the my pillow guy mike glendale and he's been with us right from the beginning
I'm Rick Weibel, and I'm thankful to be your host again tonight as a guest for Mike Lindell.
And what a great opportunity.
Have a special treat for you tonight.
Laura Scharr of South Carolina will be giving us a little bit of an update from what happened in Nevada.
She watched what happened there.
Also, we'll be getting into kind of the details of the gold standard we worked on it today.
Jessica and I worked on some South Dakota laws yesterday.
And so we have a lot to share with you that we are ready to help you start writing election laws in your state.
And so we'll kind of give you a little bit of a template of that later on in the second half of the show.
But first, we have some breaking news.
Of course, elections.
Man, they are just not over.
And so there's kind of two parts to this.
The first part is the actual breaking news that is happening out there.
And what is actually incredible is we are seeing my good friend Dinesh D'Souza, where I was in the movie vindicating Trump.
And Dinesh is absolutely right that he is calling for an investigation into Kerry Lake's Senate election after a closer look at the vote totals and comparing them to Trump's impressive win in the state.
I've been looking at those same totals in Arizona.
It does not make sense that a candidate as quality as Kerry Lake is got less votes than Trump, and also that the Democrat candidate surged ahead of basically Kerry Lake.
Carrie Lake, with her personality and trust of Arizona being in the news media, it just doesn't make sense.
And as we look at some of the totals here, Ruben Gallego leads Carrie Lake by 80,000 votes in the Senate race with over 98% of the votes counted statewide.
Meanwhile, President Trump has more than 185,000 vote lead over Kamala Harris.
That doesn't make sense.
And so Dinesh's gut is actually right, and I agree with it.
I'm in alignment that that race needs to be looked at.
There is something that just does not look right.
Also, kind of going back to Colorado, the GOP has been releasing more evidence, and they have dropped a bombshell audio exposing the Secretary of State's office trying to cover up voting machine password leak to avoid a media storm.
And so it is absolutely disgusting that she had available on her website 600 BIOS passwords for election equipment across 63 of 64 counties, according to the Colorado GOP's affidavit.
And remember, this was this came to light in August, and they didn't do anything until late October.
That's how damaging this is.
And so when we talk about criminal behavior and just locking in the F grade for the elections, she has certainly earned it in spades.
Then going across, what the heck?
And I mean, can you believe this?
This lawmaker, Josh River, goes to the Secretary of State Benson's office in Michigan to request an updated voter roll from the November election, but he has discovered that the office has been closed since November 4th.
So for 10 days, the office has been closed.
This is absolutely scary.
And so I'm proud that this lawmaker actually published the request, published a video, and is out there asking the right question of what is going on.
But then in land of dystopia, not to be outdone, this California county has only counted 30% of the votes.
And this is 10 days after the polls closed.
It is so disgusting that the New York Times has reported that this county has only counted 8,500 votes so far.
This, what is going on?
And they are right in their statement.
While details about what is actually going on remain sparse, it is clear that the county's election officials are either lazy, corrupt, or just plain incompetent.
Don't worry, there are several other counties in California that are at the 60% threshold.
But I don't want to steal the show here because there actually is an additional update fresh from Nevada.
And Laura, you've been monitoring what has been going on there in their elections.
And today you were able to watch a live stream of the conduct of the Nevada elections.
Give us an update.
What did you observe today?
Yes.
So thanks.
First, thanks so much for having me, Rick.
I really appreciate it.
I met with some of the Nevada people this morning and they were very concerned about the situation in Nevada, particularly the Senate race, which was very close.
But what happened there was they found very compelling evidence of ballots that appear to be deleted.
And so they were looking at the daily ballots as they came in from the county.
And this is Clark County, by the way.
And they noticed that the amount that was coming in that was being reported was not ultimately being, the full amount was not ultimately being reported at the state level for the final count.
And they were noticing that there were deletions or adjustments downward every day.
And that totaled up to about 24,390 ballots that appeared to be deleted.
And this is in a race.
The Senate race was only determined by about 23,000 ballots.
So the hearing was very compelling.
And I believe only half of the board of elections showed up for that county.
There were, it looked to be well over 100, probably closer to 150 people there at the hearing.
