	I was, you guys, I just got back on a basically a 10 day tour.

	I just will say that now because it's on the news and I went in a restaurant up there you guys and If you get a chance, I mean, Brandon, maybe you can pull that article up.

	What happened is the people, I was in the town, we were there for probably three, four days, and it's all supposedly liberal progressive, right?
	Well, one of the thing is, I seen a lot of businesses, it seemed like they were hurting, and I talked to so many of the townspeople, And they're all going, they're all basically going, they couldn't take the $7.80 gas from 7.30 to 7.80.
	I think I actually sent you some prices, Brandon, when I was there.
	And with these gas prices, everybody, and everything that was going on there, but they were all coming up to me, wanting my picture and everything.
	And this particular restaurant, everybody, went in the restaurant and we ate and stuff.
	And it was money, It's one of just many restaurants we went to.
	And here the owners are cut.
	One of the owners or workers came up and they wanted pictures.
	And so we took pictures and they posted it in their restaurant.
	And once you know that the bots and trolls on the social media up there, uh, went into an attack, right?
	You know, what are you posting a picture of Mike Lindell?
	Well, this, this owner stuck to her guns and said, you know, where have we, where have we come?
	And I'm going to keep that.
	She kept the picture posted.
	And she said, he's supporting our businesses.
	And you know, it was, it was just, just shows you how a small percentage can attack the majority.

	So my pillow guy visit to Eureka restaurant prompts controversy.
	Now, if you guys, if you get a chance, everybody read that, but anyway, what a great restaurant.
	I want to give them some, some, uh, If you live in Arica, there it is right there.
	They were, it was the best Mexican food.
	It was so awesome.
	I do want to say that.
	And so if you go down, you go down anyway, they were, keep going down to the, go past to the article there.

	Mike Lindell, prior to his political efforts, I don't, you know, people keep calling it political efforts.
	I want to talk about that for a minute, Brandon.
	You know, they talk about political efforts, everybody.
	I'm trying to get rid of the voting machines, the electronic voting machines.
	Okay.
	I mean, this is, is that political?
	You know, I mean, that's, that's a, you know, call it what you want, but we're all We're all, due to my political efforts, this lady goes on to say in this, in this, pull that article back up again.
	Yeah, she says, I didn't know about the affiliation with Donald Trump, said Hill, who's been a co-owner since 2016.
	Quote, the staff didn't know who he was until he was leaving.
	End quote.
	Hill went on to describe her confusion and frustration at the vitriol that had been directed at the restaurant since the experience.
	From the perspective of the restaurant, any notable celebrity bringing their business to the struggling local economy and businesses represents a positive.
	One person in the Facebook comments had asked why they didn't have other famous figures being posted by the restaurant.
	He stated it was because there were none.
	Quote, to my knowledge, we've never had anyone that people have recognized from TV come into our restaurant, end quote.
	Hill said, quote, small business owners were struggling, end quote.
	He went on to say that she was not there on the day Lindell visited the restaurant, but she'd happened to know that he was in town for a few days by interesting coincidence.
	Hill is a pilot and frequently flies into the Humboldt County Airport in McKinleyville.
	On Tuesday, she noticed a big plane in her favorite usual spot.
	Then later on Thursday, she noticed it was still there and joked with the airport staff that she was frustrated.
	That was when the staff informed her the plane belonged to the My Pillow Guide.
	He was in town.
	You should have asked for a pillow, he'll recall joking to the staff after we talked about what He'll repeatedly state that that was her only point of reference, and she was unaware of the politics.
	She was frustrated that it seemed her staff, as well as the airport staff, only knew him for his outsized personality in the pillow ads.
	Given that experience, she expressed frustration as to where the line of political posturing and boycotting ends.
	Quote, if they knew he landed at Arcata Airport, Are they gonna boycott the airport? For her part, she was
	steadfast in her belief that everyone should be welcomed at the restaurant. She reported nobody
	from the staff had complained about Lindell and no employees had requested the photo of him be removed
	from the restaurant's Facebook page.
	And although Hill's common refrain was she was unaware of Lindell's politics,
	she added that she wouldn't have stopped the restaurant from posting the photo,
	quote, even if I did know. Oh, I would have done the same.
	If Joe Biden came in, we would have done the same!
	If Donald Trump came in, we would have done the same.
	Hill also stated that when Linda and his family were at the restaurant, there were no issues
	of discomfort among patrons or employees.
	She reiterated the philosophy at Tres Chalets Picasso's is to welcome all customers who
	behave appropriately, adding that it includes unhoused community members that come in for
	Everyone's going to get the same treatment, she said, as long as they respect and pay their bill.
	The messages of support alongside disdain has certainly had an effect on the restaurant.
	Hill State's employees have received violent Violent and threatening phone calls at the restaurant, but Hill believes her staff is on the same page regarding their approach to the restaurant.
	Welcome to all philosophy.
	Quote, a couple of the employees were bothered by the negative response to the social media post, said Hill, adding that if the employees wanted action taken, she would take it.
	Quote, none of my staff has asked, none of my staff has asked to take it down, end quote.
	Okay.
	All right.

