We've got a great show for you, and we need to be praying for Mike Lindell and his trial coming up for June 2nd.
If you can, please support him financially so that he can have the best defense possible.
And there are some late-breaking news that we're seeing from the FBI.
And so we have Allison with us.
Allison, what's the forecast out there?
Seems like you've got a little bit of cloudy murkiness going on over there.
And with the latest interview with Kash Patel and Dan Bangino, it seems a little concerning.
And there were some additional statements.
But what is the sense on the ground there that you're getting on the interview that was done this past Sunday?
Well, it looks like we may have some connection issues there with Allison.
There we go.
Go ahead, Allison.
I think we have a big, I think we have a delay.
Can you hear me okay?
Sure can.
Okay, great.
Sorry about that.
Yes, it's been an interesting weekend with the latest interview, Dan Bongino and Kash Patel, who sat down with Maria Bardaromo to discuss all things having to do with the FBI.
Now, I think much of the conservative MAG base is very disappointed at this point in time because we were promised the release of the Epstein files, and I don't think we've quite gotten those yet.
As I'm sure we all remember, there was the big publicity set at the White House just a few weeks back with the alleged phase one release of the Epstein files when the influencers showed up and left with their white binders.
But that wasn't really much new information, and that wasn't really sufficient for those of us who have been paying attention to the Jeffrey Epstein case for quite some time now.
So it was interesting because during this interview with Maria Bardaromo, Dan Bongino and Kash Patel said something that was rather shocking to us all.
And they stated that Epstein did indeed kill himself.
Take a listen to this clip.
You said Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide.
People don't believe it.
Well, I mean, listen, they have a right to their opinion, but as someone who has worked as a public defender, as a prosecutor, who's been in that prison system, who's been in the Metropolitan Detention Center, who's been in segregated housing, you know a suicide when you see one, and that's what that was.
He killed himself.
Again, you want me to get?
I've seen the whole file.
He killed himself.
I know it's hard work.
So this is incredibly shocking for many reasons.
But for those of us who have been following this case, we know, you know, the coroner stated that Jeffrey Epstein's neck was broken in three different spots.
The cameras miraculously turned off during the time of his death.
The officer that was supposed to be patrolling the cell conveniently went missing at this time.
His cellmate wasn't there.
So there's so many inconsistencies.
And so many of us for so long have gone on with the running joke.
Epstein didn't kill himself.
Now we have the leaders of the FBI saying that he did indeed kill himself.
That's it.
End of story case close.
This is shocking and really is raising a lot of concerns within the conservative base.
And I think rightfully so.
I believe you're absolutely right.
And when they basically make a direct statement about the file, I want to create a distinction.
Is there room for a secondary investigation to re-interview and potentially re-look at all of the evidence that is out there?
Because first, we should actually see that evidence.
And secondly, I think doing a second post-election or crime incident audit is so important for transparency.
And we didn't hear that from them in the interview.
So I'm hoping that there's room for that possibility that they are re-looking at the evidence in front of them and re-interviewing.
Because as you just pointed out, there are so many factors that just don't add up.
The camera, two guards literally falling asleep at the same time.
There's just so much there that why aren't people being held accountable?
That's exactly right.
And that's all we really want is accountability.
And to your point, will there be another investigation open to get solid answers on this?
Because I don't think this is sufficient.
If Dan Bongino is claiming that there are, you know, there's this file that proclaims that this is the truth and this is the end of the story, then why not transparency there?
Why not release this alleged file to the public so that we can see that and we can be the judge of this ourselves?
We need more transparency.
I don't feel like we're getting it.
And it is very fascinating to me, especially coming from these two who were so incredibly bold about Epstein probably not having suicided himself.
These are two people that publicly stated on numerous occasions that there was a lack of consistency here, that there were so many things that didn't add up here.
In fact, I have an old clip from Dan Bongino that I want to play that highlights this very point I'm trying to make.
Watch Dan Bongino in 2023 ask the same questions that we're asking today.
Take a listen.
Listen, that Jeffrey Epstein story is a big deal.
Please do not let that story go.
Keep your eye on this.
Catherine Rummler, I want you, we need to keep the heat on this case, folks.
There are a lot of people who are knee deep in the Washington swamp who are not telling you the truth about serious allegations out there that Epstein may have had video and audio of people out there doing things they shouldn't have been doing.
And you should be asking yourself the question, how is it that all these people, the CIA director, the Obama fixer, Bill Clinton, all intersected past with Jeffrey Epstein?
Jeffrey Epstein isn't with us anymore and nobody seems to want to talk about it.
Outside of a few entrepreneurial media outlets saying, hey, this is a big deal.
