I've only had probably about a couple of shows in the last couple of weeks, but now it should be on almost every night going forward.
I want to give everybody a report.
Tonight, on Where Everything Stands, I just did it on my call to the country.
Remember, I do a call that goes out to all the groups, including The Cause of America, and those leaders bring it out to 300,000 people across all 50 states.
So, I'll give you the same report I gave them.
Let's start with my pillow and why I've been distracted.
My pillow has been under the biggest attack of any company in history.
There's no doubt about it.
From being de-banked, de-platformed, de-merchant server, box stores leaving, shopping channels gone, American Express gone, our credit squished, but we're coming out the other side.
I just want to report that we are We've got two great commercials out there that launched, and I believe the worst is behind us.
These attacks are behind us.
They're still going to try, but they tried to silence my voice, and they didn't succeed.
One of the things is, though, everybody, it was a great distraction, but it was a needed distraction.
Imagine a ship going around icebergs, and then you're just getting blown full of holes.
And you've got to patch this, and this comes up, and this comes up.
But we've made it through this storm, and it's not all perfect yet, but it's enough where I can now concentrate back on our fight to secure our elections.
And I got to the second rally that I've done in only the last year.
I think I've only been to two, both in Wisconsin.
And last week, we were in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
I was with our great real president.
I was outside.
If you all get a chance, you can look up a couple things from that rally.
One of them, if you go to YouTube, put Mike Lindell Rally Waukesha and there's a journalist that was outside there and just going after me as far as You know, there was no evidence of the 2020 election.
It's all been debunked.
Every judge ruled against it.
They said, no, no judge ruled against it.
Not one judge in the United States has made a decision based on the merit of the evidence yet.
None.
Zero, everybody.
So I was telling them that the crowd got very excited and I'd actually hold them back I said no I want to I want to finish with this guy and I gave a good 50 minutes I'm very surprised though he aired it in its entirety so you can see it over on
Of all places, YouTube.
You guys, this is how we get the word out, too.
I mean, some people say, well, Mike, he let you get the best of it.
He got the best of it because you got excited and angry.
I go, I get loud.
When I get very passionate, I get loud.
I don't care if it's about a pillow or an election or what it's about.
When I believe in what I'm saying, and I do believe 100% because it's the truth, I get loud, I get passionate, and that's the way I was there.
So I encourage you all to watch that because it got the word out to people that don't normally hear what's going on in our elections.
And they certainly, I got to say the word dominion and smartmatic and things like that, what are considered swear words over at YouTube.
So that was very interesting.
Another part over there in Wisconsin was the Robin Voss recall efforts, everybody.
I want you all to go to LyndalePlan.com tonight and donate, donate, donate.
We need that for sure.
One of the things that the people over there are doing is the Robin Boss Recall.
Now this is the second recall.
The first one, as you all know, they got like 10,000 signatures.
They got like 10,000 signatures, they only needed 6,000 some, but they discredited 4,000
of them.
But you learn from that.
We learned from that.
The people on the ground over there, they learned which ones the WEC was going to not accept for one reason or another.
You're out of the district or whatever it was.
So in the second recall now, they know exactly what's going to be qualified.
And now get this, everybody.
They already have over 4,000 signatures.
They only need like 6,500, something like that.
But they have over 4,000 already, two weeks ahead of schedule.
Now you're thinking to yourself, well, they still got a lot to go.
Here's the deal.
Those 4,000 that they already got now, those are brand new.
They haven't even went back to the 6,000 good people that signed over here at Signatures, and they should overshoot by at least 2,000 or 3,000 to recall Robin Vos.
So it's going down.
Robin Vos went on a full-blown attack against the people over there doing it, these autostaters.
They should be put in jail, blah, blah, blah.
And I actually got that.
I sent it to Robin last night.
I said, you're disgusting.
I sent it to him in a text.
So he's trying to hit back.
He's very worried.
He's very worried over there in Wisconsin.
We've got to get rid of this guy.
He's the number one blocker in the country.
Remember, he passed up Crooked Brad down in Georgia.
He passed him up, you know, because Robin Voss is still out.
We got a chance to take Robin out.
You know, but I mean, you got to get Brad.
Brad's been number one for so long.
It's like, you know, this is just a window here where I'm saying we get a chance to take him out.
He's done more damage to the state of Wisconsin and to the United States of America than him and Brad combined, than all other politicians in history of the Republican Party.
