	And film and commercial at the same time.
	Yeah, we made a commercial at the same time.
	He got to the hospital, they go, wow, this thing, what is this?
	It really worked.
	And we actually sold it to hospitals.
	We see he does, he still sells it to hospitals doing surgery, the bigger pieces.
	where they'll just stop the bleeding and do their surgery.
	It's pretty cool.
	That's just an example of different products that are out there.
	Some you won't see anywhere else and really amazing interventions and products.

	One of my, Kurt Olson had, he was talking about it, you know, his, he didn't know me back then, but he, when he watched that, he goes, man, is the, they're going to go crazy by just speaking about God from the oval or from the Rose Garden and, and spending time in our Bibles and spending time getting back in the Word and that God had turned, or a nation had turned its back on God.
	Anyway, when I wrote this, everybody had all these arrows going up and down, and I just get it wrote, and the president goes, come on, Mike, 100 million people are going to see this.
	I'm going, no!
	He, of course, didn't know that I wrote it, because it had to be pre-approved.
	What did your pre-approved speech say?
	What was the one line in there?
	That was pre-approved?
	The one that was pre-approved, that your company is a what?
	Oh, vertically integrated company.
	It was this this stuff.
	I don't even know what that, you know.
	What does that even mean?
	What does that mean?
	I don't know.
	I guess it means you're up.
	I go, I don't know.
	I micromanage and macromanage, so I had no idea what that was.
	But I couldn't wait to get through those words.
	Anyway, Kurt kind of, he said, I got a copy of that speech when I visited your company.
	He goes, I wanted that.
	You know, it's kind of, Kind of epic, you know, it's historical, I guess.
	It is.
	But I'll never forget the President looking at it and going, he was thinking to himself, how is he reading that?
	Or, what does he say here?
	And then when your speech was done, he said, that's my friend Mike Lindell.
	Yeah, he said, that's my friend.
	I did not know he was going to say that, but thank you, Mike.
	Yeah.
	But it was the number one, once again, because it was something, you know, you wouldn't think that would become the number one story in the world, but it did for seven days.
	And that was the start of, uh, you know, nowadays anything like my phone being taken by the FBI, it became, it was the number one story for half a day, you know?
	I mean, you know, it's, uh, but I'm going to give you what should be the number one story right now, everybody.
	So everybody we all I don't know for those of you that are that have never heard the name Dennis Montgomery or that have never heard of when I got evidence on January 9th of 2021.
	Actually got it from, uh, Brandon introduced me to him, Mary Fanning, and I got this, uh, just a small piece of this evidence from this, uh, whistleblower that worked with the CIA and our government.
	Now I can tell you he's the smartest one, if not the smartest man I've ever met in my life.
	Probably the one of the smartest men that ever walked this planet earth.
	And, um, I get this evidence and this is what I tried to get to the president on January 15th.
	Everybody just focuses on the letters that the lawyers had that was completely separate from the martial law incident, which just raised awareness to everything going on, you know, so they could attack me every day.
	But every time everybody that, you know, I spent the next four or five months validating this data from the 2020 election.
	Imagine taking a movie.
	Of everything that happened within those cyberspace, inside the machines, from the 3rd of November 2020 to the 6th of November 2020.
	And all you're doing is observing and watching and recording all this.
	Okay?
	Recording all this.
	And Denison invented something that's part of this huge thing called Hammer Scorecard.
	The government then used this thing, they wanted to use it on other countries to watch them flip their elections and all this other stuff.
	You know, I don't know all those details back then, right?
	I don't know all that stuff back then, but I do know that we needed the data from the 2020 election.
	So, it gets down, it took four or five months.
	I kept telling everyone, if this gets to the Supreme Court, it's over.
	9-0, they're going to go.
	Our country was attacked China was involved, you know, I've said it before, now I know it was the CCP, the Deep State, the UNA party, and the globalists, you know, and who's the main person?
	I don't know, that Lord guy, Malcolm, or what's his name, Brandon?
	Lord Malkin Brown?
	Oh, Malcolm Brown, I mean, George Soros, you know, probably Fauci.
	Who knows?
	They're all come or not.
	I mean, Bill Gates.
	Oh, she's probably paid, but who knows?
	But it seems like it all ties together.
	That's something else for, you know, when this all gets done and the people that are involved, you know, ending up behind bars.
	Uh, we can, you know, that can be all sorted out then, but I, do I have a definitive names?
	No, you can say, you can point to some that say, um, like Brad Rasenberger and say, why, why would anybody do this to our country and to the state of Georgia?
