This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and
achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
All right, welcome to the broadcast.
Glad you are with us.
Brandon House in for Mike Lindell.
Logan, will you email me that file Mike just sent you, please?
We are going to show you a plan, the plan.
Mike Lindell just sent it over to me to show to you guys, give you guys a sneak preview.
He is literally, he just called, he is on a plane with General Michael Flynn, and they've been meeting today on the plan.
I'm going to show you a little bit of the plan.
Today on this new document that's come over whoever laid it out did a great job laid out very nicely If you'll email that over Logan, I will show everybody that and In fact, I might be able to just show you at least the cover of it I think I have and then we're gonna be joined by Colonel John Mills and then we're gonna be joined by There we go, there it is there's the front there's the front right there guys the plan I think I might have it on my own computer here to send over to myself.
But there it is, and we'll be able to go through some of it here in just a second.
But also, yeah, I got it, Logan.
Also, we're going to be joined by Colonel John Mills.
We're going to talk about China.
And is some of our defense contracting tied up with China, meaning Are we dependent on China for military hardware?
We'll ask Colonel John Mills about that.
Then we're going to be joined by FBI whistleblower Kyle Serafin, and we're going to play several of the clips from the, I don't know, explosive hearings today with Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Chairman Jim Jordan said today the fix is in when it comes to the Attorney General, his oversight, the DOJ of the FBI, which is where many of the problems with the FBI started according to our former FBI friends like Terry Turchi, the former Assistant Deputy Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI.
David Baldivin.
Others.
The problem started when the DOJ began to take over the FBI and put their guy at the top versus a guy that came up from the culture.
From within.
And then they politicized the DOJ.
And today, Chairman Jim Jordan told the Attorney General of the United States the fix is in when it comes to the crime family, the Biden family.
And you guys are going after President Trump with One fake investigation after another and political persecution and trumped up charges, pardon the pun, while you cover and shield for the criminal crime family, the Bidens.
We'll play some of those clips and get a response from Jim, from Kyle Serafin.
Joining me first is Colonel John Mills, and then I'll show you a little bit of the plan in between those two interviews.
Colonel, welcome to the broadcast.
Thank you for joining us.
It's grand and always an honor.
Seems like I was just on here.
Yeah, it does, doesn't it?
Now you were, you were today, I called you, you were, were you on Capitol Hill today?
I was on Capitol Hill.
Luke Livingston and his wife had put together a great film called Innovation Race, which shows how we trashed our, I mean, the patent system is so important.
It's actually in our constitution.
Very few other countries recognize the patent is one of the foundations of our Of our, uh, Democratic Republic.
And, uh, we trashed it in the 2011 America Invents Act.
Never, ever trust a nice sounding piece of legislation.
It's like the 2002 Helping Americans Vote Act, you know, and the AIA from 2000 and, uh, uh, 2011, I was working on a parallel piece of cyber legislation.
I actually had some pen and eyes on the 2011 American Events Act.
But that in the end, you know, I've done a lot of pieces of legislation.
You've got to pressure test, you've got to red team your language to make sure it does what it's supposed to do and doesn't have unintended consequences.
But the AIA essentially set up this internal court system that isn't really staffed with legal judges nor technical experts, and big tech has used them to attack the up-and-coming innovators and crush them and take away
patents.
So in the past, an awarded patent was gold.
It was the gold standard for innovation in the entire world.
Everybody wanted an American patent.
The AIA Act was a fraud in the end because it set up this kangaroo court where big tech can just throw
endless amounts of money to just crush the small innovators.
Even after a patent is awarded, they'd strip away, chip away at their patent.
Now, what did China do?
China adopted our old system.
I don't have a patent, but it's a similar process.
I have a number of copyrights.
I have a Uh, actually trademarks.
Um, and, uh, um, I've noticed in the most recent trademark filing that I've put in, uh, I've had multiple lawyers from China plead with me to come and do my filing in China.
So, so horrible piece of legislation.
We felt, uh, the film has been out for a while.
The, uh, it's called the American, uh, uh, uh, uh, innovation race.
Just look up at innovation, innovation, race.com and a lot of great people, general Spalding.
Gordon Chang, a lot of great congressmen, Massey, and it's a bipartisan film.
So the bottom line, are you saying, is that China is stealing our intellectual property?
Well, now they almost don't have to because they have a better patent system.
Because they realized one of the foundations of America's innovation is innovation, and the foundation of our innovation is our patent system.
And so, why don't we just rip off the system?
They have instituted a system like we used to have before the 2011 American Events Act, which eviscerated our existing patent system.
Unintended consequences.
This is why you have to really, really, really read Red Team and pressure test this.
You have to literally do a tabletop and walk through all the scenarios.
And the goofballs, you know, don't count on your congressperson to actually read these things, because they don't.
We need to undo the 2011 Act because the number of patents have gone down in America.
Why get a patent?
Big tech will just crush you.
Wow.
All right, take a look at this on a different topic.
Gordon Chang tweeted this today.
Raytheon's chief executive says his company can't make weapons without China.
And he's now reinforcing the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party narratives, about the impossibility of decoupling.
It's time for the Pentagon to demand that the company find a new CEO.
Can you tell me about this?
First of all, tell our audience who Raytheon is.
I mean, it's like Lockheed Martin.
It's a military-industrial facility, our firm, correct?
Yeah.
Well, you know, most of our missiles, we've heard about the Javelin anti-tank missile in Ukraine, but a lot of our other missiles, such as the SM-2, 3, and 6 naval missiles, we depend on Raytheon.
Raytheon is one of our biggest makers of missiles.
Now, I think the CEO is revealing something that's not well known.
And as I was, I got an article, Epic Times asked me to do a kind of an out-of-sequence article on the F-35.
And I used to work at F-35 security.
That was one of the big issues because China was all, has been all over the F-35.
The F-35 is software as wings.
The reality is we have, and probably what she's, the Raytheon CEO is talking about, The F-35 has a number of exemptions from supply chain security rules because the components in the F-35, the one that just went missing, guess where they come from?
China.
There's componentry, there's rare earth metals, there's components made with these rare earth metals, where we have a number, I didn't even realize that because I'm a little out of date on the F-35, but I had to quickly get up to speed last night as I wrote the article.
We have a number of exceptions to policy for components of the F-35 and the parts are coming from China.
And the reality is the Air Force, it's a joint aircraft, Air Force, Navy, and Marines.
