Obviously, I'm not Mike Lindell, and today I have with me Richard Weber of Wyoming.
and also Joe Hoffman of Wyoming.
I'm actually a great Patriots and we've been doing a hand count study that we just wrapped up here in Wyoming.
We have a bunch more happening throughout the state this coming weekend and it is actually exciting to have great Patriots come in and learn about hand counting as well as the vulnerabilities of ES&S And the system testing that's happening here in Wyoming.
And stay tuned.
There's going to be a lot of breaking news coming out of Wyoming.
But first, some other pieces out there.
We've had primary elections in Wisconsin, Minnesota and other states.
Boy, is there a buffet of issues that have happened there.
There are recounts.
There are test decks that are being evaluated and the fingerprints of fraud.
I hate to steal the line from the Lone Raccoon, but There are more fingerprints, there's more evidence, and there are a lot of great Patriots that I want to thank out there for doing the due diligence that is out there, and I hope that I'll be able to interview you as well in the future.
But luckily, today was kind of a last minute from Mike Lindell, and so I dragged these two Patriots in to be with me today.
But first, one of the things that I do want to make mention of is that We actually have a hand count training setting up over in South Dakota at the Elk Creek Resort and roll out to these folks here at 605-787-4884 and also take a look at elkcreekresort.net.
All those training sessions are available that you can come out and learn how to do an in-depth hand count.
And then during the off-session period, you'll be able to talk with me about any issues regarding Dominion, state laws in your area, also ES&S equipment and the EAC.
I'll have all of the guides, the manuals, all the information there that I have that you can actually come in and pick my brain and enjoy some of the evening activities as well.
But next up, what we want to make sure that you understand is that there are a lot of great Patriots out there.
And Jill, you and I met in June, and it's pretty exciting to kind of see what has been transpiring in Wyoming, especially kind of started out in your county.
Give us an update as to how the test decks have been evolving in your county and then some of the information that you've been requesting.
Wonderful.
Well, we've been looking at this situation for quite a long time, and then was looking for some people who were expertise in it, and we came across a couple of people, actually Rick Weibel, Clay Parikh, and Dr. David Clements, that have agreed to come into our county to share to the public, to let them know what's going on with our election system.
We have found recently with these test decks that a high percentage, well over 50% have not acceptable test decks, and it is horrifying because we've asked them to rerun them again, and some of them are still coming up with errors and so on and so forth.
So I believe our election systems are way at vulnerable time right now, and we just want to bring this to the public to say, You know what, open your eyes.
We have volatile time on our hands.
Right, and your Secretary of State, Chuck Gray, has been taking corrective action and working with the county clerks to have them retest whenever failures have been discovered, correct?
That is correct, yes.
He sent a letter to them all and asked them all to retest their test decks just recently, yes.
And Richard, you're part of a organization that has stepped up to the plate to kind of bring awareness to the test decks, but also kind of sounding the alarm to the elected officials and also Chuck, correct?
That's correct.
During the 2022 campaign, I was the campaign chairman for Brent BN when he was running for gubernatorial officer.
During the primary in August of 2022, the electronic poll books crashed in the afternoon And they didn't come up for several hours.
This immediately led us to election results in four counties, and we knew there was something wrong with it.
So the election was over with.
We formed a committee, PR Voter Initiatives, and we're one of 26 that can do ballot initiatives in the United States and actually legislate.
Takes a little bit to do it.
You have to write the bill, circulate a petition to get the ballot initiative placed on the ballot, but our ballot goes on.
If the people voted in, it becomes law.
It bypasses the legislature and the governor's office and is veto proof and block proof for two years.
So we've taken this initiative because in our campaign, our travels around the state, the 40,000 miles that we travel, Yeah, and what's interesting is you're a red state.
There's not supposed to be problems in a red state.
I'm from South Dakota.
issue was property taxes. So we're on the warpath of this to help the Secretary
of State's office and help the legislature get this bill over the
finish line. Yeah and what's interesting is you're a red state. There's not
supposed to be problems in a red state. I'm from South Dakota. You guys are a
neighboring state here in Wyoming and it's incredible that the standards
really haven't changed since 2005 from the United States Election Assistance
And yet here we are finding problems in the logic and accuracy testing conducted by election officials across multiple states.
How does that make you feel in the trust factor of the elections?
Our citizens don't trust in the system because the machines are too complex and overwhelms the clerks.
