This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
All right, welcome.
Glad you're with us, Brandon House here.
We are live, which is usually the case, 6.06 p.m.
Central Time, and we're getting on the air just a little late because we have breaking news.
I was getting briefed on it.
I was getting up to speed on it.
I'll tell you what the breaking news is concerning Mike Lindell in just one moment.
Mike is at a wedding.
Family comes first, right?
So he's at a wedding.
He's out.
Otherwise, he would be here because this is a big story.
So he said, Brandon, you got to go on and you got to tell the story because people need to know this.
And if it were just some other normal business meeting, I'd just step out of the meeting and come on.
But, you know, it's a wedding.
It's important.
And I can't just get up and walk out.
So, if it was just a normal business meeting, I could do that.
But, hey, you know, there's decorum.
I just can't just get up and walk out.
So, he's not here because he's at a wedding.
He's got a family function.
He's got a function of family and friends.
So, here's the deal.
Here's the breaking news.
Take a look at my screen.
This is from The United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
Do you guys all remember when the FBI at the Hardee's blocked him in with a couple cars and then stole his phone?
Well, that, you remember, he sued over.
And Mike's like, I want my phone back.
I got pictures on there of my grandkids.
Pictures that can't be replaced.
I got pictures of my dad on there.
His father, as you guys remember, just recently passed away unexpectedly.
I got some very important pictures on there.
I want my stuff.
I want my property back.
And the government, in their initial argument, was like, basically, we can hold your stuff indefinitely.
Well, if you'll remember, the judges, when they heard the case there in Minnesota, were a little like, what?
And so this decision has been made.
The United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, they have ruled today, and I cannot find this positive I think we all know that.
It doesn't fit their agenda, right?
All I hear is them flipping the narrative and reporting negatively.
Why does the media not want to report the story accurately?
I think we all know that.
It doesn't fit their agenda, right?
Well, here's the breaking story.
This, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has declared the federal government cannot hold your property
indefinitely without proof of some kind of crime or reason to therefore hold it indefinitely.
Now, I'm not an attorney.
I'm not an attorney, but I have talked today to three attorneys, two of them that have been involved in the case.
So, what is going to happen?
According to this, and I've read it, and then I got a couple attorneys on the phone to say, you know, all this legalese you guys talk, speak like laypeople, the bottom line is, The 8th Circuit has ruled that there needs to be a hearing on why the government should not give back Mike Lindell's phone.
So the courts have said, you know what?
You can't just indefinitely hold someone's property without cause, without justification, legal justification.
We need to know the reason.
You can't just take his phone and then just say indefinitely, say we're just going to keep it indefinitely.
No, it doesn't work like that, guys.
So the 8th Circuit has ordered a hearing to hear what the government can come up with as to why they should not return Mike Lindell's phone.
So victory for Mike Lindell!
And maybe, maybe that's why the media, and I've searched several articles today, are not reporting what I just told you.
Hmm.
Because it's a victory for Mike Lindell.
It's good news.
Not only for Mike Lindell, but for all of us.
Because, you see folks, when Mike Lindell takes on these cases, when, you got him?
Let's go to him then.
Alright?
When Mike Lindell takes on these cases and spends this kind of money, It's helping to set, hopefully, legal precedent for all of us.
So all of us are involved in this when Mike Lindell goes to bat.
Now, I was not planning on using my earpiece because I wasn't planning on having a guest, so I'm going to put it back on.
And we are going to be joined by Chris.
He's one of the attorneys that works with Mike Lindell.
Chris joins us.
Chris, welcome to the program.
Thanks for joining us.
Hi, Brandon.
Thanks for having me on.
I know we've got to have you on by phone, but we're just glad to have you on.
Again, I just told the audience, I'm not an attorney.
I read it.
I talked to you.
I talked to Patrick McSweeney.
I've talked to Kurt Olson today.
And as I understand it, the government's saying, look, you can't just indefinitely hold someone's property without cause.
And so the media is not reporting anywhere that I can find What I just told the audience, because I read this 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling here, they're ordering a hearing.
They're ordering a hearing, as I read it, to say, hey, tell us why you shouldn't be giving this phone back immediately.
Do I read this correctly as a layperson?
Brandon, you've left me nothing to talk about.
You just said it.
Yes, but that's exactly right, though.
That's what the court is essentially saying, is that The government just can't hold on to your cell phone, or in this case, Mr. Lindell's cell phone, indefinitely.
That they have to conduct a hearing and determine whether it's something that should be turned over sooner rather than later.
Obviously, it should be turned over immediately.
