This guy with the pillows on Fox?
My Pillow Guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The My Pillow Guy, Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
How do you buy a ballot?
You can go to the shops that actually have the ballot and you can buy them straight up.
Well, I mean, most people think that to get a ballot, you've got to request one from the state.
And you are now making the shocking claim that no, anyone can buy ballots.
It's very simple. He purchases the ballots.
It goes to any printing company you want in the nation.
Certified blank ballot stock used for printing emergency, omni-ballot, BB. And just print them out.
That's it. Actually, you can order online and they'll ship it right to your house.
How do you actually get all the information on the ballot?
Many of the county and Secretary of State, you can actually look up what your ballot would look like or request an absentee ballot for your region and just copy that.
Could I print 1,000 ballots?
So we were able to the first time purchase 10,000 ballots Indicating Trump tickets available now opens nationwide in
theater September 27th Good evening. I'm Rick Weibel in for Mike Lindell
Thanks again to Mike Lindell for asking me to host tonight's show for you.
Hopefully I have a good show for you.
I've got a lot of evidence that I'm going to be bringing forward tonight to help you guys and your teams out there on the front lines of election integrity.
There's a lot of breaking news that is happening again.
And it is absolutely incredible that we have to deal with these issues, but we need to be prepared.
And so I think since a lot of the other news media is not going to be covered,
but there are some good folks out there who are covering some good pieces out
there.
And one of the biggest shocking things that we're going to cover tonight is the
FBI just thwarted a terror plot in Oklahoma.
Election officials issue warnings about the United States postal service.
North Carolina modifies their election plans.
And then Hurricane Milton is back to category five after weakening overnight.
And so looking at, apparently there was an Afghan man in Oklahoma that plotted an election-day terror attack in the U.S. on behalf of ISIS, the Justice Department says.
And so they have filed, he was arrested on Monday, and charged with conspiring and attempting to provide material support to ISIS and receiving a firearm to be used to commit a felony.
Or a federal crime of terrorism.
He has already appeared in an Oklahoma federal court today.
So stay tuned for that.
That is developing.
Who knows what else is going to appear from that case.
Now we also have problems with the United States Postal Service that it might disrupt the mail-in voting, election officials say.
Could it affect North Carolina?
So these are two different pieces.
North Carolina, of course, recently hit by Hurricane Helena.
That is just an absolutely devastating situation.
And of course, there are a lot of regions in North Carolina that are still impassable today.
But the U.S. Postal Service, in a letter dated September 11th, well before any of the hurricanes happened, the National Association of Secretary of State and the National Association of Election Directors outlined widespread issues with the mail system that could affect the election.
The letter was signed by state election officials in many states, including the Sarah LeVere, the president of the North Carolina Association Director of Elections.
And what they outlined in three quick things right out of the gate is that they felt that there was inconsistent training for postal service workers.
Staff are uninformed about the services policies regarding election mail, which has led to ballots being delayed, held deliberately, or processed improperly.
The held deliberately, that is a big issue.
That is election interference.
And the fact that they actually write that in there is very concerning, especially in outstate Minnesota, where many of the precincts don't have an opportunity to vote in person on election day, and they are mailed out their ballots.
And so if you have a mail-in area, most state laws basically say, hey, look, it is the voter's responsibility to get the ballot in.
They're also concerned about long delivery times.
In the past, local officials have received timely postmarked ballots after Election Day and outside the Postal Service's first-class delivery window.
That is shocking.
And so we've also experienced here in South Dakota that the U.S. Postal Service has changed where our That mailing actually gets processed.
Before, it was a lot closer and now it is completely in another state.
It has changed and has created mail delays here in South Dakota.
And so that's important to outline to make sure that you as a voter, if you are in a mail precinct, make sure you're not waiting basically a couple days before the election to mail in your ballot.
Get it in early and if you can, drive it into the county seat if you have time to do that.
They're also concerned that there's an increase in mail returned as undeliverable.
And this is completely shocking.
Mail sent to voters or ballots sent to election offices are returned to sender marked as undeliverable.
Let's get honest. That's because of dirty voter rolls and you know it.