It overwhelms the volunteers to have to be judges, to be trained on it in the four days prior to the election.
All of them I've spoken to walk away from the training confused, frustrated, and they just don't want to do it again.
And it's hard to get them to come back to the polls year after year and work through the processes when they know that what they're seeing is not what they're getting.
And the idea is to Not just to count the vote, but make sure the vote goes to the intended recipient.
I've also had a number of people contact me since they know I'm working within the security of our systems.
And I've had multiple people call and they say, you know what, we need to get those machines removed.
Your evidence that's coming to light throughout the state is a pure reason for it.
And they say they're not going to be voting until the election machines are removed from the counties.
And that is pretty scary because the most important thing is that The people need to understand and believe in the system.
One of the things that we're trying to do, which we are just getting wrapped up doing, is hand counting and trying to help people understand that we can help out and we can help in this major crisis of our state.
And that's so important.
And what's interesting is that your state actually has some pretty good laws in the books where you're one of the rare states, and this is where you actually have in statute.
During the test, a different number of valid votes shall be assigned to each candidate for an office and for and against each measure.
That's pretty rare.
And what's interesting is today during the training, we actually looked at one of the settlements from ES&S where they actually failed and actually lost in court and they were required to put a statement on their website regarding logic and accuracy.
It totally misses the point.
It doesn't have this line as a recommendation for logic and accuracy.
And so one of the things I do want to kind of show the audience out there is an example of some of the... What are we talking about when it comes to these test decks?
Because I think it's important for the public to understand Uh, what it is we're actually looking at.
And so here's a poll of one of the, uh, test deck, uh, reports.
And what's interesting when we look here at, uh, John Holtz and then Reed Rasner, we can see that the number of votes selected for them was nine.
The problem with that is there could be a programming error that wasn't well vetted in this.
to determine if votes could have been flipped or not.
And so that's why it's so important and genius that the state of Wyoming has the requirement of each candidate having a separate unique number within that contest.
So that way you could actually ferret that out.
The other thing that is unique to Wyoming as well is that when you have multiple candidates within a race, that other arrow that you see there for overvotes It requires that they test for overvotes.
What that is, is if you were to select more than one candidate within a race where you're only allowed to vote for one, that should be basically cancelled out, and that would be counted as an overvote.
In this case, we see that this clerk did not follow the law and test for that, and that is an absolute embarrassment.
And so The next one that we look at here, when we look at an actual state house race here within Wyoming, we see that three candidates have one vote selected for them, and two candidates and the write-in have zero votes selected for them.
So we have multiple violations here happening, and that really destroys the trust when it's very clear within the statutes that they're supposed to follow the law, Do things correctly and they're given such good guidance.
The bad thing kind of about this as I've been traveling the upper Midwest is Your state is really the unicorn that would actually have this type of law.
Whereas in South Dakota, we recently just got this.
Minnesota doesn't have it this detailed, and so many other states don't.
But our recommendation is to sound that alarm out across the United States, that for the general election, we want to make sure that the logic and accuracy test is robust, even at this level.
We have more information and a higher level logic and accuracy test available at uscase.org.
But at a minimum, start with what Wyoming has as a base level.
And for those of you that are out there as activists that are interested in writing laws, take a look at Wyoming statute and the logic and accuracy test portion and get that passed into your state or even into your administrative rules.
It will be so imperative to help kind of Creating the foundation to build those building blocks.
But again, just because we have the law doesn't mean it's going to happen.
That is correct.
And that's quite a scary situation that we've been in.
We have a 14-day limit or window before our election, our primary, that these tests on logic and accuracy need to be done.
And we passed that a while back because our primary will be the 20th.
But yet, our SOS has gone ahead and approved an aspect so that they can retest and correct some things that they were doing.
What's unfortunate is the couple of them that we've been getting that they have done retesting, they are not correcting some of these errors.
And again, that goes back to Oh my goodness, we still have errors.
The other thing that we have to understand is, if they did these all before the actual primary, and then they sign off on them and send the information to the Secretary of State, and then they find that there's errors, So, when we redo them again, and there's errors, or even if they're correct, which test deck are we going to be using?
Are we going to be using the original one, which is done by our statute, or are we going to be using the secondary, or sometimes in another case, if there's three of them that are going on?
And okay, so are we just telling everybody in Wyoming that we're just going to test until we get it right and then that's the one?
No, that's not working.
