This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Hello everyone, and welcome to the Lindell Report.
Tonight, we're going to talk about Smartmatic.
I got Mark Fisham coming on, the Smartmatic, the company that sued myself, MyPillow, and many others for billions of dollars.
And the manifestation of that, you guys, you don't hear about too much, but this is where all the, even recently where we're getting canceled at MyPillow, we're getting like a, Just last week or this last week now, American Express came
to us that we use here at MyPillow.
They took our $1 million line of credit and dropped it down to 100 grand overnight.
They're all afraid of these lawsuits or something. I don't know why they're doing it.
It's a cancellation beyond belief. And this keeps freezing up.
I just checked the line. It's not.
Oh, it's not? Okay. So they canceled us. So in MyPillow, right now, it's just one cancellation after another.
They're trying to debank us.
And so I want to go into real quick how you can help out MyPillow and my employees.
I'm going to do the specials right now before we get started.
We've got the MyPillow 2.0 everybody.
This one we have on sale right now at MyPillow.com for 50% off for the $39.99.
For the queen and the king is just $5 more.
And, uh, and these are where we add the technology, the cooling technology.
Um, and this is what they're making now.
This is what keeps us, keeps us going at the factory.
We a hundred percent make this in, uh, the United States, every part of this on here, every Minnesota here.
Um, then we've got the towels.
You got all the towels right now on sales for the six pack sets on sale.
For $39.99, that's half price.
We got the percale sheets.
These are the new 2024 version.
All these colors and designs.
We've got all these on sale right now.
Queen size, $39.99.
And Kings, just $10 more.
We've got the original My Store slippers.
I mean, My Store.
The original My My slippers, there's all different styles of these, and these are on sale for $39.99, which are $139.98.
These are our slippers.
These are the winter slippers.
These are the fall slippers with the fur in.
Remember, we closed out the all-season, so these are the ones that we will be selling.
I think they're selling for normally $49.98, originally $139.98.
originally it's $139.98. Then we have the, so we got the percalis sheets and we have
over a hundred, over 200 products there now.
If you go there, there's an 80% off overstock sale.
That's all our sleepwear and everything, but the reason I'm bringing this up, everybody, is we really need your help.
What they did to my pillow last week, or this last Tuesday, American Express, I don't know if it's... I've been with them for a long, long time, and they took our That million dollar line of credit dropped it down to a hundred grand in one day.
That's where all our shipping, AdWords, all these things that are run off of.
And, uh, it's just disgusting.
Uh, it's a complete attack on the company.
And, um, you know, it's just, uh, it's, you know, they keep attacking us and why do they keep attacking?
What?
Because I want to secure our election platforms, everybody.
That's what it is.
So because these machine companies, Attack and sue MyPillow, who had nothing to do with it.
This is an employee-owned company.
I just happen to be the biggest stockholder.
They attack MyPillow, sue them, Smartmatic, Endominion, and Eric Coomer.
These guys all sue MyPillow and Mike Lindell.
And for what?
For deplomations?
Because they said the election was stolen.
The election, there was manipulation, China intruded in our election, all these things.
Well, you know what?
Uh, we've got, uh, in a little bit here, everybody go get everyone you can on because, uh, Mark Fincham is going to explain all the stuff that's going on with Smartmatic.
And I haven't even heard it all.
Um, but I do want to tell you this.
If you guys all, we really need your help too at the Lindell Offense Fund.
Why don't you put that up there, Logan?
Uh, the Lindell Offense Fund, everybody.
We are out there.
The plan is going forward.
We've got these devices that we're going to have in all our elections.
We've got the plan to secure our elections.
Remember, they lied to us that the machine are online.
They said they're not online.
They are online.
And we're going to show that this fall.
We've got an amazing plan.
If you go to LyndaleOffenseFund.org, everybody, even if you don't go there to donate, you can see the whole plan laid out.
It's really important that you understand.
It's not just this devices to monitor the machines that we need funding for.
It's you yourself can go to download the Frank social app and you get the election crime stream.
You click on it.
We're going to go through that maybe later on in the show.
But anyway, there's all you can help out right now.
We really need your help.
And Brandon, are you there?
I'm here, Mike.
How you doing?
I'm kind of all over the board.
I haven't done the show for so long, I forgot when I had a show.
I know, me too.
Yeah, that's right.
Hopefully everybody I should be on all week.
I've been a lot of traveling, getting the plan done, meeting with a lot of officials and it's all coming together beautifully and we're executing.
We're making the devices as we speak.
We've got to get funding, though, and that would be the LyndellOffenseFund.org.
Why do you need funding?
It might be because we're out of money.
Out of money, that's the bottom line.
These machine companies have just devastated my pillow, and Mike Lyndell, and a lot of other people out there.
And with that, is Mark waiting in the wing there?
Yes, Mark is waiting in the wings.
Yeah, I'll let you take over.
I don't know a thing about SmartMedic or what's going on, so maybe you could talk to Mark and I'll just watch you guys bring this to the forefront.
All right.
Hey, Mark, how you doing?
I'm good.
Thanks for having me on.
