And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Well, hello everybody.
Welcome to the Lindell Report.
I've been Busy busy this last week and I'm gonna we're gonna have a great show tonight So if you can't get everybody, you know to get on I'll give you some of the stuff that's coming up we've got a big breaking news on a Lawsuit that we're doing.
I guess so.
I guess there's a lawsuit.
We're up if everybody heard they are the Kevin McCarthy gave Fox News a All of the, um, um, 40,000 hours of footage from, uh, from, um, January 6th.
And, uh, we've got, we got a lot of news to tell you what we're going to do about that.
It's why would Fox news be the only one to get this information.
So we got that coming up and, uh, we are going to talk about the election crime Bureau, the EDC, the election crime Bureau.
We're going to talk about that tonight, but we're going to go after tonight, probably two of the biggest, you call them rhinos.
I don't know what else to call them.
I think there were some rhinos and one of them is Shane Scholler and he is in Missouri.
So if you're from Missouri, you're going to want to watch tonight's show.
He's running for Secretary of State of Missouri.
And we're going to show you what's stopping our country from saving our country.
He's a perfect example of just disgusting, absolutely disgusting actions.
And when he's done, I rank it right up there with Brad Rassenberger and Robin Voss.
I'm going to put it right up there on the top, right up there, right up there with Alan Duke too.
Um, so we got that coming up at the bottom of the hour at 6 30 central time.
Remember that Shane Scholler, you're all going to get his contact.
We'll be, we'll be giving Shane some, uh, we'll be contacting, uh, horrible Shane Scholler.
Um, I hope I'm saying that right.
So Scholler, Scholler could be, we'll, we'll find out.
Uh, we have Linda Rant coming on at, um, at the bottom of the hour and she's got the, um, She'll be the one on there that will validate all this stuff about this Shane.
But you guys won't even believe what he did.
You will not believe what he did to a citizen, the state of Missouri, and our country.
Shane Stoller coming up at 630.
Then we're going to have at the top of the hour here, we're going to be talking about Arkansas.
Remember these two places, Missouri and Arkansas, They already have counties that are going to go machine-free.
They're leading the nation, everybody.
They are leading the nation.
We have Linda that's coming on.
She developed the best, I got it right here, the best hand-counted counting system in the world.
It's better than the UK, better than France, better than Germany, better than the Netherlands, which I have met with all of them.
I just got all my notes here.
I was actually in Arkansas and Missouri this past week.
I was in Michigan, too.
Congratulations to Christina Caramo for winning the state chair of Michigan.
I've been to so many states, they all run together, it seems like.
But a great win up there in Michigan.
Congratulations, Christina.
Remember, Christina did not give up on her election.
She did not concede that she lost in Michigan.
Why?
Because she won.
Oh, but it says she lost by 15%.
Wrong.
Absolutely wrong.
That just means you add a little, add some more numbers when you do your little computer manipulation.
Remember, there was only one state we found so far, just counties within that state of the 2022 election that were not manipulated by computers.
And that was in Florida.
Boy, that's weird.
Why did they manipulate Florida?
I don't know.
Ron DeSantis was meeting with Dominion lawyers a couple weeks ago?
Do the math.
I don't know.
You tell me.
Brandon, welcome aboard!
Boy, this is different, huh?
Yeah, I'm not- I'm not- Welcome to my show!
Look at everybody!
Look at everybody!
I got a guest tonight!
It's Brandon Hollis!
I'm not late for class, so don't mark me target.
Well, Brandon, I'm just telling everyone, you've covered me for about a week now.
And we're going to have a little bit of updates tonight.
We've been out there fighting in every state, everybody, or a lot of these states.
I gave an update of what's coming on tonight.
And I also, I know you had Carrie Lake on last night.
I want to talk about, I am so, I talked to lawyers today and maybe we'll get this one right away.
We've, we, we had a big lawyer day.
Okay.
I don't know.
I probably had a half a dozen lawyers on the phone today at different times in our different meetings about different things going on.
And, and, uh, we're very happy that the Supreme Court in Arizona ruled against Gary Lake against, uh, you know, cause we, why did we, why are we happy about that, Brandon?
You know why?
Why?
Because we wanted them to make a quick corrupt ruling, which they did.
We wanted to make their quick corruptness cause they were going to vote against it anyway.
I mean, they would rule against it.
That's the way the judges are.
They're afraid to be the first one.
This isn't subjective evidence.
It's not subjective evidence.
This is it, right?
Well, the judge ruled so fast, he expedited it.
But now, where are we going, everybody?
The Arizona Supreme Court.
And you know what?
If we're stopped there, Brandon, where are we going?
We're going all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
Right.
Every case out there, just like myself, everything that's going on, we don't stop.
We get back up and we keep going.
That's what we do.
That's what we all have to do.
We have to be courageous.
I've said it many times.
It's pouring outside.
If you're saving your courage for a rainy day, it's for an outside.
If you want something to do, you pray for those judges to have courage to accept the case and really look at these evidence in all across our country.
And we're going to talk about blockers tonight.
But first, we're going to talk about everybody.
Do we have the colonel coming on now?
We have the colonel, he's standing by, and Linda at 630.
The colonel's with us now.
Okay, so those two kind of go hand in hand to where we have to get to in our country.
Remember everybody, what's the biggest thing in our country that everything came from?
Stolen elections.
I can think of one big one in particular in 2020, but there's been many, many, many, many.
So what do we need?
Paper ballots, hand counted.
Anyone out there that says, oh, let's just, let's ballot harvest early like the Democrats.
Let's just run out there and knock on doors and get everybody to vote early because look what happened in Arizona.
The machines could go down and you got to vote early because all those votes didn't count.
No, that's what they, this is part of their plan.
Does everybody get that?
