This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Alright, Brandon House, in for Mike Lindell, who is doing media interviews, because we're
going to have a lot of guests tonight.
I have a lot of guests.
But maybe you haven't heard the breaking news today.
It's all over Twitter, and it's even here at MSNBC.
Show the computer, guys, and give me that monitor in front of me, if you would, please.
Here we go.
New tapes reveal.
I don't know what that is.
There we go.
New tapes reveal MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell meltdown in 2020 election deposition.
As you see, this was just published today, Friday, September 8, 2023.
There were a lot of clips.
A lot of clips that were released of Mike Lindell's various depositions related to one of these machine company in the Eric Coomer case.
Mike is doing a lot of press interviews tonight.
On this.
So I will be sitting in for Mike.
He did ask me to play one of them.
And so I'm going to play you one of the clips.
There's a lot I could choose from.
I'm going to choose this one right here.
Here we go.
Here's what's all over the media tonight.
Watch this.
Objection, non-responsive.
Let me explain a few more things to you.
What?
Let me explain a few more things to you.
Have you given a deposition before like this?
I've given a ton of depositions.
Okay, so you understand the process somewhat.
Sure do.
Okay.
When I ask you a question, you need to do your best to respond only to my question.
You're going to arrest me?
I'll say whatever I want, and if we have extra, that's too bad.
There's no rule that says I can't give a full answer.
I'm telling you the rules.
Have you ever been in a deposition where they can't stand who you are?
Have you?
A lot more than you, sir.
Okay, good.
Keep going.
Don't tell me about my depositions.
You're not my boss, you're just some frivolous lawyer in here, and you're bringing this frivolous case to me.
And especially against a company that had nothing to do with anything.
You're disgusting.
Keep going.
I want you to understand another thing.
What's that?
This case is pending in federal court in Colorado.
I don't care.
What does that have to do with anything?
Do you understand that?
Yes.
There's a federal judge that's going to likely be reading and watching this deposition.
I don't care.
You understand that.
I don't care. She should have just.
We're going to stop that for just a second just to see if it'll catch up with itself.
out.
It's a big file, I guess.
I don't know, maybe there's a lot of people hitting this server that it's coming off of somewhere today, but we'll see if that file will catch up.
Again, this is a clip, one of numerous clips that has been put out today of Mike Lindell's deposition.
You know, again, I guess the reason this has been done is because there's another filing that's been done in the case.
I'm not an attorney, but I did ask a couple of them.
There's been a filing done in the case, and they've attached these video clips as part of their, you know, I guess evidence of their pleading, whatever that happens to be.
So that's what's going on here, and these are going all over the internet today.
This is one reason why I'm sitting here without Mike tonight, because initially he was going to be with us tonight, but he's doing a lot of media interviews on these clips that are going around out there.
And again, Let me see if I can get this to speed up.
I might send this to you guys in the control room to actually download so that we're not playing it on their file, because maybe their servers are getting a lot of action tonight, because they were playing no problem a while ago, but the longer this story is out, the more I'm getting buffering because of... I think there's a lot of people playing this file.
Let me bring back up the audio, guys.
Let's try it again.
What's that?
This case is pending in federal court in Colorado.
I don't care.
What does that have to do with anything?
Do you understand that?
Yes.
Alright.
There's a federal judge that's going to likely be reading and watching this deposition.
I don't care.
Do you understand that?
I don't care.
She should have dismissed this a long time ago.
She hasn't ruled on that.
I've got a problem with her too.
The judge has practice standards on how... No, the judge did not dismiss this case.
We put in to get it dismissed and she ruled, an unfair ruling, saying, well go ahead and do discovery and waste all your time while I'm sitting there not doing nothing.
That's what that judge is doing.
So don't tell me what the judge is doing and you just let me worry about the judge reading this, okay?
I just want you to understand that.
You just don't worry about me.
You're not out for my benefit, okay?
He's out for my benefit, not you.
Don't worry if I say something that offends the judge, okay?
You just let me worry about that.
You got that?
Yeah, I got it.
Okay, good.
Keep going.
The reason I bring that up, sir, is if the judge is not pleased with your conduct in this deposition, there may be penalties associated with that.
Okay, good.
You go ahead.
Thank you for your worrying about old Mike.
You're really great.
It seems like you bring a frivolous case up.
You really have my back.
Go ahead.
Keep going.
All right, again, it's freezing.
Let's see if we can get the rest of that clip in there.
It's a lengthy clip, again, coming off tonight from, well, this is linked right at MSNBC.
New tapes, here it is, reveal MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell meltdown.
That's what they're calling it.
uh in 2020 election deposition and they actually provide a link right there watch the Lindell deposition here depositions here and then they provide links to other cases uh related you know other filings in court related to this case so again apparently this has been attached to another pleading or a case they you know they're looking for something i think they're actually according to the report trying to make him sit for another one and maybe do it even in colorado according to The report, and maybe this is part of their filing and their evidence to that.