	And he's a Republican, so he's doing it to his own party.
	And then he did it to Democrats just this spring.
	Well, I guess he looked at those, didn't he, Brandon?
	He brought those up and said, yep, yeah, she really won.
	Yeah, she really won.
	So anyway, but I'm going to get to my point, everybody.
	So then we had the cyber symposium, everybody, and I wanted to show the world all the data from the 3rd to the 6th.
	Now, I don't know if everybody knows, but I was attacked the month before that from CNN came to me and everybody's going, you better not have, you better not, Dennis Montgomery is duping you, Dennis Montgomery is duping you.
	Mike, you know, and on CNN, remember when I said that, I go, oh, you care about old Mike.
	If everybody looks that up, you can look that up on YouTube.
	These people are coming me forever and I never once mentioned Dennis Montgomery.
	So I'm going, wow, everybody, the, the bad guys out there, the deep state, they certainly don't want Dennis to step out there.
	That's all that's going through my head.
	And while it's going through the lawyer's heads, well, then we find out.
	Everybody, when I was trying to get the president to do on January 15th of 2021, I had a letter.
	This is something I'm telling you right here.
	I've never, I don't think I've ever said this on any program ever.
	So I had a letter for the president to sign that lifted, it's a protective order, it's like a government gag order on Dennis Montgomery.
	They had him sign so that all his stuff, because it's so, it's one of the most powerful stuff in the world, okay?
	It's a very powerful piece of software the intelligence community can use to do all kinds of incredible things.
	It's just incredible.
	Well, anyway... And what you're saying is you had a... January 9th, you went in there with a letter hoping to get that gag order removed.
	No, no, no.
	I got my stuff on January 9th.
	I went into the White House on January 15th.
	15th, yeah.
	Of 2021.
	When I went into the White House, I had the four pieces of evidence basically off Mary Fanny's website, because she posted it up from Dennis.
	And in the meantime, from the 9th to the 15th, I got to talk to this Dennis.
	And, uh, I dug in.
	I did my due diligence when I could in six days.
	I go, we got to get this.
	We have to get your stuff.
	This will save our country.
	We have to get this gig order lifted, this government thing lifted.
	And, um, And that would take, I thought the president could just sign and lift it.
	Well, that's what I asked him to sign.
	And he said, take everything upstairs with the lawyers.
	And then I never, you know, they said, well, we have to check on this or whatever and all this stuff.
	So it never, it never got signed.
	I, you know, and, uh, and everyone knows, maybe everyone knows that story.
	We don't have time to tell that whole story, but I ended up leaving the white house and, um, with it not signed and just defeated going.
	And that's when Ben Carson called me and said, Mike.
	Maybe this is all in God's timing.
	Or he said, this is all in God's timing.
	Maybe we have to go through a lot more.
	He doesn't go by dates of November 3rd, or December 14th, or January 6th, or January 20th, or whatever that inauguration thing was.
	And he said, maybe they don't go by those dates.
	God doesn't go by those dates.
	Maybe everything has to happen before We get what we're praying for, right?
	And maybe it's not God's will yet.
	And it gave me a peace.
	Then, as everybody knows, five months went by, we had the Cyber Symposium.
	We were advised, everybody, on the second night, Not to put, we had all the metadata that was from the 2020 election.
	Even the, even the biggest trader in the country said that it was, uh, that that was from the 2020 election.
	Does everybody know who that trader is?
	Alan Duke, everybody.
	Alan Duke and, uh, Alan Duke and Martin.
	Uh, these stories.
	They said, yeah, it is.
	They actually had us change one column, two columns matched at that point.
	But my point being everybody is we were advised because of that gag order and Dennis Montgomery, everybody went to the government and said, I need this lifted.
	And they turned him down.
	They said, no, no, no, no, we're not lifting this order.
	You're not bringing this out public.
	Okay.
	So now let's flash forward, everybody, to the Moment of Truth Summit this year.
	Everybody, I announced, and you can see it right here at Frank's speech, go to themomentoftruthsummit.com and you scroll all the way down and we've got one hour of Dennis Montgomery and Kurt Olson, the attorney, and going through all the I guess what would it be, affidavits?
	Basically all the stuff that proves that Dennis is for real and to show the public that, hey, yes, Hammer's scorecard is real.
	Yes, this is real.
	He worked for the government.
	Yes, they don't want you to see this.
	And what did I do on that stage, Brandon?
	You announced that you were filing and you signed the paperwork to file the case in the Lyft of gag order in Nevada.
