This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and
achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Brandon House in for Mike Lindell, going to be joined by Garland Favorito.
But as we come on the air here, just a few minutes after six o'clock central, we have breaking news that is making international news.
I found out about it just moments ago, maybe about 20 minutes ago, 30 minutes ago, when I went to visit the website of the Jerusalem Post.
So it's making international news.
And it's right here in our backyard in the Mid-South, just outside of Memphis.
There are reports a gunman attempted to enter into a Jewish school and carry out a mass shooting.
These are the reports from what we're hearing.
This Jewish school had excellent security.
And because of the excellent security and the double doors, he was not able to penetrate the school and fired shots, two to four shots, two to five, depending on witnesses being interviewed, fired shots at the school, then drove off, and now the reports are when he was pulled over by Memphis police, he got out with a gun and they shot him.
Again, we also have conflicting reports.
Some say the man is in critical condition.
Other reports are saying he is now deceased.
We don't know.
We can bring you updates.
The bottom line is, this Jewish school, they were very, very well prepared, which begs the question, why aren't all schools prepared?
Perhaps it's because of the demonic rise of anti-semitism that the Jewish schools in America seem to be more prepared than others.
I, obviously living in the Mid-South, know some of the folks in the Jewish community, and in fact I am aware of some of them that work some of the security for some of the various Jewish facilities around the Mid-South.
Interesting, I was just having a conversation, not 10 days ago, with someone about someone we both know of.
This individual knows the person very, very well.
I don't.
But was telling me about the security at many of the Jewish facilities here in the Mid-South because they understand the threat and rise of anti-Semitism.
So as I was discussing this with a friend of mine who is Jewish and spends a lot of time bouncing between the U.S.
and Israel, our conversation turned to the rise of anti-Semitism and the need for the Jewish schools and synagogues to be prepared.
This turned to the conversation of their friend, who I'm aware of now, who was one of the people working in that field of security as themselves a Jewish individual working security for the Jewish community.
So I already was quite aware from other reports as well that they are in the Mid-South at many of the Jewish schools and synagogues on high alert and are prepared.
Apparently that has been tested today and thankfully it was not found wanting.
So the news today, making national and actually international news, is a potential mass school shooting has been averted due to the fact that gunmen could not penetrate the double doors of this Jewish school.
He fled, according to reports, was apprehended, Or actually engaged with police, got out of a car with a gun and was shot.
We're waiting to find out the details.
Take a look at my screen here.
Here is the gruesome post.
Man who fired gun at Jewish school in Tennessee shot by police.
The double doors at Margolin Hebrew Academy prevented the shooter from entering the school.
Now, what's very interesting, I'm going to play with the Assistant Chief of Police had to say, but what's very interesting is the picture.
This is being put out, breaking early this afternoon.
There was an active shooter.
This, the picture in the image below, fired off Between two to four, the shooter pictured in the image below, fired off between two and four shots.
This is reportedly coming from their security camera.
I cannot verify the authenticity of that, but that is the claim.
Interesting enough, that does not look like a Sharia beard.
I already sent that to one of my Islam friends, who is an Islamic expert, and they informed us that would need to go all the way up from ear to ear to be completely compliant as a Sharia beard.
Interesting, I was talking to a Muslim man last week, and this individual, as I was discussing with him his religious beliefs and what was going on in the Islamic community in the Mid-South, he informed me that we have a lot of Caucasian men in the Mid-South Converting to Islam he openly volunteered that to me and said that yes, we're seeing a lot of Caucasian Mid-South men convert to Islam, but that was very interesting Well one has to wonder what's going on here with this guy Just because he doesn't have a Sharia compliant beard doesn't mean he wasn't a convert But we cannot look at the beard according to Islamic experts and say that's a Sharia compliant beard So the question is was he is he more of a neo-nazi type?
We'll be following this story to try to find out what is this guy's worldview.
I am hearing reports tonight that, you know, that this could have been an anti-semitic attack.
Let me tell you something.
Anytime you show up at a Jewish facility and shoot, that is anti-semitic.
I don't care what anyone else tells you.
That is meant for one purpose, and that is to bring terror.
And when you start terrorizing these folks, At a Jewish school or synagogue?
That's right in keeping with anti-Semitism.
So yes, it's obviously hate crime, hate speech, hate attempt here.
Of course, all crimes are hate.
I don't even like categorizing that way.
Have you ever seen or heard of a love crime?
But this is used today.
But we're still waiting to see if that's going to be the case over in Nashville with that Covenant school shooting, if that will be classified as a hate crime.
All crimes should be classified under the category of a crime.
But you know where hate crimes are really going.
It's about really going toward free speech.
And yes, we tolerate a lot of things we don't find pleasant so that we can maintain free speech.
So this, in my opinion, was anti-Semitic.