Even in South Dakota, the Department of Public Safety recently did an audit of driver's licenses and found out that even in a red state like South Dakota, they had found hundreds of voters that were still inappropriately on the voter rolls and they sent notice to the Secretary of State.
For them to be removed.
And so that is pretty disgusting that we're seeing that and we're actually have just done an audit in South Dakota.
We have a team doing it in South Carolina.
We know Peter Berger of Wisconsin has also been doing this.
And also the team from Eagle AI has been looking into this.
And we're seeing these reports out there of so many dirty voter rolls in many of the states that are out there.
And so I really want to thank the activists for taking action on this because, again, this is so important.
And one of the things that the Secretary of State's basically right is they say voters may be disenfranchised or be put on the path to having their registration record canceled.
Well, I'm just going to say, all of you voters out there, it is your responsibility to check to make sure that you are properly registered.
And many, many states actually do send out confirmation voter registration cards that basically show you where you should be voting, the precinct location, the address of where it is, and also the times that it would be available for you.
Alright, so getting back to some of the breaking news, another story.
North Carolina, this is on everybody's mind, is what is their disaster recovery plan?
And luckily the State Board of Elections voted and passed a resolution that will make voting as accessible as possible in the state.
And so some of the things that they worked on is the possibility of modifying voting hours to better accommodate disaster-stricken areas.
Thank God for that.
Working with FEMA to put up temporary voting sites in areas where the original site has been damaged or washed away.
These temporary sites would be near the original locations and that's important for familiarity, but they're also going to make sure That maybe not all locations are as safe as they were before, and so there may be signage to direct voters to go to another location.
Also, the reassignment of poll workers to better accommodate needs in different areas.
This really is kind of the call-out that I had last night, where I'm asking the GOP and also the Democrats of all states to be able to work with the Secretary of their state to basically start bringing in volunteers to help Poll workers of those other states because the poll workers in North Carolina may not be able to actually conduct an election because their own personal needs, of course, would outweigh trying to keep the elections going.
And so we need to be able to support them in providing volunteers to cover for those poll workers that may have been there.
And so they may have had a loss of home, family, employment, that they just need to recover.
And this really needs not to be their primary concern when everything else is going on in their lives right now.
Also, the ability for absentee ballots to now be dropped off at qualifying vote sites on Election Day.
That's going to be interesting because we're going to have to make sure that there's not any of the hijinks that we've started to see around in some of the states where we've seen some bad actors stand around Drop boxes and encouraging people to give them their ballots and then they're destroying them.
And so this is an actual crime.
And so this is where I'm not in favor of drop boxes like this, especially when they are unsecured, unmonitored, and we don't know who's officially supposed to be there or not.
And so this is why I prefer to have drop boxes or locations inside attached to the election official's office itself.
And I would prefer that you hand the ballot.
To an election official at the window that way or even put the ballot into a sealed ballot box that you know would be counted after the polls close on election day.
Now I know some states will count early and I'm really against that.
But the reality is we have to watch out for these bad actors, and so I raise a little bit of an alarm there.
But also one thing here is having bipartisan or nonpartisan groups go to disaster relief areas to help people with voting.
I think that's a good idea, and especially we're going to have...
Reasonable questions of if this person's community doesn't exist anymore and there were people running there, should they still be able to vote there or should they vote at where the shelter is or do they get to pick a new area that maybe they would want to vote in?
And especially you have people that may have fled the state.
Will the other states accept them to be able to register and vote there?
Because most people are excited to vote for the president.
Not any bad thing to you senators and congresspeople, but we know that the presidential election is kind of where most people are at.
These teams would receive and deliver absentee ballots to the county board.
I do like that they have the bipartisan.
I'm a little concerned about the nonpartisan side.
Having the State Board of Elections help with county elections for areas that were hardest hit by Helene.
I think this is actually a good idea.
I really appreciate that we're seeing reports now that they're seriously considering the disaster recovery plan.
We are also probably going to see some work out of Florida, especially if The new hurricane comes in and does devastation there in Florida.
And so this is going to be important that we have to be available to help, especially those of you who are watching this program.
Please contact your local party.
Let them know that you are available.
And also, please donate to the appropriate sites where you can donate money, food, clothing, any other supplies that is at your heart to be able to help these people recover.