	That's correct, everybody.
	Brandon's right.
	And Brandon was sitting at a table doing an interview and heard Dennis Montgomery, and he wheeled around and he couldn't, because I never told anybody I was going to do this.
	Did I, Brandon?
	I actually got off the interview.
	I said to Pete Centelli, Pete, take over, because Pete was already interviewing someone.
	And I said, Pete, I got to go.
	And because I had, I could not concentrate because I was so shocked by what you were announcing that I was picking up on my...
	So we're out there, and I got those attorneys up there, and we announce, and we have all Dennis' affidavits, we have all this stuff up there, and I hit the button on stage, everybody, like Brandon said.
	We filed, because now I am an owner of that software, Brandon.
	I bought a good portion of it, okay?
	And we're not gonna say how much.
	The attorneys don't want me to just... Certain things they still say, well, don't say how much you have.
	The majority.
	How's that, media?
	You bad media out there?
	So anyway, so I hit the button.
	There's a, the case has been going on in Nevada.
	We've even put the case up there before we said, Hey, we want this gag order lifted of the 2020 election.
	We want those, that data lifted out of there.
	And, uh, I didn't, I didn't believe, Rand, that it would, that because this gag order goes back 15 years, that it should be included anyway, but that we did it right.
	So we put this in everybody and.
	Yesterday, I believe it was yesterday, the government, get ready, Cheryl, get your pen ready now, all you journalists out there, the United States government said, this data from Dennis Montgomery of the election is good to go.
	You can show it to the I mean, it's like, but they said the other stuff, you can't, there's still restrictions there on the other stuff, which, you know.
	For national security reasons.
	Right, right.
	That's what they're saying, this other stuff.
	Well, what did I want all along?
	I wanted my data.
	The reason I've been holding my arm up, it's going, hey, our country's been attacked and everything else.
	And now they've said, it's all yours, Mike.
	Show the world!
	So you can now use this in all your lawsuits?
	All the lawsuits, everybody can.
	Now I want to tell everybody, and we have more news, okay?
	Now everyone's going, well Mike, when are you going to put this out there now?
	When are you going to put this out there?
	It's going to come, and all you journalists out there, you can write your little hit jobs, but this has to go through two more processes according to the lawyers, but now that we know we can do it, and So what we did, because there's another very important thing coming before we present it, before we bring it to the court, we're going to show it to the world.
	I want to show it to the world before we bring it up to Judge Nichols up in D.C.
	And here's why, everybody.
	Today, we subpoenaed, and now I got to, I don't even know the names now.
	Will you text Kurt and tell him which ones we, the names of the people we subpoenaed?
	I believe Clapper was one.
	But I don't want to get it right or wrong.
	These are big names coming at you, Brennan.
	Maybe you know who he subpoenaed.
	Well, my guess is you probably subpoenaed John Brennan and James Comey, for sure.
	No, I know Clapper's in there.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
	These were some of the people you also were, that Donald Trump was suing in his lawsuit.
	No, no, this goes back to, this ties in directly to Dennis Montgomery's stuff.
	Well, I remember originally it was Mueller, Comey, Brennan, Clapper.
	Originally the story was these guys were all involved with Obama with this software.
	Well, anyway, we subpoenaed a lot of big names.
	But I did text to ask, so we'll hear what he says.
	Yeah, we'll find out everybody.
	I don't want to give a false subpoena notice and then they'll say we're fake news here and then they'll report.
	But these are big names and I'm really sorry, journalists, Michael and Bill didn't even know who he subpoenaed.
	I've got about 15 things going on at the same time.
	All I know is that it's very important that these get subpoenaed before I show you guys everything.
	We're going to show the world.
	We are going to show the world now.
	And then you take all this information And then you take these subpoenas, I believe, what's going to come out of there.
	There's one that starts with an N, too, I believe.
	Hopefully Kurt will get back to you right away.
	I'm not, um, um, um, and hopefully Kurt will get back to you right away.
	Um, but anyway, we have, uh, so we're doing this subpoenas everybody.
	And we take that, we turn and take their subpoenas.
	We're going to take the information and we're going to have what I'd like to do, Brandon, is maybe just make a devote almost a whole day.
	We're going to also I want to get I want to interview Dennis.
	Uh, he's been, you know, Dennis has been, they've attacked him, you know, he's got, this vindicates him, it vindicates everybody.
	You know, anyone that's said anything about machines and cyber and all this, it vindicates everybody.
	And especially Dennis.