Listen to what the chief police in the Mid-South had to say before we go to Garland.
But this incident actually started at about 1220 this afternoon when officers from Appling Farm Station responded to an armed party call to Hebrew Academy on South White Station.
On the scene, they learned that a suspect did try to enter the building armed with a gun.
When he could not gain entry, he fired shots outside the school.
Thankfully, that school had a great safety procedure and process in place and avoided anyone being harmed or injured at that scene.
We cannot thank the people from Hebrew Academy enough for their vigilance and for their ability to get information to us.
They were able to provide us with the photograph of the suspect.
They also provided us with the vehicle description that the suspect left.
He left that scene in a maroon Ram pickup truck with California tags.
We put that information out citywide to our Memphis officers.
We also shared it with the Shelby County Sheriff's Department and the Bartlett Police Department because of the part of the county that it was on.
Great partnership with Shelby County Sheriff's Department, with the Bartlett Police Department.
They put officers in the field to look for that.
Shortly after that, officers with the Memphis Police Department did spot that suspect vehicle.
They followed that suspect vehicle until they could get enough officers here to conduct a safe traffic stop.
The suspect pulled the vehicle over.
He immediately emerged out of the vehicle with a gun in his hand, and that resulted in an officer discharging his duty weapon.
That suspect was struck.
That suspect has been transported to Regional 1 Hospital in critical condition.
Along with this process, we notified District Attorney General Mulroy, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is now taking over the investigation.
Wow.
California plates.
Regional 1.
Is that the med guys?
That's the med?
That's where they take you when you're on death's door.
All right, we'll keep you updated.
Again, we have, as many of you know, been reporting on the rise of anti-Semitism in America and our great concern over this issue.
I produced a documentary several years ago, two actually, conferences on Holocaust Horizon and warning about the rise of anti-Semitism in America.
And it's now right in our backyard, literally here in the Mid-South today, making national and international news.
Let that be a lesson to everybody.
Churches, synagogues, Christian schools, Jewish schools, all of them, to have good security.
A double door.
Stop that.
That's excellent.
Good for them.
Joining me now is Garland Favorito.
Garland, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
Thank you for joining us.
Hey, Brandon.
Thank you for having me on tonight.
We appreciate it.
Thank you.
So, Garland, let me ask you, the big event's coming up August 16-17 with Mike Lindell.
Folks can go there, lindellevent.com, go to the bottom of the page, put in your email, put in the promo code L77, and get an immediate pass to live stream the two-day event, August 16-17.
But with that, Mike told me to ask you this tonight.
So this comes directly from Mike Lindell.
Mike would like to know if you can guess what the big technology, the big event, the big announcement is going to be August 16th and 17th.
Do you have any idea, Carlin?
No, I don't.
Mike has been keeping this under wraps and I have no idea what he is going to do.
But I'm anxious to be there because I want to see it in person.
Do you want to make a guess or two?
I don't know.
I haven't had time to think about it really because there's been so much stuff going on in Georgia.
It's been occupying my mind and I haven't been able to focus on what I want to do for the Election Crime Summit coming up here in just a couple of weeks.
So you don't even want to venture a guess.
Okay, I won't push you on it.
I would be wrong for sure.
That's one thing that I like to be right when I make guesses like this.
Well, Mike is pretty adamant you couldn't guess.
That's probably why.
Because he's told me I would never guess it.
He said, you'll never guess it.
People will never get it.
They'll never guess it right.
Because I guess it's that amazing and spectacular.
We're I mean, I think we're on the inside circle, aren't we?
I mean, I think we're kind of on the inside wheel of Mike's world, right?
And you and I don't know.
And you and I don't even know.
I know you're as close as you can get.
And you don't know.
So I understand like there's nine people that may know this.
So I don't know who they are, but they must be very highly privileged.
Well, yeah, they absolutely are highly privileged.
So anyway, that'll be a fun event coming up.
You're going to be there live in person, right?
Oh, yeah.
I wouldn't miss that.
Tamara and I will be there to do whatever we can to make that show a success.
OK, good.
All right.
And in fact, I've got the slides, Georgia slides are pulled up right now.
I'm working on.
All right.
Well, let's let's.
Oh, good.
Good for you.
All right.
Now, we got word today that they're in fact, President Trump put out a statement today about what's going on in Fulton County.
Did he not?
I am not sure if the president put out a statement or not.
We were working our own sources here in Georgia.
And we got wind that there might be some indictments coming of electors similar to what happened in Michigan.
And apparently nothing was done yet today, but this could be coming tomorrow or Wednesday or perhaps the following week.
You know, Ifeanyi Willis is on record as saying that something's going to happen between August 1 and September 1.
And as you said on the show Friday, they already have the barriers up down in the Fulton County Courthouse.
