Time Text
Gordon Fox.
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Welcome to the Lindell Report.
I'm your host, Rick Webbel, subbing in for Mike.
You know what Mike is up to.
He's out there helping out the Trump team, and he is out there fighting the good fight every day for all of us.
We got a couple of breaking news.
I mean, holy cow, it is definitely Trump time.
Things change on a dime.
Even some of the news reports that we reported yesterday have now all of a sudden changed in less than 24 hours.
It is absolutely incredible.
And so right out of the gate, we see, of course, the big news is that Matt Gates withdraws from the Attorney General consideration.
And he basically stated, while the momentum was strong, it is clear that my confirmation was unfairly becoming a distraction to the critical work of the Trump vance transition.
There is no time to waste on a needlessly protracted Washington scuffle.
Thus, I'll be withdrawing my name from consideration to serve as Attorney General.
Trump's DOJ must be in place and ready on day one.
I kind of find it interesting, and there will be lots of discussions as to what transpired behind the scenes.
Hopefully, we'll get more clarity on that over the next couple of days.
But Trump's team wasted no time, and they were absolutely ready to go.
And I like this pick for several reasons.
Fantastic.
Breaking news, President Trump nominates former Florida AG and Trump attorney, Pam Bondi, as the next Attorney General of the United States.
So at 6.28 Eastern Time on Thursday night, President Trump nominated the Attorney General of Florida and former Trump attorney, Pam Bondi, as the next Attorney General of the United States.
And he stated, I'm proud to announce former Attorney General of the great state of Florida, Pam Bondi, as our next Attorney General of the United States.
I just love how you just said that three times now, four times.
Pam was a prosecutor for nearly 20 years, where she was very tough on violent criminals and made the streets safe for Florida families.
Then as Florida's first female attorney general, she worked to stop the trafficking of deadly drugs and reduce the tragedy of fentanyl overdose deaths, which have destroyed many families across our country.
She did such an incredible job that I asked her to serve as our opioid and drug abuse commission during my first term.
We saved many lives.
Well, let's go ahead and get the reaction from Mark Cuban.
Yep, of course, he's still facing backlash every day that Trump is appointing these wonderful ladies throughout the United States to take these top posts in his administration.
These ladies with a can-do attitude and these mama bears are not going to be messed with.
And I am excited to see more of Trump's picks.
But, you know, because we know what a man is and we know what a woman is, of course, the other news out of Capitol Hill, I kind of love the way the Gateway pundit capitalized on this.
Being the bigger man, of course, they recognized he's still a man.
Incoming trans representative agrees to comply with Speaker Johnson's bathroom policy.
Well, gee, too bad we just can't do that across the United States.
Here's the model.
See, look at that.
He even states here at the bottom, like all members, I will follow the rules as outlined by Speaker Johnson, even if I disagree with them, McBride said.
This effort to distract from the real issues facing this country hasn't distracted me over the last several days as I've remained hard at work preparing to represent the great state in the Union come January.
You know, I'd like to kind of change that sentence.
And what's happening in our schools, why can't we just have it state at our universities and higher institutions?
Like all students, I will follow the rules as outlined by the state or the United States, even if I disagree with them, the student said.
This effort to distract from the real education facing this country hasn't distracted me over the last several days as I've remained hard at work studying to better my life.
Why can't we see that now?
Why can't we come to an agreement, protect women's sports, and do what's necessary?
So shout out to Speaker Johnson for standing his ground.
And I'll even get a little bit of credit to this person for complying.
That's what we need.
When you have a strong backbone and you protect our women, we can have this compromise.
In other news, the media, who I loathe right now, continues to attack Pete Hegseth with a police report on sexual assault allegations already investigated by police, and they found no evidence.
Luckily, Pete Hegseth responded with a video.
And what's really sick is this is back from 2017, where the police investigated the allegation made by a married woman who claimed Pete Hegseth sexually assaulted her at a political event, but they found no evidence to support her claims, such as other witnesses there, any other type of evidence.
And so, as Timothy Parlator told Vanity Fair last week, this allegation was already investigated by the Monterey Police Department, and they found no evidence for it.
It's not like the Monterey Police Department are going to come to Pete Hegseth's defense here.
So it's just sick that they play these dirty games against people.
Now getting back to Election Integrity News, holy cow, Pennsylvania, you picked the wrong patriots to go after.
Fox News is reporting that the enraged Pennsylvania voters packed the meeting on illegal vote counting in a hotly contested Senate race.
