All right, welcome.
Glad you are with us.
We're going to be joined tonight by Garland Favorito with some very shocking but yet encouraging videos.
It appears as though there is a grassroots movement, the American people, understanding this issue and demanding to get rid of voting machines.
But while we're on the air tonight, by the way, Brandon House here sitting in for Mike Lindell.
Logan, maybe check with Mike.
I think Mike might want to come on for a few minutes.
He's going to try to squeeze it into his schedule.

While we're coming on the air tonight, we are getting very, very disturbing news at many levels.
One, another indictment of President Donald Trump related to January 6.
This, while the Biden crime family gets away with, you know, just one crime after another.
They seem to be absolutely captured by the CCP, foreign governments, bribes, drugs found in the White House, the list goes on and on.
Nothing.
But they continue to manufacture crimes out of thin air against Donald Trump.
Another one tonight related to January 6th.
That's disturbing enough.
And then, moments ago, we learned that the out-of-control raging Leftist, progressive, mentally stable.
I don't think she is, in my opinion.
Dana Nessel, Attorney General of Michigan, has indicted Matt DiPerno.
Matt DiPerno ran against her for Attorney General of Michigan.
Matt has been a guest on Lindell TV, The Lindell Report, Brandon House Live, many times.
Matt has been in this studio as a guest several times.
Matt was in the first documentary Mike Lindell produced and presented, Absolute Proof, filmed from this desk in this studio.
Shocking news tonight.
Let's get a response before we go to some video clips.
Let's get a response tonight of this breaking news from Garland Favorito.
Here is the headline.
Michigan Democrat AG follows lead of Biden's DOJ, indicts her former GOP foe Matt DiPerno.
The article here from the Gateway Pundit, far-left Michigan Attorney General Diana Nessel on Tuesday charged her former Republican foe, Attorney Matthew DiPerno, for daring to look at a Dominion voting machine following the 2020 presidential election.
This is now against the law in Democrat-run Michigan.
If you guys will remember, we've reported here many times that he had As we were told, and as we reported, a judge gave him permission to look inside those machines, and that's where he started finding problems.
And it was videotaped, and we've played those video clips, and we have reported on those video clips.
The article says, Nestle previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent DiPerno just weeks before the general election.
Nestle has made threats against Matt DiPerno since last year before the midterm elections.
MLive reported former Republican Attorney General candidate Matt DiPerno and ex-state representative Dare Rendon are facing criminal charges.
for their alleged role in a scheme to access voting machines following the 2020 presidential
election according to case details provided by the Oakland County Circuit. Perno spelled
erroneously online as Matthew Deparno is facing four charges two counts of undue possession of
a voting machine, one count of conspiracy for undue possession of a voting machine,
and conspiracy for unauthorized access. Wait a minute I thought he had a judge that gave
him permission in that case to do this.
Rendon is also facing two charges conspiracy for undue possession of a voting machine and false pretenses both
were arraigned via zoom on Tuesday and
Released on $5,000 personal bonds each standing mute to the charges according to staff for Chief Judge
Jeffrey Mattis as of time of publication to pernod rendon are the only ones
officially charged for their role in allegedly seizing and tampering with a
tabulator machine in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.
Neither DiPerno nor Rindon or the attorneys listed as representing them responded to requests for comment Tuesday.
Others who could face indictments, however, include Stephanie Lambert, I don't know how you say that, Watila, an attorney who has repeatedly pushed to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Michigan, and Barry County Sheriff, Dare leave?
So they're gonna go after the sheriff too, huh?
Nessel previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent, DiPerno, just weeks before the general election.
Dana Nessel is the same public official who made headlines after she was passed out drunk at a Michigan State game and had to be taken out in a wheelchair, reports the Gateway Pundit.
And DNNS also sent a cease and desist letter to Michigan Reporter demanding he take down a report and video showing voter fraud training in the state.
Joining me now on this and much more is Garland Favorito.
So Garland, can you believe this is America?
No, Brandon, it is not America.
And I am stunned.
I was prepared to discuss the Trump indictment and this one has caught me completely by surprise.
You know, you and I both know that Matt's case all came to play after and along the time that there was the There is no dispute that that happened.
There is some questions about what caused it, but there's no dispute that that happened, and there's no dispute that the judge, as you said, ordered that the machines be looked at because they produced the wrong results!
Is anybody listening?
So that is just the most amazing thing that I've heard today.
And the point that you're making is that we really are not in America anymore.
We are not in Kansas anymore either.
So that is just, it's just pure communism is what we have.
And it shows you what we're up against here.
This is a war to take over America.
And it was bad enough to have the House Democrats and the Biden Justice Department going after Trump, but now to go after an attorney general and the candidate in the state of Michigan who was her opponent?
There's just no end to this level of corruption.
It's something that I know you and I would have never imagined even as much as three to five years ago.
I'm pretty speechless.
