Welcome, everybody, to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Colbeck.
I'll be filling in for Mike today.
There's so much going on that it was very difficult to select what we're going to focus in on today, but I wanted to zero in on some things that you may not have heard about.
There are a lot of developments over the weekend in particular, I think you'll find interesting, but there's also a couple things from last week that I don't know how they slipped through the cracks, but I wanted to make sure that we didn't lose track of them.
So we're going to be hitting on a lot of different topics, including an update on Tina Peters, a little discussion around Judge Bozberg and some impeachment papers that have been filed against him.
We're going to talk about Operation Arctic Frost, and we're going to talk a little bit about J6 time allowing.
So guys, there's a lot of stuff to cover.
And within each one of those topics, there's a lot of nuances.
And we're also going to tap into some discoveries that people are making around what happened recently in the 2025 election.
But as usual, before we dig into all that, we're going to start off with an update from DC with the great Allison Steinberg.
Allison, what do you got for us?
Hey, Patrick.
Well, you are right.
There is no shortage of news on this very busy Monday.
And that is the case here over in Congress as well, where we are on day 40 of the shutdown.
Though it looks like we are finally perhaps going to break through this crazy impasse that we've been at for the last several weeks.
We just, there's big votes that happened last night.
Senate voted 60 to 40 to pass a bill overnight, which is the first step in a series of procedural maneuvers that will ultimately seek to end the ongoing government shutdown.
Like I said, this is day 40, the longest shutdown in our nation's history.
But we finally are seeing a massive breakthrough after, I think it was 14 failed attempts now to get the government reopened.
There were eight Democrats that finally joined Republicans to pass the GOP's revised spending package.
This included minority whip, Dick Durbin, Tim Kaine, Catherine Cortez-Masto, John Fetterman, who has repeatedly voted with Republicans.
The only GOP holdout was Senator Rand Paul, who continues to vote with Democrats, interestingly enough.
But ultimately, this new revised package is going to fund the government through the end of January.
It does not include a deal on Obamacare subsidies, which is interesting because that is what this whole fight was about, right?
The Democrats just wanted so badly to extend the credits on the Affordable Care Act, the Obamacare subsidies.
This does not include that.
All it does is guarantee a vote on the tax credits at a future date, which is looking like September 26, September of 2026.
So next year.
So it extends everything for a year.
The Democrats who did vote for the bill say they were able to extract enough, though, enough concessions to get them across party lines, their main issue being reinstating the federal employees that were terminated or furloughed during the shutdown.
So now those federal employees will be put back to work.
And hopefully we can get this passed through the Senate.
We need the remaining votes passed to the Senate.
Then it goes back to the House again and then back to the president's desk for a final signature.
So there's still a lot of work to be done here.
Assuming everyone cooperates, you know, we should see the government open in the next several days here.
But then again, anything could happen.
We are dealing with the crazy radical Democrats.
So you never know.
But it is looking positive for the first time here, Patrick.
Well, it sounds like the folks who are panicking about their Thanksgiving air travel might be able to breathe a little bit of a sigh of relief going into that hectic weekend.
So thank you for the update.
Any other insights as to what they were looking for besides this?
It's kind of like a player to be named later, if you will, with the September 26th vote on tax credits.
Were there any details that you think that they're holding back on what they actually agreed to that they're not making public?
Really, no further details at this time.
I know there's still a lot being discussed.
It was interesting.
Speaker Mike Johnson held a press conference this morning, as he has, you know, every single day of this shutdown, though this morning's presser was much different.
It was very short, very vague, and he didn't take a single question from any reporter after the presser.
So I think there's still a lot of being worked out.
Yeah, he doesn't want to screw up any deal that may be in works right now.
And I got to hand it to Speaker Johnson.
He's been out there out front since the beginning on all this.
And the really weird thing, as we've discussed before, is that all the holdup was in the Senate.
So it was the 60-vote threshold was in the Senate.
That was Senator John Thune.
And Speaker Johnson was the one shaking the trees and making sure everybody was informed as to what was being proposed, what was not being proposed.
And I got to say, that was, I appreciate his leadership throughout this.
Yeah, absolutely.
He really held the line throughout the entire duration of the shutdown and sort of picked up the slack, like you mentioned, from Thune over in the Senate.
We didn't really see much of him throughout this process, but Mike Johnson showed up religiously every day, which I give him credit for, just really trying to set the record straight on the many lies that we've heard from the Democrats repeatedly throughout this shutdown, which ultimately, you know, negatively impact the American people.
They openly said that they're using us as leverage so they can get what they want.
And now, look, 40 days of a shutdown and they're not even getting what they want still.
So it really is just such a ridiculous political charade.
I did want to note that President Trump is recommending now because this Obamacare issue is so riddled with fraud and corruption.
