You ever see this guy with the pillows on fox?
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hey everybody, welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike today.
Mike is out in Washington, D.C. doing the Lord's work, knocking on doors of Senate offices, talking about Operation Arctic Frost.
It's really a blessing that the Biden administration and Jack Smith and his cronies decided to go off and not only target folks like Mike Lindell and the alternate electors, alternate Republican electors in a lot of the battleground states, including my home state of Michigan, but they made the big mistake of targeting sitting senators and sitting legislators in D.C.
And that tends to get their attention.
And so Mike is shaking the trees out in D.C. and understanding what we can do to go off and address what happened in Operation Arctic Frost.
For those of you who don't know, that was a special investigation that was initiated and led by special counsel Jack Smith with the full support of some other folks in D.C. that all this is going to be coming out here soon with the investigation.
But bottom line is they investigated anybody who is a Trump supporter, pretty much.
And anybody who questioned the results of the 2020 election, they decided to make an example out of them.
And Mike probably paid the biggest financial price out of all these folks because they ended up going after the banking infrastructure for Mike Lindell and MyPillow.
They went after his suppliers and threatened suppliers, overseas suppliers.
You know, you hear about his geasa sheets all the time.
Well, they went after his suppliers that were and who were told that they could not accept credit from Mike anymore.
And so they effectively ended a lot of the banking relationships or severely constrained the banking relationships that MyPillow had.
And obviously that's had a big, big impact.
I mean, Mike's had to lay off employees.
And so it's not just Mike that was impacted.
It's all the people that work with Mike and support MyPillow.
Guys, this is a big deal.
So it was not a victimless crime, this Operation Arctic Frost.
And Mike is doing his best to make sure that people are held accountable for what happened there.
In the meantime, I've been doing a lot of work helping Mike in his defense and various lawsuits, in particular the SmartMatic lawsuit.
Right now, I'm working on a court exhibit that is over 170 pages long.
The evidence in support of Mike's assertions around SmartMatic, around Dominion, around all these electronic voting systems is overwhelming.
And it's frankly getting even more overwhelming with each passing day.
So it's tough to nip this all together and just highlight all the information comes together.
So really it's a packaging exercise.
There's no additional evidence that's needed at this point in time.
And it's so I want to make sure everybody understands.
I mean, the whole case against the use of these electronic voting systems in our elections is pretty darn clear.
And it'll all be documented in full.
It's already documented in part.
up at electioncrimebure.com and electioncrimebure.com.
There's an evidence tab there.
You go through there.
I'm going to be, right now there's a bunch of draft pages behind the scenes that are going to get populated that have a lot more information than even what's up there right now.
But guys, there's a ton of information.
And also, I'll recommend a website called stolenelectionsfacts.com.
And that documents Venezuelan connection that's going on that could help explain what's going on in the Caribbean right now with the naval presence that the United States has out there.
If you think it's just about cigar boats, think again.
There's a much larger picture at stake here in Venezuela.
And additional insights can be found by reading the book, Stolen Elections by Ralph Pizzullo.
Also, up on electioncrimebure.com under the evidence tab, you can get additional evidence regarding the whistleblower testimony that was submitted in the appeal of Tina Peters sentencing.
And that has pretty damning information as well.
And it talks about how these machines not only have vulnerabilities, but these vulnerabilities were designed specifically to enable election fraud and enable election manipulation.
And these vulnerabilities have been used to subvert the integrity of elections.
And they provide chapter in verse evidence of that.
And they highlight how the same people that stole elections in countries like Venezuela are now working, running elections using these electronic voting systems in America right now.
And so against that backdrop, federal government's building a case, obviously, against some of these bad actors.
And as part of that, what they are seeking to do is transfer Tina Peters from state prison system into a federal prison system.
And there's evidence that there's a lot of abuse going on right now with Tina.
We want to get her somewhere safe and eventually we want to get her out.
And so John Solomon reported recently that there's some movement towards that end to get Tina at least transferred to a federal prison and get her into, you know, a safer environment here.
So anyway, there's a lot of stuff going on, but I figure we're going to kick the show off here with a interview that Kara Castranova did with Mike Lindell.
Mike, as I said, is in D.C., shaking the trees in D.C.
And Kara and Mike talk specifically about what Mike is doing in D.C. and what progress he's making for the sake of election integrity and how to hold these people responsible for Operation Arctic Frost accountable for their actions.
Hey, everybody, Kara Castranova here at the White House with Mike Lindell talking about so many important things going on and that he's working on, especially pertaining to Arctic Frost.
Can you tell us what's going on, Mike?
Yeah, you know, I spent a lot of time over at the Senate building.
And by the way, when I walked in, coming out of the elevator was Adam Schiff, and his eyes got as big as saucers going, you know, he's probably thinking, I thought we already destroyed you.
What are you still there for?
But we're still here.
And in spite of all the horrible attacks they've done on my pillow, we went through the timeline and went with some senators.
I'm not going to name any names, but we went through some timelines.
And my pillow was started to be attacked in early 22.
And we were debanked through two different banks at first.