That's why they're the head of the Uniparty.
That's what I consider Robin Moss.
Absolutely a disgraceful politician.
Disgraceful traitor as far as I'm concerned traitor Okay, so we got that going on in a minute And then I'm going to tell you about our ground efforts, and I'm going to be on with wave Wibel in a little bit here for South Dakota and But I'm going to tell you what we're doing across the country which I'm really going to push now.
This is the biggest petition in In United States history for that matter probably world history, uh, if you go to lyndaleplan.com the petition I believe is there maybe you could bring it up while I'm going to talk a couple things about it.
Um, um, the uh, this is a little bit different this kind of petition.
It's not a petition So if you if you scroll there it is the great petition now, let me just hold it right there I'm going to talk to you about this.
This is uh, The largest petition in history, but when people think of petitions, right away you're going, boy, we're going to all get together and we're going to tell the government or we're going to tell this person, here's what the people want.
Okay?
This is going to be a little different, everybody, but for one thing, it's county by county.
When you come to sign this, you're going to be signing at the county level.
In your own county.
All 3,143 are there, and we're going to be tracking the success of each county.
Well, now when we get to a certain level, let's say it's my county, Carver County, Minnesota.
Let's say I'm just throwing out numbers here.
Let's say we get two-thirds of this county signed up because both Democrats and Republicans, all people want these machines gone.
They want to go to paper ballots hand counted.
So most counties in the United States at the county level, you can bring it up at the county level to get rid of them.
Well, these election officials, a lot of times everybody, what we're finding out is we've been going to them the last couple of years, they feel alone.
They feel like they're going to make a decision, and they have a few people approach him and say, hey, we want to go to paper ballots.
And they're going, oh, I represent the county.
I wonder what the rest of the people think.
But the narrative out there has been so pushed on them that they're afraid, that they're in fear to make a move.
To make a move that's out of the status quo.
They don't want to move from the status quo because they're in fear.
Well, when you put two-thirds of the county behind them and say, hey, we're with you, we're with you, and you embrace that election official and you give them a little hug and you say, look, all of us in the county, we want these machines gone.
We want to melt them down, turn them into prison bars.
Well, that's what a lot of people want because we want to recycle when we do this to everybody, right?
So they go, you got your paper ballots.
This is just one more tool, but a very important tool.
As we go around to these counties to get rid of these machines and to go to these election officials, we need to know, they need to know that everybody's got their back.
And we, the people, have elected them.
So if they do a pushback, and it's legitimate pushback, we're going, well, wait a minute.
We, the people, this is what we want.
And anything that comes out of your mouth, we've got an answer for.
Oh, it's going to take too long.
No, it's not.
Same time as a machine.
Oh, it's going to cost more.
No, it costs less.
What else you got?
Oh, our machines aren't online.
Oh yes, they're online.
Yeah, we'll show you that.
So that's why we bring Rick on here in a little bit.
He's going to tell you what goes on in South Dakota.
People, we have more problems in states like South Dakota that you think are redder than red.
No, they're not.
And, you know, that old song, Bluer Than Blue, you know, that's where you kind of wonder, like, why are these Republicans blocking us?
Why are these Uniparty Republicans?
Well, they're really blue in color, but, you know, I don't even know if they're blue.
I just think they're anti-American.
They're anti-United States.
And so that's where we're at.
We need everybody involved in the petition.
Now I'm going to throw out a few ads before I bring Rick in.
We need help, everybody.
We need resources.
Go there.

I mean, it's incredible what's over there.
You got the paintings by my good friend Jim Hansel.
He's a blind artist.
You gotta see his story.
That's over there.
But anyway...
So there it is, right there on the right.
The Jim Hensel Frame prints are there on the right side there.
Jim Hensel Frame prints.
He's legally blind, you guys.
I just met him the other day.
He can't paint anymore.
He just got word.
It's the saddest day ever.
Just in the last month, he's finally not going to be able to paint, but he's been doing it for 50 years since we were kids.
The most amazing prints.
And then you find out he's legally blind.
He paints one little square at a time.
It's absolutely incredible, and we've made welcome mats out of it, area rugs we've made, we've got ceramic coasters.
You guys, go to mystore.com, help out Jim today.
I mean, this is what all these entrepreneurs rely on over there.
It's the most amazing art you've ever seen, and then you find out he's blind, you're going, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.
The guy's been amazing.
One last thing, speaking of God.
