Time Text
Pillows on flops.
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Thanks for joining us tonight.
I'm Rick Weibel, hosting in for Mike Lindell here at the Lindell Report.
Thanks for joining us tonight.
Time is of the essence.
Time is running out.
And so unfortunately, there are only eight days until Christmas.
So time is running out.
Make sure you do get those pillow orders in as soon as possible.
So that way, the Lindell elves over at my pillow can make sure that they can get your order in.
Tonight, we've got a good show for you tonight.
Yes, it is about South Dakota campaigns and the work that they've been doing there, as well as other great activists.
And tonight we have with us Jessica Palmea, and she's a little bit under the weather.
And so she is such a trooper because, you know, evil never really rests.
And so we have to make sure that we are always fighting.
And so tonight we're going to start out with some of the updates that I have for you until we kind of get her connected appropriately.
And we have a light news update because as we go into the holiday season, number one, we know that a lot of the legal cases are going to be put on hold.
So that way time can run out.
And in some cases, they're going to try and delay some of these election cases until after the legislative season.
And so make sure you're aware of any open cases that may be happening in your state and understand some of the gamesmanship that may be happening within your state because they don't want to have a court case impact a legislative session.
So make sure you understand that little game.
First to the news, just a couple of quick stories here.
It's absolutely incredible.
If we go back and remember what happened in Iowa, where this pollster basically three days before the election said, oh, look, Harris is going to win and beat Iowa.
And here we were all thinking, no, not likely.
So apparently the Trump campaign has filed suit yesterday in Iowa, basically kind of going after them for a defective product and also for election interference.
This is absolutely incredible.
And so I want to applaud the president for doing this because she knew it was garbage and she was trying to make a manipulation of the election.
And so this is where we are absolutely livid here that the Democrats tried to pull this off.
Also, as it gets closer and closer to, you know, I Day, which is inauguration day, we're already seeing more of the swamp creatures come out from the oozy, goozy swamp.
And here, Democrat mega donor Reid Hoffman claims Trump will weaponize the IRS to audit him for supporting Kamala Harris.
Well, gee, whenever they kind of shadow cast this kind of stuff, maybe we should take them up on their offer because the real thing is what's under that rock.
You know, and if you don't know about Reid Hoffman, this billionaire tech mogul and Democrat mega donor, he is basically kind of the guy that got things going as a founding member of PayPal and LinkedIn.
you know, organizations that could spy on your transactions and who your friends are.
So, of course, he has been long associated with the Democrats and their ideology.
And what's really sad here is that he's basically saying in this self-interview that there's a greater than 50% chance that Trump would weaponize the IRS or other government institutions to target him.
Wait a minute here.
Why would he weaponize the IRS against anyone?
Isn't Trump trying to get rid of the IRS?
So maybe before Trump gets rid of the IRS, we should take him up on his offer.
I don't know.
This is really interesting to kind of see what's going on here.
Now, kind of getting back into what's happening across the country, we are seeing pre-legislative sessions starting to happen.
So before people are sworn in, they're actively already looking at reviewing bills, deciding leadership in your state legislatures.
Even though they haven't been sworn in or taken an oath of office, they're already actively working for you or against you.
And so we're seeing that in South Dakota.
We're seeing that in Wyoming.
We're seeing that in Minnesota.
We are seeing that in states across the country.
And so during this no man's land in December, we are finding out that there are already games being played.
And so hopefully you as activists have already started that relationship with your legislators to understand what is going on and what the opportunities are.
Because it is so important that if you have a good relationship with legislators now to understand what the forecast is for the number of bills that a legislature could bring in forth, how the legislative process works.
Can there be committee bills?
Can there be executive office bills?
Can there be other bills that be brought forth?
How do amendments work?
And so understanding that is going to be so important when it comes to election integrity, because in reality, it is the U.S. Constitution that gives the control of the elections to the state legislatures.
I don't think Trump is going to be able to do much in the way of executive orders other than just kind of continue to promote single-day voting on paper, hand count, and to simplify it.
And so that really should be the gold standard like we've published over at uscase.org.