And then Verizon, all of a sudden, they got involved and they cut off our text marketing.
So we're losing.
It's just cut off our income line.
And then that led up to, you get up to September of 2022.
And my phone gets taken by the FBI, which we made international news.
And that was a different path here.
I mentioned in there Mike Mesa, Mike Lindell Mesa, and then also MyPillows over here on a separate stream of attacks.
Now with the Mike Mesa, Mike Lindell Mesa, everybody knows what that is, Tina Peters, and the connection with Colorado and the voting machines and Jenna Crooked Griswold, the Secretary of State there.
To me, that's a whole separate attack on Mike Lindell and all the people, great people in Colorado and a lot of others that were involved trying to get the truth out about the 2020 election.
Now, when you go back to my pillow, with my pillow then, these are the things that happened.
They called our vendors, called, okay, or subpoenaed.
Later on, our new two banks were subpoenaed and they left.
So basically we lost four banks because of Arctic Frost, debanked.
Now get this, Merchant Server, where all your money goes through.
We had a two-day, almost a two-decade relationship with them.
They called up and said, hey, we have to put a $5 million hold on your account.
Well, this is money that you pay for pillows that comes into MyPillow's account.
Why are you holding my money?
It's my money.
We have to buy new product.
They wanted to put a $5 million hold.
So obviously we had to react and switch merchant servers very fast.
Cost us a lot of money to switch over.
Then you had PayPal, they wanted to do a $1 million hold.
And then you had American Express canceled this, basically.
Took us from $1 million to $100,000.
This was an all-out attack, but here's one.
Overseas, we have some of the products we have to make overseas, like our sheets, our geezer sheets.
We know there's no weavers or spinners left in the United States.
And we had, we find out from, and I won't even name the company because they continue to get attacked.
But back then, they had to shut us off.
And we said, well, why?
And they said, it was strange.
Our banks were called or subpoenaed.
So called or subpoenaed.
I forget what happened to them.
But they were told by their bank then, because our government reached out to them that they could not do business with my pillow.
If they did, their credit lines would be cut.
So we lost.
They personally lost.
It was like a $10 million account.
Boom, they're gone.
For the last three years, they've been gone.
And we just talked to them the other day and said, as we're gathering information, because now I kept going, how does the same stuff keep happening to my pillow in my company?
Yes, I'm out there about vending, or I mean, voting machines and out talking about that and getting rid of the voting machines.
And so I figured that's why I'm getting attacked.
Well, then, this has nothing to do with the lawsuits with the voting machines, the cancellations in early 21.
But this stuff, all of a sudden, this is 2022 now, as we roll into 2023.
And all of my vendors, it was just like anyone you dealt with then, let's say you had 60-day credit, we need to be paid by tomorrow.
It was just, because then it became, people got scared.
They got scared.
Vendors got scared after all these other ones were called.
And it's just disgusting that our old government do that.
This is the DOJ, FBI, I believe the IRS is involved because also we had the longest running IRS audit ever.
I mean, they just attacked three years ago.
And right now, as of right now, Keith Ellison, the radical Muslim in Minnesota, Attorney General, he's attacked my Lindale Recovery Network.
That was last, that's been a year in September already.
Comes after a C3, which I had put all the money in, to get people off addiction to Jesus Christ.
And this is a full-blown attack by him.
Now, that might be a little different than Arctic Frost, but things keep happening.
The attacks keep coming.
Obviously, their big reason is they want to stop me from talking about these electronic voting machines and getting the paper ballots hand counted.
So, which was another thing over at the Senate building, I talked to them.
I said, you know, we need to do something about it.
We have to secure our elections.
I told him about Dallas County in Texas, which is Dallas County, by the way, everybody.
They went to paper ballots hand-counted in this upcoming primary.
That's a huge county.
This will set a precedent and a prototype that, hey, this is easy.
And it's secure.
And people will trust our elections.
The machines will be gone.
And I'm really looking forward to that.
But because we're tired of getting blocked by uniparty Republicans like in Arkansas and they got spammers calling me.
It's like they always know when I'm doing a good interview talking about machines, you know.
What about the machines?
Somebody actually asked the question, but in a negative way at a press briefing recently, telling Caroline that there's no proof that there were stolen elections or quote-unquote rigged elections, as the president had called them in California.
And is the president still working on that executive order regarding election integrity?
And she said that that is still in the works.
So I don't know what your thoughts are on that.
Yeah, no, it's still in the works.
Our president wants to get to paper ballots hand counted.
He knows this election the other night.
I can tell you straight out, the Attorney General of Virginia was stole.
We've actually got a graph.
I'm going to do a big show probably tomorrow or Tuesday.
But anyway, when I do the show, we're going to show you all of the stuff that was stole in this election.
This guy had Myers or whatever, my Attorney General, I think it's Marais, I don't know how to say his name, but he had an eight-point lead or an 8% in the polling.
Okay.
And it's going perfect like that.
The votes are coming in, and yep, he's going to win by about 8%.
All of a sudden, they flip it with computers and flip the election and steal it.