Let's remind the audience, for those who don't know, Mark is a former state representative and was the candidate that many say actually won the Secretary of State position in Arizona.
All be it from voter fraud.
He did not take the seat, as many of you know.
But he continues to fight.
He has a brand new article out today.
It's been published over at Your News.
Smartmatic Faces Federal Grand Jury Indictment for Illegal Activities.
That's the title of his article.
Now, lest any of you say, well, really?
Wait a minute.
Here's another one.
This is CNN Business, September 22nd.
Smartmatic implicated in alleged bribery scheme involving top Filipino election official.
So these are the reports tonight.
We're just covering what's in the news.
Hey Brad, it's okay.
They can't sue me for any more, okay?
It's already billions of dollars.
You don't have to do any disclaimer.
I'll say all I want about Rotten Smartmatic, what they've done to my pillow and done to me.
But anyway, you can take it away, Mark.
So there you go, Mark.
So I'd like to first start by saying I really love my, my pillow topper.
Oh, awesome.
That's awesome.
And it is, I have not slept this well in two years.
Really?
Wow, that is awesome.
And I'll tell you what, while I could do that, you know what, I gotta do it, Mark.
You're looking good, I knew you would!
So here's, let me start with a couple of calls to action.
You know, I've been an American Express cardholder for 27 years.
And what I just heard from you, I'm ready to pay off my debt to them.
I usually carry anywhere from Well, it's paid off every month at the end of the month, but I probably do anywhere from $1,500 to $2,700 a month on airline tickets and things for the various speaking engagements that I go on.
I'm ready to call them tomorrow and say, you know, it's been nice, but it ain't that nice.
And I'm going to give you, everybody who is within earshot of this, call American Express tomorrow and cancel your card.
Cancel your card.
This is the cancel culture that they want to live in?
Great.
Embrace the suckiness.
And you know what?
And thank you, Mark.
You know, what this did to my company this week was devastating.
If people knew, you got to realize, This million-dollar line of credit, every day, everybody, MyPillow buys AdWords on Google and Facebook and our shipping with the U.S.
Post Office.
So if you get upwards of a million, you have to pay it down, and you keep paying it down.
Otherwise, they could shut those off.
So we've never, ever been shut off.
We've always paid our bill.
I've had them for years.
And out of the blue, they go for it.
And you know what they told us, Mark?
You know what they told us?
I said, why would you do this?
This was our rep last week.
I said, you need to talk.
You know, we can't have this happen.
It just shuts down our company.
And he goes, because you can't use debit cards.
They got a limit on it for a debit card, right?
And he goes, oh, we're doing this with a lot.
I asked the higher ups.
We're doing a lot of companies like this now with the economy the way it is.
No, you're lying.
That is a big lie.
And then I pleaded with them.
Yeah.
Well, I pleaded with him and said, Hey, you're going to, this was last Thursday.
Okay.
I said, you're going to devastate the company.
I said, this will be, you know, I don't even know what we'll do.
And he says, well, I'll talk to him.
This is a, this is a guy, right?
You know, Mike, I got your back.
This is the representative from American Express.
We've known for a long time.
And he said, I'll talk to the higher ups and we'll, you know, to try and get this resolved.
I said, you got to tell him.
You know, I have to have time to figure something out if they're going to do something like this.
And he went dark on me, completely cold, can't reach him.
I went silent, completely silent.
So finally I said, you know what?
I'm going to go public with this.
I've had it.
I'm so sick of it.
You know, what we've had to do now, I get, we put our debit cards on there and I got to hit this thing.
You know, did you really charge $10,000?
You buy blocks at a time for our shipping.
So if we can't, you know, by them cutting off our Google ads and Facebook and shipping, they did this intentionally to hurt my pillow.
And you're, I'm sick of it.
American Express, everybody.
So here's my call to action for all of those who are patriots like me.
Cancel your Amex card tomorrow.
And I plan to do that.
You don't screw with my friend.
You don't screw with American business.
You don't screw with free enterprise.
They don't even do that in Communist China.
Think about that.
The people that are watching this show, if you have an Amex card, cancel that tomorrow.
That's how you send a message to these financial tyrants.
Okay, so...
One thing I don't know about, and I don't want to spend a lot of time on this, but can I do what's called an e-check?
Can I write you a check to purchase pillows and sheets?
Because I'm gonna need to purchase pillows, sheets, and towels in the not-too-distant future.
If I can use what's called a, uh, either it's a bank.
Yeah, I believe you can.
If I don't, I don't have my assistant in here right now, but as soon as I'll let you know, before the end of the show, I'm sure we do.
We take checks all the time.
So I'm sure it's checked by check by phone that we do with my call center or on the online.
I believe on.
It's where you can choose either a credit card or a bank transfer.
If you can do that, that's how I'll buy my stuff.
By the way, you don't pay the 2.65% in the money handler's fee.
So you wanted to talk about Smartmatic and the article that I posted today.
So there's two terms that are used that are interchangeable, but they create a certain amount of inaccuracy within the lexicon.
One is indictment, the other is criminal referral.
So here's what's happened.
Smartmatic is accused out of Southern District of Florida, U.S.