Well, I mean, as it was always told to us, he had a court order to look at the Dominion machines.
That's how he got them, right?
Well, there's no dispute about that.
He was in court.
The judge ordered it.
So how do you commit some kind of a conspiracy to look at machines when the court has ordered them to be looked at because they produced the wrong results?
I don't get it, you know?
Actually, Brandon, I do get it.
We're in a war to save America, and this is really the proof of it.
Now we know that it's not coincidence With Biden going after Trump, we know that now it's going to trickle down into every attorney general's office in every state who wants to just indict their opponents for their own political agenda.
I am flabbergasted.
It's such a silly indictment to begin with.
It has no merit.
Well, here is the... No, they want us to pay to see it.
Let me see if I can find that article, because it was quoting Matt DiPerno, that we got access to the voting machines to look at.
So, let's see.
Logan, any of those guys in there?
See if you can find some old 2022, those would be 2021 articles.
2021 articles about Matt DiPerno getting ordered or approval by the court to look at those machines.
Because again, I don't know how, are they going to arrest and charge the judge that gave him the permission to look inside the machines as well?
Well, you're right.
If that is true, if he was involved in something, then you'd have to arrest the judge because the judge made the order.
Matt DiPerno does not have the authority as an attorney to look inside any voting machine.
He has to get a court order through normal judicial procedures.
So Dana Nessel, I think, would be Here's a headline I just found.
Again, folks, this is breaking news, so we're scrambling.
Michigan judge, this is back in December of 2020.
University of Michigan football games and intoxicated state to remember what the lie is in the state.
Here's a headline I just found again folks this is breaking news so we're scrambling.
Michigan judge this is back in December of 2020. This is December 14, 2020. Okay. Michigan judge
allows release a report from Dominion Voting Equipment forensic audit in Antrim County,
Antrim County, Michigan.
A judge in Michigan ruled the findings from a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines can be released to the public with some redactions.
Attorneys from Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's office agreed with the ruling by Michigan Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer on Monday, although her office said that Matt DiPerno, who is representing an Antrim County resident who fought a lawsuit alleging electoral malfeasance, is being misleading with his characterization of the findings in the preliminary report.
The hearing took place on the same day the Michigan presidential electors were Set to convene in Lansing, as were electors in states across the country.
In the virtual court hearing, which was watched online by thousands of people, DiPerno argued that the public interest in the case was high, and that his report about the forensic audit of the Dominion machines should be released.
quote, we believe that the public interest in understanding what we discovered and what's in the report would outweigh
any potential harm to Dominion software in quote so said attorney Matt DiPerno
DiPerno said that securing the integrity of the election securing the integrity of the electoral process
Quote is a greater public interest in this case than any potential issues related to the Dominion software in quote
Eric Gryll, the assistant attorney general for Michigan, began his oral arguments by attacking DiPerno over accusations that he provided information about his report on Dominion machines prior to the removal of a protective order issued by Elzenheimer earlier this month.
Grill told the court that DiPerno has been giving interviews in which he has, quote, discussed the content, end quote, of the report, quote, in direct violation, end quote, of the court's protective order.
The judge noted that the parties weren't in court on Monday to discuss potential violations of the protective order, but were rather there to discuss the merits of releasing the report.
He said the state was welcome to lodge a complaint with DiPerno at another point.
Grill claimed that Benson was fine with allowing DiPerno to deliver his report as long as the Secretary is equally free to explain why the report is, quote, inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading, end quote.
Grill said that DiPerno has claimed that Benson lied, quote, any effort by the Secretary at this point to withhold the report would be seen as an effort to hide, end quote.
He added there isn't a reason to hide because, quote, there is nothing to hide, end quote.
Then they go on from there.
You know, what's very interesting is it seems like this has been going on for some time.
They've had him on their radar for a long time.
The article concluded by stating that the Antrim County case has gained outsized attention from President Trump's legal team and its allies, given that it was the same county where the apparent glitch temporarily invalidated 6,000 votes erroneously tabulated for President-elect Joe Biden instead of Trump.
Despite the broader implications related to the presidential election, voter William Bailey filed the litigation to challenge a local marijuana retailer proposal that just barely passed because of a few damaged ballots were not included in a retabulation.
So it goes on from there, but was his final analysis not that the machines was flipping votes, if I remember correctly, Garland?
Um, this is on the ASOD report or on the judge's report?
Uh, on the investigation by DiPerno of those machines.
Well, right.
I don't think there's any dispute that they flipped votes.
The only question left was, you know, what was the sole cause of it?
Was it an alignment error or was it a combination of errors?
That was never proven.
The Secretary of State's claim that it was solely an alignment error just, in my opinion, is just flat not true.
There had to be a lot more to that And if I am not mistaken, in fact, I'm pretty sure that the evidence came forward that the, I believe it was the interim clerk who had deleted the files right after the election.
I can't remember the exact day, but I think Matt DiPerno had that evidence, and that is a crime.