Out and out, stole it.
And this is going to continue to happen.
All of, look what happened in New Jersey.
I mean, this is disgusting.
And they can say, oh, they don't steal that many of that.
And, well, I think it was, I think it was New Jersey.
They had almost 800,000 more voters.
It's like a historical event of having more.
Oh, so all these names, everybody comes running out with the Democrats.
And he said, no, that's not true.
It's very easy to take a computer and just make it look good to the public or make it look like a landslide.
That it's a big win when, in fact, the other guy won or the other person won.
And you make it, look, it's all about perception.
Well, what's the sense of doing a recount or opening up the machines because he won by so much?
It's all a marketing game they play, and we've got to get rid of the voting machines.
This is what you just seen happen with New York and New Jersey and Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, all these state places that just had these elections.
You guys, this is what they're going to do in the midterms if we don't get rid of these machines.
The machines have to go.
Our president knows that.
He's been saying that for four and a half years.
We need to go to, or five years now.
We need to go to paper ballots, hand-counted, one-day voting, voter ID, and at precinct level.
You do it like we used to do it.
So you got a bunch of people that don't live in your precinct coming in and going, who are you?
Let's see your ID.
And they run back to wherever country they came from, you know.
That's crazy.
And we were talking more just going back to Arctic for us.
What could be done for all the people that were affected, like my pillow, but also so many others that literally got put on these government lists and it destroyed them.
Right.
Yeah.
I don't, there is, I guess there was, this has happened before with the government attack, and they were giving me examples.
And there's also, there's money set up for that.
And I don't know what you have to do.
They're going to let me know.
But as I look down the list there, most of these people were spied on.
I mean, I don't know.
I mean, it's horrific.
It's the most scandalous thing ever in U.S. history, I believe.
But as far as showing a monetary loss directly, that's what my pillow can show.
And it's substantial.
It's like $300 million.
Just, you know, every angle they took and everything they did.
And we can directly correlate, well, we lost this bank.
Here's what it costs in business.
You lost this vendor.
I'll give you one sad example.
We have one vendor, and I'm not even going to say the name or the product, but it's 100% made in the USA.
And they've been around for 80 to 100 years.
It's been like a family-owned business.
And they now just closed their doors because my pillow was their main account.
They used to have, it's 10x lower than it was that we were buying from, and they couldn't sustain that.
You know, it's very sad.
And so it doesn't affect, you know, I did a Made in America summit here once with the president back in 2017.
And as we went around the table, we talked about Made in America products and the companies that were leaving.
And I brought up a snowmobile company that had left one time.
And as we were sitting there, and I was all nervous, I hadn't been in the setting like that.
And I'm going, well, I said like a snowmobile company I'd heard about that left.
It left for overseas.
Well, what did it affect?
It didn't just affect the employees that worked putting it together at the snowmobile factory there.
It affected all these other made in USA parts.
The seats, the screws, the fasteners, the handlebars, everything that was made here.
That's what they had brought about, 100% made in the USA, this snowmobile.
And when that left, it affected like 10 or 15 other companies, all gone, because when that left.
So you look like this, when you destroy a company like my pillow, thank God we're still here.
But when you destroy it, you're destroying all these other companies along with it.
Our own government that attacked us with Arctic Frost, they didn't care.
They called it collateral damage.
It's like blowing up a plane where they want to kill one person and they blow up the whole plane.
This is what they did.
It affected thousands upon thousands of workers, I believe, in this country.
And what Arctic Cross did to my pillow.
And, you know, I'm not going to back off.
I'm going after whatever I can do to get these.
There's a, you know, they've already named people that were behind this and from the Attorney General to Jack Smith and all these, and they should be put in prison.
Do you think we'll see that?
You know what?
I don't know.
And people ask me that about the voting machines, too.
You know, who did this and stole this election in the 2020 election?
You guys, they steal all elections with the computers now.
That's the way it is.
That's why 132 countries have banned electronic voting machines.
We have the worst election platform.
This is how you take a country without firing a shot.
And they almost pulled it off.
And they almost got away with it if it wouldn't have been for the 2020 election.
So for me, Kara, you know what?
Do I hope that they round up all the evil behind this, but it's so vast.
To me, is we've got to get rid of the machines.
That's my number one focus because it's not going to matter.
We're on a time clock here.
We have 12 months till the midterms.
And if they steal that, everybody, it's going to be over.
All this great things our president's doing will be in vain.
And no, on a separate parallel track, yeah, you want to get the people that, you know, you had the big whistleblower for SmartMatic that came out a few weeks ago.
And people always ask me, well, who did this?
Who did this?
I'm going, it is so deep.
It's a spiritual battle of biblical proportions of good and evil.
This goes so deep.
I could, you know, could I name people by deviations that I think are involved, like crooked Brad Rasenberger down in Georgia?
Of course I can.
His behavior and what he's done to the state of Georgia in our country is disgusting.
It's treason is what he has done, Brad Rasenberger.
And you got politicians like that that have committed these crimes.
And do I hope that they all get put in prison?
Absolutely.
