Brandon, are you there?
I am here, Mike.
Yeah, I wasn't going to get on tonight, as you know, but I guess you got some real big things going on.
I wanted to at least get on and make a comment as you read it.
I want to tell everybody first, so I'll be on here for a little bit, but before we get into what Brandon has, I want to bring a special to all of you.
It's exclusive right now.

What a concept.
So $25, that promo code L77, and now let's get right into it, Brandon.
I got a few minutes with you.
What you told me, I said I gotta get on there.
I'm headed to a birthday party with family, and I can't miss at least the beginning of the show here.
This is, wow!
So that's what I've been reading.
You've been doing some reading.
Now what have you got in your hand?
What is it?
This is a court filing that was done in the Superior Court for the state of Arizona in and for Maricopa County, Arizona.
Filed at 2 40 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time today this morning while the rest of us were sleeping Kurt and his team were up this got filed at 2 40 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time in the Kerry Lake case and of course you know they were they were trying to say that she didn't have enough evidence and all this stuff the conclusion basically is this and we can go through it and Number one, the evidence shows not only did Maricopa County officials knowingly, knowingly violate the law mandating LNA testing, so the logic and analysis testing that they were supposed to do, they did not do.
They signed off on it, including the Secretary of State at the time who was Katie Hobbs.
Katie Hobbs!
Signed off on testing that is required by law to be done that had not Right.
been done. Number two, but they knew, they knew about and they planned, they knew about and planned
the election day debacle. Number two, that was number two.
Number three, the Maricopa County election director Jarrett's demonstratable
false and Wow.
and conflicting testimony shows that Maricopa County officials are attempting to cover up
their misconduct.
So we got people that are not being honest, they did not follow the law, they broke the
law and then they're trying to cover it up and they planned the debacle which included
the rejection of 7,000 ballots through the tabulator every 30 minutes from the time the
tabulation centers opened, the voting systems opened to the day, time they closed 7,000
rejected ballots on the tabulators every 30 minutes.
Wow.
And I'm going to tell everybody, now, why would they do that?
You've got to ask yourself.
You're going, well, you know, the machines are under scrutiny by the whole country for the last two and a half years.
So everybody's going, get rid of the machines, especially me.
And once you make sure that the machines, if you're Dominion or you're ES&S or Smartmatic or Hart, if you're a machine company, once you make sure your machines work, well, that'd be the first thing.
Now, if there's bad players involved here too, besides the machines themselves, which of course there was, everybody, why would you, what would be the benefit of having those machines not work?
And not accept the ballots.
Well, let me tell you what they did.
In the summer of 2022.
What did we tell everybody, Brandon, that I told everybody on my show for months?
Vote same day.
It's hard for them to cheat.
Don't vote early.
If you get a mail-in vote, don't mail it in.
Vote same day in person.
It's harder for them to steal names from the voter rolls, to do what they have to do to steal an election.
That's a fact, everybody.
Anybody that says, let's go ballot harvest and let's go vote early, rubbish.
They're going to lose our country if we keep that narrative up.
You need same day voting, paper ballots, hand counting.
Now, when we told everybody to do that, Carrie Lake, her race last summer, they didn't want Carrie Lake to win that primary, Brandon.
They did not want her to win.
But what did they do?
Everybody, all the people listened to us here, listened to other people too, and said, let's vote same day.
They went out, the grassroots, everybody went out and voted same day for Carrie Lake.
Now, the votes came in last summer, and remember, 11 o'clock at night, she was down by about 10%, okay?
I had carried—we were on the phone that night, 11 o'clock.
I'll never forget it.
We're both going—we're both saying, you know what?
Here comes the same-day ballots.
Let's see if it worked.
And all them ballots came rolling through 70% Kerry, 30% whoever the other gal was.
I don't remember her name now.
But by the time 3 o'clock in the morning hit, Kerry Lake was up by 12,000 votes with only 87,000 left to count.
And they were all coming in 75-25 Kerry Lake.
What did they do, everybody?
They shut down the machines for three days.
They shut him down.
We were at CPAC, if you remember, and we were still waiting.
The whole world was waiting.
What are you doing, Maricopa County?
You know, Carrie Lake can't possibly lose.
She's ahead by 12,000 votes.
They're all 70.
The ones left to be counted are 75, 25, 70, 30.
So they waited three days to go home.
Even Brad Ratzenberger wouldn't know how to figure out how to cheat this race.
So they said, well, we're going to give it to Carrie Lake.
But they said, I guarantee they said, but well, then we're going to have to cheat her in the in the general election.
We're gonna have to cheat her in the general election because the Deep State Uniparty, everybody, would rather have Katie Hobbs, one of the worst Democrats in history, than Carrie Lake, who wanted those borders shut down and wanted to fix our elections.
So what do you do to do that, everybody?
How do you cheat?
If everybody's gonna vote same day again, well, I'll tell you what you do, Brandon.
You make the machines malfunction, which they proved right there that they knew they were going to malfunction, and 7,000 ballots every half hour became basically early voting or mail-in ballots.
They never had chain of custody.
They didn't go through the Edison research out to the public.
We sat for a couple days, another three or four days, and they go, yep, Kerry Lake lost.
And so this is what they did it for everybody.
Now, Brandon, what you have there, let's follow what happened so far in the Kerry Lake case.
As everybody knows, our lawyers, they took it to court, and the judge, this same judge, Brandon, if I'm right, this judge threw out like five things right off the bat, or four or five things.
Three of them were so moved forward, and then he ruled against it.
So the lawyers and Kerry took it to the Supreme Court of Arizona.
Arizona Supreme Court threw one of them back in the face of the judge, which sits right now with this judge.
