You're sleeping even better!
And cooler too!
And you're looking good!
Feeling good!
I knew you would!
Visit MyPillow.com This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with
hope by offering practical and achievable action points to assist you in defending and
preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Good evening and welcome to the broadcast.
I'm sitting in for Mike Lindell tonight who is out on business and has been traveling across the country setting up meetings and conducting meetings for the Crime Bureau, the Election Crime Bureau that he is setting up.
I'm going to be joined tonight by attorney Kurt Olson to talk about the Kerry Lake case and others.
Kerry Lake will join us tomorrow night here on the broadcast.
I'm also going to be joined by Noel Fritsch to talk about, well, Speaker McCarthy releasing the thousands of hours of video footage from January 6 as it's being reported tonight to Fox News.
That's got many people upset and I think rightfully so.
That footage belongs to the people.
It should be released to the American people, to all people, for us all to start combing through and watching.
Not to one news agency and for sure not Rupert Murdoch's Fox News.
That's a little disgusting, Kevin.
Maybe, Kevin, it's time for a vote already to clear the chair.
Then we'll be joined by Joe Hoft, who I think wants to vent on that, as well as a story about election fraud and a sheriff investigating it in California.
And then this equity panel that the Biden regime is putting together to transform all government agencies.
And then finally, Tina Peters, she's going to join us as she's running for The head of the GOP.
She's running to be the chair of the GOP in Colorado.
I think our friend Matt DiPerno is doing the same in Michigan.
Joining me now is attorney Kurt Olson.
Kurt, thanks for joining us tonight.
Hey Brandon, thanks for having me.
Glad to have you with us.
We really appreciate your making time.
I know you're super busy.
You are working on a case right now.
Is this the one headed to the Supreme Court after Kerry Lake's case was shot down?
The Arizona Supreme Court.
Arizona Supreme Court, sorry.
Yeah, that's why I hesitated for a second.
So yes, we will be petitioning the Arizona Supreme Court to hear the appeal, the Court of Appeals' denial of release.
And it's important, you know, in terms of this case, this is not a dispute over facts.
What the Court of Appeals did is essentially ratify lawlessness in elections in Arizona.
And so this isn't a dispute that, hey, Maricopa County followed the law, but just didn't do it well enough.
They actually flat out didn't do it.
And in one case with chain of custody, they admit they don't follow the law.
They said there's too many ballots to count on election day.
At Central at the Central County Station, which is their M Tech Center, and so they flat out admitted it.
And likewise, with respect to logic and accuracy tests that are required under Arizona law, they did not perform that.
And so from from an appellate standpoint, these are.
It's a critical distinction.
We're not merely arguing about, you know, facts and somebody's interpretation of the facts they put up.
Did not follow the law in the Court of Appeals decision.
essentially ratifies that failure to follow law, which cannot stand.
So let me get this right.
Did you just say that they said that there are too many ballots to count?
Yeah, that's what Maricopa said in their answering brief on appeal.
They said, so let me back up.
So chain of custody, which is incredibly important for ensuring the integrity of the votes.
When you have ballots that are placed into drop boxes, you need to know if the ballots that are put there are not siphoned off or that there are additional ballots not inserted into the process between the time, say, the ballots are transferred from the drop boxes to central count.
You know, you're and so that the chain of custody, knowing that there are 552 ballots, say, in a drop box, and that's 552 ballots that show up to be counted at M tech, knowing that That actually occurs is incredibly important to ensuring the integrity.
And the Arizona law mandates that.
The Arizona law mandates that once the drop boxes are emptied and put into secure lock bins, and those bins are then brought to MTEC, that as soon as those bins, which are sealed, are opened up, they are to be counted.
Maricopa admits that they don't do that on election day.
They do it all the other days.
They know what the law is, but In their brief, they said that there are too many ballots coming in on election day to count.
So they estimate them, and then they put them in trays, and they run them up to RunBack, which is a third-party processor that then scans the ballot envelopes for the signatures.
And then those ballots are then transferred back to EmTech to be opened and processed and counted.
What happened in this case is a manifestation of their failure to count the ballots. So, Emtech estimated
that they had 275,000 ballots that were being trucked up to Runbeck on election night.
Runbeck's logs show that they received 263,379 ballots. Runbeck's logs for their scanning of the
ballot envelopes, however, show that they scanned 298,142 ballots. So, 35,000 ballots,
a discrepancy, poof, created out of thin air.
Those 298,142 ballots are then transferred back to EmTech to be counted and processed.
So there you have a manifestation, a discrepancy of 35,000 ballots, which is far higher than the difference separating Terry Lake and Katie Hobb.
And not only that, You have, for example, on November 9th, the count or the Secretary of State reported X number of ballots.
And then on November 10th, they reported that there were 25,000 more.
So these guys can't even get their story, you know, get anything straight.
There's absolutely no control.
But each time this is a an error, a discrepancy that exceeds the margin between Katie House and Carrie Lake.
And that's per se violative of the law, and it's a manifestation.
The Court of Appeals called this issue, you know, a mathematical discrepancy or a mathematical, I'll get it right here, because it was questionable mathematics is what they call it.
No, it's not.
That's a per se discrepancy that exceeds the margin between the two candidates and should result in nullification or setting aside of the selection on that issue alone.
Absolutely.
This is the first time I've ever heard these facts, and this is what we do here at Lyndell TV many, many, many hours out of the week.