It was fantastic to hear these men and women speak, and that room was lit on fire.
They were respectful.
They went up one by one to vent their frustrations with this board.
And the gentleman here at the bottom, I loved his quote: compared to all of you, being called garbage doesn't seem to be so bad.
Mic drop moment.
They really need to investigate this stuff.
Even the candidate there, Democrat Senator Bob Casey finally conceded after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court orders all counties to stop counting illegal ballots.
And that was good.
And so he just conceded tonight after the Supreme Court finally had to order, again, stop it.
Stop it.
Stop it.
So Dave McCormick, I kind of like that last name because, you know, they do a lot of seasoning.
So hopefully this will be a little spicy and hopefully there'll be some investigations.
Unseated longtime Democrat Senator Bob Casey.
Goodbye, Bob Casey.
Then, you know, fake news again.
CBS, oh, yeah.
Remember that CBS anchor that trumped up a bunch of false stuff against Bush way back when?
Yeah, Diane Rather.
CBS sets up a fake, unofficial pool and creates a firestorm after claiming two ambulances spotted leaving Mar-a-Lago.
Trump Camp responds with absolute fire.
Actually, it was the Secret Service.
So Andrew Freinberg posts out there on X, now per pool, two ambulances and several vans that appeared full of Secret Service have left Mar-Lago in the past few minutes.
Yeah, the head of the Secret Service detail down there, Andrew Google Emily.
I'm sorry, I mispronounced your name.
Andrew, we're not tracking any Secret Service directed medical transports from Mar-Lago and from our personnel on the ground.
There are no issues or concerns with any Secret Service protectives on property.
If there is an ambulance, it may be an unrelated issue.
So after he set off that fire alarm and gaslighted the public and told everyone, he then tells them all to calm down.
This is absolutely disgusting.
We can't tolerate this type of stuff.
This is like pulling the fire alarm in a crowded building.
This guy should be prosecuted.
I mean, this is absolutely disgusting, especially everything that Trump has been through.
We cannot tolerate this.
Arizona Gateway Pundit approaches him for an interview.
Ruben Gallago refuses to answer questions about his relationship with Marcopa County tops election official after his shocking and unexplainable Arizona election win over Cary Lake.
So he's not going to talk about it.
And the Gateway Pundit's right.
The fix is in on election day, 60% of the machines in Marcopa County failed to tabulate votes, creating four-hour-long wait times and disenfranchising thousands, if not tens of thousands of voters.
Additionally, hundreds of thousands of ballots with no chain of custody or signature verification ID checks were counted in Lake Stolen election for governor.
This is why I believe Arizona should not give up on this.
This is so disgusting.
But, you know, not to be outdone, we have great members in the halls of Congress like this.
Unhinged Representative Jasmine Crockett rages against white men during debate on DEI Act.
We didn't ask to be here.
And I love Bonshe's response here.
Jasmine Crockett makes almost $200,000 a year.
She was never dragged out of her home.
She was not stolen and sent across an ocean, as she mentions here.
She's a privileged politician who believes she has a monopoly on victimhood because it's the only currency she knows.
My friend, your race card has been declined.
Find another form of argument, please.
There were also Irish that were brought here against their will.
So that history needs to be told, and it's just disgusting.
In January 6th, news, thank God, Nick Orkt has been released finally.
And his is and his was that only charge of the 512 statute.
And the media went after him, calling him a racist and everything else.
And look at him with his loving kids, wife, family, embracing him, glad to have him after two years of agony sitting there.
It is so disgusting what this country has done to these men and women that continue to hold them.
Keep up this fight.
Keep emailing your congressmen, congresswomen, senators about getting these people released.
This has gone on too far.
And for all of these people that have to keep doing these legal battles to try and get their rights back, it's just not right.
It is just not right.
This is not America.
This is not what we grew up with.
And this is where we have to restore our Constitution and our freedoms and our rights.
And so I implore Congress, the Senate, even Joe Biden, do the right thing.
Please do the right thing.
These lies have to end.
They just have to end.
So another interesting thing that has happened yesterday I talked about Moody County.
Today I attended the post-election audit and Tawney, the county auditor there.
I raised my hand early during the session because I wanted to know how many types of, were there different types of ballots that would be in there, such as the standard ballot versus the express vote ballot, the ones with ovals and the ones with barcode.
She was not tolerant of me at all and said that there would be no questions from the public whatsoever.