I mean, that's ultimately what these Democrats are fighting for.
And it really doesn't serve us well at all.
This is the, you know, Obamacare passed without a single Republican vote.
This is still what they're pushing to try to move forward.
But now President Trump is calling out the corruption.
He's saying that the hundreds of billions of dollars that are currently being sent money sucking insurance companies in order to save the bad health care provided by Obamacare, he wants this money to be redirected now straight to the American people so that we don't have to go through our corrupt government and give that then to the insurance companies.
It's like, it's so funny because the Democrats always say that Trump is just here to enrich himself and he's so selfish and he doesn't care about the American people.
Well, this is a prime example of Democrats actually fulfilling that role because they want to use our hard-earned tax dollars and give it directly to the insurance companies when it can actually just come back to us.
So I'm really curious to see if we can work something out that would lead us down this new path.
I think we need to come up with some new alternatives, how that would actually work out.
I don't know.
But I did ask leader Hakeem Jeffries about this today.
I wanted to get his thoughts on it.
And he, of course, dodged the question.
But here's what he had to say.
Mr. Leader, President Trump is now calling on Congress to ship the hundreds of billions in Obamacare subsidies from the insurance companies and instead send the money directly to the people.
What are your thoughts on this?
Do you support that?
And is there any action underway to make it?
Donald Trump is unserious about protecting the health care of the American people.
And we've seen that over the last 41 days.
He's unserious, I guess.
I can't tell you.
This is all music to my ears because you probably weren't following me when I was out in the Michigan Senate, but I was probably the biggest opponent to Obamacare in the Michigan Senate and fought against Medicaid expansion.
And this is in a Republican-controlled Senate, I might point out, and also fought against these health exchanges.
So we knew it was a bad deal back then.
And I can't tell you how good it is to start seeing it validated by President Trump and highlighting this one thing that this shutdown did.
It exposed where all the little funding streams were inside the budget, whether it's dealing with the SNAP going to illegals, whether or not it's dealing with the fact that all these Obama subsidies were paying off the insurance companies, not taking care of people's health care.
I tell you, that is a big deal.
And a little bit of transparency, a little bit of sunlight as a result of this shutdown is not such a bad thing.
I think you're right about that.
It certainly is the silver lining.
It's really allowed the American people to see just how deeply rooted the fraud and corruption is throughout our government.
Obviously, we have a ton of work to do.
Massive reforms need to be made throughout every faction of this government, but it's certainly a step in the right direction and seems promising.
So hopefully, you know, Hakeem Jeffries always says he's always willing to sit down and have bipartisan conversations to get this issue reformed.
Well, if that's true, then let's see it.
I would love to see this move forward and the people be in control of their hard-earned tax dollars instead of the government.
I think that's a great place to start.
So we'll see what happens there.
Yeah, I think timeline-wise, I think the Democrats are feeling their oats after messing with the elections on Tuesday.
So they're feeling like they have enough cover to go off and eat crow on the federal budget.
But that's just my two cents on it.
Well, thank you very much for that.
Everything else going on, anything else going on of note there?
Well, I will throw this in really quickly.
It's just a short clip.
But while I was walking with Hakeem Jeffries, or rather, you know, trying to track him down in the halls of Congress, I did ask him because, you know, while we're on the topic of government corruption, we can't talk about it without addressing Nancy Pelosi and her insider trading.
In light of the recent news that she will not be seeking re-election, I did ask Hakeem Jeffries what he thought about this.
There is talks of legislation being put forward to ban congressional stock trading.
So I asked him about that.
Let's take a listen to what he had to say there.
How about this?
Nancy Pelosi's return on her stock outperformed the Dow by 17,000%, ranking in $133 million during her time in Congress.
Donald Trump, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
Do you support legislation to ban stock trading?
Have you ever asked the critical question of Donald Trump and Republicans, who are the most corrupt administration in American history?
Like the guys running a massive pay-to-play scheme, enriching himself and his family.
And you want to show up and ask me a question about a legendary leader like Nancy Pelosi?
Get real.
Giose the way Shakespeare put that was methinks that does protest too much.
So I love it.
Yeah, I wonder how his 401ks are doing right now.
So anyway, thank you for bird-dogging those guys and asking the questions that frankly, give me a break.
I mean, President Trump has been under a microscope and unlike other occupants of the White House, he actually holds press conferences and actually talks to people.
Even the people that he can't stand, he'll take questions from them.
So that should tell you all you need to know regarding where these guys are like Hakeem Jeffries are coming from.
Yep, that beautifully summarizes it all up.
And it just goes to show the hypocrisy.
Every single time you ask him any question, it doesn't matter what it is.
It's automatically Trump's fault.