And it's certainly a federal crime, and I think it is also a crime in the state of Michigan.
So why Dana Nessel didn't prosecute that is very, very interesting.
And then she instead decides to prosecute an innocent person who was trying to expose the election corruption that may well have caused a different outcome in the Yeah, it's just shocking.
I mean, it's just shocking what's happening to this country.
I mean, at this rate, I guess if we all don't shut up and quit talking about election fraud, someone's going to indict every one of us, right?
Well, that's the way it's looking, Brandon.
This one is a real shocker to think that somebody would Go after.
Matt DiPerna is about as straight a guy as you could possibly ever imagine.
I spent time with him at your house, in fact, when we filmed Absolute Proof.
So this guy is just a hero in my book.
One of the greatest heroes in America.
And he simply, as a lawyer, wanted to get to the truth.
And it's just, I'm almost speechless that you never would expect America to turn to a communist nation right in front of your eyes.
But that's what we're looking at, as near as I can tell.
Indeed it is.
All right.
Breaking news.
We've covered it.
Now let's switch to the topic that we were planning to talk about.
We're really, folks, just digesting this minutes before we came on the air.
It's a very fluid story.
We'll be bringing you more.
What we had planned to talk about and will now move to is a statewide board, state board of elections meeting in Georgia.
When did this happen?
It happened today, this morning, actually this afternoon.
And it had over, we don't know how many people were there, probably upwards towards 100, but 50 of them chose to speak.
And they were, for the most part, advocating for hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots, you know, publicly at the precincts, something that Mike has been pushing for all along.
And they were just extremely vocal.
And the state election board was quite taken back, particularly the chair, and we had some amazing comments, a couple of which that I think we can put together for you on the show here tonight.
We've got quite a few, but we'll maybe keep it to about five or so.
Each comment is two minutes, And some of them are, these are just citizens who came down and chose to speak out.
Most of them are very articulate and now they're very knowledgeable.
They are more knowledgeable than the state election board members for the most part, more knowledgeable than the attorneys and the county election board people and the county attorneys and the county commissioners.
And of course they expose The what the fraud errors and irregularities that have been going on.
So Brad Ravensburger, his assistant, Gabe Sterling, you might remember, said that this is just a tiny minority of people who want the dumb idea of hand counting ballots at the precinct.
Well, that tiny minority showed up in force today at the state election board, and they made their presence known And they is obviously not a tiny minority since they had more public speakers today than they've ever had at a state election board and I think more attendees than they've ever had at a state election board.
Let's let's roll the first one, because again, this is important.
Remember, these are just American citizens taking time off their day, their job, their vacation, time with family and friends and showing up to voice their concerns.
And they're all wanting to get rid of the voting machines in Georgia and go to paper.
Is that right?
Yeah, that's right, Brandon.
And maybe Logan can start with that was a telegram clip of I have a lady who is in Spaulding County.
And she is the chair of the GOP there, but she's also, Spaulding County has already voted to hand count all of their ballots in addition to the system electronic results, but they voted to hand count every single ballot Prior to certification of the 2024 election.
So a really good step in the right direction for this board.
She is in that county, and we'll see if Logan can... Yeah, he's unable to grab that, but let's go to our first clip that he is able to play.
We'll comment on the other side of it.
Go ahead, Logan, please.
Okay, let's go to 146 Kevin Parker.
Okay.
If that's possible, Logan.
And this meeting, Brandon, is still going on today.
Oh, it's still going on?
I couldn't give you.
Yeah, so we had four hours of public comments.
It's unheard of.
And they didn't finish the comments until about 2.10 this afternoon.
And so they were still going on tonight, so I couldn't send Logan the actual clip of the event.
But fortunately, we had a gentleman named Will Jones of Apostolic Conservatives who filmed this.
And thanks to him, we're able to show these clips tonight.
All right, let's go to the first one.
Here we go.
The war will not go away, and it's time that we get it done.
Let's make elections war again.
Thank you.
My name is Kevin Parker, and I'm a resident taxpayer in Appleton County, Georgia, and I am on the Georgia Staff of Citizens Defending Freedom.
My purpose in speaking today is to provide you, the Board of Electors, with the information needed to do three things.
Promote the termination of improper and illegal funding with local taxpayer dollars to the unlawful voting system, Dominion Ballot Working Advisers, or BMDs.
Two, replace with security-featured, hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots.
And three, restore trust and confidence in the casting and the tabulation of our vote in Georgia's elections.
Judge Amy Tote and the board ruled in October of 2020 that Dominion BMDs were unlawful and that it was illegal for the state of Georgia to conduct elections utilizing them.
Yet here we are, three years later, and we are still unlawfully voting on Dominion BMDs.
To continue to fund taxpayer dollars, a voting system that judges rule unlawful could expose county and state officials to misdemeanor charges.
In DeKalb County, the only 22 primary race that was fully audited found that the Dominion declared the wrong winner.