And we're actually going to be going back for a case on the 14th of August.
We just found that out today.
So that, you know, it's still a mystery, but we think that they are having to do with electors.
And this is where it gets into some really Here's your presentation.
So, basically what we were hearing earlier is there could be an indictment of some people today.
Well, maybe come back to us.
here in Georgia and I can kind of walk you through that whenever you're ready.
Here's your presentation. So basically what we were hearing earlier is there could be an
indictment of some people today. Maybe come back to us. I'm sorry I jumped the gun on that. That
there could be indictments of some people today, maybe not necessarily President Trump today on
We're going to play some of that phone call, by the way, in a minute.
We're also going to play something that Garland brought to us last year at the Moment of Truth Summit, right there at the news desk, when I interviewed all of the different activists from all 50 states.
It was eight hours that day.
I was at the desk on the main stage, and Garland was one of the folks I interviewed, and Garland Brought us a video of Brad Raffsenberger saying there's no way that Biden can win at this point.
Well, we know that all changed.
We're going to play that for you again as well.
But first, there was out today news that there could be some indictments today that did not happen.
What do you know about these other people beyond President Trump?
They're trying to indict over this phone call.
Who else could they be trying to indict?
And is it beyond just the phone call?
What else are they looking at?
Well, we think that they're going to focus on a few electors, not all 16 or so, which is what we have here in Georgia, but probably a few that are in political positions or have a significant amount of evidence that they want to pressure.
We think that those will be the electors that might be indicted in the next couple of days, even though they've done absolutely nothing wrong and have acted just right according to case precedents, dating from 1960 in Hawaii all the way back to 1876 in the Ruth Everett B. Hayes Samuel Tilden disputed election.
So, isn't it interesting, Garland, that in Michigan, I believe the corrupt Attorney General there is looking to indict, or has indicted, 16 people that are electors up there, alternative electors up there, right?
Or were electors looking to submit alternative ballots, I should say.
And now they're doing this thing down in Georgia.
So this seems like a coordinated effort to intimidate anyone That is going through the normal process, things that even the Democrats were encouraged to do, as I understand it, during the 2000 election with Gore versus Trump.
Basically, what are they trying to accomplish?
Are they trying to get intimidation running here so that people are afraid to exercise their free political rights?
Well, yeah, and I think it's also the public, they're just doing this for show, because there's no legal basis for anything to do with the behavior of the alternate electors here in Georgia.
They followed exactly the case precedent standards, which we can talk about in a minute, and I'll show you.
So, and the electors in Michigan, to my knowledge, did exactly the same thing.
So they followed the precedents that have been established, as you said, in fact, by Democrats,
in particular, not only that's going back to 1960 in Hawaii, there is the exact identical thing
that the Georgia delegation did, which the Democrats did in 1860 and did it successfully.
Okay.
Now, before we get to your slides, let's go to the Moment of Truth Summit last August, Springfield, Missouri.
You've come to the stage to do your presentation, as we went through all 50 states, or pretty close to it, and I think we did 49 or something like that.
Um, and then you said you had a surprise for us because this, this video actually helps explain why those folks maybe were preparing their, you know, votes as they were and their paperwork as they were, because at the time there was thought, well, if there's a legal challenge, we need to go ahead and have our paperwork and our votes and everything in place.
Listen to what Garland had to say from the Moment of Truth Summit last August with this video.
Watch this.
...in just a minute.
It's a video of Brad Raffensperger... Let's get back to our election coverage.
That's not supposed to be playing.
Go ahead, sorry.
It's a video of Brad Raffensperger admitting that Donald Trump won Georgia.
Now, is that this video right here?
That's this one.
All right, let's roll it now.
This is the NBC interview, January 4th.
I'm sorry, November 4th, the day after the election at 9 a.m.
in the morning.
All right, let's roll it.
Let's get back to our election coverage and another check of the electoral map.
Check those nine states out in gray.
Still at this hour, undecided.
The presidential race hanging in the balance.
They're counting ballots as we speak.
That's right.
And one of the states that's a squeaker, a state that Joe Biden had high hopes late in the game of flipping in this election, but we shall see, is Georgia.
And that state's Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, is with us now.
Mr. Secretary, good morning on a busy morning.
I guess the big question is, Hoda?
Yeah, we want to know, when are we going to get your votes?
When are we going to find out who's won your state?
Well, we have about 2% left to go.
We had great success yesterday.
We had 4.7 million voters that voted.
A record breaker for us.
Beats the 4.1 in 2016.
We also had an average wait time of only two minutes, statewide average.
We have about 2% left to go.
And you can see where we are right now with the results that have been reported.
I don't think it'll change any outcomes, but that's what really people that make those predictions do.
What we'll do is get...
Well, that was interesting, though.
