So let's get into the breaking news that's happening across the country here.
And what's absolutely incredible is the KWAI pundit is already reporting.
Unlike 2020, 94% of voters consider Trump's victory legitimate, including a vast majority of grieving Democrats.
So they take the snippet directly from CNN.
This is the first presidential election in at least a decade where pretty much everyone on the losing side has reached the fifth stage of grief.
Acceptance.
I love that line.
Take a look at recent polling from Reuters.
When asked whether Trump's win was legitimate, about 94% of voters said it was.
This includes 64% who agreed that Trump's win was legitimate and supported his presidency, and another 30% who accepted Trump's victory but indicated that they would oppose his presidency.
Only about 6% of registered voters said they did not accept the results as legitimate.
Some Democrats feel basically the same way.
About 90% of the results were legitimate, while very few, about 10%, said they were not.
What's interesting in the next section here, the data also proves that Americans feel far more comfortable about the legitimacy of this election than the previous, which was tainted by widespread voter fraud across battleground states that ultimately tipped the result in Joe Biden's favor.
58% of voters in 2020 believe cheating was likely in Joe Biden's impossible win.
Plus, I will never forget this survey.
One in five mail-in voters in 2020 admitted to committing voter fraud.
They actually admitted this into pollsters.
We're not done with the election yet, folks.
Alaskan GOP calls for a recount after ballot measure to repeal ranked choice voting falls short just by one-tenth of a percent.
The Alaskan Republican Party has declared its intention to seek a full recount and a comprehensive review of the razor-thin election results for ballot measure two, a proposal aimed at abolishing Alaska's open primary system and the use of ranked choice voting in general elections.
The measure was narrowly defeated with the no vote leading by a margin of just one-tenth of a percent or 664 votes out of over 320,000 cast, according to a nearly complete election results.
Ballot measure two aimed to reverse Alaska's controversial ranked choice voting system and open primaries, implemented after a 2020 referendum.
Under this system, the top four candidates in a non-partisan primary, regardless of party affiliation, advanced to the general election.
And so we can see the vote totals there on the no, 160,619 to 159,955.
It is absolutely ridiculous where things are sitting right now.
In other news, Nancy Pelosi's own daughter brags about curing ballots in California as two Democrat candidates pull ahead to unseat GOP incumbents nearly three weeks after election day.
So she even posted on X, grateful to everyone working the Democrats' ballot cure phone banks with our volunteer army today.
House Dems will flip California 13 and California 45 because the voters chose change and progress.
We share about that because if we look at the graph here down below, you can see how California went mostly red compared to 2020 and now in 2024 on the right-hand side.
So this is exactly what happens when ballot harvesting is legal and there is no voter ID.
And it's 40% of the voters in the golden state voted for President Trump.
It may actually be higher if we look at the actual voters.
So now as we kind of look at some of the other things that are happening across the country, we kind of wonder, you know, all these stars that are saying, oh, I'm going to leave the United States.
I'm done being here in the United States in this red state or a blue state that I don't feel comfortable anymore and they feel that their lives are at risk.
It's really interesting when we look at the data.
And thankfully, Zero Hedge is on top of this.
And they've actually looked at where people are going.
So is Newsweek.
And even the Google search results, this is absolutely incredible and kind of laughable.
And you guessed it.
You knew that as triggered Democrats sought to deal with the PTSD of a Trump election victory, Visa website La Vita reported a dramatic 2,300% increase in U.S. site traffic on Aleck, according to Newsweek.
This figure was more than five times the increase observed after the 2020 election, which itself saw a 4.5-fold rise in visitor numbers.
And we know where residents from Democrat-leaning states are most likely to consider moving.
A study using Google analyzed search trends over the last 12 months to examine how political inclinations influence relocation interests.
What's interesting, Google Trends data revealed a 400% increases in search for how to move to Canada by 8 p.m. Eastern Time on election night, with a 200% rise in searches for legal migration methods to Canada.
