Time Text
The pillows on fox.
My pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Billow guy, Mike Glendale, and he's been with us right from the beginning.
I'm Rick Weibel subbing in for Mike Lindell once again tonight.
Happy to do it anytime, anywhere for Mike.
Had about a little less than an hour notice, but I was prepared, as any good Boy Scout is, and have some breaking news for you across the United States.
And it is so amazing.
You know, we talk about this in our political circles, Trump time.
When Trump is active, it just time just flies by so fast.
And I think we're actually going to see Trump time speed up because look at the announcements for the appointments that he is already having with his new cabinet.
But then also you'll see in the breaking news tonight that South Dakota, once again, kind of gets into center stage in some of the things that are happening in the news.
What's absolutely amazing is I want to lead off with a little piece here for you where as part of our breaking news, Gateway Pundit has an article out there that's like, you know, really that Kamala Harris loss to Donald Trump really proves beyond all doubt that 2020 was stolen.
And it's so the Gateway Pundit talks about this a little bit more.
And we kind of broached this topic yesterday when I was joking with one of my friends and he had asked, what's the reason for the loss?
So number one, she's just a bad candidate.
Number two, it was because of COVID and that is due to the number of deaths or COVID shots.
The other piece of this is they really did cheat or it was just a complete collapse.
And so there's a lot of political reasons that we can just look at out there and it makes sense.
And so whether it's just one of them, all of them, kidding aside, though, we know that they cheated in 2020.
They abused the laws.
They had consent decrees.
And one of the attorneys, Mark Elias, was instrumental in the architect of that in so many states across the United States during COVID and then took action and tried to adjust a lot of election laws ahead of the 2024 election to lock in a lot of the things that was birth out of COVID.
And it's really disgusting to see that eroding of our elections.
And so this is why it's so important that all of you stay engaged because just the Trump win isn't enough.
And just the Senate win is not enough.
The House win is not enough either.
And so this is where we have to really kind of pick our battles and really work within the system that we have now to still make changes to improve our elections.
Now, in the other breaking news, what was actually shocking to kind of see over at the Daily Mail, we know about Polymarket and the success of that actual survey and platform to actually predict the election.
And so now apparently his phone and computer has been seized and now he has been a target of a raid.
So we have this young entrepreneur that basically finds a way to, in essence, gamble on the election.
And so it's a lot more accurate than any survey that is out there.
And it is shocking that we as Americans and even the government are looking at this and being critical because the reality, shouldn't the really outrageous survey out of Iowa that predicted a Kamala win, shouldn't that one really be investigated?
Because they were trying to basically dissuade voters from voting.
And so there are lots of issues surrounding that just completely in itself.
Now, in breaking news out of Wisconsin, a Senate candidate, Eric Hobby, calls out the sham election.
And he has released a video out on X.
And tonight we want to play that for you because I think it's so powerful and it addresses the shocking developments that transpired during the recent election.
And so, Apollo, go ahead and play this video for our viewers tonight.
Many people have been wondering why I have remained quiet since election night.
I believe it's better not to comment until I have the facts.
Wisconsin Election Commission is in the final process of finalizing the campus from last Tuesday's election.
Like many of my supporters, I was shocked by what unfolded on election night.
At 1 a.m., I was receiving calls of congratulations, and based on the models, it appeared I would win the Senate race.
Then at 4 a.m., Milwaukee reported approximately 108,000 absentee ballots, with Senator Baldwin receiving nearly 90% of those ballots.
Statistically, this outcome seems improbable, as it didn't match the patterns from same-day voting in Milwaukee, where I received 22% of the votes.
Since last Wednesday, numerous parties have reached out to me about voting inconsistencies, such as certain voting precincts in Milwaukee having turnout of over 150% of registered voters and in some cases, over 200%.
Additionally, in 2020, President Biden received 10 million more votes than Vice President Harris did last Tuesday.
Yet in Milwaukee, even though the population of Milwaukee has declined and registered voters declined by 26,330 and early voting numbers were down, somehow Harris received only 1,100 less votes than Biden did, which is not consistent with most major cities.
This was accomplished by same-day registration that surged by almost 50% on a rainy day.
Many people have reached out and urged me to contest the election.