	Anyway, so isn't that something?
	Where have we come, everybody?
	Everyone I met in that town, I was there three days, they came up, wanted pictures, and these are, most of them were like 25 to 40 year olds, and they were very much, you know, liberal, progressive, whatever, but they had questions and they had concerns.
	Most of them knew me as the pillow guy, but many of them knew me as, you know, trying to, for the selects, trying to get rid of machines.
	And the concerns over our country and they asked questions and I said, you know, I said, this is where you're all your gas and all this stuff that's happened here in California.
	Do you guys realize that there's, there's other places of our country where you don't have all this stuff, but they're trying to get the rest of our country, just like California.
	And, um, they were surprised.
	I told them what gas was other places.
	I told them, you know, the things that, uh, um, you know, what had happened, why I want to get rid of the electronic voting machines.
	And, uh, There was a lot of concern there, but their biggest concern was, Brandon, just like this gal says, is their, their economy in that town.
	I mean, I looked at, you know, it was like, I couldn't find a new, you know, new cars.
	It seemed like all the cars were, you know, older, you know, a lot of older car cars and just, you go place and it just seemed, you know, not like a slum, like, you know, whatever, but it was just seemed like, like there was hurting, you know, like a hurting, like a suppression over the, you know, that every, the place I go in the, And that that restaurant was such great, and they all were, all the places I went there in Eureka, they were all great, friendly people, and all wanted pictures.
	And I asked them straight out there, you know, do you guys, you know, when they asked me a question, a lot of them knew about, you know, my addiction, you know, they either asked me, it's either one of three things usually, you know, can you keep going and help the country get rid of these machines?
	And a lot of them said that in that town, you know, they went, even though that they were, you know, Democrats, you know, and, uh, they still wanted to go on.
	Cause I asked him, I said, you guys have any problems wanting to get rid of the voting machine?
	They go, absolutely.
	They should go.
	And these are ones that had, you know, that are Democrat that voted for, for Biden.
	And, uh, uh, there were a few of them.
	A lot of them didn't care either way.
	A lot of them didn't care about that.
	They just cared about that.
	You know, it said TV with the pillow, but.
	What a shame that there would be people that call the restaurant, or they're, you know, going to an attack mode.
	You know, for me, I, you know, those are cowards, Brandon.
	I didn't see one person, and I never do everybody, ever, ever, ever, ever, as I go down the streets of the, you know, I don't carry around, have a big entourage around me of bodyguards and stuff.
	You know that, Brandon.
	I have zero.
	You know, I'm out there and I just, I'm just lim, you know, I'm just being normal.
	You know, I'm living a normal life.
	I can't take that.
	If I got to run around with protection, I might need protection with you the way the FBI did it the other day when they attacked me.
	Basically, a big attack, an assault for no reason.
	They could have came and got the phone.
	But where we're at is people come up and they're all concerned.
	The ones that do this to our country are the media.
	Number one, the media, and number two, the paid people that are out there bad, or they're cowards.
	If you have a few people out there that are cowards, they don't even bother and call my pillow anymore or attack my pillow.
	Even on Facebook here, I'm looking right now.
	I got Facebook going, of course, Suckabuck.

	We have 500 people on Facebook that Suckabuck's letting me see today.
	But remember, we're on Rumble and all kinds of great websites now.