	He's become one of my greatest friends and he, uh, um, I'd like to do it and get an interview and, uh, maybe he'd like to be the one to say, Hey, look at this everybody!
	Happy Honolulu!
	You know?
	And, uh, But, you know, all these other lawsuits, all these other horrible lawsuits against just people, everyday people that were poll watchers, then you got your big ones against all that.
	Okay, it is Clapper.
	Negroponte.
	That was the one I couldn't think of.
	And the one that I was going to guess but didn't want to because I didn't want to get it wrong is a name that not many people know, but it's James Baker, who's the former FBI General Counsel.
	And not for the political policy guys like myself, not the James Baker that worked with George H., President George H. Bush.
	Different guy.
	But it was Clapper, Negroponte, and James Baker.
	The James Baker is the former FBI General Counsel.
	Well, that's awesome.
	So that's a... Anyway, there's some... Right now, every single journalist watching this show I'm going to pre-shame you.
	Shame on you if you don't announce this.
	Now this is something that Newsmax, Fox, Salem Media, and all the terrible journalists, all the ones on the left, should be going, hey, Mike Lindell, or the government releases Dennis Montgomery stuff.
	We all get to see it.
	You know, I mean, we all get to see it.
	And they subpoenaed Baker, Clapper, and Negroponte.
	And by the way, Negroponte and James Clapper are former directors of National Intelligence.
	They're former DNI, Director of National Intelligence.
	Each of them held that spot.
	And if you guys knew I were a subpoena, let me tell you.
	I don't even want to get into that.
	Everyone in this country should be going, finally, we get a win here, everybody.
	And this comes right on the heels of the Conan in Michigan, that big thing there with that company.
	with the China.
	The Connect, the Connect company that the LA District Attorney arrested that guy, charged him, and he's got voter
	information.
	Isn't it called KONEC? Isn't it called KONEN, the company?
	KONEC, K-O-N-E-C-E-N.
	Oh, KONEC, KONEC, not to be confused with KONEN.
	Right.
	That's another name.
	KONEN O'BRIEN, yeah.
	But it was on...

	So Mike Lindell vindicated... I've been telling you, I've been telling you about China all along.
	Right, right.
	And here we have this Cone Act or whatever they are.

	The guy got arrested.
	The guy gets arrested and the media should just be pouring this.
	Now, it was on Fox.
	I did see it on Fox last week.
	But by the way, the New York Times had an article mocking people like you and others saying this kind of stuff about this company.
	They sued the people behind 2,000 Mules.
	Healthy.
	Phillips and that lady over this.
	And then the day after the New York times piece, they run, they have to report
	that the guy that was arrested with this company is being charged with what
	everyone was saying, particularly the guys over at, uh, 2000 mules.
	What's the name of those two?
	The, the, the man, the one Greg Phillips and one other, the lady.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	So I mean, you know, what's fun and you know.
	We also have a county in Michigan, I think, that's coming after me.
	I think it's Kent County or something.
	They're coming after me.
	My lawyers just told me that, oh, you made it so hard.
	We got to get all these cast vote records.
	And they're coming after me for some, it's either that or You know, basically, because we put a call out to preserve the 2020 election, and isn't it a great thing, everybody, that we have now over 1,000 cast records, everybody, out of 3,000-some counties.
	We have 1,000 of the counties, and now we have the camera angle from Dennis Montgomery's great stuff, and then we have all the cast records.
	Guess what?
	They go just like this, everybody.
	They fit like a glove.
	And also, no, there's more.
	Where I'm sitting out here in New Mexico, do you know they've gotten four machines inside out here, inside the machines?
	You know, where they get inside, this is like a, this is actually maybe the tip of the spear for getting information.
	And where the public and the people that are actually doing good things, where they're making decisions and judges are going, hey, we're going to go completely paperless.
	In light of this, look at this, what we found.
	You know, they're making common sense, What a concept, Brandon!
	What a concept!
	a problem. Gee, I see a problem. These machines, they're designed to cheat and steal election.
	Maybe we shouldn't use them. What a concept, Brandon. What a concept. If you were going to
	fix something and invent something that worked better, well, if a machine or whatever is made
	to do elections, but it doesn't work, I don't care if you can break into it and change it.
	I don't care if it's defective, whatever the thing is, you can't use it.
	So what do you do?
	You make something better.
	What if that invention is paper-balanced and counted by hand before modern cameras?
	You know, what a concept.
	Well, anyway, it's very exciting.
	I have waited for this day, for this to be released.