And that's what we're going to be looking for that.
Were the judges... How many sit on the Eighth Circuit, Chris?
Well, there's several judges at any one time.
The panel that we had, I believe, was three.
Three.
And it was the Federal Eighth Circuit out of Minnesota?
That's right.
That's right.
And were they shocked?
Were they shocked that the FBI still had Mike Lindell's phone?
I don't know that, you know, judges don't often show you whether they're shocked or not, but I would say that they were not happy to hear that the government had no response to whether the phone should be kept indefinitely.
The government came up with, in my opinion, which is a lame excuse, that they couldn't, quote, authenticate the phone.
That's a fancy legal expression, an evidentiary term we use to say that if they gave it back, they wouldn't be able to show that it was his data.
Well, that's just hogwash.
Everybody knows you can get experts to do that.
So, at the end of the day, I think it's a win for Mike.
I mean, he's got this ability to get the phone back, and it's a ruling that can be cited in the future.
Whenever the government tries to seize property.
And when is this hearing to take place?
Have they set the date yet?
Not yet.
I mean the ruling is so new that won't take place for probably a couple weeks.
Okay, so I was just telling the listening friends when they support LyndellOffenseFund.org and Mike doesn't take this stuff sitting down when he stands up and pushes back Is it an accurate statement, Chris, to say that when Mike Lindell does this, it's benefiting all of us?
Yes, I'd say so, but I'll tell you this.
You know, Mike is his own man.
I mean, he has his sights set on something, he goes after it.
And sometimes, I'd say a lot of the times he's right.
A lot of the times he's right.
But yeah, I would say that when Mike goes after it, he goes after it.
And in this particular case, this ruling does benefit all of us.
So, because it's saying to the government, you can't just take people's stuff and keep it indefinitely without cause.
So, in other words, what Mike is doing is fighting a case that will hopefully be more case law to keep the government in check, correct?
Well, yes.
We don't like the word case law, because at the end of the day, judges are not...
I love that.
I love that.
Now, I love that because I agree with you.
Christopher Columbus Langdell introduced the idea of case law.
I wasn't citing it because I'm a fan of case law.
Langdell did introduce it.
And he caused the modern legal profession to go awry.
Yeah, you and I are in agreement.
I'm impressed because, you know, a lot of lawyers don't know some of this.
So I wasn't citing the case law theory because I'm a fan of it because I've actually been writing against it for, well, in my book, Grave Influence in 2008.
But I know that that's how it's done, unfortunately.
So I'm, wow, that makes me encouraged to hear we have lawyers like you.
That's amazing.
Well, you have to argue both.
You can't just not argue the way modern law argues. You have to do both sets of arguments. That is to
say, you've got to argue the constitutional rule that on its face, you don't need any cases to
interpret it. And then on the other hand, you then have to say, but in case you want to interpret it
a certain way, cases that we typically look to as guidance. So hopefully
this is going to be a good hearing that gets the right ruling on the side of the constitution
and can be used in the future.
That's right.
And I predict, well, it already can be used right now.
That's the Eighth Circuit's decision right now.
I mean, it's been published.
So as far as I know, I think it's a published opinion.
But as far as I know, that can be used right now.
So that's a benefit right now.
In terms of Mike getting his cell phone back?
Fine.
That can happen at the lower court when they've remanded it for the lower court to conduct a hearing to determine whether the government's contention that It can keep the cell phone and definitely has any merit to it or not.
Awesome.
Chris, let me see if I'm going to say your last name correctly.
Kukarov?
Kucherov.
Whoa, wait a minute.
How do you get that out of that spelling?
I know, my father tried to make it sound more American, so he changed it.
So that it would be read phonetically, but I've been told that he failed.
Well, I read my phonics, so yeah.
Chris, say your last name one more time.
Cheroff, like a sneeze.
Yeah, Cheroff.
All right.
Wow.
But I got K-A-U-C-H-O-U-R-O-F-F.
Right, catch our off.
You actually are not only a smart attorney, you actually have a sense of humor.
Well, I know it's a rarity in my profession, I know.
It is a rarity in your profession.
Well, no wonder Mike Likes You and speaks well of you.
All right.
Well, thank you, Chris, for being with us and giving us this good news tonight.
All right.
Sounds good.
Take care, guys.
Have a great weekend.
Chris checking in.

So just go there.
LyndellOffenseFund.org LyndellOffenseFund.org Those are the ways you can help Mike Lyndell.
Okay.
All right.
There's been a lot in the news.
One of the items in the news you may have or may not have seen, and that is Joe Biden wants $10 billion, $10 billion for a climate change core.
