My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest to my pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Hey, everybody.
Welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'll be filling in for Mike today.
He's got some last-minute efforts associated with the SmartMatic v. Lindell defamation suit that he's got to deal with here.
So while he's taking care of that business, I'm going to take care of this business and keep you informed as to the latest events that are happening across the country today.
And as usual, we're going to kick things off with an update from D.C.
But after that, we're going to go in and look at an indictment scorecard.
We're going to go over some aspects of the SmartMatic v. Lindell case, and we're going to talk a little bit about Operation Arctic Frost.
So, but we're going to kick things off with our good friend Allison Steinberg from D.C. Allison.
What kind of updates you got for everybody here?
Well, the big update here on Capitol Hill is that it is day seven of the Democrats, day 27, excuse me, of the Democrat shutdown.
The insanity does continue here, unfortunately.
And now the Republican leaders in this scenario are really highlighting just how devastating this shutdown is to the American people.
We're really starting to feel some of the impacts of the fallout of this shutdown that is unfortunately being dragged out by the likes of Chuck Schumer and senators, the Democrat senators who continue to vote to keep the government shut down.
As we know, 53 Republicans vote yes to reopen the government.
And then we have three Democrats voting with those Republicans to keep the government or reopen the government.
We can't seem to get those additional five Democrat senators to come around.
They've now voted 12 times, which is the second longest government shutdown in U.S. history, the first longest being 35 days.
Like I said, we are at 27 days.
So we're rapidly approaching breaking that timeline.
And as far as I know and I'm hearing, the end of the shutdown is not anywhere anytime soon happening.
It's sounding like it's going to continue to drag out, which is very unfortunate because now we're hearing that nearly 42 million Americans who receive SNAP benefits.
This is basically food stamps, supplemental nutrition assistance program, are not going to be receiving those benefits.
So, you know, programs like this have historically been supported largely by Democrats.
And now Republicans are pointing the finger back at Democrats for keeping the government shut down.
And in turn, now 42 million Americans will not be receiving those food stamp benefits.
So, this could be very devastating in addition to the fact that now we know our military members, our troops, essential federal employees, air traffic controllers are not going to be receiving paychecks either as this shutdown drags on.
It's going to be pretty rough out there.
There was a press briefing this morning with Speaker Mike Johnson, who invited the small business administrator Kelly Loeffler in to speak and talk about how the shutdown is impacting small businesses.
She says 6,000 small businesses loans have been blocked just since the shutdown started.
$4 billion in Main Street Capital is frozen.
Thousands of federal contracts are halted.
And local businesses are collapsing, sadly, because many of them depend on these business loans, which are basically frozen now since the government shutdown has been enacted, thanks to the Democrats.
So the fallout, again, is really reaping some negative repercussions on the American public.
And unfortunately, like I said, I don't think the end is anywhere in sight.
They are going to continue to drag this on to carry out their political charade in trying to get this $1.5 trillion wish list of demands that they are continuing to fight for and using the American people as leverage in the process.
It's very sad.
Yeah, what I find truly amazing is that they're open about the fact that it is going to cause pain and it's going to cause pain to people that can least afford to have that pain.
Like you're mentioning, the recipients of the SNAP benefits, but they say it's all for the good of the cause, essentially, is what they're trying to make the case for.
And really, they're targeting their own constituency, which is really startling.
I mean, you'd like to think that Democrats are going to be very challenged to keep any of their seats in the upcoming 26 election with this strategy, but let's see how this unfolds.
Has there been any indication that there's a willingness to go off and examine the closure vote threshold, the 60 votes in the United States Senate as a mechanism for getting over this?
That's a great question.
And I really wanted to ask Speaker Johnson about that this morning.
I didn't get the opportunity, but we do know, interestingly enough, that Democrat Senator John Fetterman has been very vocal about a carve-out for the 60 votes to get the government reopen.
He's saying don't go full nuclear and change the filibuster rule, but just simply make a carve-out so that we can avoid shutdowns in the future and right now.
So that could theoretically be a way around it.
I know when I did ask Speaker Johnson about nuking the filibuster entirely, he was very much opposed to it.
He said that paves the way ultimately for a Marxist takeover.
And so that's a very negative precedent in the future for Democrats.
But I guess the argument is, you know, Democrats are going to, you know, be as insane as they are and they'll probably, you know, not care about any of these rules if and when they're ever back in power.
So I don't know.
Do we beat them at their own game or do we try to retain morals and responsibility here and do the right thing?
That has been the way of the land for decades, right?
So I don't know.
It's an interesting one, but I would like to ask him about that carve-out that John Fetterman keeps talking about.