He killed himself.
Again, you want me to get, I've seen the whole file.
He killed himself.
So I think that's pretty funny to look at the then and now.
Of course, you know, opinions can change and people can go in a different direction over time.
But Dan Bongino was very adamant about this for many years.
So for him to change his tune this radically is incredibly shocking.
I think you're right.
And I think Don Bongino owns Don Bongino, answer those very questions that he just asked himself back in 2023.
Yeah, I know.
I think he does need to revisit that video from 2023.
And now, too, I'd like to add that Jeffrey Epstein's brother is coming out and saying that it's really despicable that Dan Bongino and Kash Patel would have any business being so certain about this.
He's making the point, you know, they didn't see his body after the so-called suicide.
They weren't there for it.
Obviously, the brother probably has some brotherly intuition that they don't have.
So he is certain that this is not the case yet.
Here we have them going on to continue to tell us that this is the new narrative that we must all adopt and believe.
So I don't know.
I think this just shows further distrust between the people and the government.
And that's what it's to be.
That's not what we elected President Trump to do and his cabinet members to do.
So I would like to see more transparency so we can hopefully regain trust at some point in time.
You're exactly right.
And that's so well laid out.
You know, as an election integrity expert, you're right.
We need transparency, we need accuracy, and we need accountability and oversight of our government.
We all elected Donald Trump, and we expected the best from the people that he appointed to basically give us that transparency.
And I see that there is a ray of sunshine now coming over the FBI building and yourself there.
And so this is a ray of sunshine that hopefully with these questions and your due diligence, keep asking the right questions.
And maybe we're going to have to call some of our friends, like maybe Judicial Watch, to get some of the information and some of the records out because the public does need to have transparency and clarity, especially when the previous administration was withholding the information.
And we have an expectation that the current administration will deliver on the goods to basically settle the debate once and for all and get us the evidence that we need so that the American population can understand who needs to be held accountable for these women that were trafficked.
And this is so disgusting.
And we need to, and I'm hoping and praying that Pam Bondi will take action here soon and be able to start prosecuting people that were involved in all of this.
Absolutely.
It's her job ultimately.
And, you know, there was a question actually asked in the White House press briefing room that I was in just yesterday about this and what is going to happen.
The editor-in-chief of Zero Hedge was there asking this question, which I thought was incredible, really holding him to the fire because we need to press the current administration.
I feel like a lot of people just, you know, see Trump in office now and they've gotten really relaxed and they just think everything is going to be okay.
No, we still have work to do.
It is incredibly important for us to hold their feet to the fire.
So I really appreciated the editor-in-chief of Zero Hedge asking these questions.
And it was really disappointing, Caroline Lovitt's response.
It was just, we defer to Pam Bondi and the DOJ to handle, you know, whatever is going on with the Epstein files.
So really no answer there from the White House on that.
But I think this is just another reminder that Pam Bondi has her work cut out for her.
I hope that she fulfills her duty.
She was given this task.
And I feel like I said at the beginning of the hit here, that we only got a very small portion of it.
It was almost just like a little tidbit to try to hold us over.
But as we know, the binders weren't really sufficient.
There's so much more to this.
And now we have our, you know, so-called trusted leaders pushing this narrative.
It's not quite enough for us.
And we're definitely going to need a little bit more here.
Just like Pete Hegset announced today that he is opening an investigation regarding the BOSH Afghanistan withdrawal.
So that's great to see.
I love to see Pete Hegseth actually fulfilling his duty here, looking into this, further opening this investigation.
So, this is great news, but I would like to see something similar from Pam Bondi as far as the Epstein files are concerned.
So, maybe they need to have a chat, talk more about how to get the job done here because there's still a lot of work to be done.
Absolutely.
Thank you for your steadfast work that you've been doing.
Keep up the good work.
Follow up on this.
Do not let them rest until we get the information.
So, thank you for being the important fourth rail of our government, which is the press, holding those elected accountable and responsible to us.
So, good work.
Keep up the good work and don't stop.
Thank you so much.
You as well.
Take care.
Yep.
Thank you so much.
All right.
So, as we look at that kind of lack of transparency, we sit here and we look at our elections.
And so, after the break, I'd like to talk with Jill Kaufman of Wyoming to see what is the latest going on there with a Secretary of State that is kind of fighting on the front lines, but also some of the other things that are happening with the clerks and some of the lawfare that is going on.
So after the break, or maybe we can go live now.
The last time president Trump was in office, gold soared 50% and silver went up a huge 53%.
Americans who invested in silver and gold during Donald Trump's first presidency are very happy that they did it.
