	First show back from before Christmas, everybody.
	I hope everybody had the best Christmas ever.
	And this, I'm going to tell everybody right now, this is going to be the year that all the hard work over the last couple of years that we see the manifestation, the fruits of everybody's efforts out there.
	And I got some reports here, Brandon.
	I know I was going to ask you what's going on with the vote.
	They had three votes.
	I watched them today.
	Three votes, and McCarthy gets shot down on all three, and we're going to a fourth vote, I guess, tomorrow.
	Oh, it's done for the day?
	They've gaveled out for the day.
	Oh, okay.
	I did not know that.
	Now, what happens, before I get into all the reports, what happens if There's no way a Democrat can get in.
	I've been hearing people going, oh no, what if the Democrats then get some Republicans?
	But that can't happen.
	I mean, they'd have to have, I think, six Republicans jump ship.
	Why would they do that?
	I mean, that would be the end of their career.
	They're not going to get any funding.
	Who's going to fund them for the congressional committees and the special congressional organizations that fund their re-election?
	They're going to say, forget that.
	It'd be political suicide.
	OK, so my question being is, I haven't had a chance.
	I've been on the phone today with The 168 for running for the RNC chair, which we'll talk about in a minute.
	Who else did that?
	You said, I think you told me earlier, it's Jim Jordan that they're voting for, but Jim is actually... Some people stood up and not threw his name in the ring, and so some of the votes keep going to Jim Jordan.
	Okay.
	Has any of them put Donald Trump's name in there yet?
	So far I have not heard Donald Trump's name being mentioned.
	Everybody's texting me going, why doesn't somebody put his name in there and get this done?
	I think what people need to realize is that if he went in, even if it was for two or three months, I believe that he could, you know, just appoint someone or they, you know, when he would leave if he would, but I think what he could get straightened out in three months.
	Oh yeah, I mean he could appoint the Sergeant of Arms as we've discussed with Ivan.
	He could release the video footage, I guess 14,000 hours.
	I read a report today that the January 6th committee, Mike, has sealed much of that footage and documentation for 50 years.
	Five-oh.
	Now, if that is true, what on earth are they hiding?
	They're hiding a lot.
	They're not just hiding that there was no insurrection or no big plan thing.
	The FBI already came out with that report in June of 21, said that after their investigation, there was absolutely no collusion between Donald Trump or his supporters.
	But was the FBI doing that to just get themselves off the hook?
	I don't know.
	But I do hear that from Ivan, we broke into the programming today for a few minutes as he was about ready to walk into the gallery there in the house, and he says that there may be a Matt Gaetz throwing Donald Trump's name into nominating him as Speaker.
	So we'll see if that happens tomorrow.
	That would be awesome.
	If that doesn't happen, do they just keep voting and voting and voting?
	You guys, that's the way the RNC chair goes, too, I've heard.
	So, by the way, everybody, let's clear the air on that.
	We had people, I won't name no names, but that rhymes with Caroline.
	Uh, she was on Steve Bannon's show, I believe it was yesterday, and she said that Mike Lindell should, should, um, it's going to be a two-person race between Harmeet and Rana, and Mike should just stay, uh, stay supporting Donald Trump and go to his rallies and everything.
	And, and, uh, well, I got news.
	I, I didn't, uh, I didn't, uh, put my, uh, name in the hat to lose.
	I am going to be the RNC chair.
	Um, that, uh, all that little comment did was, uh, What that does is even get me more inspired, going, wow, is somebody afraid that I'm in this race or what?
	As I've been calling the 168, I've learned, and by the way, I have more than enough support.
	Is Rana below 85?
	I absolutely believe that.
	Remember everybody, It's three votes in every state and territory, so you need 85 of the 168 to win.
	The vote is at the end of January.
	I need three states to be nominated.
	I have them.
	And no, all you media that called me today, I'm not going to tell you who the states are.
	I have more than three, but I'm not going to put it there so you can go attack them.
	Because who do you think doesn't want me head of the RNC, Brannon?
	Who doesn't want you to have, of course, the media doesn't want you to have the urgency, right?
	Absolutely, they don't.
	They don't want this fixed.
	They don't want this problem fixed.
	And what I've been telling the members, and I'm not bad-mouthing Rana or Harmeet or whatever.
	I'm saying, hey, here's the problems, and here's what I'm going to do to fix them.
	And I'm going right down the list here.
	And, you know, you have five failed F's, I call them, from 2018 to the 2022 runoff in Georgia.
	And I was just asked by a guy, I was just on the phone, he says, well, Mike, why do you think we didn't have the big red wave?
	And I said, well, the number one reason is the election platforms need to be fixed.
	Now, who's two years ahead of that, Brannon?
	Uh, that would be what I've been doing for two years.
	Let's just talk about that to get these election systems, including machines gone.
	We have a lot of counties already committed to that.
	Um, that's going to manifest itself out.
	I'm very confident we're going to have our, about the best election we can get by 2024 and hopefully sooner.
	Um, and they'll just keep getting better and better as everybody follows suit.
	Once we, once we start getting, uh, judges that step it up and, uh, And look at the evidence.
	Now, uh, the person also asked me, they said, well, Mike, um, you know, I don't think it's the election platforms.
	He said, you know, um, every judge has said that there's no cheating or that there's not enough evidence.
	And I said, that's not true.
	No judge in the United States.
	And I want everybody to hear this.
	Anyone that ever says that to you, not one judge in the United States of America, None.
	Zero.
	looked at the evidence from the 2020 election, or for that matter from the
	2022 election, except for the Carrie Lee case, which I'll say in a minute, every
	case has been kicked out. What the judge calls on standing.
	No judges has looked at the evidence based on the merits and made a ruling. None.
	Zero. Zero. Well, that's gonna change.
	And you know, the judge that just, the judge of the Cary Lake case, which I'm going to talk about all the cases we have going on here that are important to give everybody updates.
	Uh, the Cary Lake case was a little different down in Arizona because that had front end things that didn't work.
	That had machine malfunctions, they called it.
	Uh, we call it something different when you use different size paper that doesn't go in the machine, right?
	That was, uh, That they say had been going on since the 2020 election, and the stuff that went on in that courtroom was just incredible amount of evidence.
	But what the judge ruled there, and the judge actually said it when he accepted the case, I'm going to make a fast ruling because I want time for an appeal.
	I believe that judge, Brandon, what he did by even in here, even in his, uh, when he made his ruling, it basically says, I don't want to be though.
	He doesn't want to be the one to set the precedent, you know, uh, would a lot of judges would not be so far.
	None.
	Um, well with that case, everybody, we are appealing that to the, um, Well, I'll go through all that, but that one there, we're in appeals right now.
	We got the appeal in last Saturday.
	The judge or the lawyers worked through the night.
	And yes, the Lindell Legal Offense Fund is funding that.