Just today I talked, when I went to that rally the other day, I would say at least, oh I don't know, one out of every people come up and they say, you know what, my brother or my sister or my dad or my mother or my son or my daughter, they were an addict, incorrigible addict.
And then they clearly heard about your Lyndell Recovery Network or heard about your story, Mike.
And they either read the book or they went to LyndellRecoveryNetwork.org, everybody.
LyndellRecoveryNetwork.org.
L-R-N.
LyndellRecoveryNetwork.org.
You go there, it's free!
It's free.
Absolutely free.
You tell an addict about it.
You know that crack addict Mike Lindell that's on TV?
That ex-crack addict?
He set up this network.
This is what I was going to be doing, I thought, before all this election stuff came along.
You guys, this is a free platform.
You can spend hours and hours and hours on there.
But I'll tell you what, this is another one.
You see the little donate button up there?
We really need funding there.
I'm funding all this, okay?
I need help.
We can't let this, with the open borders and fentanyl coming across, lives are being saved here.
By the way, getting off the addictions, everybody there, getting off the addictions, that's just a bonus.
You're gonna find, it's gonna be a gateway, a path to Jesus Christ.
And so, go there.
If you can, put in your donations to everybody.
If you know anybody, anybody in addiction, and you bring them there.
You just tell them about it.
And they all got phones.
They're going to get on that phone.
They're going to go, wow!
Let's see, and when you see that hope match there, when they get there, they're going to put in their age, they're going to put in what they're addicted to, and that's how their journey begins.
All this is going to happen with thousands of videos, and then there are going to be choices to make on their physical health they can get at treatment centers that are faith-based, but also an online thing that I did when I got saved, which was everybody, February 18, 2017 is the day I did a full surrender to Jesus Christ.
Remember, I quit all my addictions on January 16, 2009.
So, go here.
I don't care what the addiction is.
I don't care how old you are.
Go there.
But I'm asking you all to, we can use donations there.
And by the way, if you watched that thing the other day on YouTube, I think the guy tried to say, or somebody on YouTube over there tried to say, that Mike was grifting.
That I was grifting.
And I go, well, I'll tell you what, if I'm grifting, I got to set a world record for the worst grifter in the U.S.
history, probably world history, okay?
I'm not very good at it.
I'm only reaching out for help because I don't have the resources anymore to fund all these things, and they're all in their own right.
And we have to not only save people.
What we're going through now is we're going through times right now that it's the best time in history to be alive.
Everybody's pouring into this bucket of common sense, politically pouring into this bucket, but they're pouring into another bucket for Jesus, too.
We're in the biggest revival in history for Jesus Christ, and people are pouring into that.
So, anyway, with that being said, those are my opening remarks.
Let's bring Rick in.
How do you like them, Rick?
Great to be on with you.
How are you doing?
Hey, I haven't been out here in a while, so I'm trying to catch up.
But Rick, you got, by the way, everybody, Rick's a hero, one of the heroes in this country, and doing so for our election platforms, and he never give up, and I don't know.
There's so many people out there, Rick, that they, you know, for a while there, I think back in the day, we kind of thought we were all alone, each one of us individually.
Then you find out there's people out there everywhere that want the same things we do.
But you also find out that there's these blockers that don't make sense.
And South Dakota, when you look up the thing, blocker, they should be front and center.
I keep, I hear, keep hearing More nonsensical stuff coming out of South Dakota, when you're going, wait a minute, isn't that a red state by Governor Christine Noem?
I mean, how can this happen in South Dakota?
And more information today.
So I'm going to let you just take you through it, what you got.
We haven't had you on.
Jessica couldn't be on tonight, but if you can give us a report on this.
I mean, when you text me, I'm going, what?
This is crazy.
So go ahead.
Yes.
So based upon the evidence that I have so far, I have called the FBI and I have sent them information regarding, and I want to say thanks to you, Mr. Lindell.
You have given us a great opportunity to network across state lines and to find the truth of what is going on.
And so Laura Scharr out of South Carolina.
Hava Loudon out of Ohio.
Beth Basel out of Texas.
I've been working with all of them on their cases and also understanding of legislative procedure.
Here in South Dakota, I've got a great support network with Jessica Palmea and the entire team of South Dakota Kamen Seed.
Also working in the state of Minnesota with the great teams over there at the county level.
But what I reported to you, yes, I have sent the information that we have discovered as of Friday in South Carolina regarding the cases where they claim that they don't know what a cast vote record is.