And so we also want to make sure that we do help you out at uscase.org.
And we are starting to expand in other states where we're starting to help.
We've just submitted bills in South Carolina, also in North Dakota, and additional in Wyoming.
Jessica and I have been working on bills in South Dakota and then we've been working on bills in Minnesota as well.
So I want to go ahead and bring Jessica Palmea on with us.
And I'm so sorry, Jessica, that you're not feeling 100%.
You certainly can't tell by looking at you.
You're always the consummate professional.
So thank you for joining us tonight.
And I hate to say that I kind of forced her into this because she's got this great video that I want to present a little bit later here in the show because of the hard work that she has done and really many of the grassroots talking about how the hand count petition in South Dakota was going in the start of 2023.
But before I get to that, I want to get to a little bit of breaking news because you and I have been holding the county auditors responsible in or accountable in regards to the state of South Dakota when it comes to the voter histories.
So the breaking news here that we have to share with the viewers is that when you look at your state legislature or your state law, you may actually have a deadline in there as to when the voter histories for the general election are due.
In South Dakota, it is hard coded as December 15th.
So we purchased the voter rolls yesterday, worked through them, and we have found out that in South Dakota, we actually have eight counties that violated state law and didn't get all of their voter histories in.
So that's breaking news.
We have auditors violating the law, and these are the counties where they violated the law and the percentage of the missing records.
So anywhere from 1%, okay, that doesn't look like a lot, but when you look at 803 voters, that's a lot in Pennington County.
We shouldn't accept that.
And then we look at these other counties, like in Custer at 47%, Douglas at 80%.
That's just not good.
So when we're talking about trying to establish trust in the election, Jessica, this is exactly what we are trying to make sure is that we have proper oversight of the machines, the ballots, and the people who are registering.
And so in future segments, we're going to talk further about some of the PMB mail forwarding boxes that we have in South Dakota and how these coastal virtual mailboxes are spreading across the United States.
And so we have to be aware of this.
So now without further ado, I want to.
Hold on, Rick.
I just wanted to quick point something out on that list that you had up there.
It's interesting.
I identified, I think, at least three of those counties are vote center counties where they have the no ink poll pads and the e-pulse system, which is an instant update to the voter rolls.
So it really doesn't make sense here that we have a number of these counties that are vote centers and have the e-poll pads.
It should be simultaneous.
And for some reason, they're missing a lot of their voter history.
So right there, that tells me there's something wrong with the no-ink system.
And we know in South Dakota, it's total vote and it's all tied together.
And so in case anybody missed it statewide, our total vote system crashed during the presidential election the Friday before the election.
For three hours, it was out.
And this is just another part or a piece of that big picture where we have a centralized, federalized, internet-connected, web-hosted or internet-hosted system that is not functioning properly at all.
You're absolutely right.
And one of the other things that I wasn't going to disclose tonight because I want to leave room for the video was it was incredible that there were 17,000 duplicate records.
And so half of those records were blank.
And then the other half were actually valid votes for vote centers, for absentee, for in-person voting.
And so it was, and so I sent out alerts to all of the county auditors that were affected by this.
It wasn't completely across the entire state, but it was like certain areas, and it just didn't make sense.
But a large percentage of the errors actually came in through the vote center areas.
It was interesting that Brookings County didn't have any of the errors.
And so I don't know if this is a training issue, like you've pointed out in the past, but at a minimum, I'm sorry, the Secretary of State should have been analyzing this, and I wasted eight hours of my time on an incomplete voter roll.
And so how do I go back and get that money?
Should I go sue these counties that violated the law and didn't actually complete the voter histories to maybe possibly teach them a lesson?
I think you should send them a bill, Rick.
Yeah.
That's probably a good idea.
I might send them an invoice, take the eight hours, and then divide it by the eight counties and basically let them share in the pain of it.
But, you know, for the other errors that we were able to find in there, I do want to give credit where credit is due.
There were quite a few of the auditors in the lower end of the errors.
They immediately were responding back like, thank you.
We'll look into this.