They made a number of exceptions to policy because, hey, if we don't get these parts from China for the F-35, we're going to have to wait several years to develop our own.
Well, Great.
What happened to the F-35?
Yeah, it, for those who don't know, that's the jet that all of a sudden, is that an $80 million jet I read today?
$80 million?
Yeah, that's the rough ballpark.
I mean, that includes a whole bunch of things, but that's the basic ballpark price of a F-35.
And that's the one that crashed in South Carolina, was it?
Yeah.
And so it sounds like this aircraft, it was from the training Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron, I think it was 501 or 503.
The B model, which I didn't realize this, has a, because it's a vertical takeoff and landing, take off and land like a helicopter, it has a special system that under certain parameters will automatically eject the pilot.
Automatically.
The pilot has no say in this.
Just for safety, it'll automatically eject the pilot.
From what we know now, it looks like this aircraft and its wingman, or wingperson, or wing gender unidentified, this two-ship formation took off from Charleston Air Force Base, close by to the Beaufort Marine Corps Air Station.
They were only about a thousand feet, and they were only a couple of miles away, so it sounded like they had taken off, and something happened.
The pilot was ejected.
And again, this B model has this Might be a good engineering idea in the analysis, but it has a system that will automatically eject the pilot no matter what.
The pilot has no say over this, and it's to protect the pilot.
Did China reach in and trigger this?
China's been all over the software for years.
So are you saying that China didn't obviously, they obviously didn't take over the plane to fly the plane because it ended up crashing, unless that's what they wanted, but they were able to get into the system and just eject the pilot, which then caused the plane to crash?
It's an absolutely on the table, reasonable assessment and observation.
Which is an act of war, right?
I mean, that's an act of war.
They're reaching into our infrastructure.
Nobody was hurt or injured, doesn't matter.
But the plane could have landed in a school and killed hundreds of small children.
I mean, it hit a school.
Absolutely, absolutely.
So this is what, that was a very long talk, but the whole reason of that was, this is what the Raytheon, I think the Raytheon executive is telling us.
That even though Raytheon is our number one builder of missiles to deter China, guess where a lot of these special components come from?
So how do we know that the parts are going to work?
If they come from China, the parts come from China.
We have no guarantee those parts are going to work.
How do we know they can't send a signal to some of these parts and turn them off?
Exactly.
Well, this is what the real signal is in this CEO's message is, hey, I don't want to go into the details and bore you with the details, but some of our key components for these missiles come from China.
So this is crazy.
Now, during the Cold War, remember, to build the incredible SR-71, the fastest, highest flying reconnaissance aircraft ever, guess where we got all the titanium from?
China?
No, the Soviet Union.
Okay.
So we set up all these fake front companies.
The CIA set up an operation to trick the Soviets who were desperate for cash.
They created a cover story and bought the titanium to make the SR-71.
Okay, that's not a bad operation.
You're tricking your opponent into giving you.
But we're not tricking China.
China knows exactly where these components are going.
And we're signing all these waivers because it would take years to set up these.
Well then start working on it!
Start working on it and set up these production lines to make these special components.
And so really, these two stories really connect, because if China was able to hack and eject that pilot out of that F-35, it again goes with this story from Raytheon, because how do we know they're not going to hack critical infrastructures on any of these missiles?
So at a time of war, our missiles don't work.
In 1982, it's now documented and revealed that we sold Pipeline componentry with bugs in it to the Soviet Union.
And we remotely triggered these.
And I gave testimony on behalf of Kerry Lake in July of last year about U.S.
government remote access operation.
We pioneered this in 1982.
And we remotely triggered this.
The Soviets, they knew we did it.
They just couldn't prove it or they couldn't punch back.
China knows we've done these things.
This is the world of punching when the teacher isn't looking.
And so, hey, we pioneered this in 1982 when we blew up the Siberian pipeline and sent a signal, and boom, big major assembly exploded.
We wanted to teach the Soviets a lesson.
We wanted to intimidate them, and we wanted to shut them down and cut off one of their major sources of energy.
Guess what, though?
That can work both ways.
And hey, again, I'm not saying the pilot was forcibly objected by a remote operation activity by China.
And remember, it's their strategic support force.
That is their element that does this.
That does all their cyber operations, space operations, information warfare, unconventional warfare.
It's the strategic support force.
And were they able to reach in and trigger that ejection?
Totally within the world of the possible.
Gosh.
All right.
You've got a new book coming out.
Tell our audience about it before we let you go.
Oh, thank you.
Yeah.
War Against the Deep State, www.waragainstthedeepstate.com coming out on 2nd of October.
You can get it now.
This is about my time in government where, you know, I helped develop the first enterprise scale remote access capabilities starting in about 2007.
Help develop the relationship with Silicon Valley and big tech and the marriage between big tech and big government are all seem like a good idea at the time to protect Americans.
And so this book is about the weaponization of government, the unlawful 4th, 5th and 6th branches of government, the 4th being the administrative state, the 5th being the marriage of law enforcement, intelligence and big tech, the 6th being the nonprofits.
And then again, it's all about local action and the plan.
And so.
It's available for pre-order now.
War Against the Deep State.
And then you can also get me on Colonel Rhett John on Substat Getter and Truth.
Excellent.
And you're going to be a keynote speaker live in person at our 20th annual Ozarks Worldview Weekend.
I've been holding these Worldview Weekends for 30 years this year, but it's my 20th year to hold it in the Ozarks.
And Colonel John Mills will be there.
Mike Lindell.
General Michael Flynn, Dr. Peter McCullough, Alex Newman, Andy Woods, Todd Bensman, Rebecca Walzer, all in the building.
All of them have their area of expertise, and what's so ironic is that, and kind of scary, is that every one of them has an area of expertise that is a frontline story.
Whether it's Colonel Mills talking about China, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Taiwan, you know, our military, Uh, World War 3.
Uh, then we've got Rebecca Walzer on the economy.
Our banks are in a huge liquidity crisis.
We know where they're pushing for CBDCs.
Then we have, of course, uh, uh, General Flynn, who again can speak to a lot of the issues that Colonel Mills will speak to.
In fact, I think they're going to do some stuff together.
Then we've got Alex Newman that can talk about having been raised in Africa for much of his earlier life and talk about the invasion coming from Africa and the disruption and the border walls being dropped and globalism and the Great Reset.
And then we go to, you know, Andy Woods on the Middle East and Israel and Saudi Arabia and Israel trying to cut a deal.