And now this is what, Brandon, this reap is it?
The judge ordered this to be done in like three days.
It's a miracle that Kurt Olson and his people and these peers got this done in time.
This is a miracle.
Yeah.
Now, how many pages, how many pages is it?
Oh, well, it's.
Well, the printing, the number of counts on it change because of the sections it's in, but this is how big it is.
It's hundreds of pages, hundreds of pages.
Unreal!
All the proof, all the documentation, all the testimonies.
This is again in Superior Court for the state of Arizona, in and for Maricopa County.
Plaintiff Carrie Lakes, motion, her motion for relief from judgment, her motion from relief from judgment, and this is it.
This is it.
What is that?
Well, so what would happen now if this judge rules like he should rule with all this evidence there?
It's non-subjective evidence, it sounds like.
It says, you know, here it is.
This is what they did and they planned it.
It's all in the open now.
What is the relief, Brandon, in there?
Do we know or do we have to wait?
No, it's plaintiff Carole Lake respectfully moves for relief from judgment of the court's orders dismissing her claims concerning the illegal print-on-demand printer tabulator configuration.
So they're dismissing, they're trying to dismiss her claims and they're saying, look, here we go, they're showing these facts that they have newly discovered evidence, newly discovered evidence With reasonable diligence could not have been discovered in time to move for a new trial under the Rule 59.
They're also saying fraud, whether previously called intrinsic or extrinsic, there's been misrepresentation or other misconduct.
of and opposing party. So they're showing all the reasons why they need to get this back in,
get it looked at, and have it considered and not discounted for what it was discounted
originally. This needs to be now looked at because of all this new evidence that they've
been able to obtain. That is amazing and if this judge shuts it down, we're not lawyers,
but I imagine it'll go to the Supreme Court.
It needs to end up in the Supreme Court, the big one, the big nine.
This has been going on down there in Arizona.
We've got to stop this madness in this country.
We've got to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
Did you know, by the way, Mike, did you know they tested these machines?
They so-called tested these machines, and they did not do it according to the law with the right representatives from either party, including the public.
The public is supposed to be there.
They tested the machines in secret.
They tested the machines in secret.
Then the machines were certified, so here I'll just read from it.
October 11, 2022, Maricopa County certified that its election equipment, including 446 tabulators used at Maricopa's 223 vote centers, passed logic and accuracy testing in accordance with the state law.
But that's not really what happened, and the procedure set forth in the election procedural manual.
New and compelling evidence, new and compelling evidence shows, among other things, that Maricopa County officials falsely certified it past those tests, those logic and accuracy tests, and afterwards secretly tested all four, secretly tested all 446 vote center tabulators on October 14th, 17th, and 18th, and listen to this, and knew, and knew that 260 of the vote center tabulators would Wow.
Right.
There was three in there.
They deliberately created this chaos so they would have 7,000 ballots failing every 30
minutes from 6.30 in the morning to the night those centers closed, which would give them
the right to throw them in that other drawer, right?
So they planned, this was all planned.
And then they tried to cover it up.
Well, we knew it's the biggest cover-up for the biggest crime in history.
And when we say, for the media out there, I need to explain this when I say that.
We're talking about all one crime now.
Any election crime done with voting machines, This has been a continuum from 2020 and maybe even before.
You know, we've had Clint Curtis on that goes all the way back to the early 2000s where the Republicans were playing, where the Democrats are saying they cheated in all these other races.
I would say, and I've said it before, any race that's ever been done now with electronic voting machines, I would put in You know, how can you trust him?
You can't.
And the big thing is here, everybody, with the biggest cover-up of the biggest crimes in history, who covered it up here?
It was Katie Hobbs, who was the Secretary of State.
Was she involved in any way, does it look like, on that cover-up?
Yeah, she was the one that was supposed to be certifying the election machines.
Katie Hobbs, right.
Katie Hobbs, everybody, supposed to be certifying, but Brannon, she was the Secretary of State.
The only thing that's kind of a little, you kind of wonder how did she get to certify in election
when she's running in the election, everybody?
And they're certifying the machines.
They're certifying the machines before the tests were run, and when the tests were run, they failed.
Unreal.
That's just, that's unbelievable.
It's about, it's like, you can't even, you can't even fathom how a judge cannot look at this and go, hey, this is a no brainer.
Start arresting people, Brandon.
They need to start arresting people and start melting down these machines for prison bars.
It's disgusting, everybody.
This is absolutely disgusting.
And we've got to keep praying that it keeps moving forward down there in Arizona.
You've got the best lawyers in the world on it.
And yes, this just goes to show you, these judges are getting more exposed every single day.
What's wrong with our judges?
Are they compromised?
Are they blackmailed?
Are they afraid?
Have they been threatened?
Because you can't explain, when you're getting verdicts like this, going, okay, any other time in history, if there were any other machines, if this was done in any other industry, at any time in history, everybody would be going to jail!
Everybody would be going to jail, they'd be going, you've hacked into computers, you've hacked in, you've stole, instead of stealing money or whatever, you've stole our country!
I mean, this is, uh, this is craziness.
Listen to this.
Listen to this.
This is, uh, system logs, system logs and records provided by Maricopa County established that no vote center tabulators, none of the vote center tabulators used on election day were tested for logic and accuracy on October 11, 2022.
They weren't tested.
A failure to test all the equipment to be used for the election is a failure to comply with the state law.
Now listen to this.
So they weren't tested.
Yet, Maricopa County and the Arizona Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs, who was running for governor in this race, both falsely certified the logic and accuracy test was conducted in a public test on October 11, 2022, when there was no public test done.
