A lot of stuff to report and We just finished watching the Kerry Lake lawsuit down there, the trial, and what a day it was.
We'll have some clips for you for that.
But I want to get started because we are going to take callers tonight.
We're going to get everybody caught up with the big news yesterday with the Supreme Court ruling in Georgia.
That was a unanimous Democrats and Republicans ruling that the people have standing in election lawsuits.
And, um, that's, um, that's a big, big win because I will tell you, before we get into all this, the, um, the prosecution, um, or I mean the defense down there, not us, the defense down in Arizona in their, in their summary, when they do their summaries at the end, they're closing arguments.
She said, the lawyer said, now, your honor, they have shown nothing here.
So you expect us back.
We'll be back soon because we want to ask for sanctions for them using the court's time on something like this, because this has been going on across our country, your honor.
That's what, that's what he said.
Brandon, if you want to find that, um, or maybe Logan could find it, but, um, um, or we can put that, we'll bring that up tomorrow because it was disgusting.
The, That was a slap in the face to the judge who said, Hey, you can come in.
I'm going to look at this stuff on the merits.
First judge in the United States to do that.
And then he goes and says that to the judge, you know, just terrible, terrible, terrible.
Uh, you just want, uh, you know, watch these things.
I'm just in disbelief.
I mean, I, you know, uh, the one thing I, you know, I was going to be a lawyer, Brandon, when I, when I, uh, before I, when I was thinking, you know, that was going to be when I went to college, be a lawyer.
Right?
And now, you know, I'm kind of glad I did because I could never have been either the prosecutor or the defense lawyer if you're on the side that's not being truthful.
You know, I'm sorry.
I could not do it.
It would be impossible.
I don't care what side is what.
I could not, if I knew the truth and that was on the other side, I could not stand up there and lie or be deceitful or hide the facts.
And that's right, you know, it's just, it's beyond belief.
But we're winning, everybody.
I want to get right into it.
I want to show the tape we show.
I think we're going to start showing it almost every day.
I think we're going to maybe show it every day on my show.
And at least we're going to show once a week until we get rid of these electronic voting machines.
Let's show, let's see what all the Democrats, tonight we're going to show you what the Democrats are saying about the machines.
And then we have a special segment on Sean Hannity, what Sean Hannity says about the machines.
So let's watch the Democrats first.
Roll them, Logan.
I continue to think that our voting machines are too vulnerable.
Researches have repeatedly demonstrated that ballot recording machines and other voting systems are susceptible to tempering.
Even hackers with limited prior knowledge, tools, and resources are able to breach voting machines in a matter of minutes.
In 2018, electronic voting machines in Georgia and Texas deleted votes for certain candidates or switched votes from one candidate to another.
The biggest seller of voting machines is doing something that violates cybersecurity 101.
Directing that you install remote access software which would make a machine like that, you know, a magnet for fraudsters and hackers.
