And he's been with us right from the beginning Hey, everybody.
Welcome to the Lindell Report.
My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike tonight, and we've got a lot to discuss and go over tonight.
We're going to have Jessica Palema from South Dakota to talk about some interesting things that are happening in a pretty solid red state like South Dakota.
Then we're going to have Marlee Hornick, who lives in New York, who's going to talk about some craziness that's going on in one of the battleground states out in Pennsylvania and some of the lawsuits that are going on there, as well as tap into my good friend Tim Vetter, who's going to talk a little bit about what's going on in Pennsylvania as well as my home state of Michigan.
But before we get into any of that, I think a lot of people, when they look at the events over the past week or so, and for many of us who've been in the thick of this election integrity battle ever since the 2020 election or even before that, understand that we're living in some very interesting times.
There's things that are happening that just haven't happened typically in America, at
least not over the past few decades in America.
And a lot of people are probably scratching their heads going, how did we get to this
What's going on?
Who's trying to create all this chaos?
Well, I wanted to start off today's show with a clip.
And this clip was part of a documentary that was put together by Millie Weaver, otherwise known as Millennial Millie.
And I think this clip in particular is coming from one of our documentaries called The Election I Coup D'Etat.
And I play this clip whenever I speak on this on the topic of election integrity all across the country and especially throughout my home state of Michigan.
And I show this clip and every single time I see it I get upset.
I get mad and because it exposes exactly who the people are that are Attempting to throw our whole country into the middle of chaos.
And one thing I want you to know before we actually walk through this clip is that this information, this video clip, the Zoom calls that were obtained behind the scenes by a whistleblower inside these groups, this information, these videos that you're about to see, were actually sent to the FBI prior to the 2020 election and nothing was done about it.
And when you see this clip, you're going to understand why that's such a concern.
I also want you to pay attention to who's actually on these Zoom calls.
What type of people are engaged in this?
And what you're going to find out, unfortunately, is that a lot of people that are very active in the federal government and that should concern a lot of folks, particularly because of the events of the last few days.
So without further ado, I'd like to cue up a little video clip just to kind of set the tone
for what we're headed up against in the upcoming weeks here in good old United States of America.
I'm a management and programs analyst.
I work in the national security community.
I spent three and a half years as a contractor at DHS HQ.
If you read the mainstream press, like, they all have Signal accounts.
Text them, leak everything you can.
Making sure that we're naming Do we have any plans for how to respond if there's a coup?
conversations that I can have, maybe that's not on the federal side. We also are often
saying, call it a coup. Do we have any plans for how to respond if there's a coup? On the 5th,
we're going to shut down the White House. Map the White House and know every access point
so we know we can blockade it.
On the 6th, we're going to shut down larger parts of Washington, D.C.
We've been working on a target map and a framework for scenario.
So where are all the police stations?
Where are all the key government buildings?
Who are the Trump boosters?
Members of Congress that are coming in, we're going to meet them at the airports or at Union Station and send them back to where they came from until we deal with the situation that we're in.
We are going to be in a crisis, but we want it to be one that we are creating.
Whoever's got the guns can win.
Let's take over the buildings.
If there are people that are willing to do that, we should support them.
Get ready to shut your city down on the 4th or the 5th.
We're going to see potential fighting all over the country or in some hot spots, right?
We've already seen that.
And so how do we work together across the country to help support each other no matter where we are and to maximize our impact by doing similar things on similar days
at similar time.
We have to be willing to put our bodies on the line and take on some discomfort,
sacrifice risk in order to change things.
So again, chaos is a soup by which change emerges.
Let's get cooking.
Let's get cooking.
That's what these guys want to do.
That lady, by the way, at the end, her name is Lisa Fithian, and she's essentially, for lack of a better term, a professional agitator.
Back in 2012, I served in the Michigan Senate, and I was leading the effort to make Michigan a right-to-work state.
And when you go back through the Capitol footage at the time, you'll find out that she was the one that was organizing rioters in the Michigan Capitol on the day that we were passing right to work in Lansing, Michigan.
So she's been around for a while.
And not only was she involved In the planning, you saw tactical maps there of Washington, D.C.
There's other clips of her talking about gaming, who should be breaking the windows so that we can get inside these buildings.
But she's also been very active of late in the so-called Free Palestine movement that's been disrupting the United States Capitol over the last week or so.