Now, don't let that fool you, folks.
That is just masking terms.
A Climate Change Youth Corps.
Isn't that interesting?
What do they mean by that?
Well, I'll tell you.
What they're really doing, folks, and what they really want is to run our kids, our young kids and grandkids, through a social justice program.
One reason I know this, folks, is I wrote a book in 2008, that I referenced a while ago, called Grave Influence.
And in there, I dealt with Obama's plan and his legislation he had sponsored called the GIVE Act.
And the goal of that piece of legislation was to herd young people into social justice programs and then promise them all kinds of money.
Government money, stipend, housing, money to help pay for education.
And the goal was that maybe after college, they would then, if they chose to go to college, they could get some help with that then.
And then they would go into becoming workers either for the government or non-profits.
The objective?
To turn them into community organizers.
To turn them into community organizers.
Well, this was the plan put out by Obama, and he actually had an organization he worked with called Public Allies.
And even Business Investors Daily did a piece on this and said, when they interviewed some of the young people who went through it, that it was nothing but a bunch of isms.
Isms.
A lot of teaching about how America's a racist country.
And male-dominated, patriarchal society.
They pushed the whole isms.
Moral relativism and whole sexual revolution concepts and ideas.
And it was a great article by Investors Business Daily.
And they referred to it as Obama's boot camp for radicals and government money.
Well, here's Joe Biden, and we know who's really running this administration.
Obama!
And we all know who's going to be running for president on the Democrat ticket.
Not going to be Joe.
Yesterday, Joe told the same story in a speech, minutes apart.
Do you see that?
Turnaround told the same story, just minutes apart.
And when asked about it today, uh, is he all there?
The press secretary said, oh, he was speaking from the heart.
Well, um, I'm not here to make fun of Joe Biden.
I'm just telling you, he doesn't have the wherewithal to be president, much less run for president.
And so in will come, I believe, as you'll hear on my show tonight, Roger Stone saying it's going to be Michelle Obama and he believes her VP pick will be Gavin Newsom of California.
Joe Biden will be allowed, he believes, to finish his term.
And the Democrat candidate for President and Vice President will be Michelle Obama and Gavin Newsom.
So we know this is pretty much who's running the show now, and now Joe Biden's asked for $10 billion to put together a youth corps.
Well, as soon as I heard it, I knew exactly what it was.
Climate Change Youth Corps.
Call it what you want.
This is to run people through a social justice program and turn them into a paramilitary organization.
A paramilitary organization!
Again, who's behind it in part?
Well, one group called the Sunrise Movement.
Sunrise Movement.
Sunrise.
And here's an article from 2020.
Radical left groups are already plotting a coup.
And this was back in 2020.
I'll be doing more on this on Sunday morning on my Sunday morning show here on Lyndell TV Worldview Report Sunday.
I'll be joined by some guests and we will explain to you how the Biden administration is wanting to run kids through a social justice program to train them to be basically radical anti-american community organizers that can be used by the government for whatever the government wants to use them for.
I don't know.
Make sure everybody's locked down in their quarantine?
Make sure everybody's got their shot?
Who knows?
Help with rounding up and taking people's weapons?
I don't know.
You tell me.
What does this government have in plan?
What do they have in store?
By the way, look at this.
Here's the Inspired to Serve.
Inspired to Serve.
This came out in March of 2020.
I began tracking this commission in February of 2018.
February 2018, I began to track this commission created by, wait for it...
Barack Hussein Obama, as he went out the door of the Oval Office, along with John McCain.
And then the report came out in March of 2020.
And guess what they're calling for?
Well, they're a part of AmeriCorps, and AmeriCorps is calling for community change agents that think globally and act locally.
So they want you to think about global values and beliefs in social justice.
Champion sustainable development.
What's sustainable development, folks?
It's Agenda 21.
Agenda 2030 is global governance rules.
End of private property.
No borders.
Everybody has to be tracked and counted.
Big government, big business merging together.
And isn't that interesting?
Already champion sustainable solutions and what is Joe Biden calling for?
Creating?
Climate Change Corps.
Nothing new here.
They just changed the name to fit the narratives.
So, this report, here we go, was put out by the Commission, submitted to Congress, and guess what they want?
They want to mandate community service.
Mandate it.
Service learning from kindergarten all the way through high school.
And guess what?
This will include private for-profit organizations and non-profit organizations.
Wow.
National service, civilian participation in any non-governmental capacity, including with private for-profit organizations and non-profit organizations, including with appropriate faith-based organizations that pursue and enhance the common good.