These voting machines can be hacked quite easily.
You could easily hack into them.
It makes it seem like all these states are doing different things, but in fact, three companies are controlling this.
It is the individual voting machines that pose some of the greatest risk.
There are a lot of states that are dealing with antiquated machines.
Right?
Which are vulnerable to being hacked.
Workers were able to easily hack into an electronic voting machine.
It was possible to switch votes.
43% of American voters use voting machines that researchers have found have serious security flaws, including back doors.
We know how vulnerable now our systems were.
We know, I know the hackathon that took place last year, where virtually every machine was broken into fairly quickly.
I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues Here at the Capitol, where we brought in folks who, before our eyes, hacked election machines.
Those that are being used in many states.
Aging systems also frequently rely on unsupported software, like Windows XP and 2000, which may not receive regular security patches and are thus more vulnerable to the latest methods of cyber attacks.
In a close presidential election, they just need to hack one swing state.
Or maybe one or two.
Or maybe just a few counties in one swing state.
I'm very concerned that you could have a hack that finally went through.
There you go, Mike.
I continue to think... Yeah, isn't that something?
Okay, now everybody, this just came out.
I can't tell you how upset I am with Sean Hannity, but I knew it all along.
I'm going to tell you a little story here before Before I show you this, I was at Sean's house, actually, about a year and a half ago.
It was the summer of 21, and we were there for some big radio get-together.
And as we went to leave, my gal was there with me, and we were like the last two.
And Sean looked at her and said, don't you care about him?
Don't you care about him?
She said, what do you mean?
He says, they're going to come after him.
They're coming after him.
He's got his, just quit talking about these machines and talk about this, uh, um, this election.
And I'm thinking, and I'm thinking now that I look back, I'm thinking now, why would Sean want me if, if they're going to come and hurt me or somebody is, and he's telling me this, if, uh, if there's nothing to hide, Brandon, what would it matter?
Right.
Right.
You know, you kind of got to think of that.
And I'm going, and I told Sean, I said, Sean, I said, I said, you know this happened.
And I said, I can't unsee what I've seen and not know what I know.
I said, and I'm just, and we're arguing back and forth.
I'm going, Sean, you should be talking about it on Fox News.
You should be out there talking about this.
You're going to lose our country.
You're going to be to blame.
And Sean says, well, Mike, would it be, if we weren't there at all, you know, just because we can't talk about this, If we weren't there at all, it'd be worse.
I go, no, it would not be worse.
I said, the people trusted Fox to tell, at least to tell the news.
But when you can't, when you have a list of what you can't talk about, vaccines or therapeutics that work, you can't talk about, have a conversation about the vaccines.
You can't talk about therapeutics work.
And you certainly can't talk about the elections or the machines.
So, and the reason I'm bringing up Sean Hannity because here's what he said in his deposition.
I believe it was this week.