And right now, gold continues to soar to the highest numbers in history.
These gains are just an appetizer for what's to come.
Some market analysts are saying that gold is predicted to rise another 30% in the next year alone.
So, now's the time to invest in gold and silver, and that's why I partnered with Fisher Liberty Gold.
Fisher Liberty Gold is a conservative-owned and operated precious metals investment company.
They even helped my good friend President Trump get elected through their contributions to Turning Point USA and other conservative groups.

Welcome back and And before we talk with Jill, I do have some election-breaking news out of Minnesota.
Today, their legislature has adjourned, and there was a Minnesota Supreme Court case brought by Matt Benda regarding the modems in ESNS in Rice County.
And I'm not sure if we have the takeaways there, but it's interesting how the justice is asking questions of the timing of the filing of the case.
And this case originated in 2022, then they were also asking about, okay, perfect.
Let's go ahead and play that clip so that the public can kind of get a little bit of a masterclass of where some of the thoughts of the judges are when they ask questions of the appellants.
Counsel, couldn't this claim have been filed early enough and yet within a timeframe where there would be no ripeness issue?
And had you perhaps filed it with the Supreme Court first, and that's one of the issues before us today as well, if it was filed in the right place.
But had you filed it in the Supreme Court and filed it earlier, could this not have been fully litigated in time for the election in 2022?
For that question, as the record is clearly developed, there were a number of questions made to Rice County about this very issue about the use of modems in their machines.
And it was not until a public meeting in July of 2022 that Denise Anderson made the statement and admitted that they were using modems.
That was the first time we received notice.
And within less than a month, we had brought the claim after we received that notice.
So I do think the record reflects that we were timely and there was no opportunity to bring this claim earlier because the record hadn't been established that modems were in use.
And so you can see where election laws are not exactly clean because it's like, does he go before the Minnesota Supreme Court or should he go to the county court where this election is particularly happening in this particular case?
And so this is something that isn't clear in Minnesota law.
And I think as we look at some of the election complaints that happen across the United States, how does a correct filing happen when we discover last-minute issues like this to be able to keep the elections pure and clean?
And remember, the opening part is that this started in 2022 and now being appealed all the way up to the Minnesota Supreme Court May of 2025.
And now it's evolved to try and protect the 2026 elections.
So now let's actually hear the evidence from one of the justices asking about the non-certified equipment.
And we'll hear the response by the Secretary of State Attorney.
It is absolutely incredible.
I just want to make sure that we are clear on your answer to Justice Teacey's questions.
So if today the county announced we are using a machine that isn't certified by the Secretary, for example, 204B44 would be an okay mechanism to challenge that decision for the 2026 election.
No, it wouldn't.
It wouldn't be of Clark versus Palenti and Began versus Ritchie that limits 204B 44 petitions to matters of correction of the ballot and directly related matters.
How do ballot boards fit in with that?
I mean, that issue, that limitation was not raised in the Gillams case, very unfortunately.
And in hindsight, I very much wish we had.
But yes, ballot boards at least are the direct handling of the ballots.
It's Republican Party versus Naribook.
It's Republican Party versus Triplett.
It's Kiefer versus Governing Body of Minnesota.
I mean, we use this for general election administration.
It's been used all the time.
Right.
Well, I mean, the precedent that we have from Clark versus Polenti and Bigan v. Richie is that this petition is only supposed to be used for specifically correction of the ballot and directly related procedures.
I mean, the idea would have to be that those cases.
But why wouldn't that be a directly related procedure?
Because what they're complaining about here is, as Justice Thiessen got in his colloquy, the use of modems to transmit unofficial results after the official results tape has been printed.
That's not directly related to the ballot.
That's the notion that, I mean, the notion that's contrary to the relevant statute.
And what's great there is there's so much to unpack there.
We have this quote-unquote unofficial results.
But again, they don't take the thumb drives from the tabulators and bring that over to the electionwear system to do the official results.
And so they're playing a little bit of a language game here.
And the other thing, too, that was referenced there was earlier in the year, the MNGOP fought for party balance regarding the absentee ballot board and went against Hennepin County, which had not used anybody from their list for the absentee ballot board.
And they were able to win in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
And where the Secretary of State's office is looking for is this narrow interpretation and processing of the ballots.
But there, the justice basically corrects them and says, no, we've already had broad issues here.
And so here's what's incredible.
When we look at the actual certificate here from the Secretary of State and we go to the third page on here, we see a special note on line number six there.
It says this certificate does not cover or address modeming functions that may be related to EVS 6070.
So this is the official certificate and they're trying to play a fast one on us where they basically say, see, your system is certified.