People are not believing this and the fact that they don't trust the systems at all.
And they want to go to another alternative and that one is hand counting.
And they feel more confident in that.
They trust the people that they live in the same county with better than they trust a machine that's out of our state.
And even a tech person that comes in from out of our state to look at our machines.
We don't have access to those.
It's kind of like a big black box with this Election machine and that is not a good thing.
We're supposed to have transparency in our elections and we're not getting it right now.
So things need to change really quickly.
And we believe that our Secretary of State is working towards this and we encourage him to continue.
And we also encourage our our county clerks.
I know some are angry, but you know what?
We all need to come together as Wyomingites and pull together through this really challenging time because it's very serious.
Yep, and Richard, I don't want to put you on the spot, but I'm going to anyways.
How do you feel your governor is responding to this?
Is your governor aware of what's going on?
Well, that's a really good question.
We would hope so, since the Secretary of State and the governor are both in the executive branch.
He's the chief law enforcement officer of the state, so he should take an active interest in this, ensure that statutes are being complied with, I don't think we have an audit team in this state in the Secretary of State's office that can go down and audit and check the counties for compliance.
That's unfortunate.
The other thing that's unfortunate is in 2022, the previous Secretary of State resigned early on in September, October.
We didn't have a Secretary of State until inauguration of 2023.
So what that left us with, when the old Secretary of State left, his entire staff left with him.
So we have a staff down in the Secretary of State's office that's never run an election before.
There was no continuity of government there.
And so if I was governor and my Secretary of State, who is also the Lieutenant Governor and Chief Election Officer, doesn't have an audit team, I would see if I could get that.
The law enforcement ...is just as responsible as the Secretary of State is by statute for enforcement to make sure all these ES&S guidelines, the contract, the statutes that the counties have to comply with actually are complied with and they don't have a mechanism to do that.
Jill, how has the Wyoming GOP been in this?
In this endeavor.
It's been wonderful.
Initially, they were all skeptical, as everyone is when they start learning and seeing the information that we've gathered.
But they have really, really stepped up and are quite troopers in this situation.
And they are out looking for more information, more facts, more situations that are happening so that they can help purify our vote so that our vote can be counted as we cast it.
And they have really been putting in a lot of hours and I'm very, very grateful for them.
And Wyomingites should be very happy that they're active in doing this.
And I also want to give a shout out to attorneys that I've spoken to behind the scenes.
Chuck, the Deputy Secretary of State, as well as some of the candidates that have come forth
to learn about what's happening, but also have asked for the information to respectfully
ask questions and ask for clarification.
And actually, when they found issues, haven't gone out there to try and demonize anyone,
but they're really trying to have a spirit of cooperation and really working with each
other to do what's best for the state at this point in time.
Now, there are some people that would like to force an agenda to go one way or another, but what I really want to do is we have to make sure that the county commissioners, the clerks, In partnership with the Secretary of State, along with good counsel from the Democrats, the GOP, and the candidates, do what's right for Wyoming.
And that's really going to be the key for the path forward.
And so as a model for all of the rest of the states out there, I'm actually going to challenge you to do the following things.
Number one, if you had a general election in 2022, which I know you all did, I want you to go ask for those test deck reports.
Look for those logic and accuracy reports and start reviewing them to find out, do you find any issues there?
Because that will help you find out what's going to happen in the 2024 general election.
Also, for the 2024 primary, that may have just happened in your state or you're about to have one.
You're one of the last states to have a primary.
Review those logic and accuracy test decks as well.
Some of you that have just had an election, for example, on Tuesday in Minnesota and Wisconsin, you may find that there are issues there that may help you in a case for an election contest that may need to be filed with your state board of elections or with your county clerk or county auditor, whatever that process is.
I think this is such an important gateway piece of evidence to understand the conduct of your elections.
This proved true for Wyoming based upon the good research that you did and the partnership that you brought forward, Richard, as well.
And when we first originally talked about this, we didn't think it was going to be this bad.
And when we looked at the actual evidence, it was surprising to see it at this level.
And so I'd like to find out if it's happening In multiple states across the United States that I have not been to because I've seen it in Minnesota.
I have seen it in Wisconsin.
I've even seen it in South Dakota and now here in Wyoming.
And that is direct evidence that I have available that I've been talking about in my presentations in all of the four states.