Attorney's Office, of engaging in a bribery scheme with a Filipino elections director, elections, basically their national elections boss.
The allegation is from the U.S.
Attorney's Office out of the Southern District of Florida that as much as $15 million was paid to this election boss by Smartmatic officials, four of them who are unindicted co-conspirators, which means stay tuned, there will be more coming out of this.
But it's a criminal referral.
It was directed against the Filipino politician that facilitated the business transaction of just under $200 million of equipment, ballot counting equipment, that at its base has Smartmatic software.
Now, as much as Smartmatic wants to deny their Venezuelan vote-flipping connection, It is now fairly ubiquitous around the world that they have engaged in facilitating what we would now call a simulation of an election.
I no longer believe that we have free and fair elections.
We don't have secure elections.
We don't have transparent elections because why?
The courts are terrified.
of examining the code that underlies all of these machines.
That's why I support, along with Senator Borelli, Representative Biasucci, we have supported for a very long time transparency and security.
How do you get there?
Paper ballots, hand counting at the precinct level on election day.
You don't rely on a machine.
And by the way, we were talking about this earlier today.
I met with Senator Borelli.
There's a difference between a count and a recount.
It appears that the left is focused on the recount matter.
While we're focused, I shouldn't even say the left, I'm talking about the uniparty, the people that want to obfuscate what's going on in the background.
They don't want people to know that this is a simulation.
And by that I mean that they've already calculated the number of votes that they need to move from this place, that place, and the other place.
And by the way, we're engaged right now in a capital raise to try and get to the bottom of the voter roll analysis project.
How do we have so many phantom voters and phantom voter addresses in the system?
And we're talking about hundreds of thousands in every state.
These are voters that can be moved electronically from one place to another in order to simulate an election, okay?
So I want to be very clear.
The action that came out of the Southern District of Florida assistant U.S.
attorney went to a grand jury and they issued a criminal referral against a Filipino because of Smartmatic employees here in the U.S., four of them who are unindicted co-conspirators.
In order to transfer money to said individual to spread around and let's make sure that we have Smartmatic driven equipment in the Philippines.
And we're talking tens of thousands of vote tabulation machines.
They wanted to make sure that they had control of the election to advance the simulation.
Now, I got to believe right now, there's a whole lot of Filipino Voters and perhaps even Filipino elected officials who are beyond PO'd because somebody from the outside has come in and tried to run their election and put install, not elect, install individuals based upon the use of this software that was created in Venezuela.
We know Here's something, Mike, and I know that you've been on board with this for so long.
God bless you for all the money that you poured into this and your commitment to carrying me in the cases that we've had in Arizona courts.
People only need to ask one question.
Why are the vote, the fraud deniers, I will call them, election fraud deniers, because they tried to call us election deniers.
Well, they're election fraud deniers.
Why are they so terrified?
of a complete hand count comparison between paper ballots and machine count.
Why are they terrified about it?
Why would they go to the ends of the earth to prevent the inspection of that code?
In fact, Senator Borrelli posited this whole idea.
He said, look, bro, they were never going to let you be in office because you would have had access to the code.
That's right.
You bring up a good thing there, Mark.
We're sitting with all my lawyers and I've poured millions of dollars into this lawsuit with Smartmatic, just on the Smartmatic one alone.
They go, hey, we got a deposition.
We did a deposition and in discovery here, during the discovery, we're going before the judge because Smartmatic won't give us their source code.
You know what I said to them?
They're never giving us their source code.
Ever, ever.
It's not going to happen.
I tell my lawyers that quit spending money and right down the drain to get that.
They're not going to give it to us.
And, you know, and you brought up a good point is why?
All these people blocking us to be able to get to the truth.
And I want to say, I'm going to ask you this, Mark, you might've seen, you know, my whole thing of running for the RNC chair and all that, that all manifested into, I got to know the 168.
And as you know, in August, they put out a resolution for same day voting, paper ballots, hand counted, precinct level, signature required.
And when they did this, I want to ask you, haven't you found, maybe you haven't down in Arizona, but I think you have, just like I find across the country.
It surprises me wherever I go when the unit parties, I call them, these Republicans that call themselves Republicans, I guess it all started in Arizona.
You had Doug Ducey going, we don't want to, we certify, we certify.
The election was fine, but as the evidence is getting read.
My point being is, I really believe that this resolution now That he's going to make these blockers stand out like sore thumbs.
Like you go to your Republicans there and say, in your sense, say, why would you not want to go to paper ballots, hand counting?
Why do you still like the machine?
Why are you sticking up or blocking us from getting to the truth?
And now they're going to stand out like a sore thumb.
Just like, remember what they did when the RNC came out with the resolution last January for ranked choice voting.
They're against ranked choice voting.
Well, in Arizona, I mean, I wasn't in Arizona, but And these, there was like seven states where the Republicans are going, Hey, let's get this ranked choice voting, like Alaska, like, and, and here what happened then, as soon as they did the resolution, the, everyone sat down and go, wait, we're against ranked choice voting.
You didn't see these cowards stand up then by themselves and go, wait a minute.
I want it because now they're the minority there and they're going, and it all went away.