One of the auditors actually responded to me at 6.30 this morning.
And so, and she had sent two emails, looked at the three records and realized that they were not from her county because the people had just recently moved there into her county last week.
And so the record of entry was from another county that was offending.
And so the fact that she was able to research that and give me that information, gold star for you, that is absolutely fantastic.
And so we want to kind of encourage that as well.
And then there were other auditors that had no issues whatsoever.
And then there were also good auditors that had some minor issues.
And they stepped up to the plate and they said, we'll work on this and we'll look at it.
And so that's encouraging too.
But the violations of law, not encouraging.
You just flat out.
So, all right.
So you've developed this video that's available on the Substack channel at SC Caminseen.
And I think this is the reason that this is so important in seminal, Jessica, is we hear of other patriots across the country that have wanted to do hand counting.
They have tried to present petitions.
We hear popcorn success and we hear popcorn failures out there as well.
But I think what South Dakota is showing is there was actually a coordinated effort to go after the activists and to prevent this from actually going forward.
And this is actually shocking because it was targeted by, now, we're not kidding here.
Her name is Sarah Frankenstein.
This is not a joke.
That is her actual name.
And so we were seeing her run interference county after county.
And to top it all off, there was even exposed in one of the counties where she was paid by one of the counties to do research on South Dakota camin scene as well.
Is that correct?
Yeah.
Well, it's been a long saga.
And I think we've told the story a couple times on the Lindell report here.
But yeah, it started, you know, about a year ago where the citizens led an initiated petition effort to get the hand counting on the ballot so that each county could then have the voters decide whether they wanted their votes counted with machines or whether they wanted to hand count the ballots.
And so this began.
And as soon as the legislature and the lobbyists and the lawyers caught wind of it, they immediately ran interference, hoghoused a bill at the very end of session, shoved it through, you know, kind of the back door, late in the game in the dark at night and surprised everybody and was defeated in a tie vote on the floor.
So that's one whole part of the conspiracy to defraud the people.
And that was led by Sarah Frankenstein, Lawrence County, their commissioners and state's attorney, and then McPherson County with Austin Hoffman, their state's attorney.
And many, many, many months later, the citizens were able to obtain copies of the invoices that were sent by Sarah Frankenstein's law firm, Gunderson, Palmer, Ashmore.
And it detailed every step of the colluding that they did with the lobbyists and the South Dakota Association of County Officials and what they were doing behind the scenes.
Yes, in such detail as to stalking our websites and Facebook pages and screenshotting those things.
We were sending letters out to the state legislature detailing our opinion of the law and that hand-counted machine-free elections are not illegal, they're not unconstitutional, and it doesn't violate HAVA.
So if they ditch the machines, you have no machine requirements then.
So we were kind of debunking Sarah Frankenstein's narrative.
And of course, she reviewed it and then sent out a rebuttal to our opinion, basically.
So all of that was then billed to these two counties, McPherson County and Lawrence County, and each county was billed about $15,000.
And part of the bill was this work in the legislature working with the lobbyists.
And when that effort to stop the citizens failed, they went to the county law fair or county level law fair and kind of ensued with their attack on the people that way.
And that happened at the county commission level where every citizen bunch of people brought their petitions with their appropriate number of signatures and submitted it to the county commission.
Well, the state law RIC says that the only thing that the commission can do is submit it to a vote of the voters, which is why they tried to hoghouse this bill, because they had no out.
They had no legal out.
Also, with the bill and then the county level law fair was having the executive branch try to usurp the powers of the judicial branch.
And they were basically making themselves a one-stop shop for the justice system, the executive branch, and the legislative branch.
And that is not what our government is meant to be.
And so Sarah Frankenstein went in, she terrorized the county commissions, told them that they were going to get sued by the ACLU, and they're better off taking their chances with a lawsuit from the citizens, and successfully deterred seven counties from accepting the petitions.
We have many, many substacks on it, and we have now compiled a video diary of all the citizens' stories and what they went through, the money that it cost them, kind of the persecution in their own counties, even in these tiny counties with just one local newspaper, those local newspapers put out hit pieces.
