Time Text
This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Alright, welcome to the broadcast.
Glad you are with us.
Mike is out on business tonight.
He is being inundated with interviews from the press because clips of his deposition, as you know, have gone absolutely viral.
And if the goal was to somehow to shame Mike or to make him look bad, Apparently, it's backfired big time because the feedback on social media is, I like this Mike Lindell.
I like this side of Mike Lindell.
Finally, a guy standing up, pushing back, telling truth, letting this guy know exactly what they, apparently, American people wanted him to say as they watched it.
And I talked to a guy today, he's like, the attorney's attitude was so smug.
You know, your lumpy pillows.
I mean, he was trying to get under Mike's skin, and Mike, well, let him know what he thought about it.
So, the overwhelming feedback that we're seeing and hearing is Supportive of Mike Lindell.
So again, just like when they attack Donald Trump, it backfires.
When they attack Mike Lindell, it backfires.
The American people are wise to these corrupt individuals that are trying to bring down America.
And when they or their agents are useful idiots or representatives, Pull stunts and go after patriots.
The American people aren't buying the narrative.
So tonight I'm going to do a couple things.
One, I'm going to play you 20 minutes of these clips in one setting.
20 minutes.
Then we're going to take your phone calls.
We're going to take your phone calls and get your feedback on what Lyndell TV viewers think about these clips and Mike's response to this attorney under deposition.
They've gone viral.
They've been released apparently by the attorneys that were doing this.
So it's in the public domain.
So there you go.
I do want to show you this real quick before we go to those clips.
Here we go.
This is in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
This is apparently defendants motion for summary judgment.
Mike Lindell is asking for summary judgment and This is what was sent today.
Okay?
So Mike's asking for this thing to be thrown out and be done with it.
All right?
Get over with it.
And we'll keep you posted on all of this, but this was filed on 9-8-20-23.
Today is the anniversary, the marking of a very tragic day in America.
9-11.
We're 22 years from the date of the attack on the World Trade Centers, the Pentagon, and then the plane that went into the field in Pennsylvania.
I dealt with it on my radio show today from 1 to 2.
Tonight I will be covering it more with Sharam Hadian.
Usama Dakdak, Leo Holman, Annie Cyrus.
I covered it for an hour today, so we're gonna focus tonight on the topics at hand, but lest someone think I am forgetting the 9-11 anniversary and remembrance, I'm not.
I've dealt with it for an hour today, and we'll do so again tonight on Brandon House Live.
All right, so these clips have been now strung together.
They were released, the clips of Mike's deposition were released piece by piece, but now they've been strung together.
We'd like to get your thoughts after watching 20 minutes, what it's like to be under deposition.
And then the phone lines are open.
So while you're watching, go ahead and get on board.
Maybe you've already seen some of the clips, but when we come back from this 20 minutes, I'd like the phone lines to be lit up.
And Mike, I can promise you, will watch this show.
So here's your chance to give Mike Lindell of Attaboy, encourage him to cheer him on and to let, well, anyone that might be watching and listening from the other side to know what you think.
What are your thoughts?
901-316-8404.
901-316-8404.
You can get on board now and wait, or you can wait, you know, 10 minutes into these clips and then call, but when they're done, in about 20 minutes, we need to have all the phone lines full so we can go right to calls.
901-316-8404 with your thoughts and or comments about what you're about to see, of which many of you have already seen.
But here they are in one gigantic 20-minute clip.
Watch this.
Tell us your full name, please.
Michael James Lindell.
Well, good morning, Mr. Lindell.
My name is Charlie Kane.
We met for the first time about four minutes ago.
Is that right?
That's it.
Is that right?
What was the question?
We met for the first time.
Yes, yes.
Okay.
Here's what we're going to do.
We're going to start slow.
Because the court reporter is trying to take down what you're saying.
Okay?
Don't sit and scold me already, mister.
I'll do whatever I have to do.
You're just a lawyer.
You're an ambulance-chasing lawyer.
So don't start with me.
I've got all day.
I'll take as much time as you want.
So, let's go.
You're not my boss, you're just a lawyer.
Privileged lawyer.
So go.
Don't start scolding me.
Oh, I'm asking questions.
I'm not going to scold you.
Go ahead.
So let me finish my question, okay?
Yes.
I tend to be a slow talker.
Good for you.
I'm from Texas originally.
Good for you.
I got all day.
We'll make a week of this.
How about that?
Go ahead.
Probably up to you, lawyer, but I'm happy to stay as long as you'd like.
Just keep going.
Alright.
Why'd you call me an ambulance, Chase?
What?
Why did you call me an ambulance chaser?
Because you are.
This is a frivolous case, and if you're representing this guy and you've read this case, you are a disgusting lawyer.
Period.
That's my right to say.
You want to sue me too, Mr. Ambulance Chaser?
Are you working on contingency or consignment with the guy?
I can't believe anybody would take this.
This is absolutely disgusting.
It's a disgrace to our country.
It's a disgrace to you.
Anything else?
No, that's it.
You asked me a question, I answered it.
Alright.
I said objection, non-responsive.
Let me explain a few more things to you.
What?
Let me explain a few more things to you.
Have you given a deposition before like this?
I've given a ton of depositions.
Okay, so you understand the process somewhat.
Sure do.
Okay.
When I ask you a question, you need to do your best to respond only to my question.
You gonna arrest me?
I'll say whatever I want, and if we have extra, that's too bad.
There's no rule that says I can't give a full answer.
I'm telling you the rules.
Have you ever been in a deposition where they can't stand who you are?
Have you?
A lot more than you, sir.
Okay, good.
Keep going.
Don't tell me about my depositions.
You're not my boss.
You're just some frivolous lawyer in here, and you're bringing this frivolous case to me, and especially against a company that had nothing to do with anything.
You're disgusting.
Keep going.
I want you to understand another thing.
What's that?
This case is pending in federal court in Colorado.
I don't care.
What does that have to do with anything?
Do you understand that?
Yes.
Alright.
There's a federal judge that's going to likely be reading and watching this deposition.
I don't care.
Do you understand that?
I don't care.
She should have dismissed this a long time ago.
She hasn't ruled on that.