All those seven states we had problems with.
All of a sudden they went silent.
I'm hoping that this new resolution will help our efforts forward to get rid of these computers and these electronic machines and get to paper ballots hand counted.
And you guys in Arizona have spearheaded this fight from the beginning.
And, uh, and do you think, do you think, um, well, I'm going to ask you that.
Did it surprise you over the last couple, two, three years, That how much that you see these Republicans going, wait a minute, aren't you a Republican and you have an R behind your name?
Why wouldn't you want to check into this?
You got to be so surprised.
I could name names down there going back and, you know, and, but was that a surprise to you or did you know that from, you know, that you already knew that there was Uniparty or Republicans not there with R, you know?
Yeah.
That's a great question, Mike.
So we've known that for years.
And it's one of the things that, quite frankly, on November 30th, 2020, when Senator Borrelli and Representative Biasucci stood beside me with a couple of other members from the House and Senate, and we held the first ever, first ever election integrity hearing, never been done before.
Within a half an hour, the phones across Arizona were ringing off the hook, and the executive branch, the legislative branch, Shut this down.
What?
No, we were, we were, my job as an elected representative of the people is to do what?
To hold a hearing, to seek the truth, gather evidence and take action.
And that's what we attempted to do.
And from that moment, from nine o'clock in the morning, September 30th, 2020, or I'm sorry, November 30th, 2020, I have Yeah.
Absolutely.
been under relentless attack.
Yeah.
That means that we're over the target, brother.
We're over it.
Absolutely.
You're holding people accountable for the things that they have done, the skullduggery that's been involved.
Now, you know, there's something to remember here that Katie Hobbs in the 2022 election
was the senior elections official directly over an election that affected her.
Right.
Wow.
So in other words, what she did in 2020 and 2022, she signed off on an elections document
that she knew or should have known was fraudulent at its base.
In Arizona, that's a crime.
Wow.
Wow.
That's a crime.
It is an uncertifiable election.
So let's get back to Smartmatic because I know that that's why you wanted to have me on this evening.
So it's alleged, and I've got a bit of a statement here that I need to put out there as a disclaimer.
It's alleged that the Philippines Election Commission boss privately agreed and Smartmatic actually agreed on a price of $155 million for Smartmatic to provide the equipment to the Philippines.
That was the true price.
Now, We're also told that the Philippines Election Commission boss moved the cost up to just short of $200 million to pad the contract by $45 million, bringing the apparent price to just under $200 million.
Smartmatic, for its prowess, allegedly, and this is yet to be proved in court, pocketed $30 million in unjustified gain And another $15 million went to a kickback for the Filipino Elections Commission boss.
So currently there is a criminal referral that has been issued.
We'll wonder, we're going to see where this goes.
How did it ever come up in the first place?
How did they ever, how did it get this far?
How did it just get exposed now?
Or has this been in the courts?
Yeah, I'm not privy to this case, but from what I understand, it's been It's been bubbling up for the last couple of years.
Right.
And roughly a year ago, many of the pieces came together, but it wasn't until recently that the AAUSA in Florida was able to bring that in front of a federal judge and get a grand jury to look at it.
It's now been issued, the criminal referral.
Stay tuned to this one because I think what's happening, you know, we see this, we see what's happening with Carrie's new filing and In the Arizona courts, which affects every voter in the state of Arizona.
It affects every race.
You know, there's this notion that, oh, Al Fincham lost by 120,000 votes.
Actually, that's not true.
When you look at, for example, out of Yavapai County, Judge Knapper took a look at the requirements under Arizona law that you compare the mail-in ballot affidavit envelope signature With the voter registration card, voter registration record.
So you've got all these of the 15 county recorders.
They're all looking at other documents.
Well, if you're looking at documents other than their voter registration card to justify a signature, that's outside of the law.
And then of course, we had Kerry's last case in front of Judge Thompson, which was quite frankly, a joke.
You're going to compare a signature in under a second?
Tens of thousands of them?
Right.
So to say that I lost by 120,000 votes, that Kerry lost by 11,000, that Abe lost by 250?
Not 250,000, 250 votes.
that Kerry lost by 11,000, that Abe lost by 250, not 250,000, 250 votes.
They are terrified of us three being in office because they know that we're gonna look
under the hood of this thing and all of the special deals,
all of their simulations that have occurred over the last couple of decades are going to be found out.
They are terrified of that, my friend.
And that's where they are trying to debank you because you have been such a friend to election integrity, security and transparency.
I don't want to slight anybody, but man, you have put everything on the line.
I don't know anybody else, well, of course, other than President Trump, who has put 100% of their blood, their treasure, their sweat, their tears, their talent.
I don't know of anybody else who has put it all on the line like you have.
Well, thanks.
Thanks, Mark.
Brandon, do you have anything there?
I agree with what he's saying.
You've definitely put it on the line.
There's no doubt about that.
The fact that CNN, you want to make any comment that CNN and CNN Business is now picking up this article?
Any comment on that?
That's kind of interesting, isn't it?
I think it is interesting.
In fact, that tells you, a good friend of mine, Boone Cutler, and General Flynn have written a book called Citizens Guided Fifth Generation Warfare.