I've said melt down the voting machines and turn them into prison bars.
And right now, you know, I used to say we'll have plenty of machines to recycle, but now there'll be so many people or so many in prison.
We might not have enough voting machines to melt down, you know, and because it's so vast.
And then you see, I think there's a lot of them too.
You know, you see judges that are afraid to be the first judge to make a ruling.
We just talked about that the other day that they go, well, like down in Georgia, Judge Totenberg, she, seven years, she had this case where they flipped the election right in front of her with a voting machine in January of 2024.
And this was against Brad Rasenberger, Curling versus Rasenberger.
And you had the little backstory of that.
This went on for seven years.
And it was to get rid of these voting machines and show that they have problems.
And Brad kept pushing it back, pushing back.
Well, we got to keep them for the 2020 election.
Then we got to keep them for the 2022 election.
Well, finally, this judge finally said, you know what, we're going to move this case forward because they argued back and forth for years.
She said, we're going to move this case forward.
So she moves it forward in the fall of 2023.
And she says, you know what?
Not only are we going to move them forward, but if you badmouth the machines or if you question the machines, you're not a conspiracy theorist.
And I'm going, whoa, did you hear that?
A judge said this.
Of course, you don't see that on Fox News or News Mac.
These guys just back off.
They don't talk about anything to do with these election machines or platforms.
But I was very happy.
Then January of 2024, Alex Halderman, he's a cyber guy.
And he was one that was actually allowed back in the day to open up the machines and look in there and see how bad they were.
But he, in front of the judge, took a ballpoint pen, hacked into the machine, flipped the whole election, and he did it twice in front of the judge.
Now the judge is trapped.
And I felt sorry for that judge.
I go, what is she going to do?
Because this is like the mafia days.
Here's what the judge, when she said this to go forward, I guarantee she thought, well, there's going to be nothing to see there.
I'll be able to, you know, let's move this forward and they can show that their machines are just fine and dandy.
Well, now she's trapped.
And I said, this judge will never let this go.
Well, she'll never say, hey, we got to get rid of them before the 2024 election because she would be, you know, it'd be a bad deal for her.
So, and I knew that.
So, here's, here's, think of the organized crime.
Hello, Judge.
You're living with a pretty nice family.
How are you doing today?
You know, I'm sure that you're going to make the right decision.
And I'm even taking what it is because this is how deep this goes.
Now, you go past the 2024 election.
Here we are, and I think it was March of this year.
This judge finally makes a ruling.
You know what it was?
She kicks after seven years, kicks the case out with no standing.
This was Democrats, Republicans.
Seven years she said this had standing, brought it in, went to court, and that's just so a judge can have an out.
And that gave her an out.
And this is where we're at.
You know, you talk about how deep this goes and how bad.
You know, you've seen the murder of Charlie Kirk, the assassination.
But how deep, like I say, this is a battle of evil and good.
And you've got also, you have with the, you know, you go down to Georgia.
We were just talking about this last night, too.
In Georgia, you've got Brian Kemp down there.
They asked me about Brian Kemp.
Is Brian Kemp compromised?
Absolutely, he's compromised, but he's the governor down there.
But here's the deal.
I think he got in over his head.
And once you get in, when you get in with, you get in with bad people and then you do something or you're threatened, you either have to join him or you're in fear.
And I believe that's where he was.
As everyone knows, his daughter's boyfriend got blown up in a car in November, I believe, or December of 2020, blown up in a car and I mean, a bomb, basically.
And then the guy investigated three days later commits suicide.
It's all been closed, like closed up.
You know, they called it a rear end of Fenderbender.
Right.
Mike, thank you so much for joining us today.
And honestly, you know more about these things than anybody else.
So anybody watching, please check out Lindell TV and especially watch the Mike Lindell show at 2 p.m. every day where Mike could really break it down, everything about voting machines, election integrity, Arctic frost, and so many things to save America.
I know you have some important meetings to get into, Mike.
So thank you so much.
I want to quick tell you.
So these guys are doing a great job, aren't they?
Now I think we're the only network at White House, the Capitol, and now the Pentagon.
And don't forget, Lindell TV is publicly traded now.
You go to go get the get involved.
We're going to expand our voice and publicly traded Mike Lindell Media Corp.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Mike.
Okay, guys, you got a bit of an update for what Mike is up to in D.C. with Kara.
And obviously, he's still pressing on getting rid of the machines.
He's also addressing what's going on with Operation Arctic Frost.
But when Mike started talking about how deep this is, that we're the battle we're in the middle of here to stop this fundamental transformation of America by the theft of our elections, it's a big battle.
And for those of you who thought that the election of President Trump in 2024 signaled an end to this tragedy we're working through right now as a country, please think again.
We have still not secured our elections.
President Trump literally made it too big to rig in 2024.
President Trump will likely, very likely not be on the ballot in 2028.
And so we have to secure the integrity elections.
We also need to secure the integrity elections going to this 2026 election cycle.
And here's our biggest problem is that, and here's our biggest handicap.
As conservatives, as People who respect the rule of laws, people who support our Constitution.