We were just getting to the good part there because the Secretary of State said they got 2% left to count, Chuck, but he did not think it would change the outcome.
That's interesting.
But then he deferred to the prognosticators, which I think is over to you.
That's you!
Look, I get to say what our models say, and it's where those counties are.
They are heavily Democratic counties.
And it's the Atlanta numbers.
So it is going to shrink.
You know, perhaps, you know, if I were an arbiter of an election result, I wouldn't want to be the one saying, yes, and when we count the vote, it will change the result.
I think his job is to be the umpire.
Well, let's ask Mr. Secretary.
Can you hear me now?
You just were saying something.
I'm getting like phone bombs or something.
Okay, well, fair.
You're a busy guy.
You're probably all your friends wanting to know the same thing we want to know, which is, when is Georgia going to report its results?
But you said something interesting, sir.
You said 2% left to count.
You didn't think, however, that it would be changing the outcome.
Is that based on your analysis of where those votes are outstanding, or are you just guessing it because of the fact that it's only 2%?
We don't guess.
What we do is report.
We just see where the candidates are right now in both presidential, congressional, senatorial.
You look at how many votes are out there.
Even if one of the candidates got 100%, it probably wouldn't be enough to move it one way or the other.
But it is what it is.
We'll just wait till everything's done.
The county's working diligently to get that done today.
So, Garland, he just said he thought, based on what they had left, 2% left to go, there was no way that Donald Trump wasn't going to win.
Is that basically what he was saying?
That's exactly right.
You heard it.
And did someone get to him?
Well, that's what happened.
You heard it out of his own words.
If 100% of the remaining votes went to Joe Biden, Donald Trump still won the state of Georgia.
And you notice as soon as he said that, NBC cut him off.
And then if you heard this voice, I don't know if y'all could hear it, but it says, I got photo bombed or something like phone bombed.
Well, I don't believe that that is Brad Raffensperger's voice.
I think that was somebody else from the studio that said that.
And then they brought him back in.
You notice, we talked about this yesterday, Brandon, how happy and relaxed he is.
He's comfortable.
This is the only time I've ever seen him tell the truth.
We did a study on him up on voter.ga.org studies tab.
We had 42 lies in a 10-page letter that he sent to the Congress and the General Assembly here in Georgia.
And your point is, you think he's so calm and relaxed because he's actually telling the truth.
Exactly.
All right, Garland, that was a year ago next month.
Wow.
Yeah, and a few things that are interesting there is, and I'm convinced the person was getting phone bombed while I was in NBC, it wasn't Brad Ravensburger, but a few things he mentioned there, he said that they were going to finish counting today.
And that there was 2% left to count, which is about 94,000 votes.
You can see that Donald Trump had a 103,750 vote lead.
So obviously, if all the votes were cast for Biden, as Brad Rappaport said, it wouldn't be enough to catch up.
Then they shifted over to the talking head at NBC, and he tries to say there's a lot of votes left in Democratic areas.
Well, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter if 100% of them were left in Democratic areas.
He's just making an excuse.
But the most important thing about that is that He said 4.7 million votes were cast.
He knows that because in Georgia law, you're required to report the number of ballots you have left to count on election night.
So he knew exactly what the number was.
That's why he went on TV with confidence and said it.
But then, After he says this, and counting is going to be finished, and it's a done deal, he allowed the counting to continue.
For another three days and another 200,000 plus votes were entered into the results, phantom votes, he actually certified 4.998 million votes, not the 4.7 million votes that existed on the morning after the election.
So the question is, Where did those extra 200,000 plus votes come from?
Those phantom votes, we still don't know, but we do know that it changed not only the outcome of the presidential race, but it also changed the outcome of the U.S.
Senate race because David Perdue would have won that seat without a runoff had it not been for those 200,000 plus phantom votes.
Wow.
So no wonder the electors went through the process they did, particularly after just hearing from their Secretary of State.
Why would they not go through the process, right?
Well, correct.
And they went through the process because President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit.
Which is a legitimate election challenge, which we'll talk about in a minute.
So that was their duty to preserve the electoral path.
for him just the same way that the Democrats did for John F. Kennedy in Hawaii in 1960, which we'll talk a little bit about that as well.
So, and that was just one example, Brandon.
The Senate and House held hearings here in December of 2020, and the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee concluded That the election was so riddled with systemic fraud errors and irregularities that it should have never been certified.
Let's go to your PowerPoint presentation.
Here we go.
The fake elector jury hoax.
Okay.
So this is what these folks are going to be indicted on.
And then they're going to also try to indict President Trump because of a phone call.
We're about to play some of that phone call in just a minute.
But let's go to this fake elector jury hoax.
Yeah, yeah.
So yeah, the fake elector hoax is basically, I'll use this picture from the, the 19, I'm sorry, 1876.