The county staff were actually putting out messages on Facebook against the petitions.
And in counties where they were successful, three counties were successful in getting it onto the ballot.
Then the state's attorneys came in with their law affair and put false narratives on the ballot as the description of the initiative that they were, our proposed ordinance that they were voting on.
So all around, it has been a mass conspiracy in South Dakota.
And what we did was put together a video of the story of what happened here and in their own words, all the people that carry the petition in their own words.
Well, let's take a look at some of these highlights.
Apollo, let's go ahead and queue up the first one here where Nicole talks about the signatures and Sarah Frankenstein gets involved in getting the petition thrown out.
So it took us from October of 2023 until February of 2024 to collect all the signatures.
So we did it through the winter, through the holidays, through the most awful weather, going door to door to get these signatures.
So when we turned them in in February, it was right at the end of the legislative session, and we saw just this amazing response happen in Pier with our legislature and the Secretary of State's office, where they started to work on legislation to basically stop us from bringing these petitions to our county commissioners.
That bill failed.
It's House Bill 1140, and we ended up turning our petition in and going to our county commission to have this ordinance, this initiative ordinance brought to a vote of the people.
And through this process, Attorney Sarah Frankenstein was involved and basically convinced our commissioners that what we were trying to do via the petition was illegal.
And she got them to reject our petition.
So that sent us off into the courts.
So we've been, gosh, we started basically immediately in March when they rejected our petition, started looking for legal representation.
And we were probably tried on upwards of 45 local attorneys in probably western South Dakota and couldn't get anybody to help us.
We had one gentleman who initially said he was going to help us, so we paid the retainer fee.
And then he ate up like two weeks of our appeal time.
And then he decided he didn't want to represent us anymore and gave us back our $35,000 retainer fee that, you know, six families had basically worked to scrounge up to try to make this happen.
It's that important to us.
And so there's a lot to unpack there.
I mean, to be able to raise $35,000 in a short amount of time showed the gravity.
I mean, these families understood what was going on there in Lawrence County.
And Nicole is such a great leader and she has really grown through this process.
And I'm so glad she is part of the team as well.
The next clip, Nicole talks about how much it costs.
The Association of County Commissioners got involved encouraging commissioners, other commissioners to reject petitions.
And so let's, they're basically telling them, let's reject the petitions, let's violate the law, and let's just trample on the South Dakota Constitution, our basic right to petition, and even the U.S. Constitution as well, our First Amendment rights.
And so, Apollo, let's take a look at that second clip.
You know, you try to put a number on something like this.
And I've been asked this before, just the amount of time that I've spent researching and putting together briefs and trying to figure out the court system and how what the documents are supposed to look like, because you don't have access to the e-court system.
You have to go and file everything in person with your county clerk, the court with the courts there.
Just the time, hundreds of hours at this point.
You know, it was, I don't know, probably $1,100 in printing fees, $500 for service through the sheriff's office.
You know, those costs add up.
And, you know, if I was going to give myself a salary of $250,000 to $300 an hour, like Sarah Frankenstein is receiving, I would say we're pushing $30,000 just in court costs.
You know, and on top of that, the South Dakota Association for County Commissioners got involved too and spread her letter to all of the county commissioners, basically giving everybody a heads up that, you know, of what we were trying to do.
Another NGO that is influencing our county commissioners and needs to be abolished.
And it makes it makes you wonder sometimes when you see at the local level, some of these, the way these people are acting and what they're doing to usurp rights, it really makes you wonder just how far down, down ballot, some of this election interference is occurring.
And so that's a warning signal to everybody across the United States.
You have to look at these NGOs, these clerk associations, these county associations, these Association of Secretary of States, the Association of State Legislatures, the Association of Auditors,
all of this, because there are actors that we've even observed in other states that I've become aware of where they're spending all this time to give legal advice and they're not doing the work within their own county and they're impacting election laws negatively.
Who are these people and who gave them the right?
And the reality, as you and I have talked, Jessica, is that we already have state's attorneys.
Counties already have county attorneys that are elected officials.