	So I'm going to come back to the cases here.
	I want to talk more about the RNC chair.
	So I'm all in, and I'm going to win.
	And I'm telling you, I plan on winning.
	And here's why.
	As I talk to these members, I'm going, OK, You take it, you look at this like a business.
	Now, when you have donor dollars, and a donor dollar comes in, and only 60 cents of that donor dollar, whether it's a micro donor or macro donor, goes to the actual cause, when you have fundraising costs, you have people on the other end getting cost of the projects, of what they put the money into that, they get a percentage of money spent, you get these middlemen You know, involved in all this.
	I'm going, well, one of the things right away, those get trimmed.
	Those costs get trimmed.
	No charity or no business should have a, or no organization should have that kind of cot to acquire the donor dollar.
	That's just ridiculous.
	And then you've got things in there like WinRed and Data Trust.
	You have the Data Trust thing.
	What I've been hearing from members, a lot of them say, well, it's a good thing, but they're not responsive.
	And I can't, there's a, there's a communication breakdown and, and, um, So one of the things I would set up right away, as you know, Brandon, I have the cause of America, which I do the call right tonight, right after this show.
	And we have all 50 states like a hub of a wheel.
	It's an information hub that goes out to all.
	So we're all on the same page.
	If something good is going on over here in a state, um, we copy that or we want to, we want to go, you know, let's, Hey, let's do it.
	Let's, uh, let's, um, All of us do it.
	If it's a good thing, if it's a good deviation, we all need to copy that.
	If something bad happened, we don't want to do it again.
	We want to fix it right away.
	And the way I look at it, the 168 heads are better than one.
	I said I would come in and create this information hub immediately so that we could all communicate instead of a few people or one person making those decisions.
	And it needs to be A lot of input going into those decisions, but it needs to be making big, good business decisions for how the money's spent.
	And you need to bring trust back to the RNC.
	I bring that back immediately.
	The donors out there, they're the ones that asked me to run some of these big donors.
	I will bring the trust back immediately to the RNC because they're going to trust me that I'm going to immediately Fix the holes and fix this boat, this powerful organization.
	Right the ship so you get return on your investment.
	You get these people, these Republicans, elected.
	You know, I've been working, one of the things too, people say, well, Mike doesn't have any experience in that.
	I've been doing it for about three years now.
	When you talk about campaigns, you talk about dealing with the precinctstrategy.com.
	There was a precinct, the committee men down at that level, working with the R and Street and the GOPs in all these states.
	I figured out today, Brandon, do you know, I've been to every state, but I believe two just in this last year.
	Wow.
	And that includes Alaska and Hawaii.
	I'm not even going to name the other two because I don't want them to say, well, why did you come to our states?
	But I was very close in both of them and we had people come over from both of them.
	But my point being is I will treat every state like it's my only state.
	Another thing that they need is that it starts with the state level and these states need money.
	They need money to operate.
	Well, you know what?
	I think I know a little bit about fundraising and raising money.
	I'll fly in, I'll speak, I'll bring speakers in.
	I've been doing donor events and fundraising for free, for not just the RNC, for many different platforms out there.
	I never charge.
	Even my salary, I'm not going to charge the RNC.
	If I believe in it so much, I'm going to put the money right back into the RNC.
	I wouldn't put a dime in it right now if I'm going, okay, my money doesn't manifest to results, to return on investment.
	And then you get into the other thing, too.
	They had a problem there where 90% of their Gmails were going into spam, or this is what I heard.
	Now, it might not have been 90, it might have been 85.
	I don't know the exact number, but that's a problem.
	That's my wheelhouse, okay?
	When you talk about Gmail or email marketing, text marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, any kind of marketing, well, I'll tell you what.
	I make sure every single day.
	I don't just check them once a month.
	Some of them we check twice a day.