So they lied.
You know, it sounds to me like there's enough there to do criminal charges and maybe that's what's going to have to be done.
We've been thinking on the thing, everyone on defense here trying to put these things in and not really even defense, we're on offense all the time.
But go after stuff criminally.
I mean, here's the governor now, or the Secretary of State, I'm not going to call her the governor because she's not the governor, that fixed her own election, or at least covered it up.
One of the two, it sounds like she fixed it.
Well, and now you've got the Maricopa County Director of Elections, Scott Jarrett, they're saying in this filing he gave false testimony at the trial concerning the ballot on-demand printing option.
And we got some very interesting testimony of him on the stand.
They're trying to cover their tracks because of your great attorneys in Cary Lake.
Right.
Well, I want to tell you this.
Isn't that called perjury?
That's what I say.
There's another crime.
We, you know, we get, um, when I get time and I'm going to get, uh, I'm going to get Carrie Lake.
We want everybody, we're going to get the attorneys on.
We're going to get the experts on.
We're going to do our own little trial.
Maybe we do that next week.
We have the trial.
We run the trial and we'll run this stuff through and talk about each section and say who should go to prison.
Uh, you know, who should go to prison?
You got a guy commits perjury.
You got another, wouldn't it be perjury?
Katie Hobbs, if she's certifying it, what kind of crime is that?
Maybe we should have these lawyers research what kind of criminals, uh, when you commit crimes in elections like this, um, you know, and you're certifying something that was never even done.
And then you lie about it in court.
That's, uh, I mean, What do you call that, Brandon?
Yeah, that's perjury.
Listen to this.
On the first day of trial, and again, this is Scott Jarrett, the Maricopa County Director of Elections.
On the first day of trial, Jarrett testified that extensive logic and accuracy testing is performed to ensure the tabulators can properly read all ballots, including print-on-demand ballots on Election Day.
And then it goes on to say, Jarrett also testified That Maricopa County's tabulators were configured to only read a 20-inch ballot image in the 2022 general election.
Any other size ballot image could not be read by a tabulator and would be rejected.
Jarrett testified at least four times.
This is very crucial.
Jarrett testified at least four times that he did not know nor did he hear of a 19-inch ballot image projected onto 20-inch paper in the 2022 general election.
Jarrett's testimony as follows.
Question.
Sir, I want to go back to the earlier question about the 19-inch ballot image being placed on a 20-inch paper.
Did you hear of any reports of that occurring in the 2022 general election?
His answer.
I did not.
Okay?
If that occurred, would that be a failure of Maricopa County's election process?
His answer.
I'm not aware of it occurring, and I'd be surprised if there was a ballot on a printer that had a 19-inch ballot on it.
Question.
And so I'll go back to my question again.
If a 19-inch ballot image was put on a 20-inch paper in the 2022 general election, would that be a failure of your election process?
Answer.
It would, if something like that happened, which I don't know how it would.
Yes, it would have been a mistake.
Question.
Could that have also been a deliberate act?
Answer again, you're asking me to speculate about things.
I have no this is This is crucial because he says I have no knowledge of occurring So, I don't know if it could have been a deliberate act or not.
I don't believe that occurred.
Okay in quote Defendant called Jarrett back to the stand the next day Despite denying the day before that 19-inch ballots could be printed on 20-inch paper, on the day two direct examination, Maricopa Council Jarrett testified that just after Election Day, Maricopa discovered that 19-inch ballots were found
At three vote centers!
Purportedly caused by certain... Now they tried to blame it on the tech.
Reportedly caused by an on-site technician changing the print-on-demand printer settings to a shrink-to-fit setting.
And that Maricopa was performing a root cause analysis of the issue, and that temporary technicians had caused this issue.
Day 2, Jarrett Trial.
On cross-examination, plaintiff's counsel asked Jarrett why he had not disclosed the new shrink-to-fit-setting excuse When he testified the day before that 19-inch misconfigured ballot images on 20-inch paper never happened.
Jarrett claimed he did not, quote, know the exact measurements of a fit to paper printing, end quote, that, quote, he wasn't asked, end quote, about, quote, a slightly smaller image of a 20-inch image on a 20-inch paper ballot despite the fact that 19 inches is clearly smaller than 20 inches.
Jarrett also admitted that Maricopa had not disclosed the shrink-to-fit issue to the public, nor was the shrink-to-fit issue discussed in Maricopa's November 26, 2022 written response to the Arizona Attorney General's inquiry into the Election Day chaos.
Lastly, despite denying four times the prior day that a smaller ballot image, such as a 19-inch ballot, could never be imposed on a larger ballot, such as a 20-inch ballot, Jarrett also testified that the fit to print issue also quote happened in august 2020 primary election the november 2020 general election and the august 2022 primary election so apparently it happened in trump's election mike
Right.
And you know, I heard they even tried to use that then because it happened back then that they didn't address it.
So somehow the judge, if I remember correctly, twisted that and let that go through like, well, you didn't fix it then.
So it's kind of like it's a, what do you call it?
A status quo, grandfathered in.
Your crime is grandfathered in.
We have a lot of stuff that got grandfathered in from 2020, everybody.
We have said it here on Frank Speech for two years, fix 2021st.
What does that mean?
That means, you know, all the stuff that was wrong then, all the things including machines, early voting, all the stuff they put in because of the China virus.
All that stuff should not have become the status quo, and it cannot become the status quo.
Brandon, we're working on a resolution now with the RNC, paper ballots, hand-counted, same-day voting, voter ID and stuff, so there'll be some news coming out about that.
I've been working with the 168 and Um, hopefully we can get, I'm going to get the word out to all of them very soon here.
