Time Text
Hi, everybody.
Welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
I'm subbing in for Mike today.
My name is Patrick Colbeck, and we've got another Jam-Pack show ready for you today.
And as usual, we're going to kick things off with an update on DC with Allison Steinberg.
And then we're going to talk a little about some of the indictment dominoes that are starting to fall.
I know that's one of the big topics.
Whenever I talk about election integrity, they say, when are the indictments coming?
When are the indictments coming?
Well, I said September, October this year.
Guess what?
Indictments are falling.
There's at least five dominoes.
We're going to go over what those dominoes are today.
And then we'll talk a little bit about the No Kings protests and some information you may not have considered around No Kings.
And then I'm going to walk you through a set of evidence that I'm converting into bite-sized chunks because a lot of times when we present this evidence on election integrity, it's always here.
Go read this court exhibit.
Go read this report.
Well, go read this book.
It can be a little overwhelming for folks.
So I'm breaking it all down into bite-sized chunks that will help with those indictments down the road and help lawyers who are looking for supporting evidence in support of some of the assertions.
It's going to give them a nice little one-stop shopping center, whether that's at the state level or federal level.
It's intended to be a tool for everybody, and Mike Lindell helps make that possible with the Election Crime Bureau.
And then last but not least, I mean, there's been a lot of talk about illegal immigration.
I think it's important that we kind of recalibrate our thinking and talk a little bit about what it means to be to become a U.S. citizen legally.
And I got a dear friend of mine, Foni Montravati, who's going to join us for the last segment of today's show.
And he's going to walk through what he went through to become a legal citizen of the United States.
But without further ado, we're going to turn to our Rockstar DC correspondent, Allison Steinberg, to give us the latest and greatest from the nation's capital.
Allison, welcome to the Mike Lindell Show.
Hey, Patrick, great to see you.
Happy Monday.
It is day 20 of the Schumer shutdown.
It continues.
As we know, the No Kings protest took sort of center stage over the weekend.
Lots of the Democrat members of Congress out there in the streets marching with the people really calling for Trump's death.
We heard that a number of times over the weekend from a number of various lovely folks out there who are just so upset about the current state of the nation.
You really have to wonder why they're so mad when President Trump is working tirelessly to make America great again.
I guess they don't agree.
But with that being said, this is now officially, Mike Johnson highlighted this in his press conference this morning.
This is the third longest shutdown in the nation's history.
It's also the longest full shutdown of all time.
In the past, there were partial shutdowns that impacted certain areas of the government, but this time around, every facet of the government is shut down.
So thank you, Democrats, for that.
This is also the first time in history that the government has shut down, excuse me, over a clean, nonpartisan, continuing resolution.
So Democrats are really making history here with their selfishness, their desire to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens and to uplift and propel communists in this country somehow.
It's very sad that we've reached this point.
Johnson pointed out today that if President Trump was a king, he would have shut down the national mall like Obama did back in his time.
If President Trump was a king, the government would be open right now.
So it just goes to show the ridiculous hypocrisy coming from the left.
During the press briefing this morning, one of the liberal media outlets asked Speaker Mike Johnson about the rather comical video that President Trump posted over the weekend, and it got the room to erupt in laughter.
Let's take a listen to that from this morning.
That the president of the United States over the weekend released a video of him pooping on the American people.
The president uses social media to make the point.
You can argue he's probably the most effective person who's ever used social media for that.
He is using satire to make a point.
He is not calling for the murder of his political opponents.
And that's what these people are doing.
I mean, in one of these photos, I think there's a picture of the president hanging in effigy by a noose on one of these, one on the far end.
I mean, it's unconscionable.
Look, America is built on the idea of free speech.
You have the right to protest, of course.
We jealously guard that.
I mean, Chip and I are attorneys.
We've defended that right in the courts.
But what they're doing right now is different.
I mean, they are trying to incite violence.
It's not funny.
You don't mock a president who has already had two failed assassination attempts on his life.
This is not a game.
And the idea that communists would be supporting this is unconscionable to us.
So props to Speaker Mike Johnson for being able to keep a straight face after that question.
Many of the reporters were laughing.
But what he's saying is so true.
You know, these communists are calling for the death of a democratically elected president.
I mean, the irony is rich in this scenario.
And we saw so many disturbing videos of these people out in the streets, you know, mocking what happened to Charlie Kirk, insinuating, you know, getting their neck shot as teachers, people educating our young children, participating in this type of violent rhetoric.
It really is disturbing.
And then, you know, you just look at the fact that we're not going to be able to do that.
It's not a hyperbole, Allison.
That's not a hyperbole saying that these communists, that's not a throwaway term.
It's actually the Communist Party of the United States of America that is sponsoring these protests along with the Democratic socialists.
I mean, this is truly, I mean, if you want to talk about insurrections, this is what an insurrection looks like.
And that's what these guys are calling for.
They're calling for the removal of a duly elected president by any means possible.
And it's unconscionable.
And they need to tone down the rhetoric for sure.
Absolutely.