Without, you know, without any hesitation, it's always Trump's fault.
So there you have it in a nutshell.
Trump, the one, mind you, who didn't even take a salary while he served the great American people.
Meanwhile, members of Congress come here just to enrich themselves.
You just have to laugh at the stupidity of it all.
Well, thanks for shedding some sunlight on what's going on in D.C.
I can tell you winter is coming to Michigan.
So the idea of some sunlight is actually very welcome to me.
So thank you very much for everything you're doing, Allison.
Absolutely.
Thank you so much, Patrick.
Take care.
All right.
Well, I meant to kick off the whole show talking about this, but today, I don't know if you know this or not, it's a 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps.
And I know I'm blessed.
I have a father-in-law that served in the Marines.
And I know as a founder of an organization called the Michigan Armed Forces Hospitality Center, we also call it the Freedom Center.
We were honoring the service of those not only who are veterans, but also those who are active duty and their families out at the Michigan Freedom Center everywhere.
And through that, I've gotten to know some amazing military families.
I was a chair of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs budget when I served in the Michigan Senate and got to know a lot of honorable people in that capacity as well.
And I often say that it's in our military where we're the last bastion of honor and integrity in society.
And I truly appreciate everything that they do.
I am probably one of the best darn leaders that I ever worked under in my whole career was a Marine Corps major by the name of Chuck Peabody.
And so I'm going to give him a shout out here.
He was literally, he was one of those leaders that gave you enough slack to prove yourself, but enough guidance to make sure that you didn't step on any landmines through the course of the day.
And we tackled some pretty difficult problems together when I was working as a contractor with the DOD.
So anyway, I just really come to appreciate the military families and the dedication to service and the honor and tradition.
And the fact that we're here on the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps is a big deal, especially in context of all the information, all the news that's coming out on a topic that is very near and dear to the survival of our country.
And so when you sign up in the military to take your oath of service, you sign up to defend the United States of America from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
And what we're finding over the past few weeks in particular is quite a few folks that could be put into that category of enemies, foreign and domestic.
There's a lot of indictments that have come forward.
We're up to a count of five so far, five high-profile indictments that I think are significant towards stopping what had been the fundamental transformation of America.
And I think it's a perfect way to honor the birthday of the United States Marine Corps because literally over the weekend, so much was happening.
One of the things that happened was actually a pardon that President Trump issued.
It was made public, I believe it was by Ed Martin from the Department of Justice.
And it talked about Trump issuing a pardon on a lot of the people that were targeted in Operation Arctic Frost, which we're going to talk about a little bit later in the show, and included Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and all the alternate slates of electors from all the different states.
And we'll dig into what exactly was Arctic Frost and what's happening in regards to some of these revelations in a little bit.
But also something I missed last week, and I don't know how I missed it, but President Trump issued an anti-communism week declaration last week during election week.
And nothing happened by accident.
The timing's not accidental.
The president knows what he was doing.
At the same time that we've been having no kings riots and protests all over the country that are sponsored by the Communist Party USA, by the Democratic Socialists of America.
And in context of an election last week where an avowed communist was quote unquote elected to serve as the mayor of New York City, the big apple, that is a pretty telling statement to issue that anti-communism declaration.
And I would also go off and highlight that one of the reasons why we have a building naval presence in the Caribbean deals with the communist operations in Venezuela, of course, headed by a cartel led by Nicholas Maduro, but also the fact that they have strategic partnerships with communist nations such as China and Russia and Cuba.
And so this anti-communism week declaration that the president issued, I think it has significance on many different levels and touches in, touches upon a lot of the news headlines of the day.
So speaking of news headlines of the day, one of the things I want to delve into is that people are now citing a series of, you know, now we've had a chance to investigate, analyze some of the data behind the elections last week and in New Jersey and Virginia and California.
And lo and behold, they're finding some statistical anomalies that merit further investigation.
I just want to point out first and foremost out to New Jersey.
Seems like Republicans are going off and analyzing the voter turnout and the voter rolls.
And they found some very interesting things.
If you call item one here, we were talking about some statistical anomalies here where 500,000, approximately 500,000 voters were added to the voter rolls in this election when compared with the 2021 election.
And it should be noticed that this over 500,000 growth in voter population more than doubled the actual increase in the state's population over that time period.
So I know Democrats will probably highlight the effectiveness of their get out the vote procedures here, but I think it merits a further investigation.
New Jersey was one of the two states where the Department of Justice sent in monitors to oversee elections.
And they did, I think it was five counties overall nationwide.
And I think four of those counties were in California.
So there's a big deal that they're investigating what's going on with these elections.
I also want to point out that in California, they did have vote monitors that were sent out there from the Department of Justice.
The Democrats pushed back on that and had a big hissy fit saying nothing wrong with our elections.
