Brandon, I know you're going to be covering for me tonight, but I wanted to get on here and tell everyone I'm at Flashpoint in Nashville.
We go on in about, I guess about 45-50 minutes here.
Nashville?
You're in Nashville?
You're not going to come over and say hi?
No.
And I'm drinking my coffee out of your mug and everything.
Yeah, I see that.
I see that.
Yeah.
But I'm going to tell everybody that success.
I want to get everybody on the towel commercial before we run out, everybody.
We're closing out this run of MyPillow towels to make room for the MyPillow 2.0 manufacturer.
Remember, these were originally I think $89 or $99.
They were on sale for $49.
We're clearing them out now, six-piece towel sets.
$25 discount.
Once they're gone, they're gone.
And we're trying to get them out as fast as we can so we can, uh, we're actually setting up more and more manufacturing for the MyPillow 2.0.
Hiring people, call center, and manufacturing.
That's what my, all the employees of MyPillow, we love doing.
Um, Brandon, you've got a big show tonight.
I've used your pro code.
By the way, everybody use pro code L77 at MyPillow.com or call that number 800-544-8939.
Now the big things going on down in Georgia, I hear you had on Laura Loomer again, talking about Crooked Brad Rassenberger last night.
Yeah, she confronted him and she walked beside him probably for a good three or four minutes or more and she kept shooting questions at him and I can play the clip tonight again.
He would not answer her.
He acted like she wasn't there.
He's a coward.
He wouldn't even answer one question.
Right.
You know what?
I'd like you to find it.
Maybe Logan won't be able to find it.
Are you with Garland on tonight?
Yes.
Okay.
If you could find, it's a clip of Brad Rastenberger saying that Donald Trump won the election in Georgia.
Oh, yes.
We've played that.
Logan, we've got that, don't we?
And he said it to the media.
He said there's too many votes in.
There's no way that Trump could not win.
It was impossible.
According to Crooked Brad, it was impossible.
But Brad figured out his crooked way to do it and figured it out.
And remember everybody, Brad Rausenberger, he is the secretary of state of Georgia, but he was part, he was on that call that the president, now that they're going after a great real president, Donald Trump.
But that call, everybody, actually proves the crimes that were committed in Georgia.
The president had a list in front of him, said, you know, what about these 6,000 some people that are dead that voted here?
What about people that don't live in Georgia?
What about this?
He had this whole list and Crooked Brad says, well, those are the wrong numbers.
And the president said, well, where'd we get these?
And one of his attorneys said, sir, we got them for Brad.
And, and Brad said, he said, well, when are we going to get the real numbers?
Well, those were the real numbers, everybody.
And they, remember they leaked a little bit of that to the media, to the Washington Post.
That's what they do when they try and, you know, put their, get their narrative out.
But then the whole tape leaked out to the, to the whole world.
And if you watch the whole tape, it's just, it's absolutely 100% proof that Georgia, all this stuff happened in Georgia.
It happened everywhere, but they had a list.
The biggest thing is the non-residents that voted in every county in this country.
And those non-residents, that's illegal.
They didn't go vote.
People didn't march into Georgia to go commit a crime.
They just pulled the names off the dirty voter rolls.
We've been telling everybody this for years, for the last two years.
So I'm interested to see what you're going to have with... What's Garland going to talk about?
Is he already here?
Garland, are you with us, Garland?
Hey, Garland.
Mike wants to know what you're going to talk about tonight, Garland.
Well, Mike, we've got a special surprise for you tonight.
Okay.
Our Fulton County counterfeit ballot case has been remanded to the Superior Court for trial.
The Court of Appeals today issued an order to adopt the Georgia Supreme Court decision that says all voters, citizens, residents, taxpayers have standing to sue government officials and agencies when they violate the law.
So this is on its way back to the Court of Appeals.
I mean, I'm sorry, to the Supreme Court.
And hopefully we'll be able to see these ballots in the next couple of months and find out how many counterfeits they really were.
Wow.
Well, I'll let you guys get to that.
I can't be on, but that is amazing.
These things, you know, Garland, I've been telling for the last year or so now, the judges are going to bring this country back because we keep fighting them.
Pretty soon those judges are going to either have courage or they're going to start being judges instead of kicking the can on standing.
Or making corrupt rulings.
They're going to start being judges.
And we've got everybody happening the same time, Garland.
You might know this.
There's lawyers on the way to Arizona right now.
Kurt Olson's one of them that's flying into Arizona for tomorrow for that appeal, that case down there.
And I believe we're going to completely sweep it.
We need rulings everywhere for us now, and it's going to be amazing.
Right, and I think now that the judge has been overturned in our case by both courts, then I think we'll see a different judge when we go down there.
I think we'll get a fair shot this time and we'll get to look at these ballots.
Right.
Well, thanks, Garland, for all your work.
You're a hero, and I'll catch up.