Now, here's kind of the breaking news is that we see that Milton Forces over 1 million to evacuate in Florida and there's also gas shortages that are reported.
And I just want to highlight that time is running out for those who wish to evacuate safely and authorities are urging everyone to act swiftly to avoid the life-threatening impacts of the hurricane.
And so don't worry about things that can be replaced and we need to make sure that you and your family and all of your loved ones are safe.
If you have the ability to take up additional passengers, please do that.
And it is better to come back after the storm passes.
It is frightening to see.
Here are some of the latest pictures that are coming out of the hurricane itself.
And some of the additional threats there.
And so as part of the election emergency, we are going to see power outages.
We're going to see damaged ballots.
We're going to see damaged tabulators.
We're going to see damaged express vote machines.
We're going to see damaged voting locations.
Loss of cellular service for online voter rolls.
Election officials may need outside help.
And some of the things that election officials as well as party officials need to be thinking about is getting generators fuel.
I already am aware that in many of the Florida gas stations they are out of fuel already.
You need to make sure that you have paper ballots.
You may have to print those ballots in another state and then have them on reserve.
And coordinated with the Secretary of State or the county local official.
Just like we saw in the disaster plan earlier in that news report, pop-up voting locations may need to be established.
We may need to have hand counting teams come in and help.
We may need to have outside help for helping voters and officials.
And so this is where I call out, it is time for the SOS of each state to work with both parties And get people into the affected states to help with the elections.
And so I really hope everybody is unified in being able to help these affected states, as well as there are some other states out west that are currently going through severe fire.
Right now, I just came from Wyoming this past weekend, and there are a couple of fires that are expanding that are impacting the ability of people to flee their locations, and some of them are losing their Uh, houses as well in their property.
And it may be some time for them to come back.
I had a friend that I stayed over, uh, on Thursday night into Friday morning and actually no, it was Friday night into Saturday morning.
And his location now is under threat.
It's within four miles.
Uh, when I had left, it was over 10 miles away.
And so that fire has slowly kind of progressed down the mountain slope and along the ridge that his property is now impacted by this.
Thankfully, they have evacuated their cats, dogs, horses, and other livestock into safety, and his wife and their family are completely safe now.
What I want to make sure is that everybody has a chance just to kind of take that all in.
There's a lot that is happening before I was critical of the FBI and Homeland Security and so I guess I have to eat crow now because now that we have this case out there in Oklahoma where there's the potential of somebody trying to act up during the election and threaten that and thankfully Law enforcement caught this and prevented it.
We really want to make sure that we do have an uneventful election where people can go in and vote peaceably.
And whether that's absentee to make sure that the chain of custody is maintained, that is your responsibility.
Don't utilize the post office if you have the ability to drive it in, especially with this time out before the election if you need to vote absentee.
Those of you that voted early in the hurricane areas, I'm not sure if all of those absentee ballots were retained or if they were destroyed.
Hopefully the Secretary of State and the county election officials will notify people if there was any damage to any ballots that were cast early or in transit.
And so we just have to double check and we have to be patient with people to make sure that all of our votes are going to count.
And just want to thank law enforcement and the FBI for catching that criminal out of Oklahoma so that we don't have an issue on Election Day.
And we just want to make sure that if you see anything, please report it.
So if anybody is threatening to do anything at the precincts, at the polling locations, or to any election official, make sure you report that to local authorities.
We cannot tolerate any type of violence during the elections.
This is supposed to be a peaceful, honorable event.
Uh, event that is supposed to be out there that we and our forefathers had fought for us to make sure that we are able to vote in peace and secrecy and to be able to, um, have a peaceful transition of power, uh, in our elections at all these different levels.
And I really love, uh, Norman Rockwell and all of these wonderful pictures that he puts out there where, uh, There's the picture of the mom that's waiting in line to vote and she's there with her little child and the child is kind of tugging at her.
But there's something beautiful about the American flag being there, the other people being patient and getting ready to vote.
And she's actually bringing her children there to teach them the importance of our republic and the way that our government works.
She shouldn't be embarrassed to be there as part of the voting process and I just want to make sure that we're reaching out to all of our folks within the community and making sure that they're registered to vote.
And that they have a plan to get out there and vote.