	And what happened was, if you have Gmail, which is almost 40% of all the emails a person sends, and you're sending out, like I send out, I don't know, 8 million emails a day.
	The RNC, I have no idea what they're sending out, but if they have a list, who knows, it could be in the hundreds of millions.
	I don't know that part, but I don't, whatever it is, When Gmail is 40% of your platform and only 10% are going through and the rest, Google, crooked Google, is kicking them into spam.
	Well, you better check on Crooked Google, and you better check not just on your Gmails, you better look at your Yahoo, you better look at Microsoft, Hotmail, there's 30-some different platforms, everybody.
	I don't care if one of them is only 1%.
	I want to make sure I maximize that 1% because you want to be running right on all cylinders.
	I want everything, and this can all happen on parallel tracks because This is what I do, and this is what I've been doing, Brandon.
	I've been doing it for a long time.
	And one of the things I think with the RNC2 is their social media marketing.
	I mean, there can be a lot more done there.
	But to fix stuff, to make sure the platforms are always running the best they can be.
	So you're taking that donor dollar, you're maximizing it, but you're also spending it in the best places you can spend it.
	And you bring that trust back to the The donors, the micro donors, you're going to raise all the money you need and you're going to right this ship very fast because this is critical.
	The one guy asked me today, I called so many of them today, he said, he goes, well, Mike, are you going to have time to do all this?
	And I said, absolutely.
	I said, and here's why.
	What people need to know is like at my pillow, and I've said this before, 500 of my couple thousand employees, 500 of them, Have my direct cell phone number.
	They have my direct phone number.
	Now we'd say, why would you do that?
	You're the CEO of this big company.
	Because you know what?
	I give them all that.
	I give them all that number.
	And I say, I want to be called if there's a deviation or a block.
	Okay.
	A deviation or a block.
	Now, and they all know, they all know what that, you know, what that is.
	If they come in, it used to be like even an employee that came in and there was something wrong.
	Maybe he was addicted to something and they seen a change in his behavior.
	We would get him, we would take him, we would get him help, we'd pay for his help while he's gone, pay his wage even while he's gone.
	And, uh, And give them a second chance to come back.
	But I'm just giving you one example of what we do with our deviation.
	We solve the problem immediately, both in the short term and the long term.
	Now, if I don't get any calls, I can have peace.
	I can have peace to go out and do what I've been doing every day for two years.
	And that's working 15 to 16 hours a day, every day, trying to help save our country.
	And everybody knows, and everyone's going, now, one person said, well, Mike, aren't you going to, you know, we don't want you to just stop focusing on machines.
	And I'm going, I just got done saying, I, two years I've done that.
	Everything's set for that, everybody.
	We have so much, you're going to see the fruits of all that over this next year.
	It's not that we've done, I'll give an example, Brandon, the cast vote records, everybody, that I had everybody get.
	We now, um, we're actually going before a judge to show because Dominion has came in.
	I'll do that in my report here.
	Let me just finish.
	I'll tell you about the, the cast vote records and with our cases, what's going on.
	Uh, but I will tell you this, um, the, the stuff going on with our election platforms, I'm two years ahead of, That game.
	So let's say that the leadership of the RNC would bring in this advisory committee and they would go, and as things start to come out in the country, like, whoa, this is, it is true.
	Brandon, did you know a thing came out today?
	It was a poll.
	53% of the United States of the people Now believe that there's problems with electronic voting machines.
	Did you know that?
	No!
	Not by elections!
	Electronic voting machines.
	I wish I'd have sent that to you, okay?
	I can look it up.
	Now, this has taken two years to get the word out in spite of Fox.
	You should have Logan.
	Let's see what Fox still has to say about voting machines.
	We should find that out here pretty quick.
	Yeah, let's find out.
	You think Fox is...
	Maybe Fox changed their tune yet.
	When Fox changed their tune, everybody, it's over.
	Maybe in the new year, 2023, they did.
	I don't know.
	Let's see if Fox has anything to say in 2023.