The news report said that Canada ranks as a top relocation destination for residents in blue majority states with 89.47% of the 19 states studied favoring in searches.
All right, well, back to election news.
Remember Jenna Griswold?
What's absolutely stunning is the hypocrisy here.
So you got Tina Peters, who copied a hard drive because she needed to, in essence, to retain election materials because they were going to format her system.
This lady, Jenna, puts the BIOS passwords that gave unfettered access to voting machines at the most basic level, allowing massive changes with no trail.
The Colorado voting machine passwords were posted online for as long as five months.
In highly contested Colorado, 664 BIOS passwords were listed in a hidden tab on a series of spreadsheets posted on a page for the Colorado Secretary of State website as early as June of this year.
She claimed there was no evidence that any systems were compromised, but cyber experts who have tested election systems in a high-level government systems advise an average hacker could compromise a machine and leave no trace that they'd been in the machine.
That's actually absolutely correct.
Even without the BIOS password, you could do that as well.
But once you have the BIOS password, all bets are off and you can pretty much do whatever you want, remote boot off of another hard drive or thumb drive and boot onto an alternate operating system and then adjust to any files that you want and nobody would be the wiser.
And so that's just absolutely disgusting that she has not been taken to task.
And I really hope that my governor, soon to be former governor, Christy Noam, will take action as being the head of Homeland Security.
And since CISA has oversight of these elections, as well as the EAC and some of the federal dollars that match this, I really hope that Jenna never oversees an election ever again.
It's just absolutely disgusting to see what has happened.
Now, in Midwestern news, all the way up in Minnesota, you won't believe, but the University of Minnesota activists are still protesting Trump's win.
Well, three weeks.
I guess that college has really gone down.
That's where I used to go.
According to the College Fix, for the second time in as many weeks, University of Minnesota far-left activists marched through the campus to denounce Donald Trump's election victory.
Apparently, the far left doesn't believe in our democracy.
These activists also spoke about the so-called transgender J of Remembrance.
The of M students for a Democratic Society joined the Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee and Asians for Palestine, among other things, protested Trump's alleged policies for rolling back rights for transgender individuals.
The Minnesota Daily reports.
That's a campus newspaper.
Just Braverman of the group's gender justice claim Trump might also ban the changing of names and pronouns on official educational documents.
I feel so bad for these students.
They have no idea God's plan for them.
And it's so sad that they're so far away from reality.
Why do we have to recognize your mental illness that you don't know what God created you as?
Simple DNA test tells you male, female, XX, X, Y.
The science is settled.
I don't know why we have to go through this malaise.
We can't keep up with you and we're not interested.
America resoundingly said, no, we're not interested.
Pound sand.
And a bit of exciting news for Donald Trump.
We have the Gateway Pundit reporting that Jack Smith has basically dismissed both cases against President Trump after Trump plans to go scorched Earth and fire his entire team of prosecutors.
Update the cases are dismissed.
And they were dismissed without prejudice.
That's huge.
Let that sink in without prejudice.
Dismissal without prejudice is also consistent with the government's understanding that the immunity afforded to a sitting president is temporary, expiring when they leave office.
Jack Smith on Monday moved to dismiss both federal cases against Trump as Trump plans to go scorch Earth and fire the special counsel's entire team of prosecutors, which he should do.
Jack Smith asked to dismiss both the January 6th case and classified documents case against Trump.
That's because he knew that there was nothing there.
He could have wrapped it up, had it all done even before he took office, but he knew this was a political game and he lost.
He absolutely, absolutely lost.
Now, we are going to start kind of paying attention to what's happening in Ukraine because they've just fired U.S.-made missiles with cluster munitions against an airfield in Russia in the Kirk region.
This is not good.
And so we'll just want to make sure that we keep an eye on it.
And we can see in the background up here the fires that are starting to appear in Russia.
And this escalation needs to stop.