They never saved any such material.
And so that is a direct violation of 52 USC 207-01.
And then anybody who basically turned off the cast vote records, they're in violation of 52 U.S.C.
207.02.
And that's what I opened up the cases for with the FBI here in South Dakota in Sioux Falls.
And I have also included three counties in South Dakota with hot email evidence that I just got today through my campaign as I'm running for office.
So I was able to legitimately ask for Of the county auditors that my campaign is running in, and they responded dutifully to basically say, yes, the default settings on our tabulators is that the saving of the ballot images is turned off.
That is a complete violation because this coming election that we have on June 4th has a primary presidential election, even though Trump isn't on the ballot because he's already secured it.
We still have to protect the Democrats from themselves.
And even though we have all these rhinos.
Oh, stop, stop the press.
I'm no longer using the term rhino because that is a beautiful creature of strength.
Let's just update our terminology to go with the times and call them trans Democrats, because that's who we identify them as.
And we might as well just start being honest.
So trans dem for short, but, uh, I want to ask you, what would be the difference between a unit party and a trans, a trans Democrat?
So a unit party, unfortunately, will encompass some good freedom caucus and patriot minded Republicans who want nothing to do with the unit party.
And so we and they are trying to, as we as patriots across the United States, take back our party to bring back God into the party.
Unfortunately, South Carolina just bailed over the weekend and they kicked God out of their party.
And so hopefully they will take corrective action, re-meet, and bring God back.
This was South Carolina?
So South Carolina did this?
Yes, they did.
And what did they do there?
What did they do?
How does that compare to what's going on in South Dakota?
Because I've used both in the same thing here.
So, uh, in South Carolina, they're also not using the machines correctly and they're lying about that.
Criminal charges there in South Carolina, they had their state convention here, uh, over the weekend and they kicked God out of the party.
So they're completely lost.
And so then in South Dakota, we have our state party coming up after the June 4th, uh, primary and they're doing it so early.
So that way new committee men and women are unable to be certified to be able to attend.
Our party's convention because of the timing.
So there's a lot of bridesmanship that we're seeing across the United States.
Even in Minnesota, they're doing the same thing over there.
But getting back to where we're at here in South Dakota... I want to quick ask you one more thing before you move on.
Now, South Carolina, when they had their primary, uh, we, everyone heard around the country, I think it was them that said all the machines were, they couldn't do it.
Everything was put on hold for a while there because the internet was down.
Is that, and, uh, well, I thought they weren't hooked up to the internet and who cares if the internet's down?
That was kind of strange.
And, and even the nationals picked it up for a little bit.
Then it got suppressed.
What was their excuse there?
Like, I mean, I don't get it.
I mean, this thing, you know, We're still investigating that one, so stay tuned.
Out in South Carolina, we're finding that in other areas.
I mean, it's stunning that South Dakota has a cyber expert that's supposed to have oversight over our non-connected machines here in South Dakota as well.
But we also have our voter registration database that is not secure.
As a matter of fact, during testimony, our own deputy Uh, Secretary of State basically said, Oh, we're not going to send that over the internet.
We're going to send it via email.
I just shrugged.
I'm just like, are you kidding me?
Get back.
So getting back to South Dakota now.
So you're, so these machines, they're all turned off for ballot images, which is illegal, correct?
Illegal.
Correct.
And tell them who ordered the cold bread.
Who ordered that?
I would like to know who ordered that.
How could anybody order such a thing?
Where'd it come from?
Let's hear that.
All right, so if you want to hear it, how about I actually show you?
And actually, that came from the Secretary of State's office, and we have an email directly from ES&S stating directly that it was the Secretary of State's office that they got confirmation from the state that they're having us program everyone's media with that setting, not to save any ballot images.
Wow, let me tell everybody that's watching right now.
First of all, if you're just tuning in to Frank's Speech, and let's say you're brand new to the country for some reason, it's the first time you've heard of the term ES&S.
This is the biggest, not Dominion, this is the biggest machine manufacturer in the country, and they're out of Omaha, Nebraska.
They're all just like Dominion, Smartmatic, Hart.
They control our elections.
Look at this email, everybody.
This is the Secretary of State of South Dakota, who by the way, at one point we thought she was voted in by the people, and then she turned on everybody, and turned on us like a rabid dog.