So, so you say, oh, at least faith-based.
We'll have them do that at a pro-life group.
Uh, no, you won't.
It has to be the appropriate ones.
Appropriate ones.
They're going to go for the social justice, liberal, left-wing, So-called faith-based organizations.
And you say, you're gonna have to do so many hours?
Look at this.
Oh, yeah.
They're gonna integrate classroom teaching and community service to have values of service.
Well, whose values are they teaching?
And they're gonna award National Service Fellowship to support individuals participating in a service year at any certified nonprofit.
Oh, they gotta be certified nonprofit.
And then we go on to find out that the people in the commission included like Ms.
Sean Skelly.
That's a dude wearing a dress.
That's right.
I think that guy is now part of military preparedness.
I'm not kidding.
In the abiding regime, I think he's now inside the military Pentagon working for military preparedness in that office.
But he said on this commission, a dude and a dress.
And as we went through the whole report, there's Sean, there he is again.
As we went through the whole report, we found out it's loaded up with Obama radicals that are all in favor of what Obama was pushing with public allies out of Milwaukee and Chicago before any of us knew his name.
Yep.
And so, here's a Michelle Obama talking about it, pushing it, public allies.
And this is exactly, here's that Investor's Business Daily.
Michelle's boot camp for radicals declared.
So let me tell you something, folks.
When you see them calling for youth organizations and $10 billion, you need to understand what they're talking about.
And if you say, well, I homeschool, so I'm going to get all my kids not to be a part of this.
Sorry, look at this.
To receive a high school diploma, all homeschooled pupils Shall be required to pass an assessment in civic education, as described in Section 4C, and shall complete a student-led applied civics project, as described in Section 5B.
In other words, homeschoolers will not be opted out.
Christian school students, you will not be opted out.
So I will deal with this on Sunday morning for an hour in great detail with a very special guest.
Worldview Reports Sunday here on Lyndell TV.
Most of you are probably not aware of this story.
It's not as maybe as exciting as some of the other stories out there, but this involves our children and our grandchildren.
Very important story.
So we'll talk about it and you'll find that on Sunday morning on Worldview Reports Sunday here on Lyndell TV.
All right.
What are we going to now, Logan?
We're going to go to a LifeWay special recorded by a guest with Mike Lindell.
Again, Mike is at a wedding.
Otherwise, he would be here.
But we wanted to bring you this breaking news story from the Eighth Circuit that there needs to be a hearing at the lower court, trying to tell the court why you guys at the FBI and the government think you're entitled to indefinitely hold his phone, which you are not, they said.
You have to have some reason to hold it legally.
We want to hear what that is.
So that's the breaking news tonight.
All right.
Don't forget to support Mike.
MikePillow.com, promo code L77.
Thanks for watching the live portion of the program tonight.
And we will go to this special recorded by Mike Lindell and his very special guest.
Thanks.
Thanks for watching.
Today, we're going to be interviewing David Schmidt.
He has the company LifeWave.
And I'm telling you all, this is one of the most amazing products, if not the most amazing product I've ever, uh, that I've ever used or come across.
Um, David, I've been with you, uh, uh, let's see, I started, I don't know, like three months ago.
And, um, I've, uh, I've noticed quite a difference, but my, I've got so many of my friends and employees where it's made these remarkable.
I call them little mini miracles in their health and everything.
Why don't we start with who you are and how life wave got started?
Yeah.
Thank you, Mike.
Really pleasure and appreciate your time.
So my background is I'm an inventor and entrepreneur.
I've been developing products for most of my career.
And back in the nineties, I had a company.
And we were designing survival equipment for the US Navy through government contractors.
And I was put on a project where we were looking to improve the survivability of a crew of Navy SEALs that were going to be on a mini-sub.
And I was asked to see what type of contribution I might be able to make to the project.
So long story short, I did several years of research and I came up with this concept that we could create a device to increase energy and stamina by burning more fat on the body and then do that with light.
So, uh, I started LifeWave in 2002 and we went into market in 2004 and, uh, it's been going incredible ever since.
Wow.
Okay.
But, um, now can you explain what these, uh, I've got in my hand here, I don't know if I can show that, um, is, uh, they come everybody in these little, um, or like these little patches you put on, uh, and, uh, I've got one in the back of my neck right now and one of my stomach, um, And so, I guess, what is LifeWave?
What is phototherapy?
I mean, there's a couple of different words here.
I just use them.
I'm not real familiar with how they all work, but can you tell us how they work and are they, is there a patents on me?
I mean, can I get into the actual product itself?
Yeah, sure.
