As we all know, he's got a lot of things on his plate today and in the coming weeks.
So stay tuned for more info on that.
But today's show, I kind of wanted to do a little bit of a retrospective.
And if we're going to put a title on today's show, it'd probably be the I Told You So show or the Vindication Show because we got a lot of ground to cover.
And one of the things that I really want to hit on is the fact that everything that folks like myself and Mike and many other what I call meddling kids all across the country have been saying for the last five years since the 2020 election, all the evidence around that is now starting to come forward.
I mean, we're doing a lot of recycling, if you will, of evidence that was true back when we stated it initially, back in the wake of the 2020 election.
And now, five years later, now that we've got President Trump and our revamped Department of Justice, FBI, and frankly, a media environment, social media environment, thanks to the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk now where we can actually talk about everything that we observed without risk of censorship or being deplatformed.
It's kind of a whole new golden age, if you will, of information.
And we're going to take advantage of that today.
We're going to take advantage of Mike's investment in Lindell TV to get the word out about stuff that you haven't been allowed to hear about, frankly, on most of the media channels, most of the media venues that are out there until this past year.
And frankly, until more recently, where President Trump has been pushing out the topic of election fraud on his social media feed on True Social repeatedly.
I mean, he's been going bonkers, getting post after post of evidence that we all told everybody about back in 2020, back in 2021, but nobody was ready to hear about it.
President Trump went on this 24-hour barrage where he had over 12 posts highlighting videos of evidence of election fraud.
So, you know, for many of you, many of you know that I'm a former Michigan State Senator.
So I'm kind of reading the political tea leaves here.
And what President Trump is doing is in military parlance, it's called PrEP Fire.
In political parlance, he's calling it, it's kind of a matter of shaping the battlefield or shaping the political narrative.
And what he's doing is making it safe to go off and talk about election fraud again.
And so, along those lines, I just want to start off with one big vindication story that's near and dear to my heart and near and dear to supporters of Mike Lindell.
And that deals specifically with what happened recently with the Supreme Court decision not to address a petition for a writ of surgery with the Supreme Court.
I'm probably butchering that name here.
I don't speak Latin, I don't speak legal, but this deals with the $5 million prove me wrong challenge that Mike Lindell was sued over in the wake of the 2021 cyber symposium out in South Dakota.
And I was present at this cyber symposium.
Mike put out a challenge that said, Hey guys, if I got evidence of all this election fraud, the fact that our 2020 election was stolen, and if you can prove me wrong, I challenge you to prove me wrong.
And so there's a gentleman that was present at the conference that thought he could prove Mike wrong.
His name is Robert Zeidman, and he challenged Mike on that and tried to claim the prize.
And he didn't meet the criteria of the prize rules.
And so, you know, let's go through, we can kind of go through the whole history of this if you want here.
Just pop up, if you go to lindellplan.com, you'll see a link kind of to the story and how this all fits together.
And we're going to kind of go through in detail some of these different elements of this story.
But it's fascinating because here we are back in 2021.
Mike was gifted this information around the theft of our election.
He had information that electronic voting systems had been used to subvert the integrity of our elections.
And he wanted the whole world to know about it.
And since nobody on the traditional media would allow him to talk about it, he went off and created his own event to get the word out about it.
And it was called the Cyber Symposium.
And in it, he did this $5 million challenge.
So like I said, there was a gentleman that was in attendance at the conference that decided he wanted to claim this $5 million prize.
And we can just walk through the basic timeline of what happened here and pull up the next item here.
There's a, you know, over the course of quite a few years, it's kind of like the sword of Damocles dangling over Mike right now.
I mean, he's being sued by SmartMatic for statements around the integrity of the elections.
He's been sued by Dominion for what they call defamation against them because of Mike's comments around the electronic voting systems.
And one of the other items in that category was this suit for the $5 million prove me wrong challenge.
So if you could call up item two, please, and just a little timeline.
We'll walk people through that.
And so you remember back in 2021, Mike conducted this cyber symposium challenge.
And literally, it was a great event.
We had a lot of experts testify.
We were kind of trying to put all the pieces of election fraud together at the time.
Mike had some very, he paid a lot of money for a lot of very damning evidence around how the machines were used.
And like I said, this gentleman, Robert Zeidman, decided to go off and try to claim that $5 million prize because he thought he had evidence that would assert that Mike's claims were wrong.