Is there any has there been any discussion?
I mean, Speaker Johnson's the one who's most vocal on the topic of the shutdown.
Senator Thune, who's at the heart of the culture vote controversy from my perspective.
I mean, he's a Senate majority leader.
He's the one that puts it up for a vote or doesn't.
He's kind of quiet.
And now Speaker Johnson's doing a great job messaging this about what's really happening and holding people's feet to the fire.
But Senator Thune's been very, very quiet.
And so I don't know.
I'd like to see more pressure applied to Senator Thune.
He's the one who's got to start asking answering questions from the threshold.
And I'm amazed by Senator Fetterman calling out that carve-out option here.
I mean, just a couple of years ago, I would never have thought Senator Federman would be the voice of reason coming out of the Democratic Party.
But I'll tell you, I've been pretty impressed by the guy.
I'm with you.
It's been pretty amazing to see it.
Like you, I never thought I'd agree with him on anything.
I mean, when he first came on the scene, he was just, you know, a radical leftist that I just, you know, couldn't find myself having any respect for with his attire.
But now I look forward to seeing that large, ogreish man with his sweatshirts in the halls of Congress because I always look forward to hearing what he has to say.
He's like the only voice of reason on the Democrat side, which is why they're now threatening to primary him.
I mean, there's a huge chasm happening within the Democrat Party and John Fetterman.
I hear Democrats in the halls of Congress talking all about it all the time, that they're very upset with him, that he strayed away.
So it's so strange right now.
We're in this time period where it's like one way of thinking or you're out.
You're a far-left communist, or I guess you're a Republican at this point.
Maybe John Fetterman should perhaps consider joining the other side because I think at this point we have more in common.
Yeah, well, I applaud Speaker Johnson for how effective he's been at communicating what the core issues are.
And I had the opportunity of meeting him and his family.
And he takes a lot of heat because of the position that he's in.
And a lot of people, like from our perspective, really want to see him put the screws to the Democrats and a lot of issues.
But I'll tell you, I've been pretty impressed by him and how he's handled himself.
And I think we've got a good speaker there.
What I'd like to see is a little bit more forward lean, if you will, coming out of our Senate Majority Leader, John Thune.
So anyway, but I've always had issues with Senate majority leaders.
So I guess that's an issue I have.
But anyway, well, thank you very much for the update.
Anything else going on particularly?
You know, we're trying to find out a little bit more information.
It's been kind of quiet regarding the two aircraft from USS Nimitz out in the South China Sea.
And they both went down within minutes of each other in a mysterious crash out there.
And I don't know.
For my time in the Michigan Senate, we were given tours of TACOM, and there was an MRAF facility there and like a Humvee facility where there were cases where the electronics in these vehicles now can get hacked.
And I'm just hoping when you have two crashes that close to each other and with us heavily dependent upon electronics in particular from adversaries like China, and this occurred in the South China Sea, I get a little nervous.
So I'm waiting for somebody to rule out that it had anything to do with any sort of subversion of the electronics in our military equipment.
So if you hear anything like that, please let us know.
Absolutely.
I'll keep an eye and an ear out for you.
I haven't heard anything thus far, but I will certainly let you know if I do.
Yeah, and kudos to Lindell TV, as we're one of the only news organizations that has access to the Department of Defense now because all the other quote-unquote mainstream media, if you will, they were lying about, frankly, the terms of the new policy on the Department of Defense that was put out by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.
He said, you know, before any of our government contractors or employees talk to members of the media, we got to have a talk.
We got to make sure it's authorized for release.
And it's that same policy that you'd find in any corporate entity, frankly.
And the media was trying to make it seem like they were trying to get Hegseth wanted approval of all their articles before they went out.
And that's not the case at all.
He just wanted to make sure that statements of government employees were approved before.
The press could lie about whatever they wanted to lie about.
They'd be held accountable in the court of law or whatever afterwards.
But they wanted to stop the leaking coming out of the Department of Defense with anonymous sources that were detrimental to America's interests.
Absolutely, which I don't think is that big of an ass considering these leaks really are a national security issue.
And it's an honor and a privilege for the press to be there.
So the least they can do is respect these rules, which I guess they obviously had enough of a problem with that it led to the massive walkout that we just saw.
But I think it's great.
I think it paves the way for an exciting new time where the real news can get in there and get the truth out.
We don't mind complying with the very sensible and logical rules that the Pentagon has put forth.
So we're excited to be there.
And I hear there's a lot of exciting stuff coming in the near future in November.
They've got quite a bit planned there.
So we will be there and giving all the viewers all the updates straight from the Pentagon.
So exciting times ahead.
It's very important times.