You're absolutely right.
You know, we just look at who is behind this.
You posted a great chart, all the uh graphics of everyone who was contributing to the Snow Kings protest.
It really is very telling.
I mean, these are the people who are behind this, pushing this and you know, enabling this to happen.
So, it's really no coincidence that we've seen such disturbing, you know, rhetoric come out of this, such vile, uh, just the signs that many of these people were holding.
It's very disgusting.
They had a couple of them posted up on the press briefing today.
So, yeah, it's uh, it's concerning to say the least.
And then, you know, you to your point, this is the real insurrection that's happening.
But when you ask Nancy Pelosi, you know, about January 6th, she runs and tells you to shut up.
Speaking of Nancy Pelosi, there was a nice little video she posted over the weekend.
Let's take a quick look at that one.
going to tear up the crown.
So this was her, you know, moment to talk about no king.
She could barely even rip that little paper crown in half.
She's so old and frail.
Um, but the best part of this is the state of the state address again.
I mean, of course, women, she's not sitting behind the dais anymore, so that could be an issue.
Yeah, yeah, that's probably part of it.
She is a pro at ripping things up.
We know that about Nance.
But she, the best part of this, the reason why I brought it up is because she's actually disabled the comments on her social media outlets.
You can't even comment on there.
So, she has the audacity to say no kings, yet a public servant, a government official, has now disabled comments on their social media.
I mean, the irony, it's just amazing.
I've said it before, I thought I'll say it again.
The easiest way to understand what the Democrats are doing is to actually listen to what they accuse us of doing.
And there you go.
It really makes it easy to put together a rap sheet that way because they've done all the hard work for us.
That is so true.
It's so accurate.
It's the same story with them time and time again.
So, I guess this is just yet another example of that.
And I don't know, I think we should put the pressure on to force her to turn her comments back on.
I don't think that should be allowed as a public servant.
I think you should have to hear what people have to say.
When I was in the Michigan Senate, I took a lot of flack if I blocked anybody.
And I'd only block them for vulgar comments that I didn't want kids to be looking at on the site.
But anybody wanted to have a debate, I was all in.
And I had office hours too.
So I've been in that situation where you just don't want to get pounded on a particular topic for a while.
But as a public official, you've got this duty to engage with the populace and hear their grievances.
That's part of that First Amendment that she took an oath of support.
And I did as well.
Yeah.
That's absolutely right.
Well, we'll see if we can put the pressure on and if she'll turn those back on, though.
I'm probably not too hopeful that'll happen.
And maybe she can work on some exercises to increase her wrist and finger strength so she can tear more substantive things up in the future here.
Yeah.
I mean, how well is she going to open up a wine bottle at those Napa Valley retreats that they're having right now?
She has the help to do it for her.
Come on, Patrick.
She's not opening her own wine bottles.
The people that are eating cake.
Yeah.
That's right.
But that's all I got for you today, Patrick.
It's a pretty slow day here as the shutdown continues.
We may be hearing from Hakeem Jeffries later today.
That is still up in the air.
But if we get the chance, we'll ask him some of the questions about the continued shutdown and keep you updated there.
So we'll see what happens.
I appreciate it.
Well, you have a blessed week and have fun this week and knock them alive.
Thanks so much, Patrick.
Take care.
All right, folks.
So the number one comment that I seem to get from a lot of folks that whenever I'm sharing all this evidence of election fraud that myself and all the other meddling kids all across the country have been assembling, they will say patiently standing by, waiting for the indictments, not seeing any indictments.
Why aren't they issuing indictments?
They've been in there seven months.
Why aren't they going at it?
And so, guys, a little more than seven months now.
But I kept saying just wait till September and October.
They had to drain the swamp, if you will, because there's strong evidence to suggest that there are, let's just say, anti-American forces at work inside our FBI, inside our Department of Justice, and inside our intelligence agencies like the CIA.
And it takes a while to go off and expose them and purge those agencies of the individuals that do not respect their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution.
So I can tell you, starting in September and now in October, it's picking up steam.
There are a series of dominoes that are falling.
There are indictments being issued by the Department of Justice.
In addition to these indictments that are going out for criminal indictments, there's been some civil lawsuits filed as well, such as the lawsuits filed by Hermit Dillon and others in the Department of Justice in response to Executive Order 14248, which was asking states for their voter roll information and how they're complying with the evidence of how they're complying with the Help America Vote Act and the National Voter Rights Act.
So states that refused to comply with that got a civil lawsuit filed against them, including my home state here of Michigan, where our Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said to our Department of Justice, talk to the hand, pretty much like she tells all the rest of our citizens, including myself, whenever we're asking for information about how she's conducting the elections here.
But that's on the civil side.
On the criminal side is where people want to see these filings here.
And the good news is those criminal complaints, those criminal filings, those criminal indictments are now starting to fall into place.
Grand juries are issuing indictments.
And domino number one was against James Comey, former director of the FBI.
And that is a big deal.
And it was for a couple of rather minor charges, if you will.
You can say that it's just to get the ball rolling.