	But what I'm saying is here, there's no... The bots and trolls that come on Facebook, for me, they kind of don't even bother.
	And when they do, everybody realizes they're bots and trolls and they go into attack mode.

	But here's what happens, everybody.
	Now, I've got... And this just happened with Verizon.
	Remember, we have not been able to text market on Frank's speech here on Verizon.
	We haven't been able to send you guys notices because Verizon cut us off almost a year ago with Donald Trump when we aired my interview with Donald Trump.

	Well, we have been working with Verizon now for 10 months.
	That we just got noticed yesterday.
	They said, Oh, we're going to give you another chance, another chance.
	We didn't do anything wrong.
	What happened over a year ago, everybody was when that went up, you had bots and trolls go out and go after my pillow, go after my pillow.
	And, uh, or I mean, frank speech.
	And they're, and they're saying that they they're opting out.
	And it was, or this is spam.
	They marked it as spam.
	So they signed up and then would mark it as spam.

	So, you know, this was not, it's just like an attack they do for, um, um, for, um, um, when you have, um, box stores and anything else, these are bots and trolls that attack and make it look bad with everything that's going on.

	If you get a ballot sent to you, don't open it.
	Bring it with you when you vote in person same day.
	And if they say you already voted, bring it to your sheriff immediately.

	We can overrun these algorithms, everybody, and this is a huge call to action.
	The other thing I want to tell you is we're going to be ready hopefully by tomorrow to make these huge announcements, but we have As of last Thursday, it was Wednesday or Thursday, everybody, all the terabytes of information from Dennis Montgomery, and I encourage you all to go to DennisMontgomery.com to see what we're talking about.

	Now, I own the software now, and the government said on Wednesday, when we put in that, what was it called?
	With the gag order at the Moment of Truth Summit, the gag order that we put on that, or the gag order that was put on that, Dennis Montgomery tried to get released a year ago.

	And just Wednesday, the government said, you know what?
	The 2020 election, that Mike Lindell has that information, is not going to be under the gag order.

	So, and, but the other stuff, that's what they're checking.

	But you not only have to get it back, but you're right, all these people are going to be ousted.

	I just talked to a great Senator yesterday, and he said there's five that are retiring that are just bad apples.
	But there's a lot of Your Mitch McConnells have to be gone.
	Now, is there going to be some that kind of come over and try and be phony and act like they were all for us before?
	If people are that naive, this time around, I said there's no in-between.
	Either you're going to go down as a traitor or a hero.

	We've skipped right over socialism to communism and, and, um, But like I said in my speech this weekend, too, at the one in Nevada, I said, God gave us grace.

	And his lawyer says, one of the lawyers on the phone said, the president said, well, where'd we get these numbers?
	And she said, sir, we got them from Brad Rathsaber.
	We got them from his office.
	And Brad comes back and the president, well, when are we going to get the real numbers?
	That's the question that never got answered.
	Everybody to this day, you know why he already had the real numbers in his hand, you know?
	So I I'm just, uh, it's just going to be, it's going to be just everybody enjoy where we're at.

	Either they haven't even bothered to look into this and to look at our evidence, and now they're going to all see.

	So I'm in Oregon and this, this, nobody wants what, if you take, if you take what the regime that's there right now, this, whatever this is in power.