I highly recommend that people go out to Amazon and get a copy.
At the end of the day, in the final analysis, these people are terrified.
And when they start looking at spin on CNN, which has what, 12,000 people subscribing?
You know, and they try to, well, you know, they advanced the lies.
If you read the article, it's laughable.
They advanced the lies of election Hampering.
Okay, I'm calling these people for what they are.
You're election fraud deniers.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
So, you know, CNN has got, they've got their own problems.
I'm amazed to see somebody take on a major news outlet.
In fact, Inside story.
I was working in the jail in Kalamazoo, Michigan as a DPS officer the night that the shock and awe happened.
I got called in by command to say, Hey, I think I can see his name now because I don't think Jerry's alive anymore.
We need to have you come in and relieve Jerry Ludeking.
Jerry Ludeking was on General Schwarzkopf's security detail.
He left the jail, got on a plane, and 24 hours later is sitting his happy butt in the sandbox.
I watched on CNN the attack.
And from that point on, CNN went downhill as a news organization.
So I look at them now, and they are nothing more than a propaganda.
They're the American Pravda, quite frankly.
They're a propaganda organization that advances absolute fiction.
Right.
Okay, Mark, I got a question.
You talk about that advancing fiction.
I want to tell you, what do you think is worse?
This is the question I always pose to people.
We have all the, I call it the fake news, the CNN's of the world, right?
The Washington Post's of the world, the fake news.
What do you think's worse?
Those guys?
Or the foxes of the world that don't talk about elections that will never have you on for anything.
They will not talk about, I don't care if it even makes the news.
They're not going to have anything about elections on.
It's like a weather channel where you can't report hurricanes or tornadoes.
That's what they have become.
That's your foxes of the world, that we trusted them to at least report.
Do you know in Arizona, you guys down there, every time their news comes out of there, it's just news!
You know, like the time, you know, and you don't hear about it on Fox.
So you don't hear anything.
You don't hear good or bad.
So what do you say to that?
What do you think does more damage?
And this is why I believe we're in the world we're in now where you, we, it was so important to have Lindell TV and, and your, um, your real America's voice.
You're all these other words of the world on all the different social media platforms.
Now, go ahead.
So I've got a visual metaphor for the Weather Channel, OK?
Bear with me for just a moment.
Well, we've heard we might have, but Logan, let's try and get a hold of Fox and see what they have to say about what we're talking about in a little bit.
But I think that you raise a very interesting point.
I think it's I don't know which one does more damage because as Rush Limbaugh used to say, you have the low information voter.
The individual who gets, there's a reason that Twitter has 160 characters.
Because the vast majority, and this is going to offend a lot of people, I'm sure, but the vast majority of the American polity has the attention span of a gnat.
They hear something and they run with it.
It doesn't matter if it's true.
And that's where CNN has been able to, quite frankly, be the Pravda of America, that they can promote a total BS program that supports a simulation, not an election, and they get away with it.
I think the point that you raise is perhaps one that I think is the travesty of American media.
So let's digress for just a moment.
The First Amendment not only has rights, but with those rights come responsibilities.
Yes, you have the right to speak freely.
In fact, we're engaged in a case right now that is going against New York Times v. Sullivan.
You can essentially say anything you want to about a public official, and there's nothing they can do about it.
It doesn't have to be true.
It can be gossip, it can be outright lies and fabrication, but you can say it because you have, under New York Times v. Sullivan, you have the right to say anything you want to about a public figure.
Our case out of Yuma County, when I was accused of being a so-called insurrectionist that was present at the Fed's erection, the thing that the FBI and all the three-letter agencies actually promoted as an assault on American democracy, Which, by the way, we're a republic, not a democracy, but I digress.
The whole point in this is when you've got a propaganda organization that has free reign to tell people, program people's minds as to, well, this is what's going on and not be questioned at all.
And when you are questioned, you throw up the, Oh, you're an election denier.
No, I'm an election skeptic.
When you have an organization like Fox and some of the others who have, quite frankly, acted as cowards on the battlefield, this is a battle of information.
This is fifth generation warfare.
It is the battle of the mind.
What they are trying to do is convince the people of America that they are actually engaged in an election, when in reality, It is a simulation of an election because we are not permitted to look at the code on the damn machines that are counting the vote.
We're supposed to rely on, oh, well, you cast your ballot, we've recorded it, and here's what the result is.
Really?
How about this?
Hand count paper ballots on the day of the election at the precinct level.
I'm not saying one day for elections.
I mean, we've got elections in, for example, Maricopa County.
I don't know how you would process 2.5 million voters in a day.
That's impractical.
But we do have election month.
I'd like to see it election weekend, but you have early voting where ballots can be received and they can be sequestered until such time as we can count them In public, in public, recorded digitally with cameras overhead.
Well, Mark, how do you think, how do you think we counted those two million some votes in the nineties before the machines?
We did it by hand at the precinct level.
That can be done anywhere.
Well, you know, if you have enough personnel, if you have the right structure.
Absolutely.
And we've, we've, we've shown it can be done.
We've did it this last spring with Osage County.