And what was disturbing to everyone, the people there in the room, but also the people watching online, they came out first and said, oh, by the way, you know how we normally enable the citizens to have three minutes of discussions when they go up to the podium, they can talk for three minutes.
We're only giving you one minute today.
We just decided that.
And so people were livid.
And there were several people that came up to the podium who had just some really great data, graphs, information, compelling stories about why they believe that the election, the Clark County results should not be certified.
And they basically just ignored them and went on and they certified the election.
So were you comfortable with the answers that they may have given regarding the deletions?
No, nobody was.
And they all felt that it really should have been looked at because they were just complaining that it was some kind of computer mistake, you know, the typical glitch excuse.
It just was not holding water.
And, but I was really It was really interesting because it was just emblematic of the issues that we have in terms of trusting those elected officials that are in charge of our elections.
They really were tone deaf today, and you could see the frustration in the people that were there.
There were a couple of really young people in the audience who spoke out and I was really proud of them, had some great comments.
It was a nice mix too, I would say, a demographic mix of people that were really saying, please do not certify.
There were a few people who were like, yeah, you election officials are so awesome.
This was clearly a safe and secure and free election.
It was, it seemed a bit scripted, just my opinion.
But for the most part, the people really were very adamant they did not want this certified.
So very sad day.
You're right, Rick.
We should not be allowing this to happen.
We as citizens should not tolerate our votes being counted past election day.
We should not tolerate new ballots coming in.
Apparently, somebody today's hearing said, oh, we just got word from the county manager saying there's still a thousand, I don't know how many, but I thought she said a thousand ballots that came in that haven't been counted.
So yeah, it was pretty much a cluster.
Wow.
So the technical term is that let's just state it outright.
The Nevada election was a complete cluster.
Yeah, that's a technical term.
We have destroyed our faith in the Nevada elections because they cannot plainly explain the deletion of ballots.
They have a horrible accounting program issue where they have a thousand plus ballots sitting on the sidelines for whatever reason why they're not counted, not a legitimate explanation such as they came after the election and violated our laws, you know, or these were rejected ballots or anything possible to actually explain this overage.
I did not hear any explanation, really.
There was a prepared statement, but what I did hear from the people was there was, there appeared to be very compelling data and evidence that disputed that everything was just fine and this was just a little glitch or whatever.
So I really think that they should have done the due diligence and actually at least listened because people had presented them with data that they didn't even look at and then they just certified it.
So I would encourage people to look up the Clark County, Nevada website and look at that hearing.
It was inspiring in some ways, but also frustrating and sad in others.
But that just shows that we need a gold standard for elections for sure.
We do.
And so kind of the next segment, we'll actually look at Minnesota and South Dakota, some of the close races that are happening there, and maybe there will be some advice that we can give to Nevada, but also other jurisdictions throughout the United States, where as we're going through recount processes and canvassing process, typically in most state statutes, the official time for an election contest starts as soon as the canvassing completes.
And then there is typically a short timeline, depending on the state, anywhere from two days up to 14 days to contest an election.
And so we may be finding ourselves going in and helping Nevada with some of the issues here.
And I've just this afternoon, I got a text from somebody in Arizona requesting help regarding the Kerry Lake case.
And they asked the simple question: hey, have you analyzed the other elections across the United States?
Are you seeing anomalies between President Trump's vote and then the U.S. Senate candidates or congressional candidates?
And the answer is there are some races that do not make sense.
There are others that do make sense.
Like, for example, when I look at Royce White's race in Minnesota, I can understand why he got significantly less votes than Donald J. Trump.
And there was a complete difference between the two campaigns.
And there was a funding level difference that I am aware of between the two campaigns.
And Royce White was really handcuffed and he handcuffed his own campaign.
And he was learning a lot.
So he was kind of a first-time candidate.
And so there's from a political science perspective, I can understand the differences.
But when I look at a Cary Lake race, I don't.
And that's that says a lot.
Well, and I can tell you, Rick, that we have actually formed a bipartisan panel of election integrity experts that, and the whole point, we did this prior to the election.
We wanted to kind of minimize chaos and confusion over the election.
And so we've been digging into some of that.
One of the things we did was polls.
And Phil Evans, who's an incredible election integrity expert, I have to give him some kudos because he's really driven a lot of the work here.