While I'm deeply concerned, asking for a recount is a serious decision that requires careful consideration.
Further, there are meaningful limits on a recount because they don't look at the integrity of a ballot.
What we do know is that Democrats organized and funded a phony America first candidate, Thomas Leager, on the ballot to deceive voters, that this candidate was aligned with President Trump in order to siphon votes from me.
Because of this deception, Leager received 28,724 votes.
Additionally, Democrats propped up the Libertarian candidate Phil Anderson, who garnered 42,344 votes through mailers and digital media to again draw votes away from me.
If either of these candidates had not been in the race, the outcome would be different today.
Is this right and fair to deceive voters?
Is this the democratic process we want?
Confidence in our elections is essential to a functioning democracy.
It is one thing to lie to voters through TV ads like I'm a Californian or I want to ban abortion or ban beer.
It is another to fund and organize a false candidate to manipulate voters.
Another issue that is further undermining our confidence in our election is the failure by Wisconsin and Milwaukee election commissions to clean up our voter rolls.
We currently have almost 8 million registered voters on our voter rolls with only 3.5 million active voters.
Their primary role should be ensuring fair and accurate elections, and yet they have fallen short.
This lack of action raises obvious questions about their commitment to doing their job.
What happened in this election does not inspire confidence in our process, and that is wrong.
Throughout my campaign, I've emphasized the need to come together, restore trust in our elections, reduce divisions, and focus on building a better Wisconsin for everyone.
Once the final information is available and all options are reviewed, I will announce my decision on how I will proceed.
Lastly, I want to thank my voters and everyone I've met over the past nine months.
I couldn't have done it without you.
This is a difficult decision because I want to honor your support and at the same time, bring closure to this election for our state.
Thank you for your time.
I think that is one of the most seminal videos that really describes the detail of the fraud that happened in Wisconsin.
I'm sorry, but 4.4 million extra voters on the voter roll.
That is an absolutely broken election.
And the numbers that he lays out, he names names, the players that are responsible.
This is a state that needs significant reforms and investigations as to what happened.
When he talks about how the number of votes between Biden and Harris was off very little, and he sees the evidence that happened in his case with these other Trojan candidates, that's heart-wrenching.
It's heartbreaking.
And he's right to ask the question, is this a type of election and a type of republic that we really want to have?
And so we need to really help and pray and support this candidate so that more people know what's going on and that we can actually get to the bottom of this and get the answers.
I think that they may actually have to have a redo of the election.
And did this impact any down ballot candidates further?
And so this has an impact on the Senate, the leadership.
It has an impact on the committee structure.
This affects all of us as Americans.
So don't just think that it's over in Wisconsin.
It doesn't really impact us.
It actually does.
And so kudos to Eric Havdi for breaking his silence, but waiting the appropriate amount of time to actually have the evidence in hand and to be able to articulate what is going on in Wisconsin.
And so if you know anybody in Wisconsin, please let them be aware of this video.
Please get them to call and support Eric Havde to make sure that these questions are raised and they may have to investigate within their own counties as well.
So get the public, get the logic and accuracy tests.
Make sure we understand that there's no votes that were flipped.
Start going out and campanancying to validate whether or not those voters actually exist in your area, in your precinct.
Help get that information to that campaign as quickly as possible.
All right, so now in breaking news up here in the upper Midwest, what is absolutely incredible is that now in the leadership in the Senate, we now know that Senator John Thune of South Dakota is now going to succeed Mitch McConnell.
And he has basically said that he is going to have all options to get Trump nominees in place, including recess appointments to try and stymie Democrat opposition for some of the new appointees that could actually be pretty controversial.
And some of them are.
And it is absolutely amazing that one of the top ones right out of the gate is Governor Christy Noam for basically Homeland Security and working.
And she will be closely working with Tom Hammond to secure the border.
That's absolutely incredible.
And Christy has been at the, as one of the leaders of the state sending our National Guard from South Dakota to Texas to help protect the border.
And so when people sit there and poke fun at Christy Noam, she may be the right person for this type of job.
We may have disagreements with some of her policies in South Dakota, especially when it came to the CO2 pipeline, when it came to some other agenda items that she had out there and some additional expenditures that the legislature said no to, but she went ahead and performed anyways.