All in the briefing, I'll tell you that.
Okay, well, that's good to hear.
So am I wrong in saying that the facts you just presented have not been widely presented to the American people?
Apparently so, Brandon.
If you hadn't heard it, you have to dig through the briefs to see it.
I mean, it's up front.
Wow.
So why do you believe the lower court refused?
And they did, right?
They just refused to hear her case altogether, right?
Well, no, they addressed the papers and then they ignored all these issues in their opinion.
And their opinion said what?
That opinion denied the relief and they called, for example, what I just described to you as questionable mathematics.
Okay.
So in layman terms, when they deny, what they're saying is there's no case here.
Correct.
And what they've done is essentially ratify lawlessness.
There was a failure, a deliberate failure, by the way, to not follow, on Maricopa County's part, to not follow the law.
They did not perform logic and accuracy testing, which gave rise to the pandemonium and chaos on election day.
There were over 200,000 ballot rejections on election day.
At the vast majority, over 60% of the vote centers.
And that created chaos in the election.
The court ignored all that evidence.
Maricopa actually falsely stated that those issues had been resolved early in the day.
We got a hold of the results from the system log files that showed, these are the tabulators, and it shows exactly what happened with respect to rejections.
There were over 7,000 ballot rejections every half hour, beginning at around 6 a.m.
as soon as the polls open, all the way through 8 p.m.
that night on the time that the polls closed.
Is that just in Maricopa County alone?
Yes, this is all about Maricopa County.
So you're saying 7,000 ballots rejected every, did you say every hour?
There were 7,000 ballot rejections.
So every time a piece of paper, every time a ballot is inserted, If it's rejected, it could be the same ballot inserted multiple times.
So if a ballot is inserted four times, that would be four rejections.
But what it does is it creates chaos.
There were hours-long lines out in the streets.
People couldn't vote.
People have jobs to do.
They can't wait for hours in line to vote.
And so this issue was widespread.
Over 60% of the 223 vote centers experienced these problems, this chaos, if you will.
And that disenfranchised Republican voters, Republicans come out at at least three to one on election day, the day, you know, November 8th in this case.
And so if this had happened in any other community, there would obviously be a new election right away.
As a matter of fact, interestingly enough, in Munich, Germany, something very, Berlin, excuse me, that happened in 2021.
And in November 22, the courts there, Wow.
Do you have any reason to believe, Counselor, that these machines were set in order to have this failure rate?
at the election centers.
And in February of this year, the election was held and the party that won was actually thrown out.
Wow.
Do you have any reason to believe, counselor, that these machines were set in order
to have this failure rate?
That they were set to do that?
What we do know is that Clay Parikh, our expert, inspected a subset of ballots.
Now in the trial, you're not allowed discovery.
There's one issue in these election contests that you're allowed to look at and get discovery on, and that is a one-day inspection of the ballots.
So we sent Clay Parikh in there, and what he found was that everywhere he looked, about 48% of the ballots he inspected from six vote centers, all six of them had ballots that were mis-signed.
19-inch ballot image imprinted on a 20-inch piece of paper, which When a scanner, a tabulator, is trying to read that ballot, it can't.
Because if the, what are called the timing marks, that allow the scanner to read and recognize which oval stands for which candidate, so it can properly read the ballot, those are all off-center because the ballot image is not what the scanner was configured for.
And so, all of those ballots would be rejected.
And this was everywhere he looked, contrary to what Wow.
Yeah, thank you.
That's what I was getting ready to say.
You can only have the wrong size paper unless you were doing that on purpose.
Yeah, exactly.
looked at. Wow. So only if Clay testified that could only be done with intent. Yeah. Thank you.
That's what I was gonna say. You can only have the wrong size paper unless you were doing that
on purpose. Yeah, exactly. It's not the wrong size paper.
It's the wrong size image. So you have Okay.
That's interesting.
You just said it's not the wrong size paper, but the wrong size image.
Correct.
So when a voter would go to the vote center to vote, they had what are called ballot on demand printers.
And so you would check in, go through, say who you are, check your address.
Okay.
You get this ballot.
They would print these ballot on demand printers would then automatically print out your ballot.
Well, they were set to print many of them at a 19 inch ballot image.
That shrunk the image on the 20-inch paper, which misaligned what are called the timing marks.
Which would make it fail.
Correct.
And they need that failure rate, if you're playing the idea that this was rigged, which I am, they needed that failure rate in order to have those then taken and put in a box somewhere, and those are these ones you're talking about, the 275,000, right?
Those are Election Day Dropbox ballots.
So $275,000, those come from Dropboxes.
Okay.
These are not ballots from the vote centers.
Okay, so this is something completely different than $275,000.
Okay.
Okay, two separate.
Glad, glad you pointed that out.
So this, though, the failing, though, the failure, which seems to be a purpose, would then cause those to go into another bag or another box, right?
They call them Door 3 ballots.
Say that one more time?
Oh, those Door 3 ballots, where they Cannot be read, so they're gonna be read up at Central Count.
Okay.
But that is a significant issue for sure.
But it's the chaos that was caused by this.
This is what caused lines out the door at these vote centers that were hours long, and people were giving up.
People could see this on the news, and so, well, I'm not gonna go fight that.
And so you had significant numbers of Republican voters And actually Democrats as well, but because Election Day is predominantly Republicans, they were the ones most likely affected.