There was an armed county sheriff's officer there as well.
That was completely unnecessary.
And then also the state's attorney was over on the side.
And he, you know, he was over there and none of them really wanted to talk with me.
And it's frustrating because this is not the way government should work.
They work for us and it's disgusting.
When I did arrive at the courtroom, I could see that they had replaced the public notice with one that was correct versus what was out there.
So it was still a violation of law.
I haven't decided if I'm going to pursue it or not.
You know, it's up to the people of the county there to really look at it because it was improper and that evidence was shown yesterday.
Tawny, to her credit, is probably one of the more organized auditors in doing a post-election audit, which is new for South Dakota.
So this is her second time doing it.
And I was writing down a lot of things that she was doing correctly that I want to share with you guys and also will include it in kind of our tips and tricks of doing hand counting.
One of the things that was really brilliant on her part, where she kind of was really gracious in giving, this is the part that she excels at, where she's really a servant for the counting board to really help them be independent and look at the ballots, count the ballots, evaluate them, all of it.
She's not trying to dictate how to do it.
She's trying to give them options and really trying to kind of guide them with a little bit more training and experience.
I think she could really take it to the next level.
Some of the real pluses that she did do is that she had these nice binder clips that she was using to have them first pre-count out the ballots in stacks of 25, and then she would have them clip so that they could remove them from the table and put them in a bin next to the election judges and then take them out of the bin in stacks of 25 one at a time so that they could have them process.
The other great thing that she did is she kind of had a couple of laminated sheets of different colors that could help create visual separations where she had one that was red, I think she had another one that was blue.
And so anytime that they were done with a set, they could clip those ballots back together and then put them into the done pile and then put the separator on top of there.
One of the things that was interesting too is seeing how she was trying to conform to the South Dakota way of doing the hand count method, it was clear to see there wasn't a good recovery for the South Dakota method because they used just a slash mark on a inside of these boxes and they ran into a problem,
I think it was either on the second or third batch, I'll say the third batch, where they had a discrepancy and they weren't sure if they counted a ballot or not.
And they were smart and she had advised them to use two different color pens between each stack of 25.
And she went down to print more copies of the sheet so that they could start over, just transfer the numbers, and then redo the third race.
But the US case method that we have out there, USCase.org, our tally sheets, you have basically three times to get it right within the same session.
Because the first time you're doing a slash diagonally over the number, the second time, if you have to do a recount, you can do an X in that position.
And if you have to do it a third time, then you can actually just fill in the box.
And so right away that helped identify that we have a strength in that area that could certainly help them.
Another thing that was interesting is understanding the dynamics of the bipartisan recount or post-election audit board.
Really proud of that team out of Minnehaha County.
They were asking really good questions.
They were working really well together as Democrats and Republicans.
And Tawney gets credit for allowing that to happen.
And so she gets an A for that.
And I want to make sure people understand that.
The state's attorney gets an A for not interfering or trying to suggest anything as well in that regard.
He stayed out of it.
And so he did his job properly to be a resource for any type of questions that would have come up for any unusual issues.
So that's what we kind of want to see there.
So they get A's today, even though I gave them F's yesterday.
The part that really handcuffed from the South Dakota State Board of Elections is in their forms, they don't consider overvotes and undervotes.
And so they don't have a way to really work with that.
So Tawny basically gave them another notebook for them to kind of put the slashes on so they could reconcile their numbers underneath.
Our sheets have that built in because we understand that you want to basically track the overvotes and under votes as well.
And so, we have that as a recommendation.
So, this is going to be one of those areas for improvement that we will go to the South Dakota State Board of Elections to say, here's some areas where the counting board wanted to have that reconciliation.
Tawny saw it right away, and so she found a flexible way to allow them to still achieve that goal.
So, this is what I really appreciate about Tawny: she has that aspect where she wants them to reconcile.
And so, that strengthened her from an auditor perspective was actually key.
So, I respect that honor.
And she needs better support from the Secretary of State and training and listening.
That part she needs improvement on.
And so, maybe I'm not the right person.
That's fine.
I get it, but it needs to come from somewhere.
And so, I will continue to ask the State Board of Elections, the Secretary of State, and also the County Auditors Association: what are you going to do to support her to make this improvement?
So, that has to be done.
That just has to be done.
All right.
So, now today, as well, looking at Minneha County in South Dakota, they also did their post-election audit.