You don't need to monitor what we're going off and doing, even though it's a completely non-transparent process in California in particular, where it's 100% mail-in voting, where they are actually nobody goes in and votes at the polls.
Everybody has a ballot sent to them.
And it's very important that there be an audit trail and controls around who gets sent a ballot and who doesn't get sent a ballot and an audit trail as to when they are sent a ballot, where does it go?
So it's all third-person transactions.
So they dug into that.
And I want everybody to understand that there actually is a DOJ investigation into California's mail-in ballot practices.
And so that's one of many investigations that are going on regarding election integrity that we wanted to make sure everybody was aware of.
Something else that happened recently, and this happened late on Friday, and it's important to, especially for a lot of the supporters of Lindell TV, a lot of viewers of Lindell TV, is that there was a memo that came out that was released by Ed Solomon out of Justin News.
And I think it's Ed Solomon anyway.
But anyway, and he highlighted that he had received a copy of an email that was sent, if you could call up that item three, I believe it is, an email that was calling for the release of Tina Peters from the Colorado Department of Corrections and releasing her into the federal Bureau of Prisons.
So this is rumored to be from Assistant Attorney General Todd Blanche at the Department of Justice and sent to the head of the Bureau of Prisons, Marshall or William Marshall.
And so this is a internal federal email calling for the release of Tina Peters from the state correctional system and transferring her to the federal correctional system.
And we don't know exactly all the details behind this, why it's actually being requested.
But a lot of people, such as myself, are assuming that this is a predecessor to getting Tina released into federal custody as a whistleblower.
Because one of the things that Tina discovered during her efforts to preserve the election records in the 2020 election and 2021 elections out in Colorado and Mesa County is that she discovered that.
that the Dominion, at the order of the Colorado Secretary of State, actually changed the voting, the software, the voting configuration, the actual installation of the Dominion election management system server that was being used to run the elections in Mesa County, Colorado.
And she ordered that they be replaced with a new image of that installation.
And in so doing, that would delete, and we have evidence to show support of that, that deleted the election records from the previous election, which are by federal law supposed to be preserved by a period of no, for a period of no less than 22 months.
And so Tina Peters, with her actions, she actually prevented a violation of federal law.
And so there's a lot of folks, such as myself, believe that her actions were merited.
And they actually helped prevent a violation of federal law because she preserved the records.
But instead, the folks in Colorado, Colorado Secretary of State and the Attorney General, they sought to make an example out of Tina for actually trying to preserve these election records on the audit trail.
And they sent her to prison for nine years in the Colorado prison system.
So that is a big deal.
And something else behind this email.
And, you know, that email was sent from ostensibly from Todd Blanche in the Department of Justice to the Federal Bureau of Prisons that was not sent out to the state of Colorado.
That wasn't sent anywhere else outside of there.
Yet somehow it got released to the press.
So there is a school of thought that suggests that this never should have been released in the first place.
And it was done so to harm the possibility of Tina getting released from the Colorado correctional system.
It remains to be seen what actually happens in the wake of the release of that letter.
But I think a lot of folks who are watching Londell TV are hoping and praying that it leads to a speedy release of Tina Peters from prison.
So stay tuned on that.
We'll see how that goes.
Next, I want to shift gears.
And while we're talking about the judicial system, let's dig into Judge Bosberg.
Now, Judge Bosberg has now been the subject of impeachment resolution filed by Representative Gill out in Texas.
And why this is a big deal is that a lot of people are lamenting, why don't we have more indictments?
Why don't we have people in orange jumpsuits?
Why don't we have arrests going on in the country?
And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to look around the country and see what has happened in the judicial system that has been blocking or attempting to block all the actions being taken by President Trump.
And so there's a big case to be made that the Lady Justice no longer has a blindfold on.
She's partisan.
She's trying to ignore the rule of law.
And we want to identify who all these judges are that are ignoring the rule of law.
And one person that jumps to the front of that list for consideration and evaluation for removal from office because he is being engaged in blatant partisan activities from the bench is Judge Bosberg.
And Judge Bosberg, if you look at the Tina, the Gateway Pundit put out an article talking about the impeachment proceedings and the filing associated with Judge Bosberg.
This is definitely a step in the right direction.
And if you just call up the actual impeachment resolution, it has been filed.
And if you scroll out to the end, here's the meat of the actual resolution.
There, Representative Gill is accusing Judge Bosberg of high crimes and misdemeanors, i.e. treason.
And it is hoped that if we get action on impeachment with Judge Bosberg, that we will finally send a message or shot across the bow for any other judges that may seek to legislate from the bench that that is not lawful behavior and they need to be held accountable for it.