So this is a technology that I invented and we have multiple patents on.
I currently patents globally on this technology along with other things that I've invented over the years.
And basically, this is a nanotechnology device.
It composes natural materials that are such things as stereoisomers of amino acids and sugars, and they're processed in a very specific way so that when you apply these devices to your body, They are activated by your body heat and they will stimulate the skin with very low levels of light.
So this is a form of phototherapy.
So what most people would be familiar with is you go out in the sun and sunlight will cause your body to make vitamin D. So there's this interaction between the human body and light.
And what we've done is we've applied this principle in a completely different way.
So the product that you're familiar with, which you're using and your staff is getting great results with is X39.
And this product stimulates the skin with light to activate the stem cells in the body, and this helps support a number of natural things like improving skin, improving energy, and so forth.
When the X39, so they, like everybody, if you can see this on the camera here, they all come in these little patches.
You peel them off and then you, you know, put them on different parts of your body here.
When you say it reflects light, I'm going back to what originally what you had told me.
Reflecting light, let's talk about the stem cells.
Does it actually help your stem cells, multiply stem cells?
What is it actually doing?
Yeah, that's a fantastic question.
So, back maybe around 50 years ago, a biochemist by the name of Lauren Picard discovered a naturally occurring peptide in the body that declines with age.
And the name of this peptide is called GHKCU.
It's also known as copper peptide.
And so, there is a parallel between decline of copper peptide levels in our body and stem cell activity.
So, what's been discovered is that copper peptide causes mobilization or activation of stem cells.
Copper peptide is also a very powerful gene modulator.
So, it will reset about one-third of the human genome to a younger, healthier state.
So, very simply, you apply X39, and we have clinical studies that show that after you apply it, within 24 hours, blood levels of copper peptide goes up.
So, it's just like the example, you go out in the sun, sunlight elevates vitamin D, you put on X39, it elevates copper peptide.
These elevated levels of copper peptide, in turn, activate the stem cells so they can do a better job at repairing the body.
Right on.
Okay, then you have another one.
I'm just telling my audience, you have, there's, this is the X39 everybody, but there's also, there's many of them.
I'm going to go to one that's worked really well with, I have a gal that she had so many stories already that I've heard that at first you're finding, how can this work?
How can these little patches work?
One of them is a, it's called the Ice Wave Patch, and that's, it's the pain, the pain one.
Now, why does that, does that one work different than an X39?
Is there some different, different material on there?
Does it still work with the phototherapy?
And is it, well, I have another question.
Let's go with that first.
I have a lot of questions about the pain one, because I've, you know, I've seen it work.
I've heard it from my employees.
I have one that was an amazing story where she, she couldn't, She has a metal in her neck and all this stuff, and she was in chronic pain.
Two car accidents, and she's one of the biggest ones going around going, you won't believe it!
It's a miracle!
It's a miracle!
So can you tell us what, you know...
What is that one, particularly the Ice Wave?
Yeah, so Ice Wave I developed back in 2005.
And this also is a phototherapy product.
So all of our patches work based on phototherapy.
And to your point, each one contains different materials.
that stimulate the skin with different wavelengths of light.
And we have over a dozen studies on ISO.
We did at General DeSante Hospital in Lyon, France.
And we did that with the most well-known pain management medical doctor in France, Dr. Pierre Volkmann.
And that was a clinical study that was double-blind, placebo-controlled
with 75 people. And 96% of the people in the study got relief of pain.
So that's extraordinary because usually pharmaceutical drugs 40%, 50%, 60, this was 96% responders and the only thing we're doing is stimulating the skin with light.
So It essentially what this product does is it improves energy metabolism within the cell.
And because there's two ice wave patches that you apply around the pain, what this does is it normalizes tissue conductivity and reduces inflammation.
So within two, three minutes, people can get drug-free reduction in pain.
Right.
Now, is that another question that's come to me?
I'm just getting it from different people because they, you know, you get people that are skeptical and then they're surprised when it does work.
One of the things they say is, is it relieving the pain?
It's not.
Is it relieving or basically?
It's relieving the pain.
I get that.
But is it?
Is it curing it, or is it just masking the pain?
These are questions I get all the time.
Now, the gal I told you about with her neck, she doesn't use that one anymore, and because it's gone.
I'm just saying her individual experience.
I'm asking you, is it, or do you know, is it more of a, is it doing both sometimes, or is it, go ahead.
Yeah, it's not an analgesic like a drug like aspirin or Tylenol, right?
So it's not masking the pain and we're not building a model here, a business model like the pharmaceutical companies.