I've got a problem with her too.
The judge has practice standards on how... No, the judge did not dismiss this case.
We put in to get it dismissed and she ruled, an unfair ruling, saying, well go ahead and do discovery and waste all your time while I'm sitting there not doing nothing.
That's what that judge is doing.
So don't tell me what the judge is doing and you just let me worry about the judge reading this, okay?
I just want you to understand that.
You just don't worry about me.
You're not out for my benefit, okay?
He's out for my benefit, not you.
Don't worry if I say something that offends the judge, okay?
You just let me worry about that.
You got that?
Yeah, I got it.
Okay, good.
Keep going.
The reason I bring that up, sir, is if the judge is not pleased with your conduct in this deposition, there may be penalties associated with that.
Okay, good.
You go ahead.
Thank you for your worrying about old Mike.
It seems like you bring a frivolous case up.
You really have my back.
Go ahead.
Keep going.
That judge, you put this in the record, that judge, it's a big problem I got.
If someone didn't have the money and time to sit through this garbage, when I put into her summary judgment last summer and she hasn't ruled on it, either say yay or nay.
It's disgusting.
It's disgusting to our country that she couldn't make a ruling.
Go ahead and do deposition.
If it was some guy that didn't have money, you would put them under just in this garbage.
Wasting my day.
Wasting my time.
But think if it was someone on the street.
Don't you care about people?
This is disgusting.
This judge should have ruled a long time ago that you're yay or nay.
Frivolous or not.
But she didn't.
She said go ahead and do discovery while I sit and decide what I'm gonna do.
That's disgusting.
I got no problem with you on that.
I got a problem with the judge not making a ruling.
So there.
Now go ahead.
Now that the judge has that on record.
Now you don't have to worry about what me and the judge think of each other.
Alright.
Objection, I'm responsive.
Here's another thing that I need you to know, Mr. Lindell.
If the court determines that you're not being responsive or acting in good faith today, we may have to come back and do this some more.
And I want you to understand that.
Oh, I got that.
Alright.
And if that's the case, I will be asking for attorney's fees and costs.
Oh, you will, huh?
I'm already asking for them.
I might just come after you guys for the most frivolous case ever when this is done.
If there's a way to sue you, believe me, I'm doing it.
Okay, just so you know that beyond anything you've ever seen.
So be prepared.
I'm committed to being polite and professional.
Okay, go ahead.
We're getting through that.
Now you know where I sit.
Let's get on with it.
Okay.
In other words, if Joe VP Box Guy says, you know what, Mr. Lindell, you shouldn't be out there talking about this and also selling this product at the same time.
Maybe people could get confused.
What do you mean selling this product at the same time?
I object to that dumb answer.
What are you talking about?
I didn't go out there, melt down our machines and buy a pillow.
I mean, what is wrong with you?
Anything I do, That's the way, because I'm so branded.
It's like, you know, you're branded as a frivolous lawyer.
Anything you do, well, you'll be branded as that, because that's all I know about you right now.
So go.
I mean, you know, I don't know what you're saying.
You're trying to associate that anything I say becomes part of my pillow.
That's not true.
Forget all that.
I'm not sure, Mike.
Nonresponsive.
It's disgusting when you sit here.
I'm branded as now an election, not my pillow guy.
It's the opposite.
Mike, we just got to slow it down.
I know, but it just pisses me off.
I understand.
They understand.
It's so disgusting.
You don't remember my question, do you?
Yeah, the question is, do people know you as the Mike Pillow guy?
Blah, blah, blah.
I just gave my answer.
No, they know me over here as this guy that's trying to save our country, but because of lawfare and dirty things that Eric Coomer did on that one day, which that's when I called him out, I can't go on my stage.
I can't.
My company has been hurt so bad because of people like this Eric Coomer.
So bad.
Tens of millions of dollars.
Hundreds of millions of dollars.
You don't remember my question, do you?
Right there, page 36. Page 36. Where you, where I called you lawyers just as bad as him,
I called you guys criminals.
You did?
Yeah, using, you know, the company, MyPillow, to make that statement, right?
After the lawsuit, Mr. Twister.
After I was sued.
Everything in here, in your little lawsuit, other than that one little paragraph, everything I said came after he sued me.
After Coomer served his papers.
We don't need to replow that, okay?
I've heard you say that.
Well then, I'm just telling you, so that's what, you know, using MyPillow.
After!
And it's a joke, you know, shoving it back in you guys' face, going, oh, you think my pillow benefited from this?
Give me a break.
Talk to them employees that are trying to support their families.
You guys are disgusting.
What else you got?
It's kind of a sad day for you, isn't it, to see how bad my pillow's sitting and you're trying to make it look like this was some grand thing to make money.
It's just sad.
It really is.
It's sad.
This is probably the most frivolous lawsuit in the history of the United States, and I mean that.
It's shameful that judge did not dismiss this last summer when it was brought up for dismissal.
Shameful.
You through?
Eric Coomer did this directly to me.
And I made one statement about him.
Didn't say nothing for a whole year.
Then you guys come up and serve me papers in Colorado.
Boy, I'll bet there's statements after that wasn't there.
Then everybody knew what he did to my pillow and Mike Lindell.
How dare him come and sue my pillow!
He's a scumbag for doing that.
Put that in there.
Scumbag.
S-C-U-M-bag.
That's what he is for what he did to me.
Rotten, horrible lawyers like you and the media saying, oh, Mike Lindell's trying to save this country just to make money.
I have lost everything I've had so far.
You got it?
So don't sit here and tit here, because I'm not going to take this garbage you're spewing out.
This is a horrific what you're doing.
I've said it from the start of this thing.
It's disgusting.
I've lost millions of dollars!
You can't bang on the table.
That's what I did.
Sorry, I apologize.
Did it break the thing?
It's disgusting!
I can't believe that you're a lawyer, that you would do something like that.
Don't you have a moral compass?
I mean, this is bizarre.
This whole thing is bizarre.
That I did it to make money with promo codes?
Really?
Of course I have.
Or I can do it myself.
You know?
your controller to give you a report like that that just says,
Hey, I want to see war room.
I want to see everything.
Of course I have.
Okay.
Good.