Of other note, when regards to Judge Bosberg, You know, he specifically the impeachment resolution was targeting his actions regarding the approval of unwarranted searches and subpoenas of people associated with Operation Arctic Frost.
That's where they finally got the attention of the legislature because they started targeting senators in there.
But Judge Bosberg also was engaged in giving Ray Epps a very light sentence.
He gave him community service and a one-year probation.
A lot of people have been following what happened on January 6th can make the case that Ray Epps was actually one of the individuals instigating violence out at the Capitol on January 6th.
He also, Judge Boseberg, was also involved in ruling against the deportation of Trende Aragua criminals who are all illegal immigrants.
And he was later overturned on appeal.
But he has been showing a pattern of disregard for the rule of law, in particular, a very anti-Trump sediment where he's doing everything he can to block the efforts of President Trump.
So I thought it might be useful to go off and check into the history of one of these impeachments of judges actually been successful and what have they been removed for in the past.
So I just want to give a couple quick highlights here.
First of all, in order for any judge, a federal judge to be impeached and removed from office, it all starts with the House voting with a simple majority to pass a resolution of impeachment for an individual.
That's essentially the congressional equivalent of an indictment.
That indictment then goes over to the court.
And the court in this case is the U.S. Senate.
And the U.S. Senate must vote to punish or hold the impeached party in violation of law with a two-thirds majority.
So it takes a two-thirds vote.
And just for background purposes, right now, it's being a struggle to get to a 60-vote threshold in the Senate.
And we need a 67-vote threshold in order to go off and remove Judge Boseberg from office.
So it's a little bit of a long haul here, but I think there's some merit to pushing through this process and understanding, guys, this is judicial activism is not allowed in our system.
Lady Justice is supposed to have a blindfold.
But here's some historical facts.
The first judge that was ever impeached in the United States was a gentleman by the name of John Pickering.
He was a U.S. District Judge for New Hampshire, and he was impeached and removed in 1804 for drunkenness and unlawful rulings.
Oh my gosh, if we could impeach somebody from unlawful rulings and drunkenness, and by the way, he was drunk in public.
It wasn't drunk during presiding over the bench.
So that's what we used to, and frankly, when you look at the standard in the U.S. Constitution, I forget the exact words, but they can be impeached if they are not exhibiting good behavior.
So it's not a high bar for the U.S. Constitution to remove folks on it, but it is something that points to the fact that we used to value integrity in our judicial system.
And let's see here.
So the total, in total, there have been about 50 as of 2025, 15 federal judges have been impeached by the House and eight have been convicted and removed by the Senate.
And so most of the cases involved criminal conduct, like bribery or perjury or tax evasion, abuse of power or ethical violations.
So everything that we've seen coming out of Judge Boesberg would definitely check the boxes and all those.
So, I'm hoping that this resolution that was introduced by Representative Gil is actually something that can get some legs and not just in the House, but also in the Senate.
But time will tell.
So, guys, when we get back, we're going to dig into one of the areas of judicial health feasance that has been happening.
And it involved Judge Bozberg with some of his subpoena authorizations.
And that is, we're going to talk about Operation Arctic Frost.
So, when we get back, tune in.
We're going to talk a little bit about Operation Arctic Frost.

And before the break, we were talking about Judge Boesberg and some of the fact that we've got an impeachment resolution against him.
There's a history of judicial impeachments in our country.
And overall, there have been about 15 indictments issued by the House of Representatives and eight convictions from everything from bribery, perjury to judicial malprudence, as well as using it as a partisan platform.
And there is significant evidence in support of the assertion that Judge Boseberg has actually used his position of authority as a federal judge to push partisan ideology.
And he's been involved in a lot of different topics.
But one of the topics that's finally gotten to the surface of public awareness is that of the revelation of Operation Arctic Frost.
Now, a lot of times when Operation Arctic Frost is talked about, everybody's going, okay, I hear a lot about it, but I don't know what it really was.
So I'm going to do my best to try to give an overview of what is Operation Arctic Frost and why is it such a big deal.
So Operation Arctic Frost is a code name for a secret FBI investigation that began in April of 2022.
And it targeted alleged election interference related to the 2020 alternate electors and rapidly expanded into sweeping surveillance effort that scrutinized hundreds of Republican lawmakers, their associates, and affiliated organizations.
In other words, this thing is 10 times, 100 times more significant than Watergate ever was with President Nixon.
And so this is kind of a big deal where we had the federal government targeting the opposition party with an investigation that was pretty sweeping and gave them, and furthermore, it was secret.
And one of the reasons it was secret is because Judge Bozberg, when he issued the subpoenas around investigation with subpoenas to AT ⁇ T and Verizon and others, he stated that these, he also issued what was called a non-disclosure order along with this.
So they could not talk about it without being held in contempt of court.