He did poll on the Cary Lake race in Arizona.
And it shows that, you know, she had a very strong performance just almost as well as Trump.
So clearly, this shows that there's something going on there.
And I won't, you know, steal his thunder and give the exact details of that exit poll.
But yeah, definitely something's a little fishy in Arizona with Cary Lake's race.
And that has to be evaluated and looked at.
Just for the viewing audience, we did not prepare this portion of the show.
We're doing this literally on the fly.
And this is where Laura is such a professional and knowing and working with her for such a long time that we're able to pull off this wonderful show.
And I did not ask her to disclose this polling that her other organization has been working on across the United States to kind of make sense of the elections to find out: are there pieces of evidence that make sense or don't make sense?
And so there are great patriots across the United States doing this extra credit work out there with their fellow patriots to kind of get closer to the truth and the answers that are out there.
Now, for Nevada, as another tip for the team out there, please do the following for your elections.
Before you contest an election, please get the report that's called the expected results report worksheet that your election official would be working on for each of the precincts.
Then, as you analyze that, see if you can also get the detail precincts logic and accuracy test report with that as well.
And then when you look at those two side by side, there are some key elements there that you want to analyze.
Number one, does it follow your state statutes?
Number two, does it follow your administrative guidelines?
And number three, does it follow the manufacturer recommendations?
Like ESNS, they actually recommend that you test each ballot style.
And so there are two different ballot styles in most states where you have a pre-printed ballot that you fill out the oval.
And then you might have a disability device that might be printing out a ballot with barcodes at the top.
Those are two different ballot styles that need to be tested thoroughly.
And typically ESNS in their own manuals recommend that election officials do a one-to-max.
So in a race where you have five candidates, it would start at the number one, then two, three, four, five for each of the names of the candidates.
What we've been finding across the United States, and especially in our test in Wyoming, South Dakota, and a couple of places that we looked at in South Carolina.
South Carolina.
And Minnesota and Wisconsin and Ohio and Kansas and Nebraska.
We found many election officials were thoroughly testing one ballot style if they were lucky.
That was about 50%.
Some of them didn't do one to max, and so they failed.
But most of the election officials failed to test that second ballot style, which was the express vote.
They would typically only use one ballot card for the entire precinct.
And so in the presidential race where there was potentially four candidates, only one candidate was tested and the other three were ignored.
And so that's what we saw in South Carolina.
Like there's no reason, like you have to test for every candidate and every ballot style.
And it's just not happening.
People, and think about it, if you're running and that machine was not even tested, so you know that your vote is accurate.
To me, that whole election should be thrown out.
You don't expect because you have no clue.
And that leads into the next set of slides that we'll be taking a look at.
And so some of the contests that we are seeing in South Dakota are actually remarkable.
In this recount, in a county commissioner race, the difference is three votes between the third place and the fourth place candidate.
And so this is where everything is going to matter.
And so we're all of the boxes checked in this race.
And so this will be interesting.
In South Dakota, the recount is automatically by tabulator in this.
Then in another race for a House seat in South Dakota, the difference is seven votes.
And right now we know that this location, this area has a mail forwarding location.
So far, we have found four bounced chase mail postcards of voters that casted absentee ballots.
And what's really sad about that is the candidate is now looking to find out if there are more in that district.
And so this is where she may have to challenge that election.
And so the automatic recount that's going to happen next week will be by tabulator.
That's in state law within South Dakota.
And then here's kind of the summary there.
Candidates have to challenge the results to get a hand count.
And this is where we are recommending you get that expected results worksheets.
You also get the logic and accuracy detail reports by precinct so that we can help analyze that.
Now over in South in Minnesota, this one is an interesting race similar to Nevada where, oh, wow, look, we found more ballots.
The count shifted from 28 to 191.
And this is up in 14B.
This is in the St. Cloud, Minnesota area.
And what is interesting is that the Senate District 14 Republican Executive Committee has asked for a broader election audit in three counties because of 14B spans three counties up there.
And so that's in Stearns, Benton, and Sherbourne counties.
And each of the counties had their own unique issues going there.
And the chair is absolutely right.
There are just too many questions about what happened in House Race 14B between the two candidates.