If they're in Syria, you have Russia, and you have Iran, and you have Turkey, all in Syria on Israel's border.
I mean, we just keep going.
Todd Bensman on the border.
I mean, it's amazing, Colonel Mills, the guys and gals we have speaking here coming up in a little bit more than a month, and every one of them is on a frontline issue.
I mean, every one of these issues are frontline issues.
It's going to be awesome.
I've sent General Flynn several slide decks, so he's only going to be there on Friday.
What we're thinking about doing is doing kind of a dual, both General Flynn and I will walk through several different scenarios with the maps.
Your audience may have seen me on your show, other shows, doing some of the map walkthroughs, so we'll do that.
But it'll be exciting.
Just last weekend I was with Alex Newman at the Eagles Forum, Ed Martin and the Eagles Forum in St.
Louis.
Alex, it's absolutely incredible.
Yeah, he'll be with us.
All right, full details on that to get your tickets, which it's filling up fast.
WVWTVstore.com and you'll get your tickets for that.
And again, Mike Lindell, he always stands there, signs autographs, takes pictures.
He's more of a picture guy than an autograph guy, but he'll take pictures until the last one's gotten their picture.
He's always so generous with his time.
So that's the middle of the country, Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks, beautiful area.
Full details, WVWTVstore.com.
And then throw up Colonel Mills' book there one more time.
That's coming out.
I think he's gonna have some copies with him at the Ozarks event, and he'll sign them for you and give them to you.
And so we're looking forward to having that there.
Well, maybe they don't have it up there one more time.
Give the name of it again.
War Against the Deep State.
WWW.
War Against the Deep State.
There it is.
And you can pre-order now.
We're just doing some final proofing today.
It'll be available no later than October 2nd.
And that resolves to Amazon.
That's just the best way and most efficient way to push it.
But it might be out earlier, so we're pushing to get out even earlier.
Thank you.
Thank you, Colonel.
Appreciate you being with us tonight.
Thank you, Brandon.
Always an honor to be on your show.
Ditto.
All right.
Big day on Capitol Hill today.
Explosive clips to show you with FBI whistleblower Kyle Serafin.
Before we go to Kyle, take a look at this.
Here it is, folks.
The plan.
Secure our elections 2023 and 2024.
Election Crime Bureau brought to you by Lindell Offense Fund.
Folks, Mike needs your support, needs your help, needs your partnership.
You can do that through the LindellOffenseFund.org.
And again, the proof is in the pudding.
Here's an endorsement from Charlie Kirk.
Thank you to Mike Lindell and the entire team at Cause of America and the new Election Crime Bureau for bringing together election integrity experts and organizations to hold the GOP accountable.
We at Turning Point Action are in solidarity with the community that is keeping eyes on the left, and it's the most critical thing we must do to keep elections fair for everyone.
We must have County election officials everywhere read this resolution.
That's Charlie Kirk.
Here is General Flynn with Mike Lindell.
And General Flynn says, in order for our nation, the United States of America, to remain a free nation, America requires a fair election system.
Mike Lindell, through his courageous efforts using the Election Crime Bureau, And bringing together millions of patriots to stand for free and fair elections has accomplished that and more.
Mike understands, as all Americans do, the sacrosanct privilege we have of voting.
This is what makes us all equal in the eyes of each other and under God.
I fully support these and other efforts that Mike is pursuing to save our election in order to save our country.
In quote, General Michael Flynn.
And they're together tonight.
They're flying together right now.
They're working on this stuff together, folks.
That's why they're with each other today, traveling today, meeting today, and why I cannot be here tonight.
But again, look at the contents, the overall plan, real-time monitoring system, Cause of America, Frank Speech, Election Crime Bureau, how we can beat them, our record of success, the plan phases, the plan budgets by phase, and how to support There you go.
Lyndaoffensefund.org.
Some of you are probably going to want to get this.
It's a PDF.
We'll find out how you can download a PDF of this and disseminate this in your community.
I'm seeing this for the first time tonight.
Whoever laid this out did a spectacular job.
Beautifully laid out.
Goes into all the details of the plan.
Election Crime Bureau.
And then how we beat them and it goes into the plan phases phase 1 phase 2 and our records of excess and then and then what the plans are going to cost the funding.
So there you go.
This is why it's so important.
Let me just put that up there right now because some of you by the way are asking for a mailing address.
So there you go right there how to support Mike Lindell through the Lindell offense fund.
LyndellOffenseFund.org.
There's the mailing address if you'd like to support Mike via a check.
There's the Chaska, Minnesota mailing address.
I'm not sure why the zip code is missing, but I guess you guys can look that up.
There it is.
LyndellOffenseFund.org.
So again, the proof is in the pudding.
You see that Mike is constantly coming out with new information, reports, documentation to help organize millions of people around America.
They need these kind of documents to know Very specifically what it all involves and entails and what they need to be doing.
And so, again, I think you are seeing the legitimacy of what this is all about and its effectiveness.
So, why don't you get behind Mike and support him?
$5, $10, $20, $100, $1,000, whatever it is you can afford tonight.
whatever you can afford tonight, LyndellOffenseFund.org.
LyndellOffenseFund.org.
All right, there you go.
Joining me now is Kyle Serafin.
You know him as an FBI whistleblower, and we know him as that, as well as friend and patriot.
He joins us tonight to respond to a lot of the hearings that were, well, THE hearing on Capitol Hill that everybody's talking about.
The clips are going viral tonight.
Merrick Garland being grilled.
Jim Jordan, the chairman of the hearing, saying the fix is in.
Kyle, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us tonight.
Hey, Brandon.
Thanks for having me on.
Well, thanks for making time for us.
Let's go through these.
We've got them laid out here.
It's been a very busy day.
We'll just play some of these along the way.
Now, Jim Jordan's comments are a little lengthy, so we don't have time to play all of Turn off your electrical appliances immediately.
minutes of his the other ones are shorter but let's at least start with
with Jim Jordan watch and listen to this turn off the electrical appliances immediately. Oh come on we don't need
that. Well it's an ad for Pete's sake.
So we got to sit through an ad for a minute hold on folks all right here we go
there you go. I'll tell you this we're gonna be looking for crocodile tears.
Yeah.