So that was a big deal.
He wanted to keep this under wraps, and that's why we're just starting to hear about it now that President Trump is in office.
And we'll go through the whole timeline here, but it started off as this whole operation started off with an authorization by Attorney General under the Biden administration, Merrick Garland, back in April of 2022.
Also, it was authorized by FBI Director Christopher Wright.
And so both of those folks are probably going to be recipients of indictments in the not so distant future.
And anyway, the initial investigation was spearheaded by a special agent in charge, Timothy Thibault.
Later on in November of 2022, the investigation was handed over to special counsel Jack Smith.
Operation Arctic Frost became public through staggered revelations spanning from 2023 to present day.
And its disclosures have unfolded in congressional hearings, media leaks, and the release of official documents highlighting the scopes and methods of FBI surveillance on Republican lawmakers and affiliates and affiliates in relation to the investigation of the 2020 election.
So as somebody who was investigating the 2020 election for quite some time, suffice it to say, this doesn't settle well with me.
First Amendment guarantees, first of all, right to seek to petition the government for redress of grievances.
So when folks like myself, the alternate slate electors and other folks go off and challenge the official narrative coming out of government officials, that is actually a protected right.
And our ability to express those challenges is covered under the right to free speech as well.
So all these are First Amendment, fundamental First Amendment rights.
And Operation Arctic Frost sent to put a chill on our First Amendment rights.
Here's a quick timeline.
April 2022 is that the investigations commenced.
In 2023, we started getting some early congressional disclosures of this investigation.
And later, what we've seen recently is Senator Grassley in particular, he seems to be the magnet for whistleblowers across the board because people trust him to keep things discreet and protect their identity.
He has made public papers surrounding Operation Arctic Frost, including a list of those who have been targeted by subpoenas.
And of course, Mike Lindell and my pillow have been targeted by the subpoenas.
And so these attacks, this investigation, Operation Arctic Frost, was not a victimless crime.
Weaponizing the government in this manner via this investigation, violating people's Fourth Amendment rights, is not a victimless crime.
They went after Mike.
They went after his banks.
They went after his suppliers.
And if you probably heard Mike talk about it before, they were actually calling up his suppliers for the materials that go into his Giza sheets and making sure, and these were overseas.
The Giza sheets come from Giza.
I mean, this is from Egypt.
These high-quality materials, they were told not to extend lines of credit to Mike and other ways of interfering with his ability to procure materials.
So this is a big deal.
They went off and targeted individuals like Mike and others via this investigation.
And it spawned itself into various state activities in some of these blue states like my own state of Michigan, where the Michigan Attorney General went off and put forward criminal charges against the alternate slate of electors.
Thankfully, that they were later found.
They later dropped the case against the 16 electors.
But I'll tell you, you know, there were people that had serious health issues.
At least one person I know died that was an elector here in Michigan.
There's divorces, there's bankruptcy, stress, health issues all across the board.
This is not a victimless crime.
They were attempting to intimidate people around, to silence them around calling into question the 2020 election.
And me personally, I know for a fact I had two special agents from the Attorney General's office here in Michigan come over to my home in an attempt to intimidate me.
Guys, we're not intimidated.
We know what the truth is.
We're going to keep pressing forward to get that truth out to everybody.
So a lot of the folks who are targeted in Operation Arctic Frost are the folks that were trying to get everybody of the truth out to everyone.
So this is a big deal.
And the fact that President Trump issued a pardon over the weekend is definitely a step in the right direction.
Now, that pardon doesn't help with any of the state activities that are going on.
Like I said, the case is dropped here in the state of Michigan, but it's still active in other states, to the best of my knowledge, out in Arizona and Georgia, if I remember correctly.
So this is a, it should have implications in helping to get those cases, those state cases dropped as well.
So why were they creating such an issue around the 2020 election?
Well, turns out a lot of this stuff that we're talking about here, whether it's the judicial activism, whether or not it's anti-communist day, whether or not it's the these operations or these unlawful malicious investigations that are being conducted by the FBI and DOJ.
It all ties into a grander conspiracy.
And it's becoming very clear that these aren't isolated events anymore.
So Operation Arctic Frost, that is connected to the events and investigations associated with January 6th.
And I just kind of wanted to remind everybody when there's more revelations coming out.
We're going to talk about them briefly today where there's the identity of the January 6th pipe bomber was released and the Blaze has been sharing this all over the place.
We'll go into that in just a little bit.
But what they were asserting in that release was that it was actually an individual who was a former Capitol Police officer and is now currently working for the CIA.
And if that bears out to be true, it definitely ties in with evidence that we've seen of members, officials inside the federal government actively undermining the integrity of our institutions, actually weaponizing government against American citizens.
And that boils down to treason and seditious conspiracy.