Um, when I say so some of the 168 I saw that, but, um, we're going to get the, I'm going to get, um, um, contact them all and, uh, be working with them because I think that'll really help when you get.
We start fighting county by county to get rid of these machines.
I know this is a big thing, and I've got to get off here, but I want to say to everybody out there, while Brandon goes through the rest of this, what would you call this?
This is an atrocity, isn't it, Brandon?
No, just, uh, yeah, it's, it's, well, it's chaos.
It was man, I think it was manufactured, manufactured deliberate chaos.
So they could steal.
Well, they don't know what they did with the ballots.
There's all kinds of ballots, you guys, that don't have chain of custody.
35,000, I believe.
When those ballots, once they hit box number three or whatever they called it, it's goodbye.
We don't know whose names on there.
We don't know what they're going to do with them.
Now they had product to be able to make that election whatever they wanted to say it was.
It didn't matter.
And what was the margin of victory?
Do you remember?
I don't remember, but I do know that the auditor in Arizona got like a couple hundred thousand more votes as a Republican than Carrie Lake did.
That's impossible, everybody.
That's like, I'm going to go down the ticket, I'm going to vote for the auditor, but I'm not going to vote for Carrie Lake, one of the best governors.
Absolutely, absolutely.
would have ever had or will have. She'll get in there.
Well, in this report, by the way, it talks about thousands of votes that were never counted.
That were never counted.
Absolutely. Absolutely.
I believe it's 35,000.
I want to tell everybody, though, we got it.
We're going to fight county by county.
We're going to have it next week.
I'll be on every day next week and we're going to be going through the Election Crime Bureau and we're going to have every county posted.
3,143 counties.
What you're going to be able to do in your county, we're going to have a big lead up all the way to the Election Crime Bureau Summit, August 16th and 17th.
Two of the most important days we're ever going to have in our country's history.
This is where the plan, we're going to reveal the plan going forward.
We're going to reveal more and more of the stuff from every county where, you know, in your county, what's been proven in your county, not just in our country, what has been proven in your own county.
And there's proof in every county in the United States.
Remember, the Caspo records we have, everybody.
Jeff O'Donnell's report just shows it all very clearly, uh, computer manipulation.
Now, um, but this case here, everybody, we've got to get this out far and wide.
Uh, Brandon, if there's a link to it, we should get this up by tomorrow, a link to the case, to the filing.
And we get everyone, everyone in there, it should share this out everywhere.
I'm going to try and get a link where we'll get it on Frank Clips.
To get the show here tonight, and if we can get this shared everywhere, everyone's got to be educated on what really happened in Maricopa County.
It's happened now, what, in three elections in a row, basically, down there.
And in Arizona, what happens everywhere.
But there, we exposed them.
And what happened in Arizona, they had to make a move, Brad, that was very easy to catch, and they got caught.
You know, because we told people to vote same day, they got caught.
They're not going to be able to do that again and have broken machines like that set them up to fail.
So anyone out there that says, well, we should bail at harvest because look at in Maricopa, people had to stand in line and the machines didn't work and they sent them home.
No, everybody waited.
Everybody voted.
I don't believe that.
Everybody voted.
And when they voted, their vote didn't count, or they flipped it because they turned it, they didn't work in the machines, they said, put the ballot in the box.
It was a big elaborate scheme to cheat Kerry Lake out of governor.
And then the big cover-up, the big cover-up with, who knows how deep it goes, but this judge is kind of trapped.
How can you make a, how can you, how can you possibly make a ruling against this, Brandon?
Here's our law.
The law was broke.
What are you going to do, Judge?
Here's the law.
The law was broke.
What are you going to do, Judge?
We're going to call out the judge, too, to monitor when we're on, too.
But I've got to get going, Brandon.
Remember, everybody, help support the channel and support what's going on.
Get those MyPillow towels.

Okay, so we're going to be joined now by Michelle Swinmick out of Arizona, who I called this afternoon to ask her to also go through this.
Michelle, thank you for joining us.
What do you make of what I was just reading in this filing this morning at 2.40 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time in the Superior Court for the State of Arizona?
It alleges the following.
One, the evidence shows that not only did Maricopa County officials knowingly violate the law mandating logic and accuracy testing, But they, two, they knew about the planned, knew about and planned the election day debacle, and three, the director of Maricopa County elections, Maricopa County director of elections, Scott Jarrett,
He demonstratedly provided false and conflicting testimony that shows that Maricopa County officials are now attempting to cover up their misconduct.
This is a very lengthy document.
I've been going through it, got it flagged up, post-it notes.
What do you think about what we've just been presenting?
Well, it's all true.
That's good to know.
It's called Maricorruption County for a reason.
Anarchy, Arizona.
I mean, we literally are an infestation of fraud and corruption here.
And it's been happening pretty hardcore since when they installed all of these people in office in 2019 and revised the election procedures.
Which is why your flag is upside down, because we get emails from people saying, why is her flag upside down?
Does she not know her flag is upside down?
What's wrong?
That is a sign, that's an international sign of distress.
Yeah, I turned that flag upside down when they called the race for Katie Hobbit.
Against Carrie Lake, because I said Arizona's toast, right?
And the thing that people really need to get their arms around, it's not about the candidates, okay?
None of this has ever been about the candidates.
They're just the people in the front, right?
Because it was the election they were running for.
They stole your sacred right to choose your representatives through your vote.
So they stole the election on many races, because it wasn't just Carrie's race.
It was many people's.
They stole it from you.
So that's the thing that everybody needs, and it wasn't just Arizona.
It was just the worst year, and we haven't given up, and we have been vocal about it.