Essentially, there's one charge of making a false statement and then the another one count of obstructing a congressional proceeding.
And that does not protect him from future indictments for other charges.
So I want to make sure everybody understands that.
But the first domino is pretty much kind of low-hanging fruit.
So if you were like me when you were younger and you were diving into a pool in Michigan where the water is not always that warm, you tended to go off and tippy toe into the water before you'd go into the deep end and have your whole body covered.
I think that's what the Department of Justice is doing right now.
They're tippy-toeing into the pool and until and starting off with some pretty slam dunk types of indictments and get the ball rolling.
And the first one of those was James Comey.
And by the way, it's a little tidbit, and I didn't realize this at the time, but For a while, here, I never realized, but James Comey was actually a supporter of the Communist Party before he ended up voting for Jimmy Carter back in, I think, 1976 timeframe.
So, and I should also point out that there's another person that's probably on the indictment list coming down the pipe by the name of John Brennan, who was the CIA director, who was a pretty blatant communist sympathizer.
So, both of those individuals were appointed under Barack Obama.
He appointed a communist sympathizer to the FBI and another one to the CIA.
So, if you're wondering why it's taking so long to kind of clean up the Department of Justice, CIA, FBI, well, it's because the previous administrations under Biden and Obama have seeded these organizations with people that frankly do not respect their oaths of office.
And if you've seen some of the videos I've been able to share about the actual insurrection planning that were obtained by Millie Weaver, she converted them into documentaries showing the Zoom calls of federal employees, federal contractors actively planning who's going to break the window in government buildings.
They had tactical maps of where police officers or police officers, police stations were on the Capitol grounds.
All that stuff was out there.
These are kind of the people we're trying to root out of the government so that we can go forward with indictments without everything being leaked and without any problems with the prosecution of those cases.
So, to all my friends that are saying, where are the indictments?
Well, indictment number one, or as I like to call it, domino number one was James Comey, the former FBI director.
Domino number two, on October 9th, Letitia James was indicted by a grand jury on bank fraud and false statements to a financial institution.
Hmm, sounds very familiar.
Like I was talking to Allison about earlier.
They said the easiest way to figure out what the Democrats are doing is to find out what they're accusing us of doing.
And this is a prime example of this because she had indicted President Trump for alleged bank fraud.
And so it turns out that she knew a lot about bank fraud because she was actually engaged in it herself.
So she's been indicted on that and she constitutes domino number two.
So Comey was indicted on September 25th.
Letitia James was indicted on October 9th.
And domino number three was on October 16th.
There's kind of like a weekly pattern to this.
And he was indicted on 18 charges of dealing with eight counts of transmission of national defense information and 10 counts of unlawful retention of such information.
In other words, he's playing it loose, light and loose with sensitive classified information here pertinent to our national security interests.
And that's kind of a big deal.
And so he's domino number three.
And then domino number four kind of relates to this past weekend, but technically it deals specifically with a shooting at an ICE facility in Texas.
It deals with the indictment of two Antifa members, one by the name of Cameron Arnold, another one by the name of Zachary Evitz.
And so they are charged with material support for terrorism.
So we started off with Comey lying And then we ramped up to Letitia James committing bank fraud and lying or being accused of it.
And then we had John Bolton being indicted for not taking care of state secrets effectively.
And now we've ramped it up to the point where we're getting into some criminal charges that, frankly, we don't see a lot in America.
And I think we're going to see a lot more of them.
And this deals with specifically providing material support for terrorist activities.
And so those are the first five dominoes that have dropped.
And I think it's an indication of the fact that things are just starting to heat up.
And I think when you start seeing these indictments, you start getting a better understanding why President Trump has pre-positioned National Guard troops in a lot of the cities that, frankly, overlap significantly where a lot of these so-called no-king protests have been located.
I have a feeling it has more to do with keeping these cities safe from these protesters so that they don't riot than it does with the actual real crime problems in these blue cities.
So just a thought.
So now the question is, what are going to be some of the next indictments that we might expect to see?
And I think the best way to understand or get an understanding of who the next indictments might be is that start listening to a lot of the mainstream media talking points.
Not while you're listening to Lindell TV, by the way, some other time, maybe late at night.
But the idea is listen to the stories, go off and read your social media feeds, read the news feeds from various news outlets that could be considered as mainstream media and see who they're talking about.
What names are popping up?
And usually what you'll see is that some of these names are leaked out like a week or two in advance to kind of prepare everybody for what is happening, what's going to be revealed.
And in this case, there's a few names that I think have been popped up in the news and talked about or made appearances on various broadcasts that kind of give you an indication that they're starting to feel the heat a little bit.
And these individuals include Christopher Wright.
They include Jack Smith, who had to go overseas recently and make comments about what was going on in America.
We have a current sitting senator, Adam Schiff.
We've got that former CIA director I was talking about earlier, that's a communist sympathizer, John Brennan.
But also down the road, I don't think it's far-fetched because I've started seeing little news snippets around them as well to start considering what might be happening to Hillary Clinton, who postponed her deposition before Congress, and even Barack Obama.