And these problems, by the way, occurred at vote centers that were disproportionately higher in Republican concentration.
So that is evidence of targeting.
So, Counselor, what is your prediction in regards to when this case will be held at the Arizona Supreme Court?
Have they agreed to take it?
And are you going to be making the argument?
I will be making the argument.
It is not an appeal as of right.
They do not have to take.
So it's a petition requesting that the Arizona Supreme Court take the case.
And I feel very strongly that they should and will, because this decision by the Court of Appeals, as I said earlier, essentially ratifies lawlessness.
It's not a question of Following the law but not doing it properly.
They just ignored the law completely.
And you can't have elections that way.
And there's been a manifestation of the harm.
And so when do you think, when will you, have you filed your paperwork to the Supreme Court in Arizona?
No, you have 30 days from, you have 30 days from the date the order comes down to file that petition seeking review.
I expect we'll be doing it in short order.
Well, well before the 30 days.
And generally how long does it take before you get a yay or a nay?
Well, we'll be asking for the court to consider it on an expedited basis.
The court has indicated in some prior rulings that it is watching this very closely.
We had moved for the court to transfer the case immediately to the Arizona Supreme Court and essentially bypass the Court of Appeals.
The court denied that twice, but what the court did, which is interesting, they ruled en banc, meaning the entire court was in on that ruling, or both those rulings denied.
And what they said in the denial was that we expect the Court of Appeals to develop a full record, to move expeditiously, and through that implicitly indicate that it's a case that I think they will take.
And when you say, if they rule to set aside the election, does that mean a new election just in Maricopa County or statewide?
Well, if they set aside the election, that means the results would stand for everything except Maricopa County.
So there would not be a new election based on that alone.
However, the relief that we are seeking includes a new election.
Statewide?
Statewide?
Right now it's just for Maricopa County because that's the defendant.
But that would be an equitable relief and certainly, you know, we'll have to see.
But in terms of what we've asked for is a new election in Maricopa County not run by these officials which are at best incompetent.
Wow.
Kurt Olson, thank you so much for being with us, Kurt.
I always ask this, but do you have a website or anything you want to promote?
We always let guests promote whatever they want.
Okay, and you are on Truth Social under Kurt Olson.
Correct.
FrankSpeech.com, I'll promote that all day long.
Okay, and you are on True Social under Kurt Olson.
Correct.
And let's make sure people understand how to spell his name correctly.
K-U-R-T and then O-L-S-E-N.
Excellent.
All right.
Not the Swedish.
That's right.
Thank you, Counselor.
Thank you.
Kurt Olson.
Kurt Olson.
Check it in.
Check him out on True Social under Kurt Olson.
K-U-R-T-O-L-S-E-N.
All right.
All right.
Joining me now is Noel Fritsch.
Noel is the proprietor of National File.
Nationalfile.com.
Nationalfile.com.
Noel, thanks for being with us tonight.
Thanks for having me.
I appreciate it.
No, Brandon.
I mean, I know I look old.
I don't probably am old enough to be your dad, but no.
So, Noel, tell me this.
When I heard the news today that, and again, I got reports going around that he is getting the footage.
There was, first there's reports that Kevin was gonna, may release, it was, but now I'm reading a lot of reports that that's happened.
So I don't know if you can tell me or not, has Kevin McCarthy released the footage to Fox News?
True to form, Mr. Little Kevin, the roommate to Frank Lutz, has decided to negotiate whatever it is he wants to do with the conservatives out in the country via the liberal press, Axios News.
And the news that Axios reported today was that he's going to hand over, Kevin is going to hand over, on behalf of the House of Representatives and the Congress, I'm hearing now 40,000 hours of footage.
I thought before there was only 14,000 hours.
I know!
Now look, it was 41,000 hours.
I have dyslexia, so maybe someone else does it and they just flip the numbers.
I don't know.
But I heard 14,000.
I'm like, wait a minute, where'd you get this 41?
I'm like you.
I'm always dotting my T's and crossing my I's.
It doesn't work good for me either, Brandon.
So yeah, no, I don't know about this.
And of course, it's three times almost the amount of footage that they were talking about previously.
Here's where I'm at on this.
It's now like two months almost into this speakership, and people have been beating the drum, beating the drum forever.
Credible reports, and we got to give credit.
Obviously, the Freedom Caucus, 20, who held strong and pushed weak votes.
The J6 people who have been there for a year almost.
Vigiling longer than that.
Many of them have even like moved to the area to spotlight what's going on at that horrible prison in DC over there near the RFK Stadium, former stadium site.
And Laura Loomer actually has done some great reporting on this and she has very credible reports and we're covering this at National File.
That there were members of Congress who were told directly by Kevin himself that he wouldn't be releasing the footage and that was over the weekend going back several days into last week.
Well, all of a sudden we wake up this morning and we get the news that they're going, or he plans on releasing it anyway.
I still haven't seen the footage.
Brandon, I don't know about you.
Have you seen the footage?
I haven't seen it.
Nope.
So as far as I'm concerned, and as far as the people who were, you know, cheering for the Freedom Caucus were concerned for the first week of January, uh, here in 2023, I don't think that that footage can be considered to have been released.
And this is, I'm just going to go ahead and call it what it is.
It's a fake footage release.
It's a fake footage release.
This, and the MO, it's really important that, and we talked about this, Brandon, um, whenever I get the chance to join you, um, Your audience is is keyed into how to discern between what's real and what's not, what's fake, what's for sale.