And then there are questions that Democrats will always ask that are not always founded on fact, but there are some things that we'll be keeping an eye on.
And so South Dakota ends up kind of in the news again with all of the activities.
And so that's changing the politics within our state, as you can imagine.
So Lieutenant Governor Roden then would become governor.
He would have the right to appoint his lieutenant governor and then potentially fill a vacant House or Senate seat if he chooses a member for one of those two chambers.
And so stay tuned as to where that goes.
One of the more controversial picks, and Republicans are upset, Democrats are upset.
And so it kind of makes you wonder, is this actually the right choice?
And that would be Matt Gates for Attorney General.
And with the prosecution that he did basically within Congress, I think this could be pretty interesting to see where he goes because he was instrumental in finding out the truth about the fake Russia dossier.
He was instrumental in finding a lot of corruption within the United States government run by Democrats.
And of course, Senator Adam Schiff, yes, he's transitioned into a senator, is already critical of Matt Gates.
And so this is why Thun has to be considering: is this going to be one of the recess appointments?
Because there's probably enough Republicans and Democrats that are going to be upset with this appointment.
And so Mr. Gates, as such a firebrand as he is, is a lightning rod that will be brought to the White House.
And especially when we look at so many of the members of the Department of Justice and what they did to try and subvert our elections, even here in South Dakota, where they had monitors in South Dakota in Minnehaha County, and it didn't make sense.
And it was reckless.
It was disgusting to see some of the actions that were carried on by the Department of Justice and then seeing how some of the other states reacted to it, like Texas and some other states that basically said, no, we're kicking you out.
My own state here in South Dakota, the Secretary of State reiterated, here are the laws of South Dakota and you're going to follow them.
And so luckily, everything went on without a hitch.
And it'll be interesting to see if there are any reports from the Department of Justice, the Civil Rights Division, of any alleged issues going on in South Dakota, whether there are issues on the tribal nations, whether there are issues in Minnehaha or any other areas that they chose to observe it.
And it was, I am proud of the Secretary of State that stood up to the Department of Justice to make sure that voters were not going to be intimidated, that the laws were going to be followed, and to make sure that the elections were going to be conducted in an orderly manner.
And so with that, it is really interesting to kind of see where we are going to go.
And so when we come back from our first commercial, let's talk about kind of the next steps and the approach that we need to take as activists within our states.
So when we come back, we will talk more about the next steps.

And it is so important as we look at election integrity not to let up on the gas pedal, especially when we have such success so far in winning this election, but also identifying all of the evidence that we have collected in all 50 states, especially on the vocal app, plus within so many of the cases that have come forth during this election season in the primary, but also in the general election as well.
And so that is going to be so important as we go into our next phase, which is basically kind of two fronts.
In many states, there is the legislative process, but then there's also the administrative process with the rules, but also within your local counties as well.
And so it's going to be important for us to really identify those legislatures where we can actually have some success.
And we'll talk more about that later and kind of a plan on that.
But one of the things that we are trying to work on as well, because it is so important that we understand an essential piece of what is going on.
And so we are starting with a source code audit in a limited fashion for both Dominion and ESS to really look at four areas that need to be addressed and evaluated based upon some of the cases that have happened in the last, I'm going to say six years, but also the evidence that is publicly available to make sure that everything is on the up and up.
So in looking at both Dominion and ESNS, the source code audit, we want to make sure that the ballot image and cash vote record randomization is in compliance with the EAC and or state laws.
We want to make sure that the encryption is in compliance with the EAC certification.
And then also the modem hardware and software compliance with the EAC and/or state jurisdictions.
We also want to look at the security compliance as well to make sure that the vendors are actually following the processes as outlined within the voluntary voting system guidelines.
Now I know critics out there will say, well, the guidelines are voluntary.
They are until the states adopt them.
And there are basically three different ways that states can go.
Number one, they can just use the voluntary voting system guidelines, put it into their state code that basically says that a software vendor must comply with the voluntary voting system guidelines in order for it to be used within our state.
That codifies it just like a building code, and it's no longer voluntary.
It becomes required by the state.