I mean, everything that's going on with the battle group out in Caribbean off the coast of Venezuela, that's only going to heat up.
They're talking about sending out the USS Gerald Ford out there now.
That is a big deal.
So there's a huge presence going on and Lindell TV is going to be at the center of it.
Do me a favor, make sure you get a good parking spot from all the other folks who don't need it anymore near the Pentagon, okay?

And now we're going to continue on to some other topics of interest to folks.
So thank you, Allison.
Guys, we wanted to go over at the top of the show, we were talking about some of the things we're going to dig into.
And one of the key topics that everybody wants to talk about whenever I start sharing all the evidence of election fraud that we have, whenever we talk about all the games that are being played inside the Beltway with Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray and James Comey and all this stuff, they always say, yeah, fine, but when are we going to start seeing some people put in jail?
And so I, you know, all this summer I had to deal with the discussions like that.
I said, tell you what, September and October, we're going to have indictment palooza.
And sure enough, what has happened in September and October is that we've got our first series of indictments that are rolled out the window here.
And if you could call up the active indictment that we currently have in place right now, the first domino that fell was James Comey, and he was indicted for making false statements to Congress and obstruction of congressional investigation.
This is a big deal.
This is dealing with crossfire hurricane.
And it does not preclude more serious charges later on.
It looks like what is happening with the Department of Justice is that they're tippy-toeing into the water and seeing what their defense arguments are going to be in this and using discovery on these charges to open the door to more serious charges down the road.
Remember, James Comey is a former, officially a former sympathizer with the Communist Party.
Barack Obama appointed him to head up the FBI with that wonderful resume.
And I should also point out that Barack Obama also appointed John Brennan, who was an avowed communist, as a director of the CIA at that time.
So I think all these roads eventually are going to listen, lead to Barack Obama down the road here.
But so James Comey was just the first of the indictments.
And the next indictment that popped up came up with Letitia James.
And essentially, one adage that I've always said, if you want to understand what the Democrats are doing that's illegal, just look at what they're accusing the Republicans of doing.
And this is case in point.
Letitia James was famous for charging, indicting, and convicting President Trump of bank fraud of fraud around a loan that he had taken out and paid it back.
There was no issues.
There was nobody harmed in it or whatever, but she thought it fit to go off and target him.
And that's what she actually made it part of her campaign platform was the indictment of President Trump.
Well, now the old boomerang effect is in place because it turns out the reason she was such an expert on the statutes dealing with bank fraud was the fact that it appears that she was guilty of the same infraction she was accusing President Trump of.
So Letitia James was domino number two, as I like to say, in the indictment Palooza.
Coming up right on the heels of that was John Bolton, former director of the NSA under President Trump during his first term.
And he's somebody that was accusing President Trump of mishandling sensitive documents.
Guess what?
He was indicted for improper handling of classified documents.
And then we've seen all these protests happening all across the country.
We've seen Antifa in the middle of it.
We've had people investigating the funding streams for Antifa, and they've traced it back to folks like George Soros.
Well, we've had two indictments now issued against members of Antifa, and the two members were involved in the assault on a Texas detention facility, were shot for fired.
And so those are our first two indictments along the lines of Antifa.
And then most recently, one of the most recent indictments that was issued dealt with Roger Piñati, which deals specifically with a topic we're going to talk about in just a little bit, which I think is very important, which is the SmartMatic v. Lindell case.
But Roger Piñati was the SmartMatic president and COO, and he was indicted on bribery and money laundering charges related to elections.
And these were elections in the Philippines.
But he's also in charge of SmartMatic's operations in the U.S.
And this is a big deal.
And it frankly should color the lawsuit against where SmartMatic is a plaintiff against Mike Lindell and my pillow as defendants.
It should start painting in the appropriate light is that this all these SmartMatic as a company here has more business operations that it engages in beyond just deploying these electronic voting systems.
And as the allegations in the Philippines and in the U.S. indicate is that this is a much, much deeper web of apparent corruption than just flipping a couple of votes in an electronic voting system.
And it's good to see this information finally starting to get the light of day.
So those are all the active indictments that are out there right now.
But I have a feeling there's quite a few additional indictments that are in the queue.
And I think President Trump recently kind of gave us a little bit of a clue as to future indictments.
And he was talking to the media about and put out, as he usually does, breaking news for President Trump comes out of his posts on True Social.
And one of these posts dealt specifically with the corruption that was found in the NBA where they were fixing games.
And it was a whole network and it was tied to other corrupt activities associated with it.
And if you could call up the President Trump's truth there, he went on beyond the NBA discussion and then started highlighting how, well, that's one for the next one.