And hopefully some state officials are thrown into the mix here too, like my Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, for her utter disregard for the law, Jenna Griswold from Colorado, Katie Hobbs from Arizona, and then maybe even start getting into some of the machine vendors.
I like the gentleman at the head of the helm for Dominion Voting Systems, who I have submitted criminal complaints to the Department of Justice alleging that he committed at least 15 counts of perjury in his testimony before the Michigan Senate under oath on December 15, 2020, which set the narrative, false narrative, I would assert, that there were no issues with the conduct of the 2020 election.
So that's kind of a big deal.
That's kind of my prognostication for what kind of indictments we should expect to see in the near future.
And all this kind of leads up, like I was saying, to kind of put this no-king protest stuff into a different light.
A lot of the reason why I believe they're stoking the fires and conducting these protests is to try to distract us from these indictments and actually fuel a frenzy, a violent frenzy, frankly, when you listen to the rhetoric that these people are engaged in to protest not just Donald Trump, but they're trying to protest and prevent some of these indictments from being issued.
And so I think it's really important that we start looking at some of the non-government organizations or NGOs behind these protests.
And as Allison was popping up on the screen during the DC update, if you go to a website that's, let's see here, it's nokingsnyc.com, and you scroll down to the bottom here, you get a look at all the different organizations that are involved in helping to organize or host or promote these no kings rallies.
And I'll tell you, when you look at it, you got the Communist Party in the USA that's one of the featured sponsors of these events, along with the Democratic Socialists.
So and the Freedom Socialist Party, whatever the heck that is, because there is no freedom under socialism.
So these guys are all engaged in supporting.
So these people that are going to these so-called no-king protests, they may go out there thinking that they're just protesting Donald Trump, but what they're actually doing is doing the bidding, either wittingly or unwittingly, of these organizations that have an avowed interest in overturning our constitutional republic.
In other words, they're participating either wittingly or unwittingly in a seditious conspiracy and an insurrection against the United States.
Because when you look at what the goals of the Communist Party in the USA are, and there's a tome that was put out that I think had about 50 steps on it a while back, I think back in the 1950s, it was issued.
And they're checking the box on everything that they've accomplished around destroying the family and a lot of our institutions of government and trying to redefine who we are as a nation.
Well, I don't know about you, but I'm not a big fan of Barack Obama's fundamental transformation of America.
I think that's why they have such an issue with what is going on under President Trump, because what does he talk about?
He talks about making America great again.
And when you make America great again, that means that we're talking about getting back to our roots, getting back to our traditional values.
And I'll tell you, that is not what that is not what these guys want.
They want to go off and take us back into the Stone Age and fundamentally transform America.
And I'm happy to say we have a president and we have an administration and we have a lot of Americans all across the country that are saying, no, we are not going down that fundamental transformation route anymore.
We're not going to sit there and just politely pretend that it's not there and just try to go along with our everyday business.
Nope, we're going to call it out for what it is and we're going to say enough is enough.
And we're going to encourage the indictments that President Trump is putting forward that are targeting these insurrectionists, that are targeting these people that are trying to commit sedition inside the United States.
And I'll tell you, I, for one, appreciate the direction we're headed in under President Trump.
And I think the majority of the American people appreciate his efforts as well.
Remember, these people that are at these protests are actively calling for violence against President Trump.
They're calling for violence against ICE officers, ICE agents.
They're calling for violence against RFK Jr., who's trying to make America healthy again.
That's where these guys are.
And these guys have already taken two shots at President Trump or two assassination attempts at President Trump.
They assassinated Charlie Kirk, who was one of the most willing people to engage in debate and actually meet people where they are and have an adult conversation on sensitive topics.
And we see how they responded to that.
Now, I think we're in the mode right now where we just need to identify who the people are that are trying to undermine America and lock them up.
And when we get back from the break, we're going to go off and pick up with a detailed breakout of some of the evidence that we put together around our elections in particular at theelectioncrimebure.com that I think are going to help us in a lot of these pending lawsuits and pending indictments to actually do just that, which is lock these guys up that have no appreciation for what America truly is.
Hello, everyone.
I've got some awesome news.
Dallas County, one of the largest counties in the country, just voted to get rid of the voting machines.
The upcoming primary is going to be paper ballots hand-counted.
This is the example we've been waiting for, and it's proof we're going to secure our election platforms.
But also, I do have some bad news.
A judge in Minnesota just ruled in favor of SmartMatic against me and my pillow, claiming defamation.
8986 to help out.
Together, we will appeal this outrageous ruling, secure our elections, and save our country.
Thank you for your prayers and support.
America's founders warned that without knowledge and virtue, no nation can remain free.

Hey, welcome back to the Mike Lindell show.
I'm sitting in for Mike today, and my name is Patrick Colbeck.
Before the break, we covered a lot of ground.
First, starting off with Allison Steinberg on latest and greatest up in DC with in the middle of day 20 of the government shutdown.