Sean Hannity admits he didn't believe Dominion voting fraud claims for a second.
And I swore in deposition.

That's disgusting, Sean Hannity.
You should say nothing if you don't know anything.
Sean, you've had all the time in the world.
You're supposed to be a journalist.
You know what happened in the election, Sean.
Shame on you and shame on Fox.
Look at that.
In a sworn deposition in Dominion Voting Service's $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, Primetime host Sean Hannity admitted that he never bought former President Trump's allegations that the voting hardware company rigged tabulation machines to, quote, steal, end quote, the 2020 election from him.
Quote, I did not believe it for one second, end quote.
The Primetime anchor testified, according to information released in a court hearing on Wednesday and first reported by The New York Times.
I wonder if Sean works with the New York Times.
You got to kind of wonder now.
I mean, it's just, this is just, Sean, if you don't know, why don't you just keep your mouth shut?
It's unbelievable.
Either that or he's lying.
When he told me at his house, he said straight out, Brandon, he said, he said, they're going to come after you.
Who are they?
I didn't know who they were.
But Mike, just quit talking about this election.
Let it go, Mike.
Let it go, he said.
He tells her, he says, don't you care about him?
Don't you care what happens for him?
He says, Sean, we have to save our country, you know?
And I'll never forget his words saying, just because we can't talk about that, what if we weren't there at all?
And that, you know, and I say to that, everybody, what's worse?
If you trusted Fox news at one time, and they won't tell you, The stuff that went on out there with the vaccines, all the stuff, the problems that they had out there with people.
They didn't tell about therapeutics that worked, and then they didn't talk about our election.
Remember, it wasn't just machines, everybody, that Fox wouldn't talk about.
They wouldn't even let 2,000 meals on there, and those were government cameras pointing at people committing felonies.
Remember that, Brandon?
Yes, absolutely.
You know, this is what I've been telling you all along.
Shame on Fox.
And now it's shame on Sean.
Um, you know, this is, uh, this is just, um, very bad that, uh, Hey, you guys, we're gonna, um, I'm going to see if, uh, we have one of our attorneys from, uh, uh, Carrie Lake from the case down there.
Um, you were live on the show.
Did you want to say anything?
How do you think it went?
I, I'm gonna, I'll, I'll go ahead here.
Eric, you're Kurt.
You're, uh, This is Kurt Olson, everybody, one of the lead, or the lead attorney down there in Arizona.
How do you think it went, Kurt?
I watched it.
Everybody's pretty proud of the job.
All the attorneys did and everybody did down there.
How, uh, how do you think it went?
I think we put on an incredibly powerful and strong case.
The facts are clear.
The people that came together to help bring all of this information to light and to put together This complaint, all of these witnesses, all of these people that came at great personal risk to put their name to be associated with this case, you know, in a time when cancel culture and worse, they had nothing to gain by coming forward and telling the truth other than to save the country and to expose what has been going on, particularly in this election in Maricopa.
I think the judge is very fair and we, uh, We're just going to wait to see what happens.
Hey, Kurt.
I just, uh, I was just opened my show with, I was very, um, almost in stunned and disbelief when, uh, their, uh, their council got up there and said, uh, and judge, we're going to be back with sanctions.
We're going to put, we want sanctions against these guys.
And, uh, you came back and just hammered that was said, you know, these are facts.
These are facts.
If you can't bring facts into a courtroom, and you can't talk about our most sacred thing, elections, what has this country come to?
And I said, this is the first case in the United States where a judge has looked at it now and has not kicked the case out to standing.
And we're all very proud that you guys got that through, that he accepted this case and looked at all the merits.
Can you even believe that an attorney would say that to that judge?
Isn't that a slap in the judge's face that he says, hey, you shouldn't have put this before in the first place, judge.
We're going to come back here for sanctions.
What's your comment on that?
Well, I mean, I don't think the judge was appreciative of that.
He thanks counsel for both sides, I think, because he is maintaining his impartiality.
But he thanked counsel for both sides.
For their professionalism.
So I do not believe that sanctions are in the offing.
The point is, is that the left and these folks on the other side, all they have is intimidation.
Right.
And so it's time for people to just stand up and say enough.
We're not going to be gaslighted.
We're not going to be intimidated.
And that's when we come together, when the people come together and say enough, that's when all of this ends.
Right.
Right.
Well, the, uh, no, he said he would be, he said, well, I got a lot to look at here.
Um, I don't expect I'll be back by five.
Do you expect him to have a ruling today or that come tomorrow?
You believe?
I think it would be very surprising if he had a ruling by today.
It could come tomorrow.
It could come next week.
Oh, okay.
It'll be soon, but you can't really predict whether it's going to be Friday or for a couple of days later.

Sean Hannity just came out in his deposition in the Smartmatic case with Fox that he knew 100% that there was no fraud in the 2020 election.

And, uh, uh, what a day it's been down there.
That's two, uh, two last two days.
You watch one of the highlights down there, um, that I've seen, you know, when you have, uh, ballots that are the wrong size, Brandon, uh, and then they, and then they tried today, they came back and they tried to lie their way out of it.
I was very interesting.
They completely changed.
They go, Oh, we had the same problem in the last three elections.
Uh, well then why didn't you do any something about it?
That's kind of weird.
The stuff that was said today was very... In fact, here's a clip, and in this clip you're going to hear Kurt Olson, who Mike was just talking to, you're going to hear Kurt Olson's voice in this clip out of the courtroom asking one of the folks there about that paper.

Was that done on election day?
That's correct.

Is it your testimony that the printer set changes that gave rise to the so-called shrink the fit issue, was that done on election day?