In the unaudited races around the state of Georgia, how many of those candidates were declared the wrong winner?
We will never know until the ballots are unsealed and counted by hand.
Georgia's solution, terminate the use of Dominion BMDs, and replace with the hand-marked, hand-counted
paper ballots.
We have a crisis of confidence in our elections.
According to two separate polls, one being the ABC poll and the other a Harris AP poll,
eight out of ten voters voted for the same.
I love that.
You know, there used to just not be any drama related to the elections.
Now there's just nonstop drama.
So the first speaker there we heard said, make elections boring again.
So there you go.
There are average citizens, Garland, calling for paper ballots.
Are you hearing me OK, Garland?
Yeah, but I'm hearing a different clip than what you heard.
Yeah, so I'm hearing Kevin.
I think Logan was playing the right clip, but I'm not sure that you're getting the same clip on your end.
Oh, was I not hearing the right clip, Logan?
I should have been?
All right.
Yeah, he said I should have been hearing the right clip.
Yeah, well, that was Kevin Parker who was speaking, and he was talking about, well, he just really nailed the whole The whole issue with the machines.
So let me try another one.
Let's try at 2.13 and a half, there's one named Linda Mink.
I think maybe you've got, Brandon, you may have a different link than I have.
I think you've got something different than what Logan has.
But Logan, at 2.13 and a half, there's a Linda Mink, who's a lady in a white t-shirt.
And she is going to talk a little bit about the same thing.
Okay, I'm just hearing the audio that Logan's playing.
You and I are hearing the same audio.
Okay, here we go.
Here we go.
Let's see what happens this time.
Go ahead, Logan.
I'm really glad I came here today.
It's the first time I've ever attended a state election board meeting.
But Chairman Duffy, I've got to hand it to you.
You laid something out for me very clearly.
When you said you're all volunteers, that means you're order takers.
You're taking orders from...no.
You let me speak.
You take orders from Governor Kemp, Ratzberger, and Chris Paul.
And they're as crooked as a dog's hind leg.
everybody in this room.
I applaud the lady who spoke a few moments ago about her mother who died of Alzheimer's
and the condition she was in.
So did mine.
That is a disgrace that you dismissed that case.
Now, I'm not saying that you should be dismissed.
I'm saying that you should be dismissed.
The other thing I'd like to admonish you on is that your prayer, the end of your prayer,
is a prayer that you should be praying.
And I'm not saying that you should be praying.
The invitation?
Are you kidding me?
I think the only thing you left out was Satanism.
I like that lady.
Wow.
Do we have the opening prayer?
What did she say, Garland?
Well, the opening prayer was Basically, the chairman of the board praying to any God imaginable, and he listed off a few of them, not just, you know, our God, the Christian God in Jesus, but he was talking about the Muslim God and the Jewish God and
All this other stuff.
So anyway, that didn't go over that well with the audience.
So that's one of the things that she was referring to.
But she referred to your Republican officials there who run the state as crooked as a dog's hind leg.
And the crowd went nuts.
Do a lot of folks in your state know that their governor is corrupt?
Which, of course, is the reason why he had to win with fraud, right?
Well, there's actually a lot of Republicans who know that, and the Republicans are just almost unanimously against Brad Raffensperger.
I see no way he could have won a primary last year with over 50% of the vote in a Republican primary.
He's public enemy number one within the Republican circles.
And why is that?
If someone were to be polled, what would they say is the reason?
Well, they know that he sold out, he sold out literally the Republican Party, because even though, again, I'm not a Republican, but all of the contractors... You're a Constitution Party guy, right?
Right, right.
And all the contractors he used to do various things were all Trump haters, Republican haters, Call the Republican Party a bunch of fascists.
And these are the guy he's spending money with.
Plus he's also, as you know, I think we talked about this before, really subordinate to the World Economic Forum.
He, you know, the Salesforce system he brought in.
Mark Benioff sits on that board.
He's the president of Salesforce.
And he was telling us how bad our elections are in Georgia.
I thought it was kind of ironic since he lives in California.
Uh, so, um, yeah, so they, um, Brad is probably the least popular Republican in, uh, in Georgia, and Brian Kemp is not far behind, uh, and as well as Chris Carr, as, uh, Linda mentioned there.
Wow.
So, and you saw what the reaction of the crowd was.
They were told not to clap, and, uh, it's another interesting exchange we could play, where they were told not to clap And so what they started to do was wave their hands.
If you saw them waving their hands, then that was what they were doing to show their agreement with the speaker.
So there was a real interesting exchange where the chairman of the board, which we do have these clips, the chairman said, You know, we don't really do that kind of thing, that kind of clap, you know, clapping someone in a democracy like this.
And then all of a sudden the people started screaming, we're a constitutional republic.
You know, we're not a democracy.
And he had to take back his statement and agree with them that they are.
Which just shows you how dumb these elected officials are, these people in these positions.