We're typically people that want to make government as inconsequential in our lives as possible.
We need to realize that on the other side of the equation, we have people that want to make government as consequential in our lives as possible because that's how they sustain themselves.
That's how they assume power.
They don't do it independently.
They can't do it on their own.
They need government to enable their policy decisions.
And so they are working 24-7, 365 towards that end.
And so I think a lot of us on the conservative movement took a big deep sigh of relief after the results of the 2024 election and then kind of kicked back a little bit.
Not all of us, but a lot of people did.
And meanwhile, we didn't recognize the fact that the left, those behind the theft of the 2020 election and countless other elections, they're still active and they're still at it.
And probably a great example of this is what happened on Tuesday.
And a lot of folks got a little bit of a wake-up call.
Now, granted, there's no huge surprises in any of the election results that happened there.
Democrats sweeped a lot of the races in New Jersey and California and in Virginia.
In particular, we now have a communist in the office of mayor in New York City.
So we've gone from Rudy Giuliani, true hero, to Zorhan Mamdani in the course of about 20 years.
And so that's not a good sign.
And for those of you who thought that it was a matter of getting Curtis Liwa out of the race so that we could block Momdani with Andrew Cuomo, well, even if you added all the Curtis Liwa votes, Mondani still won in New York City.
So before we go to the break, though, I want to highlight something that I've seen as a controversy.
It's popped up from a few of my friends.
We've seen it on social media.
And if you call up the ballot that was evident during the New York City election, a lot of people are taking issue with the fact that Zoran Mamdani's name appeared twice.
And if you look closely, it appeared twice, but it was once under a Democratic Party.
And the other time it was under the Working Families Party, i.e. Democratic Socialists.
Under New York law, and New York is one of two states, Connecticut's the other one, under New York law, you can be listed twice on a ballot.
You can be under multiple parties if multiple political parties nominate you as your candidate.
And that is the case in New York.
So this isn't a case of fraud or anything else.
It's probably, I would submit that it's a bad practice, but it is a lawful practice in the states of New York and Connecticut.
So I say this just because when we're going off and doing our investigations, when we're highlighting incidents, we have to be very careful about spending time and energy on incidents that are real, that are real violations of law.
And that's what I've been doing for Mike.
That's why we got over 172 pages of evidence in support of his assertions regarding SmartMatic and all these electronic voting systems.
That's why these voting systems need to go.
So when we get back, we're going to talk a little bit about what happened in California with Proposition 50 and why that's important and what's going on in our United States Postal Service.
So we'll be right back after this break.
Let's face it, you can't trust Big Pharma.
They've already tried to block ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and raise prices on everything from antibiotics to your daily meds.
Well, there's good news.
All-Family Pharmacy is standing up for medical freedom and helping people get the treatments they actually want.
My family and I use them all the time.
They made it easy and affordable without the runaround.
While other pharmacies are jacking up prices, they've actually dropped theirs.
Ibermectin now starts at just $2 a capsule.
Use my promo code Lindel10 and get an extra 10% off of that.
You need ivermectin antibiotics or methylene blue, you name it, they've got it.
They make it simple.
You fill in a short online form, a licensed doctor reviews it, your medship pass right to your front door.
If you want to be prepared and have your medications on hand, this is your new pharmacy.

Hey, everybody.
Welcome back to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'll be filling in for Mike as he's shaking the trees out in DC and getting to the bottom of Operation Arctic Frost and of course doing his best to make sure that we can eliminate these electronic voting systems as soon as possible.
And ideally before the 2026 election, we need to secure this upcoming election.
If we don't, if you guys remember what happened during the first Trump administration, the Democrats controlled the House and they issued malicious impeachment proceeding after malicious impeachment proceeding.
It was designed specifically to impede his effectiveness as a president.
He was still pretty darn effective as a president his first term.
But imagine what he could have accomplished without that interference and fraudulent interference.
And so it's very important that we get our elections straightened out.
And so along those lines, I wanted to do a little bit of a deep dive into something that has a significant impact on the upcoming elections.
And that was one of the ballot measures that was up for a vote in the state of California was known as Prop 50.
And this Proposition 50 allowed for a temporary redistricting of the seats in California, the congressional seats in California.
And because President Trump has called on a lot of the Republican states to go off and redistrict as well.
There's a court case out there.
It's in Louisiana.
I think it's Louisiana versus Philip College.
And it's on the National Voting Rights Act, and it deals with racial gerrymandering.
And so the president has been very clear about saying that there's been the Democrats have been stealing elections before people even get into the voting booth because of how they have gerrymandered effectively these congressional districts in predominantly blue states for quite some time.
And Proposition 50 was a response by California Governor Newsom to try to push back on President Trump's actions along those lines.
But I'll tell you, it's pretty clear that the Democrats have been slanting the battlefield quite some time, and they do it by documenting illegal aliens as residents during the census.
And so President Trump has directed the Commerce Department to say, we're going to redo the census, and we're going to do it so that all we're doing is tracking legal voters and legal residents.