And so if you know of somebody that has car problems or needs a ride, please be of service and make sure that you're offering a time and an appointment to be able to take them to the polling location.
That's one of the best things of service that you can do.
You know, and be willing to talk with them about how great it is that we are lucky to be able to vote.
That is so, so, so important to spread that calm message out there and make sure that if you're available to help your election official with a disaster recovery plan so that if the power is out or if they need extra help or somebody gets sick, Or if somebody has something to celebrate, such as there was grandma there that didn't realize that they were going to have an early delivery and now they need an extra poll worker or an election judge that you could fill in for that type of exciting thing or somebody is sick or somebody has an accident and needs to attend to that.
Just make sure that we're supporting our election officials that they know that you are available to help out.
And, you know, ask them if there's any additional training that's coming up and be part of that process just to be on the standby.
Some states are actually really incredible, like Wyoming.
In their state statutes, it requires the county party chairs to have a list of election judges, hand counters, and alternates.
So those of you listening right now, please check your state codes and find out if that's a requirement.
If it's not, we need to take Wyoming's gold standard of that section of the law and get that introduced into our state statutes as well.
I think this is really a good idea, but even if we don't have an in-state statute, we'd have that as a practice.
We should be doing that.
We should just make sure that we are ready to go all the time.
And so what I kind of want to do now is let's talk about The two buckets.
I haven't really brought this up on the show, and I don't have a guest for you tonight, and so what I really want to do is just kind of look at How do we really evaluate the elections and the ability of us to be able to conduct the elections?
And so with the two buckets, we kind of have the first one is a certification by the EAC and system security.
Now, in some cases, your state may actually do an internal test of the system and kind of ignore the EAC certification and do it themselves.
But then the second bucket is so important.
It's the ability of the clerks, the auditors, the election officials to run the equipment and actually follow the law.
And what's striking is that as I've traveled across the upper Midwest here and even remotely talking to states like South Carolina, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, but then actually physically visiting, and also Ohio, and then physically visiting Wisconsin, Minnesota, of course my own home state, South Dakota, then Wyoming.
It's absolutely incredible to see that it doesn't matter whether you're a red state or a blue state.
There are fundamental issues here where our election officials are just not crossing the finish line to test things.
And today I kind of found out how that was happening.
But first, let's look at the certification aspect and let's look at a very important message from the EAC. And when we look at this, EAC.gov, their Voluntary Voting System Guidelines 1.0, from 2005, these are the standards.
And guess what? They really haven't changed for the equipment that we are using going into the 2024 general election.
And so this statement that they say, it is well known that deficiencies in election management The overall integrity of the election process depends on both of these elements working together And so that's why I really looked at the two-bucket system.
So that statement alone really emphasizes how both of those buckets, both of those processes have to work hand in hand.
And if there's a failure in one, it can destroy the trust in the elections completely.
And so this is why I think it's so important that we make sure that we are asking the right questions.
Not in a threatening way, but we have a right to know.
And this is where I believe that transparency is the inoculation to all conspiracy theories out there.
And so when we have election officials that don't know the answer, we have to be a little bit more critical, but also with an open heart to say, can we find out the answer?
Don't take no for an answer.
There should be an answer out there.
For example, I find it really disgusting that some of the election officials are punishing Voters and constituents asking for a printout of the logic and accuracy test detailed reports of the precincts.
And they're wanting to charge hundreds of dollars, thousands of dollars, when that's not necessary.
What's interesting, talking with Eric Van Macklin yesterday, in an earlier presentation, one of the things that I had put out there for election officials that we were looking for is, why can't you publish Your cast vote records, ballot images of the test decks, and also publish all of the reports, the detailed reports of your public accuracy tests online on your website so that everybody can have a chance to look at how well you are doing.
And if everything is on the up and up, That's not going to be a problem.
We should be promoting your success if you're running the election equipment properly, and you should be able to showcase that on your elections webpage of your county or city site.
And so that's a challenge that I want to bring to election officials to encourage them to do that so that we can all have transparency in our systems.
The other thing to remember is that when I'm looking at ES&S themselves, Dominion is pretty close to this as well.
There are two types of ballot styles.