They're just dumb as a box of rocks, so many of them.
Well, this guy is a circuit court judge.
Oh, well, he should know better then, shouldn't he?
He should know.
A judge who's sitting as chairman of state election board should know that America is a constitutional republic.
And he eventually corrected himself.
But the thing that it shows is that he's being psychologically programmed.
These people go on and they go home and they cut on the news and they think they're getting information when what they don't realize they're just being victimized by an MKUltra type program and they're getting they're starting to Spout off false terminology about how the American government was founded and the principles upon which we exist.
Absolutely.
How do you believe the majority of the people that were in that room that were speaking, how have they gotten their information to be on the right side of this issue?
Is it from VoterGA.org and your events?
Is it from them watching Lyndell TV?
How?
Well, probably a combination of the two, but I made a commitment about two years ago that, you know, we were going to have to travel the state and get the word out.
We were going to have to educate the people in the state of Georgia.
So, since that time, two years ago, I don't think I've turned down a single speaking engagement around the state or a single media appearance, if I can help it, to get the word out about what is happening in Georgia and to educate the people.
And I think this is finally paying off.
They're educating each other now.
They're educating their election boards and their county commission boards.
And it's really exciting and thrilling to see that these folks really have more knowledge, and they're coming from such a base of knowledge, that the election boards are somewhat intimidated.
And they're not intimidated by threats or violence or anything like that.
They're intimidated by knowledge And the fact that the people can articulate that knowledge.
And so that's really exciting.
So a perfect example is this circuit court judge had to backpedal, take back the word democracy because the crowd corrected him.
So what we're finding is the people, the people are becoming so Uh, filled with truth and knowledge.
Acquisition of truth is the definition of knowledge.
Knowledge is the acquisition of truth, which gives them wisdom, which is the application of truth.
That this is really putting the elected officials on their toes because they're being exposed for, as you say, being the brainwashed, useful idiots that they are.
Well, yeah, and not only that, Brandon, just to add some more to it, we had two teenagers speak today.
One, I think, was 15, and one, I think, just turned 17, and they were pretty articulate.
I have those clips as well.
Well, let's play those.
Give us a minute mark on those.
Well, one of them is at 2.07 and a half, 2.0730.
That was Stevie Predeman.
And then another one was Ben Eskew.
And you'll see these teenagers in action.
Ben actually explained And the number of precincts where there were more votes than the voting age population.
And this is a teenage kid, 17 years old, doing this.
This is amazing.
Logan, let's play that.
You ready?
Yeah.
Let's play that one first.
Yeah, the one with the teenage kid, the first one, the 17-year-old.
They're both teenagers.
The first one is at 127, Logan.
The first one is at 127, Logan.
And this is Ben Eskew.
And he's going to explain.
You have to listen kind of carefully because he's a statistics guy.
He's actually given Seth Keschel some information as well.
Oh my word.
Yeah, and Seth has, I think, used that.
So Ben is at 127.
All right, here we go.
Let's play it.
Hello, my name is Ben Eskew.
I like to share some information that may be disturbing.
Some precincts have more than 100% of the VAP voting, which is the voting age population.
One is RW12 Fulton County, which the 2020 census revealed 3,009 people were part of the voting age population, or over 18.
But somehow, the two parties, Trump and Biden, is numbers 3572 votes.
That is more than 100%.
Another example is AK, which is City of Atlanta.
Uh, what?
I'm sorry.
Sorry.
I thought I was going to say something.
616 are part of the voting age population, but 817 voted.
What's even crazier is there are only 847 people, meaning only 30 people in this precinct did vote, which seems a bit suspicious.
This may be the Eric bloating our voter rolls.
We demand paper ballots, no convenient voting machines, and no Eric.
Thank you.
Wow.
Teenager.
17.
Yeah, we're really proud of him.
He comes to a lot of our events.
I don't think he's missed a Voter.ga press conference, and he's got quite a bit of information.
Just a really statistical genius at 17.
And then the other teenager who spoke was Stevie Prettyman, And he stated that the 207 and a half March, Logan.
Okay, let's play that.
We've got it.
Go ahead, Logan.
Yeah.
Okay.
We have petitioned our government for many years now for redress of grievances to no avail.
Look at all of these beautiful signatures, stuff from middle Georgia.
Okay, there are tons of pages.
And this was in 2021, asking for She's coming up right after.
confidence to our entire government. We know what our laws are. We know we're violating them,
and no one's done anything about it. And it seems that Georgia is lawless,
and our government is lawless. And the people who are asking for our advice on what to do.
She's coming up right after. All right.
I'm from Bibb County.
On the 29th of October 2021, I wrote this letter to my state senator at the age of 13.
I would like to read it to you and now address it to you as well.
Board members and Senator Kennedy, as a young citizen of the United States, I am becoming more and more aware about our freedoms, voting in particular.
Our rights is what makes America great.