You have to vote same day, paper ballots, hand counted.
And if you still have machines, you still need to vote same day.
I will push this for the next two years.
Anybody that says anything different, wrong.
It just came out of Alabama.
I got a text from a guy in Alabama.
I don't want to put his name out there because I want to educate him a little bit.
He said, Mike, look at this bill going through.
We're trying to get in Alabama.
It's machines made with USA, made in the USA.
Because people, you really think that's going to solve it?
This is the enemy from within.
This is the Uniparty, the CCP, the deep state, the globalists.
They're already here.
It doesn't matter if you make these machines in China or Canada or Venezuela or Omaha, Nebraska.
We're right where ES&S lives.
Right, Brandon?
That's right.
You know, you can't use computers in elections.
Anyway, we're going to switch tracks until we get to this next announcement.
I told you earlier, Brad, that we were, you know, everybody knows now, it's big news, that you can maybe find the headlines.
Kevin McCarthy gave 40,000, or gave access to 40,000 hours of test, or about, footage from the January 6th From the January 6th fiasco.
From the riots, from the riots.
Yeah, yeah.
Which was the cop, which, by the way, we have an article tonight that it was a cop, you know, riot.
We have plenty of footage tonight and still pictures coming out tonight with a new article by National File that there were undercover cops orchestrating this, quote, riot.
Well, of course there were.
I mean, there was FBI.
To me, it's all so, it was all a setup, but here's what I want to say.
We were going, we were going to go after Fox News today.
I know I told you earlier today, we announced it on your show all over the Midwest that we were going to subpoena Wisconsin.
I mean, subpoena Fox News because they gave all that, all those, only to Fox.
They didn't give it to anyone else, to Lindell TV.
They didn't give it to anybody else but Fox.
Now you ask yourself, this ain't gonna fly.
So anyway, I got back on the phone with my lawyers, Brandon, and now we're switching gears.
We were gonna do that with our Dominion case, where Dominion, because of Dominion, this is all tied into the machines, January 6th and all that, where January 6th, what was it all about?
They were going, oh, there's no election crime, this was all a big conspiracy theory.
Well, and you know, this is a cover-up.
They want to slow walk this, you guys.
Pass the 2024 election and keep these machines so we lose our country.
Okay, so we were going to subpoena Fox for those hours.
Instead, are you ready for this, Brandon?
Ready.
Lyndell TV, and all you horrible journalists watching out there, Lyndell TV is going after Kevin McCarthy in Congress.
We're going after them.
Because they did it wrong, and I'm going to read what we're putting out.
It broke two constitutional provisions, the Equal Protection Clause.
The First Amendment provision of freedom of the press, okay?
We're injured not having access for a couple reasons, everybody.
Fox News will get to put out whatever they see fit.
And we're over here and we're not putting out that information, but we don't even know what they're filtering, Brandon.
What's important to our news station here, obviously there's a lot of things not important to Fox News, right?
Remember everybody, you can't talk about elections on Fox News.
You can't talk about machines.
You can't talk about things that work instead of the vaccine.
You can't talk about any of these things on Fox.
So really, Fox is going to be the filter to the world and give them this stuff?
Not going to happen on my watch, I'll tell you that.
We are here on our watch.
So, Brandon, there's also, there's another thing.
It's also discrimination by the speaker.
Okay.
These are just things the lawyers told me today, which will be going in the complaint against Kevin McCarthy against the Congress because It's just not right.
I mean, do you have any comment on that, Brandon?
I agree.
I agree 110%.
The day I heard it, I was livid.
I called a few people about it because I said this is not right to use taxpayer money and footage.
Then turn around, give it to this big corporation of Rupert Murdoch, who, by the way, look at this headline because you and I have discussed it.
Here it is.
James Murdoch spent $100 million to help fund political causes during the 2020 election cycle.
Right, right.
What side of the fence, what side of the aisle do you think he was helping?
He was of course helping Democratic causes.
James and Catherine Murdoch have largely backed so-called nonpartisan and Democratic leading
causes.
And so you give it to this corporation, they can then use it to generate ratings and sell
advertising.
Now why should the American taxpayer pay to help build the business of Fox News?
Well, I think it's deeper than that.
I mean, you can, you can look at it from that angle that all the other news outlets should get it for that reason.
If they're going to, they're going to be this exclusive when it's a freedom of information.
But I look at it as Fox will think of the emails that went back and forth between what kind of deal did they make?
They're going to bury the crucial stuff.
Bury it.
Yeah, the stuff that will have anything to do with machines or people talking about the machines, anything to do with the setup of January 6th, all that stuff, who knows what Fox is going to decide to put out.
So anyway, we're taking them.
We're going after them, everybody.
And how soon?
Right away.
We're actually tomorrow, tomorrow morning, The lawyer said, now we got to do this right, Mike.
We can't just jump in.
And I said, I want this done now.
I told them all today.
I want it done yesterday.
So what they're doing, we have to serve.
We have to notify them that we want the 40,000 hours to it.
So tomorrow morning, Lyndell TV will be reaching out directly to Kevin McCarthy.
And they said, I said, well, can I text him?
I got his phone number.
And he goes, no, Mike, you know, we got the way we'll be serving to ask for this.
So I'm going to send him a text anyway and say, hey, we all want it, Kevin.
Why don't all of us get it?
Why doesn't Lindell, you know, Lindell TV get it here?
We're the ones putting out the news about the elections and about everything else.
You don't see Fox, I don't even know if has Fox even talked about January 6th lately?
Or from another perspective?
I'm certain they're not talking about it from another angle, right?
About the only one they seem to let talk about it very much is Tucker Carlson.
But it's guarded, it's very guarded.
It's very guarded, and Tucker's got a list in front of him he can't talk about.