And I'm working with active candidates that have questions about their elections and also kind of making sure that the county election officials and local election officials understand the appropriate testing that they need to do to ensure the security, the programming, and the accuracy to I really wish Dominion, ES&S, Hart, and all of the vendors, along with the EAC and all of the Secretary of States, would actually develop a better logic and accuracy test out there.
There's a couple of states that do do a good job, but by and large, most of the states are absolutely failing.
And we should not be trying to throw our election officials under the bus.
That's what it feels like is happening.
Yeah, a couple of things that I also wanted to bring to light again is this deck challenge is not the only problem in Wyoming.
We've been seeing where contracts are not fulfilled in the correct aspect, and when we purchased our equipment back in the previous Secretary of State's position, they wrote a contract that we had actually purchased equipment that was either outdated or within a few months being outdated.
We've also found equipment that was not even on the EAC certification list that they have, which is not a very big list, so it's kind of hard to miss it if it wasn't there.
The other thing that we're finding is, I know that some of our clerks are using substandard equipment, so to speak, in my opinion.
They're doing flash drives because they're saving or thumb drives, they think they're saving money for the county, which in theory they may be, but they're putting us at huge risk because those thumb drives that we're using are not certified by EAC.
So if I'm reading these contracts right, that causes avoidability, meaning voiding, on some situations.
They also have duplicators or formatters, whatever you want to call them, that are not
certified and run through the ESMS system.
So there's more than just a couple of things with the test deck or multiple things with
the test deck.
There's other aspects of it.
The other thing that we have found out, which is really kind of scary and everybody needs
to pay attention to, is Rick was doing a search on the EAC site and he found that from January
of 2022, there has been no antivirus updates done on any type of machine across the United
States and there has been no Windows update since 1 of 22.
Uh, as well.
So, that puts all the machines, that counts for Dominion, that counts for all the other types along with the SNS.
So, that was very concerning to me, as a voter, to go, oh my goodness, because I use a computer at home and I'm constantly getting updates.
for virus and malware.
So that was a huge concern, and I'm so thankful that Rick went through and took the time, because it was a long time of searching that, and he found this aspect.
So thank you, Rick.
Yeah, and the one correction there is that there was only really one update, and it was for your system and a couple other states' use, and the last one was done that was approved, and I'm looking at here, was basically 6-8 of 2022.
And so here we are, In August, and it's already two years out of date, you know, is the best situation that we have.
So ES&S was the only one that actually did this to try and address a print nightmare security vulnerability in Windows.
And you can find that information at uscase.org where I basically put into human terms what each of those updates were for.
Many of them are for printers, for servers, desktops, laptops, additional components, thumb drives, etc.
And it's nice to see the robustness of that of some of the vendors, but most vendors are failing to actually protect our elections and it's scary.
So when we look at just what's happened in the last 12 months for new malware and viruses,
we're looking at over 55 million new threats.
And we're looking at about 3.3 to 3.4 million new threats every 14 days in the United States.
And when we look at what's happened here in the United States, we just heard about the
Social Security being hacked.
This is supposed to be one of the premier stuff.
So now we're all at risk.
We also hear denial of service attacks from Elon Musk.
We hear from the FBI, CISA and Homeland Security that our elections are at risk.
I'm going to put a challenge out there to every activist out there.
Your state leads need to write a letter immediately to your Secretary of State and ask, what is your disaster recovery plan?
Then the county leads need to ask every single county, what is our disaster recovery plan?
And also, please, please follow it up at the county level.
What can we do to help you make sure that our elections are going to be conducted on election day?
So if we don't have power, but we have generators, are you willing to have us come in and hand count to make sure that we keep the statutory deadlines required in so many states to make sure that we are a success?
And I believe that if we went out and asked both parties, Democrats and Republicans, and then also asked the American Legions, and we also asked the VFWs, those people would be willing to step up to make sure that we made sure our elections were going to happen and we'll have the peaceful transfer of power in all levels of government.
Yes.
We're also putting together multiple town, so to speak, Blitzkrieg so much to give this information to the communities.
And it's open for everyone to come and view.
And we're going to do a full hand count training session, which has been put together by Rick and his team up there in South Dakota.
And it's been proven and works very well.
So it seems to be very simple.
And that was something that we wanted to bring to the population.
We already have quite a few people, hundreds, trained in Wyoming right now, but I think we need to get to more people and more people need to understand the vulnerabilities and how we can protect ourselves if we can remove those vulnerabilities out of our systems and go back to hand counting.