This woman is, you know, when you look at all the folks that have been imprisoned for January 6th, for being inside the Capitol, not creating any ruckus or anything like that, and you have somebody like Lisa Fithian running around creating this trouble, creating that crisis, and pushing everybody to get cooking, It really highlights that, you know, it seems like the United States is a little bit upside down right now.
But have no fear, there's a lot of people working to go off and rectify that.
But I want to make sure everybody understands that there are people that are actively attempting to push for chaos.
This particular video that we just saw, there's other segments that Millie Weaver shows up and you can get access to this on our website at millennialmillie.com.
But she also shows some other clips where it highlights the scope of the number of organizations that are involved in this.
And they had at the time there was a group called protect the results and there's 138 Organizations NGOs all across the country working together towards a common purpose of protecting the results That's what's really interesting about that name choice.
Is that?
This website was put up months before the 2020 election.
There were no results for them to protect at that point in time.
You'd think that if they were interested in election integrity, they'd say something like protect the elections or protect the election integrity.
Well, they said protect the results, and it's almost as if they knew what the results were and that they need to go off and protect.
So in this upcoming 2024 election cycle, the same basic cast of characters is involved in something called the Election Protection Initiative.
So guys, they're kind of hitting the repeat button, rinse, lather, repeat on their plans for 2020.
They're doing it now for 2024, and I'm just encouraging everybody to buckle up because it's going to be a very interesting ride over the next few weeks.
Now, against that backdrop, there's a lot of folks like Mike Lindell and what I like to call meddling kids all across the country that are working hard to make sure that folks like Lisa Fithian are not successful in their efforts to subvert the integrity of our elections.
And, you know, Mike has been very active about promoting a new project that he has launched as part of his plan to secure the elections called the Voter Identity Protection Project, or VIP Project for short.
And if you want to join us and go out to the voteridentityprotection.com website, essentially we've mapped out a series of 10 basic steps to go off and execute.
And here's the basic premise of the Voter Identity Protection Program.
Now, many of you guys have listened to and watched Dr. Frank explain essentially the eHarmony.com matchmaking that goes on that takes a low-propensity voter out of a statewide voter registration file and matches it to a ballot so that it can be cast via drop boxes or mail-in ballot schemes and put into the mix Taking advantage of the fact that mail-in voting is essentially a third-party transaction and all the poll workers believe whatever is inside the database which gets downloaded into their poll books and that's all the data that they get to see to determine whether or not a ballot associated with a given voter is valid or not.
And so it's all third party transaction.
You don't have somebody going in in person voting, which makes it right for identity theft.
And and so Mike came up the idea of, well, how do we protect?
People are voters from identity theft and especially in context of the fact that it's been so difficult to get courts to take up election fraud cases all across the country.
Mike decided to think outside of the box and treat this as an identity theft issue because that's essentially what it is.
When somebody else votes in your name, That's identity theft.
And, you know, back in the 2020 election, we had a lot of anecdotal pieces of evidence that suggested that people would go to the polls and then be told that they had already voted when they went to vote in person.
That should never happen.
But, you know, when it happened at the time, we were swimming in a fire hose of election fraud evidence that, you know, this was just another blip on the radar.
We didn't have a chance to go off and put it in context.
Well, now, Mike, through this Voter Identity Protection Project, has provided a mechanism by which we can start counting the number of these incidents, tracking them, putting together national heat maps.
Where is it most prevalent?
Where is it not happening?
And if you walk through all 10 steps out at the VoterIdentityProtection.com website, you'll see what we're talking about.
I'm just going to give a quick overview here and walk through some of the key steps.
The first step is pretty basic.
What we're doing here is we want to make sure that we get the voters flagged for inclusion on a kind of a low propensity voter flag inside the voter registration system.
And we believe that it's these low propensity voters that when it's demonstrated that somebody doesn't want to go off and vote or hasn't voted yet, and that makes them prime to go off and swap them out and put a ballot next to their name if they don't think they're going to vote.
So What we're encouraging everybody to do is go off and get your absentee ballot up front.
You're going to vote it in person, but you're going to go off and request that absentee ballot, and then you're going to hold on to it until the very last second, and then cast that ballot on election day.
And so the intent is that the longer you hold on to it, the more they think you're not going to vote, and the more that they think that you'll be able to have your name Swapped out and and used and and Mike wants us to happen for a simple reason because when you go into that Polling location on election day and they tell you that you've already voted you can pull out your ballot envelope That's got your ballot number on typically on the outside of that envelope and you can show them Nope, here's the ballot that I was given as a mail-in voter Somebody stole my identity if you see if you're showing that somebody already voted because here's my ballot
And when that happens, Mike has put in tools in place, like Frank Social, to allow us to go off and flag that as an election fraud incident.