He can't talk about machines.
So anyway, let's move on from that.
That's breaking news, everybody.
All you journalists out there that always write bad stuff about me here, this is the time to hit me now.
I would expect you write your articles, but remember, this is to help you guys, too.
Maybe you guys would want to have all those 40,000 hours.
You know?
You know, actually Fox News, when they leaked all the stuff about Dominion last week, you guys called me up and, did you get a prize from, um, a gift from Fox News?
Brandon, that's all the horrible journalists had to call me on.
They go, did you get a, did you get a gift from Fox News when you, when you, um, when you were badmouthing them?
Did you know that?
I actually, I didn't, but I read the article.
You and I haven't talked about it, but I read the article and I read where you were quoted.
But yes, that was the story out there.
I go, you know what?
What do you mean Fox News sent me a gift saying please don't go?
You know, if everybody remembers at the Cyber Symposium, Fox News is the only one that would not take advertising right here for Frank Speech, it was actually for the Cyber Symposium.
Everybody else aired it, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, Newsmax, and OAN.
But you know what, guys?
Guess who got sued the first day of the Cyber Symposium?
For advertising our event, Brandon.
It wasn't ABC.
It wasn't ABC.
No, Fox News never put the ads out.
Oh, that's right.
Newsmax and OAN got sued for a billion dollars each because they ran an ad, my ad, to come to the Cyber Symposium.
Isn't that something?
And when did Fox finally get sued?
Fox was the first one sued.
They got sued on February 4th, 2021.
They were already sued by Smartmatic.
So they got sued about two weeks after the release of Absolute Proof?
Is that right?
No, they got sued one day before Absolute Proof so they wouldn't have us on Fox anymore and wouldn't have us on Newsmax.
So Fox News, everybody, was already sued.
And they were already sued and they wouldn't run ads to come to the Cyber Symposium just in effect, you know.
Here's the headline.
You were asking about a headline.
Look at this one I just found.
NBC.
Tucker Carlson says he has access to 44,000.
It was 14,000.
Then it was 41,000.
Now it's 44,000 hours of J6 video.
We're gonna be putting out, we're asking him tomorrow for right here on Lyndale TV.
And we're going to ask them, and I'm going to give them, I don't know, 15 minutes to reply, and then we're going to take it to court.
I'm serious.
I'm not waiting.
15 minutes, I'll give them.
So I'm going to text Kevin McCarthy tonight and say, hey, you've got something coming in the morning.
Y'all take a look at it.
By the way, I know.
Everyone in the country, we should all get the right to put this out over and over again.
Like Hunter Biden's laptop has been sitting out there on the internet.
I know of someone that sent a text to Kevin about two days ago, letting him know that this was a humongous mistake, and that he was going to get sued over it.
Well, yeah, well, Lindell TV, here we come.
Okay, let's get moving on here, because I want to get into, I want to get into rhinos and the people that are ruining our country.
Do we have Colonel Conrad on?
Yes, Colonel Conrad, welcome to the Lindell Report with Mike Lindell.
Hey, thank you so much.
It's great to be here.
Hey, Colonel.
Hey, Colonel.
I'm going to frame this.
So, everybody, if you all know, Colonel was behind, Colonel Conrad was behind Cleaborn County, Arkansas, voting to get rid of the machines, you guys.
Paper ballots, hand counted.
Paper ballots, hand counted.
What we all want in this country.
So here you are in the state of Arkansas, and all these other counties are getting ready to follow suit.
I know you guys in Arkansas have been working your tail off for a year, two years now, to get this done.
So finally you get a beautiful prototype over in Cleaborne County.
Courageous people, courageous grassroots, courageous Um, commissioners, whatever, and then what do they do?
Tell us what, and I want to know the name of the guy, is it a senator that put up this horrible bill to stop you?
And then, by the way, everybody, they can't stop this in Arkansas, like many other states, because it's from the county up, and there's nothing they can do to stop him.
If the counties vote him in, vote paper in, but what they're trying to do is what?
Go ahead, Colonel.
Sure, well, uh, the senator's name is Kim I mean, this is this is just wrong.
And this bill is a bad bill.
is actually going to be voted on committee tomorrow morning, trying to get it through
committee and it really and truly is intended to discourage counties from doing exactly
what Cleveland County did.
I mean this is just wrong and this bill is a bad bill.
It punishes the counties actually.
It takes away their funding for paper.
It sets up an arbitrary deadline of 24 hours to have all the hand counting done.
Uh, that discourages bigger counties from wanting to do it because they would have to hire a lot more people to make that happen.
And you know, the funny thing about they didn't even call Mr. Hammer.
I, to my knowledge, has never called the Cleveland County Quorum Court to find out why they went to paper ballots or how this bill would have impact them negatively.
They've never done it.
Sorry, I'm getting distracted here.
Someone walked by.
And Colonel, I want to say that the, with that, what's that?
I'm sorry, I'm getting distracted here.
Someone walked by.
I want to quick say there, with this bill, everybody, just so you understand, they're
defunding the paper.
So these counties would have to pay for their own paper.
That is beyond belief that this guy would do this to the state of Arkansas and not even bother and check what we just learned last week.
But we're going to have Linda on here from Missouri, how fast it is to hand count.
It was the most amazing system in Arkansas.
When you guys were bringing this back to Arkansas, he didn't even bother and say, well, how long does it take to do this, did he?
Or how many people?
But to sit there and put this bill through and take away their... It's cheaper.
It's way cheaper.
You don't have machines.
And they're going to say, well, if you don't do this, you've got to pay for your own paper.
This is an atrocity, isn't it?
Yes, sir.
and they should be looking to make paper ballots across the state and get rid of the machines.
But we're a Republican.