But there was an NBA, anyway, Trump put out a tweet or a truth out in the NBA.
And with it, he associated with, he highlighted how corrupt the 2020 election was and how it was rigged.
And then he followed it up with the truth that we just saw there, where he started listing all the people that were involved in the alleged rigging of the 2020 election.
And if you could pull that up a little bit, at the top of the list is Christopher Wray, Special Counsel Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and other, as he says, crooked low lies from the failed Biden administration who all signed off on Operation Arctic Frost.
And this and President or Senator Grassley, Chuck Grassley, actually released a memo showing all these actors involved in that particular operation.
I just want to clarify to everybody.
Operation Arctic Frost is an informal name for an FBI investigation that was initiated in April of 2022.
And it allegedly just targeted phone metadata.
But as we've seen from some of the documents, excuse me, some of the documents, what we've seen is that they actually went after the bank records of some of the targets of this investigation, including my pillow's bank records.
Excuse me just a second here.
I honestly don't know how people in the media can avoid taking those drinks of water during the middle of the broadcast.
I've never seen that happen on air, except for me for some reason.
But anyway, that's the throat's a little dry.
So anyway, so this Operation Arctic Frost is a big deal.
And when you see the letters authorizing it, it had to go up to Attorney General Merrick Garland from the FBI.
Chris Ray sent this memo to Merrick Garland because he needed the approval of the Attorney General in order to investigate this because it was classified as an SIM investigation, which means special investigative matter in FBI parlance.
And so what it really outlines in that memo is it talks about how it was targeting anybody who questioned the outcome of the 2020 election and wanted to investigate it.
That's why Mike was targeted.
That's why Turning Point USA was targeted.
That's why President Trump was targeted and many others.
So much for that First Amendment right to seek redress of grievances, right?
So they said that we were trying to manipulate the election outcome.
No, well, we were trying to make sure that the correct election outcome was actually put in place.
And so they used this.
They were kind of building off of the fake investigation of the January 6th Committee and were feeding off of all the same recycled mismatch of information here that was deliberately trying to deceive the American people into thinking that the 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Fact of the matter is, it wasn't.
There's a lot of evidence in support of the assertion that it wasn't.
We're going to go through some of that information later in the show and go through it.
But in the meantime, I encourage you to check out the start of the compilation of this evidence.

And one of those sets of evidence is under a tab called Stolen Elections Facts.
And it's highlighting a book that was done and released recently by Ralph Pizzullo.
And it features the results of an investigation by two investigators, Martine Rodil and also Gary Burnson, who's a former Latin American station chief.
Actually, I think he was a station chief for Bolivia.
And in it, they highlight a boatload of evidence that is obtained by them doing a professional investigation where they first started the investigation by identifying insiders that could be used as whistleblowers.
And they actually recruited over a dozen of these whistleblowers.
And so while folks like myself and other, what I call meddling kids across the country, including Mike Lindell, we're forced to look at information from the outside and then try to look in and see how the election was stolen in many cases.
The folks that were recruited by Gary Burnson and Martin Rodill, they were actually the ones engaged in the system that was used to steal elections.
And they were able to provide us with chapter and verse.
And if you go out to, and there's going to be more information being posted there as I am able to do so, audit that electioncrimebure.com.
But there's a lot of information that I encourage you to read for yourself and also share with your friends and family and make sure that they're aware of it.
Because a lot of people are still buying the lie that the 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
And I'm telling you, President Trump knows that that is not true.
And if you just take just a cursory look at a lot of his truths that he's been posting over the course of, frankly, the last few years, but even, you know, quite aggressively, while he's been in office this time, he's highlighting that we've got the goods.
They can't hide from what's coming.
And so when we kicked off with that list of indictments, please understand that that list of active indictments that we have is only the beginning.
More and more of these dominoes are going to be falling.
And it's just a matter of time and getting the right people in place.
And frankly, it's a matter of packaging the evidence and releasing it to the American public in a way that can be digested in a way that makes sense to everybody.
Because I'll tell you, in the wake of the 2020 election, I was drinking from a fire hose with all the information people were providing me around how the 2020 election was stolen.
Some evidence didn't pan out.
Some was real.
And the whole process of sifting through what was real, what was not real, what was significant, what was insignificant, that takes time.
And when you don't have the full power of the tools of the federal government to go off and support you in those investigations, it takes even longer when you're from the outside looking in.
What you'll see in that stolen elections facts or stolen elections book, and then there's also a website called stolenelectionsfacts.com that has a lot of findings that were in the book.
If you go to those two sources, which you can all get to from the Mike Lindell's ElectionCrimeBurer.com website.
But all that information, guys, is corroborated.