I'll have you on my show next week, but I could be on firsthand, but I'll watch the rerun tonight after.
I'm going on Flashpoint right now, guys, but God bless you.
Garland, thanks for all your work and everybody in Georgia.
We're Flashpoint.
We really love them, and we appreciate what they do.
Mike Lindell checking in.
All right.
Thank you, Garland, for being with us tonight.
So let's recap.
You have big news because you guys were not being allowed to look at some of these ballots you were concerned about, correct?
That's right.
And we do have a press release, I think I said a little bit earlier.
OK.
Logan might want to share that at some point in time.
Did you send it to me as well or just to Logan?
I think I sent it to both of you.
Okay.
Earlier this afternoon, but that's right.
That's exactly what happened.
Got it.
All right.
Here we go.
Here it is.
Oh, you're on my laptop.
Hang on.
I'm going to have to bend over to get the laptop.
Tell us what it is while I plug in my laptop.
Sure.
Glad to.
So, as you all know, two years ago, two years and four months ago, December 23rd, 2020, Todd Hardy, our attorney, filed a case with nine petitioners and we alleged equal protection and due process violations because we had sworn affidavits from four senior poll managers that they handled counterfeit ballots in the Fulton County audit on November 14th of 2020.
And these, they knew that they were counterfeit because they were mail-in ballots But they were not creased from being mailed.
They were not on the correct paper stock.
They weren't marked with a pen or a pencil.
They appeared to be marked with toner, like copy toner.
And they were voted the same way on all down ballot races on like a hundred in a row.
So it was clear that they were counterfeit ballots.
And we were on the verge of getting to look at them and find out how many there are.
That was what we really wanted to know.
How many are there?
And that was when the Fulton County, Fulton County went out and hired criminal defense attorneys just to prevent us from looking at the ballots.
That was the sole reason that they hired.
So that pretty much tells you Everything right there.
But we hung in there when the judge made this bogus ruling that claimed that we didn't have standing because it was too politically hot of a potato for him to handle.
We went to the Court of Appeals and we expected the Court of Appeals to overturn this standing ruling that he had made.
But surprisingly, in spite of all the precedents that we had, both from the Georgia state courts and the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals upheld the lower court ruling standing and never even mentioned any one of our case presidents, which we had about a dozen.
So we appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court, and in December 12, 2020, The Georgia Supreme Court confirmed what we already knew.
They corroborated that citizens, residents, taxpayers, and voters have always had standing to sue government officials and government agencies when they violate the law.
And that was a unanimous decision from the entire Georgia Supreme Court, including all the Democrats and all the Republicans.
There was no dispute That both the Superior Court and the Court of Appeals were dead wrong.
Wow, that's excellent, that's excellent news.
All right, I want to get your response to this.
This is what Laura Loomer came on last night to talk about.
This is your illustrious Secretary of State, Brad Raffsenberger.
She confronted him as he was going into a meeting with a bunch of leftists.
I mean, the whole thing is, I mean, it's a leftist group meeting about the election, and he's their part of them.
And it's at the Spy Museum of all things, which is kind of ironic, but listen to what transpired.
We played this on my show last night, but I think we should play it here and let you respond, since he's your Secretary of State.
Watch this.
Hey, Brad.
I was looking for you earlier.
Hang on, I have to just comment.
I want to replay this.
I love her tone of voice.
Hey Brad, I was looking for you earlier.
Like, they're old friends.
She's so familiar with this guy because she's been tracking him and talking about him and trying to expose what he's up to.
I love her.
Just, hey Brad, you know.
I thought it was very disarming.
I'm kind of shocked that he wasn't more prone to at least answer one or two questions being that she was being so nice.
She's a lady and she's being nice.
So I mean these guys are really scared.
I think they're really scared.
Here we go.
Watch this again.
Hey Brad.
I was looking for you earlier.
My name's Laura Loomer.
I'm an investigative journalist and I was just wondering As the Secretary of State of Georgia, what exactly are you doing speaking at CEIR's, I don't know what you guys want to call it, election summit that is sponsored by Mark Zuckerberg, when you know very well that Mark Zuckerberg influenced the outcome of the elections by having weekly meetings with the FBI about suppressing information regarding the Hunter Biden laptop scandal?
You call yourself a Republican, but you're attending this partisan conference that's being sponsored by Mark Zuckerberg.
And we know that David Becker himself is tied to George Soros.
You are on a panel today with Jamie Raskin, who is one of the managers for the impeachments in the J6 committee.
How are your voters in Georgia supposed to have trust in you and take you seriously and
know that their votes are being counted securely and fairly when you're on a panel with somebody
who just asked for seditious conspiracy charges to be brought against President Trump?
And like the coward that he is.
He is.
Brad, are you doing more talking about stealing our elections with Mark Zuckerberg?
I'm sitting at the hotel too.
Are you talking about stealing our elections, Brad?
Why don't you want to answer any questions?