And we know Kevin McCarthy's for sale.
He's owned by China and any other number of other countries that are not America first.
And so you got to ask the question, how come we haven't done a full footage release?
Why isn't it being hosted somewhere on an open source server that's secure?
Of course, it can be Protected there so that it doesn't go anywhere.
Can't be doctored or anything like that.
Like akin to what a WikiLeaks would do.
How difficult is it to get that?
Instead, what we're doing is we're following Mr. Elon Musk, who's very cozy with China.
We're following and Matt Taibbi's modus operandi of A slow drip, drip, drip, and these other people get to determine for us what we think they think we ought to see.
It's ridiculous.
Yeah, because wasn't one of Rupert Murdoch's kids raising a bunch of money for Joe Biden?
So are we really going to trust the Murdoch clan to look through this $14,000?
I don't know if I said flip the numbers or flip the letters.
I meant to say flip the numbers if I said otherwise.
But yeah, if it's $14,000, now I've got 41,000 hours, I don't know what it is.
Are we going to trust the Rupert Murdoch clan to go through it and tell us what we should and should not see?
No.
Again, this belongs to the people.
Why should the footage taken by our government, and we pay for it, be given to one corporation to profit from and benefit from for their ratings?
That's a joke.
Everybody should have it.
Every person, broadcaster, non-broadcaster, journalist, non-journalist, Every taxpaying American should have the right to see it at the same time everybody else sees it, as you said, at one time.
This is a joke.
And if he really does this, I think we should flood Capitol Hill with phone calls to vacate the chair and McCarthy gone.
100%.
If he doesn't release it, motion to vacate the chair.
This is a violation of trust.
And by the way, McCarthy's best butt buddy over there, Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has any number of new boyfriends.
It was hard to keep up now that she's a free lady and Perry has set her free.
This lady is a fraud.
I'm just going to say it.
There have been guys out there in the news space who've been calling it for a long time.
Some of them I know you're familiar with.
Some of them Mike Lindell knows, pals of ours.
Guys that, you know, we like, that we trust.
And look, it takes every kind, every flavor.
Laura Loomer is in everybody's cup of tea.
I love her.
She's my favorite battle axe, period.
I love Laura Loomer.
She's a weapon.
And there's other guys out there in the news space who have been caught right, they have been right on Marjorie all the way along.
One of those is Stu Peters, Teddy Daniels.
And these guys have been swimming in that Freedom Caucus swamp.
And the Freedom Caucus is a swamp.
Ladies and gentlemen, I can tell you firsthand, many, many members of the Freedom Caucus are compromised, starting with Jim Jordan.
Starting with Jim Jordan.
Yes, you heard it here.
Jim Jordan is part of the swamp.
He's cutting deals with McCarthy left and right, and so obviously is The other de facto leader of the Freedom Caucus, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
She's out there bad-mouthing and belittling people who have been working hard to get this footage released and to, by the way, get the prisoners released.
We're not even talking about the prisoners.
They should have been released a long time ago.
Marjorie's oversight committee can literally take charge of D.C.
tomorrow.
Why won't Marjorie's oversight committee take charge of D.C.
And and release I think there's 30 prisoners left the feds have been very wise they've moved a lot of those prisoners out to different prisons And a lot of these charges are federal and so they have purview over them But they should have been they should have been released these charging attorneys clearly should have found some sort of arrangement for people who took a tour of a building and may it may be at worst if you want to call it that trespassed and But Marjorie's out there belittling people who are helping to break this news, who are waging the battle on behalf of these poor political prisoners in prison, and now we're even having a fight over who gets to see the evidence that almost assuredly will exonerate the vast majority of the people that the DOJ is charging.
How do you not call Marjorie an accomplice to false imprisonment at this point?
I do.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is an accomplice to false imprisonment of the J6 political prisoners.
Are you telling me that Jim Jordan is going to go down like Trey Gowdy?
All talk, no action?
100%.
What congressional hearing have you ever seen get anything done?
And that's all they keep on asking for because that's what they want.
We want congressional hearings so we can go on Fox and we can fundraise.
And now I got $10 million in the bank.
Period.
End of story.
That's the end of that congressional hearing racket.
Wow.
All right.
Let's go to one other article.
Folks, if you look at the screen here, we go to worldviewreport.com.
It's our aggregated news site.
Oh, you don't have my computer?
All right.
Well, if you go to worldviewreport.com, go to worldviewreport.com, you'll see one of these articles here.
And it is linking you back to nationalfile.com, nationalfile.com, which Noel runs.
And it is about D.C.
Undercover D.C.
police officers pushed January 6th crowd towards Capitol and climbed barriers.
I was going to play some video, but for some reason they're not picking up my computer in there.
But tell me what this is all about, because we've got video footage of these guys.
It looks like they're undercover cops helping to orchestrate all this on January 6th, wearing Trump gear.
Yes.
Look, there have been some reporters out there who have done some pretty good work on this.
Revolver News, Julie Kelly, and Am Greatness.
Here's the thing that I would look out for, though, when you're reading news, when you're consuming news.
What is, the question you got to ask yourself, what is the remedy?
What is the remedy, Brandon?
And when you have individuals who are caught on camera essentially helping, and as an accessory to a quote-unquote crime, are they not guilty too?
And if they were the ones who helped to cause this crime, then And if they're not guilty, then are the ones who perpetrated the crime then also guilty?