Everyone knows the fix is in. Four and a half years, four and a half years the Department of Justice has been
investigating Mr. Biden an investigation run by David Weiss an investigation that
limited the number of witnesses agents could interview an investigation that
prohibited agents from referring to the president as the quote big guy in any of
the interviews they did get to do an investigation that curtailed attempts to
interview Mr. Biden by giving the transits team a secret a heads up
An investigation that notified Mr. Biden's defense counsel about a pending search warrant.
An investigation run by Mr. Weiss.
Run by Mr. Weiss, where they told the Congress three different stories in 33 days.
They told this committee on June 7th.
David Weiss said, I have ultimate authority to determine when, where, and whether to bring charges.
23 days later, June 30th, he told this committee.
Actually, I can only bring charges in my U.S.
Attorney's District, the District of Delaware.
And then to further confuse matters, on July 10th, he told Senator Graham, I have not sought special counsel status.
Rather, I've had discussions with the Department of Justice.
An investigation run by Mr. Weiss that negotiated a plea deal that the federal district court declined to accept.
A plea deal so ridiculous, the judge asked this question, Is there any precedence for agreeing not to prosecute crimes that have nothing to do with the charges being diverted?
The response from the DOJ lawyer.
I'm not aware of any, Your Honor.
A plea deal so ridiculous that the judge also asked, have you ever seen a diversion agreement where the agreement not to prosecute was so broad that it encompasses crimes in a different case?
The response from the DOJ lawyer.
No, Your Honor, we haven't.
An investigation run by Mr. Weiss that not only had a sweetheart deal rejected, but according to the New York Times, there was an even sweeter deal, an earlier deal, a deal in which Mr. Biden would not have to plead guilty to anything.
Four and a half years and all that, and now we get a special counsel.
Now we get a special counsel, and who does the Attorney General pick?
David Weiss, the guy who let all that happen.
He could have selected anyone.
He could have picked anyone inside government, outside government.
He could have picked former attorney generals, former special counsels.
But he picks the one guy, the one guy he knows will protect Joe Biden.
He picks David Weiss.
And here's what the AG said in his August 11th announcement of David Weiss as a special counsel.
Quote, I am confident that Mr. Weiss will carry out his responsibility in an even-handed and urgent manner.
Urgent manner, every witness we've talked to, the two FBI whistleblowers that came forward, Mr. Shapley, Mr. Ziegler, the two FBI agents on the case, Mr. Soboszynski, Ms.
Hawley, they've all said this thing was anything but urgent.
The FBI said they were frustrated at the pace.
Ms.
Hawley said she was frustrated at the pace.
And of course, the IRS agents, they said the investigation was slow-walked and even-handed.
They limited the number of witnesses that could be interviewed.
They tipped off the defense counsel about a subpoena.
The judge says the plea deal was a joke.
And all that's just half the story.
There's one investigation protecting President Biden.
There's another one attacking President Trump.
Let's stop there.
One investigation protecting President Biden, another one attacking President Trump.
In all your years of training and preparation to go into the Bureau, did you ever think you would see this level of criminality at the DOJ?
No, of course not.
And nobody hopes to go in, I think, and be part of a partisan organization.
You know, the sad thing is this.
Most of the men and women of the FBI do not show up every day, put on a partisan hat, whether it be Republican or Democrat, and get to work when it comes to the investigations.
And yet, there's a thing called the Superior Orders Defense, which was not very successful at Nuremberg, you're probably familiar with this.
When you go in and you do the bidding, and you follow suit with an organization that is involved in something that is very duplicitous like this, that is deceiving the American people, and I think we're going to see the Attorney General try to defend it, I think he does so very poorly, You know, I think Jim Jordan's case is laid out the way that it needs to be done.
He's just saying, this is what we are seeing.
There are two things happening.
It's very obvious.
There are pro-life Christians that are being arrested outside of abortion clinics that are getting sentenced in Washington, D.C., you know, for violations of the FACE Act.
Meanwhile, nobody is doing investigations into who's defacing Catholic churches or other churches around the country.
Christians are being attacked.
Pro-life, you know, crisis pregnancy centers are being attacked.
So we see this in real time, and then they have the audacity to gaslight us and tell us, no, no, no, no, no.
We are fair, we are unbiased, and we are impartial, and we don't bring any kind of thing to it.
And in the meantime, they took a guy who basically, the reason that you would have a special counsel, and the way I understand the special counsel statute is that it's supposed to be someone outside of government.
It's supposed to be a disinterested third party that comes in and says, we've got a problem.
We need someone that is disinterested, that is not involved in this process, that doesn't have any skin in the game.
They're going to come through and they're going to give us a fair investigation.
And that's the opposite of what we got.
Because the guy who was running the investigation got to do it again.
They just gave him some additional authorities.
And gave him a little bit broader authorities.
He'd already engaged in some things that, at least the credible allegations by the whistleblowers are, we're being coupled up.
You know, so if you're covering up for somebody and you're going after another, it doesn't look good.
And, uh, and I don't think anybody wants to do that.
And I certainly didn't think that it's what I was getting involved in.
It's so bizarre to see it.
And, and I saw it from day one, literally one of the first things I did in the FBI was I showed up and I was in a, what we would call low visibility surveillance role on, um, on January 20th of 2017.
That was a Donald Trump's inauguration.
And I saw people from Antifa let go, and a couple years later, you know, I'm seeing people from the Washington field office run down trespassers, not felony, but trespassers, over January 6th.
It's bizarre, it's upside down, it's antithetical to the American way of life, and I think, you know, me and everybody else that was involved are appalled.
But if you keep doing it, you're part of it.
It's interesting what you said, though.
You said, you were in Washington D.C.
the day President Trump was sworn in.
That's right.
And you saw Antifa members being let go.
Well, I arrested a guy from Antifa who was shooting a laser at the Park Police helicopter.
And some of this stuff, you just kind of, you memory hole it because it's just part of your day.
You just do it and you move on.
But that guy was let go a couple days later.
He was never charged.
And if you've ever been involved with the FAA, it's a felony to shoot a laser at a flying helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft.
The park police has a very special jurisdiction.
They're allowed to fly over Washington, D.C.
when nobody else can.
And the reason why you don't shoot laser pointers into those windshields is because it deflects through the glass, it causes damage to the pilot, and then it can also drop the airplane.
And when you're flying a rotary wing over a crowd for an inauguration where the president is coming in, That's a major problem.
This happened probably upwards of 25 times, maybe, I don't know, 50 times.
We were getting call-outs all day long in the earpiece that I was listening to, and I actually saw the guy do it.