We're going to have to revisit that because that process has been lost the time.
Now, if we build that process, and I'm not sure that we can do it by 2024, but I would be happy with it.
Paper ballots counted by hand at the precinct level on election day.
Those four elements and quite frankly, Mark Cook and the, let's see, what is it?
The hand count?
I forget the tour that he's on through Texas.
By the way, we have counties all over the country now that are opting into paper ballots, hand counting on election day at the precinct level.
We have over a hundred that are committed for the 2024 election.
So what we're doing is we're proving, through probably the presidential preference election, we're proving the theory of the case that it can be done.
Let's take a step back.
Well, we already did, Mark.
I don't want you, I want you to know this.
We did it this spring in Osage County, Missouri.
Democrats, Republicans both worked together.
This was a real election.
This was their election in this spring in Osage County and it was done.
You know, so it's, uh, we've got the, we've got the different systems to do it.
Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
I think what's happened here with the, um, the, this criminal referral out of Florida.
It's going to pop the cap, if you will, off of Smartmatic's involvement in elections across the world.
And I got to say with what I'm reading and the pleadings and all the documentation, this sounds very much like an agency op that has been run in multiple countries around the world.
You know, I kind of get to that place where Now I understand why so many countries hate America.
Because we have interfered with their elections.
We've made them selections.
We've made them simulations so that the people are led to believe that they elected somebody and then they're left scratching their head saying, okay, wait a second.
Kerry's a great example.
It took her 10 days.
This has never been done in the history of Arizona.
Okay.
We have a system where you can sign a candidate's petition online.
10 days from the time she announced to the time she had the requisite number of signatures to be on the ballot.
10 days.
The most popular candidate for governor in the history of the state.
And she lost?
She got like, what, 200,000 votes less than the Your state auditor who nobody knew.
So what did people go down to the ballot and go, you know what?
I'm not going to vote for Mark Fincham or Carrie Lake, but I'm going to vote for this auditor.
I'm going to, I'm going to vote for Katie Hobbs.
Uh, the worst, uh, secretary of state in the history of a, of a state and most corrupt.
And I'm going to vote for her.
It just didn't make sense.
I want to go back though.
I want to say to everybody, And maybe you don't even know this, Mark.
Smartmatic, you know, everybody knows they only have one county in the United States, L.A.
County.
Well, L.A.
County, in the 2020 election, we got the cast vote records for L.A.
County, everybody, and we took those.
Now, we've had to do, this is part of my big lawsuit with Smartmatic, we've had to take that and We've looked at that image and stuff with the cast vote records and those, what do you call it, algorithms and those basically footprints.
And we compared it to Mesa County, which we have right up here on Frank's Beach inside the machine, which is Dominion Machines.
Dominion Machines in Colorado in Mesa County in the 2020 election.
Those two, if you can't, because remember, you can't get to the source code there, but we got the cast vote record.
And then over here, we have the actual images that were deleted and we have those.
You compare those two, identical.
So when I've always been saying all along, you got your Smartmatics, your ES&S, you got your Dominions, you know, Everyone's Dominion's got all the limelight here because they went around and sued everybody, and so did Smartmatic.
But then you've got ES&S there too.
It doesn't matter what machine brand you have, we have selections and not elections.
And, you know, you talk about looking at the last country, and I've said it before, all these countries that have been taken by the machines, you go to Brazil being the last one.
My good friend, President Bolsonaro, Down there, they have machines.
They have no paper.
It's just the machine.
So here's your one-day election, and they just, you could just have, if you wanted, you could have two lights on there.
Bolsonaro and Lula, right?
Lula, fresh out of prison, six years early.
And the light comes on, ding, ding, ding.
At the end of the election, and the winner is Lula, fresh out of prison, six years early.
He's your winner.
Well, they would not let them audit.
There's no way to audit it.
It's just why have an election?
It's just this election.
So that's the lack of transparency that I'm talking about.
Frankly, I know you're intimately involved in the case that Carrie and I brought in in Arizona that deals with black box ballot tabulation equipment.
So the term black box means we can't see inside of it.
Again, I go back to my good friend Senator Borrelli is like, dude, they could not afford to let you anywhere near those codes because they know that you're an investigator and that you would call for a special master and supervision by all parties to go through that code with a fine-tooth comb.
Now, there might not be anything in it.
There might be malware.
There might be an access point.
But for example, Mark Cook in the hand count roadshow showed that in a millisecond, you can slip a thumb drive in, flip boats and be out, and there's no log entry.
Now, one of the things I think, I want to make sure that we talk, I think we need to reset the lexicon around what's going on here.
away from election fraud and move more towards election misconduct.
Now, we have sovereign misconduct, and we have external misconduct.
We have sovereign misconduct, which is individuals on the inside, just look at Maricopa County, how they can defend What they've done is beyond me.
They have purged themselves.
Scott Jarrett should be in jail.
Republicans, right?
These are Republicans, right?
These are allegedly Republicans, but it doesn't matter.
Let's take Republican and Democrat out of the equation.
These are individuals who have a responsibility to see to it that every vote that is legally cast is counted.
And those that are not legally cast are set aside.