Look, what they risk by releasing this video is a total breakdown of their carefully created and orchestrated artificial reality now that we've been going on two plus years since January of 2021.
And if that falls apart and people start to see, oh, actually this, we got problems on our hands.
I mean, we already know the emperor has no clothes.
What they risk is America at large learning that the emperor has no clothes, Brandon.
And so that's really what the key here is, is remedy.
And I got to say, a lot of the press over the last two years having to do with J6 hasn't been about remedy.
It's been almost about creating a new piece of turf in the news space to just create the turf in the news space and kind of kick the can down the road.
We want remedy.
I know you guys want remedy.
National File wants remedy.
Mike Lindell clearly wants remedy, and he's willing to put his money where his mouth is.
It's time for remedy.
To steal a line from a lot of our social justice warrior pink knitted hat, I'm not going to say the word, wearing friends.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
And it's been denied for far too long.
Indeed.
Here's some footage coming out now, body footage.
You've got this on your website.
What is this footage?
So, you've got a couple of bike cops, and it seems obvious that at one point, as they come into the crowds, are pushing folks and helping folks, corralling folks into the wrong spaces.
And we see this happening again at the building.
There's multiple instances.
I mean, and we don't have, I don't even know what the percentage that we have of footage, Brandon, from J6.
But we know!
Now he's about to confront these guys and watch this.
Let's see, I think the audio is going to come on.
Hey, how you guys doing?
Quick question.
Excuse me a second.
Just doing my investigation.
Asking this respectfully, is anyone armed?
Anyone else?
Oh, police.
Police?
Yeah, law enforcement.
Do you show me your credentials?
That's the one we were watching.
Got it.
Okay.
Appreciate it.
Appreciate it.
That's all I need.
You gotta do a little bit better at hiding that.
Alright, so what do you make of that?
Oh man, this is the Spider-Man meme from the internet, Brandon.
I don't know if you're familiar with the Spider-Man meme.
You got this guy, this pointing at that Spider-Man, and it's almost like the end of a Scooby-Doo episode and they pull the hat off and you see who it was.
It's a clown show, and over the summer, it was Fedboy Summer, there was another meme.
The memes are never-ending, in fact, and this is why the right can meme and the left cannot, because they currently, and just consistently, they make a new meme every other couple of weeks of themselves being clowns.
And now, you know, it's funny, and we make light of it, but the reality is that these are the jokers who are obviously looking for To collar, quote-unquote, perps, okay?
And there's people who are rotting in prison right now.
Jake Lang, rotting in prison.
He may or may not have gotten violent, I understand.
I don't know the details and specifics of every single case.
I know in the vast majority of cases, these J6 prisoners are political prisoners who are non-violent, who are being held.
There's going to be a Twitter space a little later tonight on Twitter at about 9.30 Eastern.
I'll go ahead and break that on the news with you now.
The link will be up maybe in about an hour.
And Derek Evans, who was a gentleman who's an elected representative in West Virginia, was invited into the building by police, okay?
Ended up doing, and he essentially had to because he has four kids, young children.
He did 90 days in prison on bogus federal charges, Brandon.
Wow.
This is what we're looking at.
It's a prison planet, to borrow a phrase from Alex Jones.
Wow.
Nationalfile.com.
Nationalfile.com.
Thanks for your reporting over there, Noel.
Yes, sir.
Thanks.
Appreciate it.
Noel, checking out his website.
Check it out.
Nationalfile.com.
Joining me now is Joe Hoff with The Gateway Pundit.
Joe, thank you for joining us tonight here on The Lindell Report.
It's great being here.
Thanks.
Thank you.
Great to see you.
Hey, you've got a great article over here at the Gateway Pundit.
Here's the headline.
Biden gives power.
It's not great in that we're not happy about the news, but we're happy someone's exposing it.
Biden gives power to Susan Rice for sweeping racial equity makeover of the federal government.
Agency equity teams to be established to run all departments Re-educate workers.
What does this mean, Joe?
Yeah, this is really some devastating stuff.
It's similar to the CR.
And it's really based on, fundamentally, on socialism.
And that's really what they're doing here, Brendan.
When you look at it, what they're trying to say is, hey, we're not going to reward you anymore based on your work ethic, your knowledge, your experience.
Your education, your ability to put, you know, to do the job.
We're going to now recognize you and award you based on some sort of, you know, bogus parameter like race.
And it's it's it's against the law, I'd say.
I think it goes against pretty much everything that we grew up knowing, Brendan.
And this is this is today's Democrat Party.
So from the past, they were the racist Slave owners in the South.
And today and over the KKK, we know the whole story there about how the Democrats have consistently sided with racism.
And now here they're really doing it again.
This is kind of a reverse racism, though.
And the culprits and the bad guys now are basically Caucasians.
And we've been under this attack for some time.
Actually, Brendan, I was thinking about this earlier as you invited me to come on.
Years ago, back in 1990, There was an affirmative action effort at a corporation that I worked for in St.
Louis, and they actually had seven promotions at one time, and of those promotions, they gave them to all, either minorities, women, and the only, the seventh guy that wasn't a minority, a woman, was a guy whose dad was one of the bigwigs in the corporation.
This has been around for a long time, this affirmative action stuff, and maybe it had some merits at one time, but I think most Americans are over that today, but they're trying to push it back on us, and I just think it's evil fundamentally as well.