	And they said, this is our government said this.
	What I believe is they probably said it because they don't want the other stuff out.
	They said, Mike Lindell, now that he owns it, he's not going to.
	That's my evidence, Brandon.
	Do they think I wasn't going to show it anyway?
	Oh, you can't show it because there's a government gag order on it.
	Really?
	I've been playing that game for a year and a half, or coming up on two years.
	We have a country out there that can't handle these machines.
	And now, I wonder if CNN, I wonder if Anderson Cooper, and all of them at CNN, and all these people, and all these left-wing journalists, I wonder if they're going to write apologies to me, Brad.
	No, they're not.

	If we are, and by the way, everybody, I'm going on this, uh, this David, uh, he's a really left wing attack.
	Um, Paul, it starts with a P I'm going on his show.
	I'm going to announce that Monday night because he's about as attack as they come.
	And he said, he said he'd have me on his show.
	It's going to be probably worse than, uh, um, than when everybody was worried about Jimmy Kimmel.
	Um, Yeah, this guy, all he does, if you look on YouTube, he attacks me every day.
	What's the name of his show, do you know?
	It's David something, just put, you can put Mike Lindell on YouTube and you go down and you're going to see him.
	But anyway, I don't want to give him a lot of publicity, so we can leave it at that.
	But the left all watches, he's got a huge audience.
	You know, maybe I will tell everyone about it.

	And if your elections are run by bad people, Which is, that's, you know, to me, that's exactly what they planned to do, how they planned to take our country down, was get in with all these Secretary of States.
	Do you know, Mark, I've only found, I'm not talking candidates right now, so don't go there on that.
	I'm talking, I have not found, I've only found, I'll give it maybe one and a half.
	That I think is a, that I would trust to be even a, even a doorman, a politician, you know, just to be, to be responsible for anything.
	The rest of them are, and I'm talking Republicans and Democrats are, you know, from Brad Rassenberger to, to, um, um, um, what's the one in, uh, Yeah, so right now Trafalgar has us at 7% ahead of Adrian Fontes and that's a 3% margin error.
	how they took our country, because they don't, to me, they were part of the biggest coverup
	of the biggest crime ever.
	And are you polling good down there?

	I think we've got OH Predictive has us at five.
	Barris has us at five or six.
	And we just started advertising yesterday.
	So this has been advertising now for three, four weeks.
	He's got signs from one end of the state to the other.

	This guy was fired by the taxpayers, by the voters in 2020 because he, he was trying to do things outside of the law.
	Well, the number one job of the Secretary of State is to hold everybody for just follow the law.
	And that is perhaps the thing that scares the absolute wits out of the left because, and I was asked this by the BBC a couple of weeks ago when they interviewed me, why is the opposition so afraid of you?
	Well, perhaps it's because I'm just going to call on everybody to just follow the law.
	Well, why would that be such a threat?
	Perhaps they're not following the law now, right?
	Right, right.
	That's right.
	We're kind of one, but I think that this is one of those cases where it's message over money.
	The people of Arizona know that I am dedicated to one thing, and that is no matter what your political stripe is, I really don't care if you're a Republican, a Democrat, an Independent, a Libertarian, all the lesser included parties.
	Once I'm elected Secretary of State, the most important role that I fulfill is to see to it that we have a fair playing field, a secure election, so that every constituency can have their representation that they select, that they elect, to represent their ideas.
	It's no more complicated than that.
	And you put a great point on it.
	We just have paper ballots in Han County.
	We don't need to have multi-million dollar corporations and machines in charge of our elections where we can't even inspect the code.
	On what planet is that okay?
	It's not okay.
	Hey, and Mark, how about this?
	When you have the cameras hand-counted like France and Netherlands and Germany, all of them, that is your audit.
	If the count's off, you say, hey everybody, let's re-run the cameras.
	Let's rewind them.
	Okay, one, two, three.
	I mean, I want to ask you something because I heard that you guys did this in Arizona.
	Encouraged all the people down there, especially with Carrie Lake's race, to vote in person the same day.
	Because it's harder for them, which I know this is a fact, to cheat that way than how easy it is to pull from another computer the voter rolls that are screwed up in every single state.
	Because is this true?
	In my mind, I'm thinking, okay, if you're stealing here, you're doing algorithms here, if you just went same day, now they actually would have to take Like my vote and turn it go from Republican to Democrat and you got them there.
	You know, that's like these, um, um, and this is what I've been telling everyone.