We'll track it.
We've got a mechanism put in place to go off and collect all that data.
And count the number of such incidents in every different location.
Everything's going to be geotagged now inside of Frank Social that allow us to go off and say, hey, we have a voter identity theft here in Wayne County, Michigan.
It's kind of going off the charts.
We need to have some boots on the ground, some lawyers from representing, you know, honest elections that can go in there and start filing complaints and challenges to what is actually going on in those jurisdictions.
Mike's put this together.
If you go out to voteridentityprotection.com, that's just a quick overview, but hopefully you understand the idea on this.
It's really just to kind of trap these.
It's not intended to solve all the issues of election fraud.
As a matter of fact, a lot of the votes that go in via the mail-in ballot fraud are actually done via ghost voters.
That are pre-populated in the system that they know are never going to vote, but when they get desperate, and trust me, they're desperate this upcoming election season because no matter who they put up against Donald Trump, they're going to be challenged to go off and try to bring it over the finish line in style.
They are going to be desperate for votes and what we want to do is be able to corner these guys and get them primed for getting fit for orange jumpsuits.
That's the VoterIdentityProtection.com website.
Just walk through the steps there.
Please participate in it right now.
Most of you can go off and request those absentee ballots in a lot of different states across the board.
But if you still got your primary elections and that's not open yet, just wait.
But make sure that you're on the list of people that are requesting an absentee ballot and just hold on to them to the last second and then you'll insert them and vote them on Election Day.
We can hopefully trap these guys in their attempt to steal the election via mail-in ballot fraud.
All right, everybody.
With that being said, we're going to come back in just a little bit, and we're going to hear about some successes that are happening with grassroots out in South Dakota.
And I'll tell you, when you do have success, the bad guys don't like to hear that, so they play a game of whack-a-mole, and she's going to talk about what happens there, too.
So when we get back, we're going to be joined by Jessica Palermo from South Dakota.
Mike Lindell here.
And like you, I see our country being destroyed daily.

Hey everyone, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
I'm Pat Colbeck filling in for Mike tonight.
We've covered a lot already in the first segment of the show here, but I'll tell you right now we've got a very special guest, somebody I've been working with in the past for quite some time, and she's been on the front lines of trying to secure elections in what many people consider a very red state, South Dakota.
And what she's been pushing for is to make sure that South Dakota can have secure elections, not just now, but going into the future and trying to do our best to Batten down the hatches, because I'll tell you, when I served in the Michigan Senate, Michigan was a red state.
We had control of the Michigan Senate, we had control of the Michigan House, and we also had control of the governor's office.
And when 2016 happened, we saw evidence of election fraud.
Despite my own pleadings with my colleagues here, they did nothing.
And next thing you know, Right now, here we are in 2024 and Republicans are in minority all across the board and not in any of the statewide offices.
So that's a bit of concern.
So I want to applaud Jessica Palema for her efforts out in South Dakota for trying to wake up the legislature there to what they have in store if they don't get their act together.
So Jessica, welcome to the Liddell Report.
Hi Patrick, thanks for having me.
Oh, it's great.
Well, thank you for all your efforts out in South Dakota.
A lot of people, you know, take the foot off the gas pedal when they see things going the way that they They'd like them to go, and particularly in red states.
And so I want to applaud you because you're not taking things at face value, you're making sure that things are done the right way.
And, you know, some of the stories you've been telling me about what happens when you're trying to do the right thing and trying to head off a disaster in the future here, it gets kind of frustrating.
But maybe we can just start off with some of the recent successes there, because it kind of tees up A discussion of what happens when you are successful too.
So maybe just start by going over some of the recent good things that have been happening.
Well, yeah, we do have a lot going on in our little red state, and it all happens, you know, because there's a lot of people that run, that are really Democrats, that run as Republicans.
They have that R behind their name, they get elected, and nobody pays attention to what they do once they've been elected.
So we've been following all that, exposing it, and last night, Rick Weibel and Gary Meyer were on the show and kind of gave an update on what happened in Minnehaha County, which is the biggest county in our state.
And we had a victory there.
What they were trying to do is change the form of government in Minnehaha County to essentially get rid of the lone patriot auditor in the state.
So talk about pushback, but we were able to get that stopped.
They kind of gave up and cried uncle because we had 150 really angry citizens show up and And speak their minds.