Again, I'm not an attorney, that's what I'm surmising.
We'll send this over to the boys in the control room, see if they can download it, we can finish playing the whole thing.
Like I said earlier in the day, we had this playing with no problem, but now that, I guess this is getting out there on the internet, let me send this to you guys, Logan, in the control room to play.
Now it seems as though the servers that these are sitting on and being played off of are not able to keep up.
Too many people are playing them and it's going.
Let's try it again.
Bring it back up.
Let's see if that works.
...a time to sit through this garbage.
When I put into her summary judgment last summer and she hasn't ruled on it, either say yay or nay.
It's disgusting.
It's disgusting to our country that she couldn't make a ruling.
Go ahead and do deposition.
If it was some guy that didn't have money, you would put them under just in this garbage.
Wasting my day.
Wasting my time.
But think if it was someone on the street.
Don't you care about people?
This is disgusting.
This judge should have ruled a long time ago that you're yay or nay.
Frivolous or not.
But she didn't.
She said go ahead and do discovery while I sit and decide what I'm gonna do.
That's disgusting.
I got no problem with you on that.
I got a problem with the judge not making a ruling.
So there.
Now go ahead.
Now that the judge has that on record.
Now you don't have to worry about what me and the judge think of each other.
Here's another thing that I need you to know, Mr. Lindell.
If the court determines that you're not being responsive or acting in good faith today, we may have to come back and do this some more.
And I want you to understand that.
Oh, I got that.
And if that's the case, I will be asking for attorney's fees and costs for us to do it again.
Oh, you will, huh?
I'm already asking for them.
I might just come after you guys for the most frivolous case ever when this is done.
If there's a way to sue you, believe me, I'm doing it.
Okay.
Okay, just so you know that, beyond anything you've ever seen.
So be prepared.
I'm committed to being polite and professional.
Okay, go ahead. We're getting through that.
Now you know where I sit.
Let's get on with it.
All right, there you go.
And so that is out tonight.
And if you've never set for one of those things and what that's like, you don't fully, can't fully understand the frustration that can rise very, very quickly.
So that is what is out tonight.
And again, Mike is giving a lot of media interviews.
His phone is ringing off the hook.
And so he needed to take care of that tonight.
We're going to keep the show going.
We're going to be joined by Colonel Conrad out of Arkansas with news there.
Then we got great news from Dr. Dougherty.
Dr. Dougherty will join us.
And then Lori Gallagher and Rich Pace will join us tonight also with some good news.
So a full show, we better keep moving.
Colonel Conrad joins us first.
Colonel, welcome back to the broadcast.
How are things in Arkansas tonight?
Well, thank you for having me, man.
That's an exciting clip there with Mike.
Well, there's a lot more and they are very entertaining.
I watched every one of them and they are very entertaining.
You think that he feels like he's being railroaded?
Yeah, he's being persecuted is what he's being.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
So I would be frustrated too.
But listen, let's talk about Arkansas real quick.
I want everybody to know that our lawsuit, our hearing, very important hearing is happening this coming Monday, 9-11.
And I've told people this before, but I'll reiterate.
It's going to be a big, big day, I think, for Arkansas VII in our effort to sue ES&S and our Secretary of State and our State Board of Election Commissioners.
The reason is that we're suing on the fact that these machines use barcodes.
They use barcodes, and that's what is counted.
And what we have said over and over again, I can't read barcode.
And by federal and state law, it is clear that you have to be able to verify the person you're voting for is being counted before you put in your ballot.
Well, guess what?
If they count the barcode, how can you know that?
You don't.
It's impossible.
So we're suing based on that very narrow thing that we believe is black and white.
We believe that we'll be able to show.
You can't read a barcode.
As obvious as that is, we have to bring in three experts, and we are.
We're bringing in Dr. Philip Stark of the University of California in Berkeley.
He'll be there on Monday.
Dr. Doug Jones, computer scientist, expert, University of Iowa, and Dr. Andrew Appel from Princeton University has already given his deposition.
We think that we have a super strong case and we think that the judge we hope the judge will rule that we will have a trial very very soon that there's enough evidence to move forward and so what we're asking for is a temporary restraining order so that these machines can't be used and I just don't know why other states haven't pursued this but we're doing it and this could be The one case that anywhere where they're using a machine that has, or a computer, that has barcodes, they can challenge it.
We think that when our case wins, and we think we're going to win.
Yeah, and your website is, just for the record, make sure we got it right, it's fortruth.com, right?
That is for my Colonel of Truth show.
For this effort, it's Arkansas, just say A-D-I-I.org.