I mean, I've been on your show how many times talking about everything that happened.
I was an election judge at the Islamic Center on election night in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I was witnessing all this, this chaos, because our center's one of the larger ones.
And those ballots, remember?
Roommate put it through 15 times.
He was one of the first people in line.
This is me putting through ballots.
That's what that means.
So we're putting those things in, and they were spitting them out.
And then there was just so much more stuff that happened at our center.
And, you know, the corruption is within the centers, too, which you need to want to want to point that out.
So it's not only the people running the elections at the level of Scott Jarrett and Stephen Richer and the Board of Supervisors, it's also the people in the centers.
And we noticed it throughout the day.
Just remember, I told you I got yelled at like three times from my election judge and then the supervisor from whatever HQ that they're running these operations on.
Comes in, is stalking me towards the end of the day, blowing up my phone, saying, and then I finally answered, my inspector came over and said, Rochelle, you need to answer your phone, the supervisor's calling you.
I said, for what?
I'm trying to work, right?
I'm actually logging people in, I'm changing addresses, I'm running the operation over here with the election poll, the check-ins, which are poll books, which those are not just to put your information in, to keep track.
Those are intelligence gathering devices.
And those things have been proven through a FISA Or Foylecrest, that they're connected to the Ericsson.
It's a subsidiary of Ericsson, which is the one that controls all kinds of stuff, 911 and all that.
It's connected to them so they can tell when somebody leaves their house and where they're going to go vote.
So if they wanted to track me and then do whatever they needed to do technology-wise, so those devices and the software program is much more than just keeping track of what voters are what.
So those are the machines.
I wanted to explain that because there's multiple machines, right?
So not only when you say machines, which Mike Lindell is the only person, and God love him and thank God for Mike Lindell, because if he wouldn't have kept going along with this, it would have died and moved along with everything else, which is, oh, we'll just try and vote harder 2024 and ballot harvest and we need better candidates and all the typical lines of bull.
That the GOP spews out there and their propaganda.
But what I also, this is why I'm saying it's so much bigger.
So the corruption is also at the centers too, right?
Because of the language and it's scripted.
And there was multiple times where I would ask, when these ballots in door number three first started happening, The inspector, I said, well, what are we going to do with door number three ballots?
The lady that has worked many of these times, she said, we go ahead and we run it through a couple more times at the end.
And she goes, I'm waiting for instructions due to the situation to find out what we're going to do.
And then I said, well, are we going to run them through again?
And she, this is well past the point where she obviously didn't like me.
I showed up in a shirt that had a flag and a flag hat.
So that, that was a total giveaway, right?
So, so then she says, She got louder, she got angry and she repeated the exact same sentence.
And I went, ah, this is scripted.
This is planned.
This is pre-planned.
And it happened again later at the end of the night when we were talking about what we're going to be doing with the same ballots that were going in the bags.
But the supervisor called me up and he was yelling.
I'm like, I don't even know who this guy is.
And he's like, I heard you're going to go on shows during the day and tell what's going on with the election.
I said, uh, where did you see this?
He goes, well, we've been combing through social media, trying to find and seeing who's talking and what's going on.
And I'm like, Okay, so when I say this is a bigger operation, that's so you can understand.
A lot of this is all planned, this is calculated, and we've known this for a long time.
And, you know, some information's trickling out, and I'm glad that they're bringing some of this stuff more forward in the lawsuit, because it's things that we've known on the ground, because we lived through it, and then we've been digging and doing the homework.
But as far as Jared, this guy's evil.
This guy's a demon, right?
And he lied on the stand, he lied a few times, but that was back in the trial.
Which was, when was the trial?
December?
January?
I think it was December.
So that was a long time ago, right?
So I'm glad that they're bringing this out and they're utilizing it for whatever they're doing in their cases.
But the most important takeaway from all this is you have to get rid of the machines.
Have to.
Because this system here in Arizona is so corrupt and it is so infested and embedded into the Elections Procedures Manual and the County Manual, which is what we use to go off of, which actually contradicts.
So this is Arizona, okay?
This is how Arizona works.
This is a great description of Arizona.
So it counteracts what's in that Elections Procedures Manual, which is issued by the Secretary of State.
And, you know, the governor signs off on it, the AG signs off on it.
So they conflict each other, and you can't do that, right?
So they've actually manipulated the language within the EPM, Elections Procedures Manual, and the County Manual, but they've technically legalized a lot of this fraud because they've changed words, they've changed phrases.
I've been talking about this since I blew in the face when I started digging into it just after the election.
So the fraud goes really, really deep.
You have to get rid of the machines.
The machines, not only the tabulators, but those damn site books that track everybody and have A whole intelligence-gathering operation.
And the whole thing is an intelligence-gathering operation that now we found out.
But you also then have to get rid of the policies and procedures, and then of course get rid of the people that are running the elections at the higher levels.
And if you really want to clean up this whole mess, you have to have everybody re-register to vote.
Because they can go ahead and change the votes.
Remember we went through, and I've been on the show before, we were talking about how they changed almost 300,000 active voters to inactive voters that nobody knew about in
order to sabotage things. I had to say sabotage. Sabotage things through. Sabotage. Yeah. That's
my first documentary. It's a documentary. It's a documentary. And that's on frankspeech.com,
so you can do that. Or it's on worldviewweekend.tv. So make sure you watch that. And then
also Brainwashed, that one.
Oh, that's my favorite.
So you got to watch that one.
So what I'm saying is, is you have to even get to the point where you're re-registering because they control the computer system so much that I appreciate these people are out there cleaning the voter rolls, but I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to give you a heads up.