You are right to point out that the federal agency cannot make the requirement.
So that's why they make it voluntary.
Then you get a state like Minnesota that doesn't say it has to completely abide by it.
They don't really review it.
But what they do require is that it be tested to the guidelines by a third-party evaluator approved by the EAC, so approved by the test lab, but not relying on the United States Election Assistance Commission certificate.
And so there's a bit of a nuance and difference there.
Then you have other states that go it alone where they will create their own compliance where it will mimic the EAC.
Some of them are weaker.
Some of them are a lot stronger and have some additional requirements there.
And so, but all of the states have this base level here that we can look at.
And so that's why it's so important to kind of call the balls and strikes to find out do they pass these four areas?
And then what do the states want to do with this information?
Just to have it out there in the court of public opinion isn't enough.
They have it out in some of the litigated cases isn't enough.
And so by having outside groups come in and look at the actual source code, do the evaluation, and actually potentially do this in multiple states based upon their rules and requirements and working with them in partnership.
This is where we could have several independent reports to bring to the state legislatures and even county and city decision makers to say, here is what the law requires within our state.
Here are the guideline requirements.
And here's where they passed or they failed.
And so this gives them the information that they've never really had before.
And so that's why it will take quite a bit of money to be able to pull this off and do it in a professional way with a GSA certified firm where their reputation is not in dispute.
So that way we can make sure that this is done correctly.
Now, critics out there will say, well, they've already been tested.
Sure, they've been tested, but we're seeing a lot of misses.
And we need to confirm that, or we need to take that to be able to take that corrective action.
Because right now, we have a lot of legislators out there that say, well, it's approved by the EAC.
Well, is that enough?
Did your state do enough?
And so that's why it's important to go through it.
So please support us over at uscase.org.
And on the left-hand menu, you can expand that menu.
And then down towards the bottom, there's a software audit that you can donate to.
Now, one of the other things that's always been kind of a mystery for me to be able to help everybody kind of visualize how did these machines work?
What are the options?
There was this neat little magic trick that I saw on a YouTube channel where a guy was basically had this nice little chart and he was putting almonds on the sheet of paper.
So I've changed it for you guys to basically have colored dots there.
And we'll explain kind of what these colored dots are in the way that he was kind of pointing it out.
And so let's take a look at this magic trick for lack of a better term.
And here it is.
So what I have here is a box.
There's all these little dots out there.
But one of the things that the magician was basically getting people to concentrate on is: okay, everything in this box here along that segment, there are six dots, right?
Now, when we look at this other section down here in this section of box, there are six dots again.
And so that seems pretty standard and pretty normal.
Then when we go look at this six box, these six dots, there are six dots there within that box.
Then when we come over here, we can also see again that there are six dots there.
So ignore the colors for now because all we're doing is evaluating the ovals that are filled in.
Let's look at it that way, not who they're assigned to.
So now what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to move one of the dots over, and you will see that I still have six.
So I have added one of the dots up into it and I've shifted one over.
So I've added another dot in, but every single area has six dots in it.
And this is the incredible part of this magic trick: I can move a dot out of the center, which we're not counting, but on the outside edges, I still have six in every single iteration.
So now I'm going to move another dot outside.
So I'm going to move the green dot, and we'll see how I'm able to position that.
So now the green dot is over here, and now I can re-evaluate all of my sides here.
And there are still six dots for each of the sides and areas that I am capturing.
And so that's where it gets really incredible with this magic trick to be able to see how this works.
And what's really sad is that is this how our machines are working?
So here we go again: two, four, six.
Then we go over here to this side and look inside of that area.
And there's the two, three, four, five, six.
So now I'm going to move another dot outside of the box.
And I'm going to take the red one and move it down.
And let's see what happens.
Oh, look at that.
And so I've got my one, two, three, four, five, six.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
So I'm going to move the last dot out.
And sure enough, look at that.
I still have six dots on every single side.
What's scary about this is: are we looking at the right thing when we're using the voting equipment?
Because you could clearly see that I took four dots from the center, but I was still able to maintain six dots on all of the sides.
So we started at this position with six dots on every single side, but we had four dots in the middle.