I mean, I don't know what's up with this lady, who got to her, but she now ordered that all the machines in the state of South Dakota, that they don't That they turn off the ballot images, which is illegal, everybody.
So after the election, when we went to get, when we would FOIA request them and say, hey, where's the ballot images?
They would go, eh, I'm sorry, there isn't any.
They were turned off.
I mean, this is disgusting, everybody.
This is disgusting.
Look at this law here.
And here's the law itself.
52 U.S.C. 20702.
Any person, whether or not an officer of election or custodian, who willfully steals, destroys, conceals, I'll put it in that category, mutilates or alters any record, such as like not even allowing it to be saved, Uh, any record.
What, what are we trying to say?
Oh yeah, it's called a cast vote record.
It's in the name.
So it absolutely, uh, applies here.
And so this is an actual federal, uh, case.
And so this is where I have submitted this information to the FBI for them to open an investigation because ES&S is in multiple states and we have secretary of states.
I am not sure if RICO applies at this point in time, but I am going to let the Department of Justice start figuring this out.
We have tried lawsuits through our various states, and now it is time to go to the federal level so that we can take some of these cases that we've had across the United States where they have denied us caste vote records or told us that they don't exist.
Let's take them at their word and file federal charges at this point in time.
I think that's a great idea.
That is a great idea.
I want to ask you this.
So my friend, Governor Kristi Noem, have you reached out to her about this?
Does she know about this?
This is breaking as of today, but we had earlier evidence that we had presented that she did not.
We offered to sit down with her to try and call a special session to fix some of these items that we have discovered.
We even have right now certified equipment that was certified incorrectly.
And what is so stunning is that the state board of elections back in 2020 actually required South Dakota to go to VVSG 1.1, the 2015 standard, but ES&S handed them the 1.0 certificate a year later during the same meeting that they were approving the meeting minutes from
The year prior, two agenda items later, they're approving the ES&S equipment.
This is how sick this is.
It is so disgusting how we have totally messed this up.
And so I have filed five complaints with the state board of elections to review the laptop certification, the tabulator, the actual disability devices because their antivirus is not up to date.
And there's a requirement within the EAC rules to actually have an updated system that is current.
Well, the antivirus on the laptops is from March 29th, 2019.
That's over five years old.
That's not current.
Would you want to use that to log into your bank?
Of course not.
So that's why I filed the complaint.
Yeah.
Right.
Well, I'm going to put a, uh, I'm going to put a request from the Governor Kristi Noem's office.
I know she watches this show once in a while.
I know she did a year and a half ago when we called out South Dakota with something other than another stupid thing, trying to take away the precinct strategy.
I mean, the precinct came in and women had the right to vote, everybody.
So with this, I think if you're a Governor Noem, if you're watching or someone in her office, we're not going to let this go.
We want you to look into this.
You have illegal machines in South Dakota that people don't want anymore and they're not going to take it.
This is disgusting.
And Rick, how is it going?
Maybe you can let us know about the counties, the county level.
I know they're county by county.
Do we have a report there, too?
I know my picture is freezing up a little bit.
Maybe you can put it on Rick.
If you can see, that's okay.
I'll just talk and you can put it on him.
Yeah.
And so what's happening there, Rick?
Rick, can you give us a report on the county by county level,
what I know with the big push machines?
a chance.
you Yeah, and actually, this is a great job that Jessica is now kind of leading along with so many of the great activists around many of the counties in South Dakota.
And tonight, after I'm done here, I'll be working with Jessica and a lot of the other county leads to where we're going to be launching our Petitions to the counties in the first round tomorrow morning and then next week will be the second round to counties where we are going to be presenting them evidence regarding the machines and also the effectiveness of hand counting that we developed up here in the Upper Midwest at uscase.org.
So again, that's uscase.org.
And over at Midwest Swamp Watch, I created a whole nother section for tools that our activists can use.
And that actually includes how much it would cost to hand count in each of the counties based upon the 2020 primary election.
So that would be close to the 2024 primary election here in South Dakota, from a cost perspective.
And so it's very straightforward.
We are ready to go with this.
We're presenting all of the evidence regarding here's where the statutes that you have authority as a county to go back to hand counting.
Here is the actual decertified certificate because it was tested incorrectly under our own South Dakota rules that the State Board of Elections had adopted and they fumbled it completely.
And when we look at what is happening right now with the cast vote records of them being turned off, we're done.
It is absolutely done time.