Disputed election between Samuel Tilden and Rutherford B. Hayes.
A very similar situation there, which you'll get into, you'll see on the next slide.
All right, here we go.
So there is no such thing as a fake elector.
And, you know, we've heard this term over and over again.
So here's what really happened, Brannon.
The Georgia Democrats and Republicans selected their electors in March of 2020.
You know, it sounds like they went into some secret room after the election was conducted, and then they signed some secret paperwork.
All of those are lies that have been distributed primarily by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
And in particular, Greg Bluestein.
So the electors cast their state's, as you all know, electors cast their state's Electoral College votes for president.
That's the way all the states work.
That's how we determine who's president by the Electoral College.
So back in 1876, the election between Ruth B. Hayes and Samuel Tilden The same thing happened in Louisiana, Florida, and South Carolina.
It was a disputed election.
There was claims of fraud in those states, and the states had dual electors.
They had alternate electors until the election contest could be decided.
That's the common way that it has been, and that's 150 years of precedent there.
But the most identical example happened in Hawaii in 1960, where the election was originally called for Richard Nixon.
The Democrats disputed with fraud errors that occurred.
They had alternate electors.
They defined the alternate electors.
And they then challenged, and they won the challenge.
And they were eventually seated, those electors were counted for the Democrats, and they were counted for John F. Kennedy.
And in fact, the judge even praised them for doing such an intelligent, making an intelligent activity to keep the question alive until it could be resolved in court.
So there's a website called Elector Truth that I'll show you a little bit later that goes over this in a little bit more detail.
Okay.
So here's what happened.
The electors were selected by a unanimous vote of the State GOP Executive Committee back on March 4th, 2020.
They were certified to the Georgia Secretary of State's office by the GOP on March 5, 2020, and the electors were published by the Secretary of State's office as qualified and nominated candidates, which is what electors are.
And they became contingent electors, what we were talking about earlier, on December 4, 2020, when the presidential election challenge was filed by Donald Trump.
So now the election was under dispute.
And that's why you have dual electors, just like in 1960 in Hawaii and in 1876 in the Hayes-Tilden matter.
So there's no such thing as fake electors.
This is a term that's made up.
It's used by those who are wanting to steal election, American elections, for those who don't want to prevent, they don't want to prevent the truth to come out when there's evidence of fraud errors and irregularities and corruption in elections.
And it's probably in all likelihood, given the orchestrated effort of that term, it's all likelihood generated originally by the CIA's Operation Mockingbird, Where they are still obviously in control of hundreds of media assets just as the Church Committee found out in 1975 and were confirmed again by German sources in 1916 and another book.
2016, excuse me.
So, the attorneys for President Trump filed this legal challenge on December 4th, 2020.
And they filed it in Fulton County.
The lawsuit was supposed to be heard in 20 days, but Fulton County did not even assign it to a judge by then.
That alone is pure corruption on the judicial part of Fulton County.
We've seen this over and over in Fulton County.
It was not scheduled for a hearing until January 8, 2021.
And that was two weeks after the statutory deadline and two days after the Congress had already counted and certified the electoral votes.
So that delay that Fulton County intentionally did rendered the lawsuit moot.
President Trump had to, had to withdraw it and no evidence was ever heard.
So, The Federal Electoral Count Act of 1878 requires that the presidential electors to meet on the second Monday after the first Wednesday of December.
So that day was December 14th, and that is exactly where the electors met At the Capitol, there's a little picture of them meeting there.
The election challenge was, lawsuit was active at the time of the meeting, therefore they had 100% the right to meet and sign the paperwork, just like the electors did in 1960 in Hawaii for John F. Kennedy, and just like the electors did in 1876 in three different states.
So they cast their votes to preserve the judicial remedy in case President Trump prevailed in his election contest, just like in 1876, and just like John F. Kennedy did in 1960 in Hawaii.
Exactly the same thing happened with Rupert B. Hayes in 1876.
So they did this in public, And it was reported on Atlanta television and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Greg Blustein, lied and claimed that it was done behind closed doors.
He took a picture of the door, somebody did, a half an hour before the meeting even started and before David Schaffer and the other electors had even gotten there.
So that's an idea about the corrupt reporting that has taken place and there is, I think that was probably the last slide, but there's more information about this on electortruth.com And they tell the whole story.
They go into much more in-depth on the Hawaii situation, which is virtually identical to what the Trump electors did in Georgia.
So it seems like there's a double standard here.
If Democrats benefit by having the alternate electors and following the prescribed precedence by Rutherford B. Hayes did, But that's perfectly okay.
But if Electors for President Trump do it, the corrupted news media then tries to claim that there's something bogus wrong.
So there's nothing about this that is wrong.
And the other question, Brandon, that still has to be resolved is, how would Fulton County get jurisdiction on this in the first place?