Leah went a different direction completely.
Her counting time improved significantly because of a redesign sheet that she worked on.
I helped her a little bit with it as well.
Great suggestions on her side.
The comments from the people who were there in the primary to now said this was so much better.
The color coding helps so much more.
And people were really excited.
It went really well.
And there'll be good news reports coming out of that county shortly.

Rick Weibel here, subbing in for Mike Lindell.
And we have some breaking news out of Minnesota.
It is such a hot mess up there.
And it's actually kind of scary what's going on.
Some of the things that we've heard about in Pennsylvania, really well-documented incidents going on there.
And we have really good documented evidence going on in the St. Cloud, Minnesota area.
So these are in counties like Stearns, Benton, and Sherbourne counties.
And what's really crazy is we kind of talked about some of these issues to help protect our elections.
So like in Vindicating Trump, one of the things that we talked about is ensuring that election officials are not putting out ballots and the images online so that people could download them and print them and inject them into Dropboxes.
And so Stearns County had one of these drop boxes.
Stearns County also had the ballots available online that you could print them out.
And that's just absolutely wrong, disgusting, and dangerous.
Then we also talked about how vouching in Minnesota could actually destroy the elections as well, especially when one person can vouch up to eight.
But if you work at a nursing home, homeless shelter, or any other type of care facility, you can vouch for unlimited people in your care.
And that really kind of destroys the trust within the elections.
And so, working with a friend of mine out of southern Minnesota, an attorney, his name is Matt Benda.
And I've been working with him, let's see here, probably about two years now with some of the cases that he's worked on out of Rice County, Minnesota.
And I had spoken with the candidate in this area up in the St. Cloud area, and then also the party chair, and thought that they would be a good match.
And it really has been because, personality-wise, this is probably the perfect team that is a lot more conservative and not really kind of on, I would say, understanding every single detail.
So they would have to investigate it more.
So, with the party chair's experience up there and knowing the community, Matt Benda being a very conservative attorney in his approach, very legal aspect, not willing to look at theories unless he understands the evidence.
This is actually fantastic.
So, I'm going to show you a press release that he has released because this is actually so detailed that it may actually help other candidates who are considering challenging their elections.
Some of the things to look for, and this is all evidence-based.
And I think it's really important.
And let me preface this first with the EAC.
So, they have a statement in page three and four of their manual.
And this sets the ball rolling.
And so, this is kind of where I can tell the attorney is thinking of this, and he's kind of checking all the boxes within the state statutes.
Susan Smith does this, so many other good attorneys in Minnesota do this, and other attorneys that I work with in other states.
They're more methodical, and it's really good that they're at this point.
So, we have a statement by the EAC that is from 2005, and this is a standard going into the 2024 election.
And we just basically aren't quite through because not everything is certified.
And they state: it is well known that deficiencies in election management and administration procedures can have just as much impact on the enfranchisement of voters and the outcome of elections as the functioning of the voting machines.
The overall integrity of the election process depends on both of these elements working together.
They are so right about this.
And when we look at that, let's pack this down.
So, you have the early certification of the machine itself, then you have the operation of the machines, but all between that, you have the absentee process, you have the post-election audit, you have the testing of the machines before the machines are used.
The logic and accuracy test is the other term for testing of the machines before an election, making sure that all ballot styles are represented, all voting positions are tested, whether it's on a touchscreen or if it's filled out on a ballot itself.
All of those matter to make sure that we're actually looking at how the election is working and that it is going to be working correctly.
Other common mistakes that I see out there is people will put out the excuse, well, we only have to test one of the tabulators.
No, when you have 90 tabulators, you need to test them all.
Because if you don't test them all, it would be embarrassing to ship a tabulator out to a precinct, start running the election, and realize we didn't load the election software.
That's why you test it.
The other thing is that sometimes when you have a ballot printer that's on site, especially for the vote cards, you want to make sure that it can print out the barcodes.
What if you have a bad print head?
Now all of a sudden it can't read any of those ballots.
And if the voter left, that's devastating.
And so the reality is we have to make sure we're doing our due diligence all the way across.
And I think we've learned a lot in this country where we need to have our party step up more.
And I say this inclusively, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, all the third parties, we need to start training our activists and our candidates how these elections work and what to look for and what the right questions are to ensure that everything is tested so that we can conduct a pure good election so that we get rid of the stupid mistakes that are part of the human condition.