And in the news release, she basically stated, we felt that we need to act to provide parallel support for the scrutiny of the election process in this district.
And so they've asked for a full inventory of the voting machines used in each impacted county, as well as video footage and chain of custody documentation relating to the Stearns County voting drop box sitting there.
And to top it all off, they have retained a really good attorney that I've worked with, Matt Benda, out of Albert Lee.
And he is representing the District 14 Republicans in this manner.
And what is interesting is that he has already done an interview today, basically saying, look, at the beginning of the night, Sue Ek was the winner, and then she was down by 28.
And then somehow magically, the number went outside of the mandatory state-funded recount.
You can't make this up.
And so he is imploring the Secretary of State to proceed with a recount in all three counties.
And talking with Matt Benda, there are two things that he wants everyone to know.
Number one, this is the statute that he's referring to, where he can direct the Secretary of State may conduct a recount to verify the accuracy of vote counting and recording in one or more precincts in which electronic voting system was used in the election.
And so this is the statutory grounds that Matt Benda is bringing forward in an effort to help bring clarity.
But that's not everything in there.
And so because of the issues brought forth by the Republicans, they are looking for your support at this website.
You can Google them, S-D-M-N-G-O-P, and they have in this middle section of their website a description of what they're looking at doing and also to help make sure that everything was legally compliant in Senate District 14.
One of the counties here, also the one with the drop box, Stearns County, we also identified that they broke the law and they had the real ballots online at the Secretary of State's website that people could download and print those ballots as described in vindicating Trump.
And remember what I said earlier in this program, they had a drop box.
So this is why the Republicans are asking for a review of the videotape.
And so if that chain of custody has been broken, I think they may have a case to really take a deeper dive into this election.
And so this is a type of chain of custody that is so damaging when we see these drop boxes like this.
Yeah, it's got to stop.
And Rick, I think you bring up a really good point that I think I want to emphasize for everybody watching and listening.
And that is like too many people are out there celebrating, oh, Trump got in, blah, blah, blah.
And meanwhile, we have a lot of debacles going on down ballot that are being ignored.
And even by the RC, they're kind of silent on what was going on in Nevada today and what's going on with Cary Lake and what's going on with some of these other races you just mentioned.
And that's why it's so important that we re-engineer this process.
It's so complicated, as you can see.
There's so many issues with the drop boxes, the early voting, the absentee balloting, blah, blah, blah.
We need to move to what you and I have done, which is created along with our gold standard team with Hava and Beth as well.
We need to go to the gold standard and we developed a white paper that establishes that gold standard that re-engineers the entire process from start to finish.
You're right.
And one of the great things about our team and kind of the different focuses that we have, we're not trying to be everything to everyone, but we want to give you enough evidence out there.
And this is why we are really trying to spread ourselves.
Then, no, really, we are, where we are trying to educate ourselves, but also kind of understand where everybody else is at.
We understand that the gold standard, not everyone is going to be able to adopt it right away because there's actually the reality.
We, as Republicans, don't have control of all the legislatures to basically cast the magic wand and say, voila, here we go, it's fixed.
No, there is a spectrum of ability and tolerance of the legislatures and governors as to whether or not they will support election reform.
And so, but the reality is that those of you who are behind the Iron Curtain of Minnesota, where you have complete trifecta control of the Democrats, they're probably not going to want election reform because how loosey-goosey things are going is how they're winning.
So, of course, the Democrats aren't going to want to cede any of the victories that they have.
Now, people are going to hate me for that, that I'm too extreme and I'm controversial for saying stuff like that.
But I'm sorry, I'm not the one who wrote the laws.
I can plainly see what's going on in the laws when there is just blasting of chain of custody, voter IDs not required in many of these states that Kamala Harris won.
It's just absolutely disgusting.
And I know I'm going to have some leftist organization say that I'm for voter suppression.
No, I'm not.
I am for actually true, valid voting.
And I want people to actually come out and vote.
You heard this on the channel throughout the election season: that I was encouraging Republicans and Democrats to make sure that they were registered to vote.
We were even showing templates what the deadlines were for each of the states to give a warning message.
If I was somebody who didn't care about people's vote, I wouldn't sit there and try to make sure that the public was aware of what their options were and share the information with the public itself.