A-D-I-R-K-S-O-U-L.
avii.org and as you can imagine it's a lot of money in order to bring in experts and to do this and I know everybody's asking for money but I'm also tell everybody we've got to win this case and this is important to all of America so whatever you can do I don't care if it's a dollar you know or five dollars please go to our site avii.org and you can donate there because this is every all money all the monies go towards this lawsuit And we think we're going to have really good news on Monday evening, and we think we're going to have great news after the trial.
And, of course, we'll be counting on you coming back and reporting on that great news.
You better believe it.
I will be.
I will be coming back.
Aside from the lawsuit, let me add real quickly, I'll talk about a couple of things.
We had Searcy County in August.
They went to paper ballots.
Very brave on their part.
But they don't have to do anything else.
It's a paper ballot county right now.
There's nothing else that needs to be done.
In fact, several other counties have reached out and they are using the report That they put together, that the Searcy County Committee put together on why it was better to go to paper ballots.
And other counties are getting that report and using it right now as we speak trying to plug in the numbers for their county so that they can convince their quorum courts to also go to paper ballot.
We think that this is going to gain a lot of momentum.
Particularly after our lawsuit wins.
Excellent.
Excellent.
All right.
Well, we will follow your case and we look forward to you coming back and giving us some great news.
Thank you for being with us tonight, Colonel.
Thanks for having me.
Thanks for having me.
Have a great night.
You too, sir.
Joining me now is Dr. Walter Daugherty.
Dr. Daugherty, I think you've got some good news for us tonight as well, don't you?
Absolutely.
Things are happening all across the country.
Before you do that, though, you want to comment on the news tonight related to Mike Lindell and the MSNBC article and his deposition clips that are all over the internet now tonight.
Did you get a chance to watch that first one I played?
Yes, I did.
And it brings back memories of the times that I had been deposed.
So as Mike Made abundantly clear the opposing lawyer is not your friend.
And so the goal of the opposing lawyer is to get you to say something that can be used against you and will help their case.
And there are a lot of tricks that they have I had a friend who was an orthopedic surgeon that was often called to testify and work with compensation cases.
And one time the opposing lawyer asked him, how much are you being paid for your testimony?
And he came right back at him and said, I'm not being paid for my testimony.
I'm being paid for my time and not nearly as much per hour as you charge.
Now you probably wouldn't get away with that saying something like that today but depositions are part of the process and they're a valuable part because a lot of information that we have learned about voting machine companies among other things has been little tidbits that they inadvertently gave as part of a longer answer and so it's a very useful part of the process Yeah, well I wanted to get your feedback on that tonight.
So tell me if you can, you've got some news for us tonight.
What's your report?
Well, I want to highlight tonight one particular county in Texas, Kerr County.
But first let me mention some other things that are going on across the country.
It seems like this month things are really heating up in terms of activity and moving forward.
So, for example, Carrie Lake and Mark Fincham's first case, which was filed almost two years ago and dismissed, has just been set for hearing on appeal in the ninth Circuit, court, next week.
Indeed it has, and I don't know if you know, Doctor, but we did a full interview last night with Kurt Olson on this.
In fact, if you'll show my screen, the Kerry Lake War Room retweeted that today, retweeted that last night, or today, that interview from last night, and this is what they quote Kurt as saying, quote, this is our sacred right to vote.
You should be able to go in there on Election Day and cast your vote, and on November 8, 2022, people in Maricopa County could not do that."
So we had Councilor-Attorney Kurt Olson with us last night.
It was a stunning interview, and I've seen it on several conservative websites today.
Okay, right now there are two Carey Lake cases.
So the first one was Carey Lake and Mark Finchen from 2021.
That's the one that's on appeal.
It's going to be heard next week.
Okay.
Then the more recent case regarding the governor's race, that's got set for trial on September 21st and 25th.
So we've got three dates coming up on two Carey Lake cases.
Then there was just a ruling also in Arizona in Yavapai County where the judge ruled that the procedure Maricopa County and the state were using to match signatures was illegal.
So the law says that when a mail-in ballot comes in with a voter signature on the outer envelope, That signature has to be matched to the voter registration card.
And what they were doing was matching it to signatures in previous elections, DMV registrations, and so forth, any of which could potentially have been forged.
And so that's an important development in really for all of Arizona.
Now back to Texas and the news tonight.
Again, it seems like more and more election integrity events are being held across the state of Texas, particularly in the last few months.
And I've spoken at a number of those along with many other people.
My message has always been the same, is to replace the machines with hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots in the interest of transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
And if you have those three things, you'll have auditability.
So tonight, your next guests are going to highlight Kerr County, Texas.
This is a relatively small county northwest of San Antonio.
But they have a lot of experience using hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots in their municipal election.
So when they go to vote for mayor or city council or something like that, they have experience in using the state procedures for using paper ballots and not using machines.
So in Texas, it is the county commissioners who have the responsibility for making decisions for the county, such as the time, place, and manner of elections, using machines or not.