And by testing it earlier, we put less pressure on our vendors who support us to make sure that they can actually have enough time to repair it rather than waiting till election day.
So it's so important.
All right, so now going back up to St. Cloud, Minnesota, this is the press release.
So St. Cloud, Minnesota, Minnesota Senate District 14 releases initial report, multiple vulnerable entry points.
On November 19th, the Minnesota Senate District, 14 Republicans released their first deep audit report in their election process and compliance review of the 2024 election in Senate District 14.
The report is titled Multiple Vulnerable Entry Points, Stearns County, Minnesota, how ballots enter the system prior to Election Day.
The report was compiled from publicly available data and where possible confirmed by firsthand information provided by local individuals.
The report identifies at least 33 unique entry points for ballots to be injected into the Stearns County processing pipeline prior to Election Day 2024.
You heard that right.
33.
Most of you thought there was maybe one, maybe two, possibly four.
33.
All right, let's go through this.
The points of entry are generally described as mail-in-only precincts, 21.
Dropbox, 1.
Absentee ballot return locations, 1. Absentee ballot voting in person, 2. Direct voting, 2. Temporary location direct voting, 7.
And military and overseas absentee ballots.
As described in the report, the Stearns County election system appears to be designed as a poor system that provides for multiple entry points for ballots to be entered into the system.
According to Helena Halverson, the chair of the Senate District 14 Republicans, we were shocked to discover how large the pre-election day voting infrastructure had grown in Stearns County.
Okay, sidebar.
Minnesota changed their election laws in 2023 to actually start allowing early absentee at the precincts or some special locations as well.
So before, if you wanted to vote early, you would have to show up at the county courthouse or request an absentee ballot.
Then Minnesota added in early in-person voting for a couple of the weekends before election and a couple of the weekdays before election, creating additional timelines that election judges had to be available to handle in-person voting.
This created a new flag that we hadn't seen in the data before, and it created some new opportunities for people to register to vote.
And one of the things that was interesting in the early absentee data that we were seeing is a substantial increase in the number of voters that had sent in an absentee ballot and it was accepted.
And in that data, they didn't have a voter registration number.
That was concerning because we would think that they should have enough time to enter in this voter information, especially when they're using electronic poll pads.
This is one of the excuses that they say that they want this stuff.
Plus, they have their computers at the counties to basically take care of all of this.
And so it's just shocking to see this kind of stuff.
All right, end of sidebar and back to the notice here.
Halverson continued: When I recently attended the Stearns County Canvas Board meeting, I was surprised that these officials were blaming the election workers for making mistakes, having now reviewed here.
We're looking at error, not human error.
As stated in the conclusion of the report, a system with multiple vulnerable entry points is generally considered to be very poorly designed, developed, implemented, and supported.
The Senate District 14 deep audit will continue as responses to data requests and further public information becomes available.
Halverson concluded.
The timing of this responses to our data requests will determine how quickly we can continue with this review.
We look forward to receiving real data, not just word-salad responses.
Oh, fantastic.
All right.
So they've been requesting a lot of data.
Number one, they've been looking at some of the video footage for the Dropbox.
Number two, they have also been looking at the absentee accepted data and rejected data, and I don't believe they've received that yet.
They have requested a lot of other election data, and there have been some statements even in other counties where some of these elected officials that are county commissioners are saying, well, we can't give you that data because it's illegal.
We're like, what are you talking about?
We are asking for the logic and accuracy test and the expected results worksheet so that we can marry the two together to make sure that what they got was what they inputted is exactly what they got.
And so when we see that kind of denial, it's really, it's really disturbing.
And so we'll be trying to work with some of these county commissioners to figure out where are you getting this information that it's illegal and why are you not being transparent with this.
So there's additional information out of this as well.
And so now we have the report: the multiple vulnerable entry points.
Let's review that and kind of see what the early part is.
So remember, this is the early report, and she's committed to finding more of the answers.
So kudos to this Senate District 14 chairwoman to try and get to the bottom of this to really protect all voters.
Whether you're a Democrat or Independent, you should be applauding her to try and get to the bottom of this.
So I really hope that more party officials of the Republican Party and Democrat Party come together and just say, look, we just want clear answers.
We're not election deniers.
And plus, it's not for us to prove that you did anything wrong.
It's your responsibility to prove that everything was done correctly.
And I think, even from a standpoint of new election laws that were created and how the training probably wasn't done appropriately, how it created additional issues, how it created so much pressure on these poor election officials that this was kind of put upon them that they even had to have voting locations open on a Sunday.