It's not just socialists, but it's evil.
What these guys are trying to get us to recognize now is that we're different, and we're different by color, and that certain colors of individuals are Are you know us for you know are gaining and they shouldn't be because there are certain color and so we need to mix this all together and and and stop rewarding people based on their efforts and let's just start.
Let's just start a program here to start rewarding people based on race.
and so it's an executive order by biden and look at all the agencies you list in the article here
at the gateway pundit all the agencies involved i couldn't help but notice the department of
transportation well by all means let's hire people that aren't qualified let's hire people
that are politically correct cultural marxist pushing whatever agenda they can come up with
because we know we know no consequences can come from hiring people that are not qualified uh when
it comes to things like oh i don't know running the railroads or overseeing the railroads because
i mean so i mean we've not had any kind of lesson on that lately have we means
You know I kind of want the most qualified individual flying the plane that I'm in it's kind of a you know something that's a bit dangerous you're right the railroads a great case in point Coming up and there's a lot of effort in our railroads to make things safe.
I, you know, I know that, but, but yeah, we need, we need the most qualified people at these positions.
And some people are more qualified in certain areas than others.
It's just kind of the way it is that quite, quite often it's based on, you know, education, work ethic, experience, knowledge, and, and maybe even, you know, personalities mixed in there as well.
People that with good, You know, attitude always seemed to succeed as well.
Maybe the meek as well.
The meek, meek, meek too.
Humble.
So those are the characteristics that have worked really well and made America one of the greatest countries ever in world existence.
And so these guys are trying to destroy this country again, just in a different angle.
And we saw what they did with this CRT stuff.
This stuff's gross.
The critical race theory.
And they're changing.
They're lying about our history now.
They're trying to say that, oh, we're just an evil country that That's, you know, that's been slave traders from the start and the slaves, you know, built this country.
And well, yeah, they they they helped.
But the northern states was much bigger than the southern during the Civil War.
And there was no slavery there.
And only one out of one out of four people during the Civil War had slaves.
So one out of four people was a slave.
So it's a small it was a small percentage.
There was a lot of people that gave their lives in the Civil War fighting for.
Let's look at another story you're covering on The Gateway Pundit tonight, and that is this one here.
This sheriff discloses massive voter fraud anomalies in California County.
to meet their agenda and it's not fair and it's not honest.
Let's look at another story you're covering on the Gateway Pundit tonight,
and that is this one here.
This sheriff discloses massive voter fraud anomalies in California County.
What can you tell us about that?
Yeah, that's something.
So they went in to arrest this one guy for some non-election related issues, and they found like 41 ballots at his home.
And then they gave a presser, the sheriff of that county in California, gives a presser and mentions, hey, by the way, you know, we found all this other stuff.
We've got like 4,000 individuals on our voter rolls that are over the age of 90.
And it's pretty much impossible that that's the case.
Uh, for the County, uh, because there's only like 10,000 people over the age of 80 and the numbers per actuary table would suggest that there's not that many people at 90, uh, if you only have 10,000 over 80.
So, uh, some real funny numbers and, you know, from coming out of that County and the Sheriff, uh, was, uh, was, uh, I think, you know, well-educated enough to, to bring these other points up.
Hey, our voter rolls there in, in California.
are you know they're messed up and he's making a point of it and let's hope that that gets fixed as well so you know happy to see that as a little bit of a final thing that as you about is what
you make of we don't know now we're being told 14,000 hours never being told 41,000 hours I don't know how many hours
are talking here but hours of footage captured on January 6 and Kevin McCarthy is supposedly gonna release it to Fox
News, I don't know if that's true or not, Noel was saying that maybe a head fake, we don't know, but it should not, I
don't think it should be released to one media outlet.
I know here at Lyndell TV, WVW TV, you at the Gateway Pundit, I could go on and on.
You know, we would love to have something like that because then we can garner all the audience to us and we can, of course, you know, use it for our own financial benefit or gain or building our audience.
I mean, why should Fox News, A, be allowed to use this to build their business and turn eyeballs and advertise their dollars?
That's wrong.
That is footage that belongs to the American people.
The American people paid for it.
It should be public domain.
But then just from a flat out fairness of being the fact it is the property of the people,
and I don't want Rupert Murdoch's company, which I think one of the Rupert Murdoch kids
was raising massive money for the Bidens.
This should be released to all the people, every American, whether it's a company or an individual, all at one time.
What do you make of this tonight?
If this is actually a true report, if it does happen or even is being considered, what are your thoughts?
A number of people may be repeating the story, but it seems pretty legit that this is what's happening.
I haven't heard any mention that it's not true.
I guess Tucker Carlson, maybe this evening, might say something.
Tucker seems to be the only one left on Fox, and in a large sense, this really seems to be covering some things, but he hasn't done a great job on, as you know, election integrity or even these January Sixers.
I think lately he's maybe had some mention of it, but it's not like he's been, you know, the point of the spear on this issue at all.
So I agree with what you're saying there.
And it reminds me, too, of the arguments people were saying about Twitter, when Elon Musk says, OK, I'm going to bring these people in, a couple of these guys real far left.
And they're going to, but they're, they're now more, you know, more biased today or unbiased today.
And I'm like, I don't buy it.
I don't buy it.
And, uh, but they were the ones that he then used or somehow gave access to his Twitter, uh, to release information.