So that was one thing.
Take a step back there.
So we had an actual elected official, an auditor that was trying to do the right thing, and they tried to play whack-a-mole with her.
Is that right?
Definitely.
You know, they tried slandering her, embarrassing her publicly.
Let's see, they proposed giving all the other department heads a 7.5% raise and freezing her at zero.
They started her salary $50,000 less than the last appointed auditor.
They've done everything and they can't control her.
She still is exposing things in the office that are not correct on procedures with our elections and they can't stand it.
So the last thing they could think of was to change her form of government to get rid of her and two other department heads by January, beginning of January.
And that went over like a lead balloon.
So thankfully, the people are awake, paying attention, and stopped that Nestrix.
Well, having 150 people come out and show support, that's the key.
You have to sit there.
If you're quiet, and you're not going anywhere, and you're just kind of going along with the flow, folks like our auditor friend get run over with a Mack truck.
So kudos to everybody you stood up for, because that's what it takes.
So what other good news you got going on?
Well, we have a lot of lawfare that goes on in South Dakota, too.
I'm starting to become thoroughly convinced that the State Bar Association is compromised.
We can't find any legal representation to represent people, citizens, just average people that want to file election cases.
We had a candidate for U.S.
Congress would be running against Dusty Johnson as a Republican.
We had some issues, I believe, with the state voter roll system with party affiliation that was not correct.
Anyway, they essentially kept him off the ballot.
He went to run again as an independent.
They kept him off the ballot again, and he contacted 45 lawyers and was not able to secure a lawyer, so he filed a pro se lawsuit.
And that's what I did with another candidate for law office.
We just filed a writ of mandamus with the Supreme Court of South Dakota, pleading with them to essentially order the election officials To follow the law because the law is not being followed and we have a huge long list of federal and state laws that have been violated in the voter registration process.
So we've got that going and I called the Supreme Court clerk today and She said they were actively considering my writ right now, so anybody out there, I would really appreciate some extra prayers on that, that they actually do review it, take it seriously, and address this serious violation of the law, which is affecting everyone's vote in the whole state.
Well, if people want to reach out to you because they've got a lawyer friend that's in South Dakota, they can go to SDCanvassing.com, right?
Correct.
SDCanvassing.com.
Send us an email.
There's a form at the bottom of the homepage that you can send us an email and we'll get right back to you.
Excellent.
Well, you hit the nail on the head with the fact that it's becoming more and more difficult to find lawyers willing to defend us in court, and part of this is by design.
I mean, I don't know if you saw the clip that I started with at the beginning.
There's another clip that I tend to show as well, and it goes through a simulation of What happens in the wake of the election?
And one of the things that they gained in these simulations is how do you go off and destroy the reputation of somebody who decides to go off and defend the rule of law and actually call out election fraud when it happens?
And we've seen that happen with lawyers like Rudy Giuliani.
with folks like Sidney Powell.
So what they're doing is playing this game of whack-a-mole.
And in Michigan, we got Attorney Stephanie Lambert.
What they're doing is trying, doing their best to discourage anybody from representing anyone in a lawsuit.
And it's actually part of a well-orchestrated plan to make sure that they cut us off at the knees when it comes to getting in front of the court system.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
We had, you know what, you helped me with this too, getting this pulled together, the petitions that the citizens were carrying out in the state to, you know, get hand counting on the ballot for the primary election.
They were successful in getting it on the ballot.
Well, then the state's attorneys put the description on the ballot of that ballot measure and boy, was that biased.
They did the best, you know, filling the media with completely inaccurate and wildly inaccurate information about hand counting and the cost of the machines.
And so that was kind of a disaster.
But, you know, it was a success that those the people went out there and got the signatures to put it on the ballot.
And but in five other counties, those citizens and five other counties had plenty of signatures to get this on the ballot, and they experienced, again, lawfare from the County Commission, the state's attorneys, Sarah Frankenstein, who defends these public officials, and so their First Amendment rights were violated, and the state law was violated.
And this is all because you wanted to get rid of the machines and go back to a transparent, hand-counted election result.
What does that tell you?
Exactly, what are you hiding?
Why is this so scary to you?
Well, I'll tell you, I've been working with, you know Linda Rantz, who's been working with Cause of America to go off and promote hand counts all across the country, and I've been helping her out with some of the financial analysis, digging into the numbers, and she's got estimates for how much it would cost to conduct hand counts, community by community, and I decided to go off and take some of the The template that she was using and extrapolated to all municipalities all across the country and it would roughly cost about $62 million every single election to go off and execute that against that backdrop.