And especially in rural Minnesota, this is not really a well-thought-out thing.
I mean, you've got so much pressure building up to the election, all these absentee ballots coming in, and now these poor election officials have to have people there on Saturdays and Sundays before the election on two weeks.
And that's just really disturbing.
That just wears people out.
All right.
So going back to the report here.
So this was released yesterday.
Senate District 14 completed an initial review of the points of entry for ballots to be injected into the Stearns County processing pipeline prior to Election Day 2024.
Each of these access points have distinct legal requirements for establishment, chain of custody, training, and reporting requirements, even before these votes can be tallied.
Each point of entry can provide opportunities for bad actors to disrupt and contaminate the voting process.
Well written.
Thank you.
So findings.
There are at least 33 unique entry points for ballots to enter the Stearns County election process prior to in-person voting on election day.
These are summarized as follows: 21 mail-in-only precincts.
Nine cities and 12 townships in Stearns County use exclusive mail-in balloting.
These include the cities, as you see here.
Number one, Dropbox.
Well, actually, let me go back.
Mail-in-only precinct.
So they can't show up and vote.
So what happens if somebody doesn't live there anymore and a ballot goes out?
Oh, great.
That means somebody could bring that ballot back in.
Perfect.
Just perfect.
That isn't secure.
One, the dropbox.
The absentee ballot dropbox located at the Stearns County Service Center.
We are trying to determine if they have the video During that entire time, that we can review it to make sure that people didn't drop in additional ballots that weren't theirs or if there were mules used.
Then, absentee ballot return in person location.
A voter may return their absentee ballot or drop their absentee ballot at an absentee ballot for up to three additional voters at the Stearns County Service Center.
Okay, I can sort of get that if you're a little bit older and you're married and your wife or husband can't really come down.
Okay, then that would work.
Or if you're a daughter or son and you're helping out your elderly payments or parents and then you bring it in.
Okay, I get it.
That one I get.
I totally get that one.
But you can also mail them back in.
Minnesota is an unusual state where they're one of the states that allows, that actually the state pays for the prepaid postage for you to mail it back.
There are two absentee ballot voting in person starting 46 prior to the election, 46 days prior to the election, Stearns County voters were able to vote through the absentee ballot process in person at the Stearns County Service Center or the Lake George Municipal Complex.
That's unusual.
Normally, you would see maybe one of the larger cities, or you would see definitely the county site, but to have an additional site, that's unusual.
I don't know why they would do that.
I don't think they had enough people to warrant that.
Two, direct voting.
Starting seven days prior to the election, Stearns County voters were able to vote in person and scan their ballots by inserting them into a tabulator at the Stearns County Service Center or the Lake George Municipal Complex.
Okay, if I could throw a flag right now, I would do that.
I'm going to have to go get a flag.
This is like one of those penalty flags.
In Minnesota statutes, it's illegal to start tabulating.
There's kind of a conflict because if you're inserting them into the tabulator, that's counting.
So at what point can the public be there to observe the counting?
That's really spreading the public really thin.
And I don't trust these election officials to dutifully back up every seven days.
And I don't trust people with counting the ballots that how do I know that they didn't, you know, have a second set of books, another laptop, pull that thumb drive out, put the tabulator in sleep mode, take that thumb drive and take a sneak peek how the election's going, you know, and then share that information.
And oh, by the way, it wouldn't be logged on the thumb drive.
Oh, fantastic.
And the tabulator wouldn't know that the thumb drive was removed while it was in sleep mode or powered off.
And if it's disgusting, it kind of makes me mad that this is even allowed to happen.
And this is why no counting should occur until after the polls close on election day.
This just opens it up to so many other issues.
Then there are seven temporary location direct voting as designated by the county auditor or as requested by a post-secondary institution, aka colleges, technical schools.
Voters were able to vote in person at the following temporary locations.
Let's see here.
Yeah, so a lot of the smaller cities there, and some of them are a little bit larger too.
Location was accepting ballots for all precincts, or the Melrose City location was accepting ballots for all precincts in Stearns County.
Oh, great.
They created a vote center.
Oh, my gosh.
That is so disgusting.
That could create ballot misplacements or even the wonderful thing of giving a person the wrong ballot.
I've seen that too many times.
All right.
Then we have one: military and overseas citizens' absentee ballots.