And they all hang their hat on, oh, we're the fourth most secure state in the U.S.
is wrong.
But we all know that.
Those of us who know what the potential is for the machines and what could be done to manipulate them
and that the machines must go.
President Trump was behind it.
We briefed him last week at Mar-a-Lago, and he's all for paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted.
Not regular paper ballots.
I'm not talking about the paper ballot from 30 years ago.
We're talking about a high-tech security paper ballot that has a watermark on it and other security features that make it impossible to counterfeit.
This is why this for work, but they're fighting us, Mike. They're fighting
us tooth and nail. In fact, they've never called me at all and asked me. Well, I want to do something
here.
Do you have his email?
We can put it up on the screen there.
I want everyone in Arkansas to email him and say, you know what?
What you're doing, you're going to hurt the state of Arkansas, the people of Arkansas, and the people of the United States.
Arkansas, along with, I believe, Missouri, could be the two states faster than any other states to go machine free.
And all they're doing, I don't know, what's this guy's name again?
His name is Kim, K-I-M, Hammer.
He's a state senator.
He's a Republican.
I think you have his email address, and he needs to know.
Logan, put it up on the screen.
Kim Hammer.
I got it.
Hammer, hammer.
Let me tell you, everybody, this guy is either related to Dominion.
There's something wrong there.
Or what machine company do you have in Arkansas?
We have ES&S.
ES&S.
One of the worst.
They're all the same, everybody.
Yes, yes, they're all the same everybody.
But this guy, there is no reason for him to put there and try and tell the counties, which is their right in Arkansas.
They have their right to go.
To go to paper.
They have that right and he didn't even bother and look at a time study and say, hey, here's how long it takes.
Here's how many people you need.
We're going to show Linda coming up next year.
You will be done just like all these other countries are in one day of counting everybody.
We watched it.
We did it, didn't we, Colonel?
Here's an example that we were doing.
We did it right there in the office and she's done time studies.
You guys, it's the most trustworthy system ever.
It's simple.
You don't even need cameras.
That was something that really, that was really to bring the trust back.
You didn't even need cameras.
It's so inexpensive compared to what we do now, but the big expense is you lose your country.
So here's this guy here.
I'm going to read it.
Uh, his name, uh, where are we at here?
Let's blow it up.
There's his, there's his email, everybody.
Tim.Hammer at senate.ar.gov.
I want you to leave this up there.
I want everyone, and you know what?
If you're in the country, you can email this guy.
I don't want you to put in hate mail or anything.
Just say, do not.
You need to back off on this bill.
And this is, you know, we the people want paper ballots hand-counted.
That's what you guys can send to him.
We want paper ballots hand-counted.
You guys were all respectful.
When I ran for the RNC chair, all the 168s said, everybody sent in emails.
I was very respectful.
They weren't hate mail or nothing.
They were just saying, hey, here's what Mike can do.
What I'm asking you to do here... Now, I didn't want you to put his phone number up, but I guess it's already up there.
Well, wait, and this is not a cell phone or home.
It's right on the Senate website, so this is... Oh, it's on the Senate website.
Okay, everybody, I encourage you guys, you guys, be a respectful audience.
Just voice your opinion.
We're going to give this guy a break here, and we're going to say, hey, you know not what you do.
You know, or maybe he does know what he does.
And Colonel, I'm going to ask you, do you know this guy?
I've met him.
I know of him.
I'll be honest with you, I don't think he's a bad guy.
Well, he's a chaplain and a pastor, it says.
Well, that's fine.
I'm just saying, this guy doesn't know it's going to destroy our efforts for the last two years.
He's going to destroy our efforts because if he is plausible deniability, then I want everybody to educate him and say, Arkansas is leading the nation and we need to go to paper, balance, hand counting.
If this guy wants, if this Kim, if he wants a demonstration, for two things, if he wants one of my cyber guys to show him what happened in Arkansas in the last two elections, how bad it was, and it was horrible, we will do that.
And we will also show him the new system and what the people want.
And I've been trying, I got to get a hold of your governor there because I believe that she would want to get behind this To get behind paper ballots, hand counting, and lead the way.
Exactly.
Can I add to the thing?
There is a set of bills, uh, that, uh, there are 14 of them that actually, uh, presented the president Trump last week that we're trying, they're called the Lancaster bills.
Uh, there's our attorney, uh, Clint Lancaster, uh, develop these bills.
And we're hoping that someone in the Senate to include Mr. Hammer would pick these bills up.
And sponsor them instead of this thing, this SB 250.
That needs to be scrapped.
The other 14 bills that the Lancaster put together need to be adopted.
That's what we're asking for.
And I encourage, I want to say it one more time, audience.
Please be respectful.
You're just asking him.
You just heard it from the Colonel here.
Drop this bill.
What's it called?
Say the name of the bill again.
SB, Senate Bill 250, 250.
Senate Bill 250, you say, please, please drop this bill and meet with, uh, meet with, uh, um, what's that?
Yes.
And we, and we need to get, uh, what would be the perfect ask for them to put on?
Why don't you just quote it there, Colonel?
So drop this bill.
Ask to please drop Senate Bill 250, and sponsor the 14 Lancaster bills.
The 14 Lancaster bills.
And sponsor the 14 Lancaster bill.
Now I want to ask you about those 14 bills, and we got a few minutes left here.
If those bills, they include no machines, get rid of the machines, paper ballots, hand counting, does it get rid of, do you have early voting in Arkansas?
We do have early voting.
Was that put in because of the China virus?
It does not get rid of that.
I'm just going to ask you, did your early voting come into play during the China virus?
Yes.
Or did you already have early voting?
No, we already had early voting to my knowledge.
We've had early voting for many years.
But the problem is we have a really good system.
We've got some great county clerks and we've got great election commissioners.