Or I can do it myself.
No, I can do it myself.
The date range I showed you on my phone.
What's wrong with you?
I just showed you all the, let's not get combative about it.
Well, no, I'm just telling you you're asking me something.
You, I just showed you how I can do it.
This data we've been talking about.
Is it the same data that you procured from Patrick burn?
I didn't purchase anything from Patrick Burns ever.
I've never dealt with Patrick Burns on anything.
I'm purchasing any data.
What are you talking about?
Where did this come from?
Now you're starting to be stupid.
Now you're really asking some questions.
Where did you even get that, that I purchased any data from Patrick Burns?
This is the most out left field thing I ever heard.
What did you want me to say?
Oh, no, I didn't purchase it.
I never purchased anything or got anything from Patrick Burns ever.
Thank you.
Okay.
And I'm not asking about the lumpy pillow calls.
No, they're not lumpy pillows.
That's not what they call on.
Okay.
When you say lumpy pillows, now you're an a**hole.
You got that?
You're an a**hole.
Mike.
Mike, sorry.
No, he's an a**hole. He's an ambulance chasing a**hole.
That's what you are.
Lumpy pillows kiss my a**. Put that in your book.
No, they answer anything, any problem customer that wants to reach Mike Lindell.
Those are the ones. I want to talk to Mike Lindell. I want to talk to Mike Lindell.
They send them to here and they go pfft.
Or they call about maybe they didn't get their pillow on time because of the FedEx or whatever.
Well, we'll cover them, even though it could be somebody else's fault.
Nobody called because of a lumpy pillow.
But good, good one, though.
You done?
Yeah, I'm done.
What I'm saying is... Obviously, you don't have my pillow, too.
You don't, do you?
What I'm saying is, Mr. Lindell... What, go ahead.
No, I'm...
Go.
When you're saying what?
You need to take a break.
No, I don't need to take a break.
Here's what I'm asking.
Your lumpy pillow question kind of set a nerve.
Because obviously, just like your question in here, in your little complaint, Mike's frivolous cybersymposium, this whole case is frivolous.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
But go ahead.
Finish your question on this and try not to talk about, I get personal and bad mouth my employees or my pillows or anything like that.
Go ahead.
I haven't said a single word about your employees, and I don't own one of your pillars.
You've attacked them.
You attacked them.
You were part of this.
You're getting paid on consignment.
You get paid if they get money from my employees.
Yes, you have attacked them.
You personally did this with Newsmax.
You, and I called it right out, the criminal lawyers and Coomer, when you guys did this to me.
Thank you.
Now you got your answer.
You already knew the answer.
You just was hoping there was more, I think.
It sucks that you're not going to get all this money, huh?
Do you feel it slipping away because you're all wrong and you realize you shouldn't have done this?
I'm not sure you understand how you're perceived.
I don't care how you think I'm perceived.
Let me tell you how you're perceived.
You are perceived as an ambulance.
You're the reason what's wrong with this country with lawyers.
You're disgraceful is what you are.
I read some of the crap in here that you wrote in your brief.
It's disgusting.
The lies in here.
One of them says, after Mike was with Donald Trump in 2017 at a manufacturer summit, he started doing promo codes on Fox.
I was doing it 10 years prior.
This is a big lie.
You're a lying lawyer.
I had come prepared yesterday, and the record will just reflect what happened yesterday.
I don't need to characterize it.
But I had come prepared to show you a series of video clips, many of which you referenced interviews at CNN during the symposium.
Discussions on Bannon's podcast, referencing Eric Coomer.
We didn't go through your discovery responses because of how yesterday went.
A number of emails that I wasn't able to show you and I am going to be asking and reserving the right to ask the court And I'm going to seek taking you to court because of what you've done to my employees.
Everything you've said comes after you sued me.
Everything I said.
You're an evil, evil man.
There, that's on the record.
Very evil.
What you've done to my employees, everything that you were going to say comes after you sued me.
Everything I said, and I stand by what I said.
You're an ambulance-chasing lawyer, evil person.
You and your Eric Coomer buddy.
So you will be sued.
Don't worry.
And you will be sued big, because I won't back down.
All right. Anything else? I got better things to do with my life. We're trying to save a country
here. Not that you guys chambers chase lawyers trying to get money out of people that had
nothing to do with it. My employees, if they, if I sat here and they sat here and looked at you
guys, they'd say, how could people do this? How could anybody do this to anybody? And that's,
you know, and did I say, and you wonder why I said that?
And I apologize for calling your friend a scumbag.
But I'm so upset what you did, not to me, but to my employees.
What you did to my employees, why would you do that?
I think what you did is horrible.
We've done nothing.
And you guys, and then you wonder why I sit here.
How do you guys sleep at night?
You obviously don't have a MyPillow, that's a fact.
I mean, I just can't fathom, and that's why I'm so upset.
You know how mad I was when I came in here yesterday?
You're right.
I should have read this, but I've got other things going on in my life that are a lot more important than these frivolous lawsuits.
And it's the most important thing to our country ever, to my children, my grandchildren, everything.
That's where I'm at.
Well, we can keep going.
You know, we'll waste an afternoon.
Yes, do I think you guys and them are a traitor to our country by what you did to my pillow?
Yes!
We are made in America!
You guys are bizarre.
What does this have to do with me?
I didn't badmouth Eric Coomer.
I don't care if Newsmax did or whatever they did to him.
That's their business.
That's their business with Eric Coomer.
I mean, what they've done to me and what they've done to our country?
Absolutely.
I stand by that.
You guys served me papers.
You served, you went against my pillow.
Serve my pillow and me papers in a lawsuit.
You are part of a criminal crime family as far as I'm concerned.
That could be the dumbest question of the week.
Do I think they played a role?
Of course they did.
Not only are you suing me for billions here, now you gotta double down and do it some more.
But I guess you all lawyers, the Amnesty International lawyers, you all need a piece of the pie.
I get that.
You know, that's nice.
It's your belief that Mr. Kane and myself are criminals as well?
What you did is criminal.
Not your criminals, but what you've done is criminal.
What you're doing here today is criminal.
Absolutely criminal.