They have proven themselves to be completely incompetent, not willing to follow federal law to keep all of the election materials.
And so we're done.
And really what's happening is that they're throwing.
Shame on you, Secretary of State Monae Johnson.
Shame on you, Assistant Deputy Director Tom Diederich.
You are literally throwing my good county auditors under the bus by putting the default of turning off the ballot images.
How dare you do that?
How dare you not properly train our election officials?
And because of that, I recommend to every single election official in the United States that if you don't know what a cast vote record is, Walk away from the machines right now and get ready for hand counting because that is the gold standard and that's also part of the white paper that we work on at uscase.org.
You can see the gold standard for elections that we developed across multiple states and we look at all the different areas for Voter registration, voter registration database maintenance, the conduct of the elections and absentee voting itself.
And so the reality is when you look at hand counting, it is the absolute gold standard because when you are there observing the elections, you can ascertain exactly, exactly how those election judges are interpreting each and every one of those votes.
Whereas when we sit here and we look at the machines, yeah, I'm a computer guy, but I'm not a programmer.
I don't understand completely how these machines work.
And even though that Minnesota has the source code available to the party chairs, they have yet to actually pull the source code out and actually review it to give us any sense.
Any sense of comfort as to how these machines work and they have violated our trust when the EAC said that these casserole records are supposed to be an audit trail and they are required and now they want to play games like not giving them to us, not letting them see them, saying that they don't exist.
Fine.
We're done.
Right.
You know, since 2005 all the way through now, most of the machines have been tested on that
Right.
2005 standard.
Nothing's changed.
And when we still see lawsuits directly to ES&S to where they keep throwing the auditors
under the bus from blaming them for not having decent enough logic and accuracy tests, we're
done.
We're done.
You just can't move any more with that.
You know, we were able to, and we did a request to everybody.
If everybody remembers, in the summer of 22, I put out a request across the country to everyone to go get cast vote records before September 3rd of 2022.
We were able to get one-third of the United States In the 2022 election, everybody, we were barely able to get, I think, 400 counties because all of a sudden everybody's going, oh, we don't know what they are.
You can't have them because they know what it shows.
A cast vote record, everybody, either shows computer manipulation or it doesn't.
There's no in-between.
Just like you're either a hero or a traitor.
There's no in-between nowadays, everybody.
So these cast vote records, which the government says we can have under the Freedom of Information Act, why would South Dakota be leading the way in the United States to shut down the people and won't give them access to cast vote records?
I ask you this, Governor Kristi Noem.
She's supposed to be one of America's governors.
Why doesn't she look at this?
I'm going to ask her now.
All you journalists that are out there, why don't you say Mike Lindell, Puts it to his good friend, she is a friend, Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota.
I'm putting her on the spot here.
Kristi Noem, Governor Noem, do something to help save your country and the state of South Dakota.
And one time she told me she, she, uh, you know, as we were going all over the country and I was running with her campaigns, she told me straight out, she says, you know, maybe South Dakota, I said, you guys can be the first ones to get rid of the machines.
Right.
What changed?
Because you get a secretary of state that was voted in by the people
and all of a sudden they got to her too?
You know, Rick, there's not too many secretary of states I would trust to watch my house, I'll tell you that.
There's not, you know, I heard there's one good one out in Wyoming.
There's one good one I heard out in Wyoming.
That's what I heard the other night.
And I'll tell you what, we thought this, what's her name, Monique or Mon-
Monique Johnson.
Monique Johnson, shame on you.
You better, I'll tell you what, this is, we're gonna hold everyone in South Dakota,
all these officials accountable.
You're just as bad as Monet Johnson if you're the governor and you've turned a blind eye to this.
This is the number one thing on every single person in this country is our election platforms.
It's the number one concern, everybody, because everything manifests from our election platform.
Including open borders and everything else.
If we don't secure our elections, we have nothing.
We get one shot at this, everybody.
And I'm telling you, it can start right in South Dakota.
Governor Kristi Noem, you need to make a stand.
You need to look into this.
You need to tell you, grab your Secretary of State and say, what are you doing?
Turning off our machines illegally in South Dakota.
Governor, there's felonies being committed right under your nose by your own officials there.
It's a felony!
We just put up the statute!
You can't just turn off the public records for these cast vote records and tell ES&S?
What, does this gal work with ES&S?
Isn't it funny how ES&S sits under the radar and doesn't sue anybody and stays out of lawfare?