Just, you know, where all the resistance is coming from.
There's over $500 million that's spent just in the federal government alone regarding the implementation of these electronic voting systems and the purchase of these voting systems by state governments all across the country.
So it's literally at least 10 times more expensive to run elections with these voting systems that are not transparent in any way, shape, or form.
And there's big money in that.
And when there's big money, Guess what happens?
A little guy like us get run over unless we take a stand.
Yeah, we did the same kind of analysis here.
And it is, yeah, about a tenth of the cost to hand count.
So we had that for all of our counties, we had a spreadsheet on our, you know, a list on our website to give everybody the costs.
So what was being reported in the media was ridiculously inaccurate.
But those citizens then who had their you know, constitutional rights violated by these county officials, then couldn't find legal representation either.
So they, in their counties, filed their own writs and mandamus.
So we have two of those being filed in circuit court.
For that issue, we have, again, that candidate for Congress who filed his own case, and we have another candidate and a citizen in Lawrence County who filed her own case because there is no transparency, no election
records available to the citizens.
So instead of rolling over and playing dead because nobody will represent us, we're smart
enough to figure it out and driven and determined enough.
And I just want to give a shout out to Marlee Hornick, who I hope is coming on next, and the people in Pennsylvania.
I have a friend in Pennsylvania who sent me their written mandate.
Yeah, it was a written mandamus that was filed in Pennsylvania on the voter roll issues.
And I can't remember the lawyer's name, but he was on a Frank Speech podcast, I think on the Lindell Report, updating everyone on their lawsuit and said he posted it out there so people like us can run with it.
And all I needed was an example.
And we modified it heavily to fit our situation and all of our state law in South Dakota.
That's why we have the Lindell Report.
That's why we have PrankFeed, so we can share ideas.
We're in an information war, and that's a perfect example of why we're doing what we're doing.
We're going to have Marley on next with my good friend Tim Vedder, and we're going to go over that, but I just want to say thank you for all your efforts.
It's been a blessing to work with you and all the rest of the team out at SDCanvas, and you're doing great work.
And how can people go off and help you going forward?
Well, if you'd like to volunteer, again, we have another election coming up in November and a lot of work to do before then.
We get you connected in your community so you can poll, watch, poll, work, learn to hand count, come to a hand count demo.

We need to fix these elections and we got to secure that November election or, you know, we're going to be in a world of hurt in our country.
So volunteer now.
We're ready for you.
We need help.
And thank you for all of your support.
Prayers are appreciated.
And then lastly would be donations.
If you can donate, we put your funds to good use.
Thank you very much, Jessica.
I can say firsthand that they do a good job with the funds that they're provided.
They're selfless and a prime example of what I refer to as meddling kids because we're not going to let these guys get away with this when it's all said and done.
The bad guys, I think they realize it now with all the whack-a-mole that's going on, is that they've awakened a sleeping giant.
I just want to thank you for all your efforts and all your leadership out in South Dakota.
Thanks, Jessica.
Likewise, Patrick.
We appreciate you and Mike and Lyndell TV and Cause of America.
It's such a blessing to us and that network is invaluable.
So you continue to do what you do, too, and thank you for everything.
I appreciate it.

Hey everyone, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
I'm Pat Colbeck filling in for Mike tonight, and we've got some very special guests for this segment.
And the first of these guests is Marlee Hornick.
And Marlee, I don't know if you remember this or not, but I first met you when you presented out at the Pit, out in Phoenix, Arizona, with Kathryn Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips out at True the Vote.
I heard what you were working on with Audit New York and was pretty darn impressed.
Obviously, I know you've been at it ever since.
You're doing some good work out there with Audit New York and now United for Freedom, which is great because you're going all across the United States helping folks out.
I know you've been very active in Pennsylvania.
And also, I know that you're working on stuff inside of Michigan as well.
Maybe you can just give everybody a kind of a heads up on some of the most recent developments in your efforts, particularly around Pennsylvania.
Sure.
United Sovereign Americans was based on the model that New York Citizens Audit research was funneled into where I was working with Harry Howery directly.
So New York Citizens Audit leadership and we started to overlay with Harry actually because of the pit.
That's where Harry and I met in person.
We had been In some online meetings together, but that's where we met and started the process of creating United Sovereign Americans, which the goal was basically to run similar audits to what we had done in New York in as many states as we could.