And it is unfortunate what the Biden-Kamala Harris regime are doing to push this.
And I really hope this turns around.
Another exciting news.
This one is fantastic.
Elon Musk X Corp objects to sale or transfer of accounts maintained by Alex Jones or InfoWars in court filing.
We were all kind of suspicious as to kind of what was going on here and who interjected.
But now that Elon Muck's X Corp has kind of stepped in, it's interesting that Onion claims to have purchased InfoWars in a bankruptcy auction earlier this month with plans to turn it into a satire website.
But the judge overseeing the case has ordered a hearing into how the satire website won.
According to sources, the onion was not the actual highest bidder at $1.75 million.
Jones allies at Force United American Companies made the highest bid.
Now, that's interesting.
Judge Christopher Lopez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Houston has expressed concerns about the way the auction was conducted with a rule change that allowed it to go to the non-highest bidder.
Let that sink in.
That means something else was going on.
And that I can't wait to see what this case is going to absolutely uncover.

The world
is hearing that song.
More and more media outlets are playing it.
We should be excited about it.
It is, I was interviewed by a progressive last week, and he was a little salty.
And he was asking, you know, what do you like about Trump?
And I said, well, I followed Trump for years and he is an American icon and he basically is setting culture.
This song right now is setting up culture and is so envious.
It is such an example of where we're at as a country.
Just the positivity stock market going up.
Even in the spite of poor earnings and everything else, it's that future vision that Americans have of where the country is going and what is possible.
And that is so iconic.
So here we are ready.
And here's some of the additional evidence that is happening already in the president's favor.
And it's so sad that CNN has to admit this.
Americans are in love with this Trump transition.
Okay, you and I are going to be somewhat critical of some of the pics that are out there, but a majority of Americans are happy.
And so it's great that the Gateway Pundit puts it this way.
CNN must be ordering anti acids by this semi-truckload as a reaction to President Trump's decisive election.
And the positive reaction to Trump's transition is in stark contrast to what left us here inside their own echo chambers.
CNN senior data reporter Harry Enton shared that according to a recent poll, Americans are in love with this Trump transition.
And he's quoted as saying, take a look here, President Trump's transaction net approval.
You go back to November 2016, look at this.
He was just at one point, just plus one point.
That was well, well, well below the historical norm.
Now he's at plus 18 points closer to the other presidents, especially modern presidents.
And so that's absolutely incredible.
Then down in Mexico, where they were basically trying to say, oh, no, no, no, you're not going to be able to do anything.
Well, apparently she's already folded just after one phone call with Trump.
And so the spark of resistance is officially gone, as at least one foreign leader already appears to be folding just after a phone call with President-elect Donald Trump.
Mexican President Claudia Scheinbaum is signaling that a significant policy changes are on the table just after, just days after a post election day congratulatory call to the U.S. president-elect.
In a recent press conference, the Mexican president gave assurances that the nation's sovereignty will not be lost while maintaining a positive relationship with Trump.
The bigger concern that she has is that the cartels down there are trying to put a lot of pressure on her, but we're going to end up seeing that this will end up exposing a lot of the corrupt politicians and the pre-party in Mexico.
That's kind of their official uniparty that they have down there in that state.
And it's in some areas, it is truly run by the cartels.
And when we look at so many of the different governors, the presidents and judges that have been assassinated in Mexico, I think it's going to be time for us to basically see what the U.S. can do to protect the good politicians.
But there's also a subversive action that's been going on that the Gateway Pundit missed in regards to some of the trade wars going on potentially with China and Mexico.
One of the things that Mexico has been allowing itself to do is to receive parts from China.
Then they will lightly assemble a product and then ship it into the United States as being a quote-unquote, quote-unquote, Mexican product to qualify and then basically steal jobs from the United States.
So Trump is aware of this and he is going to crack down on a lot of this that is happening because it also affects Canadian workers as well.
So I think we're going to get support from a lot of the unions and also Canada to try and protect the dumping of cheaply parts from China coming in through Mexico to take advantage of us.