So there are four commissioners who are elected by district in the county, basically a fourth of the county each, and a county judge And the five of them constitute the Commissioner's Court.
And then the Commissioner's Court makes all the decisions about who will run the elections and how they will be run.
So in Kerr County, Rich Paces, who is going to be on in a few minutes, is the County Commissioner for Precinct 2.
And he hosted an election integrity event a few weeks ago.
that had a really sterling roster from State Senator Bob Hall, Tina Peters, Seth Keschel, Jarrett Woodward, Mark Cook, and I also wasn't able to attend in person, but I spoke by Zoom on that.
And so the great thing about events like this is that It exposes a lot more people to a lot more information about the vulnerability and voting machines.
But Commissioner Paces has gone one step beyond that and is actually preparing a resolution for the Commissioner's court meeting, which I believe will be on the 24th To rescind the Commissioner's Court approval of voting machines and transition to hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots.
So that could very well be the first county in Texas to switch to paper ballots that was not always doing, already doing it.
So there have been a few small counties, very low population, who have never used machines.
But of most of the 254 counties that are using machines, this could very well be the first one to switch from going machines to using machines to using hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots.
And you ask why that's important.
Well, You know the old saying, how do you eat an elephant?
One bite at a time.
So we have maybe 245 counties that there's the handful of counties of the 254 that have always used paper ballots because they're very small population.
But of the remaining 240 odd counties, Kerr County, Texas may very well be the first bite of the elephant of getting rid of the machines.
Excellent.
So some, some good news tonight.
We don't always get to bring good news tonight, but we've got a great report from you tonight.
Got a good one from Colonel Conrad.
So we'll just keep the good news going.
I think there's also, by the way, going to be a big meeting coming up in the state legislature in Madison, Wisconsin next week related to perhaps getting rid of the, uh, uh, Megan, whatever her name is up there with Megan Wolf with the Wisconsin election commission.
She, she may be packing up her office and leaving.
I think there's a big vote next week on that.
Right.
That's right.
So there'll be a hearing in the appropriate Senate committee to retain or remove her.
Because what my understanding is, is that the terms of the election administrator and several other officers have expired, but they haven't either been removed or replaced.
And so they're just sort of continuing without authorization.
And so now the Senate committee will be deciding Whether to retain, remove, or replace Megan Wolf and other officers that are involved with elections.
Here's another good one real quick.
This one came out yesterday, I think it was.
No, what is the date today?
Is it the 9th?
8th?
Oh yeah, yesterday.
Article, the Federalist Court.
Wisconsin's unauthorized use of federal voter registration forms violates state law.
So there's another good ruling.
I mean, we've got quite a bit of good news here in the last 48 hours.
Well, let me make a comment on that federal voter registration form.
This is something that is seriously abused.
So every state says in its constitution, only citizens of the state can vote.
And then there are statutes that add other disqualifications like you're under 18, you're mentally incompetent, you're a felon, whatever.
But basically the first question is, are you a citizen of the state?
So every state says you have to be a citizen to vote in the state.
But when I first started working on analyzing the election data from Arizona from 2020, I discovered there was a group of voters who were getting a special ballot called FRO, Federal Races Only, which was President, U.S.
Senator, and U.S.
House, and it was being given to non-citizens.
This is just mind-boggling to me that non-citizens can vote.
So apparently, I don't remember the full story, but apparently there was an argument made in a federal court that non-citizens residing in Arizona were a affected by the results of federal elections, such as who
their senator and representative were, and therefore they ought to be represented by having
the right to vote.
Well, like I said, noncitizens can't vote in state elections in Arizona.
So you go to the Secretary of State's website in Arizona and click on the button that says
Register to Vote.
The first two questions are, are you a citizen and are you over 18?
And if you don't answer yes to those questions, you cannot use the rest of the form, which goes ahead and fills out.
But you can go to this federal website.
Fill out their registration form and get a federal voter registration card.
So in the case of that, that's what I understand is happening in Arizona.
In the case of Wisconsin, the state was accepting the federal voter registration card without a state authorization to do it.
So that is good news that it is being, that that Absolutely.
Now, do you reside in Texas?
Yes, I do.
So, I don't want to put you on the spot, but are you following the Ken Paxton trial in the Senate?
I am, and it's very educational and entertaining.
So if you enjoyed the clips of Mike Lindell's deposition at the beginning of the show, you should definitely go watch the tapes from the Texas State Senate Impeachment Court, Court of Impeachment is what they're sitting as, as to whether or not to remove Ken Paxton permanently from the Attorney General position.
And I'm going to cover it tonight on my broadcast, Brennan House Live, with Joe Hoff, but what I'm picking up is some of these guys went to the FBI with no evidence over anything being done wrong by the Attorney General Ken Paxton, and they had to admit on the stand today they didn't have any evidence of wrongdoing, but yet they went to the FBI.