And I am extraordinarily proud of our volunteer teams at United Sovereign Americans, and we have completed our election validity scorecards for the 2022 midterm in 21 states now, which is Really a very special achievement, and one of the things that I think will come as a result is the ability to take a streamlined, templated argument and bring it to Congress about some major failings with the laws that they have passed regarding what makes an election reliable.
What is it that Congress has determined are the minimum standards required
for a reliable federal election, which are currently being trampled nationwide.
So what we've done is basically ask the same four questions in all of these 21 states,
so that it's easy to see how one state's results relate to another state and all the way across
as we move our way across America.
So what I can say is for 19 of those states, we've uncovered over 28 million
facially invalid registration records.
So these are not list maintenance issues.
These are issues where the registration dates are clearly false, or the birth dates are clearly false, or the names and addresses don't correlate with the timing of a ballot, or Or they're all the same signatures like the folks out in GBI Strategies land in Muskegon in Michigan.
Right, well, there's a few places where we've been auditing signatures.
We fundamentally ask four questions of a voter registration slash voter participation history list.
We ask, were the voter rolls accurate at the time the election was certified, since that is a federal standard that cannot be overlooked.
We ask, are all of the votes that were counted from obviously qualified citizen voters And again, answering that question, we found over 9 million votes had been cast and counted by registration records that are facially invalid.
They do not conform to any legal standard of eligibility or identity.
You're actually asking them to follow the rule of law?
Is that what you're trying to do?
It's the basic idea.
Fundamentally, Patrick, we're making an argument that I think election integrity organizations largely have overlooked.
We've all overlooked them.
It's not anyone's fault.
It's like we got in the ring because everybody was upset and we're learning the process.
But fundamentally, we are tying The requirements for federal elections straight back to the rock, which is article one, section two of the United States constitution, the third sentence, which says the people of the several states shall choose their representatives.
And so if, if what Congress says is necessary in order for us to trust that that has taken place is not happening, Amen.
then the people of the several states have not necessarily chosen their representatives.
And that means we don't have America anymore.
And our lawsuits, the mandamus that we filed in Pennsylvania,
that we are filing in many other states forthcoming, in fact, as soon as Monday or Tuesday in two other states,
many states coming, has to do with basically this particular argument.
It says, look, this is the philosophical basis of the American founding.
And if we don't have that and Congress has said what has to happen in order for that to be upheld and the states are ignoring it blatantly to the tune of millions of votes, that don't conform to that particular standard based on the state's own data, then we have a fundamental problem, which is a civil rights abridgment.
It's an equal rights argument where basically we're saying, look, that the eligible citizen voters are having their votes abridged by counting invalid registration records equally or granting them an equal access to the ballot as clearly eligible citizens.
And there are provisions in the law for this to be remedied, but they're not using them.
And that is fundamentally a civil rights abridgment.
So people get so daunted by election law and everything.
How did you get started in this?
Because I think that would be useful for people to understand this, because a lot of people are coming at this from so many different walks of life.
How the heck did you get involved in fighting for election integrity?
Well, I prayed about it, and I was invited to lead a group in New York, and I received a strong affirmative encouragement to take this role.
And I had no idea what I was doing, and I had never worked in this arena before.
In fact, I was pretty much hiding out on a homestead in the Hudson Valley of New York, homeschooling my kids.
I gave birth to all my kids at home.
We grew our own food.
We milked our own goats, made our own cheese, canned our own vegetables, everything that's like the homestead prepper circumstance.
And all of a sudden, you know, I got this message, hey, don't plant a big garden this year because you're going to be busy.
I had no idea.
But how did I start reading the law was my dear friend Harry Howery said, hey, have you actually read Hava?
And I was like, no, actually, I haven't actually read it.
And that was it.
I have never stopped reading the law since then.
There is nothing like actually pulling out statute.
It is the most, it's like lightning bolts in your head.
Don't ever try to understand an election from social media.
You are wasting your time and wasting hours, precious hours of your life where you could be saving your country.
Read the law.
I got pulled in the same way into the Michigan Senate.
I actually, for me, the law in question at the time, this is back in 2008 time frame, was Obamacare.
And I read HR 3200, all 1017 pages.
And I'm an engineer, by the way.
So for an engineer to go off and read health care law, that's kind of an oil and water mix, if you will.
But I'll tell you the same thing.
It just started jumping off the page at you going, wait a minute, they're saying this, but this is what's actually happening.
So I just want to applaud you for getting in the fight here.