Well, all that information went to an arbitration panel and a panel of arbitrators decided that Zeidman was indeed entitled to the $5 million prize.
That later went on to a U.S. district court that confirmed the award.
So this is now flash forward to the year 2024 in February.
And of course, that decision was appealed.
And it was appealed to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
And the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed that decision and essentially said that the arbitrators had exceeded their authority.
And they added requirements that were not in the original contract, and specifically dealing with PCAPs.
And we'll get to that in just a little bit.
And then, of course, after the appeals decision, of course, Mr. Zeidman decided to file for this writ of sertiori with the United States Supreme Court.
And the United States Supreme Court declined to hear the case, making the appeals court decision the decision of record, which means that Mike is no longer liable for this $5 million award.
So that's a timeline in a nutshell for those who are curious about that.
And if you look into some of the details associated with this, at the crux of this is that, you know, we're constantly in this information war where people are trying to put words into people's mouths or trying to go off and pretend that somebody said something that they didn't say or whatever.
And that's what this case boiled down to, frankly, was something called the Four Corners Doctrine in a contract.
Essentially, it says that when the terms of a contract are unambiguous, and it can pop up item three, please, when the terms of a contract are completely unambiguous, which all parties in this lawsuit agreed to, the terms were very clear, then you have to focus on just the rules of the contract alone.
It's kind of like you can't color outside the lines what the Constitution says.
We can't color out the lines of what statute says.
In this case, it was a contract, and the contract was very clear and stated that it didn't mention PCAPs, which is something that people tried to color around the outside of this discussion around the election fraud.
And the bottom line is, both parties agreed that the rules were unambiguous, and therefore the arbitrators were legally barred from looking outside the document.
That means that they exceeded their authority.
They were coloring outside of the lines of these four corners and trying to assert as fact things that were not actually part of the contract language.
So, you know, what this all boils down to, and if you kind of pull up the deconstruction slide, what it all boils down to is the fact that Zeidman attempted to prove a specific tenet of election fraud around PCAPs,
but ultimately he didn't prove to his favor that the data overall around the elections was not valid.
So in other words, he focused in on a zero, a very narrow definition of terms that was not actually in the contract language, which was all fine and dandy.
He can go off and assert that all he wants, but it wasn't directly tied to the contract associated with the $5 million challenge.
Bottom line is Mike was vindicated on all this.
The overall assessment is that Mike does not owe $5 million to Mr. Zeideman on this.
And so that chops down one of the lawsuits that's been hanging like a sword of Damocles over Mike and over my pillow for quite some time.
So that's good news for everybody in the election integrity movement, especially in context of all the evidence that's coming out of late.
And we're going to go over a lot of that, particularly in the bottom half of the hour.
We're going to have an update here shortly from DC on CARA.
But I just want to highlight there's a couple of other lawsuits that are still pending.
We have SmartMatic versus Mike Lindell and MyPillow.
And we also have Dominion, and those are for like huge settlements.
And we're not talking $5 million there.
We're talking over a billion dollars.
And so they essentially want to wipe Mike off the map, if you will, with these suits.
And the interesting thing is they're making the assertion of defamation.
And as time goes on, more and more evidence is coming out validating all of Mike's core concerns across the board.
So hopefully we see justice be done on those lawsuits as well.

So before we start delving into all this evidence and get back into Vindication Day, if you will, or we told you so mode, we're going to go off and zero in on what Kara Castranova has to say out in DC.

President Trump is off site today.
He's in Detroit, Michigan.
He is officially on the ground in Michigan, or he could be heading back anytime now, actually.
So he's expected back here at the White House approximately 5 or 6 p.m.
But he visited the assembly plant of Ford's iconic F-150 truck in Dearborn, and he met with the executives from Ford and some of the factory workers there.
And then he delivered remarks to the Detroit Economic Club.
That happened a little earlier today.
President Trump delivered those remarks, but before that, he took off on Marine One.
Always a lot of fun to be there when the president takes off and try to get questions in.
He didn't really have time for a lot of questions today, but he did answer some from reporters.
I have a few of them for you.
First, the president's talking about Detroit and his upcoming speech, which, as I mentioned, already happened.
But this is him earlier today previewing his speech in Detroit.
We'll be talking about how well the economy is doing.
As you know, the inflation numbers just came out, and we have very low inflation.
So that would give Tula Powell the chance to give us her nice, beautiful big rate cut, which would be great for the country, but rates are falling also, and growth is going up.