After you clean them, they go like this, they push the button and they just add them back on.
And they can do that with, they can do that with a push of a button.
If they could change, 300,000 active voters from, I believe it was April till October and just change them over.
And they went through a different process, which was actually a little bit more calculated because things have to actually be sent in the mail, right?
But they can actually go ahead and change it.
They did 300,000 people.
So back when they came into the election, it was 500,000 people that were on the inactive voter list that were coming into these centers.
And most of them didn't know that they were inactive voters because they didn't They didn't, they didn't get the notifications or they didn't even, they didn't ask to be.
So what I'm saying is this, this system is, is Arizona's really, really bad.
We're probably like, I can honestly say we're the worst and most calculated, most conniving state when it comes to our election processes.
Um, there might be other states that the people are more, maybe they're, they're a little bit more issues or maybe some stuff on the ground, but literally the whole system has been designed and has been hijacked, hijacked from we the people.
Cause we're the ones that are supposed to be, That are supposed to be, we're the ones actually supposed to be running the elections.
Not companies.
Absolutely.
And it's actually according to the constitution we're supposed to.
So we are the ones who need to step up to the plate now and get rid of these machines.
And yes, the Board of Supervisors has the option to use the machines or not, which also the machines are illegal because they're not certified.
They were never, the machines have never been certified in 36 states according to what their own rules are.
Through HAVA and I think the ECG or the EGG or whatever that group is that was created to monitor.
But if they're not, none of these groups are there on your side.
The government creates to actually do anything.
It's there to keep the system alive and system in place.
So all the machines are actually illegal.
We did a whole campaign on this in the fall to get everybody to be notified so that there was no, I call them now legislatures.
So the legislatures, the executive branch, the county supervisors, the county attorneys, all the sheriffs, we said to the sheriffs, We were having the messaging going out there that what you should do the weekend before is go seize these damn machines because they are illegal.
And not one of them, you know, all these great constitutional sheriffs, and I say constitutional in quotes, they could have done their job and we could have avoided all this stuff.
But the call to action for people is realize that your election was stolen.
Your sacred right to choose your representatives was taken away from you, not only in November, but also in the primaries.
And this is all over the country.
Because there was a red tsunami that came through.
A lot of our candidates, especially here in Arizona, other places, like, do you really think that Fetterman guy won?
No, he didn't win.
There's a difference.
Remember when Tina Peters realized there's two sets of books, right?
There's the vote and the results.
So most of the candidates that should have won, won the vote.
They didn't win the results.
So there's always two.
And that's where the selection, the movie Selection Code, right?
Selection Code.
It's on Frank's Beach.
You can watch it.
I encourage you to watch it.
That's why the machines are so vital to the process because they can control so much from them.
There's other things with the machines that I won't go into.
But that's enough for people to just get their answer.
Absolutely.
Let's open the phone lines.
901-316-8404.
What are your thoughts, folks, on what you're hearing tonight?
Again, we're going to get this up where you guys can sit and read it as well.
I mean, it's a page-turner, and I could go through more and read more paragraphs that are shocking, but I'd love to get your guys' thoughts on what you're hearing in this brand new, just filed at 2.40 a.m.
this morning, By attorney Kurt Olson in the Superior Court for the state of Arizona in and for Maricopa County Seeking that indeed these things are considered related to Carrie Lake because again the court made a decision in
And it went to the Supreme Court in Arizona, and now there's got to be a hearing on these things because there is evidence that was not known prior.
So, what are your thoughts on what we've presented thus far?
901-316-8404.
901-316-8404.
That's the number.
Get on board real quick.
We'll take a few of your calls tonight.
901-316-8404.
Who's got my phone?
Does someone have my phone?
Because that's how you guys text me and tell me who's on the phone.
9-0-1-3-1-6-8-4-0-4.
I want to go to calls as soon as I can, as fast as I can, guys.
So even tell me in my ear if you could, the first caller.
9-0-1-3-1-6-8-4-0-4.
Go ahead real quick, Michelle.
What I want to add to that is, not only is the corruption and fraud within our election system, it's at all levels of government, the judicial system, and then some in our state.
So, you know, That's why we've not made a lot of progress on any of the court cases that we've had and other people and the candidates have brought up because you've got judges that are corrupt in this state.
You've got an entire judicial system that is really tyrannical.
We have a whole state that is 100% tyranny.
I mean, you had Liz Harris on your show when she got illegally, illegally expelled on the 12th of April.
She should not be expelled.
She should be in office.
She won her seat three times, three times, duly elected three times in the past five months, and she was not picked.
She won the most votes to get back into her seat, right?
So I was like, congratulations to Liz Harris on winning, winning the most votes to get to be reinstated to your own seat.
And then the process works here that the board of supervisors, the same corrupt ones that are running this election, Hey, it's Aaron, but I appreciate y'all taking my call.
I've called in a few times.
I love you guys.
supervisors then has the power to appoint whoever they wanted of the three candidates.
Liz won the most votes.
So then again, your sacred right to choose your representatives got stolen yet again.
And that was just last Friday on Cinco de Mayo.
All right, let's go to Eric in Texas.
Eric line one.
Thanks for calling in.
Thanks for calling in, Eric.
Hey, it's Aaron.
But I appreciate y'all taking my call.
I've called in a few times.
I love you guys.
I love what y'all are doing.
But I really wonder like if it's not going to go back to what Mike said a long time ago,
which is, you know, it's going to come down to judges.
But you know, how far and how deep is this?
It is so bad that we can't even expect it.
The legal process is going to work period on any of this stuff.
You know, that's the scary part for me.
I'm from Texas, but I'm working in North Dakota.