And so when you do that, they forecast that as many as 18 district, 18 congressional districts will flip from Democrat to Republican in the upcoming election cycle.
And there's another, that case of Louisiana versus Philip Collay dealing with the National Voting Rights Act on racial gerrymandering.
Guys, if that is ruled in favor of President Trump and Trump administration, we're going to find in Louisiana, state of Louisiana, we're going to find out that the practice of these majority, minority congressional districts that have been put in place that are kind of incentivized via the terms of the National Voting Rights Act and Section 2 primarily in that act, as many as 13 congressional seats may flip to the Republican side.
So we're talking, you know, just before people even get into the voting booth, there's a possibility of 31 congressional seats being flipped from Democrat to Republican just by being fair on the apportionment of these congressional districts.
So that's what's at stake here.
And for those of you saying, well, that cry fall on this, just to put this in context, there are the following states have zero Republican congressmen, despite having significant Republican populations.
Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Hawaii, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Delaware.
There's Republicans in all these states, yet there's not one seat, not one congressional seat in all these states that has a Republican representing the people.
And that's because of the way they've gerrymandered these districts.
And I can tell you when I was sitting in the Michigan Senate during 2011 to 2018 time period, we had to vote on reapportionment of our districts, our congressional districts, Senate districts, our state Senate districts, state House districts.
And everybody laments the concept of this gerrymandering, but you know what drives the gerrymandering that occurs in this?
It's the National Voting Rights Act.
And so they've actually created the problem.
And then their solution to that problem is to do what they've done in states like Michigan, where they come up with this quote-unquote nonpartisan board to go off and define the lines and take it out of the hands of the legislature altogether.
And so it's not fair.
It hasn't been fair for years.
And President Trump has taken action to make these people accountable.
Now, there's the following Republican majority states are now going back and redistricting their congressional seats to make it fair and make it so that there's none of this gerrymandering that's been done in the past, frankly, in favor of the Democrats.
And these states include Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, Indiana, Kansas, and Nebraska.
So all these states are reconsidering how they've allocated their congressional districts.
So we'll see how that pans out.
That could mean as many as 31 additional seats with an R next to their name in this upcoming after the 2026 election, which President Trump could use to help on that front quite a bit.
So that being said, in the background with the election in California, you may have recalled that the Department of Justice sent out poll monitors or poll watchers from the Department of Justice to monitor the elections in California and one other state.
Let's see here.
Yeah, mostly in California, four counties in California.
I can't remember where the other county was, but there are two states, five counties.
And the Democrats are all up in arms saying there's nothing wrong with our elections.
It's the most secure election in American history.
You know, the usual diatribe on it.
And they say that the Republicans are just trying to intimidate these voters.
Now, just here's the press release that was put out by the Justice Department.
It's a pretty straightforward press release just saying, guys, we're going there to monitor the integrity of the elections.
And if you call up item two here, and it's just highlighting that it wants to monitor what is going on in the state of California.
And that's under taken by the Civil Rights Division, which is under Assistant Attorney General Harmee Dillon.
So all they're doing is making sure that we have a fair election out in California.
And as it is, California Prop 50 passed by 50% or passed by a margin of 65, 35 to 35%.
But I do think it's important to point out one of the reasons why the monitoring of the elections was conducted is that California is a unique state in that it's all mail-in voting.
If you're a registered voter, they're sent in, and probably if you're not a registered voter, they'll send out a ballot to you to go off and cast via mail.
So everything's mail.
You don't go and vote in person in California.
This is a big deal.
And you may recall that President Trump has made a big deal out of how bad mail-in voting is.
And so it was reasonable that, frankly, President Trump sent the DOJ out there to monitor these elections.
So what was the response of the left-wing media?
Well, pull up item three here.
You know, we had the L.A. Times coming off and saying that the reason that he's putting out these poll monitors is to, you know, tee it up for claims of voter fraud and claim that the elections were illegitimate.
I don't recall any headlines like this back when Joe Biden sent out 500 personnel through his DOJ to 67 jurisdictions in 28 different states.
And so Trump sends out personnel to monitor five counties in two states, Joe Biden, 67 jurisdictions in 28 states.
That's why platforms like Lindell TV are so important because you're not going to hear any of this stuff on Fox News, MSNBC, or CNN.
The hypocrisy that's happening here is amazing.
And so it's important to have news sources like Lindell TV so you can hear the news that you need to hear, not just the news that they want to push out at you.
So the backdrop of this whole Prop 50, backdrop of this, the poll monitor sent out by DOJ is that they are monitoring a state that is completely all in on the concept of mail-in voting.
And mail-in voting is executed in large part by a branch of the federal government known as the United States Postal Service.
And along these lines, I want to bring to your attention some communications that have been put out by Peter Bernager.
If you don't follow him, I encourage you to follow him out on X. Peter has been doing some good work digging into what's going on in our elections across the board.
I first got acquainted to him due to his work on covering the SMURFs and all these small donations via Act Blue.
They were being used to launder money into Democrat politician campaigns.
There's an ongoing investigation by DOJ into that right now.