Another huge victory for Trump as well is, you know it, DEI.
And so here we're already observing that Walmart and other large companies, Tractor Supply, Lowe's, Ford, Coors, John Deere, Harley-Davidson, Jack Daniels, Caterpillar, Boeing, and Toyota have moved away from toxic diversity, equity, and inclusion.
And what he has written, Starbuck, he has been on a mission to shift the corporate landscape in America from insanity and rainbows to what he considers sanity and neutrality.
And so Starbuck has talked that Walmart has decided to end its woof policies, which is interesting because, well, that's the biggest retailer in the United States.
And so we are going to see more and more of this stuff being eliminated, including with Pete Hague Seth, the military.
And so we'll actually swap out DEI for MEI, merit, excellence, and intelligence.
And that's what will move America forward.
Then we also see in New York, they are quick to act.
They're going to close 12 migrant shelters ahead of Trump's deportation agenda.
We're aware that they've already shut two of them down.
And what's interesting is they're going to shut these before the end of the year.
Now, where they go, that's going to be interesting.
And this highlights the strain on resources and the political tension surrounding immigration policies.
And so currently, Mike Shedlock of MishTalk.com noted that back in June, 20% of the New York City hotels had become migrant shelters, driving up the coast, the cost of hotel rooms everywhere else for paying customers.
And so that is a significant impact of what migration can, illegal immigration can actually have on the United States.
And it's no joke.
It is no joke that this has been happening.
But kind of going back to the elections, we kind of thought that everything here was copacetic.
Now, not quite.
So Trump is walking into a presidency with a really tough, small, minor majority in the House.
But yet, there are still a couple races out there that are not decided.
And so when we kind of look back, and if you remember some of the last week, there were quite a few posters out there on X on the left that are basically saying, look, Trump has below 50% of the majority vote.
So a majority of Americans didn't vote for him.
Good news for you.
The latest charts that are out there right now actually show Trump taking the lead, and he is now at 50%, and Kamala is down to 48.4%.
So he's right now at 76.8 million votes compared to Kamala's 74.3.
Now, we're pretty close to hopefully wrapping up this insanity.
Why it's taking so long to count all of this is just beyond me.
And the Senate, the GOP gained four seats and the Democrats lost four seats.
And so the GOP has 53 seats to 47 Democrat seats.
However, I'm a little concerned that there may be one of these GOP senators that may not make it.
And you all know who I am talking about.
Next up, what's interesting is we've got these three house races, two in California and one in Iowa, where it is just so close.
And so when we look at that majority over at the House, it's scary to think that the GOP only has 219 and you need 218 for the majority.
And with that, it's It's we don't have any spare room.
We need Republicans to learn how to work together and move an agenda across.
And so in California, the two seats, they're mixed leads.
So in the 13th congressional district and in the 45th congressional district outside of Los Angeles, the difference between the two candidates is less than a half percentage point or about 200 votes.
And there's still 98% of the vote to be counted in, or sorry, 2% of the vote left to count.
In the 45th district, that one is a difference of 550 votes with about 99% of the vote counted.
And so the Democrat challenger, Derek Tran, has taken over the lead over the Republican incumbent, Representative Michelle Steele.
Now, in Iowa, the GOP has the lead there.
She has 50.1% of the votes to the Democrat candidate, Christina Bohannon, who's only at 49.99, a difference of 800 votes.
But that one will probably go to a ring count.
And that is really, really scary where things are at in that race.
So the Republicans really have to work together to be able to push this agenda because with 218 for the majority, you're going to have to have 218 to cross the finish line for every single vote.
And we know that there's a lot of soft Republicans out there.
And so this is going to be really important for us to really put pressure on our elected officials to make sure that they get the job done.
And they're really going to have to make sure that they don't have absences.
And that's of any kind.
And so this is going to be, I think, a very tumultuous time in America when it comes to politics.