	Anyway, so, but that's good news that the people are, you know, are, are realizing that everybody, they knew there was something, but now that it's over half now and that's Democrats and Republicans.
	Over half now believe that there's problems with computers in our elections, and they're right.
	So that stuff's going to manifest itself out.
	Right now, you need this amazing organization, the RNC, and we need it now more than ever.
	You can fix this stuff over here, but you still need It takes money to get the, you know, you talk about if everything's on a fair playing field, we have to have everything running perfect with the RNC and plus to improve on it.
	Brandon, the one thing, another thing too, is I do a little advertising.
	I know marketing.
	Okay.
	This, um, you want to market once this product is, is in its new form, very fast.
	Now you go market, and we will market that.
	Donors will be more than happy to pour their money in because they know they're going to have a return on their investment, and it's going to be huge.
	And we'll be able to give examples.
	One of the things I want to communicate, this is what I heard from the donors too, kind of like I'm doing now with what I do at the Lindell Legal Offense Fund, is I've been actually giving people A Daylight Day report of our successes, too.
	You know, hey, here's where our successes are, right?
	So what I'm going to do, that being said, I'm going to give the media out there a little report on what's going on in lawsuits.
	And let's just go down the list here.
	First of all, I want to report one in Georgia.
	This happened right before Christmas, everybody.
	One of the most important rulings Uh, that I've seen so far and that is the Supreme Court in Georgia, which was bipartisan Democrats and Republicans.
	Ready?
	They ruled unanimously that the people have standing.
	Remember everybody, I just told you all these judge keep kicking out cases.
	No standing.
	No standing.
	Wait a minute.
	You're, uh, you got affected by the, uh, no standing.
	No standing.
	Whoa, look at this evidence.
	No standing.
	I don't want to touch it.
	I got a family at home.
	I don't want to touch it.
	Well, the Supreme Court in Georgia said, guess what, judges?
	You can't kick it out on standing anymore because they ruled the people have standing.
	Now, so that was a great thing that happened.
	Now let's go down the list.
	I was met with my attorneys today.
	For a couple hours, and we're going to start with the Arizona injunction case that Mark Fincham, Carrie Lake brought before Arizona to get rid of the machines, to try and get rid of them before the 2022 election, that they were defective devices and all this other stuff that was brought in last May.
	Everybody remembers the judge, when he finally looked at that, he kicked the case out.
	He listened to the case for a week, then he kicked it out.
	On standing, and then, and then everybody, right after the November 8th election, kind of weird timing before they were going to certify, almost like a distraction, he ruled, he said, and you lawyers got to pay sanction.
	You guys shouldn't have brought this before me.
	Boy, I took it in, I listened to all this evidence, and this, you guys, this wasn't evidence like, oh, inside the machines that you can't, that it takes a cyber guy to read.
	This is very clear evidence that you brought in machines and evidence that 59% of the machines in Maricopa County didn't accept the papers.
	So all these people, and there were experts there saying that the election would have been, would have been, Kerry Lake would have won had those machines been working.
	They did this by a couple of different angles to show that, prove that.
	And then 300,000 ballots didn't have chain of custody.
	I never went through Edison research, but there was all kinds of, kind of evidence we haven't even shown yet, but it was so blatant.
	It's like, um, Hey, these papers don't go through.
	Then Brandon, they lied.
	The guy, I'll say, you know, maybe his brain, uh, he forgot, but the next day after he lied and said that they had never seen that before the next day, he said, Oh, this has been going on since 2020.
	Well, why didn't you fix it?
	Because you know what?
	You knew it.
	If it was going on, it might've been working for you, but otherwise you lied.
	And you're now you're saying that, you know, it's been going on since then.
	Wasn't even a real excuse of why either way, what, you know, then we should go back to them too, if it happened there too, but maybe not on this big of a, maybe you tested it there.
	And now you were able to do it in all those Republican spots in Maricopa County.
	The same numbers extrapolated.
	Cary Lake wins by almost 200,000 votes.
	Everybody shameful spot.
	We got in there.
	The judge made this horrible ruling.
	And we appealed it.
	He was basically putting his thing.
	He's afraid, you know, he doesn't want to set a precedent and, you know, take it up to a higher court.
	That was the, first of all, the Arizona injunction.
	I'm combining the two now.
	But the Arizona injunction, everybody, to get rid of the machines, that case was appealed now to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
	That's just below the Supreme Court, everybody.
	So we have taken the one from last June, and we have appealed it now to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
	That's to get Arizona bye-bye.
	Get rid of the machines.
	Bye-bye machines.
	They gotta go.
	That's it.
	Now, the other case I just told you about, the other Carey Lake case, where all this other evidence was brought in, not even the evidence of the preliminary injunction case, okay?
	This is the evidence of what happened in this real election in 2022 that just happened.
	So that judge makes this horrible ruling, and that case got appealed last Saturday, everybody.
	And it looks really good, but once again, we've got to pray for a judge to look at the evidence, base it on merit, and base it on the law.
	The laws say this, this, and this.
	This ballot cannot be used if it doesn't have chain of custody.
	This cannot be done if this.
	This cannot be done.
	You can't ignore it and kick the can down the road for the next election so they can do it again and again and again and again.
	It has to stop somewhere.
	It needs to start.
	Stop in Arizona and start the new Wave of these lawsuits across our country that are all in place.
	You guys, there's over 50 lawsuits that I know about that are being paid for by citizens and people like myself out there that want to love our country and want to put money into helping, you know, right the wrongs that are doing against our constitution.
	Now, The next case we have, everybody, that I personally have is a company called Smartmatic.
	Okay, let me tell you about Smartmatic.
	They have one county in the United States.
	It's out in California, LA County.
	Smartmatic sued me, I don't know, 21 sometime long after Dominion.
	Kind of out of the blue, they sued me.
	I did sue them first.
	Everybody remembers that.
	I sued them after they sued Fox News on February 4th of 21.
	I sued Smartmatic first.
	They didn't sue me first.
	I went after them because they did lawfare to our country and changed our livelihoods forever.
	I couldn't go on these stations anymore and talk about machines or talk about our elections because of lawfare, which hadn't been done in our country since the 1700s.
	Now, Smartmatic, We've been in a little back and forth with them.
	I've been giving them discovery, but you know what they've given Mike?
	Zero.
	Now how is that?
	Zero.
	How is that?
	It's not right, Brandon.
	So you know what my lawyers are filing tomorrow morning?
	What?
	I gotta get this right.
	It's a deficiency letter, everybody.
	It's a deficiency letter.
	What is that?
	I asked him and basically it's something you bring to the judge and say, Hey, these guys aren't giving anything.
	You know, come on.
	You know, it's just like I said, they're going to try and run out the clock, which they did pass 2022.
	But I'm telling you, everybody, when these things went all the way to the end, they're just trying to run people out of money with lawyers and stuff.
	And then in the end, they're going to say, of course you didn't defame these machines.
	These guys work for the government.
	They are the government.
	These machine companies are running your election.
	That's just point A. It's disgusting.
	Is this the case?
	Is this the case right here?
	Is this the case right here?
	Is that the case?
	No, pull that one up.
	Let's see what we got on this one.
	Uh, the Smartmatic, um, protection order, government protection or exchange account.
	Yeah, that's one, but that one, that's when we're filing a deficiency order in.
	By the way, everybody on Smartmatic there, with this case, everybody, you don't, you don't have show anymore.
	I just want to, that just proves stuff there.
	I want to tell, I want to tell the public, and let me tell you about Smartmatic, everybody.