And a lot of that is due to the efforts from folks like Peter Berniger and also my friend Bob Cushman out in Michigan and also the folks out of Project Veritas and O'Keefe Media Group.
So they've been doing a good job of getting to the bottom of this.
But if you want to, one of the communications that caught my attention that Peter shared, and I want to bring it up, because we're all told that the left wants us to believe that this mail-in ballot or mail-in voting that's all over the United States, but in states like California, like I said, 100% of the voting is mail-in voting.
There was an email sent out by a lady by the name of a postal worker by the name of Susan Takuski out of Milwaukee office.
And when you read closely this email that she sent out, she's asking these election officials for copies of their sample ballots and ballot envelopes.
Why would a postal worker be asking for copies of sample ballots?
I mean, that's inside the envelope.
I might be able to make a case for them to ask for the ballot envelope so that they know what they look like, so they can instruct postal workers to make sure that they get priority sorting and distribution so that they can be counted in time on election day.
I get that.
I don't get why there is any good reason.
There's a lot of bad reasons, but I don't get any good reason why they would ask for a sample ballot.
So that was a bit of a concern to me that I wanted to make sure everybody else was aware of.
And I thank Peter for bringing that up.
But on the heels of that, by the way, that occurred back in the 2020 election.
That was before the 2020 election.
Prior to the 2024 election, there was a letter put out by executive inside the United States Postal Service that they put out this little letter that highlighted that they were going to change some things up a little bit and change some of their operations in support of the upcoming 2024 elections.
And it was a long letter, about 10 pages long.
Suffice it to say, the net effect of the directives that they put into this letter was to centralize the processing and management of mail-in votes for the 2024 election.
Why would they do that?
Why would they just let the normal process for handling mail take effect in the 2024 election?
And then when you see a ballot envelope, just everybody knows what they look like, make sure it's processed and pushed through as with anything else.
Instead, they developed and pushed this hub and spoke model unique to what was happening with the mail-in ballots.
And it just gets the spidey senses tingling.
And because if you want to decrease the number of people that are in on any malfeasance associated with the elections, and you want to, what you would do is centralize the management of those operations so that you don't have to fill in everybody on what you're looking for.
So the idea that they centralized a lot of these operations, for me, just tingles the old spidey senses, if you know what I mean.
And I hopefully the folks out of DOJ are looking into exactly what happened in context of this centralization directive and also keeping in mind why that centralization directive's suspicious in context of that 2020 election note where they're asking for sample ballots.
Certainly seems to me that it tees it up for somebody who wants to run a ballot factory, you know, like we saw in a conference center in Phoenix prior to the 2020 election as well.
So hopefully DOJ is tuned in on that and digging into it.
I know a lot of them follow Peter on his X feed.
I hope they're following it now.
So then it comes to the question where we have President Trump that made a pretty bold statement a while back and said, hey, I want to get rid of mail-in votes and I want to get rid of electronic voting systems.
Well, we're still pressing on electronic voting systems, but let's focus in on the topic of mail-in voting.
Remember that truth that President Trump put out?
If you pull it up, he says, I'm going to lead a movement to get rid of mail-in ballots.
And in the wake of that, everybody's sitting there going, well, how the heck can the president get rid of mail-in ballots?
And, you know, primarily our elections are a state function.
The state legislators are the ones who manage most of the operations around and most of the policies around how do we manage elections.
So what authority does the president have around our elections, in particular around putting restrictions on mail-in voting?
Well, what does mail-in voting involve?
We just talked about it.
It's the United States Postal Service.
What authority does the President of the United States have over the United States Postal Service?
Well, as it turns out, not a lot of direct authority.
And matter of fact, I think it was the Postal Reorganization Act that made sure that the president didn't have any direct operational control.
And instead, direct operational control over postal operations is managed by a board of governors.
And right now, and that board of governors sets all policies in regards to how they handle mail.
They handle everything like poll or hiring guidelines.
They manage expenditures.
Essentially, they have a lot of authority over the day-to-day operations by controlling policies and procedures that are similar to what you saw in that letter where they centralize the management of the operations in 2024.
And so the reason I bring this up around the Board of Governors is that there are currently, last time I checked, four open board positions.
And, you know, you got to make sure that no more than five governors belong to the same political party.
So you have to have a bit of a split.
But right now, there's four open positions.
And it is possible right now for President Trump to appoint three Republican members to the United States Postal Service Board of Governors.
And that would give Republicans a five to four majority on the board.
And they could start developing policies like maybe ensuring that mail-in ballots are handled just like every other piece of mail in the Postal Service.
Or maybe they can even prohibit the distribution of mail-in ballots.
There's a lot of policy options that they may have in context of the Board of Governors.
President Trump doesn't have direct authority.
Board of Governors does.
President Trump can appoint members to the Board of Governors.
So I just want to put that out as food for thought, something to consider.
And I'm going to shift gears just a little bit.
And everybody in the wake of what happened on Tuesday, they're all sitting there questioning the legitimacy of the election, just like we question the legitimacy of the 2020 election, just like a lot of Democrats question the legitimacy of the 2024 election.