And I know along the way you've met warriors like my friend Tim Vetter, and maybe you can kind of, by way of introduction for him, kind of highlight how you got connected to Tim.
How did I get connected to Tim?
A lot of the people that I've met in election integrity across the country, I met because of the presentation I did at the pit.
And I will confess that I practiced that speech many times.
I didn't, I wasn't prepared for how it actually came off in the end, but I did intend to, I said, if I'm going to have 10 minutes in front of half a million viewers, I'm going to make it count.
And you did, you made quite an impression upon me for sure.
And my friend Tim here, he's been, he's one of those database guys that has been working with me and some other volunteers here in Michigan for quite some time.
And he's the one that has been delving into all the anomalies into our statewide voter registration.
So a lot of stuff you were just talking about in Pennsylvania, obviously we found here in Michigan as well.
And he's implanted upon me the one key data point that says that 2020 election is foobar in Michigan, in that there's over 300,000 more ballots cast in Michigan than there were voters, according to the state's official records.
And that's an election decided by 154,188 votes.
Well, the guy who came up with that number and has done the analysis and verified it by going through database hell is my good friend, Tim Vetter.
And Tim's going to join us here for this segment.
Tim, welcome to the Lindell Report.
Hey, Patrick.
I'm so glad to be here.
Hey, Marley.
Nice to see you.
Hi.
I want to say one other thing about Tim.
I'm so glad you guys connected.
Yeah.
Tim is an extraordinary auditor.
His work has given him an exemplary set of skills in understanding how to look at data and how to understand the significance of inaccuracies in data records.
And he has such a gift with sharing his perspective and helping other people understand why these records are required to be accurate under law.
The first time we met was like probably two years ago.
He sent me a bunch of stuff and we had a meeting and we were talking and talking and I said, I think you're like an information assurance guy.
You're like a top level auditor and he really is.
Yes, yeah.
I've seen a lot of Tim's red, yellow, green spreadsheet markups here to highlight all the anomalies that are going on.
And this is from real data that came from government sources.
And when you actually see how messed up this really is, I'm so glad you're taking the legal action that you have in Pennsylvania, because I know that's a hotbed of this stuff for sure.
But I know Pennsylvania is not alone in that area.
So, Tim, welcome to the Lundahl Report.
Well, thank you, Patrick.
If I could, let me share my screen and just show everyone on your program what we're talking about.
I think we're going to need to go to full screen there.
There we go.
Am I good?
It's coming out a little blurry for me, but highlight the big numbers that are highlighted.
Absolutely.
So I have this attention grabber right here.
So one of the first things that I'd like to point out is I'll go through the scorecard from top to bottom and identify the main sections.
Like Marlee said, the first question you ask, were the voter rolls accurate?
So these are the numbers that support the anomalies that we found in our voter rolls.
And in this section, number one, it's a combination of both registration issues as well as voter history issues.
So voter history record issues.
So why do we also look at voter history records?
Because after you certify an election, the Those records should never change, just like your bank account.
You would expect when you get your monthly statement, that's set in history and it should never change.
Well, just to put this clear for our listeners here, when we're talking voter history, it's saying that Tim Vedder voted absentee during the 2020 election.
And the voting history actually is in the database, a state database, that shows that Tim Vedder voted absentee during the 2020 election.
If it doesn't show that, then we've got some explaining to do, as Mr. Arnaz used to say.
Absolutely.
So here's the explaining that you need to accommodate because what we have documented in our scorecard, we're saying that first of all, law says you must maintain that history for five years.
For five years, that information should be preserved after certification and should never change.
But what's happening is that the information, which is supposed to be in there within seven days, sometimes votes for the 2020 election, we still have votes being added to the QVF three and a half years later.
We have people that have their vote history added post-certification, and I could show you evidence where that vote goes away, comes back, goes away.
It is utterly shocking.
And that flies in the face of our Bureau of Elections, who says, we can't give you the history if those clerks don't upload it.
Well, they are doing their job.
The problem is the statewide side of operations is not maintaining that history.
Exactly.
And they won't give you access to the transaction log that shows who's modifying these records, when are they modifying and what records are they modifying?
That's the crux of this.
If they want us to believe this stuff, they got to open up their books, which is why I think what you and Marley are doing with your lawsuits are so important because we're calling these guys out on not completing their homework effectively.
Absolutely.
I'm going to crank right through this.
I can show you right now a screenshot showing how vote history is being switched from in-person to absentee.