I guess maybe they thought the FBI would be a great place to go since they're weaponized against mostly conservatives, right?
Well, obviously that didn't hold up in the cross-examination today.
So, the Texas law is interesting about removing elected officials via impeachment and conviction.
So, everyone needs to understand that impeachment is just charging someone Then there has to be a trial to decide whether to convict them on those charges or not.
So, Ken Paxton was impeached on, I think, 20 articles to say that he has done these 20 things and therefore he should be removed from office.
But, as I understand it, the Texas law also says that the actions that are charged have to have occurred After the person was elected.
So the intent of the legislature in providing for removing someone from office was not to say that they had never done anything prior to being elected that was less than completely honorable.
But that if the voters elected them knowing their past, Then that pass could not be used against them after they were elected.
And so under that standard, my understanding is that most of the charges against him are for things that happened prior to this election.
And so, again, my understanding is they really don't apply.
So I'm cautiously optimistic that Uh, Attorney General Paxton.
Will be acquitted and reinstated.
But as they say, stay tuned for further developments.
It's being live streamed every day.
Yeah.
Well, and let's not forget, I think he's the attorney general that filed more lawsuits against the Biden administration than any attorney general in the United States.
He also, I was told by Senator Paul, maybe help me with his name, Batterford or Bittenford.
Bittenford.
Yeah, he was on my show one night and mentioned that they found like a million ballots on the loading dock at a post office and he called up the Attorney General later when I interviewed Attorney General Ken Paxson I asked him about it he said yeah we we were able to stop Well, and it didn't just start with the Biden administration.
So he's been Attorney General for quite a while and he was asked one day what his typical work day was.
And he said, well, I get to work and I spend the day suing the federal government and then I go home and then I come back tomorrow and do the same thing.
Well, I don't know.
He's won a lot of those cases.
Yes, he has, and they were trying to lay the narrative they were going to turn Texas blue, and it may have been the case if he hadn't found, if they had not found those ballots and stopped him from getting into the stream.
So, I think there's a lot of people that have a lot of reason to be upset with him that are part of the Uniparty, that's for sure.

Lori, welcome to the Lindale Report.
Thanks for being with us.
Hi, thank you, Brandon.
Great to be here.
Glad to have you with us.
Tell us, we heard a little bit from Dr. Walter Doherty there, but tell us what's going on in your county.
Oh, did Dr. D, was he talking about Williamson or Kerr County?
Well, he just mentioned the work you two were doing, so I think he kind of made reference to both of them.
Yes, well, there's a lot of counties.
Yes, in Williamson County, Dr. D has analyzed the cast vote record for the November 2020 election and has detected potential manipulation.
So we have a lot going on in Williamson County.
We proved that our election results were unknowable and unrecoverable.
Dr. Andrea Powell was another expert that worked on that analysis.
But in Kerr County, we have one of our only elected county commissioners that has stepped up to the plate.
And put it all on the line for hand-marked paper ballots in a voting precinct.
And who is that?
He is Commissioner Rich Paces.
And we were hoping to get Rich on the broadcast here.
I think they're still trying to connect him.
So what you're telling me is they're in that county.
Oh, we do have him.
So let's add him on here.
Rich, perfect timing.
We just dropped your name and we're talking about you're one of the commissioners that has the courage to take on this issue and get rid of these machines and go to paper.
Is that your position?
Absolutely.
I mean, I'm certainly trying.
I'm amazed at how much opposition there is to something so simple.
And why do you think that is, sir?
Oh, I don't know.
You know, obviously, if I'm being kind, well, people resist change.
If I'm being cynical, well, Not really in our county, no.
I don't believe that.
Would some of that be followed?
It can be manipulated.
Okay, there you go.
Some of it is it might be manipulated, so they might be benefiting
from the manipulation on the machines, number one.
Number two, are there politicians that might be benefiting from big, multi-million dollar contracts?
Not really in our county, no, I don't believe that.
You like to believe, you like to at least hope that's not the case, right?
That's absolutely correct.
But you do believe it's possibly because some people might be benefiting from manipulation of votes?
That's always a possibility, absolutely.
Yeah, I know for sure that both parties in Texas, it's actually the Republican Party that we've been fighting against, not Democrats, our own party has fought against us.
And they actually have two attorneys that go county to county trying to get ahead of us to talk to the Republican clubs and tell them that hand marked paper ballots would be expensive.
It's not a viable solution.
It's not feasible.
And it could be catastrophic and blow up in our face if we were to try to do one of these large counties with Texas's paper ballot voting system.
There's a lot of fear-mongering going on by the establishment and those that are benefiting from the current systems that want the status quo to remain the same.
But there's nothing stopping this, Brandon.
The entire state is abuzz.
There has been roadshows going on and competing hand-marked paper ballot voting systems, dueling it out amongst the grassroots.
So you're seeing right now A historic, unprecedented movement for hand-marked paper ballots across the state of Texas.