We have tremendous growth numbers.
So growth is going up.
So I'll be talking about that today in Detroit.
It's a big speech.
And I can only say that the country's doing well.
Well, Kara, I live maybe 20 minutes outside of Detroit.
So the president's welcome to stop by here if he needs something to get a bite to eat or something.
We'd love to have him.
But yeah, I've visited that Rouge River plant.
It's actually out in Detroit.
And the history of that plant is pretty remarkable.
And what they do with these F-150s is pretty remarkable.
I remember taking my grandma out to that plant, and they had a little display out front.
And my grandma learned how to drive on the old Ford Model Ts.
So it was kind of a good blast from the past here.
And I think it's a great venue for the president to announce an economic recovery.
Oh, for sure.
And he really was welcomed warmly there.
And a lot of that footage is up if anyone wants to see it.

The president also spoke today, of course, on Minnesota.
Journalists asked a question about Minnesota, and the president spoke out about taking out the killers, rapists, drug dealers, etc., that are there that are coming from mental institutions, as he always says illegally, some of them in Minnesota.

You saw my statement on Iran.
You saw my straight statement on Minnesota.
On Minnesota, we have taken out killers, rapists, drug dealers, people from mental institutions that came in illegally.
All of them, most of them came in illegally.
They're from other countries.
They came in under the Biden ridiculous open border policy.
And we've gotten a lot of them out.
We just had numbers from Chicago, where Chicago crime has gone down pretty good.
It could go down 100% virtually, but we're fighting with that governor who's so incompetent.
But as you know, we took out a lot of killers, murderers, drug dealers, drug addicts, mental institution people, and people from jails.
We took them out of Chicago.
So Chicago's got much better numbers now than it had a few months ago.
We will get no credit for it, but these are minor details.
Crime in Washington, D.C. is almost non-existent.
It's a safe place, so people can come bring their families.
They can send their son and daughter to look at Lincoln, Washington, Jefferson, or whatever they want to look at.
But it's almost non-existent.
We're very proud of that.
Memphis is making tremendous strides, and so is New Orleans.
We have a whole group of people, and crime in New Orleans is down about 65%.
We've only been there for three weeks.
So it's really amazing what's happening throughout the country.
The crime numbers are among the best numbers we've ever had.
That is good news.
Yeah, it sounds like the theme is talk about the economy, talk about public safety.
And in contrast to that, coming in the upcoming 2026 elections, you have what the Democrats are doing, which is defending illegals and promoting crime, frankly.
I mean, they're actually calling for crime in many cases.
So you can kind of see what the president's doing here.
It's good to thank you for reporting on that.
Yeah, sure.
And then there's a really quick one more clip, just a classic President Trump.
Of course, he calls him Biden's open borders.
And again, highlighting that this is a problem that he inherited from the Biden administration that let in tens of millions of illegals.
And now the Trump administration has to deal with it.
And really, the brunt of it is falling on the back of the American people.
As you can see, everybody fighting it out on the street, the right versus the left, as usual on the street, because of obviously inferior politicians like Joe Biden and his administration that let all these people in.
So take a listen to President Trump.
We're getting rid of a lot of people that are criminals.
They shouldn't be in our country.
They came in through Biden's open borders and we're getting them out of our country.
That's why our crime numbers are so good.
We have record low crime numbers.
Again, President Trump pointing out, always good pointing out that and reminding people because people forget you can't solve a problem that was a problem in the making really for decades of agendas being pushed by Democrats, sort of, I guess, what's the word?
Disguising it as empathy for or sympathy for illegals, but really just looking forward to the fact that they'll probably become Democratic voters.
So, this is an agenda that's gone on for decades, and President Trump really has a lot to deal with because the last four years under Biden was probably the worst of the worst of it.
And so many people are here illegally, so many people that are criminals.
And very sadly, if information coming out, a lot of children that are immigrants, migrants that are homeless, their families bringing them here, thinking they're going to have a better life in the United States.
Some of them wind up on the streets.
So it's just cruelty all over what has happened and very unfortunate.
Also, today, the Department of State made an announcement.
If you guys could pull up that post, this announcement was made by Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State.
Terrorist designations of Muslim Brotherhood chapters.
This was announced again by Marco Rubio today as a first step in support of President Trump's commitment to eliminate the capabilities and operations of Muslim Brotherhood chapters that pose a threat to the United States.