So what's the point of their job if they can't represent if they're an attorney and they can't defend the or understand the state laws and read things clearly?
Why do we have to have these outside counsels in these outside groups basically that the citizens are sitting there paying for?
Are we going to get money back from the state's attorney because they couldn't do the job?
You know, so we should get a refund from their salary.
You know, of course not.
You know, so all they should have their salaries docked for sure, because that Lawrence County Commissioner gets paid somewhere around $175,000 a year.
And they hired outside counsel on top of that and took $15,000 of the citizens' money, the taxpayers' money, and used it to convince the commissioners.
So paid an outside lawyer to convince the commissioners to break the state law and to violate the constitutional rights of the citizens.
If that isn't a conspiracy to defraud the citizens and deprivation of rights, I don't know what is.
And secondly, the Association of County Officials in South Dakota is called Sudeco, S-D-A-C-O.
They had at their last, I call it indoctrination training session, had Mark Zuckerberg's CTCL where he injected $400,000 to kind of facilitate, sorry, $400 million to facilitate the theft of the 2020 election.
They had CTCL come in and do an election disinformation session in their regular quarterly or yearly session.
So this is what they're getting trained with is groups like this to come in and, you know, weaponize their positions against the people that were domestic threats and using organizations like that to stop our disinformation spreading.
So it's pretty eye-opening when you dig into it.
And then, Rick, I don't know if I told you this, but ESNS is actually one of the paid partners of Sudeiko.
So they're actually like a sponsor, I believe.
Yeah, and so they'll have booze and all sorts of stuff like this.
And we see this repeating across the country.
And so you need to understand where these unelected bodies exist to where one of the things that we've become aware of.
And so let's just say the quiet part out loud.
Number one, do the citizens have right to the budgets of these associations that are meeting?
Number two, do we have rights to their meeting minutes to find out what they're talking about and what they're presenting to these different counties and these elected officials?
Of course not.
And then the other dangerous thing that legislatures are doing is that they're funding these organizations to where we don't have legislative oversight or auditing purview over these NGOs and these associations that we really don't know what's going on.
And in some cases, it's gotten so gross in some states that they call them raby day funds, they call them buckets, they call them trusts out there.
And so because once the legislature allocates that money and it gets moved over or the counties help pay that association fee, the citizens are completely blind to it.
And so the next thing I want to go up to is our third cut with Mark Nelson out of Hackin County, the chain of custody issues.
The main reason is because I know when I was in the military, chain of custody of classified information, which I consider our ballots to be similar to military classified information, chain of custody is a big, is a large matter.
And the companies that produce these machines, there is no chain of custody once that ballot is fed into the machine.
That, in my opinion, is a breach of the chain of custody.
Now, I'm not against technology, if it can be made secure and if it can be done correctly.
However, when you have a supplier of equipment that will not let you audit the do a forensic audit on the software and the programming in that machine, they will not teach you how to clean and manage the machine.
I have a problem with that.
And I even went so far as to suggest to our county commissioners and our auditor that any technician that touches the machine or anyone who delivers formatting should need to be sworn in as a counting board member in order to maintain chain of custody.
And they said, well, nobody's, you won't get it.
Absolutely right.
When we, you know, Jessica, you are so eloquent with this.
You and I never had an opportunity to vote for the manipulation and takeover of our elections regarding the machines.
And this just happened.
The slow march over time.
And the very fact that we don't have control, proper oversight of our elections is so damning.
And everything that you and I have been through in South Dakota, where we've looked at the machines and it's just like there's more fog than there is clarity.
And ESNS had an opportunity to step forward and actually be a leader in this area.
And I'm just going to flat out say from when it comes to security, when it comes to transparency, when it comes to correcting the record of the lies from the county auditors, the lies from previous Secretary of States and the current Secretary of State, I'm done.
They're not an honest broker.
Not at all.
But I believe that those lies pretty much came from the vendor in the first place because the vendor was feeding them untruths about their machines and these officials who have no idea what's happening in there were just repeating them.