And so the earlier that the Republicans can get items done and passed in their legislative agenda, the better off we'll be.
Because as time goes along and the next election cycle comes up, I think we're going to see more defections.
But it depends on kind of where the economy goes.
And I'm anticipating some turmoil with the economy now that Janet Yellen is on her way out and just kind of drops a bomb over there.
And then the latest report coming out of the Chicago Federal Reserve does not look good.
And we're seeing another negative growth come out.
And it's been a long time in U.S. history that we've seen actions like this.
And this will potentially cause some issues for us.
All right.
So again, I just want to make sure everybody is prepared.
Just like we were in the elections, always have a backup plan.

But tonight, what I do want to introduce for you is kind of a neat little story.
It's interesting that I had to do my license, or I should say my license plate tab renewals for myself and my wife.
We kind of have two separate accounts.
She has her truck under her name by herself.
And then I have my other vehicles and camper trailer and hauling trailers under my name.
And so I went in with her check to basically request the new tabs.
And right out of the gate, I was confronted with resistance because I would either need her ID or I would need her Social Security number to be able to get the tabs for her truck.
Whereas I present my driver's license and I'm ready to go with all of the items on my list.
I was kind of shocked.
So I had to call my wife as a dutiful husband and get her Social Security number and then give it to the lady on the other side so then I could purchase her tabs because my wife is basically working two jobs and so she doesn't have time to do this.
And so that's why as a dutiful husband who had a little time this morning thought I could just take care of that for her.
And you would think that's not as important as voting, but apparently, and what's discussing in South Dakota is that if you don't have your driver's license for voting, you can just self-sign an affidavit and you can say you are who you are.
And that's why is our voting laws so weak compared to our hunting laws in South Dakota or even just getting tabs in South Dakota.
And it was just an interesting dynamic that I did not expect to have today.
And so that kind of spurred a little bit of research that I started diving into.
And I want to show all of you this chart because it kind of, I think it's a to-do list.
One of the main items that we're going to have to kind of take a look at our state to see what is it that we want to have within our own state for people to vote.
And so when I looked at this for the United States, I got to tell you, this looks terrible.
And so even my state, South Dakota, is in yellow.
And that's really sad to see because we have less strict photo ID, whereas the dark green states, they have a strict photo ID.
And in the light green states, you can have an alternative photo ID or something that is still points to you without a photo on it.
And then when we get into the yellow states, it's even less strict to where you can kind of use bills or other stuff.
And then we get into the non-the light red, which is a non-photo ID requirement.
And then we get to the no voter, no voter photo ID requirement.
And so a state like Minnesota, this is where you have vouching introduced.
A voter can vouch for eight other people.
You can bring in a utility bill, all of those types of things.
And it was really interesting to kind of watch during this election how many states Kamala Harris won in states without tough ID requirements.
But now I sit here and I look at this chart and I see how many yellow states there are that Trump carried.
And it's just shocking to see how corrupted our elections are.
And this is something that we really have to get a grip on.
And I would implore all of us to start talking with our legislators to say, no, we need to have a true voter ID.
And we have to have something because this isn't working.
We need to make sure that we are protecting our elections.
And that means that we're protecting our school elections, our city elections, our county, our state, and our federal elections.
Now, what's interesting too is when we look at the federal law, I'm a little curious.
When we look at the Constitution and it says that it's the state legislatures that basically decide the elections for Congress and the Senate, but it's silent, technically, on President of the United States.
Does the president have the authority then to basically say for presidential elections, you have to be a U.S. citizen?
That's going to be an interesting thing that we'll have to explore to see what happens over the next four years.
Will Congress pass some type of a law?
Which way will the states go?
There was also fights kind of happening.
I want to really call it fight, but legislation that was coming forward in South Dakota to better constrict the definition of the citizenry within the Constitution of South Dakota.
And I think we're going to see that more across other states looking at this.
But these voter ID reforms are going to be so important.