It's valid.
It's real.
And it's going to become real important in the upcoming months as these indictments start going to trial.
And when they start going to trial, you're going to start seeing a lot of this evidence bubbling up and going, why didn't NBC talk about this?
Why didn't ABC talk about this?
Why didn't CBS or Fox News or MSNBC or CNN?
Why didn't any of these so-called news organizations share the information that's being released in these court proceedings here?
And they're going to be forced to answer those questions or they're going to be losing viewers or perhaps a little bit of both.
So I'm going to take a quick break here right now.
When we come back, we're going to start walking through some key tenants of that defamation lawsuit.
And it's important today because, and this is why Mike is not on the show today, is that this is the final day to file the appeal of the ruling by Judge Jeffrey Bryan that he issued back on September 26th without a trial, where he stated that Mike Lindell had committed defamation against SmartMatic.
And the evidence, I believe, is pretty clear that that is not the case.
And we're going to walk you through why that is so right when we get back from this break.

Hey everybody, welcome back to the Mike Lindell Show.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm guest hosting for Mike today as he's busy filing the final appeal for his SmartMatic versus Lindell and MyPillow defamation suit.
So he's working on the paperwork.
Today's the deadline.
And if you recall, back on September 26th, Judge Jeffrey Bryan, without a trial, issued a ruling that held Mike Lindell and SmartMatic, I mean, and MyPillow in they held them guilty of defamation.
And it's startling for me as an outside observer looking at everything that's going on with SmartMatic, including the indictment we mentioned early on, including all the evidence that we found coming out of stolen election facts or out of the Antrim County reports or Mesa County reports.
It's just amazing to me that the judge could issue such a ruling.
But so I figure it might be good for us to take some time today to actually inform everybody here as to what are the core assertions that were made by Mike that SmartMatic took issue with.
And let's just walk through some of the evidence that we have in support of those assertions.
So here's what we got.
So when you look at the actual court filing that was submitted by SmartMatic, they issued a list of 51 separate statements that were made by Mike regarding that touched on SmartMatic.
And these 51 statements, for the sake of brevity, could be organized effectively into three basic groups.
So group number one is that SmartMatic DNA has been found in other electronic voting systems.
Core assertion number two that Mike made was that the SmartMatic vulnerabilities have enabled election theft.
And then the last assertion is that not only did they enable election theft, but elections have been stolen using these vulnerabilities that were identified previously.
So these are kind of the three core assertions that are at issue in this SmartMatic v. Lindell case.
And I just want to walk through some of the evidence that's been found that you hopefully will start seeing soon in the court documents filed in support of Mike's position on this.
And his position is that everything that Mike has stated regarding SmartMatic is truthful and supported by the evidence.
And so there's a lot of this evidence been suppressed.
You can't get it out there.
We've gone over this in previous shows where there was actually a deliberate censorship activity that prohibited people that had evidence of election fraud from sharing their views, sharing their evidence.
And that was exposed actually by Congress.
And the Weaponization of Government Committee put out a report on an organization called the Election Integrity Partnership, which was a consortium of big government.
So the folks at CISA, the folks out of the State Department in an organization called the Global Engagement Center, and the EI Isaac Centers, which was ran by a NGO called the Center for Internet Security, because nothing says security for electronic voting systems that we're told are not connected to the internet, then to contract with an organization called the Center for Internet Security to actually secure those elections.
So, yeah, that happened.
And so these federal organizations in direct violation of our First Amendment rights, the Bill of Rights, they were actively engaged in suppressing the free speech and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances guaranteed in the First Amendment.
They were working with universities and other members of what the EIP called, the Election Integrity Partnership called civil society.
And then they were also working in collusion with big tech.
We're talking about Twitter at the time under Jack Dorsey.
That's the Elon Musk era.
Also, Zuckerberg, Mark Zuckerberg, the guy who gave hundreds of millions of dollars in support of a manipulation of election results in the 2020 election, allegedly through his CTCL contributions in particular.
And then also you had big media.
They were all involved as key stakeholders in a group called the Election Integrity Partnership.
And that partnership's net effect was to suppress the release information that I want to be able to share with you here today.
So there are a lot of investigations that occurred all across the country.
Probably one of the first investigations that hit the airways was around Antrim County.
And we're going to have a dedicated, matter of fact, it's already live right now up at electioncrimebure.com.
There's a dedicated section just on the Antrim County results.
So I provide a little highlight of some key snippets of findings that were found there.
But more importantly, I provide links to the actual evidence so you guys can read it for yourself.
And you'll see actual court exhibits in support of a lot of Mike's assertions that he was talking about in context of SmartMatic case.