We've got Scott Jarrett who perjured himself on the stand.
We've got this, what, 70, 74 page new case that Kerry has brought.
And quite frankly, I think Kurt Olson, the frog man, is a brilliant attorney.
We have now got the evidence in the most recent filing to show all of the, this is literally sovereign fraud, but it's misconduct.
It's malfeasance.
It's maladministration.
These are crimes in Arizona.
The people of Arizona deserve to have redress.
Will we ever see individuals prosecuted for this?
Not under a Democrat governor, a Democrat Secretary of State who, by the way, is a Sinaloa cartel drug attorney, and not under Chris Mays, who wants to go off and prosecute people for Interfering with abortions and, you know, she wants to go off and run after climate change justice.
We're looking at real crimes here.
Let's talk about the border invasion that we've got coming across Arizona.
We are awash with individuals traveling through our state, going to other states, by the way, New York City.
All of a sudden, the woke crowd is saying, well, wait a minute.
We wanted to be a sanctuary city or a sanctuary county, but we didn't think it'd be this bad.
Well, hold on.
This bad?
So you're okay with Arizona having to suffer, but not your community?
Right.
This is surreal to me.
This is not the country that I grew up in.
And as an individual who spent 21 years of my life advocating for the rule of law as a DPS officer in West Michigan, I believed in the system.
I believed in the judicial system that if I brought a good case to court, that if I delivered my investigative work product, To a competent prosecutor that we would prevail.
We didn't always.
Probably lost maybe 10% of the cases that came up.
But I did my job.
Where the hell are those people today?
They're non-existent.
DOJ?
Deconstructed.
The FBI?
Needs to go away.
These are weaponized organizations that now are advocating for the bad guys.
Absolutely.
The whole Smartmatic thing.
I am thrilled to see that an AUSA was able to bring this forward because maybe now we can finally get some attention brought to what appears to be a simulation.
That's right.
And the last thing I'll say, and I'll have to let you go, Mark, but thanks for coming on.
But I want to ask you, I want to say this.
Another thing that people need to realize, we paid as taxpayers for these machines.
And I've said it many, many times.
If someone was out there accusing my pillows of having rocks and knives in them, I wouldn't just go sue them, I would open up the pillow and say, look it, there's no rocks or knives!
You know, this is what, this is what I wanna, I wanna put this to you before you go.
Think of this, everybody.
If you have Smartmatic and Dominion out there suing everybody and they won't show us what's inside the machine, how about if you were the competition down there, which is ES&S, The big gorilla in the room out of Omaha, Nebraska, and they're down there.
If I'm that, I'm going, hey, look inside our machines.
We have nothing to hide.
Heck, you know, and they haven't done that, everybody.
Neither has Hart.
Neither has any of these other machines.
We pay them as taxpayers.
This is disgusting.
And it's what this, it's what's brought everything down.
But you're, but having Smartmatic, and you said it right, Mark, having them be accused, maybe, Maybe the media just once would go, hey, I'll go attack these machine companies and say, why won't you show us what's inside?
Instead of going after companies like MyPillow and attacking USA made families and their, and their, and their, you know, employee owned companies.
And it's just, it's disgusting that You know, here's, especially like I look at my company, my pillow, America's Darling, all of a sudden, because their CEO says, hey, we got problems with our elections.
And nobody bothers to bash these machine companies.
Do you know Dominion sued over 200 people and platforms or sent them threatening letters coming into 21?
Now in 21, they did all that.
We actually took a case, which didn't get any publicity.
These citizens took a case.
They went and got home security systems.
They took a case and went after Dominion.
And that just has been sitting there suppressed.
The media doesn't pick that up.
Don't they care about our U.S.
citizens?
It's disgusting.
But Mark, I want to thank you for coming on.
And you guys are the spirit down there in Arizona.
Is there any website or anywhere to support you?
Do you have anything going on right now that we can help out?
Well, there's a couple things going on.
First of all, because I'm not in office, And I'm waiting on what the court does with our challenge to the election.
I have filed for State Senate up in Yavapai County, which is Prescott and up in that area.
At the same time, I'm leading an organization called the Election Fairness Institute.
And if folks want to see what we're up to, they can visit the site goefi.org.
Right now we're raising capital to do 30 counties across the United States, which are the worst of the worst, a voter roll analysis to identify those addresses and voters that have registered to vote at those addresses that are phantoms.
We're pretty sure that we've got something on the order of about 5 million voters that don't exist.
in the system that register to vote addresses that are impermissible.
So go here.org people can click the donate button, even if just give 20 bucks a month to help us fund that.
It pays huge dividends.
Mike, thank you for what you're doing.
And by the way, one last time, I'll be canceling my American Express card tomorrow.
Okay.
All right.
Thanks, Mark.
Thanks so much.
God bless you.
Hey, Brandon.
Hey, Theo.
In the time we have remaining, I want everybody put up, Logan, put up the Lindell Legal Offense Fund, because one of the things I didn't mention there, all the Carrie Lake and the Mark Fincham case they're talking about down there, that's funded by the Lindell Offense Fund, everybody.