We have to lock this down because when I look at the lack of green states here, this is an absolute alarm bell.
This is something that is critically, has to be reinvestigated in so many of the, what I would call the more conservative states.
Texas, Florida, South Carolina, you got to look at this.
We have to look at Alabama.
We need to look at Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota.
Come on here, guys.
We got to get ourselves into the dark green.
Ohio, we need you guys to kind of help be the role model for us.
But Michigan, no wonder why it's elections.
And when we look at California, no wonder why it's where it's at.
Alaska, we're going to have to fix that as well.
And we just cannot continue going down this road because this looks like something that has been intentional to try and corrupt our elections.
And this absolutely seems to be in line with some of the activities with the national popular vote movement as well.
It seems to be in a direct alignment for this type of corruption.
And in some of these red states and even some of the yellow states, we had these voter role issues that were happening.
And so this map really does look like it is the canary in the coal.
And so with that, we really have to buckle up and get this down.
I'm going to give you an example that we learned here in South Dakota as well.
And this kind of goes to the example of even when we go out and do petitioning for candidates.
What was interesting is that there's this statute in South Dakota for petitions.
And in here, this was an email that was sent back from the Secretary of State's office to a person who wanted to challenge some of the signatures on a candidate's petition.
And the law is basically to challenge a petition, signatures or declaration of candidacy within five business days after a nominating initiative or referendum petition, excluding petitions for statewide initiative or referendum, is validated and filed with the person in charge of the election.
Any interested person who has researched the signatures contained on the petition for a nominating petition, has researched the information contained in the declaration of candidacy, may submit an affidavit stating that the petition contains deficiencies as to the number of signatures of persons who are eligible to sign the petition or that the declaration of candidacy is not valid.
The affidavit shall include itemized listing of the specific deficiencies in question.
However, the response from the office was basically to just throw this completely out the window where they're saying any challenge to the following items is prohibited.
This isn't statutory.
The signer does not live at the address listed on the petition.
So you're telling me people who don't live in the state can basically sign a petition?
Are you daft?
Are you kidding me, Secretary of State Office of South Dakota?
That doesn't even compute.
Then two, the circulator does not live at the address listed on the petition.
Really?
But then three, circulator listed a resident address in South Dakota, but is not a South Dakota resident.
We need to have a real conversation about these petitions, but it goes into line that here we're getting corrupted here in South Dakota with our own Secretary of State's office making these types of decisions.
I don't think this is the legislative intent.
And so, this is one thing that I'm going to be working on in South Dakota, along with other great activists, that will be bringing this situation to light.
And hopefully, our legislature and the future governor, Larry Roden, who's currently the lieutenant governor with Christy Noam, going to work with the Trump administration at Homeland Security.
Hopefully, this will be an opportunity for Larry Rodin to be an example of getting this type of garbage fixed because we had so much money coming from the outside of our state trying to impact our elections.
Open primaries, marijuana, land grab, abortion, all of those radical policies got summarily defeated in South Dakota.
Pack your bags, go home.
Now, on top of this, here we're seeing this as an example that happened back in April of 2024.
And I'm aware of another case that happened in South Dakota where they did take people off of another petitioner's petition.
And so, especially number one, their signer does not live at the address listed at the petition.
So, then how do they know they're a registered voter?
And so, how is it that the Secretary of State can make this type of decision, but somebody who's challenging it can't?
And so, this is absolutely disgusting to see this type of politics in South Dakota.
And so, you may find this in your state as well.
And so, we will need you guys to start researching your state laws and start asking legislators what would happen if somebody who didn't live in the state signed a petition?
What if they ran for office and didn't live in your state?
What if they voted in your elections?
We need to get control of those three areas immediately.
So, signing petitions or nominations, running as a candidate, all of that.
We're going to have to get all of that under control because this is absolutely scary what can happen.
And so, just kind of flashing that map again, this is a warning light.
Is your state at risk?