You're taking money you don't deserve, you're trying to attack people that have done nothing to you, and you're wasting my time with a frivolous lawsuit because some judge didn't look at this last summer and get rid of it and say, Are you kidding me?
You can't sue this guy for this because you went and attacked his company and got him so he can't go on TV?
I never talked about Eric Coomer in my life until you did that to Newsmax.
And then you serve me papers.
Everything I said after you served me papers, I stand by it.
Coomer's gotta be part of it and you guys are just as criminal what you did to me.
Period.
That's it.
It's a criminal crime family you're describing here that Mr. Kane and I, you believe, are a part of.
Who else is in that family?
I don't know.
Maybe you brought it.
I don't know.
Haven't checked into that.
Maybe that's why you sued me, so you don't, you know.
Who knows?
I don't know.
I said, what are they?
A criminal crime family?
You know, that's what they do when it's all tied together.
You have the cover up.
You got Jenna Griswold there.
You got, I put the image up for the world to see.
Nobody says anything about it.
Nobody talks about it.
You sue and attack.
When you attack somebody, a company that's never done anything to you, that's criminal.
You too, it's criminal.
Guys, I can't get around it.
What you did is terrible.
It's evil.
It's terrible.
It's wrong.
And that's it.
There's things in my life that are a lot more important than frivolous lawsuits.
The only one... And I'm not blaming you for the frivolous, other than when you put it up.
Because it should have been done nine months ago, and the judge should have looked at this and said, I'm sorry.
These guys, this is bizarre.
Goodbye.
And dumped it.
And the judge didn't do that.
And that's disgusting that she did not dump this.
Real quickly, Mike, give me 30 seconds.
You made it through your deposition, or are you back there today?
No, and I didn't get a very good grade, Steve.
They got very upset with me, the Coomer lawyers.
I mean, they got upset and I go, you know what?
I'm trying to run a company.
You guys have wasted so much of my time.
I said, this is disgusting.
This has been going on for almost a year now.
You attacked MyPillow, this employee-owned company.
How dare you?
And I said, all they've done is hurt us, too.
This is when they made the deal with Newsmax.
And since then, I've never been able to go on to talk about MyPillow products, and it's severely hurt MyPillow.
Those other stations, since they've done that, I can't go on and tell them about the towels coming in today and stuff like that.
Anyway, it wasn't a good deposition.
My lawyers, I said, what did I get for a grade?
He said, Mike, not good.
Mike Lindell.
MyPillow.com.
PromoCode War Room.
Go right there.
Brother, thank you.
See you tomorrow.
A great warrior fighter.
But instead, please use the promo code L77 to support Mike Lindell's work, okay?
So, Mike is under assault.
Mike is having people come at him in all different directions, as you guys know.
Attorneys are super, super expensive.
Everything he's been doing To try to expose what happened is super expensive, and now he's fighting off these lawsuits.
So, again, now's the time to go to MyPillow.com, I believe, and help the employees at MyPillow, and help Mike Lindell, and help yourself, and maybe get a gift for someone else.
MyPillow.com promo code L77.
Sheets, towels, blankets, pet beds, slippers, sandals, mattresses, mattress toppers, robes, and more.
Would you do that?
Now, we're going to go to your phone calls.
That attorney said, Mike, I don't think you know how you're perceived.
I don't think you know how you're perceived.
Well, here's what I'd like to know.

We thought we would bring it to you all strung together in one place.
How do you think Mike did?
His attorneys don't think he did very well, according to Mike.
How do you think he did?
And I go back to that question.
The attorney says, Mike, I don't think you understand how you're perceived.
Really?
How do you perceive Mike Lindell and his fight for liberty and freedom?
How do you perceive it?
What do you think of what you just saw?
901-316-8404.
901-316-8404.
Let's start out with Darren in Michigan, line four.
Darren, you're on.
Let's start out with Darren in Michigan, line 4.
Darren, you're on. What did you think of what you just saw?
I absolutely appreciate what Michael Ndell said and how he said it.
We need him and his strong stand for what's right.
And I am very disappointed in so many people who should be standing up are not standing up.
Thank you.
Darren in Michigan.
Let's go to Bob.
Line 1, Bob in Iowa.
As you guys hear a call go off, that means that line just opened up and you can get on board.
We're just going to run through as many calls as we can, and I promise you Mike's going to hear it.
He's going to want to watch and listen to this, and I know he will.
So let him know what you think.
Maybe the attorneys are watching who say, well, do you know how you're perceived, Mike?
Well, now we're going to find out.
How is Mike perceived?
901-316-8404.
From Iowa Line 1.
Go ahead, Bob.
How are you doing today?
Good, thank you, Bob.
First of all, Mr. Lindell, I recognize him as a true patriot and a businessman.
What is going on, how they're attacking Mike Wright now, is just all part of the Deep State, just to keep him from exposing them even more.
Bob, I've got to ask you, have you ever done radio with that voice?
No, I haven't.
Have you been asked to do it?
Have you had that question asked of you before?
My wife has supported me on that.
She's told me I should do radio.
Well, as soon as I heard it, I thought, this guy sounds like a radio personality.
All right.
Well, you got a, you got a great, a great, uh, radio voice or narration voice.
Thank you, Bob.
Bob from Iowa checking in.
Let's go to line two, Jamie from Texas, line two.
What are your thoughts on what you just saw, Jamie?
I was totally impressed.
Uh, Mike Lindell is my hero.
He's a patriot.
I bought everything you've got, and I support Legal Fund every month, so keep it coming.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you, Jamie.
Jamie checking in for Texas.
That Legal Fund tonight, LyndellOffenseFund.org.
LyndellOffenseFund.org.
I'd love to see a set of record tonight for Mike.
I really would.
I'd like to set a record, and I'd like for that to get out there in the mainstream press.
That these lawyers are like, well, I don't think you realize how you're perceived, Mike.
Well, that's interesting because on the Monday night that they shared this on Lyndell TV, the reception was so well received, they set a record day for LyndellOffenseFund.org.
I wonder if the media would report that.
We'll make sure they do.
We'll get it out there.
Let's go to line three, Fran from Massachusetts.
Go ahead, Fran.
What are your thoughts tonight?