Wow.
Thank you for the call.
Let's go to Kim in Florida.
Kim, you're on.
Thanks for calling in tonight, Kim.
Hi, Brandon.
Are you there?
Yes, I'm here.
Yeah, I sure can.
First, I want to thank you.
I've talked to you guys once or twice.
It's been about a year.
Sometimes I can't get through, but... That's because our audience is growing, and now that they've canned Tucker Carlson, millions are coming over to watch.
Well, I think it's more than that.
I think they're trying to keep us from calling you guys, quite frankly.
But nonetheless, I'm...
Yeah, I really hope that this stuff goes through with Carrie Lake.
I think they got a good team together.
I would like, I don't know if there's a reason why you don't have Jovan Hutton Pulitzer on there, since he's the one that invented the audit.
And then the other thing I wanted to bring is that you need the Spanish subtitles.
I am bilingual.
I work as a bilingual aid right now.
It's a temp position.
And there are activist teachers I've caught sitting on their classes to help translate And there's a few that are trying to say that extremism is only on the right, I mean, and not on the left.
Great.
Thank you, Kim.
Appreciate it.
Yeah, and we've had Joe Vaughn on many times, but not recently.
But I had him on probably, I don't know, a few months ago.
He was on a panel with me.
Thank you for calling in, Kim.
Let's go to Nita.
Nita in Mississippi.
Nita, thanks for calling in tonight.
Nita.
Hi, Nita.
Hello.
Yes, go right ahead.
With all of these lawsuits that are being thrown out and, oh, such crooked mess, is there not some way that the bank accounts can be subpoenaed of all these judges and all of these Well, we just saw what Joe Biden did today with the press conference with Congressman James Comer and others.
Apparently it's going to be the bank accounts and the bank records are going to be the great undoing of the Biden clan extending this, I guess, money laundering or money influence peddling with money backing up the claims to about 10 to 12 members of the family.
So your point is well taken tonight, Nita.
A lot of times the proof is in the bank records, right?
right? So yes, we've got to find reasons of course to bring legal cases that
would then allow for the subpoenaing of such private records, but I think you're
definitely on to something there. But of course I think that some of them have
gotten very good at how they cover their tracks with all of this money and again
many are suspect of money laundering, many are suspect of the cartels and
keeping these borders open and all the money that comes from that.
I don't know if it's in my documentary, Michelle's Sabotage, or which one it's in, but I think it's Sabotage.
In my documentary, I have a video of Alicia Medina.
Alicia Medina, one of these social justice, cultural Marxist agitators, who on video, and it's in my documentary, I'm pretty sure.
I'm gonna try to find the clip for later tonight.
States that if we can get these 20 million illegals that are here in the US Registered as voters we can win every progressive election from now on so this voter fraud is probably one of their ways But eventually they won't need voter fraud They'll have 20 plus million illegal voters now legal voters to swamp every election then they'll be all about transparency and Michelle, your thoughts?
You're right on.
And for right now, they don't even need to really go vote.
They can go ahead and manipulate it, right?
The machines and the process here in Arizona is so dangerous at this point that if everybody in the whole state voted for Trump, he would not win Arizona.
Oh, wait a second.
That's what happened in 2020.
So again, each time that we have an election and there's no consequences and nothing changes, They have another two years between the general and the primary in order to add more rules and regulations or process and procedures, change things, figure out a better way to commit more fraud and corruption, more money, right?
All across the country, a really hardcore year.
And they get better at it because each time it's different.
The general, they use a lot of machine manipulating of the votes, right?
We've heard that on this network since Mike Lindell started it with you a year, what, a year and a half ago?
Almost?
No, over two years ago now.
Can you believe it?
Oh, so it's two and a half.
We're hitting two.
It was in the spring you had your anniversary.
Yeah, April 19th.
Oh, there we go.
So then, so you have them and they just get better and better at it.
Because there's no consequences on our side.
And you know what?
Because you're not going to get it from the turds, right?
That's what we call them.
Legislative turds.
We just call it for short, the turds, right?
So you're not going to get it from them.
You're not going to get it from your executive branches.
You're not going to get it from a lot of these groups, these PACs, because if they haven't done anything so far and showed results, but yet went and asked for your money because they're going to go fix all the problems, it's not going to happen from them either.
It has to come from us.
We the people.
And there was the caller that was just asking, kind of like, can we look at their bank accounts?
So there's mechanisms to use, which is what we found out here in Arizona, that's in our own constitution and in the own rules and even in the U.S.
Constitution for we the people actually to go ahead and go through.
But you need volume, guys.
Can't be 100 people, can't be 1,000 people.
You know, it would be great if we got all together across the country, got off our couches and did a little work.
Uh, showing up digitally and in person, right?
Digitally in person.
There's always two kinds.
Both, both are very effective, but there are, there are ways to actually go about it to get the machines, to get rid of the machines because it's, it's our, our government, right?
We put them in there in theory, but when, you know, we're now they're selected, but we also have the ability to remove them and you don't have to use recalls, which we're not going to be able to get those done either way, because if they have to get approved by the secretary of state and secretary of state is Democrat and the whole system is corrupt there.
You can't go through traditional methods that may have worked before in a lawful society, in a lawful state, when we are living in a tyrannical, lawless state and country.
It's great that we say the word freedom, right?
Say the word freedom.
We don't have any freedoms.
Because we don't have freedom of speech.
And you've got the Second Amendment.
That freedom is hanging by a thin thread.
And thank God, we haven't done anything to really lose that, because then it's all over.
As far as freedoms again, your vote in Arizona, it doesn't matter because you can elect somebody three times and they don't get in office.
