From 7 30 central to 9 pm, the entire Brennan House live 90-minute block, I will be interviewing for the second time John Thaler, the attorney who claims to have proof.
Over a hundred thousand documents, he says, that show that a drug cartel has infiltrated 20 states, totaling in the billions of dollars and buying off elected officials.
They're involved in all kinds of money laundering schemes, and they have bought off, as I said, elected officials, which he says is also involving election crimes.
We'll look at that more tonight.
We're just simply, again, asking questions.
I personally have no way to validate the majority of his claims, or really any of his claims, but it is our job in the media to ask questions.
It came to light last Thursday night before a committee of House and Senate members in Arizona.
The representative for him, Jacqueline Berger, came forward, read her statement, and that's when I reached out to her the next morning and got in touch with Mr. Thaler.
He's been making himself available and, well, I would ask Katie Hobbs and others to do the same thing, make themselves available for questions.
Our job is simply to ask questions.
Whether this is true or not I cannot validate but we're trying to find some way of validating it as journalists and of course we have many people that are lawyers that are experts in these fields that are watching well both last night or Friday night and tonight so we'll continue doing what is incumbent upon us which is simply to ask questions.
So we can either validate or show that it's not true.
But Mr. Thaler is making himself available and he's answering the questions.
He'll do that again tonight for 90 minutes along with a lot of screenshots we'll show you as well.

But they got me fired up, because they sent me screenshots.
Not an insider, but screenshots from the Fox News Dominion lawsuits, you know.
You know, is that scaring you, Mike?
You know, right, it's scaring me, all right.

And let me, I'm just going to read something here.
They were really focusing on Rupert Murdoch, because this is from his.
I want to tell you something.
So if you go down here, I'm going to read something to tell you how How horrible rottenness is what they're doing out there, Dominion.
Okay, um, um, Scott sent a personal note and a gift to She suggested that show's book Lindell because he would get ratings.
That's not true.
I never got a gift, so there's another, there's a big lie.
And then it says on January 26, 2021, Tucker Carlson had Lyndell on air to spread lies about Dominion.
Well, let me give everybody the facts.
Tucker Carlson, when I went on, that's the only time I've been on Fox in over a year and a half.
Over a year and a half, Braddock.
Okay.
And let me tell you what, uh, um, What he had me on for, if everybody recalls, on January 9th when I got my evidence, just like I told this lady, I said I got my evidence from Dennis Montgomery.
And Hammer's scorecard, he worked for the government, shows the whole movie of the 2020 election, and I said I had to get it to the White House because it had a government gag order on it.
So I went to the White House to get it lifted and lawyers gave me an envelope with two pieces of paper in which I've never seen to this day.
Well, the lawyers opened it up in the White House and everybody's seen that famous martial law picture, right, Brandon?
Yep.
Well, when that happened, All the retailers started canceling, because bots and trolls attacked them across the country.
All the bots and trolls.

And I talked to their CMOs and their CEOs, and I said, you guys, I said, those aren't real people.
They're trying to destroy me.
They're trying to destroy MyPillow.
And you know what?