Brandon, I think Mike is showing that he's standing up for the country.
He shows he's very selfless.
He has risked everything for what he believes in, and more of us need to use him as our role model.
He's fantastic.
Thank you, Fran.
And I thank him.
Thank you, Fran.
You know, I think a lot of CEOs, Fran, if their businesses, if businesses and box stores started calling and saying, you got to be quiet about the election steal or the election fraud or machines or whatever your concern is, Mike, you got to be quiet about all that.
We're going to pull your product.
Or maybe they get a call, we're pulling your product.
And it happens with one or two stores, most CEOs at that point might say, okay, it's time to be quiet.
And they would fall in line, right?
Mike didn't fall in line.
He continued to speak up and speak out.
And what is the end result?
I'm told, and he said, $65 million a year in lost box store revenue.
So you're right.
This guy has put his money where his mouth is.
The Founding Fathers said what in the Declaration of Independence?
We pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honors.
There's not many CEOs that would do what Mike Lindell has done, and we all know that to be true.
And we need more Americans that will stand up and count the cost.
Because if we don't, folks, it is over.
And there's nowhere else to go to.
Do you know how many people have asked me that lately?
Where could we flee to?
Where could we go?
Puerto Rico?
Where are we going to go?
There's nowhere to hide.
Not when they go with their whole central bank digital currencies and tracking and monitoring us.
We are the people we've been waiting on, as the saying goes, and we have to take our stand right here, right now.
And we need leaders.
And we got one that has proven where his motivation is.
Due to the millions upon millions he is losing and has lost.
So you're absolutely right, Fran.
He has revealed truly his commitment.
And you know, the thing is, everything is backfiring.
They release clips.
I think some of this was done, in my opinion, to try to think it could tarnish him.
It backfires.
I'm reading.
My staff is bringing me some of these clips and the feedback and telling me, the American people, they are awake and they realize What is at cost for our country?
Great call, Fran.
Let's go to Lori in Arizona, line 4.
Lori, what are your thoughts tonight, Lori?
Hi, Brandon.
I just want to say that Mike Lindell, you are our hero.
You have balls of steel.
And you put that intimidating lawyer who thinks that he's somebody in his place.
And I really hate it when they try to intimidate us and they try to, you know, make it look like we don't have any rights to be there in the room.
When in fact we're there defending the most honest things that there is.
So true.
So I just think he did a great job.
Excellent.
Thank you, Lori.
Lori from Arizona checking in.
901-316-8404.
901-316-8404.
We're just going to keep taking your calls.
901-316-8404.
And I bet a bunch of you are getting on LyndaleOffenseFund.org.
LyndaleOffenseFund.org.
Logan, see if you can contact somebody and find out if we can tell what's going on with that tonight so I can tell the audience.
I don't know.
Call.
You know the different people to call.
But see if something is going on at lyndaoffenspun.org so I can report back to the audience.
Let's go to Lucy.
Lucy, line one.
Lucy from Hoffman.
Is that Hoffman, Illinois?
Or where is Hoffman?
My name is Lucy Hoffman.
I'm from Georgia.
Oh, you're giving your last name.
Well, that's brave in this day and age, Lucy.
Well, Lucy from Georgia, thanks for calling in.
What are your thoughts on what you saw?
Well, I saw it and I just love Mike Lindell and Brannon because you are giving us the truth and Mike's just standing up for what's right and he loves our country and he's also standing up for what we feel and saying what all of us feel and for them to attack him and his company, you know his company, it's just sad.
It sure is.
Thank you so much, Lucy, for checking in from Georgia tonight.
Steve!
You're welcome.
Thank you.
Thank you, Lucy.
Thank you, Lucy.
Steve from Colorado, line two.
Steve, what are your thoughts tonight?
Hey, Brandon.
You're a good man.
So is Mike.
You're kind.
Those are true patriots.
You know, it's just demonic lawfare is ubiquitous.
It's just everywhere.
You know, we're fighting this everywhere.
God will get us through it, though, Brandon.
Yeah.
We don't have any help from Congress and the Uniparty.
You know, I heard something today.
Democrats will stab you in the front and Republicans will stab you in the back.
So, you know, we're fighting alone.
You know, it's it's it's globalism versus sovereignty, you know.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you, Steve.
You're absolutely right, and you know, I hear the momentum is growing for Kevin McCarthy to be removed as speaker because there's so much that should be going on.
People are tired of the talk.
You know, the hearings are great because they get out information.
It's great to hear from these whistleblowers.
And so I appreciate Jim Jordan and other people holding these committee hearings so we can get the information to the American people and educate them and wake them up.
I appreciate that.
I don't want to undermine or underestimate that for one minute.
But it is now time for some action.
And you know, I guess we have to understand that the Congress doesn't have a whole lot of legal power for prosecution, but it is time for some of these attorney generals to convene grand juries and start indicting people like they're doing in New York and in Georgia and other places.
And I'm not talking about frivolous grand juries and Lawfare.
I'm talking about upholding the rule of law and going after these communist groups, communist front groups, and the illegal activity and behavior of said people.
Because you're right.
We don't need just talk.
We have to have some legal action.
And we're not lawless people.
We are not a lawless people.
We want to follow the law.
The problem is we're watching people break the law, be involved in lawlessness, and they're elected officials who, frankly, should have never been allowed to take the oath because they cannot put their hand on the Bible and take an oath because they have proven that they are already traitorous people to the Constitution.
So you're right.
We're getting stabbed in the front and the back by the Uniparty.
You got that right, Steve.
Liz from Orange County, California.
Liz, line three, thanks for calling in, Liz.
Hi, B. How are you?
Hey, Liz, you've never called in before!
I know.
I tend not to go on air.
I like to be behind the scenes.
Well, you do a good job behind the scenes.
Thanks for taking my call.
First off, I have to say, you do look sharp tonight, as always.
There's nobody out there like you.
Well, you're very kind.
And we thank God for you, for Lyndell TV, and certainly for Mike, because Honestly, in a nutshell, Mike is a beloved national treasure and everybody feels the same.
So he's in all of our hearts and all of our prayers at every single day, every single night.
Thank you, Liz.
Liz, checking in from Orange County, California tonight.