	Now, my question to Mr. Lindell, I may have missed it on one of your podcasts, but there for a while you was going to every state talking to the state attorney generals to try to get the talk them into signing on to take the Fraud case, 2020 election fraud, to the Supreme Court.
	And I missed, if it came out, whatever happened to all the state attorney generals.
	There's two things there.
	Those were attorney generals, and that went on for about, oh, until about May of this year.
	There is a case at the Supreme Court already that's very, very similar to what they were already going to do.
	And that's waiting on a ruling.
	And I think Brandon put a note tomorrow.
	I do want to give an update on that case.
	And I want to bring a lawyer on to explain that to the people, how important that case is.
	This is very important because this case, this case that's there, everybody is this.
	It's not about the pulling down the election.
	It's about, um, all the illegal things that the secretary of states did in 2020.
	And when they made these things where they would, um, um, where they said, okay, we can have 7 million ballot registration sent out like they did in Michigan.
	Um, uh, early voting, anything that they said that the legislatures didn't make law that these states did illegally.
	Then some of the judges, and we even went to court and the judges said, no, they're fine.
	That wasn't illegal.
	What this case at the Supreme Court is saying is a law is a law.
	A judge should not be able to overrule the law.
	If you followed the law, if you broke the law, the judge can't say, oh, you didn't break the law.
	So this is a very, it's a little bit, I think I'm saying it right, but we'll have a lawyer on tomorrow night to explain that.
	So that's one part of it.
	The other part of it, I'm going to be, that's the attorney generals, Did not want to, they didn't think that they had enough, I'll say, I'll give them a break there, to go to the Supreme Court to pull down the election at that time.
	Remember, there was a gag order on the evidence I had.
	So that gag order was just, the government just basically lifted on, at least on my part for the Dennis Montgomery evidence, on just this past Thursday.
	So they didn't want it to be like a, A rerun of the government or of judges kicking things out on something called standing.
	Remember, no judge in the United States right now has looked at the evidence.
	Before they do, they kick it out for standing.
	They'll kick it out for standing.
	They've never made a rule on merit, on the merit of the evidence.
	They've all kicked things out on standing, including the two preliminary injunctions One in Arizona and one in Alabama.
	Now, currently, we're taking both of them to the state Supreme Courts in both those states.
	So, I hope that helps the answer there.
	You did remind me, I want to give everybody an update on that case that's at the Supreme Court because it's very important going forward.
	And then you have We're going to have some big news.
	I think it's called the Moore vs. Harper case.

	As federal agents say, they now have enough evidence to charge him.

	Federal agents say they now have allegedly found enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with multiple crimes, including tax fraud and making a false statement related to a gun purchase.
	The final decision on whether to charge the 52-year-old will be made by Delaware U.S.
	Attorney David Weiss, who was appointed to the post by former President Donald Trump.
	The Washington Post, citing people familiar with the investigation, reported that agents had determined months ago that they had assembled a viable case against Hunter Biden.
	The newspaper reported that the investigation, which started by focusing on Hunter's overseas business dealings, has shifted to whether he reported all his income from overseas transactions, as well as whether he lied about his history of substance abuse on a firearm purchase from 2018.
	Now, many of us are starting to wonder if this is just a smokescreen to get him on something like this, thus to cover the massive crimes, reportedly, that Hunter and the entire Biden family, at least father and uncle, have been involved in.

	In another story being reported by Zero Hedge, the FBI faces a lawsuit that seeks to make public conversations the agency had with Facebook regarding the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story from 2020.
	The group leading the lawsuit, America First Legal or AFL, released a statement that said, quote, the evidence is that during the 2020 presidential election campaign, The FBI conspired and combined with large corporations, including Facebook, to censor and suppress the damning evidence of the Biden family corruption, an influence peddling found on Hunter Biden's laptop, end quote.
	Joe Biden's U.S.
	Department of Health and Human Services is buying up $290 million in anti-radiation drugs for use in quote nuclear emergencies in quote amid escalating tensions with Russia and heightened threats of a nuclear war.
	Taken into context with other recent actions by the government of New York City and the federal government putting out warnings about how to respond to a nuclear blast This latest bulk purchase of anti-radiation drugs does raise questions about what the government knows, but isn't telling us.
	Given the government's track record in medicine, one might want to question whether it will be safe to ingest one of these pills.
	Potassium iodine may be a safer option, and you can find those over-the-counter at most drugstores and online supplement outlets.
	True North News reports that Canada's Liberal government has admitted in writing that they have an ongoing $105 million contract with the World Economic Forum to introduce new requirements for digital identities for travelers entering Canada.
	Conservative MP Leslyn Lewis published an inquiry of ministry she sent to Transport Minister Omar Aghebara in June.
	The inquiry focuses on the federal government's known Traveler Digital Identity or KTDI.
	It's a program first introduced in 2018.
	Lewis demanded that the government provide information on how many Canadian travelers have opted into the program, what data was collected, and how much has been spent on the pilot, among other things.
	According to the KTDI website, the Government of Canada is listed as a pilot partner alongside the World Economic Forum, Air Canada, Toronto Pearson International Airport, The Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and others.
	The project is described as a World Economic Forum initiative to enable governments to quote access verifiable claims of a traveler's identity in quote using a digital identity prototype.
	In response, Aguilera's office was scant on details.
	The statement, quote, this information is not available, end quote, appeared five different times in the government's reply.
	On the question of how many travelers have opted into the program, he wrote, quote, this information is not available.
	However, the volume of participants would be decided by participating air carriers, end quote.
	When asked what specific technologies were being used, he responded by saying, quote, this information is not available.
	However, prior to the deferral of the pilot, the proposed technologies to be used include distributed ledger technology, biometric technology, and cryptography, end quote.
	In other news, Poland has requested to so-called share U.S.
	nuclear weapons.
	White House officials told The Guardian that they were, quote, not aware of the issue being raised, end quote.
	While experts have widely suggested that the request was somehow symbolic.
	Poland, which is NATO's largest member from the former Soviet bloc, has been the most vocal in bolstering the alliance's eastern flank and the most versifious anti-Russian in its rhetoric.
	Polish president, well, he said in an interview with the Polish Gazette newspaper, quote, the problem, first of all, is that we don't have nuclear weapons.
	There is always a potential opportunity to participate in nuclear sharing.
	We have spoken with American leaders about whether the United States is considering such a possibility.
	The issue is open."
	It's worth noting that the U.S.
	Ambassador to Poland is Mark Brzezinski, the son of Globalist Trilateral Commission co-founder Zbigniew Brzezinski and the brother of MSNBC broadcaster Mika Brzezinski.