And then when you do question everything and they've been exposed over and over in Minnehaha County in particular, they'll just ditch you, tuck and run, won't show up, offer you support for your election.
So their true colors have been shown and we need to just ban them from the state of South Dakota and take our elections back because, you know, this unconstitutional nature of the third parties controlling our machines, you know, we really have elections of the government, by the government, for the government instead of of the people, by the people, and for the people.
And the people need to have control of their elections again so that we restore the trust, we restore the sanctity of the vote.
And we are then, once we trust it and it's transparent, we then are ensured that we do actually have a representative republic.
And so when we come back after the commercial break, we'll talk more in depth on this and show more of the highlights.
But Jessica, you're exactly right because the South Dakota state motto is under God, the people rule.
And so this is why it's been so great to work with so many of the great activists in South Dakota is that we are using that state motto as our rallying cry to say, look, we want to do the hand counting.
We want transparency in our elections.
We demand it.
And for you guys to sit here and run interference only proves the point that something isn't right.
And so we should never give up.
We want to be leaders for the rest of the country and provide that example.
We're never going to give up.
And I know, Jessica, you're really suffering with more than likely a flu, it seems like.
But hang in there.
We're all going to be praying for this.
When we come back after this commercial, let's go into some of the other little dirty details that you've uncovered in this interview.

The more energy efficient that we become, the more airtight that we make our houses, the more toxic it is for our environment.
Our technology is vibrating the air at a rate of speed.
Anything that is 0.001 microns or larger does not stand a chance in the presence of not only photocatalytic oxidation, but needlepoint negative ionization.
We're sending out an ion wave that is going through walls, doors, floors, carpets, paddings, draperies, and it's synergistically vibrating the air and it's going to drop it down to the ground as a biologically inert substance.

Welcome back.
We've got Jessica Palmayo from South Dakota Camadan with us tonight.
And we're talking about kind of the law fare that has been happening in South Dakota regarding the squashing of the South Dakota voters' rights to basically have oversight and control of their elections and their willingness to go out and squash the petitions that voters are bringing forward to do hand counting in seven to eight counties across the state of South Dakota.
And it's just absolutely incredible the experience that we've seen over here over the last couple of years.
And we want to basically kind of point this out as kind of a warning to other states out there to be careful of what is going out there and to be prepared mentally, but also financially to fight for your rights legally.
And so the next video clip is with Barbara Hoyton, McCook County, when she turned in her signatures.
So let's take a look at this one.
We, I think we obtained 230 signatures.
We only needed 190 some.
So we far exceeded what we needed.
We turned them into our auditor, Gerilyn.
And it was kind of interesting when we turned them in, she was already, should I say, acting nervous or just not Gerilyn that I know.
She had said, okay, well, our secretary of our state's attorney wants to see them and we'll let you know.
And Ron had said, okay, can you let me know what you've determined from the signatures?
Which at that point, it kind of perked me and thinking that something's not right here.
Why does this state's attorney have to get involved in this process like that?
When we went to the commissioner meeting, it was, again, something just didn't seem right to me.
And they had already predetermined basically that they were not going to approve our ballots.
Went in thinking this is a no-brainer.
It's a petition we should get on the ballot.
But as soon as I sat down, they had a TV off to the side when the portion of the petitions came up in the meeting.
Then Mike Fink started and said, Here, I got to show this video.
And Gerilyn and all her people that works for her had the video all ready to go on this TV for the commissioners.
So it was like already preset up.
And so here was the video of Lawrence County and Sarah Frankenstein.
She was telling Lawrence County that the petition was illegal and that they couldn't submit it.
So Fink did his little talk to the commissioners about, you know, after they played the video and everything, Fink did his little talk about you can do what you want, but you know, I say, no, you can't have this go to the ballot.
So then they gave public comment at that point.
And I got up and I had indicated to them the law, which was South Dakota codified law 7-18a-13, which stated that basically the board shall present it to the board of county commissioners and at its next regular or special meeting, the board shall enact the proposed ordinance or resolution and shall submit it to a vote of the voters in the manner prescribed within 60 days.