	We have a, do you know, we have over a thousand cast vote records now out of the 3000 some counties, 97% in the 2020 election were manipulated.
	That's, you know, that should be something everybody, whether you're a Democrat or Republican.
	So you said it right.
	I, it doesn't, does it bug you?
	Or does it, does it blow your mind that people, to me, I can't wrap my head around.
	Why would anybody want the machines?
	That's what, you know what I mean?
	That with all the problems they've had for decades, decades, other countries, they've been caught, you know?
	I mean, it's, it's unbelievable.
	We're recommending to voters that if you want to show repudiation of the mail-in ballot system... Now, I've been attacked by this a lot, and falsely.
	In fact, I was on KTAR yesterday, and they said, you want to do away with mail-in ballots?
	Okay, do you guys even understand our Constitution?
	Do you know the various roles of government?
	The Secretary of State does not have the authority to end mail-in voting.
	That is a legislative prerogative.
	The Arizona Legislature wants to end that?
	That's up to the Arizona Legislature.
	Now, I will tell you that Tennessee still has the opt-in absentee ballot system.
	Instead of sending ballots to everybody and anybody, every address, every name, everything that's reported, you actually have to request one.
	What a novel idea.
	Now, the left will tell you, well, that's inconvenient.
	Really?
	How is it then that 200,000 ballots, Adrian Fontes attempted to mail out 200,000 ballots in 2018?
	And moreover, here's the problem with that.
	There's a taxpayer cost of $2.50 to every single one of those ballots that wasn't requested.
	We have no way of knowing.
	Would they go?
	What's the chain of custody?
	So, you know, you got the left who is, they want to flood the zone with fraud.
	They want to flood the zone with fraudulent behavior.
	And we're talking about not just Democrats, but some Republicans.
	There's Republicans.
	That's the other thing that I really like of all the Secretary of State candidates that I've gotten to know from Karamo Yu, Jim Marchender, and all these candidates.
	It's what I told Ted the other day to a friend of mine.
	I said, we got to win this by 70% because I believe at least 20% of the Republicans are part of the Uniparty.
	It's a Uniparty.
	You know, people ask me all the time, who did this to our country?
	Well, let's see, the Democrats warned us for 18 years not to use the machines.
	And all of a sudden now they're all happy because they want, you know, that they're part of the cheat.
	When, you know, because otherwise you couldn't, you can't explain a Brad Rassenberger down in Georgia.
	You can't explain a Doug Ducey.
	You can't explain a Doug Ducey calling the election early if it's not part of some unit party.
	So we need, we have to have the people's candidates like yourself and American first candidates.
	And they, and I, I think, um, um, Getting by, because I was asked the other day, you know, isn't it just too much to get rid of all these machines?
	It seems so hard.
	Well, across our whole country, it's not hard.
	The Netherlands did it in five months.
	Did you know that?
	Five months the Netherlands did it.
	It's very easy.
	In fact, you know, so they're attacking me for some very common sense moves.
	Now they say, well, it's irresponsible to say that we can count the votes in Maricopa County in 24 hours.
	Well, okay, in France, they counted 64 million votes in 24 hours at the precinct level.
	So don't give me this garbage about it's impractical, that it's irresponsible.
	I mean, we're paying millions of dollars to companies that have a financial interest that I mean, Eric Coomer, what did the guy say about we've seen to it that Donald Trump won't be elected?
	That's a senior officer in a corporation that has superior judgment, superior authority over Maricopa County.
	So there are very simple things that I think are common sense.
	That was Eric Coomer?
	Eric Coomer said that, right?
	Yeah, out on Twitter.
	And by the way everybody, for those that need to know about Eric Coomer, Eric Coomer also sued me for billions or whatever it was.
	I was on the Capitol of the Steps in Colorado telling about Here we have a machine there, a machine, the inside of the machine that's posted right here on Frank Speech.
	This is what they're hiding that's inside the machines.
	We have the image, all the data up there, before and after, that they committed felonies, committed crimes.
	They committed crimes deleted in the 2020 election.
	But yet they go after myself and your Tina Peters of the world.
	They go after all these people.
	Before this all started, I was an evangelist out trying to get people off drugs and selling pills.
	And all these people out there, from doctors to lawyers, now they've lost their law.
	They've been trying to get their law license taken.
	All these people, that's all they were was people from all walks of life.
	What a shame.
	We've got these losers like the guys on KTAR yesterday that wanted to attack me and say, oh, that's all been debunked.
	Really?
	Really?
	Evan, in court, and you want to say it's been debunked.