Because electors And the establishment of them are constitutional activities that are reserved for state legislators.
Counties have no jurisdiction in the matter, so it's unclear as to how they would even have a grand jury investigating this in the first place, but I'm sure Fannie Willis didn't tell the grand jury that.
Yeah.
All right.
Logan has been busy in the control room going through, what was that, about an hour-long audio, Logan?
About an hour-long audio of that conversation between President Trump and Brad Rausenberger and who else was on the phone or in the Oval Office.
Well, I know that Ryan Germany, the former legal counsel for Brad Rausenberger, was on that call.
I know that Cleta Mitchell was on the call for President Trump.
She was an attorney who was helping with election matters.
There were several other attorneys on the call for both parties, and they had a long discussion about how to resolve the issue towards the end of that call.
All right, let's roll some of the, we're not gonna play the whole hour obviously folks,
but let's roll some of it. Let's also take some of your calls folks. What are your thoughts
tonight on what you're hearing? This story out of Georgia, gonna apparently indict some of the
alternative electors, correct? Alternate electors?
Alternate.
And then also I guess they're gonna indict President Trump over this phone call. Is that
what they're gonna indict him over, this phone call?
I don't think so.
They are.
From what we're hearing about the grand jury, they have not investigated this phone call.
They have not?
Much at all.
Really?
No.
They've turned their attention to other matters, but here's what's interesting.
What are they going to indict Trump and Fulton County for then?
Well, here's the interesting part about all this.
So there was a special grand jury set up to do this investigation and they were set up and they did not have indictment power, apparently, so what we're hearing.
So that sets, opens the door for Fannie Willis to take that information and formulate it into her political agenda And then use it for a new grand jury, who she is apparently presenting this to, who has been seated in the last couple of days.
So what would they be indicting President Trump for?
Does anyone know?
Well, the allegation that we've heard floating has something to do with what we're racketeering.
Which is kind of one of the most absurd uses of racketeering law that's ever been put forward.
Even the liberal lawyers claim that that is quite a stretch to even imagine how that could fall under racketeering laws.
But that is the Kind of the scuttlebutt that's going around here right now.
And racketeering, as I understand, I'm not an attorney, but racketeering, that's normally done so that you can go after one person and another person to prove a conspiracy and get lesser known people to flip and make statements to get a higher up person.
I think the one that perfected this was Rudy Giuliani going against the mob in New York.
Yeah, I think the advantage that Fannie Willis is trying to pull off here is that she doesn't have to make the whole case in the beginning.
So, she just uses that charge to open the door and then collect more evidence as it goes along.
So, is it a fishing expedition?
Almost.
I think that would be not far off from what is actually, which what may be the plan is, we don't know for sure, But we have heard that she has gotten some racketeering legal expertise on the staff and she's going to have to get that.
Uh, to try to make that case.
Okay, let's play this clip and then we'll go to your phone calls.
901-316-8404.
901-316-8404.
My guest, Garland Favorito.
VoterGA.org.
VoterGA.org.
Again, in the news, potential indictments coming maybe yet this week of some alternate electors.
And of course, as you're hearing, they're of course trying to make this bogus fake case against President Trump.
What are your thoughts, your comments?
901-316-8404.
Before we go to this clip of Brad Ratzenberger with President Trump and others that has been so highly controversial, which there's nothing controversial about the call from anything I can hear.

It denotes that you are watching the Lindell Report, you want to support, Mr. President, Cleta, this is Kurt Hilbert, if I might interject here for a moment.
Let's go to that audio clip of the conversation between President Trump, some of his staff,
and Brad Rasenberger.
Listen to this.
Mr. President, this is Kurt Hilbert, if I might interject here for a moment.
Ryan, I would like to suggest that just four categories that have already been mentioned
by the president that have actually hard numbers of 24,149 votes that were counted illegally
illegally.
That in and of itself is sufficient to change the results or place the outcome in doubt.
Um, we would like to just sit down with your office and we can do it through purposes of compromise and settlement, just like this phone call just to deal with that limited category of votes.
And if you are able to establish that our numbers are not accurate, then fine.
However, we believe That they are accurate.
We've had now three to four separate experts look at these numbers.
These numbers are based upon the USPS... And certified accountants looked at them.
Correct.
And this is just based on USPS data and your own Secretary of State data.
So that's what we would entreat and ask you to do, to sit down with us in a compromise and settlement, you know, proceeding.
And actually go through the registered voter IDs and the registrations.
And if you can convince us that that 24,149 is inaccurate, then fine.
But we tend to believe that that is, you know, obviously more than 11,779.
That's sufficient to change that result entirely in and of itself.
So what would you say to that, Mr. Germany?
Kirk, I'm happy to I'll give it to our lawyers, and we'll set that up.