The way our system is set up, we don't have mail-out ballots.
And so we have just absentees, but those are very few.
So we have a good system.
We even have an ID law here, Mike.
The problem we have is the machine.
You have a good system if you have any machines.
Otherwise you wouldn't be fixing the system.
Any system with machines is broken.
There are no good systems with computers.
That's a fact.
You know, so what you're saying, if you got rid of the machines with this new, I'm going to ask you one more thing there with what you think, because we got Linda coming up next, Linda Rant coming up next.
We all flew to Missouri to show us her system.
What was your takeaway from what Linda showed you in Missouri last week?
I think that's a great system that she showed us.
That's a system that can be used in many states.
And of course, it depends on the state and the state laws.
For us, there's a lot of it that's going to be used right here.
And we're going to try to adopt that.
Perfect.
Perfect.
Well, Colonel, thank you.
And I'm going to say, put it up.
Logan, put it up one more time.
And Colonel, is there any way they can support you?
By the way, is there any way that everything you've done and the hard work you've done in In Arkansas.
Everybody, this is where you email this Kim Hammer and where you can call him.
Be respectful.
Tell him to drop Senate Bill 250.
He has to do that.
We've got to save our country.
We need to save Arkansas, save the United States of America.
This is horrible.
Colonel, is there a website or anything that they can help you out or anything?
Or how can they follow you?
Yeah, our website, just go to A-A-V-I-I dot org.
A-V-I-I dot org.
Easy.
Yeah, very easy.
We have a donor that's willing to match up to $100,000.
So we're asking people to donate, and it's like doubling it.
Right, right.
You guys are some of the hardest workers.
And you know what?
There's great people, everybody that is watching here in every state, like the Colonel and all the grassroots there that have worked hard.
On our watch, we're not going to let people block you like Senator Kim there.
You know what?
I'm going to take back the person we have coming up next that I'm going to talk about.
I put him up with the likes of Robin Voss, Brad Ratzenberger, and some of the biggest traitors this country's ever seen.
Your guy, Kim, we've got to give him some grace here because I really believe he doesn't know.
So let him know what the people want, everybody.
Let him know what the people want.
Be respectful.
Be respectful.
And you let us know, Carl.
You let us know.
Come on back and let us know the outcome of tomorrow's vote, will you?
I sure will.
And thank you so much for having me, Mike.
You're a true patriot.
We love you.
Oh, thank you.
God bless you, too.
Thank you.
OK, Brandon.
Yep.
All right, let's bring in Linda.
Hey, Linda.
Welcome to the Lindell Report, Linda.
Hi there, thank you.
Thanks for having me.
You bet.
Okay, I'm going to frame this one up, everybody.
When I said this, Scott, am I saying that right, Linda?
Is it Scholar?
Will you say his last name?
I've heard it Scholar.
Scholar.
Scholar.
Scott or Shane Scholar.
Is it Scott or Shane?
Shane Scholar.
Shane Scholar, everybody.
Shane Scholler and I want to get do we have his email and his and uh his not his cell phone do we have that everybody?
Should be on the Green County site I sent Brannon.
Okay yep we're going to grab that and bring that up now.
First up we're going to put that up after we got we're going to hit this guy hard for the next 15 minutes here.
You guys I'm going to frame this everybody and then Linda can fill in the blanks.
There's Shane Scholler.
He was a county, if I say something wrong, Linda, cut in on me.
He's a county commissioner in charge of elections in what county?
He's a county clerk in Greene County, Missouri.
Greene County, Missouri, everybody.
Now, as you all know, we I reached out to all of you watching across the country to get the cast vote records, which you can all get under the Freedom of Information Act.
We did it for the 2020 election, and we only have until September 3rd of 2022 to get those, everybody.
You all did a great job.
We got over one third of the counties in the United States.
Now, there were some counties Some counties were like in Kentucky and so forth, and they're going, oh, we're just so busy.
Our clerks are so busy.
Oh, the end is near.
What's going to happen?
This was in September and August, you guys.
They had nothing to do but hit a button and give people these cast vote records that we use.
A cast vote record comes right out of the machines.
It comes right from the Secretary of State.
It comes right from the county.
And it either shows Uh, computer manipulation or a, um, uh, election with no computer manipulation.
It's only one or the other.
This one's a good election.
This one's a bad one with computer manipulation.
So, and we didn't know that these even existed until, or that they could be used for this information until, uh, mid summer, last summer.
Well, anyway, as we reached out everybody for all these cast full records.
Oh, and by the way, uh, San Francisco township.
They were pretty smart out there in California.
You know what they did?
One of the few things they were probably smart at, but they put it up on their website.
They said, hey, we have so many requests for the Cats 4 Records.
Let's just put them up on the website.
How simple was that?
How simple was that, everybody?
Beep, here you go.
If you want them, help yourself.
It's called the Freedom of Information Act.
Well, this Shane Schuller, when we put that out, there was a gal, A nice lady, and I'll frame it and then Linda can maybe tell it better, but this lady, she wasn't even, I guess she maybe watched our show, I can't remember, and she decided to reach out to her county, amongst other people that did, not just her, for the cast vote records, for the, did you say Greene County?
Greene County.
Yeah, Green County, Missouri, everybody.
Now, when she did that, this Shane and I got here, I got the lawsuit right here.
So Shane Schoeller, what did he do as he didn't put his cast full records up on the website like they did out in California, or give it to her like they did in one third of the counties in the United States.
And we're still getting some as we as we get through, get to through as they get the records.
Well, what Shane did, he took another course.
He sued Lori Huddleston.
He sued her, everybody.
This shameful man, this disgusting traitor of the United States of America, sued her.
And he puts in here, I believe my name's in here, I think your name's in here.
Linda, both our names are in here.