So when I had said that to the commissioners, I sensed and I seen Fink's face say like, well, okay, now it's up to you guys.
You know, that's he didn't deny that law.
He didn't like say no, you know, but he so then it was shortly after that and they all said no, you know, they all declined it.
You can just stop it there.
There you go.
Yeah, so tyrants acting there where the law is so clear, as she pointed it out, and these tyrants basically come in and trample on your rights and basically try to go, what you going to do about it?
What are you going to do to enforce it?
Is that what we're hearing here, Jessica?
Pretty much seems to be the theme.
Yep, we know this is what Sarah Frankenstein said.
And you can read us the state statute and the Constitution all day long, but that doesn't matter because we're going to reject it and take our chances with you suing us because, you know, I mean, as Nicole pointed out, the citizens can't get a lawyer anywhere.
So there's kind of a conspiracy with the State Bar Association.
And that's another story for another day.
But there is no legal representation for the people.
And so either they have to be willing to file their own suit, do their own research, pay for it themselves, and all that kind of thing, or we are going to be subjected to this lawfare, and there seems to be no way out of it.
Yeah, and that's really unfortunate.
And so I'm really hoping that the legislature will listen to this, see these videos, and help us make some reforms this year.
And then we're going to have to continue it next year as well because this cannot continue.
The next video I want to take a look at is with Jeff Stewart with the 11% signatures collected.
There's some interesting little tidbits in this one.
On April 22nd, we had 348 signatures, which actually amounts to, in our small county, that amounted to 11% of the voters who voted in the 2022 election.
So that's a pretty big percent.
So anyway, throughout this time from March in April, they meet twice a month.
I actually know two of the county commissioners and I emailed them, texted them numerous times with a bunch, a whole bunch of information asking to be on the agenda.
And They would never put it on the agenda.
Actually, um, at the ape.
So, you know, it's just perfect.
It's just like this deference where these commissioners are scared.
So, something is happening behind the scenes where they can't just read the law themselves and actually execute what is legally allowed or required to do.
Um, and I'm being critical of this because I too have taken an oath of office and I'm on a city council for the city of Elkton here in South Dakota.
And so, I understand what commissioners have to do, you know, and what legislators and what city council people have to do and what we're responsible for.
And I take the same oath that they do.
And so, I just find that it's just completely shocking.
Um, so then Jeff has a really long story of kind of all the things they went through, but um, they also experienced another yet level of the law fare or you know, intent to kind of prevent their due process.
He couldn't get on the agenda when they were promised to be on the agenda.
They had a whole bunch of people show up and they conveniently left the item off the agenda and said, Oops, sorry, we can't vote on it because we didn't put on the agenda.
And they also broke a lot of open meetings laws.
Um, so I think we get to that in the next section here.
But that was another whole level added into Charles Mix County.
That is absolutely sad.
So, let's go ahead and show that slide now.
And I think it's actually really incredible because we've just had breaking news here that there was a hearing, and you are referring to Gant, who was a former Secretary of State, and he should know better.
And his flagrant violation of the open meeting law sparks volumes or speaks volumes about his intent to deny due process on this issue.
And so, this was a complete violation, and it was a 5-0 unanimous vote in that hearing.
Right.
So, Jason Gant, as we said, is the Charles Mix County auditor and a former Secretary of State.
And he was interfering with the citizens who wanted to get this hand counting item on the agenda and broke a lot of open meetings laws in the process.
Well, former Senator Frank Kowchek, I believe, and the Stewarts then filed a complaint with the Open Meetings Board or whatever it's called, and they actually found him guilty.
So, at least, you know, it's a small win.
He basically gets a slap on the wrist.
But this was again the people knowing the law, knowing their rights, and then holding this county auditor accountable for inflicting yet more lawfare on them.
Right.
And so, that's just absolutely really shocking to see how that goes.
So, you can tell that this is a live show, completely unedited.
You caught me drinking water there to make sure that I keep my throat clear.
It's Pellegrino, so non-alcoholic or anything.
So, then, of course, then to not make light of this, then the Frankenstein shows up here in the next video that is on deck.