They were allowed to either return their ballots by mail or submit an emergency write-in ballot to be converted into a paper ballot by the county auditor.
This is where they could, quote unquote, email the ballot in, and then they would have to, the election judges would have to basically tear open those envelopes that were sealed by packing tape and that was just printed on laser printer.
And then two election judges, if you were lucky, it could have been a county employee, would then retranscribe what was emailed in or even mailed in, and then have to refill out a standard ballot so that the tabulators could count it.
And so this is one of those things where it's just like that process needs to be fixed as well.
And it's really sad to kind of see this kind of stuff happening, you know, in our elections.
Then the Stearns County election system appears to be designed as a poor system that provides multiple entry points for ballots to be inserted into the voting pipeline.
Each entry point is ripe for error and provides openings for bad actors to disenfranchise and dilute legal votes.
She is absolutely right.
Industry terminology describes the best practices to strive for in quote-unquote system performance as being one, robust against possible failure modes, and two, secure from external attacks through proactive and preventive physical and/or cybersecurity measures.
A system with multiple vulnerable entry points is generally considered to be very poorly designed, developed, implemented, and supported.
Sidebar.
So if you have a tabulator that is powered on for seven days before the election, that's seven more days that if that tabulator has a modem in it, as Minnesota has quote unquote not certified for use, but is allowing them to use, that modem is internal to the tabulator.
It gives a bad actor seven more days to figure out how to get in remote access and make changes.
Not a good idea, morons.
I'm just calling you out right now.
Not good.
Not a good recipe.
The other thing is that having these tabulators out there where at night they could be accessed by cleaning crews, not a good idea.
Just dumb.
Then having this unsecure processes where you have additional time for people to manipulate the ballots is not a good idea.
Plus, multiple locations, just not wise.
By narrowing the time window of just having one election day, it makes it easier to have people coming in supervised because a lot of people only have two weeks worth of vacation.
They're not going to use all two weeks to sit there and monitor the elections.
That's just too much of a heavy lift.
But if you ask us for one day, we can come in and do that.
And so we have to make reforms.
Back to the report.
Further scrutiny of the collection of ballots through multiple ballot entry points is warranted.
Yeah, she's right.
Hockey rinks across the state of Minnesota are accustomed to hearing the chant sieve, civ, sieve, to taunt opposing goalies who leave multiple openings for the puck to hit the back of the net.
Readers of this report can gauge whether now is the time to start the civ chant in the Stearns County voting rink.
Oh, yeah, it's well past due.
This report was compiled in part from members of the SD 14 Republicans and prepared by Matt Benda.
This review is part of an ongoing effort.
Thank you.
I love that statement.
Ongoing, they're not done.
By the SD 14 Republicans in the St. Cloud area to complete an audit review of the election process in the three counties within Senate District 14, Stearns, Benton, and Sherburne.
And so this also covers the St. Cloud area of Minnesota.
And so this is where I'm so proud of this team to actually come forth and do this, to have something so well documented.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I have been hearing from multiple sources.
There are allegations of ballot harvesting going on up in the St. Cloud area, and that apparently there may or may not be multiple counties involved in a prosecution or multiple prosecutions where ballot harvesting has occurred.
And we really need to put pressure on the media there, but also on the county attorneys, that if this actually did happen, and if the evidence is going to be prosecuted, please prosecute it to where we can see the court filing now.
So that way, if there are impacted candidates whose races are closed, they should be able to file in and have that evidence as part of their case.
Because if that potentially impacted any election and the outcome, is a new election warranted at this point in time?
We need to ask those questions.
And so I want to hopefully implore that those county attorneys bring that evidence to the state board of elections because that has now been delayed in Minnesota because of the issues here of these counties, especially Senate District 14.
I think there's going to be a recount and then they'll be able to provide additional numbers to the state board of elections.
And so we're going to stay on top of this.
I'm looking for some official evidence regarding this ballot harvesting exercise and potential criminal prosecution.
And so if you hear anything, please send tips to tips at midwestswampwatch.com.
And I want to thank all of you for joining us here tonight.
I know I'm not Mike, but I hope to support him and I hope you'll continue to support him as well.
You can find more of my information at midwestswampwatch.com and uscasa.org.
And I want to thank all of you.
Keep up the fight.
Thank you, Donald Trump, for the wonderful things you are doing.
All of you activists, you attorneys, all of you candidates that are still making sure that our elections are going to be solid.
And God bless all of you and stay awesome.