That number is not accurate, and I think we can show you, from all the ones we've looked at, why it's not.
And so, if that would be helpful, I'm happy to give it to our lawyers and set that up with you guys.
Well, let me ask you, Kurt.
Kurt, you think that is an accurate number.
That was based on the information given to you by the Secretary of State's Department, right?
That is correct.
That information is the minimum, most conservative data based upon the USPS data and the Secretary of State's office data that has been made publicly available.
We do not have the internal numbers from the Secretary of State, yet we have asked for it six times.
I've sent a letter over to Mr. Inouye several times requesting this information, and it's been rebuffed every single time.
So it stands to reason that if the information is not forthcoming, there's something to hide.
That's the problem that we have.
Well, that's not the case.
There are things that you guys are entitled to get, and there are things that, under law, we are not allowed to give out.
Well, under law you're not allowed to give faulty election results, okay?
You're not allowed to do that, and that's what you've done.
This is a faulty election result.
And honestly, this should go very fast.
You should meet tomorrow, because you have a big election coming up.
And because of what you've done to the president — you know, the people of Georgia know that this was a scam.
And because of what you've done to the president, a lot of people aren't going out to vote.
And a lot of Republicans are going to vote negative, because they hate what you did to the president.
Okay?
They hate it.
Wow, wow.
Garland, quick comment regarding the phone lines?
Most important thing about that call is Ryan Germany never produced that meeting.
He sat there on the phone and lied.
They never had that meeting, to my knowledge, and he claimed that he would do it.
He would take care of it.
This is exactly what the Secretary of State has been doing over and over again since the day he took office.
Let's go to the phone lines.
901-316-8404.
Let's go to Barry.
Line 2.
Barry's calling in from Georgia.
Hi, Barry.
Welcome to the Lindell Report.
Barry?
Hey, y'all.
Hey, Garland.
I met you down here with her Candace Taylors thing one time.
Anyway, my foot.
She's a great lady.
Yeah, she was.
I wish you'd get back in there and do it again.
My question is, Do they have any community service where you can get to where you can work right around Brad?
Because I got a fine I need to pay for and I don't want to pay it and I want to do some community service and a little investigation of my own.
Very funny.
I think that was a rhetorical question that doesn't need an answer, but thanks for injecting a little humor into this.
Absolutely.
No, seriously though, I mean, do they have community service you can do for stuff like that you can get close to him with?
I don't think you want to get close to him, Barry.
Where does he go out to eat at?
Yeah, where did he go out to eat at?
Okay, I can't go there. I can't go there.
All right, thank you, Barry. Let's go to Harry, line three.
Harry in Seattle, thank you for calling in, Harry. Go right ahead, Harry.
Yeah, hey, we had a representative, Kimberly Wyman, which is a Republican over our elections during that
election time that now has been appointed to the White House with the Joe
Biden administration.
But before, after she left here and before she went to D.C., she flew straight and had two-day meetings with Mr. Raffenberger.
Are you aware of this at all, uh, Garland?
I had heard something about that, but I don't have any details on that.
Where are you getting this information from, Harry?
It's, it's on, it was, she left here.
She, she was a Republican.
She was overseeing our elections here and they were trying to get, even the Republicans people that were here were trying to take it to court.
People that lost people and she would not look at anything, no evidence.
She called them all and they went after each one of them and doxxed them, attacked them, everything.
And this was Inslee's, uh, it was his pick.
He worked, she worked side by side with Inslee.
They had a working relationship, the Republican Democrat, Kimberly Wyman.
It was announced that she took a position.
Okay, I'm getting music in my ear, guys.
went to work for the White House with the Biden administration.
So that meant that Inslee could appoint the new secretary.
And then, but before she went there, she went straight to Georgia and met with Mr. Rasmussen.
Okay. I'm getting music in my ear guys. She went, finished that.
She went right where?
Before she went to DC.
to take her new position, she went to Georgia to have meetings and to work with him on the election that was stolen.
I mean, she fought everybody here.
I've been saying this.
Can you email us some of that information where you gathered all that, Harry?
I can try to find the article, yeah.
Well, we can dig around for it.
We can dig around for it.
We'll dig around for it.
Harry, what time frame was that?
That was shortly after 2002.
That was when everything was blowing up.
That was when everybody was saying about the fraud and everything.
Okay.
Alright, we'll look for that.
Great tip.
We'll go look for that.
Thank you, Harry.
Let's go— You do?
You do remember that?
Okay.
Okay.
Let's go to Tom, line one.
Tom in Pennsylvania.
Hi, Tom.
All right, we'll look for that. Great tip. We'll go look for that. Thank you, Harry.
I do remember that, Brandon. You do? You do remember that?
Okay. I don't have the details on it.