You also find that in the Mesa County report.
And once again, there's a tab up on the Election Crime Bureau site that connects you to all the reports that were obtained from examination of the Mesa County images that were secured by Tina Peters, who's still in prison, serving a nine-year prison sentence for preserving access to election records.
And so it's a big deal.
Everything we're talking about, all this different evidence that's out there, you should be hearing about it.
But now, because of lawsuits like the one of SmartMatic v. Lindell, none of these media organizations like Fox News or anything want to touch this topic.
They won't talk about what these machines have done, what the evidence is in support of assertions around the machines.
They won't talk about it at all.
And, you know, Fox News got sued.
They settled before they didn't want to go to trial on it.
They didn't listen to the evidence that was being provided to them.
Their corporate lawyers at least didn't.
Their corporate counsel didn't want to listen to the evidence being provided by Martin Rodilla and Gary Bernson.
So this is kind of a kind of a big deal that we're able to share this information.
And that's one of the reasons why Mike is so aggressive and why he went off and put in place Lindell TV so we could actually share information about what happened that you're not able to get on these other networks because they're afraid to go off and talk about it.
So we're not afraid.
We're going to go off and share the information that we have and it's up there on electioncrimebure.com website and you can dig into it.
But I specifically want to go into the evidence that we found around that was provided by these insiders that were recruited by Martine Rodel and Gary Burnson.
And that is found at the stolen electionsfacts.com website.
So you can pull that back up again.
I just want to highlight a few of the snippets that if you actually read the book called Stolen Elections by Ralph Pizzolo, you'll find these assertions.
You'll also find on a website called stolenelectionfacts.com.
But as you roll through this, I just want to highlight right at the beginning here, why this is so important, is that right out of the gates, they're highlighting that enemies of the United States, including Venezuela, Cuba, China, and Serbia, have been determining results of elections in the United States since 2006 through the use of electronic systems that they have developed.
And using these systems, they now manipulate the results of elections in 72 countries around the world.
That is a very big statement.
And I want people to dwell on that for just a little bit before we skip on to the next one.
Guys, what we found is that it's a lot easier for these guys to steal elections, change governments, assume power by using these electronic voting systems than it is via the traditional method of taking over a country, which is either via war or via a coup via the military.
So they've shifted their business practices, their business model, if you will, to the use of these electronic voting systems.
So I want to highlight these statements that you're hearing, that statement right there, that came from an insider, somebody who was actually a senior election official, helped set up the war room, if you will, for Venezuelan election systems.
And he's not alone.
There's over a dozen of these whistleblowers that have intimate knowledge from the inside as to how these electronic voting systems are used to manipulate elections, not just in the U.S., but all around the world.
So please, guys, this is as somebody, I don't know if you guys can truly appreciate the sense of vindication that I feel after five years of investigating this from the outside looking in.
I've submitted over 150 Freedom of Information Act requests.
Most of the time, when they're really important FOIA requests, the government agencies say, talk to your hand, talk to the hand.
And then the fact that most of the real important information is not even held by a government agency sometimes.
It's held by non-governmental organizations like the Center for Internet Security, like Dominion Voting Systems, like SmartMatic, which I can't issue a FOIA request for.
Despite the fact that these guys are executing government functions like running our elections, I cannot get access to that information.
And so it's very difficult to trust anything coming out of our election system when a huge gap in the chain of custody regarding election records is actually managed by non-government organizations that I cannot investigate, that I cannot go into unless I have them as a subject of some sort of criminal investigation or a civil lawsuit.
So now we do have some examples of civil lawsuits where we've been able to tap into some very important information.
One of the most important ones that I would submit is that of SmartMatic via Dominion v Patrick Byrne.
And that led to the discovery of quite a few internal Dominion emails that highlight that we've been lied to by senior officials within Dominion for quite some time about how their system operates.
So and I've made those allegations official in a 15-count criminal perjury allegation against the Dominion CEO, John Polis.
And you can find that information out on.

And I've submitted that with three Michigan legislators at the time.
So anyway, there's a lot of information that's come out of that.
But that was all outside looking in.
And then we had occasional peeks underneath the hook, behind the curtain, if you will, via lawsuits like the Dominion versus Patrick Byrne lawsuit.
But now what we're seeing and what I want to dwell on for this segment here and for the remainder of the show is some of the evidence that we're finding from the insiders.
These are the guys who actually ran those elections.
So let's pop back up into that stolen election facts section of the electioncrimebure.com website.
And I'm just going to walk you through some of these key quotes and why they're important.
You know, they in this, and what's really important is that they highlight that we understand the methods.
We know who's responsible.