The May 9th meeting, the day before, we found out that they had put county initiative petition on the meeting.
And the reason they did is that they had invited Sarah Frankenstein to come to the meeting.
And they knew that I was going to be there and probably with some other people that were for hand counting and signed the petition and wanted a vote.
They started attending these meetings too.
So the May 9th meeting, we had probably a dozen people that were for hand counting.
And so when it came to that county initiative petition agenda item, Sarah Frankenstein did like a 34, 35 minute slide presentation.
It was basically an anti-initiative petition slide presentation.
It was all negative and why and why it couldn't be done.
And it was somewhat specific to our petition that we had turned in on the 22nd of April.
And it had and so of course they go on to deny the petition.
I'm sure you can guess by now.
It's the same story, song and dance over and over.
Wow.
I mean, it's just absolutely incredible.
And so the next one, another fine example from Kirk Hawk out of Hamlin County.
This has a little bit story because you and I actually show up to this one as well.
So Kirk, let's take it away.
Well, I'll let you make sure that it doesn't get decided until after the public comment.
And they don't let anybody talk until it's public comment.
So you get your public comment.
And then we got, so I called you.
I called everybody I knew to come to the meeting.
And we had, let's see, well, I don't know, over 20 people there at the meeting.
It was jam-packed.
It was people out in the hallway.
And they just, they said, well, we had, we talked to this Sarah Frankenstein last weekend and she told us all about it and we have to reject it, blah, blah, blah.
I was like, reject it.
How can you reject it?
It's against the law to reject it.
The signatures were verified.
I have enough signatures.
Everything's on the up and up.
This is a petition by the people.
How can you reject it?
Well, we're just going to reject it.
And then they did.
And that was that.
So all that work was for nothing.
And so in short, after that meeting, you and I both go down and we file complaints.
I filed a complaint because I looked at her logic and accuracy test from the primary election and it was in complete violation of the state statutes.
You filed additional complaints and so did the activists who lived in that county of the violation of their rights with the county sheriff.
And let's see this video of the live action of the county sheriff reaction to our complaints.
And they finally called me just the other day and said that, yeah, I have, it's a civil case.
There's nothing they can do about it.
Nothing they can do about it.
I have to talk to my state's attorney who is with the commissioners and who was telling them to reject the petition.
So we got no recourse.
So I don't know what we can do about it, but we need to have our law.
We need to have our constitutional rights back.
I'll take copies of this all.
I'll get your information.
I need to write a statement.
Do you have a formula?
Yes, I take it seriously, but you have to look at my side of this too.
There's two sides to this.
There's the constitution.
We've all had this.
And you're reporting this.
I'm all good with that.
I really am.
I'll have to talk to the attorney general before this goes anywhere, just to get his opinion on this, because he is actually my boss, the ultimate boss.
No, people are your boss.
Read the Constitution the way you would like to read it.
Yeah, he says, I can't.
Oh, I can't.
Oh, I'm not touching this.
You can file your complaints, but I'm not touching this.
They're the ones that hire me.
I was like, what?
Yeah, they hire me.
And I have to send that's going to have to go up to the state's attorney.
Because, well, first he said that's going to go to the state's attorney.
We said, well, he's not going to do anything.
He's with them.
He's the one that told them to reject it.
No, I'm going to have to go to the attorney general then.
I can't do anything about it.
Those are the ones, those are the guys that are my boss.
I can't do anything.
Thank you, Jessica, for an action-packed show.
This serves as a beacon of a warning light to the rest of the United States to be prepared to be in this fight for a long time.
Continue to use all of your rights found in the U.S. Constitution and your state's constitution.
Thank you so much, Jessica, and also the rest of South Dakota Cam and scene and everybody who helped make this possible.
Thank you, Mike Lindell.
Thank you, Apollo, who's behind the scenes here, and those of you who might be leaving early.
Merry Christmas to you, the rest of you.
I have an exciting interview tomorrow with what's happening in Texas.
Stay tuned all this week.
We're going to have live shows for you.
Thank you, America.
God bless you.