And every county that we're speaking with is making progress towards making sure that every voting system has hand-marked paper ballots as a primary component.
Commissioner Rich Pace is our only elected commissioner that we know of.
We haven't talked to all 254 counties yet, but he is a leader.
That's huge.
His constituents petitioned him, were concerned about the electronic voting systems.
He stepped up the plate, used his own money, his own resources to have an event, bring in Mark Cook,
Walter Daughtry, and several others to give a presentation.
He actually had 300 people turn out on a Tuesday in the middle of the day at like one
o'clock.
That's huge. That's big.
If that doesn't tell you how important an elected official is,
Commissioner Pace is as Texas' commissioner.
Yeah, wow.
So, is this, how many people are in your county, Rich?
Oh, population's about 52,000.
Okay, that's a pretty good-sized county.
So, would this be the biggest county yet to go to all paper in Texas?
Yes, I believe it is.
Yeah, if we do it.
We're gonna find out on Monday.
So the vote is Monday, huh, Rich?
That's right.
How do you think it's gonna go?
Are you hearing any buzz?
Well, yeah, there's a lot of buzz.
You wouldn't believe how much opposition.
And, you know, it's amazing who that opposition is coming from.
But, yeah, there's a lot of opposition, but there's a lot of strong support for it, too.
You know, one of the big criticisms is, oh, you'll never get enough people to do it.
It takes too many people.
Number one, they don't understand the actual facts when it comes to how many people.
Explain that.
Stop right there.
Before you go to number two, explain that.
Let's go ahead and knock down that misinformation.
Go to number one.
How many people does it take to count hand-marked ballots?
It all depends on the type of election.
You know, what I'm trying to get approved on Monday is to use it on a trial basis for the November constitutional election here in Texas.
That's 14 races.
You know, we'll have a low turnout traditionally for this kind of an election off cycle.
Maybe we'll get 10,000 voters to come in.
OK, hand counting 10,000 ballots.
And I'm looking at Only asking people to work five hours.
Because once you start counting, you can't leave the polling location or wherever you're counting.
You can't leave.
So if you start at eight in the morning, which you're allowed to do, then you're stuck there for, you know, more or less 12 hours.
And you don't need to be.
There's no limit on how many tally teams you can have.
So, hey, let's get two tally teams in the polling place in the afternoon, if you need it.
In this kind of election, we won't.
One team is enough.
And you start at 2 p.m., you're done by 7.
It's easy.
My estimate is the total number of people required in November will be about 120.
120 people.
Additional to the regular clerks and judges.
That's right.
120 people, and what would the cost be, Rich?
Well, we gotta pay him $12.50 an hour.
So you take 120 times 5, because I'm only asking him to work 5 hours.
That's where that number comes from.
So it's about $7,500.
But you're putting that money in the hands of our local citizens instead of a big corporation.
And they're going to go back and take that money and spend it in the community and it's going to come back in.
So it's going to recycle.
The money is going to move through the community as they spend it.
And what would the machines cost?
What do those machines cost to maintain?
Well, that's not quite so clear because we have them under a capital lease.
We're still making payments every year.
Our capital lease payment, we use the Hart InterCivic Verity 2.4 system, and we're spending about $100,000 a year just to maintain the capital payments.
Then the software upgrades is about another $25,000.
And then, you know, you have to buy the paper.
They print the ballots.
There are additional fees.
I'm still trying to get to the bottom of exactly what that number is.
So you're at least at $125,000 if I just do the math on those two figures, right?
That's right.
That's right.
Versus what?
if I just do the math on those two figures, right?
$7,000?
That's right. That's right.
Versus, versus, versus what? $7,000?
Well, for one election, $7,500, right.
Yeah. And how many elections do you...
And obviously we use the same equipment for multiple elections.
Okay, how many elections do you do in a given year?
Between your primaries and your general, how many do you do in a given year?
Well, probably you need to assume three for the primary.
Well, you know, a primary and a runoff.
Likely we'll see at least one runoff.
And then the general election.
And then you see we have municipal and ISD elections.
And the county performs that on behalf of the city.
of curville and also being room so you know there are a few other little elections there
they're minor they're entitled to use the equipment that the county has
So if you're... Once the county quits... If you say $7,500... If we let that equipment go, then it's up to them.
So if you say $7,500 to pay the counters, that's what we figured, that was the figure we used, right?
$7,500?
And you do that three times, that's $22,500 for three elections versus what you're telling me is $125,000 for machines in one year.
It'll be more.
It'll be a little bit more.
Okay, so what would the high end be?
In a primary... Yeah?
Well, the high end is going to be a little bit more than double that, because in a big election, like in our November 22 election, we had 22,580 ballots to count.
So that will take closer to 300 people.
Again, five hours each.
So, you know, you again have to do the math.
300 times five times 1250.