And we talked a little bit about a rundown of a lot of the indictment dominoes that have been falling.
And then I provide a little bit more context into some of these no-kings rallies that are happening across the country.
What I'd like to do now is shift gears into a discussion of evidence of election fraud.
Because when we talk about indictments, you know, I think it's very important that everybody understands, especially when some high-level names start getting named in some of these indictments, you need to understand their role in the subversion of our elections in America.
And if you're going to go after particularly some of these high-level individuals, you better really have your feces consolidated, if you will, around the topic of evidence.
And I'll tell you, Mike Lindell has been digging and digging on evidence.
A lot of people, what I call meddling kids all across the country, have been digging for this evidence.
And when Mike has gotten it, he's gotten it out to the American people.
And when he does that, he gets attacked.
He gets attacked unceasingly.
And one of those attacks was when SmartMatic actually sued not only Mike Lindell, but also MyPillow for defamation for just calling out and sharing all the evidence that he had a malfeasance on the part of SmartMatic in the 2020 election.
And so as a result of that lawsuit recently, a federal judge without a trial actually declared that Mike was guilty of defamation.
And so that's kind of disappointing.
We want to appeal that ruling.
And I just want to encourage you, I know Mike had a quick little commercial break on it, but it really is important to get donations in to make sure we could cover up and follow through to the end the appeal process for this ruling by this judge, Jeffrey Bryan.
Because if it stands the way it is right now, it's really going to send a chill on free speech all across the country.
And so if you want to help Mike, if you're able to help Mike, please do so and do so quickly at mypillowtrial.com.
Once again, please go to mypillowtrial.com.
And so in support of Mike's efforts, his legal efforts, and support of the legal efforts that are happening up in D.C., I want to go through a little bit of the evidence.
And actually, one quick thing, before I get into all the evidence, I want to give you guys another good news item, if you will.
And that good news deals with the fact that a good friend of mine and many of the people that are working on election integrity for all these years, the good news is that the White House has hired Attorney Kurt Olson to be for a special assignment to investigate and put together indictments, where applicable or the case for indictments were applicable,
around the theft of the 2020 election.
So remember that President Trump called for the formation of a special prosecutor to investigate the 2020 election.
Well, Kurt technically is not a special prosecutor, but he is doing all the groundwork for a special prosecutor on that topic of the 2020 election.
So when we start tossing around the word insurrection, we start tossing around the word sadistic conspiracy.
Well, it's, you know, you have to pull together the evidence in support of those assertions.
These aren't just, you know, talking points that are out there.
They're actually backed up by evidence.
And I want to walk you through a bit of the evidence that's going to be examined by folks like Kurt and others.
And I'm doing my best to organize it out on website called electioncrimebure.com.
And so if you guys, if you check it out, the evidence tab in particular on this website is going to be evolved over the next few weeks.
And my goal is to break down this evidence into some bite-sized chunks that can be used for specific legal arguments.
They can be used on social media to make the case for these indictments in the court of public opinion.
And so there's a lot of work still ahead there.
But I want to make sure everybody. understands this electioncrimebure.com is a wealth of information.
I want to make sure everybody has access to it.
And so I'm trying to make it a one-stop shopping center for anybody that's interested in the key packets of evidence that are going to play a huge role in upcoming trials and frankly should play a huge role in the upcoming discussions that we have as a nation.
And a lot of this stems most recently from testimony by what I'll refer to as a Venezuelan whistleblower.
And in point of fact, this is actually multiple whistleblowers that have been recruited on the inside by a few investigators.
Martin Rodil and also Gary Bernson have been very active in this along with a large team that's been supporting them in this effort.
Most recently, some of their findings were packaged in a court exhibit that was filed in the appeal for Tina Peters' release.
And so from that, there was actually a video deposition taken of this, of one of these whistleblowers.
And I think it's very compelling that people should listen to this testimony.
Now, it's about a three-hour testimony.
A lot of people don't have time to sit through that, but I'll tell you, every single minute of it is jam-packed with something that you haven't heard in the mainstream media for years, but is very pertinent to our national sovereignty and to the integrity of our elections.
So that's why I'm going to this website and I'm using pages like that Venezuelan whistleblower area here to break down the snippets into a bunch of in breaking down the evidence into little chunks.
And if you go back into that page up on the top there, I wanted to make sure that everybody, there's a series of just basic quotes.
So there's kind of like three layers of information on all these evidence pages.
One is just the soundbite.
What's a key quote that was shared by the testimony that should be shared and a lot of widely shared on social media so that everybody knows what's really going on behind the scenes and what the whistleblower has testified to.
And then the next layer of this gets into, you know, some, I'm going to have some short videos that are going to show the, so you can actually hear where that quote comes from in context of the particular statements he's making at the time.
And then, of course, the third tier of this is that you have access to the actual source documents.
So we've got, in this case of the Venezuelan whistleblower, we've got the actual transcripts that you can search through and read.
We've got the actual video testimony that you can hear the translator for the whistleblower give their formal testimony.