I physically witnessed him happen.
You know, he was firing this laser up, and it was not like a little laser.
The laser was like this big.
I mean, it looked like a lightsaber.
And so he's out there doing that.
We saw him do it, me and my partner from Secret Service.
We put cuffs on the guy.
Park Police took him to jail.
A couple days later, he's let go and never charged.
So that kind of stuff is kind of wild.
The double standard you see after a couple years of being in DC is pretty staggering.
Who do you think that guy was?
Who do you think that guy was?
And how much would that device cost?
I have no idea how much it costs.
He was a student at American University.
He was about 20 years old, as I recall.
He was from San Antonio, Texas.
You can actually, your listeners and your viewers can actually look up, because it's still on the websites for WUSA, I think it is, whatever the local stations are.
They covered it, and they covered the fact that he was released.
His name is out there.
It's publicly available.
I tweeted it out the other day, but it doesn't stick with me.
It's not that relevant.
I wrote up a 302 the way you would, like an arrest 302, saying this was the circumstances.
This is what I saw.
I presented it to an assistant United States attorney, a federal prosecutor, and they just moved on.
That was it.
And at the moment, you go, okay, that's fine.
You don't prosecute small.
That's a small felony, it turns out.
It's not a big felony.
That's not an FBI-level felony.
But if we're going to go after people who are just on a trespassing tour of the US Capitol, and granted there was some violence that happened on J6, no doubt about it, but the people that were not involved in the violence that just walked through open doors, if we're going to run them down and hit a SWAT team through their door or put 20 armed agents in and drag them into federal custody, I think we had the bandwidth to handle a guy who was committing multiple felonies on the day that the president was inaugurated.
That seems like a problem to me.
Yeah.
It's a major double standard.
Absolutely.
All right.
Wow.
This is representative Troy Niles of Texas.
Listen to what he has to say today.
So he would stop looking in the Burisma where Hunter was on the board.
Would you agree?
All right.
Let's let the American people decide.
Play the clip.
Play the clip.
I remember going over, convincing our team, our others too, convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
And I went over, I guess the 12th, 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said they were walking out to the press conference.
I said, no.
I said, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said.
I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting the billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting the billion.
I'm going to be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours?
I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
There you go.
Mr. Attorney General, what you just saw there was Joe Biden in his arrogance and role as the Vice President of this country saying if you don't fire Shokin, the United States isn't giving the $1 billion loan.
Why would Joe Biden say that as the Vice President?
Why would he say such a thing?
Was it policy?
Was it our policy at the time?
Yes or no?
It wasn't.
I have documents here.
Interagency Policy Committee dated October 15.
I'm on my time.
Pipe down.
Saying Shulkin had made significant reforms.
He's made significant reforms.
Shulkin did.
Matter of fact, John Kerry says he was impressive.
And you know, within a few months after Shokin was fired, they appoint a prosecutor that said, we're not going to look into Burisma anymore.
Cancel it.
Forget it.
We're not looking into Burisma.
Boom.
Here comes the million dollars.
Joe Biden threatened the Ukrainian president and the prime minister.
Everybody can see it.
The fire Shokin or the United States won't give the billion dollars.
If that is not quid pro quo, sir, what is?
I will tell you what it is and America agrees with me.
It's bribery and it's impeachable.
Are you going to do something about it?
I bet you're not, and that's why you, sir, also need to be impeached.
Wow.
Kyle?
Sounds good to me.
Look, I think the crazy thing is, is that everybody on the political right has heard that clip.
We can almost do it from memory at this point.
I've probably heard it 50 times.
And every single time you hear it, it just, it gets more and more aggravating because it's so clear.
It's so obvious.
We have a guy who's sitting in the White House right now who's a, he's a total bully.
And the way that he speaks is like a braggadocious bully.
He's almost gloating over this ability.
And the people that are listening to him are used to hearing his BS and so they go with it and they think that sounds great.
But it's just, it's kind of gross to imagine that you were going to be using the federal government and the resources of the American people to the tune of a billion dollars.
And they're going to use that to get his political ends.
He's saying it right out in the open with all the information that's come out.
There's no fear.
My buddy Gerardo Boyle, who's another whistleblower, we had a conversation today and he just goes, it's hubris.
It doesn't matter whether you're talking about the FBI.
It doesn't matter whether you're talking about the attorney general, the FBI director, or the guy who's sitting in the office right now.
If you listen to Joe Biden, it's hubris.
They're so proud and they're so arrogant about it.
They have no fear of being found out because the system is rigged in their favor.
There's no question about it.
They're getting a special deal.
This is two-tier justice.
We're seeing it in real time.
We keep living through it.
And everybody keeps acting on the political left like you're a crazy person if you call it out.
And they've created all kinds of little smoke screens for themselves to hide behind.
But it's just not compelling to me.
And I'm sort of a disinterested party.
I'm not a registered Republican.
And I've only been a registered Republican for a few months of my adult life.
It's just not something I'm that interested in.
I just want what's fair and right, and I'm happy for the sort of what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
I'm more than happy to see fair play.
If you're involved in something on one side, you should be treated the same way if you're on the other side.
That goes both ways.
That's just not what happened.
It didn't happen in 2020.
It didn't happen in the race riots and the BLM protests that turned violent.
It didn't happen on January 6th.
It didn't happen through all of the Trump presidency.
And I've got serious problems with some of the things that Trump did, because I'm not, I'm not a fan boy that just says my guy right or wrong.
I say, when you're wrong, I'm going to call you out for being wrong.
I'm supposed to be consistent on that.
And I do my best.
And, uh, you know, Biden has been wrong.
A lot of the time, a lot of the things he says are incredibly creepy.
And a lot of the things he says are very braggadocious.
They're very arrogant.
And they look, if, if it's impeachable for you to have a phone call and ask about corruption in Ukraine, it seems like it's not a very heavy lift.
Just think of the streets that would've been burned.
They would've been turning over cars in Philadelphia.
If Donald Trump had done on video what Biden did, I mean, can you imagine?
Just think of the streets that would have been burned. You know, they would have been they would
have been turning over cars in Philadelphia. They would have been burning things in Minneapolis.
And oh, we already saw that.
That already happened.
We already know what happens if Donald Trump is just the president.
It turns out Donald Trump being the president equals insanity from the political left.
I saw it on January 20th of 2017.
It continued on through his presidency.
It's continuing on now.