The base of America is our votes.
If we don't have free elections, freedom will become absent in our country and eventually the entire world.
Think of our elections as the base supports of a tower.
If the base support has a base support to the tower...
Think of our elections as the base supports of a tower.
If the base supports or elections became unstable, the tower will fall, with our rights coming crashing down just as they are starting to now.
Senator Kennedy and board members, I know that your job is difficult, but if you don't keep fighting for us, our state will start to neglect our rights.
we should have an audit to make sure that we keep those who are in power in check.
Wow.
Now I am asking for a hand marked, hand counted paper balance.
Thank you for your service and taking time to listen.
Sincerely, Steve Kramer.
Thank you Mr. Kramer.
Wow.
Well, there is some hope, isn't there, when we see young people stepping up to the plate?
Amen.
That's the key.
We have to educate the youth because the youth have been psychologically programmed.
And if they're like me, it takes me to an age of 50 to wake up and figure out that I have been lied to for 50 years about almost everything to do with the government.
So Brandon, I got one more we got to play.
That is David Cross.
This is at 225 and a half.
David's got on a blue sport coat with a pocket square.
Okay, we got it.
David is, you might remember him, he is now the second vice chair of the Georgia GOP.
And remember we told you that about that landslide That happened in the state GOP convention.
All election integrity advocates took over the state party, and this is one of the leaders of the movement.
It was quite amazing, and I think we played his speech on your show a few weeks ago.
So David was on point again today, and this will be a good one for you.
All right, let's do that.
And then, by the way, while we're playing this clip, why don't you guys get on board with your thoughts or comments or questions about what we're talking about?
Testimony by the people of America, in this case, Georgians.
They're in Georgia, asking the State Board of Elections to get rid of the machines and to go to paper ballots.
We also have the disturbing news tonight of another indictment, of another fake indictment by, I believe, a corrupt DOJ, Jack Smith, indicting Donald Trump for January 6th.
We also have the shocking news tonight as we're coming on the air, the, I believe, tyrant Attorney General of Michigan, the lawless Attorney General of Michigan, I believe that's what she is, indicting Matt DiPerno, who ran against her for that office.
Why?
Apparently because he did what he was allowed to do by order of a judge, open up a Dominion machine and do a study.
I mean, I can't figure out what else.
And when they talk about him having a machine that he wasn't supposed to have or anything else, I don't, I don't know what else there could be referring to other than that original order.
Can you Garland?
No, yeah, there's just, you know, Matt's about as clean a guy as you could ever imagine, and he's right by the book, and there is just nothing there.
It's just absurd that you keep seeing these manufactured indictments and all these types of things while you've got a criminal enterprise operating out of the federal government, you know, in the White House and And even really in the lower court systems throughout the country, at least in Georgia.
So yeah, there's no explanation for it.
All right.
901-316-8404.
Get on board while we play this last clip.
901-316-8404.
Your thoughts, your comments, your questions.
Watch this from today's hearing at the State Board of Elections in Georgia.
Board members, I'd like to extend an olive branch to you today.
As I've come to realize that you are not the bad guys in election security.
It's the Secretary of State.
You've been given the nearly impossible job of policing our elections while seeming to have no real enforcement authority when things go wrong.
As you're aware, Governor Kemp validated my and Mr. Rossi's work in his 42-page letter to the Secretary of State, and yet the record has not been corrected to strike the audit from the official record.
And to be clear, it seems that this board's chair today admitted that he asked members to vote on the consent order for the case 2021-181 without reading it.
I have called, I have written, I have emailed, I have texted the Secretary of State to discuss what has been found in Georgia's Swiss cheese of an election system.
Instead, I have endured unlawful blocks by Raffensperger's office directing counties to deny my lawful open records request.
The state has blocked the citizens for two years in our efforts to perform an inspection of paper ballots in Fulton County.
Several of my complaints fell through the cracks, including my question of 315,000 votes that were tallied in Fulton County on the same six scanners with unsigned tabulator tapes in violation of Election Procedure 183-1-14-.02.
The Halderman Report, which is spoken about today, was sealed, and Raffensperger read it, and he knew what was going on, and he did nothing to protect Georgia's voters for two years.
In October 2020, Dominion's Director of Product Strategy and Security said, our stuff is just riddled with bugs.
And he admitted, our products suck.
That's in quotes.
That's him.
According to a recent open records request, the brand new Jarvis system has 3,500 bugs in it.
So much that it would take the Secretary of State 90 days to write it up.
None of this inspires confidence.
Several years ago, Democrats pushed to eliminate the touchscreens.
Today, Republicans agree, but we also want the poll pads in the garbage, too, along with the scanners.
We, the people, want transparency.
Civilized nations hand-count their paper ballots.
Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.
For the benefit of election directors here today, I want you to know that Georgia Code 21.2334 allows you to use paper ballots when the machines are impracticable and the Secretary of State can do nothing to stop you.