So what's happening with our voting equipment is we might be concentrating on dots and not actually concentrating on the names of the candidates, which we can clearly see here that these four votes could be under votes because they weren't considered.
We ignored them.
Then when we got over to this side, they actually became votes and they were real votes.
And if we were hand counting, we would actually see that there are, for the Republican votes, the red dots here, that there's actually seven.
And for the Independent Party, there's only three votes for them, not six.
And then for the Democrats, there are also seven votes.
And the Green Party, there's only three votes.
So this is why it's important to do a software audit to figure out what is it actually evaluating.
Is it evaluating the actual location?
It's not evaluating the name.
We know that in the barcode situation with express vote systems.
And so the reality is we don't know what we don't know.
And so this is why it's so important that in states where they have the ability to do a source code audit, it needs to be done.
And I'm encouraging others out there as well, if you have this ability to do it within your state, to please, please do this.
Because I think people, as this video hopefully gets segmented out and shared, I think people are going to be blown away that they've never thought about it this way before.
That we have a vendor telling us how it's interpreting the ballots.
We've seen in Wyoming logic and accuracy tests that have not complied with their state law during the 2024 primary.
We have seen it in South Dakota.
We've seen it in Wisconsin.
We've seen it in South Carolina.
We've seen it in Minnesota.
And that's just absolutely wrong.
And again, I just reviewed another one out of Pennington County, South Dakota last night.
It was absolutely heart-wrenching to see yet another county auditor only test one ballot style, which was the ovals, sufficiently enough, but still made mistakes because multiple candidates had the same number of votes for them.
And so we don't know if there were any vote flips.
This is especially in the presidential race.
Then on the express vote side, she used one ballot per precinct to test the barcodes.
So that means the other candidates who weren't lucky enough to have a barcode weren't tested.
And so that's part of where we talked about that two-bucket system.
Are the manufacturers and the testing organizations testing this correctly?
But in the reality, do the people who use the equipment, do they have a good enough understanding how to use the system?
And the evidence is clear.
They don't.
They just don't.
I reviewed another one recently out of Stearns County where they redid some of their vote totals.
And what's interesting is I was talking to one of the attorneys and he had seen vote totals on election night get reduced when they recounted.
And I looked at the numbers and I saw in one of the races that it dropped for the candidates, negative seven, negative six, negative five.
I knew exactly what that was.
And I'm like, I believe they took out the test deck numbers because they forgot to zero out the machine before running the election on election night.
And so when they re-ran it the second time, they zeroed it out, re-ran it, and that's your net delta difference.
Then in yesterday during their Hammond board, the auditor admitted that in Minnesota.
And I believe this is Sherbourne County or Stearns.
It's one of the two.
And they admitted that.
And so those numbers have kind of now come forth.
And so basically seeing that happen, it just breaks your heart that we are still having these problems since the voluntary voting system guidelines came out in 2005.
And here we haven't improved all the way to 2024.
And so this is why it's so important to strengthen our laws to create the safeguards so we can have better oversight of our elections.
And so I'd like to go to a commercial again.
And then after the break, we'll start kind of talking about what we can do to approach our state legislatures for different laws that we would like to see to help improve the elections.
Kamala Harris, the liberal California politician, some people say could become the next president of the United States.
Well, Mike Lindell here, and this should frighten everyone.
She's supported open borders.
She's failed us as the current borders are.
And she even helped raise money to get criminals out of jail.
Have you seen her new tax plan?

Wow.
I could use some coffee right now.
And I'm looking at that cup and I'm hoping that he's going to sell those cups because those things are kind of iconic as a symbol for all the hard work that Mike Lindell has done for our country.
Kind of looking at the template now for election law changes, I did a quick preview kind of looking at the states where I think we can actually potentially have an impact.
And I've got this nice little map here for you that I believe these green states here actually are right for looking at election law changes and improvements.
And so right now the work has to start now.
And I think we can look at doing changes both in 2025 and 2026.
And one of the things that I would encourage you to do is that if you believe you have enough members there within your state to take action and you are linked in through Cause of America,
we will start working on model legislation over at uscase.org to kind of look at ways to strengthen the oversight, the party participation in a bipartisan way in the United States to make sure that more people are involved in the elections to make sure that the public themselves have control and oversight of the elections because it is so important.