And there's some stuff in there that we know of Gateway Pundit was the number one entity that they were targeting, uh, in this EIP, uh, the election integrity project, which basically worked with the government and Stanford and Twitter.
And all these entities together to notify Twitter when a tweet or a story's coming up from an entity like ours, and then censor it.
And we haven't seen our name mentioned yet in any of these releases coming out of Twitter, and I still don't have my Twitter account back.
Wow.
So the same argument comes from there.
It's like people were saying, how come we're trusting these?
Some guys were radically left in their past.
How come we're trusting them to feed us the information?
How about just give us it all and we'll do our own vetting.
We'd appreciate that more because we'd like to know what's in there.
And that hasn't been done with Twitter.
So now here we got the same thing.
Maybe this is an effort to basically manage the information that's going to come out of there.
So there's certain things that Fox News will be focusing on and there's maybe some agreement there.
We don't know.
I don't know.
There may be stuff that they're not going to see because they haven't even followed the story.
I want to maybe mention this.
Jim at the Gateway Pond and my twin brother set up this site, and it's up on the top for our website.
It's called AmericanGulag.org.
And this has been in place now for maybe almost two years.
And what it is, is we started an inventory of these people that have been unjustly arrested, an inventory of the now 900 or more people that are sitting in jail.
We just had an article about a guy Yesterday, that's been sitting in jail, was beat up, been sitting in jail for two years, still doesn't have a court date.
I mean, this is the kind of stuff that's happening that we've been reporting on daily.
And you can go to this American Gulag and Google all these guys, look up these guys, see who's been arrested, see what their charges were.
You talk to somebody like the guy from walk away campaign, Brandon Straka.
He never should have been arrested.
He did nothing wrong.
He was on the side of the Capitol.
That nobody on that side of the Capitol knew that they were singing songs.
You know, they didn't know there was any violence going on.
And they tried to arrest him, and they did.
And they threatened him and did all sorts of stuff.
Made his life a living hell for a year.
He did nothing wrong.
Same with that Dr. Gold, Simone Gold from America's Frontline Doctors.
She was there with a blowhorn, planning to be there to talk about COVID.
She gets arrested for being in the Capitol.
You know, the thing that grabs me, Brandon, of the whole thing With the capitals that I never saw a no trespass sign ever in any location at that capital.
And these people were invited in and then they get thrown in prison.
Some of them without even court dates to this day.
Four Trump people died that day.
And I think there's good evidence that they were murdered.
And so what was going on?
One thing that somebody brought up the other day that really grabs me, Brendan, is that On one side of the Capitol was the violence.
On the other side, like I said, where Brandon Strzok was, there was no violence.
And they're inviting people in.
Those people don't know that they're walking into a hornet's nest because they're going to come back and get them.
And yet then there's these other people, Brandon, that we know, like Ray Epps and people that were walking around in Pelosi's office that are getting off with hardly any crimes at all.
We know Antifa was there.
We actually wrote a piece back almost two years ago.
We identified some individuals from Ukraine that were there, that were related to this battalion, the Azov battalion.
They were even outside the office, outside of the Capitol, right there along the Capitol wall.
And then Russian TV, or not Russian, but one of the other sources, maybe it was Ukrainian TV, then called these guys Russian and said Russians were there.
And it's like, Well, that wasn't true either.
There was a lot of conspiracy, a lot of stuff that happened there.
And it'd be great to get the videos to see.
And maybe you've also seen, Brendan, the fact that that day somebody released a video showing it looked like a bunch of Antifa guys jumping into the into the Capitol first before anybody.
And we saw that.
And we put together we grabbed film right after it all happened, going through like a download from Parler and some other sources.
And we went through it.
And we found, you know, amazing stuff of people and every day more and more is coming out.
But we need to see those videos.
We know the stories.
We need to see those videos so we can start piecing all this together.
Throwing it to a few people at Fox News is to me, it's maybe a strategy.
Yeah.
Yeah, it never was.
It's outrageous.
and take selfies, I mean how can that be trespassing?
How's that trespassing if you're saying come on in?
Yeah, it never was, it's outrageous.
And it's the police, it's the police doing it.
Yeah, and that's ultimately, then they charge people with trespassing and then throw all these other charges on.
They're just totally bogus on this.
I mean, I think it's just, I think it's just, I think it's, I mean, I think it's just, I think it's just, I think it's
just, I mean, so many of our constitutional rights were broken there.
You can't overcharge people.
You can't hold them in prison or jail longer than is adequate or necessary.
You have to give them a fair trial.
It has to be timely.
And your sentencing needs to be reasonable based on the charge.
There are people there that never, ever, maybe should have been even arrested, let alone thrown in jail.
I talked to Judge Napolitano.
A year or so ago on my radio program and he said, he said, I don't think any of these people should have been thrown in jail.
That's, that's, this is, that's why we call it the American Gulag, that website where we list all these people.
I encourage people to go out.
You want inventory who's out there in their story.
You want to see their pictures and see what's going on with their case.
Go to this site.
They're doing a great job of managing it.
It's some people that are helping on their own.
Some people that are there that are just, you know, feel for these people that did nothing wrong.
This was all, I think, more and more, and maybe you do too, Brandon.
This was a setup.
Oh yeah, it was a setup.
Absolutely.
In fact, I tweeted the night before that people shouldn't go.
You can go back to my Twitter.
I tweeted people should not go to this the night before.
I thought it was a setup the night before.