Almost done.
21.2379-2-C reads that the voting system has problems with accuracy.
Approval of the system shall immediately be revoked by the Secretary of State.
Please make that motion today.
All right, let's go right to the phone lines.
They are lit up.
Let's start out with Brooks in Texas, line one.
Brooks, thanks for calling in tonight.
What are your thoughts?
Yes, it seems like the Department of Justice, so to speak, is failing us federally and also each state on the corruption of the election machines.
And I would like to know why The American Center for Law and Justice, the ACLJ and Judicial Watch, JW, is not coming on board to help Mike Lindell with this, and it seems like they would be the frontrunners against this corruption.
Yeah, it would seem like that, wouldn't it?
And a lot of these groups that you mentioned who have done a lot of great work seem to be pretty quiet on this whole thing, don't they, Garland?
Yeah, that's an interesting point.
Judicial Watch has done a lot of good work on the voter rolls.
I'll give them credit for that.
That's their issue.
They're not really into the machines, nor is ACLJ.
We can respect that as long as they're doing something to help with our elections.
You know, we're willing to take on the machine issue because it does take, you know, some computer expertise to understand how to fix these things and how to prevent it from ever occurring again.
So, I'm willing to give them a pass.
They are doing some work that is helpful.
Let's go to, thank you, Brooks.
Let's go to Paul in Missouri, line three.
Paul, thank you for calling in tonight, Paul.
Yes, my question is for Garland, who's a hero.
This Devon Archer, he went into Congress behind closed doors, yet I understand they did not put him under oath.
Is there a reason why somebody who goes before Congress behind closed doors would not be put under oath?
I'm not aware of that.
Are you, Garland?
Well, yeah, this has happened before.
It's not the first time.
And the reason is that the members apparently know that he's going to lie and he's refused to take those, but he's agreed to testify.
That's the typical thing that happens.
It's happened in the past.
There was a famous case, I think, that involved Colin Powell years and years ago.
So that's probably the reason.
It's the only thing that comes to mind.
And so that's, you know, speculation on my part.
But that's what I would guess.
All right.
Let's go to Steve in Georgia, line four.
Steve, thanks for calling in, Steve.
Hello.
I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that Judge William S. Duffy was named to the Georgia election board by Governor Kemp.
He had a previous history of working not only as a federal judge, but with King & Spalding Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
Who else works for King & Spalding?
Christopher Ray, Sally Yates, Gina Haspel, Rod Rosenstein, Paul Murphy, Amelia Medina, Jason A. Jones, David Josse, and William S. Duffy.
Kind of a conflict of interest, in my opinion.
Well, you know, a lot of those names, some of the American people don't know, but one of them you named was the former CIA director, right, Gina?
That is correct.
And Sally Yates was a former U.S.
attorney.
And then she was also positioned where she tried to undermine Donald J. Trump.
When she refused to take action, Garland probably knows some of the issues with that.
Steve, I don't want to pry into your life but how are you so knowledgeable on this?
You're an attorney, you're a researcher, you're someone that's got a blog or
website, you seem very knowledgeable and these facts come to you very readily.
I just connect the dots and follow what Garland and Voter GA is doing which is
outstanding work.
And there's also other issues tied to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and how they are liberal and continually demean the conservative viewpoint.
And issues related to them where they block virtually all the Facebook posts.
They ignore all news media, request letters to the editor, and everything like that.
And if you look at their history, they are owned by the Apollo Group, Which is out of New York City.
And notice there are ties to Jeffrey Epstein, with the original founder of the Apollo Group, as well as the University of Pennsylvania.
And the current president sat on the board of the University of Pennsylvania.
For some reason, that might ring a bell with some of the Biden documents.
Wow.
Great call.
Thank you tonight, Steve.
Thanks, Steve.
You one-upped me on that one.
Do you know Steve Garland?
You know who that is?
I think it's a Steve I know from down in Georgia.
I don't know Garland.
I don't know Garland at all.
I'm just kidding.
Alright, oh, he does know you okay. All right. Well, he wants the feds to think he doesn't
When the indictment start to fly I don't know Yeah, there you go, let's go to Jack in Georgia another one
from Georgia line to Jack thanks for calling in tonight Jack
Yes Floyd County, Georgia and I heard your program here and I
thought would be a good time for me to mention this but We we got rid of our voting machines
Here in Floyd County about 20 years ago Wow.
And so the way we did it, we found out that those old walk-in booths that you pull the levers on could be rigged.
And, uh, we didn't know for sure and had no way of proving that it'd been rigged.
We thought they had.
So, uh, what we did, we just got rid of it.
And, uh, we did that as the County commission, we didn't get in touch with the state or anything.
We just, we sold those voting machines and, uh, Florida bought most of them.
And then, uh, after the, uh, George Bush election, when they got so close and all, That, uh, it had to be decided, you know, and then Kathy Cox was our secretary of state.