Well, I got news for ES&S.
And by the way, I was with ES&S, their officials.
Down in Louisiana, everybody, at a Senate hearing, I don't know, a couple years ago with horrible Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin, who we thought was on our side, and he was the ringleader.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Two-faced, conniving, I don't know what you would call him.
I've never seen him like that.
Just one minute he's over here, the next minute who's showing up?
And I heard he was in charge of all the other Secretaries of State, too, with the Republican.
Horrible man.
Anyway, he did a lot of drinking, too.
Maybe that was part of his problem.
I don't know.
But all I know is this.
You know, every time I see him, he was half-drunk.
Well, anyway, so what's he going to do?
Sue me?
Sorry, Kyle, if you're watching.
Too bad.
I've seen you.
You're disgusting.
Nobody makes those decisions.
But anyway, we're in the Senate hearing, and he questions ES&S.
He was letting me feed him the questions.
Okay, so I'm feeding him the questions, texting them to Kyle.
Right in the middle of the Senate hearing, he's the Secretary of State.
He says to ES&S, he says, are your machines more secure than Dominion's?
And you know what ES&S said?
They go, no machines are secure.
They all have backdoors.
At least ES&S did not lie.
They told the truth for once, straight out in that hearing.
Then he asked them, did you ever break any antitrust laws?
And ES&S said, yes, we did.
We had to sell DFO to Dominion because we were getting a monopoly in the country.
You know, the good old boys down in Omaha, Nebraska, making all their parts overseas and, and, uh, stealing our elections.
It's disgusting, but I'm telling you right now.
Yeah.
You'll love this one.
So I went down and observed the city election down in Minnehaha County, uh, just last month.
And what was absolutely incredible was to watch the self-disclosed, um, laptop that's in violation in Minnehaha County.
And so they had three laptops sitting at a desk.
The first one was the ES and S official laptop that would basically take the thumb drives, read the data, and then create the ballot images.
And then also create the XML file that would be put onto a thumb drive and then brought over to this internet connected machine where they would upload the XML file to update the election results throughout the night.
And then the third laptop was also a county laptop that was connected to the internet where she would just hit refresh so that way she could ascertain whether or not the pages were properly updated.
What was phenomenal was to watch that once a thumb drive went from the ES&S Pure laptop with the antivirus from March 29, 2019 and then Bring that thumb drive over to the internet connected laptop.
I thought for sure they would be smart enough to go ahead and just make sure that thumb drive is put into a separate box and not go back to the original machine.
No.
So I recorded the evidence that that thumb drive went back and forth between the internet connected laptop and the so-called ES&S laptop 12 times, thus exposing the non-internet connected laptop of ES&S The viruses and anything else that this internet connected laptop would be exposed to.
I brought it up to the auditor's attention.
She spoke to ES&S who was on site and ES&S said we would just write a memo.
I'll get back to you on that.
We'll circle back on that.
Remember who says that?
We'll circle back on that.
Do you know that the same, just a different company Dominion Back when Kyle Arduin, when we thought he was a decent man, Secretary of State, that he wasn't behind all this, what he did back then, Dominion, any time he called him out, which we now know was just a charade, he would call him out, they would go, well, let me get you on that.
And then they never responded.
But they never responded to him.
And remember, Louisiana is the longest running partner with Dominion in the United States.
So all these Dominion machines, some of them are 20, 30 years old, others are 20 years
old for sure.
Well, anyway, so Kyle Ardwin, he acts like he's all upset.
Well, you know what?
We're not going to take it.
And he reached out for the Haldeman report that said all the Dominion machines got to
go.
They're vulnerable.
They need to go.
given the report this was all you know when I compare it to Rick is like if you
bust a bunch of guys in a drug deal the guy that the guy that the undercover guy
got a bust him to to make it look good well Kyle was like that Kyle had to make
himself look good like he's really out there trying when in fact he's in bed
with him I mean he kept Dominion for the state of Louisiana he kept up he did he
He blocked us.
I mean, all of a sudden, he turned into the biggest blocker.
Then when I had my event last August, everybody, when I had my event last August with the devices that show, the wireless monitoring devices we've developed that show these machines are online.
Remember, I had it delivered with a drone, everybody, for looks, for cosmetic, the dramatic appearance the drone brings in the device.
Well, that went all over, that went all over the country, the story.
Mike Lindell is going to invade with drones.
He's going to, he's going to come flying into your town.