	You're carrying the water for George Soros and the leftist agenda.
	There are five things that I need to make sure that happen in my administration as Secretary of State.
	Number one, we're going to count all legal votes.
	That means that votes that are outside of the law, they're not going to be counted.
	Number two, we're going to hold everyone accountable to just follow the law.
	Three, we're going to make it easy to vote, but hard to cheat.
	I want to see us go back to precinct level voting instead of forcing everybody to drive miles away to a voting center that Adrian Fontes thought was a good idea.
	We would need to secure our elections and see to it that at the front end, At the front end, before we have the election, that we have a pre-election audit to see to it that everybody's been certified, the software's been certified, the system, the process, all of that is clean before we start the election.
	And then finally, and I've talked to Abe Hamaday about this, the future Arizona Attorney General, we need to have immediate prosecution where we find fraud.
	And I'm talking about, we don't wait months and months like Mark Brnovich has done.
	When we have evidence of that, we immediately move to prosecution, we do the investigation necessary, and we hold people accountable for failing to live by the law.
	It's that simple.
	We do not have a complicated problem to solve here.
	And you bring up your Attorney General, Mark Brnovich.
	What a shame.
	I mean, what a shame.
	One of the most poorest excuses for an Attorney General this country's ever seen.
	Sadly disappointing.
	I'm going to check it.
	You have fraud handed to you on a silver platter and you just basically walked the clock out.
	Because we have a two-tiered justice system, don't you know?
	He's disgusting.
	That guy's disgusting.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	And we, um, I'll tell you, getting back to, um, with the, I want to, I want to ask you this.
	So like, um, when people always say, Oh, it's going to take so long to hand count stuff.
	Well, let me, let's just say right now what's going on with these machines.
	Let's take Carrie Lake.
	Mark, can you even explain how they shut down the county again in the middle of the night once she took the lead?
	And what, three days went by?
	Or four days?
	I think I was at CPAC when the news finally came in.
	They ran on a railroad track to steal.
	They did not want her there.
	And everybody, just so everybody knows, they were watching that in real time.
	The cyber guys were watching, because now we can see stuff with the Edison report and stuff.
	We can watch it.
	And not just the cast vote records afterwards.
	So Mark, we're watching.
	They're stealing and stealing.
	She's down by 10%.
	All of a sudden the day of votes start coming in 70-30, 70-30, 70-30 and she overtakes her by 12,000 votes and they stop counting.
	Well, if you got to wait four days there go by and they finally go, well, there's nothing we can do.
	We got to give it to her.
	Well, you know, the, um, With these elections, and you know, you bring up another point, you prosecute them right away.
	Do you know that's the way it used to be?
	Maybe not with the prosecuting part, but in our country's history, everyone prior to this, where they found fraud or crime, the other person was put in right away and that person, whatever it was, was taken care of.
	Okay?
	So the other person, it had never happened at the presidential level.
	But it just happened this spring in Georgia, a nice Democrat, her and her husband got zero votes in her own precinct.
	You know the story.
	She got zero votes and then they find, after they go, she made a mistake going, hey, you know, if they'd have gave her two votes, Mark, they would have said, you don't have any friends, lady, it's just you and your husband.
	But they made a mistake and gave her zero.
	So they take that, they open it up, do an audit in two days.
	They did an audit in two days and they go, whoa, there's 3,700 votes.
	She went from third place to first place.
	They didn't wait around and drag it through a thing, they found it right away.
	And then how about that other one down in Georgia, this one's even better, where she got 3,600 votes and she wasn't even on the ballot.
	She had been off the ballot for two months.
	They were giving her votes Pulling it from a guy they didn't want to win and then to give it to this person here So every everybody watching like Mark said corruption Evil to evil and corruption doesn't they're not painted blue or red We all want elections that are a hundred percent everything comes we now know a manifestation of stolen elections and if you if you don't have a
	Elections, you have nothing.
	They're called selections.
	I think we've learned that.
	Then they're called selections, and then we're Venezuela.
	So I think the standing between us and Venezuela is this 2022 election.
	And Mark, we've got to get a lot of people like you.
	We've got to get the Secretary of State, all the ones.
	I know you've done a lot of events with a lot of great Secretary of States.
	The ones that you, can you just list off people out there so they know which ones that we've, that I know that I've endorsed, that you've endorsed, Tom.
	Right.
	There's Christina Caromo, go ahead and name them.
	So we've got some key races.
	Jim Marchant in Nevada, Christina Caromo, who is a total rock star.