We won't name them, but there's a few, Bed Bath & Beyond, where the stock plummeted.
Now, I don't know if that's from my pillow, but I know they hit them pretty hard after that because people didn't go there, you know?
And you have all these box stores.
When you take away their number one product seen on TV and going in there, you know?
So anyway, then you read here.
Rupert testified, the man is on every night.
He pays us a lot of money.
At first you think it's comic and then you get bored and irritated.
Rupert confirmed that he could tell FNN, Fox News, to stop running Lyndale's advertising.
But I'm not about to, Murdoch said.
Now, you know, and when he asked why Fox continues to give a platform to Lyndale, who continues to this day to spout lies about Dominion, Murdoch said, It's not about red or blue, it's about green.
Lindell brought and brings Fox a lot of green.
Now let me say about that, Brandon, like I told this reporter, you know, thank God that Mr. Rupert Murdoch Doesn't cancel MyPillow because their president goes out there with his First Amendment right of free speech and talks about and tries to save our country.
And like I told this lady, I have over 2,000 employees that have families that rely on all those ads across the country that we've been doing since 2011, everybody.
So all you horrible machine companies out there that sued MyPillow for billions of dollars, shame on you.
They don't have my employees.
My employees, half of them are, if you want to talk Democrats or Republicans, probably, it's probably half and half.
Who knows?
There's liberals, conservatives, black, white, Hispanic, Asian.
We're like one big family.
And I'll tell you what, when they came after and sued them, sued them, You know, this is what, so is what, is Fox supposed to be like, like the machine companies?
Oh, I'm not going to, boy, because Mike Lindell, he's saying those lies about Dominion.
I'm not saying lies, it's the truth.
But what would that have to do with anything with my people?
And I told Brad and I said, you know what?
Back in the day, um, CNN and MSNBC would almost regularly bad mouth me.
They still do to this day, I guess.
Um, But we still advertise on CNN and MSNBC, and ABC, and CNN, and ABC, NBC, CBS, all of them.
And then I told this reporter, I said, let me tell you a little story.
Okay, let's see if this makes sense to everybody out there.
When we had the cyber symposium, okay, I said, you want to stick up for Fox?
Here's one for you.
I'll tell ya, I only went on FOX one time and that was on Tucker and that was to talk about cancel culture that FOX should have me on for a witness.
Isn't it funny that Dominion doesn't want to depose me, Brandon, in the FOX lawsuit?
Yes, why do you think that is?
Isn't that striking?
It's weird?
Yeah, why do you think that is?
I'll tell you why, because I would tell it like it is.
FOX was only having me on one time in a year and a half.
And that was on Tucker to talk about why these box stores are taking me off everywhere and destroying a great company like MyPillow and destroying these employees.
So what was I supposed to say?
I don't know why they're doing that.
I don't know why they're destroying MyPillow.
I don't know why these box stores are doing such evil things to them.
Instead, I had to tell the truth.
They're doing it because their CEO is out there and he's got evidence that our country was attacked.
He's got evidence that it was done through machines.
Period.
And I don't even know if I said the brand names on there, on that Tucker episode.
But she goes, it says here, Mike went on to repeat his Dominion lies.
Well, really?
I got all that stuff on January 9th, so there's one for you.
But I want to say this.
I told this reporter, I said, I'm probably ruining her whole story, you know?
I told her, I said, let me tell you a little story about the cyber symposium.
And I said, have you ever heard about that?
She goes, everybody's heard about that.
And I said, well, on the first day, leading up to the cyber symposium, everybody, I advertised that day in Sioux Falls on every single news outlet in the country.
When you do an ad, you have to get it pre-approved.
When I do a MyPillow ad, I can't have this in there, by the way.
I can't have frank speech in that ad.
Um, they would, you know, used to be able to, they wouldn't care what I put in there, but I can't have it there, you know, but I'm just saying, I, they, I, you gotta get an ad approved.
Every outlet in the country approved, come to the cyber symposium, come to the cyber or, you know, and no, I just watched the cyber symposium because we remember it was only open to news outlets.
Cyber people and politicians.
Those were the three categories.
Now, and I said, hey, watch this.
State, save the date.
Watch this.
Well, only one outlet, Fox News said, no, we're not going to approve that ad.
And then as everybody, everybody knows, I asked Fox, well, can I just advertise frank speech?
No.
How about, can I use the word frank speech in the ad?
And I'll sell product from my pillow off of Frank Speech.
No.
Can I just use the word Frank?
No.
I mean, I can't even get a guy that's renamed.
Maybe I should change my name to Frank Speech, right?
So, anyway, Frank Speech here.
Wouldn't that be something, Brandon?
Is that legal?
But here's what I'm saying, everybody.
Fox News denied that ad, okay?
On the first day of the Cyber Symposium, when that ad ran on every other news outlet, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, everywhere!
They only sued, Dominion sued two outlets, everybody, OAN and Newsmax.
Now, why didn't ABC get sued?
I don't know.
Why didn't CBS get sued?
Why didn't CNN get sued?
MSNBC?
They sued those two.
You know?
But there you go, think about that.
I told this reporter too, I said, how come Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, how come these guys don't get sued?
Brandon, I want you to play, before we take calls, I want you to play that tape for the whole country right now, and then let's all ask ourselves, and ask Dominion, ask Libby Locke, who hangs out with DeSantis, they're like this, Libby Locke and Ron DeSantis, who's the Trojan horse of this election, of any election, hanging out with Dominion lawyers.
Way to go, Ron.
And his book is published by Rupert Murdoch, I think, and it just came out.
Yeah, well, it's disgusting.
And by the way, that deal in Disney, people should look into the deal in Disney.