How they're transferring your voter history from one voter ID to another.
Why is that an issue?
Well, if you're trying to compare Uh, information to the poll books.
You got to have a consistent history that you can audit that accurately.
We're showing that vote histories are being moved from one location to another.
So, if I voted in Wayne County in the 2020 election, it actually shows that I voted in some other county in Michigan.
Well here, let me put a finer point on what they're trying to do with this.
What they're trying to do is create chaos.
If you saw that clip at the beginning of the show here, it was talking about chaos, physical chaos on the streets of Washington D.C., but it's not just physical chaos.
They want data chaos so you cannot audit the vote in any reasonable manner.
They want to have something that they can explain away and say the dog ate my homework.
And what you guys are doing is bird-dogging it so that they can't get away with it.
And I just want to say thank you.
So, sorry.
Keep on going there, Tim.
Well, Patrick, I'm going to show you something that even you haven't seen yet.
Oh, no.
All right.
Here we go.
I'm going to show you that on that same subject of how they're showing boat histories moving, Jonathan Brader, who you know is our Director of Elections, he put a memo out talking about QBF Refresh.
And what QBF Refresh is doing is it is supposed to fix The ability to reflect where you voted.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so guess what?
When you look at your data from the local clerks in the QVF, it is accurate.
It's correct.
Yeah.
When you get the statewide data, look what happened.
We have the information.
It's basically nothing.
These should all be zero.
But then right after the 2020 election, look what they do.
See, we went from basically no changes to enormous changes in your vote history location.
So what this boils down to is that our local clerks are doing their jobs right.
Our local poll workers are capturing the voter history accurately, but then they pop it up to the state with folks like Jonathan Brader and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and they muck it all up so that we can't follow any of this stuff.
Is that about accurate?
Spot on.
Yeah.
And I- I wanna interject here because one of the things
that's critical to understand for people who are listening and maybe you're not yet, you know, you don't eat,
breathe and sleep these voter rolls yet, like a lot of folks have learned how to do.
Yeah.
The issue that they have is not whether they've edited anything,
is not whether or not they can prove it or can't prove it or whether or not the rolls are exactly accurate
or what the heck is the problem.
The issue is that when they certify an election, they are personally and officially attesting
that everything about the election was accurate and that it was legally compliant.
Amen.
And when you look at what Congress describes as required, necessary, and proper for a reliable federal election, and you compare it to what they certified, you can clearly see that they committed perjury.
It doesn't matter if they knew it or if they didn't know it.
They had to know and they didn't.
And they certified it anyway.
And we've definitely been telling them.
Yes, exactly.
So they don't have that excuse.
Well guys, Tim and Marley, thank you very much for joining us today.
I'm sorry we're running out of time.
Tonight, but hopefully this is enough information to get people interested in your efforts and what you're doing because it's not just impacting Pennsylvania.
It's not just impacting New York, not just impacting Michigan.
It's a whole country.
So where can people go to find out more about your efforts and how they might be able to help?
The website unite4freedom.com is where you can sign up.
You can help us to fund our lawsuits.
We'll be filing in many states coming up shortly.
We're just thrilled to be able to hold people to account finally, and that's what we plan to do.
United Sovereign Americans is going to continue our litigation strategy until we have secured legally valid elections for the American people.
It is not just one lawsuit in Pennsylvania.
It is not just one writ of mandamus that's filed in 10 states.
That is just the first shot across the bow.
And if they don't comply, they will be held accountable for that because fundamentally, they are abridging the first grand right of every American citizen, and that simply can't continue.
I appreciate it.
Well, thank you very much for your efforts.
Thank you, Tim.
It's been a pleasure working with you over the years here.
And I'm just thankful to Mike for giving us the opportunity to get the word out about your efforts all across the country.
So, thank you guys very much for joining us.
And we're wrapping up this show.
This edition of the Lindell Report, and I just want to encourage everybody that's listened to the information we've shared tonight and are questioning what can they do.
They want to get engaged.
They want to help.
Please, in addition to going to uniteforfreedom.com, and if you're in South Dakota, go to sdcanvasing.com.
But I would encourage you to go to lyndellplan.com.
Mike's got a couple of big projects out there, including the Voter Identity Protection Project we talked about.
He's also got the Great Petition Project as well.
So guys, we've got a lot of work to do and not a lot of time to do it.
Just go to lyndellplan.com.
And I want to thank you guys for tuning in tonight.
God bless.
And this has been Pat Colbeck filling in for Mike Lyndell.