So it looks like they were fooling around with that on election day, Mike.
Right, right.
Yeah.
In fact, there's the headline breaking Arizona County Elections Director Scott Jarrett admits in court printer settings were switched on election day.
It was on purpose.
That's right, everybody.
So then they don't work.
Put the ballot in the box.
Put the ballot in the box.
You know, it's 300,000 ballots, almost 300,000, didn't have chain of custody.
This is, you know, and it kind of coincides with, we were missing about that many that should have went through the Edison Research in New Jersey.
You know, every ballot, every vote goes through there, and then it goes out to the media.
Um, and we were taking our feeds, our cyber guys from, uh, the CNN feed, you know, as we were on, uh, uh, you know, that Brandon on the night of the election here.
And, uh, uh, it's just, uh, it's so obvious.
It's like now we've all seen it.
We don't, we want to thank RSBN for being there and filming, you know, everything in there.
Um, uh, that, that was amazing that they were allowed in the courtroom to, to film the entire thing or to, to film it live.
And, and, uh, You know, if you look at social media, it's a shot heard around the world, everybody out there watching it.
You can't say now there's no evidence, there's no facts, there's no nothing.
And sure enough, in their summary, they tried to say, nothing's been presented here, your honor.
You know, maybe those 300,000 votes that are missing, maybe some of them voted for Katie Hobbs.
Did you ever think of that?
Yeah, we thought of that.
I mean, we would like to see the ballots.
We'd like to see who they are.
You know, it's like, um, and, but they, they did some good, uh, some really good arguments today, you know, about the law.
Kurt Olson read, um, he read in his, uh, summary there, at least at one point, I talked about Wisconsin.
When in Wisconsin, when the Wisconsin Supreme Court this year, everybody, ruled about all the fraud that happened in Wisconsin.
You know, and all you left-wing journalists out there, all you journalists watching and, and that you're bashing me for looking into stuff and all this and saying, Mike Lindell's never had, there's never fact.
This was the Supreme Court of Wisconsin said there was fraud.
And Kurt Olson read what they said, if we, and it was just, It was epic what they said in that Supreme Court, what they ruled there and said, you know, if we don't have elections, we have nothing.
If we don't have, if they don't follow the law, it's just over.
I'm sorry.
We all, you know, I've said it before.
If we don't get rid of these electronic voting machines, it's over.
I'm still upset with Sean Hannity.
I mean, I can't believe Sean Hannity, you know, what are you just told the people back then that as he's on his show every night and talking about the election and all the, you know, the stuff.
Shame on you, Sean.
You told me in the summer that you couldn't talk about it, but yet you said, back off, Mike, before you get hurt.
That's what he said, that these people are going to come and hurt me.
You know, they're going to come after you.
Don't you said, right to Kendra, he said, don't you care about, don't you care about him?
Tell him to let this go.
Let 2020 go, Mike.
That was what Sean said to me more than once.
Just like you did the therapeutics the year before, when we had all those therapeutics at work.
He called me right after Anderson Cooper for an hour on the phone and said, you need to back off.
You need to back off.
I said, well, I want to save people lives, save our country.
At that point, I guess I should have, because I was at $10 million worth of, uh, worth of that therapeutic to give away to the country to help open up our country and save lives.
And just last week, you know, plushed a lot of me out about being outdated.
And, uh, because Big Pharma just fought and fought and fought and pushed me, pushed me, would not let us do it.
So, but, um, Mike, I have a clip.