You are overseeing the election and you're meeting with Jamie Raskin talking about how the GOP candidate on the ballot for 2024 should face charges of seditious conspiracy.
You crook!
If you enjoyed this report or you want... Well, there you go.
So what do you make of that?
That's your Secretary of State!
Yeah, so let me just unpack a couple things in that video.
First of all, when he was walking out, he's walking out with the elections director, Blake Evans.
And then the guy in the elevator was an FBI undercover agent.
There were several of them floating around there for the event.
Just to give you a little bit of background, this was the Center for Election Innovation and Research.
It was funded by $70 million of Mark Zuckerberg's money.
The founder is David Becker.
David Becker was, according to all reports, was let go by the Department of Justice for subverting investigations, which he was a part of.
And it was basically to be done for a partisan nature to protect one or two Democrat cities.
So Becker was funded, as you know probably, Brandon, by George Soros, Uh, and, uh, this is how this got off the ground, but they received 70 million dollars from Mark Zuckerberg.
Uh, this is a Zuckerberg Source Alliance, and it was dripping with hate, um, from, um, of all people, David Becker, of course, but on, uh, today, or I guess it was yesterday, I lost track of time now, they had, uh, the secretary, Jana Griswold, from Colorado on, Absolutely dripping hate for Donald Trump and Republicans, as well as they had the founder of Republicans Against Trump on these panels.
And at the same time, they are pretending that they are nonpartisan.
It's incredible.
This is one of the more, I believe, in my opinion, the more corrupt organizations in the entire country.
Along with CTCL, which was again funded by Zuckerberg.
So that's the background of what was taking place there.
It was just as terrible.
They have it up on YouTube.
You can watch it if you can stomach it.
But it's two days of lies and building up people that are a few of them in the elections business.
All of them are Trump haters.
And then they're trying to basically take down or try to damage Trump.
They're actually saying they don't want him to be elected.
They've got to make sure that he doesn't win the primary.
And this is an election meeting, an election coordinator's meeting, supervising.
So incredibly partisan.
And the fact that Ravensburger was there, along with the entire Georgia election staff, you saw Blake Evans in that video, Ryan Germany, the former legal counsel, was there yesterday.
Jordan Fuchs and Gabe Sterling were supposed to be in attendance as well, although we didn't see them on any panels.
So it's really, I think it shows what we've been saying for the last two years, that Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of State of Georgia, sold out his own political party and the voters of the state of Jordan Wow.
special interest, especially and particularly George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg.
Wow.
Wow, wow. I want you to respond to this. This is from Carrie Lake War Room.
A cartel lawyer turned Secretary of State, Adrian Fontes, spoke at an election fortification conference in D.C.
where he referred to anyone who questions the integrity of elections as fascist.
This is the man who will run the 2024 election in Arizona.
listen to this fascists active in
here we go there are fascists active in this country
Jenna just listed off who they are.
She politely calls them election deniers.
I'm supposed to call them election enthusiasts as an official position of my office, but I personally prefer just calling them what they are.
They are fascists.
There are fascists active in this country.
Jenna just listed off who they are.
She politely calls them election deniers.
I'm supposed to call them election enthusiasts as an official position in my office, but I personally prefer just calling them what they are.
They are fascists.
Wow.
So this is the guy, Secretary of State of Georgia, who I'm- No, no, of Arizona.
Arizona, of Arizona, who allegedly won that election.
Still kind of stupid, but this man, by all accounts, this man was the attorney for the Sinaloa Cartel, which appears to be at the epicenter of some really serious corruption issues in the state of Arizona.
So, you know, what's fascinating is that they, the CEIR, would have him there to begin with.
And, you know, he's talking about fascists, but I don't think he realizes that he has surrounded himself by communists, including himself.
So, that's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it.
That's my opinion, and I am sticking to it.
This whole thing is really heating up.
I'm going to deal with this tonight with Leo Homan.
Leo has a brand new article out tonight.
Fomenting Border Chaos and Lawlessness.
Here's the title.
I'm going to deal with this with Leo tonight.
He'll be on with me.
Fomenting Border Chaos and Lawlessness.
Globalists have set trap that will deceive humanity into accepting biometric digital ID that will tag and track all people everywhere.
Now I did I started in early 2020 doing programs specifically on this.
AI 2030 is a global initiative with the World Health Organization that wants to tag every American.
But initially, my programs talked about the fact they wanted to use this tagging, these biometrics, to track illegal immigrants.
Okay?
They wanted to track who was coming into the country.
And back in early 2020, I said, you know, this is going to have appeal to many conservatives because the thought will be, well, we want to make sure the people coming into the country are not terrorists.
We also want to make sure that when they get here, And they do get on the public dole, which many on the conservative side don't want them doing.
But if that's going to happen, you guys better make sure they're not double dipping.
So we're going to give everybody a biometric so we can make sure they're not double dipping.
And I said, well, you know, I don't want the borders open.