I'm going to read something to everybody.
Lindell is associated with an individual named Linda Rance, who is, upon information belief, is politically engaged and associated with a citizen volunteer group, Missouri Canvassers.
And then it goes on and on.
Linda has not only spoken at Lindell's Moment of Truth Summit, but she also, as information, operates MissouriArmor, the website and blog, frankspeech.com.
Anyway, it goes on and on here.
And Lindale and Rance have encouraged citizens to use approved form in requesting their cast vote records.
Missourians are told to send the following request to their respective county clerk.
Oh, at least they're not lying in this thing there.
On August 20th or 30th, 2022, defendant Huddleston sent the Sunshine Law request to the plaintiff pertinent to Chapter 610 of the Missouri Riverside Statutes.
It goes on and on.
I request that you make available to me the following records, cast vote records for the general election of 2020.
And it goes on and on.
And anyway, instead of Shane Schuler, Instead of him saying, no, I'm too lazy.
No, I'm not going to give them to you like every other county is.
No, you can't.
I don't know who you are.
Or you know what he did?
He sued her.
And I believe he sued.
There was other ones, right, Linda, that also put in cash for records.
They didn't get sued, did they?
No, he chose her from all the people who submitted them in Greene County.
Okay.
And I don't know how he chose her.
And let me just clarify, is he still on the main Greene County Board of Supervisors or Commissioners or whatever you call it?
He's the county clerk.
Okay, so would this here look like relevant contact info from him for the website?
Uh, yes.
Is that the county website?
I can't see it.
That's the greencountymissouri.gov website.
Maine, Greene County.
It has him as county clerk, and there's the phone numbers and address.
Yeah.
Okay, there's his phone number.
I want you to pull it up here so everybody can see his phone number.
I want everyone in the country to email and call this horrible, horrible man.
Horrible what he did to this lady.
Now she had to go out, and Linda can explain, she had to go out and get a lawyer.
She had to go out and get a lawyer to do what?
Because she got something that everyone in this country has a right to get because Shane, either he was covering up Covering up what he does, he must, he absolutely has to, you guys have to look at this, is he in the unit party?
He's a traitor, we know that.
Traitor to Missouri, traitor to this country.
There's, he's up there with Robin Voss and Brad Rasenberger, immediately shoot to the top.
But let me tell you guys before we're going to circle back, do you know what he decided to do a week ago everybody?
You're ready for this.
Brandon, can you put up that slide where he's running for Secretary of State?
Yep.
Here we go.
Here we go, everybody.
He's running for Secretary of State.
You're a proven voter watchdog, Mike.
Proven voter watchdog.
He is the traitor to this country, everybody.
We are not putting up with this.
And I got a thing here.
It's a stop sign.
Oh, I got that.
Hold that down.
I'll show it.
Show the stop sign.
He went out and he's camping.
Stop election fraud.
Shane4SOS.com.
We're going to stop election fraud, Shane.
You're not going to be able to run to be a dog catcher when we get done with you.
You're disgusting.
It's people like him that are hurting our country.
Shane Scholler is a traitor.
And he's a traitor.
And you know what, Shane?
You want to sue me for saying that?
Come on!
Bring it on!
How dare you sue a citizen asking for the Freedom of Information Act to get hurt when she has a right!
All of us have a right to see what went on in these elections!
I'm so upset.
Linda, I was so upset when I told you.
This is unbelievable.
Now this guy, so Linda, maybe you can explain a little better than I did.
I'm just so, I just had to get that out there.
He has an event.
Wait a minute.
He has an event going on tonight.
Look at this.
Okay.
Well, okay.
Blow that up.
What is it?
The election security panel at Columbia.
Okay.
Let's see who he hangs out with too.
Let me tell you, I heard about this panel.
You've got an election security panel.
None of them, I think Sean Smith, one of our guys, looked into this.
None of them have even five minutes into knowing about cybersecurity about machines.
Is that true, Linda?
Yes, Colonel Smith looked at their backgrounds.
One has a degree in public policy.
None of them have any on their bios that he saw.
None of them have any actual cyber security credentials.
What, this is disgusting.
And everybody, the other three on this, we're talking about don't be the others guilty by association.
I don't want them writing them emails.
And throw out your disclaimer again.
If you call, be polite, be kind, be polite.
Did I say that about Shane Schoeller?
No, he sued this lady.
I didn't say to be kind.
I'm not saying, you know, threaten him or anything, but this guy's a traitor to this country.
Shane Schoeller is a traitor.
He's not like the guy from Arkansas that is just, you know, the guy might not know.
You know, he's just, you know, that guy could probably play plausible deniability.
He hasn't been educated yet.
Shane Schoeller blocked And you know what?
You know why he sued this lady?
He sued her for one reason.
Nobody better ask Shane Schoeller for anything about the election ever again.
If you do that, Missouri.
Linda, was he happy that I came to Missouri with a moment of truth summit?
No, he was not.
As far as I know, he was not happy.
I don't think, I believe you spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in there.
I don't know that you ever got a thank you from Greene County for bringing so much money to that.
But no, they they had their clerks conference about 10 days later.
Let me let me cover a couple quick points because there's a lot of people who really care about and care for Shane Scholler in that county, and he has made some statements that I want to clarify.
The one thing is that so none of the counties in Missouri will give CVRs, so we knew that.
I have never met Lori Huddleston.
She watched the Truth Summit online, and she told me when I finally did hear from her after the fact from start to finish.
She only reached out to me when she was denied, and she sent me an email and said, what should I do next?
I said, well, nobody's getting them.
Don't worry about it.
Sign up at Cause of America for more information, which she did.
About a week later, she wrote to me and said, I just got served with a lawsuit, and I have to be in court, and I have to present something She had no idea.