The Georgia Supreme Court, Democrats and Republicans together, ruled that we have standing now.
We the people, the people of Georgia, and this will end up going across the whole country.
We have the preliminary injunctions to get rid of the machines in Alabama and Arizona, appealing them.
I don't care about all these ones when they went after our lawyers and me for sanctions.
I don't care.
We're going to appeal that too.
More and more judges are going to be getting braver and braver and have courage.
Courage is contagious.
Everybody knows what's going on in these elections.
By the way, I want to talk about one more thing.
We talked, I actually did interview the Daily Beast, our wonderful Zachary last night.
And I told him, I said, you know, you need to put, you get one more chance, Zachary.
I'm tired of you guys, all you left-wing, you journalists changing the narrative.
When I got on here, and I'm gonna say what I told him, and he put it in his article, everybody.
Miami-Dade County was a deviation Okay.
It's a deviation.
And doesn't anybody care what the deviation, what I mean?
Okay.
It's a deviation.
Let's find out why it was run one now by a Republican.
And, um, and I said this to, um, Zachary, I said, you know, Zachary, do you realize if they didn't do any cheating there, it's one of the, which I, they probably did because they, you know, that's if you take the cheating out and if that's the case there, All the other counties so far in this country, even in the midterms, we have found with the cast vote records, were machine manipulated.
The ones we've found so far, Brandon, I don't know how many we've looked at.
I think it's well over, well over 30, 40 counties so far in the country And they've all been machine manipulated.
So if this one wasn't, if Miami-Dade County, because I suspect it might not have been because a Republican won.
Now let's use that fact.
If that's the case, that means this whole country is redder than anything you've ever seen.
Redder than the Reagan, redder than when Reagan won.
Because what we're saying then, they've been using these machines then over the whole country for quite a while to just take the whole thing, here's red, and just dilute it all down.
But remember, it's not just Republicans.
This is the Uniparty.
Six Democrats we know of just in the primaries, I mean in the midterms, and about 10 Democrats in the primaries that all got, all were cheated to by the machines, or all were manipulated.
Let's call it computer manipulated.
Just like the Georgia gal that got zero votes in her own precinct.
You can't deny this stuff.
Or how do you end up with more votes than voters in Pennsylvania twice?
Not once, but twice.
So you end up with more votes than voters That can only be done because you pull names from a computer.
I mean, it's, it's, uh, you can, you know, I guess, I guess, Brandon, we just keep going and we keep growing our voice to getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
And, uh, Elon giving everybody's Twitter back and that voice will be bigger.
And, uh, and we'll get the, uh, everything that's happened out there.
Uh, I want to say another thing too.
Uh, the last thing I'll say about Sean Hannity, um, you know, he said there's no That there was nothing in, uh, um, with the, uh, 2020 election.
Uh, I wonder, do we have that clip with, uh, you know, all my evidence was Dennis Montgomery, which by the way, I think I, I guess I probably didn't tell him the name when I talked to him back then, but he had Dennis Montgomery.
They were talking about his technology and his stuff on his show.
Was that from 2018?
Brandon, like, like less than two years earlier.
And he said it was the biggest discovery ever.
I think it was 2017.
Okay, man, maybe 17.
Whatever it was, he was well aware!
And he said this will be the most explosive news, and then Fox went, eek!

He said, look, this is a violation of their constitutional rights.
You just call their attorney.

These are people, by the way, Mike, they were already, the FBI was already in communication with them.
They were talking with them and their attorneys and they said, if you need anything, if you want to talk to us, if you need us to come in, just call.
We'll show up and report where you need us.
So why are we going to send a SWAT team to their house?
He refused to do this.
He became a whistleblower.
He has been suspended now 200 days without pay at Christmas with a wife and two children.
He was in studio with us today for an hour.