The United States is imposing terrorist designations against the Lebanese, Jordanian, and Egyptian chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood.
So that was an important announcement that was posted today by the White House, originally posted by the Secretary of State.
That's applicable, I guess, to so much that's going on right now when it comes to geopolitics and the way that this administration is handling it.
Now designating the Muslim Brotherhood from these three countries as terrorist organizations, Patrick.
That was a big announcement.
This is something that is a topic that I had to address when I was in the Michigan Senate quite a bit.
And at the time, I don't know if you remember the U.S. versus Holy Land Foundation trial back in New York at the first time that jihadists tried to destroy the World Trade Center.
They did it via a car bomb.
And there was a trial associated with that.
As part of that trial, they introduced a document called the Explanatory Memorandum.
And this was a document that was obtained by the FBI under a search warrant of a, I think the guy's name was Ismail Abraham.
And when they found out that he and his wife were filming the supports of the bridge over near Norfolk, the port of Norfolk.
And so there was suspicious behavior.
They arrested him, found out that he was wanted on outstanding warrants, used that to go off and investigate his house.
Turned out he had a secret sub-basement in his house that had the archives of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.
And one of the documents in there was a document called the Explanatory Memorandum, which outlines the plan for what they call civilization jihad in the United States.
And I think when we're looking at everything that the president's doing, he's talking about crime, he's talking about public safety, he's talking about the economic pressures, he's talking about the securing our borders, he's talking about the education system.
He's hitting all the key tenants that were identified in this explanatory memorandum as a mechanism for undermining America.
And what we're seeing is Trump is putting some teeth into the slogan, make America great again, because he's going back and fighting back against a lot of these tenants that were found in that memorandum.
So that's good news that he's identified that.
He's pushing back on it.
And Secretary of State Rubio is taking action on that as well.
So that bodes well.
Yes, it does.
So like I mentioned earlier, we are expecting the president back here at the White House later this evening.
He has a pretty action-packed week with a lot of meetings in the Oval Office.
I believe tomorrow he's signing some congressional bills.

And it was all a nice little positive feedback loop for them to push their agenda, which was the exact opposite of making America great again.
They're undermining our values.
And ultimately, you know, before we go to break, I just want to highlight that what this really is, is putting into focus the fact that there are a lot of people in America, a lot of people that have been imported into America that, frankly, just don't share our values.
You see these protesters out in Minnesota, these women are carrying their babies to a protest that has already turned violent, where one person has died because of their Trump derangement syndrome and their attempt to interfere with law enforcement.
They don't care about life.
These are the same people that promote Planned Parenthood, that promote abortion.
They don't care about life.
And it's sad to see.
And that's why when these immigrants come over and these kids are left without a parent and they're homeless, they don't care what happens to them.
That's part of the story that they just simply don't care about, what we do.
And part of why America is who we are and why we've kept the same form of government for over 250 years.
The reason for that is the fact that we do have values.
We appreciate the role that God plays in our life.
We appreciate faith.
We appreciate the value of life.
We are made in the image of our Creator, and it's very important.
And with all the craziness that's going on, because I mean, we can go through story after story that just seems like there's complete chaos out in the world.
Just keep in mind it all boils down to values.
And where are we seeking our hope?
Where are we seeking our strength?
Where are we seeking our guidance for how we conduct ourselves?
And I think it's pretty clear that there are some folks that, frankly, don't appreciate everything that made America great.
And so it's tough to make America great again when you have folks that are deliberately trying to push us off of that strong foundation.
And I just want to remind everybody, there's a monument out in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
And when you say Plymouth, Massachusetts, you think Plymouth Rock, you think the Mayflower, you think Pilgrims.
But there's something else out there, and I've mentioned it before, but I think it's worth mentioning it again.
There is a monument out there called the Matrix of Liberty.
And it is kind of off out of the way from all the tourist areas.
It's in a neighborhood, but it's a monument.
It's a very tall monument that is put together by our forefathers, actually paid for by government funds, and it highlights a roadmap for what America needs to do if we ever lose our way, if we ever feel like we're pulling apart at the seams and and losing our way and getting so much division where we can't seem to unify around anything.
This monument to our forefathers, called the Matrix Of Liberty, is designed to help us get back to that secret sauce as to what made America great in the first place, and at the center of all that is faith.
And so, as we're talking about all this stuff that's crazy just just to encourage everybody to get on their knees, ask God for guidance and he'll get us through this storm.