There's the express vote ballot, which is on the left-hand side, and so that's the one with the barcodes on it that basically then have the candidates that were selected printed out below.
And on the right-hand side, we have the standard ballot with the ovals that you would circle in and select and review those.
So what's important about that, though, is as I've gone through the different logic and accuracy tests, I hate to say this, but this is where we're at.
In all the states that I've reviewed, we have not had a successful state go in and actually give me We're good to go.
So it was interesting to see that the election official, she had originally 30 ballots that she was going to test.
She took one of the standard ballots out and used it as a template for each of the precincts to have her election workers go through and use the touchscreen of the ExpressVote machine to print out just one ballot.
Well, here's the problem with that.
When she basically combined those, but leaving out the one template ballot out, and she had the 29 ballots and then the one express vote ballot, she created a situation that was really devastating.
So in the one template ballot that we observed, There was only one vote for Trump, and now it came from the express vote ballot, and it was no longer on the standard ballot.
So when she ran it through the tabulator, Trump was not tested on the oval standard ballot.
And what's even more devastating on the express vote ballot, the other three candidates for president were not tested at all.
So I asked her, do you feel that this test was sufficient enough?
Do you feel like you should actually test more of the express vote ballots and make sure that they're equal and then put the Trump ballot back in to ensure that you're testing everything?
She commented that she felt that she met the minimum standard required of the statutes.
And I'm just shaking my head.
Actually, no. You violated the statutes because If you're going to do the AND clause of it, make sure that you're treating the both ballot styles equally because when you sit there and you disenfranchise the testing of the express vote ballots, in essence, you are creating a 14th Amendment violation of the U.S. Constitution to where You're not treating people with disabilities the same as people with abilities.
And so the two belt styles, the one that is looking at ovals versus the one looking at barcodes, is using a different set of programming within the machine to collect the votes and drop them into the buckets.
And I explained that to her a couple of times, and she just would not compromise and go back and be inclusive of the test.
Luckily in Wyoming, she has time to make a change here.
And so two weeks before the election is the deadline for the public logic and accuracy test.
And so I'm really hoping and I also spoke with people on Friday there when we were doing a hand count study there and we did two different types.
And I'll just be honest and say one went really well.
The other one didn't go well as planned.
But we learned a lot.
And we'll have that report out soon.
Hopefully next week I'll get that out.
And we'll be able to discuss that and then have some other performance recommendations off of that as well.
because what she was recommending there from the county really tripped us up in the reporting and took a lot of
extra time, versus our standard way that we were counting,
actually was absolutely incredible. And the team there did such a
great job. And everybody that was there looked at it as such a positive. And there were 40 volunteers there that
were willing to help this county auditor, and the, or county
clerk. And the fact that the county clerk was willing to do this
was just gracious as well, from that standpoint. So she was one of the first to actually want that. And I didn't
understand what her goals were out of this. And so that was my mistake.
And so I just admit that up front and give her credit for at least having us there and opening up her doors.
So when we get getting back to these bow styles, even during that part, I talked openly with the group and encouraged them to write her a letter and email and just say, look, we encourage you to fully test I want to make sure all election officials out there are encouraged to do that.
And I understand where some folks are kind of hesitant to do it, but I now understand why you're failing.
Because when I see documentation like this coming out of Jan Morrell, who's out there talking about elections, and they have this in their manual where it's this doublespeak.
No wonder why they're failing.
When they literally say, in regards to the logic and accuracy testing, they say, it's not feasible to test every selection on every machine with every ballot type.
False. It has to be feasible.
You have to do it, but then down below...
They then say, in addition to testing every potential selection, the ballot set must include ballots that confirm proper reading of error conditions.
But the thing that they don't say in this manual is they don't talk about and actually recommend that every vote within a contest be different.
They show examples where 1-2-3 and then 3-2-1, but they don't emphasize the strength of that to be able to determine if there's vote flips or anything like that going on.
And so we'll be working on a new paper Out at uscase.org, we'll have a little bit easier prime number test that will allow election officials to kind of use kind of within that 50 ballot range.
I'm working on a test right now for Minnehaha County of South Dakota, and I'm through kind of...
90 different ballot styles that I'll be working on and going through.