We don't want people dependent on our products.
These products are designed to facilitate healing.
The human body is always going to heal itself.
It's the question is, can you provide the right environment?
So when people get proper rest, they get a great diet, they exercise, they drink lots of water.
We're providing the environment for healing.
So that's what these patches are doing.
They're stimulating the skin with light to help support the human body's innate ability to heal.
So in with the IceWave product, what we're doing is we're stimulating the skin with light.
This improves energy production within the cell.
This then in turn helps to normalize tissue conductivity by reducing inflammation and this reduces pain.
So this is not blocking the pain.
It's not an analgesic.
It's supporting the process of relieving the pain as nature intended.
Wow, that's actually really good news, actually, because I've been asked that and I haven't had the right answer, but I don't know.
My simple things to these questions are, I don't know, which brings up one here since a lot of people are going to be seeing this.
I always I get asked, how about the FDA?
Is it approved by that?
What can other people say?
Like, all Christina does is, that's her name, I have the pain in her neck, so to speak, and then it's gone.
She's just going around telling what her experience, but Do the clinical studies back up claims and is the FDA approved or do they have to approve it?
Because you're not really taking anything and you're just putting a patch on.
So can you explain that someone?
So, we've been in business now since 2002 and we went to market in 2004.
So, we get inspected by FDA roughly once every two years and we operate a global business.
So, we have facilities all over the world.
So, we comply with Irish Medicine Board, with Ministries of Health in various countries and with FDA.
So, with FDA, We're regulated as a general wellness product.
So FDA has four categories, class 1, 2, and 3.
Class 1 is a self-declaration, class 2 would be a medical device, and class 3 is a drug.
The other class which we're in is general wellness.
So the FDA has a guiding document, basically says if you have a product that improves the flow of energy in the body, Right.
and you are not making medical claims, then you can self-declare under this category.
So that's what we've done.
And the other thing with FTC, which is a different matter, there you've gotta have clinical studies
that support the claims.
So over the past 20 years, we've done over 80 clinical studies,
and we've done traditional blood, urine, and saliva testing to document safety and efficacy.
And we also do a variety of different types of bioelectrical tests, like heart rate variability, EEG,
and they all demonstrate that the products are safe and they do exactly what we say.
Okay, let's talk about the FTC.
For anyone out there that's not familiar, it's when you do commercials and stuff, everybody on TV, and any claims you make have to be backed up.
So when you see me out there with my pillow products and we, you know, we'll make a claim made in the USA, that's got to be backed up.
You make a claim that it does whatever it does, that it improves your sleep or There it's actually very when you get very into very specific claims where you need to have that backed up by like you say a clinical study.
Can you give us a couple?
A couple things that can be said, big things that could be said right now that's backed by a clinical study.
Something, you know, has it been proven to reduce your inflammation?
Stuff like that.
Yeah, absolutely.
So for, you know, a really complete list, if people go to our website, LifeWave.com, and they click on the product pages, then they'll see for each product the approved claims that we have.
So, for example, with IceWave, you know, we're claiming that it is a tool for managing pain.
That's the proper, you know, legal language that we use with it.
Our energy patches improve the flow of energy.
They actually, what's based on clinical studies, is they actually improve and increase the amount of energy that's in the cell.
They increase the flow of energy through the body.
Our Eon patch relieves stress, reduces stress, reduces inflammation, and as a result helps to manage pain.
So yeah, we have all of those claims documented on our website.
So the website that I can put, and I'll be posting up here all the claims
that can be made that are backed by clinical studies, Yeah, absolutely.
If they're right, I can say it, right?
If it's on my website, you can say it, and it's backed by a clinical study, which is also on the website.
Okay, that's awesome.
I know one thing.
Let's go back to the, and there's so many different ones, everyone.
And I've never, like I said before, I've been, I've given this my own due diligence of three months of non, of using it every day.
I've used them every day.
I've noticed improvements, so many improvements myself that just personally, but heard so many stories.
I've never heard not one negative about the product at all.
Your skin has improved since the first time we spoke.
That's what I was going to say.
My biggest thing has been my skin.
I can tell that for sure.
I guess a couple things, a couple other questions.
If I skip a day, or if you forget a couple of days, do you lose the momentum you have, or do you pick up where it leaves off?
I guess something's better than nothing, or what's that question?
That's another question I have from someone.
Yeah, it's interesting, right?
So, it's like vitamins.
So, when you take it, you're getting the benefit.
If you go off it, you know, you gradually start to lose those benefits.
So, we did studies on this on our glutathione patch.