	According to the USDA, the move is to foster a quote more diverse and resilient local food system
	to empower communities to address issues like nutrition access and climate change in quote.
	Well, this is bizarre.
	And the name, the People's Garden, sounds like something right out of China, does it not?
	Communist China, remember?
	America's public schools have been infiltrated by Marxist educators pushing Marxist ideology for years.
	I think we all know that, with many of the most destructive concepts being introduced under the guise of so-called equity, diversity, and inclusion.
	Some schools even apply the concept of equity, which means giving favorable status to one group while denying it to another based on one's skin color.
	Well, they've even done this to the grading of students and their assignments, making it easier for failing students to get passing grades because to fail them would show the teacher's so-called inherent bias against students of color.
	One district that's going all in with equity and grading is Fairfax County Schools in Virginia.
	Officials with Fairfax County Public Schools have taken steps to implement so-called, quote, equitable grading, end quote, at Langley High School and other schools across the district in a bid to fight, quote, institutional bias, end quote.
	That's according to internal communications from school officials.
	The district's emails, obtained by local parents through a Freedom of Information Act request and exclusively shared with the Washington Examiner, detail efforts by high school principals across the district in recent months to adopt equitable grading practices.
	Including by using federal coronavirus relief funds to purchase a book for a teacher summer reading club titled, Grading for Equity, subtitled, What It Is, Why It Matters, and How It Can Transform Schools and Classrooms.
	So the question is this, transform them into what?
	The emails revealed that efforts to implement equitable grading have been in motion for years, going back to 2015, with a notable acceleration in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, as schools across the district remained closed well into the spring of 2021.
	The Examiner reports that equitable grading practices vary based on how the concept is implemented.
	But the primary stated goal of proponents is to combat so-called institutional bias and eliminate racial disparities in grade outcomes through a variety of tactics.
	This, of course, is an insult to students of color because it assumes they can't get good grades if their work is graded on the same standard as white students.
	This is called the racism of low expectations.
	Something that's, well, pervasive in public education across the country.
	Our children suffer because of it, and any parent who cares about their children, well, they should be against it.
	By the way, in my first book in 1993, I then was warning about one school district giving out not Fs, but NY.
	Not yet.
	And the students could take the class or course or test over and over until they got a basic minimum score.
	No Fs.
	They were giving out NY for not yet.
	Don't want to damage anyone's self-esteem, don't you know?
	In other news, abortion giant Planned Parenthood announced plans this week to circumvent state pro-life laws by rolling out a new mobile abortion clinic that will dispense chemical abortion pills.
	NPR reported that the clinic, set to roll out later this year, will consist of a small waiting area, lab, and two examination rooms inside of an RV.
	At first, it will dispense abortion pills up to 11 weeks of pregnancy, but Planned Parenthood intends to eventually use it for surgical abortions as well.
	The initial plan is to operate the RV within Democrat-controlled Illinois, where legal abortion on demand remains secure, and then travel to locations around the borders with neighboring pro-life states, reducing the time and distance for abortion seekers to travel.
	The targeted pro-life states include Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee.
	Quote, it gives us a lot of flexibility about where to be, end quote.
	That's what, well, the president of Planned Parenthood of St.
	Louis said and told NPR.
	The 5th U.S.
	Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a Texas district court's ruling that deferred action for childhood arrivals, or DACA, as unlawfully created.
	President Joe Biden was not happy with the decision that prevents him from admitting more illegally arrived children to the program.
	The 2012 DACA memorandum was instituted during former President Barack Obama's administration, granting certain legal rights to illegal aliens who were children when they arrived in the U.S.
	Former President Donald Trump's attempt to revoke DACA was unsuccessful after the Supreme Court sided with Democrats who argued his executive order did not adhere to the Administrative Procedures Act, or APA.
	Several southwest states led by Texas sued the federal government in the U.S.
	District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
	The argument that the Obama administration did not comply with the APA led to the court ruling DACA was not created lawfully.
	The judge ordered the federal government to stop accepting new DACA applicants but allowed current DACA recipients to remain in the program.
	In a statement, Biden called the decision unlawful and urged Congress to make permanent legislative protections to help more than 600,000 immigrants currently protected by DACA.
	Whistleblowers say more than 660 FBI agents who were investigated for sexual misconduct quit before they could be disciplined.
	The whistleblowers provided Senator Chuck Grassley with an Internal Justice Department memo titled, quote, Retirements and Resignations During Unwelcome Sexual Conduct Adjudications, end quote.
	The memo was the subject of an October 6 letter that Grassley sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
	The document showed that from 2004 to 2020, More than 660 FBI employees, including 45 top-level officials, retired or resigned after an internal probe into alleged misconduct, but before receiving a final disciplinary letter.
	The data does not include FBI employees who resigned or retired before an investigation was opened, so the number may actually be higher.
	Grassley also said he received another department document titled quote inconsistent adjudication of non-consensual sexual misconduct in quote the document showed That higher-ranked FBI employees are quote more likely to have their sexual misconduct case Adjudicated in quote and are quote subjected to lesser penalties in quote than lower ranked employees Grassley wrote in the October 6 letter that quote simply put These two documents show a systemic failure within the Justice Department and FBI to protect female employees from sexual harassment and sexual misconduct in the workplace, and a failure to sufficiently punish employees for that same misconduct."