That's the front line right there, folks, Orange County.
Let's go to line four, Rosemary.
Rosemary's calling in from California as well.
Hi, Rosemary.
South Dakota.
Oh, it says California, but Rosemary, we're going to correct the record, guys.
She's from South Dakota.
Is that what you said?
Yes.
Okay, go right ahead.
I just wanted to tell you both, you and Mike, that I admire you immensely.
I started listening to your Sunday programs before Mike Lindell had his regular show, and it all started with this need to know.
The need to know answers, to know more than I have learned in the past.
And as far as the recordings today, Mike sounds like a dad watching over his family.
I totally get where he is a little bit protective of the people that matter most to him.
And I also want to just point out that the lawyer, his first question was a personal question, but he kept saying he was professional.
He was very demeaning at the beginning, you know, how you talk down to people.
I think anybody on this earth that's ever been talked down to, we recognize that.
And he also went on to say, well, do you remember the question?
My gosh, I don't quite understand this lawyer thinking he's a professional.
He didn't come off very professional.
You know, it's interesting what you're saying, Rosemary, because he said, Mike, I don't think you know how you're perceived.
I don't think this lawyer understands now how he's perceived.
Is that what you're saying?
Yes.
Yes.
And the thing is, having listened to other shows, I know this is the third judge to take on this case.
And there's a lot of backstories to all this that we do need to know more about as individuals, you know.
You know, it's very interesting how the law doesn't work for people and how it can be manipulated.
And I never took an interest before, but I am now.
And I just want to thank you for being steadfast and we do believe in you.
That's what I want to say most.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You're very kind.
Thank you, Rosemary.
Rosemary checking in tonight from South Dakota, 901-316-8404.
I want to go back to this right here, because it fits with what Rosemary was just saying.
This, folks, was just filed on Friday.
I think Friday was the 8th, was it not?
Yep, Friday, September 8th.
So this was just filed on Friday, and this is a motion to dismiss.
This, what Mike is describing as a frivolous lawsuit, I think it is.
And it says here, after more than a year of discovery, the record does not evince a genuine dispute of facts essential to Coomer's claim and Coomer's entire action against the defendant, which is Mike Lindell.
Entire action against the defendant is ripe for dismissal.
Defendants seek an order granting partial summary judgment dismissing individual defendants claims and alleged defamatory statements unsupported by evidence.
You know, what Mike kept saying was, look, they're basically suing me for things I said after I was served.
When did I talk about this guy?
When did I even know who this guy was?
And whatever someone else said about him, which is mentioned in this summary to dismiss, whatever someone else said about him on their program in, you know, well, I think it's November of 2020.
You know, November of, here we go, November 9th, 2020.
I don't think Mike Lindell was even really involved in this case related to machines until after the election and certainly wasn't aware, according to what he has publicly said, who this guy even is, this Coomer guy.
And so he gets served on the steps of the Colorado State Capitol.
You guys all remember that, right?
I think it's on video.
And what Mike is saying to this guy, he keeps repeating to these guys, you're suing me for things I said after I was served.
So it does seem like this thing has a backstory to it the American people don't get.
We're trying to help them get it.
The media, certainly, if they get it, doesn't want to report it in context.
But you guys get it.
Rosemary gets it.
Let's go to Randy in New Hampshire, Line 1.
Randy, thank you for calling in tonight, Randy.
Hi, Brandon.
Thanks for taking my call.
I just want to say I thought Mike did a fantastic job.
I think it's an example that everybody should take note of because You know, we need to stand together.
We need to stop, you know, this this weaponization of our judicial system.
And he's absolutely right.
You know, because most of us can't afford to go the distance that he has gone.
But the one thing I was hoping that he would say and ask these lawyers, don't they have children?
Don't they have families?
Do you not know your history?
Do you not know what Hitler did to the Gestapo?
Do you honestly think this is going to work out for you when this is all said and done?
In other words, what you're saying, Randy, is when you have useful idiots, once the revolution is over, the useful idiots never get what they're promised.
And a lot of times they're the first ones to go.
So anyone that's helping tear down businessmen, tear down patriots, tear down leaders of the constitutional patriot movement in America, What they need to understand is they're not going to see the Marxist utopia that they're being promised, or the globalist utopia, or any kind of utopia regardless of what worldview it comes from.
They're not going to see what they're being promised.
They never are.
I think that's exactly what Randy's saying.
By the way, folks, LyndellOffenseFund.org.
LyndellOffenseFund.org.
I'm trying to get a report to see what's going on with that tonight, but I'd like to see us set a record tonight for Mike.
Encourage Mike.
Again, folks, have you ever been put under deposition?
And have you ever been put under deposition for seven hours?
I was in June.
I'm supposed to have another one.
All related by the way to the same case.
This one, well the first one was to this, related to this case.
The other one is related to one of other Mike's cases.
Seven hours.
And can you imagine sitting for seven hours?
Getting peppered over, and over, and over, and over, and sitting for these again, and again, and again, and again, when you're saying, how am I even being sued?
For what?
For freedom of speech?
For speaking my opinion?
Are you kidding me?
You know, we need righteous indignation.
I think that's what you saw.
And that attorney said, I don't think, Mike, you know how you're perceived.
Well, I don't think he knows how he is now perceived.
And hopefully a lot of folks on the left will be watching this show when it's rebroadcast.
Let's go to Brian.
Brian in Wisconsin, Line 2.
Brian, thanks for calling in, Brian.
Hey, Brennan.
How you doing?
I'm great tonight, Brian.
I'm just so... I think this is a record we've set for phone calls.
Well, I'll tell you what.
It's hard to get through to you.
I think I called like 45 times.
So, no, seriously.
But they told me it wasn't available for a while, but it's rising for you.
So I gotta tell you, you guys are still doing a hell of a job.
Mike, don't quit.
Keep right up in their face.
And everybody out there, if everybody chips in $20 tonight, a million people might get Mike maybe a quarter of his money back.
So everybody, buckle down.
Just pitch in $20.
And let's give her hell.
Just keep going.
Don't quit.
Great call tonight.
Brian from Wisconsin.
Thank you, Brian.
Jesse from Colorado, Line 3.