She goes, what do I do?
And so I said, I can't give legal advice, whatever.
We were trying to figure things out.
But Shane Scholler is telling people in Greene County that he called her first to let her know what he was going to do.
But I'll also point out, Mike, as you said, you and I are both in that lawsuit.
Everybody knows how to find me in Missouri and contact me.
I didn't get a phone call from Shane Scholler saying, I'm about to name you in a lawsuit.
And list your hometown so that people, you know, anybody who looks it up.
So I'm, I'm not really sure about that whole approach.
The other reason for filing that is that in Missouri, the only way to get these cast vote records, we believe, or we've been told because of the way the laws are written, is that a judge has to give either a court order or there has to be some other decision made.
So they will say, I'm doing this just so that we can get clarification.
But I would say to anyone who's heard this and who sympathizes with Shane Schoeller, then why didn't you go in and request the CVR and say to Shane, you go ahead and sue me.
I'll be your guinea pig because I don't think Lori Huddleston did.
I never met her before, but she was pretty scared.
And thankfully, there's a Missouri Freedom Center and that attorney heard about this, knew it was a blatant violation of constitutional rights, and he stepped in.
And not only is he representing her, but he explained that when any entity in the state of Missouri sues a citizen, the state has to pay legal fees for both parties.
So even though the original lawsuit said that Ms.
Huddleston was going to have to pay all the attorney's fees, the attorney came in and said, Oh no.
And that even there, I think that was an intimidation, right?
If you get it and you're looking at it and you're thinking, how am I going to pay these attorney's fees?
I'm just going to fold and walk away.
But she was a fighter.
She was not going to walk away.
And Mike, we have, thanks to Linda's research, a screenshot you need to see.
Are you telling me, Linda, that Shane Schaller, I'd love to know the date on this, once wrote a guest opinion on Missouri's Sunshine Law, illuminates government work, he closes it by saying, I know I'm better for the Sunshine Law and accountability it gives me as I serve the citizens of our county.
The power the Sunshine Law gives citizens to learn and be informed gives the people the power to act if necessary.
I will always strive to safeguard and protect the right without apology.
Is that the same guy that's now suing because he doesn't want someone having public information under the Sunshine Laws?
He wrote that.
It's published two days after he filed the lawsuit.
And if you go up a couple paragraphs, he makes a comment that He's pursuing some kind of court information so that he can get a clear answer, but nowhere does he say, I'm doing it by suing one of my constituents.
Wait a minute.
He says, I'm seeking accountability through a court ruling before proceeding and making a decision that potentially compromises the secrecy of voted ballots or prevents the transparency the Sunshine Law was established to protect.
So he thinks he's somehow protecting the citizens by denying the- I'll tell you what he's protected.
He's a traitor to Missouri and the United States of America.
This guy, I couldn't wait for this show.
Everyone that watches my show, there's a blocker in every state, but there's some that are the biggest blockers in the country.
This guy, when you take away our rights, try and take up our rights and set a precedent that we can't ask for the Freedom of Information Act to at least ask for cast vote records.
Shame on you, Shane Scholler, because you know what?
You are now in the category with Robin Voss of Wisconsin, Brad Rassenberger of Georgia, Alan Duke of Leaf Stories, And those three, now he's in the top five, Brad.
This guy made the top five because it's so horrific what he did to a citizen.
And guess who's paying the taxpayer money for his lawsuits?
Who's paying that, Linda?
The taxpayers of Missouri!
You know what?
You guys, you guys, I want to put his phone number and his email up there again for everyone in this country to call him and text him.
This is disgusting what he's done.
And you guys tell him he should just forget about running for Secretary of State.
I will do everything I can to make this guy never, never run to be a dog catcher.
I mean, this is, this guy is so disgusting.
Where's his, where, there it is, everybody.
Where's his email?
Is that there too?
Uh, I will find his email.
Let me tell you, everybody.
We got to get his email.
We need his email up there.
I mean, you guys, he's running for just a week and a half ago, this traitor announced
he's running for Secretary of State.
Let me tell you, everybody, I have been around this country and I have met Secretary of State's
attorney generals, governors.
I've met so many, probably more than any one citizen that has that opportunity.
And I'll tell you, the Secretary of State is where they compromised this country, where they went after the Secretary of State.
This guy getting in there, I'll tell you what, you have one of the best Secretaries of State in Missouri right now with Dave.
Linda, and to get him, I mean, he's running for governor, I guess, but if you got this guy, Shane, you would go from the best to worst.
You would go from one of the best to the worst Secretary of State.
This Shane Scholler is a traitor to the United States, a traitor to Missouri.
It's guys like him that we could lose our country, everybody, and I'm not going to tolerate anymore.
I am not going to.
We have worked hard, the citizens of this country in Missouri.
Nobody's worked harder than Missouri.
Everyone there, Linda and all the grassroots and everybody to get things.
But we have so close paper ballots.
Now, Linda Scott, we're going to have her on this week or early next week to show her system of paper ballots, the best system in the world.
And then to have this guy, when you ask for cast vote records of freedom of information, sue one of our citizens?
You know who, Brandon, do you know who did this?
Who do you think did this first in our country that hadn't been done since 1796?
It's called lawfare.
Do you know who did this?
Dominion.
It hasn't been done until two years ago.
Dominion?
Let me tell you who did it.
Dominion, Smartmatic, and now Shane Schoeller, everybody.
He's on the same plane as them.
When you do a lawsuit to discourage people from getting information, which is their God-given right, their United States right in the Constitution, and in Missouri's law, and then Shane does something like this?
Linda, has he said anything to the people of Missouri?
Have you ever talked to him where he said, well, I just like doing this stuff or what?
Does he have any explanation that you could give us for his action before we put his phone number and email up there again?