I don't want to give entitlement, you know, program and government money, taxpayer money to illegals.
But many will say, I agree with Brandon, I don't want to see that either, but at least make sure you're not having people that are involved in fraud.
And then you have so many illegals that will be here.
Businessmen will want to hire people, but they don't want to hire illegals.
And so what I said then was, this is being set up so that people on the right and the left will end up agreeing to biometrics.
Both people on the right and the left are going to both agree to this for different reasons.
Well, sure enough, here the border's collapsing, and here is none other than Leo Homan releasing an article tonight saying that exact same thing.
Now, let's tie this in to voting.
I have showed a graphic several times on the air I think, if I remember correctly, you're about to see it goes all the way back to 2018.
When I bring it up here, we'll see if my memory serves me right.
I think we're going to find out it comes from 2018.
A document from 2018.
Yes, it does.
All right, here we go.
Let's show this.
This is the World Economic Forum, and at the bottom you'll see it's World Economic Forum 2018.
Identity in a digital world.
A new chapter in the social contract.
Notice what they're saying here.
E-government.
First at the center, you have digital identity.
Okay?
But look right here.
For citizens to access and use services, file taxes, vote, collect benefits.
They're setting us up for digital identity, and this goal of yours, I'm sure you agree, I want to see us get rid of the machines, like Mike Lindell's been calling for, and go to paper.
These people are fully planning not to get rid of the machines.
In fact, they're going to go further.
They're going to get us all to have a digital biometric, and we won't be able to vote without it.
You see all the ways you're going to use this, including then your central bank digital dollars, your CBDCs, all tied back to biometrics?
Well, I think Tom Holman has proven you prophetic.
You mean Leo Holman?
Yeah, Leo.
Yes, I'm sorry, Leo Holman.
But so going back to the interesting that you mentioned that going back to the CEIR today, they, as you said, have no intention of getting rid of the machines.
There wasn't.
They have to use the machines to steal the elections.
And that is why there's not one person that participated in the last two days that is for election transparency.
They will fight tooth and nail to prevent transparency because they know that they cannot commit fraud if we have transparent elections.
And by that I mean processes that are visible to the public, Ballots that are visible to the public.
Hand counting in public.
Not on machines.
Hand marked paper ballots.
Again, not on machines.
These are just some of the things that we need to implement.
And this whole crew at CEI is going to fight that tooth and nail.
And that's going to, I think, bring on exactly what you're talking about.
And the other day I did an article on the dangers of E-Verify from I think it was a
libertarian group was warning that E-Verify, which again, as I said in early 2020, I was
saying a lot of employers in America will say, I want to make sure I'm not hiring an illegal,
or if I am hiring someone who's in here by the government's permission, I need to make sure that
you know all the paperwork's done accordingly.
Well, here comes E-Verify, right, as this is all breaking up.
And I saw a group that I agree with on a lot of issues, a group that we promote.
Their leader tonight has an article out about the importance of E-Verify for border security.
That's making the point I was making early 2020, which is they're gonna find a way that the right and the left will agree with this.
And so here's a pro- America group, a group that's very concerned about border and immigration being done lawfully, legally, in a manner consistent with our rule of law and what's best for America.
And they're saying, well, E-Verify, I mean, we need it now more than ever.
That's the point I'm making.
They're creating a crisis and even the right, even people on the right will think these are the solutions we need now to deal with this crisis that was manufactured to get all of us to go along with it.
For different reasons.
It doesn't matter what the right wants, why they want it.
It doesn't matter why the left wants it.
Just as long as we all agree to it.
Throughout the last few decades, people are willing, on the right, they're willing to give up freedom for security.
And that's what it all boils down to.
They are convinced that they need the security more than their freedom.
That's not going to solve it for me though.
No, not me neither.
We're going to add Linda Rands.
Do you know Linda, Garland?
I know.
I watched Linda's interview, all 20 minutes of it on your show.
I was captivated by it.
And we're wanting to get her.
She's actually going to be in Georgia, or she's going to help participate in one of our events remotely in Georgia.
And we're hoping to Excellent.
Use a lot more with her in the future.
Good.
Linda, welcome to the broadcast.
The Lindell Report.
Mike was on here for the first few minutes.
He's on another TV show tonight.
Welcome back.
Thank you for joining us.
Are you...
Okay, and for the first time.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, we're glad you're here.
I'm going to go ahead and get started.
I don't know if you've had a chance to see anything else we were playing tonight, but we just got done playing a video of the current Secretary of State in Arizona.
Did you see that at all?
I did not.
I'm sorry, I was on a different call.
It's a very short clip.
Let's let Linda respond to this, because the Secretary of State of Arizona apparently just called all of us, which now includes you, a fascist.
Watch this.
Here we go.
There are fascists active in this country.
Jenna just listed off who they are.
She politely calls them election deniers.