And so this is intended to be a wealth of information that we can use going forward.
And so all the listeners here on Lindell TV, I'm encouraging them to listen to it for yourself, the areas that you find most compelling, please share it on social media.
Share it with your friends and family and say that there is no evidence of election fraud.
I'm telling you, just going to this webpage, electioncrimebure.com, you can't, after reviewing the content on this page, you can't say with a straight face that there is no evidence of election fraud.
And this Venezuelan whistleblower testimony is perhaps some of the most compelling testimony because a lot of folks like myself, we've been looking from the outside in.
We've been looking at somebody outside of the criminal organization engaged in the fraud.
It's like we get these little whispers of facts that we can, and these little breadcrumbs that we can knit together, but we're doing it from the outside looking in.
What's sensational, what's remarkable, what's important about this Venezuelan whistleblower testimony is that these guys were the ones on the inside.
They were working with the people and sometimes they were the person that was responsible for manipulating the results of elections, not just in Venezuela, but all over the world.
And so that's why this testimony is so important because this isn't evidence of what could happen in an election.
This is evidence of what they actually did to manipulate the results of previous elections and change the results of these elections.
So this is very important testimony and it serves as a basis as a kind of a Rosetta Stone or an index or Dewey Decimal system for all the other evidence that's posted up on this site.
So in that site, we go through what happened in Mesa County, Colorado, which is where Tina Peters was a clerk, where she captured these election management servers, election management system servers.
And actually, before we get into that, let's go over the evidence of these, that these whistleblowers said, their testimony as to how elections were manipulated.
And if you go to item nine there, there's a link to specific, these are specific items that they said were examples of how elections were actually manipulated in the past.
Okay, so I broke these out into key topics, and they talk about this special little tool that they used or that they developed.
It's called the SAES data utility tool.
That's how they actually, they had end-to-end connectivity with all the all the voting systems, all the voter registration data, all the voter history data, poll book data.
They would tie it all into this data utility that was ostensibly used for testing, yet this same utility was actually how they were able to manipulate election results and cover their tracks.
And so that listing of all those different topics, I think there's about 12 different basic methods that were used to subvert elections.
We go off and say, well, where do we have evidence of this type of tool being used in the United States, like in Mesa County?
Well, that utility tool, that was done at the national level in Venezuela.
But if you listen to the testimony from this Venezuelan whistleblower, what he'll testify to is that the equivalent of where the elections were manipulated using tools like this SAAES data utility tool actually occurs in the United States at the county level.
And there's, while there's 3,143 counties in the United States, the whistleblowers go on to say that they only need about 10 to 15 of them to change the outcome of a presidential election.
They only need to subvert the integrity of 10 to 15 of them.
And so that's why it's so important that we start delving into where do we see evidence of these methods being used in the United States.
And in particular, where do we see evidence of these methods being used during the 2020 election, which is going to factor into what Kurt Olson is working on for the White House now?
And so just a first example of this, if you go out to Mesa County, Colorado findings on an item 10.
And so what we'll actually go off and do, if you break that down, if you open up the SAS data utility tool.
What we're going to see here is here is an example of what we found related to this tool inside of Mesa County.
We knew that their election management system server and vote tabulation database could be accessed, altered, and manipulated using admin credentials and standard database utilities.
Well, that's what that data utility was for the SAES.
So we're seeing evidence of the same mechanisms, the same methods that were used to steal elections in Venezuela and other countries right here in the United States.
And it goes on and specifies the lengths that these guys went through to make sure that they could cover up their tracks and make it impossible to detect the fraud going forward.
So that's why this Venezuelan whistleblower testimony is so important.
That's why the idea of collecting all this evidence is so important.
We've done the same thing so far with Antrim County, and you can break it out there.
And then so it's got the same sort of breakdown saying, hey, what do we see in Antrim County?
Because we got access to the election management system server in Antrim in the wake of the 2020 election.
What features do we see?
What are these methods that have been used to steal elections do we see in Antrim County?
And as it turned out, there's quite a few.
And so, and last but not least, what we've got up on that evidence page right now is a list of the top 10 pro-machine assertions.
So the false narratives that are being spewed around the integrity of electronic voting systems.
And we go off and address them one by one and then go further beyond their talking points and highlight what they're not telling you.
So, and I even put a handy-dandy quick reference guide there for you to share on social media if you like as well.
And this is just the beginning.
There's a lot more information that's going to be going up on that electioncrimebure.com website.
But if anybody sits there and tells you there is no evidence of election fraud, please point them to this site.
And once again, this is made possible by Mike Lindell and his efforts.
And he's paying the penalty for it right now.
So please support him as you're able at mypillowtrial.com.
So, okay, guys, I'm going to shift gears a little bit, and I'm going to go to someone who's actually been very helpful at compiling a lot of this evidence that we've collected around the 2020 election.
He's one of my fellow meddling kids.
But all this time that he was working as a fellow meddling kid, it turned out Fonnie wasn't an American citizen, but he wanted to preserve the integrity of American elections for future generations of Americans.