And so it's really disgusting when people say that I am controversial.
And so, and maybe I have to look at it another way because I actually had a good conversation with somebody I called out yesterday, Senator Jim Methoff of South Dakota, where he said I was too controversial to be considered for the state board of elections.
And so, in the conversation, I said, Do you understand that I am trying to uphold the state laws and the state rules that the state board of elections has passed?
And you have an auditor who sits right on the state board of elections who violated the spirit of the law and the rules during her first testing of the machines during the general election.
And because of the letter that I wrote and the activists in the county, they basically said that they were going to retest it to appease us.
And so, we are hoping to sit down with them to look at all of the details and try to come to a basis and understanding with those folks.
But the problem is, is that these elections, we're in charge of them as the public, and we have to have proper oversight of this because our election officials may not understand how to do some of these tasks.
That's okay.
That's why we have to be able to step up and help them.
But for them to basically hide and dissuade any ability for us to have oversight, I'm out.
You need to be removed.
Sorry.
Well, I think most people in America, regardless of their party, think that the election systems are not trustworthy.
So we know we've seen consistent polling from Ras Musen, for example, with respect to that.
And I personally believe that this is only going to get worse.
I think that there's going to be pressure that's going to come from the bottom up, from the people saying enough.
This is ridiculous.
It's ridiculous that there's counting going on well past the election.
It's ridiculous that we're seeing people putting ballots in a car and heading out to the county by themselves and there's no good chain of custody.
Everybody that actually gets involved in the process, not necessarily just voting, but who's a poll watcher, goes to a logic and accuracy test, goes to a hand count audit, goes to a canvassing and certification.
They all are like, this process is so messed up, I don't trust it.
So there's going to be bottom-up pressure.
And I do believe now that there's a clear mandate from Trump, who has consistently said one day, paper ballots, hand marked, hand counted, I think that there's going to be top-down pressure as well.
So I'm actually more confident that you, Rick.
I know that the legislators don't want to do this.
I come from a red state.
They don't want to get rid of the machines.
But I guess I'm an optimist and I believe that somehow, maybe it's divine intervention, this is going to happen.
We're going to go to a simpler, cheaper process, like you said, that is for the people, by the people.
The people need to take their elections back.
They're controlled right now by corporations, by third parties, by state, and even to some extent, the federal government, get out of our elections, give them back to the neighborhoods, give them back to the local precincts, and give them back to the people.
Yep, you're exactly right.
And this is why, as part of the other project to spread ourselves too thin, actually now, we've just got two more people to step up to help us with the software audit of ESNS and Dominion.
And I shared with you earlier one of the folks, but I'm not going to announce it here because I don't have his permission to share it with the world yet.
But I'm really proud of this individual and it gives a lot of credence to the team that we are building.
And so right now we are looking at trying to raise money for the software audit for Dominion and ESNS, their source code, and really looking at the ballot image and cash flow record randomization compliance, the encryption compliance, the modem hardware and software compliance, and the security compliance.
As we're able to raise more money, then we will start looking at other checkboxes that people have been requesting.
We have already put together a team of GSA certified evaluators, and we will be making sure that the vendor's source code is protected.
And so that way the vendors are able to supervise all the materials, all the software to make sure that we're not stealing any of the source code and that we're doing a valid audit as well.
And I've had a lot of requests of people asking, are you going to include HART?
Right now, we're not looking at it, but I may set up a separate button that if there are people willing to donate for that, we can look at that in tandem because the state that we're looking at has all three vendors.
And so we could certainly do that.
And it gives us the opportunity to do that.
So after this, Yes, it is.
I mean, I can't emphasize enough for the people.
I'm going to dumb it down for the people who are non-computer like myself.
There's like a couple million lines of code in the source code, and Rick is trying to explore at least some of those lines so that he can ensure that there's some integrity there.
Because why are there a couple million lines of code for a machine that's essentially counting dots or names on a piece of paper?
That's ridiculous.
And so this is epic.
And I know that you're looking to help fund that.
And I think if people can help donate to uscase.org for that, we can kind of shatter the illusion of this big black box that's counting the dots on a piece of paper and try to figure out what's actually going on in there.