If without that proper oversight, this is where we run into problems.
And we have to basically be there to do the hand counting.
We have to be there to make sure that disability rights are going to be protected.
And it is so important that we look at all of this.
And we have to make sure that we are at the ready.
And as partisans, we also have to make sure that we have election judges that are trained by the parties and then also by the election officials because there are things that can be trained for by each of the parties to help prevent fraud by other bad actors and other parties as well.
And so we have to make sure that our parties are training on making sure that people aren't bringing in pens to process ballots that could mess up the ballots.
We need to train them on how the machines actually work.
We need to train them on logic and accuracy testing.
We need to make sure that we're training candidates on this.
We also have to make sure that we are training our election judges on the disaster recovery plan for the state.
So that way, if the electronics don't work, what are some of the things for expectations?
So for example, in South Dakota, during early absentee, our voter rolls basically went down in the state to make sure that the election judges already have the training and the wherewithal of expectations that, look, if this is down, you should have a paper backup that you can immediately go to because we don't want to turn away voters.
We want to just go ahead and collect their ballot.
And in some of those precinct locations, like in Minnesota, if the tabulator doesn't work or the power is out, ESNS and Dominion have designed the machines that you can turn them around and there's another slot in the back that can hold the ballots until the power is restored.
And then you can then, at the end of election night, feed the ballots back into the tabulator.
So understanding those notations, I think has to come from the parties so that we're better educating.
And we can also have a sense as to whether or not these individuals would be good election judges.
The other thing that parties need to do is we need to make sure that we have resolution board members that are going to be trained so that they know how to cure ballots and what to look for.
And then also we need to have hand counting professionals that can come in towards the evening or in the middle of the day if it's a central count system for absentee or UCOVA and being able to kind of SWOT analysis that ahead of time.
And we should be working in partnership with our election officials to support them to conduct these elections.
The other thing that we have to do too is we really have to step up and get the disability communities more involved.
They have to be part of the testing because I think they should be need a greater understanding of how complicated this is.
And when you have all of these inputs into some of these disability devices that are not getting tested, I think we have to put the call out to them to come in during the early testing much earlier to make sure that things are on the up and up.
And then also for the second languages that are out there, where you have some areas that may have only one language, there may be other areas that have an excess of five to 20 different languages that they support.
And so we need to create laws and oversight to either reduce them or if we're going to have these additional languages out there to have requirements of proper oversight to make sure that the pronunciation is right, to make sure that it's spelled right.
Even in English, we saw this across the United States where Trump's name was misspelled and there was extra characters, et cetera.
That kind of stuff has, we have to get more professional about that.
And so we need to make sure that we're expanding that timeline within the statutes to make sure that we have proper oversight and people are actually able to review that.
And so this is where we're going to have to put more emphasis on the parties to come in to help the election officials review all the candidate choices for every single precinct ballot and every single precinct device that is facing the electorate.
So that way it's clear to them who the candidate options are.
And we need to be doing more thorough testing across the states as well to make sure that these machines are performing as designed.
And I think the states are going to have to start sharing resources on what is the performance like for each of these vendors.
We have it for the National Traffic Safety Board where we report accidents into one central area and even the ability to basically report defective automobiles.
And so that way we can have recalls.
And so if we're going to continue with the machines, that has to be established.
And the EAC is not doing a good job of that.
And I think even reviewing those log files where we could see that tabulators were jamming in Texas, jamming in Minnehaha County, South Dakota, jamming in other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
And even the poll books where they failed.
It was inconsistent in Texas, I'm hearing.
One county it was just absolutely failing in, like in Dallas County, but then in neighboring counties, it was perfectly fine.
Same vendor, same equipment.
So were they assigned different servers?
Was there a routing issue?
Was there construction issues?
Was there a fiber cut and a reroute?
What was happening at that time to create all of these issues countywide, but then in neighboring counties, they were just fine.
And so all of that needs to be investigated so that we can make improvements because these long lines that we saw in early voting, come on, we knew that the candidates were basically out there advertising this and we were caught off guard.
Was that intentional?
I think some questions need to be raised in these state legislatures so that we can have better performance.