Here's the certificate, but go ahead and use the modems.
And what's funny is that ESNS's own documentation basically says, look, if you add uncertified equipment to these, to this equipment, your system is automatically decertified through the EAC.
Minnesota does a little bypass where they don't rely on the EAC.
They go to the test labs themselves and do their own special extra credit testing.
And that's why you see a different flavor here, that some states use 6060.
Minnesota has an additional version with modems, 6070.
And so that's where it gets a little bit in the weeds in regards to that, but it's directly related.
And so we need to make sure that we understand how the judges are going to ask questions about this and how narrow some of their rulings are going to be.
Now, I want to transition over to Wyoming.
I was involved in a case there regarding Laramie County.
And we were looking for transparency in their elections.
And we finally just had a settlement last week before we were supposed to go to trial, literally 15 minutes before we're supposed to go to trial.
And Senator Round, the primary election held in Wyoming.
And we were asking for the logic and accuracy test acts, be able to review the ballots because we had observed that they weren't following the law and it wasn't a complete robust test.
And it wasn't until, so basically from August all the way through May, we finally get the records and the evidence regarding the invalid test acts.
It is actually really scary.
So Jill, you are an amazing patriot and there's a lot happening in Wyoming.
And your own Secretary of State, Chuck Gray, he has been incredible in trying to bring back the correct oversight.
When we worked on a project together to identify how well the logic and accuracy testing was going in Wyoming, we worked with Chuck Gray to basically issue a memo out asking all of the counties to retest their voting equipment.
So, this is no longer something that is just out there.
This is true fact that is out there that we caught them not following the law.
And Chuck Gray took action to basically say, Hey, look, we have to have proper testing.
And so, that part we have to celebrate with Chuck that he actually did take the right action.
However, when we look at some of what does it matter on these test acts, so if we look at the next slide, here's an example of where we actually see the failures.
And your laws require that each candidate gets a unique number separate from others, and that every candidate at least gets a vote.
And so, when we look over here, we can see clearly that the top two candidates have one vote, and then the next two have zero votes.
Well, that doesn't comply with your state statutes, and so that is just absolutely devastating when we see stuff like that.
And if we look at the next slide, this is where we saw even more issues coming out from your state, where it's like, wait a minute here, we can see that there's only one style tested, and in your state, like many other states, you have the oval-type ballots that voters fill in, and then you also have the disability ballots, which are barcodes, and the voters with disabilities will use that.
And so, here we can see that anywhere where there was just one vote, they didn't test one of the other ballot styles, and so that's just absolutely devastating to see stuff like that.
And so, we have to look at trying to protect the elections across the United States for 2026.
And in your legislature, how has the battle been going now that your legislative season has kind of concluded similar to South Dakota?
Well, Rick, thank you for having me on.
And to answer your question, it's not going really well, but you know, we always hold out for hope.
During our election process, we had a number of really good, solid grassroots bills that we put forth.
Unfortunately, they chose to table it because they were confused about it, they wanted more information.
So, then in Wyoming, we do what's called an interim, and maybe other states do this as well.
They do an interim research or an interim meetings three different times before the next session, which runs in February of 2026.
And we've had one here on May 8th, and we had an opportunity to help them investigate.
What was sad was we had them ask for the clerks to give a demonstration of how the election system and the machines work, which that went for quite a few hours, actually two and a half hours.
And then they had testimony from the clerks all throughout that.
And then, after the fact, for a very short period of time, they allowed the public to have their testimonies on that.
What's real frustrating is there's a lot of people on this legislation committee, which is the corporations and elections committee, and there's a lot of good, good grassroots people, and they see what's going on.
They see the frustration, they hear the people.
So, we'll see what happens.
We have another meeting that's coming up in August.
So, maybe a lot of good stuff will happen between now and then.
So we always keep out hope and just keep on fighting.
And I'm really looking to your state to lead the example because when I look at the next slide where Secretary Gray releases Weston County report and calls for the clerk's removal.
And so we have that press release.
And so these are the two different ballot styles so that people can kind of understand.
Here's the ovals that you fill out.
And then there's the barcoded one.
But this is incredible that Chuck Gray is basically saying, look, this was so bad.
And she tried to cover it up because she had printed multiple ballot styles and didn't do the right testing.
And originally the ballot was missing a term of office in there.
And so she had to create a new ballot that had the terms of office for the race.
And it shifted the voting down.
And the machine wasn't reprogrammed to look for the new location of the ovals.
And so that created a significant issue for them.
And then on top of it, when we look at her primary election of the test X there, she violated the law there as well.
And so it's just a complete joke.