And I just wanted to remind everybody we were talking about before the break.
We started off the show highlighting that Mike was indeed vindicated in his $5 million prove me wrong challenge, Supreme Court, with his decision not to take up the appeal by Robert Zeideman of the ruling from the appeals court saying that he was not going to, that he was not entitled to the $5 million because they didn't take that up.
The appeals court ruling stands.
So Mike is no longer liable for that $5 million, which is good.
And it's kind of a start of a vindication tour, which I was kind of alluding to before the break.
There's a lot of information now that we've been saying it for the last five years, but now it's okay to talk about it.
Before when we started talking about problems with the machines, with the facts that our machine, that our elections were stolen back in 2020, whenever we talk about that, you were cut off the air.
I mean, I know I was blacklisted on a prominent radio station out in Michigan.
I know Mike and others were prohibited from speaking about the topic on a lot of news networks.
And as a matter of fact, I still remember the time when I think it was Bob Sellers, I can't remember his last name, but I think that's it, walked off stage when Mike brought up election fraud during an interview on Newsmax.
So he, you know, there's a while there where we couldn't talk about any of this stuff.
And what we're seeing now is that a lot of the information, a lot of the same assertions we were making back five years ago, now it's okay to talk about.
I mean, I'm one of those that was actually subject to cease and desist orders from Dominion.
I was sent two love letters to that extent.
Other people were sent that as well with the intent of trying to pummel us into silence.
Well, I'm telling the truth.
Mike's been telling the truth.
Others have been telling the truth about what's going on, some of the concerns with these electronic voting systems.
We need to be talking about it.
And that vindication from Mike on the 5 million challenge is just a start.
There's still two other court cases that Mike is facing regarding what the plaintiffs are classifying as defamatory statements.
One is the Dominion versus Mike Lindell and MyPillow, and then also SmartMatic versus Mike Lindell and MyPillow.
So those are two cases that revolve around the fact that Mike said our elections were stolen and that machines were used to steal these elections.
So anybody's been paying attention to the news lately, paying attention to President Trump's social media feeds, paying attention to the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
It's starting to be very clear to a lot of people now that the Overton window, if you will, is shifting on the topic of electronic voting systems.
And it's okay to talk about it now.
And what I mean by the Overton window is a term, if you haven't heard it before, a gentleman by the name of Michael Overton, who was one of the founders of a organization, a state policy institute in Michigan called the Mackinac Center.
He highlighted that the only things that the general public is willing to digest or consider as true fit within a small window of possibilities.
And so if you're talking about something that Doesn't fit within that window.
Say you're saying that the machines can be used to steal elections or whatever, then you're going to be ostracized, you're going to be marginalized, and it's not going to pop into the mainstream discussions.
So the challenge then is you either have to move the window to where your discussion point is, or you have to expand the window to include the possibility of what you're talking about.
And I'm here to say now that I think we finally turned that corner thanks to President Trump making the 2024 election too big to rig, overwhelming them, thanks to all the people who supported him.
Now we're getting people in positions of authority that are allowing voices to be heard around what is going on with the theft of our elections.
And I just want to remind everybody: the reason why this topic of elections is so important is because it is our voice.
It is our voice in our system of government.
It is our voice that helps us determine who we want to represent us and who we don't want to represent us.
So that's why elections are so important.
And that's why the fact that it's coming out more and more now that our elections have been rigged, our elections have been manipulated through the use of these electronic voting systems is such a big deal.
And perhaps one of the first people to get national attention on the topic of these rigged elections was my good friend Sidney Powell, Attorney Sidney Powell.
She came out very early on in the wake of the election.
Now, and I just want to paint the picture here.
There's a lot of folks that were working up against a timeline where we had to present a lot of evidence very quickly prior to certification of the election.
And so attorneys like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani were trying to drink from this fire hose of evidence and then package that evidence into a court case that could be used to question the results of the 2020 election.
And so I'm going to kick things off with an interview that Sidney Powell did in the wake of the election.
This was on November 15th, 2020 on Fox News Channel with Maria Bartaromo.

According to public records, Dominion voting machines are used in 2,000 jurisdictions in 30 states.
According to experts, if one site has a flaw, other sites are likely to as well, which is why Texas rejected using Dominion software three times, raising concerns that the system was not safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation.
That's troubling, given we already know that at least two software glitches in Georgia and Michigan occurred on election night.