I'm supposed to call them election enthusiasts as an official position of my office, but I personally prefer just calling them what they are.
They are fascists.
Linda?
Well, yeah, I don't see any of us as fascists.
I see them as election fraud deniers.
And it's a shame, but they have a lot of monetary gain to be made from continuing what they're doing, whereas most of us are putting our own lives on hold and our own finances out there to try to turn things back and to correct elections.
So it's obvious when you have a left-leaning seminar, or whatever they want to call it, that they had this week, and some of our so-called Republican or representatives who are supposed to be out there helping us to find out what's wrong with the elections are just bashing all of us who are actually out there doing the work to try to fix the mess that they made.
Indeed.
What new report do you have to bring us on your fight to go to paper and the opposition by so many to go to paper?
So, everybody knows we hand-counted here in Osage County, and I think we talked once before, Brandon, about the resistance that came afterwards.
It was supposed to be, we finished counting on election night, the judges, the election judges gave their results, and they, and I'm sorry, am I coming through okay?
I feel like I'm maybe breaking up a bit.
You broke up for a minute, you broke up for a second, but we can hear you.
Okay, so everything is sealed on election night.
And that's it.
When you hand count the ballots, all you have to do then is get to verification.
What we came to learn about a week and a day after the election is that they had gone back in and opened sealed ballots and run them through a Dominion machine to quote, prove the accuracy of the tabulator, but the tabulators weren't used.
So, Everything that we're fighting, where we try to get CVRs, where we try to get any information from our election officials, is they tell us, nope, the statutes say you can't have it, you can't get in, you can't see any of this, you need a court order, you need a grand jury, you need legislative action, and yet
They went in and it was the Secretary of State's office had representatives there.
They, I don't know who told the clerk to do this.
She said she asked and they said she could do it.
But there were so many violations that I can say that I have filed complaints, official complaints at the county level.
Because these aren't just process issues.
These are actual, what I would believe are crimes or violations of law, whichever way you want to look at it.
So the county level at the sheriff level, I have filed complaints with the secretary of state about the secretary of state staff.
And I have heard no, I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement from them that they received it.
And I sent it both email and certified mail with a return receipt.
So let me get this straight.
After the paper count was all done, who took it upon themselves to run the ballots through the Dominion tabulator?
So it was done in the clerk's office, she's our election authority, and with her staff.
We didn't even know about it.
The Republicans, I would say, and I was the official watcher, the person who's supposed to be able to watch the counting for the Republicans.
I wasn't informed.
And we know that there were representatives from the Secretary of State's office at the clerk's office.
There was one there the day I did come in and they were still going through and they were, in some cases, re-hand counting some of the polling places.
A hand count is supposed to be the ultimate test of whether machines are accurate or any other thing and so we hand counted on election night all the results were in by 11 o'clock on election night the latest group was there at 11 and yet they still opened ballots and they went through and Recounted some and ran some through the machine I didn't even know about the machine thing until I went to the commissioners to give a presentation and a commissioner made a comment about it And it's like I didn't even know so yeah, they surprised us with a lot of things that they did I have done presentations showing all the statutes that were violated and and I think we just have to as
Those citizens who are concerned, and fascists, I guess, if that's what you want to call us, but call out our elected officials or the government employees who violate these statutes because they don't get a pass.
There's nothing in our statutes that say anyone from the Secretary of State's office can say, don't worry about that statute, the one that we sued a citizen over.
When we want to use it, we can just give you permission and tell you, go ahead and use it.
Wow.
So, when they were counting on paper, are you telling me the paper that the citizens were counting on in Osage County, Missouri, is it the kind of paper that could be read through that tabulator as well?
You know, it was interesting when the clerk ordered the ballots, even though she was planning to hand count, she ordered them, she could have printed them herself and we offered to help, but she went back to the same vendor who prints them for the, uh, when they're used with machine.
So they printed them and I was shocked when I saw them, but they printed it on the same paper that had the grid, the little grid around it.
And she said that he told her, those are all pre-printed, so we couldn't take the grid off, so we just printed your ballots on the grid.
But even the day or so before the election, I said to her, because I saw a Dominion machine out in her office, and I questioned her, why was there a machine out?
And she said, nope, we are not using the machine.
You said they were going to use that just as a place for people to put their paper ballots in our past interview.
That's what it was.
Yep, that's exactly what she told me.
So she didn't have the software.
Because you have to buy software in order to have the machine read the ballot.
You need the grid around the paper, and then you need the...
A computer program that tells it what bubble is a vote for who.
And she didn't have that.
She didn't buy it.
Only about two and a half weeks after the election did I learn that they got the software.
And so she was there at the meeting when I was presenting.
I said, how did we get it?
Did the county have to pay for the software?
And she said, no.
I said, did the secretary of state buy the software for you?
And she said, no.
And I said, did the vendor give you the software for free?
And she said, yes.
I just said, That's illegal because we, last August, passed a law against Zuckerbucks, which includes any kind of in-kind gift from an outside party.