The investigators, Gary Bernson and his team, they identified all the engineers and employees.
So they know all the people involved.
And sadly, a lot of these people are now involved in elections here in the United States.
They had been with SmartMatic in Venezuela and other locations.
Now they're here in the U.S. running our elections.
And just so you guys know, these people's lives are at risk, yet they're willing to come forward and testify to this.
And as you can imagine, you know, Venezuela essentially is a big international cartel at this point in time.
And so they are exposing the business operations of this cartel.
So their life is in jeopardy.
So keep them in your prayers that they've come forward.
That's why they have to remain anonymous.
But I can tell you, we've seen enough of the receipts to validate the assertions that are made.
And so this is serious business.
And the fact that folks in Washington are aware of this is a big deal.
They were aware of it before President Trump came into the administration.
And there wasn't much action being undertaken at that point in time.
But as you can tell, President Trump has been very active in calling for indictments on this topic.
And as we kicked off at the beginning of the show, those indictments are starting to roll.
So let's keep on going through some of these key quotes and so you can get an understanding of what's really at stake here.
So not only do we understand the methods, but what we understand is that these are coming from, all this information is coming from the inner circle of Hugo Chavez, the dictator out in Venezuela, the now deceased dictator.
And this is the way you do, this is why government access or government investigations are so important, because they have the resources necessary to recruit these whistleblowers.
It's very difficult for everyday citizens to go off and engage in that activity.
And it's very financially draining for people outside to go off and do it.
This is what our government's there for.
The purpose of government is to secure our rights.
And when our rights, particularly our voting rights, are being stolen, it's their job to go off and investigate.
Well, these guys did that investigation and they recruited a group of these whistleblowers and they're making their findings public.
Let's just keep on going here because there's a lot of key information here.
The next key point is that the magnitude of what was discovered here encouraged senior officials to tell Gary Bernson or Martin Rodil to get out of Dodge after sharing their findings because not only were the whistleblowers' lives at risk, but also their lives were at risk as well.
And if you keep on going, you're going to highlight that, you know, sometimes people just try to oversimplify these election theft methods.
Well, when you talk to the folks who are on the inside, it's not just one method that's used.
They testify to the fact that there's at least 14 different methods that are used to steal elections in the past.
And all of them are enabled by the machines.
And by the way, it's important to note that there's plenty of evidence, and we've got a lot of this evidence from some of these whistleblowers that highlights the fact that the lineage, the family tree for Dominion and even ESNS and hard interviews have ties to code that was originally put in place by SmartMatic and this code that SmartMatic developed,
you know, leveraged these 14 different or enabled these 14 different methods of going off and subverting the integrity of the election.
So these guys are saying that it's not just a case of having software to count elections.
One of the some of the features of the software were specifically designed to steal elections.
So if you keep on going here, they're getting a little bit more revealing details on this and the next step.
So they were talking about particularly the 2020 election.
And during the testimony of one of the whistleblowers, they were talking about how the elections were stolen in these blue cities.
And they said, well, they were very clear saying it's not the blue cities where they go off and steal the elections.
They talk specifically about shaving votes in the red cities or red counties or red jurisdictions so that it looked even better for, so they didn't have to do as much for the blue jurisdictions in regards to manipulation of the vote.
So it's much more sophisticated than people will let on to in the talking points sometimes around these electronic voting systems.
And it's very nuanced, which means that you've got to take a serious look at all these different methods and rule them out if you want to have any confidence in the results of any of these elections.
And that's why Mike and others, like Mike, myself and others, are adamant on saying we need to get rid of the darn electronic voting systems because they just introduce too many attack vectors into the integrity of our election systems to keep track of.
And so if you keep on going, you'll find out there's more damning revelations that came out of the quote.
And this is the thing that really startled me is that, you know, I talked about how Venezuelan government and the folks who are supportive of these people that are essentially communists across the world, they are using our elections as a mechanism for subverting our governments.
They're doing it to conduct coups against these governments.
And democracies are susceptible to manipulation of elections.
Communists are, you know, communist governments are not susceptible to it.
And I find it remarkable that it was the Cuba, Venezuela, and Venezuela's friends.
They have strategic partnerships with the Chinese Communist Party and with Russia, all communist forms of government across the board here, that they want to propagate this communist revolution.
And when you look at all the people that were organizing these no kings rallies a couple weekends ago, you find out that it was Communist Party USA.
It was Democratic Socialists of America.
It was all these groups that were involved in promoting these rallies.
Are you starting to see a connection here between the machines and these rallies and these protests?
It's all connected.
And it's now finally starting to come to light.
We're able to go off and share this information little by little.
And really what's under assault is our system of government.
And it's not just here in America.