Well, Kyle Ardwin, this is the first time I've said this publicly.
Kyle Ardwin had a closed door meeting with a whole bunch of officials.
How much money Louisiana spent on Kyle's little meeting?
He brought in drone experts and said, we've got to stop.
I want to arrest Mike Lindell if he brings drones into Louisiana.
What can I do?
And they told him, I'm sorry, that's a federal law.
We don't, you know, they could do it, you know, it's on your federal law with drones or whatever.
But that, because this was Kyle's big worry.
He didn't call me up or text me.
He's got my number.
Mike, are you really going to bring drones in to invade Louisiana?
No, Kyle.
We're going to come in there and we're going to get rid of you, but you're gone.
He's gone.
I mean, you realize with all the corruption, whatever he was doing, he finally said, I'm out of here.
It's just disgusting.
What he did to the state of Louisiana, as close as he could have got, he was right.
He had like a year long investigation, not a year long, but people come in every month and come in and say the different machine companies and all this.
I don't know if you know that, Rick, but it was just, You know, he invited me.
One thing, he did let me speak for like 24 minutes.
He got yelled at for that by a couple of woke people on the bench there that are going, hey, why did this guy get to talk for 24 minutes?
He's not even from the city of Louisiana, you know.
But once again, Kyle did it to make himself look good.
Even though he was behind the scenes, he was all in bed with Dominion and the other.
And he was the leader of the Republican Secretary of State, by the way, everybody.
I'm sure him and Crook and Brad probably talked every night on the phone.
If you don't know who Crooked Brad is, Rick, it's Brad Rasford down in Georgia.
Yep, yep, yep, yep.
I follow that case quite a bit and the great work that many of the teams have done down in Georgia for election
integrity on that.
They're amazing down there.
Yep.
It's good that we have, I really like, you know, Don and George, everybody, you got your, we call that the Dominion front, and then of course over in Arizona too, but I am so glad that you're in the ES and S fight because you guys You know, the worst thing could happen.
I can just see going like, like Texas did a couple of years ago, where we got to get rid of Dominion and say, keep what heart and, uh, and he has to dance and every other machine company down in Texas.
And then they tell their, then they make a great, here's a good unit party law.
Everybody, you talk about a Republican, a unit party, call them a trans Democrats, whatever you want to call them.
These are Republicans in the state of Texas.
They took away the great Ken Paxson secretary, I mean, Attorney General's right to prosecute one crime, election crime.
Now, if you can't think that's the most nonsensical thing in this country's history, that these would do that against, against that.
Well, I'm telling you, which bring back, I know we're going to run out of time, but I want to put another call out to Governor Kristi Noem.
Of the great state of South Dakota, Governor Noem, I am asking you, you need to look into this for the people.
We're going to call you out.
We're going to call out the state of South Dakota.
We are going to keep calling it out until they do something.
Your Secretary of State committed a crime and shut off all the machines for an election that's coming up in four weeks.
In the state of South Dakota, you don't turn off the only way, the only thing we do have to see inside these machines.
This is the only thing we get is the cast vote records, everybody, under the Freedom of Information Act.
So you can't take the last thing and say, well, you can't look in those machines because it's proprietary.
They run our elections.
You people don't get to see your own elections.
What are you thinking, right, Rick?
Absolutely right.
Governor Noem, if you can shoot your dog, you can shoot these machines and get them out.
Oh, there you go.
That wasn't easy.
You know what?
She can take her PR.
I know she doesn't like negative press.
She does not like it.
And, uh, this would be the chance for her to be the hero of the country.
If she dug into there and led the way against these machines and, and the corruption, their Secretary of State deleting, deleting these, uh, to even get the Caspo records.
I mean, good for you, Rick, that you guys discovering this and digging in to the corruption that sounds like it starts right in South Dakota, where we would think, well, that'd be one state you wouldn't even look at.
Well, you know what?
It's right in our backyard.
And if the corruption's happening in South Dakota everywhere, or everybody, what do you think's happening in states that are Democrat-controlled?
Like, go over to Colorado and see how they like it over there, but there are fighters over there, too.
Rick, thanks so much for coming on and maybe we'll get you and Jessica back on tomorrow night.
See if Jessica can come on.
We'll have you guys back because I want to hear more and more.
I think we should put South Dakota in the public eye until Governor Noem responds to this and says, you know, here's what I'm going to do to save the state of South Dakota and save the United States of America.