You can't accept free items from a vendor.
That's a state law.
It's a state law now, yep, it was passed last August and signed by the governor, so she accepted it, and I told her that.
It's a violation, and she goes, the Secretary of State's office told me I could do it.
Oh, so the Secretary of State's office can decide, so they can go score on breaking the law because they say so.
So what did their count say?
Did you see what their machine-tabulated count said versus your hand count?
Yes, they did three precincts.
I looked at their numbers in one of the polling places.
We do it by polling place.
In one of them that had 371 ballots, but that number of votes was in the thousand or so, they changed five votes.
Not five ballots, but five votes, which is basically on one.
Similar.
In another one they did, they didn't change any numbers.
And then in one of the polling places that had a lot of write-ins, they changed like 15 of them or so.
It was like a 6.2% change in the number of the results.
I didn't see that it changed any races.
But they're numbers.
And what I told them is that it's voter intent.
Because when you hand count, if somebody marks two bubbles when they're only supposed to mark one, they can actually write next to it this one.
And a human being will look at it and say, oh, that's the one the voter wanted, but a machine will look at it and say overvoted, and it either kicks it out or if it's an undervote, so the machine and even the people who counted who did the re hand count.
I know they're not trained in voter intent and our people were highly trained in voter intent, which is all published by the Secretary of State in our state code of regulations.
There's actual examples of what is a valid or not valid vote based on voter intent.
So I know the numbers they found because I called and talked to the judges from those polling places and said, why do you think they found some numbers that were different?
And they told me we had one ballot.
That was very difficult to figure out what the voter was trying to say because there was different types of marks on it.
So we stopped counting.
All four of us stopped and looked at that ballot and came to a decision together of what we felt the voter was trying to say or the voter's intent.
I watched that stack of ballots get recounted the day I was there, because that's the one they were working on.
They had one person looking at the ballots, flipping them over, and never once did she stop and say, hey, here's a strange one.
So she didn't understand voter intent enough to stop and have them recount that particular ballot.
So very, very disappointing that they took that route, but they found very few changes.
Let's get Garland in here.
Garland, what do you make of this report by Linda Rands?
Identical situation here in Georgia.
Almost identical.
And we've got the problem, I think that Linda's described, is this was tampering.
This was, it was a crime, as she said.
And Linda, if I could, I don't know if you could go higher.
We have this problem in Georgia, but our Attorney General is protecting our Secretary of State.
And we try to take this to the grand jury.
We had exactly a similar situation.
Uh, and the Fulton County ballot case where the secretary of state, I was admitted that they looked at the ballots and said there was no problem.
Well, if they'd actually done that, they would have been tampering.
So we could not get a criminal complaint through a district attorney to, uh, to the, uh, a grand jury.
We, uh, of course were blocked by the attorney general.
Doesn't want anything to do with any of this.
So I don't know if you have any other options there in, um, Missouri but you know Missouri law, Georgia law seems to be
very very similar.
So if there's any consultation today, we have experienced the same thing. Very close.
Yep. Yep. I am very confident in our county level investigation that's
ongoing. As we know a county sheriff can be very helpful and and I know that
that case is being looked at.
And then we have an attorney general who's replaced the previous one, who was Eric Schmidt, who was elected as senator.
So the current attorney general seems to be a great guy.
I haven't met him or done anything, but when I'm giving the Secretary of State until the end of this week, To give me some sort of an acknowledgement and then I'm just going to go ahead and forward my full complaint up to the Attorney General's office.
And then we'll keep pursuing it from there.
But yeah, you don't get to sue a citizen, or we have another case where a citizen has filed to try to get election records from 2020, and she's fighting in court, and you're fighting us on this one particular statute, and yet you just open up ballots and start looking at it without any regard.
It's ridiculous, and it is a crime, I believe.
And we're not gonna let go of it, if nothing else.
You know, the people, I guess all of us are fascists, are the ones who are going to speak out on this and say, we're not allowing it anymore.
Interestingly enough, next year is our election for state level.
So the executives or whatever, the governor, the secretary of state, the attorney general, all of those positions are up.
So it's kind of an interesting place to be where you can look at them and say, hmm, your campaign stops are going to be a lot different.
Depending on how you answer these questions, because there's a lot of people out there who are going to be thrilling you for answers.
Absolutely.
All right.
Thank you both for being with us.
Linda, what is your website?
We put everything up on Frank Speech.
Search for Cause of America, Missouri, and you can find all of our information there.
Great.
And of course, we know yours, Garland.
It's voterGA.org.
That's it.
And we got the press release out there today for the On the press release tab.
Excellent.
VoterGA.org.
Linda Rance and Garlin Federito, thank you guys for being with us tonight.
Thanks, Brannon.
Bye, Garlin.
All right, folks.
So, several years ago, I began playing a video clip of a guy named Malicio Medina.