	My race here in Arizona.
	We've got Audrey Trujillo in New Mexico, a dark horse candidate.
	I think that she has probably got a shot at winning.
	We've got the candidate up in Wisconsin, and we've got an opportunity, I think, in Pennsylvania.
	Now, the future governor, Mr. Mastroianno, will appoint the Secretary of State there, because they have a little bit different structure in their state.
	Well, that's pretty cool.
	The left continues to say, well we've debunked this and we've debunked that.
	Really, show me the evidence that you have debunked anything.
	What we are putting up is evidence that is incontrovertible.
	And they want to call us election deniers?
	Well, here's a fact.
	How about we call you a fact denier?
	We got the receipts.
	You're exactly right, Mark.
	And do you know, no judge, listen all you journalists watching now, no judge in the United States has looked at the evidence.
	They've kicked it down the road for standing.
	It's almost like a square word now.
	Arizona.
	The case that, thank you very much for supporting Kerry Lake and myself, the case in U.S.
	District Court in Arizona, they did not dismiss that case on evidence.
	They dismissed it on standing.
	And we are now in front of the Ninth Circuit Because the judge there did not have the stones to call the ball.
	He didn't have the guts to say the declarations you've made, the evidence you have provided, shows that the black box ballot tabulation equipment is reliable, nor can it be trusted.
	Instead, he said, well, you don't have standing.
	Really?
	Let's test that for a moment.
	Kerry Lake is in Copacabana County.
	I live in Pima County.
	We both ran for statewide office.
	We both had our elections counted on machines.
	We both won in the primary.
	But we are saying that the equipment is not trustworthy.
	And the judge didn't have the stones to say, well, we're going to decide this on the merits of the case.
	Instead, he took the coward's approach and said, well, you don't have standing.
	If we don't have standing in that measure, who the hell does?
	Exactly.
	You're exactly right, Mark.
	And remember, everybody, that was the first one.
	We've got the same thing happened in Alabama with that judge down there, but also many, many cases going all the way back to last year.
	Or a year and a half ago to even the Supreme Court.
	All this stuff was kicked out for a word we never even heard before called standing.
	And they can say, realize everybody, a judge, if they don't want to look at something, they can make up a, that word is so broad.
	Well, I'm going to kick it out for standing.
	I'm kicking it over to you.
	But I have said, Mark, Once one judge stands up, the judges will be the ones to bring our country back.
	I don't know if you just heard, but the case that I have, I was just before you came on, my Dennis Montgomery, all the evidence I have there that has been sitting under a government gag or the government yesterday, they said, you're not going to show all this other stuff, but Mike Lindell can bring this to the world.
	And I believe that they sat back and said, gee, this is Mike's evidence.
	And now he owns this stuff.
	You think I was going to sit on it, Mark, or go to jail?
	I would do both.
	I don't care.
	We need to save our country.
	And you know what?
	If they wouldn't have done it that way, I don't know what I'd have done.
	That is my defense.
	That is my defense here.

	They don't belong to the government.
	And for a judge to say the people don't have a right to hear the evidence, That's, I don't know if you've heard, that misrepresents jurisprudence.
	That's a judge standing in the way of the people.
	If it were not so, Justice Scalia would not have called the people the fourth branch of government.
	We have the legislative, the judicial, and the executive.
	But who's the fourth branch?
	It's the people.
	Ninth Amendment.
	Right, right.
	Yeah, no, it's, uh, I do believe, though, that once the judges start looking at the evidence... Now all you journalists, they can't say, oh, it's all been debunked.
	It hasn't been debunked!
	No one's looked at it!
	You know why?
	Even the legislatures, Mark, like you say, even legislatures, those cowards, and there's so many legislatures out there in all the states, and I'm talking about Republican ones, that didn't bother, they didn't bother even looking at so many politicians to look at the evidence.
	You know why?
	Because once they see, and they know what we know, and they see what they see, now they can't play the plausible deniability card.
	Maybe if I just hunker down.
	Maybe if I hunker down, it'll go away.
	Maybe if I shut up.
	Mark Barnovich, your Attorney General there, maybe if I just act like I'm doing something with nunchucks or whatever he said he was going to do with those nunchucks.
	Remember that little dance he did?
	You know, the guy's disgusting.
	These guys need to step up and that's what we're going to have in this election.

	And in Arizona, they set the standard down there.
	I think you've got everybody down there going, vote the same day, don't vote early so they can stick your ballot in a box somewhere and you wonder whose name's on it.