Right now I'm through 15 and I'm hoping tomorrow I'll have the rest of that workbook done and I'll share that with the County Auditor of Minnehaha and then if I get her permission I'll share it online so that we can use that as a guide.
And one of the things that we're also going to be encouraging Minihaha to do as well is to make sure that we have equal ballot testing between the express vote and the standard ballots so that we make sure that everyone's vote is protected and analyzed.
And so I want to thank Leah Anderson for making that available to me and helping her out and I'll be helping out other clerks too that have emailed me recently.
And so Apollo, if you'd like to do a commercial, We are absolutely ready for a break.
And on the backside of this, when we come back, we'll talk about actually the
election equipment itself and whether or not that bucket is ready to go.
Kamala Harris, the liberal California politician, some people say could become
the next president of the United States.
Well, Mike Lindell here, and this should frighten everyone.

Wow, it looks like the Secretary of State's are going to have an issue if they keep saying
That previous company already owns that moniker, so I guess they're going to have to stop about that.
Alright, so going back and reviewing, we just kind of learned here that we have failed the ability of the clerks to run the equipment and follow the law, especially in Wyoming.
Stay tuned. We've already got two counties in Wyoming that have already failed in the beginning, but there is still time for them to take corrective action.
Now, what's really interesting about this as well, as we go into kind of the next phase of this, is that now we have to look at the certification By the EAC and also the system security itself.
And what's really interesting here is this is kind of where we have risen up at uscase.org.
And we've actually have reviewed all of the engineering change orders that have been submitted to the United States Election Assistance Commission.
By every single vendor out there.
And so we started looking at January 1 of 2022, and then we got all the way through July.
I will do an update here hopefully this weekend to get us all the way through October.
And at that point in time, there was basically only one engineering change order, and that was by ES&S for a select number of systems, two of them.
What's really disappointing about that is it left the rest of the systems out there with that risk of the print nightmare situation.
What's even worse about that is there are so many systems that don't even have an antivirus update.
Here in South Dakota, for example, we have laptops that have not had a Norton antivirus update since Basically, March 29th, 2019.
And that's just completely unacceptable.
And so that's like drinking five-year-old expired milk.
What are we doing? That's just absolutely ridiculous.
And so if you want to help out in some of that continued research, this is where you can actually go and review some of the documents that we have out there regarding modems.
So you can detect whether or not there's a modem on your ES&S equipment.
You can actually see the engineering change order research that we've done out there and we actually put it in English in words that you can understand as to what each of those updates are.
And then you can also donate to that organization in a non-profit way to where it's actually a tax deduction.
Now let's look at actually the beginning.
So this is the voting system defined.
It is so important to understand that there are two sections.
And it talks about how it defines about, how it casts and counts votes, to report or display the election results, to maintain and produce any audit trail information.
But then it also brings into place the practices and associated documentation used And so that ties into the very top up there, where it talks about the total combination of mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment, including the software, firmware, and documentation required to program, control, and support the election equipment that is used in ABCD. Then, in the practices and documentation used, it's to identify the system components and versions of such components.
Well, that makes sense. To test the system during its development and maintenance.
To maintain records of system errors and defects.
To determine the specific changes to be made to a system after the initial qualification of the system.
And E. To make available any materials to the voter, such as notices, instructions, forms, and paper ballots.
And here's what's really shocking.
This is a very simple definition that came out in 2002.
It has not changed, and it's a definition that we find directly from the 2002 Help America Vote Act.
So that definition has been around for 22 years as we go into 2024.
And so that is so important when we actually look at a case in Wyoming.
We have a letter from ES&S that basically states that their ballot on demand printing, which is hilarious because this actually has a whole lot of concerns.
The ballot on demand printer And the ballot-on-demand laptop with router, by the way, what's the router used for?
We have not ascertained that yet, and so we are still investigating that.
And they stated are not required to be certified by the Election Assistance Commission as part of the EAC certified voting system.
ES&S lists the ballot-on-demand printer and system as ancillary products in its system overview.
This equipment is also listed as ancillary products in the test report, which is EAC approved.
Ancillary systems represent products and utilities that are not part of the certified configuration.
However, these products and utilities may be used to streamline and facilitate I take issue with that because that is not completely true.