And I was warning about Malicio being a very, very strong progressive and calling for using illegal immigration to rig the vote.
And now, what do we see?
We see our border collapsing.
Title 42 was dropped today, which did not allow legally for them all to come into the U.S.
under COVID.
Now the Biden regime is letting them in.
Todd Bensman has been reporting on the border for us, and I'll show some videos he has just filed on his Twitter account.
And you know, he is reporting in one location on my show the other night, 10,000 people in one location, waiting to go over from Mexico to America, crossing the river, swimming over.
Now he's reporting of 15,000 Haitians in just one spot, one location.
We're talking about the collapse of the border of America.
And many have asked, why is this happening?
What is happening here?
What's the goal?
Well, when you declare war on a nation, many people have many reasons for going to war.
Not everybody has the same reason for going to war.
One might be to just create chaos.
One is to allow bad actors to smuggle in among them or to squeeze in among them and hide out as a Trojan horse as we have, well, military-age males from China, from Iran, other enemy states coming in.
Part of it is to swell our financial system here in America, people getting on the dole, swelling our schools and hospital budgets and police departments.
So much that it has a massive impact on the local government's ability to pay for it all.
Even in the liberal New York City, Eric Adams, the mayor up there, is crying crocodile tears on how this is just unacceptable.
He can't deal with it.
Well, ideas have consequences, Mr. Mayor.
But that's part of the Cloward-Piven strategy.
The husband-and-wife team that were at Columbia University, who many, many years ago, and they followed the teachings of Saul the Red Alinsky, Saul Alinsky the community organizer, they taught the idea of swelling the rolls.
The budget, if you will, of any city, town, government, state, until it would collapse the system.
And then they would have to start nationalizing things.
They tried this in New York.
Rudy Giuliani, when he was mayor, spoke about this and what it did.
It's known as the Cloward-Piven strategy.
Frances Fox Piven, I believe, is still alive well into her 80s.
Her husband passed away several years ago.
So there are many reasons for this, but one of them is so we can get millions of illegal immigrants in here and get them to voting.
And for several years I have been playing this very audio that I believe, if I remember correctly, is from 2009.
2009.
2009. 2009. Listen to Alicia, Alicia Medina.
You know, the negative tone of the immigration debate has created intense interest in the Latino and immigrant
community.
We, in the last election, had the largest turnout of Latino voters in our history.
And everything tells us these voters fully intend to become engaged into the elections in the future.
They have tasted what it is like to participate and win, and they are not going to go away.
Because their involvement is basically because they feel that they are being taken advantage of, they are being singled out, and they are being scapegoated.
Now, when they voted in November, they voted overwhelmingly for progressive candidates.
Barack Obama got two out of every three voters.
very quickly that matter for the progressive community.
Number one, if we are to expect this electorate to win, the progressive community needs to solidly be on the side
of immigrants.
That will solidify and expand the progressive coalition for the future.
And let me tell you, when you are in the middle of a fight for your life,
you will remember who was there with you.
and immigrants, count the progressives to be able to do that.
Number two, we reformed the immigration laws.
It puts 12 million people on the path to citizenship and eventually voters.
Can you imagine if we have even the same ratio, two out of three, if we have 8 million new voters that care about our issues and will be voting, we will create a governing coalition for the long term, not just for an election cycle.
There you go.
I want to go back to that last point he made.
Listen to that last point again.
Here we go.
The fight of immigrants.
That will solidify and expand the progressive coalition for the future.
And let me tell you, when you are in the middle of a fight for your life, you will remember who was there with you.
And immigrants count the progressives to be able to do that.
Number two, we reformed the immigration laws.
It puts 12 million people on the path to citizenship and eventually voters.
There you go.
And the number, my friends, is way higher than 12 million.
Now, I've been playing this video for more than 10 years now.
And how many people do you think were taking this seriously 10 years ago?
Not very many.
But now they're starting to figure out part of the agenda.
Remember, When you declare war, many people who are on your side go to war for different reasons.
And many of them have gone to war to bring down America.
Maybe not for the same reason, but it's going to bring down America.
They're saying two out of three of these illegal immigrants, when they get legal status, will vote for progressive candidates.
Socialists!
Get them here, get them on the dole, get them getting all the benefits they can, and they won't forget who brought them here and who gave them all the benefits.
Two out of three.
Well, some say, well, many of these folks are coming are from a Catholic background.
Someone called in my radio show today and said that.
But, Brannon, many of them are from a Catholic background and they're very pro-life.
I'm not so sure they will necessarily vote for progressive candidates at the level of two to three.
Well, maybe they won't.
But how many millions do you have to get here before even if just one out of three or one and a half out of three votes for a socialist?
But you're also assuming that they're really going to follow their religious faith when it comes to being pro-life.
Has Nancy Pelosi done that?
Has Joe Biden done that?
Both as self-described Catholics?
No, they have not.