And this is what we see in that slide there.
We have multiple candidates with just one vote.
And then you have going across where they're all the same.
And you even have some that weren't even tested at all where they're the zero vote.
And so with a one vote, that tells us that both ballot styles weren't tested.
It also tells us that this person doesn't understand how to secure the elections.
And that is a big problem.
And now that you have this type of evidence that is out there, it's so funny that the left is now suing Chuck Gray.
And we have from the Cowboys State Daily where there's this retired lawyer trying to oust him from office.
So he's trying to manage elections.
He's trying to help improve the process of elections.
And he gets the left sitting here attacking him locally in your own state.
But also, you guys were successful with Wyoming House Bill 156, which brought in U.S. citizenship in compliance with where the president wants to go to make sure that only U.S. citizens are voting in elections.
So your legislature passes this.
And then, of course, you get the national law firm out there of Mark Elias that decides to sue your state and Chuck Gray regarding this.
And when we talk about this, it's just absolutely amazing the weaponization and lawfare that your state is undergoing.
And it's like you almost want to just kind of throw up your hands in frustration to kind of go, holy cow, are we really going to have to fight this every step of the way through?
And the answer is yes.
I think it's a resounding yes.
And so what you and your team have been doing out there in Wyoming should be celebrated, but you're also kind of the canary in the coal mine as to what the other states are going to be facing when they do these types of residency laws where they try to secure the elections, have oversight of the elections themselves.
And I really hope in your interim session, the legislature will wake up because just these four things that we've described, there's no way you have the gold standard in elections.
Oh, absolutely not.
And it is so true that we have found so much evidence.
And we have 23 counties in our state.
And I have evidence along with some other people have evidence of all 23 counties failing both in our primary and in our general on the pre-logic and accuracy testing.
And that is just absolutely unacceptable.
So we've been doing as much as we possibly can, getting in front of people who can help us, getting in front of legislature.
Started out with talking to the clerk, that didn't go anywhere.
Talked out with talking with the commissioners, that went nowhere.
All the way up to Secretary State, the legislatures.
The legislatures, I believe, now in the corporations and elections committee are really starting to pay attention.
Of course, there's a lot more information coming out.
I've been supplying with a lot more information that they can get their hands on and actually see what really happened.
And as far as the national lawsuits and the local lawsuit, I think a lot of that is just the left's avenue to cause chaos so that our elected officials are so busy working on a national or a law, a lawsuit instead of actually cleaning up our elections.
It keeps them busy with that because the grassroots just wants a free and fair election to where we know if we vote and our vote is counted correctly.
So we're moving forward very staunch-like because this is absolutely not acceptable.
And I am sure across the United States, there are more states that are in our same boat that we are that their logic and accuracy testing weren't done correctly.
And it needs to be brought to light.
These machines need to be removed, in my opinion, absolutely, and bring back the hand counting that, yes, we can have fraud or whatever in hand counting, but you're only talking about a small section of some people versus one little program in these machines can change thousands and thousands of votes.
So we don't know if our machines have problems because we can't get past the logic and accuracy testing.
The other thing that we have seen with our state is that a lot of times we have, after the fact, they certify things like they certify that we did the testing correctly.
We have found that all the clerks signed these certifications and unfortunately they did not test the different types because in our state, which I think most of them have, we have what's like you were saying, we have the express vote, we have the standard ballot, plus we also have the ballot on demand.
And so we have to have, in most counties in Wyoming, have to have a three minimum in each one of these ovals because all of our measures need to be need to be tested and it's not happening.
So it's a very sobering thought.
And hopefully we can turn the attention around of a lot of elected officials to see a lot of this stuff.
We've been showing that information and we just keep hanging in there, wanting to work with them to get this cleaned up.
And I really want to thank the state party of Wyoming that really initiated that case out of Laramie County.
And so they did the right thing as a state party to try and protect the vote and also to try and protect the election.
But the judiciary failed us.
And so we didn't get the evidence until this past week where you and I came in and along with other great volunteers and we sat down and we were able to get pictures of every single test ballot and of the actual ticker tape.
And we also had delivered the evidence regarding the electionwear reports.
And so we'll be going through all of that and we'll have a report in the next probably month where we will actually show how they actually broke the law and how we need to fix this.
And so the attorney that worked with us, actually I should say two attorneys that worked with us, both of them are willing to help Chuck Gray, the legislature, and also the party to make sure that you guys have proper oversight so that they don't run into this again.
And it was really sobering for them to kind of state what they said.
And they're just like, we can't do this again.
This just, this doesn't work.
We have to have trust in our elections.