You've got the FBI going into his house in Mar-a-Lago.
It doesn't matter.
It's not about Trump, but I don't think Trump is the person that's blocking that political energy that's coming towards us.
I don't think he's blocking it.
I think he's just the biggest target, and it's still trickling down.
They're going after little little fish and big fish alike.
They do not care.
And you don't know the next clip coming up, but you have so set up the next clip.
It's amazing how you just set up the next clip, and you have no idea what clip I'm about to play.
And it is a Ukrainian-born Congresswoman, Victoria Spartz, talking about telling Garland, the Attorney General who oversees the FBI, how you have so corrupted these agencies.
That it's damaging America globally, but you have Americans who are now afraid of their own government, really for no cause at all, just because they're conservative or politically leaning to the right or whatever.
Wow, that's exactly what you're saying.
And here is her saying the same thing.
Listen to this.
...circuit in my town, FBI phone numbers all over the district.
Please call.
Call that.
People are truly afraid.
I just want to make sure if you're not aware that you are.
And this is a big problem when people are afraid of their own government.
And I'll show you some other things.
We're talking about justice system.
I don't question.
You're probably not a bad person.
I don't know you.
But what I'll tell you, you're in charge of the department.
And people right now feel, you know, I look at the Durham report and I call on the fights of violations of queries of millions of Americans, right?
It's like KGB, but when I read Durham reports, we have this, you have a nice, you know, playbook.
First, let's have a special counsel, and then you don't have to answer any questions here.
Then, let's extend slow-walk investigation on Hillary Clinton, on Hunter.
Everything is slow-walk.
We were very quick on Donald Trump, but you were very slow-walk.
Then, by the time, you know that investigation ended, Statue of Limitation expired, and all of your agents need to be tested for amnesia.
No one recalls anything.
Okay, you probably should have as part of your hiring policy.
So no one held accountable, which was egregious what happened, you know, in that report.
When I read about that, I can't believe it happened in the United States of America.
This is my frustration.
I'll be honest with you.
It's very interesting.
You know, regardless of what it is, even people in the Obama administration raised concerns.
You know, how can president's sons be serving on, you know, corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs?
Do you understand that it actually can undermine the one Ukrainian effort on policy?
I think these concerns were raised.
The Obama administration didn't do anything about it.
These people are dying right now, and Americans don't trust this president.
So you, I want to ask you one thing, you know, as you, you know, I don't need answer because I know you're not going to, but I think you're probably good American and you care.
And a lot of these people are so afraid they cover up this stuff, I think, in your department because they're embarrassed that what we became as a country to say that what our department is justice became.
That allows Russians to do propaganda in Chinese.
It allows them to destabilize our country.
That is danger to our republic.
It is significant danger, and I have just one more question for you.
You know, I mean, I agree on corporate crimes and FISA stuff, even with Democrats, that we need to do a better job.
One more question for you.
Do you believe that, you know, you talk about rights to vote, but do you believe that only U.S.
citizens should be voting in this election and doing anything to make sure that only eligible people vote in elections?
Yes, and yes.
Okay, I would like to see that what you do.
Thank you.
Yeah, well, you know, it's interesting how these folks that have come from these countries overseas where they've seen a lot of problems, and many of these countries still are, like Ukraine, they're just beside themselves.
She's not the only congresswoman that has that kind of background that we've heard giving speeches, warning about, you know, that kind of third world mentality coming to America.
I had a long conversation with Seb Gorka, who's become a friend of mine since I went public.
And one of the things that we talked about, and he's an expert in counterterrorism and used to advise, and maybe still does, the FBI.
Probably not anymore.
They probably don't like anybody on the right.
But what's interesting is he and I had this discussion about what constitutes a secret police.
And it's actually a pretty straightforward, simple definition.
A secret police is an agency that has an intelligence capability and mission set, and they also have the authorities of law enforcement.
That's it.
It's just two things.
And we just described the FBI.
They are an intelligence agency primarily that grabs information and they also have the ability to lock you up and to prosecute you using either the information that they gained through secret means or what we call parallel construction where they just build a criminal case alongside of things that they use their intelligence tools to grab.
Now, one of the center points of this particular testimony that Garland gave and one of the things that was actually I actually turned it off.
I had to turn away.
I was driving and I just like I can't do this and also be dealing with traffic.
He mentioned He mentioned that they were going to be using FISA 702, which is a tool that we can certainly talk about if you like, but he was going to be using FISA 702 to disrupt traffickers at the border moving fentanyl into the United States.
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is meant to stop foreign intelligence.
That's going to be state actors that are involved in spying on the United States.
That's the primary purpose of the FISA.
And 702 is only for non-domestically based individuals that are involved in that practice.
To expand that thing out to try to build criminal cases against drug organizations is a massive abuse.
It's just right off the bat.
And then secondarily, what people don't understand is 702 FISA has the least amount of oversight when it comes to grabbing information.
Now I used this for two years.
I'm no expert on it, but I am someone who has, I don't know, a couple thousand hours worth of experience working on it.
The system that I worked on in the FBI was called DWS at the time.
It's a software program.
It's a routing that comes from the NSA, and it is a capture and a collection method that gives you raw information directly out of email, out of Skype, out of various different types of digital means.
And it puts it right onto the terminal of the FBI agent that's doing the investigation for intelligence purposes, not necessarily for criminal.
It's not meant for that type of work, number one.
And number two, if I were to find, let's say, an American subject there, or somebody who is domestically based, that's not even American, like a green card holder, or even somebody here illegally, we're not even technically allowed to use it to go after people and collect things from people on American soil.
It's a problem.
You cannot do it.
It's actually called reverse targeting and it's expressly illegal under the statute that authorizes use of this collection.
And he's arguing that it should be used in a bigger way and that we can't get rid of it because it's their single biggest source of collecting information.
I can write up a 702 FISA request in a morning.
It's several paragraphs with a little bit of proofreading.
A real FISA, which is what they used and abused on Donald Trump, actually takes DOJ lawyers to go in front of the FISC, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, and they have to argue in what's called an ex parte hearing where they're supposed to give all the facts because there's no one there to defend you.
If you are being accused of this and you want to have a secret warrant, the government actually requires that you're supposed to give them all the information through the Woods process, which is this sort of safeguard.
And that actually got abused, which the Durham report pointed out.
So you go through and you do all this thing.
You're supposed to go out there and have this fair, but when it comes to 702, it's not fair at all.