And I'll tell you, he did so with a rare set of skills.
He's a very good programmer.
And plus, he's a really nice guy, great family.
And he just recently on October 17th found out that he was finally approved to be a citizen of the United States.
He hasn't had the official swearing-in ceremony yet, but I know the certificate's been ordered.
But we wanted to kind of take this opportunity to celebrate, first of all, the fact that he is now officially an American citizen, but also kind of give some insights into what is the process for becoming a U.S. citizen.
So without further ado, I'd like to welcome Fonnie Montravati with checkmyvote.org to the Mike Lindell show.
Fonnie, it's great to see you.
It's great to see you too, Patrick.
Thank you.
Good to see you.
Yeah, I guess just maybe a quick little background for all the folks that fill in the blanks on what I didn't cover on your intro here and just let everybody know how you came to the United States, what your journey was with Haldona and the kids, and how did things take root here?
And then why did you want to become an American citizen?
And how did you go about becoming an American citizen?
All right.
Thank you, Patrick.
So I came to this country in the year, I lost sound right there.
I lost your sound.
No, you're good.
It's just goes from just we're just going to focus in on you.
Got it.
Okay, yeah.
So I came to this country, this great country, in the year 2004 when I got invited by a banking company to write some software for a company there in Illinois.
And that was based on merit.
And I didn't come here to go to college or anything.
I didn't even have a passport.
I had no clue what I was going to do with my life.
I was living my life in India.
But I did decide to take it up and say, hey, you know, I always liked adventures, meeting new people, making friends.
So I came over here in 2004.
Then, you know, a company that I was working for at the time applied for my permanent residentship residency because they had more projects lined up that they wanted me to do, you know, one after the other.
So, just long story short, fast forward to 2020, I grew concerned about someone else may have cast a ballot in my name because I've heard anecdotal reports that non-citizens have voted.
And, you know, to come back to the citizenship process itself, it's very simple.
If you think about it, it's like if you have come here and followed the law, abide by the law.
And if you have come here on, you know, legally, it's a pretty simple process.
And by the way, I just have to mention that, you know, America is not obligated to give citizenship to anybody, right?
I mean, it's a privilege.
I'm so glad that I've become a citizen now.
It's a privilege.
And I'm very thankful.
I cannot complain, no complaints at all, although it took so long.
But the situation that I will be kind of focusing on now and from now after being a citizen is that why are illegals being treated with a priority?
You know, this is happening all the time.
Illegals go vote, they go all this, do all these things, but a citizen really doesn't get that kind of a treatment.
So, you know, overall, one of the questions that was asked in the interview was really heartening for me.
It was great.
Before you get to the interview there, Tani, so the first step was you applied to become a citizen, right?
So you had to submit an application.
Okay, so how long did it take for them to respond to your application?
Oh, thank you for that.
Yes.
So, first of all, I came here on H-1B visa, which essentially is a work visa.
And, you know, after I got the green card in 2017, which is when I got my permanent residency, and you are supposed to be on your permanent resident green card for five years, and they kind of look at you as it's a probationary period kind of thing.
And in five years of having the green card successfully without having any other problems in your record, you're eligible to apply for citizenship.
So I became eligible in 2022 to become a citizen.
But I did not apply back then.
I applied just in 2025, just about in June this year, like four months ago.
And 2022, Tony.
Yeah.
So, well, you know, one of the questions as part of the preparation of the exam, I was going through the material in 2022, and I saw that one of the questions that gets that could get asked is: who is the president of the United States of America?
And that would be a predicament for me because I was working on election integrity already and I knew what went on in the 2020 election.
And, you know, the seven states stopped counting, and I knew who the president really should be in the White House, but not the occupant at the time.
So I did not want to write the answer as Joe Biden.
But if I did, I would have been failed the exam.
So I just didn't want to even take a chance with that.
So I did not apply in 2022.
But, you know, in 2025, my answer that Donald Trump is the president would have been correct.
So I applied in 2025.
So you're a man of integrity.
That's why.
That's why I appreciate it.
Well, yeah.
Well, it's hard to write a wrong answer in a question.
And when the answer, your right answer is considered wrong by someone else.
It's a predicament.
Yep.
Yep.
They want to tell you two plus two equals five, and you're saying, I'm not buying it, guys.
So you were eligible to apply.
How long did it take for them to get back to you after you applied?
Within about two months, I got what's called a receipt of notice, meaning, hey, we got your application kind of thing.
And just about in the end of September, I got a notice of interview, which said you're, you know, show yourself here in Troy in Michigan for an interview on October 17th.
It was pretty fast, I'm surprised, because usually it takes upwards of six months plus.
But in my case, I guess it just kind of happened faster.
So I'm glad for that.
All right, excellent.
So now walk through that actual interview.
What kind of questions did they ask you and kind of walk people through the citizenship test itself that you had to take and kind of some of the questions?
Yep, the exam itself is composed of two parts.
Number one is the civics test.
Number two is the English language test.
So the first part is the civics part where they ask you questions verbally.