	And one of them is the ones that went into L.A.
	County and got the The FOIA request from there, the cast vote records, because here's why, Brandon.
	In the 2020 election, do you think L.A.
	County was computer manipulated or not?
	Oh yeah, I'm sure it was.
	Would you bet everything you had on it?
	Pretty much, yep.
	Well, you're like most people.
	Of course it was!
	And now we have the proof.
	You know what it matches?
	It's really funny that we actually have up here on Frank's Beach, we have an algorithm that came out of the Mesa County machine, which we actually have on Frank's Beach here.
	We have the evidence, the actual before and after image, like two sets of books.
	Those same algorithms of Smartmatic.
	And now think about this.
	This is Smartmatic and Dominion.
	One's a Dominion machine, one's a Smartmatic.
	By the way, ES&S, we got more on you than the other two put together, by the way.
	It's pouring in!
	Just wanna throw that out there so the ES&S boys down in Omaha don't feel left out.

	And we got your number two heart machines.
	Okay, so anyway, so here's...
	With Smartmatic now, but with those cast vote records, everybody, that's going to go a long way to get rid of the Smartmatic lawsuit.
	And, you know, because they can't deny this, the cast vote records.
	This isn't even the Dennis Montgomery evidence, which we're going to talk about in a minute, everybody.
	This is the cast vote records.
	This is what, this is what this machines say happened in your County.
	This isn't Mike Lindell.
	This isn't some cyberspace thing.
	This is what the machines are putting out.
	In order, your cast vote records.
	Brandon, do you think that they, you think some of these states have tried to shut down giving out the cast vote records, some of these counties?
	Absolutely.
	Absolutely they have.
	And before all this, everybody, it was the Freedom of Information Act.
	You had the right to each and every one of them.
	And now a lot of these places are trying to hide it from you again, stop it from getting it.
	But all of you have responded and you don't give up out there.
	Keep getting those cast vote records.

	The FBI, when the FBI took my phone, We have appealed that to the 8th Circuit.
	That's right below the Supreme Court, everybody.
	This is our 1st Amendment right, 4th Amendment right, 5th Amendment right.
	Now, you know, is it worth all the expense of all this fight?
	Absolutely.
	These are our freedoms that were violated.
	This isn't just, I would expect anyone out there, I just happen to have a platform to be able to fight this.
	This is all of your platforms out there.
	We have to save our country.
	We're in a lawless nation right now.
	It's just lawless where the judges are afraid to rule.
	The laws are getting broken in our elections more than anything.
	When your laws are getting broken, your elections, even more than all your other laws put together, you got big problems, Brandon.

	Because guess what that manifests to?
	All the other problems.

	And I'm going, okay, Colbert, you know, you have a, you know, I'm talking about voting machines here, not machines in general.
	So he does that, making fun of that.
	Then in the very next segment, he talks about, The San Francisco Police Department wanted to put in robots as officers, but he was very serious there.
	Now it might not have been Colbert, we'll have to have our good friend Alan Duke fact-check that just to make sure.
	It could have been Seth Meyers.
	By the way, everybody, Alan Duke sent me a text on New Year's Eve from Paris.
	Did you know that, Brandon?