So this is a big deal.
And just to remind everybody on J6, part of this distraction around the pipe bomber and also the connection to Judge Boseberg, who effectively exonerated Ray Epps and of any malfeasance, what we're seeing is that there are actors inside the federal government that need to be held accountable.
And I've talked about this previously on Mike's show and in other venues, how we actually have, through Millie Weaver and whistleblower that provided information to her, we have undercover footage of people planning the actual insurrection that led up to the events of January 6th, where they were putting out tactical maps of Washington, D.C., trying to decide who's going to break into the buildings, all that kind of stuff.
Well, the folks that were in these whistleblower videos that were provided to Millie were all federal contractors and federal employees, or for the most part, that's who they were.
And the ones that weren't were part of leftist organizations with ties to Antifa.
So this is a all the different news topics that you've heard over the last few months regarding Antifa, regarding these no-king rallies, regarding these revelations around January 6th and Operation Arctic Frost are all tied together.
So just to remember, a reminder, why January 6th was so important and how it ties into this Operation Arctic Frost.
Remember, the reason that this Operation Arctic Frost was initiated was to target folks like myself and Mike and other meddling kids across the country who questioned the results of the 2020 election.
That's what was going to get discussed on January 6th.
That's what Congress was getting ready to deliberate on on January 6th.
They had the opportunity to go off and object to the casting of any Electoral College votes for any state where there was evidence of election malfeasance.
And then they were going to go off and deliberate on the evidence that was provided and see if it would merit the idea of an alternate slate of electors, for example.
And so the events of January 6th were deliberately put in place to prevent that discussion.
That's what happened.
That's why it was put in place.
And just go through the timeline of events on January 6th.
At 9 a.m., Congress convened for a joint session.
Early afternoon, at 1 p.m., the House and the Senate began to count electoral votes in joint session.
At 1.12 p.m. through 2.10 p.m. Representative Paul Gozar, a Republican from Arizona, and Senator Ted Cruz, Republican from Texas, submit formal written objection to the submittal of Arizona's electoral votes.
And there was a motion to debate the objection for two hours per statute.
And they were allowed to have that deliberation.
So the House managers for debate were Paul Gozar and Andy Biggs from Arizona and Mo Brooks from Alabama.
The Senate managers for the debate were Ted Cruz and James Lankford.
So at 2.15, Congress recesses as rioters breach Capitol Security.
So remember that two-hour debate they were supposed to have?
Guess what?
It got cut short.
All because of people breaking into the Capitol.
And remember those undercover videos?
They were actually debating and going through simulations and training as to who was going to go off and break the windows and get into these government buildings and attempt to take them over.
So you're seeing the Operation Arctic Frostbone now connected to the J6 bone, connected to the Judge Boseberg bone.
They're all connected, folks.
And so what we saw then was effectively an end to all deliberations around the integrity of the 2020 election.
And so in the wake of that, there were a lot of efforts to go off and try to shape the narrative in the media where they were trying to blame Trump supporters for any incidents of violence that were out there.
Meanwhile, there are a lot of Trump supporters saying there are a bunch of people, they were calling them out on video saying these guys are not Trump supporters.
The folks that were breaking windows, Trump supporters were the ones going in and trying to prevent them from breaking the windows.
They were trying to prevent the violence.
And so what we saw here, if you ever saw the movie Wag the Dog, this was a major production of Wag the Dog.
Matter of fact, I think they actually hired a Good Morning America producer to televise the January 6th hearings at the time, if I remember correctly.
And so it was all a movie production.
And they were trying to convince the American people that January 6th was a bunch of Trump supporters that went rogue and decided all of a sudden to act in an unlawful manner and take over the Capitol.
And of course, when we've seen the video footage of what actually happened, that is not the case or Peaceful Assembly and where there were instigators.
It's interesting to note that most of those instigators had nothing.
They were not Trump supporters.
In fact, many of them were actually avowed supporters of Antifa, if not members of Antifa.
So as the media was trying to shape the narrative on this, one of the prime examples of deliberate disinformation campaign in their attempt to shape the narrative was performed by BBC.
So the BBC actually got caught recently and a lot of senior officials at the BBC were forced to resign as a result of it.
They got caught editing the video from Trump statements out in DC prior to the breaching of the Capitol on January 6th.
And so I want to take you to item six here.
We have the post by Eric Doherty out on Axe, and he kind of frames a video here of what the edited version of the BBC footage was and what the unedited version is.
So if you could call that up.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol and I'll be there with you.
And we fight.
We fight like hell.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol and we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.
A little bit of a difference there on what was actually said by President Trump and what the BBC said President Trump said.
Obviously, their edited version highlighted that we're going to go to the Capitol and fight, fight, fight, right?