	Well, now it's time for our Nightly Worldview Report commentary.
	An op-ed that appeared October 3rd in the Times of London is catching some attention.
	The piece was written by Lord Ara Darzi, an Armenian-British politician, surgeon, and professor at the Imperial College of London.
	The eminent Lord Darcy, writing for the Establishment Beacon, The Times, sings the praises of the new COVID booster and condemns anyone who refuses it as an anti-vaxxer, which in today's world is like calling someone an enemy of the people.
	He writes, quote, The anti-vaccine movement is a growing threat to public health here and across the globe.
	Over 3.7 million people in Britain, 6.4%, are yet to have a single dose of the COVID vaccine, with rates of refusal highest among young adults, the black population, the unemployed, and the deprived.
	In the United States, 21% are not vaccinated at all.
	Well, this led British cardiologist Dr. Asim Mahatra to comment that readers of Darcy's op-ed should, quote, replace anti-vaxxers with psychopathic pharmaceutical industry.
	And then we're talking, in quote, as a matter of background, in case you forgot, Lord Darcy's employer, the Imperial College of London, was one of a handful of Bill Gates-funded universities that were putting out false forecasting models claiming that COVID would kill more than 2.4 million Americans.
	This was a key part of the narrative that globalist elitists used to create fear and drive people to want to get injected with a new experimental gene therapy treatment these same elites sold as a safe and effective vaccine.
	Remember that?
	Almost two years later, we have millions dead and tens of millions permanently harmed by these deadly injections.