	Okay, I'm gonna read that for everybody.

	I think it was him and his wife.

	You come to me and you check it out again if you need a second look.
	We've got, now we've got, The Dennis Montgomery stuff, they'll be ready in about two weeks, where that shows 100% intrusion by China.
	And we'll be bringing those reports out nationwide, everybody.
	What I have them working on now is actually to show all of you, anyone that has any cyber knowledge at all that can read it, like reading another language that can easily read Spanish, If you can read Spanish, you can read Spanish, right?
	Interpret it.
	Well, this stuff is going to be very easy to interpret.
	And when it comes out, we want it so everyone, so the whole, they can't deny it, Brandon.
	No one's going to be able to go, no, that's not true.
	That didn't happen.
	And this isn't about manipulation or flipping votes or anything.
	This shows intrusions into our country's election systems from a foreign country.
	And more than one, but the main one being China.
	And this is what I've been saying all along.
	This is what you had Koenig get in trouble in Michigan for.
	This stuff is real.
	It's a threat to our country.
	China came in here and they've, uh, you know, they're part of this.
	So what did I say before everybody?
	The CCP, the globalists, the Uniparty, the Uniparty and the deep state.
	Now they got the fifth group, the Democrat party that joined and boy, they're having a ball, aren't they?
	Um, you know, So we have good things coming there, everybody.
	Now, let's skip on over to Alabama.
	Let's not forget my good friend, John Merrill, Secretary of State, who he's termed out now.

	And I didn't even call him a criminal in the new year, did I yet?

	Is that a resolution of this year?

	I don't just don't call people a bunch of names or say what they are, you know.
	If it looks like you're a traitor, I'm going to call you a traitor, you know, like I did with Alan Duke for how long?
	You know, you don't, you don't do this thing.
	You don't put Facebook fact checks over that.
	Just look what he did to Twitter.
	And now it's all coming out on Twitter, how they, all the stuff that they said was fake were true and they were lies.
	And it was a conspiracy with the government, with the FBI and everything else, Brandon.
	Yes.
	And by the way, everybody, if you know, if any of you out there, I really, I want the media even to put this out.
	I would like a sit down with Elon Musk.
	To show him what our country is up against if we don't change, get rid of computers in our elections.
	He's a very smart man.
	I believe he cares about our country by what he's doing over there.
	And this is the perfect time.
	I've been saying this for five months.
	The media has been going, Mike Lindell wants to meet with Elon to get his Twitter back.
	No, that's not what I ever said.
	I wanted to meet with him because he's a smart guy.
	He's went to the outer space, and I believe that he would look at this, and I just wanted to look at it.

	Because I believe when he sees it, he's going to go, we need to do something right now.
	And he's got a very big voice, one of the biggest in the world right now.
	And I just pray that I can get that meeting with him.

	And it's what the judges have kicked the can for standing everybody.
	It's what everything, everything that was put up on Twitter and pieces back in 2020 and little bits and pieces that they kept covering up and covering up and covering up and covering up, you know, He's already let that out, but what I'm saying is I would love to sit him down and say, because I think him among all people, Brandon, would realize that if we get to a place of, like I just said earlier, where people are selected and not elected and though people that are willing to take office and knowing it was a cheat or a scam or a just pure evil to get in power,
	And those are the people that are going to be running this new age technology when we're coming into places where, like over in Australia, where drones come down and tell you to go back in your house or go back in the perimeter.
	Where they talk about robots being used, even though I think it was voted down in San Francisco.
	You talk about things like 1984, not the movie 1984, the movie The Terminator that came out in 1984.
	The future, that movie when it's made, this is the future of artificial intelligence, which Elon Musk has already talked about.
	I think he said it straight out, it could be the downfall of mankind.
	Well, you better have people elected that can regulate all this new technology.
	Or you know what you can do, Brandon?
	Right now, you can take things and Photoshop and do all kinds of stuff.
	You can frame people for anything.
	You can put up, who are you gonna have monitoring all the court evidence and things
	and when everything can be smoke and mirrors and literally, you know what I mean?
	Well, they got a thing now called deep fakes, and it looks just like whoever you want it to look like, sounds just like whoever you want it to sound like.
	They could take a video of you, it looks like you, it sounds like you, and have you saying things you never said.
	Right, and they could destroy a person, a company.
	You have technology now.
	Google, like they did, they could destroy you.
	If they want to take away your search engine, just on that platform, they'll destroy a business.
	If you have credit cards, if they want to just, hey, you can't take credit cards.
	Let's say your merchant server.
	It happened.
	I'm not going to rename the person that happened to a big evangelist.
	It happened to different people during the China virus.
	Or somebody could be debanked just because they might be a PR problem in the future.

	Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute, come on now, don't bring up a sore spot when I got debanked.
	Okay, come on now. Yeah, I got debanked everybody.
	Because you might be a PR problem.

	Because I want to get rid of electronic voting machines and get our votes back like the UK, like I met with UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands all have same day voting, paper ballots, hand counted, under camera, the most transparent systems in the world.