That's what they're pushing for.
That's not what President Trump said.
Matter of fact, President Trump said we're going to go peacefully assemble.
If you look at the full context of his statements on that day, and they're going to peacefully walk over.
And so I want everybody to understand that this is part of a psyop.
They were trying to get the American people to buy in to a false narrative around January 6th.
And now that the Republicans are in control, both chambers of Congress as well as the presidency, what happened with this January 6th committee?
One of the first things that they did once they found out who was going to be in charge, they got rid of all the evidence of their actions on January 6th.
And I think that's quite telling.
And we'll see where this leads in the end, and hopefully it leads to indictments.
But one of the drama points around the events of January 6th had to deal with the fact that there was a pipe bomb left out of the DNC headquarters where Kamala Harris was actually nearby at the time.
And so it raised concerns about her safety.
And so if you could show this, FBI put out a most wanted poster related to a suspect that had planted this pipe bomb.
And it was very interesting how a lot of the footage of video cameras seemed to disappear around this.
But gradually, some of this video coverage started reappearing.
And it was very evident that whoever it was seemed to be known by some of the Capitol Police officers that were monitoring, protecting these locations like the DNC headquarters on DC.
And it was very suspicious.
And so some folks started digging into this.
And most notably, Steve Baker, who works with Glenn Beck out at the Blaze, he kept on doing investigation, investigation, and he came up with the identity of the suspect that had been floating around and that had supposedly,
according to a gate analysis, a 94% match with an individual that his alleged to be a former member of the Capitol Police Department and alleged to be a current employee of the CIA.
You know, the same organization behind that letter prior to the 2020 election saying that Honor Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.
Here's a note put out by Steve Baker.
But on the heels of him putting out that note, I just want to put it out as a cautionary tale.
And maybe it's because Steve got out a little bit ahead of his skis, as they say, on this out in front of.
And so maybe they didn't want this released yet, but maybe it's not correct that this is the individual that was being implicated in this pipe bombing.
But with the DOJ, Ed Martin came out immediately and stated very, very soon after that was put out, said that these assertions by Steve Baker were false.
And neither himself or DOJ has made the determination that this former Capitol police officer is actually the prime suspect for the January 6th pipe bomb.
So we don't know where this is going.
We don't know what is true or not true at this point in time.
But the thing we do know is that many folks, such as myself and Mike and others, are not going to rest until the truth comes out about what happened in the 2020 election.
And when you see what happened with January 6th, when you see these undercover videos, when you see the discussions and the organization of this Operation Arctic Frost and how they were targeting people that sought to investigate the 2020 election,
you start seeing the fact that not only does this all fit together, but you also see that there was indeed a seditious conspiracy involving federal officials that sought to overthrow the United States government.
And that is a big deal.
And that is why folks like myself and Mike are not going to rest on this.
And by the way, if you want to support Mike in his defense efforts, please go to mypillowtrial.com and make sure that you help support his legal defense.
One of the things I'm working on for Mike is a court exhibit and evidence of all the factual nature of all of Mike's assertions in the various defamation lawsuits.
And I can tell you, right now, my court exhibit is at 172 pages and climbing of damning evidence against those who are against the plaintiffs in this because it highlights that Mike was right over the target on this.
And more evidence in support of Mike's assertions are coming out each and every day.
So, guys, we covered a lot of territory today.
And I just want to remind you: you know, we are right now in a battle for our nation's future.
And I, you know, it's appropriate today is the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps because they are out there to defend our rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
They've been there since the beginning of our country.
And no better way of honoring their service and the continuing the pursuit of the truth about what is going on in our country.
Remember, the purpose of government is to secure the rights of the governed.
That's right out of the Declaration of Independence.
And there are some people that are being caught in trying to subvert those rights.
And those are people that have been caught in the FBI and the DOJ and the judicial system.
The good news is, you know, they're getting discovered.
The evidence is coming out.
Whistleblowers are stepping forward.
Indictments are running right now, last count.
We're up to five indictments that I've seen.
There are subpoenas now being issued against John Brennan, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and their role regarding Russian collusion and crossfire hurricane.
There are the SmartMatic CEO Roger Piñata was indicted on bribery charges.
So there are The wheels of justice are moving.
They're not moving as fast as I, or you, or Mike, or many of the folks listening to this show are seeking to have happen.
But I think one of the key things we're going to have to have done is to make sure we hold one of these judges accountable first for unlawful actions and misusing their judicial authority.
And that's why I wanted to highlight what was going on with Judge Boesberg today.
We'll see where that goes in the upcoming weeks.
But thank you guys for tuning in.
It's scrambled together to try to get you the latest and greatest news that I think other people aren't going to want to touch on, but is important for you to understand.
So I hope it was beneficial to you.