And when they originally get in office, they get kicked out, expelled.
Liz Harris illegally expelled because they didn't like her because she was trying to expose the system and change the system and bring bills that were actually going to get rid of the machines and go back to precinct voting.
Let's go to Rachel.
Rachel, thanks for calling in.
Go ahead tonight, Rachel.
Hi, Rachel.
Thank you for taking my call.
Hello, hello.
Can you hear me?
Gotcha, loud and clear.
Okay, so I am a second-generation Holocaust survivor.
My mom survived Hitler's hell.
And I do understand very well the price of being afraid and the price of being politically correct.
I'm neither.
I want to thank you, first of all, from the bottom of my heart, for being courageous, especially this lady.
I want to bring to your attention a document here, an article I read from the New American that says the IRS, the U.S.
Postal Service, EPA, the Department of Health and Human Services, and more than 100 other federal agencies have spent $3.7 billion on guns, ammunition, And military-style equipment.
Yep, you're right.
We reported on that in my news report last week and on radio.
We covered that on several programs last week.
You're 100% correct, Rachel.
So this is very, very scary.
I think you should have maybe 5 or 10 minutes every night dedicated to homework.
Give the American people action items.
You should do this.
You should do that.
You should call this person.
You should go.
Just wake up the people and send them to action.
Okay?
Because this is very dangerous.
You're absolutely right.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you for the call tonight, Rachel.
We really appreciate it.
Let's run real quick.
I've got to run because we have so many calls.
I think Gregory from Oklahoma.
Is that next?
Gregory?
Hi, Gregory.
Yes, hi, Brannon.
Yes, hi.
Hi, Brannon.
Yes.
I want to call and congratulate you and Mike Lindell.
It was two years ago today that my wife and I were at the Mitchell, South Dakota launch of Frank Speech.
Wow.
And it is amazing to me how much and how far Mike Lindell, Brannon, Lindell TV, Frank Speech has come.
And I just want to congratulate everybody on that.
Was that two years ago today, Gregory?
Two years ago today.
Today, a whole bunch of the pictures that we took out front and everything, waiting to get in, and the media was saying it wasn't going to be full.
Well, that was packed.
Yeah, it was.
And they took a lot of pictures before we even opened the doors.
We just had a few people we let in and they tried to say that there was nobody there and blah blah blah.
They lied.
We had the pictures to prove it.
Wow, it's hard to believe that was two years ago.
Thank you so much for reminding me of that, Greg, and for the encouragement.
We really appreciate it.
You drove all the way down from Oklahoma.
I guess you would have driven up.
You would have driven up from Oklahoma.
Yep.
Yeah, it was something to do during the COVID lockdown.
Well, thank you so much.
Wow.
Wow, how far we have come.
It's all a blur, and it just doesn't seem like that was that two years ago yet.
Leon in New York.
Leon, thanks for calling in tonight, Leon.
Oh, thank you, Brandon.
I'm really glad.
I love watching you, and you stand up for God, and you speak the truth.
But my question is, is, let's say, hypothetically, we have a judge, a palate, a
Supreme Court that all witness a crime, but they all vote against it.
What recourse do we have as a people to do that?
This is where, and that's a great question, Leon, and I think this is where you should
get the book by Matthew Truella, the lesser magistrate.
The Lesser Magistrate by Matthew Truella.
I had him on for two interviews in the last few weeks.
You'll find those on Frank's Speech and my website, www.tv.com.
You should re-watch them.
We have got to do exactly what Colonel John Mills is talking about, fixing this county by county by county, and we've got to get the sheriffs and our city council members, our county commissioners, to stand up and not comply with laws that violate the state constitutions or the federal constitution, the doctrine of the lesser magistrate.
That's, I mean, very, very important.
Closing comment from you, Michelle, before we go?
Well, don't be discouraged, everybody.
This is the time, the most important time of your life to literally get on the battlefield.
And I don't mean battlefield that you're going to be out in the streets with the guns and stuff.
I'm talking about spiritual battlefield and the battlefield to get involved with your community.
Like Brandon just said, at whatever level you can.
I mean, I'm a precinct committeeman, a state committeeman here in Arizona.
If that's not something that you want to do, you can still do posting on social media for 15 minutes a day and tagging some of these turds and calling them out and reading a bill or two.
And figuring out, hey, listen, this is really bad.
Like in Arizona, we have three housing bills that are going to destroy single family housing, and apparently all of our legislators, the turds, And their think tanks, where they get their money from, think it's a great idea.
And it's a big no.
And it's a big no.
And then they have another one where they're gonna give, it's a HCR, it's a constitutional resolution where they're gonna change the constitution to actually give more power to have lockdowns by the governor and our people, that our turds on our side, quote on our side, think it's fine.
So, can I plug my stuff?
Can I plug my stuff?
You got 30 seconds, yep.
So I want you all to go to savemyfreedom.us, savemyfreedom.us.
And come join us.
We have take-action items, take-action toolkits.
We've got Steve Stearns, my business partner, owns a flag shirt, precinct strategy.
We do Zoom calls, get people engaged.
All kinds of special treats here, everybody.
We're hopefully giving you all the stuff you can up out there.
God bless.
Thank you, Dan Franek, for having me back.
Awesome.
Thank you, Michelle.
And thank you, folks, for watching.
Spread the word.
Take care.
You're watching Lyndell TV.
Hello, I'm Mike Lindell, and as you know, my passion is to help each and every one of you get the best sleep of your life.
That's why I created my new Giza Dreams bed sheets.
I started by using the world's best cotton called Giza.

It's ultra soft and breathable, but extremely durable.