	You guys, this isn't about, you want to, you know, I've said it before, the 2020 election will be the most important election history because look what it's manifesting to.
	People got involved.

	In Alabama, everybody, this summer, we did a preliminary injunction there to get rid of the electronic voting machines.
	And everybody says to me, why would you do that to Alabama?
	It's so red.
	Well, you don't have to go too far past John Merrill.
	When I met with John Merrill on his dirty voter rolls, there are some of the dirtiest in the country and said, John, look at your 2020 election.
	He's the crooked secretary of state of Alabama, everybody.
	John Merrill.
	Oh, there I said it first time in 2023.
	So here's John Merrill.
	And I said to him, John, look at this came from your voter rolls, John.
	These came from your voter rolls.
	You have four thousands.
	692, whatever it was, people over 110 years old that voted.
	But if you looked up their names, Brandon, they have long since passed away.
	You know what John Merrill said to me?
	What?
	We live pretty good in Alabama, don't we, Mike?
	I said, you know, John, that's not funny.
	It's not funny at all.
	I mean, he made a joke of in front of his little group.
	And, uh, but it wasn't funny.
	Then, then what did we do?
	We did the machines down in Alabama and the people got there.
	They were invited to do the testing and they put paper in it just from a type of a paper machine.
	Like they just tore up any paper put in and they did and it accepted it.
	That's right.
	So John got wind of that.
	We got him on recording ordering the whole, the whole state.
	Don't let the public anymore bring paper in.
	Cold Red, they're on to us!
	They're on to us!
	Shame on you, John Merrill.
	Guess what we're doing?
	When you said you won 28 cases and you're gonna beat Mike Lindell on number 29?
	Well, guess what, John?
	We're appealing that one that that judge kicked out for standing.
	We're not stopping until it goes all the way to the Supreme Court.
	The Alabama appeal is in the Alabama Supreme Court.
	That's where that one's going, Brandon.
	You haven't heard me drop anything yet.

	You haven't heard me give up anything.
	Well, let me tell you, is there any more that I missed?
	Every single case we started, we're going to go until there's nine people that look at this And that's the big Supreme Court.
	There's cases that are going to get up there.
	The judges are going to save our country, everybody.
	But that combined with down at the county level, I'm telling everybody the hope right now.
	And I'm not going to name the states or the counties, but we have great prototypes going on and counties that have committed to going machine free.
	In the 2024 election, but even election as early as April, Brannon.
	Wow.
	I can't say the states, because what would happen?
	They'd start attacking them.
	They'd start attacking them.
	I think Fox News would probably even attack them, maybe.
	You know, they just go completely Fox.
	But once in a while, they poke up their, they rear their ugly face and say, nothing, down there in Arizona, nothing to see down there in Arizona.
	Biden won.
	Remember that one?
	When Fox finally decided to stick-poke their head out?
	Or how about Sean Hannity, everybody, right before Christmas?
	My old pal Sean Hannity comes out and says, um, I knew all along there wasn't any election fraud when he had to speak to the January 6th committee.
	Shame on you, Sean.
	I was at your house when, that's not what you told me and my gal.
	You told my gal to, this was the summer of 21, everybody.
	He turned and told Kendra, don't you care about him?
	He needs to be quiet about the election fraud or they're going to come after him.
	Don't you care what happens to him?
	Yes, Sean, she does, but she also cares about our country and the future of the American dream.
	Unlike you.
	You don't care.
	You don't.
	Or you would report what you know.
	And if you're that, if you're that naive, Sean Hannity, then you're not a journalist.
	You're a joke.
	You're an absolute joke.
	If you didn't do your due diligence, when you had people like me, I called him my friend, Brandon.
	He could have said, hey Mike, instead of saying, tell him to quit bringing this stuff up, he should have said, Mike, will you show me that, what you got?
	Can I see it?
	I'm supposed to be a journalist and do my due diligence.
	Could I get my own cyber guy?
	Well, you know what, Brandon?
	His person, and I won't name her name, his manager, actually had dove into the machines even before I did, and knew there was fraud with the computers.
	Did you know that?
	Wow!
	That is a fact, and I'm not going to name her name, but she worked with Sean, and they dug into that.
	But you know what?
	As soon after that manifested out, the two months probably after January 6th, it put fear into everybody, including them, I guess.
	And they just went, fear of getting sued?
	Or fear of getting what?
	Called up by the January 6th committee?
	Ooh.
	Boy, that really scared me.
	What did they do there, everybody?
	You know what?
	When they came after my phone records, what did I do?
	I sued Nancy Pelosi and them.
	I was the first one to sue them.
	You know what they did the other day, Brandon?
	They said, you know what, we're sorry we ever asked.
	We shouldn't have ever even asked.
	They pulled the subpoena.
	They pulled the subpoena.
	Everyone else should have done the same thing.
	That whole thing was a joke.
	And you just said they covered up now?
	They put it on your seal for 50 years?
	That's what I read today, 50 years.
	What is that?
	You guys, this is where we're at in our country.
	When I'm sitting on, you're sitting on all the evidence, the cyber evidence from Dennis Montgomery.
	You guys have all seen the gag order that's on that.