Attorney Sidney Powell is leading the charge against Dominion, and she says she has enough evidence of fraud to launch a massive criminal investigation.
Sidney, thanks very much for being here.
We appreciate your time this morning.
I want to get right into it.
We just heard about the software made by SmartMatic from Rudy, and I want to get your take on what you report, what you and I spoke about just a few minutes ago, and that is a gentleman named Peter Neffinger.
Tell me how he fits into all of this.
Yes, well, he is listed as it's former Admiral Peter Nethinger, retired Admiral Peter Nethinger.
He is president and on the board of directors of SmartMatic.
And it just so happens he's on Mr. Biden's presidential transition team that's going to be non-existent because we're fixing to overturn the results of the election in multiple states.
And President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.
Yeah, and so Sydney was on top of this since the beginning.
She obviously had intel that's now coming into light with a lot of these whistleblower testimonies that we're going to go through in just a little bit.
But she was right over the target.
And I think it's important to recognize a lot of people were sitting there and they'll point to the fact that she took a plea deal because they were trying to bankrupt her via lawfare and try to take away her license to practice law and a lot of other things.
And so she, rather than going completely bankrupt, she actually took a plea deal.
But I'll tell you, she stood strong and tall right at the beginning.
And everything that she said from the beginning is becoming validated with every single whistleblower testimony that's coming out.
And so we're going to walk through some of that testimony as we go forward.
But I want to make sure everybody appreciates the because sometimes hindsight's 2020, but they were dealing with a very short timeframe and a fire hose of information.
I dealt with this myself because as a former Michigan state senator, former candidate for governor, I had a pretty high profile in the wake of the 2020 election.
So people, when I started speaking up about what I saw as a poll challenger at the TCS Center in Detroit during the election, people just started flooding me, me as an individual, flooding me with evidence after evidence after evidence.
I had to make sense out of it and actually start packaging it.
That's what Sydney was doing.
And she was getting it from people nationally, all over the place.
Mine primarily was Michigan data, but she was getting it from Pennsylvania, from Arizona, from Nevada, from Wisconsin, from Georgia.
And so I can tell you, it's a little overwhelming, particularly if you're not prepared for this deluge of information prior to when it hits you and when you have to actually take action to prevent the theft of our country.
So that's all I'll said to give a little bit of backdrop for her next statement during this interview with Maria.
We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed.
It was designed to rig elections.
He was fully briefed on it.
He saw it happen in other countries.
It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind SmartMatic and Dominion.
They did this on purpose.
It was calculated.
They've done it before.
We have evidence from 2016 in California.
We have so much evidence, I feel like it's coming in through a fire hose.
And it was a fire hose.
And now we've got a mechanism for capturing all that information and sharing it with people.
And that's part of what I do for Mike out at the Election Crime Bureau.com.
And if you go up to electioncrimebure.com and go to the evidence page there, what you'll notice is that I'm starting to post all these different pieces of information for you all to digest.
And what you're going to find out, particularly with these whistleblower testimonies coming from folks in Venezuela, is that you can tell where Sydney Powell got all her information.
It was from these whistleblowers, and this was five years ago.
So this has been around for quite some time.
And obviously, under the Biden DOJ, they weren't going to go off and touch this at all.
But there's a new sheriff in town.
President Trump is back there with the Department of Justice that is starting to get purged of all the individuals that wouldn't touch this because it violated their preferences politically.
So now we actually got Lady Justice with her blindfold back on, and she's actually looking at this information.
I can tell you, I personally filed numerous criminal complaints up with the Department of Justice, and And so we're hoping to see some action on that scene.
I'm seeing plenty of evidence that there is actually going to be some action taken against some of these purveyors of election fraud.
But, you know, in particular, I want to kind of shape the battlefield with what Sydney said and actually point you to some of the evidence that's now posted up on the Election Crime Bureau, in particular this Venezuelan whistleblower evidence that corroborates what Sydney is asserting.
You have an affidavit from someone who knows how this system works and was there with the planning of it.
You believe you can prove this.
Yes.
Oh, yes.
We have a sworn, essentially a sworn statement from a witness who knew exactly how it worked from the beginning, why it was designed to work that way, and saw when things started shutting down and they started, you know, stopped counting the votes here.
That was the same play that had worked in other countries.
Yeah, and if you listen to Emerald Robinson on Absolute Truth and her interviews with Patrick Byrne, you'll get some of them, a little bit more color commentary on how Sydney came to that information, how it was presented up to senior officials in the White House.
