being forthcoming with voter roll data.
And so that is another major threat.
And then last but not least, keep your eye on Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
She has not only was she present during the Fulton County seizure of records, but she also helped lead the effort to obtain back in May of 2025.
Didn't get a lot of media attention on it, but she got access to the Dominion voting machines that were used in the Puerto Rican election in 2024.
So she's got that forensic data.
Plus, remember, it was back in March of last year that DNI Gabbard noted that they had evidence of significant security vulnerabilities in these machines.
And depending on who you believe, in the rumor mill in the Scuttleblood area, she was asked to limit the discussions to vulnerabilities when she actually had evidence that these vulnerabilities had actually been exploited in previous elections.
And she wanted to talk about that.
That was cut short, but there's hopefully another day in court that's going to be happening where she does get to talk about all that.
So in short, keep focused on three key women in the President Trump's administration, Tulsi Gabbard and Hermit Dillon and Christy Noam.
There's a little bit of an X factor here, and technically, I guess it's an XY factor.
And that's my good friend, Kurt Olson.
Kurt Olson was hired last year as a special government employee tasked with the investigation of the 2020 election.
And there he is with a very good scowl for the camera, if you will.
But I'll tell you, Kurt is not only an extremely well-respected lawyer, he's also a former officer with SEAL Team 5.
He's a straight shooter.
He calls it like it is, and he is relentless.
And he is on the case as well.
And I just would encourage you that anytime you hear Kurt's name on it, give him some support.
He's a good man and looking forward to see what he reveals.
And because I think he's the one that's kind of helping to knit all the different work streams that are being put together in DHS, DOJ, and DNI, ODNI, all together and highlight this grand conspiracy, if you will, of how the 2020 election was stolen.
Monument To Liberty00:04:07
So covered a lot of ground today, as usual.
There's a lot of information that you're not going to hear on other TV networks.
And I think this is the important information that is being hidden from you, but not on Lindell TV.
You're going to get the straight scoop.
If you want to go off and dig into this information even more, go out to electioncrimebure.com and there's more information out there.
And please support Mike and his efforts to get the truth out to everybody by supporting not only Lindell TV, but also go out to the Lindell Offense Fund and go to LindellPlan.com and provide financial support as you're able there too so we can keep things moving.
So guys, there's some troubling times right now.
Sometimes we feel a little bit lost, but this is the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.
And it's a country that was founded on some very priceless principles that we all want to preserve.
That's why we're going off and doing our best to secure our elections so that we can secure the voice of the people, so that we can secure this constitutional republic that's been given to us as such a gift by our founding fathers.
But another gift that was given to us by our founding fathers was a little reminder that if we ever lost our way, and sometimes it really looks like we're losing our way here as our nation, you know, they provided us with a little monument.
It's called a monument to the forefathers or the matrix of liberty.
It's located out in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
I've talked about this before, but I think it's so important because sometimes folks like myself, an engineer, can just get so focused on the X's and O's of election integrity that we lose the big picture.
And the big picture is that this is a nation founded on the principle of faith, on the principles of morality, of law, education, and liberty.
And it's about time that we kind of shown appreciation for those basic qualities.
And they're summarized very clearly in this monument to the forefathers, known as the Matrix of Liberty.
I wish they had left us some kind of a training manual, some kind of a secret sauce recipe card that we could pick up and go, all right, here's what it is.
Here's what we do.
What do we do?
How do we get back to that?
You know, when the children of Israel going into the promised land, they crossed the Jordan River and God stood it on end and they walked across.
And before the waters stopped parting, God told them to take 12 stones from the bottom of the river and put it up on the top of Mount Gilgal and make a monument.
So that when your children ask, what are these stones, you'll be able to tell them this is where God parted the sea.
And that's what the pilgrims left us.
They left us a monument that not only gives tribute to what was accomplished here, but it gives us a specific strategy, a breakout of a blueprint of if we would ever forget what made America great, what made us free, we can go back and follow that strategy and it's right up on a hill a half mile from here.
Right here?
Right here.
It's the largest granite monument in America and it's hidden on a hilltop overlooking Plymouth in a residential neighborhood.
I've never heard of this.
Hardly anybody in America knows about it and yet the people of America put this together over a 70-year period, paid for by the Congress, paid for by the state legislature in Massachusetts as a strategy laid out.
You call it the Matrix of Liberty that was given to us by the forefathers, by the pilgrims.
What built America?
This is it.
And if we want to try something else, yeah, people can try other things.
But in the history of the world, the one strategy that has brought more liberty, more prosperity, and more joy than any other is this strategy.