Jesse, go ahead.
Jesse, what are your thoughts tonight?
Thank you, Brandon, for taking my call.
You bet.
Yeah, it took me about 15 times to get through, but I'm glad I did.
I'm glad you did, too.
It's very popular.
I love Mike Lindell.
I watch the show every night.
I have multiple pillows in all of my bedrooms, so just to give a positive note.
Colorado's the tip of the spear, aren't we?
Yes.
Boy, let me tell you, the election crime, Jenna Griswold and Jared Polis, and boy, they really want to, like, try and deflect and defend Their position and continue to like blame the other side.
Blame, blame, blame.
I call it psychological projection.
And they're really getting better at it.
We need to come up with something to stop it.
And I think that what that lawyer tried to do to Mike Lindell today was exactly that.
He tried to turn or reverse the situation to try and blame Mike.
And Mike fought back fabulously and I love it.
I love it, too.
Thank you.
Thank you, Jesse.
Jesse from Colorado checking in.
Let's go to Joan, line 4.
Joan from the Ozarks.
Hi, Joan.
Hi.
Thank you so much for taking my call, and I like that other guy's attitude.
Let's give him hell.
I'll go for that.
And I called 45 times, so ha!
Got him on that one.
Oh, we're gonna have to get some more lines in our control room, aren't we?
Yeah, I guess so, but I love the way Mike handled that, and I've had to be in a deposition, and I kind of gave the defense attorney, she was a jerk anyway, and I kind of really gave her a hard time.
So you can relate!
You can relate to this.
Is that what you're saying, Joan?
Yeah, I can say that, and I could say more, but I won't.
But anyhow, I want to say, I'm not only going to make my donation as soon as I get off of here, I don't understand why people would stop buying all the new China junk that they get, and for every dollar maybe they were going to spend tomorrow, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, or whatever, if they would put that money right toward Mike Lindell's Offense.org.
In fact, by the way, I was just told in my ear, Joan, I just got the report I was looking for.
LindellOffenseFund.org right now has about 200 people sitting on the site.
Oh, that's good.
And if we just keep that going, then we'll give a good positive report to Mike and encourage Mike.
Because again, I'm telling you folks, he doesn't give up, but everybody gets discouraged, right?
And so here's an opportunity to encourage Mike.
Like she's saying, like Joan's saying, $5, $10, lindaoffensefund.org.
But right now there's 200 people, I'm told, sitting on the site.
Even as we speak.
Oh, great.
Well, I'm going to get there and just put all your money there instead of giving it to China.
Well, thank you, Joan.
Joan checking in from the Ozarks.
Let's go to Sandy in California, line one.
Sandy in California, thanks for calling in, Sandy.
Hi, Brandon.
Hi, Sandy.
Or Brandon, I'm sorry.
That's all right.
You know what, Sandy?
I don't correct people when they do that because it really doesn't matter.
I know you're talking to me.
I watch you all the time.
I love you and Mike, and I want you to give Mike a big hug for me.
He's my hero.
And I want to tell you, I live in Shasta County where they got rid of the machines, but now our local government has made it to where no counties can get rid of the machines unless I think it's under a thousand people, the population.
Hmm.
Wow.
Thank you, Sandy, for checking in.
Appreciate it.
So I've been so I've been trying to email you and call you guys, but I can't ever get through.
OK, well, if you want to email us, just let's see.
Let's see.
Email, you can always email Brandon at worldviewweekend.com.
I gotta get a frank speech email address.
But Brandon, B-R-A-N-N-O-N at worldviewweekend.com.
You can always email us there, and I'll see that it gets to the right person, okay?
But you probably have a million emails, so you probably don't see mine.
I don't see a lot of them because I actually, for the first time in my entire adult and career life, have had to, because of the volume, had to hire someone whose only job is to go through emails.
So I actually now have someone who's hired to do that due to the volume.
But if they see it, they will flag it to me and tell me, and we'll make sure it gets to the right person, okay?
All right.
Well, thank you for what you do, and please give Mike a hug.
I will.
Thank you, Sandy.
Sandy from California checking in.
Joan, Line 2 from Arkansas.
Hi, Joan.
Go right ahead, Joan.
Hi, Brennan.
Thank you for having me.
I'd like to say Mike is definitely one of my heroes, and that video made it more definite for me.
Now, why is that?
Why is that, Joan?
It just confirms his strength and leadership and Power and ability and so forth, like many other leaders we have these days, praise God.
That's excellent.
Well, I'm glad you called in, Joan.
Joan from Arkansas.
Yeah, go ahead.
I had one other short comment.
I'd just also like to say, ouch, that little ambulance chaser must have felt like he was having A transition surgery without anesthesia.
Mike is definitely my hero.
God bless you, Mike.
Wow, that's funny.
Thank you, Joan.
Let's go to line three.
Kenny in Florida.
Hi, Kenny.
What are your thoughts tonight on what you just saw?
Hello.
Hello, sir.
How are you doing?
Great, Kenny.
Thank you.
Awesome.
I'm going to let you know that I've been with you all since you all started.
Wow, thank you.
April 16th.
I just want to let you know that Mike is on target, and I want to give him encouragement to say that between God and Mike Lindell, this country is going to be saved.
And I'm telling you, the left, the anti-regime that's out there that's trying to attack us, they're the ones who are going to get caught up in the snare and are going to be persecuted.
judge for their judgment that they're trying to put on us.
So it's going to be like the days of the Bible where the enemies turned on each other, and also they're going to get swallowed up by, what do you call it, figurative Uh, Red Sea enclosure on them.
That would be great.
That would be nice, wouldn't it?
Yeah.
Yes.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Kenny, from Florida.
I mean, the calls just keep coming in.
Let me try to roll through as many as I can.
Thank you, Kenny.
Brian, line four.
Brian from Pennsylvania.
Go ahead, Brian.
Hi, Brandon.
How you doing tonight?
Good, Brian.
Thank you for all your calls, by the way.
Yeah, I tried, I think, like, 150 times.
I got through a couple times where it rang, but it didn't ring like seven rings that would kick me off, and I was like, oh, try it again, try it again.
Well, thank you for your persistence.
You're welcome.