I mean, we used to do hand counting for years and had no problem.
The best thing about hand counting is it's with your neighbor, it's with your friends, and the other thing is it's a fail safe.
It's a double person always checking the other one so that we get to 100% correct every time.
And we've been enjoying sharing with people and a lot of people are kind of shocked that this opportunity or option is out there.
And so that's why we're trying to bring to the population to help them and help them understand where we're at right now.
And we do have a solution if we all work together.
So I encourage all the way up to the governor to be working with our SOS and to be encouraging GE to be working with the SOS on this because the people are very upset with what's going on.
I have not heard anything from him, our governor, and that concerns a lot of people who have come to me and said, where is he on this?
And I hope he's encouraged to support our Secretary of State, along with helping the AG backing them as well.
Our clerks and the Secretary of State are working hard, and we the people want to work hard right there with them.
Yep.
And that's such a positive message that I think a lot of the press doesn't understand up here, but also throughout the United States, is that we don't have ill intention.
We have good intentions of trying to support our election officials, but also making sure that the public is well represented and also trying to bring up the training.
of both parties, but also all activists to make sure that we have as citizens proper
oversight of our elections because they're ours and no one else.
And so with your service, how do you feel about the elections in Wyoming based upon
what you've learned?
Just but verified, to use our Secretary of State's words, we have great statutes and
election laws here in Wyoming, but the one law that we have that needs to go away, we
cannot handle a paper ballot after an election.
you The only way we're going to trust but verify is to be able to handle the ballot, compare it to the digital image in the machine, and that's the way we verify that our elections came off correctly.
That's the way we verify our machines are operating correctly, and that's the way we identify problems.
We need the support of the legislature in order to do that.
It goes back to our ballot initiative again.
It's a shame that citizen has to pick this up because running an election according to federal Constitution is the state legislature's responsibility.
But we don't mind doing it.
We're glad to help.
We want to get the ball downfield and we want to get it over finish line for a touchdown.
So if they do it in January, it'll be done a lot quicker than if we do it because our ballot initiative won't go on the next election ballot until 2026.
And we think it's imperative that we expedite this process, change the legislation in a lot of the states so we can handle the ballots.
And we can actually go to a hand count 100% audit, not to mention the continuity of operations in the event of a disaster.
We need to be able to touch those ballots.
The good news is our ballots don't have any names or identification on them.
We do keep them for 24 months.
The problem is we shot ourselves in the foot because we can't touch them.
Right, right.
And some of this narrative about trying to protect voter privacy, there's that delicate balance between voter privacy, but also having transparency in the elections.
And so when we look at the table that is set, Transparency is the inoculation to all conspiracy theories.
And so we need to basically be operating in that platform along with the sense of continuous improvement.
And we've absolutely failed in multiple states to have the proper oversight, the proper accountability, and the proper verification across the board.
There isn't enough oversight.
There isn't enough power of the EAC.
Many of these Secretary of States or State Board of Elections Just don't have the authority but your Secretary of State actually does and as he's gaining evidence through this I think it's going to be critical for him to make some really hard decisions and to really have an open honest dialogue with ES&S to really kind of force the improvement that I think America needs.
And so I'm really hopeful and grateful for the opportunity that your state has to really be the light and kind of the leader for the entire country.
Wyoming should lead the way in this.
We're going to be the reddest state in the nation, and we need to do all the things that keep us honest, keep us straight.
Government's supposed to work for the people.
The Constitution was written to restrict government, not people.
We need access to our elections.
Transparency and everything that's going on.
So this is going to be a public awareness campaign to get the information out there.
Show them that we do have some issues.
Those issues are solvable.
We have a great Secretary of State's office.
He needs a reaction team up there that can go down prior to an election and give the counties an assist getting their machines in uniformity.
Get them on the same types of equipment.
Right now we're running DS-200s and DS-450s and there's a lot of confusion every time we have an election.
Clerks turn over also.
We lose that institutional memory when that experienced person leaves and goes home and comes in.
A little bit of standardization and an elections team up there that can get to all 23 counties would be really a benefit.
Yeah, I think you're exactly right.
And so this is something that I analyzed in South Dakota.
They have such a small team there at the Secretary of State's office, and I believe your state is also the same way.
I think one of the things that I think the legislature really needs to explore, and I think Secretary of State's need to not be embarrassed by this, but I think we need to look at, do we stay with the machines with how complicated they are?