And so with that, as we kind of look at some of the reforms I'm calling for, and I know I'm going to be called an extremist on this, but the reality is when we look at the federal reforms that need to be done, we have to remove the Help America Vote Act, this infusion coming in from the federal government into the states.
The state should be responsible for this, not the federal government.
The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 needs to be repealed and it needs to be enforced at the state level.
Then the Uniform and Overseas Citizen Absentee Voting Act, that has drifted such a far and it has created such a damage for these larger counties where they're receiving these ballots that are three-inch taped with packing tape.
They have to break that open.
They take this three-page laser printed paper out and then they have to basically rewrite those on to the actual ballots.
And because of how much time that takes, we need to make sure that we are better prepared to take those on.
And I don't think we have been.
And I think we need to have an earlier deadline for when those ballots come in so that they're not all coming in on election day or the day before election.
And then we get overwhelmed with that at some of these counties because that can be disastrous as well.
And then we really have to focus on the U.S. Constitution, get back to Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1, where the times, place, and manner of holding the elections really should be prescribed by the state legislatures.
And so with that, that's where I'm coming from is that we've allowed the federal government to sit here and interject into our elections, and that needs to end.
And I think we need to still have protections under the 14th Amendment, of course, to make sure that we are protecting voters who are minorities, voters who have disabilities, to make sure that they are able to be heard and that their vote is actually brought forth.
And I believe the 14th Amendment, that equal protection clause is there for voters.
And so as a minority, as a Hispanic, I have not seen voter discrimination in Minnesota and South Dakota.
Others may have.
Of course, I don't look Hispanic, but, you know, especially with a last name like Weibel being adopted with a German last name, it makes it a little bit easier for me.
But the reality is that I don't concentrate on that ethnicity.
It's not part of who I am.
I'm an American, and I think we have to have that approach to make sure that every individual, no matter what you are, what you think you are, or what you claim to be, you have the right to vote.
And you have the First Amendment right to petition your government, to pray, to have your religion, freedom of speech, platforms like this, X, Facebook, et cetera.
So with that, we have to maintain those protections, and it has to come back to the states.
And the reality is that the states, because the federal government had so much that everybody just trusted them, it failed the states.
And we lost our bedrock of democracy, which was really the republic to allow the states to kind of fine-tune the elections to figure out what the best course of action was.
Now, we look at the model of what happened in Florida and how fast they were able to get their elections done on election night.
And I think I want to dive into that and let's look into that to figure out what can we take from their lessons learned, which created HABA, to where they're at today to have such good elections.
And there's other states out there too that we can look at too, in so many different areas.
And so if you're interested in helping us out, please send an email to info at uscase.org.
And we'll eventually start kind of setting up meetings offline to basically start kind of looking at what states we may even want to come in to show you a hand count.
And I'm sure Linda Rance, a competing hand count system, would be more than willing to come out.
And you could have multiple hand counts at your rotunda at your capitol during the legislative session so that legislators could see what the opportunities and the options are and figure out what's best for your state, whether it's one or multiple, and kind of create the guidelines that are needed to have at least a minimum hand count disaster recovery plan.
The other piece too is that we have to kind of look at the extra credit.
In our state, I think we need to look at abolishing the state board of elections because when we look at the responsibility of the state legislatures to basically adopt the laws, they should not be abrogating that and sending that over to a state board of elections.
Now, I want those discussions at the legislature with the public in those committee hearings to make sure we have solid election laws.
Now, we have to ban all wireless connections for both the voter rolls and the election equipment itself for the tabulators.
The transmission should not be over the internet or wireless or whatever you claim it is.
Do it through the thumb drives and bringing them to the central area.
And I think we have to have codified dates and times for all of the processes.
Don't let election officials decide that willy-nilly.
And so, with that, I want to thank everybody so much for tuning in, being part of this great election.
And the work is not done yet.
We have to keep going and we have to keep improving our country because that's what Jefferson basically charted us with.
If we want to keep this republic, we have to be responsible for it.
It's our responsibility.
And I want to thank all of you.
Thank you, Mike Lindell.
Thank you, Apollo behind the scenes there.
And thank everyone across the United States for tuning in.
Keep up the great work, and we are not done.
And God bless America.