And glutathione is the body's master antioxidant and it helps to protect us against toxins in our food, air, and water.
And what was very interesting was we did a study, this was with Dr. Homer Nazaran, who's a biomedical engineer and at the time he was at the University of Texas in El Paso, and we used a Technique called interstitial scanning and we use this to measure the bioelectrical activity of the organs in the body But anyway long story short is what we found was that using the glutathione patch seven days per week gave about twice the benefits of wearing it five days per week and what this said to us is
We're being bombarded by all these foreign chemicals in our air, in our water, in our food.
So, we have to maintain our glutathione levels all the time.
So, if you skip a day or two, you know, it's not going to be catastrophic, certainly.
But the message here was that if we want to have the healthiest lives possible, And live as long as possible.
We need to be having a proper diet, drinking water, exercising every day.
Right?
Okay.
Well, you brought up the glutathione.
That's the one.
Here's another question that comes up because I've been using the glutathione, but I've been switching off with It starts with a C. Carnicine.
Carnicine.
Yeah.
Now, my question would be then, because the carnicine, what is the carnicine one?
That's more of a brain clarity type thing?
Well, carnicine is probably one of the most important nutrients that most people have never heard of and they're not doing anything about.
Carnicine is a very simple molecule.
It's a two amino acid peptide, and it's found in the brain and the heart
and the skeletal muscle and in the skin, but it protects the telomeres in our cells from shrinking.
So in animal tests, in mammal tests with let's say mice and rats,
you can actually get a 30 to 40% increase in lifespan by giving these animals carnosine.
So, what we found in our studies, we did a study with Dr. Lisa Tully, where we showed that using the carnosine improves strength and stamina.
We did a study with Dr. Tom and Helen Budzinski, which showed that with people over the age of 60, we could reverse age-related cognitive decline with carnosine.
And we did it in only 30 days.
So, Harnessing is incredibly important for our health and longevity and our stamina and strength.
Okay, which brings up my next question then.
I was recommended, and I'm going to ask you a couple of different questions about the recommendations of different things.
But I've taken the 39.
Can a person take a 39, a Cartagen, and a Glutathione every day, all three patches at the same time, every day?
I've had different people tell me different things.
Yeah, there's no reason why you couldn't.
Now, for full disclosure, which is very important, Is that the X39 will provide a mild increase in glutathione levels.
When I say mild, it's about a 30-40% increase.
We've had studies with our glutathione patch which show as much as a 300% increase in glutathione.
So what I would say is that if someone was interested in going through a detox, let's say they've been a smoker, they have a poor diet, Don't exercise.
Use the glutathione patch for a detox, but on maintenance, you could just use the X39 patch.
Carnicine is a different matter.
Carnicine is something you could use five to seven days per week.
Okay.
Okay.
So let's go back to glutathione.
When you go into a detox, do you suggest seven to days, 14 days?
I mean, what would be a good, or a month every day of that if you were doing a detoxing?
Yeah, so that depends on what you're trying to detox from.
And I've done, you know, one hour webinars on this subject.
So there's detoxes for heavy metals, for plastics, for parasites, the forever chemicals.
So it depends on what you're trying to get out of your body.
Spike protein, there's detoxes now for people that have vaccine regret.
Okay.
It depends on what you're trying to get out of your body.
So if it was, let's say it was vaccine regret, that'd be the, what would you take?
Because that's been brought to me too.
What would you, what would a person take if you had vaccine regret?
The E39 and the glutathione?
Well, first of all, I can't make medical claims about the patches.
Right, I understand.
Yeah, so what I'm going to refer to is Dr. Peter McCullough, who's a very well-known medical doctor in this field.
A friend of mine, yeah.
Yeah, okay, so I'm only going to say great things about him and that's why I'm referencing his work.
So, what Dr. McCullough would recommend in this case would be N-acetylcysteine.
N-acetylcysteine is an amino acid and it's used to elevate glutathione.
Also, natokinase and bromelain, which is a digestive is that natokinase is capable of dissolving the spike protein and the combination of N-acetylcysteine and bromelain is also capable of digesting or eliminating the spike protein either from COVID or from one of the mRNA vaccines.
So that's what I would recommend that people do because it's well documented now.
Okay, okay.
So let's take Um, so for, for, if I was going to take the E39 and the Cartagena, is there any, this is just for me now, personally, um, you're taking them, if I'm taking them too daily, is there any, another one that I personally would want to take being 61 years old?
Um, you know, I don't have any, um, you know, I probably don't eat real well, but I, other than that, I don't smoke, don't drink, that's long behind me.