It's not supposed to be fair.
It's literally like, I know this person is involved in fill-in-the-blank activity.
They're associated with fill-in-the-blank nation, state, and or intelligence agency.
That's it.
I want to collect all their emails.
And if it touches American wires, if it's a Yahoo or a Hotmail or a Google or anything along those lines, if it's an Outlook.com or something that American companies are going to have visibility to, then the NSA will scoop it up for you.
Then you get it right on your terminal.
And there's no redacting of it.
It's just raw information.
It's literally like opening up your email box, except it's on my computer as an FBI agent.
And if people are fine with that, then don't do anything about it.
But if that bothers you, you should be asking serious questions.
And it's kind of interesting and timely.
I was involved in a movie project earlier this year with Dinesh D'Souza, who's a very nice guy.
Oh yeah, Police State, yes.
And so, I'm in Police State.
They put me down as a whistleblower on the panel, and so I'm sitting and talking about some of the problems with this.
We talk about this exact same stuff.
But moreover, they asked me to coordinate the FBI action so that it looks real.
And so me and Steve Friend, who I know you've had on the program a number of times... He'll be on my show tonight.
So we were both doing consulting for this particular film so that it looks real, so people understand exactly how scary it is when an FBI SWAT team decides to come to your house, or a bunch of armed agents, and what that experience is going to look like.
And there's a lot of really, I will say, troubling Troubling footage that people are gonna be able to see on that so I sent your producer over the link to it if you guys wanted to show the trailer at some point because it is it's actually really picturesque.
They did a fantastic job on it.
I had no idea how good it was gonna be.
You got that, Logan?
Check with Logan.
He's got it.
Is it in the Skype chat, Kyle?
It sure is, yeah.
Okay, check that.
Keep going, Kyle.
They'll find it.
Yeah, no problem.
So, the scary thing is this.
We are actually living, and you never want to make something like that, where you're saying we're talking about a police state, and that's exactly what the congresswoman was saying, that we're talking about a secret police that has the ability to go out there and do these things, collect information, to walk through all of your information, and then create a case based on some intelligence premise, and then make it criminal.
And the rest of the world is seeing this.
And they know what a police state is.
And it's not when you abuse the local police departments.
It's when you use the police authorities of the federal government, which is what we're talking about here.
And you use mass surveillance and coercion and censorship and then the authorities to go in and grab your pro-life Christians who are out praying in front of an abortion clinic.
and knock down their door to intimidate free speech and to stop the free assembly and to,
you know, thwart the free press. All the things that we should not be doing in a country that
is free. You know, they could have called it totalitarian state or authoritarian state,
but police state is the way that we've all come to know those. And I've been saying this on Twitter,
and it's been getting a lot of traction with people who listen to it. The United States
that I grew up in would invade the United States that I live in right now.
Say that again.
Say that again.
Is that not true?
Say that again.
The United States that I grew up in, I was born in 1981, and the U.S.
that I grew up in would invade the United States that I live in, and that you live in, right now.
And we saw that in operation.
And would say that you're violating human rights and abusing your people and we're going to stop it.
That's exactly correct.
They would first start with sanctions.
First, they would cripple us with sanctions.
We don't need to do that since we've inflated our currency to the point where, you know, everything costs 40% more than it did two years ago.
But after they sanctioned us into oblivion and we were driving cars from 13 years ago, we'd be driving like old Nissans and stuff.
And all of our things would have no parts.
We'd be looking like Cuba in the 1970s.
Then they would have invaded us.
So, 1985, United States would invade us.
And they would have done a Top Gun over the top of us.
And we would have been, you know, asking for it.
I feel like that's true.
It's really sad.
It's the worst thing I could imagine.
Because I've got little kids.
I've got a three-week-old right now.
Wow.
I have a brand new born baby.
Congratulations.
What you've done in the last two minutes is absolutely sobering.
Absolutely sobering.
We've got the trailer.
You're in it.
Police date.
Dinesh D'Souza.
I was texting with him two days ago about coming on the program, so we're hoping to get an interview with him soon.
But let's play this.
This is, again, a program, a project, a film that Kyle was a consultant on, and he's in.
Watch this.
We honor you father for all that you've done for us.
Chief Division Counsel on DOJ approved a no knock breach.
you We want the subject to be on display, doing the walk of shame, full visual impact.
Any questions?
Are we becoming a police state?
Government told American citizens they couldn't go to church on Sunday.
For the first time in my life, I'm saying to myself, am I going to get a knock at the door?
Come to the door now!
The Patriot Act and FISA were used against Donald Trump.
These individuals have commissioned the biggest propaganda play in U.S.
history.
They don't go after the people that rigged the election.
They go after the people that want to find out what the hell happened.
We don't need to have a crime.
What we need is a person to look at.
And then we go find out what crime you did.
Our focus is shifting.
Our main priority as a bureau is gonna be domestic terrorism.
It really paints anybody who's right of center.
If you're a pro-life, pro-family Catholic, they define you as radical.
These are anti-government... We have freedom of religion and freedom of speech!
...violent extremists, and they must be dealt with.
We can do anything we want.
Powerful.
There's a piece in there that even at the end of it, even in the text, that will tell
you a little bit about the police state that we're living in.
You'll see that it says that they have limited engagements.
It's going to be on October 23rd and 25th in theaters, right?
They had to privately buy out these theaters and sell those tickets without saying that the theaters that are involved are going to put their name on it.
Because they can get cancelled for simply showing this movie.
So they proactively go out and bought all these tickets, and then they're reselling them to the public in order to be able to make the money that you would normally do.
When this is a good film, and it's well done as you can see, the action sequences are excellent.
Like I said, anybody who's a gun person, and I am, I'm a gun guy, I was in the military, I was in law enforcement, I hate seeing people with their finger on the trigger when they're marching around, you know, with a weapon in a show.
It drives me insane.
Our guys don't flag each other with the muzzles.
They treat the weapons like they're real, and it gives you a sense of what it really looks like to see a real team coming at you.
And they can't even sell these tickets the way you'd normally do it, which is that you would just send it out to the theaters.
The theaters would make a cut, and so would the production company.
They actually had to buy out the theaters in total and do them as private screenings.
That tells you that we're in a police state in many ways.
Just the way that they're distributing the film has to be abnormal to the way Hollywood would normally say something.
And this is both entertaining and informative.
You see the voices in there.
It's scary as hell, too.
There's no other way around it.