And if we're going to do that, we're going to have to make the investment to have the right technology people in each of our states to be able to have the proper oversight, guidance, and mentorship program for the county auditors and the county clerks that are out there and election officials to make sure That we're managing the inventory, that we're actually holding ES&S accountable for upgrades and managing those pieces, and also making sure that the clerks or the election officials are actually testing the machines, securing the machines properly.
And until we get to that, the alternative may be we have to go back to hand counting.
Because when we start asking about some of the functions of hand counting, so rapid fire here.
No.
hand counting requires an antivirus update? No. Does hand counting require
logical inaccuracy testing? No. Does hand counting require a post-election audit?
No. Does hand counting require additional ballot design and testing before
public inaccuracy? No. No sir. Hmm. So it seems like it also doesn't require EAC
certification.
True, that's true.
What about, does hand counting require test lab oversight?
Negative.
No.
Hmm.
So does hand counting require special pens?
Special pens.
Ballpoint pens is what we have.
Just a ballpoint pen would be sufficient.
Yeah, currently I've been buying these 10 pack of pens for $1.27 at Walmart.
Great time to buy them while they're on clearance on back to school specials.
The binders that we've been using over at the Dollar Tree, $1.25 each, so it's pretty cheap.
Does Hand counting require change orders from the EAC?
No, they don't.
No, they do not.
They don't.
Wow, it really seems simple.
No federal supervision required.
It gives sovereignty back to the states.
It brings it all back to the counties and the states and that is very important.
The other thing that some people don't understand is What the county clerks have to go through is a tremendous amount of extra work two, three months ahead of time, and that sometimes is never figured into the dollar figure of what's going on.
Now, if we can eliminate that for them, wouldn't that be a great day for them so they could free themselves up to do more of the county work aspect instead of everything is focused on the elections?
So I think the hand check would be a very positive situation.
And of course, there'll be a little hiccups now and again, because people aren't trained totally yet.
But we have found with these trainings, in pretty much every class we've taught,
there may be a few people at the very beginning not quite understand.
But within a minute to two minutes, they get on a roll and understand exactly what's going on.
And that's all that it is, is a step-by-step training.
And we take the time to teach these people.
And that's what helps our county and our state be very, very secure in our elections.
Yeah, thank you for that so much.
And it's great that we've been able to take our hand count demo out to multiple states.
We're not the only solution out there.
Linda Rance from Cause of America that kind of developed the Missouri hand count method is also out there.
And there's also the Clint Curtis calculator method out there as well.
There's so many other great ones out there.
And I don't have their permission to say this, but I'm just going to say it anyways.
Look at all of our different methodologies out there and determine what will fit for your state based upon your statutes, your rules, and in all of ours, we hope that you take the base level of what we've provided and make changes to it so that way you can improve it beyond what we've given you out there.
And I'm really proud of all the activists that have been part of these hand count trainings, studies, that have really given us input, given us the feedback, and have actually given us criticisms to keep improving this.
And I don't care if any state steals this and actually uses it.
We've heard of rumors that there's a state out there that has actually taken our process
and has implemented it as an extra backup disaster recovery.
Whether that's true or not, I have not been informed directly by that state, but I've
had a couple people tell me kind of in the background that that has happened.
So whether it has or has not doesn't matter, but what is important is that go ahead and
There are videos at uscase.org where you can actually see how the hand count is done, see the materials that you would need, and actually see a live demo of a hand count session up in South Dakota.
And there's even one of the videos where I count out 126 ballots for the governor's race, and you can download the tally sheet and follow along.
Laura Schreier out of South Carolina has also recorded a video based upon this process and look for that out of the South Carolina Election Integrity Group, but also the Election Gold Standard website that is out there as well.
There are many people who are working in this field and I really want to thank them and also just the activists out there asking the questions to have that proper oversight over the elections.
It's so important.
Not every state can be as lucky as Wyoming, where you have activists political action committees, state party leaders, the chairs, the actual officers, the party itself and their attorneys, and a Secretary of State working together to try and secure the elections.
Um, this is really a great model.
I'm so proud of the activists here in Wyoming, uh, for what they've done and the people that have been coming to the hand count, uh, training sessions, just as you pointed out, Jill, um, they are so excited to actually kind of get through it and they're shocked.
Like this is it.
This is it.