And once you get six questions right, they stop asking questions and they say, Yep, you have passed the test.
So I got all six right.
The first six questions that were asked, I got them all right.
And the questions were fairly simple, although I think they should have been more difficult.
But, you know, number one, one of the questions was, how many amendments are there in the United States Constitution?
You know, I said 27, and that was correct.
And a few other very simple ones: what's the capital city of your state and so on?
And, you know, what's the rule of law, for example?
That kind of thing.
I don't remember the other questions, but very simple, very basic.
And the next one, next part was the vocabulary test, English.
I think he gave me a free pass on it because I just walked and greeted him with a smile, shook his hand, and said, Hey, how are you doing? kind of thing.
So he just kind of figured that I don't need a translator.
So one of the sentences that he wanted me to read a sentence, and that sentence was, the president lives in the White House.
And I read it and he said, okay, now write this one.
And I wrote it down.
The president lives in the White House.
And he looked at my handwriting and I said, okay, this is good.
So that was the English part.
But as part of the subsequent questions, one of them stood out for me.
It's like a routine set of questions they ask you, like, have you ever been a part of the Communist Party?
Or have you ever tried to overthrow the government?
Or have you indulged in any criminalities or any of those things?
But one of the questions that asked, I was really happy that he asked was, Have you ever voted in American elections?
My answer was no, obviously, because I never did.
But this whole experience of mine underscores the importance of election integrity for non-citizens who are here legally and on the path to citizenship and why election integrity is important for them.
Because, you know, because of all the mail-in ballot, which is rife with fraud, we know anybody could have sent a ballot in my name anytime in any election, right?
And all this came to surface in 2020 where I even started thinking about, hey, you know, I don't want anybody to put a ballot in my name.
So I started looking into the voter roles and basically looking at the existence of my own voting record, which there shouldn't be.
But imagine the situation if someone else voted in my name and I said no there and you take an oath right before all of this stuff happens at the interview, you raise your right hand and you say, I swear to speak the truth and nothing else but the truth.
And yes, you know, if I'd say no because I never voted.
But what if, I mean, he has access to the systems that he can see the voting records possibly, right?
And in that, if it shows that I voted, that'd be an argument or a discussion saying, well, I did not vote and why is it showing?
So it's very important for non-citizens who are here legally and are on the path for citizenship to participate in election integrity and at least, you know, take make sure that nobody's registered to vote from their home if they shouldn't be or continuously check their voting records.
That was actually the impetus behind FIFA FINA and CheckMyVote.org.
Quick check here.
You're betraying your political leanings quite a bit because you shifted the camera way to the right here.
So if you could actually become more central.
There you go.
Yeah, the more censrous you are, you know, the better you'll blend.
I don't want to go to the far right.
I mean, okay, that's funny.
No, no, no.
We want to bring you into the center here.
Big, big tent.
That's funny.
That's very funny.
So, no, I'll tell you, that's it's not a big, it's not very difficult to get it to follow the legal pathway.
So the idea that a lot of these citizens are pursuing illegal pathways is telling as to what the potential motives are for them coming into the country.
And I think that's concerning because when they're coming in illegally, they don't have to ask, answer questions like, are you a member or supporter of the Communist Party?
And as we saw in one of the earlier segments in today's show, it's the Communist Party USA.
It's a Democratic Socialist that are the ones that are actually promoting these no-king riots.
Well, what they're doing is taking our kids that are here brought up in America and turning them into communists through the public school system.
And so, and for the rest of the folks, they're actually coming from communist countries like Venezuela and actually coming in and design or trying to make or fundamentally transform America into their home country, which that's called an invasion.
That's not called assimilation.
We're called United States of America because it doesn't matter where you come from in the world.
We can all be united under one set of core principles.
And so it's just because my name's Patrick doesn't mean I can go to Ireland and become Irish.
But conversely, I can come from any country in the whole world, come to America, want to be an American, and I can assimilate under a set of core principles, regardless of my ethnic background, regardless of my religious background, regardless of any of that, which I think is pretty powerful.
And I, for one, am thankful that you are now officially a U.S. citizen.
I think you'll take paperwork to make that happen, but I'll tell you, it's really appreciative.
So now that you're here, you're fully American citizen.
People may want to go off and help you in your endeavors.
How can people help you out with your election integrity efforts as we wrap up today's show?
Oh, yes, thank you.
So checkmyvote.org is a website where anybody could go check who's registered to vote at their address.
We're only live in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, and some other states.
But for those that are in these states, always check who is registered to vote from your address.
We refresh the voter rolls every month.
And it's always important to see if someone is stealing your identity to vote.
Because if election systems are corruptible, that is essentially a takeover of the country because elections are the only way people get to office through a proper election process.
And yep.
Well, thank you for your efforts.
We got to go here, Fonnie.
But thank you for coming in, giving everybody a look-see into how legal immigration is supposed to be done.
Thank you, everybody, for joining our show today.
We really appreciate it.
And once again, keep following Dell TV for the latest in news.
You ever see this guy with the pillows on fox?