And when we come back, I'm going to talk dots and I'm going to show you something, Laura, that you haven't seen yet, but unless you watched the show the other night.
And I want to get your impression of this little magic trick.
So after the commercial, we will explore the game.

Hey, welcome back.
Rick Weibo with Laura Schar today.
And I kind of want to kind of redo one of the little games that I played on you guys this week.
And I don't think Laura has seen this.
And I was explaining it to Jessica yesterday with actual beads and a piece of paper.
I'm going to see if I can do this visually with my PowerPoints.
It's a little bit tougher.
So be patient with me and hopefully this will translate well.
And so what I have going on here is kind of if we kind of think about there's an election and then the election.
So when people have different perspective of how we count things and when borders and rules are created, it may not be what we thought it was doing.
And so there are people that have talked about like the express vote machines that I don't know what that barcode is, but I know what it says over here where it has the candidate name.
So the machine doesn't read the name, it reads the barcode.
And the same thing is true when we look at the ballots that it's not reading the name.
It's reading the dot, you know, the filled in oval.
And are those things always in unison?
Well, in Wyoming, we discovered they're not because sometimes when somebody redesigns a ballot, doesn't reprogram the machine and there's a shift, things can happen.
And so this is why I'm comfortable in saying you have to make sure that both buckets of the certification, the manufacturer oversight, and the election official, their proper due diligence and oversight have to go hand in hand to establish trust in the election.
And when they're not performing, the trust's broken.
And so here's the game that I want to show you.
And please leave her picture up when I show her side face so that the viewing audience can kind of see this here.
So here is the magical box.
So all of the dots on the outside kind of represent votes.
And in the middle, we'll just kind of call those extra votes that aren't going to be counted by the machine for right now.
But when we take this red box and we kind of resize it, what I want you to kind of see here is that within this red rank rectangle, you'll see I have six dots, right?
So that's like six votes.
Okay, now if I go over to this other side over here, you'll see again, I have six dots and I have basically six votes, right?
And what's interesting is down here at the bottom here, I have six dots and I have six votes again, right?
Then when I go over to this other side over here, I have six dots and six votes again.
Okay, now what I'm going to do is I'm going to remove one of the dots and I'm going to realign.
So now the yellow dot has been moved.
And what you'll notice on this magic trick is that on each side, I still have six dots, even though I took one out from the middle.
Interesting.
And so as I keep going around, I still have six dots on all of the outer edges.
Now what I want to do is I'm going to take the green dot and move it to the outside area.
And I bet I'll still have six dots on the outside.
So I've taken two out of the center, but I still have six dots on every single side.
And it's all about perspective and how we evaluate things.
But no matter how I'm looking at this, I still have six dots.
And mentally, we would think that we would not be able to take dots out of the middle and still have six dots.
But I'm going to do it again.
And I'm going to take the red dot out and we'll reevaluate to see if we still have six dots on each of the sides.
And we do.
And what's absolutely incredible is that this is a neat little magic trick that I was that I stumbled across on YouTube where the guy was actually using almonds and I decided to upgrade it to say, well, what if I actually put dots out there?
And if I were to reinterpret this differently, see there's six dots there.
And I go back up here and I still got six dots.
Now you would say there's no way you can shove that blue one up and still have six dots.
On contrary, now I move the blue dot.
I now still have, I've moved six dots from the center and I still have six dots on all of the edges.
But here's the thing: when we look at that perspective, are we actually looking at the right thing?
I just forced you with a magic trick to only look at the number of dots on each of the sides.
Even though each of these are four different colors, we didn't actually look at what they selected as the candidate because the red dots would be the Republicans, the blue dots would be the Democrats, the yellow dots, the Independents, and the green dots, the Green Party.
And we didn't evaluate the actual color in our discussion here today, which we should have done because those are the actual votes.
What I forced you to do was look at position, not the actual candidate that was selected.
So if we think about the ovals in the barcodes on our ballots, we're looking at position, not the actual name that's sitting next to the barcode or sitting next to the oval.
That's a completely different thing.
So that's why hand counting is so much better because it's looking at the name next to what was selected, not just the oval or a coordinate system.
And so I thought this was kind of an interesting way to look at our elections.
What are your thoughts?
You know what?