Here, Disney, I'll give you a bigger platform for all your corruption and crap.
Um, what I want you to do, I want you to pull that tape right now for the Democrats.

I continue to think that our voting machines are too vulnerable.
Researches have repeatedly demonstrated that ballot recording machines and other voting systems are susceptible to tempering.
Even hackers with limited prior knowledge, tools, and resources are able to breach voting machines in a matter of minutes.
In 2018, electronic voting machines in Georgia and Texas deleted votes for certain candidates or switched votes from one candidate to another.
The biggest seller of voting machines is doing something that violates cybersecurity 101.
Directing that you install remote access software which would make a machine like that, you know, a magnet for fraudsters and hackers.
These voting machines can be hacked quite easily.
You could easily hack into them.
It makes it seem like all these states are doing different things, but in fact three companies are controlling this.
It is the individual voting machines that pose some of the greatest risk.
There are a lot of states that are dealing with antiquated machines.
Right?
Which are vulnerable to being hacked.
Workers were able to easily hack into an electronic voting machine.
It was possible to switch votes.
43% of American voters use voting machines that researchers have found have serious security flaws, including back doors.
We know how vulnerable now our systems were.
We know, I know the hackathon that took place last year, where virtually every machine was broken into fairly quickly.
I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues.
Here at the Capitol, where we brought in folks who, before our eyes, hacked election machines.
Those that are being used in many states.
Aging systems also frequently rely on unsupported software, like Windows XP and 2000, which may not receive regular security patches and are thus more vulnerable to the latest methods of cyber attacks.
In a close presidential election, they just need to hack one swing state.
Or maybe one or two.
Or maybe just a few counties in one swing state.
I'm very concerned that you could have a hack that finally went through.
It went through, Mike.
Yeah, it's, it's, it is, it's, uh, it's unreal.
Um, well anyway, I want to get out ahead, and by the way, um, see if Logan can find, there's another tape where Where Pelosi actually, I mean, where Pelosi, I get them mixed up, Amy Klobuchar.
Amy Klobuchar says, we have these voting machines and it says heart, there's actually, it says it.
Because I have to send that, get that ready, I want to play that one too.
I have to send that somewhere tonight, and there's going to be big breaking news tomorrow night on my show, everybody.

You know, what Fox releases, why would you release it just to Fox News?
That doesn't even make sense.
Why not release it to the public?
We're the ones that want to see it.
Everybody can release pieces of it that they think are relevant.
What I think, Brandon, might be newsworthy, and what CNN thinks is newsworthy, and what Fox News thinks is newsworthy, and what Lyndale TV thinks, or anybody else, Business Insider, Daily Beast.
Everybody might think a different thing is newsworthy.

If you have three candidates, one, two, three.
Everybody votes who would be your first choice, second choice, third choice.
And then you add up all the ones, all the twos, all the threes.
So if you got the most number ones, you could still lose.
That's ranked choice voting.
So it's so complex, you can cheat.
Now you can take the machines.
What it does, everybody...
I'm going to tell everybody, remember in Georgia, not the nice lady and her husband that got zero votes in her own precinct.
Let's talk about the other lady, another Democrat, three Democrats.
She's in a county in Georgia.
She got 4,800 votes, but she wasn't even on the ballot.
She wasn't on the ballot.
She had dropped out two months prior.
So when the guy was in there setting the cheat to take all of the 4,800 were taken from candidate A, So that Candidate B would win.
But they had to give those 4,800 votes back to Candidate A, and he became the rightful winner.
And then Crooked Brad comes in there, Brad Rasperger, he opens it up, he goes, it was a programming error.
That's great, Brad.
We all buy that, right?
Programming error, right?
Well, we don't love programming errors.
And you know what?
The guy that had to do it had to be intentional, because he had to type the person's name in.
That wasn't on the ballot.
You had to physically type the name in.
So, Brad, that doesn't hold water.

We're using the less people possible.