Okay, let's go to Tom, line one. Tom in Pennsylvania. Hi, Tom.
How you guys doing? Good, thank you.
All right. I mean, all your efforts are greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Tom.
My question is, obviously everything that's been against Donald Trump here has been basically an abhorrent abuse of power by our government.
Where do you guys see everything happening there in Georgia?
Where do you think is Donald Trump going to win these cases?
Garland, do you think Trump's going to win these cases?
Do you think he will be indicted?
So, Trump does not have an active case right now.
We do have, I think, six or seven active cases about the 2020 and 2022 elections right now, including a challenge on Brad Raffensperger's primary, which has never been heard.
But if there's any premise of any of these charges that are based on the evidence, claiming that there's no evidence of fraud, errors, irregularities in the 2020 election, if that's the basis of any charges, that's going to fall because there was tremendous evidence of fraud, errors, and irregularities.
Do you think they will indict Trump in Georgia?
It appears that they are going to try to come up with this racketeering scheme thing.
But I can't even envision what the legal basis for that would be.
Yeah, exactly.
Let's go to Chris, line four.
Chris in Michigan, you're on.
Thanks for calling in, Chris.
How you doing?
Hi, good, thank you.
I've been listening to you guys since day one, been following you right along.
Thank you, Chris.
My question is, back when this thing first started, They had a woman that was videotaping shredding trucks at these pole locations, but at the warehousing.
And I haven't heard anything about that since, and that's been a couple of years.
Oh yeah, I think we actually had her.
Did we not have her in studio here, Garland?
I don't think you had her in studio, but I believe you may have had her on the show.
That was in college.
No, I think we had her in studio for absolute proof.
It didn't make it into the documentary, but we had her here at the desk.
We filmed a segment.
It didn't make it in.
She was a blonde lady from Georgia.
A blonde lady.
I can't remember her name.
Yeah, it was Susan.
There you go.
Yeah, Susan from Cobb County.
There you go.
Yeah, and that's happened now.
There's some question about what they actually shredded.
Were they leftover ballots?
I mean, they're trying to say even that they weren't even ballots.
And she did present that to the hearing, to the Senate.
I think it was the Senate, if not the House, yeah, it was the Senate.
She presented that evidence and we've never heard anything more about it.
I think that the elections director claimed that those were not active ballots that were left over.
I think they should have been shredded.
All right, let's go to Jordan, line two, Joanna.
Joanna, line two in Myrtle Beach.
Go ahead, Joanna.
Hello.
Hi, go right ahead.
Yes.
First off, thank you guys, because I watch you all the time, too.
Thank you.
I'm very frustrated that this keeps going on with these indictments.
And why is it that we can't find out what...
What they have hanging over the heads of these people, they're either paying them off or they have something on them.
And I would think that we should be able to find out what they have on these people so we can expose it.
When you say these people, you mean the government officials or the judges and the people that don't want to hear the cases and give standing, etc.?
Yes, all of them.
And the prosecutors that are doing this.
I mean, all of them.
Because that's probably the only way that we can stop them from acting like this, from doing this.
Quick comment, Garland?
Yeah, so it's very well known that Bonnie Willis here in Fulton and Alvin Bragg in New York are Soros-funded DAs.
This really comes down to a battle for America.
With Donald, I'm sorry, with George Soros trying to overthrow the existing American constitutional government.
Thank you for the call, Joanna.
Let's get in Glenn real quick.
Glenn from Ohio, line one.
Go ahead, Glenn.
Yeah, Brandon, I'd just like to have a frank speech, show that Rasenberger clip on a daily basis to let the public know.
I think, you know, I think you're right that we need to play that more often.
Because what it shows, Glenn and Garland, is there was no mathematical way.
The Secretary of State, Rad Rosenberger, said there's no mathematical way possible for Biden to win Georgia.
And yet he did.
Yes, and he's never been able to come up with where those 240,000 or so phantom votes came from.
Why has he never been sued and put under deposition over that?
Well, we have a lawsuit to ban the Dominion system here in Georgia that we, by the way, I think I mentioned to you the other night, were taking to the Georgia Supreme Court.
We had several suits, but we have not filed a suit On that particular thing, yeah.
Well, if you get any suit, could any of your suits involve subpoenaing Brad and putting him under deposition and then bringing this up?
I think it's conceivable that that could happen if we can get an honest ruling.
The problem is, as you know, in the Fulton ballot inspection case, the counterfeit ballot case, We were denied our rights to see those ballots for two and a half years under a bogus ruling and we're still being denied our rights.
By not only the Superior Court, but the Georgia Court of Appeals, after we won in the Georgia Supreme Court.
Linda in South Carolina, sorry we didn't have time to get to you.
Thank you, guys, for all your phone calls tonight.
Garland, thank you for your time.
We appreciate it.