You let Mike know he's our hero.
I can't hear you, Brandon.
No, I'm still listening to you.
Make sure you listen to your phone, not the tape delay.
I don't know.
I wasn't hearing anything.
I forgot about the delay.
You let Mike know that he's our hero.
We watch him as much as we can.
The other night, we watched the interview where he had with the attorney, the ambulance chaser, and I never thought he had that in him, but when he answered the way he did, I was like, way to go, Mike.
Put them in their spot.
They deserve it.
And one day, he's going to have the pleasure of seeing Jimmy Kimmel sit in that crane box.
Yeah.
We're waiting for that day.
Keep his head up.
Keep the fight.
We're always behind him.
And we look forward to the day that Jimmy Kimmel gets a set in that cream box.
Thank you, Brian.
Brian checking in from Pennsylvania.
You know, I talked to someone today that does not normally follow a lot of the stuff that goes on because of the occupation of his job.
It's just nonstop.
uh paperwork he's an accountant and it's non-stop it's non-stop particularly right now because a lot of people trying to get their taxes done for the late filing or whatever and i when i talked to him today i said have you seen any of these clips with mike lindell he's like yes they were everywhere on social media so this is now getting on the purview of people that don't really know about this they don't really understand You know, as Mike says, a lot of people don't know him for his defense of the country and his concern about the machines.
A lot of them haven't, for whatever reason, that hasn't penetrated.
They know him as the pillow guy.
So more and more people now are waking up to the cause, the righteous cause of which Mike is leading.
So this is good.
This is backfiring on the elite.
Let's go to Allison in Minnesota, line one.
Allison, thanks for calling in, Allison.
Hi, Brian.
Hi.
I just want to say that I believe Mike's life was made for this point in time.
The fight that he's gone through his whole life.
And I just ordered $300 worth of products from him just last week.
But I'll be donating to his fund too.
It just breaks my heart.
I'm from Minnesota and I go on Google Maps and the outlet store.
I think the Lord has his back.
The Lord's with him.
it and giving them bad reviews. So if every patriot would please go on Google
Maps and go to his outlet store in Minnesota and leave a good review, that
would really help a lot. That's very kind of you. I think the Lord has his back. The
Lord's with him. He's always been with him.
I'm getting emotional, I'm sorry.
But it's okay to get emotional.
I think you're right, that's kind of you.
It makes me angry.
Well, you know what?
We need more righteous anger.
There's nothing wrong with anger.
People often say, oh, anger is a sin.
No.
The Bible's very clear what kind of anger we're talking about.
There's nothing wrong with a righteous indignation and anger when you are realizing something is wrong, evil.
We need more righteous indignation in our country because you know what's gonna kill the country will be people if they are passive.
If they become passive and they just sit by and they just watch.
But you know what?
Righteous indignation has a way of causing people to join in on the defense of liberty.
I'm gonna get one more call in here.
Brian from Idaho, line 2.
Brian, go right ahead.
Thanks for calling in, Brian.
Thank you, Brandon.
Thank you for taking my call.
I'm going to sound like a broken record after that last call, but I just I want to give Mike an A plus for his performance and for the love of his country.
And, you know, he's our voice, Brandon.
What he is saying is exactly what we're all thinking.
We're feeling it.
We share the same emotion that he does.
I pray for Mike Daly.
I pray for you, Brannon Daly, and Mr. Trump, and several others.
But, you know, this is not a time to be nice.
This is a war.
Our government is corrupt, and they are literally, literally murdering Americans.
They are.
That's not an exaggeration.
No, it's not an exaggeration.
No, it's not an exaggeration at all.
That's not nice at all.
Yep, you're absolutely right.
I just appreciate all you guys are doing and the emotions and stuff.
I mean, that's across the nation.
Even in little old Podunk, Idaho, we're pretty well pissed off right now.
You know, we've all been, you poke the bear long enough.
You know, you mess with the bull, you're gonna get the horse.
And you know Brian, I...
Thank you Brian. You know what I think the elite know that?
I think the elite know they have awakened a sleeping giant across all political lines.
Across all people groups.
There are Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, people that have never been political, never voted.
Many of them are now awake and they're united in their desire to be free.
And they realize we're losing the greatest experiment in freedom in world history, the longest-running constitutional republic in the history of the world, and we're on the verge of losing it.
And even the Person that is the least educated on politics and government and history.
They know this from their gut and from watching what's happening.
They don't have to have a degree in politics or government or public policy.
They just have common sense that tells them this is not how a free society operates.
So you're absolutely right.
People are waking up.
They're coming together.
And this is what, in many regards, makes it a dangerous time for our country because the elite know they need to do something to try to scare the American people into compliance and surrendering.
But I don't think most of us are going to surrender.
I think Winston Churchill said it best.
Better to perish than to live as slaves.
So folks, if you appreciate what Mike's doing and the stand he's taken, and by the way, thank you to all of you for all of these calls.
I didn't think we would get this many phone calls.
This audience has got to be far bigger than we realize.
Far bigger than we realize to get that many calls.
Wow.
Thank you.

Mike hasn't asked me to I'm asking because I know what goes on behind the scenes.
I know how, well, attacked he is.
And there's a lot that doesn't get said.
But I'm telling you, he is getting it from all sides.
And he needs support.
You know, it doesn't matter how successful one is, if they come after you with enough attorneys, everyone will find themselves in financial need at some point.
And that is now.
He needs the financial help now.
And I mean that.
LyndaleOffenseFund.org is the way you can do it.
All right, we're going to make sure Mike hears this show.
I was expecting at least one or two liberals to come in and tell us what they thought, but either they even agree, and I think there are a lot of self-described liberals that agree with the callers tonight.
But I'll tell you, what a show!
Thank you for taking part, and I think Mike will be very encouraged when he hears it.
Great, great program.
Thanks to your participation.
Tonight on Brighton House Live, we're going to have quite the panel talking about what's coming.
You're going to be shocked at some things that Leo Holman, who works with me as associate producer, what he has uncovered today about funding and government agencies to deal with us, quote, domestic terrorists, as they call us.
We'll break that tonight on Brighton House Live.
Now is the Worldview Report.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for supporting Mike.