It's absolutely terrifying to know that this is down the line.
And I told the guys, I said, look, we'll be part of this film, but I just don't want it to be hyperbole.
I don't want to make claims that we can't back up.
And the narrative that is being told, and the stories that go, they go back to the early 2000s, just after 9-11.
This pattern of behavior has been growing, and it is very well documented, and anybody that's been paying attention, and your audience is probably well aware, it is not new, it's just more expansive.
And that's really, really scary.
Indeed it is.
I want to get to, wow Kyle, I want to get to one more clip, because as you know this week, they all of a sudden decided to charge Ray Efts with a misdemeanor, correct?
Yeah, that's right.
His hand is very hurt from the slap.
Yeah, I bet it is.
Listen to what Congressman Thomas Massey had to say about this today to the Attorney General.
Watch this.
You're signing the Constitution, I'm going to sign it.
It's our constitutional duty to do oversight.
Now in that video, that was your answer to a question to me two years ago.
When I said how many agents or assets of the government were present on January 5th and January 6th and agitating in the crowd to go into the Capitol and how many went into the Capitol.
Can you answer that now?
I don't know the answer to that question.
Last time, you don't know how many there were or there were none.
I don't know the answer to either of those questions.
If there were any, I don't know how many.
I don't know whether there are any.
I think you may have just perjured yourself that you don't know that there were any.
You want to say that again?
That you don't know that there were any?
I have no personal knowledge of this matter.
I think what I said the last time... You've had two years to find out, and the day... By the way, that was in reference to Ray Epps, and yesterday you indicted him!
Isn't that a wonderful coincidence?
On a misdemeanor!
Meanwhile, you're sending grandmas to prison.
You're putting people away for 20 years for merely filming.
Some people weren't even there yet.
You've got the guy on video who's saying, go into the Capitol.
He's directing people to the Capitol before the speech ends.
He's at the site of the first breach.
You've got all the goods on him, 10 videos, and it's an indictment for a misdemeanor?
The American public isn't buying it.
I yield the balance of my time to Chairman Jordan.
May I answer the question?
I'm going to ask you one now.
We'll let the gentleman.
Go ahead.
In discovery, in the cases that were filed with respect to January 6, The Justice Department prosecutors provided whatever information they had about the question that you're asking.
With respect to Mr. Epps, the FBI has said that he was not an employee or informant of the FBI.
Mr. Epps has been charged, and there's a proceeding, I believe, going on today on that subject.
The charge is a joke.
I yield to the chairman.
The time the gentleman has expired the chair recognizes the gentleman from California.
Mr. Attorney General, my colleague just...
All right, I'm gonna stop right there.
But Kyle, how can he say the guy is not an informant, he's an employee?
Well, then why was he not swatted and charged with as many felonies as he can?
Don't worry about the music, guys.
Why was he not swatted and brought in on multiple felonies when we have people, as the Congressman Massey was saying, who were just acting as journalists on that day, and they're going away?
I mean, something does not smell right.
Did he just sit there and lie, the Attorney General of the United States?
He's very cautious about the things he says.
They do this all the time.
They play this game.
I don't remember.
I don't recall.
It's an ongoing investigation.
We have to protect sources and methods.
That happens all the time.
Tom Massey said it correctly.
This is a joke.
That charge is a joke.
And it reeks of one of two things.
That he's a cooperating witness, which would be normally the case, except what is to be cooperating when you have 41,000 hours of footage?
They can see everything they want, plus all the body cans and all the other kind of independent journalists that were out there.
So we know that's not useful.
So what it smacks of is that somebody had him on the payroll at some point in time, whether it
was before, whether it was during, it's sort of irrelevant. What they said was the FBI
specifically, remember the FBI is not the only federal law enforcement agency, but they came forward
and said that he was never an employee and he was not a confidential human source. Number one,
they wouldn't acknowledge him if he was, but they're really happy to say it because I'm sure he wasn't
an FBI source.
That doesn't, it doesn't have to be an FBI.
He could have worked for any number of parts of DHS, or more likely, uh, he could have worked for, uh, other parts of the intelligence community that was in a cutout as a, uh, as a security contractor, and he could have been working for ATF, he could have been working for the Marshal Service if they run informants.
Everybody has an informant pool.
He could have been working for anybody.
He just didn't work for the FBI, so they feel really good about trotting that information out.
And they're like, look, why are you bothering us?
We already told you he didn't work for the FBI.
Like the FBI is the only game in town.
It's always a sleight of hand with these people.
It's always very specific words, and they mean not what you think they mean.
They mean exactly what they said.
Which is very tight, and it's usually trying to deceive you.
And all this means, again, we are in a police state with how they're abusing and weaponizing the government against, as you said, people of faith, pro-lifers, people who are constitutionalists, and in some cases people that have been very apolitical their whole life until recently.
Just parents at school boards who don't want their kids being taught pornography.
It's pretty straightforward.
You don't have to even have a political position on that.
You just don't want your kids dealing with pornography at school.
You don't want your kids being groomed and... Yeah, God forbid that be the case, you know?
And for those of us who have a problem with that and have children, you have really one choice.
You got to pull your kids out of school.
It's just there's no other way around it because we can't trust what the system is doing on every level from local to state to federal.
It's gross.
Give us your website where they can listen to your broadcast as well.
Sure, people can find me on rumble.com slash Kyle Serafin.
It's just my full name.
Uh, it's the same thing on all the social media handles too.
It's at Kyle Serafin.
I put out my hot takes on...
True social and on Twitter and we go head to head with the federal government where it needs to be done and we correct the record where it needs to be done and sometimes we share photographs of people that don't want to be seen because they're doing things they shouldn't be doing working for the federal government.
So I'm 100% dedicated to this fight.
This is what I do all day.
Wow.
And you're a great guest and you had some amazing clips tonight that we will be putting back out.
That whole conversation about us being a police state and if we were the 1985 American government would be invading today's 2023 government.
Profound and accurate stuff.
A great broadcast.
Very informative.
I know our audience is cheering and thankful for you, Kyle.
Thank you for being with us tonight.
It's always my pleasure.
Kyle Serafin checking in, folks.

What a brave guy, along with Steve Friend, who is also an FBI whistleblower.
He'll be on my broadcast, Brandon House Live, tonight.
Glenn Brennan House in for Mike Lindell, who is out on business tonight with General Flynn.
They were meeting, and they are meeting, on the plan.
I showed you the clip.