Um, what would be, um, is there any other thing of those to recommend with the person?
It's just basically, I don't have any pain, so I don't have, you know, and then that's my question on that.
And then I also have a question on On the night one, we'll talk about the next question.
Yeah, so there's a couple possibilities here.
What I'd say is, if you're using X39 and carnosine during the day, that's fine.
I'd also recommend using the Eon patch at night.
That would be a really nice product to add.
And so Eon reduces stress, and when we look at how the human body ages, One of the complicating factors is stress, right?
So we all have stress in our lives.
We could have long work hours.
We could be under, you know, any different types of physical or emotional stress.
But over time, this has a detrimental effect on our bodies if it's a negative stressor.
An example of positive stressors would be things like intermittent fasting and exercise, right?
So exercise is we're applying a stress to the muscle and this actually can reset maybe about 77-78 genes to a more youthful state and of course it helps to maintain muscle mass and bone density.
But there are of course negative stresses and this leads to shortened lifespan and perceptible signs of aging.
So what the Eon Patch does is it helps to manage And reduce stress, put the body into a balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic drive.
And this has a effect of reducing inflammatory.
Would be one I would recommend.
You could take the Eon patch, just apply it, let's say, on the right side of the neck, where a lot of people hold tension.
And you're going to find it improves the quality of your sleep.
And it helps to manage your stress better during the day.
Right.
And I have used that one.
That's actually what I've been doing.
Okay.
So I guess I've been doing it right other than I'll just be doing the Cartagena every day now.
I guess one of the last questions is the X49.
I know a lot of what is that one developed for?
What is that Everyone asked me about that too.
Yeah, so that's a daughter product, I would call it, to X39.
You could say X39 is the parent and X49 is the daughter.
And so X39 elevates GHK-Cu, copper peptide.
X49 elevates AHK-Cu.
It's a subtle difference X39 is based off of the amino acid glycine and X49 is based off the amino acid alanine and it's a very subtle difference but basically what we found was that the X49 can help to improve bone density and improve strength and stamina and we also believe that it improves cognition.
So if let's say someone were an athlete and They wanted to improve their strength and stamina.
X 49 would be a great way to do that.
If we have, let's say women over the age of 50, they're concerned about bone loss.
X 49, uh, can help preserve their bone.
Okay.
Um, uh, another question, as long as you said that if I, um, if I'm a person that has, uh, um, Forgetfulness.
I don't want to use any medical things, but they're starting to forget things.
Is there something that's a combination that would be better for than others for their mental clarity or for Memory.
Yeah.
You know, uh, Mike, this is what's so exciting.
I turned 60 this year.
So, and I'm an inventor by trade and I'm also at this point, you know, running a big company.
So the type of things that I think about is how can I hold on to my mental clarity and my cognition and memory.
Right.
And so fortunately over the years, we've done a lot.
Uh, you picked the two best products, X39 and carnosine because we have studies showing how both of those products improve cognition.
Okay.
But there's a lot of other things that people can do.
One really important thing is DHA.
So DHA is found in fish like salmon.
It's an essential fatty acid and it can be obtained in a supplement.
It's an omega-3 fatty acid, right?
So you can get it from salmon or algae oil.
There's other nootropics that are out there for improving cognition.
And again, we can spend a lot of time, you know, kind of going through all of them.
But the basic thing is that there are nutritional answers to improving cognition.
People don't have to resort to drugs and they certainly don't have to reside themselves to declining mental faculties.
Another really quick example is creatine.
Creatine is very inexpensive, commonly available, and it's most known as being a product that improves muscle mass.
Bodybuilders use it to improve strength and muscle mass.
However, the brain uses creatine as part of its energy production cycle.
So, creatine has been shown to help improve cognition.
So, things like X39, carnosine, omega-3 fatty acids, creatine, are just a few examples of what people can do to improve memory and cognition.
Thank you.
Okay.
Where are the patches made?
Everyone keeps asking me that.
Are they made in the USA?
Made in the USA.
What?
I already knew that, everybody.
I already knew that.
Yeah.
But again, for full disclosure, we did open a manufacturing plant in Ireland.
Right.
And I will tell this to everybody.
You're going to find them.
the US and we still make them in the US. And as an American entrepreneur, I'm very proud of that.
Right. And I will tell this to everybody. This is a, you're going to find them, you chose to do a
multi-level marketing versus going to traditional marketing that I've kind of
Well, I'm kind of anomaly of my pillow.
I mean, kind of, you know, being able to mean ads on TV.
And we've had to, you know, back in the day when I had my pillow.