And I think you'll find it pretty interesting.
But everything that she's talking about ties into, if you could pull up item nine here, this information that you can see now.
You can actually see this for yourself.
No, item nine, please, Venezuelan whistleblower.
And you can actually see the actual testimony.
There's a video here of the actual whistleblower that Sidney's referring to that you can go link into.
You can read the actual transcripts for that actual interview.
And this evidence has now been entered in support of Tina Peters' sentencing appeal.
So guys, this is real stuff.
This is real information, real testimony.
And I just want to make sure you know that all this stuff that Sidney Powell was talking about back in 2021, back in 2020, she wasn't blowing smoke, folks.
She actually saw the evidence back then.
It's just that we didn't have the ability to get the word out to people and do so in a way, frankly, that protected the individuals who are sharing this information with the general public.
So let's walk through some of the things that we found out in the wake of that whistleblower testimony.
And this gets into a discussion of the 14 different methods.
I mean, Sydney, when she goes into the evidence that's out there, she talks about you can they've got a variety of tools, a variety of methods that they can use to manipulate the results of an election.
And they all depend on the use of these electronic voting systems.
So if you can call up item 11, please.
There we go.
In these testimonies and in the testimony of Gary Bernson and Martine Rodel in the book Stolen Elections, what you can see is that there are at least 14 different methods inherent in the SmartMatic architecture that can be leveraged to go off and manipulate the results of elections.
So these are things from the use of these electronic poll books as opposed to the old paper poll books we used to have.
The idea of playing around with these flashcard configurations, because that's how the actual election projects are actually defined is in these flashcards or flash drives, if you will.
The ability to go off and open and access ports, not just on the actual tabulators, but on the central county election management system servers.
And these whistleblowers describe a utility called the SAES data utility that the analogy here in the United States with a lot of our systems is the county election management system server.
And so it highlights that that's kind of the target or center of gravity for a lot of these mechanisms to manipulate the results of the election.
And keep in mind, when you're listening to these whistleblowers, they say that these methods have been defined in a manner that essentially prevents the disclosure or discovery of the fact that they're manipulating the elections.
In many cases, you'll hear it in some of the other whistleblower testimony that these what is often discarded as a glitch or a malfunction or clerical error are actually design features of these systems according to the whistleblowers.
So they take advantage of the fact that most Americans are not that technologically savvy.
They're going to take face value what certain election officials say without doing any digging beneath the surface.
And thankfully there's a lot of meddling kids out there with some tech chops that are willing to go off and dig beneath the surface and validate the existence of some of this.
And one of the key layers of importance, we know SmartMatic, and as far as the 2020 election, they were only on the ground in the United States under that label in LA County, California,
which coincidentally was the center of gravity for another fraud mechanism around the company called Koenig, where the CEO was accused of sharing personally identifiable information with his friends back in Communist China.
That was with Catherine Engelbreck and Greg Phillips identified that.
So LA County was the only place in the United States back in 2020 that had these SmartMatic under the SmartMatic brand deployed in the United States.
But the SmartMatic bones connected to all the other electronic voting system bones.
And one way of depicting that was this nice little chart put together by Captain Seth Keschel's wife.
And she put together this Liberty Vote lineage because now, you know, Dominion has been rebranded as Liberty Vote.
But you know what?
They all had the same DNA back at the beginning.
They all started with dive old SmartMatic systems.
The SmartMatic bones connected to the Sequoia bones.
Sequoia was later converted into and purchased by Dominion Voting Systems.
And then Dominion Voting Systems was recently back in October rebranded and repurchased as Liberty Vote.
And just to reminder to everybody, that was just a rebrand because anybody who thought that by the purchase of Dominion Voting by this Liberty Vote that we would go off and clean up what was going on inside these electronic voting systems and go reevaluate the code, go off and buy hardware from sources other than Communist China.
Well, I hate to surprise you on this stuff here, but they filed within a month to the Election Assistance Commission for recertification of these machines under the brand of Frontier.
And so, you know, one month is not enough time to go off and reprogram all their software.
It's not enough time to go off and get new hardware identified and sourced.
So I don't think that that purchase of Dominion by Liberty Vote spells anything good on the topic of elections.
And so, just to highlight why this lineage, why this smartmatic DNA proliferating through all these voting systems is so important is because remember those 14 different fraud mechanisms that we just went over?
Well, guess what?