We had this conversation just this morning with a group of us.
We said, it's really, we need to call it the election illusion because there's so many pieces of the process that are like magic to us.
They're illusory.
We don't get to see what's in the box.
We don't get to see all the various pieces of it.
We don't get the reports.
We don't get to see the source code.
It just magically happens.
Abracadabra, there's your election.
And is it real?
Like, are we able to with hand counting hand marked ballots?
Humans can see the vote.
They can verify, yes, that's what it is.
If there's a problem, it can be adjudicated quite easily.
The machines, as you know, and you've, you know, we've looked at this, we've had podcasts about it.
The machines make errors that potentially humans don't.
And so they'll say, well, the machines are error-free.
Oh, really?
Well, I know that multiple people across the state of South Carolina have problems.
When they pressed that button, it would flip to another candidate and you would hit it and it wouldn't move.
It was very, not very sensitive.
And so if that happened multiple times, just a few times across the state, that could exceed the error, the machine allowable error rate that is one in 500,000, as you know.
So, you know, something's wrong with this.
Something's wrong with this system.
It's complicated.
It is error-prone.
People don't trust it.
It is illusory.
It is an illusion.
So we need to have a simpler, more trustworthy, more transparent system.
I love that.
Correct.
And I agree with you.
And so this is why I am for doing a source code audit of the machines because we don't know what we don't know.
We need to evaluate it and explain the errors.
Where can things go wrong?
And we need to do a valid report in regards to that.
And so that's the hope of USCase.org is to actually become the consumer reports on elections, election equipment, and disability devices to be able to do that evaluation and make recommendations and to work with the vendors to kind of say, look, we believe that you can improve over here.
Look, election officials, this is how you have to have better oversight.
And then be able to kind of grade and help certify in the future, even election officials.
One of the things that I want to let people know is in the previous slide that we had shown a couple of days ago talking about the starting point for election law changes.
Originally, we had the green states.
The green states are our target areas that we believe that we can actually make election law changes.
And now we have three states that we're now active in to actually start writing election law to actually start making changes.
If your state is interested in getting help from US Case, Laura, myself, Jessica Palmea, Beth, and even Hava, we will help you to the best of our abilities.
And if you would like to do kind of a roadshow where we come out to your legislature and help testify about the election law changes, but even do a hand count demo out there, we're willing to help you in that endeavor both this year and next year.
And so we want to make sure that that is open to you as a resource.
Now, getting into some of the election law changes, we have talked about how we believe that the Help America Vote Act should be repealed, the National Voter Registration Act should be repealed, the Uniform and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act should be redone, and all of these three should be under state control because the U.S. Constitution under Article 1, Section 4, says it's basically the state legislature that is supposed to be setting the time, place,
and manner of holding the elections.
And so, this is where we need to basically pull up our big boy pants in each of the states and get this done.
And so, when we kind of look at some of the control going back to the states, we're looking at that voter registration, voter validation through voter ID, hand-counted paper ballots, election night reporting, no more state board of elections for rulemaking.
Then, on top of it, today, we started looking at some of the sections that we wanted to develop, Laura.
And so, of course, section one is just kind of like this is the gold standard.
Section two talks about paper poll books only.
And so, let's just lightly talk about some of the reasons there about having poll books at the precinct.
Yeah, what we basically did was we took our white paper, the key points in the white paper, which are basically to take all the electronics for the most part out of the voting process and give the process back to the people.
And so, that is the gold standard.
So, the paper poll books are key because, once again, they are right now the electronic poll books connected to the internet.
And if we go to one day of voting, we don't need them.
We can have it all paper right at the precinct and you sign in.
So, we know who was signed in.
There's a unique signature.
There's a record of how many people physically came in.
And it's just super simple.
And it just states here, only they will be used.
And the purchase of electronic poll books would be prohibited.
So, we get rid of the connectivity to the internet there.
So, it's pretty simple.
And it secures it from bad actors monitoring who's voting and potentially allowing bad actors to cast ballots on people who have not registered or voted in a while.
Section three goes hand in hand with this, where you have the in-person registration with valid ID and proof of citizenship, transparency of the voter rolls.
And so, the idea here, I'll let you explain it.