It's countries all over the world that have democratic forms of government.
Now, we're a constitutional republic.
We're not a pure democracy.
Our founders hated pure democracies.
They called them mobocracies.
And by the way, thank you to all the No Kings protesters for demonstrating exactly what the founding fathers meant when they said that democracy always devolves into a mobocracy.
And so, guys, this is for the survival of our country going forward.
We need to protect the security of our elections.
That's the weakness in our system of government and our Constitutional Republic that they are trying to exploit right now.
And the best way to address it is with transparency.
And you can't have transparency when you have these electronic voting systems.
Thankfully now, the transparency we're getting through the investigative efforts of the folks out at the behind the book Stolen Elections and also behind investigative activities like in Antrim County and in Mesa County with Tina Peters and her efforts and with Patrick Byrne and his efforts and Garland Favarito out in Georgia and in Pennsylvania, Leah Hobbs and Greg Spantrum.
We've got people and of course in Maricopa County, Arizona, where we had the first audit of any significance happen anywhere across the country in the wake of the 2020 election, that was significant.
So and of course in Wisconsin, we had the Gableman Report.
There is no shortage of evidence.
What we're lacking is the ability to get it out.
And now that we're able to start getting access to the airwaves again, because the Election Integrity Partnership is no more, and folks like Mike Lindell have sacrificed time and treasure to launch platforms like Lindell TV to get the truth out.
It's a big deal.
And while I'm on the topic of Mike, please don't forget to go off and support his trial.
And he's still short of the funds needed to fully appeal this right now.
So he's bootstrapping this right now.

They lead to all the evidence we've collected from Mesa County.
They lead to all the evidence that we have collected from these investigations that are documented in the book Stolen Elections.
And I just want to start encouraging people to get out there and look at it.
Take these quotes that are out there.
I saw the folks out at Rasmussen Reports have been very good at taking quotes from the book Stolen Elections and putting it out there with their audience out on X.
And we can get that information out to other people via the vocal platform, etc.
But guys, here's where all this evidence is.
And I've, you know, the evidence kind of breaks down into three basic classifications.
We've got this insider evidence now from the Venezuelan whistleblower.
We've got outsider information with access to some of the inside via Antrim County and Mesa County.
And then we've got a lot of the other evidence that folks like myself have been collecting through FOIA requests, etc.
So all this information is up there.
Make good use out of it.
And I'm going to be in the process of packaging this evidence into little video snippets that are point by point going into details of showing how the SmartMatic DNA, for example, is evident in our Dominion voting systems, which are now Liberty Vote.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think they can just fool us by changing the name.
I don't think so.
But anyway, Liberty Vote, ASNS, Hard InterCivic, guys, they're all connected.
They have a common DNA.
This chart here, this little diagram was put together by Carissa Keschel and wife of Captain Seth Keschel, who's been a very strong leader on the topic of election integrity for quite some time.
All the assertions that are made in this diagram are backed up in the data that you'll find out at stolenelectionfacts.com or in the book Stolen Elections.
The DNA is the same.
And a lot of these vulnerabilities that have been identified early on, as soon as those vulnerabilities are identified, all of a sudden it gets bought out by another company, and they buy up all those assets.
The vulnerabilities never disappear.
It did just get rebranded.
And did that sound familiar since Dominion just got purchased, I think it was on October 9th, and then rebranded now as Liberty Vote.
That's kind of the modus operandi that we've seen over the years is that whenever we get to the bottom of exactly how the machines operate and we've exposed some of the problems, it just gets bought up and rebranded.
And what we see in the whistleblower testimony from the folks that have been on the inside is that a lot of these vulnerabilities that have been exposed were actually intended as design features that enabled people to steal the elections.
And so, for example, you know, storing decrypted passwords in plain text is the equivalent of leaving the keys under the mat for anybody that wants to go off and steal an election.
You could say that it's an oopsies from a security perspective, and that's the way it's explained away by election officials like Jenner Griswold, etc.
But in many cases, those oopsies are actually deliberate enablers, if you will, for the folks who want to subvert the integrity elections.
We can't let that stand.
Mike has been at the forefront of making sure people won't let that stand.
That's why he's in the middle of preparing that final appeal today for his lawsuit where SmartMatic is accusing him of defamation.
Mike can back up everything that he's asserted, and we're pulling together the evidence for that.
I've walked you through just a small sample of some of the sources of that evidence and reason for that confidence.
So, guys, stay strong, stay true.
We're on the right side of this, and we're looking forward to a 2026 election where these machines are bye-bye and not in use because they've been demonstrated to subvert elections in the past.
We can't allow them to subvert them in the future.