And so I believe in Mitchell, South Dakota, when we did one of them just earlier this week, it was interesting during the first round of 25 ballots, we had about 98% accuracy during the training.
Then on the second round, we had 100% accuracy.
Here, on the first round of 25 bouts that I called up for the training part, we had 100% accuracy.
And then on the second one, we had somebody that had a little bit of difficulty, but we were at about 98% accuracy.
And she admitted what she had done wrong, and it wasn't a big deal because That whole process has the checks and balances that she was able to freely admit, hey, I've got a problem here.
And so everybody at the table said, OK, we'll just kind of do that as a recount.
That's it.
Then we handed the materials off to the individual tables and they ran with it.
And it was interesting to see how quickly.
They were doing it.
They were actually evaluating the ballots that we have, where they found one of the ballots without the proper judge's initials.
Another table found an issue with voter intent that would have been missed by the machines.
Another instance where the ballot was obviously copied from the internet and it didn't have the back part of the ballot on it and not even the judge's initials.
So they were able to catch that.
So these are great examples of what the machine would miss that we're catching in the hand count process.
And so it's really exciting to kind of see how people are feeling connected to their elections again.
They truly are and I am very grateful to Rick to come and give us the time and to his wife that she has, you know, been such a supporter and we are just so grateful because we've been putting Rick to work every minute of every day.
He drove down from South Dakota yesterday and arrived at O-Dark 30 and He was meted by a bunch of guard cats.
But that's the cool thing is we're all pulling together state by state.
We're pulling together with elected official and non-elected official.
But the important thing I want everyone to understand is we are a sovereign nation, and we need to make sure we continue to stay sovereign.
Our elections are very vulnerable.
Wyoming is a wonderful, wonderful state, and it has many, many things that a lot of people want to get their hands on.
And if they can select individuals by cheating in the system some way with an algorithm somehow, we have to prevent that.
Because in our Constitution, it says to guard and prevent.
And When you find things that happen after the fact, it gets really muddy in the waters very quickly.
So our whole goal this whole time is to go up in front and guard and protect it.
Do what the statutes say and do what the Constitution says.
And we've been bringing it to light and very grateful to Rick.
We were very grateful to Clay Parikh, also coming all the way from Huntsville, Alabama.
And then this last weekend, we had Dr. David Clements.
He came and shared with us his movie and a great way to solve things in our own county by all pulling together and becoming as one.
To help everything move forward.
So, I am grateful for all three of these presenters.
Very much so.
Well, I'll speak on behalf of all three of us.
Thank you for hosting us.
The hospitality up here in Wyoming is fantastic.
The drives to the different locations, great conversations, great discussions.
She's also had to unfortunately kind of bear witness to some of the legal discussions that I have
with multiple states and other expert witnesses across the United States of how we're looking at things
and how we can try to improve it.
But also we're kind of also talking for your state, some of the legislative improvements that we wanna make,
just like you've discussed earlier.
And so that'll be something that we will be willing to help out multiple states
to kind of create that model legislation.
I was just sent another group's model legislation by the Freedom Caucus member in South Dakota.
And he asked, what do I think of this?
And I said, not quite good enough.
We need to strike a little bit harder and we'll review that while we're up at Piedmont with him.
And we will release that, hopefully within the next couple of weeks.
We'll have model legislation available at Midwest swamp watch.com But then we'll have some of the tenants available regarding security at us case org and so we'll kind of
have both available out there so that we can help guide some of the security concerns that we see out there and help each of the states improve it.
But for other states that want to just go straight to hand count, here are some of the things that we would recommend.
And you can find more about the election gold standards at uscase.org and see what we recommended out there from four different states.
Texas, South Carolina, South Dakota and then Ohio.
And so great leaders there.
We're going to have an update to that manual or that white paper in the next couple of months.
We're going to be expanding a couple of other pieces there based upon what we've learned about cast vote records, what we've learned about political activism.
And also stay tuned that we are going to have some additional updates on how you can become a poll watcher and some of the things that you can help observe to help protect the vote of the voters, but also the candidates, but also of the state.
And so we want to make sure that we give you the tools to help report any issues to your local candidate, to your local party, to your state party, or to Lyndell's team here at FrankSpeech.com.
They have a mobile app that you can download to be able to report election crimes if there are any.
And so there's a lot of great people that are making movements here.
Right now there's a lot of state fairs that are starting to happen here right around the Labor Day time window.