I haven't done that number, but it's got to be Somewhere around, I guess, about $18,000 or so for that election.
So let's just say you triple the number.
Let's just say you go from $22,500, let's just triple it, and let's do times three, that's $67,500.
let's just say you go from 22,500, let's just triple it, and let's do times three, that's
$67,500.
So $67,500 a year for those elections versus 125,000, and you're not sure you have all
the figures in, so it's probably higher than that.
And so you're saving money.
There's no doubt about that.
And you've got an accurate election and you've got a way to go back and do an accurate audit.
So what are your liberties and freedoms worth to you, right?
What are your liberties and freedoms worth to you?
Plus you're saving money.
I'm trying to do the math on it real quick.
There's a lot more than that.
Exactly.
I'm gonna do the math.
Let's just go with the $125,000.
Subtract the $67,500.
Wouldn't that be nice?
puts you at a savings for your county of about $57,500, assuming again the costs aren't higher
on the $125,000, because I don't think you have all the figures you said in there.
So you're talking about a $60,000 a year savings and an accurate election, which may mean you
end up saving more because you end up electing people that protect your liberty and freedoms
and have a free economic system, which draws in more business, which draws in more property
tax, which draws in more sales tax, because it's a friendly family business community.
So at the end of the day, you end up saving a lot of money.
Amen.
Amen.
Well, we need to get the right people.
But the other thing that's not factored in there is these systems have to be upgraded from time to time.
And our elections administrator has told the Commissioner's Court that he needs $250,000 to upgrade all that equipment.
So that $125,000 is very low then.
that equipment. So that 125 is very low then. You get to avoid that cost. So that 125 is
very low.
.
Well, yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, you're not going to upgrade that equipment every year, but, you know, we've had it since about 2018.
So apparently it's due to upgrade.
So you take that, you take that and spread it out over the five years and then add that to your 125 and your net, your price is going up.
Plus, plus you may be having your elections stolen, which again is a really high price.
Well, that's right.
You're investing in something that you can't trust.
Why would anybody do that?
Um, so, so, you know, really, we're going to put this online at lyndaltv.com, you know, later tonight, early tomorrow morning, it'll be there.
I hope people will go there to lyndaltv.com and grab this interview because quite frankly, this has been a very instructive interview.
I don't know how anyone could argue with the common sense and economics of it.
Not to mention the flat out ability to have free and fair elections and have elections, not, not selections.
Right.
I think a lot of it's just the change factor.
Too many people want to resist change.
And, you know, they keep saying, well, there's no evidence of fraud in Kerr County, so why are you trying to fix something that isn't broken?
And that's the real point.
Well, with these systems, they're black boxes.
We can't look inside.
We can't look at the software.
We can't do a forensic analysis.
So how would we know?
You mentioned black box.
Have you read that book by Bev Harris, Black Box Voting?
No, I haven't.
I've read a few like Vote Scam.
and that's an interesting one too.
Yeah, I think you can go to, I think the web, let me go to the website real quick.
It's available for free, Black Box Voting.
It was put out, I think the book came out in 2004, and now it's online as a PDF, absolutely free of charge.
It's a fascinating, I just, I wondered if you'd read it because of the fact that you use that phrase,
black box voting.
Let me see if I can find it here, black box voting.
I'll give it to the web, the website.
Yeah, it's blackboxvoting.org.
Let me go to the website, blackboxvoting.org.
There it is, and you can download this thing as a PDF, Black Box Voting book for free right there.
And this was written back in like, I think this is 2004.
Yeah, this came out in 2004.
So, uh, you talk about black box and not knowing what's on the inside.
And by the way, this book was heavily, heavily leaning toward, cause I read it, toward the Democrats being very upset that they were having elections stolen.
How interesting is that?
Now we found out it's really a unit party stealing it from everybody.
That's right.
Well, read, read the book Vote Scam.
That was published by the, I think it was the Collier brothers back in 1992.
Hmm.
It's the same stuff going on today.
Back in 92.
Yeah.
They talk about Bush stealing the New Hampshire primary.
So, you know, different players.
It was all the same.
Yeah.
Go ahead.
The media, of course, is complicit.
Absolutely.
Go ahead, Lori.
Sorry, Lori.
Go.
No, no, no.
Rich did get, he has 400 people signed up so far to help with the elections.
And we think that That sacredness, once voters start to learn how to get their hands on sample ballots and go and try to do the hand tally method, that they realize what we gave up.
And every person that I've talked to in Texas that goes and practices Texas's paper ballot voting system, there's a pep in their step and hope in their heart that we can turn this ship around, that we can get hand-marked ballots in a voting precinct.
In Gillespie County, they got the precinct chairs in Gillespie.
Even though they didn't have a county chairman that supported hand-marked paper ballots, the precinct chairs had enough votes.
And this upcoming March 2024 primary, they're going to use hand-marked paper ballots as a voting system with no electronics, except what is required.