Yeah, I ran into him at the Capitol when we were both testifying in the Senate hearing.
And he stood up and told everybody from the seat, he goes, I just want to point out if we go to hand counting, the cost will be astronomical and we won't be able to hand count.
And then we went in the hallway and we talked for about 45 minutes.
And that's where he told me I did this to get a judgment.
He said, I want to give out the CVRs, but I can't, my hands are tied.
So that's why he sued a citizen.
And I told him I was offended by all the things we've already mentioned here that I thought he was out of line.
Um, but, um, yeah, he, he will say, and he said to us, and there were other people there.
He said, I know we can't trust the machines, but the only way to make an improvement is to do more auditing after an election.
We can't go to hand counting.
And I said, I thought the clerks were upset that they have so much work to do already.
You're going to add more audits, but that's his answer to.
where he said he can't trust the machines.
Wow.
Okay, but I want to say before you put it up, okay, let's see. This is a guy that's trying to
tell you what's safe and right for our country. You know, it's a shame. Here we are, Missouri,
leading the way of the nation with the best system.
Linda, you come up with the best system, I told you that, of any hand counting system in the world.
That includes the UK I met with and the Netherlands and Germany and France.
Everybody talks about France.
They're done in one day.
They have the best counting system.
Yours is better.
I was there.
You demoed it to me last week.
I walked out of Missouri happy.
Many reasons, everybody, but this is the breakthrough we've all waited for in our nation.
In Missouri and in Arkansas, the counties are going to get machines out.
That's what they're doing right now as we speak, everybody.
But you have a blocker in every state, and then you have, I call them macro, you have Minor blockers and macro blockers.
The ones that block for the whole United States.
This James Shuler is blocking what's leading the charge for the whole nation, everybody.
He is blocking for the whole nation.
What do we call them, Brandon?
It rhymes with traitor.
Here's his email.
There's his email, folks.
There's his email.
There it is, everybody.
County Clerk, okay, everybody, I want everybody to email this guy and you tell him, for one, he just as well, right now, I don't even know, I mean, for one thing, he should drop out or run up for Secretary of State.
It's a waste of time and resources because I will sit here every night and whoever is running against him, do we know who's running against this guy yet, Linda?
No, there's rumors, but I don't believe anybody else has officially announced.
Okay, well, you know, this guy is not going to win.
I'll spend everything I got to campaign against this guy.
This guy's a traitor to the United States, everybody.
Put his phone number back up there, too.
This guy, how dare you sue a citizen that was just asking you, and he bragged about what a great law that is, the Sunshine Law, that you can ask for the freedom, under the Freedom of Information Act.
Shane Schuler, how long has he been in, put the phone number up a little bigger.
I hope they can leave a message.
Linda, I want to ask you, how long has this guy, what's his history, how long has he been in government?
I don't know his complete history because I am newer to the state, but I do believe he was a state representative for as many terms as he was allowed before he termed out.
We have very strict term restrictions here.
He was in office from 2007 to 2013 in the Missouri House.
Right.
Well, we got to get rid of traitors like this, because this is what we're all doing, everybody.
Remember, this whole thing to get this country machine-free, it's all on God's timing.
But I'll tell you what, along the way, we're going to get rid of a lot of traitors.
Shane Scholler should be in prison, as far as I'm concerned.
When we melt down these prison bars, or melt down these voting machines and turn them into prison bars, here will be Brad, he'll be grabbing them, and old Robin Voss, I don't know much about him.
He's unbelievable.
Rhino.
Rhino Roy.
can what? We're gonna- Oh wow, he worked for Roy Blunt, he was a legislative assistant for U.S.
Congressman Roy Blunt, well that tells you an awful lot, he worked for good old Roy.
I don't know much about him, he's- Rhino, Rhino, Rhino. Rhino Roy? Rhino Roy Blunt. Rhino Roy.
Well, Linda, thank you so much.
We're going to have you on.
Everyone will announce the day, but we're going to have Linda come on.
She's got the best.
She's worked so hard on the best hand-counted paper ballot system in history, everybody.
I say that there isn't one better.
They came up with one in Louisiana, and they all agreed.
I was just down there, Linda.
They said, your system—they've tried it—is way better.
They thought their clothesline thing was better, but they—no, yours blows it away.
And I'll tell you what, I was with Linda, everybody, when we met with the Secretary of State for the good one down there, Jay Ashcroft.
How do you say it?
Ashcroft?
Yep.
Jay Ashcroft, great man, great Secretary of State, is what we should have our Secretary of State.
He's trying to clean up the Eric, the voter rolls, but he looked at, I was there, and he looked at Linda's system, and what impressed me, there was another guy in the room and he's kind of a naysayer, he'd ask us, well look on page 32, look on page 44.
Oh, it's going to be slow.
No, it's not.
Ain't wrong.
You know, everything they asked Linda, everything that was asked, even this last week, Linda, you had an answer for, and not only an answer, but a great answer.
Better than, when you make a product, think of this as a product, everybody.
It's better than any, this isn't just going back in time to a handcart.
It's better than any system ever.
And so everybody, thanks, Linda.
I know we got to go.
We're running into Brad's hour here, but this is Such an important night because I want to send a warning to all the rhinos out there, all the traitors of this country.
We're not going to take it anymore.
We are going to get to the finish line, get rid of these electronic voting machines, get our election platforms fixed, and have elections instead of selections, no matter if you're there or not.
We're coming through your state.
And we're not going to put it.
This little stop sign here, that old shame for S.O.S.
I'm going to instead of stop election fraud, I'm going to take that out and stop shame for S.O.S.
That's what I'm going to make.
I'm going to make my own signs.
All right.
Thanks, man.
Thanks, Linda.
Thank you, Linda.