	I'm going to be going around again this next year, too, to the attorney generals and saying, hey, now take a look at this.
	This is about a foreign country interfering with our election, not just in 2020, but other ones, too.
	And this is about getting rid of the electronic voting machines.
	And I think that's something even Democrat Attorney Generals can get their head around.
	And Tucker Carlson came out, he can't say it I guess on Fox News, but Tucker Carlson came out at AmFest that we were covering and he said these machines have got to go, we've got to be like France and go back to paper.
	They've got to go, they've got to go.
	I reached out to Clinton Curtis, everybody, and remember he voted for Biden and he's proud of being a Democrat, which is great.
	Clinton wrote the first algorithms to cheat with computers in elections.
	He's, he's come clean.
	He's willing to try and save our country.
	He knows Democrats there.
	Uh, one of the counties I'm checking out, by the way, everybody, this is, uh, this news just in everybody.
	Um, remember I said about three, four weeks ago, I want to check out Miami Dade County because it looks like, uh, because it was an anomaly, a Republican won that by a lot.
	Hadn't been won in decades by a Republican.
	Well, I wanted to check into that to see if there was no election crime there, Brandon.
	You know what that means?
	We would finally have a cast vote record showing for a big county, no manipulation whatsoever.
	Now you can show the whole, you know what that would be to the whole country?
	We are the reddest country this country has ever been, if that holds true.
	Now, because if that, we will have an example to show side by side.
	By the way, I just will bring this out now.
	The cast vote records that you've all been getting, everybody, we put in in my Dominion case in Washington, D.C.
	In the Dominion case, the big lawsuit, right?
	The one where they're suing me for billions of dollars and suing my pillow.
	Well, that judge, we put in subpoenas for, I think it was, Um, I want to say Brandon, uh, 16 counties in the United States spread over, I don't know, seven or eight states.
	Well, those counties, Dominion now does not want us to be able to look in those machines.
	Wow.
	This is my defense, right?
	So the judge said, okay, lawyers come in next week.
	We're going to talk about this.
	Normally that's, it's kind of out of the ordinary.
	Normally they would just send in both your things and he would make a decision.
	I just found this out this afternoon.
	Guess what we're doing now, though.
	It turns out that all of you out there, when you got your cast vote records and you got them in by September, and you got them in before they were going to just destroy them all, everybody.
	Remember, we got over one third of all the counties in the United States in the 2020 election.
	Well, as a divine appointment would have it, We have the cast vote records for all of those counties that we requested machines from.
	Now we're going to be able to go to the judge and say, here's why we want these, judge.
	Look at the cast vote records that came right out of these machines from the Secretary of State's office.
	And we're going to go look at, we're going to show them, you know, Brandon, how you seen the election night where the votes went in reverse?
	Right, right.
	We're going to show the judge this is what we know now, but we didn't know back then.
	We didn't know back then.
	So, you know, this is why we need these machines open.
	They need to show why these cast vote records, if they're not true, why would they be true?
	Because this is like a fingerprint that came right out of the machines.
	These are the order the votes came in, everybody.
	You can't go in the negative.
	Like we all seen Hershel Walker during the during the general election in 2022 dropped 30,000 votes right in front of us.
	Right.
	OK, so these cast vote records, Brandon, so important.
	And it's going to be amazing to bring those to that judge.
	Now, let's just talk about the last thing here.
	I know we're almost out of time and it went very fast, but I just I'm so excited what's going on, everybody.
	Miami-Dade County, what did the media do?
	The media came out and said, Mike Lindell says DeSantis stole his election.
	No, that's not what I said.
	I said, hey, maybe we check into Miami-Dade County and get their cast vote records and we could finally see a huge county with absolutely no manipulation.
	Have we seen other counties like that in cast vote records?
	Of course we have.
	We found a lot of them during the primaries.
	A lot of them during the primaries, but I'll tell you what, in the main general election, to have a county of that size where there's no machine manipulation would be the only one we've found so far in the 2020 election, in the general election.
	Now, Brandon, what do you think, now we got Miami-Dade County's cast vote records for 2020.
	They gave them up right away.
	Well, what do you think happened after I put that request in and the media attacked me?
	What do you think happened?
	They're not giving us the cast vote records right now.
	They're sitting down there, holding them back and going, we've got to find out if it's okay for us to give them to you or not.
	Shame on them.
	Are you kidding?
	This is law.
	It's called the Freedom of Information Act in Florida and across our country.
	You gave them up in 2020.
	Now you know we're going to use them for another reason?
	And what did you get the word from?
	Somebody going, don't give Mike Lindell, don't give them people those cast vote records, Miami-Dade County.
	This is what we're up against everybody, but don't worry.
	You know, remember judges say we have standing.
	Now, if we have to go to a judge, Or go to an Attorney General in Florida, whatever, or maybe the Secretary of State, to get those cast vote records.
	We're not giving up.
	We're getting everything we need to get this to the finish line and help save our country.
	Which is why, which is why, by the way, which is why we need to show this real quick, because folks, you just listen to all the cases Mike just laid out, okay?