So, we have no indication just because of what their religious affiliation is, it'll impact their vote for pro-life candidates, therefore against Democrat pro-abortion candidates.
Reality is, they're dragging well more than $12 million in here.
I've been saying for many years, the number is really over $20 million.
I believe now the number is over $25 million.
Again, you don't have to have too many of those choose to vote for the so-called progressive candidates who represent the party and agenda that opened the borders and gave them a check and continues to do so before they don't have to rig elections anymore.
Now they just simply have the legal votes, so-called legal, the real votes.
They won't need zombie voters, inflated voter rolls, because they will have imported all the voters they need by hook or by crook.
So when you look at the border problem in America tonight as Title 42 has gone away and there's a crisis on the border, understand what you're watching is not just what is going to help lead to the financial collapse of America.
Higher crime, hospital waiting rooms filled to capacity, not enough police on your street.
Not that I'm implying that every illegal is going to be a criminal.
I'm not saying that.
But whenever you have millions and millions of millions of people come into your country, adding to the population, it doesn't matter who they are, where they came from.
The fact you're just adding millions and millions of more people is going to create, well, an infrastructure issue.
It's going to require more policing.
By its very nature, it's going to create more police calls, more hospital visits, and it's going to require more school rooms.
As Todd Binsman has said, just start watching how many outbuildings, portable buildings, start popping up on the school grounds of your local school.
And for those who think, well, I'm so far from the border in my state, this won't impact me.
Nope.
In fact, tonight, we have video footage of them getting on buses.
They're being dropped off at the bus station right after they cross the border.
Right after they cross the border.
There?
Well, popping right there onto the buses and off they go.
Here we go.
Here's the headline.
Video shows Biden administration dumping migrants on Texas border city streets.
We scroll down the article.
What I found was a video.
Maybe this is it here.
This is it.
Here we go.
There they are, 511.23 at the bus station.
And there's the bus.
There's the bus.
And there's the bus.
Thanks for watching!
you Getting dropped off, they can pick up their bus ticket and head to wherever they want.
Again, this is not a Limited area to the southern states.
As again, Todd Bensman said, every state is now a border state.
Title 42.
We've been talking about this for the better part of two years with Todd Bensman and warning for multiple months that this day was coming.
And here it is.
The end of Title 42.
Well, as I said, Todd is on the border, and he is absolutely exhausted, as well you could imagine he would be, because of all that he's doing on the border.
Let's take a quick trip over to his Twitter feed.
Remember, he's the author of the book, Overrun.
The subtitle of the book is, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S.
History.
Let's see what he's got tonight.
He's reporting that it looks like A looming Mexico standoff between Texas and the Biden DHS, which has been orchestrating immigrant swims in for two weeks now, according to the exclusive at cis.org.
So, Governor Abbott has called in his side.
And what are they doing?
They're putting down razor wire and they're trying to stop them from coming over.
So there seems to be a standoff between the Biden regime and the Texas governor, Greg Abbott,
who has his guys there on the border creating that border.
We also read, quite literally, a Mexican standoff here in Matamoros looking across at Brownsville.
The National Guard and DPS will not let them pass.
Let's show a little bit of this.
Start from the beginning.
So there they are, right up there to that razor wire.
So there they are, right up there to that razor wire.
Sitting right up there to that razor wire and they're not being allowed to cross.
This is again another example of Washington versus state rights.
right.
Look at this.
This is very interesting.
You know what this is?
One guy is reporting that this is construction workers hastily trying to shore up poorly built border fencing in an area where the Trump administration was unable to finish the border wall.
They're using materials left behind by the Trump administration.
Todd also has articles over at cis.org.
The door is open!
That's what he says.
Eyewitnesses report of Mexican border town of 10,000 migrants.
A Mexican border town and 10,000 migrants.
Here's more.
Thousands upon thousands of Haitians.
What will they do?
What will they do?
They have an app.
They can use CBP1 app and they wait for their humanitarian permits.
Meanwhile, 50 miles upriver, 15,000 Haitians are swirling, trying to decide what to do tomorrow.
That was just five hours ago.
Many are already crossing.
Stand by for more.
for more. 15,000 in that one location.
There you see a Mexican immigration leading this group to the river today as part of their secret WhatsApp
coordination with the Biden DHS.
What's happening here, Todd told us the other night, is the Mexican immigration coordinates literally on the phone when to release the next group to come on over, jump in the water, and swim over.
This is what your Biden DHS is doing.
And again, you want to know why?
There's an election year coming.
I wonder how fast you're going to hear for them to be able to vote.
Or, Will some of their identities be used to have them voting illegally?
Watch for the calls for instant citizenship and the ability to vote.
We've already seen, folks, some cities in America calling for illegals to be able to vote in elections.
You know what we've also seen?
One city has said they want to allow people who are not U.S.
citizens yet to become police officers.
I kid you not.
It's a historic day, but not in a positive way.