So I just kind of want to give everybody a constructive focus for such questioning of the election results.
And I'm going to point them back to ElectionCrimeBureau.com.
And up on electioncrimebure.com, I put together, if you keep scrolling down lower, lower, lower, but I scroll down onto the page, you'll notice that there's a link for a document called the Election Results Analysis Handbook.
And that election results analysis handbook, if you go right there, how do you know if you can trust the results of an election?
Get that handbook, walk through it.
And I'm just going to highlight a couple things that are in here.
And there's a few different phases that you go through when you're trying to determine what the results of the election, because, you know, you first want to find out if there's smoke before you go off and dig into the fire.
You don't want to go off and expend a lot of effort if you don't have to.
So if you can call up a little diagram that highlights the item 11, if you could, the election fraud assessment process.
There's a variety of different phases that you go through.
And the first phase is that of preparation.
And this is something that typically will occur before the election.
And the key things that you want to do before the election, which we could be doing right now prior to the 2026 election, is ensuring that our voter rolls are cleaned up and you don't have illegal voters sitting on those voter rolls.
That's especially important in states like California, where all they do is mail-in voting.
So you have very little opportunity to verify the identity of these voters.
So you want to ensure that the voter rolls only include eligible voters.
There's something else, though, that I think is equally important, and that is ensure that all the instructions that are being issued to election workers and election officials are actually compliant with the law.
So compliant with the state statute, compliant with federal statute, and compliant with the United States and your state constitutions.
Why is this important?
Because I can tell you here in the state of Michigan, under Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, we have found that she has issued unlawful election guidance to election workers.
Now, when these clerks received these guidance, this guidance from our Secretary of State, they assume that it's lawful guidance.
And unfortunately, seven courts have found that Jocelyn Benson has been issuing unlawful guidance to our election clerks.
And this isn't just trivial matters.
This is like, should we verify the signatures of our absentee ballots?
Can poll challengers oversee an election without having any fear of being thrown out?
Because they had the audacity of actually challenging the way a procedure was being executed, which kind of goes with the title poll challenger.
And so this is a major way that Democrats in particular steal elections is that they will go off and ignore the law.
Matter of fact, we even have Jocelyn Benson, her own attorney, on record during a Michigan Court of Appeals hearing saying that she only follows the laws that she agrees with.
And if you don't like that, sue her.
So you've often heard the expression, the price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
That's what it means.
And that's why this first phase is so important, this preparation phase.
We can be doing this right now.
And if you notice, President Trump recently put out a video talking about how we need to fight right now because we're fighting for our lives as a country.
And this is no time to be complacent and hand things off to President Trump and say, you have the ball, go off and get us into the end zone.
No, we got a block for them.
And we got a lot of work to do there.
And that first phase of getting ready for the securing the 2026 election is that preparation phase.
And if you bring up that graphic again, there's a couple other phases.
So once an election's been conducted, you know, you've got a case where now you've got to start collecting all the election data.
And guys, I put down a kind of a rough little indicator down below.
Some of these things are easy to do.
It means it's like little effort.
Some of these things don't cost much.
Some things cost some money.
So like I said, this whole democratic process is not free.
There is a price to be paid, and nobody knows that better than Mike Lindell.
So the next phase is collect and obtain all these different records, which can be a challenge in and of itself because a lot of the FOIA processes are abused, but you got to be persistent.
Once you've got all that data pulled together, you've got to go off and analyze it.
So you go off and see if there are any indications of smoke, if you will, on the election results.
And if so, that's when you go off and invest additional resources and effort into conducting an investigation.
By the way, that means doing more than a stupid recount.
You got to go off and do a full audit, full forensic audit of all the election records to have any indication that an election was conducted in a viable manner.
And then the last phase is remediation.
So now that you've uncovered all this malfeasance potentially, you got to have justice done.
You have to have accountability.
And that's what we're still looking for, frankly, around the 2020 election.
But to give you a little bit of hope on that front, good friend of Mike Lindell and myself and many other meddling kids across the country was recently hired as a special government employee by the White House.
And that's Curt Olsen.
He's a former Navy SEAL, a JAG lawyer.
And he's been directed to investigate and build a case for what happened during the 2020 election.
So there's a lot going on, folks.
Be of good cheer.
There are a lot of people doing good work.
This Operation Arctic Frost appears to have thawed some of the legislators up in D.C. to the idea that maybe our elections do need some work because Mike is shaking the trees and making sure they're aware of everything that happened there.
Because in that Operation Arctic Frost, they targeted these alternate elector slates in states like Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, and made their lives miserable.
People have died as a result of this.
There have been divorces, illnesses, all kinds of stuff as a result of the stress they put people through here.
And that's nothing compared to the stress they're putting a lot of people through when they steal an election and enact some of these policies that destroy America and fundamentally transform it.
The good news is there's still people out there like Mike Lindell, like the viewers of Lindell TV, the meddling kids that are out there doing the research.
We applaud you.
We thank you.
And when we tune in next week here, we're going to have much more to talk about on not only a topic election fraud about, but also about what's making America great.