So it's great to have two more attorneys in Wyoming that are willing to stand up for the right thing in elections in Wyoming.
Yes, and I wanted to say thank you to the GOP in Wyoming.
They were actually very forefront, and I'm grateful for the chair at the time and the attorney at the time, although we've had elections in March and we've had changed leadership.
And I'm encouraged to continue to educate and communicate with these new leaders and the new attorney to keep them up to date and to help them to the next step because we must keep going to keep our vote pure.
We must.
And to do this for Wyoming, not only Wyoming, but for the whole United States.
Yeah, and the scary part of this case is that the election administrator under deposition admits that she doesn't understand how to run the elections with the ESNS equipment.
And she literally hired somebody from a temp agency, used them there, and then hired them as a permanent employee.
And that poor person was not trained properly in how to use the equipment or given basic lessons on how to follow the state statutes.
And so it's really glaring.
And that case really sets the benchmark for the legislature and also the Secretary of State to figure out how do we make sure that this never happens again.
Because when you have election officials that don't have the proper training, don't have the proper support, don't understand the law, and don't have the right checklist to be able to do things by default, it puts our elections at risk.
And just like your vendor, ESNS, that didn't put out an antivirus update or hasn't even addressed that yet, that is significant.
So we create all these risks in our election that have to be avoided.
And these standards haven't changed since 2005.
And here we are in 2024 looking at 2026 with the same issues.
And we have to do a better job.
Yes.
And I wanted to throw in there that I'm so grateful to President Trump for putting out the executive order there.
That has brought to light so much in our state.
And I'm sure every other state who's gone in line by line on that executive order, there's some great stuff that can come out of that.
Whether our systems, right now, according to that executive order, our systems are no longer able to be used in our elections because they are older, older processing units and so on and so forth.
And the other thing is, we absolutely are going to stay hard and solid on this because we will not want to run any type of substandard equipment in our next election in the 2026 season.
So we just need to continue to educate and continue to bring more documentation of the failure and to help people get educated more on how to either do it properly or we just return to the good old way that's always never failed us.
And that's actually what helped save our other county that you were talking about, Weston County, is the machines and the clerk failed us.
And what we all reverted back to was good old hand counting and it saved Wyoming.
So that's just a telltale test.
Absolute perfect transition.
And so I'd like to bring on my other guest, Laura Schar, who is part of South Carolina and also co-author of the election gold standard white paper with myself and Beth Beasel and Havaloud.
And Laura, when we look at Trump's executive order, thanks for being here.
You're always such a ray of sunshine.
There's really kind of what two main areas that this executive order really addresses.
And so, really, it's the voters and the vote.
You know, so if we break it down that way, first is with the voters, that they're making sure that he's trying to make sure that they're U.S. citizens.
So, here we even have Wyoming that is even taking that next step, and they're attacked.
Here we come with the left saying, nope, we got to make sure that everybody can vote, whether they're citizens or not.
And then, secondly, making sure that the voter rolls are clean and accurate.
And I'm really concerned about my former governor who has a to-do list that is supposed to be sharing data with each of the states regarding who is a U.S. citizen and who isn't.
And also, she is supposed to analyze the voter rolls and then potentially present information to the states, but also to Pam Bondi for prosecution if any voter who was not a U.S. citizen voted.
And that timeline is coming up here pretty soon over the next 30 days.
And then the second big one is the machines meeting the new standards that Jill was talking about.
And yet, we have a big gaping hole.
So, Laura.
Yeah, so thanks for having me, Rick.
Again, always a pleasure to spend time with you on the show.
And God bless Mike.
I hope he does well in his lawsuit.
So, I want to step back a little bit because I feel like the whole theme of today's show is accountability.
And we already talked a little bit about the Epstein.
We started there.
And what was interesting about that is Ross Newsen just came out with a poll and it showed that 67% of likely voters believe it's important to get the Epstein information into the public domain.
Previously secret records about the activities of Epstein and his associates, including 36% who said that was very important.
And in that same survey, there was 71% of likely voters thought it was important to get the evidence of the 2020 elections fraud out to the public.
That is huge in terms of poll numbers.
So, what it's telling us is that the American people are demanding accountability.
And I want to really raise up, lift up Chuck Gray, because as a Secretary of State for Wyoming, he's doing the right thing.
He's one of the good guys.
He's asking the questions.
He's working with grassroots people.
And he's doing the right thing.
He wants to make the system safe and secure.
That's what every Secretary of State should be doing.
Now, Trump, what he's done is he said, okay, we need to fix this.
His first executive order came out.
And you're right, Rick.
The first piece of it is we need to make sure that people who are voting are actually qualified voters.