These same whistleblowers identified that they can see those same mechanisms evident in the architecture and components of number one, Sequoia voting systems.
And you pop that up.
So here's one of the architecture diagrams for Sequoia.
You don't have to read all the details.
Suffice it to say, though, all those 14 methods that were identified in the SmartMatic architecture are evident in the Sequoia architecture because they essentially repackaged the SmartMatic system into the Sequoia architecture.
And it didn't stop there.
So when Dominion acquired Sequoia, then guess what?
The Dominion architecture has all 14 of these methods identified in it as well.
So guys, this is the more things change, the more they stay the same.
And that applies to what's going on with these electronic voting systems.
And I would submit that ESNS licenses and has components that are part of this architecture as well.
And the same thing with Hard Intercivic, and who licenses some of these components for their deployment.
And those are the three biggies here in the United States as far as electronic voting systems.
So guys, this is important that we get this word out and share it with people because these fraud mechanisms, and these are just the known ones, these are just the ones that the people that were whistleblowers identified that have been created and used in the past.
You know, you're only pretty much limited by your imagination on what you can do there.
And I'm going to be guest hosting again on Thursday for Mike.
And one of the things that I've done over the past week or so is do a deep dive into the security of these electronic voting systems and treating it through the lens of whether or not these security around these systems corresponds with what you would expect to see for systems that have been designated as critical infrastructure.
And for those of you who don't know, in addition to being a former Michigan State Senator, I'm actually an aerospace engineer.
I worked on the International Space Station.
I worked on various elements of the life support system.
The life support system on Space Station was designated as critical infrastructure.
And there's a level of rigor that goes into that designation as critical infrastructure that we do not see anywhere with these electronic voting systems.
I mean, we're talking about, you know, when I did it for, when I did design work for the space station for Boeing, we would do what are called failure modes and effects analyses.
Essentially, you go through every single component in the system and identify how it could be compromised, how it could break, what could go wrong as a result of that, and how you could mitigate those circumstances from happening.
And you put together contingency plans for what happened if they actually did it.
We don't do that with our electronic voting systems.
Matter of fact, I've issued a lot of FOIA requests for disaster recovery plans, and they're not for public consumption because they start getting into where are we sharing all this information.
They don't want people to know that.
But bottom line is we do not apply the same level of rigor to this, to our election systems, which have been designated critical infrastructure, as we would for other critical infrastructure components all across the country.
So we're going to go into that in a little bit more detail on Thursday show when I backfill for Mike again.
But so, where I'm going to leave you here today is with a discussion of and a little excerpt from what Emerald Robinson has been going over.
And there's one of the investigators that helped obtain the material that's documented in the book Stolen Elections.
And you can see links to that information up at electioncrimebure.com is a gentleman by the name of Martine Rodell.
And he worked with XCIA station chief Gary Burnson to recruit a series of whistleblowers.
So that's how we got these whistleblowers that Sidney was talking about, that Mike has been sharing information around what he's found out about that as well.
And so let's just go show this quick clip here from Emerald Robinson so you can get introduced to one of these great investigators that helped develop this team of whistleblowers.
They understand perfectly all the crime she has been involved and they know where the money is for her, her personal money that she looted from the Venezuelan corruption process and also from the cartel activities, which is primarily their monies in Doha Catalan.
So at this point, the tricky part for this is to President Trump showing strength and force in front of the mafia until the mafia slowly disappear.
I'm sure the Trump, the President Trump team is preparing a transition with elements of the Venezuelan opposition that are pro-United States, that are pro-MAGA, that are willing to do the job of reconstructing the company, the country.
The President of the United States met with the oil industry, representative of the oil industry last Friday at the White House.
And right there, he has his first reality check vis-a-vis the transition.
Most of those companies are eager to go back to the country, but they will go to the country as long as the cartel is completely out because the current legal frame of that country does not allow those companies to go back.

I just want to, one of the biggest questions everybody has is: say, when are we going to see the indictments?
Well, we just saw what's going on with President Maduro, and we saw the lengths by which President Trump would do to bring him to justice.
The Maduro bone is connected to the Venezuelan bone, which is connected to the Smartmatic bone, which is connected to all the problems we're having with these electronic voting systems and the theft of the U.S. election.
So, when people are asking, where are the indictments?
They're coming, folks.
I'm telling you, they're coming.
I've seen evidence of it.
The wheels are in motion.
I just want to give you encouragement.