Try to get active and as soon as school starts, we need to start getting ready for this election.
Make sure that we're hand counting, that we're training people, that we are empowering people with, that they can understand how their elections are working.
So the adventure's not done.
You have an election coming up on Tuesday.
I think there are a lot of questions as to whether or not they're going to be able to cross the finish line to get this done because in one of the counties it was actually really interesting to learn that they're a vote center, which basically means that a voter can vote anywhere in any of the precincts in that county.
And so that means that they have extra ballots there for the entire county.
That's not really a good idea.
The other piece of this is that we learned is that for this particular county, for each of the DS-200s, it would take them four hours each to actually retest that equipment.
Each.
And there's 13 of them.
And so between now and Tuesday, there's not enough windshield time to basically hit all of those sites and to spend the time to actually tested appropriately, that it raises questions about the election.
But, thankfully, cooler heads will prevail.
There will be a solution.
And we support the auditor, but especially Chuck Gray, to find the right answer in that situation.
We are hoping and praying as patriots to make sure that these elections here in Wisconsin are going to be transparent and accurate.
Wyoming.
Yep.
In Wyoming.
Yep.
I've been, when I've been traveling around and talking to people on the phone, I am so very encouraged.
And I heard a quote just today.
It says, we, the people are coming.
And some people think that's a bad thing.
I think it's a great thing because we need to take back our Our sovereignty in our states and we need to take back control in our states.
A lot of people don't understand that our election systems are down under infrastructure.
And the critical infrastructure of the United States.
So more or less, it's federalized.
And the person that's above that is Mayorkas.
And Mayorkas is also a gentleman that a lot of people know the name of because he tends to have the borders open.
So the ability to understand the challenge that we have with the open borders and that we have with our election systems is very, very real and is all under the same banner or umbrella, so to speak.
So we need to be very, very open eyed and go in and help and encourage our elected officials to support one another.
You know, we appreciate Chuck Gray and we would appreciate Governor Gordon and the AG to support him since he is the the election authority in the state of Wyoming.
And I encourage that the clerk, since he's allowed or since they've been doing these these type of testings, And Chuck has been open and honest with them and telling them, you know, you can rerun these too.
So he's been really willing to work with them.
So I'm glad to see that.
A lot of people are very excited about it, but they're concerned.
And I've even, like I said, at the very beginning is there are multiple people that will not vote this time.
If, if we don't have hand counting, because they do not trust the machines and that tears at my heart, but it's a very real thing that we need to understand.
And our elected officials need to hear that, that the most important thing is the belief in our system.
And they need to bring that back.
And that's right.
And so with great activists like you guys, you'll explore every legal option that is afforded to you to make sure that in Wyoming, Every person's vote is going to count correctly and there will be transparency.
There will be accuracy in Wyoming.
These two patriots are dedicated to make sure that that will happen.
And so I want to make sure that it is clear that Chuck Gray I believe is going to step up and make sure that this happens correctly.
I think he's got a good team out there.
Um, and I also believe that he's got the support of the Republicans.
I think there's Democrats out there that would support him as well on these basic tenants.
And I think there are many more people that understand the fragility of the elections and they're willing to step up.
I want to make sure that if you have any doubt, About voting?
Remove it.
Vote.
Get out there and vote.
There are great patriots out there that are mobilized to make sure that our elections are going to be protected.
And we also want to make sure that Chuck Gray is protected because there was a threat that came out against Chuck Gray that he posted on his social media account.
And when you alerted me to it, I went and grabbed it and posted it.
On my ex account and asked for the FBI to do an immediate investigation.
And this should not be tolerated in our elections.
Do not ever threaten an election official.
Do not intimidate an election official.
They have a job to do to protect our constitution of the public.
And we must be available to help them conduct their elections in an open, transparent way.
So do not give up on our country.
Do not give up on your state.
Do not give up on your election officials.
Support them.
Be available.
Learn how to get connected.
Get involved.
Help a candidate.
Help your party.
Help somebody get out and vote.
Make sure you get out there and do it.
I want to thank Mike Lindell for giving me his trust to be able to host this show.
And of course, Jill and Richard.
For allowing me to interview them, and to do this at the last minute, and to you, the viewers, who made it all the way to this point, thank you so much.
Please support us over at midwestpompwatch.com or uscase.org.
And of course, everyone, be a patriot and stay awesome.