Yeah, I mean, we saw in this election how the states where there was no voter ID, right, they tended to go more for Harris, or they seem to have different results altogether.
That was an interesting pattern.
Let's just call that a pattern.
But, you know, there are the four steps of the election process: registration, validation, marking and counting, and then reporting.
So, we just talked about, we're talking now about stage one, which is the registration, and it should be with a valid ID and proof of citizenship.
So, we know that that person is a legal citizen and a resident of that state.
Somebody who lives out of state cannot vote in two different states, or somebody who moved can't vote in their old state.
And I think it's important that we're re-registering because some people will register and then they'll become inactive.
And what we were seeing in our state was they were activating them like that on the spot, despite the fact that they're supposed to freeze those voter rolls 30 days prior to the election.
No more of that.
If you want to vote, you want to take it seriously.
You come in and you register.
And some people will go, oh, it's so hard.
I don't want to do that.
My gosh, you and I have talked about this.
We've said, you go to Costco to get your Costco card and to get your photo there.
Some people in some states, they go every year to get their vehicle registered and inspected.
This is important.
These are elections.
This determines the fate of your country.
Every four years, you can go and re-register and have a ballot ID there to ensure that the people that are voting are actually valid and eligible citizens.
Yeah, I agree with that.
And the other side piece that we added to this as well is we want to make sure that the voter rolls were free and available for public download.
So that way we would have oversight and we could help clean up those voter rolls because it is so important, but also for candidates to be able to try and identify people who are not registered and also continue to campaign and not clip that off as well.
Now, Section 40.
Yeah, the voter rolls can be very expensive.
I just want to mention, very expensive.
And so this brings it down so it's free for everybody.
And that way the states can also collaborate to clean the rolls.
Yeah.
Yep, exactly.
And activists can kind of help in that as well.
I'm one of the states where it's basically $2,500 for the first part of the subscription for the year and then $250,000 for each one afterwards.
We've heard of Wisconsin being at $15,000 and then Minnesota being at $46.
You know, so it's pretty interesting.
Section four: the hand count handmarked ballots at the precinct.
So this is the walk away from the machines.
Right here is kind of the stake in the ground.
And then we also talk about security of the ballots itself, which has which most states don't do.
And so this is where we're looking at anti-copying features such as watermarks, microletters, ghlishes, UV ink, and also integrated security holograms.
And also requiring that all ballots have to have two election judges or poll workers initials on it before handing the ballot to a voter.
And a ballot without the required initials is automatically null and void.
I think that is crucial, especially to these unsupervised drop boxes that are sitting out there.
And of course, we would want to ban the drop boxes.
That's right.
No more drop boxes.
And then you also had a great idea regarding the absentee ballots have to be sorted by precinct and insecurely transported to the precincts to be counted on election night.
And you also have to do that.
Every ballot for that precinct, whether it came in via mail, absentee, or they did it in person, we want that all counted at the precinct level.
Okay.
And then also one of the most important pieces is making sure that the precincts are kept in a small, manageable size between 1,500 and 2,000.
Then, kind of the chain of custody, we also address that in Section 5.
And so we talk about how everything has to be accounted for.
And any time that the boxes are open, it has to be logged.
We also want to make sure that there are cameras set up during the processing and counting of the ballots.
So that way the public can go on and at any time go back and review to actually count along as well.
You know, with, of course, our worksheets at USK so that you could download and basically follow along and count the election.
Now, kind of the next thing is one day of voting to minimize the absentee voting as well.
Then on top of that, section seven is making Election Day a holiday.
I think that kind of rounds it out well.
lucky seven pieces for election integrity for each of those sections.
We'll continue to develop this.
And over the next couple of days, we'll publish this on a couple of our websites.
And we anticipate a lot of feedback back.
And so we anticipate that this will grow.
And as kind of our closing, I want to thank everybody in the United States for what you're doing.
Thank you for watching this program.
Thank you, Laura, for a great program tonight and the work that we did before the show to get these seven sections at least written up today.
Thank you, Jessica Palmea, for getting my brain right for six election bills that we did yesterday, 15 more to go, minimum.
And America, keep working at it.
You know we are.
And we want to be a resource for you.
Thank you, Mike Lindell, and God bless America and stay awesome.