So that's another point, and Kerr hopes to Uh, get hand-marked paper ballots.
That is what makes the electronics safe.
Uh, hand-marked paper ballots without hand-marked paper ballots, the electronics are not safe from undetected, unauthorized access and manipulation.
So we've got a lot of great things going on in Texas.
Uh, I don't know if you got, uh, David Treib's number, uh, but he, um, is precinct 13 chairman and him and, uh, Jeanette, I think her name's Jeanette Holgemuth, uh, have been fighting to get these hand-marked paper ballots there,
and were successful for the upcoming primary.
So I don't know if you had him on the call or not.
I don't, but we need to get him added to the call.
By the way, I went and looked up, I gotta order this book, look at this, it's on Amazon.
Rich was mentioning it.
Vote, Sam, the stealing of America.
The stealing of America.
And when I click on it, and you can go on into the inside of the book, let me get that to shrink down if I can, then what we find is that there are your different, what do you call it, table of contents.
But what we find as I scroll through the book is that the opening letter by the authors dated, as you said, 1992.
So this has been going on a very long time.
That's right.
Exactly.
Wow. And it's pretty much the same. Little has changed.
You know, except they took hand marked paper ballots and that was what made them safe.
And if you take hand marked ballots out of the equation and you're just left with electronics,
they're not safe. They're not secure and there's no way to meaningfully audit them. So it's a
It's sweeping across Texas.
Now, you've said that twice, Lori.
You've said that twice.
You've said it's sweeping across Texas.
How so?
Well, I don't want to tell you all the counties, but it's double digits.
Wow.
And there's a lot of citizens going to the County Commissioner's Court every week or every other week, whichever their county holds it.
Just like Kerr County is going to have a vote on Monday.
There's other counties that are working on getting them defunded.
By 2026, the counties have to update their electronic voting systems.
It's going to cost millions and millions of dollars.
I think the Texas Tribune said $100 million in upgrades to Texas's election infrastructure.
And they could save all that money right now.
They're looking at the future and property values tanking and county appraisal dollars are going to dry up.
This is a way that you could save money and put it into a constitutional sheriff's department to defend us from these unconstitutional state and federal actions.
I love it.
Wow.
That is really well said, Lori.
I agree.
Rich, closing comment?
Yeah, let me just say that, you know, I believe I have three other commissioners that understand that there's a problem with our elections.
And they're at least prepared to go with 100% paper, you know, hand-marked paper ballots, where the discomfort lies is in the tabulation.
And let's be clear, you know, the machines are only one part of the problem.
We've got to clean up our voter registration database.
The e-poll books are a huge problem.
So if nothing else on Monday, I'm hoping that we can at least all agree to only use hand-marked paper ballots other than the ADA equipment.
And to go get rid of these e-poll books and use paper poll books printed 30 days out, as is required.
And, you know, we will at least have a clear audit trail.
And then my hope is if they don't, you know, if they go ahead and use the machines to tabulate, we'll be able to do some hand count audits.
And then, you know, we're at least maybe at the 90% solution.
It's not as good as 100% hand counting because you're still spending a lot of money that you shouldn't be.
But at least in terms of election integrity, it's a massive step forward.
Indeed.
I'm at least hoping to get that.
They've already signed a resolution to that effect some time back.
And how many commissioners are on the board?
Well, there's four commissioners and one county judge.
So, five of you voting?
That's right.
You only need three.
You only need three.
Basically, I need two more.
I've got one.
Well, we will ask our audience to pray, pray, pray.
You guys are awesome.
You're bringing us a great report tonight.
You know, in the intro of the program, we like to talk about offering hope, and you guys are offering hope.
That's absolutely true.
And so, please, you've got our numbers.
Stay in touch.
We want to get a report next week.
Will you?
OK.
Yeah, absolutely.
And Rich, is the last name Paces?
Correct.
All right.
I wanted to get it correct.
So Lori Gallagher and Rich Paces, thank you both for being with us.
Thank you so much, Brandon.
You bet.
My pleasure.
Thank you, guys.
Have a great weekend.
Thanks for all you're doing.
All right, folks.
Again, we started out the broadcast tonight with this headline right here.
This is the buzz tonight.
MSNBC has dropped this article, New Tapes Reveal My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell Meltdown in 2020 Election Deposition.
You go watch it.
I don't think it's a meltdown.
I think it's a guy standing up for his God-given constitutional rights.
Standing up for his company, standing up for his employees, and really, frankly, standing up for all of Americans under the incoming of lawfare.
That's my opinion.
So again, if you appreciate what Mike is doing on the front line, you got a couple ways to support him.
One is mypillow.com, promo code L77.
The other is Lyndell... What is it guys?
Give it to me real quick.
LyndellOffenseFund.org LyndellOffenseFund.org Brandon House in for Mike Lyndell.