Yeah, that day on January 6th, I fortunately didn't go because I'm afraid I would have been one of those guys running down the hill or something.
So thank God I didn't go.
But I was at home watching this and we were writing the stuff, but the news was pushing all this riot, radical stuff.
And I'm like, no, this doesn't look right.
There's something not right here because Trump supporters in all year, we didn't have one broken bottle.
We didn't have one fight, one punch, nothing.
And I kept track of all the people at Trump's rallies before the 2020 election.
From Labor Day to Election Day, 1.2 million people Not a single incident.
Not a single one, Brandon.
I can't think of any that we're aware of.
And they're saying these peaceful people, American-loving people, God-loving people that are watching your show that, you know, come to the Gateway Pundit and watch my radio show.
These people weren't creating violence.
We saw it.
We have an example of a whole year.
And so there's something going on.
We knew immediately that day.
Something's up.
These guys, there's something real, real fishy here.
And now, now we have a chance to really dig into it.
I hope we can get access to this stuff.
Well, I check the site every day.
The Gateway Pundit, you're one of the general editors, right?
That's right.
Yeah.
My brother, Jim, founded the site not quite 20 years ago.
But it's been, you know, I started working with him back in 2016, kind of part-time and joined him full-time in 2020.
Excellent.
TheGatewayPundit.com.
TheGatewayPundit.com.
And check out his podcast there as well.
Joe, thanks for being with us tonight on the Lindell Report.
Thanks a lot.
Pleasure to be here.
You too, Joe.
We'll have you back.
Folks, check out thegatewaypundit.com and the American Gulag that he referenced there.
Joining me quickly before we run out of time is Tina Peters.
You know Tina Peters if you're a regular viewer.
Well, she's got news.
She's running to be chair, I think, of the GOP in Colorado.
I think our buddy Matt DiPerno is doing that up in Michigan.
Tina, welcome.
Thanks for joining us.
You bet, you bet.
Yeah, these are exciting times.
I'll tell you, this is what I believe the last-ditch effort to save Colorado.
And I thought it was Christina Caramo that was running for GOP chair.
Am I wrong about that?
Well, maybe she's running too.
I heard Matt's running.
I think they're both running, to be honest with you, but I'll have to double check.
But I heard Matt's running.
I heard Matt's running.
But now you're running for GOP chair.
How does this work?
What can you tell people, particularly those living in Colorado?
You know, they need a fighter because we need to get into the We need to go from the ballot box to the jury box and get rid of these open primaries where Democrats can actually vote in the Republican primary.
It's just unreal.
And of course, get rid of the machines.
I'm working on that.
I've proven I can raise money, you know, in four months in the Secretary of State race that they cheated out of me.
I raised more money than my other two opponents combined and the GOP is failing in that regard.
And so, you know, people need to trust the GOP again.
And, you know, I've heard this talk about starting another party and things like that.
Why?
Well, let's kick these people out and bring in the America first loving people.
And, you know, I've built the trust of the people by exposing election crimes.
I work hard.
I'm time tested, fearless.
You know, I won't back down.
And I'm prepared to close these primaries.
I'm prepared to protect the caucus that we've had since 1910 and to fight for the people of Colorado and to bring back America First properties.
And on our America First coalition, I noticed also that one of our Secretary of State candidates, her race was stolen and she just ran for and won the GOP chair in Idaho, Ms.
Dorothy Moon.
And it's doing great things up there.
So, this is the way we can still, we don't have to give up.
We can still get back our states.
Of course, Denver, Colorado is the headquarters for Dominion.
And, you know, so I will stand up, get rid of the attorney.
Can you imagine, Brandon?
The GOP here in Colorado has been using the same firm, law firm, as Dominion here in this state.
No wonder nobody's talking about elections.
Say that one more time, please.
The same attorney law firm that the GOP uses in Colorado is the one that represents Dominion.
Lobbyist for Dominion.
Wow.
OK, so for those that live in Colorado, what do they need to do to help you out?
They need to go on my website.
Well, first of all, they need to.
There's 491 voting members.
In Colorado, for the central committee that will be voting on March 11th.
So they need to find out who in their county is a voting member.
And of course, vote for me.
And they can go to tinapetersforcolorado.com.
They can follow me on Telegram, the real Tina Peters.
They can go on GiveSendGo forward slash Tina Peters.
And, you know, just follow me on Twitter.
And Telegram, and I will be speaking tonight.
I have a new show on Badlands Media, The Tina Peters Show, and I will be interviewing Sheriff Mack.
And, you know, I'm sure you all know about what's been exposed in Lodi, California, right?
About the ballots.
A city council member has been found to have ballots in his home.
And won the race there, so he has been exposed.
And you know how that happened, Brandon?
How?
The same way that I was enlightened about the criminal activity in Colorado, it was by the citizens.
By the citizens coming in, telling me as clerk about the anomalies.
Same thing here.
People going to the sheriff's office saying there's anomalies.
And one thing led to another, and God is unveiling, as you know, with the January 6th and all that's happening in elections, the fraud that's going on.
And I have Carrie Lake endorsing me and other great people, like our friend Mike Lindell and yourself, and Sheriff Mack.
So, we're gonna take the state back, and I encourage people all over the country Go put someone into your GOP chair that can make a change.
And we're going to take this country back.
I won't give up.
Tina Peters for Colorado.com.
Tina Peters for Colorado.com.
Thank you, Tina.
Appreciate it.