She got on a big move to make Georgia the first state in the union to go to these voting machines, these electronic voting machines.
And I said, Oh no, don't do that.
I said, uh, we got rid of our machine.
It's working real good.
I said, we, we have our election counted by the, uh, Oh, you know, around, before midnight anyway, we'd get finished up and everything.
And you're doing all paper.
You're doing all paper, right Jack?
We used all paper, yes.
We just got our old paper, still had our old wooden boxes that we voted in to put in all the precincts, and we just got those back out, but we bought us a machine that would do the counting.
And there's nothing wrong with that, because we'd have a counting committee there that would be checking that machine all the time.
They'd check a precinct and all, you know, and they would just make sure that the machines were counting, and they did a good job.
And it worked out real good, and we wanted to stay with it, but they went with the, you know, with the electronic machines all over the state, been on them ever since.
Wow.
And, and, uh, and I've tried to get, uh, I talked to people in this last election.
I wanted Georgia to get back on the paper ballot in that runoff election and all, and, and we would have had time to do it, but nobody had listened to me.
And even people that had been, uh, working with me when we, when I was on the commission and all this, nobody wanted to do that.
They all wanted to stay on those machines.
Well, don't feel bad because I was arguing against him too back in 2002 with Cassie Cox, and she didn't listen to me either.
But I think you raised a great point, because if you don't understand history, you're doomed to repeat it.
Yeah, that's right.
That's what we're doing right now.
But are those precincts that you were involved with, are they still on paper today?
No, they're not.
No, we're on that same electronic machine.
See, Kathy Cox, she made a big move.
She wanted Georgia to be the first state in the Union to go with the electronic machines, and she got that done, too.
And so we've been on them ever since.
That's terrible.
Well, Jack, thank you for this history, Jack.
2002, Brandon, and she did it against pretty fierce opposition.
And then suddenly when we had in 2002, we had very suspicious results in the governor and Senate race.
She lost the Democratic primary for governor over that machine.
Oh, wow.
Let's get someone in here from Michigan.
Scott from Michigan line one.
Thanks for calling in, Scott.
Hi, Brandon.
Brandon, can you hear me?
Yes, sir.
I sure can, Scott.
Fantastic.
First, just to clear things up.
My name is Scott and I'm from Muskegon, Michigan.
But I'm very well known on the live chat forums of Rav, of Getter Rav, as Cowpuck.
I want to give a shout out to all of my fellow mega war room posse, mega live chatters out there.
Well, great.
This is Cowpuck.
All right.
I'm real.
I'm not a bot.
I'm for real.
And we have a blast on in our lives.
Well, what do you make now since you're from Michigan?
What do you make of what they're doing to Matt DiPerno?
Oh, my gosh.
Oh, my.
Well, it doesn't surprise me, Brandon.
It doesn't surprise me one little bit.
And I'll tell you why.
You often you often hear California referred to as California.
Yeah.
California.
I have family in California that are from here.
Two of my daughters are out there, and I'm very familiar with California politics, and California has nothing over Michigan.
Michigan is the worst of the worst.
The state of Michigan, Whitler is what I call her, Whitler, it's not Whitmer, has got this state sewn up with dominion.
We are, you cannot legally vote in Michigan now without voting through a machine.
You can't do it.
This thing is, it is just, it's outrageous what has happened in the state of Michigan.
And I asked my brother Mike Liddell and all of his team, I love Mike so much, I asked him to please be praying for our state and what's going on here and let him know how much we appreciate his fight to get rid of these machines.
We're going nowhere until these machines are gone, until this Whole thing is taken care of as far as the machine.
I agree.
In fact, that's what Carrie Lake is saying.
We can't vote our way out of this mess until the rigged elections are fixed.
There's a video out tonight of Carrie Lake saying that, and she's absolutely right.
Scott from Michigan, thank you for your call.
Garland, before we go tonight, I basically want to leave people with some good news and
hope and that is today we had 50 citizens, no, 100, about 100 citizens, 50 of them which
decided to speak, show up to the state...
Board of Elections in Georgia, and they want the machines gone.
They want to go to paper.
They were calling many of the Republican elected officials crooks, criminals, and they even called one judge, magistrate judge there, circuit court judge on the carpet, who couldn't figure out that we are a republic, not a democracy.
So, this is a good report.
Not all bad tonight.
There is some good.
The American people are waking up.
They're standing up.
And they're, in a good way, acting up.
Brandon, thank you for highlighting this.
I want to apologize to all of us.
We couldn't get on.
We had so many amazing clips.
We just had about maybe five of them tonight.
But we also got to give a shout out and a thank you to Will Jones at Apostolic Conservatives.
He's having a big event this weekend with Seth Kessel and Cause of America's Holly Kessler.
They're going to be in Douglasville this Saturday afternoon for a Fed Freedom conference in
Douglasville.
I wish I had the link to that I could share with you.
Well, look online for it, folks.