And so we have not seen that documentation as ancillary systems and it's not in the list.
And when we actually look at the EAC certificate, we can see that that model of laptop is not there.
We can also see that that model of that printer is not there.
And also the router is not there.
And so when we look at the actual facts coming across, we can actually see We actually got a letter from the EAC, and this is where my heart just starts to break.
So the EAC sends a letter to Chuck Gray of Wyoming and says, the EAC's testing and certification program was created to mandate in the Help America Vote Act to test and certify voting systems as defined in 301B1. Wait a minute.
We looked earlier, and we see that there's also a two, not just a one.
And then it states the ES&S ballot-on-demand equipment is not responsible for defining ballots, casting and counting votes, reporting or displaying election results, or maintaining or producing audit trail information.
Notice how they're taking that first set of sections there, but they're ignoring the last part.
As such, BODs are not necessary to include in the certified configuration for the system.
It is important to note that the EAC-accredited test laboratory is used Evaluate BOD equipment to ensure they function with the voting system as intended.
Well, let's take issue with that.
So let's actually go to the manual.
And so when we look at the actual manual here, and we can actually find this manual over at the EAC.gov site, and this is the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines 1.0.
And so when we dive into it, we actually see I don't know, a little section that is the functional requirements.
And here it says the section contains requirements.
It isn't optional.
It's actually the word requirements.
And when we look at 2.2, the pre-voting capabilities, these functional capabilities are used to prepare the voting system for voting.
They include ballot preparation, the preparation of election-specific software, including firmware, the production of ballots.
That would be synonymous with printing.
The installation of ballots and ballot counting software, including firmware and system equipment tests.
So then we even go forward and look at the 2.2 pre-voting capabilities.
And here we see ballot preparation.
We see all of it there.
This subsection defines capabilities required to support functions performed prior to the opening of polls.
So they seem to be in the wrong here, especially when we go a little bit further in here.
And then on the next page, we see it includes ballot preparation, which includes in the last bullet point, ballot production.
Right before that, it says ballot preparation requirements.
It's not about a May.
These are shalls.
Then we even see further in ballot production.
The voting system shall provide a means of printing.
That is pretty clear.
Otherwise generating a ballot display Which is the express vote disability machines or even in other states where that's the primary voting mechanism.
And so now you've just seen the evidence that breaks my heart that this is absolutely a joke.
And the person who signed the letter from the EAC is an acting person.
So this is not correct at all.
And when we look at the actual manuals that say required, that letter from the EAC is in direct conflict with the election standards that we are all using right now before the 2024 election.
And this is just absolutely frightening what we're seeing.
I'm hearing that we have a little bit of breaking news from Mike Lindell, where he's posted something on Axe.
And so Apollo, if you want to share that post, that video with us, please do that.
They were even pushing people out of housing to get the funding that they were giving them for
the new immigrants to come in. It was people that I know that got pushed out of their apartments
because they were getting funding. They were getting rid of all the old refrigerators and
everything and putting new refrigerators, new stoves. And I'm like, how is this? Wow.
You know, and I didn't like the parks being closed where the kids couldn't go in.
And they went there all the time for summer camp, for different things, but they were full.
And the neighborhood children didn't have nowhere to go.
Kamala Harris vowed to abolish ICE. She wants mass amnesty and citizenship for illegal.
She took the most secure border in U.S. history and turned it into the worst border in the history of the world.
She was in charge of the border.
And the other day I saw her get up and say, we will do this, we will do that.
Why didn't they do it four years ago?
Why didn't they do it?
The damage is so bad.
It's been done.
She let in 21 million illegal aliens from all over the world
from prisons and jails and mental institutions at levels we've never seen before.
And this is maybe the worst thing in the whole that nobody talks to fake news, won't mention it.
She lost more than 325,000 migrant children, probably never to be seen again, never to see their parents.
It's one of the number one things that have opened eyes it's right in front of you.
Why would they do this?
It makes no sense why they would give those, the parts and stuff, shut them down and give away the resources to people that came to our country illegally.
It makes no sense.
And if it makes no sense, there's a hidden agenda.
And it's an evil agenda.
Mike, thank you.
You are exactly right.