Everyone, you get your money into there now, that's just one of the things we're funding.
That case, it just went to the, I believe it was the 8th Circuit of of appeal down there.
And if they don't, if they block it again, or they vote it down again, we're going to the Supreme Court, the big nine.
This is one of the most important cases in the country right now.
So support the LyndonOffenseFund.org.
And by the way, everybody that also if you go there, check out the plan to secure our elections.
This is all, this is where, this is the plan.
I was just with General Flynn, you know, Brad, I've been, you've been covering for me.
I've been to all these different states.
We just had a big meeting on, uh, you know, and went through every part of the plan.
You know, he's, uh, he, we've, uh, collaborated on this together and, uh, General Flynn has got, he's, he's so excited.
He goes, we got to move on this now.
I go, I go, absolutely.
We're moving on now.
You know, we were both, and, uh, he's, uh, He's like me about 18 hours a day and his one focus is securing these elections now.
And he loves the plan.
And it's not just a plan, everybody.
It's all there.
We're doing it right now.
We've ordered the devices.
I know I'm not even going to say who did it.
They came out with an article against myself today.
And we thought, if I mention his name, he'd probably even, it would just give him notoriety.
But he came out with an article saying, Mike Lindell is, you know, spending a hundred million dollars on drones with Wi-Fi sniffers on them.
And I'm going, you know what?
Are you that uneducated that you don't realize this has nothing to do with a drone?
What we're doing, everybody, just to A quick update on that.
We have the devices that were developed.
They tell you when a device goes online.
Brandon, I'm going to get one, you know, for me personally, because, you know, if I'm in my house at night and I have this thing set, any device that would come close to my house and all of a sudden it's online, let's say an intruder and he's got a cell phone that's online, right?
Or you can, or you're in your house or in a hotel and you see, which, you know, maybe there's a, what, what's online.
What's not, you know, some camera.
I don't know.
You know what I mean?
These have a lot of uses, but what we're using them for in the election, everybody, we're going to give them out to the officials that asked for them.
Everyone keeps saying, Mike, how do I buy one of them?
You can't.
We're getting, we're taking donations at the Lyndaleoffensefund.org to finance these first, this first big election here.
And, uh, this fall, uh, we have big ones in Louisiana, Mississippi and Kentucky, everybody, but we're going to have, hopefully have a presence in all 50 states for any down ticket elections or whatever.
So what these devices do is they detect if these election machines, if they pop online, remember, they said they're not aligned, Brandon.
They're not aligned.
Well, who's getting these?
Who's getting up?
Are the officials.
That are running the elections.
We've had so many requests from, uh, you know, election officials, whether they're commissioners, whatever, and say, can I get one of these devices?
Cause the machine companies told me they weren't online.
Well, we're going to give it to them.
So, you know, so they can monitor their own elections and go, Oh, wow.
They did lie to me.
And then, you know what they're going to do?
They're going to go, you know what?
These machines need to be melted down and turned into prison bars.
That's going to be the whole thing.
We get through this fall.
False election.
But we need your help.
Go to LyndellOffenseFund.org.
I'm out of money.
I've been transparent about that.
They've attacked my pillow.
They've attacked me.
They just did what American Express just did, everybody, if you're tuning in late.
And my pillow We've been with American Express for as long as I can remember with a million dollar line of credit.
So we, every day we do our shipping, we use the card to buy our, um, our Google AdWords, Facebook stuff.
You need these cards for every business uses it.
And, uh, we've always paid.
You have to, or otherwise they turn off those AdWords and your shipping.
They, last Tuesday, they reduced us from 1 million to $100,000 and, It basically decimated us.
I mean, we can't, you know, we had to react and try and get debit cards to use to buy that.
And I wasn't going to go public with this, but you know what?
I've had it.
I don't care.
You know, American Express, if you want to do any more attacking, you can do this.
I don't know if they can do anything more to me, Brandon.
You know?
I mean, it's just, these are my employees.
This is an employee owned business.
And I said at the beginning of the show, you guys, You know, we've got everything on sale for you at MyPillow right now.
Uh, for the new Procale 2024 sheets.
Uh, we got the towels, six pack towels, both of these things, $39.99 for the Queens here, $39.99 for the towels.
We've got the MyPillow 2.0.
Seems like everything's kind of like $39.99, but these are the king size are $5 more.
This is how you can support us, everybody, and use that promo code.
One of the things at the beginning of the show, when I had all these, I didn't tell them the promo code.
Maybe Logan had that up.
L77, everybody.
L77.
There's the MySlippers on sale.
We've got all these things on sale, and that's how you can help support MyPillow.
But one of our biggest needs is to secure our elections.
And that's that LyndaleOffenseFund.org, everybody.
LyndaleOffenseFund.org.
And I'm going to say now before we go, the Frank Social app.
Frank Social.
Go to the app store, everybody.
Get the Frank Social app and click on the election button.
You'll get the election stream.
It's up now.
We have all 50 states.
Find out what's going on in your backyard.
We need to spread the word of what's going on.
The Frank Social app.
There it is, right there.
Logan just put it up there.
Before we go, Logan, does Fox have any comment on today's show at all?