And that means an ID with your citizenship, with your residency, that has to be locked in.
We have to make sure that it's accessible to only those who should be voting.
The second part of that EO is: you're right.
The machines must show that they are to be certified to VVSG 2.0 standards, voluntary voting system guideline standards, which, by the way, were developed in 2021, the latest version.
It's now 2025, and yet we have how many ESNS and Dominion systems that have been even submitted for testing?
Zero.
Zero.
And we have that slide.
And so let's show the slide of what has been submitted and the current status from the United States Election Assistance Commission.
And I hate to put my, I hate to put Greg on the spot, but that would be slide number 23, if he wants to pull it up.
And it's so incredible that there's one that has testing completed from heart, but the report hasn't been written.
It hasn't been reviewed, hasn't been approved by the EAC.
And we still don't see Dominion and ESNS even submitting an application at this point in time.
And there's another storm brewing.
And you, the public, are actually going to be, yeah, you guys are about to become aware of this if you haven't already.
Most of the voting equipment out there is running Windows 10.
And support for that expires October 14th of this year.
And so with systems not being tested for Windows 11, that creates a problem.
So ESNS hasn't crossed that finish line yet.
And that creates a huge problem that a bunch of legislatures have just adjourned.
And so what new system are we supposed to buy for the 2026 election?
This executive order is creating the perfect storm that we're going to have to have significant conversations as to what do we do.
And luckily, you've been part of a team that we're actually putting on a demo at the end of the month down in Texas where we're actually going to show different types of hand counting methods, whether it's daubing or tally sheets or some of the echo methods, et cetera.
And some of them are actually in use today.
And so bringing back some of the classics and improving them is a great way to basically say, we have a disaster recovery plan for the executive order.
But also, if your system is still going to be running Windows 10 and there's not a Windows 11 option or your state doesn't have the money to buy a whole new voting system to replace what you have today.
And it is of huge concern of where we're at.
And yeah, so here's the issue.
That just shows you that this whole issue of accountability, there is none for the equipment manufacturers.
They're not hustling to get these systems tested to these stricter standards that are basically being mandated as part of the executive order.
Furthermore, I think what Trump needs to do, I think there needs to be additional executive orders to really drive this point home.
We need to have executive orders that are far more comprehensive and they need to basically call it out.
I mean, listen, we know that Elon Musk is saying this.
We know that Tulsi Gabbard is saying, hey, these voting machines have flaws.
I've seen evidence that they can be packed and we must go to paper belts.
Elon's saying hand-counted paper belts.
Trump is saying hand-counted paper belts.
So I believe that Trump has to issue a national emergency authorization stating that we should, at least for federal elections, because that's all that he can really focus on.
States really are the ones who determine the time, manner, location of voting.
But for federal elections, he can step in there.
So I think that bold action is needed to really force the issue.
Hey, we're only about a year away from primaries.
Therefore, if we have to go to hand-counting, hand paper, you know, paper ballots, then we need to make that happen.
We need to start training now.
We need to start demoing now.
And this is why it's so important for people to feel comfortable, the voters, the election officials, and the legislators, that there are methods that work.
There are multiple methods.
They can be done before midnight.
They can be done in a way that's very transparent and verifiable.
And we can now really enhance the accountability of the entire process so at the end of the day, when the votes are counted, all sides, everybody says, yes, I believe the results of that election.
Absolutely.
And that's the right vision cast.
Exactly.
And I would even encourage, as I've been going to Wyoming, South Dakota, and Minnesota, where I've sounded the alarm with legislators and other elected officials to say, look, you're going to have to do something here legislatively, but also potentially through your administrative rules to help secure the elections.
And so we need to start being creative now and even working with auditors and clerks in these states as well, trying to sound the alarm to say, look, we need to be ready.
And it was interesting to kind of understand that so many of the folks are resistant just waiting for Trump to take action and solve all of the problems.
But you're right to point out the U.S. Constitution in Article 2 gives, basically tells the state legislatures they're responsible for time, place, and matter.
And when we see these lawsuits that are going and attacking the executive order, that's exactly what they're claiming.
So we should believe these lawsuits and we should shore up our laws at the state level to make sure that we are actually securing our elections.
And I think Trump did the right thing by doing the vision cast on VVSG 2.0, because now we the public can ask, so if you're not operating under the gold standards of 2.0, what are we doing still on systems that are under 1.0?
And so I really love that argument that is out there.
And so otherwise, the true gold standard that we helped write is really about hand counting because just like we started out the show, when we're looking for that transparency, we're looking for that oversight.
We're looking for accountability.
We're looking for accuracy.