It is an evil agenda and it is so disgusting that we find out that FEMA dollars were given away to house illegals all over the United States and now we don't even have money to basically give our own taxpayers who have built this country.
I find it even more disgusting that we're willing to sit here and give money out to other countries before we even help our own citizens.
This is absolutely disgusting.
And I just want to make sure that we are praying that We can have a change in our administration that we can also support our fellow Americans through the American Red Cross and other good organizations that are out there and do whatever we can to support our fellow Americans to make sure that they can get back up on their feet and rebuild their lives.
Now continuing on our segment here regarding the EAC and also kind of the requirements that are out there, there's this other piece that I kind of mentioned about the system that we talk about security itself.
And looking at how most of the systems that we're using today are going in with Antivirus that is over two years old.
And that is just absolutely disgusting.
And so when you think about this to where we're going to be running an election that could be attacked in multiple different ways and even just simple mistakes of people putting in thumb drives where they're not supposed to go into voting equipment, we've seen this in multiple states and the security is just not there.
And the reality is when we look at this simple requirement within The Voluntary Voting System Guidelines.
You'll notice I kind of corrected it because most states actually adopt this into their state statutes that our voting systems are required to pass these tests.
And it's a simple little section here, 7.4.2, where in short...
They're supposed to protect us from the viruses, the worms, the Trojan horses, and the logic bombs.
And it says specifically, vendors shall develop and document the procedures to be followed to ensure that such protection is maintained in a current status.
I don't know about you, but I am not willing to take and drink too much.
It is just not acceptable.
These voting systems should be at least within 90 days.
I certainly understand if there's not enough time to test something 30 days, but I think 90 days so that it's before the absentee balloting period process begins.
It gets us through any of the logic and accuracy testing that needs to be done.
We need to be doing this.
And just so that you have an idea of what happened in Wyoming, these are the facts.
This is where it gets really disgusting.
So here we have the engineering change order that's approved by the EAC on June 8th, 2022.
And this is that print nightmare piece that I was talking about in the Windows operating system, and it also updated the antivirus definitions.
But it was only good for basically the 6.0 system and the 6.2.0 systems.
It wasn't even good for South Dakota's 6.1.1.0 system.
And when we see the engineering change order notice, we actually see part of the detail here that when they talk about Windows security updates, critical security updates that's available at time of certification were applied to Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
This is in keeping with ES&S emphasis on security and maintaining voter confidence.
However, I need to show you this letter from August 13, 2024.
Keep in mind that this engineering change order was approved June 8, 2022.
And this letter dated August 13, 2024.
It stated that ES&S upgraded the Wyoming County's election management systems to EVS 6060 in May of 2023, which included 1141.
So that tells us that they upgraded well after.
They could have gone to the newer system before the 2022 election.
And even when they upgraded, they just...
Completely missed the ball here.
And so we need to have better emphasis of the way that we are managing our systems.
And this just isn't working.
And so when we review that engineering change order, it didn't impact the systems before.
And so they were left unprotected.
And so when I look at the overall scorecard here, I'm sorry.
But they have failed both of the buckets.
The certification isn't up to standards.
The ability of the clerks to test and run the equipment and follow the law, the election officials, they've just completely blown it away.
And so this is where, you know, we want to make sure that we provided hand count materials at uscase.org and we have the election gold standards out there available for you to review and to work with your election officials to get better oversight of the elections, to get control back, and to have a disaster recovery plan so that way if you are in an affected area between wildfires, electrical outages, And the hurricanes.
And it looks like we're not done out of the woods there as well.
I just want to make sure that everybody has a chance to support their election official.
Do not threaten them in any way.
Make sure that you are volunteering any way that you can.
To even volunteer to help so that other people can go to affected states would be huge.
And so I just want to make sure that everybody is there.
I want to make sure that we run that Lindell video that was just played I'm going to sign off and thank all of you.
Stay awesome, make sure that we're prayerful, and make sure that you are supporting each other, supporting good candidates, supporting your election officials, and making sure that our parties are well represented to make sure that we are helping you.
This election go off and just make sure that there are no issues.
So, Apollo, if you can play that track again, and that's how we'll sign off for tonight.
God bless everyone, and stay awesome.
Thank you so much. Wow.