Well listen, we have a man tonight that filed a lawsuit that walked out of the NSACI and FBI with 47 hard drives, 600 million documents that were classified.
This is way larger than Snowden.
He gave it back to the FBI and said the reason I took him is I want to sit down and show you all these mass civil liberties and nobody's heard about this in the last two years.
I think it's a pretty important story, and it goes to this larger issue of how much abuse may be going on beneath the intelligence community's cover, and we need to get an answer about how often our identities are compromised, how often our privacy is affected.
We've been looking at this for three months, and there's a lot of concrete evidence, facts, that there are violations going on that need to be addressed.
And Sarah, so what your report is saying here is you had an ex-Intel contractor suing Comey, saying that the FBI, on a mass scale, covered up mass civil liberties violations against Americans, and he has evidence.
Isn't that a little bit bigger than Russia collusion with no evidence, as I just proved up to this point?
Yeah, absolutely.
This is on a much larger scale.
We have seen the itemized reports of the 47, and we've posted them on our website at circa.com, of the itemized list of hard drives that he gave to the FBI, signed by the FBI.
We have all the documentation to show this.
And think about this, Sean.
He said, and I just spoke to him before I came to see you, he said he unmasked with the technology that he had with the NSA over 20
million Americans.
600 million documents. He said if you stack those up that's 30 miles high.
30 miles high, but over 20 million Americans.
And I said, well, what was it you were unmasking?
He said everything.
From their bank accounts, their homes, their records, phone conversations, emails.
He was able to take down every single firewall.
And it was so distressing because, you know, this is what he was directed to do.
And when he tried to do the right thing, And he did, in his opinion, the right thing and got the immunity agreement from the FBI.
The FBI decided to not move forward.
To not move forward with that investigation, and that's all he did.
Did Comey know about this?
Because the headline is that he's suing Comey, alleging this mass cover-up of civil liberties violations, and you're telling me $20 million?
$20 million?
This is the biggest... $20 million.
Wow.
Did Comey know?
According to Dennis Montgomery, who is alleging that all of this happened, and who is willing, he said, I am more than willing to tell anybody, face anyone, face Comey, face former director Robert Mueller, who was working at the FBI at the time when he began his work, because he spent nine years Nine years working with them.
Started out with the FBI, then went on into the CIA, NSA realm.
And so, when he began this, he said that, you know, he was willing to talk to anyone and testify before anybody, face Clapper, face Brennan, face Comey, and he would not back down.
Even though he is, right now, he's struggling with some health issues.
He just wants to get the story out.
John, I'll give you the last word.
I'm imagining that if it's more information than even Edward Snowden, that there's beyond smoking gun evidence here.
When will the American people see this?
Well, it's been assigned to a very well-respected judge, Judge Richard Leon here in the District of Columbia.
He's the judge that previously ruled that the NSA had violated Americans' privacy.
And the court process is going to play out now, and there will be a venue now where Americans can find out if these things are true, and if there are violations that have been going on that have been swept under the rug by our government.
And you've been able to see what evidence?
We have been able to see that he did get an immunity agreement, that he did turn documents over to the FBI.
So that part of his story is confirmed.
And now his lawsuit lays out the actual predicate.
Sarah did a great interview with him with some really fascinating insights on what he witnessed during his nine years as a contractor.

And I just want to get your perspective.
Well, I think, uh, the one thing is, is, uh, getting those, those lower spots, the priest at the precinct level, getting those filled.
That's so important to our country.
At one point, I think we had like 300,000 empty spots and they're getting filled right.
And left because of the driver, you see strategy.com.
Those guys have done such a great job.
And, uh, We've been behind them.
You know, I guess what, you know, when I when I would get in there, obviously, we all even right down to the precinct level, but especially the county level, we've got to, we've got to fight to get our elections back.
And you can do that right at the county level.
So many counties now in our country.
have just went themselves and said, Hey, I want to protect my party and I want to get rid of these machines.
And we're going to have paper ballots and count it.
We're not, we're not announcing them here on the show because they they'll get attacked.
But now that it's happened more and more the one in Georgia, you know, that just the other day, and they, it was a city, I guess, not a County, but it's going to, it's going to come down to getting our election systems corrected.
And when you're at the County level, And you look at all the all you have to do is there is just look at how many nonresidents voted in any election because it's illegal, but their names were used and it's just then you can go to the sheriff.
You can say hey, we've got a problem here.
Sheriff has the highest authority.
He can say.
You know, we're not going to use these machines.
I need to investigate or the county commissioners can just shut them down.
But I think our, our, the Republican party at that level, it's all levels.
What I'm going to do is there's not really a great communication thing set up between all the hundreds or the, all the States right now and all the 160 members at the higher level.
And, um, I told him I would set that up.
We have a, we have the cause of America that goes out to all 50 States.
You have to have a information hub.
So we're all on the same page and, um, it's all scattered right now.
So, um, if, boy, if you got in there, it's, uh, you know, it's, uh, it's basically, you know, the messaging and the stuff that we have and to get, uh, um, all the way from the bottom up and from the top down, it needs a complete overhaul.
They have to, we have to get trust back into the Republican party that they're going to do stuff that, uh, Um, converts into return on the investment for the big donors and stuff and, or any donors into the party.
We're not going to have a party.
And, uh, um, so I thank you for getting on and getting in at the right time.
Um, because, uh, that's what I tell everybody out there.
You guys, you know, we all got to get involved.
We all have, have, we all have to have courage and courage is contagious.
And, and I would say also get educated on, uh, what's going on in your County, where you're at, what.
You know, what were the problems in the elections?
Because it's the elections that have to be fixed.