Hand counting has always had that.
And the reality is that when they start coming after us to say, well, hand counting is inaccurate, I ask them what study are they using?
And it's this old study where they were trying to do hand counting off of results off of an old ticker tape that was coiled up and wrinkly and it was hard to read.
And people who are making that argument don't understand where that basis came from, which isn't real ballots.
And so this is what I love that so many of the teams out there across the United States have done the real work of testing, developing, and coming up with multiple options out there that we'll be able to showcase at the end of this month, but also in future months as we kind of start working with other groups to get the information out there.
And as a little teaser, Laura, I want to invite you back on Thursday.
And I want to invite the public, make sure you get your red and blue pens.
We're going to have some documents available at uscase.org where you can download a tally sheet and we're just going to run through, say, 20 ballots real quick live on the show so that you can see how a hand count method works and be able to kind of use that as a basis to develop what may work for your state.
And so understanding your state laws, understanding the administrative rules, and developing a backup disaster recovery plan right now, I think is smart.
And the more that we can encourage parties, the Democrats, Republicans, and Independents, they should be actually training on hand counting within their party so that we can have volunteers ready to support our county local election officials in case the federal government messes it up or even the legislature messes it up or the county commissioners mess it up.
We need to make sure that we're supporting our local election officials to have volunteers at the ready to do hand counting in case there isn't the money, in case there isn't the new systems ready, et cetera.
And so that is really the red alarm that needs to be out there because we're going to be, as a state of South Dakota, as an example, our primary is in June.
So if we back up the early balloting, that basically we go May, April.
Well, if our legislature starts in January and concludes in March, there's no way we can order a system within 30 days and implement it within South Dakota.
No systems out there.
That's the whole point.
Order one.
We're going to go to hand marked, hand-counted paper ballots.
That's what we need to do.
That's what Eden's saying.
That's what Chulsi's saying.
That's what the heck with the purchasing of anything.
These systems for federal elections, hopefully, are going to be, these federal elections are going to be hand-counted with hand-marked paper ballots.
And I encourage all of you to join us on Thursday, I guess, same time, right?
And we're going to show you how super easy this is because you have to participate in order to understand it.
And then you can take this and you can educate and demonstrate it in your area.
And if we spread the word and get that awareness up, people will feel comfortable about that.
And they'll go, oh, wow, I just counted these ballots in just like a few seconds.
And this was super easy.
And gosh, I would volunteer to do that.
And so we want to be able to show the public that this is not rocket science.
We can do it.
We did it for hundreds of years.
We can do it even better now with some of the methods and the technology we have today.
Like, for example, security type paper.
We can use a camera mounted on top to make sure that we're actually recording the vote for redundancy.
We can perhaps scan the ballots before we count them so we have more redundancy.
You know, there's ways that we can make it even better than it was in the past and knock it out of the park.
So hopefully everybody that's listening today will join us on Thursday.
Absolutely.
And we'll have some more videos that we'll release after the event as well to kind of help educate the rest of the country on some of the next steps.
We'll be issuing additional reports at U.S. Case regarding security.
We'll also be developing an addendum to the white paper that we developed regarding how do you handle multi-call races.
And so one of the things that we'll be doing at this event is doing a three-person race, kind of like a city council or a school board race.
And so we've addressed those issues.
And it'll be really exciting to work with the other tabulation methods to see how they're approaching it and how their improvements are.
And so this collaborative effort that we are beginning across the United States is going to be so wholesome and so good that we want to make sure that every person out there has the confidence that if they want to hand count, we're going to give you the right tools and the flexibility and the knowledge and the confidence that you will be able to represent that to your county, to your legislature, to your Secretary of State, because our elections are that important.
And remember, transparency is the inoculation to all conspiracy theories.
So if we can start at the elections and build transparency up from the elections to each level of government, we will have a better representative government.
We'll have a better republic and we will have better laws and better representation through all of this.
And so it really starts with the elections.
More people participate.
Too many people don't trust the system now.
If these, you just talked about logic and accuracy testing.
If these officials don't understand the systems, they don't know how to test the systems.
We can't see the count in the systems, and they won't give us any reports that promote transparency, and there's no accountability, then we have a system that has failed the American public.
If we find that there's a system that we're more confident about, we will show up at the polls in droves.
That's right.
And so, on that note, I want to thank the behind-the-scene staff members back there that put this show on, Mike Lindell.
And also, please put Mike Lindell in your prayers, support him for his trial coming up on June 2nd.
And it is so important that we all stay involved.
Do not believe the media, the hysteria out there.
We have to make sure that it is our responsibility to protect our elections and protect our country.
